And the title of the episode is Biden Can't Escape the Energy Crisis.
Attorney General Paxton makes a move on the spending bill.

Now, the deep state, the corrupt politicians, the private West Central Bank, the World Economic Forum, as they push their agenda, they're actually trapped in it.
Biden cannot escape the energy crisis that's happening right now.
They're trying to control it, but they can't escape it.
Everything was put into place for Biden to fail.
And I do believe Trump and the Patriots, they knew that they were going to head down this path where they were going to say, hey, let's go into the Green New Deal.
Let's have the Great Reset.
And of course, we know that this is what's happening because they said it back in 2020.
I do believe Trump and the Patriots.
They knew this way beforehand and certain mechanisms were put into place to actually shine the light on Biden so people can see what they're trying to do very, very clearly.
And we know the deep state players, what they're trying to do is they're trying to get control of the economy.
And I'm talking about the world economy where they can just usher it into one system.
They're trying to get control of the food supply and they want control of the people in the end.
Now, what's very interesting about this is we could see that they've been pushing a lot of their agendas and they're trying to control everything.
And you could see that there's been a lot of fires.
A lot of egg farmers had fires.
And you see the cost of eggs.
They are moving up.
And you can see that they're trying to shift everyone into what they want them to do.
And the only way to do that is to create events or put in certain types of regulations.
Now, what's very interesting...
There's a major lawsuit going on right now, and it's a group of 24 states, and they filed lawsuits against the Biden administration, the Environmental Protection Agency, that's the EPA, and they are now saying, listen, we don't like this new rule that they put into place, because what they did was Biden, I think back in December, placed this new rule, it's going into effect, and it's going to target farmers.
Now remember, this was in place during the Obama administration, and Trump The Trump administration relaxed the federal protections on water sources.
Now, think about why they're doing this, because now they're going to tell you from the federal government, which they're trying to centralize this up to the federal government, what water you can and cannot have on your property.
Now, think about the farmers.
Think about how this would affect the farmers.
And this is why we have 24 states now suing the EPA and the government and the US Army Corps of Engineers.
So we have West Virginia, Georgia, Iowa, North Dakota.
They're leading a group of 24 states in the lawsuit against these entities.
Now, the lawsuit claims that the recently introduced Waters of the United States WOTUS regulation, which was revealed in December, undermines the state's jurisdictions over water bodies and the surrounding land.
The lawsuit specifically targets the EPA and the Army Corps of Engineers who are responsible for approving the regulation.
In the rule, the EPA certs federal jurisdiction over land and water that has no connection to navigable waters.
This goes beyond what the statute provides in the Constitution.
And you have to remember, Obama tried to do this back when he was the president in the And if you really look at everything that's going on right now, everything that Biden is doing is actually what Obama did, and it was reversed by Trump.
So Obama is pushing this agenda.
Now, I don't think he's working alone.
I do believe there's others behind him that are pushing this.
But you can see that everything that Trump did, because he reversed this rule, He is now putting it back into place.
Remember, when Trump came in, he removed the Paris Climate Accord.
What was the first thing that they did?
They went ahead and they joined the Paris Climate Accord.
So we could see that they're trying to get back on track and the people now can see this very clearly and it allows states and the people to see what their true agenda is.
And I do believe this is going to break down on them and this is going to be a complete and utter disaster, just like the economy.
And if you look out in San Francisco, you can see The housing market is completely falling apart.
In the first 10 months of housing, the median price plunged a lot faster than in the first 10 months of housing bust number one in 2007, 2011.
So right now, we're seeing a housing plunge which is absolutely unbelievable out in San Francisco.
And the city of San Francisco alone lost about 56,000 residents or about 6.3% of its population in the period of 2020 through 2022.
And sales of single-family houses in the Bay Area, they plunged by 37% in January compared to January last year.
This is completely unbelievable.
It's awful.
And why do you think it's happening?
Because people are realizing what these states are doing.
And it's not just California.
There's New York and many other states.
Now, think about it.
When these states lose these people, they lose the businesses.
What happens to the economy?
It completely falls apart.
So if you look at the state of California, California lost a half a million people in two years.
That is a lot of people.
And this is coming from the census statistics that show this.
And that's 143,000 more people than New York State lost during the same period.
So New York is right behind California.
And both states have seen massive migrations to red states like Utah, Texas, Florida.
In fact, between 2020 and 2022, Texas gained around 700,000 residents.
Florida welcomed nearly 900,000 new residents.
I think this tells you everything you need to know.
And it shows that these states, their economy, they are collapsing.
Housing is collapsing in these areas.
And if they keep doing what they're doing, it's going to be a complete and utter disaster.
And we said this from the very beginning, that people are going to notice the difference between the blue and red states.
And now it's becoming very, very noticeable.
And it's going to get worse and worse over time.
Just like the fuel crisis that we have right now, which Biden and Obama and the rest are trying to bring us into this Green New Deal of all electric.
And really think about what Trump did when he came into office.
He made the country energy independent.
Remember he went to OPEC and he said, listen, you're producing way too much oil.
You need to cut back a little bit.
Because we need to give the producers here in the United States, fracking and everything else, a chance to produce the oil.
And this is exactly what happened.
And what that did, it allowed the United States to become energy independent.
And what happened to the fuel prices?
They started to come down.
Now, think about that and put this into perspective right now.
OPEC right now, OPEC +, they're saying that they're going to continue with the cuts until the end of this year.
So what's going to happen with fuel prices right now?

They're going to continually move up and up and up and up.
And what is Biden going to have to do?
He's going to have to use the Strategic Petroleum Reserve, which we're seeing already.
He's already using it because he can't allow the fuel prices to go up way too high too quickly because people would freak out and everyone would say, hey, what are you doing about this?
So he needs to keep the illusion alive.
And think about what Trump did.
He kind of trapped him in all this once again because Trump, he negotiated with OPEC to say, listen, cut your production.
I know it's going to raise fuel prices, but this will allow those industries here in the United States to compete with that because they won't be losing money and the United States can become energy independent.
Now, think about Biden right now.
OPEC is cutting production.
Fuel prices are moving up.
What does Biden have to do?
It's a very simple answer.
He has to actually restore the Keystone XL pipeline, allow these oil producers to do what they do best, and the country can become energy independent.
But he's not going to do that.
And what are people going to see?
The people are going to see, well, wait a minute.
This exact scenario happened when Trump was in office.
And he made the country energy independent and made the fuel prices come down.
Here, we see the same exact thing, and there's a very simple solution, but you did the opposite, and this is why fuel prices are moving up.
Why did you do the opposite?
Oh, you have a different agenda.
You want to get rid of fossil fuels.
You want complete and utter control.
You want to bring us into wind power, sun power, that's going to destroy our entire way of life.
And bring us under the control of the Central Bank, the World Economic Forum.
People can see this very, very clearly and people can see what exactly is happening.
And throughout this entire year, Biden is going to have to battle rising fuel costs like we've never seen before.
And he's going to continually use the strategic petroleum reserves.
What do you think the people of this country are going to see?
What do you think they're going to say?
What do you think the people are going to realize?
They're going to realize, wait a minute, Trump was right again.
This is a very simple solution.
And Biden, Obama, and the others who are orchestrating all this, they're doing the opposite.
This is a no-win situation because all Trump has to do is come out and say, hey, listen, By the way, I negotiated with OPEC. I told them to cut production so we could become energy independent.
OPEC right now is cutting production.
Why did Biden do the opposite of what I did?
Why is he allowing fuel prices to move up?
And why is he allowing fuel prices to move up and then using the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to bring them back down?
Does that make any sense?
Absolutely not.
He is trapped in all of this.
Now, the other thing that's very interesting is that we know that During the midterms, the D's, they were panicking and they were like, okay, if we lose the House, we're not going to be able to vote for these spending bills.
So we're going to have to rush this.
And the U.S. House of Representatives, they quickly approved the $1.7 trillion spending bill, funding the government until the end of next September.
Now, the House passed the more than 4,000 pages.
Nobody read it.
Nobody knew what it really said because it was pushed very, very hard and they had to go and vote.
And now we have the Texas Attorney General Ken Paxson.
He's filing a lawsuit to stop the implementation of the bill.
He said because of the omnibus spending bill, So he's suing the resident and members of his administration over the unlawful signing and implementation of the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023.
And he's pointing to the Constitution to back up his claim.
He says the U.S. Constitution requires that a quorum of members of the U.S., House of Representatives be present for the lower chamber of Congress to conduct business.
When the House passed the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2023 in December 2022, fewer than a half of its members were present and more than half voted by proxy.
The U.S. Constitution empowers a quorum-less House only to adjourn from day to day or compel the attendance of absent members.
Because the attendance means physical presence, the U.S. Constitution does not allow voting by proxy to constitute a quorum.
And because the omnibus spending bill wasn't passed when a quorum of the House was present, it was never lawfully enacted.
It's unconstitutional and the federal government should be enjoined from implementing it.
And No matter if there's a pandemic, it doesn't matter what's going on.
The Constitution right now is not suspended.
Just like during the COVID pandemic when they said, oh no, we have to bypass the Constitution.
No, the Constitution is there.
You can't bypass it.
And anything that you try to do is completely unconstitutional.
This For all intents and purposes is completely unconstitutional and this should have never moved forward because most of these individuals, they were on the golf course and many other places and they weren't following the Constitution.
Actually, we see this time and time again where we have our representatives not following the Constitution.
I do believe if they're not going to follow the Constitution, there's no reason for them to be in office.
But this spending bill should be reversed right now, and the new House most likely should be voting on a new package.
And we're going to have to see how this plays out because this is going to be very, very interesting moving forward.
And once again, if the D's don't get their money and they can't launder it, well, a lot of their organizations that they support, a lot of the criminals that they support, there's going to be a problem, isn't there?
And this is going to be a disaster for them.
And by the way, this spending bill did not help the people whatsoever.
All this money and everything that they're borrowing right now is actually going to hurt the people.
It's better that we get a better bill in there that's actually going to support the American people.
But do you think the residents are going to go for that?
Absolutely not.
But you can see with everything that's happening right now, The tables have been turned on Obama, Biden, because they are pushing everything so hard.
Everything's been accelerated.
The people can see what's really happening with the economy.
And they can now start to put the pieces together and start to ask a lot of questions about, hey, wait a minute, we saw this during Trump.
Why is Biden doing the opposite?
Now why is Trump out there giving solutions and how we can fix these problems?
And I do believe people are starting to wake up to this.
People are no longer believing the media.
People believe the media is giving them misinformation, which means people are looking for this type of information in all different places, especially when it comes to layoffs, the economy completely falling apart, inflation, fuel prices rising.
This is when people start to really start to think and they say, wait a minute, something is wrong here.
And we can see that everything that the Biden administration is doing, everything Obama is doing in the And the people are going to continually call them out on this and people are no longer going to believe in what they're trying to tell them.
Actually, I don't believe they believe what they're saying right now because people are living real life.
People are going to the store.
People know how much they spend.
A lot of people, I would say most of the American people, they're on a budget.
They know I have this allotment for food.
I have this allotment for gas.
I know I have to pay my rent or my mortgage.
I know how much my electric is going to be.
They're all set.
And when things are out of whack, when you see inflation, high fuel costs, and food starts to move up, and other things start to move up, like clothing and everything else, this is when people go, whoa, wait a minute, something's wrong here.
And I do believe this is going to be the downfall of the Biden administration, Obama, and the rest, because you can't hide that from the people.
