Let's get into the economic collapse, political, and geopolitical news.
Now we need to remember that optics and timing They're very, very important.
Everything that we're witnessing right now with the economy, where Trump is saying that we're going to see a lot of taxes, we're going to see inflation.
Yes, people are very worried about this.

He's trapping foreign governments.
He's trapping Hollywood, sports organizations, big tech, fake news, corrupt politicians, you name it.

It's all part of the same system.
And what we're seeing right now is the pregame show.

But now that they experienced it, now that they witnessed it firsthand, they understand it.

When I started to look at this and started to look at the posts, I do believe that all these posts, not all of them, the main ones that we're looking at, the other ones are very informational, but the main ones to tell us what we're going to see because future proves past,
it fits in perfectly with all of this and it's really starting to make sense and we're going to be discussing CogCon and DEF CON. We're going to be discussing OWL, which is actually an operation, which I believe is for devolution.
We'll be talking about this a little bit later, but first, let's start off with Newsom, because Newsom right now is panicking, because the recall is going forward.
And think about what you've seen in the last couple days.
This is how you know they're panicked.
We had people with keys to mailboxes and they're taking out the mail in apartment buildings.
We have felons who were caught with thousands of ballots and they were taking them and most likely destroying them.
That's how you know they're panicking because if they were in control, they wouldn't need people doing this.
What are they so afraid of?
Well, The question is, during the election, and we've heard this during the symposium, that Trump actually won California.
So did Trump win California?
Did they try to hide it from the American people during the election?
And now with the recall?
But let's go back to post 1197.
This is April 19, 2018.

It says, will election fraud be revealed soon?
It says, yes, midterms are safe.

Then if we go to post 2621, this is December 12, 2018.

Will voter fraud in California ever be brought to light?

I do believe there was a lot of voter fraud going on in California.
The vote, just like in Arizona, Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, you name it, was altered.
And this is why we need to audit all 50 states.
And I do believe that something might have happened in California that we haven't seen in a very, very long time.
And we'll be talking a lot more about the election a little bit later in this report.
But what's very interesting is that the Supreme Court has told Biden to reinstate Trump's remain in Mexico policy.
And this is the policy that forces immigrants to remain south of the border while seeking asylum.
So a federal judge in Texas had previously ordered that the program be reinstated last week.
And now the Supreme Court is telling Biden, let's reinstate this.
Now, Trump, he put out a statement and he said the following.
Biden destroying America.
His policies have created a living national nightmare.
He surrendered our energy independence, sabotaged the economy, surged violent crime, caved to China, crushed our citizens instead of the virus, created the single greatest humiliation in our history in Afghanistan, stranded thousands of our citizens overseas at the whim of the Islamic extremists and left a wide open border to deadly drugs, vicious crime and unlimited illegal immigration at home.
I created the most secure border in history.
Biden has created the single most catastrophic border disaster in history by far.
Texas attorney general Ken Paxson, whom I strongly endorsed for reelection has just won a major Supreme court victory against the Biden open borders agenda.
I congratulate him on this win.
Biden was found to have broken the law in terminating the migrant protection protocols or remain in Mexico.
Now Biden must reinstate Remain in Mexico, one of my most successful and important programs in securing the border.
Other state attorney generals should follow suit and go after every one of Biden's unlawful border and immigration policies.
And we need to remember something very important.
If you notice, Trump, he loves the rule of law.
The United States needs to follow the rule of law because why?
The deep state, the invisible enemy, they don't like the rule of law.
And Trump knows that the law will always win out in the end.
Yes, he replaced a lot of the federal judges in the United States.
But he also knows that the system, the amount of corruption is so deep and wide that That the military is the only way.
Why do you think he...
The posts always say the military is the only way.
Because if you have the DOJ completely corrupt, if you have corrupt politicians, if you have corrupt courts, if you have corrupt attorneys, and you have pockets of corruption all over the place...
Can you have a fair trial, a civilian trial that's fair and just?
No, you cannot.
Where can you have a fair trial?
The military.
The military is the only way forward.
So to do this and to bring everyone to military tribunals, what do you have to do?
You have to allow these individuals to To work with foreign governments so they become enemy combatants.
And it's not just the Biden administration.
We're talking about many of the corrupt politicians.
Think about all the people that have been working with China, working with Ukraine.
Think about the invisible enemy that's dictating to the corrupt politicians.
Think about other individuals across the country that have been working with foreign governments and colluding with foreign governments.
It's getting a little bit clearer now, isn't it?
Now, the other part of this is that we know that all these individuals, most of them, well, they have committed crimes against humanity.
It's all part of their system.
And Trump actually told us about this during the early part of the pandemic when he said that human trafficking is very old and ancient.
And it's hard to believe that it goes on today, but it is going on and they use the Internet.
Now, what's very interesting is Is that Project Veritas, they have a DHS insider who blew the whistle on international child sex trafficking gangs, exploiting reasonable fear loophole.
So basically, this insider says that, yes, the border police, the DOJ, and the fake news, they all look the other way when it has to do with child sex trafficking.
And this is part of what this individual says.
And it says, DHS insider.
Some of these migrant gang members are encountered by Border Patrol and they're asked, Right away.
Do you fear for your life if you're deported?
They'll say no, and then the next day they'll say yes.

It's almost like they, microgang members, are coached.
Hey, if you get caught, just go ahead and say this.

It is not true that microgang members are in danger if they were to be returned to their country of origin.

These are the people that are causing danger in those foreign countries.
That's why they're on the transnational organized crime watch list.
So they are allowed to stay in the country while they wait for asylum claims.
They'll be able to file for what is called the employment authorization card.
This essentially is a work permit, and they're allowed to stay legally under the protections of this permit.

Every single one of these transnational criminal organizations are involved in sex trafficking.

Now, what's very interesting is that we know that Trump went ahead and he banned Huawei chips because China was developing them and it was a national security threat.
And we come to find out, and this is coming out of Reuters, and it says, Now, Mike Pompeo, he tweeted this out.
I work to secure America from the CCP threat, especially Huawei's predatory espionage.
This admin has given in to them.
The Russians get a pipeline.
Iran gets billions.
The CCP gets semiconductors.
America First is being undone.
Bad for American security.
Ted Cruz put this out, responding to the same article.
Joe Biden just approved licenses for the Chinese Communist Party spy agency to buy autochips, expanding their ability to conduct espionage and surveillance.
It should be an unbelievable decision, but sadly from the president, it's not.
And yes, he's reversing everything that Trump has done.
Now, here's another thing that people are going to see.
People are seeing it all right now.
Now, what's very interesting is that the Taliban, they're out there and they're saying one of the first things they're going to do is they're going to tackle climate change.
Now, let's think about this for a second.
Why would the Taliban, who's been fighting all these years, all of a sudden say, this is the first thing we're going to do?
So let me get this straight.
Countries are still evacuating their people and troops.
The central bank froze all assets and reserves.
There are no dollars coming in.
The country is a mess.
There's no real functioning government right now.
They have no industry.
But the first thing the Taliban is going to do is tackle climate change.
Does anyone see a problem with this?
And we see a problem with everything that's going on there.
We know that Biden, he handed the country over to China.
We know that there was a meeting with the Taliban between China and the Taliban going back some time right before this happened.
But I do believe that Trump and the Patriots, they knew that the deep state players, the puppet masters, they would walk down this path and fall right into this.
And ever since they did, what has Trump been doing?
Hitting them over and over and over.
Letting everyone know what they have done.

The first one says, this is an FU to the American people.
It shows Biden turning his back on the people.
After giving a press conference about the people that are stuck in Afghanistan.
Then Dan Scavino put out another tweet.
And this is a picture of Trump and it says, leave no American behind.
And then Trump put out a statement.
Our country has never been so diminished.
It has reached an all-time low.
And he's letting everyone know, look how bad it is under the deep state.
Do you like this?
Because people are seeing this in other states now, too.
They're seeing the unemployment rate not really coming down.
It's pretty darn high.
They're seeing lockdowns again.
They're seeing the economy fall apart.
They're seeing the country fall apart.
And Trump is absolutely right.
And we know that the forensic audits, they're going to be released soon.
Now, think about what the deep state has been doing to prepare for this.
Remember, they started the January 6th investigation.
They have COVID and they're pushing their agenda.
Now, what else are they doing?
Well, to get prepared for everything, we see that the deep state is airlifting unvetted Afghan people How many are terrorists?
How many belong to the Islamic State?
Remember, Biden told us that the Islamic State was released from prison.
So do you think some of them boarded the planes?
Remember, they brought over thousands and thousands of them.
Yes, they went to Qatar first, and then they're going to be coming to the United States.
And remember, going back some time, remember all the prisoners they released during COVID? Because they said, oh no, we can't keep them in the prison because of the pandemic.
We're going to have to release some of them.
Well, we know why they were releasing them.
Because they needed those people to do their dirty work.
Now, think about what is happening with the terrorists coming over to the United States.
Are they bringing all the terrorists over?
Taliban, other terrorists, ISIS. Did they release the prisoners?
Are they getting prepared for something big?
Maybe coming up during September 11th.
Is there going to be a false flag?
Most likely.
But remember, Trump and the patriots, they knew that this was going to happen.
They knew it all.
How?
Well, let's go to RT. They just put this out and it says, WikiLeaks, NSA capturing nearly every phone call made in Afghanistan since 2013.
The National Security Agency has reportedly been recording nearly all domestic and international phone calls in Afghanistan for the best part of eight years.
Now think about that for a second.
Remember when Trump says we caught them all?
Well, we need to think of the big picture here.
This is not just about the election where he caught them all.
He caught them all everywhere.
They've been monitoring every single piece of communication.
The NSA, the Space Force, military intelligence.
Remember, he's bringing down the swamp.
It's not about just him coming back and being president.
Because if he did that, the swamp would still exist.
He needs to bring it all down.
He needs to bring down the entire corrupt temple.
That is the main agenda here.
And without the people seeing it, experiencing it, understanding it, the people would not back him.
If you notice, the people are no longer believing the corrupt politicians.
They're no longer believing the fake news.
They're fighting back.
They're pushing back, not just here in the United States, but around the world.
This has to be done and it has to be done on a grassroots level.
It's not like Soros with his Arab Spring where he pays a few people to build up the momentum and then push a regime change.
This has to come from the millions and millions of people because when you have millions of people behind you in every city, in every state, we're unstoppable.
Now, what's very interesting As Vice Resident Kamala Harris, when she was out in Vietnam, Hanoi, she laid flowers at Senator John McCain's memorial site.
Remember, we don't say his name.
Where his Navy aircraft was shot down So was she sending a message?
Now remember, this is the third anniversary of his death.
Dan Scavino, well, he put out dog comms letting us know that something is about to happen.
Does this have to do with Biden?
That they're preparing to use the 25th Amendment?
Maybe, maybe not.
We'll have to see how this goes, but it seems like everything's pointing in that direction.
Now, with this pandemic, you can see the deep state, the fake news, the corrupt politicians, they're pushing their agenda as hard as they possibly can.
And remember, this is not just about, oh, let's give them the vaccine and it's all going to go away.
They want total control.
This is for the Great Reset.
And you can see that companies are in on it.
Remember, the swamp is deep and wide.
And Delta Airlines right now, they're going to be charging workers $200 per month for not being vaccinated.
So they're gonna charge them $200 more on their healthcare plan if they're not vaccinated.
Think about that for a second.
See how they're trying to push everyone into what they want.
Now, what's very interesting is that the Mississippi State Department of Health imposed new guidelines that require anyone infected with COVID-19 to isolate for 10 days at home.
And the order took effect immediately and also included those who are fully vaccinated.
And anyone who doesn't follow this and leaves their home and violates the policy will face massive fines and possibly be thrown in prison.
Now think about this.
Are they doing that out in Australia?
Are they doing that in other countries?
Remember, they're testing it out.
They're trying to see how far they can get with their agenda.
Remember, this is about total control.
We read about it yesterday.
We were warned about this because once they get this in place, It's easy sailing after this.
They have total control because once you give up your rights and your freedom, think about it.
Let's go back in time a little bit and you'll understand what I'm saying.
Remember when there was a time when you went to the airport and all you did was go through the metal detector and through an x-ray machine.
People were allowed to go all the way up to the gate and watch the planes take off.
Now what happens?
Well, since 9-11, what did they do?
They removed our rights, some of our freedoms.
People don't realize this because now you go to an airport and they can search you.
Isn't this something the founding fathers fought against?
Didn't they die so this couldn't happen unless they had a warrant?
Now you go to an airport or a football game or a baseball game or any type of event, they look through your bags without a warrant.
They pat you down without a warrant.
They open up your wallet, your personal documents, your personal items.
They go right through them.
You see, it started back then.
People didn't see it.
But what they do is they slowly creep along and they take away more.
This is why they were trying to push the false flags with the mass shootings because the next part of their agenda was to remove the weapons of the people.
Now, they're going as far as the vaccine passports.
If you have this piece of paper, you're allowed here.
If you don't, you lost that freedom.

And this is not going to stop.
They're going to continue to push.
Now, very interestingly, while they're doing this, there are certain problems because people are starting to notice certain things like Billy Prempeh.

Only 28% of black Americans, 18 to 44 years old, are vaccinated in New York.
That means that next month, when the vaccine passport law goes into effect, 72% of black Americans in New York will be denied service.
If you think voter ID is racist, you must also think vaccine passports are racist.
Think about it.
72% of the black Americans in New York They're going to experience segregation right now.
They won't be allowed to do certain things.
And it's not just them.
It's the rest of the country.
But just picture this.
What's going on here?
You think they're going to wake up pretty darn quickly?
I do believe so.
Now, out in Oregon, Governor Kate Brown, she's imposing outdoor mask mandate.
And it doesn't matter if you're vaccinated or not vaccinated.
And I do believe a lot of the same states that we saw before during 2020, during the mythical riots, I do believe these same states are going to start doing the same exact thing.
Why?

The Blasio said Sunday that more than 650 inmates had been released over coronavirus concerns.
Hundreds of prisoners released early from Rikers due to COVID concerns are being enabled to re-offend again and again without consequences.
Cause and effect?
Do you see what's happening?
So yes, we do see what's happening.
And this was back June 30th, 2020.
Do you see the same thing happening again?
Yes, but what are they doing this time?
They are bringing in terrorists.
And these terrorists will have to wear masks.
They're preparing for something much, much larger this time around.
I think what they did last time was to see if it would work.
That was like a test to see how far they could take it.

With COVID, they created the fear.
They made you wear masks.
They made you think that everyone could get it and everyone could die.
And now they're making the vaccine mandatory.
That is the difference because going forward, each year they're going to say there's a different variant, just like there's a different strain in the flu, and they're going to tell everyone, well, since it's mandatory, you got to take it.
So they're going to get everyone used to continually taking the jab over and over and over and over and over again.
And what do you think that's going to do?
Do you think that's really protecting you from the variant?
No.
What's their main agenda?
Depopulation.
Depopulation.
Make as many people as infertile as possible over time.
That's their agenda.
But we know that this is their playbook.
We know what they're trying to do.

The flu is going to come back and COVID is going to disappear.
Why do you think they want everyone vaccinated?
They don't want the pandemic.
I do believe they don't want the pandemic going into the 2022 elections.
Because they realize from the real polls how the people really feel about this.
And this is why they're trying to get everyone vaccinated, because they won't need the pandemic the way we see it today.

They're going to use the flu playbook.
Variants every year.
You need a vaccine passport.
You need a jab every year to protect yourself.
We don't have to lock down.
We don't have to do any of this as long as you do this.
That's what they're trying to do right now.
And this is why they're rushing and moving very, very quickly to get everyone vaccinated.
This is why they can't just say, hey, please get it.
We'll give you a hamburger.
We'll give you some French fries.
This is why they're becoming desperate at this point in time.
Because they realize through the poll numbers that they're doomed.
Because no one believes Fauci.
No one believes what they're saying anymore.
And they realize it's a race against time.
And you can see how this is all playing out right now.
Now, what's very interesting is that Biden, he came out, not him, but the Intelligence Committee, they came out with their report on where COVID originated.
And we come to find out that, no, it didn't come from Wuhan.
Do you really think that's true?
No, they did this because, if you go back a little bit, China warned of retaliation ahead of U.S. report on virus origins, saying, if you report that it came from us, well, then that's that.
We're going to retaliate.
And we know that Joe Biden, he listens to who?
China.
So the classified intelligence report How much do you want to bet that maybe some white hats are going to start to leak out some vital information that has to do with the origins of the virus?
And it's going to continually show that it came from Wuhan.
Remember, they also have a defector.
That has all the information.
So do you think some information is going to be let out?
I do believe so.
Now, what's very interesting is that people now are fighting back.
We have Staten Island hospital workers.
They're protesting the vaccine mandate.
They say, I'm not a lab rat.
We also have other individuals who are saying, listen, if we have to go back to masks, if we have to get the vaccine, we're not going to be going to certain events or certain restaurants or things like that.
Actually, if you look at the NFL, the same tickets are selling for less than a dollar after the team requires fans to be vaccinated or have a negative COVID-19 test.
The fans are saying, you know what?
I don't want to go then.
See, these organizations, these companies, they don't understand that the people are in control.
And like I said before, we're already starting to see the people push back.
We're already starting to see the people saying, listen, I don't have to go to a restaurant then.
We'll see what the restaurants do when no one shows up.
This is going to end very, very badly for the deep state, for these businesses.
And once the people don't show up for the games anymore, once the people don't go shopping, once the people don't go to the restaurants, you'll see how all these businesses say we can't do this anymore.
Actually, you're going to see a lot of class action lawsuits against the governors, the mayors, and whatnot.
Now, what's very interesting is we know that Biden, he's bringing in terrorists into this country.
We know Antifa is on standby.
We know there's felons on standby.
We know everything's building up.
We know September 11th is coming.
And we know that there's a hearing, an investigation going on with January 6th.

It's all happening around the August timeframe.

Biden's Department of Justice had determined that half of the 14,000 hours of surveillance footage taken at the Capitol between noon and 8 p.m.
on January 6th is not pertinent to the investigation and won't be made available to defendants.
Sounds legit.
USCP, DOJ hold all the cards with CCTV footage.
Can't be FOIA'd either.
This whole prosecution reeks of a cover-up.
Release the tapes.
They know they can get away with it.
I listened to three status hearings today and a judge DGAF about government slow walking this as January 6th detainees languish in jail.
They give lots of tough talk, McFadden, but refuse to force DOJ's hand.
Prosecutors don't even have to try.
Really, the 14,000 hours of CCTV video footage of January 6th is not pertinent Think about that.
Why would you hold that back?
Wouldn't you just show like, okay, here's the video.

Now, the other thing which is very interesting is that the Democratic chair of the January 6th committee, they want phone and text messages of Republican members of Congress and Trump associates.
You think they're planning on having information come out very, very soon?
Maybe when the forensic audit information is produced?
Because it seems like they're getting prepared and ready to really clog the news cycles.
Remember, Afghanistan was just the start.
They needed to bring in the terrorists.
They needed to prepare for what is coming.
And that's what we see happening right now.
And what's the other distraction?
Well, all of a sudden, since the police officer, the Capitol Police officer that shot Ashley Babbitt was exonerated, they're going to have him on TV. And his identity will be revealed for the first time.
I think we all know who it is.
Now, do you think this is a distraction?
Of course it is.
What they're going to do is they're going to run down and show all the videos of how Antifa was hitting the windows, breaking in, how they were pushing on the doors.
And remember, most of this was driven by Antifa.
They're the ones who were pushing this agenda along with the FBI informants.
This is why they don't want to release the other 14,000 hours of video because they know it would show something completely different.
This is all being built up for one thing and one thing only.
The riots that are coming.
Because remember, those out there are going to have to be wearing masks.
And we were told about this.
We know that this is all part of devolution.
We know that the patriots already knew the playbook of all of this and what they were going to do.

Now, what's very interesting is that the House now, they have passed the John Lewis Voting Rights Act, H.R. 4, and the vote was 219 to 212, and zero Republicans voted for the measure.

You think it's going to pass there?

Now, with the forensic audit, we can see that things are really starting to heat up, not just in Arizona, but in many other places.

It appears this investigation into election fraud in Wisconsin is deadly serious.
The questions were very pointed and seem to be on the money.
There are already tranches of ballots that are identified.
Wisconsin may end up being one of the most filthy examples in the country.
There are a large number of ballots ID'd as harvested and suspected illegal.
Of all the efforts I've heard about, this one seems to be not only the most serious, but also the most informed of what to look for and how this likely steal was carried out.
Just given the sheer numbers, I don't know how Biden's margin holds statewide.
They're looking at over 3,000 harvested in Kenosha alone.
If you remember, the last harvest batch in the country sent me through the roof.
So we see things are already happening out in Wisconsin, and we also see something else happening from True the Vote.
They've been conducting a months-long massive and clandestine voter fraud investigation into the 2020 presidential election.
And the results, it seems that they're about to come out.
So there's a document now that's circulating from True the Vote.
And it seems that several facets of the investigation, which center on what the group describes as the collection of cell phone GPS ping data in key election hotspots around the country, including Georgia, Arizona, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, are at the forefront.
And it seems that they're going to be producing some information.
The document says that the truth of vote has spent the last several months since last year collecting more than 27 terabytes of geospatial and temporal data, a total of 10 trillion cell phone pings between October 1st and November 6th in targeted areas in Georgia, Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Texas.
The data includes geofence points of interest like ballot dropbox locations as well as UPS stores and select government commercial and non-governmental organizations facilities.
From this, we have thus far developed precise patterns of life for 242 suspects, ballot traffickers in Georgia and 202 traffickers in Arizona.
In other words, what the document says is that True the Vote was able to take cell phone ping data on a mass wide scale and piece together that several people suspected ballot harvesters were making multiple trips to multiple drop boxes, raising potential legal questions in a number of these states.
So we'll have to see when this information starts to come out and we'll have to see.
What all this means, but it seems like they've been doing an incredible investigation.
And once this information comes out, I think people are going to be pretty darn shocked.
Now, the other thing that's very interesting is that Karen Phan, she is now planning to verify the signatures on some of the Maricopa County's 1.9 million early ballots.
So now they're going to be comparing signatures to envelopes.
This should be very, very interesting.
Now, I want to talk about devolution.
Now, we went through devolution part one all the way through part nine.

Now, this is continuity of government conditions, and this is about what happens when When we reach certain levels.
And this actually is pretty synonymous with DEFCON. DEFCON 1, DEFCON 2, DEFCON 3.
They're pretty much the same exact thing.
So let me just read the thread and then we'll go into the other things.

On September 10, 2020, Executive Order 13848 was extended for one year due to the unusual and extraordinary threat to national security.

During a catastrophic national emergency, the president may establish a temporary shadow government.
A part of establishing the shadow government requires key individuals in the ERG emergency relocation group moving to secondary locations to run the government.
So this says, following a catastrophic national emergency, the president or his successor can authorize the establishment of a temporary shadow government to maintain control of the essential functions of the federal government.
So President Bush activated the shadow government on September 11, 2001, shortly after the second attack on the World Trade Center.
If the National Emergency is within the Capital Region, the National Continuity Plan details a strategy for the mass evacuation and relocation of every federal government agency, the White House, and military.
So buried deep within the 102-page National Continuity Plan is the strategy for the mass evacuation and relocation of every federal government agency, including the White House.
President Trump also has two Obama-era executive orders that he might wield to protect the nation.
Power to commandeer all domestic resources and recruit citizens.
DHS can take control of private communications network.
The federal government has established four CAGON, continuity of government readiness conditions, levels to make sure the government is properly prepared to execute on these plans in the event of an emergency.
So there's level one, two, three, four.
And number four says this.
Federal executive branch government employees at their normal work locations.
Cog on three.
Federal agencies and department advanced relocation teams warm up their alternative sites and capabilities.
Coggon 2.
Deployment of 50-75% of emergency relocation group continuity staff to alternate locations.
Establish their ability to conduct operations and prepare to perform their organization's essential functions in the event of a catastrophic emergency.

Full deployment of designated leadership and continuity staffs to perform the organization's essential functions from alternate facilities either as a result or in preparation for a catastrophic emergency.

Now remember, DEFCON and Coggon, pretty much the same thing.

Interestingly, each year the United States government secretly drops the Coggon level from level four to level three due to the concentration of government leadership in a single location.

This morning, Dave began posting that many people had been notified that the United States Kagan was lowered to level 2.
Dave has been pressing the media and government for confirmation or denial.
So he tweeted out a couple of things here.
It says, your system was used this morning to send out alerts suggesting that the U.S. is at Kagan level 2.
Was your system hacked?
Care to comment?
For those reading this, this is what Kagan level 2 means.
Note, we cannot confirm whether this message has any validity at all.
If BlackBerry ad hoc was hacked, we need a statement from them to verify.
So either the current U.S. Kagan level was set to two and it hasn't been reported by anyone or the BlackBerry ad hoc system was hacked and used to send messages to at least some civilian targets as part of disinfo campaign.
Which is it?
So Dave identifies the telephone numbers used to communicate the ad hoc messages.
This number is actually detailed as an emergency contact number in the Coast Guard Emergency Response Materials.
Many people provided Troy copies of text messages.
Many others are posted to social media and emails notifying government members that Kagan was lowered to level 2.
Note that the scarcity of interest in Kagan until this morning.

And gives us Florida, Texas, Florida.
And this looks like North Carolina, Virginia, and other states.

So Virginia or Maryland is also there.
So what does Kagan Level 2 mean?

Some might recall the fire and evacuation this morning and might think this was the event that triggered Kagan 2.
Well, the fire was reported at 9.50 a.m.
and the Kagan 2 notification, they were sent at 8.04 a.m.
So it doesn't seem like that was the result of the messages being put out there.
It seems we are now at Kagan 2.
Whether this is an error, activated for another reason, or the primer for a temporary shadow government will become clear shortly.

So, in this, he's been talking about why is this level now brought to two and the last level is one.
Now, what's very interesting, if we go through this, it says a moving truck can be seen outside Mar-a-Lago.

So, we can see all of this seems to make some sense that something is definitely going on.
Then he points out that the Lincoln bus was removed from the White House.
That's when Biden came in.
That was removed.
And then it says devolution.
Wow.

So when we look at this whole thing and we start to put all the pieces together, we can actually see that something is definitely going on and it has to do with devolution.
