Judge Cannon Spanks Jack Smith! Gavin Newsom Pardons Illegal? Madness in Mexico! Continues & MORE!

Judge Eileen Cannon’s ruling permanently blocks Jack Smith’s classified Trump report, exposing his post-dismissal ethics violations—potential Hatch Act abuses and politicized targeting. Dan Dix critiques Gavin Newsom’s pardoning of Samboon Feynman, a deportable attempted murder convict, calling it "absolute insanity" amid California’s decline under his leadership. Meanwhile, Amazon faces lawsuits for enabling sodium nitrate suicides via algorithmic sales and review suppression, while Peter Mandelson’s Epstein-linked arrest raises questions about UK political corruption. These cases reveal systemic failures in justice, governance, and corporate accountability, with broader implications for public safety and institutional integrity. [Automatically generated summary]

Update From Puerto Vallerta 00:14:44
Ladies and gentlemen, in today's episode of It's Only a Minor Flare Up Between the Cartel and the Mexican government going to war, I present to you the update from Dan Dix live on the location of said cartel war against the Mexican government.
All seems to be back to normal.
Thank goodness.
Behold.
Hey there, everyone.
Dan Dix here reporting for Press for Truth coming at you here from Puerto Vallerta, Mexico with my beautiful wife along my side here.
I just wanted to give you a quick update on the situation here in Puerto Vallerta.
The situation has basically resumed back to normal.
At this time, just not long ago, I was standing here with not another soul in sight other than some smoldering burning cars and some menacing looking military men who were giving me the stink eye as they drove by.
But that has since all disappeared.
Life seems to be back to normal.
Cars are back on the road.
Taxi drivers are back in business.
Uber drivers are back in business.
The airport is now running again.
There are flights coming and going to Puerto Vallerta.
So essentially everything has returned to normal.
I would say that the destruction period probably lasted for about maybe six to eight hours total.
We'll pause it there and you'll go and what is it called?
When you patronize Dan Dix Twitter account, which I've given everyone the link to.
Just want to highlight one thing.
When Dan was on Sunday night and the proverbial poo-poo was hitting the fan and he said, look, I can't even go out and get aloe vera for my wife who's gotten a sunburn.
His wife has gotten, in fact, a sunburn.
As we see in the evidence, his story checks out.
People, so it's all back to normal.
You know, two days of, I say, mass hysteria, two days of madness, or maybe one day of madness, the fallout, then the stabilizing.
I still stand by my assessment.
I will avoid countries where spontaneously, with no warning or announcements, wars between Mexican drug cartels and the Mexican government can erupt when the Mexican government, with the help of U.S. assistance, decides to take out one of their head honchos.
Now, it was, I mean, the thing is now, it's all come and gone.
And we're going to talk about the, say, some of the fallout or at least some of the reactions too.
This is from yesterday, admittedly, but it wasn't nothing.
And, you know, you grew up with a neurotic mother.
She always sends you articles about like cartel violence and shootings in Mexico and cartels dumping bags of heads on ballroom floors or disco club floors.
It's all true.
Check it out.
This was in Fox.
This is just describing what happened.
And it wasn't nothing.
It wasn't a blip on the map.
Mexico violence sees dozens of military troops, criminals dead after cartel leader El Mencho killed.
Nemesio Oceuera Cevantes was killed during a shootout as Mexican militaries attempted to capture him.
Now, there was this argument as to whether or not it was done by the states with U.S. intelligence, whether or not it's part of Donald Trump's war on the cartel, which, you know, if you want to turn Mexico into El Salvador, it might be time to actually declare war on the cartel, war on the drug trade coming into the states.
You know, many people say, well, you're only going to be declaring war incidentally on a part of the American military-industrial complex, the intelligence apparatus, the CIA.
A lot of people out there not fully appreciating who armed the cartel.
And at the risk of belaboring a point that many people have been making, and I made it on Twitter as well.
The fast and the furious was not a one-off blip.
I don't know what percentage, but a significant amount of the firearms in the hands of their cartel are American-made, but have come from intelligence apparatuses in America.
A significant portion of the drug trade.
And you can go back to how crack was used to finance the CIA's dark market, black market activities.
You can look it up.
But bottom line, if this is the wake-up call to Shinebaum, president of Mexico, to maybe pull a little bukely and enact some form of martial law to actually declare war on the cartel, this might be the wake-up call.
One thing is for certain: you know, a little, a little turf war that results in dozens of National Guard or troops, whatever they call them, dead.
Mexico Security Secretary Omar Garcia said the troops in Jalisco were killed in six separate attacks following the killing of the kingpin there.
When this happens, it's going to be bad for tourism.
I wasn't going, period.
But if Mexico is to be El Salvador in five to seven years and go from one of the most violent, crime-ridden South American countries to one of the safest countries, even more safe than Canada, the United States, that's El Salvador.
Now it comes at a cost living under martial law.
If you want to do that, this might be the indication that it's time to do it.
There have been some people, you know, reacting to the violence.
Somebody saying it's not so bad.
It's, you know, it's all located to specific areas.
Too bad.
I mean, that's not going to be a consolation prize for me.
But there are people out there who are taking the opportunity to satisfy the need to rage, the need to judge.
And a video that was going viral is this video of allegedly of a Canadian allegedly looting a store, and people are outraged that someone would be looting a Mexican convenience store in the wake of the cartel violence to the point where I don't know who posted this one.
Canada Proud.
Footage of out of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico allegedly shows Canadians looting an oxo convenience store.
When one is confronted with his alleged theft, he responds by accusing the man of being American.
Do you think this behavior is reflective of the elbows up ethos?
And you can go see the reactions to this video.
I'll just play it because I think it's a whole hell of a lot of hubbub about nothing.
American right here, guys.
I'm Mexican and you should be ashamed to live to doing all those things.
I'm pretty sure if I do the same thing in your country, I will be in jail.
So just you go and deliver those things back.
You're stealing.
You are stealing.
Shame on you.
Shame on you.
I thought I heard him say, I gladly pay for it.
You are stealing.
Right there, right there, right there.
Hold on.
Let's just hear what we see.
I'll gladly pay for it.
Dude, like people freaking out that this is looting.
First of all, the only indication he's Canadian is he's got a Canadian flag bag, which goes to show you at least when Canadians, if he is indeed Canadian, go looting, if you call this looting, at least they don't waste plastic bags, people.
Okay, that's conditioning from Canada.
Let's just operate on the basis he's Canadian.
He could just as easily be American.
Why would he say that guy's American?
Well, if you're American, that would be the good deflection to being an actual American.
Who cares what nationality this person is?
Let's operate on the basis he's Canadian.
This is the extent of the looting.
He's got one bag with Lord knows what in it, and he took water in a country where you can't drink the tap water, even when there's no cartel wars and you're being holed up in a hotel.
He took one bag of whatever's in there and a tub of water.
And people are screaming that this is entitlement.
This shows the Canadian attitude.
How dare he go and get water when you can't drink the water in a country when you're in shelter and place for the Lord knows how long?
Oh, but he was rude and called the guy American.
All right, there was clearly an interaction that happened before that.
And people flipping out about this.
There was another one which gave you what purports to be a longer angle.
Was it Brendan who posted this one?
Yeah, this, oh, here we go.
Here we go.
This is a longer, a longer view.
Let's have a look at this.
Looting.
You know, like when we talk about looting, it's people stealing running shoes, microwaves, flat-screen televisions during a hurricane, not someone taking a five-gallon jug of water and what appears to be basic necessities when they're in lockdown for Lord knows how long.
And still things like these for these people.
No.
No.
this woman here has got her phone she will She will gladly starve to death and drink toxic tap water if it means not stealing, stealing a jug of water.
So embarrassing, guys.
Thank you.
I live here.
I've lived here for years.
I'm not going to rob a place.
Well, now I understand where he said you're American because he seems to have said it to an American and not necessarily a Mexican.
Not that that changes anything.
That's so embarrassing.
And there's one too, yeah, finally he'll be excited to come home.
That's a beautiful door.
That looks like an Irish wolfhound.
Oh, that is definitely an Irish wolfhound.
That's a beautiful dog.
No, no, no, no.
Stand on the las cosas.
All right, this is the video.
I'm going to go here.
All right, this seems to be the before.
I'm still thinking like these.
So hypothetically, people say, like, how dare they steal?
First of all, you don't even know if they paid.
Let's assume they didn't pay.
Then people say, well, how could they steal?
Why don't they put money on the register?
If the place is being looted, you think putting money on a register is going to be the wise thing to do?
This is an oxo.
It's a convenience store.
Looted by taking water.
I'll take the unpopular position that this is a time of crisis.
And if all that that man is looting is a jug of water and one bag of what appears to be necessities, well, that's a time of crisis.
And if he goes back later to pay for it, maybe he'll pay for it twice to thank the owner, although it's already been looted.
That store is set on fire by the, you know, some of them have been.
Already going to get, either have to throw everything out because it's contaminated.
Sorry.
I'm not jumping on that bandwagon of railing against a guy for stealing water.
Water.
Not alcohol, which you wouldn't need in a time of crisis, although you'd want it.
Water.
Lord knows who he's bringing it home for.
He might have grandchildren.
He might have a pregnant daughter.
He might be on vacation with his elderly mother, his wife.
Anyhow, that's it.
Bottom line, this is going to be terrible for tourism in Mexico.
I was not inclined to go before.
Sure as sugar, not inclined to go now for the near or foreseeable future.
But bigger things to worry about, bigger fish to fry, and trying to go after these people on the internet.
My goodness.
People, don't be the Karen, the digital Karen.
Don't be the digital Karen.
And don't sick internet mobs on people who are responding relatively politely under times of extreme stress.
With that said, people, Godspeed.
How goes the battle, Viva Fry, former Montreal litigator, turned current Florida Rumbler.
It is Tuesday.
If you're a member of our VivaBarnesLaw.locals.com community, you have got to see beautiful pictures of our soon-to-be-adopted new addition to the family.
I even have a poll as to what the dog's name should be between what the children want and one reasonable option.
We are live daily, three o'clock on Rumble in the Rumble lineup.
Sunday night show, six o'clock with Robert Barnes, Viva, and Barnes Law for the people.
During daily stuff, we have our after show, exclusive on locals.
Robert Barnes has his bourbon with Barnes in our VivaBarnesLaw.locals.com community.
It's the best place on earth.
I hate death, which is also thanadophobia.
I mean, if I'm being held hostage in your country because of a mob, I don't mind a little stealing.
It's water.
It was water.
And maybe a bag of chips.
This is not what looting, by, I won't say by definition, but by colloquial understanding, means you're stealing things that you don't need out of opportunism because of the time of crisis, not stealing food.
I mean, this is like stealing a loaf of bread to feed your family.
Would you call that looting?
No.
Stealing?
Technically, yes.
Although we don't know if he's going to go back and pay for it later because there was no one at the registry because the power was out.
He couldn't pay for it.
All right, who cares?
Speaking of the power being out and not being able to do the things that you might want to do because of government corruption or incompetence, people.
And we're on the Rumble lineup.
You may have seen the conversations happening online lately.
Censorship is back and it's happening everywhere.
Platforms are controlling narratives and pushing the stuff they want us to see, much like they did in 2020.
And they bragged about it back then.
You know what they called it?
Controlling the flow of information, changing the laws and regulations.
They're doing it again.
They're always doing it.
We need to fight back.
And Rumble is the only company that has stood the test of time and deserves our support.
On one side, Rumble is challenging big tech censorship.
Now, on the other side, they've introduced something that will give us protection from big banks shutting us off, from corrupt governments shutting us out.
Banks can cancel our accounts, freeze our cards at any time.
That's why Rumble launched Rumble Wallet, a wallet that nobody can cancel, nobody can hijack, nobody can shut down.
And you can use it to tip creators like myself without any middlemen taking any cuts.
With Rumble Wallet, you're in control of your money.
Not a bank, not a government, not a tech company, not even a Rumble can touch it.
Don't lose your 12-seed password thingy thing to get access to it.
Download the app, download the wallet, use it to invest in assets, digital assets like Bitcoin, Tether Gold.
Tether Gold is crypto that is actually backed to real gold on the blockchain, back to actual real gold bars.
It's not only a wallet to buy and save, but also allows you to tip your favorite creators by going to the tip button.
Let me show you how to do this.
I show you every episode, but it's worth reminding everybody.
If you want to tip with crypto, you go to the thingy thing here, and then you go, this says tip.
You can see it when I don't have that rant stats thing on there.
You go to tip, and then you go to tip with another wallet.
You can do Bitcoin.
At this point in time, gold's at a high.
You gotta tip with Bitcoin here.
Look at that.
And then you scan the QR code, go to rumble.wallet.
Let me make sure I'm giving you the right address.
You can download the app, but the wallet is at wallet.rumble.com, or you can download the app from Android, Apple.
Unlawfully Appointed Special Prosecutor 00:15:07
It's amazing.
And you get notifications whenever people decide to tip via crypto.
Go ahead and do it.
And also, if you want to get it, invest at your own risks and perils.
But if you believe in gold, you can buy, do your own due diligence, standard disclaimers, yada, yada, a crypto that is actually physically backed to the price of gold.
And it's actually tied to physical gold to match it.
And if you want to go to Switzerland to redeem it, you can.
All right, people.
Serenity now.
Let's get into the show.
After we celebrate Michigan Winter Days, has subscribed.
We got the bullet bell made by Ginger Ninja, a member of our community.
It's actually, this is actually amazing.
And I won't ring it too much.
Apparently, it annoys people.
Every time someone joins the VivaBarnesLaw.locals.com community, they get a bell.
Although I know Michigan Winter Days or me Winter Days has been there for a while.
Thank you for renewing.
And good to have you still in our community.
If you call the dog spots when you call it, I'll show you a picture later on.
We'll save the best for last.
Just get into actual some fun law stuff.
You all remember Jack Smith, the unlawfully appointed special prosecutor who was involved in such persecutions as the one of Donald John Trump, and I should say the unlawful prosecutions, persecutions of Donald John Trump.
This was a man who was never properly appointed.
If you were a member of the viva barnslaw.locals.com community, you would know that we discussed that.
We discussed that availability, that possibility, that legal reality well before it came actual reality.
And at one point in time in Florida, there is a judge, a very good judge, probably a judge who should have been on SCOTUS instead of Amy Coney Barrett.
I don't even know if Judge Eileen Cannon was an option at the time, but there's a judge in Florida named Judge Eileen Cannon, who you will recall declared that, what's his face, Jack Smith was unlawfully appointed, and that as unlawfully appointed special prosecutor, he could not carry on any form of conduct because everything that would follow from that unlawful appointment itself would be unlawful, kind of like the fruits of the poison tree.
Well, there are other fruits of a poison tree that follow from that unlawful appointment, subsequent declaration, because Jack Smith is a dirty, rotten scoundrel and not the good kind like Steve Martin and Michael Caine.
It's a classic movie, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels.
Why is there a cork on the fork?
You know what?
I'm going to watch that movie with the kids tonight.
He's a dirty, rotten scoundrel in an actual, potentially criminal sense.
And for some reason, I have the wrong article up, so I'm going to take that one back out.
And then we're going to go to the actual article, which was Jack Smith shut down.
The avatars look kind of the same.
You got Politico look kind of like CNN here.
So let's bring up the Politico article before we actually get into a portion of the ruling that specifies the unlawful corrupt behavior from Jack Smith.
And can we all appreciate he's a Smith?
Like we're living in the Matrix, people.
But Jack Smith, unlawfully appointed to carry out a special prosecutor to persecute Donald John Trump, to carry out that, call it an unlawful raid.
It was an unlawful raid.
It was not one that unlawfully authorized deadly use of force, which was standard protocol from what has since been explained, whether or not they could have, you know, eliminated that caveat so that you don't have a warrant that authorizes lethal use against the former president and to be future president of these United States of America.
Jack Smith, unlawfully appointed, declared so.
The indictments were subsequently dismissed.
That jackass Smith tried to go and push through and publish the report that he produced called Volume 2 of the raid, which consisted of ill-gotten information, some of which violated solicitor-client privilege, some of which, majority of which was ill-gotten to begin with, from an unlawful indictment in the first place.
And that jackass, because he is a criminal, was trying to push it through to publish it for no other purpose than to prejudice and harm Donald John Trump.
Well, Judge Cannon said, no, mas.
Judge Cannon permanently blocks the release of Jack Smith report.
The Trump appointed judge said releasing the classified docs report would, quote, contravene basic notions of fairness and justice.
Now, I'll steel man this.
I'll steel man it because it was my initial reaction.
Why not publish the report?
Jack Smith went, carried out the raid, seized a bunch of documents based on an unlawful raid, seized a bunch of information in violation of solicitor-client privilege.
But if Trump's got nothing to hide, why not disclose it?
Or disclose it so that we can all see what a dirty scumbag Jack Smith is.
That was my initial reaction.
And after having read the ruling, I say I agree with Judge Cannon.
And not even because I think there would have been anything prejudicial in there that would have sunk Trump.
You're not finding anything in there that is so damn damning to Donald Trump that it hasn't already been leaked.
It would have already been leaked.
All that you'd have in there is stuff that might be embarrassing, stuff that would discuss legal strategy so that people could think he was strategizing to unlawfully defend himself from righteous criminal charges, all of it garbage.
U.S. District Judge Eileen Cannon permanently barred the Justice Department from releasing special counsel Jack Smith's final report describing President Donald Trump's stockpiling of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago and allegations that he obstructed government efforts to reclaim them.
First of all, just bear in mind, all of this is bullshit.
All of it was bullshit from day one.
We knew it.
On the merits, it was bullshit.
Jack Smith was never properly appointed and arguably acted unlawfully from the get-go.
Cannon lit into Smith for brazen stratagem, compiling the detailed report even after she ruled in July 2024, his appointment as special counsel was unconstitutional and dismissed the case against Trump and two co-defendants.
The Justice Department had appealed Cannon's decision, but dropped the case altogether after Trump's election.
Just remember that special counsel Smith and his team went ahead for months undeterred, preparing the classified documents report using discovery collected in connection with the proceedings and expending government funds in the process.
She wrote in her 15-page ruling.
To say this chronology represents, at a minimum, a concerning breach of the spirit of the dismissal order is an understatement, if not an outright violation of it.
You will recall, Jackass Smith did not get a pardon before he left office.
I have to fight with people on the internet.
Well, what crimes did he violate, Viva?
Well, apparently he's being investigated for Hatch Act violations, arguably civil rights violations by using his office to violate the civil rights of Donald John Trump.
Well, I'm sure it's coming.
It's coming.
Don't be a doom pillar.
Don't be a pannikin.
They're coming for Jack Smith soon.
The Trump-appointed judge said releasing the new report now would, quote, contraine basic notions of fairness and amount to a quote manifest injustice because the case never reached a jury.
It could also risk revealing information protected by attorney-client privilege and grand jury secrecy.
While it's true that former special counsel have released final reports and conclusions of their work, Cannon wrote, it appears they have done so either after electing not to bring charges at all or after adjudications of guilt by plea or trial.
The court strains to find a situation in which a former special counsel has released a report after initiating criminal charges that did not result in a finding of guilt.
How about charges that were bullcrap to begin with?
Politically motivated, unlawfully obtained.
Aides to Smith, who is now attorney in private practice, did not immediately respond.
Okay, we can we can skip the rest of this.
I want to bring up a bit of the ruling because shared it in our locals community.
We had a bit of a discussion.
I'm like, all right, at first, I'm inclined to say, release it.
Transparency is the greatest remedy.
Let us all see that Trump did nothing wrong.
No, no, that's Nancy Pelosi.
You will prove your innocence.
That's not how the system works.
You don't go in there and then unlawfully obtain through an unlawful corrupt raid information that breaches solicitor client privilege and then say, yeah, I'm just going to release it now anyhow, after you have been declared unlawfully appointed and the charges dismissed.
Oh, you know what that's called?
That's called burning the house down after you don't get the offer accepted.
That's called trying to steal the house and then burning it down after you get charged.
So from the order, this is from the order.
Let me just see what the tweet was.
Eileen Cannon issues an order barring the disclosure of Jack Smith's volume to the Mar-a-Lago raid.
At first, I was a little undecided about the ruling.
I would like to see the report to truly appreciate the degree of Jack Smith's corruption.
But her ruling makes good sense, rightly emphasizes Jack's criminal corruption.
After the BS indictment was dismissed, Smith corruptly pushed to try and publicly release the report of the ill-gotten information, some of which was solicitor client privilege, solely, I should have added solely, in order to damage Trump.
There's no other reason for it.
Cannon rules, no, the report will not be published.
Smith will not do indirectly what he corruptly tried to do directly.
Jack Smith still has not faced any criminal charges for his criminal conduct.
He did not receive a pardon for those who forgot.
Paragraph four, despite the court's final dismissal order entered in July 2024, for which special counsel Smith sought no state, the special counsel accelerated efforts after that order through and until his exit from the Department of Justice in early to mid-January 2025 to prepare and finalize a final report utilizing discovery material generated in this case.
You know what that's called?
It's called criminal corruption.
I mean, at the very least, ethics violations?
He's in private practice now.
Later on, paragraph five, that report is volume two, as previously described.
Volume two includes substantial discovery information protected by the Rule 16 protective order entered in June 2023, along with various other disputed material implicating Rule 6E and the attorney client privilege.
And then we go all the way down to page 11.
Forget what paragraph that is.
At no point did any party, much less special counsel Smith, take the position that they could freely disseminate discovery materials disconnected from the substantive pre-trial motions.
Not only that, as we know, special counsel Smith and his team demanded as a condition of limited review of volume two that all defense counsel delete discovery materials held in their position, reinforcing the restriction on disclosure of discovery to the public as stipulated in the protective order.
They say, Jack Smith, that corrupt SOB, said, you're not even going to get to access this documents unless you undertake to delete them afterwards.
And then he wants to, after being kicked off the file, charges dismissed.
He goes like a little rat back to his private practice, tries to push to have all of his ill-gotten information released to the public in a volume, solely so that he can harm Trump, disclose private information.
That's not how it works.
It's not how it should work.
And then the only question is, when will there be any meaningful justice, legal, political, for Jackass Smith?
Judge Eileen Cannon is and has been a consistently good judge.
I can appreciate there's some people out there who are going to say she's covering for Trump because there's something incriminating in there.
She dismissed the charges and declared him unlawfully appointed to cover up for Trump's criminality.
You idiots will never be satisfied.
And you idiots will have your legal delusions all you want.
The reality is, you don't get to do indirectly what you were barred from doing directly.
You don't turn this political witch hunt into a successful one by allowing Jack Smith to get away with what he wanted to do from the get-go.
And then when you say Jack Smith still not faced any charges for his criminal conduct, what criminal conduct would that be exactly?
To which I say federal civil rights violations, Hatch Act violations, which is using your office to carry out undisclosed political activity.
First consultation is free.
From now on, it's $500 an hour.
And the cheapest way, you could just like, share, subscribe.
Make sure that you do subscribe, turn on notifications.
Viva Fry, former Montreal litigator, turned current Florida man.
He was unlawfully appointed.
No Congress appointed him.
It's an indisputed fact.
It's a legal fact right now.
He was unlawfully appointed.
So that's what's going on with Judge Eileen Cannon.
She's doing good.
Quo Vadis over in our viva barneslaw.locals.com.
Viva, I trip trying to get Barnes to unblock me on X, and he doesn't.
I understand he's busy.
I've been a board member.
All right, I will get this.
Well, okay.
Oh, it's at German German IC Bear.
Well, I know that Barnes has a thing against German bears, so I'll have to, I'll ask him.
Sorry about it.
This is why I don't block people.
It just leads to confusions.
So that's Judge Eileen Cannon.
And you know what?
Let's entertain what's going on in the crowd in the chat here.
Yes, I'll just leave that.
Leave that.
Oh, if you want to tip with what's the other one?
You can tip with gold.
Yeah, you just click on that, scan the QR code.
Viva, Judge Thomas sent Judge Thomas sent Cannon a brief that told her what to do with Jack Smith, who is not a real boy.
I don't know what that means.
And then we got, for some reason, Democrats never get called to the mat above the law.
No, it's amazing.
I should have actually just done the definition of the Hatch Act definition, just a summary.
Hatch Act 1939, federal law restricted the partisan political activities of federal employees, D.C. government employees, and some state local employees working on federally funded programs.
It's not arguably what Jack Smith was doing.
It's exactly what Jackass Smith was doing.
And unlawfully so.
Will any charges arise?
Shut up and wait and don't be a pannikin.
At $500 an hour, Viva is a bargain roosting.
Roosting, dude, when I was in practice, I was only charging when I went out on my own.
I think the most I ever got up to was $225 Canadian.
That was a bargain seven years ago in Canada.
It was Canadian also.
Flora Rumbla says, Bill Brown, Jack Who says that?
Look, Jackass Smith.
I have family in Mexico.
The guy did not need to steal.
There is other stories and other options he chose.
It's not something that I would condemn someone to the fiery pits of hell for.
That requires much more malicious activity, which I'm not going to waste time talking about, but everybody else is.
Yeah, I'm not even going to.
I'm not.
All right.
Pardoning Controversies 00:10:40
Now, you want to talk about bad, sinful behavior?
No, we're not talking about Candace Owens today.
We are going to talk about Gavin Newsom.
Gavin Newsom thinks he's going to run for president.
Gavin Newsom clearly has intentions of running for president.
Gavin Newsom is the scum of the earth.
I mean, the thing is, I wonder on a personal level.
I'm sure he's a nice individual who cheats on his spouses and only apologizes for it when he gets caught.
I'm sure on an individual basis, on a one-on-one, he's very nice and very friendly.
Probably.
I met Kimberly Guilfoyle a couple of times.
They used to be married.
I couldn't understand that.
And then apparently he's a nice guy, Gavin.
Political scum of the earth, absolutely inept, absolutely incompetent.
Arguably, but not arguably, racist.
Did you guys see the video?
It's so flipping bad.
I meant to talk about it the other day, but it felt like gossip, but now I get to merge the gossip with a little bit of law.
He's talking, I say before a crowd that's, I guess, oriented to the black community.
And he says something that is so effing racist and so effing insulting.
Like, it's like, okay, I appreciate, you know, in this same speech, he's talking about how he doesn't go off a teleprompter and he doesn't write speeches.
And it's probably not good to be a politician.
I can't read teleprompters.
I can't read scripts.
I never do it.
But I hear the words in my head before they come out of my mouth.
And oftentimes, I'll stop or reformulate before they come out.
Oftentimes, I play it in my head before they come out and I say, how can anyone spin this to use it as a clip, as an attack?
Gavin Newsom is an idiot.
And when you want to say people say the quiet part out loud, this is him saying the quiet part out loud, much like Hillary Clinton when she was talking about being on CP time.
And that's not child pornography time.
A racist concept.
Just says it.
Much like Hillary Clinton talking about carrying hot sauce with her drawl in her purse when she's trying to appeal to certain demographics.
They let the racist out because those who run around calling everybody racist typically are the racist ones themselves.
It's sort of like the reverse inverted double fakey virtue signaling.
Those who go out and virtue signal the hardest typically are among the most degenerates in private life.
Those who sit there and call everybody racist, probably because they're looking for racists for a little bit of company.
Listen to this.
I'm not, you know, I'm not trying to impress you.
I'm just trying to impress upon you, I'm like you.
I'm no better than you.
You know, I'm a 960 SAT guy.
And, you know, and I'm not trying to offend anyone, you know, trying to act all there if you got 940.
But literally a 960 SAT guy.
I cannot, you, you've never seen me read a speech because I cannot read a speech.
I'm like you.
I can't read and I've got a 960 SAT.
Holy shiot, Gavin.
Maybe the wrong business to be in.
Yeah, maybe, maybe what you've done to California over the last decade is further confirmation.
You're in the wrong business, jackass.
A government is the only business where you fail upwards.
I'm just like you.
I'm not trying to impress you.
I'm just trying to impress upon you, I'm like you.
I'm like you.
I'm no better than you.
I'm no better than you.
I have to speak slower to make sure that you, because of my racist understanding of your intellectual capabilities, need to make sure you're like you.
I don't read.
And I have a 960 SAT.
What a jackass.
He's the type of jackass that does things like allegedly, purportedly, pardoning criminal illegal migrants to frustrate DHS abilities to deport them.
I got sent a meme and it said, you know, someone's assessment, Gavin Newsom pardoning illegal aliens in order to frustrate their deportation, in order to make it possible for them to stay.
And I said, on the one hand, initial reflexes don't believe headlines and don't believe screenshots.
It doesn't really make sense on the one hand, because for once I thought initially they were talking about like pardoning them for immigration law violations, which is federal, so a state couldn't do that.
But no, this is Gavin Newsom pardoning state crimes.
And then the argument would be that it will make it harder for DHS to deport or in the process of applying for green card permanent residence, they'll lose what would otherwise be an impediment to their being allowed lawful entry into these United States of America because they won't have been convicted.
They've been pardoned for attempted murder.
I still think it's a bit of a lot of something for nothing because I don't think that it makes a difference if they get pardoned on their application.
That you still have to disclose this and it'll give the DHS a good reason to say, no, we don't want people who were actually convicted, albeit pardoned, of attempted murder.
From New York Post.
Gavin Newsom pardons criminal illegal migrant convicted for attempted murder per DHS by Zain Khan.
California governor Newsom pardoned a convicted attempted murderer who was an undocumented immigrant.
Why are we not saying illegal alien?
An undocumented immigrant.
So he was an illegal alien, opening the possibility for him to stay in the country, according to U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
Samboon Faimeni was convicted of numerous charges, including attempted murder, assault with a semi-automatic firearm, assault with a firearm, and conspiracy to commit assault with a firearm after a judge sentenced him in 1997 to 14 years to life.
Now, by the way, just as a broad notion, there are exceptional cases of people who actually get reformed in jail, become exemplary citizens, study, become lawyers.
And then you have other cases where they come out broken and then commit more violent crimes.
There was an episode of Rogan where he had on the guy that talks about his project to rehabilitate and release wrongly convicted individuals.
And there was one episode, I forget the guy's name and it doesn't really make a difference, but it was a criminal who actually did the crime.
And they got him released.
And then he got out and allegedly got arrested for killing someone shortly after his release.
But when it comes to potentially pardoning people who have actually successfully turned their lives around, I'm not averse to that.
Samboon Feynman was convicted of numerous charges, including attempted murder, yada, yada, yada.
Okay.
In December 2025, Newsom pardoned him for transforming his life and providing, quote, evidence that he is living an upright life and has demonstrated his fitness for restoration of civic rights and responsibilities.
We get into the crime here a little bit further down.
DHS said the pardon allows Feymeni to reopen immigration proceedings rather than be removed from the U.S. and will be able to remain in California communities.
I'm going to have to defer to DHS on this one.
I know at the end, in the application process, you have to disclose prior convictions, even if they've been pardoned.
So that would include the prior convictions for attempted murder.
And at that point, DHS can say, no, thanks.
You're rejected and get the hell out.
Government Newsom's pardoning an illegal alien convicted of attempted murder so he can remain in our country is absolute insanity, said Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin.
These are criminals.
These are the criminal illegal aliens he and his sanctuary politicians are protecting.
He's putting the lives of all Americans at risk.
Newsom's office blasted feds.
Spare us the outrage.
The same people who turned the pardon power into a rewards program.
Oh, I'm sorry, Gavin.
You must be talking about Joe Biden for political loyalists and the rich.
Oh, is that, you mean like the judge who got the cash for kids was pardoned?
Oh, you mean like Joe Biden's entire family?
This is unbelievable.
They have the balls to lecture Trump, who admittedly has had some politically questionable pardons, but has had some very good ones.
Ross Ulbricht, a number of other, all the Jan Sixers.
Yada, yada, yada.
In California, it's a transparent, rigorous legal process focused on individualized review of each applicant's rehabilitation and public safety considerations, not political favors.
Feynman, who was 19 at the time of his conviction, lost his green card and was placed in removal proceedings and issued a final order of removal by a judge in 2019.
2019.
That's six and a half years with a final removal.
Gavin Newsom took away this attempted murderous qualifying convictions that made him removal from the U.S. McLaughlin said, according to the governor's office, Feynman, who applied for executive clemency early last year, was a passenger in a car that pulled into a parking lot and confronted a group of rival gang members 30 years ago and was not the shooter.
Feynman was discharged from parole with perfect record in 2023 and is now the primary caretaker for his elderly parents.
He also volunteers with his Buddhist and Unitarian church communities and mentors at-risk youth.
Finance Pardon was backed by several elected officials.
He had the idea.
In a separate talk about social media, the governor's press office doubled down on its position during this Lenten season, a time of repentance and forgiveness.
We will continue to take our cues from religious leaders, not those who claim Christian nationalism.
Not those who claim Christian nationalism, but can't tell Peter from Paul, the office row.
It's the haughty arrogance of Gavin Newsom that's the biggest problem.
We will discuss this on Sunday to determine whether or not this actually is an impediment to immediate removal.
And then morally and ethically, what people think about it.
I'm curious.
You know, illegal alien, you would imagine, could still be deported, taking care of his parents.
Curious about the whole family status.
But at the end of the day, on that form, which one is it?
Good Catch Probe 00:10:40
The I485, Section D, certified police and court records of criminal charges, arrests, and convictions.
If you ever had any arrest or conviction vacated, set aside, exposed, or otherwise removed from your record anywhere in the world, you must submit an original document.
But that is after they ask you to confirm if you were ever convicted or placed in an alternative sentencing or rehabilitation program anywhere in the world, including the United States.
So that's that.
Gavin Newsom is scum.
And he's going to run for new scum.
He's going to run for president.
And by the competition, I mean, it's an amazing thing when you actually just think of the, I say not plausible or viable, the candidates for the Democrats.
And you're reasonably looking at a mix of mass murderers between Cuomo, Whitmer, and yes, I'm calling them mass murderers for what they did during COVID.
Idiots with IQs below room temperature, and that I'm thinking of AOC and Jasmine Crockett, or scoundrels and scumbags like Gavin Newsom.
And then when you look on the right, say we've got some damn good replacements options when Trump is done with his second term.
If only JD Vance, damn good.
Marco Rubio, I know some people might not like him as much, but also damn good.
And I can think of a number of other good candidates that just pale in comparison.
But government is not an industry where success determines effectiveness determines success.
It is an industry where people fail upwards.
And we're going to see that in a second.
Let me just read these humble rants, which I see in the distance.
Ginger Ninja says, not a real boy.
Robert Gouveya speaks for Jack Smith acting under illegitimate illegal appointment.
Not a real boy.
Okay, I got it now.
And then Ginger Ninja says, You mean confession through projection?
Someone who needs to make a shirt.
Go to vivafry.com.
I'll show that in a second.
I did get something in the mail.
I won't mention names because I don't want to embarrass anybody who might not want to be named, but I got it.
Now, the thing is, I'm going to wash it first.
And I have to look up.
It smells good, actually.
Typically, these shirts smell like formaldehyde when you get them from the got to make sure that the message is totally passive and law-abiding, demanding for accountability.
It is, and it must be and shall remain.
Demand accountability.
Lawful political accountability.
And then I noticed that King of Bill Tong was in the house.
Booyah.
King of Bill Tong, we are the lowest priced direct-to-consumer Bill Tong brand in the world in the U.S. Sorry, don't want to oversell it.
Bill Tong USA does not overcharge for drunk.
We make real Bill Tong.
Go to BilltongUSA.com, code Viva for 10% off.
And let's see what's going on in our VivaBarnesLaw.locals.com community before we get into the next story, which I have to see what it is now.
Did we get a David?
Tipper, view tips.
Oh, yeah, okay, I got that one.
That's okay, that was the blocked one.
Let me go.
All.
Yeah, this.
It's America is.
Okay, I'm not going to read that.
What do we got here?
I'm a triathlete, but not a real boy, clearly.
The heck is that?
Doesn't matter why you are here if you're an illegal alien, unless you're Elian Gonzalez.
I don't know who that is.
Stephen A. Smith would be the Dem's best option.
Lawfare is expensive.
The corrupt DOJ is bankrolled by the broke-ass U.S. Treasury.
Democrats are protected from courts so they don't have to pay.
And we got a penny.
All right, that's it.
Now, we're not, that's not it for that.
That's just it for, wait, I just saw Mr. Mike post a tip question right here.
View tipped.
Mr. Mike says, Viva, please reach out to Jimmy Door and ask for contact info for his friend Elaine Culotti, who announced run for governor of California, and please have her on.
Thanks, man.
Absolutely.
Screenshot that.
I do, I have access to Jimmy.
Well, we DM each other, so that's.
All right.
Now, what are we moving on to?
There were a few things that I had in the backdrop that I wanted to talk about.
Hmm.
Oh, yeah.
The arrests.
Speaking of broke-ass DOJ, they can't seem to arrest anybody, yet some people are getting arrested in foreign countries.
I've decided I'm disengaging with Mike Tracy.
I'll still have him on him.
Mike Tracy can come on anytime he wants.
I don't know why on earth he has decided now his brand, his entire content feed is going to be about downplaying how bad, downplaying the severity of Jeffrey Epstein files and defending all those who he thinks are being unfairly caught up in the Epstein hysteria.
It makes no sense.
I asked Grock, I'm like, how many times has Mike Tracy tweeted about Epstein in the last two weeks?
And it says, oh, 12 times.
I'm like, no, that's not true.
And it goes, you know, good catch.
35.
It's like, no, that's not true.
Count all posts and all replies.
And then I just gave up.
But did you guys see what this guy's, this guy's flipping hilarious?
Ryan Long, speaking of the good catch, let me play this for you before we get into the latest arrests that have occurred abroad.
And here, this is Ryan Long.
He's hilarious.
And this is fantastic.
I'm not going to play the whole thing so that you go watch it, subscribe to him, and share his link, which I'll give in the chat.
Who was all at the big party last night?
Dave.
Sorry about it.
And for those who are listening on podcast, it says, if your friend spoke to you like chat GPT.
Who was all at the big party last night?
Dave, Chris, Joanne.
No, Chris was with me, so obviously he wasn't there.
Good catch.
He actually wasn't there.
It was at Joanne's place on the Upper East Side, right?
Yes, right above Central Park.
Great location.
Oh, Joanne moved to Brooklyn.
That's right.
Good catch.
It was Brooklyn.
How do you not remember where it was?
Great catch.
I do know where it was.
I was mistaken.
Well, at least you had good weather for the barbecue.
Oh, yeah.
Wonderful weather.
Yeah, it was snowing.
What the fuck is going on?
Why do you keep telling me wrong things?
One of your best catches, yeah.
Stop telling me good catch.
I'll stop it there.
You get the idea, but go watch the entire thing and show Ryan some love.
So, yeah.
Good catch.
Michael Tracy has tweeted a lot more.
In fact, it's been pretty much exclusively downplaying the Epstein files and highlighting the Epstein hysteria.
Meanwhile, in other parts of the world, people are actually getting arrested.
So the latest is a former, how do I get out of here?
Close that.
Ex-Norwegian PM prime minister Jagland attempted suicide amid Epstein-linked corruption probe reports.
I'm not trying to downplay any if this story is true.
I know a lot of people out there might say, you know, maybe it was, maybe if it's Epstein-type suicide, then it's, you know, might be it might be something else.
But the story is this: former Norwegian Prime Minister Thor Bjorn Joglund was hospitalized following an alleged suicide attempt amid corruption charges tied to his links with late financier Jeffrey Epstein.
Former Norwegian Prime Minister Thor Bjorn Jaglund, who also chaired the Norwegian Nobel Committee and served as Secretary General of the Council of Europe, was reported.
What the fuck?
Why is Epstein hanging out with every leaders of countries across the world?
People are going to focus on the Israel connection.
Why is he rubbing elbows with the prime minister of Norway?
Okay, he was reportedly hospitalized filed in an alleged suicide attempt, charges linked to his connections with the late Epstein finance.
The development came after Jaglund was formally charged with aggravated corruption, which carries a potential 10-year prison term.
Well, that doesn't prove rape and sex trafficking.
No, I don't care what it proves corruption, or at least it's allegations of corruption.
If he never gets convicted, there was never proof of it.
They've arrested him.
They arrested Prince Andrew.
They arrested another guy there in the UK.
He has denied wrongdoing, describing his ties to Epstein as unwise or, quote, poor judgment, and pledging full cooperation with investigation.
Well, then, why would he try to take his own life?
Reports of attempted suicide.
Media and social media sources claim that the Norwegian Editors Association reportedly agreed with Jagland's lawyer to withhold coverage of the incident, which occurred last week.
Nevertheless, some outlets, including OSINT platforms, Fightuk's New, published the story citing Jaglin's serious conditions.
Career and Epstein links.
Jaglund served as Norway's prime minister from 1996 to 1997.
Hold on one second.
Hold up.
Got to hit my cough button.
Where's the cough button?
See, now I've learned not to put my fist in front of my mouth because people were screenshotting that and trying to make fun of me.
I don't care.
I'm just joking, but yeah.
All right.
He served as Norway's prime minister, foreign minister, chaired Norwegian Nobel Committee, Secretary General, Council to Europe.
His connections to Epstein emerged from the U.S. Justice Harmon files, showing that Jaglin and his family visited Epstein properties in Paris, New York, Palm Beach, and possibly planned a trip to Epstein's private island, Little St. James.
Epstein reportedly sought Jaglin's help in rearranging meetings, in arranging meetings with high-profile figures, including Russian President Vladimir Putin and promoting financial schemes.
Communications described Jaglund as a Nobel big shot, highlighting a mutually beneficial relationship.
Jagland provided influence in diplomatic and human rights circles, while Epstein offered luxury perks, travel, and possibly loans.
And possibly anything else?
You know, the luxury.
I'm just speaking out loud and not making any accusations and spitballing.
Possibly some perks that money can't buy.
Norwegian authorities charged Jaglin with gross corruption over alleged benefits from Epstein, which he denies.
The investigation led by Norway's economic crime unit, Orkerkrim, including the raids on Juglund's Oslo residence, other properties.
Probe examines whether Juglin misused his official roles to receive improper benefits.
Council of Europe waived his diplomatic immunity.
Diplomatic immunity has been revoked.
The inquiry focuses on 2011 to 2018, well after it was known that Epstein was a convicted child sex trafficker, and well after the Epstein rumors and the Epstein lore became mainstream.
Overlapping with his tenure as Nobel Prize, whatever.
Orcanim Director.
Trump Supporters' Dilemma 00:09:41
What am I reading here?
Orconim Director Paul K. Loncet said that there were, quote, reasonable grounds to examine alleged gifts, travel, loans, holiday connections to Jaglin's official roles.
Evidence links Jaglin to criminal sexual activities, to criminal sexual activities.
The investigation concentrates solely on alleged improper benefits or influence peddling.
The probe remains ongoing.
I might also like, don't moisturize Kraip skin.
Tighten it with this household item instead.
No thanks, don't care.
Uh, that's uh.
One arrest and a subsequent alleged attempt to take his own life, and then you have people saying uh, this is terrible.
This is what happens when people get Epstein.
Crazy innocent people get arrested and then they try to take their own lives.
And now it's going to be blamed on the mob, the so-called mob, the people who are interested in the Epstein story, when alleged innocent victims who just get caught up because they're just doing business with Epstein allegedly try to take their own lives after getting arrested and might be facing charges for improper stuff.
The story that I didn't actually cover yesterday was the man who tried to storm, or allegedly stormed, Mar-a-lago and got shot dead.
And there are people out there claiming because there's some Prima Fascia evidence that he was at least interested in the Epstein files, that it had something to do with the Epstein files.
This is um it's, it's what's wild is?
You know?
Everybody's going to look at things through their either their blinders or, like my father always says, when you're, you know, looking for a golf ball in the woods, anything that's white is going to catch your eye, and then people go another shooting.
So how do I want to?
How, what do I want to look for in this one?
Is it another trans shooter?
Is it another left-wing nutbag?
Is it a far-right racist extremist?
Who did it?
And everybody, depending on your political orientations, you're going to go look for that.
A lot of disinformation, and it's why, you know, don't share details, don't share information, don't share screenshots unless you can validate them yourselves, and you're better off being a day late than wrong.
There has been some information that the shooter, a 21 year old kid who obviously had mental issues, went missing.
His family reported him missing.
He ends up in Florida with a shotgun that he purchased en route, shows up in Mar-a-lago with the shotgun and a canister of gas and, when told to drop it, raises the rifle in a manner that was described as being, you know, an attempt to shoot, and he is shot and killed.
He was allegedly fixated on Epstein before the shooting, and what's truly astonishing let me see if I can find this is when I say, you know, everyone's looking at this through their own blinders.
And then you have everybody who wants to say it's a, it's a Trump supporter, because you know the Trump supporters are the ones who go out and try to take Trump's life.
Because that's, that's what.
That's what Trump supporters do once that not to you know.
There have been so many saying it, and now the the the ultimate irony is that everybody's now saying anybody who's, you know, interested in call it obsessed with or preoccupied by the Epstein files are Trump supporters, when it's the Democrats right now Now, that have taken a sudden interest in the Epstein files, thinking they can use it as an own.
I admit, I mean, obviously, there's both sides.
This is a sort of a bipartisan issue.
Everybody's interested in the Epstein files and what it has been revealing and what people think is still being covered up.
But the reality is, I would argue it's as much of a bipartisan issue, if not potentially a little bit more on the left, because nobody on the left is saying, ignore it, move on.
Whereas there are substantial factions on the right saying ignore it, move on.
It's a hoax.
It's a distraction.
So, if anyone's infatuated with it, to go from that alleged infatuation and draw that they are conservative right-wingers, Trump supporters, you have to be an idiot or have supremely bad judgment.
Hassan Nabi, and I forget his Hassan Piker.
Another Trump supporter tried to kill the president yesterday and it barely made the news because that's how common right-wing violence is.
No one believes you.
You don't believe you.
I don't know what that.
And then I Phil Labonte, who was on Tim Pool.
The only people that believe Trump supporters trying to kill Trump are people such as yourself that believe men can be women.
That's a damn good response.
For anyone confused, yes, he was extremely right-wing and he was a former MAGA supporter.
For anyone confused, I don't know that there's been evidence of that.
His family are Trump supporters.
And if your family is a Trump supporter and you try to go allegedly kill the man who they support, you're not one of the supporters.
And anybody saying it is an idiot.
And I said another Trump supporter tried to kill the president.
IQ, Arctic Frost.
Not bad.
But he was interested in the Epstein files.
From what we know now, the man who was shot and killed Sunday had grown increasingly obsessed with the Epstein files and was also a vocal Trump supporter.
TMZ has learned.
Austin Martin Tucker sent a message obtained by TMZ.
Maybe he only went to get information.
Obtained by TMZ, sent a text message to a coworker on February 15 that read, I don't know if you read up on if you read up on the Epstein files, but evil is real and unmistakable.
He continued, the best people like you and I can do is use what little influence we have.
Tell other people about what you hear about the Epstein files and what the government is doing about it.
Raise awareness.
Sources who worked with Austin at Pine Needles Lodge, yada yada yada, said he became fixated on Epstein's latest release.
Co-workers tell us he was deeply disturbed by what he believed was a government cover-up and often talked about powerful people getting away with it.
At the same time, outspoken about his Christian faith and political views, we're told he regularly expressed support for Trump, telling colleagues as recently as last year he believed Trump was a strong leader.
You know what's funny?
I mean, I did go to this guy's social media accounts, didn't see any indication of it.
He's got an Instagram account, which was nothing but sketches and drawings, which he did for his golf stuff.
But bottom line, you know, anyone who says that someone who tries to kill the person that they allegedly support, you've got a bit of a contradiction in terms.
I haven't seen any overt indication he was a strong Trump supporter.
To say that Trump is a strong leader is a matter of fact.
I'll say it's a matter of opinion that some people might disagree with, but I happen to agree with that he is a strong leader, albeit not a perfect one, and does make unforced errors from time to time.
To err is human, but he was definitely interested in the Epstein files, as is the entire world.
And that was about it.
What was the other?
I had another article here.
I hear people screaming, Viva, why don't you have ad blocker?
This is from the new observer.
Get this out of here.
I wanted to put 1:30 this morning.
The security detail detected that an individual had made his way into the inner rumor of Mar-Lago.
A deputy and two secret service agents on the detail he confronted a white male that was carrying a gas can and a shotgun.
He was ordered to drop those two, at which time he put down the gas can, raised the shotgun to a shooting position.
At that point in time, the deputy of the two secret service agents fired their weapons and neutralized the threat.
He is deceased at the scene.
I will give you a picture of the shotgun, the gas.
Okay, we can skip there.
And I don't think this, I don't think this added anything particularly new to it.
Trump and Trump and Melania, who often spend weekends at Mar-a-Lago, were at the White House Sunday.
Moore County Sheriff's Officer identified the man as Austin Tucker Martin.
His family had a poster of his family.
His family had posted a flyer on social media Saturday in an attempt to find him.
He was last seen 8 p.m. Saturday, according to the flyer.
Moore County said a relative approach a decade came and got all that.
Federal authorities also got in touch with Moore County Sheriff's Office, which turned over all information about the case to federal agencies.
All right.
Yeah, so that's it.
That was basically the picture of the shotgun there.
Previous Trump and SA.
That's it.
There's another attempt.
I guess it is an attempt.
And people will look at this one screen and see two different films.
And what's important is that Trump is safe.
Now, bringing this back over here before we save something for our after party at locals, Kiki Blue says, Ilian Gonzalez, a young boy, Janet Relo and Clinton claim returned to Cuba against wishes of his dead mom, who died crossing ocean for freedom.
Look up the photo, SWAT guy pointing M16 at the kid's face.
I'll have a look at that.
And then if we go over to Rumble, by the way, if everybody's watching on Rumble and you're watching from the landing page, click on the video, get in the video, and subscribe in the video and give it a thumbs up because that helps.
I'm told.
See, like here, if you go, let me see if I go here.
Let's show you what it looks like here.
Rumble.
So when you go to the landing page, and if it's on the featured page, yeah, you see, and if you're watching it on the featured page, what you want to do here, click on it looks like here, and then you go click actually on the video.
Amazon's Deadly Algorithm 00:05:44
Did I give it a thumbs up?
I give it a thumbs up.
And then subscribe.
Am I subscribed to myself?
Subscribe, give it a thumbs up.
All right, we got more to talk about.
This one is something it's not breaking news.
We talked about it on Sunday, but I wanted to do a dedicated segment to this.
This is the lawsuit against Amazon for Amazon's potential liability for selling materials that are used for people to take their own lives on the ordered on the internet, delivered to your house, and people order this chemical that you can order on Amazon, have it delivered to your house, no age verification.
And when they were sued, Amazon tried to get the lawsuit dismissed because they said it failed to state a claim that they have no duty.
You know, they can't be held liable for this.
It was initially, the motion to dismiss was initially dismissed.
And then the higher court reviewed it and then dismissed the suit.
And it was recently reinstated.
Now, what is so shocking about this is the actual facts of the case and where you realize that it's algorithmic.
It's algorithmic.
And it's heartless and thoughtless.
And they just pair things together based on AI-driven matching.
And if you haven't heard about this case, I mean, the original lawsuit alleged things like, I'm almost reluctant to even talk about it.
They allowed you to order sodium nitrate, which was the, at a purity that had no reasonable home use.
And you could order it online.
There was no age verification.
And what it would also do is recommend other products that are used in tandem with it.
And you can see here that some of the other products that, you know, it's just algorithmic.
Oh, people who've bought this online, why it would even be available on Amazon.
I mean, you don't want overregulation for everything and anything can be used to do self-harm.
The algorithm picked up on it and recommended it, as you can see here, with the Peaceful Pill Handbook.
Paragraph 107 says the Amazon edition of the Peaceful Pill Handbook devotes a chapter to lethal inorganic salts, wherein it details instructions for how to use sodium nitrate to die.
It provides, quote, sodium nitrate salt is very soluble in water to prepare a lethal dose of the salt.
15 milligrams is, I'm not even reading this.
And people, the families of people who ordered this, got it, got the instructions, they sued.
And Amazon, on review, because their initial motion to dismiss wasn't dismissed, got the lawsuit tossed.
And now it's been reinstated where they can actually go to court and have to defend against the lack of oversight, the lack of responsible business that went into what they did.
And it was, you know, it's just an algorithm.
And why is it any of their business?
And they were also removing one-star reviews that mentioned what was going on.
No age verification.
Recommend.
It's such an outrageous, horrendous story that might, that now looks like it will see the light of day in court.
Here, Amazon.
And, you know, when you imagine they got away, they got tossed originally.
It did not get tossed originally.
Then it got tossed on review.
Then it got re-reviewed and they had to go to appeal.
Amazon can be sued over suicides linked to sodium nitrate court rules.
February 19.
Washington Supreme Court ruled unanimously on Thursday that Amazon.com must face lawsuits brought by families with relatives who took their own lives by consuming sodium nitrate.
They bought online at the retailer's platform.
It rejected the lower court's ruling that the families could not pursue negligence claims under the Washington State Product Liability Act because suicide was a superseding cause of the relatives' death.
It wasn't even the lower court.
The lower court dismissed the motion to dismiss.
It was on review, my understanding.
Four families accused Amazon of promoting the sale of sodium nitrate on its website alongside other products that could assist people in carrying out suicides.
They said the Seattle-based retailer has known of the link between sodium nitrate and suicide for years, yet continued to sell the product without restrictions.
Amazon's did not.
It's, you know, they'll get their day in courts.
But you realize it's not even, it's presumably it's malice to the extent that they were doing it strictly to make a buck.
They were allowing it because it was profitable or at the very least, they were unaware of it.
And that's just how a heartless, brainless algorithm works.
Pairing things together that people look at together and it's just doing its job.
That's how you know the algorithm is dangerous.
But unfortunately, as alleged in the lawsuit, they had knowledge of it.
And they knew that people were doing it.
They were warned.
Let's see if I think the reviews.
Yeah, upon information and belief, Amazon engages in deception to increase its sales of sodium nitrate.
For instance, upon learning that families were leaving one-star reviews for sodium nitrate relating to the deadliness of the product and its use for suicide, instead of removing the product, Amazon removed comments containing the word.
Oh, yeah, they're just doing it.
Peter Mandelson Arrested 00:03:16
It's much more.
Hey, well, we can't have the word there because the word's going to encourage people, or the word is verboten.
So there's sufficient allegations of knowledge and wrongdoing and ignoring the problem simply so that they can make a few extra bucks.
It's terrible.
Just terrible.
All right.
What else do we have?
Well, I think we've done it.
At least for the day.
No, there was one more.
Hold on, hold on.
But first, Winston.
Boy.
Boy.
Look at this, guys.
I have never smelt Winston smelling so good, looking so beautiful.
He got a haircut the other day, and I think he's still pissed.
Like, if this dog had an accent, it would be French.
He's right now saying, me, what are you doing?
Like a card.
So he got a nice haircut.
Look how beautiful this is.
They brushed out all the mat.
I think I woke him up.
And he's going to look nice and smell nice for his new brother.
Watch out.
Yeah, the other article that I forgot to mention.
We'll do it quickly and then we're going to go raid whoever is live.
There was the other arrest, sorry, that I forgot to cover was Peter Mandelson.
Where was it here?
Mandelson.
Here, this is another one in the Epstein files.
This is BBC.
Another person, Mandelson's lawyers say he was arrested over a baseless claim he was a flight risk.
Let's see here.
Who's this guy?
Lord Mandelson's lawyers have said police officers arrested the former ambassador to the U.S. at his home in London at his home, London, on Monday afternoon because they are worried he's a flight risk.
The peers' lawyers have told the BBC there is absolutely no truth in suggesting that Lord Mandelson was planning to leave the UK and move abroad.
The Met has said it will not comment.
Former labor minister was arrested by the Metropolitan Police on suspicion of misconduct in public office on Monday and later released on bail pending further investigation.
Right up there with the former prince, spokesperson for Misha DeLaraya, the Lord Mendelssohn's lawyer.
Peter Mandelson was arrested yesterday despite an agreement with the police that he would attend an interview next month on a voluntary basis.
The arrest was prompted by a baseless suggestion that he was planning to leave the country and take up permanent residence abroad.
There's absolutely no truth whatsoever in any suggestion.
So, you know, relinquish your passport.
It'll be issue resolved, assuming you only have one.
We have asked the NPS Metropolitan Police Service for the evidence relied upon to justify the arrest.
Mandelson's overriding priority is to cooperate with the police investigation, as he has done throughout this process, and to clear his name.
Lord Mandelson was arrested Monday afternoon.
Taken to Wandsworth Police.
So we got Mandelson.
We've got Prince Andrew, former Prince Andrew.
We've got Jorgensen, and nothing yet.
Nothing yet domestic.
He was the Force lawn.
The Force launched an investigation earlier this month over allegations that while he was serving as minister, Lord Mandelson passed on market-sensitive government information to the late convicted pedophile, Jeffrey Epstein.
The arrest followed the search warrants of the Hilscher Camden.
So that's it.

You actually say panicking like Dan Bongino?
Dude, get a sense of humor and understand irony, where irony, or I'm not even going to say satire.
I get called the panic and the black pillar.
And I'm obviously saying it tongue-in-cheek, not with affirmation because the term is absolutely idiotic.
Oh, live stream state of the union with good logic tonight.
So I was thinking about that.
I got to watch it, but it's league night.
I can't miss it.
I hope it's league night, but they wouldn't suspend league night for what's it called?
For the state of the union.
I am going to see what I'm tempted to look at the markets and see what words they're thinking Trump is going to say and maybe investing in that likelihood.
And let me see here.
Let me see what else was in the chat.
Did I raid already or did I not yet raid?
Why do I think I hit the raid button?
I did raid.
Okay, good.
Do I have my do that's not for me?
