Time Text
Ladies and gentlemen of the interwebs.
There's the old expression, a special seat in hell shall be reserved for those who are truly despicable and evil.
Today, AOC has insured herself a special seat in hell.
Listen to this, if you can believe it.
Instead, I got it somehow.
That brings great pain to the millions of Americans who endured segregation, Jim Crow, and the legacy of bigotry today.
We should be clear about whoever Kirk was.
A man who believed that the Civil Rights Act that granted black Americans the right to vote was a mistake.
Who, after the violent attack on Paul Pelosi, claimed that, quote, some amazing patriot, unquote, should bail out his brutal assailant.
I'm gonna pause it here.
I'm gonna come back to this afterwards.
Katie is in, and I was um going to start with AOC uh as a okay.
Let me open this up here.
All right, well, we're gonna change the intro to the show.
Katie.
Uh how's it?
Well, I say how's it going?
I know how it's going.
Good afternoon.
Uh you can hear me.
Yep, I can hear you now.
Everything's great.
Thank you.
Uh my sorry, everyone, sorry for the late start.
Katie and I were trying to make this work logistically on short notice.
Uh, Katie is from the Universal Ostrich Farm up in Edgewood, British Columbia, that based on the current news as reported by rebel news is on the cusp of the slaughter of the ostriches.
Um everybody watching should be familiar with the basic facts of the story, but Katie, tell everybody what's going on and what the latest news uh where you are at now in Canada.
So we are dealing with the complete tyrannical behavior of the Canadian government, uh, completely disregarding any of our brand new uh information.
We put in our reconsideration file and submitted our reconsideration documents.
We asked Canadian Food Inspection Agency to reconsider the 248 days that these animals have been healthy, beautiful, thriving, full of antibodies that are rich for healing um viruses and disease.
And they have totally just they're just not paying, they're not acknowledging it.
So what they're acknowledging is they're only their wins out of the February, uh, December 31st call order date 10 days later.
Did they was their decision to sign a call order justifiable?
So that's long gone.
We said, okay, you won, you won.
Sure, your decision was justifiable.
But they've been healthy now and a recovered flock for 248 days.
Remember, I need the world to remember this.
Not one of these ostriches that are dancing in front of me right now, not one of them have ever been tested.
Not one of these ostriches that they're about to come in here and slaughter have ever been tested.
So they're their new information.
You've you explained it very well the other day, Viva.
They were allowed to submit new and fresh evidence.
We weren't allowed to submit fresh evidence.
Um, the fresh evidence is stating that they've been basically playing with those two PCR tests from December 31st, and they've been making up who who knows what they've been making up in the petri dish for nine months, and they're allowed to retest off those tests,
but they will not grant us the authority to test one of these animals without being threatened six months in jail and a 200,000 dollar fine, which we were uh no we were told by Omar Osheik, our lawyer, that is actually the way it reads, will could very well become an indictable offense.
So these we are waiting.
We've had helicopters a couple nights ago, two black um police helicopters flying over very low on our property, using their light, spotlight to shine over the ostriches.
They which ended up in mayhem with our ostriches, ended up in a death of a big beautiful rooster because he ran into a post and broke his neck.
He was scared.
Uh, they're not taking any responsibility for that, of course.
They're not gonna take responsibility for anything, of course.
They operate with excessive freedom and no accountability, of course.
They have failed all their own audits.
They they need to be re-examined.
We need to look at this organization.
We have eroded trust through Canadians and one of the most important organizations that we should be able to trust and use within our agricultural sector and for Canadian citizens.
And um, but what we have found out, and it's not really, I guess, new.
It was new to me.
I've been red pilled for nine months, but that this is the World Animal Health Organization, you know, leading with the directives to the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
The World Animal Health Organization then takes their directives from the World Health Organization.
The World Health Organization obviously is the United Nations and the One Health Agenda.
There's this way deeper.
They do not want our antibody research.
They do not want our antibodies here because we are a natural, sustainable therapeutic solution for less for less illness, right?
To do to have a healthier way.
Anything healthy, as we all know, is getting chopped, it's on the chopping block.
Any natural ways on the chopping block.
And just uh to very summarily go over where it's at.
You had in 2024, 60 some old ostriches died during an outbreak.
You had like something like 450 at the time.
They come in, they test two corpses in December 2024.
Anal swabs determined it was H5N1.
Yeah, well, PCR tests.
They it's our which I don't know how how many times they cycled through or what the cycle rate was.
So they they then issued a kill order for all of them.
You get a stay, you get to before a federal court in May.
The judge in the federal court case was Judge Russell Zinn, Z-I-N-N, if I'm not mistaken.
He then five months later says the decision was not inherently flawed or whatever, deferred the authorite of the CFIA and authorizes the kill.
You then appeal that in August.
Nine months later, the judges in this panel were Justice Mary Gleason, G-L-E-A-S-O-N, David Stratus, and Anne McTavish, who was it unanimous uh approval of the unanimous no.
Uh, they did not want to take into consideration any of the new material.
They said they could only look at the basis, the facts, and the submitted material that was uh supporting the initial call order.
So they did not want to look into the fact that they we're they're overstepping their, you know, we are losing our property rights.
Yeah, they're losing um these animals have recovered.
They can't look at any of that.
They're looking, they're using Canadian food inspection agencies' expertise uh and full trust in the organization because they don't want to get caught in it.
They really rely heavily on the international trading policy, that this is putting international trade at risk, even though we have the largest trading partner, the USA, on board offering collaboration with the FDA and the NIH.
And um, that's not just once.
RFK and the Trump administration has sent two letters to say, stop.
You have something here that could have that could help on a global scale.
And they and and our Canadian government is just silent on it.
No, we don't take Just need to highlight this.
They will that none of them are sick or have died except by uh unnatural causes, two of them.
They okay, so none of it's been nine months.
There's been no illness, no sickness, no death.
They will not let you test your living birds for H5N1.
Well, I just said that that's sort of shock.
I I think I knew that they will not let you test your own birds, your own property for illness.
Will not, will not refuses to ask multiple times in every court of appeal, federal court of appeal, out of appeal by just emails.
Please let us test these animals to prove their health.
We had the regional district of the Kootenai boundaries offer based or not offer.
They were um this is something really important as well.
This, you know, you can't not think that something else really smells fishy around here because in November, Utachina landfill up in regional district of the Kootenai boundaries, was contacted about about receiving a large mass of um animals, large bodied animals.
In November, we didn't have illness on our farm till end mid to end of December.
So there was a landfill that they were they chose and gave a contract to for these ostriches that by an FOI request, we found out that they were contacted in November.
So we know that we are at odds with big pharma.
Yes.
We know that we're dealing with something way larger than we can probably imagine.
Yes, but the whole tyrannical behavior that we can't test one of these animals to prove their health.
That Udachina landfill, again, I want to give a huge shout out to the regional district of the Kootenai boundaries because they went and they had a motion passed That they will not accept any of these carcasses or these big, beautiful, healthy ostriches, unless they are tested again to prove they are sick, because they will not accept sick animals.
So, or healthy animals.
So that was a huge win for us.
Uh, we don't know how they're gonna do it now.
Uh, we've heard that GFL, a waste company was gonna bring in waste disposals to take their carcasses out.
So they're going to still be transporting, I guess, whatever is going to be the most what they say is the most virulent threat of H5N1 based off no testing.
And um, they're gonna still transport this material.
We don't want their know where this material would go.
Um, there is a vendor, the contractor, because CFIA doesn't do the killing themselves, they hire this out.
That we're trying to get that contractor information.
And what we're praying for today, and ask everybody to envision is that this contractor becomes a hero.
This contractor is either going to become internationally the biggest villain in the world, or this contractor has a chance to become the biggest hero in the world and show up here and stop and say, I'm not gonna do this.
And I and why?
Because these animals are healthy, or I'm not gonna do this unless you test these animals.
This is the time where Canadian in Canada and international, this is where we rewrite history.
This is where we say stop.
No, uh, this is wrong.
This is absolute government overreach.
There is no common sense put in this matter.
Uh, these animals hold nothing but value to everybody on an international scale.
And we actually have today, you know, that the girl you you reported on Jocelyn, uh, the the girl who a 14-year-old girl who was diagnosed with she's on her way back with her family to be here for the call.
She's back, she's on her way back here with her family to be here uh with these animals, in which they say, you know, almost killed her.
Do you know what almost killed her?
It was all of the drugs that they gave her.
It was all of the tubing down her throat.
So I I put out a video, I I edited a video.
I'm gonna put it out.
First of all, I I had to fact check myself in real time because I thought I thought the kid had passed away, but um, that was a case from 2014.
She survived.
They intubated her.
She didn't get the H5N1 from a chicken as far as any from a bird, as far as anyone knows.
They intubated her.
Um, she had some underlying health conditions.
They did, yeah.
And and this is the sole example that they use to justify this this radical.
I I call I'm calling this this is state-sponsored terrorism.
This is terrorism from the Canadian government.
But I just because I need to hammer this home for everybody.
You have 398 birds.
They're healthy.
They haven't been sick in at least nine and a half to 10 months now.
They have exactly two tests of the dead birds back in December.
The courts have refused to acknowledge that the birds are healthy.
You are prohibited under penalty of uh severe fine or jail, from what I understand, to test your own birds to submit that new evidence, and they're coming in to kill these birds for no bloody better reason.
For no reason besides, I think we're in a precedence war.
This is they do not want to look bad.
That's why they don't want to test these animals, because every one of these animals are gonna become they're gonna come out negative, and every one of these animals are gonna come positive for beautiful, robust antibodies that could actually help us with if we do have an H5N1 viral threat or virus threat, then this is why these animals have to be saved more than ever because they hold the antibodies to actually cure and help this look the problem.
Um we there's so much here.
We've been nine months in and just been, we've been through three lawyers, we've been fighting, we've been asking for just clear communication to work with us, collaborate with us, and we've been shut down everywhere we go.
We've had no political party advantage, stand up and stand behind us.
Pierre Polyev has not said anything.
Not anything.
No.
Who's the premier of British Columbia?
Um Mark Carney.
No, no, no.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, uh, British Columbia, sorry, David E. B. David, okay.
He has said nothing.
David E. B. just came out to say all he said about three months ago was that he's frustrated with the situation, and it shouldn't be a one-size-fits-all solution is the stamping out.
The stamping out isn't a one-size-fits-all solution.
If you go into their policy, there is other options like monitoring, testing, well, you've just keeping in quarantine.
Damn near 10 months of monitoring, and they're all healthy.
That's right.
The news a couple of weeks ago was that it was imminent.
Uh, the cull.
Yeah.
The kill, the slaughter.
The cull sounds like you got an imminent, you got an interim stay which has since lapsed.
So there's no interim stay on the kill.
You're currently petitioning the Supreme Court, but from what Rebel News has reported, uh, they've got intel that is to the effect that the CFIA is mobilizing a slaughter unit that's supposed to be there tomorrow, Sunday, and Monday, depending on how they go about doing this and how long it's right.
Let's just uh highlight too clear water car and truck went rental out of Aboxford and Surrey and all in the lower mainland.
They've rented out the vans that are going to carry the supplies to come to our farm and perform this heinous act, this this act of terrorism.
So, you know, we've um we we know that there's a few vans that are full of this material gonna be traveling the highways and coming here.
We know that they're gonna come in and they are gonna bring our CMP in force.
They've already talked about a tactical unit.
We've had police helicopters flying over our property.
We know that they are take that they are they are not stopping.
They are they are hell bent on killing these animals without working with us, even though our in the in we have support from all over the world saying stop.
And um, and all of this could be stopped by one of these things was removing them from the poultry category.
Remember, we are not for food consumption.
We are not a non-food consumption pro on farm.
So we are not a commercial poultry facility, we are not poultry, we are not a chicken, goose, duck, or uh geese, um, our chickens, ducks, geese, and turkeys.
That is poultry.
We are a red meat bird, nine, eight to nine feet tall, 350 pounds, flightless with a large breastbone.
They are a different bird.
They are they are a ratite, an emu rhea and an ostrich are a ratite.
But but also just to highlight also your birds, even you can eat ostrich, but your birds are not for human consumption.
They have not been uh offered to the public for human consumer.
Okay, I'm just gonna pan to them.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Um, I I've got like I the thing is this.
I I if there's no butt.
I I do people cannot resort to violence.
There's no question is this.
And like I, you know, the judges uh deserve deserve emails.
I I don't know what their email addresses are.
I think it's too late to even first of all, it's too late to try to reach the judges.
Their issue, their order has been issued.
It's it's too late to try to get um the CFIA to back down because they're not backing down.
Uh I don't know how you can get the police, the the provincial police to intervene, but they're gonna say it's a federal issue and we're not gonna intervene.
Uh encouraging anybody to get arrested, and there's no but to that either.
Have they meant have you any information that they're going to physically remove anybody from the property?
Because if you form a human shield, if you form a human, will they arrest you for obstruction?
They have said yes.
Um, we've been told we just had our CMP here yesterday advising us to not resist arrest.
Um, that because we're not going to leave our animals side, we haven't in 35 years, and we're not going to leave their side now.
That they said we will be arrested and removed from the property so that they can carry out their their tasks.
And um they also said back in February that uh February 1st, they also said that they have full authority to go through our personal residence.
They will destroy anything and any byproduct that has to do with ostrich, and they will come and raid our home.
So we even asked them way back then, we said, why would you want our our um our COVID-19 antibodies that has nothing to do with H5N1?
And they said, we are coming for everything.
So it just goes to paint that picture that they are not, this is not an H5N1 problem.
This is a problem that we have something that is a natural, sustainable therapeutic option that could be provided to the world to help us through these threats.
Um, but we also know that we're being moved to be eating factory grown meat, right?
And if you want to save your children and you want to save your grandchildren and you want to save every small farm in Canada right now, you need to stand with us at Universal Ostrich Farms because we are ground zero for change.
We're ground zero to change that policy to protect farmers.
And if you don't think that all when if all these animals die and and our life is gone, our livelihoods are gone, and everything we've loved is gone.
And if you don't think that this is this policy isn't coming to a farm near you, you are so mistaken.
This same policy is gonna come to the farm near you and it's gonna repeat itself until this stops.
No, there's so we need to stop it.
I'm just I'm just i immediately thinking about the lawful ways of of opposing this.
One is live streaming.
I don't know what what you have by way of cameras that are set up.
Uh actually, Viva, we do have a there's cameras everywhere.
And I want Canadian food inspection agency to know that there is cameras everywhere, and the world is gonna watch what happens at Universal Ostrich Farms.
So really really think about how we're gonna go about this because the world's watching, the world has been watching, the world's gonna continue to watch.
Um so I think what I might do, Viva, I'll send you the live stream camera links, and uh you can put those up however you wish and share those when things are happening, uh happening.
And uh, you know what, everybody just flood the Canadian food inspection agency emergency line.
I I think you could probably maybe go on Google.
I don't know, Viva, if you can post that.
Let me let me uh qualify this for you, Katie.
Um this is an emergency.
I mean, the very question of abuse, this is not a question of doing uh I'm gonna say this, uh anything unlawful, although the government can declare whatever the hell it wants on lawful.
Uh this is an emergency.
By all accounts, they're literally in the in the process of doing this before you can even get to the Supreme Court to adjudicate on what will be an irreversible um That's right.
There it makes no sense that these animals do not have an emergency stay order while we seek our last judicial right of the leave of Supreme Court.
It that doesn't even make sense.
We should have the full full authority to have an emergency stay order in place as we wait for the decision on the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court only accepts about six percent of the cases annually, but like Omar has said, that um our case does have international um interest.
So we should have a better chance at having this scene.
I'm just gonna everybody watching, there's 21,000 people on Rumble right now.
Snip clip share, tag, um uh tag everyone who you think I I've sent this directly to everyone that I have a direct line with, and they've all been very good and and and um shared the story.
And I don't use my one time off, and that you're gonna see it in my video today to to get this to Elon to get this to it it might be too late for Rogan because his podcast which reached the world, you know, come out on Monday.
Um I think nothing is too late because even if these animals are gone and they've performed one of the most tyrannical acts in Canadian history on a farm that's been trying to do something right for nine months, then we need Rogan, we need Tucker Carlson, we need um Elon Musk more than ever.
I bet we could start.
This could all be stopped.
This mistake could be stopped if we all put our voices to action right now.
Elon Musk or Carlson, Joe Rogan, um, you know, President Trump, Lord.
We need all the support we can get right now.
And if that comes from internationally, we just we want to thank you because Canada, our government's been quiet.
And I just, you know, rise up, Canadians, because this is our time.
This is our time to shine, this is our time to make a change.
This is a time to stand together and have our voices heard and be proud of standing on the right side of history.
And that's what we're trying to fight for here.
I'm trying to I remember the CFIA had their account block uh um restricted replies.
Well, sorry, what do they have?
They had their accounts protected for the longest time, but now it looks like it's no longer protected.
They've they've uh removed that, but they you know, they've restricted replies, so only people they mention can reply.
And I noticed that the president had had done that a little while ago, uh, made it so that you know it's not um uh locked or whatever they call it.
CFI And we want and we just want to continue to thank the Trump administration.
It's been our largest, one of one of our largest voices.
You know, thank you to the Trump administration for all of the love and support.
Well, I'm done.
I have to cut you off again.
Paul McKinnon, CFIA press, ACIA official account.
First of all, the tweets are protected again.
They weren't protected for a little while, I think.
He him, he, him, ill.
We are governed by mentally ill people in Canada and elsewhere.
That this MF or I was confused, Paul.
Look at let me see your face, sir.
I'm confused.
You hide it very well.
Maybe maybe you're the new buck angel, and I never knew.
He, him, ill.
These are the people suffering from clear mental issues that are in charge of the decisions to slaughter the animals, the property of Canadian citizens who refuse to hear the science that they're healthy and have not been sick.
Oh, but they were infected with a more Lethal strain after they retest their December strain, which makes them even more important if they survive that lethal strain.
And the court system has played along every step of the way.
Politicians say politicians say nothing.
The court system ratifies the administrative Soviet body that is the FIA.
Politicians say nothing.
And the citizens have to sit there and have their animals slaughtered by what I sincerely believe to be a terrorist government that is that is doing this in the absence of any scientific reason, but strictly to reaffirm its decision.
You know, they say in Soviet in communism, they never arrested anybody who is innocent.
So even if they arrested an innocent person, they'd make them guilty.
Because to admit you arrested an innocent person means to admit fallibility.
So they're never even going to admit they were wrong in the first place.
And the way to do that is by killing these animals, despite any necessity, scientific health or otherwise, uh, to do so.
Yeah.
No, and we just have to remember again.
If you oh, this is this goes to our children and our grandchildren.
They're gonna remember this.
They are gonna, we're these are gonna be the stories we're gonna tell.
And let's stand on the please, let's stand on the right side of history with us here at Universal Ostrich Farms, because this is going to affect all of us.
This is a beautiful thing that we could accomplish here, and we can save these animals before it becomes one of the greatest mistakes that we made.
And then you're gonna listen, you watch politicians are gonna stand up and then they'll take a stand.
And then they're gonna say, Oh, yeah, no, maybe uh we shouldn't have did that.
Because but right now we could keep their hearts beating, their warm skin, and we could keep them booming in our fields, and we could keep them as beacons of hope for so many people across the world alive.
And we need to do that together.
Please stand up, please come rise up.
We're asking for people to visit the farm right now, support us.
For the independent journalists who want to document the slaughter, what is the where the address of the farm?
I know it's accessible online.
What is it?
The address on the farm is 301 Jill Road, L-A-N-G-I-L-L-E Road, Edgewood, British Columbia.
And uh you can um I don't know if you want to post my phone number.
I'm absolutely okay with taking calls from any independent journalism.
Uh anybody wants to come and do the proper filming and documentation of what's gonna happen here because this is this can't happen.
This can't happen.
I won't ask you, but if you want to give your number, there's a lot of people who might be calling it.
I I don't know how you want to do it.
Yeah, 250 870 8246.
If you want to help, if there's something that you got, if there's you know, there's please be patient with me.
I'm I'm definitely we're flooded with a lot of stuff right now, but we are taking every opportunity to listen to everybody.
Um, but please call your local media, reach out to Tucker, reach out to Joe Rogan, reach out to Elon Musk and continue to ask for um the support.
We know Elon.
Elon, you know, knows ostriches, I'm sure very well, uh, from South Africa.
And um there this is uh this will be one of the biggest mass slaughters of healthy ostriches that have the most opportunity to heal the world.
And we're with um uh yeah, in our tyrannical government uh style.
We have we have so much opportunity here.
And if you just looked at them right now, I'm looking at them in their eyes and they're looking at the sky, and you look in their big beautiful eyes, and it looks like the world is looking back at you.
They have names, we have Q-tip and Barney, and we have Carrie and Erica, we have Lulu and Frank and Annabelle is our 35-year-old uh hen, and she's our little puppy dog.
These animals are at risk of somebody, strangers coming in and hazmat suits and getting totally um and being afraid for their lives, running 45 mile client miles an hour and being scared for their lives when they've been protected by our hands for 35 years.
They are at risk in days of being going through some of the biggest fear that we've we've protected them from.
Uh uh, I I would um you know it's lawful until they declare it an unlawful gathering.
Uh a human shield, human documentation.
If they're gonna do it, I mean, I guess you know, let them show their faces while they do this.
So they'll they're well, they will wear masks, they'll declare it unlawful, they'll arrest everybody and remove everybody so they can do this without it being seen.
They'll jam cameras, they'll um all right.
Well, um, I'm sorry we don't, it's not better uh circumstances.
No, and here they can you see them, Viva?
Oh, yeah, yeah.
No, okay, good.
Yeah, they're all doing amazing.
They're preening themselves in the sunshine, waiting for their their food.
And um, if you can just picture that these animals have no idea the war that they're about to go through.
All right.
Well, that is as much we're gonna I'm gonna everyone's gonna clip it, snip it, share it, tag someone and um Katie, keep keep me up to speed, text me whenever anything happens and uh we'll cross our fingers.
Thank you for everything you do, Viva.
Keep doing it.
Thank you.
I'll talk to you.
I I brought up the I'm gonna bring up the definition of terrorism so people don't think I'm being hyperbolic.
Terrorism is the unlawful use of violence or the threat of violence against people or property to instill fear and intimidate or coerce governments or civilian populations to achieve political, religious, social or ideological goals.
You know where they're gonna, oh well, uh it's a strong philosophical debate, whether or not governments can ever engage in terrorism against their own people, because when the government does it, uh, by definition, I guess it's not unlawful.
Therefore, you know, when the government uses violence or the threat of violence, because the government is the entity with a monopoly on violence.
When they lock someone in jail, I mean, that's that's that's violence against a person.
Uh it's not unlawful, therefore it's not terrorism.
This is unlawful.
And first of all, it's unlawful, in my humble view, and would be recognized as such by the Supreme Court unless they too are hiding their heads in the sand to use a you know, the the the joke that doesn't actually apply because ostriches don't hide their heads in the sand.
This is unlawful.
It is baseless, unscientific, inhumane, and its sole purpose is to uh use the monopoly of violence that the government has to instill fear in the civilian population to achieve their political, social, and ideological goals.
This is state, this is state-sponsored terror.
This is state terrorism in Canada.
And I said it in a tweet yesterday.
The Canadian government is a terrorist organization, freezing bank accounts, beating the shit out of nonviolent protesters, locking up veterans, and now they're gonna go slaughter 398 healthy ostriches because nine months ago they say that two of them tested positive for H5N1 and none of them have been sick in nine and a half months, and you got your federal court judge Zinn, political coward ratifying the acts of this Soviet administrative body, the CFIA.
And then the Court of Appeal.
Oh shit.
Well, the the courts, the courts ratified it, so it's illegal.
It's very, very upsetting.
And now I've been waiting the entire time we had we had someone join our we had someone join.
Here we go.
Bell Bell Bell Nomeo.
I uh welcome to the channel.
I wish it could be under better circumstances.
Over on Rumble, we're gonna get back to AOC.
Don't we're not, we're not done with AOC yet, but I uh Snooty Mim says, someone please help these people save their ostrich farm.
This is in British Columbia, Edgewood, you have all the information.
Just please snip, clip, and share and tag.
I didn't think of tagging Tucker, but again, it's like, you know, they're they're Tucker's show, Rogan's show.
It there's production value that goes into it in order to get this out by they come in tomorrow.
This requires independent journalists, truth tellers, to be there and document.
I wouldn't suggest flying a drone over the property, because that'll be a federal offense.
I wouldn't suggest doing they're gonna just say nobody can be here.
You're all uh ordered to leave, and if you stay here, we will arrest you and you'll leave anyhow.
She needs GoPros that are hidden.
They will jam her Wi-Fi 100%, says RGR.
That is gonna say RGR third seventy-fifth.
I don't know if that is has some meaning to it that I shouldn't be repeating.
And then Snooty Mims.
So that's what's going on.
Viva, could you reach out to Nick Sortor?
Dude, this is this is British Columbia.
I mean, Nick, I think is in the area.
This is you know, now that you mentioned it, I sent it to pretty much everybody I know, but I don't think I sent it directly to Nick.
I'll uh I'll tag Nick after this.
And um, for those out there who are somehow finding a way to rationalize this to themselves.
Oh, they were doing research on it.
I don't approve of what they were doing.
If you stand idly by and do nothing, or even worse, ratify and approve of the government coming in in the absence of any necessity and slaughtering animals.
We are no longer on the same plane of a moral uh spiritual existence.
And I'm happy to be on a different plane than you.
All right.
Now, speaking of being happy to be on a different moral and spiritual plane than actual demons.
We're gonna get to uh Raja Jackson having gotten uh finally charged and arrested with felony, I think it's felony assault on Psycho Stewart.
Finally, the LAPD took their sweet time, better late than never, and maybe they had some uh politics to politic before making the arrest.
I don't know.
Let's just get back to the intro for this show, AOC.
AOC, she's the worst, it's it's demonic.
There's that expression, we've talked about it on the channel, les absents ont toujours tort.
Those who are not there are always wrong because they're not there to defend themselves.
There can be no one more absent than the dead.
And to speak ill of the dead requires a certain level of spiritual uh evil that cloaks itself behind the batting of the eyes, innocent.
I'm just a bartender.
Evil.
To take the time, her monopoly on uh the immunity that comes with speech and debate clauses.
During the I believe this was the debate on whether or not to um memorialize or have uh have a special procedure to honor Charlie Kirk, and she's you know, not satisfied to say no, which is already demonic,
uses her minute and 22 seconds to defame and besmirch a dead man who was murdered at the hands of an individual radicalized by her very party by spewing some of the some of the most egregious lies about Charlie Kirk imaginable.
Let's let's let this play out.
I'm gonna I'm gonna not interrupt it the first time around.
Instead, the majority proceeded with a resolution that brings great pain to the millions of Americans who endured segregation, Jim Crow, and the legacy of bigotry today.
We should be clear about who Charlie Kirk was.
A man who believed that the Civil Rights Act that granted black Americans the right to vote was a mistake, who after the violent attack on Paul Pelosi claimed that, quote, some amazing patriot, unquote, should bail out his brutal assailant, and accused Jews of controlling, quote, not just the colleges, it's the nonprofits, it's the movies, it's Hollywood, it's all of it, unquote.
His rhetoric and beliefs were ignorant, uneducated, and sought to disenfranchise millions of Americans.
Far from the working, quote, working tirelessly to promote unity, unquote, asserted by the majority in this resolution.
It is equally important that Congress does unite to reject the government's attempt to weaponize this moment into an all-out assault on free speech across the country.
Do not weaponize the political assassination by a man radicalized by the opposite party.
Don't weaponize it.
All in the name of Charlie Kirk.
I loathe this woman.
Loathe.
Not love, loathe.
Despicable.
May she live forever.
May she live to the ripe old age of 90 and reflect on her 60 additional years that she had that was robbed from Charlie Kirk because of a maniac radicalized by this type of rhetoric.
Do you appreciate what she's saying?
Instead, the majority proceeded with a resolution that brings great pain to the millions of Americans who endured segregation, Jim Crow, and the legacy of bigotry today.
Listen to this.
The resolution to honor the man who was assassinated brings pain to people who survived Jim Crow, also, you know, Democrat initiative, but let's set that aside.
We should be clear about who Charlie Kirk was.
A man who believed that the Civil Rights Act that granted black Americans the right to vote was a mistake, who after the violent attack on Paul Pelosi claimed that, quote, some amazing patriot, unquote, should bail out his brutal assailant.
And accused Jews of controlling, quote, not just the colleges.
It's the nonprofits, it's the movies, it's Hollywood, it's all of it.
No.
Yeah, sure.
Soros opens open society foundations who have literally funded uh attorney general races like Leticia James, Kim Fox, uh, who's the other one there in New York?
I forget his name now.
Oh, but the the Paul Polo, I want to highlight this.
His rhetoric and beliefs were ignorant, uneducated, and sought to disenfranchise millions of Americans.
This is what you call, and I'm not trying to be hyperbolic or put words in her filthy demonic mouth.
This is what you call a polite way of justifying the assassination.
He sought to disenfranchise millions of Americans.
Won't someone rid me of this meddlesome priest?
Except someone's already riddled them of the meddles and priest.
But now, as they purport to condemn political violence, they actually actively endorse it.
I'm sorry, oh no, no, they didn't.
They said we strongly condemn violence on both sides.
He sought to disenfranchise millions of Americans of their rights after he was murdered.
That is ex post facto justification in the minds of this demonic terrorist sympathizer.
Oh, and the Paul Pelosi thing?
A lie.
He didn't say that it would make someone a great patriot to bail out David DePop.
Also worth noting, illegal Canadian uh alien, green party card carrying member, nudist, whack job.
What would have made the man the great patriot was not in respect to him bailing out DePop, but rather getting DePop in a position where he could actually answer meaningful questions because for whatever the reason, people didn't want to hear what DePop had to say.
They didn't want to hear DePop talk.
They didn't want to hear DePop come out and possibly say, because it was a crazy conspiracy theory going around, and the more they call it a conspiracy theory, the more you can probably bank on it being true, that this wasn't political violence by a Trump supporter.
It was a whack job, green party, very left, illegal alien Canadian, who was a nudist and might have had some sort of relationship with Paul Pelosi.
They didn't want him saying that.
Charlie Kirk didn't believe the narrative and said maybe some great patriot will bail him out so we can get some actual answers.
That's the context.
And I don't want to use the Lord's name in vain.
I'm I'm really, I'm really swearing in my own mind right now.
She gets up there to say, the man who was murdered by one of her lunatic sycophants, the man who was murdered, did great harm to Americans, was a racist, a bigot, sought to dish his words disenfranchised millions and millions of Americans of their God-given rights.
What the hell else is that other than an outright ratification of the political assassination?
It is nothing else but that.
She knows it.
Her idiot sycophants know it's about bloody time that people say enough with uh with this demonic left party.
They want to out themselves for the demons that they are.
They've done it.
If you choose to continue to follow them right now, we are no longer on the same planes of moral, spiritual, and righteous existence.
You see what her her jackass counterpart had to say?
What's his name?
Hakeem extreme MAGA Republican Jeffries?
Did you hear what he had to say?
I couldn't believe it.
It was in response to oh, yeah, this is where I saw it originally.
So I don't know.
I don't know the political leanings of uh Davry Darkens, and I'm I'm not commenting on him at all.
It's just where I saw the video.
Political commentator, host of the Dalray Dark Show, husband Father U.S. Army vet.
Puts this tweet out.
House minority leader Hakeem Jeffrey says, fellow Democrat rep Robert Garcia will be leading an investigation into why Jimmy Kimmel was suspended.
Holy shit.
Well, we should that's where we should be going right now.
We lost our chief propagandist.
Holy crap.
This is like Goebbels getting pissed off.
I don't know who the Nazi Goebbels was the propagandist chief, but he wasn't the propagandist voice.
I don't know who the Nazi propagandists were.
This is like, this is like Goebbels getting angry that his number one propagandist hire got fired.
Here's some free help.
Making fun of a young father being assassinated for encouraging respectful debate is bad for business.
Now I have a now I have a bit of a better idea which way Davry Darkins is leaning in this.
Listen to this.
Democrats in the House and the Senate are deeply disturbed by the events.
This is another example of Donald Trump and the Trump administration weaponizing- He didn't say extreme MAGA Republicans.
Extreme mega Republicans.
They want to weaponize.
You guys have weaponized with actual weapons.
The federal government to go after perceived political adversaries and enemies...
And part of an ongoing war against the First Amendment.
It's unacceptable.
It's unconscionable, and it's un-American.
So Leader Jeffries, what can Democrats do about it then?
That is the issue.
Right now we saw we played some uh clip a moment ago.
Uh Congressman Swalwell with his Jimmy Kimmel live hat, uh, you know, talking about this on the House floor.
But right now, in the minority with the president, you know, using executive powers to do this.
What sort of roadblocks, if any, can you put forth right now?
Well, I would say actual roadblocks, burning tires, burning cities, because that's what we did during the summer of love, but we're gonna call it now the fall of Jimmy.
That's funny, actually, because we're heading into fall.
Let's just go burn shit down because of Jimmy.
Let's do what we did with Summer of Love.
I love it.
We'll call it the fall of Jimmy.
Let's see what he has to say.
Well, Robert Garcia, the top Democrat on the House Oversight Committee, has announced a Democratic-led investigation uh into the recent events related to Jimmy Kimmel, the FCC and ABC and their toxic decision making, as well as a broader investigation into the Trump administration's pay-to-play scheme.
Well, now you know what they've been doing.
Did he just say toxic decision making?
They're referring to firing Jimmy Kimmel for his, I would, you know, arguably say it's it's terrorists supporting propaganda.
I'll get into this in a second.
It's terrorist supporting propaganda to blame the act of terrorism on the victims of the terrorism.
I mean, terrorist organizations do this all the time.
They literally recirculate photos of the people they've killed and claim that that's their own who have been killed.
That is massive, ongoing, and part of the culture of corruption that we've witnessed in Washington since January 20th.
Culture of corruption.
I I loathe this man as well.
There is no soul left in this individual.
There's but hold on.
So I hear this, you know, they're very angry.
It's like it's like a baby.
Their favorite sus has been taken away.
And they're gonna investigate not the assassination of Charlie Kirk by uh, you know, a trans-inspired lefty lunatic who wrote, Hey Fascist catch.
They're not going to investigate that.
Hakeem Jeffries is is angry that they lost their propagandist.
They're gonna investigate that.
And then I just went to look.
Like, did Hakeem Jeffries ever tweet about the Charlie Kirk assassination?
He tweeted once.
The initial response from Grok actually said zero because I don't think it considered this to actually be a condemnation of violence.
Here's the post.
This is he Hakeem Jeffries, the man who's up flipping his shit over uh Jimmy Kimmel being canceled, flipping his shit, investigations.
Wow wow, I want my favorite pacifier, tweeted once about the assassination of Charlie Kirk.
Political violence is never acceptable.
My thoughts and prayers are with Charlie Kirk and his family.
But then I saw he said something today.
Democrats, what if they vote president or no on the Kirk resolution?
And does that continue to raise the temperature here?
Uh, we issued a statement as it relates to political violence in America.
The statement speaks for itself.
But uh, we said something, and just go read that because uh I don't want to talk about it.
But but isn't that a bad look if people vote no or president?
Is it a bad look to vote no about a commemoration for a man that was assassinated by a man who was radicalized by their party, their media apparatus, and their politicians?
Yeah, it's a bad look.
Do you think they give a shit about bad looks?
No single member of the House Democratic caucus, not a single member condones political violence in America.
Did you hear that?
Did you hear that?
Like it took me a few times to to actually understand this.
So no single member of the House Democratic Caucus, not a single member, condones political violence in America.
Not a single member of the Democrat caucus condones political violence.
Is there a single member that condemns political violence?
You terrorist inspiring jackass?
Not a single one condones political violence.
It's not even a condemnation.
They're just saying we don't actively condone it.
Openly.
And by the way, so it doesn't say we don't condemn political violence.
We don't condone political violence.
But it's not political violence when it's necessary, then it's resistance.
This is terrorist talk.
This is terrorist code.
We don't condone.
Not one person condones political violence.
Okay, well that's good.
We ask you to condemn political violence.
I know you know language means something.
But they don't condone political violence, but it's not political violence when it's resistance.
It's not political violence when it's self-defense.
It's not political violence when it's retribution.
And as we just heard, terrorist sympathizer AOC say, well, Charlie Kirk was looking to disenfranchise millions and millions of Americans.
So it's not political violence, it's political defense.
These people are evil.
They are evil.
And anybody who doesn't dissociate from them right now is also evil.
And I'm not calling for violence because I don't believe in it, and you call me a sissy Canadian all you want.
No, but AOC and Takeem Jeffries are not wasting your life on to carry out acts of political violence.
They're not worth you sacrificing your freedom, your liberty, your future, and your dignity.
Dissociate from them and anyone who associates with them.
And you've and you wage the political war in a way that reveals them to the world.
Evil is revealing itself right now.
And those who sit there and sit on their high horses and say, Yeah, it's the tragedy.
But he did say some things that offended the trans.
There's nothing on earth that you can say that is so offensive that someone is entitled to take your life for it.
There's nothing you can say that is so shocking and outrageous that anybody should support violence over it.
You want to be a freaking snowflake?
Be a snowflake.
But if you're a snowflake that supports terrorism, you're still a snowflake that supports terrorism.
Oh, and by the way, they're also lying about Jimmy Kimmel.
It was Sinclair and the other one there, Next Tel or Nextwork.
What was the other uh they were clamoring for Jimmy to be canceled before the FCC guy said a damn thing.
Uh what was the name of it?
It was Sinclair and the other subsidiary were already clamoring for it.
Next star, sorry, Nextstar and Sinclair, they're already clamoring for Jimmy Kimmel to be fired because of what he said.
Because finally, even the you know, the lefty loons at ABC or Disney realize this is bad for business.
A Jimmy Kimmel is bad for business.
$15 million a year for the luxury of losing tens of millions of dollars a year.
So the FCC had nothing to do with it.
But by the way, this is my argument, and you can take it and you can use it.
Just give me credit.
When Jimmy Kimmel comes out and says this was an act of political violence, domestic terrorism carried out on Charlie Kirk by a MAGA Republican, a Trump supporter.
I would argue that that is pro-terrorist propaganda.
It would be no different than him coming out and saying that a terrorist organization that just carried out an atrocity, that the victims of that atrocity were actually um the victims of that, no, the perpetrator of that atrocity were the terrorist organizations themselves.
I hope I explained that clearly.
Him coming out and suggesting that it was Trump, a Trump supporter that murdered Charlie Kirk, whitewashes the act of terrorism, spreads disinformation as a result of it, and arguably could be seen to be pro-terrorist propaganda if you accept that premise.
In which case the FCC might have some jurisdiction to get involved anyhow.
That's where we're at right now.
Let me make sure I haven't forgotten anything on this.
By the way, it's it's it's so wrong on the timeline, but AOC has got her immunity.
Even a variety, hardly a right leaning outlet, said Nextstar, the nation's largest station owner denies it pulled, quote, Jimmy Kimmel Live off air due to pressure from FCC Chairman Brendan Carr, or it's pending acquisition of Tinya, which would require FCC approval.
The decision to preempt Jimmy Kimmel Live was made unilaterally by the senior executive team at Nextstar, and they had no communication with the FCC or any government agency prior to making that decision.
Now people are gonna say, Viva, you're a hypocrite.
You're trusting fake news now when you always call them liars.
They are liars.
And when a liar makes an admission that runs against his interests, his narrative, it's a more reliable statement than when the liar lies to protect his interests.
Some of you are gonna say, well, they had no government, they had no, they had no contact.
They had no communication with, but they heard what he said on.
They made their decision before uh what's the guy's name?
Before Jimmy Carr was on with what's his face?
Uh Benny Johnson.
And maybe maybe Jimmy Carr said some things that people take offense to.
Yeah, well, FCC's gonna get involved now.
Because you got Jimmy Kimmel ostensibly uh protecting terrorism by deflecting the terrorism onto the victims of the terrorism.
Liars.
No fear of any higher being, no fear of any higher order to hold them to account because they think they are gods.
Hakeem Jeffries, I gotta actually, while we're on it, let me bring it back up here.
Hakeem Jeffries.
Did you notice like what he's walking among?
I think I may have cut the uh clip a little short.
Yeah, I did, because in the original one he was walking in.
Look at him.
He's in, he's in a he's in a hall with monuments of government erecting monuments of government as though they're gods.
Look at him.
Golden plated things here, statues.
They've got gods in their own mind.
The government, they are the god of government.
And they don't have to worry about any actual god of higher order than them.
And so they get to lie, besmirch the name of a murdered individual who was nothing more than among the finest of human beings.
As though, even if he weren't, which he is a fine human being, as though even if he wasn't, well, then it's something less of a tragedy.
Made a made a joke with someone the other day.
It's like, yeah, someone sends me uh an obituary, oh, someone died.
I'm like, hey, uh, given the shit that you just said about Charlie Kirk, do I gotta go through their Twitter feed and see if they ever said anything bad before I decide whether or not to mourn their loss, mourn their death?
Do I have to go see if, you know, the person who was tragically killed in a car accident ever tweeted anything negative before I decide whether or not I mourn the tragedy?
*Sigh* Thank you.
Okay, well, that's it.
Let me make sure that that's it.
That is it.
Yeah, here we go.
Look at her.
She's just she's so happy with herself.
Okay, I know something makes me angry.
Um, everything's making me angry these days.
It's like it's like you, you, you, you do you try to do your best to do good and and and impact positive change in the world.
Shit, like, I mean, this had nothing to do with, you know, this is beyond uh the control of things that I can influence.
Um this tragedy uh literally the day after that horrific Charlotte North Carolina story, then despite all efforts to you know try to save those ostriches, it's like there's nothing.
You sit here and you're you know like anyhow, banging your head against the wall.
And that wall is the government, and it's virtually immutable.
Not immutable, what's the word I'm looking for?
Yeah, you know what I'm looking for as far as a word goes.
All right.
I'm gonna bring up the tipped questions in a second.
I just wanted to see one thing first here.
I may have had to go to the post office, but I'm not sure that there's gonna be a need to do that today.
All right.
Um I was gonna bring this the tipped questions up.
King of Biltong says, we still have some I am Charlie Kirk shirts.
Get one with your bill tong use code Viva for 10% off available.
The proceeds for those shirts, so anybody who thinks has ill thoughts about King of Bill Tong's uh good deed, the proceeds from those shirts are going to the fund that has been set up for the Kirk family.
That's not for um King of Bill Tong's um personal uh profit at all, period.
Old man Toby says meant to tip my last comment.
Here's your dollar, Viva.
Thank you.
Charlie Kirk died for his support of freedom of speech.
What exactly has Jimmy Kimmel done for his right to freedom of speech?
It's not that.
Jimmy Kimmel's got his right to freedom of speech.
He can start uh he can go start a YouTube channel, he can start a rumble channel.
He can start a sub stack.
He's got freedom of speech, and his employers have concrete contractual rights to terminate him if he says something that costs them money, if he says something that causes them harm.
That and the fact that he was bleeding them money to begin with, and he gave them the excuse that they needed to save maybe eight or ten million dollars.
He's got his freedom of speech.
And they've got their freedom of choice to terminate employees who they have contractual um rights to terminate if they do the things that Jimmy Kimmel did.
Let's see over here on Viva Barnes Law.locals.com.
Eight points on an IQ of 150 is much different than some doctors.
Okay, so there's a discussion going on here.
You could bring up Omar, that Congressperson who Trump said committed immigration fraud.
Okay, so uh there's a discussion here.
I'll go to tipped.
I think I got the tip questions.
Oh, yeah, but could I reach Nick's Soratar?
All right, well, let's get to the uh last subject of the day.
They finally arrested Roger Jackson.
What date did this occur on?
I'm not playing the video.
You all know the story.
Roger Jackson.
Is his name Roger Jackson?
Rampage Jackson's son.
Yeah, Rampage Jackson's son, Raja.
Um in what looked like cartoonish violence out of a movie.
What you if you didn't know it was not scripted, you would have said this has to be scripted.
Uh a beating of Psycho Stew at an amateur WWE event.
I'm not playing the video.
He was on his uh kick streams beforehand saying I'm gonna knock this guy out for 50 subs.
He gets in there.
I think he punched him 27 times.
He he did a part of the wrestling move, which was to throw him on the ground, uh, which was part of the orchestrated part, and he did it in such a way that he knocked himself on, he knocked Psycho Stew unconscious or or semi-conscious by whacking his head on the ground, much like the way Rampage Jackson uh you know once slammed people onto the mats and knocked unconscious, jumps on top of him, pummels him in a way that's cartoonish.
Um, if you didn't know better, cartoonish in his villainry, and um and then is on stream afterwards admitting it.
Uh here's just one.
I'm not showing any of the video, but here's here's one video of him afterwards.
Since the minute hello, where the hell are you at?
Where the hell are you at?
I told you to double egg.
I saw the video.
He pissed me off, Andre.
I understand that, but no, they can't wake the nigga up.
Now they can't wake the individual up.
He's fucking in the ring, fucking flatline.
He's in the ring effing flatlined.
My bad.
My bad.
I understand you all had he didn't have to fucking take it.
I'll call you back later.
My bad.
Now, what whether or not he was actually flatlined in terms of like heart stopped versus unconscious?
I don't know.
The you know, they're not they're not doctors that might be using terms a little differently.
Um the the incident beforehand that allegedly triggered it is that Stu didn't know that Raja wasn't in on some wrestling moves, and he smashed an empty can of beer on his head, and then that was well, well earlier at a different venue.
They made up for it.
He said, Sorry, man, I you know I thought you were in on this, yada yada.
Uh, and that's him basically admitting, uh, yeah, I I did it.
And uh my my bad, my bad.
And here's another one immediately afterwards as he is walking away.
And this video, as far as I'm concerned, confirms some form of mental illness, psychotic episode, and that's not to absolve him of responsibility.
He should go away for a long, long time for this.
Real shit.
One of them little bitch from fucking bit me.
Total, everybody fucking playing with me and shit.
I think I'm always playing and shit.
Call me bitch and shit.
He's he's live on right now.
He's live on kick, and this is what he's doing to his audience.
This is what he's saying to his audience after he was on kick, nearly pummeling a man to death.
Fucking bitch, bro.
At the end of the day, I'm gonna stand off of my fucking self.
That's it.
Real shit.
Mm-hmm.
What the hell are you talking about?
Come on, man.
We can leave him, man.
We're walking away, bro.
I guess that's what I'm saying.
You wanted that.
He says something about that.
You wanted that viral moment.
You feel me?
Come on, Roger.
Let's go.
Let's go, Roger.
Let's go.
Roger.
Let's go.
I'm telling you, let's go.
You listen to me.
Listen to me, Roger.
You need to listen to me right now, Roger.
Let's go.
Oh fuck.
You got shot of jumping a shit.
Let's go.
You ain't gonna do shit to me, bro.
You can't do shit to me.
Can't fuck with me, bro.
Let's go.
You can't fuck with me.
Motherfuckers playing with me.
August 24th.
So I don't know if this was the day of, or this was in close proximity too.
So it's been nearly a month.
And I had, you know, jokingly said, hey, LAPD.
What's the holdup?
If that's anybody else, they're in custody that night, and maybe even denied bail.
Well, they finally got around to it, and they finally pressed charges against Raja Jackson.
Not now.
Roger Jackson arrested, facing felony assault charge for brutal attack on wrestler Psycho Stew per report.
Two hours ago from Shakiel Majouri.
Roger Jackson, son of UFC legend Quentin Rampage Jackson facing felony charge after brutally attacking professional wrestler Psycho Stew at an independent wrestling event last month.
Jackson25, arrested early Thursday morning, according to Los Angeles jail records.
50,000 being held on 50,000 bail.
Specifically, he faces felony assault charge per ESPN.
The Los Angeles Police Department had been investigating the Jackson after the horrifying assault caught on live stream.
The incident occurred in Nox Yada Yetta.
He entered the ring.
We know what happened there.
In a prior encounter, they smashed a can on his head.
We got that too.
Smith was released from hospital several days later with several injuries.
Wait, hold on a second.
What was Psycho Stew's name?
Stu Psychostu.
Whose real name is Stuart Smith.
Okay, good.
So he got out of the hospital.
Actually, I wanted to see that as well.
Let me bring that one up afterwards.
So it's a miracle.
But for Psychostu's physical composition, most people don't survive that that level of a beating.
He's sustained serious head injury, unconscious upon arrival to the ER.
Injuries include trauma to both upper lower jaw, lacerations, fracture to the maxilla bone, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of several teeth.
Jackson has released various conflicting statements.
Oh, yeah, no, no, yeah.
Oh, Rampage Jackson, yeah.
He has a fall.
I gave I, you know, gave him a hard time.
I was like, dude, a father will presumably, you know, instinctively defend their kid even when he does something wrong.
I don't, I don't think most responsible fathers would defend their kid in this circumstance.
And even if they were to, they would do it privately and not publicly.
Given the evidence that was out there, maybe Rampage didn't know about it.
He has some mixed martial arts.
He went 4-0 as an amateur before losing his pro match.
Okay, whatever.
Uh so that's that.
And um let's just see.
I hadn't read that uh Stu had been released August 31st.
Can you imagine that?
If you had seen the video to see that he was released less than a week later, that's wild.
He's recovering at home following the release from a week-long hospital stay.
From unexpected punches.
Yeah, that's that's what it was.
Um okay, well, that's it.
So that's it.
Uh why it took so long, one can hypothesize.
Real James Woods.
Ha ha ha ha!
Okay, hold on.
Sorry.
I got disgust.
I got discussed.
I got distracted.
Uh okay.
Holy cows.
You're gonna know what I got distracted about in a second.
I I don't know if it's a real tweet.
Let me see.
Let me see if it's real.
Hold on.
It was a tweet from James Woods.
Here we go.
Okay.
I thought it was uh for a second.
What the hell?
Artists really defending artists for no good reason.
We've all made jokes at Jimmy Kimmel's expense, but Mr. Kimmel is a fellow artist, and I'm in fact heartbroken to see the way he has been treated.
I believe he is in his heart of hearts a good and decent fellow, devoid of malice and hate.
Just kidding, Jimbo.
Eat shit.
Oh gosh.
Well, for the first sentence.
Um I began questioning my sanity.
LOL.
Questioning.
This is Now you're welcoming to my world as to how questioning my sanity.
All right, well, that's it, peeps.
Let me go to the chat and see what's going on in Rumble, and we'll see who we raid in a second.
We're going to have our after party at Viva Barnes Law.locals.com.
That was the um that was the from Roostang.
Roosdang, thanks, man.
Include the link so that I can say, well, for a second, I thought James Wood has lost his mind.
Okay, and then we got here.
Let's let's go, Dan.
There's Rampage.
His son just you know living in the legacy of his father.
Do you know what's funny?
Before I forget this, I love James Woods.
I follow him.
Yeah, he's he's he's hilarious.
Um we're gonna go raid somebody.
This is my deep thought, by the way, of the other day, and seeing what's happening on the political left.
That there's the old expression, it's um it's uh rice paddy to rice patty in three generations.
It's um the father works, the grandfather works, the father sells, the son begs.
Uh there's another one.
It's it's the idea that it takes three generations for the it takes three generations before the current generation squanders what it's been given by the uh last generation.
Rice patty to rice patty.
Okay, so here I just want to a rice patty.
No, that's not what it is.
Rice patty to rice patty in three generations.
Every culture is at it is best illustrated by this title.
It's a Chinese uh version, basically refers to the lowly peasants who work hard to break out of the rice patty life by starting a business, which passes on to their heirs.
Their heirs live off the effort of the generation, but their heirs are back to the rice paddies.
It's you work hard, you impart that, you build something amazing, you bequeath it to the next generation.
They understand it, appreciate it just slightly less.
They bequeath it to the next generation who doesn't appreciate it at all, who thinks it's always been like this, and they squander it and they're back to the rice patties.
I think that's what we're a fast approaching on the moral plane.
And I've got to make sure that I'm not a part of it or a culprit of it or guilty of it.
Is that you've had grandparents who fought for their liberties, who fought you know, actual Nazis for freedom, who valued freedom, who valued decency, who valued morality, who valued religion and God.
And they raise a kid who is the next generation that didn't actually have to fight for their freedom, but inherited that freedom.
So they're appreciative of it, but they're not necessarily as appreciative of what went into it as they would be had they actually fought for it.
And then they have kids.
And then they bequeath onto their kids, all right.
Well, you know, this is the way things are.
This is um, you don't have to learn how to spell now because now you've got computers to do it for you.
And then the next generation, the third generation, doesn't respect freedom, doesn't respect sacrifice, and is basically morally devoid of any spiritual ethical values.
And that's what I think we're seeing on the progressive left anarchist radical side of the spectrum.
Maybe I would say it's on the far right as well.
Maybe.
And I think that's where we're at is that you have a generation of kids who are spoiled rotten brats because they didn't have to sacrifice anything for freedom.
They were not appreciative of the immediate sacrifice of their fathers for that freedom.
They thought they're entitled to it, and not only do they not have to defend it, they have to attack those who are actually the biggest proponents of and fighters for that freedom.
And they have the freedom to shut down stifle debate and um shut down their adversaries.
So that's where we're at.
And I don't want to uh have any hand in pursuing that.
So I'm teaching my kids right from wrong, that they have to put up with language that they don't like, words that they don't like, that they don't get to be snowflakes, and that nothing, they're entitled to nothing.
And hopefully they're gonna learn that lesson.
My father also always said, you know, like raising kids is like hitting a golf ball.
Uh you'll know if you've done it right the further down the ball goes.
Hit it, hit a ball with a slice.
You wouldn't see it in the first three inches, but you'll see it a hundred yards down.
And it's like throwing a boomerang.
You'll know if you did it right because it'll eventually correct course and come back.
So hopefully I'm doing it right.
Um and whether or not I've made some mistakes and whether or not someone's gonna look at Viva's tweets, swears a lot on his tweets, and maybe you shouldn't have done that.
If that's the worst of my transgressions.
Tell her I'm still dying for that interview.
Come on, Rosie.
You gotta do it, Roseanne.
Okay, I'm gonna go into the chat.
Uh raid Roseanne.
Viva Raid Booya.
Roseanne.
Roseanne, please come on for an interview.
Booya Okay, there we go.
So that's it.
Okay.
We're gonna go to Viva Barnes Law Dot Locals.com.
I'm gonna see if I have to cut this short to get to the post office before five o'clock.
Uh enjoy the weekend.
Godspeed.
God bless everybody.
Uh we'll have our Sunday night show.
It's gonna be in Arizona, uh, heading down for Charlie's uh memorial funeral, uh, on which is on Sunday.
I don't know what the time frame is gonna be.
I think we should be able to get the show at the six o'clock time, which is gonna be four o'clock.
Arizona time.
It might be a little late, but um flying down for that.
So that's what we're doing.
And uh I'm gonna put out of the the vlog on the ostriches, which I would ask that everyone share and tag away.
Form a human shield, form a a wall of ice.
And if they're gonna do it, let the world see the inhumanity of that terrorist organization that calls itself the Canadian government.
Okay.
Locals, here we come.
