My name is Dave and this is episode 2368 and today's date is December 22nd, 2020 and the title of the episode is Trump Makes His Move on the Omnibus Bill.

Let's get into the economic collapse financial news.
Now, we know the central bank, the deep state, the mainstream media, the invisible enemy, they've been pushing this great reset.
In the meantime, the United States is not part of this great reset.
Now, they do believe that once Biden is in office, everything is going to go back to the way it was, and the United States can join the great reset.
This is why they're trying to bring down the economic system here in the United States and in every other country because their entire economic system is imploding.
Their global system that they created only lasts a certain number of years.
And once it reaches that point where you can't have an open and free market, you have to completely control it, it is time to change the economy into something completely different.
And this is what they're pushing right now.
Now, the United States is not going along with their plan.
This is why they're putting so much pressure on the small businesses, because they need to have the United States and the UK And the rest of the world be on board with their plan, with this recovery plan.
But if the United States is doing well and it doesn't need to recover like all the other nations, there's no reason for the United States to join the recovery plan unless they destroy the economy.
Now, they've been trying to destroy the economy since Trump got into office.
During this pandemic, what did they do?
They tried to bring down the market.
They tried to bring down the market many, many times.
It didn't work.
Because what they're trying to do basically is just bring down the system.
Destroy it.
Make the people pay and say, okay, look how bad it is right now.
You need our recovery plan.
I have a funny feeling they're going to be renaming the Great Reset to their recovery plan.
We'll have to see how that works out.
But right now, and I think moving forward, the United States is not going to be going along with their plan.
And those in the central bank, the mainstream media, the invisible enemy, they're angry about this.
Remember, they had all their foot soldiers do exactly what they needed them to do.
Lock it down.
Make sure small businesses suffer.
Make sure people don't go to work because we need to bring everyone into this great reset.
And we can see some of the foot soldiers.
I mean, look at Cuomo, for instance.
His state is completely locked down.
New York City is locked down.
And he is out there saying that he is very proud toward his accomplishments.
And he's saying that he worked really hard and Santa is going to be very good to me.
Really?
With pushing people into the nursing homes and having them die by destroying businesses in this state?
I don't think the people are going to look at this as, you did a great job.
Why would he be saying that he's doing a great job and Santa, well, he's going to help him out here.
This is called a payoff.
That's what he's talking about.
He's talking about the payoff from the stimulus bill and when Biden gets into office.
Now, what's very interesting, we know that this bill, this omnibus bill, is going to give $600 check to the people that have been suffering.
Now, they've been arguing about this over many, many months.
$600, what is that going to do?
But remember, that's not all of the money.
The other parts of the money are going other places.
That have nothing to do with the United States.
And the people are now seeing this.
The people are realizing, wait a minute, Congress, they're not benefiting us.
They're not helping us.
This stimulus bill should have been one thing and one thing only.
Help the small businesses, help people get through this tough time.
That's it.
The money should be going no other place.
But what do we see here?
Well, families with unauthorized immigrants, illegal aliens, they're now eligible to get stimulus checks.
That eligibility is retroactive, so adults excluded last time could get up to $1,800 now.
So those who are illegally in this country...
Those families that are helping them, they can get funds much more than the American citizen who's been suffering.
That's interesting.
Where else is this money going?
Well, yesterday we mentioned that it's going to many different countries.
And remember, this bill is about 5,593 pages.
And some of the countries where they're sending this is just very, very odd, very, very strange, and it makes no sense because this was supposed to be a stimulus bill to help the American people.
We have $169 million going to Vietnam, including $19 million to remediate dioxins.
This is page 1,476.
Unspecified funds to continue support for not-for-profit institutions of higher education in Kabul, Afghanistan, that are accessible to both women and men in co-educational environment, page 1477.
$198 billion to Bangladesh, including $23 million to support Burmese refugees and $23 million for democracy programs, page 1485.
130 million to Nepal for development and democracy programs, page 1485.
Pakistan, 15 million for democracy programs and 10 million for gender programs, page 1486.
Sri Lanka, up to 15 million for refurbishing of high-endurance Qatar, which is a type of patrol boat, page 1489.
505 million Pages 1,490 to page 1,491.

And this list goes on and on and on.
But what's very interesting is that we know that this money is going out to all these countries for one reason and one reason only.
It's foreign aid equals domestic money laundering, which means they send the money out.
It's laundered and it comes back to the special interest groups.
It comes back to the governors that have been pushing the lockdowns.
It comes back to certain politicians.
This is their scheme.
This is what they created the bill for.
This wasn't to help the American people.
They don't care anything about the American people.
They care about themselves.
They care about the elite the invisible enemy.
And Trump, he tweeted this out because he knows exactly what's going on.
I hope I never find life on another planet because if we do, there's no doubt that the United States will start sending them money.
He said this back in January 16th of 2014.
He knows exactly what's going on.
And if we go back to post 489, this is January 7th, 2018, it says U.S. taxpayer are paying for it all.
Paris Accord, scam, trillions of dollars.
Red Cross, scam, billions of dollars.
Foreign aid?
Scam.
Trillion of dollars.
War?
Scam.
Trillions of dollars.
On and on.
Who audits where the money actually goes?
Who actually receives the money?
The U.S. taxpayer is funding the very people we are engaged in taking down.
Slush funds everywhere.
Think George Soros pays for Antifa out of his own pocket?
Absolutely not.
All those people that destroyed businesses and the cities and everything else.
Where do you think the money is going to come from to rebuild all of this?
We'll be talking about that in just a second.
The hole is deep.
Feel sick yet?
Yes.
And then we have the Kennedy Center.
It is receiving $14 million of stimulus.
Now it's been shut down.
There's been no shows.
There's been no employees.
No one's working.
Nobody's doing anything.
Strange how they didn't give everyone else a lot more money, but the Kennedy Center is receiving 14 million.
Do you really think the Kennedy Center needs 14 million or do you think this money is going someplace else?
Well, I do believe Trump thinks it's going someplace else.
This is why he came out with a proclamation today.
And it says today, President Trump announced his intent to appoint the following individuals to key positions in his administration.
Pam Bondy of Florida to be a member of the Board of Trustees of the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
Edward McCullen Jr.
of South Carolina to be a member of the Board of Trustees on the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts.
And it goes on and on.
Why did he do this?
Because he wanted to know where all these funds are going.
And if he was leaving office, why would he do this now?
Which tells you something.
He's not leaving.
Now, what's very interesting is that this bill that they created, that no one wanted to read, that nobody cares about, they just wanted to go on Christmas vacation, and we can see that Congress, these individuals that we elected to be in these positions, they are not working for the American people.
Because like I said before, this bill should have been for the people and that's it.
Period.
None of these countries, none of these other things should have been in there.
Absolutely not.
But we can see that this was done on purpose.
They held out for a very long time because they needed to pay off certain individuals.
They had to launder money.
So they needed the foreign aid.
But what's very interesting is that this omnibus spending bill Well, this allows Trump to do quite a bit if he decides to pass it.
Now, he says he's going to veto it because it doesn't have the things that he needs.
Plus, it has the renaming of statues.
It doesn't have Section 230.
But if, remember, this is also a veto-proof omnibus bill.
But what's very interesting about this, it means that POTUS can allocate these funds where he wants.
The Constitution requires that the President adhere to a budget set forth by Congress and direct the expenditures as provided therein.
The omnibus spending bill It's just another big pork bill.
And this allows him to take the money and spend it where he thinks it should be.
Yes, there are instructions that are there that he has to follow.
But he can say, you know something, I want this to go here.
Now there are certain requirements like mandatory spending and discretionary spending.
Mandatory spending is the programs for such as Medicare and Social Security.
These are regulated by law and are over and above the appropriations process.
Now, the discretionary spending is supposed to be from 12 appropriations bills passed by Congress for things such as like grants, agriculture, military.
And this bill is full of discretionary spending, meaning that Trump, following some rules and parameters, he can spend it how he sees fit.
Now, I know this bill doesn't have the things that he needs in there, but it's an omnibus bill.
We'll have to see how he plays this out because he's been saying that he's going to veto it.
But again, we had the House and the Senate pass a veto-proof bill.
We'll have to see how this goes.
But it seems that Trump now is tracking down where these funds are going with his proclamation.
We already know that the deep state, they use these funds to launder the money to pay off certain individuals that have been following instructions.
And I do believe that this is being tracked right now and the money is going to be followed to where it exactly goes.
And this is how we're going to catch these individuals.
And the one big thing from all of this is that the people are seeing exactly where all of this is going, and the people are seeing that, wait a minute, you didn't help me out here.
You told me to shut down my business.
You told me I couldn't go to work.
For months and months and months, you haggle back and forth, and 600 bucks?
is not going to cut it because I can see you're sending billions upon billions of dollars to other areas why?
Why are you doing that?
I can see you are not helping the American people.
You're not for the American people.
I can see how you truly think of us.
I do believe that's the most important message here.
And people are starting to realize that it's all over Twitter.
It's all over Facebook.
It's all over Instagram.
It's all over everywhere.
People are seeing this.
Remember, people have been suffering.
People have...
I've been out of work.
People have been, their businesses have been shut down.
They have no income coming in.
They were hoping that this was going to help them out.
Now they're seeing that they listen to what they said and they're not going to get help.
This is all they've been wanting is help.
Now, remember, people reach the precipice of destruction at all different levels.
Many, many people are going to see this and they're going to reach that level very, very quickly because they're going to see that I am not receiving anything and a lot of this money, billions upon billions of dollars, is going to many other countries for ridiculous programs that have nothing to do with America.
Why should I have to pay for all those countries?
Because that's really what it comes down to.
Who's paying for this?
The American taxpayer.
The American taxpayer didn't win out on this deal.
Who pays for the $600?
The American taxpayer.
Who pays for all the countries?
The American taxpayer.
It's a lose-lose for the American people.
At least if all the money was coming to the American people, at least they can say, okay, at least I have this money right now.
I pay taxes for it and it's coming back to me.
But when you see $600 coming back to you and you see billions and billions going to all these different countries, all these different other places, Well, it doesn't sit right with the American people.
And I do believe Congress is in trouble now.
