Live with Journalist Steve Baker! Breaking Down his BOMBSHELL! If The Shoes Don't Fit...

Steve Baker exposes alleged FBI cover-ups regarding the Charlie Kirk murder, claiming Brian Cole Jr. is not the pipe bomber due to mismatched shoe sizes and accusing Kash Patel of retaliating against whistleblowers like himself, Steve Friend, and Marcus Allen. He details how the FBI fabricated a leak narrative involving Joe Kent to discredit intelligence memos while suppressing evidence of directed energy weapons in Baker's heart failure case. Ultimately, the discussion highlights systemic retaliation within the new administration, suggesting that promised reinstatements were broken to protect officials rather than honor truth. Tyler Robinson Trial Leads 00:03:55
Show, but I might touch on it afterwards at the locals after party.
Behold.
Yes, in a spirit of looking at every lead, turning over every stone, we wanted everybody that needed to know to know anything that we knew.
Not just, I mean, and by the way, we've been accused of not being interested in the truth.
And just to remind people what this is referring to, this is after Charlie's murder, there were text messages from a private group chat that were made public and were used to, frankly, kick off the big conspiracy theory that we've run into over and over again, which is that Israel or the Jews had Charlie murdered.
Yes.
So, which we do not believe, which we do not believe, but we have been accused of trying to, or we're not interested in the truth.
The actual fact of the matter is that behind the scenes, we have given everything we know to give, every single piece of information.
This was one of them.
I was told I could trust Joe Kent.
I provided the screen grabs to Joe Kent, and that I don't know what happened to them at that point.
Okay, that I just want to make that very clear.
Eventually, Joe did message me and suggest that I make those screen grabs public.
I think we covered this yesterday, and I'm still following up on this today and trying to get additional information from whomever.
I have no insider sources.
I did hear back from Michael Schellenberger, who replied to my tweet about the rumor of the day, which is that Joe Kent might testify at the Tyler Robinson trial, because according to Michael Schellenberger, and I'm not saying this to undermine what he said.
Schellenberger put out a tweet for those of you who hadn't heard this, something to the effect that Joe Kent questions whether or not Tyler Robinson was the lone shooter.
Here's the Michael Schellenberger tweet.
It says, Joe Kent says he is skeptical that Tyler Robinson, who confessed to killing Charlie Kirk, was the lone shooter.
That accusation could undermine the prosecutor's case against Robinson.
This goes back to some stuff that we've been following for a little while.
You know, Richard Barris came on a while back and had expressed some frustration on Twitter that he got the impression people were not investigating certain leads because they didn't want to complicate or pollute the prosecution of Tyler Robinson and risk not getting a conviction there.
I replied to Michael Schellenberger said, the lone shooter or the lone actor, serious and sincere question, because they're two different things right there.
And Schellenberger just recently responded and linked to his article and said, here's the full quote.
Me, the whole idea appears to be, or is he being prosecuted as just a lone shooter?
Kent, I personally have always found the lone shooter narrative to be challenging, but that's just my opinion.
And it goes on, which, you know, admits of the possibility, him not being the lone shooter or him not being the lone shooter, as in the shooter who acted alone versus the only shooter.
It's not just a semantic distinction.
It's one that I think needs to be fleshed out because I personally, until evidence to the contrary, you know, the evidence points to Tyler Robinson being the shooter, but not the lone actor in the plot, in my humble view.
So following that, and I just wanted to start with that because it has nothing to do with the show today, which is going to be an interview with Steve Baker about his latest bombshell of the Tyler Robinson, not the Tyler Robinson, the Brian Cole Jr. Patsy of a Pipe Bomber in January 6th.
I also listened to the interview with Mark Levin with Joe Kent, and I'm doing a summary of that.
I shot the content this morning and have yet to finish editing it because I was doing some other editing, went for a jog, walked the dogs, took the kids to school, and did all the other stuff that goes into a day.
Rumble Wallet and Crypto Tips 00:02:38
And I'm going to get that out before the end of the day and before my bowling evening because it's bowling league.
Before we even get into the show of the day, I want to thank the sponsor of today's show, which is the bestest.
They're all great sponsors.
But when it comes to the free speech that we all enjoy and nay, need on this earth.
And as I want to pull up the link, I want to show you what the Rumble Wallet looks like.
It's right here, people.
It's Rumble Wallet, the sponsor for today's show.
You already know why people are moving to crypto.
There's another problem is that most wallets still plug into the same system we are trying to escape in the first place.
And that is why Rumble built the Rumble wallet.
Capital R, capital W.
It's a self-custodial, that is to say, a non-custodial.
You own it, nobody else owns it, wallet that lives inside of an ecosystem that actually defends free speech and financial freedom.
No bank holding your balance.
Not even Rumble can touch your funds.
Do not lose your passwords if you set this up.
You get that 12 seed password thing.
And if you lose it, you'll lose access to your funds.
Non-custodial, nobody owns it.
Nobody can shut it off.
It's your money.
It's on your keys, on your terms.
If you're already using Bitcoin or stablecoin, Rumble Wallet gives you even more power.
Direct fast tipping.
And you can tip your careers right now.
I'll show you how to do it in a second.
You can get payouts online, on-chain payments in assets like Bitcoin, Tether Gold, USAT.
So you can move money globally without asking anyone for permission.
Most wallets stop at storage.
Rumble wallet connects your money to a marketplace of ideas that refuses to cave to censorship.
So if you're serious about sovereignty, financial and digital, this is where you level up.
Go to wallet.rumble.com.
Search Rumble Wallet in your app store, iPhone thingy thing, discover it, download it.
And by the way, if you're wondering, let me see something here.
If you're wondering how to use it, it's actually amazing.
If you go to Rumble, oh, we're on the front page, boo.
And then you go to the stream and then you click on tip and you can go with tip with another crypto wallet.
You want to tip with Bitcoin?
Scan the QR code if you got a wallet.
You can tip any of the creators you want to support directly.
No middlemen, no nothing.
You want to tip with gold-backed, gold-tethered crypto?
You can scan this one.
Crypto tethered to gold.
They're doing an audit, by the way.
Tether just, there was an article announcing that they've hired one of the big four to do the audit so people can have total faith in Tether as a company and not worry about whether or not the crypto is actually backed to gold.
It is.
It's there.
Scan it, download it, and thank you.
Now, without further ado, that's not the expression.
Heart Failure Audit Timing 00:05:22
You all remember?
I say the last of the true journalists.
There's a handful of amazing true journalists.
Steve Baker, who had the bombshell expose of who he adduced to be the actual real January 6th pipe bomber.
Steve Baker, the man who was prosecuted for his journalism on January 6th, prosecuted, persecuted by a corrupt Biden FBI.
And now arguably villainized by the current FBI because of what some might say is him doing actual nitty-gritty work that the FBI itself maybe doesn't seem to be doing.
He came out with a bombshell as to who he thought was the January 6th pipe bomber after five years of cold case.
And within three weeks of him discovering who he thought was the perpetrator, the FBI, after five years, no new evidence, no new nothing, discovers who they thought is the pipe bomber.
An autistic man, 30 years old, who has now been rotting away in a gulag somewhere since December 2025.
Steve Baker, sir, how goes the battle?
It is a battle.
I will admit to that.
I will confess to that.
And I am in the middle of it.
Steve, you had, we're going to get into it a little bit because when I did a car vlog on your article yesterday in The Blaze, you're and Joe Hanneman.
Mean to ever forget to mention him as well.
And in your post on twitter you said, on december 19 give or take the dates I go and I measure the bricks where the pipe bomber was.
On december 20, I go and measure the bricks where uh, you know where Brian Cole had his roadside video when he got into a car accident.
And then I forget what day it was either december 20 or december 21st.
I had acute heart failure and you've been on since.
How has the road to recovery been?
I actually had an appointment with my cardiologist this morning, and everything is progressing very favorably.
So I'm highly encouraged.
The doctor is encouraged and says that I'm ahead of schedule.
They still tell me that I have to measure my recovery in a more patient way than I typically handle things, that I need to look at this in terms of months, not days.
That's an exact quote from my cardiologist.
Months, not days.
That's hard to take being me.
But it was a really gratifying appointment today.
And he said, everything's looking great.
Just keep doing whatever it is that I'm doing and that I will eventually get there.
And Steve, I know, look, I know that you can't discuss everything freely.
And I probably will ask one too many questions.
And you're a fully grown adult.
You'll say, if you can't answer something or if you don't want to, but I'm probably still going to ask.
At the time that you had this acute heart failure, people were, it's tough not to put these two things together or at least say, you know, these are two dots, whether or not you choose to connect them.
And some people say it's a coincidence.
Others would say, well, the nature of what you're doing is so stressful that it obviously has health impacts.
Did anybody discover anything that might suggest something of a more nefarious source of the acute heart failure?
Or as of now, and given everything the doctors know, it looks like I say, you know, natural or just stress-induced?
No, we have we have looked.
The doctors have actually done additional deeper level toxicology examinations to see if there was something related to a poisoning possibly.
There is also the possibility because as we've learned just recently, or just recently, that there's a from the president, there's a weapon, a backpack-sized weapon called a discombobulator.
I wonder who's been reporting on that for a year and a half.
So there's all kinds of reasons to be concerned, but my associates, friends, sources within the intelligence community, people that I know and trust, including,
I'm trying to make sure, yeah, I can say this, including an actual doctor in the IC who is not only intimately familiar with how these directed energy weapons operate, but has also been in on the R D and the research and development in terms of the studying of the physiology and the physiological effects of the different types.
There's, you know, there's, there's audio, subaudio, there's the microwave versions, and now there's a laser version.
And he called me specifically to talk to me about this.
He wanted to see all of my medical records.
And he said, look, I can read the squiggly lines as good as anybody else.
And if I see anything in there that looks, because he's not a cardiologist per se, but he said, if I see anything that looks anomalous to me, he said, I'll forward it on to Dover where we have the experts and they can look at it.
But he said, he said, it's extremely unlikely that that is the case.
So just an absolute coincidental timing of your story, what you've been going through to get that story out, and acute heart failure that almost kill you.
Foot Measurement Evidence 00:14:42
Yeah, if I'd waited another day, it probably would have.
I had while I was actually, as I elucidated in this tweet yesterday, Thursday, I was at the accident site where Brian Cole Jr. had that little minor fender bender in the summer of 2024.
And I, you know, because of the 48 minutes of video, we received in a FOIA request from the police department, the Woodbridge, Virginia Police Department there.
They were very quick.
I think we had it.
I think we had, you know, look, we have, we have FOIAed every police department for many, many, many things in the D.C. area.
And 98% of the time, we're just ignored, even when they get a freedom of information request.
In this particular instance, we had it in less than 24 hours.
They were very forthcoming with this video.
And so because of the video, we were able to actually screenshot the exact squares in the sidewalk, the exact location in the gutter and on the curb where Brian Cole Jr. stood, not just walked, but stood.
So we had good, clear, clean shots.
And I was able to go measure those areas.
And then by doing so, reverse the math and find out what his shoe size is.
It's not hard.
And then on that was on a Thursday.
That was the week, Thursday, one week before Christmas.
The very next day, I was doing the same thing in the alleyway, Rumsey Court.
It's called behind the RNC.
We have from even the videos, the frame rate reduced bullshit videos that the FBI has released to the public so far.
We were able to take those and were able to get some very clear shots of the bomber, the hoodied bomber, stepping on bricks in that alleyway.
So I went and measured the exact bricks where the hoodied bomber stepped on.
And this was, of course, you know, five years prior that this event had taken place.
So I went to the guard shack, which is behind the RNC and where the RNC security guard resides.
And this was about 10 o'clock at night on the evening of the 5th or the evening of Friday, the Friday before Christmas.
And so I went to the guard and verified.
I said, has there been any change in the pavement?
He said, no.
He said, I've been here long before January 6th.
He said, as a matter of fact, I'm the guard that was first alerted that there was a potential bomb here in the alley.
He said, I'm the one that he said, that was a memorable day for me that I will never forget.
And so I had a really interesting conversation with him, but he said, absolutely not.
He said, it's the exact same bricks.
He said, there's been no change, no repaving, no re-bricking of any kind.
So the size is the size.
And so I measured those and again, was able to reverse engineer the math and able to see that the measure and estimate what the actual shoe size of the hoodie wearing bomber was.
And then on Saturday morning, I went to the DNC and did the same exact thing again.
Let me bring up pictures of this because people need to understand.
And we talked offline.
I just wanted to understand the methodology.
People are going to say, well, you're measuring based on images, a foot where the difference between a size nine and a size 12 is, I mean, it's basically, I think, like an inch and a half, maybe, maybe two inches.
And so people are going to say the margin of error is beyond that which can be relied on to begin with.
But to flesh this out, I mean, I'm in the article that you and Joe wrote, and you go to the locations, literally, what are you going to, what are you going to say to people who say, no matter how accurate you do this based on images, the margin of error is going to be, is going to be beyond that, which is, you know, the difference between the two sizes of shoes.
The margin of error is not, I'm just telling you, the margin of error is not an inch and a half to two inches.
The margin of error is the difference between a nine, nine and a half, maybe a 10, because here's the thing.
That particular shoe that the hoodie bomber was wearing is a, was a 2018 edition of a Nike Air Max speed turf shoe.
We've been able to get our hands on those and to measure those shoes.
And we know that the outsole of that shoe is approximately somewhere between an inch to inch and a half larger than the insole because of the athletic nature of the design of the shoe.
Now, every shoe is a little larger outsole than the insole.
And just to explain that to people, let's say it has a wider base.
It's sort of like the wide base of a Porsche.
That's the wheel measurement versus the size of the frame.
Correct.
That's a good way of putting it.
And so anybody can see that and visualize that, that the bottom of the shoe, if you measure the bottom of the shoe, it's longer than the inside of the shoe where your foot is.
But you measure the inside for your size.
And so based on that, we've been able to, and in my opinion, I would concede that it could be a 10, but in my opinion, because of the outsole length, I believe it's between a 9 and a 9 and a half.
And then doing exactly the same thing with Brian Cole Jr. and his feet.
I've got a funny story to tell you here in just a second, but doing the same thing with his feet, we were able to determine that at the very least, it's a 12, if not a 12 and a half.
And these are not errors that are caused by camera angle blurring, fish-eyed cameras.
This is not the case.
We picked the best screenshots, the best stills from the cameras that we could get.
And I mean, especially the measurement on the bricks of the alley.
I mean, that's, we got very lucky in that the placement of the feet were in such a precise spot that we just could get an exact measurement of the outsole of that of that shoe.
So when I was going to the use and collectible shoe stores, there's three of them here that I know of in Raleigh, North Carolina, where I live.
So I went to three different of those shoes or those shoe stores, getting expert opinion on these.
And then I went to an actual foot locker superstore that we have in one of the malls here.
And the reason I went there is I wanted to actually get a measurement of the Converse Chuck Taylors that are similar to or exactly like the ones that Brian Cole Jr. was wearing at that traffic stop.
And so there was this one particular individual.
He looked like a manager, maybe even the manager of the store.
And so I went up to him and I actually explained to him what I was doing.
I said, look, I don't want to waste your time.
I'm not here to buy anything from you, but I'm investigating the pipe bomb, the January 6th pipe bomber, the kid that has been arrested up there in D.C.
And he said, oh, he was really excited to help me.
And he said, what can I do for you?
And I said, I need to see a size 12 Chuck's, you know, Chuck Taylor's.
He said, I'll be right back.
He went back in the back, brought out a size 12.
We measured them, measured the outsole, measured the insole.
And then knowing that it was significantly longer than the nine and a half, maybe that the bomber was wearing.
And so I showed him then the photos that I had on my phone of Brian Cole's feet.
He immediately goes, this is exactly what he said.
He goes, oh, that's bigger than a 12.
And I went, how can you tell?
He said, because I own 900 pair.
I went, what?
He said, yeah, I'm a collector.
That's what they call shoe heads.
And he said, I can tell from front ankle to toe length.
He said, particularly the length of the shoe from the eyelets where the eyelets are to the outer toe that this is bigger than a size 12.
So, look, I'm very confident.
This is not difficult math, by the way.
Well, that's the other thing.
And I asked you, you can have, like, they have things on a phone where you can take an image and cut out a profile and it'll measure based on a backdrop of cubes or a graph.
And it gives you accurate measurements, distances to holes, things like that.
And I presume you've used similar technology to compare and contrast these respective images.
There is no public reporting on the size of Brian Cole's foot, correct?
I do remember at the time of his arrest, people were saying the kid's body is disproportionate in a great many respects.
And I think one of them was the size of the foot, but I can't specifically find anything from the time of his arrest.
He's been described as being disproportionately sized in terms of leg length to torso.
And was there any reporting on the size of his feet?
There has been no other reporting on the size of his feet.
I know a couple of things I'm not yet at liberty to tell that we've learned from their legal team.
I presume his parents know what size foot he has.
And people are saying five foot six and size.
First of all, he's 5'6'5'7.
And it's rare, but also to the extent it's rare, it's distinct if his feet are in fact a size 12.
It's not sideshow Bob cartoonishly big, but that is distinctively big.
There are several anomalies of which are actually distinct and high percentage characteristics of individuals with his own neurological condition, his autism, his severe OCD.
Individuals, just like, oh, gosh, I'm blanking right now.
There are other types of people with certain mental limitations who give off physical characteristics as well that are identifiable in that way.
Down syndrome, for instance, those individuals.
You can look at the face of a Down syndrome child or person and you know it before they ever speak or before you ever get to know them.
There are physical characteristics.
And one of the things that we learned and we researched is that individuals with his particular condition are characteristically misproportioned in shape.
He has an extremely long neck.
His shoulder collarbone to neck to chin distance length is much longer than the bombers.
His feet are much longer than the bombers.
He has, he's very short.
In fact, I went to his hearing.
The last courtroom hearing that he had was a status hearing about three weeks ago in D.C.
And I was sitting there, and this was my first time to see him with my own eyes live.
And when he walked out of the back, you know, through the back door behind the judge with the escorting U.S. Marshal, I gasped at how tiny he is.
You don't get a sense of how small a man he is until you see him in person.
I have a feeling this is just me, and we will eventually get this verified, but I guarantee you the FBI already knows this.
At the very least, he's only 5'6.
He may be 5'5.
And he's a tiny, tiny man with disproportionate features.
Did you ask a stupid question?
Did you look at his feet when you saw him in person?
Yeah.
Yes, and they're big feet.
They're big feet.
Yeah, and because of the way he was moving directly at me, you know, so as he comes out of the door, I mean, it's straight at me.
So I can't see the feet, you know, this way.
I'm seeing them this way.
But what I did see was I see that he walks with his toes out.
Yeah, yeah.
What could generally be referred to as duck feet?
But really, and truly, less duck feet than just the way a normal male walks under normal circumstances.
I know that I walk that way.
Both my toes are outward facing as I walk.
And that is not the way that the hoodie wearing bummer walks.
So you get this.
I mean, you get the measurements taken.
You're hospitalized.
All of this is on hold for a very long period of time.
Again, I'm going to risk asking the question.
I'm not asking for names of sources.
Are you in?
Does the FBI get back to you on any of this?
Do you share any of this information to ask a stupid question with anyone within the FBI or do they want to have nothing to do with you and vice versa?
Just to let everyone know, I don't know anything.
So I don't know if I wasn't supposed to.
I'm going to call an audible right now on your show.
It's not my show, but I'm going to call an audible.
And I'm going to give you a scoop.
Check your text messages right now.
I don't know what an audible is, but that's a changed play in the game of American football.
That's when the quarterback has called a play in the huddle.
He walks up to the line and barks out an alternate signal, and that's called an audible.
So I can say what you texted me and I'll read it.
No, you can put it up on the screen if you have that, if you have the technology, but it's right here.
White House Leak Allegations 00:15:38
It says, Joe Kent under investigation for a leak from America's Voice News.
John Sullivan, several months ago, the FBI began examining a potential leak in technology.
Believe it is connected to Kent and his office.
We are told whether charges are going to be brought soon.
Page two, a law enforcement, let me get this in focus.
A law enforcement source said FBI agents had determined Kent shared secret government information with disaffected MAGA media figures like Tucker Carlson.
A second administration official said that Kent leaked classified information from a server to a member of the media.
That's me.
And it's Kent Joe Kent who leaked the information to you?
No, it's a lie.
Jeez, I don't want to.
This audible is going to get this whole stream shut down.
The lie is that Joe Kent leaked classified information to you or to the member of the media.
That's correct.
So I received a phone call from a Daily Wire reporter last night at 9.30 p.m. Eastern Time who immediately dove into and said, and I know who this reporter is.
I'm not going to name him right now.
But he said, we have received three phone calls from three different individuals in the intelligence community who have reported to us that you are the individual that Joe Kent leaked documents and technology to.
It's very interesting because I did say, look, first of all, I don't believe that, at least based on any available evidence, now Joe Kent leaked anything.
We're not even sure if there's an actual investigation into it.
I did say if it comes out that he did, I will reassess and revise my opinion.
So the rumor, or at least what's been leaked to the media, is Joe Kent leaked, I don't even know what that means, technology to members of the media.
You're the person who received whatever it is, the technology that they're referring to in here.
And you're saying it wasn't Joe Kent that provided it to you.
I'm telling you that you're getting this information for the first time.
I've not even released this through the blaze because I'm not allowed to, because this is all connected to the pipe bomber story.
And I can tell you that it's 180 degrees out of phase.
The information that ODNI, that's the office of the director of national intelligence, and Joe Kent, who was the director of the National Counterterrorism Center, NCTC, I am the person who brought evidence about the pipe bomb to them.
Why did I bring it to them and not to the FBI?
It's because this is the answer to your question, and this is why I called the Audible.
It's because the FBI is lying about all of it, and nobody trusts the FBI.
We don't trust Ray's FBI and the remnants of his leadership and employees that are still there, and we do not trust Kash Patel's FBI.
And the reason why I took it to ODNI is because ODNI has their charter.
It is their mandate is to provide oversight over the 18 or 19 federal intelligence agencies and the U.S. government.
And what ended up happening is that we learned, it was probably about three months ago, we learned that a particular individual who I will name was calling the White House, calling press and calling other media sources and leaking from the FBI that, in fact, that it was I who received the technology that we used in our investigations of the pipe bomber,
which is a complete and total lie.
By the time I took the information I had and the evidence that I had compiled and took it to members of ODNI and NCTC, it was already done.
The technology I had used had been acquired from a non-governmental source, but the FBI was lying to the White House.
You'll notice that one of those messages that I said just said an administration official said it's because the FBI called the White House and told them that Joe Kent, first of all, it was Joe Kent that gave me the name of a certain individual and that it was Joe Kent who then quote unquote illegally gave me access to technology that NCTC doesn't even have.
So I'm going to hopefully have summarized this in a way that allows other people who are equally as dense as me to understand.
The rumor is a lie of a leak that Joe Kent from the ODNI leaked technology to you when in reality, you brought that technology to Joe Kent.
And then the FBI suggests that you had obtained it from an illicit leak from Joe Kent.
That's correct.
The lie that the FBI has been telling and leaking to the press.
And by the way, Some of this has been published.
I mean, there was just a month ago, I can't remember whether it was Reuters, Politico, or the Washington Post.
And this is not an exact quote, but it's a very, very accurate summary of what they reported, was that Tulsi's Dig, the Director's Initiative Group, was dissolved because they named the wrong pipe bomber.
That is a lie.
It's a complete lie.
ODNI, Tulsi, Dig, NCTC, NCIC, none of them named the wrong pipe bomber.
That's a lie.
And that lies.
And this Daily Wire reporter last night, he's like, I mean, he's taken aback at, I'm talking to him a little bit more forcefully than I'm speaking into this microphone right now to you.
And I told him, not only is it 180 degrees out of phase, but we've known about it for about three months.
And he said, he goes, you're telling me that what I called to tell you and get a comment from you on for a story we're writing, you already know about?
I said, yeah.
Steve, let me make sure.
Let me see if I can dumb this down even more.
When you say that the ODNI named the wrong pipe bomber, they named a pipe bomber that the FBI later determined was the wrong one or they didn't name anyone at all?
ODNI named nobody.
This is the lie.
This is what the FBI has done to twist the narrative completely 180 degrees out of phase with the truth.
And it obviously is persisting because now, okay, what did we learn last week after Joe Kent dropped his letter?
And I'm not saying that I agree with the context or the content of his letter or even the reason for doing it.
I don't know.
That's between Joe Kent, the administration, and God.
I don't care.
But I know what my relationship is with that organization.
I know what I brought to them.
I know what they did and didn't do with the information.
And the one thing that they did not do was break the law.
They didn't leak anything.
It was a deep state source at ODNI who leaked, and this has been in the press.
This has been in all the major news publications.
It was a deep state source.
Of course, they don't call it that, who took what's called a draft memo.
After I brought them all of the evidence of my discoveries about the January 6th pipe bomber, they were circulating a draft memo among the people that would be responsible for this memo being released throughout the entire intelligence community about this.
It was still in draft form.
It was not approved.
And at the top of that memo, it was marked top secret, do not share.
And yet somebody at ODNI leaked it to both CIA and FBI.
I don't know if CIA, FBI then leaked it to the media, but the media got their hands on it.
Then jumping forward, these several months, and now we have the story being floated by leakers, unnamed leakers, that Joe Kent was leaking documents, classified secrets, and obviously, as John Solomon reported there, technology.
Now, I don't know.
I can't tell you whether Joe Kent has leaked anything else, classified or not.
To anybody else.
I can tell you.
You can't tell me whether or not he did to anybody else.
You can confirm he didn't leak anything to you.
And you were presumably or are presumably the person they're talking about, member of the media, who had whatever technology they claim you had.
And the reason why we laughed this off three months ago and weren't even in the least bit concerned about it is the technology that the FBI was lying to the White House about that he leaked or that they leaked to me, they don't even have.
NCTC is not an investigative organization.
It's an oversight organization over the intelligence community that do counterterrorism investigations.
Steve, let me bring this up.
This is the article from CBS News, November, how an innocent woman's name was tied to the January 6th pipe bombs.
This is paragraph 1, 2, 3, 4.
CBS News is not naming the security officer or her workplace.
The federal agency she protects declined to comment.
Multiple sources said that a unit overseen by Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, drafted a memo identifying the woman and describing allegations that she had placed the explosive devices outside the Democrat and Republican offices.
The memo was written after ODNI was made aware of allegations from an outside source.
Well, I can read that with understanding what it meant now.
Whether or not you are the outside source, you might be the outside source.
This is the internal memo identifying who the ODNI believed was potentially the pipe bomber.
They don't name her name.
I am the source.
I know exactly how it went down.
When I brought it to them, they were drafting a memo to go out to the intelligence communities who are members that are responsible for investigating this type of thing.
They followed protocol.
They followed their mandate.
They did nothing wrong and they broke no laws.
But one amongst them leaked this draft memo, still redline and yellow highlighting on it before it was complete, signed off on by general counsel and probably Tulsi herself.
And it was leaked prior to that.
And that's the result of that.
I am the person that did it.
I'm revealing this to the world for the first time right here with you.
And why am I doing that right now?
Because I'm really pissed what I got, that phone call I got last night that the FBI, see, I thought this went away when we laughed them off three months ago, that they knew that we would out them because the lie that they were telling was so easily provable, so easily verifiable.
If I have to turn over all of my, if I have to turn over my hard drive and my phone and everything else, they will be able to see the process.
They will be able to see the dates by which I acquired certain information that led me to the discoveries that I made.
And then they will also be able to see the dates.
Because see, here's the thing you can't, here's the thing you can't fake, Viva, is that the day that I was at the building, the buildings where OD and I is housed, where Tulsi has her office, where Joe Kent has their office, that's a highly secured, the entire building that houses thousands of employees.
It's a highly secure skiff.
You can't bring your phone in, but you have to get approval in advance to even be there.
It's all tied to your social security number.
Then you get issued a card from the security house depot outside of the facilities.
You get issued a card that you swipe, and then you have to enter your social security number to even get through the turnstiles after you go through all of the magnetometers and everything else.
And so not only does the intelligence community know the date and the time that I've entered that building, but they also know the date and the time of what office I entered because they track everything that goes on in that building.
So they will know that Joe Kent gave me nothing because the dates of my discovery far precede the dates that Joe Kent learned about it.
And then also we laughed it off because I've already said NCTC doesn't even have the technology in question.
Steve, this is Kierkegaard life can only be understood backwards, but must be lived forwards.
That article is from November 25th.
They hadn't named Brian Cole until December, December, was it December 5th or January?
It was December 5th, December 4th.
So they're writing this article after that memo identifying the person who, as far as any public records go, hasn't sued you or the Blaze yet, despite all whatever threats were out there.
CBS News puts out this bullshit article, and I called it bullshit at the time, but had no idea of the level to which it was bullshit, where they cleared her name by providing an alibi, video of her playing with her puppies at the times the devices were placed.
We laughed that out of the room at the time.
And then magically and miraculously, two weeks later, November, December, two weeks later, they come up with Brian Cole Jr. to divert the news from that leaked memo, which itself was internal based on technology you brought to the ODNI because you didn't trust the FBI to bring it to them.
And what does the FBI, whoever leaks that memo to the public, so they can paint Tulsi Gabbard as a crazy conspiracy theorist, this, you know, this suspect who was playing with her puppies.
And then two weeks later, they come out with the Patsy of all Patsies, Brian Cole Jr.
That's correct.
Now, you got your scoop.
I didn't want to scoop.
I thought we were just going to go over the article from, yes.
Steve, people are in the chat saying like, this reflects poorly on the FBI.
What in the name of sweet holy hell is going on with the FBI?
Look, the FBI cannot, the CIA cannot admit to their involvement in the January 6th pipe bomb.
Even under the new administration, they can't use that to throw the prior administration under the bus because there's too many similar, there's too many of the same wheels in this machine still.
Whistleblower Coordinated Attacks 00:14:56
Well, because this was stated by Kash Patel and Dan Bongino that this, the January 6th pipe bomb was a top three priority of the administration.
And when they were on, I think it was the Maria Bartolomo show that was, gosh, when was that?
Back in May of last year.
When they were on her show, they not only named it as a top three priority, but they listed it number one.
Now, whether it was number one or not, I don't know.
But when Bongino, I think, uttered it, it was listed as the number one priority of his job when he got there.
So then they do the Dog and Pony Show press conference after they arrest Brian Cole and Bondi's there and, You know, all the muckety mucks from DOJ are there.
Patel is there.
Bongino's there.
It's Bongino's birthday on the day that they do the press conference announcing the arrest of the pipe bomber.
And Patel's career's on the line.
To admit this mistake, to admit that they have the wrong person, means that he's done.
It's not his career.
His reputation is done.
And look, I mean, I just posted this before I came on your show, but I'll read.
This is a tweet from Dan Bongino, February 8th, 2024.
He says, the January 6th bomber scandal has the police state hacks in a panic.
They know they can't sustain the bullshit story much longer.
Who is that guy?
Does he still exist?
It is, it's sorted beyond words where the way you depict it is on the one hand, to the extent your initial reporting might have actually been accurate.
And when the ODNI comes out with the memo, which would have put it on blast, you have various entities.
I say a corrupt FBI insofar as the only things that had changed in that FBI were Kash Patel and Dan Bongino.
Every other element of that FBI remained.
And maybe they fired, what, I don't know, they said 60 people or 100 people, 35,000.
All of the deep state actors that were involved in the January 6th setup itself are still in the FBI.
Same thing goes for the CIA, save and except for they might now have at their employ one of the assets who either was intelligence at the time or got promoted by intelligence afterwards.
And so they say, we can't have this story come out, leak it, discredit it, and find the Patsy and maintain this Patsy lest the careers and the honor and integrity of Kash Patel and Pan Bondi, Janine Pirro, lest that fall by the wayside and all of these people get fired in shame.
And that's basically the sacrifice, the human sacrifice.
Yeah.
And of course, there are many other things about the FBI's involvement in this and their efforts that we know of and will be eventually revealing to thwart the release of the truth related to this circumstance in American history.
But one thing that was public was, Thomas Massey, the representative from Kentucky, he made it known already.
So I can say this because he made it public that Bongino himself, well, I'm sorry, an FBI employee who was the congressional liaison to the FBI, the very guy who Cash and Dan allowed to become an employee of the FBI without taking a polygraph, and they gave him a security clearance without going through the normal clearance process.
This is the guy that called Massey and threatened Massey's chief of staff with a fraud investigation.
Now, Massey has revealed that publicly.
I've not.
It's directly related to this and a couple of other things related to FBI whistleblowers and other circumstances that Massey has been involved in, obviously the Epstein files and things of that nature.
Massey has been as big a thorn in the flesh or bigger to the FBI than I have been.
And And then there are things that we have not yet revealed that I will, well, look, you know, I've probably said enough on this show today that I won't have a job tomorrow.
I'm not joking about that.
I'll be surprised if I have employment tomorrow.
But I'm tired of the truth not being told.
And if my current employer doesn't want to tell the truth, then I will tell it elsewhere.
But we're going to get this story out in its entirety.
And there's much, much more.
There are many more layers to this.
And to be honest with you, and I think I may have told you even this last time I was on the show, this story gets much darker.
I'm trying to find the tweet from Massey.
I don't think this is the right one, but I do know that Massey, I've not intimated.
He said that he was threatened with some form of investigation over it was either the Epstein or Brian Cole.
This was, I received a troubling letter today from the attorneys representing the most recent FBI whistleblower regarding the January 6th pipe bomb investigation.
Just a reminder to FBI Director Cash, in case this letter is warranted, federal law prevents retaliation against whistleblowers.
And in this letter, it says, please accept the following as a protected disclosure from an FBI.
On November 11, Congress received a protected disclosure.
Today, the leadership of the FBI's Washington Field Office notified its management that there will be a management meeting tomorrow at 10 o'clock.
It was obvious from the information provided by senior leadership in Washington Field Office, this is an attempt to identify the FBI whistleblower who made the protected disclosure to Congress.
The attempt by the assistant director and the other leadership in Washington Field Office to identify the whistleblower is a reprisal and violation of 28 CFR, quoted federal rules.
Part 27, Department's Justice's Office of Attorney Recruitment, FBI, Yada Yada, has upheld the right of FBI employees to anonymously make protected disclosures without being subject to retaliation.
I think we discussed that that subsequent meeting as well.
A little concerned about the mention of not having employment at the Blaze anymore.
I won't pry.
I can imagine what the obvious reluctance is to ever have disclosed this from the Blaze perspective.
What has been their exposure?
Who's been making demands of them to not pursue this story anymore?
And I would imagine they stay for your own protection.
Don't get caught in a defamation lawsuit by pursuing this story.
So it's for your own good.
It's not a threat.
It's a warning type thing.
Yeah, that's a line of questioning that I am anxious to come on your show again soon and answer.
Well, this took one hell of a twist, Steve.
I don't even know.
I don't want to get into the, I don't know what the dark turn is.
I don't want to ask.
We'll in due in due time.
So in your view now, this what seems to be a coordinated attack against Joe Kent about him having leaked classified information, it's interesting because I was looking at that allegation more from the Charlie Kirk investigation than from the than from the pipe bomber investigation.
Is it in your view, or at least according to whatever you know, it's a totally manufactured, slanderous campaign against Joe Kent?
Well, as I said earlier, I don't know.
Look, I have a very minimal relationship with Joe Kent directly.
I've sat in his office.
I have had conversations with him on the phone.
We've exchanged private messages.
We've never been out for a beer together.
Certainly not somebody that I would call a friend, but he is an acquaintance.
And the bottom line is, and this is what I'm prepared and why I decided to come out today, because you're the first media source that I have spoken to since this call I got last night verifying to me from another conservative outlet, the Daily Wire, that the FBI is continuing its campaign to tell lies.
And now I am being, I am going to be named.
I was named by the three sources that contacted the Daily Wire as being the recipient of these Joe Kent leaks.
And I just said, fuck it.
I'm going to get ahead of this.
I'm going on the offensive.
I'm not taking it.
Well, holy shit.
Do I ask what the technology, I should not, or you should not disclose what the technology at issue is at all here, correct?
Yeah, there's a couple of verboten phrases right now, if I'm making any attempt right now to keep my job.
Does Steve have any of this in writing, says Buma over on our holy shit, Steve?
So, well, the answer, yes, and I have multiple deadmen switches.
This is wild.
I mean, you had your experience under the previous FBI.
When did it go sour with the current FBI?
It went sour with the current FBI when they did not keep their promise to the whistleblowers.
Kash Patel himself famously private messaged the whole group of suspendables that when he received not only his confirmation, but it was his confirmation, either the day of, the day after, he famously messaged them and said, guys, I couldn't have done it without you.
Speaking to the whistleblowers because the whistleblowers were on his team.
They were on Team Patel.
Because they were on Team Patel, I was on Team Patel.
We believed in Team, we believed in Patel at the time.
And then that was it.
From that moment forward, he ghosted them, and they were treated worse afterwards than they were being treated prior to that.
So by the time we reached the summer of last year, I was holding in my own commentary, my own writing, I was holding Kash Patel's administration to task for not honoring the promises that he made to the whistleblowers for either reinstatement, restoration, back pay, years worth, hundreds of thousands of dollars per man in back pay.
And these are people who'd lost their jobs, lost their houses, their careers, lost their security clearances.
Look, you've had Steve Friend on, haven't you?
I don't think I've had Steve.
In fact, I say no.
I've not had Steve Friend on.
And not for any reason of avoiding him.
I just say, you know, I've had Kyle on.
I've had you on.
Who are the, who are the, I know Steve Friend is one of the whistleblowers.
Kyle is.
Who are the other whistleblowers if they've been publicly identified?
Garrett O'Boyle also testified before Congress.
Steve Friend testified before Congress.
Marcus Allen, not the football player, but Marcus Allen, the FBI employee out of Charlotte, North Carolina.
He has testified before Congress.
And then there's a lot of, there's quite a few others who have not necessarily public names, but are members of what these guys, this, you know, this ragtag organization, they call themselves the suspendables are.
And so the whistleblowers come out.
This, I now, I understand Kyle's deep animosity for Bongino, for Patel, for the FBI.
They come out, they help Kash Patel, and they all get not railroaded.
Maybe railroaded is the right word, but at least brushed aside, ignored.
They don't get brought back.
Steve Friend, they fire him after that clip went viral of what they described as a threat.
They have yet to pay them for back pay for their wrongful termination subsequent to their whistleblowing.
Kash Patel in particular employed their advice to get to where he is.
Then he gets there.
What do you think is, you may or may not know, and you may or may not have a theory.
Why does Kash Patel throw them under the bus after he gets to where he is?
Is it pure aspiration or does he get there?
And they say those whistleblowers are never coming back, and you better damn well never bring him back.
I'll quote Mike Benz on this.
He said, the blob must protect the blob.
And it has nothing to do with who's sitting at the top.
It has nothing to do with what administration it is, whether it's Mueller, whether it's Ray, whether it's Comey or whether it's Kash Patel, is that the blob cannot be wrong.
The FBI, your first thing you learn as an FBI candidate in the academy is that don't embarrass the Bureau.
And so anything that brings embarrassment to the Bureau must be squashed, put down, and eliminated.
That's why these whistleblowers are treated so poorly when they have righteous reasons for coming forward with truth and with mishandling and with weaponization.
And many of these guys came forward, you know, like Steve Friend came forward as a result of January 6th.
Serafin was one as a result of the COVID regime.
And then other guys came forward for different reasons, like the attack on traditional Catholics, that sort of thing, by internal memos that were being floated by the FBI and the fact that they were investigating people like themselves.
Wait a minute, I have to go invest traditional Catholics.
Insurance Raid Redactions 00:08:28
That's what I am.
Where does that make sense?
And so the bottom line is that Patel's administration continued the process of weaponization against these whistleblowers and did not restore them.
Garrett O'Boyle has been, I think, the only one who's gotten his job back.
None of them have received the money.
And by the way, there's a settlement for like 10.
And look, they trumpeted this.
You know, Senator the old guy, I'm blanching anyway.
You know, they were going to be on Grassley.
Yeah, Grassley.
You know, they went out there and trumpeted and the fact that the deal had been reached and signed, the ink was dry on the paperwork, and the guys were going to get their back pay and all of that.
Yeah, that's true.
The deal is signed.
The ink is dry, and they've not gotten their backpack.
Months, months, months later, nothing.
I just have a comment up here.
It says, the further society drifts from the truth, the more it will hate those who speak it.
That has to be C.S. Lewis, if I took a guess.
That's not Mark Twain's style.
Do you have time for taking some questions and reading through some chat?
I will say this due to if you have something you can go into a commercial break, I have because of the meds that I'm on due to my heart condition, I have to take a break.
Go for it.
Go for it.
Take yourself out, mute yourself, and I'll read through some of the chat.
And we're going to go raid whomever else is going to be live right now.
It's probably going to be redacted in a sec, but let me get some of the chats over here in vivabarnslaw.locals.com.
Buma, thank you.
I got that one.
Now we're going to get to all of the rants and I'll get to some comments in the chat.
I thought we were just going to be talking shoe size today, people.
Ginger Ninja in the bottom.
I don't know if I'm going to be able to see it.
Ginger Ninja says, I also gasped at Viva's size when I saw him in person.
I love how Steve keeps going on and on about how absolutely tiny 5'5 is.
I would say my only saving grace, I'm pretty dense and muscular.
So maybe I look a little bit, I don't, I don't, I don't look bigger in person, but people only know me from the internet.
On the internet, everybody is six feet tall.
We got Ginger Ninja says, Steve, all due respect.
It wasn't that press conference that made it impossible for them to admit FBI involvement.
There was a ton of intentional conspiring to get to the point of arresting Cole.
And we have now gone through that.
King of Bill Tong says, kick off your health journey today.
Get some tasty, high-protein meat snacks.
Bill Tong is packed with B vitamins, creatine, iron, zinc, and more.
Get some at Billtongusa.com.
Use code Viva for 10% off.
It's delicious stuff.
King of Biltong says, Steve is a brave guy.
Thank you, sir.
Yep.
I don't know.
The line between braveness and insanity is a very, very thin one.
And I'm joking.
It's just, wow.
Let me and Steve, let me send Steve some Bill Tong.
I'll get that afterwards.
Give me one second here and email your details.
And then we got Lucy the Dog says, two things.
The truth always comes out and you actually work for the Lord Jesus.
And I can appreciate that.
If you fear, if you not just, you don't have to fear God.
Fearing God sounds negative.
If you live in the humble shadow of God or some higher power, you will tend to govern your behavior a little bit differently if you do believe that somebody is always watching and there will be some cosmic justice.
But alas, we're far from that now.
Let me go just to the chat in Rumble and see what's going on in there because I've been sort of, I've been following the chat a lot less today than I typically do.
Is there going to be a trial for that kid they framed?
Well, there's a new hearing coming up.
I want to say in April.
I don't remember exactly when.
Rose Petal says, don't turn over your data to the corrupt FBI.
I presume Steve has many things backed up.
FBI frames anyone are complete liars.
America lost its way, lost our Christian foundation.
I pray for resurgence and believe it's coming.
More young going to church says hello there.
I'm not reading certain things here.
Patty F. Fowell says, proof of the Truman Show, a Hollywood actor who co-starred with a chimpanzee called Bonzo became the president of these United States of America, Ronald Reagan.
Well, also the actor in Ukraine who played a president became a president.
People are so stupid they will believe anything.
All right.
And we're going to go over to vivabarnslaw.locals.com and look at the chat there and get ready to raid the next show.
Steve comes back.
We'll get some Q ⁇ A for Steve in the after party.
Bill Brown says, I've never once lied about my height.
I'm not sure why people obsess over it.
It's irrelevant.
It's good to be short sometimes.
You fit into cars.
You get more legroom.
I don't have to fly first class because my legs.
Oh, look, Steve's right next to me right now.
My legs are so short.
I flew spirit.
You know, economy.
I felt like I had all the legroom on earth.
And then it's also good when you're sandwiched in between two very big people.
You know, you put your shoulders together.
Of course.
All right, whatever.
Enough of the humor or the attempt at humor.
Okay.
Okay, let's go down here.
Need a poll to be taken.
How tall is Viva?
I am 5'6.
My license says I'm a meter 72.
That doesn't make sense.
I have to see what my life is.
Now my current license doesn't have it listed in meters.
All right.
Viva's small enough to fly on spirit alone.
All right.
Let me see what's going on here.
Steve is back.
Sir, let me see.
You don't mind?
We're going to go to the after party.
We're going to go raid redacted.
Steve, I'm sorry, I almost forgot.
Where can people follow you?
What do you, I don't want to ask the question, if you lose your job at the Blaze, how can people support you and where can people find you?
All right.
Well, let me answer that in two or three quick parts.
First of all, the best place by far to keep up with what I'm doing is over, you know, on X.
And it's very simply Steve Baker USA at Steve Baker USA.
You can use the exact same handle over on Facebook if that's your preferred platform.
Steve Baker USA works both.
Then additionally, I have a locals page, which after I became, which was actually functioning quite well and doing very well.
My locals page was doing well until I was hired by the Blaze.
And then, of course, Blaze had exclusive on all of my original content.
So I've kind of been letting the locals page die.
If I end up on the unemployment line, then I'll reboot my locals page and make announcements about that on X.
But, you know, follow and be sure that you click on whatever the link is to make sure that I'm in their feed.
And I do that on both Facebook and X, and then you'll know exactly what we need to do if we need to take action.
You know, look, I'm not trying to be melodramatic or draw attention to myself in any way, shape, or form right now, Viva.
The bottom line is, is that I, you know, I've just gone through acute heart failure only three months ago, and I need the insurance.
I have a, you know, that's the great thing about working for the Blaze is I've got a Cadillac insurance program, health insurance, and I have benefited from that greatly going through this process.
I mean, one procedure that they did for me, one procedure, $186,000.
Sorry, and it got cut out $186,000.
Yeah, one procedure, $186,000.
And my copay on that was less than $3,000.
So it's a great insurance plan.
Even $3,000 is crazy.
I mean, and I know what I pay for our family's health insurance.
It's a small fortune, but I'm not complaining either because, you know, dollar for dollar was probably paying the same up in Canada in advance from my taxes and then getting shit service.
At least here, you get, you know, you get good medical.
That's if you can afford it.
And if you can't, you take your chance.
Holy hell.
Okay, so Steve, we'll cross that bridge when we get there at Steve Baker USA.
That's on X.
And we're going to go raid Rumble.
Everybody, you know how to support whatever.
Lighting War Color Differences 00:01:13
I'm looking at, what am I looking at here?
I'm looking at Redacted.
I'm going to go clip it.
Their headline is breaking Iran news.
World War III is here.
Trump could use war powers for a third term.
Okay, so you guys can go raid redacted, but you might want to stay here.
We're going to do, just take some Q ⁇ A. I'm going to be favoring locals, but Rumble Premium, get your questions in and Steve and I, well, Steve will answer them and we'll discuss it now.
So go raid.
And for those who are staying, let's do this.
I'm going to go to locals.
Steve, well, first of all, I'll say from a health perspective, it's always feel weird saying this because it's sort of like not backhanded.
You look great.
You have color.
I don't know if it's my lighting.
You've got a rosy face, which is always the good thing.
Like, you know, having color in the skin.
This is my lighting.
You see the difference there?
This is my lighting.
Hold on.
See, I know, I know.
I think my lighting comes off better when I watch the video afterwards.
When I look at it now, it looks like I got a shiny white reflective forehead.
So, how you had all of that data that you got from measuring the shoe size, and then you had to wait until your health improved and you put the piece together.
