Big Tish Gets SPANKED! Appeal Court ANNULS $500 Million! Corruption at the FED? Trans Madness & MORE
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Ladies and gentlemen of the interwebs, what you are going to witness now is the greatest display of condescension, arrogance, pomposity, stupidity, naivety and what about them, what about them, you will ever see.
Behold, you can give everyone here like a $50,000 check, especially people that are in the streets who are committing violent crimes consistently.
A $50,000 check, it's not going to fix anything.
It's not going to increase the median household income in the next ten years by ten percent or twenty percent.
For example, we have the Chinese Exclusion Act of 1882.
We prevented Chinese people from getting citizenship and even entering the country.
We discriminate against them and basically put them under apartheid, even here in the United States, yet they have the highest median household income.
How is that possible?
How come they don't complain and feel entitled consistently to beg for reparations and beg for this when they are killing each other ninety percent of the time, which is the rate that black people kill each other according to the FBI.
Oh, young Matt.
Yet white people are the oppressors.
I'm not sure where your education came from, but they lied to you.
Stats don't lie though.
Statistics lie all the time.
So let's start there.
Let's start with young men.
Just remember that for when it comes back later.
Yet white people are the oppressors.
I'm not sure where your education came from, but they lied to you.
Stats don't lie though.
Statistics lie all the time.
So let's start there, particularly when the statistics are coming from the sources that gain from the statistics being shown a different way.
When they come from sources who benefit from gaming the statistics the way they want, because the FBI would gain from observing that the majority of black on black crime, let me rephrase this, the majority of crime against black people is committed by black people.
Yeah, the FBI gains so much from that they actually had to stop reporting it based on race.
Son, wait until we get to this part.
If you're going to start your argument on stats, don't lie.
You've already lost the argument.
They lie.
They lie all the time.
One.
You know who doesn't lie all the time?
Her.
This woman's name is Amanda Sears.
Apparently she's some sort of activist.
Comparing Chinese people who are immigrants that made a choice to come to the United States and comparing the continued effort of black people to ground themselves in a nation that continues to make impediments for them to show and live and exist in their true citizenship is a false equivalence.
I don't believe that happens at all.
What, what, no one here is in.
Are you acting right now?
That's the truth.
There's no systemic racism that I've experienced here in America.
What system is racist?
I think the only systemic racism that we've actually seen recently, systemic racism that we've seen, is the application of systemic racism against white people.
The University of Western Washington, for example, has been trying to segregate.
Aren't you so cute, young man?
Segregate dormitories using black only dormitories because black people feel safer among themselves, but they're more likely to kill each other than white people ever are likely to kill them.
That's just the truth.
You have King Von rapping about killing other black men.
Why should I think that the white man is the oppressor when black men are more likely to kill me?
Oh, I'm scared.
Oh, God, this is scary.
You need to think about me as your mama.
Don't talk to me in that fas fashion.
You need to think of me as yo mama.
Do not talk to me in that fashion.
First of all, I didn't think that the kid, I don't think the kid wasn't rude at all.
The kid didn't raise his voice.
You need to think of me as yo mama after that woman referred to him as child or son.
And by the way, no, go get bent, you psycho lady.
You're not my mother.
My mother's not an idiot.
I'm sorry, we started off this debate with a hierarchy that you're the child and I'm the mother and therefore you will listen to my authority.
It was the worst thing I've ever seen.
So I see the clip on that and I'm like, who the hell is the woman?
And it turns out the woman's name is Amanda Seals, not Sears.
Maybe it was Sears.
There were I didn't see the entire debate, nor will I because I will vomit in my mouth.
There were so many instances of the most pathological condescension.
It's the worst thing I've ever seen.
And I see Mehi Hassan's debate.
So I think I'm coming from a place and I guess my issue is, is having had my biological father murdered by a black man, having had my cousin shot in the head by a black man.
We can talk numbers and statistics and what the people are doing, what the white man is doing, and all that.
Oh, you can't Because statistics lie.
Wait until you hear the rebuttal.
There are white men around at the same rate.
There wasn't a rob and rape me than a white man or a white officer.
We have to be real.
What's your proximity to white men in the south side of Chicago?
Are there even white men around to rob and rape you at the same rate as there are black men?
No, no, this woman is embarking on such an epic self-owned, what's the rate of white people in the most crime infested areas of America?
None.
Congratulations, Amanda Seals.
You didn't make the point you thought you were making.
There are white men around at the same rate.
There wasn't a lot of black people in there, but then that doesn't justify the fact that we're destroying each other.
So even if we don't do anything like that, we can agree on that.
Okay, because I feel like a lot of white people.
Nothing justifies, like, well, I'm not a liberal.
I'm not a liar.
I'm not a liberal.
Okay, well, I will say, you're not a liberal, you're just an idiot.
Are you in the proximity of white people?
No, because in that part of Chicago, the demographics are whatever and the crime rates are whatever, but you can't trust the crime rates because they're made up by the FBI.
Pathological insanity.
Pathological, I'm just going to do one more.
I wanted to start off with this because it was just, it was just too glorious.
Is this, this is another one.
I mean, either she had the most stacked black conservatives to rake her over the coals, or she's the biggest idiot on earth, or it's a little bit of column A, a little bit of column B. Listen to this.
Don't bring up Harriet Tubman's name in vain, baby.
Harriet Tubman was literally, literally saving her family and others from slavery.
Yeah.
You know who helped her?
White people.
You know who helped her?
They were on the underground road.
Come on in.
You know who helped her?
Come on in.
No, you know who helped her?
Guy.
People who benefit from white supremacy.
One of the things that lies.
So white people did help Harriet Tubman, but they were the white people who benefited from white supremacy.
So even when white people were helping free the slaves were fighting to end slavery when no one else anywhere in the world, including Africa, the Middle East was fighting to end slavery, the white people who ended who fought to end slavery, who helped Harriet Tubman smuggle family to where slavery had been abolished, benefited from white supremacy.
So their good deed was in fact nothing more than an act of white supremacy.
Holy crab apples.
I might have to go wash the entire journal.
I need to get on one of those things.
I think I would crush it and crush whoever came there with the abject stupidity of Amanda Sealals, it's S E A L E S. Oh, let me just get her by Amanda Seals.
Oh, I do know who she is.
Oh, stupid me.
She looked a little different.
Amanda Seals, American actress.
Let's get to Wikipedia.
Amanda Seals born as, yeah, that is her, formerly known by the stage name Amanda Diva.
Well, she should go back to that stage name is a Grenadian American actress.
She starred in the HBO comedies Insecure, yada, yada, yada, early life, career.
Uh, all right.
Is there the word debate in here?
Uh, no.
I hope that is the same.
That's it.
It's the Amanda Seals.
That's what I saw on one.
Anyhow, welcome to the show and everybody that I had to start with something that would, oh my goodness, highlight the bad way to argue and the good way to argue and the tricks that sneaky Dekis are going to play in arguments to say, you can't trust statistics, you can't trust anybody except for me.
You'd better bow to me as though I'm your mother, as though mothers can't be wrong.
And the gesticulation of condescension was truly beyond the pale.
Now, by the way, you know, let's just do a little, a quick, let's do a quick.
Thank you to our sponsor here, here.
Who is Amanda?
Seals, Venice.ai, clean, safe AI.
Let's just see what it has to say in terms of the answer that it's going to give us.
Amanda Seals, get ready for AI that doesn't collect your personal data that will.
Amanda Seals is a Grenadian, uh, American actress, comedian, cultural commentator, known for her work in television, film, stand-up comedy.
Well, she is funny.
Oh, she's born on the first of July.
That's Canadians' national independence, not, um, not America, 1981.
She's younger than me.
Inglewood, California.
She's the daughter of Grenadian immigrant and has dual citizenship in the US and Grenada.
Hold on a second.
Didn't she say that black people were not immigrating to Canada and that because Japanese people chose to immigrate to America, sorry, I meant that they then can't complain about the systemic racism in America.
Her father immigrated to the United States of America and one of her arguments was predicated on how the analogy fails between Japanese Americans who are exploited, abused, tyrannized and yet somehow managed to make more than Whitey to say that we couldn't criticize, we couldn't make that comparison.
Holy crab apples, Venice.ai.
Thank you very much for being the sponsor of the show and teaching us about this.
Everybody, let me just actually do the proper get to the proper details on Venice.
Yes, AI, artificial intelligence like chat GPT like Google, but good.
Everybody Sam Altman said that chat GPT will get to know you over your life.
Chat GPT has the former director of the NSA sitting on their board right now.
Edward Snowden called this a willful calculated betrayal of the rights of everyone on Earth.
Alexa listens to us and recommends products based on our conversations.
They do.
Meta retargets us based on our browsing and engagement history.
It does.
Why do we assume AI is going to be any different?
It took us far too long to truly understand what social media companies were doing with all the data they stole from us over the last decades.
Are we going to really make that mistake again?
Enter the solution venice.ai Venice utilizes leading open source AI models to deliver text code and image generation to your web browser.

Good afternoon, everybody.
How goes the battle?
I spent several hours more than I ought to have having the tires rotated on a vehicle.
And I know these are first world problems because there's the Irish thing, you know, like if you have a if you have a if you're complaining about a leaky hole in in the roof, well, be grateful that you have a roof.
If you're complaining about the time spent wasted, although it wasn't really wasted, because I just read for hours while I was there, be grateful you have a vehicle that has tires that need rotating every six to ten thousand miles.
But I got to read everything today and holy cows, it's a bad day to be Amanda Seals and it's a bad day to be Leticia James.
You've all heard the news.
First of all, she's just a highlight.
We're going to get Leticia James, New York nipple judge Engeron are having a bad day because their $500 million penalty against the Donald Trump has been overturned.
The rest of the decision stands.
We'll get there in a second.
This woman who's in charge of the Fed or on the Fed looks like she's facing the same mortgage fraud accusations that Big Tish and Adam Schiffer Brains makes shift pencil neck needle face is facing.
And there's a couple of other things that are going on in the world, trans madness.
We're going to follow up on a story of a journalist that I've been tracking for a while now.
Let's start with Big Tish having her $500 million penalty for a victimless crime in which there was no complainant between two sophisticated private actors has been overturned.
The order that was issued by New York nipple judge Angeron.
I've got to back up all the way to the bottom, beginning of this story, because it's been so long and it's been, you know, occurring over such an extended period of time with the revelations that we've been learning occurring over time.
We got to back up all the way to the beginning.
And it begins with Leticia James election promise.
Is this the one that, oh no, yeah.
This, we'll start with this.
I I I have a bunch of clips of Leticia James going back a while.
If you've been with the channel for a while, you've seen these.
Leticia James.
Now I got to start with the right one.
Leticia James literally campaigned off prosecuting Donald John Trump.
And if you have any doubts of this, I'm going to bring you the clips.
Listen to this.
I might play the whole thing just because I think we need to see it.
This was from, I want to say, 2018.
America is an uncharted territory.
We are angrier and more deeply divided than we've ever been at any point in our history since the Civil War.
And at the eye of the storm is Donald Trump, ripping families apart, threatening women's most basic rights.
I'm running for Attorney General because I will never be afraid to challenge this illegitimate president.
I'm running for Attorney General because I will never shy away from challenging this illegitimate president.
That sounds like election denialism that can land you in jail.
This was her campaign when she was running for AG of New York, running on a basis of prosecuting her political rival by name.
When our fundamental rights are at stake.
Look at her face.
Look at her ugly snarling face.
When our fundamental rights are at stake, from the Muslim ban to efforts to deport.
immigrants, to denying transgender students the ability to choose whatever bathroom they want, rolling back regulations to protect our planet, colluding with foreign powers.
Do you realize everything she said now has proven to be an absolute lie?
There was no Muslim ban, there was no collusion, and now we have the evidence that the scumbag scoundrels in bed with which she was, don't know, I'm speaking like Yoda, were the ones who manufactured that lie from the get-go.
Putting profits over people, dividing us in ways we haven't seen in generations.
I believe that this president is incompetent.
I believe that this president is ill equipped to serve in the highest office of this land.
So I'm going to run for Attorney General to put this man behind bars is what she ran for and was elected on in the Communist state of New York.
And I believe that he is an embarrassment to all that we stand for.
He should be charged with obstructing justice.
I believe that the president of these United States can be indicted for criminal offenses.
And we would join with law enforcement and other attorneys general across this nation in removing this president from office.
In addition to that, the Office of Attorney General will continue to follow the money because we believe that he is engaged in a pattern and practice of money laundering, laundering the money from foreign governments here in New York State and particularly related to his real estate holdings.
Money laundering.
Why did she think there would be money laundering from foreign states for his real estate holdings?
Because she said domestic banks wouldn't lend to him.
It's important that everyone understand that the days of Donald Trump are coming to an end.
The days of Donald Trump are coming to an end.
It starts with electing an attorney general who will never back down.
When Trump or anyone else threatens our rights.
So I hope that you will join me and vote on Thursday, September 13th.
With quiet dignity and defense.
God just punched me.
I bit my cheek there.
That sneer of vengefulness, that was literally what she campaigned on, arguing that Trump was laundering money from foreign nations because he couldn't get loans from domestic banks.
And when that turned out to be bunk, well, then they had to go after the domestic banks or at least claim that he frauded the domestic banks who never complained one day in their life.
Now let's get back to the other clip that I brought up a second earlier.
There, New York Leticia James.
Yeah, let's see what she says here.
President Trump was almost on the verge of of bankruptcy.
And then all of a sudden he was flushed with money.
And we all know that domestic banks were not offering him any credit to him.
Well, that's obviously wrong.
And so the question is, where did he get all that money from?
We all know that domestic banks weren't extending.
Oh, yes, they were.
And then when they found that out, then they had to go find a way to go after him for domestic banks lending to him at rates that made everyone happy.
Can you, can you, can you believe this?
And it's an amazing thing because the internet's forever.
I've screen grabbed things so that I'm sure that they can't take them down afterwards.
There was a post that she put up here a while ago.
A while back, it's just so glorious to get to see These things, documenting them.
If she deletes them, they will exist forever on the Viva Fry channel.
New York attorney Leticia James in February 2024 said when powerful people cheat to get better loans, it comes at the expense of hard working people, especially when you do it through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac type loans, not when you have private actors deciding who they lend to or who they borrow from.
Doesn't matter.
Set that aside.
Everyday Americans cannot lie to a bank to get a mortgage.
And if they did, our government would throw the book at them.
True.
There simply can't be different rules for different people, whether or not she's ever going to get her just cons just compensation for that.
The court today annulled the $500 million verdict.
But before we even get into that, I want to highlight Leticia James belongs in jail, not just for her alleged mortgage fraud, which is black on white guilty and dead to rights, not just because of that, after she got that disgusting judgment from a judge who you will recall.
Get got online and, uh, where was it here?
Remember that video of New York nipple judge Engeron basically boasting about all of the tools he had at his disposal to get to the conclusions of law that he wanted to get to?
Get ready for the hearing of a...
Listen to this.
I had one last thing to say about tools.
A lot of what I do involves motions.
Motions.
These summary judgment motions, I meant.
And all right.
This is the judge in the file, by the way.
This is New York nipple judge Engeron.
We'll get to the nipple in a second.
This is the judge in the file.
This is some eight years before he's at some event talking to some journalists, explaining to him the tools he.
has as an activist judge, am I following the law or am I making the law?
Oh, we'll see here.
I'm going to play it.
I'm going to shut my big mouth now.
You've all seen this probably.
If you haven't, prepare to have your minds blown.
Am I following the law or am I making the law?
Okay.
I'm following the law.
I'm an impartial referee.
But it's hard to factor out my own emotions.
And I have tools.
Somebody can say, well, Your Honor, you have to throw out this case because it's just like another case.
Well, is it just like another case?
What if the defendant was wearing a red sweater instead of a blue sweater.
Well, that's an extreme example.
That wouldn't distinguish most cases, but there are other facts that do.
Maybe the education of somebody who supposedly entered into a contract would decide whether the contract was binding.
I have a tool that I'll call a tool called a stopple.
Somebody makes an argument and I say, you can't make that argument.
You made a different argument three months ago in this case or even in another case.
I have a tool that prevents a defendant or a party from availing themselves of arguments in law.
You said something different in this case or another case.
I've got tools.
Am I following the law or am I making the law?
I'm impartial, but we all have our biases and I've got my tools to come to whatever conclusions I want, whether or not it's as trivial as the color of your sweater.
So I wish you all luck.
I'll stand here or around afterwards for questions.
And again, thanks to the administration for having me.
You should be standing in jail, New York nipple judge.
Now we're getting to the nips.
I said we were getting to the nips because I think everybody forgot about the nips.
This is just a long summary that I put on Twitter about the nips.
About the New York nipple judge Engron, he ran a website for his alumni in which he was boasting about the negative judgments he was rendering against the Trump family, specifically Eric at one point to show off that he's an eighty year old man in reasonably good shape, although that torso looks like a demonic creature from Pan's labyrinth,
he put a picture of his topless body with the camera covering his genitalium and put in the words bonus torso photo as if anyone, including the teenagers on his alumni website, wants to see that shrivelled man's liver spotted body.
This is the judge in the file.
Bias, corrupt and anti-Trump and proud of it.
came down with a $500 million judgment against Donald Trump for allegedly exaggerating the value of his properties because New York nipple judge Engeron said the Mara Lago property that's worth half a billion, if not a billion, was actually only worth $28,000 to $27,000 based on the county appraisers' evaluation.
I went to that property as a joke one time during an event and did my own appraisal.
It's a beautiful place.
$500 million.
I will refresh your memories and I've screen grabbed and tweeted in perpetuity.
Leticia James, big Tish, corrupt B Biach takes to Twitter after the judgment because this is what an attorney general who's not a totally corrupt, malicious POS SOB skunk.
Sorry, I'm saying it.
This is what a normal attorney general would do.
They would go to Twitter and then tweet out the amount of the award as though they've just owned the president that they campaigned off of persecuting.
You remember when she did this?
464,576,230,62 dollars.
Suck on that Trump.
This is what attorneys generals do.
But that's not all she did.
And you might remember this one.
And if you don't, I'll remember you.
And by remember you, I mean remind you.
Then she added the interest plus $114,553.
That was my problem.
$114,553.400 add them together because understand everybody when they made Trump post the bond and I think the bond was $100 or $150 million.
They reduced it from the actual amount.
The interest on this award was accruing and Kami Biach, Leticia James was rubbing in the face of Donald Trump that every day that passed, the interest on the half billion dollar bullshit persecution was $115,000 That's someone's house right there.
Every day.
And she was happy, proud.
Went to Twitter, tweeted out the judgment, then tweeted out the interest, then did the math.
And I know that she used Siri to do that.
And I just make sure that everybody's going to remember that she did that.
Go rub it in her face a little bit here.
Oh, gee, that aged well, Tish.
Well, today, a little bit of justice.
New York Court of Appeals, at least as we're looking relates to annulling the quantum of the insane award unanimously annulled the award.
One judge, as we're going to see in a second, said it was a pure political persecution.
And if I haven't made the evidence for that claim, you'll never be able to be convinced from Fox News people.
New York Court of Appeal throws out $500 million penalty.
No one was hurt.
No one was damaged.
No one complained except for the state intervened in a private business transaction between two sophisticated parties, the banks and Donald John Trump.
And let's say the damage.
from that because we have to set a standard for everybody, right?
The damage is to society because Donald Trump got a favorable interest rate on his loans.
500 million should do.
The court ruled the disgorgement was an excessive fine that violates the constitution.
I love how they say the eighth amendment.
No, it violated the constitution because the founding fathers in their infinite wisdom said, yeah, we know bullshit when we see tyrants acting like tyrannical beasts.
And they said no excessive fines or punishments.
500 million dollar disgorgement penalty for a victimless.
crime in which everyone was happy is about as unconstitutional as it gets.
Might be even more unconstitutional than waterboarding.
I shouldn't say that because waterboarding is pretty arguably unconstitutional except there might be some constitutional means to it.
And at the very least in theory, I don't I don't agree with waterboarding people, by the way, just so we're clear in theory at the very least, you're dealing with enemy combatants.
Although I guess to Leticia James, Donald John Trump is an enemy combatant.
An appellate court has thrown out the $500 million civil fraud penalty against President Donald Trump in a high profile case brought by Big Tish who's getting her big tush slapped today.
New York Appellate Division overturned the penalty, ruling the discord was an excessivecessive fine that violates the eighth amendment of the Constitution of these United States of America, Fox, five member panel all upheld the findings that Trump and his company were liable, affirming that James acted with her own authority and that injunctive relief to curb Trump organization practices was appropriate.
That's going up to appeal anyhow.
We'll see what happens with that.
The ruling leaves liability intact but eliminates the massive financial penalty of 364 million dollars plus interest, which rises to around 500 million.
Truth took the truth, said total victory, fake news, yada, yada, yada.
I greatly respect the fact that the court had the courage to throw out this unlawful, disgraceful decision that was haunting businesses.
Throughout New York State.
Others were afraid to do business there.
The amount including interest and penalties was over 550 million dollars.
It was a political witch hunt in a business sense, the likes which no one has ever seen.
He also blast the case as election interference, saying it was tried during the 2024 presidential campaign while praising justice David Friedman, who issued a partial dissent.
Friedman, this is where people, you know, you're going to say, oh, it's the Jews.
And you're going to ignore the one if you want, like, oh, there's, there's bad people on both sides.
He had what, you know, they called the first impeachment the Jew coup.
I don't know if you've ever heard that term.
They called it the Jew coup because of the amount of Jewish politicians or the disproportionate or statistically over representation of Jewish politicians in it, ignoring the fact that there were many people defending Trump who were also of Jewish faith, although not acting in any capacity as representatives of the Jewish people.
Friedman wrote that Jane's true aim was political and argued the entire case should be dismissed.
He said her ultimate goal was not marked hygiene, market hygiene, but political hygiene ending with the derailment of the president Trump's political career and the destruction of his real estate business.
If I haven't presented the evidence to support that, no one will ever be convinced.
This will go to appeal and that dissenting judge in his dissenting on theing on the dismissal of the whole case might be vindicated at the higher level.
At the very least right now, unanimously, Trump vindicated with this idiotic, insane $500 million penalty disgorgement being overturned.
Friedman blasts James' use of section 6312 of the New York Executive Law, which gives the state attorney broad power to pursue civil frauds.
Where did it go?
Civil fraud claims.
He wrote it was unprecedented and political given James essentially limitless power to prosecute or political enemies.
Friedman wrote that Trump's business deals involved sophisticated parties who profited without harming the public and concluded he would reverse the judgment and dismiss the complaint.
Section 6312 has never been been used in the way it is being used in this case, namely to attack successful private commercial transactions negotiated at arm's length between highly sophisticated parties fully capable of monitoring and defending their own interests.
Freedman wrote, No shit, Sherlock Freedman considering the bank would do its own due diligence would do its own evaluations said that they would have done the deal again said that they were trying to get Trump's business, not vice versa.
All parties to these private transactions profited handsomely from the deals from which there was no discernible negative impact on the public interest because the judges were split on liability.
The case is now likely headed to New York's highest court, the Court of Appeals.
James, a Democrat elected Attorney General in 2018 has long had Trump in her crosshairs.
Probably not the best word to use, idiots.
During her campaign, what was it?
Was it Biden who said, well, at least I didn't use the word crosshairs?
Well, maybe Fox News, you don't want to use the word crosshairs.
Just word to word to the wise.
During her campaign, she called him an illegitimate president.
We saw all that.
Since Trump returned to office, the Justice Department has opened a grand jury investigation into James and issued subpoenas tied to civil fraud cases against Trump.
James has alleged that Trump is using the federal government to go after her politically.
Oh, what a strange thing to say for a Biach who ran on a campaign of promising to go after Donald Trump, the illegitimate president.
What an odd confession through projection thing to say, Leticia.
Oh, by the way, you lied on your on your forms.
You can't have more than one primary residence.
You know damn well what you did.
And by the way, by your own tweet, anyone who lies would have the book thrown at them.
Prepare, Leticia, to have the book thrown at you.
The Justice Department is also investigating her alleged mortgage fraud, including misrepresenting her primary residence on loans for homes in Virginia and New York.
She denies the allegations.
Well, Leticia, we have the papers.
We've seen the papers claims Trump is behind the move, calling it a revenge to her for the civil fraud suit.
Hold on a second.
Let me do this here.
Leticia, then Leticia, Leticia James mortgage fraud images.
Let's get the picture of the document.
I mean, it's pretty clear cut what she said on her documents.
Is this it right here?
Yeah, that's the one.
That's the one.
Hold on.
Wait a minute.
Submain right.
Here we go.
Let's see if we can get the actual document.
Here you go.
What's that, Leticia?
Oh, know all men by these presents that the undersigned Leticia James does hereby constitute and appoint Chamis Thompson Harrison of whatever here as her attorney in name, blah, blah, blah, blah, for the property, Norfolk, Virginia.
I hereby declare that I intend to occupy this property as my principal residence.
Oh, who signed it?
Leticia James.
It's a good thing.
We now know that no one is above the law, that anyone who lies will have the book thrown at them, and that you are a god forsaken scoundrel of a liar who deserves to have the book thrown at her jail.
Jail for Leticia James stripper of her attorney general position.
Malicious, vindictive, unprofessional, unbecoming of the office that she holds.
And now she is allegedly also the very same criminal fraudster that she accused Donald John Trump of being.
That's the good news of the day, people.
Rustang in the house says, Viva, you seem thrilled with this activist.
Why not get her on your show for a debate to encourage her to see your point of view?
I there's zero chance that she would come on, zero.
The funny thing is, it's going to go right back to the beginning of the show.
At the time, she probably thought she was coming off very well.
Like Kamala Harris.
Remember her?
Kamala Harris' face, gesticulation, like when you can't win a debate, just make a face like you're winning the debate.
And in the moment, it feels like you're winning the debate.
Hold on a second.
Let me, this is Kamala Harris.
faces debate.
Remember those faces that she made?
Oh, my goodness.
It's very funny actually.
She made the exact same faces that Amanda Sears was making.
Let me just get this out of here.
There's zero chance.
Oh, oh, what's that?
Oh, I feel bad for you.
Oh, I'm laughing at you.
I'm laughing at you again.
Oh, who's laughing now?
Zero chance she would come on, but in the moment she probably felt so good about it.
The good thing about the internet, it doesn't forgive and it doesn't forget, nor should it.
It's going to lambast her and mock her for the rest of her days, righteously show.
Righteously so.
Now, speaking of more fraudsters, this is also quite amazing.
We're going to go from scumbags to fraudsters.
There is a certain person on the Twitterverse that are pathological liars, the dumbest of the dumb, who also, you know, I'll reach out to the crash and see, maybe they'll come on, but then people are going to say, why are you giving these?
What do they call them?
Grifter clickbait artists airtime.
These people are idiots.
These are the same two brothers who came out and said 8647 afterwards and ha ha had a good laugh about it.
Liars, pathological through and through.
So when I see a tweet from them, I know they're liars and then I have to go say not if they're lying but just determine the degree to which and about what they're lying.
Brian Krassenstein.
I think these two might be the only two on the internet that I'm taller than.
Rights on Twitter breaking the Trump administration has just referred Federal Reserve governor Lisa Cook to the DOJ for alleged mortgage fraud while Trump just publicly demanded her resignation.
It's an amazing thing.
If I was going to say like, oh, Trump's new thing is mortgage fraud.
If they stopped doing fraud, thinking they would get away with it.
With it, it probably wouldn't be so bloody easy to find.
Leticia James dead to rights.
Adam Schiff dead to rights.
You don't get to claim two different properties as your primary residence.
You don't get to claim as primary residence a property that's not in the state that you represent as the resident of that state dead to rights black on white.
You lied and now you're going to say, oh, it was my power of attorney.
He did it.
I didn't know what was on that.
I'm sorry.
I was very busy.
I made a mistake.
Okay, jail.
That's what you wanted us to do.
Bankruptcy jail.
Those are the rules.
I didn't make them.
You made them.
We're just going to apply them to you now.
Cook was among the Fed governors who voted last month to hold interest rates.
stable.
Remember Jerome Powell doesn't cut set rates alone.
Decisions come from the entire Fed board, including Cook.
Trump is trying to take control of the Federal Reserve, a step that could send shockwaves through the markets.
Oh my goodness.
What does it say here?
Cook must resign.
Now, Trump ally calls on Bond A probe.
So that's Krasenstein's tweet.
I mean, you dig for all the five minutes and you find the truth if you know where to look and what you're looking for.
As I pull it up.
Here, these are the allegations.
They're just allegations.
I'm sure that they just bring the these letters without having seen the actual black on white lies on paper.
Viva Fry at the Viva Fry go follow me on Twitter says it's almost like they are guilty of everything they accused Trump of.
Free piece of advice.
Retardamotalban Kristenstein Krastenstein.
One cannot have two primary residences.
Furthermore, one cannot list a primary residence as a pretty rental property.
Maybe there's some like realm of the universe where you're yeah, I'm only renting out a room.
I'm only renting out half of the then you're not renting out the property.
She, like Leticia James and Adam Schiff, is a fraudster.
She should resign and then quietly go to jail after a fair trial.
Of course, this is the document.
document coming from who's it coming from?
This is going to Pamela Bondi coming from I forget the guy's name and I don't think I have the signature page on this.
The US Federal Housing, when you want to talk about fraud that's not victimless, when you're frauding government banks out of preferential interest rates, you are in fact frauding the people when a private, even if Trump had done what they said he did, it would be between him and the bank because the bank is not lending those money or operating on public funds.
Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, whatever it is here is different by lying to them to get them to give you a less than interest rate that would have otherwise been.
You're frauding the people out of what would have been money going to the people.
So this is a criminal referral for Lisa D Cook.
Dear Pamela Bondi, special attorney Martin.
I think Martin is the one doing all the work right now, but whatever.
Pursuing my authority as Director of the US Federal Housing, I am referring this matter below as a regulator of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and the Federal Home Loan Banks.
We take very seriously allegations of mortgage fraud, bank fraud, wire fraud, falsifying documents and other criminal activity.
Good.
Such misconduct jeopardizes the safety and solidity of the FHFA's regulated entities.
In the course of us exercising US Federal Housing Authority, yada yada yada, the US Federal Housing has identified matters that are appropriate for referral to the US Department of Justice for criminal for consideration of criminal prosecution.
According to mortgage documents obtained by US Federal Housing, it appears an individual, Miss Lisa Donnell Cook, has falsified bank documents and property records to acquire more favorable loan terms, potentially committing mortgage fraud under the criminal statute.
Just hope everyone understands the difference here.
Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, these are public, uh, these are these are government-run institutions.
So if you don't pay them five percent, you only pay them three and a half percent because you lied on your documents, you're deferring the people.
If I go to TD Bank and I say whatever to get me a more preferential interest rate on my mortgage, I'm not frauding any public people.
I might be frauding the bank and they might have a claim, but if they go and lend me the thing without like verifying the property, that might be on them as well.
There's the fundamental difference in the institutions.
These were two private actors in Trump's case, and this is a public actor in the Lisa Cook case, or at least as per the allegations right now.
This, the alleged criminal behavior has included.
falsifying residence status for an Ann Arbor, Michigan based residence and an Atlanta, Georgia based property in order to potentially secure lower interest rates and more favorable loans.
On june 18, 2021, Ms. Cook acquired a loan for the property at Whatever Avenue, Ann Arbor, and entered into a 15 year mortgage with the University of Michigan Credit for $203,000.
According to the mortgage agreement entered into with the University of Michigan Credit Union, Ms. Cook represented to use the property as borrower's principal residence within 60 days after the execution of this security instrument and shall continue to occupy the property as borrower's principal residence for at least one year.
after the date of occupancy, maybe she did it.
Maybe she did it.
And all of this is unfair.
Yet on July 2, 2021, two weeks later, Miss Cook purchased a condominium in Atlanta, quote, above the Four Seasons building, yada, yada, yada, entered into a thirty year mortgage for 540,000 dollars in the mortgage agreement.
Miss Cook affirmed that this property would serve as her primary residence within sixty days of execution and would serve as her primary residence for a full year.
So it is mathematically, logically, temporarily impossible to use both of these properties as a primary residence for at least one year given the time frame within which she signed both of those documents and warranted that both of them would be used as her primary residence.
Additionally, while Miss Cook.
affirmed that the property would serve as her primary residence, online records indicate that unit 3550 was listed for rent in September 2022.
So she lies, gets a more favorable mortgage rate interest rate, then tries to make a little bit of money on it.
Can you imagine?
It's not to poop poo whatever money they could make, money is money.
Can you imagine how cheap these criminal hoors are?
So the interest rate, what is she going to get?
3.5% instead of 5%?
Maybe she'll get 4% instead.
I don't know what the rates are here.
And then she wants to make a little money on it to get like rent money.
You're selling your soul for 15,000, 20,000 bucks a year.
Rental properties typically require the owner to enter an investment rental property mortgage as opposed to a primary residence mortgage while the property was this.
Why?
Because people are more inclined to walk away from rental properties if shit goes south.
You don't walk away from your home if you can't make mortgage payments, but you sure as hell would walk away from a condo that you're renting out if you can't make the payments.
If the, if the markets crash and the property is not worth the mortgage anymore, if you don't live in it, you're going to walk away from it because you don't even have to live in it to walk away from it in the first place.
Also, there's the risk issue in terms of having a rental property, whatever, set that aside.
Well, the property was listed for instance in 2022 a review of miss Cook's federal government financial disclosures for the calendar 2022 2023 indicate that she has not disclosed any rental income tied to this address.
Hmm, interesting.
I wonder if she did that old thing always in cash and took a little cash for the rental property so that she wouldn't have to declare it.
Criminals, god forsaken petty criminals who then prosecute to the fullest extent of the law, their political adversaries through machinations, manufactured political crises.
That's the, by the way, that's the governor of the Federal Reserve.
Just so you also appreciate that.
We are being governed by criminals.
Let me see who was it?
It was the, hold on, escape.
What was her position again?
She's one of the governors of the feds.
Oh, no, but it's not criminal.
You know, she's not a liar.
And the only reason they're going after her now is because it's political retribution for not lowering the interest rates governed by criminals who have gotten away with it for so long.
They don't even see the problem in what they're doing.
So Lisa Cook, enjoy your day if you ever face charges.
You know, of course, it's only allegations.
Maybe there's a good explanation for all of this.
Maybe they made it.
Maybe there's another Lisa Cook and this is just not her house.
It's possible.
It's possible.
We'll see.
Everyone has the right to a fair trial.
I don't pull the Nancy Pelosi.
You'll prove your innocence at trial.
I believe you're guilty and you'll have your day to defend to the extent that Pan Bondi actually does her job and brings charges.
But it looks like Ed Martin is there and Ed Martin is going to bring the charges.
It looks like it.
We'll see.
Hopefully, I'm not wrong on that prediction.

He could not prove in two court cases.
I told you guys, CIA grifter exposed him or he might just have lost a lawsuit.
I don't know, it doesn't need you don't need to go from a losing a lawsuit or maybe having said things you can't prove to being a CIA grifter.
But I haven't heard that news.
I hear a kid coming in who's making noise.
I'll I'll have a look at that afterwards.
Thank you very much for the crumble rant.
Sphi, hold on, I'm going to bring this up.
It's fiancis.
I'm going to go ahead and defend against these racist comments.
V-Prite's a black thing.
I don't know which story that was in response to, but it's not because Adam Schiff did it.
It's not because you know damn well.
Let me just think of who else obviously would have done something.
Oh, what's his name?
Freaking Pritzker did it.
It's a fat thing.
No, I mean, I'm being mean to Pritzker now.
Pritzker did the exact same thing.
He literally took out toilets from his mansion so that in Chicago so that he could then claim it was uninhabitable so that he wouldn't have to pay tax on it.
Hold on, Pritzker.
Let's go to Venice.ai.
Check this out here.
Let's use our sponsor for the second time in today's show.
I forget the details.
It'll come to me in a second.
I'm just thinking as I talk.
We go here.
What was the toilet scandal with Pritzker?
The dude removed toilets so that he could claim the house was uninhabited so that he wouldn't have to pay property tax on it.
If I'm not mistaken, let me see if that's my accurate recollection.
And for what?
Like for, for, for, I don't know.
It was tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of dollars.
What was the toilet scandal with Pritzker?
Here we go.
The toilet scandal involving JB Pritzker.
By the way, that's probably more my internet than anything else involving JB Pritzker revolves around a controversy concerning a property tax breaks he received for a Gold Coast mansion in Chicago.
Pritzker, a billion.
This is the other thing.
They have all the fucking money in the world.
They do it out of principle.
They do it because they just want to get a good deal and the they is not who the they think it is in this.
It's just the criminals.
They want to exert power.
They want to just get away with it because they're pathological.
Even if I had, even if I had the need financially to do this, I wouldn't do it because I would assume I wouldn't get away with it.
Okay.
He's a billionaire, Democratic.
Yeah.
Was accused of manipulating the property to qualify for significant tax reductions.
Specifically, he was reported to have disabled the toilets in the mansion, which was next door to his primary residence to argue the property was unhabitable and thus eligible for lower property taxes.
This tactic, which became a campaign issue, was highlighted by Republican opponent Bruce.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
They call him porcelain prince.
Oh my God.
The scandal gained traction when the Chicago Sun Times reported that Pritzker had bought a historic mansion, let it fall into disrepair, then argued it was unhabitable to win nearly $230,000 in tax breaks.
I mean, that's a lot of money.
But if you're a billionaire and you bought the mansion, if you can't afford it, don't freak in buy it.
Live by my father's words.
The home had no functioning bathrooms or kitchen according to documents filed with Cook County Assessor.
Prisker initially defended the tax break, but eventually decided to pay $330,000 in property tax savings, acknowledging the political backlash, yada yada yada.
Cheap, pathological, narcissist criminals is who we are governed by.
Oh, lordy, lordy, lordy.
Add to that list now, Lisa Cook.
I want to go back to viva barnslaw.logolocals.com and see what's going on in the community there.
When, okay, James lives in the same zip code as me, Michigan.
How is he not in jail?
Mama Sita, we also have the best memes over.
Is that even, is that real or fake?
Gross.
Oh, she's.
Oh, no, you're talking about, okay, Tsvihansis.
I get it now.
I don't want to defame Tsvihansis.
You're talking about Fanny Willis in the trial when she was saying why she had $15,000 or $50,000 in cash and she said it's a black thing.
Okay, I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I misunderstood that.
Accept my apology.
I did not mean to mischaracterize.
This is why it's dangerous to read chat and not know exactly what the context was.
I was quoting another black woman.
Okay, Spehansis, I formally retract apologizing correct.
Now I'm now I'm shooting, now I'm going to feel bad for the rest of the show.
All right, let's get to the next element of today's show.
Let me see what we're going to move into.
Well, speaking of the meme that we just saw, there's a story that I'm following by a journalist named Jackson Thompson.
This is the story about the trans volleyball player.
who he wrote an exposé, was it like a month ago, maybe about this trans volleyball player who was giving the plans of his team away to I'm saying his.
It's it's a male volleyball player who's playing with the girls because this guy said that he's, you know, identifies as a girl made the team, made the team to the detriment of other girls who wanted to be on that team.
And as I said in a tweet, you'll see in a second, I'm no longer using the qualifier biological.
I mean, it's, there's only one type of male or female and it is by definition biological.
This was the story of the male on the female's team who was conspiring to throw the game and allegedly colluding to get the other girl on the team who was objecting to this guy being on the team injured with a spike in the face allegations that he gave the game plans and the roster to the opposing team at a bar that the team knew about it.
They didn't do anything because I guess they wanted to avoid the political backlash of telling a boy that you can't play with girls and punishing the boy for being, I don't know, as far as sports goes, treasonist to the team.
This is a follow up by the same journalist, Jackson Thompson.
He's also the guy I reached out to after one of his stories was quoted or republished in Newsweek in which they referred to the he as a her and I DM it's like dude, why?
I was like, dude, why do they make you do that at the outlet or do you do it because you believe it?
And he says, actually, I didn't do it and they did it without my knowledge.
And then he asked them in Newsweek, when they republished the syndicated article, to not refer to the he as a her throughout the article.
This is the latest follow-up in this.
Trans volleyball player incident unleashes parade of angry parents on Illinois school board meeting.
Anonymous parents says daughter broke into tears on first day of school after finding out she didn't make the team while the dude did make it.
A trans athlete made a high school girls team in Illinois igniting Kia.
Inciting chaotic debate content.
Conan, Conan, how did he put it in the thumb?
Canon High School in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, saw a parade of angry parents speak out at the district's thing amid the controversy involving a biological man, a man, just a man making the team to the detriment of a girl.
Anonymous parent told Fox News her daughter did not make the cut for the team while the male student did make it, prompting her daughter to break into tears on her first day of school Monday.
The mother said the trans athlete, the man, quit the team the very next day amid the controversy.
Good.
The anonymous parent and another parent in a Facebook post claimed that the school's girls volleyball coach quit her position amid the situation and is now only coaching boys volleyball.
Maybe the dude can go try it for the men's team, see if he can make it there.
Unbelievable.
It's misogyny.
It's homophobia.
This whole two S LGBTQIA trans movement is misogyny and homophobia personified.
I want to get to the one who didn't have a problem with it.
Karen Powers, a mother of Conan graduate, yelled loudly at the board members outrage at girls having to compete against a biological male.
Powers also referred to the apparent resignation of the coach.
A long time beloved coach of the girls volleyball team quit.
And if she is here or watching, I have the utmost respect for you for standing firm on your morals and values, Powers said.
Later, raising her voice to yell, it's not a girl's responsibility to feel comfortable or unsafe for the sake of a boy pretending to be a girl.
He should be participating in sports designated for boys because he will always be one.
When do the girls in D 2011 get to feel safe, recognized and protected?
No, they got to look at a dick in the locker room and that's progress.
Psychological abuse of women for the fetishes or mental disorders of men.
That's progress according to these progressivists.
Okay, we got another one here.
While I want to get to the one who there was a guy.
Many of the parents who spoke in opposition to allowing males on girl sports teams referenced the story of a former high school girls volleyball player.
Peyton McNabb who suffered permanent brain damage when she was spiked in the face with a volleyball by a trans man during a game in 2022.
One speaker there who expressed support for trans athletes in girl sports suggested that McNabb's injury should be used to justify banning men.
Why not?
And that any female athlete who injures an opponent should also be banned.
In that case, I think if you maliciously injure someone, you should be, but there are certain risks of the sport given the parameters of the sport, which is you're playing against women versus risks of the sport that are not within the parameters of the sport, as in when you throw in a biologically, physically superior male.
Male and so it's stronger, longer arms, bigger heart, bigger lungs, as far as it goes, superior for the performance of that sport.
Since 2012, more than 214,000 high school and college women's players have been injured.
Almost every one of those injuries involved cisgender people.
He's using the word cisgender.
So why is no one calling for cisgender athletes involved?
They asked for more sport stuff, asked more safety stuff, sorry.
Asked Justin O'Rourke.
This is a man who I'd like to have on the channel.
Does he have any kids?
Does he have any girls?
Fox News cannot independently verify O'Rourke's statistics.
It sounds wildly inflated, but who knows.
And as it goes on, it's a good article you got then I wanted to play this actually here.
This is what we're going to do.
It's a good article.
Let me give actually the link to everybody before I Yeah, here's the link.
It's on Fox News.
Go support Jackson.
He's he's he's on Twitter.
He's a good guy doing good work.
And here, this is the this is the video.
Listen to this.
Just try to figure out which way you think this is when they're having the debate as to whether or not the federal rules, the federal executive order is going to allow them to continue with their tolerance of tolerating men abusing women., exposing themselves to women.
It used to be that a man showing his dick to a woman who didn't want to see it was indecent exposure, maybe some form of assault, and now it's progress and you're a bigot if you have a problem with it.
Listen to this.
But it won't be too long.
So I'm looking at my question I had sent ahead.
So I just want to make sure I really understand, right?
Okay.
So the updates and policies 2.26, 2.265 and 5.01 that reflect the federal government's most recent updates to Title IX and eliminating language around gender identity.
Obviously, I know that your answer was really great about letting us know how the state law still protects youth.
I'm just curious if because the federal government changes, are we mandated to comply with what they want?
us to put in there or remove technically the vocal fry drives me crazy is the as the authors of title nine the federal government does have the ability to to tweak in their regulations what is and what is not protected by that particular document.
So we cannot add federal protections to that.
The state of Illinois does still offer those same protections, however.
Okay.
Holly?
So I have similar concerns.
I think I'm just going to flag ahead of time that I, you know, as we review this and see your answers, be seeking kind of clarity in how we can be really clear about Illinois protections and how that might be worded.
But plenty of time.
All right, that was it.
Unbelievable.
They're the most tolerant people on Earth.
They tolerate insanity.
So that's that.
All right.
Let me see what else is going on here in the backdrop that I had.
What was this?
Is this the?
Oh, yeah, no, this was my tweet on the subject.
You know, it's amazing.
I haven't seen if they actually blocked me, but Libs of TikTok, you know, picks fights and finds fights every now and again, tweeted out update.
She's been blocked by Naperville 203, which was, who was Naperville?
That was the school, I believe.
If I'm not mistaken.
Hold on.
Naperville is, we empower students to develop and learn mindset, demonstrate adaptability, community effectively, think critically, and become global citizens.
Sounds like a globalist to me.
Peak insanity.
Yeah, the ball of the qualifier.
Okay, fine.
And then Naperville.
So that is what's going on in the world.
What is it?
The wide world of trance.
Fighting for the rights of men to abuse women.
Since whatever the hell this movement went off the deep end.
Now, we're going to do a couple more stories.
It's almost 4 o'clock.
We're going to do the raid in a few minutes before while everyone's here, make sure that you're subscribed, that you have notifications turned on if you want to get some.
By the way, yesterday, my wife, she said, Did something happen?
Because we sold 16 Louis the Lobsters on Amazon, which is where we self-publish too.
And I say, I don't know.
I think I mentioned it.
I don't think I mentioned it any better or worse than any other day.
Louis the Lobster, get a book.
Because no one, I'm going to leave it in with a typo.
No one has ever regretted getting a good children's book.
Louis the Lobster illustrated by Abigail Marshall.
Random page is, oh, I always I always pick that one.
Hold on.
I think it's because okay, here, random illustration page.
Let's hear this.
She went, she was even singing Happy Birthday to the Lobster when all of a sudden the miniest drop of water bubbled out of the pot and landed on Lucy's arm.
She shouted, Awie, that hurts.
I told you, Lucy, now please move away while I put the lobster in the pot.
Dun dun dun.
What happens when you put the lobster in the pot?
Mommy, what are you doing?
I'm putting the lobster in the pot to cook him.
We can't eat him like this.
Wouldn't that hurt him, mommy?
And then you got your illustration right there.
See, Louis the Lobster kind of looks like one of my dogs.
Go get one.
It's on Amazon, people.
And if you want to get some merch, vivafried dot com dot We still have another story here.
And I forgot what it was.
Yeah, Ian Miles Chong.
I'm going to tease it for a few seconds because there's there's fair, there's unfair, there's right and there's wrong, and in some cases it's black and white, you know, kind of like lying on a mortgage document.
I know people often accuse Ian Miles Chong of stealing people's content, reposting without attribution on Twitter.
If you don't know who he is, still great on Twitter.
You know, I I tend to attribute a certain degree of innocent mistakes sometimes.
Sometimes you don't know where a clip comes from.
Sometimes you want to cut a section out.
And so, but outright, we'll get there.
We'll get there in a second.
Before we do that, I'm going to milk it and tease it for all it's worth.
Go to vivafried.com if you want to get some merch, vivabarneslaw.locals.com if you want to support the work that we do.
And locals here, boom.
And that's it.
Now, let's do this.
Scandal on Twitter.
Ian Miles Shaw, accused by many, I am not accusing him of this.
I think at this point he's basically admitted to it, accused of stealing people's content reposting after making his own for the purposes of clicks, not as in quote tweeting without giving attribution, although giving attribution as you steal someone's work is not a defense.
Well, sure, I reposted your entire video, but I said where I got it from is not a defense.
It's copyright infringement.
George Alexopoulos, George, yeah, George Alexopoulos, hold on.
I'm good.
I think I might be screwing up his last name.
George Alexopoulos.
Yeah, good.
I'm not wrong.
Is a political cartoonist.
I actually had him on the channel a while back.
He's amazing.
I mean, you want to talk about good political cartoonism or whatever the hell you call it.
This was the original post from George Alexopoulos in the wake of the disaster, fatal, triple fatal car accident, criminal negligence in my view in Florida.
You have a pickup truck t-boning a bunch of cars in the street, Newsom Road exit, and the truck says diversity, our wheels, your strength, and you have people running to the scene of an accident.
I'm going to follow the timeline on this.
This is what Ian Miles Chong posted on Twitter, which, if you didn't know, you might just think was an AI generated image or his own creative what's the word I'm looking for when you do these types of things?
They're not analogies, they're all like concepts.
This is a it's a creative concept for political commentary.
You'd think it was his, you'd think he maybe created this through his own idea using AI and someone pointed out he didn't even give credit to the AI company that or the AI platform that generated this.
He generated this and if you didn't know that it was George Alexopoulos' creativity, ingenuity, original thought and original work, you wouldn't have known.
You would have retweeted Ian Miles Chong, giving him all the traction, virality and adsense that This generates on Twitter and to the detriment of George Alexopoulos because, you know, sometimes they say like if you play a clip from something, you might actually direct more traffic to it by teasing people with a little bit of a clip.
If you play a 30 second portion of a one hour documentary, no one's going to say you're parasitizing the traffic to that documentary.
You might actually be promoting it.
When you steal the idea, don't give attribution, don't give a link, don't quote tweet.
You're outright stealing and cannibalizing the original because now people see this and they're not going to know the original existed and they're sure as hell not going to need to go see the original now that they've seen the knock off and a good community note said this is a manipulated version of an original image created by George Alexopoulos and is not the original content from Ian Chong.
And then Ian Chong says he only did it to piss off George.
Now let's go to that one.
Well, let's just see, I want to, someone did a side-by-side comparison and just to highlight where it gets into the malice portion of this.
So in response to the community notes, Ian Miles Chong says to avoid crediting the artist, ha ha, no, I did it to piss him off.
That's wrong.
That's objectively wrong.
And objectively immoral.
And arguably objectively illegal and arguably objectively contrary to the rules and terms of service of Twitter.
Now, steal man, benefit of the doubt, you know, someone gets caught doing something stupid.
Some people don't have the moral maturity, the intellectual maturity to say, yeah, sorry, wrong.
So you get defensive and then you say, huh, no, I did it, I did it, I didn't, I didn't, I did it to piss him off.
That's my defense.
The problem is that might be admitting malicious copyright violation that could in fact expose Twitter X and Elon as a platform if they are knowingly allowing the platforming of people who willingly, maliciously violate copyright infringement, violate copyright laws.
I'm sorry.
Like when you go to a hotel and they say you undertake to abide by copyright laws because if you don't and you go and you rip a ton of stuff off our bandwidth, we might get into trouble.
And so we're just simply going to say you don't ever get to stay at a hotel of ours ever again.
That's what happens.
And a platform that knowingly allows for copyright violations can be held liable.
I gave, I gave, by the way, like some people think like, all right, Viva, you're being mean.
I was like, you know, still gray, Ian, Miles Chong can do the right thing if he's not going to do the right thing.
thing if he's not going to do the right thing out of his the goodness of his own conscience maybe he'll do it out of the goodness of his own fear of self-preservation because if he's doing it to troll you ain't going to get to troll very long when you get kicked off a platform if you're doing it to make some money and you realize that maybe it's not the right way to do it you're not going to be making money for very long when you get kicked off a platform just apologize delete let creators benefit from the fruits of their labor and apologize.
Three easy steps.
Here, the rules of Twitter.
Yes, copyright infringement is against the rules on Twitter.
Prohibits the unauthorized use of copyrighted materials, meaning users cannot post content that infringes on someone else's copyright.
Twitter terms of service and its copyyright policy explicitly states that users must respect copyright laws.
Saying ha ha I did it to piss him off is not going to be a defense of violating copyright laws.
Saying I didn't know that making an AI rendered variation of the original image in text, concept, layout, everything.
I didn't know that that was I thought I was bypassing it because it's an original work.
Bullshit.
One of the oldest lawsuits that I had or one of the first that I got involved in was a restaurant called Emberger in Montreal, M colon brgr.
And it was located on either Metcalf or Crescent downtown.
We find out that another restaurant opens up two kilometers away, 1.3 miles away, and they called themselves Oberger, O colon BRGR.
So you had Emberger, M colon BRGR and Oberger, O colon BRGR.
And worse than that, because it's a different name, who the hell could possibly confuse Emberger and Oberger?
I mean, there's no copyright trademark, anything there.
No, worse than that, they ripped off the entire menu.
They just literally copied, pasted and changed mutatis mutantis, all the menu items, which were like iconic phrases.
And they literally as a defense said, We thought we were far enough away from you.
And I'm like, you jackass, I got your menu.
You literally forgot to remove one of the hamburgers from your menu.
Anyhow, bottom line, under copyright law, very interesting provision to which I availed to which I availed of which for which to which I availed myself in that case, when someone reproduces your copyrighted work, it's yours.
And you can go in and seize all of it, at least under Canadian copyright law.
And so, and as much as they said, I thought it was good.
I didn't, I didn't, I thought we changed it enough.
Well, all right, you didn't, you're not.
And that is all ours.
And we went and we seized their awningning, we seized their menus, we seized every piece of promotional item that they had that said O colon and BRGR that had the same menu items like the Zach burger, some of these burgers that were so unique.
We seized all their crap.
It was totally useless.
And then they, uh, absconded and took off.
And then you find out that having a good judgment on paper when you have a judgment proof defendant, well, you preserve brand recognition, but, uh, it's an expensive lesson of life.
That's it, people.
Now we're going to go over to viva barnslaw dot locals dot com right after we raid redacted, uh, show some love hold on actually before we before we raid redacted before we go raid them hold on i'm gonna leave it open there if you want to send anything unopened packs of baseball cards preferably because i want to do uh what's the guy's name a pack of rips type openings unboxings like casey nistat maybe once a week if we have enough volume uh send stuff to

I, first of all, I'm so bloody neurotic.
I only talk about that which is clearly public.
But now, once the judgment is public, you can talk about everything in it.
I mean, especially when you go get these court orders, when you get a it was called, oh, I forget the type of injunction.
It wasn't it wasn't a Mariva injunction, but no, you get these court orders, you file them.
It's all it's all public.
Especially the copyright infringement.
Some stuff is not like when you have some stuff is under seal, but no.
Oh, hi, says DTQC.
Did you hear all here Alex Jones tweet that Trumpetman may replace Cash Patel with the Missouri of AG?
If I had to guess, I'd say they're going to, I'd say they're more likely to be replacing Bongino would be.
I have no, no insider knowledge on this period, full stop.
I would have thought Bon Gino would be the one.
They're not going to bump Patel down to deputy director in order to replace him with they would why would they replace Cash Patel?
Okay.
Well, either way, we're going to take that discussion on over to viva barneslaw dot locals dot com.
