Time Text
Ladies and gentlemen of the interwibs, eh?
We're gonna start off today's show by going up north of the border, eh?
And if you want to know what the future of America can look like, eh, then look no further than Canada, eh?
Check this out.
I swear you won't believe what you're hearing, eh?
Now, before I pass it over to Inspector Fiori and Detective Sergeant Boole to provide updates on outstanding investigations, let me add this.
In the unlikely event that you find yourself the victim of a home invasion, we are urging citizens not to take matters into their own hands.
While we don't want homeowners to feel power powerless, we urge you to call 911 and do everything you can to keep yourself and loved ones safe until police arrive and be the best witness possible.
This could mean locking yourself in a room away from the perpetrators, hiding, fleeing the home, but don't engage unless absolutely necessary.
When we have a weekend like we just had, it's easy to understand our community is feeling unsafe.
But let me say this once again.
This does remain a safe place to live.
And our service is doing everything possible to investigate these crimes and to maintain public safety.
Hey, you raging jackass, do you know what safe means?
It means the crimes don't happen.
Not that the crimes get investigated after they happen.
The most insightful comment to this debacle of a press conference coming out of the Niagara region.
There's a whole story behind this, but I want to start with the insanity.
The most insightful comment was when the police are telling you to comply with the criminals, by definition, you don't live in a safe place.
This is the police chief of the Niagara or York Regional Police.
Literally telling Canadians, in the quote, unlikely event of a home intrusion.
We're going to talk about four examples in the last week.
In the event of a home intrusion, don't engage.
They literally say, comply.
Let me play some more.
But as I mentioned, it is a shared responsibility, and we need the commitment of everyone in our community, including the criminal justice system to ensure our region remains safe and secure.
In closing, I'd just like to remind the public that as a police service, our top priority is the safety of all of our communities.
And I know that these incidents have had a devastating impact.
Oh, you mean like the one of the individual breaking into his neighbor's house and sexually assaulting nearly to death a toddler?
Or the other one where uh there was a break-in and uh the father of four was shot dead in front of his family, or the other one where someone was kidnapped and there was a break in, or the other one where the guy was uh defending himself from the home intruder and is now facing charges for assault.
Oh, yeah, yeah, hey.
Tell me what I'm supposed to do again when the when the criminals with real guns come, eh?
On the families involved and the broader community.
But I want to be clear.
We are laser focused on solving these crimes.
And how about you be laser focused on preventing them?
You flag and jackass.
I don't even know why the guy just turned to Irish.
Oh, yeah, we're laser focused on on solving these crimes.
Hey, but not so much on preventing them, eh?
You don't want to impact marginalized communities, eh?
Bringing those responsible to justice while keeping everyone safe.
You haven't gotten to the good thing.
I'll turn it over to Inspector Uh Fiori.
Good morning, moment.
He comes back.
I'd like to ask you a question.
It's the same guy with our glasses.
Just gave uh some strong advice to people who may be victims of home invasions to not try to uh you know cause any problems.
I'm not gonna swear today.
We'll see how long that lasts.
Hey, uh, don't cause any problems when your house is getting broken into, eh?
So uh you heard someone say uh you should be allowed to defend yourself, eh?
But uh we think they shouldn't be allowed to cause any problems.
What do you have to say to them?
Repeat the uh go on here.
Hide, play defense, protect yourself.
Hide.
But over the last couple weeks, the chief is uh the premier, excuse me, has been pretty vocal about they literally said flee your home when there's a home intruder.
Now, whether or not you choose to do that, just as a pure matter of practicality to not uh engage if you so choose, to have the police tell you if your home is being broken into, run away from your home.
Let them steal your shit, let them rummage through whatever.
I just swore it damn.
And they'll do their darn best to stay to solve those crimes, but don't engage and don't even think about protecting your own property, eh?
Because you might get charged for assault.
You should have just let them steal your stuff.
You should have run.
We told you to run.
You didn't listen to us.
Oh, while you thought it was a recommendation.
No, it was an order.
You leave your house when the criminals are coming.
Having the right to defend yourself, to take action.
He even went so far as to say you'd rather he'd rather be judged by a jury of his 12 peers than carried out by six people.
I mean, this is contrary to what you're saying.
Do you have any concerns about the fact that the premier is saying you should stand up for yourself and you should defend yourself?
No, I have no concerns.
The premier uh can make he's got no concerns.
He's got a gun.
These freaking cops, the ones telling you to tuck tail and run when the armed criminals rob your house are the ones they have guns.
They got guns.
They can use their guns.
His own statement and his own mind up about that.
What I would say is as uh police service, we'll follow the laws as they're written.
The laws change, we'll change with the laws.
Do the laws say that you charge a homeowner for assault when he defends himself against an armed intruder at 320 in the morning with a crossbow.
Um, but as it stands, listen.
Um, we know uh the best defense uh for most people is to comply, as you've just heard a number of uh uh safety recommendations.
Um the best defense is to comply with the criminals.
Holy shit.
We'll allow for uh those that are victimizing members in the community to leave and not uh harm anyone.
Um it will allow the people who are victimizing the community to leave the people alone whom they're victimizing.
Just uh sit there and let them sexually assault you.
Hey, you don't want to fight back, you'll just make matters worse.
And we'll we'll do our darndest, eh?
You'd be a good witness when we get there.
You will do our darndest to solve the crime afterwards.
Sometimes can fall on deaf ears when uh when uh members feel like they have to take matters into their own hands.
And uh the only thing I'd say is if we are going to rely on our community members to take matters into their own hands to solve this problem.
We have all failed our community.
So this is the police chief saying this.
Oh my goodness.
Don't uh I'll leave uh political comments to the politicians and let them uh have those conversations.
But for now, the laws are written, we'll follow those laws.
Yeah, we're gonna ask you to go ahead and let me just give you the link.
I want to see if they let me give you the link to the tweet, first of all.
Homework.
Here, here's the link to tweet.
Beat beat long.
Feel free to share that tweet around.
I uh sarcastically said everyone should get in on the uh get in on that uh YouTube video before they restrict the comments.
Because as of yesterday, let me see if they've restricted the comments.
As of yesterday, comments were open, and they're still open.
Here, everybody, go go flood that with your thoughts.
Here's the link on Commy tube.
Go let the police chief know what you think about his advice, eh?
You don't want to piss off the criminals.
What did I say to that tweet?
I say it's it's beyond parity, it's anarcho-tyranny.
Now, by the way, do you know what the average wait time is for the police?
Chat, go take a wild guess.
What you think the average it's not as bad as I thought it would have been.
Of course, it's based on information aggregation out of the interwebs.
This is in Niagara.
So here, police response times in Niagara region, Ontario vary depending on the type of call.
Priority, priority, life-threatening emergencies, violent crimes in progress, average response, typically under 10 minutes.
Can you imagine being in a life-threatening uh violent crime situation, waiting for 10 minutes for the cops to get there?
You'll only get assaulted for 10 minutes, maybe eight minutes.
They'll get they'll try to get there fast.
Priority two, urgent but not life-threatening break-ins in progress.
10 to 20 minutes.
So as your house is getting broken into, you are expected to either flee your house, lock yourself in the bathroom, or wait 10 to 20 minutes for the police to get there.
Priority non-urgent can take hours.
I'd like to know in reality what it is.
So they tell you to sit there, lock yourself in the bathroom.
They're only there to take your stuff, eh?
Uh, let me see here.
Leave your fob at the door.
Let me see if I can find this one real quick.
Like, yeah, this is it right here.
There was another beautiful one where the cops tell you to leave your fob at the door.
The criminals have real guns, they're loaded, they're not the toy guns.
It's the possibility of being attacked in your home, leave your fobs at your front door.
Somebody's breaking in your house, you're more than welcome to shoot them in Santa Rosa Cannon.
We prefer that you can't here.
This is the better part.
The positive to prevent the possibility of being attacked in your home, leave your fobs at your front door.
You can enter us Because they're breaking into your home to steal your car.
They don't want anything else.
Other than that they're arresting, have guns on them, and they're not toy guns, they're real guns.
They're loaded.
They're breaking into your home to steal.
That's pretty much what they want.
Unless they want to rape you.
Like the she, her purported tranny who broke into his neighbor's uh house and raped a five-year-old kid, three or five years old nearly to death.
We're gonna get to that one in a second.
Have you guys heard?
I don't know if you've heard about the spate of violent crimes, break-ins coming out of Canada.
Listen to this one.
National Post.
Woman kidnapped, family member shot during yet another Ontario home invasion.
Woman intentionally struck by one of two suspects' vehicles, caused her to hit the exit.
The second suspect at this time kidnapped her.
I'm not even going.
Two men, two of the suspects arrested in Marcomon Invasion.
From left Parker Ron Panglia and Shakir Bati.
They refer to them as Markham Men.
You know what I guarantee?
Well, I shouldn't say that.
Maybe I'm wrong.
Let me see here.
Um, let me just check if they're Markhammen or other.
Here, let's just go ask Chat GPD.
Uh, where is Blank from?
Where is Parkham Panglia from?
I wasn't able to find it in any public records.
Of course not.
Where's the other guy from?
Shakir Body.
Well, they're from Markham by the articles reading.
So let's just let's just see if that uh happens to be true.
We're not going to get this information because they're not going to give it to you.
Where is from doesn't appear anywhere.
We'll see.
This is one incident out of Canada.
Uh, one recent one incident within the last two weeks.
Did you this is the one that started everything off here?
Ontario man charged after confronting intruder inside home, allegedly used knife.
Court documents say.
This is the guy that was charged with assault for beating the home intruder who was armed with a crossbow so badly he had to be airlifted to hospital.
He's facing charges.
He should have just run, like the cops said, and he wouldn't be facing any charges.
Look at this one.
Don't engage with perpetrators in case of home invasion.
Home the police warn.
There was an even better one where they start they start presuading you to understand where they're going and what they want you to do.
Let me see this here.
I had another one up here.
It was.
Look at this one.
Ontario father of four had, quote, confronted, end quote, suspects in fatal home invasion.
This is from yesterday.
This is a man, York Regional Police say a father of four had confronted three suspects.
Well, if he had just run, told his whole family to get out of there, you know, it all would have ended well.
Shot over the weekend.
He was fatally shot in the presence of his family.
Police said shortly after, one in the morning.
The suspects, one carrying a gun, a real gun, with real bullets, you know, because Canadians don't have the right to have guns for self-defense, but the criminals don't give a crap about the law.
They shot him after he confronted them.
And you notice how they they they frame it almost as if to say it was his fault for confronting them.
That's why he got shot.
Had he not confronted them, who knows what might have happened.
And might be true.
Had he had his own gun to shoot armed intruders or even intruders breaking into his place at one in the morning, well, they'd be dead, and he'd be charged, at least in Canada.
He wouldn't have even had the gun in the first place.
This is the absolute state of Canada.
Anarcho-tyranny.
And you got the cops now quite literally telling you, cooperate.
Comply with the criminals.
And they uh they'll hopefully leave you alone.
They're only there for your car unless they're there to rape you.
Literally.
Now, the story that has come out of Canada that has shocked the entire world, I hope, if they've heard about it, was the story of a transgender male, allegedly, whether or not he's just a psychopath who puts she him on his Facebook page afterwards.
Uh, breaks into a neighbor's house, rapes a toddler.
Uh, and I uh I've heard that the child was either three or five years old.
Uh choked the kid, and the kid has had to undergo reconstructive surgery.
Uh he broke into the house to do this.
He he didn't want the car, he wanted something else.
He wanted something where compliance uh was not going to satisfy him.
This is the news, and I just want to uh do some updates.
I've been doing my own due diligence and homework on this.
Accused in violent assault on Ontario child, a registered sect offender.
Court documents.
Listen to this.
As a stranger sexual assault, the 25-year-old wellwood man is facing serious charges here in St. Catharines after what police describe as a stranger sexual assault.
The victim is under five years of age.
She was living in this section of Welland with her mother and a sibling just before nine o'clock Sunday morning.
Paramedics got a call for medical assistance.
Police say the front door of the residence had evidence of a break-in.
They say someone got inside, and unbeknownst to the parents, the girl was sexually assaulted.
Under the criminal code, a standard publication ban is in effect to protect the identity of sexual assault victims.
According to police and court documents, Daniel Luke Senekal is facing charges of aggravated assault on a person under 16, sexual interference, assault, and assault choking.
Well, how about not attempted murder?
No.
No, dude, you wouldn't want to charge him with that.
Neighbors in the area knew the victim and described her like this.
I always happy go lucky.
The mom's so nice.
She she's a five-year-old kid.
A four-year-old friended me before I befriended her.
She saw me move into the neighborhood and she said hello right away.
Dumbfounded, to be honest.
Had no idea someone like that was in the neighborhood.
Corrine Perry runs a butter tart shop down.
Apparently, the neighbor, from what I understood.
Downtown.
I knew the little girl and her mom.
And she's just so sweet.
And every time she comes in, she'll like raise her mom to the door.
And she's like this against the door all the time.
And then when I see her, and I'm like, Well, you know what the pro that child's never going to be the same, obviously, for the rest of her life.
You can sit there and reminisce.
Because of a failed system, that child is going to be scarred physically and psychologically for life.
So if there's a publication ban, seemingly to protect the ostensibly to protect the victim, whether or not it's used more to protect the perpetrator.
The perpetrator had been let out early after having committed sexual assault on a 12-year-old boy, from what I understood the last time.
See here.
Here we go.
He was initially the court documents show Seneca was found guilty of sexual assault in September 2021.
Uh, and ordered to comply with the sex offender information registration act.
That's amazing.
That's like asking a criminal to comply with the with the gun laws in Canada.
He was initially charged with sexual assault, sexual interference, yada yada yada.
Oh, this might during the sexual assault in September 25, 2021.
Huh.
Exact same charges.
In December 2023, Seneca was found guilty of sexual assault and was acquitted of the attempt to strangle charge.
The sexual interference charge was stayed in accordance with whatever the case found that where lack of consent has been approved.
Age ceases to be a distinguishing factor between the two offenses, and that nobody can be convicted more than once in respect of the same act.
He was released in March 2024 with conditions, including an order to comply with the sex offender information registration act for 20 years.
Publication ban, he's now accused of this.
it.
There were rumors online yesterday that the individual Senecal had been granted bail.
And I couldn't possibly imagine that it would be true.
And I reached out to the York Regional Police with a tweet and said, It's this man who's accused of raping a toddler nearly to death.
Did he get did he get bail?
And uh this morning I got some answers to that question.
Now, it is also uh very interesting to appreciate how wording is of critical importance.
So this was reposted by Bill Fordy, who's the police chief of the, I guess Niagara Regional Police.
And it says, this is a tragedy that is deep deeply impacted our community and our investigators.
Detectives are working closely with the child's family to ensure that the matter is fully investigated and carried through the judicial system.
Too late, too little too late, but whatever.
We are we are aware of misinformation being shared online and urge the public to rely on verified sources while also respecting the privacy of the child victim.
While we continue to work with our policing and government partners on bail reform, public records show that the suspect was subject to a probation order at the time of the offense.
The accused remains in custody.
Now, just as a pure matter of fact, I went to click on the news link, this link right here from which it came, that was dated September 1st.
So while I had originally said, okay, great still in custody, it's like, okay, well, that statement Might have been true on September 1st.
Is the accused still in custody now?
And the short answer is yes.
The accused is still in custody right now.
From what I understand from a uh post from Rob Primo.
Let me bring this up.
He's an individual that I follow on Twitter.
Well worth a follow because he does good work.
And it's from Welland.
Rob Primo had posted, he's in custody.
Next court appearance is on Wednesday of next week.
I'm going to give everybody the link to this tweet so you can all stay apprised of the situation and maybe show up and demand more from your local law enforcement if you're from Welland or Ontario or Canada.
He's in custody for sure.
Next bail appearance is on Wednesday.
Please help me make sure that the entire country shows up.
I live in Welland.
Shoot me, Matt.
And then we have uh the next court hearing.
So I reached out to the uh York Regional Police.
They actually wrote me back about 20 minutes before going live and said he's currently in custody.
And I said, was he in custody?
I asked if he as a follow-up if he's is he in custody because he was denied bail or because he's awaiting a hearing.
And the answer seems to be in custody, awaiting his hearing.
That's what's going on in Canada.
I mean, the the country has gone to hell in the handbasket.
I don't even understand what that expression is.
I just know that everybody uses it.
Um it's it's shocking, it's disgusting.
It's it's abhorrent to have the police literally tell you, leave your fob at the front door.
The criminals have real guns, but you don't.
Sit there and comply and do your best to be a good witness when we get there.
And if you have to flee your own home to cater to the criminals that we have effectively empowered to come and steal your stuff and maybe even rape you, depending on how they feel that day, uh, so be it.
We'll do our best to investigate it afterwards.
Canada has become governed by the criminals.
And any law enforcement that actually has the balls to say something so reckless to the general population, they should resign and they should have some serious, serious reform up in Canada, but you're not gonna have it because um too many Canadians are like, yeah, no, guns are dangerous.
I don't want to have one, eh?
Nobody should own a firearm, nobody needs them.
You don't need a you don't need a handgun for hunting duck, eh?
No, you need a handgun for blasting intruders who come into your house with a crossbow at three in the morning.
You need a handgun for blasting intruders who break into your home to sexually assault your children.
That's what you need a handgun for.
And if you need an AR-15, just to make sure you see where it goes when you give an inch, they take a mile, and then you end up being sitting ducks waiting for these lazy, incompetent law enforcement to show up if and when they can after 10, 20 minutes.
Okay.
I don't mean to cast aspersions over all law enforcement, but when you have law enforcement telling you to sit there and comply with criminals, I don't know what makes them any different than the criminal.
Robin Sage over in our viva barneslaw.locals.com community says, when seconds count, the police are only minutes away.
Yeah.
Ginger ninja says, I know for a fact that a criminal who forcibly breaks into my home, their first priority is to leave.
If I run, hide, cry like a Biach, and cross my legs like Gavinuscom, they'll leave.
Well, I can tell you one thing.
You don't want to break into you don't want to break into Ginger Ninja's house.
I can, I can I can hold on, let me see.
No, I don't have anything here to as you don't want to break into Ginger's place.
Ginger, good to see you again.
Jameson says, can you try and get in touch with the makers of the cracker barrel peg game?
I heard that because of the company shipping the game to China, they went under.
I would buy a game from them now.
Can you try and get in touch with the makers of the cracker barrel peg game?
I don't even know what that is.
I know a cracker barrel is, but I know the controversy.
I heard that because of the company shipping the game to China, they went under.
I would buy a game from them now.
And then Ginger Ninja says, Did I hear that right?
You can't be charged with the same crime more than once, no matter how many times you commit it.
So the politicians are encouraging pedos.
No, what I think is you have like a lesser and included charges in it.
So it's like if you're gonna uh let me think of a of a uh you know assault and attempted murder.
I guess you could have an attempted murder that doesn't involve assault, but you get like if it's assault and attempted murder, uh, one incorporates the other.
That's that was my what I understood from that, but I didn't look into the charges the first time around of this sick guy.
All right, people, that's Canada.
Make sure uh America does not become like Canada and do your best to make sure that Canada becomes like America.
Ooh, I said it.
I said I'm controversial people.
Let's go to Germany before we come back to America.
We covered this in the Viva Barnes Law.locals.com after party.
And as I read it, I am not going to swear again.
I couldn't flipping believe what I was reading.
And look, I don't spread disinformation.
I try to avoid hyperbole that could be interpreted as factual statements.
I am very, very clear to uh what is the word?
Give a preamble when I am expressing my personal opinion.
And even clearer to say, when my opinion, when I understand that I cannot necessarily evidence or substantiate my opinion, I'm gonna say it right now.
In my humble opinion, there is zero chance, and I mean zero chance, that six candidates of the AFD, the alternative für Deutschland, died within 13 days of each other heading into local elections.
There is zero chance.
Were they murdered?
Is there a political assassination plot going on?
Is there a serial killer or something going on?
I don't know.
But I so do not believe that this is natural.
Uh, I won't say organic, uh, that I don't think I could ever be convinced otherwise.
You come in and say, yep, they all had spontaneous heart attacks.
Six candidates from the Germany's right-wing AFD party die 13 days apart in lead up to local elections reports.
Unless it didn't happen, okay.
If six members of the AFD died within the last 13 days, you will never be able to convince me it was all spontaneous uh heart attacks, pre-existing conditions, or whatever.
I believe something a foul is afoot, if only because of the astronomical odds that make it so.
Now, I I I know uh very well Christine Anderson of the AFD.
I'm gonna see if I can get her on to talk about this if she knows anything.
But if you haven't, have you heard this story?
Let me let me just actually put that in the chat and I can see because this story seems to have gone under the radar.
I couldn't believe it when I heard it, and I still don't believe it.
And I certainly don't believe when the media now says it's no foul play is suspected.
Six dead members of the same political party within two weeks leading up to an election is a presumption of foul play.
Four candidates and two reserves from the right wing AFD political party in Germany have dropped dead within 13 days of each other, just before elections, according to reports.
The alternative Für Deutschland candidates were set to appear on ballots in North Rhine Westphalia on September 14.
So they're all in the same relative area.
All supposed to be on the same ballots, six drop dead.
It's caused such a problem that they have to reprint the ballots.
Officials said no foul play is currently suspected in any of their deaths.
The BBC reported.
That stands for big bullshit crap is what that stands for.
There's a presumption of foul play when something that is astronomically impossible happens.
I'm gonna pull up that article in a second.
Four can okay, Ralph Lang, 66, Wolfgang Klinger, 71, Stefan Balandis, 59, Wolfgang Sites, that's funny.
I knew a sights and uh two Wolfgangs in here.
59 all kicked the bucket.
Can we be a little bit more tactful?
Uh New York Post.
It's a little little um crass.
Within two weeks of each other, the European conservative, like this is drafted in a way where I feel like I'm reading the onion.
Like if this were parody, just have to make sure we're not reading the onion.
And the onion wrote, 12 members of a political party die within 24 hours of each other.
They kick the bucket and no foul play is suspected.
You would swear that you're reading something that is intended to be parody.
German officials stated that two of the deaths were the result of natural causes, but have not commented on the other causes.
What were the natural causes?
Heart attack following arsenic and some consumption.
Oh, you don't know if they took arsenic because you haven't done any autopsies or blood tests or toxicology reports.
The AFD was not expected to be competitive in the regional September elections, the European conservative reported.
Well, that's a weird thing to add.
Don't worry about the killings.
They weren't gonna be competitive ever either.
And anyhow.
However, the party made significant progress, yada yada yada.
North Rhine Vesphalia has a population of 18 million, and they reported 20,000 candidates will run for office this cycle.
The mass of untimely deaths among AFD candidates has forced officials to reprint ballots several times and invalidate some mail-in ballots, according to the BBC.
Alternative for Deutschland co-leader Alice Weidel amplified speculation when she reposted economist Steven Homburg's comment that the number of candidate deaths was quote statistically impossible.
Oh, she you're blaming her for repeating what is a statistical fact.
German police stated they were investigating the deaths, and details have been withheld for reasons of family privacy, according to her.
If they're investigating the deaths, how does the BBC report that foul play is not suspected?
Where did it say it here?
There you go.
Police have made it clear they have there's no evidence of foul play in the deaths.
That means that whoever did it found a peaceful way to take out the far right radical AFD.
It's a it's impossible.
Okay, it's impossible.
We'll see.
My initial response, impossible.
There is something very foul afoot here.
The BBC and the German authorities going on saying nothing to see here and blaming people for rightly raising suspicion.
It makes it even more suspicious, but we'll see.
I don't know if anybody had heard that story.
I couldn't believe it, and it's wild.
Ladies and gentlemen.
Ginger Ninja.
ARs are much more effective and actually recommended for home defense on an SBR.
We will teach you.
On an SBR, what is SBR stand for?
Uh, did I hear that?
Oh no, I thought I saw another chat in here.
Oh, okay.
Well, that was from Ginger.
Ginger, thank you.
Before we get into the RFK hearing, which was the hearing of the day, let's go over to Viva Barnes Law.locals.com and see here.
Ken 1979 says, Viva.
NRW is a red pill Germany, calls it North Rhine West failure.
It's hard.
It's a hard left state.
I'm not surprised that there are murders or killing of AFD candidates.
It's very interesting.
Sudden adult death syndrome from Bill Brown.
The U.S. administration has a very shitty job of quote noticing things.
They should be labeled a fake.
The U.S. administration does a very shitty job of noticing things.
F. Chaton says, if Trump called Germany a fake country right now, this would not be flying under the radar.
Yeah, well, we're gonna we're gonna see.
I'm absolutely following it.
I'm going to try to get Christine Anderson back on, or at least um not a statement from I want details from people who are more on the inside.
Zero chance it's an accident.
Zero chance it's natural and zero chance it's not foul play.
Uh everybody, have I uh before we get going forward here?
Can I uh little shameless self-promotion?
Uh let me go over here and show you this.
I actually have to change my P.O. box because um uh the post office is closing down.
The links in there if you want to get a shirt, get a shirt, get um a book, Louis the Lobster.
Uh, send stuff to post office, send stuff to post office who does not like getting stuff, and um the links are in the description.
All right, RFK Jr.
I the these hearings are too much to bear.
Uh I I forget what was the purpose of today's hearing?
What was the title?
What was the purpose of today's hearing with RFK Jr.?
Like they're they're doing, I don't even know what.
Can you clarify?
Congressional hearings.
No.
The one today.
What was its intended purpose?
I know they want to grill RFK Jr. on purportedly making.
Yeah, chat GPT is useless.
Uh, they wanted to uh show how RFK Jr. is making HHS, not H H S DHS unsafe.
Um hold on, before we get started.
Eric, let me let me bring it up this way.
I want to do these two before we go.
Here we go.
King of Bill Tong says, get yourself some healthy high protein snacks.
Bill Tong is packed with a vitamin B, with B vitamins, iron, zinc, creatine, and more.
Available at billtongusa.com.
Use code Viva for 10% off.
Bill Tong is made in Texas.
Anton, who's got his own channel, eat at Anton's.
It's delicious, it's healthy, it's like prosciutto, but made out of beef.
It's a South African specialty because Anton is South African, and it's made in America, and it's delicious and it's healthy.
Get it.
Cannot strongly recommend it enough.
Uh oh, look at that.
I just incorporated these words in my own psych consciousness, subconscious.
And um it's it's it's amazing.
Eric four by four.
This is what I saw.
Viva, I strongly recommend you look up the Sheeshire murders from July 2007.
It's awful, but a glaring example of why you never give in.
I'm going to Google that right after this.
Uh thank you, by the way.
Now, in that time, let me see if anybody has just uh reminded me what the purpose of the hearings were.
The title of the flipping hearings.
There's some good memes in our community.
All right, whatever.
There were hearings, they had hearings this morning.
I can't stand these people.
Uh, and that these people being the Democrats.
I can't stand the hearings because you know, I might like them to the extent that when the Republicans talk, uh, you know, they praised RFK Jr., some of them.
There's one scoundrelish looking Republican guy who was angry that RFK uh defunded some of the MRNA research.
Pharma whores.
I mean, what you appreciate is that there is a certain uni party element in this, and that there are pharma who's galure in pharma whores galore in the American government, almost to the point where it's so in your face patently captured, it makes you sick.
The Republicans use it to grandstand and praise Trump, or depending on which way it goes, uh RFK Jr.
And the Democrats literally used it, one of them used it as an opportunity to bring up the Epstein victims debacle of a press conference, as far as I'm concerned from yesterday.
I pulled up just a few highlights because RFK Jr. is amazing.
I I he's objectively amazing.
Whether or not you agree with all his politics.
Um I want to play some of the highlights.
These one coming from Sortour, the other few are going to be mine.
RFK Jr. is not taking these Democrats' faith outrage.
White House, this POS, I'm being jerked around by your bureaucracy.
I would like to end it and get some progress.
RFK Jr., you have my cell phone.
You can call me anytime I haven't heard you from you in seven months.
Let's just get a couple of good ones under the under the belt before.
Put a hold on Biden nominees because I was getting jerked around by your bureaucracy.
I'd like it to end and get some progress.
Yeah, you know, Senator, you raised this during my confirmation hearing.
And I said to you then, and you, you know, you were very civil.
You raised something that makes a lot of sense to the extent that we have the power to fix the CMS.
I'd like to do it.
We've had the same kind of play complaints from Vermont.
But I said to you at that time, call me and let's come talk about this.
You have my cell phone.
You can call me anytime.
I've never heard from you in seven months.
Call me up.
I'd love to meet with you.
I'll get an odds in the meeting and you know what you're saying, particularly about it at the end of life.
It may be something we can do something about.
Uh-oh, I'm, you know, I want to help.
Uh uh, and you know, let me know.
We'll try.
Forgive my frustration.
But you've got 30,000 employees.
They could have reached out to me.
They know where I live.
Oh, shut your stupid hole.
All right.
That's that's that gives you uh an idea as to where it's going.
Um I I have to bring up a video from a long time ago.
Uh, I I reposted it uh today for obvious reasons.
It's gonna you can't be able to do that.
All right, Dr. Moore.
Shut your face, not done yet.
It's gonna make sense why I'm showing this now because it's uh not irrelevant and in fact quite highly relevant in light of what was discussed during today's hearing.
This is Dr. Kieran Moore, uh, Ontario's chief medical officer at the time.
This was about 2022, I think.
This was well into COVID, after the death counter chirons had traumatized people into staying in their homes after you know, people who had died from motorcycle accidents were written up as uh COVID deaths.
Two years into it, uh, doctors, including Fauci, wait for the second part of this video, and politicians like uh Hochel, someone out of Ontario, they start to say, oh, yeah, you know, we should probably start distinguishing between hospitalized with COVID versus hospitalized from COVID.
Listen to this, and then we're gonna get back to RFK Jr.
Any individuals have noted the importance of distinguishing between patients admitted to hospital or the ICU for COVID-19 versus those admitted for other reasons, such as a broken bone or appendicitis, but also test positive for COVID-19.
As a result, we have asked hospitals to update their daily reporting to include this important information and expect to begin receiving it, as well as adjusting our public reporting in the coming days.
But the other important thing is that if you look at the children who are hospitalized, many of them are hospitalized with COVID as opposed to because of COVID.
And what we mean by that, if a child goes in the hospital.
Are you a moron, Fauci?
We know what you mean by that.
How in the name of sweet holy hell, two years into the pandemic, they were making this radical criminal admission.
They automatically get tested for COVID, and they get counted as a COVID hospitalized individual.
When in fact they may go in for a broken leg or appendicitis or something like that.
So it's overcounting the number of children who are quote hospitalized with COVID as opposed to because of COVID.
I just want to.
Oh, oh, did I put the whole thing up?
Darn it.
Okay.
I I want to just replay one thing.
Many individuals have noted the importance.
Many individuals have noted the importance of distinguishing between patients admitted to hospital or I'm gonna put it there.
I'm gonna pause it there.
Many people have noted the importance of distinguishing between hospitalized with COVID versus hospitalized.
Are you retarded, Dr. Moore?
Many people, it it is the most basic distinction that is required if you're going to count COVID hospitalizations for the purposes of terrorizing a general population.
And understand something.
Understand something.
If they weren't distinguishing between hospitalized with COVID versus hospitalized from COVID with kids, they weren't distinguishing it with adults either.
Understand this.
If they weren't hospitable, if they weren't distinguishing between hospitalized or admitted to the ICU with COVID versus because of with COVID versus from COVID, they weren't doing it either for the purposes of death.
If they were saying, Oh, you're admitted to the ICU with a broken leg, but you test positive for COVID, we're going to write you down as a COVID uh uh hospitalization.
They were doing that for death as well.
So these MFers, two years after brutalizing and terrorizing the world, come out and say, Yeah, we weren't really even counting accurately from the get-go.
We have no idea how many people were hospitalized with COVID versus from COVID.
We have no idea how many people died from COVID or died with COVID.
Because if you died and you tested positive for COVID, in as much as we marked you down in the ICU has entered with COVID from COVID, we did the same thing in your death.
Criminals.
They changed tack like they hadn't been saying the opposite for two years beforehand.
And when I heard them saying that, I'm like, is this is this is this an effing joke?
Is this the onion?
Is this where you guys try to cover your asses from the criminality of the last two years?
That wasn't the point that I wanted to make overall with that statement.
Just remind you.
They are criminals, they belong in jail, they belong disbarred from the medical profession for criminal medical negligence.
Oh, yeah, two years in.
Uh maybe it's a good idea we distinguish between hospitalized from versus hospitalized with.
So there's that.
How do you want to count how many people died from COVID?
You can't.
And wait until you hear how this son of a bitch, what's his name?
Did I call him a son of a bitch?
No, no, I was polite.
Uh Mark Warner.
Mark Warner calls RFK Jr. ignorant.
I'm not going to play the whole clip at the end.
Listen to this.
I want to go back to just again some basic fact.
Do you accept the fact that a million Americans died from COVID?
I wish I were there.
I so wish I were there.
Not it's always easy to think faster on your feet when you're not there, and you can always think, ah, damn it, I should have said that three days later.
Do I accept your uh incorrect factual premise for the question?
No.
You flipping POS because we do not know, because they were not distinguishing between hospitalized with versus hospitalized from or died with versus died from.
Sorry.
I want to go back to just again some basic facts.
Do you accept the fact that a million Americans died from COVID?
I don't know how many died.
You're the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
You don't have Any idea how many Americans died from COVID?
I don't think anybody knows that because the there was so much data chaos coming out of the CDC and there was incentives.
Shut your face, Warner.
Shut your mouth.
You asked a question, let him answer it.
You shut your dirty mouth.
He won't.
God, I would have said that if I were there too.
Then I would have gotten kicked out, probably held in contempt of Congress.
And these are modeling.
You don't know the answer of how many Americans from COVID.
This is the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
How can you be that ignorant?
But the other important thing is that if you look at the children who are hospitalized.
You get the point now.
Here, do me a favor, if you're so inclined, go put that stupid jackass on blast.
Nobody knows.
Nobody can know.
It's unclear if anybody ever will be able to know.
Because A, everything was falsified for financial benefit, from the intubations from the admittances to the put on ventilators to the deaths.
Everything was financially incentivized to mark down as a COVID.
Everything politically was weaponized to mark down as COVID, so that you could jack up your case numbers, jack up your death numbers, terrorize a nation into subservience.
And this stupid moron, and I'm sorry to use these words, this disingenuous scoundrel of a scumbag of a POS SOB gets up there and calls RFK Jr. ignorant because he refuses to admit a bullshit factual premise to his question.
You know, it's amazing.
Nobody died from uh from uh the flu that sees that that's it.
It was amazing.
And then I who was it?
There were a few doctors that posited why.
You know why nobody died from the flu?
Because they rebranded it as COVID.
Every single death that was flu, they branded as COVID.
Occasionally motorcycles, motorcycle deaths branded as COVID.
That's what Wagner chose to do, try to call RFK Jr. ignorant, not let him explain why it is that nobody can know how many people truly died from COVID infections, because they lied from the get-go, and people need to go to jail.
And God willing, people will go to jail over this.
So that was one highlight that I found amazing.
Uh, who's this other guy who reminds me of um the guy from Breaking Bad meets Doogie Hauser?
Uh Bennett.
I mean, I see his name right there.
What was hold on a second?
What was my point with this one?
Oh, yeah, then they try to besmirch uh Robert Malone.
There's an expression in French, Les absents ont toujours tort.
Those who are not there are always wrong because they're not there to defend themselves.
Listen to what Bennett has to say here about Robert Malone in order to try to defame Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
When the only person who's wrong in this grandstanding is this slimy scumbag.
That month you told the American people that you were, quote, going.
I'm gonna have to go ahead and use my five minutes to grandstand here.
And okay, let me lie about Dr. Malone.
Okay.
Okay, I'm gonna shut my mouth, I'm gonna let it play.
That month you told the American people that you were, quote, going to bring great people onto the AC panel, not anti-vaxxers.
Okay.
Are you aware that one of the people you put on the panel, Dr. Robert Malone, claimed that the commonly used mRNA vaccine, quote, causes a form of AIDS and can damage children's quote brains, their heart, their immune system, and their ability to have children in the future.
By the way, by the way, all of that is true.
And the richness of these genital mutilator, trans promoting, grooming perverts, all of a sudden now fading concern over a child's ability to procreate when they spend their time trying to make sure that these children lop off their genitals and take human hormone replacement there.
The the they're so flipping stupid, they can't even keep track of their own mutually incompatible ideologies.
Sorry I interrupted.
I'm gonna let Mr. Bennett go on.
Okay.
Yes or no, Mr. Kennedy.
And Dr. Malone is one of the inventors.
Yes or no?
Are you were you aware that he had that view when you pointed him to this panel?
Dr. Malone is the inven the as I said, Dr. Malone is one of the inventors of the MRO.
That statement Mr. Chairman, that statement is not true that Dr. Malone made, just as it wasn't true when you wrote that, quote, African AIDS is entirely different from Western AIDS.
Are you aware that another one Of these new members, Dr. Levy wrote that, quote, evidence is mounting and indisputable that mRNA vaccines cause serious harm, including death, especially among young people.
Yes or no?
Are you aware that he said that?
It's it's 1,000% accurate, you bloody moron.
Do you not know that they've now admitted reduced it to one in 5,000 per shot for young men myocarditis?
Oh, yeah, no, no, but it's only mild uh subclinical myocard.
By the way, that's one in five thousand if it's detected.
The subclinical myocarditis or people who don't even know they got it, might be much more.
No, no, but that's only mild.
It's a mild case of heart scarring for the rest of your life.
I wasn't aware he said it, but I think I agree with it.
You agree with it.
It's not true.
It wasn't true when he said it.
It is not true when you said it.
Did do you care to prove that?
You stupid lying jackass?
Of course, no.
Do you agree that a one million, one billion people died from COVID?
Uh, I don't agree with that.
Do you not agree that, by the way, vaccine-induced autoimmune uh deficiency syndrome, uh it is a not just a real thing, although they don't want to give it the name VADES, which is vaccine autoimmune deficiency disorder, vaccine induced.
It's a real thing in that you the what was it?
That the more shots you get, the more likely you are to get COVID.
I mean, this the these people are just liars.
These hearings are just for the purposes of getting sound bites of lies so that they can then circulate them among their brain dead idiot followers and think that they won.
Here, just go take that one.
Well, we're gonna make the sound bites and put them on blast and call out these lying POS's for the lying POS's that they are.
So, vaccine-induced uh immune issues is a legitimate concern, whether or not it's been definitively demonstrated.
I think it's statistically demonstrated.
The injury and death, especially among young men is well known.
But wait, there's more.
It was the it was the concerned about children's ability to reproduce while they like the filthy grooming perverts that they are.
Look at this guy's face.
Hey, that little boy.
Is that a boy or a girl?
I don't know anymore.
That's a girl.
You want to come home with me?
I like I'll show you what a transgender adult looks like.
This is grooming.
Some mother effort coming up to somebody else's kid and talking about how people do things with their genitals is a fucking grooming pervert.
Period.
Oh, but he's doing it with such benevolence.
So that is uh Ron Wyden, one of the perverts up there, purporting to care about the children, right after his other grooming pervert of a colleague, feigns concern for whether or not they will be able to have children later on, uh, while they simultaneously promote the sterilization and genital mutilation of children as uh confused at that age that they are.
But let's pull up.
I'm not gonna make fun of the way he speaks because I've got a bit of a list myself.
That would make me a hypocrite.
Uh, was it this one?
Yeah, Ron Wyden.
Let's hear what Ron Wyden has to say.
Such a slimy, disgusting looking human.
Like, I'm gonna take health advice from somebody who looks like this, like Frankenstein.
But let's just hear what he has to say.
Very much, uh, Mr. Chairman.
I've made it clear.
I think that Secretary Kennedy is dead set on making it harder for children to get vaccines and that kids are gonna die because of it.
I don't think this guy who wants to promote genital mutilation to children is now concerned that kids are gonna die if they don't get the vaccine.
This COVID jab at six months and over.
Mr. Chairman, I've made it clear.
I think that Secretary Kennedy is dead set on making it harder for children to get vaccines and that kids are gonna die because of it.
By the way, do you know what you're doing when you tell the general public that someone is going to be responsible for children dying?
I'll let me rephrase.
When you unjustly sound an alarm that someone is going to be responsible for killing children, he knows what you do by this.
He knows how other unhinged lunatics hear that message.
He knows damn well.
End of democracy, existential threat.
They're gonna kill your kids.
You are gonna be responsible for imminent death And destruction, nuclear war, spread of disease.
They know damn well how their unhinged lunatic followers hear that.
Because of it.
I don't think, Mr. Secretary, this is about you and me.
This is about kids being pushed in harm's way by reckless and repeated decisions to get scientists and doctors out of the way and allow conspiracy theories to dictate this country's health policy.
I don't see any evidence that you have any regrets about anything you've done or plans to change it.
Do you do appreciate the confession through projection of what he just said there?
Putting children in harm's way for conspiracy theories.
Like the conspiracy theory that a boy can be a girl or a girl can be a boy, that sex is uh fluid, that there's a that in in reality in nature, sex is on a spectrum.
The idiots pushing conspiracy theories to harm children are accusing RFK Jr. of pushing conspiracy theories to harm children.
Thank Mr. Secretary.
This is about you and me.
This is about kids being pushed in harm's way.
Transgender ideology.
By reckless and repeated decisions to get scientists and doctors out of the way.
Dr. Mengelee's lobbying off breasts and uh administering hormone replacement therapy.
And allow conspiracy theories to dictate this country's health policy.
Now they really should have shut RFK Jr.'s mic off when he wasn't talking because you could hear him breathing.
And I call it now, by the way, and uh mark my words bookmark this when it happens.
SNL this weekend is gonna make fun of RFK Jr. where all you're gonna hear while he's being uh asked questions by grandstanding SOB POSs of the Democrat Party, you're gonna hear this.
And I guarantee you, if SNL has a slight humorous bone in their body or actually has decent writers, that's what they'll have is RFK Jr.'s breathing in the microphone getting louder and louder to the point where you can't even hear the question uh being asked.
But they should have shut RFK Jr.'s mic off when they were talking, because uh optically you just know that mean-spirited lefty tards are gonna make fun of him for that.
And I suspect we'll see something of an iteration of that on Saturday Night Live this weekend, which I won't find funny because it's mean-spirited and disgusting.
Did I have anything else about uh the hearing today?
Have we had enough about it?
I think we've had enough about it.
Let me go see what's going on in the chat.
That's the highlight.
So nothing's gonna come of it.
RFK Jr. is a man of principle.
I very much like him.
Uh, I did I for the chat's gonna know I didn't like the Republican uh accusing him of uh basically sabotaging Trump by cutting funding for MRNA research.
I think we've, you know, go do some research, but I think we can all agree that the MRNA jab has been an abject disastrous failure.
Uh, and uh people need to go to jail for it.
Period.
Crash band, it says, Viva, the data out of Japan has proven all cause mortality went up 90 to 100 days after the jabs in young people just a few weeks ago.
The more busters you got, the higher the risk, not YouTube friendly.
The more busters you got, oh, boosters, the higher the risk, not YouTube friendly.
I don't give a shit.
I I stopped caring about the YouTube censorship, but um, then we got Chet Chisholm in the house who says, Scroll down and read deceased case.
Let me see about that.
Scroll down here.
Let me let me bring this up.
Chet Chisholm is my man up in Canada, always gives me great information.
Uh won't say that, you know, the the show notes are not uh uh Chet Chisholm's stories that he sends me often make their way onto the show.
He's got his ear to the ground.
Let's see.
What was it called?
Uh deceased?
Deceased case.
Okay, let's go down here.
A probable or confirmed COVID-19 case whose death resulted from a clinically compatible illness, unless there is a clear alternative cause of death.
Oh, deceased case, a probable or confirmed COVID-19 case whose death resulted from a clinically compatible illness.
A medical officer of health, a relevant public corner, medical examiner may use their own discretion when determining if the death was caused, if the death was due to COVID-19, and their judgment will supersede the above-mentioned criteria.
A death due to COVID-19 may be attributed when COVID-19 is the cause of death or is a contributing factor.
Oh, there's there's no thank you for that.
I mean, it's amazing, but it was just purely discretionary and financially incentivized to be purely discretionary.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Um, so that well, that's what Anna went on with RFK Jr., uh, the hearing today.
It was great.
He is great, and it's not even the the format is not even one that allows for the slam dunking on these scumbag politicians, but RFK Jr. did a great job uh doing that.
I want to get to the uh Epstein stuff.
I uh not a fight I'm having with Cat Turd because Cat Turd makes a couple of good points.
Let me just see something here because I wanted to pull up a photograph that um yeah, there you go.
Okay.
Cat turd, uh, the Epstein Files.
Uh we're making progress.
I think.
I don't know, we'll see.
I was on with Steve Bannon this morning.
We were trying to talk about the Epstein Files, you know, in between the RFK hearing, and then I was on with Tim Poole.
Uh now I forgot his name.
The guy that's doing the Tim Poole show uh at noon, we were talking about a bunch of other stuff, mostly what's going on going on up in Canada.
Uh okay, now hold on, I just lost my train of thought because I'm an idiot.
Here we go.
No, it was this.
Okay.
Catred put out a tweet, and I see them, I've seen a number of people arguing this position when it comes to what some believe to feel what some believe, what some feel is grandstanding or opportunism by Thomas Massey.
Cat Trid writes, so during Joe Biden's entire four years, Thomas Massey tweeted about Epstein three entire times in four freaking years, but in now in a little over seven months, he suddenly tweeted about it 74 times.
Somebody has selective principles.
Okay, now I want the PNC, so that PNCE, there's nothing in there, and nothing uh uh not subliminal but subtle, and really really started caring only when Trump got in office, so obvious so obvious it's pathetic, and he's asking Grok.
I I uh I don't I don't have a problem with Cat Turd.
Uh, I and I am even like I disagree with an argument, and I I drafted what I believe is a substantive and respectful response to this, which I'll flesh out right now.
It also highlights something that Scott Adams talked about in his book, Loser Think in terms of flawed arguments.
When you start arguing intention, you're no longer arguing substance.
And someone could be uh totally uh ill, what is it?
Uh what's the one looking for?
Badly motivated in their pursuit of what would otherwise be a righteous goal, and then it doesn't undermine the righteousness of their goal.
Whether or not Thomas Massey is an opportunist anti-Trumper, I mean, I guess you could submit some compelling evidence if it ever came out, like you know, uh anti-Trump messages privately, whatever.
But it doesn't matter with respect to the legitimacy or lack thereof of pushing forward that petition, whatever the hell that thing is called now that they're doing in order to try to force a vote on the Epstein Act that would force the disclosure of the Epstein documents.
That he never tweeted about it in the four years of the Biden presidency.
A who cares?
I mean, I could say like he should have, maybe he should have, maybe he was wrong for not doing it then, but does it make him wrong for doing it now?
And it's the Scott Adams loser thing.
Well, you should have done it, why didn't you do it earlier?
Well, you can pretty much always say why didn't you do the right thing earlier?
It doesn't mean that you don't say thank you for doing the right thing now.
On a substantive level, there's a very damn good reason why people weren't talking about it during the Biden presidency.
Not very many people were.
I'm I'm I guess consistent and proud to say that I've been talking about it to greater or lesser degrees of frequency, depending on what was flaring up by way of additional information since 2019, when I was dumbfounded at the idiocy of them expecting us to believe after we told them they're gonna kill Epstein, they're gonna kill Epstein, and then Epstein dies.
I'd been on it uh much later than other people who had been on Epstein since 2016 or 2008.
I don't know who've been on since 2008, but you know what I'm saying.
I got I I've been consistently on it since 2019.
So why wasn't he talking about earlier?
Not many people were.
Why is he talking about it now?
Well, whether or not it became a core campaign promise, it certainly became a campaign issue when Donald Trump brought it up, when Pam Bondi brought it up, when Patel and Bon Gino, who had been talking about it for a long time, became part of the administration.
So even on its face, it's a bad argument.
Now, you want to go after Massey and say he's a shit disturber, he's an opportunistic politician, uh, just looking to grandstand.
Okay, fine, that may or may not be true.
True or not, the question is now the discharge petition.
That was the word I was looking for.
How do we feel about what he's doing right now?
What I said yesterday um is even true now, and this is where I say Kat Turd makes a good point, or at least Catford Cat Turt makes a point that affirms what I was saying yesterday as to why this now looks terrible.
This is why now Republicans who supported the act back, you know, earlier, are now probably gonna not support it.
And if I were Thomas Massey and I wanted that discharge petition to get passed, I would be pissed off with what transpired yesterday.
Because when you have images like this, where you might have you, I don't I don't believe that Marjorie Taylor Green is anti-Trump at all.
I don't believe that Marjorie Taylor Green is an opportunistic uh turncoat, period.
Full stop.
When you have images like this, where this movement on the other side has been co-opted and has been hijacked by people who now want to weaponize it, much like that Me Too movement was weaponized.
It great, it becomes spoiled and it becomes now tainted material.
Where you can't say, yeah, I like the discharge act, but unfortunately, Massey has now teamed up with Rokana and Democrats doing what they do, exploiting as they do, despite the fact that it's actually gonna be counterproductive for the victims and the women and the children and future victims and women and children.
They do it anyhow.
And so now you have images like this.
There was a bigger one with Thomas Massey and uh uh Marjorie Taylor Green.
I think Thomas Massey is out to her left, in front of these um images that are implicating Trump in what he, as far as I believe and know, has zero involvement in.
Like the the irony is that some of these Democrats are too damn stupid to understand something.
If Trump were in the files, they would have been released under Biden.
Some people are gonna say they couldn't do it to protect him, they would have selectively released something.
It's it's it's so pathologically stupid, and they don't understand it.
Here, this is what I wanted to bring up.
It was a um quote from it was a it was a post from Porcupine Tree in response to my thoughtful, respectful analysis, where he says, What makes me laugh is where the Democrat supporters yell about Trump being on the list, yet the Democrat Biden, DOJ, FBI, etc.
Media, the Democrat Biden administration, Department of Justice, intelligence, FBI, and the media apparatus, they were looking, they were freaking out over the sex, the little uh grabbing by the pee-pee tape.
They were freaking out over the Trump using the N-word on a video that has never surfaced.
And I said it was never gonna surface because it doesn't exist.
They had every lever of power, and they didn't selectively leak anything that could have incriminated Trump because it doesn't exist.
Now, whether or not it incriminates other people uh directly or indirectly by association, I guarantee I would guarantee, and as much as it's my opinion that it does, whether or not it might involve multiple states or multiple foreign nations, one in particular that you know is in a precarious position today.
I would argue it does as well.
The Democrats had the Biden Min, DOJ, FBI, et cetera, all had the list for nearly four years.
If he was on the said list, they wouldn't have had to try so hard to jail him, discredit him, they would have released the list, or at least released a photo of Donald John Trump getting a back massage from one of the uh victims of of Epstein's abuse uh like they have with Bill Clinton.
Uh so the problem is now what might have been a righteous, uh righteous project from the get-go uh and disclosure that I support has now been co-opted, bastardized, and rendered it as a partisan tool to implicate Trump, and it's reflected in who now supports what I believe was a righteous venture from the beginning of uh Thomas Massey to compel the disclosure of the Epstein files.
That being said, Congressional Oversight Comedia is releasing some documentation, some of it highly redacted, which is also its own problem.
Uh as illustrated by a post from one of the degenerate liars, pathological on the platform.
Rachel Bittis, I have to stop engaging with these accounts because then they appear on my timeline more often.
Rachel Bitus, who is she?
National analyst strategist pulled her PhD.
Ooh, gosh.
Then you know.
Uh the Cyclist Subs Act, this is America living in uh hit him where it hurts.
this account kills fascism.
Fuck around, find out.
Oh, she's a tough one.
Uh gee, I wonder who is discussed in this section of the files.
And then it says here the court denied the defendant's prior motion to strike portions of the indictment related to minor victim three, explaining that it was premature to strike any language from the indictment because minor victim three's alleged allegations may reflect conduct.
Following, I don't even know.
Is it is this the next let me just make sure that this is actually the next the next page.
No, you see, it's not the next page, so I can't even put anything together from this.
Following the I mean, great.
So they're showing I'm not even like the other thing is I I'm not even certain that these are from the current disclosures, but I suspect they are.
But you submit highly redacted disclosures, and you're giving these people the ammo they need to fund their own delusional fantasies of Trump implication in the Epstein files.
I say everything that has gone on in this Epstein disclosure debacle, and I blame Bondy, but everyone says, well, ultimately Trump isn't the president buck stops with him.
True, but she's in charge of the DOJ.
It's caused unnecessary distraction and harm to the Trump admin.
My only question is whether or not there's something of a uh intentional element to this.
Um, and I forgot to bring it up yesterday.
Let me see if I can't find it.
Uh it came from my boy Chet Chisholm.
I'm up in Canada.
Here, I had it time stamped.
Let me see if I can open this up in comic.
Here we go, here we go.
Okay, let me see.
When Trump says, you know, here, hold on.
Let me bring it up.
I think it was right about here.
Probably having, according to what I read, even from two people in this room, we're having the most successful eight months of any president.
I think that's what I want to talk about.
That's what we should be talking about, not the Epstein hoax.
Okay, hold on.
And nobody's ever satisfied.
Oh, here we go.
This is so don't tell me about it.
Why is there a president?
Right now, uh there have been survivors of Jeffrey Epstein, a speaker at a press conference on Capital.
You know, they're calling for these case files, these documents to be released.
And Thomas Massey, who is substantially discharged positions, you get the house, you vote on all these those documents.
Uh says, Here's the meet you're educated in these files, but many of your friends and donors maybe, and he says that's why the Justice Department is ridacculally slow walking early.
Is the Justice Department protecting any friends or donors, sir?
So this is a Democrat hoax that never ends.
You know, it reminds me a little of the uh And now the question is what is the hoax to which he's referring?
Anyone with half a brain knows that he's not referring to Epstein's sex crimes as the hoax.
What he is referring to right now, why he's chosen this language, I assume there's strategic reason for.
What he's referring to is the hoax now is the hoax that Trump is involved in it, hence the bastardizing of yesterday's press conference, the exploitation of yesterday's press conference to put forward that idea.
Having people in the backdrop with pictures of Trump and the Epstein as though he's as though he's involved.
That's the hoax.
Kennedy situation, we gave him everything over and over again, more and more and more, and nobody's ever satisfied.
From what I understand, I could check, but from what I understand, thousands of pages of documents have been given.
But it's really a Democrat hoax because they're trying to get uh people to talk about something that's totally irrelevant to the success that we've had as a nation since I've been president.
Uh even if you look at DC right now, DC, it's a totally safe zone.
It's called a safe zone.
That's a that's a term, it's a term of art.
Uh it's a safe zone because it's look at this guy.
He's sitting like, my goodness, duel.
I came from across the globe.
I gotta hear about Epstein.
Very safe.
You can walk down the street now, and nothing's gonna happen.
Uh no crime, no murders, no nothing.
Because we had a lot of problems with uh with certain places, and we still do, all run by Democrats or for the most part run by Democrats.
So what they're trying to do with the Epstein hoax is uh get people to talk about that instead of speaking about the tremendous success like ending seven wars.
I I gotta tell you, like when he says that, this is what they're trying to do.
I wonder if that's not exactly what he's trying to do.
Keep them talking about Epstein so that I can get uh all of these policies done in other areas where if they weren't distracted with Epstein, they would be focusing on that.
They're focused on both.
But I do wonder if this is not a deliberate strategy either.
A, to keep everybody talking about Epstein so that Trump can get massive victories elsewhere where he might face more uh opposition if they weren't distracted with the shiny object of Epstein, or to keep people talking about Epstein to keep people talking about Epstein because he knows damn well what is likely, if not definitively in there, and it doesn't implicate him.
All that to say, they'd better start making some serious progress and uh getting things done before the next uh round of uh midterm elections, but hold on.
I ended seven wars.
Nobody's gonna talk about because they're gonna talk about uh the Epstein, whatever.
I understand that we were subpoenaed to give files, and I understand we've given thousands of pages of files, and I know that no matter what you do, it's gonna keep going.
Uh I know that no matter what you do, it's gonna keep going.
Is that what he's wishing, or is that what he's observing?
And I think it's I think really I think it's enough because I think we should talk about the greatness of our country and the success that we're having.
We can do that.
According to what I read, even from two people in this room, we're having the most successful eight months of any president ever.
And that's what I want to talk about.
That's what we should be talking about, not the Epstein hoax.
When you're gonna make it the question, is he says that we should be talking about this?
Not Epstein, not Epstein when everything the administration is doing is causing people to continue talking about Epstein.
Bottom line, I made my prediction yesterday in the vlog, the car vlog.
I think uh Fox News is setting up for a Pam Bondy replacement.
It can't come soon enough.
Um, and then you hypothesize as to whether or not this is strategic, whether or not they're strategically making the best of a bungled operation that it was from the get-go under Bondi.
Uh, I will, whether you know some people like it or not, continue talking about it.
Uh, I think what Massey started was good.
What it's been co-opted into right now has become a partisan shit show.
And if I am massey, I would be pissed off with what I saw yesterday from those uh alleged victims and from you know, not not calling them alleged victims like I don't believe them, but I'd be pissed off if I were massey having seen what transpired yesterday because it did damage to his righteous movement.
Okay, before we head on over to Viva Barnes Law.locals.com.
What's the what's the good news?
We found the bat.
Come, come.
Well, okay.
But we can't use the bat.
Come here.
You found the bat.
Someone called and said they got the bat.
Yeah.
We got the bat back, people.
It's a softball bat, isn't it?
No, it's a it's a good travel week.
Okay, get out of here.
So uh I'm not yet done my show.
No, no, I want okay.
Well, so we lot we left the bat in the park playing baseball the other day.
We found a lot of stuff.
My kid's gonna be the next Shoheotani.
If we have to have the Japanese reconstructive surgery, my kid's gonna be the next Shohei Otani.
He identifies as Shoheotani.
Can't get out, close the door.
Uh, so we found the bat.
But he can't use the bat to play baseball because it's not whatever compliant.
Okay.
Uh let me see here.
Greetings from Grand Manan Island, New Brunswick.
I've been to Grand Manan Island.
It's beautiful.
Uh, it's actually beautiful.
I wouldn't want to be there in winter because I mean we were there in the summer.
Weather was beautiful.
We're gonna go raid redacted.
You know what?
Let me let me while I gibber jabber for a little bit, go raid redacted.
Uh support the channel, you know how to do it if you want to do it.
Um, and thank you in advance.
There's a good fight on this weekend.
There's a good fight coming this weekend.
Hold on.
Let me just show I'm gonna run off my dog here.
Uh let me show a random signature card.
Oh, yeah.
Here we go.
This is a nice one that I got the other day.
Oh, it's a numbered.
Look at this.
Got it in a pack.
It's a Esteban Rybovich, signed rookie, number 131 of 150.
That's a good one.
That's a nice signature, too.
It looks like he wrote boobies, but or our booby.
Um, I forgot what I was talking about.
You know, to support the channel if you want to, come on over to Viva Barnes Law.locals.com.
Uh, that is the best way to do it.
Here's the link to locals.
And now we're gonna go raid, redacted, and show some love.
Let him know from whence you came, and I'm gonna read the remainder of the chats.
Forward slash raid boom.
Confirmed.
Now let me see what's going on in the chat over here.
Let me get the rumble rants, the tip questions, some chat, and we're gonna take the party on over to Viva Barnes Law.locals.com.
Denise Anto says, Viva, I don't have to care about the Epstein files.
What I care about is getting enough evidence to convict these criminals and make sure they go to prison for a very, very, very long time.
Those two things are probably synonymous.
I I mean what was the thing that I just uh listening to somebody talk yesterday?
Yeah, listening to one of the victims talk, uh, the one the one who made the best point is like when they made the sweetheart plea deal, they they basically coercively shut the victims up.
It's the 2008 is where it comes from.
That's what we need to get to.
The 2008 plea deal, everything related to that, although some of it we won't be able to find now because Acosta lost a year of his inbox magically during the period of the investigation.
What a load of shit.
Like I'm gonna believe that.
Like I'm gonna be like, I'm gonna let that uh fall by the wayside.
And 2019 Costa deposition.
That's where it's at.
That's where the information is.
That's where people need to focus.
All right.
The golden pager was the beginning of the change in Trump's stance.
Eh, I don't think so.
I mean, I I think I could actually definitively tell you that that's not true.
Let me let me see this here.
I'm gonna go to Venice.
My Venice.ai.
When did Netanyahu give Trump the pager?
I I the thing is this 808 Scotty.
I'm not trying to not trying to be mean.
You believe that, and I don't think there's going to be enough that I can show to you that you're that's gonna disprove your belief.
That might be a little confession through projection.
Benjamin Netanyahu gifted Trump the Golden Pager during their meeting at the White House on February 4, 2025.
Let me just go see when I started complaining about the rollout.
He only took office on January 21st.
Viva Fry.
Let me just see if I can do this here.
I'm gonna see when I started.
I'll put Epstein and I'm going to go to from these accounts, Viva Fry and the month.
Go time frame.
I'm gonna say from January 1st, 2025 to February.
What was the date of that?
4th, 2025.
So let me see here.
February 4 2025.
Now, here, let's do this search.
What?
Epstein.
From the Viva Fry.
Let me see here.
Uh uh.
Hmm.
So hold on.
Okay, let me see here.
I'm seeing some that I mentioned Bon Gino.
This is from an account that I muted.
Okay, let me see here.
Uh oh, well, that was after he appointed.
I'm going to go reassess my own assessment.
And I want to see what the chat is saying in terms of when the bungled rollout, when was Binder Gate?
Hold on.
So the Golden Pager was February 4th.
When was Binder Gate?
Bindergate has to be, when was Epstein, Bindergate.
Bindergate has to be, when was Epstein?
February 27.
Hmm.
And now I can see the chat all.
Hold on.
Hold up.
Wait a minute.
When did uh February 6th?
It's February 4th.
All right, I don't have to reassess that.
I'll reassess my own opinion.
If I if this is what the chat's right before they initiated a regime change, Venezuela, okay.
Venice uh okay, that's that's not my chat.
That's why it doesn't make sense what I'm reading there.
Uh systems should be backed up every night.
Viva went full Canadian for a second.
How many times does he have to sell out to get it?
Who's he talking about?
Okay, well, let me see here.
Uh let's go to the next one underneath.
I'm gonna check my memory on that.
Yeah, if I don't think the left would have selectively, yeah.
If you don't think the left would have selectively leaked Trump info back then, I would likely to remind you they clipped Trump in mid-sentence and spent years saying he said like Nazis.
That was from our sergeant Denise Anto says, David, I don't care.
And we got greetings from Graham and Ann.
Japan has okay.
So that's all we got.
So let me let me see something here.
Shohay's 10 feet, not five foot five.
Let me see down here.
I want to see this.
Okay, this is go down to the bottom.
Jeffrey Epstein non-prosecution.
Okay.
Epstein was a Massad blackmail operation where opium espionage happened on U.S. soil when he refuses to release it.
That is treason.
Uh first of all, it I believe it was a blackmail operation, but not just for one of the intelligence agencies.
Who was Oh, I was listening to Patrick Bed David with Netanyahu talking about how you know there's a sixth eye, and it's Israel in the five eyes.
Okay.
Uh that is good, and we're gonna start getting ready to take the party over to Vivabarns Law.com.
If anybody wants, I'm gonna continue the search into that when I get over there.
But if anybody wants to come, you know where to come.
We're getting ready to end it here in two seconds, but let's just read the tipped question from James in twenty twelve.
Just so you know the house is starting to investigate act blue was on truth from a house account.
Also, Epstein will lead to Bondi Fall from Grace.
needs to go.
Jameson2012 says, this is a link to a Peggy game.
Okay, fine.
And it is seven AFD deaths.
Seven AFD, not six.
Thank you.
Also, you got a funny story that was sent to you.
If Trump called Germany a fake...
Okay, good.
All right, now we're gonna take the party over to Viva Barnes Law.
I'm gonna play one quick video while I go relieve myself and uh get an energy drink.
Rumble, thank you for being here.
It's what day is it today?
It's Thursday.
Is it Thursday?
It's Thursday.
Holy crap.
Tomorrow's Friday.
Going to be on with the unusual suspects tomorrow.
Got a doctor's appointment tomorrow.
Got a check on the old ticker.
And um that's it.
Rumble, thank you for being here.
If you're not coming to locals, you should.
Viva Barnes Law dot locals.com.
And uh locals, here I comes.
Rumble, see you tomorrow.
