Now, yes, what are we seeing?
We're seeing everyone talk about manipulation.
Yes, we have the dominion system.
We have the ballots.
We have people that are instructed to do certain things.
Trump is going to use this.
He's going to use everything the digital soldiers are doing.
Pulling out of all different places and showing it, videos, paperwork, affidavits, interviews, all of this is going to be used.
Now, is it the only thing they're going to use?

But this is being done on purpose because he needs to make a case.
And once the case is made, Then he can move towards the Constitution.
And I do believe this is what he's planning to do or something around this area.
But when you look at some of these players like Jake Tapper, you can see that he is gloating.
You can see that he thinks he has the upper hand.
They think they've won this.

It's not easy, but at a certain point, one has to think not only about what's best for the nation, peaceful transfer of power, but how any future employers might see your character defined during adversity.

He's threatening everyone that you might lose your job or you might not be able to get a job because of your beliefs, because of who you were backing.
Think about what they're doing right now.
They're also just making up stories that are not based in fact, where they haven't checked with the people.
They're just making them up.

to POTUS tell me he's being urged by Jared Kushner, Rudy Giuliani, and campaign advisor Jason Miller to hold rallies throughout the U.S. pushing for recounts of votes.
David Boce and White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows are urging the president to think about a concession.
Well, Jason Miller responded to this and said, this is 100% false.
There is no truth to this report whatsoever.
COS Meadows, Dave Boce and Jared Kushner, Rudy, myself, and everybody else are on the We all work for Trump and follow his lead.
There is no daylight between us.
So right there, they're just making all of this up.
And they're putting out as much propaganda as they possibly can.
It's not going to work.
Remember, the people, and I'm saying the majority of the people, do not trust the media anymore.
There's been polls that have been done and they do not trust what they're saying.
They don't believe anymore.
A lot of it is fake news and they're starting to understand this.
We've understood this for a very, very long time.
But social media companies and mainstream media outlets, they're trying to explain how these ballots are normal.
Well, yes, we do have times where someone just votes for a president and leaves everything else blank.
Well, yes, it might be a couple of them, but not the majority.
And this is Ryan Savendra.
He tweeted this out.
Twitter has no idea how laughable this is.
It is common for people to only vote for a presidential candidate on the ballot and not candidates for other offices, journalists report.
And it is absolutely ridiculous because it's so widespread now where these votes are coming in where there's too many of them and it doesn't make sense.
Now, Senator Rand Paul made up...
He tweeted out something which is very important.
He said, your government sent 1.1 million dead people stimulus checks.
Wonder how many of these folks are also voted absentee?
Well, if the government can send people stimulus checks...
Why can't then the states send dead people ballots?
They can.
And they have.
And what we're seeing, we're seeing the election fraud manipulation come out into the mainstream.
Think about what the social media companies have been doing.
Think about what the mainstream media has been doing.
They've been telling everyone election fraud is fake.
And anyone that mentions it, they're brought down.
Go back in time.
Remember when the church and the kings and the queens, when they said that the sun revolves around the earth and anyone that questions this is lying?
And what did they do to these people?
They threw them in jail.
What are they doing right now?
It's the same thing.
The establishment is trying to tell you That whatever anyone else is talking about, doesn't matter what evidence you see, it's completely fake, phony, and false.
They did this with the riots.
They told us they don't exist.
They're all peaceful protests.
The mainstream media wouldn't show the riots because all they would show is whatever peaceful protests were going on.
They wouldn't acknowledge them.
Actually, we had representatives like Nadler saying it was a myth.
They had to change their tune because people didn't believe them.
And the polls, and I'm not talking about the polls that they put out, I'm talking about the internal polls, were showing that they were no longer believing the mainstream media about the riots.
And this is why they finally had to admit it.
But the entire time they told us that wasn't happening.
Well, the same thing's happening right now.
They're telling us that there's no such thing as fraud, even though they told us that Russia manipulated the election in 2016.
Now they're telling us there's no fraud, which means there's rampant fraud.
And we know that Project Veritas...
They went ahead and they did an undercover video of a postal worker and this postal worker came forward and said, listen, yes, we were told to backdate.
Now we have a second postal worker who's come forward and said, yes, I agree with this postal worker.
They told us to backdate the date.
So this way it would look like all these ballots came in during the election period.
Paul Sperry tweeted this out.
The Democratic Party of Georgia has been pressuring election officials across the state to count rejected provisional ballots for Biden, contending thousands have curable defects.
And then Elizabeth Harrington, she tweeted this out.
Detroit election workers.
I was instructed by my supervisor to adjust the mailing date of these absentee ballot packages to be dated earlier than they were actually sent.
The supervisor was making announcements for all workers to engage in this practice.
And she continued, What we're seeing right now is all different cases of election fraud.
Sean Davis tweeted this out.
In a new sworn affidavit, a whistleblower with Clark County Election Department of Nevada claims Nevada poll workers fabricated proof of residence data for illegal voters.
So far, Nevada Attorney General has taken no action to investigate credible fraud claims.
So we have all these people, and there's a lot more than this, believe me, Yes, I know all you guys are writing in.
We see it all over social media.
There is so much fraud right now.
It is absolutely ridiculous.
And all Twitter is doing is saying that every single case is disputed, which is absolutely fake, phony, and false.
How do they know this?
They have the proof?
No, they're just putting these labels on here to convince you.
And then we have the Dominion voting system.
And this system, well, this system is used to manipulate the entire election.
And it's not just in one area.
Actually, there was a report here that was put out.
And this is what it says.
Several counties in both Michigan and Georgia have reported encountering the election officials described as a glitch involving their voting machines during the 2020 presidential election.
Dominion voting system election software was implemented in all of Georgia's counties for the first time this year.
An investigation by AGC also determined that the Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger's office weakened the system's defenses by disabling the password protection on key components that controls who is allowed to vote.
So we can see that all of this was done on these voting systems.
The voting systems used decimal places.
They gave votes to other candidates.
It is not a glitch.
It is programmed into the system.
And Bill Binney breaks this down.
Remember, Bill Binney, he worked for the NSA. He did the calculation.
That proved that Russia didn't hack the DNC. He proved that it was an inside job because the numbers didn't match up.
But take a listen to what he said about software glitches and programs.
Well, these things that they're calling glitches in software that are randomly changing only certain boats, they're not glitches at all.
Those are programmed into the software.
It's doing exactly what it's supposed to do.
If there's a problem in software, we call those bugs.
If the bug is in the software, it does everything consistently with everything, not just selectively picking things.
If only certain things are selected, picked, and changed, That's not a bug.
That's designed in the software.
That's intentional.
So this was no glitch whatsoever.
This was programmed into the system because a glitch, it would affect both sides.
A glitch just doesn't affect one side.
And you can see that this entire system, it was meant to do exactly what it did.
It was programmed to do this.
and methods he tweeted this out happy hunting gives us a document to show people certain people that are involved in the dominion voting system and it's speaker pelosi we're also getting information that it's the clinton foundation and what's very interesting about all of this is that wherever the dominion software was used and this is coming from ill discourse
this these are the same exact states where trump is filing lawsuits So we're looking at Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada.
Now keep those in mind because this is going to be very important later on when we talk about the Constitution.
We also come to find out That Smartmatic, a UK company, is involved with Soros that bought a California company that controlled voting machines in 16 states.
Washington, Oregon, Nevada, California, Arizona, and the rest.
So we have Soros involved, we have Pelosi, we have everyone involved in all of these things.
And what's very interesting is I like to go back to 2016 because the BBC, they put out a vote rigging article on how to spot the telltale signs.
And this is very interesting.
Now, remember, this was put out September 2nd, 2016.
Number one, too many voters.
Watch the turnout figure.
They can be a big giveaway.
You normally don't get 90, 92, 95%.
That's a giveaway.
You have to look at high turnout in specific areas.
Even where the turnout is within the bounds of possibility, if the figure is widely different from the turnout elsewhere, it serves as a warning.
Large number of invalid votes.
Well, isn't this what we're coming to find?
That there's a large number of invalid votes where they're looking at the ballots and they're saying, wow, these doesn't make sense.
And you have results that don't match.
Well, we're going to find that out very, very soon.

The delay in announcing the results.

That's what they found.
When they looked at manipulation, this is what they saw.
And this was written in 2016.
So let's go to the Constitution.
What could Trump be planning here?
Well, first recall that we don't elect the president directly.
On November 3rd, we voted for the presidential electors, collectively known as the Electoral College, who will choose a president and vice president next month.
The Constitution tells us that the principal rule writers for presidential elections are state legislators.
Article 2, Section 1, Clause 2 says that the presidential electors in each state are appointed in such a manner as the legislator thereof may direct.
But the Constitution also limits that power in several ways.
One limit is a ban on extended elections where people cast ballots at different times or over an extended period of time.
Independent poll watchers find it much more difficult to monitor extended elections than the same-day elections.
This also encourages electoral mischief.
Extended elections are unfair because early and late voters have different information.
This year, for example, additional evidence arose while voting was actually in progress that allegedly showed Biden was involved personally in his family's influence peddling scheme.
And at least some later voters knew this.
Early voters did not.
For reasons such as these, the founders rejected extended elections.
The Constitution has a provision called the Same Day Clause or Presidential Vote Clause.
It states as follows.
The Congress may determine the time of choosing the electors and the day on which they shall give their votes, which day shall be the same throughout the United States.
If you read the Same Day Clause carefully, you can see that it grants Congress two powers.
First, Congress may name a single day When all presidential electors vote, Congress has exercised this power, U.S. Code Title III, Section 7.
In 2020, the day is December 14th.
Second, Congress may fix the time we choose presidential electors.
That is when all go to the polls.
then singular form of time tells us that the time Congress elects must be the same nationwide.
Congress has exercised this power, but as we shall see, not entirely.
U.S. Code Title III, Section 1 states, the electors of president and vice president shall be appointed in each state on the Tuesday next after the first Monday in November, in every fourth year succeeding every election of a president and vice president.
In 2020, that date was November 3rd.
So the law is clear.
We may vote for presidential electors on the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November and only then.
But this year, in our collective arrogance, we decided to disregard the Constitution and the law passed under it.
Instead, we opted for mail-in voting and extending over weeks.
This is what the deep state did.
State authorities may respond that they used November 3rd as a cutoff date for receiving ballots, even though some apparently were counting ballots that were cast later on.
But a cutoff date isn't the same as time of choosing electors.
In 2020, the time of choosing electors sprawled over weeks, and the periods were not uniform from state to state as the Constitution and federal law require.
The results were just as the founders would have predicted.
Different information was available to those voting at different times.
Some officials apparently manipulated the process of sending out, gathering, and counting mail ballots.
Poll watchers, even when permitted to observe, had an impossible task, and some poll watchers were not allowed to look.
And under the law, they have every right to look.
The election is supposed to be transparent.
The Constitution offers two ways out of this mess, both better than the alternatives.
One is for Congress to call a new presidential election.
Now, Congress is very unlikely to do this because it's Democratic.
They have the majority.
And I don't believe the House of Representatives, they're going to go out and say, okay, you Let's do this over and Biden is no longer the president.
So this, I don't believe, is going to work.
And I don't believe they're going to do this at all.
So what can be done?
Well, the Constitution and federal law offer other simpler options.
As noted above, Congress has exercised only part of its power to fix the time for choosing presidential electors.
It has left the rest up to who?
The state legislators.
U.S. Code Title III, Section 2 provides.
Whenever any state has held an election for the purpose of choosing electors and has failed to make a choice on the day prescribed by law, the electors may be appointed on a subsequent day in such a manner as the legislator of such state may direct.
So if a legislator becomes convinced its returns are hopelessly muddled or corrupt, it may arrange a new way of choosing presidential electors.
Unlike the House of Representatives, the legislator of most of the disputed states, now this is very important, Pennsylvania, Georgia, and so on, have Republican majorities.
This is not left up to the governor.
This is the legislators.
You think Trump knew this?
If a legislator becomes convinced its state election was corrupt, the legislator has at least two options.
Call a new statewide presidential election for a single day.
Choose the electors by legislative vote on a single day, just as most states did early in our history.
There is a precedent for reverting to that practice when there is insufficient time for a well-conducted public vote.
And this is Colorado 1876.
Trump, he likes to follow the law.
He likes to follow the Constitution.
Do you think he's looked into this?
I do believe so.
And if you notice, these states, which are completely corrupt, manipulated the election.
And it was completely planned out.
He knew that these states, they had the Republicans as the majority.
All he has to do is present his cases.
And it seems that these legislators are on board with him.
What do you think is going to happen next?
Do you think we're going to have a redo of the election in each state?
Or do you think they're going to choose electors?
They're going to look at the ballots.
They're going to say, okay, Trump won this.
And they're going to give the votes to Trump.
Very interesting.
And we have to remember, and this is Kayleigh McEnany.
She had a press conference today and she mentioned Gorsuch.
And this is what he wrote.
Nothing in our founding document contemplates the kind of judicial intervention that took place here, nor is there precedent for it in 230 years of this court's decision.
Our oath to uphold the Constitution is tested by hard times, not easy ones.
And succumbing to the temptation to sidestep the usual constitutional rules is never costless.
It does damage to faith in written constitutional law, to the power of the people to oversee their own government and to the authority of legislators.
For the more we assume their duties, the less incentive they have to discharge them.
Last minute changes to longstanding election rules risk other problems, too, inviting confusion and chaos and eroding public confidence in electoral outcomes.
No one doubts that conducting a national election amid a pandemic poses serious challenges, but none of that.
It means individual judges may improvise their own election rules in place of those people's representatives have adopted.
So look what we have here.
Trump, when you look at the rule of law, you look at the highest law of the land, the Constitution.
He has all the leverage.
He has it all.
And he's been leading up to this.
This is what he tweeted out.
Nevada is turning out to be a cesspool of fake votes.
Matt Schlapp and Adam Laxalt are finding things that, when released, will be absolutely shocking.
He tweeted this out about Pennsylvania.
And then everyone was wondering where Bill Barr was.
Well, it seems that Bill Barr didn't speak to reporters.
He met with Senator McConnell and they had a discussion.
I wonder what he's going to do next because now we're bringing in the Attorney General.
But you have to remember The mainstream media, they're going to keep their propaganda up.
They're not going to stop.
And Politico put this out.
A presidential election closely monitored for cyber attacks, but surprisingly free of them, reached an apparent conclusion on Saturday morning when Joe Biden secured the necessary electoral votes to win the White House.
First of all, he didn't get the electoral votes because the mainstream media doesn't decide this.
And yes, the systems, there was no cyber attack because it was programmed into the system.
So what they're saying is absolutely fake, phony, and false.
And the entire mainstream narrative was completely destroyed about Joe Biden winning the electoral votes.
Why?
Because we had the acting deputy administrator of the U.S. Agency for International Development, John Barsa, told people that there will be no transition until General Services Administration certifies the election results.
He said you should be aware.
The only official announcement about an election result that matters is from the head of GSA. So until the head of GSA makes a determination as to who won an election, nothing changes.
There is no transition in place.
There's nothing.
There's no decision yet of who's president.
And we need to go back in time.
Remember Gore?
They said he was president-elect for 37 days.
We've never heard of President Gore.
Same thing here.
Trump knows exactly what he's doing.
He's destroying the system.
He needs to show everyone how corrupt it is, how bad it's been for a very long time.
And it's not just, this has nothing to do with Trump, Republicans, Democrats.
This is about the people's right to vote.
And no matter who you are, You want to make sure that that vote is not tampered with because that is your power.
And the deep state, over all these years, they've taken that power from the people.
They've replaced it with an illusion.
Their systems, their main system decides who's going to be president.
The illusion is that we thought we had the power to elect someone.
Trump is going to be returning that power to the people.
Now, what's very interesting is that Vladimir Putin, he is not recognizing anyone yet.
He is holding back.
He's going to wait until the actual results come out.
Now, that's very interesting and very telling because we already had Benjamin Netanyahu come out and congratulate Biden and Kamala Harris.
This is how Trump is separating the swamp and those people that are with the deep state from those people who follow the rule of law.
And Trump just made another major move.
We know when all this comes down and Trump wins the election and he's reelected, We know that Biden, Pelosi, the invisible enemy, the central bankers, they're going to unleash hell on the people because we didn't follow in what they told us to do.
They're going to try to punish the people.
Trump, he understands this.
He understands what's coming.
So what happened today?
He got rid of Esper, Secretary of Defense.
This is what he tweeted out.
I am pleased to announce that Christopher C. Miller, the highly respected director of National Counterterrorism Center, will be acting Secretary of Defense effective immediately.
Chris will do a great job.
Mark Esper has been terminated.
I would like to thank him for his service.
Now remember, the mainstream media was out there telling everyone that he's going to be issuing his resignation letter.
Well, Trump, he decided that he was going to terminate him Way before that.
And he made it a point to let everyone know that that's exactly what he's doing.
Now, Andrew Weissman, he was the brains behind the Mueller investigation.
This is what he tweeted out.
And he's a little panicked right now because Esper, he was their guy to hold the military back as they went after Trump.
Remember, they were going to create the riots.
They were going to go after the White House.
They were going to drag him out of the White House.
And the military was not going to do a damn thing because Esper was not going to instruct them to do anything.
And this is what he tweeted out.
To have a successful coup, a leader must control the military.
What is he saying here?
To have a coup, we need Esper in that place.
We don't have him anymore.
Number two, he says, Trump just fired a DOD secretary and stole a flunky.
This is serious.
Will Republicans speak up or will they remain complicit?
Their plans went down the drain.
When he says Republicans he's talking about the corrupt individuals.
Why did Trump put Christopher Miller in this position?
Well, what's his specialty?
Well, he is responsible for overseeing the employment of special operation forces in counter-terrorism, military information support operations, information operations, unconventional warfare, irregular warfare, direct action, special reconnaissance, foreign internal defense, counter-proliferation, sensitive special operations and personal recovery hostage issues as specified by the Secretary of Defense.
This is what he does.
And has Q ever said that it's irregular warfare?
It's unconventional warfare?
It's insurrection?
It's terrorism?
We need someone in position, in this position, so he can counter the terrorism.
This is what he does.
Trump planned this out perfectly.
They can't have their coup now.

I think they did this on purpose.

Why did they wait until after the election where they thought Joe Biden was going to be the president?
Because he was going to use this To show the people that he has now cured the virus.
It is now gone.
But this is going to work against them.
Because, first of all, Biden is not going to be the president.
Trump will be re-elected.
And he will show that the vaccine works and there's no reason for the pandemic.
This completely backfired on all of them.
And we can see that they've been planning for their 16-year plan.
They have never stopped.

Remember Bill Gates and all the rest that want mandatory vaccines?
They still think this is going to happen.
They're still pushing forward with it.
This is why they mentioned the vaccine.
Actually, the New York Bar Association is recommending mandatory COVID-19 vaccines with no exceptions.
They're moving forward with their plan.
Does this mean it's going to work?
Absolutely not.
Trump is ready to counter all of this.
They think they have the upper hand.
They don't remember.
Trump follows the rule of law.
The law is on his side.
The Constitution is on his side.
The propaganda is on the other side, which doesn't work.
So Joe Biden came out today and he sent a message because they see the writing on the wall.
Even though they're out there saying that I'm the president, they know that this is not going to work.
Actually, their plan is completely falling apart very, very quickly.
This is why Joe Biden was out there talking about masks, that he implores everyone to wear a mask now.
Why would he do this?
Well, remember when he mentioned dark winter?
That was his plan.
It was going to be a dark winter.
The pandemic was still going to be here and it was going to get worse.
And everyone was going to have to wear a mask.
What was the purpose of the masks?
Yes, it was to incite fear, but it was to protect the identities of Antifa.
This is why they want masks now.
He's sending a message out that everyone wear your mask The riots are going to begin.
And this way, your identity will be protected because you can wear helmets, goggles, and a face covering.
A lot of places, this is against the law, except during a pandemic.
This is why he's continuing with it.
And again, Trump is not going to make everyone take the vaccine.

There's also therapeutics which completely cure you.

So if you have a cure in that way, you don't need the vaccine.

All of a sudden, no riots by Trump supporters.
If you noticed, not one Trump supporter burned a building down, hurt someone, destroyed a business, spray painted a wall, nothing.
They don't riot.
Yes, they had protests.
They kneeled.
They prayed.
They carried the flag.
But they didn't hurt their neighborhoods.
They didn't hurt people.

The Biden supporters do riot because they are lawless.
He's letting you know right now that is what is coming.
And what's very interesting is that you have to understand how Trump operates.

Yes, they're taking punches at him.
He doesn't mind it.
He'll take the punches.
But when he punches back the counterpunch, it's not going to sting.
It's going to be a knockout.
