Now, the deep state, the corrupt politicians, the invisible enemy, big tech, fake news, they are panicking like we've never seen before.
Every time these players decide to go on one of the fake news stations, that means something else is about to drop and they're trying to get ahead of the story.

No, because what do we see happening?
We see everything starting to fall apart for them, especially with the election fraud.
Remember, it might take some time.
Justice moves very, very slowly because the truth and facts have to be gathered and people have to build up the courage.
But we can see it's happening out in Wisconsin already.
What do we see?
Well, out there, the sheriff already charged five people for election fraud.
Remember, there's forensic audits happening in different states.
Brunovich, he has the case.
He hasn't said a word as of yet.
He didn't say he's done.
He didn't say, oh, we found nothing.
It's just been silence, just like with Durham.
And we can see that Mike Lindell, he filed a complaint with the Supreme Court.
Now, this is all very interesting.
We're starting to see all the pieces start to come together.
And Trump, he was being interviewed by Hannity, and he said the Space Force, it's going to be very important.
When you start to put all these pieces together, what do you see?
You see the plan.
You see what's happening.
Remember, Trump, the patriots, they caught them all.

Now, what's very interesting, since the Kyle Rittenhouse trial, which we'll be talking about a little bit later, we see that Joy Reid, It seems that she might be removed from her show.
Now remember, all she talks about is racism, how everyone's racist, and Kyle Rittenhouse is racist, a white supremacist.
That's all she ever talks about.
these fake news stations that keep spouting this they're losing viewers every single day because the people are starting to realize this isn't true everything that they report about about Kyle Rittenhouse when he was out there where he was just firing a weapon and he was shooting black people actually there weren't no black people that he shot it was all white people actually they were all criminals and they were white and that whole story that they were telling completely fell apart plus during the trial
it shows that Gage actually pointed a gun at him before Kyle did anything Everything that they talked about, everything that they did leading up to the trial...
It was all propaganda.
And now people saw the truth.
People saw it all.
Now, what's very interesting is they know that Trump, he's building the offensive like we've never seen before.
And all the fake news is doing is trying to convince people that the people that are with him aren't with him.
Almost like Sean Parnell.
The Hill put out an article says Parnell exit threatens to hurt Trump's political clout.
They keep doing this with DeSantis and Trump.
They keep doing this.
They keep putting out the fake pieces to make people think a certain way.
Is it working anymore?
No.
People understand the fake news.
They know it's propaganda.
They know they're not telling the truth.
You see, people, once they're awake, everything they hear from the fake news, everything that comes out of their mouths, people question it.
They say, well, wait, let's back up for a sec.
Let's see if this story holds any word.
Let's see if it's true.
And you know what they find out most of the time?

Even if they have the fact checkers, people say, let me do my own fact checking.
I don't need someone else to cover up for the propaganda.
I'm going to do a little research here and let me find out the real information.
Now, Trump, he put out a statement.
He said the following, and this is from a New York Post article, says, Joe Biden just keeps on lying to the American public.
Think about that for a second.
Like I said in the past, they're going to recognize Biden as a liar because everything that he says, he does the opposite.
Remember, actions are most important.
People say a lot of things.
Politicians especially.
They have a lot of, I quote, political speak.
And they just tell you what you want to hear.
Then they do the opposite.
Trump and the Patriots...
They're showing everyone.
This is why the resident is there.
He's in the White House so you can see it.
And remember, since they have to accelerate it, you can see each part of it.
It's not like, oh, today he lied and then six years or, you know, a year or two later, he tells another lie or they wait until his next term and then he tells another lie.
You're seeing it one after another after another.
And it's hard not to see it.
And people are going to say, okay, Trump has been telling the truth every single time.
And these people, the fake news, Joe Biden and the rest, they've been telling us lies over and over and over.
Actually, James Lindsay said, He said something very interesting on Twitter and this is what he said.
At some point it will dawn on you that the Biden administration isn't actually stupid or incompetent.
Easiest way to see it is when you notice they're engaging in a systematic targeted destruction of the key pillars that hold up American civilization one by one.
Yes, this isn't because they're incompetent.
Everything that you're witnessing is part of their plan.
It's not because he fumbles his words.
He's a puppet.
The puppet masters have a certain agenda.

So let's talk about Kyle Rittenhouse.
Because the fake news is continually out there and they're saying, listen, we still have the problem with Kyle crossing the state lines with a weapon.
And they keep repeating this over and over and over.
I guess they didn't read the documentation from the Office of the State's Attorney from Lake County, Illinois.
And this is what it says.
And by the way, this was dated October 13th, 2020.
It says the following.
An extensive investigation was conducted by the Antioch Police Department Regarding the gun used in a shooting in Kenosha on August 28th, the Lake County State Attorney's Office has reviewed that investigation to determine if any crimes were committed in Lake County, Illinois.
To that end, the investigation revealed the gun used in the Kenosha shooting was purchased, stored, and used in Wisconsin.
Additionally, there is no evidence the gun was ever physically possessed by Kyle Rittenhouse in Illinois.
The gun was purchased.
It was kept in Wisconsin.
So all this talk about him coming across the state line with a weapon is completely fake, phony, and false.
And there are certain states that allow you to carry your weapon across state lines if you have a concealed carry weapon permit.
So like in Florida, you can go to Georgia, you can go to South Carolina, and many other states.
You can carry your weapon.
But in this case, the weapon was in Wisconsin.
Now, the other thing that's very interesting, and Don Jr.
put this out, he says goats, and there's Kyle Rittenhouse with Trump.
It looks like Trump met with Kyle Rittenhouse in Mar-a-Lago.
Very interesting.
Now, if we move to what happened in Wisconsin with this individual Brooks, where he purposely murdered And hurt people in the parade.
No, this was not a crash, and this is what the fake news is trying to convince everyone of.
First, they said, oh, he was fleeing another crime.
Like, that's okay then.
And we know that's fake, phony, and false.
Now they're trying to say it was just a crash.
No, this was a hit job.
This was murder.
That's what it was.
And they're trying to cover this up, but it's not working.
And now they set bail.
I don't even know why they set bail.
They set bail at $5 million.
Actually, there should be no bail.
This individual took a car.
And remember, they told you guns were bad.
You have to get rid of the guns because guns are bad.
Well, here, this person took a car, a truck, an SUV, and decided, oh, look, there's a crowd of people.
I'm going to kill as many people as possible.
Should we get rid of all cars then?
Or was it the person that did it?
The person is responsible, not the inanimate object.
Now, we know there were a lot of people hurt and a lot of people passed away.
And we've come to find out that the eight-year-old Jackson Sparks, he died from injuries in the Christmas parade murder rampage.
So this is the sixth person right now that passed away.
And CJ on Twitter put this out and said the following.
Cross state lines to commit a heinous crime at a Christmas parade.
How will Don Lemon and Joy Reid spin this?
Absolutely.
You see, people are seeing this completely out in the open.
They understand it.
They understand what's going on.
They watched the Kyle Rittenhouse case.
Now they're watching this happen in real time.
And everything the fake news is trying to do is not working.
David Bagnon put this out on Twitter and said, prosecutor, six person, a child has died in a deadly Wisconsin parade crash.
It wasn't a crash.
It wasn't like, oh my God, I lost control of the car.
I'm so sorry.
I hit a couple of people.
This person ran through the parade, then tried to stash the car so no one would know it was him.
Julie Kelly responded to this and says, not a crash, you hack.
The child was murdered.
Judge just read charges.
Intentional homicide.
Period.
But you know what's very interesting about this?
Remember with George Floyd, you know, that criminal?
Hollywood came out of the woodwork.
Sports organizations came out of the woodwork.
We had the corrupt politicians come out of the woodwork.
Biden met with the family, spoke to the family during the trial and everything.
Here we have innocent people in a parade A black man with a criminal record, a sex offender, purposely ran down these people.
Where's Hollywood?
Anyone see them?
Are they raising money for the families?
Are they doing anything?
Do they have commercials that they produced already?
Do you see any sports organizations wearing some type of armband or something for six people?
No.
How about Biden?
Did he call the families?
Did he actually visit them at all?
Anything happening like that?
You see, people are seeing this for what it really is.
They don't care about the people.
This tells you everything you need to know.
Now, we know that the Ghislaine Maxwell case is coming up, and we can see there's a lot of hype about this.
We can see Ghislaine Maxwell, well, she's panicking right now.
The people that she's going to reveal, they're panicking right now.

Ghislaine Maxwell is fighting to prevent jurors from seeing a copy of Jeffrey Epstein's little black book at her criminal trial.
Her lawyers say the book, which lists people said to be connected with the dead pedophile financier, has been tampered with.
Prosecutors say they plan to bring a witness who can testify about the context book's authenticity.
So right there, they're trying to tell everyone, oh, it's been tampered with.
Some names were probably added like a Clinton...
Like Obama, like Prince Andrew, you name it, or many people in Hollywood and other people.
And you can see that people, they're gearing up for this.
Now remember, just like with Durham, just like with anything else, we're going to see a lot of information come out.
People are going to say it's a nothing burger until the actual information does come out.
Yes, the defendants, they're going to try to stop this any way they possibly can.
I wouldn't be surprised if they try to push a mistrial, try to do something like this to try to stop it any way they possibly can.
And I wouldn't be surprised if there's some type of vent or something that happens to try to stop this because this is very, very large.
They're trying to keep the information from coming out.
And we can see that the community, the world, is bracing for all of this because names are going to start to pour out of this.
Now think about what's happening right now.
We actually do have three movies playing all at the same time.
And the deep state, the fake news, they're going to have to start to spin all of this and it's going to become very, very difficult as more and more information comes out.
Now also think about why they waited for over a year to have the trial.
Remember, we were told in the post they were trying to build the narrative to tell you or convince you that pedophilia was normal.
They were trying to normalize it all for the trial.
And they were hoping that people would just believe this and people would just go along with it and say, but it's normal.
It's okay.
But guess what?
It backfired.
No one is going along with it.
Actually, they made it worse.
Now, what's very interesting is out in Arizona, there was an operation that was going on, and it was called Deja Bu, and they have now netted 30 suspects in a child sex operation, and they have been arrested.
And we can see these operations happening all over the country.
Where they're going after these people.
And now we have Ghislaine Maxwell front and center.
Very, very interesting.
The other thing that's very interesting is that Nancy Pelosi, she is from California.
We know that she's corrupt.
We know that her husband wins a lot of contracts.
They become multimillionaires being in Congress for all these years.
Her district, her state is falling apart.
People can barely live.
And she's looking to purchase a home.
Where?
Not in California.
In Florida.
Isn't that amazing?
Where in Florida?
Oh, right on the beach.
So she's planning to purchase a $25 million home on the beach.
Now remember, they've been pushing climate change, global warming.
These states are going to be underwater.
Why in the world then would you buy a house...

You know who else bought oceanfront property?
The climate guru himself, Al Gore.
$8.9 million oceanfront villa in California back in 2010.
Why would he do that?
If we're going to have problems, Obama did the same thing.
He bought oceanfront property in Hawaii and in Martha's Vineyard.
Why?
If we have a global warming climate change problem and the sea level, it's rising like you can't believe.
I mean, you look out tomorrow, the entire state's going to be underwater.
Oh, by the way, none of this came true.
Because it's all fake, phony, and false.
This is part of their agenda.
And why would she be moving to a free state like Florida, where DeSantis is governing?
What, she doesn't like her governor, Newsom?
They don't want to stay over there?
They don't want to get a beachfront property out in California?
Why would she come to Florida?
Very interesting.
Eric Trump put this out on Twitter.
Nancy destroys California, now wants to move to Florida.
She wants to benefit from all the things she opposed while her constituents get screwed.
By the way, interesting that somebody who has been in public service for 35 years can afford this waterfront mansion.
Absolutely!
And by the way, how did her husband get every single contract and become a multimillionaire in Congress?
You think something was done under the table?
You think he had advance information?
You think he had help?
Absolutely.
All these people are corrupt and they need to be removed.
Remember, the swamp is deep and wide and we're seeing this firsthand.
Now, we know that Trump, he pretty much countered the entire plan of keeping this entire world shut down.
Remember, the pandemic was being used because they didn't have the Great War.
He countered the Great War.
So they went ahead with their second plan, which was the pandemic, and Trump countered it by producing a vaccine because they said the only way out of this was with a vaccine.
Because they were planning on keeping this world shut down for at least 10 years.
People were going to die by the millions.
I mean, it was going to be absolutely horrific.
That's how bad it was going to be.
They were going to make it so you couldn't get food.
You were going to be eating grass and worms.
You wouldn't be able to make enough just to live.
And once the people were reached a certain point where they couldn't take it anymore, they were going to give you a solution.
Beg for the solution.
You serfs, beg.
Trump, he saw this and said, you know something?
I need to counter this.
He tried it with HCQ. He saw what happened.
He gave him a little test there to see how they would react and then hit him with the vaccine.
Now, the people are free to choose.
Do you want a vaccine or don't you?
Remember, freedom is not given to you.
When a dictator, when a criminal syndicate tries to push something on you, you have to stand up and fight for the freedom.
If you're waiting for someone to say, it's going to be okay, don't worry about it.
Go back to the revolution.
Remember, the colonists were under the British government.
When the colonists saw the British sailing up with hundreds and hundreds of warships, because that's what they were, and troops were being unloaded, military equipment was being unloaded, did they say, oh wow, I can't wait for someone to say, listen, we can keep our freedom, because this is going to be great.
They knew that there was no one to turn to.
They were going to have to fight for it.
The same thing is happening now.
If you're sitting there waiting for someone to say, I'll let you know when you can be free.
You're going to be waiting a very long time.
Actually, you're going to be enslaved.
The free person fights and then other people join in.
That's how you keep your freedom.
And we can see that the Elite, the Who, the Puppet Masters, well, they're getting a little panicky right now because they're starting to realize that people think that the pandemic is over.
Because they got the vaccine.
Remember, the vaccine, which is really not a vaccine, it's a drug, they changed the definition.
It wanes after like two or three months or so, and then you have to get a booster.
They're worried now because people are saying, it's over, we're done, we don't have to worry about this anymore.
So this is why the WHO Tedros, the head of the WHO, he came out and he says, listen, I'm concerned about the false sense of security that vaccines have ended the pandemic.
So what's happening here?
They're losing the narrative.
People are waking up.
This is why they had to release this message.
The plan that they had is completely failing.
So what are they telling the deep state players in each country to do?
Lock them down.
Take control of the situation.
It's almost like the movie V. Make them need us.

And you can see it across Europe, in Australia, New Zealand, Slovakia, Czech, France, UK. You can see it all over the place.
Germany, they're pushing this agenda.

So they're going to make people say, oh, we need you again.

But I do believe people are awake now and people are seeing exactly.
This is why we see protests all over the place out in Switzerland.
We see protests again.

We're seeing it in Germany.
We're seeing it in France.
We're seeing it in Belgium, in Australia.
We're seeing it all over the place.
It's getting worse and worse for them as every day that passes.
Now, remember when they said, oh, guess what?

At least 21 babies under four weeks old died in September, a rate of 4.9 per 1,000 births.
The former average was about 2.1 deaths per 1,000 births.
This is happening out in Scotland.
And I do believe we're going to start to see this information come in from all over the place.
And it's going to be a complete and utter disaster.
And people are going to start to step back and say, you know something?
We see what's happening here.

Now, what's very interesting is we can see that the deep state players, they've been pushing their agenda since the pandemic, actually way before this, but we saw it firsthand with the riots and the looting and the fires and things like that.
And certain cities where they decided to defund the police, well, guess what's happening?

And we're seeing it all over the place, especially out in California, out in Oakland and many other places.
And what's very interesting about this is they're being caught on camera where they're actually looting the stores.
They just run in, they take whatever they want, nobody stops them, they leave.
And we have the fake news out there trying to convince everyone that we should not use the term looters.
It is completely off limits.
It's racist.
You can't have that.
we're gonna have to think of a different term to use because it's politically and culturally incorrect way to describe the looting that has been taking place over the past several days.

They're completely backwards.

In less than 24 hours, my office has received over a thousand emails demanding that the San Francisco defund the police.
Now, this was back June 5th, 2020.
Here's a current tweet from this same exact person.
I am outraged by the looting in Union Square last night.
We're seeing similar crimes across the country.
I have a simple message.
Don't bring that noise to our city.
Great work by SFPD. Stand by for felony charges.
Now, One minute they're telling everyone, this is great, we need to defund the police.
The next minute they're saying, oh wait, we're seeing crime.
I mean, is anyone really surprised about this?
We all knew this was coming, but everyone's seeing it.
Just like everyone is seeing what is happening with the Unselect Committee, with the January 6th protests.
Now, right now, the January 6th Unselect Committee, they decided they were going to subpoena the Proud Boys, Henry Enrico Tarrio, Oath Keepers, Elmer Stewart Rhodes and Robert Patrick Lewis.
And they're also going to subpoena someone else.
Carrick, the New York Police Commissioner Bernard Carrick.
Now, what's very interesting about this is that earlier this month, the January 6th Commission in Congress, they made headlines when it issued a subpoena alleging lawmakers had credible evidence that on the day before the Capitol riot, former New York Police Commissioner Bernard Carrick attended a meeting at the former New York Police Commissioner Bernard Carrick attended a meeting at the posh Willard Hotel in Washington, where Trump advisers discuss how to overturn the 2020 elections
The subpoena even cited an impressive source, a book by famed investigative journalist Bob Woodward.
There's just one problem with all of this.
Carrick was 300 miles away in the New York City area on January 5th, 2021.
According to his own Carr's toll booth records, he left Washington the night of January 4th and did not return until the morning of the riots.
And what about the book by Woodward?
It makes absolutely no claim about Carrick attending a meeting at the Willard on January 5th.
In fact, the book doesn't even mention the former NYPD commissioner in all of 482 pages.
There's nothing there.
So who told him this?
Did someone come out and say, hey, you need to look at Woodward's book.
You need to report this.
These people didn't even check the book.
They didn't even look through it.
They just went with it like it was fact.
So was it a trusted source?
Where did they get this information?
And why didn't they check?
This tells you everything you need to know.
They were played.
Now, Trump, he put out a statement.
He said the following.
The Unselect Committee issued a subpoena to Bernie Kerik, an American patron and great former police commissioner of New York City, for its January 6th witch hunt, but didn't realize...
What they were demanding is a massive trove of evidence of voter fraud.
According to Bernie's lawyers, these documents show significant indicators of fraud in the 2020 presidential election scam but have remained hidden from the public.
It is exactly what the unselect committee should be interested in if this was a real investigation.
Bernie wants to comply with the subpoena with a public hearing and ask me to waive attorney-client privilege so Bernie can testify and provide the documents, which I grant him.
The unselect committee will not like what they ask for.
Now, like we said, these people are bringing these individuals in, like Bannon, Carrick, and others.
And remember, it works both ways.

Why don't they have this out in the public?
Why aren't they completely transparent?
Because it's not a real investigation.
That's why.
They're trying to create something out of nothing.
Actually, they're trying to look for certain documentation or get their hands on certain documentation to understand what Trump is up to.
That's what they're really looking for.
Trump, the Patriots, they know this.
They're never going to get him.
But we can see that Trump, he is building the offensive.
He put out two statements.
The one for Dan Cox.
He says Dan Cox is an American patriot who is running for governor in the great state of Maryland.
A tough lawyer and smart businessman.
Dan has done outstanding work in Maryland General Assembly.
He also put another one out for Max Miller.
Saving America starts with saving the GOP from RINO sellouts and known losers.
My great Trump-endorsed candidate in Ohio, Max Miller, is doing both.
After I endorsed Max, his rhino opponent Anthony Gonzalez was forced into early retirement.
A big win for the GOP. Now with Ohio's new congressional lines, Max will be running in the 13th district where he will help lead the path back to a strong GOP majority.
Max will be a powerful voice for America first and will fight to reign in the Communist Democrats' radical agenda.

And we can see that the election fraud, well, it's spreading.
And we're starting to see certain things happen.
Remember, in the beginning, everyone doesn't have the courage.
Everyone doesn't have the will to be the first.
Arizona had that will.
Arizona decided, you know something, we do a forensic audit.
We're going to look at 2.1 million ballots and we're going to look at every single piece of it and determine if there was fraud or not fraud.
And they have determined that there was fraud.
These weren't transparent.
They weren't secure.
Databases were deleted.
They were duplicate ballots.
And you can see that with the machines, they were connected to the internet.
There were logs that were overwritten, which means these machines were not certified.
All of this is completely falling apart on them.
Now, Senator Kelly Townsend put this out.
We need the investigation results soon from the Arizona Attorney General as we head into the next legislative session.
Their office does not update us regarding pending investigation as they shouldn't.
However, time is very short.
Now, remember, we haven't heard anything from the Attorney General.
He didn't drop the case.
He didn't release anything just like with Durham.
We've never heard anything from Durham until he unsealed the indictments.
Wendy Rogers put this out because she is out there trying to get all 50 states to do a forensic audit.
This is what she says.
186 legislators from 39 states write a letter to the American people calling for a 50-state audit.
Decertification where appropriate and possible convening of the U.S. House of Representatives.
And she is pushing this very, very hard.
And we can see that the deep state players, like Hillary Clinton and the rest, they're panicking right now because they understand what's happening.
Remember, Durham has unsealed indictments and everything leads to Hillary Clinton.
So what do these people do?
They try to get ahead of the story.
They try to convince people that they've done nothing wrong.
They try to project everything someplace else.
Now she was on Rachel Madcow.
She was on her show and Clinton said, I don't think we are facing a crisis of democracy, a crisis of legitimacy, a crisis that really goes to the heart of what the future of our country and many others around the world will be.
So I spend my time trying to figure out what we can do about it.
I'm not ever going to give up because they're just too much at stake, too much at stake for her.
So what she's saying is she's never going to give up.
She's going to fight until the very, very end.
I think that role of disinformation, the way that the propaganda has been really weaponized, and the increasing ability to manipulate people through algorithms and other forms of artificial intelligence will only make this harder to combat.
Basically, they've been manipulating everyone through the algorithms.
They've been spreading disinformation.
The patriots have been putting out the truth, fighting against their algorithms, and winning.
And they just switched it around.
The disinformation is from them.
The truth is from the Patriots.
She's trying to convince everyone that the disinformation is coming from the Patriots.
It's not.
The disinformation is coming from them and they're losing the battle.
This is why she says, I don't want to be pessimistic about it because I think this is a worthy and necessary battle.
The battle to keep their narrative.
The battle to keep what they have in place.
The battle to stop the truth tellers.
She's panicking right now.
She also said, we have to hold people accountable for their actions, particularly when those actions threaten our way of life, our rule of law, our future as a democracy.
So I'm determined to continue to speak out.
Basically, she's saying that What's happening right now?
It's threatening their way of life.
The people are waking up.
The people are learning the truth.
It's threatening their way of life the way they already always had it.
Their way they ruled everyone with their law.
One set of laws for the serfs and one set of laws for them.
And they're afraid of the future of this country because they'll no longer be in power.
Actually, they'll be in prison.
So she's going to continue with the fight.
Once again, how do you sneak one in?
Hmm, that's interesting.
But remember, she's saying all this while Sussman was indicted, Igor Danchenko was indicted, Where the indictments are showing that she paid for the disinformation that she was putting out there.
She's responsible for all this.
She's behind all of it.
And she's out there trying to convince everyone that it's everyone else.
This is a big fail for her.
It's not going to work.
And you know what else just happened?
Mike Lindell just went ahead and filed a complaint with SCOTUS. It's addressed in a way that allows any state attorney general to sign on.
Now think about that for a second.
Didn't we just talk about this yesterday?
I do believe we did with Patel Patriot, with his addendum.
We'll be getting to that in just a sec, but here's some parts from Brian Cates that he put out as he read through this, and we're all going to read through parts of this, just so we can get an idea of where this is going.
Now, there's a lot of information about manipulation, election fraud, the counting of the ballots, but here's some key parts here.
This is it right here, he says.
So let me read section 12 here.
In addition to injunctive relief sought for the November 2020 election, plaintiff states seeks declaratory relief for all federal elections in the future.
This problem is clearly capable of repetition yet evading review.
The integrity of our constitutional democracy requires the states conduct presidential elections in accordance with the rule of law and federal constitutional guarantees.
So Brian Kent says, if all we get from this case is a director from SCOTUS reminding the states that all their state elections for federal office must follow constitutional guidelines and their own state election laws, so these abuses in 2020 are not repeated, I see that as a win.
I do believe this is going to go a lot further than that.
Then we have Section 17.
Under the circumstances presented, plaintiff states has the right under the 12th Amendment to participate in an election of the president and vice president in the House and Senate, respectively.
U.S. Constitution Article 12, which the defendant's unlawful actions denied plaintiff state and which this court can redress by ordering that the election take place.
Now, at this point, they're asking SCOTUS to vacate the certification from January 6th so the court can order a new vote for president and VP in the House and Senate.
Then we move to Section 20.
And in this section, they're making the case that if they prove through the evidence in their exhibits that these five states did indeed engage in enough serious election fraud to disenfranchise the states that sign on to this complaint.
There is no real remedy to the election theft because the people who benefited from the theft now control the other two branches of the government, the executive and the legislative.
Therefore, asking the court to set aside the certification enacted on January 6th that was based on fraud is the only remedy.
Unless we have a system where if you successfully steal it and it got certified, there is no remedy.
Then section 99.

SCOTUS is well aware that the records for federal elections are required by law to retain for 22 months.
A staggering number of counties are basically admitting that they have already destroyed federal election records from the November 2022 election, which was just 12 months ago.
Think about this for a second.
This is the complaint going to SCOTUS. So there's a lot more in this complaint, but what it comes down to, and I do believe this is why they put the complaint out there, Is there waiting for the attorney generals to sign on to this lawsuit?
And this is the important part.
Remember yesterday when we read Patel Patriot, the indendum?
Well, there was a certain part in there.
And let me just reread it.
It says, it comes down to the timing.
In order for Trump to return, there needs to be a super majority of Americans ready and willing to accept his return.
the fact this has been pushed back until now when it didn't need to, tells us it was done on purpose.
It has been time to coincide with the multitude of failures of Biden administration and the mass awakening of the Americans that has resulted from those highly visible failures.
So if Mike Lindell has the attorney generals on board as he claims, and the evidence he possesses is genuine, then this upcoming SCOTA state is even bigger than we realize.
So basically they're saying that Mike already has a attorney general sign on, We're going to see if more Attorney General sign-on, or they already said they're going to sign on.
What does this mean?
This means that the PCAPs are genuine.
He got them from the military.
That means they're moving forward with the plan.
Remember, Trump has said, we caught them all.
We caught everything.
We have everything.
And now they're going down this route.
Now, of course, they're waiting to see if there are states that are going to decertify the election.
And we already see with Kelly Townsend, with Wendy Rogers, they're pushing to decertify.
Now, what's very interesting is that in Racine County, the sheriff has filed criminal charges against five of the six members of the Wisconsin Election Commission.
This is the first material charges countrywide related to the 2020 election theft.
So these individuals, they were charged with a crime.

Based upon the failure of the attorney general, Josh Cowell, to initiate a statewide investigation, I afforded charging recommendations to the Racing County District Attorney's Office for their review.
The recommended charges are for commissioners, Margaret Bostelman, Julie Glancy, Ann Jacobs, Dean Knudsen, and Mark Thompson.
The recommended charges are the same for each commissioner and include misconduct in public office in violation of Wisconsin Statute 946.12, felony.
Election fraud.
Election official assisting with violations in violation of Wisconsin Statute 12.13 2B7, felony.
Party to the crime of election fraud.
Receive ballot non-election official in violation of Wisconsin Statute 12.13 3N, misdemeanor.

The reasons for the recommended charges were clearly explained during the October 28, 2021 news conference and in the supporting documentation.
These are the first charges of their kind in this country related to the massive 2020 election steal.
The Department of Justice and FBI chose to allow all the crimes that occurred and have done nothing to date.
Local communities now are stepping up.
Now think about what's happening right now.
If someone was charged already, that means there was election fraud.
Brunovich, he is now investigating.
We're starting to see Pennsylvania, Texas, and other states push a forensic audit.
Trump is sitting back, giving the people the chance to do the right thing, the legislators to do the right thing.
To decertify this fraudulent election.
Now, Wendy Rogers, she's collecting names to have all 50 states audited.
Why?
It doesn't matter if Trump won or lost.
It has to be done in each state to show the pattern of cheating.
To show that it wasn't just in the places where Biden won.
They also were cheating in the state that Trump won.
So Trump might have won by a couple of votes, but if you see the same cheating patterns where all of a sudden Biden just shot up out of no place and there's duplicate ballots, there's signatures that aren't verified, ballots where they don't know who they belong to, the Dominion machines were hooked up to the internet, logs were overriding.
If we see all of this, which I do believe we're going to, This election was a complete and utter fraud.
Now Trump, he was being interviewed by Hannity and he said something very interesting about the Space Force again.
And he said the Space Force is going to be very important.
