Ladies and gentlemen of the interwebs, you may be asking yourself, Who am I looking at right now?
Is that a young, slender Jonah Hill?
Or a young Joe, whatever his name was, Seth Rogan?
That is Viva Fry, and the woman to become misses Viva Fry.
The moment of their proposal.
Behold.
I love you so much.
You are the girl of my dreams.
Will you marry me?
Oh my god!
Oh yeah!
Oh my god!
Woo!
Oh my god!
Oh my god!
I love fun!
*Sigh*
It's my anniversary with my wife and I screwed up the present.
We're going to Boston for a conference.
We're leaving all three kids with my mother in law.
I'm terrified and that's the look.
Ah yes.
Pre COVID life.
Where the world made sense and everyone was your neighbor.
I'm just going to play a little bit of this so we can remember.
Remember what life was like.
There's Barney.
That's my wife.
That's my wife again.
That's my wife again.
We have to get on the road.
Val, are you able to do this?
This is my wife.
Do you have three kids?
I think we can do it.
I had three kids.
The same age.
That was a long time ago.
Kids are much harder to deal with nowadays.
Alright, we're gonna put on, but.
Oh, hold on one second.
We make him sleep in his own bed, not in the dog's bed.
Yeah, we'll see.
I don't want to put too much pressure on you.
But for the next three days, you are the most responsible person in this house.
Okay.
Okay.
Go.
Go say, yeah, go.
All right.
That's what, 2018?
It is my wife's and I anniversary today.
And it's now been 18 years of marriage.
18 flipping years of marriage is a long flipping time.
It's like, you know, when you keep a job for a long period of time, it means something.
When you are able, I don't know, there's some fluke to it.
There's some good luck and there's some, you know, you try not to pick the wrong people in life and it makes it a lot more likely that you'll stay together for an extended.
period of time, eighteen flipping years.
So we're celebrating it today.
Uh, I may not get to celebrate it tonight because I joined a bowling league and the first, uh, match of the season is tonight and I can't start off the season by being the absent individual on the team.
So we had a beautiful lunch at a place called Morakami Gardens in Florida.
And if anyone doesn't know what Morakami Gardens is, uh, it's an amazing place.
It's a Japanese garden.
You walk around some ponds.
They've got, uh, trees, uh, bamboo.
They've got a museum to, uh, Japanese history in America.
It was initially started back in the 1900s, maybe a little bit earlier.
Japanese farmers moved to Florida and they were trying to revolutionize the way they did farming here.
It didn't ultimately work out, but it left a lasting cultural impact on Florida by a street called Yamato, which I always thought was Spanish Yamato.
It's Yamato.
And it's a Japanese family, the Yamato's who, oh, here you go.
Look at this, look at this, Ali Michael and our above average viva barns law dot locals dot com community.
It's amazing.
So we had lunch there, a nice romantic lunch.
No kids because two kids are at school and one the one kid that we're home schooling has one of the outsourcing classes today.
Let me see.
I feel a vibration in my pocket.
Okay, there we go.
So good morning, everyone.
How goes the battle?
Let me just make sure that we're live here because I know that we're live on Rumble because you can not Rumble, Viva Barnes Law dot locals dot com.
Everyone sing happy anniversary.
We stop it.
Thank you.
Thank you.
We seem to be live on Rumble.
Good.
And Twitter doesn't really matter.
We're not getting live feedback.
Okay, now we are.
Now we have updated on Rumble Studio.
Viva Wife is a beautiful.
She's a number one beautiful.
She is.
It's an amazing.
This is the amazing thing also.
Also, I look back on that video, that video when I proposed to her, I'm going to tell the story.
It'll embarrass maybe a couple of people.
Nobody knew that I was going to propose to her except my brother who was the guy saying booyah, booyah in the background.
I got this ring at a place called Laurentian Jewelers in Montreal and I hid it in a drawer.
And we were there up in the cottage with my whole family.
It's New Year's.
It's five siblings, five spouses, 17 grandchildren.
It's a wild time.
That New Year's, my oldest brother had his wife's friends in.
And we were all sleeping in a dorm room because it's a big, you know, place.
There's three bunk beds.
And I always wake up in the middle of the night to pee.
This is right before I propose to my wife, Marion.
And the ring is in a drawer that I've hidden in a sock and put it away.
And I, as I always do, wake up in the middle of the night to pee.
And then I go back to bed.
And I remember leaning against the wall like you do, peeps.
And then you go back to bed.
And I go back to bed and my wife shakes me.
She's like, Dave, you just peed in the drawer.
She didn't know what was in there.
Nobody knew what was in there.
And I'm wondering if it was some I peed in a there was no partying, no drunk, no, nothing.
I was in a deep slumber and I peed into a, a, an old cabinet drawer that had clothing in it..
And my wife shakes me and wakes me up.
And then I ask the two guests, they're like, Hey guys, do you remember anything funny happening last night?
I said, Yeah, I think you peed in a drawer.
So all that to say, there was a good joke about some psychological Freudian meaning about marking my territory where the ring was subconsciously, because that's what dogs do.
And yeah, that's what happened there.
So now you all know an intimate detail of my life leading up to the proposal for my wife.
And we did it that year the way we did it like that, or the way I did it like that, is we do these haiku competitions and everybody makes haikus and everyone votes on everybody else's haiku anonymously.
And so my haiku was, I love you so much, five.
You are the girl of my dreams, seven.
Will you marry me?
Five, five, seven, five.
All right.
Well, that's it.
Welcome to the show, everybody.
Viva Fry, former Montreal litigator turned current Florida rumbler.
And as my wife and I are reminiscing over 18 years of marriage, my wife who comes from small country town, Quebec.
We met when I was studying philosophy at McGill.
lived through a lot and we're sitting there at Morakami Garden saying, did you ever in a million years think this is where we would be?
This is what the freedom Fro disappeared and then came back.
Did you ever imagine we'd be in Florida living this life?
And I said, never in a million years.
But here we are, living in the post COVID world, which is a world gone mad, which is where we're going to go today.
There's a lot to talk about.
I always say, like, between one show and the next, what's going to happen?
Lots because the world turns and the world has gone crazy, which means the more it turns, the crazier it gets and the more craziness there's to talk about.
We're going to focus a lot on Canada today.
We're going to focus a lot on America today.
And we are going to talk about some.
Judicial activism and we're going to talk about some extreme evil period coming out of Canada.
It's not only coming out of Canada, but today it is.
Before we get started, everyone, you want to support the channel, you can subscribe to viva barneslaw dot locals dot com, you can get some merchandise at viva fry dot com and so on and so forth.
You know how to do it.
There's a book, Louis the Lobster, self published.
Abigail Martin, daughter of a member of our locals community illustrated it.
Roe Flow 1804 says Viva happy anniversary.
So you've got the engagement ring, the wedding ring and hopefully not much suffering, no big fours and no Greek churches tonight.
What is that?
I just remembered I grew up in Jupiter.
We went to Miss MS and HS in Riviera, oh, middle school and high school in Riviera Beach.
I was at Moore County Gardens for a field trip in sixth grade.
I love that place.
It's singularly uniquely beautiful.
We're going to have to space it up before we get to the evil coming out of Canada.
We'll talk about the judicial activism coming out of America these days.
The judge, so the news of the day as relates to Trump deploying the National Guard in Los Angeles in the absence of an express request from the lieutenant governor, whoever the hell it is in the state legislature or the state government that has to make the request for National Guard.
You will recall that Gavin Newsom filed a TRO injunction declaratory judgment seeking to declare Trunks, Trunks, Trump's use of the National Guard to suppress the violent riots that we had seen going on there as unlawful because it was not issued at the request of the state government or the individual in the state government that has to do it.
I forget who it is, but we'll get into it with the decision came out and said today, yes, it was it was unlawful.
violated the Pasa Comototis Act.
Worth remembering who that judge was, by the way.
I do have to bring it up.
I feel like I'm going crazy also because you remember things and you remember things and you feel a little crazy and then you go to chat GPT only to try to validate what you remember and then it gaslights you into thinking, oh no, it wasn't the judge who you thought was the radical judge involved in this case from the beginning.
You will remember initially there was a back and forth on the internet.
Gavin Newsom saying, I've sued Trump.
He's militarizing the police and he's violating state law by invoking the We'll get the name of the Comey Potatus Act, whatever it is.
And he had a small victory in the beginning.
And then we're like, oh, who's the judge?
Who's the judge?
These were the conclusions of the initial emergency injunction order hearing that they had in the beginning.
For the foregoing reasons, the court grants plaintiffs motions for a temporary restraining order.
Defendants are temporarily enjoying, that's the Trump admin, from deploying members of the California National Guard in Los Angeles.
Defendants are directed to return control of the California National Guard to Governor Newsom.
The court further stays this order until noon, June 13, 2025.
Plaintiffs are ordered to post a nominal bond.
It's irrelevant for the.
For the purposes of an injunction, yet, yet, defendants are further ordered to show cause why a preliminary injunction should not issue a hearing on this order to show cause shall be held on june 20, 2025.
Plaintiffs moving forward, yet, yet, yet.
It is so ordered.
Judge Charles Breyer, United States District Judge, but for those of you who don't remember or don't know, Judge Breyer, I'm not judging people for being old.
There are various types of people who are old.
My father's 82 and he is, I won't say sharp as attack, but he would be one hell of a good judge.
Compared to Joe Biden, my father is a bismuth.
Is that what it is?
Those those super sharp knives and Joe Biden as a mallet.
Whether or not my father could do what Donald Trump is doing, I don't think so.
And that's not for lack of love.
My dad is wicked smart, still sharp.
But I don't know how anybody, let alone a 79 year old man, does the things that Trump does and lives at the pace that Trump lives, despite what the left-wing lunatics think.
Judge Breyer is an 83-year-old, octogenarian, activist, hack of a judge whose brother was the former SCOTUS judge Breyer.
I forget what his name was.
And I just say, you know, this is this is it's been judicial activism from the beginning of this case.
And who would have thought that Judge Breyer, who initially issued something of a TRO, but then stayed it pending another hearing, ordered to issued an order to show cause why a restraining order shouldn't be issued, who would have thought that on the hearing of the merits, he would go and ratify his own initial bias activist ruling, which is exactly what he did.
And if we go to the is this the one here?
Yeah, this is we're not going to go through the whole thing.
We don't need to go through the whole thing.
In fact, by and large, you know, you go through the facts, they go through fleshing out of the facts and lofty interpretations of law, whatever.
You can get what you need.
A by summaries, but then you need to know that you're getting accurate summaries, but mostly from the intro and then from the conclusion paragraphs.
Gavin Newsom versus Donald Trump.
Listen, and by the way, this is a court ruling.
This is not an essay.
I mean, I guess it is something of an essay.
It's a judicial essay.
Essay.
This is the actual ruling coming from the judge.
And it I won't say it reads like it was written by AI because it reads a little bit better than who was the other one there?
I think it was KBJ, KJB, Ketanji Brown Jackson who was it heard someone else was busted for having put out an order that was written by A, whatever.
Congress spoke clearly in 1878 when it passed the Passe Comatatis Act prohibiting the use of the US military to execute domestic law.
Nearly 140 years later, defendants, President Trump, Secretary of Defense, Hegs, Department of Defense deployed the National Guard and Marines to Los Angeles ostensibly to quell a rebellion and ensure that federal immigration law was enforced.
There were indeed protests in Los Angeles and some individuals engaged in violence.
Remember this phraseology because we're going to get to another thing that I'm added to the menu at the last minute, which was something involving Benny Johnson.
there was a man There was a slightly fiery, mostly peaceful protest.
There were indeed protests in Los Angeles and some individuals engaged in violence, yet there was no rebellion, nor was a civilian, nor was civilian law enforcement unable to respond to protests and enforce the law.
I think part of this is predicated on the idea that the law enforcement specifically was not enforcing federal law.
And when it came to rebellion, and we were talking about this at the time when you saw people flying foreign flags burning shit in America, what would you call that?
So it's one screen, two films.
Yeah, there were indeed some protests.
There were some people flying Mexican flags, burning stuff, burning police cars.
Yeah, they were throwing things off overpasses.
Yeah, the, you know, the sanctuary states, sanctuary cities were not enforcing federal immigration law, but there was no rebellion.
There was no civil law enforcement unable to respond.
They weren't unable to.
They were just unwilling to.
Very, very key distinction from the legal perspective.
Nevertheless, at the defendant's orders and contrary to Congress's explicit instruction, federal troops executed the laws.
The evidence at the trial established that defendants systematically used armed soldiers, National Guard, whose identity was often obscured by protective armor.
Why might that have been?
Because they were getting doxed and threatened to be killed, some of them assaulted and military vehicles to set up protective perimeters and traffic blockades engage in crowd control and otherwise demonstrate a military presence in and around Los Angeles.
In short, defendants violated posse comitatus act.
Almost three months after defendants first deployed the National Guard to Los Angeles, 300 National Guards remain stationed there.
Moreover, President Trump and Secretary Hegshev have stated their intention to call National Guard troops into federal service in other cities.
Irrelevant, but including Oklahoma, San Francisco here in the Northern District of California, thus creating a national police force with the president as its chief because there is an ongoing risk.
risk that defendants will unlawfully will act unlawfully, thereby injury plaintiffs, governors, Newfoundland, Indiana defendants.
They issued the court in jointly with defendants.
And we can go into, we don't need to go into the procedural part of it.
Now let's just go to the declaratory relief.
Whether or not this gets overturned on appeal.
I, uh, I'm going to predict it will.
I see, this is the conclusionary paragraphs.
Defendants mentioned that only three hundred National Guards were stationed in Los Angeles, suggesting injunctive relief is unjustified because their footprint is smaller than it was in early June.
Their point is not well taken.
Those 300 National Guard troops are set to remain deployed through November.
Activation yada yada yada and they have already been improperly trained as to what activities they can and cannot engage in under the Pose Comitatis Act.
Further, President Trump's executive order and public statements regarding the National Guard raise serious concerns yada yada yada.
Finally, the court's injunction of relief is in this case is narrowly tailored to address defendant's statutory violation.
The injunction applies only to defendant's use of the National Guard in California, not nationally.
Why are we talking about it nationally then?
Defendants are not required to withdraw the 300 National Guard troops currently stationed as Los Angeles, nor are they barred from using troops consistent with the Pose Comitatis Act.
In fact, the court essentially just orders defendants to follow the unedited training materials that they introduced in this trial.
Thus, for example, federal troops can continue to protect federal property in a manner consistent with the Pose Commutatus Act.
Even in all of it, by the way, they can still protect federal property because apparently they weren't doing that at the state level.
For the foregoing reasons, the court orders that the defendants are enjoined from deploying, ordering, instructing, training or using National Guard currently deployed in California and any military troops heretofore deployed in California to execute the laws, including but not limited to engaging in arrests, apprehensions, searches of citizens, security patrols, yada yada yada, ride control, evidence collection, interrogation, unless and until defendants satisfy the requirements of a valid constitutional or a statutory exception as defined in here, herein to the commentators yet it's here.
So that's what's going on there.
Now I just realized, by the way, Trump is delivering a military.
Hold on a second.
Oh, oh, he might be talking about the case right now.
Hold up.
Wait a minute.
and that ruling is basically saying that the trillions of dollars that are being that are pouring into our country are putting us in a position like no country is anywhere in the world that they'd like to see us that take it away.
By the way, a lot of the people behind that lawsuit, that particular, are from foreign countries.
I might do it.
There's a video that is circulating online now of the White House where a window is open to the residents upstairs and somebody is throwing a big bag out the window.
Have you seen this?
No, that's probably a truck generator.
Actually, you can't open the windows.
You know why?
They're all heavily armored and bulletproof.
That's a fake video.
It's not a fake video.
It's got to be because I know every window up there.
The last place I'd be doing it is that because there's cameras all over the place, right?
including yours.
No, but every window, I've never seen a window that's about it the other day.
She said, Love to have a little fresh air come in, but you can't.
They're bulletproof.
And number one, they're sealed.
And number two, each window weighs about 600 pounds.
You have to be pretty strong to open them up.
No, that has to be.
Where was the window?
Let me see.
The Internet is saying it's construction.
Oh, he got very close to the president.
Maybe from the renovations?
Yeah, so New York Post is saying that it looks like this is on construction.
Yeah, those windows are sealed.
Those windows are all they're all sealed.
You can't open them.
It's the kind of thing they do.
And one of the problems we have with AI, it's both good and bad.
If something happens really bad, just blame AI.
But also they create things, you know, it works both ways.
If something happens that's really bad, maybe I'll have to just blame AI.
But there's truth to it because I see so many phony things.
I'm going to put that on pause.
So I missed whatever the live broadcast was, but This is what the video was.
I don't think it's AI, but it does look like.
So MJ Truth Ultra says CNN Melania threw close out the window of the White House.
It was a contractor doing work.
This is the video.
Got another one?
Now that Trump is in that little outhouse.
It's not right there, right?
Right there, right?
Oh, there go.
You got it.
uh Hold on one second.
I want to turn the volume down a little bit.
Now that they say it.
It there's two issues here.
It is true that if those windows are bulletproof they have to be heavy and they would have had to prop it open.
That kind of does look like it appears out of nowhere.
Am I crazy?
That okay, all right, all right hold on.
I want to go to the chat.
That's the video.
Trump's suggesting it's AI, and now I'm curious as to whether or not it's AI, because that actually does look kind of fake.
Let me go see what the chat is saying about this.
Melania throwing Trump stuff out the window after a big fight, says Holly B. And that's...
It looks AI, says F. Chartrand.
It looks like something is being thrown out the window.
Ali Michael says, yeah, totally look fake if you zoom in.
It looks like it.
Okay, last time looking at this.
Because if Trump says it's AI, and I it's very curious.
Let's see.
Okay, check it out right now.
I'm going with AI doctored, especially since I would never have even thought of it that the windows have to be bulletproof.
We have hurricane proof windows here in Florida and that doesn't make sense that you'd be able to open up the windows and that they leave the window open and the security risk that would pose, even if it's true.
Okay, interesting.
Uh, everyone, let's go to the next story.
Story right after we do a couple of tipped questions over at Viva Barnes Law dot locals dot com KS 439 says Viva, I recommend getting Spencer Pratt on for a sidebar.
He and his wife, Heidi Montag lost their home in the Pacific Palisades fire and he is rocking it on social media revealing the corruption and fraud by Gavin Newsom, Karen Bass.
He has gathered a team of lawyers who also lost their homes in the fires and are working on lawsuits against Gavin Newsom.
Absolutely.
I'll go find him right now.
And then we got clout says, happy anniversary Viva posted this in the other thread, but adding it to the tip now, because that is absolutely fantastic.
For those who don't know, I posted a picture of Marion and I eating.
That's so cool.
Save image as let's go Marion.
Okay, boom.
That's amazing.
Thank you.
That's very, very, very cool.
that it might be AI.
either way uh shall we um talk about what's going on in canada it's it's we're going to get to the absolute disgusting evil part in a second we'll start with just the rampant stupid part Hold up, I'm gonna have to put this on.
Do not disturb.
Let me put this on.
Let me show you what's going on in Canada.
It's all gonna be one big.
You guys know who Doug Ford is, Premier of Ontario.
This coming from Pleb the Reporter.
Doug Ford has a complete meltdown at today's press conference.
He pours out an entire bottle of Crown Royal in protest of the company moving to America.
He propped up the liberal government for years.
He's responsible for this.
His theatrics don't fool me.
Watch this.
And you guys are about as dumb as a bag of hammers for doing this so you know something i found a bottle and i don't even drink of crown oil right i see that crown oil i saw it at home so this is what i think about crown oil that's what they could do and i think everyone else should do the same thing start supporting companies that make whiskey here by ontario people that's what we need to do is support each other You know something?
I'm going to make this even come out quicker because it's not coming out.
I know Mayor Berry wants to lie on the floor right now with his mouth open.
No, thank you.
But no, I wish I could get the soap coming out quicker, but I'll stand here until it's all done.
Anyways, folks.
I'll stand here until the theatrics is all done.
My brothers and sisters in uniform over at Crown Royal, I've got your backs.
We're going to be there to help you.
And by the way, I'm going to send you the cleaning bill to Crown Royal, too.
That's not how the law works, Doug.
This might take a little while.
We're like a tornado.
Oh, you know what to do with it.
You want to show up?
Go ahead.
This is the absolute state of Canada.
For those of you who don't know, Crown Royal is Canadian whiskey.
Oddly enough, it's distilled or it's owned by Diageo right now, which is itself an international company, but set that aside.
I don't think Doug, idiot Ford, knows that.
It's owned by Diageo.
They are a British distillation company.
And if you don't know who they are, they own a lot of the best single malt there out.
My father in law, my wife's father used to be in the yeast business, and so they worked with distillers.
And nobody really liked Diageo because they buy up things and then kind of mainstream, they buy up local stuff, mainstream it and almost ruin it.
They're outsourcing or they're shifting some of their production to the United States.
And so you have now in Canada, companies leaving Can Canada, you know, like the Prime Minister's company, Brookfield Assets Management, which moved to New York.
Strangely enough.
They moved because of taxes, because of liberal policy, or at least progressive conservative policy in the province of Ontario.
And then the politicians shit on the companies who are doing what is logical and predictable given the government policies that basically push them out of the country.
They started doing this to they started boycotting American whisky, so you don't have that anymore, destroying that, taking it off the shelves.
Now they're taking off Canadian whisky off the shelves because they're going to start making it in the United States, wasting taxpayer dollars who paid for that, literally pouring it on the streets, a man who is a gluttonous government pig to begin with and taking pride in it.
There was Joe Warmington, who is a Canadian journalist who it's been fantastic watching the evolution.
Hold on, I think he also posted a good video of this.
Meanwhile in Canada, Joe Warmington, here I look at this, I think he was recording it off a TV for some reason.
Joe Warmington, Canadian data opinion columnist, Toronto Sun Post Media ex poster, but not just posts, I agree with freedom means freedom to respectfully disagree but learn.
He's a good man, you should follow him this is what he has to post about this so this is what i think about crime oil that's what they can do and i think everyone else should do the same thing they're just going to start dumping stuff that they've already paid for on the streets if they decide to leave a country that is tyrannical in every respect a little further here Idiocy.
This is the absolute state of Canada.
He's still doing it.
By the way, they are right about getting it to do like a tornado type thing where you swirl it around.
It's an old science trick.
So Canada has gone off the deep end.
These are the leaders of Canada driving it off the deep end even further.
And if you haven't heard this story, which again is the result of terrible, terrible policy, the big discussion in Canada right now is castle doctrine, whether or not you can beat this shit out of someone who breaks into your house with the intent to harm carrying a weapon because a Canadian man did that and is now facing charges for assault.
If you haven't heard this story, it's going to make you sick and you almost do not want to cover it, but it needs to be known.
It's got the attention of Elon Musk.
And the amazing thing is that I can't even bring these tweets up in incognito, even though they're only describing the incident because in incognito, it will not allow you to bring that up because it's 18 and over.
This is what Elon Musk tweeted out earlier today.
Extreme levels of trans violence.
This is a severe problem.
This is Libs of TikTok who posted this earlier today says more trans violence.
Daniel Senecal, a man pretending to be a woman.
You wouldn't know that, by the way, from the reports in Canadian media because they ain't reporting the fact that this individual identified as she her on his Facebook page.
I don't know if I was the first one to report it, but I know someone who knows who's from this town.
It's like, dude, look at this Facebook page of the individual.
I posted that yesterday.
He's been arrested after reportedly broke into a family's house and violently sexually assaulted a toddler.
The girl is either the toddler that he violently raped choked.
I'll play you a clip and I'm not going to talk over it.
It's Mario Seneca, Mario from Canada.
You'll hear this.
The child has been transported to the hospital.
Due to laws in Ontario, Seneca can be housed in a female prison if he identifies as a woman unreal.
We're going to get to the story because it's going to make you absolutely sick.
I'm going to play a clip from Mario Zelaya, who you may recall was on the channel a while back.
He's doing good work up in Canada, great work up in Canada.
Well, Mario Zelaya says, Following up this story, I'm not going to play the whole thing, just a portion of it.
Writes, it wasn't a stranger.
He lived next door.
He went in fully clothed at 3 a.m.
He left wearing only boxxers, the baby needs to go through hours of reconstructive surgery due to vaginal and anal damage.
This is the worst in the Wild West.
Weak liberals allowed him to get out of to get out early and do this to a baby.
They manufactured the crisis.
We cannot trust them to fix it because the individual had been previously arrested for sexually assaulting a 12-year-old and was released early.
But you won't find the media reporting that either in Canada.
I'm not going to play the whole thing.
I'll play this.
Blow your mind.
Watch this.
This guy right here, Daniel, is probably Canada's most hated trans.
I mean, man.
I'm going to tell you how this stranger wasn't a stranger.
And I'm going to tell you the truth and what actually happened.
The little girl even called him uncle.
He knew her.
He got caught around 3 a.m. using tools to break into the home.
He went in fully clothed at 3 a.m. and he walked out only in his boxers.
I'm being told that the victim was three years old and she went through hours of reconstructive vaginal and anal damage.
He choked her.
He choked her to the point where the blood vessels in her eyes had burst.
Originally, this wasn't a police call.
The medics were called.
in because she had a bloody diaper and a purple complexion.
And obviously, when the medics saw it, they called the police right away.
When he left the residence, the belief is that she was left unconscious.
She couldn't speak.
She was frozen.
He essentially left her to die.
Not a single news media has this information.
The police statement said it was a stranger.
But Canadians need to know the truth.
This here is our...
You want to see how the media is reporting on it?
First of all, I'll bring up my treat of yesterday.
This is meanwhile in Canada, an Ontario man raped and assaulted a five-year-old girl after having been freed earlier, early following a similar attack.
He identifies as she, her on his Facebook page.
What are the chances Canadian authorities detain him in a female facility?
It's been done before in Canada.
This is the headline from the New York Post.
Appreciate the words because words have meaning.
Make sure we're looking at the same thing we are here.
Well-ended man facing child sex assault charge freed early after similar attack victim family says.
the child remains in hospital and is listed in stable condition.
The police say you go and you read the article.
Paramedics were called to a home in a residential neighborhood at 8:59 Sunday morning for an injured child under the age of five.
According to Niagara Regional Police, when a police car arrived, officers saw the door to the home looked like it had been forced open, yada yada.
This is the person's Facebook page.
Dani Senecal.
Well, you got the trans flags there, two of them.
She, her, lives in Welland, Ontario from Welland, Ontario.
Apparently, this individual., other than having been arrested and released early for sexually assaulting a 12-year-old, I think it was a 12-year-old boy in that circumstance, the individual was so known to be the face of evil that anybody who knew this guy,
even teachers from when he was in grade two said that this guy exuded evil and the teachers in grade two were afraid that he was going to come shoot up the school.
Arrested, released early, living near another child.
And I know people are, I say rightly, understandably asking, how is it that they only called the paramedics?
The paramedics only arrived at 8.59 the next morning.
If this occurred at 3 in the morning, where were the parents?
We'll wait for details there before people start somehow trying to deflect and blame the parents.
This is the face of evil.
You know, I was talking with someone and someone is like, you know, you would understand these police officers simply succumbing to their.
say thoughts of street justice and simply killing this guy.
You would you would understand.
I have to tell myself maybe they didn't know the full extent of what this guy is accused of having done or their police officers and They're not going to succumb to those evil fantasies.
You understand what people can think and how someone can say, how do they not just unholster their firearms?
But this is Canada.
And Elon Musk comes out and says it's trans violence.
This is mental illness.
There's various types of it.
And there's various types that materializes into violence.
This is mental illness that has not only been normalized, but that has been glamorized by society.
And you have the far end of the trans spectrum, like the Blair Whites, the Buck Angels, who recognize that they're, say, clinical in a sense, and have a deep desire to transform their bodies to look like what they believe they should look like.
Then you have a certain other segment of the population where it's almost insincere, abusive sociopaths, narcissists, pathological psychopaths, who have now not only been normalized but in been empowered in not even what would otherwise be a diagnosable mental illness but in what would be um abusive sociopathic behavior you can't challenge it you can't question it you can only affirm it and it has affirmed rapists and
egregious criminals and in canada you know you you they want to put tamara leach behind bars for seven years and chris barber behind bars for eight years for non-violent mischief and they literally let out rapists early who then carry out these heinous heinous attacks on their neighbors.
And what's going to happen to him?
It's not a joke.
There is precedent under Canadian law for people who identify as trans who get put in female units.
Let me just get the trans murderer family, Quebec unit female.
I forget the, here we go.
It's.
It's a David Lynch movie.
This is a David Lynch movie of horror.
This is CBC News.
When was this from?
April 2025, this year.
Quebec trans woman convicted of triple homicide to serve time in men's prison.
This guy was at what?
Quebec trans woman.
This is a man.
The triple homicide is, if I'm not mistaken, murdered his wife and two kids.
If I'm not mistaken, let me just see if my memory is sufficiently clear here.
Lavana Balooz, a trans woman.
This is CBC News.
A man convicted of murdering his wife.
and their two children will serve his sentence in a men's prison correctional services by the way this is only after public outcry correctional services canada spokesesperson Kevin Antanucci.
I remember I reached out to the fairly certain I reached out to the prosecutor in this case.
I couldn't believe it.
It's like, oh, a trans woman.
This is her husband that killed her and her two kids and these fucking maniacs at the CBC news have the balls, pun intended, to refer to him as a her.
A trans woman convicted in triple homicide.
This would otherwise be known as domestic violence.
And he played the system.
I identify as a woman.
You better.
Sorry, correct.
A jury found Belouse guilty on December 16 for fatally stabbing her partner.
Who's the journalist?
Jail for whoever this journalist is.
Do they even mention the journalist here?
This is this is odd.
CBC News.
Why are they not mentioning the journalist?
They should be proud of their work.
Fatally stabbing her partner, Cynthia Bussia.
By the way, there's also if you if you want to go for this, there's also a potentially religious element to this.
I'm fairly certain, Lavana Beluz, you might, you might, you might, you might, if you're inclined to approach this from a cultural angle where you might say another one of these cases.
Lavana Belualooz, a trans woman, stabbed her partner and their children and then drowned their children, suffocating their two children, Eliam and Zach.
During sentencing, the judge in the case described Balooz as a sadistic, dangerous, manipulative.
She was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
The judge describes the murderer as sadistic, dangerous, and manipulative.
And the CBC does the murderer's manipulation by continuing to refer to him as a her after he killed his wife and two kids.
Balooz also known as Muhammad al-Balooz.
He was known as Muhammad al-Balooz at the time.
This is, this is, this is, I'm sorry.
This is absolute insanity.
The CBC should be defunded and they should be bankrupted.
You feel like you're absolutely taking crazy pills.
Balooz was known as Muhammad al-Balooz at the time she was charged.
Well, when she was charged as Muhammad al-Balooz, she was he.
She's still he.
She asked to serve time in a women's prison and had been held in a men's prison during the assessment.
CSC says his current inmates who self-identify as gender diverse will be sent to the institution type, men's or women's, that better aligns with it.
CSC's current policy says that inmates who self-identify as gender diverse, quote, will be sent to the institution type, men's or women's, that better aligns with their gender identity or expression, if that is their preference, unless there are overriding health or safety concerns that cannot be resolved.
Oh, you wouldn't want to not respect the gender identity or gender expression of convicted criminals who now have to go to jail to serve their time.
God forbid.
In the email confirming Balooze's place of incarceration in men's prison, CSC said each accommodation request, quote, is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
You wouldn't want to be unfair to con convicted murderers and convicted criminals who have to go to the prison of their sex requires an assessment of the individual.
CSE said the request will be denied if overriding health and safety concerns cannot be mitigated and quote, alternative measures to address gender related needs will be implemented.
They are so fucking sympathetic and empathetic and so thoughtful.
Yes, we will address the concerns of the convicted criminals depending on how they self-identify in terms of what facilities they should be detained at.
Federal agency declined to provide further details citing the Privacy Act.
Holy hell, people.
Absolute crazy pills.
We got to go see what Trump's announcement was.
Hold on one second.
Fox News.
US military strikes narcoterrorist vessel as Trump reveals Caribbean operation.
Well, this is the breaking news.
We could have watched it live, but Trump announces US military conducted a lethal strike on Venezuelan drug boats in the Caribbean.
President reveals Southern Caribbean operation against Venezuela vessel moments ago during Oval Office.
Well, it's interesting to see how supporters assess this.
This is the war on the cartel that I suspect many people would support.
That being said, this looks like regime change in Venezuela that I think many people would not necessarily support.
During a press conference in the Oval Office on Tuesday, President Donald Trump announced the US military, quote, shot out, and quote, a drug boat from Venezuela in the southern Caribbean.
Over the last few minutes, we literally shot out a boat, a drug carrying boat, Trump said in the press conference.
A lot of drugs on that boat.
And you'll be seeing that and you'll be reading about that.
It just happened moments ago.
As POTIS just announced moments ago today, the US military conducted a lethal strike at the southern Caribbean against drug vessel which had departed from Venezuela.
Rubio wrote in the post.
Rubio added the boat was being operated by by a designed, by a designated narco-terrorist organization.
Trump said that many drug boats are coming out of the country, noting they took it out.
It's unclear how many fatalities were confirmed.
Okay, now let's just go see what the reaction is to this.
I'm curious to see how people are going to respond to this.
The concern is that this is pre-textual for regime change in Venezuela because they've put out a $50 million bounty on Maduro and that this is pre-textual as the sort of entry point now to say, oh, well, in line with our war on narco-terrorists, we have to go after the kingpin.
Maduro, who's the president, even if they don't like it, of another country.
Marco Rubio says as just announced.
Okay, fine.
Let's see.
I'm curious to know.
So Jeffrey Singer, according to the DEA, 98 percent of the fentanyl smuggled into the US comes from Mexico.
Venezuela is primarily a cocaine country.
Is this really a pretext for regime change in Venezuela?
Jeffrey is worthy.
Epstein files on the drug vessel.
You're going to invade Venezuela next.
This is what people don't want to see.
Release the footage.
Okay, America is back.
Wait, what?
Where exactly?
This is someone who clearly wants only the war with Ukraine.
Mr. Rubio, it's time.
Okay, fine.
So that's that's Venezuela is the only country in Americas that has not submitted to US dictates.
How hard I pronounce F in the fuck yeah, I voted for this.
Who's this from?
Brittany Ray.
All right, well, that's the news.
We'll see where it goes.
Ginger Ninja is in the house.
Hold up.
Let me read these up.
We'll get some chats and some tip questions.
Oh, look, more war.
That's what I voted for.
FML, which means I know what it means.
Steel Fan says, who was filming and why were they filming in that particular location?
This is in reference to the video.
So I don't know what terrace there is across from the White House.
It's opposite the White House.
But I look, I don't know if it's been confirmed to be authentic or not authentic, but it's very pixelated and it very much looks like things just appeared out of nowhere in that video.
And I'm kind of inclined to accept the idea that those windows, for security reasons, are not able to be opened the way they were opened, but maybe those construction guys that throw and there would only be one view of it.
If they're throwing stuff out of a window, there will be, I would imagine, multiple views.
And yeah, we'll see.
King of Built Tong says need some healthy high protein snacks.
Built Tong is packed with B12, iron, zinc, creatine and more.
It's a perfect, it's perfect for carnivore keto diets available at builtongusa dot com dot Use code VIVA for 10% off.
Now let me see what's going on in our Viva Barnes Law dot locals dot com community right after I do this and this and this and we'll bring open Viva Barnes Law dot locals dot com before we get to I'm protecting Benny Johnson today.
I know who I like, I know who I don't like and I know where I don't like good people being treated badly and they're treating Benny Johnson badly.
It sucks to say this, but if I'm a defense attorney in Canada and want to win dirty day one, my client claims the opposite gender.
I suspect this is part of the she her claims with this clown.
It's, it's, it's, you know, Gad said has the concept of suicidal empathy.
I mean, what we're witnessing is empathy towards convicted criminals, where they even had to entertain the idea of a man who murdered his wife and two kids.
They won't refer to him as Muhammad Al Balooz, but it's, it's, it's, it's pathological.
It's absolutely pathological.
And it's tough not to look at Canada and say that this, that this is not by design.
All right, let's see what they're doing to Benny Johnson.
Do you all hear what happened to Benny Johnson?
You've made it big people when the New York Times is going after you with a slanderful, overtly malicious hit piece.
Now, it's a little known fact, by the way.
I don't do it to circumvent paywalls.
I just do it when I can't get the article, but also to memorialize these articles because you never know when they're going to stealth edit them and you never know when they're going to take them down.
The New York Times put out a wild hit piece on Benny Johnson.
I guess they don't like other journalists getting access to Alligator Alcatraz, the White House.
If they can't get the access, buy gum, nobody's going to get it.
And those who get it, they're going to defyame and smear and besmirch.
New York Times.
I've tagged him in multiple replies.
The journalist is Kim Basinger.
No, Ken Bensinger.
He plagiarised and promoted falsehoods.
The White House embraces him.
Benny Johnson, a right wing podcaster, has enjoyed rare success and promotion from the Trump administration.
The day after President Trump announced the federal takeover of law enforcement in Washington, the White House invited podcaster Benny Johnson to sit down in what is called the new media seat in the administration's press briefing.
I haven't gotten an invitation yet.
The privilege includes being called on first by the press.
secretary Caroline Levitt.
mister Johnson took the opportunity at the briefing to report what he claimed was his own experience with the crime.
I want to bring this up in the backdrop here.
They link to the video.
He took the time to do that in the national capital in recent years.
He said that he had recorded murders on a camera outside his home and that his house was and that his quote, house was set ablaze in an arson.
Any claims that Washington wasn't dangerous, he said, were lies.
Thank you for making the city safe because no parent should have to go through what my family went through, said mister Johnson told mister Luna.
Listen to this.
Listen to this.
This is like when New York Times tries to go fact check something which, whether or not there's, what's the word?
I'm looking for?
Expected hyperbole in these types of recounting of personal experiences.
The ultimate irony.
You've got to read to the end of this article to understand what a scoundrel scumbag the journalist is.
By the way, he goes after Tim Poole and everyone else he can in between just because.
In fact, police records show no one has been murdered since at least 2017 on the block where he lived in Washington.
Just understand this.
I don't know exactly what the time frame was when Benny Johnson lived there, but I think he left in 2021.
Assume he lived there in 2017.
Well, anyway, no one has been murdered on your block since three years ago.
What are you complaining about?
Nobody had been murdered since at least 2017 on the block where mister Johnson lived in Washington.
All right.
So someone got murdered on his block, Ben, and his home was not burned though the neighbor's house was, quote, intentionally set in fire according to the city's fire department.
mister Johnson left Washington permanently in 2021.
Holy mother of hell.
Nobody was murdered on his block since 2017 and his house wasn't set in blaze, but his neighbors was.
Oh, by the way, there are joined houses.
There, there, there.
It's not like the neighbor's house in sprawling, uh, Nevada or in, you know, these complexes in Florida.
They were a joint.
They were townhouses.
His neighbor's house was set on fire.
Such details didn't stop misses Levit from leapfrogging office comments to promote the president's federalization of Washington's law enforcement.
Since taking office, Trump's, they, they, okay, for him.
The new media personalities enjoy rare access and support and support from the administration.
Are you, are you jealous?
You freaking coward liar?
Yeah, they in turn give the White House unwavering cheerleading for the administration's agenda blast it out to millions of followers on social media.
Uh, confession through projection.
My name is New York Times Ken Bensinger.
Listen to this.
Good.
Not happy with Benny Johnson.
You got to go after Jack Pesobic too.
Among them is Jack Pesobic, who in 2017 helped spread the debunked Pizza Gate conspiracy theory and last year stated that his goal was to overthrow democracy.
That was a joke, by the way.
It's only because I lived through this and I followed it.
When he said his goal was to overthrow democracy, it was a joke on Twitter or in a video that he posted on Twitter or in response to a question.
It was an absolute joke where they said something about it was about January 6.
It's like your goal to, oh yeah, our goal is to overthrow democracy.
These idiot liars pass off what they know are jokes as.
as serious unironic comments because they want to lie and mislead.
In other words, they want to promote the administration's agenda, blast it out to their millions of followers on social media.
Tim Poole, a podcaster who last fall was revealed to have been indirectly paid by Russia as part of a secret political influence operation.
He was paid by tenant media who themselves are not facing any charges who themselves received funds from someone who they sincerely believed to be a backer of their independent media outlet.
Julie Kelly, right wing journalistalist, Julie Kelly has been accused of or faulted for having contributed to, I forget if it was Obama's or Joe Biden's campaign.
She's been faulted by the right for having, or at least some on the right, for having donated to Democrat politicians.
This guy's calling her a right-wing politician, right-wing journalist who helped Salt the Frost out of that January 6, 2021 riots were an inside.
They were an inside job, Ben Kenzinger.
What's his name?
Ben Kenzinger, Ken Benzinger.
They were an inside job.
We call it the Fed Surection for a reason.
Even among that group, Johnson has a large following.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, okay, him.
He's been accused of reportingly propagating false election information and mister Poole and like mister Poole produced videos that had been secretly funded via a seemingly legitimate media firm by Hey, hey, if you get any supporters that live in Russia, you're secretly funded by the Kremlin.
Nonetheless, Johnson has repeatedly been given access to high Trump administrations.
He had the idea.
Clearly, we're dealing with an administration that's far more focused on narrative than truth.
And this conduct is consistent with that, said Seth Stern, director of advocacy for the Freedom of the Press Foundation, a First Amendment nonprofit.
It is awful that real journalists who attempt to report real news and feel constrained by the pursuit of truth and don't make things up are no longer able to get access they once had.
You jealous little bitches is what you are.
mister Johnson directed his questions to his lawyer who did not comment.
I have to get to this here.
It's it's it's it's amazing.
Skip down here.
mister Johnson, 39, a father of four who is originally from Iowa, got his startup media in 2011 at the Blaze, the right of center website.
Yet he quickly showed a talent for creating memes and viral content.
He jumped to Buzzfeed in 2012, 2012, was fired two years later after the publication found instances of plagiarism in his 41 articles.
This is where I know that I'm consistent.
Even when it was a question of Marcia Gay, what was her name?
Gay, the the the the the woman who was president of um was it president of Harvard or president of another of those universities who got accused of plagiarism.
I think some some accusations of plagiarism, you know, there's there's turningnings of phrases which are sufficiently common that were being included in these accusations of plagiarism.
The one thing I know now is this mother effort is a pathological liar and therefore I'm not going to believe a damn thing he has to say.
There's turnings of phrases which they accuse people of plagiarizing.
At the time, mister Johnson posted an apology to the writers who were not properly attributed and anyone who ever read my Bylon, I am sincerely sorry.
I'm going to read that afterwards as well.
Three years later, he was at the Independent, yada, yada, yada, accused of plagiarism again.
Shortly after that, he was suspended and demoted after assigning an article that falsely implied mister Obama had influenced a federal judge's ruling that negatively affected mister Trump.
Oh, no, of course that couldn't have been true.
Later, mister Johnson wrote an article that was withdrawn because it contained social media posts falsely attributed to the Antifa last fall.
I don't care a crap about these last fall.
Federal prosecutors revealed charges against two Kremlin operators, but never against tenant media or anyone there.
They paid ten million dollars.
This is where they go after what's his face as well.
Tim Poole, you got us.
We're going to scroll down to the bottom here because this is just a lot of verbal diarrhea.
Earlier this month, after the Department of Governmental Efficiency employee was bloodied in a late night assault, mister Trump posted to truth social calling it totally out of control.
Johnson soon jumped into into the conversation.
He didn't jump into any conversation.
He's always been involved in it because he does good work and you're just jealous.
Ken Bensinger posting a video the next morning saying that the topic hits near and dear to my heart and that my family nearly died.
He added that my home was burned to the ground and that people were murdered in front of my yard.
Several days later, he posted footage on X of a security camera outside his former house that showed, quote, what life was like for our family living in DC.
The edited video includes the sound of a gunshot and someone crashing through a bush onto the front yard of mister Johnson's row house.
Row house means it's attached to the next door neighbor's house that was set on fire on purpose in which the dogs died followed by firefighters and police officers ramming open the door to the adjoining home and smoke billing out of the property.
Here's a mass shooting and murder in front of my front lawn.
Oh, it wasn't a murder.
The guy was it was a mass shooting.
It just wasn't a murder is what this guy's punchline is.
Here we go.
Look at this.
Get to the end.
Here's a mass shooting and murder in my front lawn followed by my house being set on fire with my wife and infant child inside.
He wrote.
Without question, the area of Northeast Washington where mister Johnson lived has a long problem with violent crime.
And on October 24, 2020, the Metropolitan Police Department did investigate a shooting on mister Johnson's block.
A report obtained by the New York Times shows three people were transported to hospital with, quote, non-life threatening injuries.
One of whom lived next to it lived in the next house door.
The heck, one of whom lived in the house next door to mister Johnson.
Nobody was murdered though.
Last year, the police department arrested and charged a man in the shootings.
A separate report from Washington's fire department described a fire that, quote, was intentionally set and quote, the morning after the shooting, but in the neighboring house, the neighbor row house attached, not mister Johnson's.
The fire department was able to put out the fire after about twenty minutes.
Two dogs died.
Security footage showed the New York Times showed mister Johnson's wife and child being escorted out of the house, but no people were hurt.
Just two dogs died in the next door house that was intentionally set in blaze after a freaking multiple shooting on your front lawn.
And this stupid jackass wants to criticize Benny Johnson for how he described his experience with up close and personal violence, arson and murder in 2017 on his very block.
mister Johnson's home was not burned in the fire.
Yes, it was.
And records show that he sold it in July 2021.
He relocated to his present home in Tampa, Florida, a move he has described as, quote, personally escaping communism.
Congratulations, um, Ken Bensinker.
You're a scumbag.
I always I like to say and you can put a montage.
together that you say shame on you to people, but you'll find that people who are incapable of understanding pride are incapable of feeling shame.
You can only feel shame in comparison to what you should be expecting of yourself if you live properly.
People who have no expectations of living a proper life, a God fearing life for lack of fearing anything else are incapable of feeling shame.
They don't know what pride is.
They don't know what being a good person is.
And so when they act like a disgusting scumbag like Ben Kinzinger or Ken Benzinger, whatever the hell his name is, they have no basis of comparison to understand, oh, maybe I am one of the bad badies.
No one had been murdered on your block, Benny, since 2017, dumb bum.
Your house didn't burn to the ground.
It was only the adjoining townhouse, rowhouse, whatever they call it, intentionally set a blaze in which two dogs died.
Oh, but it was a minor fire.
Scum, bags of the earth.
Oh, that was the one I had to add to the, to the, to the mix shortly before going live, because it was just, it was just too much not to.
Let's see what's going on in the chat over here.
It was gay at Harvard.
It was, what was her first name??
Viva Fry is strong like bull.
My wife, she grabbed me.
She says, Viva, you're so muscular.
I was like, I had a joke about marriage.
The trick of marriage is to marry a woman young before they realize that you're not the tallest, most handsome person on earth.
But a bing, but a boom, it's a joke.
But my one piece of advice, sincere advice for marriages is, it's weird, but having done commercial litigation for thirteen plus years, I never did marital law, but I had still indirect experience with it because a lot of stuff results from divorce.
A successful marriage.
runs on the same principle as a successful business.
Don't be petty.
Don't ignore the contributions of your partners.
And if they don't mine or ignore your contributions, you valorize each other's work.
You don't fight over the stupid small stuff.
The only difference between, you know, a successful marriage and a successful business is you have to have sex in a successful marriage.
If you have sex in a business, it won't be successful for too long.
But no, it's don't be petty and respect the contributions of your partner in marriage and in business.
And it will maximize your odds for having successful ventures in both.
All right, what do we move on to now?
We got a bunch of stuff.
Let me see here.
Okay, we got that we Does anybody care about the I want to bring it up just because I don't know if anybody I don't know if I if I'm wrong and I do enjoy reading the feedback even if it's shit posting about me on the internet.
This was in the news this morning and I had what I think is a very common sense take on it.
People were shitting hard on Chris Martin of Coldplay for this particular incident, and I'll play it without opening my big mouth, and Neil, tell me what you think about this.
Where did you come from today?
From Israel.
Okay, well, wow.
Okay, well, listen.
I'm going to say this.
I'm very grateful that you're here as humans, and I'm treating you as people, humans on Earth, regardless of where you come from or don't come from.
Thank you for being here.
We're grateful, and thank you for being loving and kind.
And although it's controversial, maybe, I also want to welcome people in the audience from Palestine, because we have a belief that we're all...
humor and um yeah thank you for being here where did you come from i want to see if there's anything like i don't know how this works i've never been to a cold play concert, how the hell did they get up on stage?
So I got two questions.
Is this a setup?
And does anyone find anything of what just happened there controversial or offensive?
Because the comments to this now Drew Drew Pavlu, who I've had some issues with in the past, says LOL at cold play making a random woman from Israel feel bad simply for being from Israel.
And I like, I don't know if I'm an asshole.
I didn't view it like that at all in any way, shape or form.
What I what I view this as assuming it's not a setup.
People say Chris Martin is anti Israel.
Okay.
First of all, people are allowed being critical of every, any government on Earth.
And you don't have to agree with somebody's politics to like their music.
That is my conflicted relationship with Blink 182 because, what's his name?
Not Mark Hopez.
Tom DeLong certainly went off the deep end specifically as it relates to the conflict in Ukraine.
Was this a setup is one question.
People say that Chris Martin is anti-Israel and that, you know, he brought him up.
potentially to make a point about what I would say is clear indication that he does not agree with what is going on, what the Israeli government is doing.
But other than that, I didn't find anything remotely offensive in what he said.
And what I actually found is, assume it's not a setup.
And he calls up these people on stage.
And what is supposed to be, much like when he busted those two people having an affair, what's supposed to be just a feel good moment of a concert turns political unbeknownst to and not because of anything that he's trying to do.
When he flashed at, what was it, the kiss cam on the couple that were clearly having an affair, don't have sex at work and don't cheat on your wife, although they were both, by the sounds of it, already involved in a divorce, whatever.
I don't believe this was a setup.
So I believe this is supposed to be one of those good moments at a concert that turns political just by nature of the world in which we live.
So where did you come from?
They're supposed to say America, France, I don't know, Italy.
From Israel.
Okay, well.
And now he hears the buoing of the audience and he's trying to make peace among the crowd.
And what he says to me is exactly what everyone has been saying from the beginning.
Don't confound Israeli citizens with the actions of the government.
And it's not anti Semitic to criticize the government of Israel, but where you start saying all Jews are Sionists, yada yada, well then you can't blame people for saying it's anti Semitic.
But Chris Martin is doing exactly what people have been asking people to do from the get-go.
Distinguish, distinguish between Israeli citizens and the Israeli government.
Okay, well listen.
I'm going to say this.
I'm very grateful that you're here as humans and I'm treating you as equal humans on earth, regardless of where you come from or don't come from.
Thank you for being here.
We're grateful and thank you for being lovely.
So it's a little bit too hippy-dippy, lovely-lovely, whatever.
But that's who Chris Martin is, from what I understand.
although it's controversial maybe i also want to welcome people in the audience from palestine because You could hear the political leanings of the crowd.
There were a couple of stupid analogies out there.
One person said, uh, this would be like bringing someone up who's black on stage and saying I respect you as an equal despite you or because or despite you know despite your being black but I'd also like to welcome the KKK in the crowd that's stupid and that's stupid I forget whoever said that if you said it you should be ashamed of yourself equating uh equating all Palestinians to KKK members is stupid what would have been more analogous and I think it would have gone down the exact same way had they gotten up on stage and said where are you from we're from Moscow I think
you would have had booing in the crowd if they had said we're from Russia I'm convinced you would have had booing in the crowd and then Chris Martin would have said look I'm grateful that you're here and I'd like to welcome all of the Ukrainians in the crowd as well because he is trying to make peace beyond the conflict.
That was my controversial take.
And I don't think it's controversial.
I think it's right.
What's ironic about this, or at least funny about this entire situation, is he's pissed off not only the pro-Israel crowd, he's pissed off the pro-Palestinian crowd because he says, how can you be nice to people who are supporting genocide?
I mean, that's the impossible position in which Chris Martin found himself by virtue of the fact that the people he happened to call up on stage happened to be from one of the two.
hottest most politically uh controversial current military conflicts on earth that's all see what's going on.
Let me just do a couple of things here.
Okay, we're going to raid the redacted sooner than later and save a couple of good stories for our viva barns law dot locals dot com after party.
What are we going to save for there?
Hmm.
What did I have on the back?
The back.
What is this Epstein victims to speak at news conference pushing for a file?
Oh yeah, that's what we're going to save.
All right.
We're going to save that.
We're going to end with one thing just because I want to put it on as much blast as humanly possible.
First of all, everybody, thank you for being here.
Daily 3 o'clock, viva fry.
What was I going to say?
You know all the links and all the stuff.
Oh, hold on.
I gotta tell you one thing.
Okay, okay, okay.
Everybody knows that I've gotten a little bit into baseball cards or not trading cards, UFC primarily.
My kid has gotten into baseball now.
So I say, above and beyond it being whether or not it's a stupid childish hobby to get involved in, my kid has gotten into baseball now and we've signed him up for a baseball team.
We got him a bat which we unfortunately left at the park the other day.
So that's a good enough anyway.
Either way, we go to Dicks to get a pair of cleats and some baseball stuff.
And on the way out, we see a box of Tops Chrome at the front so we get one anybody who knows baseball i'm not going to say what this is i'm just going to show you the card we get one and as i'm going through it it's like this card looks a little weird like i've never seen it something about it he said the guy's head looks big okay check this out so this is a jameswood rookie card and it's what's called a super short print image variation or something i have no idea what it Out of a
blaster pack or whatever the box was at a dick's.
And the card seems to hold tremendous value.
The only problem is it's got a freaking crease out of the pack.ack, which it makes ungradable.
It makes it a worthless card.
All I'd say, TOPS has been taking them, TOPS takes them back and replaces them.
We'll see what we get if they replace it with the same card or something else.
But the hell did I just get into that before?
Whatever.
That was the fun part.
So that's the fun stuff.
What I wanted to say is put it on blast before we head over to viva barneslaw dot locals dot com is the universal ostrich farm.
I got a call from someone yesterday.
And what am I doing here?
Link, come over to locals.
I got a call from someone yesterday.
And the situation in the ostrich farm in British Columbia has gotten dire now.
Now because apparently the leaked information is unverified, but it's from a very trusted source and it seems legit is that the I don't know which agency is going to carry this out, but that agents are being mobilized now to descend on the ostrich farm and slaughter the ostriches up to or maybe more than 100 officers.
I don't know how they're going to do it.
I just have no idea how it's going to work logistically.
They've been authorized, they're in the process of doing it, and the person from whom this information came, distraught over having to reveal this information.
And so we're trying to get it to be on absolute blast and trying to get it to the eyes of, you know, whomever.
It's, I don't often ask.
And I don't do it because, hey, man, can you share my tweets?
Unless, you know, literally it's a matter of life and death.
And this one is literally a matter of life and death for the ostriches.
If it doesn't get, I don't know how much more attention you can get than the White House, but...
I sent it to my immediate network of bigger bullhorns.
But you can't, I mean, you have to ask every now and then.
This is like, it's not my one time.
It's going to be one of the few times where I ask, can you please share this important update, universal ostrich rights, please share.
I spoke with someone who's direct knowledge of these developments.
It's been leaked to him or her.
The Canadian government has already, quote, is the one that has mobilized something of a task force to descend, damn it, to descend on the farm and kill the ostriches.
Apparently, an unknown but substantial number of authorities are in the process of, or will imminently be descending on the farm to slaughter the ostriches.
I'm told that anyone who tries to intervene will likely be arrested.
I'm also told that the farm is attempting to install cameras to live stream events as they unfold, but I suspect the authorities will disable cameras, interfere with any live streaming, would never ask.
And they say the eyes of the world need to be on the situation, yada, yada, yada yada, yada, yeah, fricking tagging Mark Carney.
If you cannot be on site, oh, the eyes of the world need to be on this.
If you're in the area and want to support, I am told that there are slightly over a dozen supporters on site.
If you cannot be on site but want to support, please share the message.
I don't know what more we can do beyond the White House RFK juniors in there.
And that's it.
If the information is accurate and there's no reason to believe it's not accurate, they've gotten the okay from the federal court.
I don't know what it's going to look like, but it's going to be.
And I'm wondering if they're going to come in and snipe the ostriches.
What I actually, if I'm thinking like the government, you can't chop their heads off.
They're going to run around for a long period of time and create havoc among the other ostriches.
I think they're going to come in with suppressors on sniper guns and sniper rifles and shoot them and try to do it quietly so as not to create panic among the living ostriches.
These things are 300 pounds massive beautiful beasts.
So please share it if you can.
And if you can't or don't want to, that is also fine.
We're going to raid right now.
Tell them from whence you came and show some love.
Redacted does amazing stuff.
And I know that they are.
Hold on.
I'm.
Yeah, I'm going to put it here.
Raid.
I know that redacted is.
covering it as well.
So please go show some love, share it around and when you get into the chat and Redacted, put in a little Viva Santra and continue the amazing day of streaming and analysis that goes into the evening.
Confirming raid, bada bing, bada boom.
It's on 415.
Viva, noob, do it again.
Yeah, there.
I did it.
I did it.
It worked.
I am a noob.
And then my wife, she loves me for it.
Okay, here we go.
Viva, raid, booyah.
I think the quartering raided me from here, but no, we do this thing.
throughout the day.
It's an amazing network of commentators, analysts on Rumble.
It's working phenomenally.
And there you go.
Booyah.
You guys are in there.
So I'm going to end it.
Thank you all for being here.
I will see whoever's coming over to vivabarneslaw.locals.com.
