Ladies and gentlemen, I'm going to let this one linger for a few minutes so you can behold the face of a bonafide psychopath.
James Comey, former director of the FBI, puts out a five minute video praising Taylor Swift.
If this doesn't creep you out, nothing will.
Behold.
Last week's cold turns out to have been COVID, quite a flashback.
And Donald Trump is still president and still humiliating America on a national stage standing next to Vladimir Putin.
It's like a dream, a bad dream.
you can't wake up from.
But I don't want to talk about that bad dream this week.
I want to talk about a truly inspirational public figure named Taylor Swift.
Of course, I watched her podcast interview with the Kelsey brothers.
Of course, I watched the whole thing.
Although on YouTube, Patrice and I got kicked off for the last 15 minutes and finished it on her phone.
I've got to put this on pause right now.
This is psychotic to a degree that is difficult to put into words.
Who thought it was a good I guess maybe he wants to post like shorts out of it.
So it's got to be shot vertically.
Where are his arms?
I mean, I admit maybe I just gesticulate a little too much when I speak, but that's a fine difference between that and being in a flipping coffin.
Like, really, it looks like he's got his hands bound and going into details that nobody on earth cares about, let alone the fact that he's a Swiftie.
And that he watched the entire interview, that he got kicked off of YouTube and watched the last 15 minutes on his wife's phone.
Who the hell cares that that's how you watched the podcast with Taylor Swift?
This is the former director of the FBI talking about COVID.
Who the hell is still testing for COVID?
Who the hell is he still taking boosters?
I mean, the jokes on the internet are that he's going for an insanity defense.
Who the hell is still testing for COVID?
It's psychotic.
It's absolutely psychotic.
And I'm aware.
I'm aware of the hashtag confession through projection and judge people by the adjectives they frequently use to describe others.
I only use these adjectives because I have to describe psychotic Democrat lefty lunatics.
I'm not going to go into the whole thing because.
it's crazy, but I'm going to go into a little bit more.
But I watched it.
You see, Taylor Swift and I go way back.
I went to my first concert of hers 15 years ago.
I've got to put it on pause there.
When I say psychotic, I'm not being glib and I'm not being, you know, an armchair diagnosis of a psychiatric disorder, hyperbolic, but there's something actually crazy about this.
Listen to the phraseology of what psychopath McGee just said.
Finished it on her phone, but I watched it.
You see, Taylor Swift and I go way back.
I went to my first concert of hers 15 years ago.
The fact that he says Taylor Swift and I go way back, suggesting there's something of an intimate personal relationship is how I understood it when I heard the Taylor Swift and I go way back.
I'm like, oh, that explains it.
She's an asset.
No, Taylor Swift and James Comey in his delusional, psychotic mind thinks he goes way back with.
Taylor Swift because he liked her music 15 years ago.
Hold on.
I'm going to fact-check myself in real time because I don't want to make a mistake.
Let me just double-check something.
Did James O'Keefe, did James Comey have any personal friends with Taylor Swift?
I just want to make sure that I'm not overreacting to this.
There's no evidence that he has a personal friend with Taylor Swift.
Okay, fine.
To say that like we have a relationship that goes way back because I've listened to her music for fifteen years is what a psycho stalker actually thinks he has a relationship with celebrities that he follows.
Hey, James, I'm getting this out of here now.
James, I don't have a relationship with Blink 182.
We don't go way back to 1999 because I saw them in Paris with my wife.
Holy, sweet, merciful hell.
He goes on for five full minutes of his undying adoration for Taylor Swift.
That's the former director of the FBI.
Do we want to watch more of it?
Let's watch a little bit more of it.
Not because we don't have enough to talk about today, because we have too much to talk about today, just so we can bask in the insanity of this man.
Watch how rigid he is.
He's reading a script, which is amazing, and he looks perverted.
I mean, I'm not, this might, this is not confession through projection.
He looks like a pervert.
I've been to a second and I have helped financially support the attendance of a lot of family members and others financially support the attendance of family members and others.
You think he was paying for someone's education, like he paid for a deposit on his daughter's house.
He bought tickets for people.
Is that how I would describe I financed the dinner of my friend the other day because I paid for dinner.
I financed the eating of many a peoples in my days by buying them lunch.
This is what a narcissist lofty describing of his own actions.
Oh, we go way back.
I financed other people's acquisitions of attendance at their venues of various geographic locations.
He bought people tickets.
He bought his kids tickets.
Good grades.
You're a father, James.
I'm in a family's Swifty group chat.
That's crazy.
I know all her music and I listen to it in my headphones when I cut the grass.
I'm pretty sure.
Oh, yeah, I have a favorite of hers, although I don't want to make any grass or callous jokes.
I wonder if Rand Paul's neighbor listens to Swift while he was mowing the lawn before he assaulted.
Was it Rand?
No, it was, oh jeez.
Paul, Paul Rand.
What's his?
I just totally blanked out everything.
Psychotic, absolutely psychotic.
What was what was my?
For me, it's a tie.
It's official.
James Comey is a psychopath.
And if I were Taylor Swift, I would be legit scared.
They love you until they hate you.
Oh my goodness, ladies and gentlemen.
If I look a little frazzled, it's only because I just successfully drove back from the 1776 Viva Barnes type.
Well, it was more, it was more 1776 than a Viva Barnes meetup, but it was a Viva Barnes meetup as well in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
I met a member of our local community who has become a good friend, Ginger Ninja, who made this chessboard behind me, and we hung out for a couple of days went to a gun range.
I had a moment that lasted all day and now we literally just got back.
Like I got back at 2:55 and the only reason I needed the 15 minutes was to queue up my links and Paul Ryan yes no no it wasn't Paul Ryan come on it wasn't Paul Ryan who was it who was it it wasn't Paul Ryan and well we'll get to it in a second uh my goodness people we've got what to talk about today uh so i've uh potentially got this thing called OCD with insight.
And it means basically you get obsessive compulsive disorder if you believe it's a thing, which I don't.
I just believe it's the type of wiring of a brain that people want to categorize.
And so they give it a cute name with a nice three-letter acronym so they can pigeonhole you as the crazy guy.
I admit and I recognize when I start obsessing in a healthy sense over issues, topics, stuff.
You know, it's how you get to know a lot about any given subject.
You obsess over it and you get all they call OCD about it.
With insight, also known as pure means, you know that you're crazy, but you live with it and you just make sure you don't go overboard and you keep yourself in check and yada, yada, yada.
I've been obsessing over that story of the illegal alien, Harajinder Singh, who A car carened into it, killed the three passengers.
And I the more I obsess over this story and dig deeper into it, and I'm going to get to the bottom of it.
There is a there, there, a big there, there, and a bigger there, there than anybody actually appreciates.
On the one hand, I'm going to have on it tomorrow Gordon McGill, trucker from Canada.
And we're going to talk about what he's writing a book about currently and what he refers to as the great replacement of Western North American truckers with unskilled, untrained, foreign illegal and sometimes legal aliens, I guess.
This is a rabbit hole that goes deep and I'm going down in this rabbit hole because it's going to implicate and incriminate Gavin Newsom and we're going to get to it.
We're going to talk a little bit about Zelensky and Trump's meeting today with other members of the European Parliament and some other fun stuff.
Let me just double check one thing and see if we don't have anything live, live Trump Zelensky.
Let's see here.
There should be some live stuff going on all through the day and I'll keep it in the backdrop.
But for now, nothing's happening.
Okay.
Good afternoon, everybody.
Aviva Fry, former Montreal litigator turned current Florida Rumble live stream daily at three o'clock, except when I can't make it.
And it's either later or postponed.
That hasn't really been postponed just later in the day if I can't get there.
And what else?
Viva Fry for merchandise and viva barnes law dot locals dot com for all good stuff.
Let me see that I've got everything up here.
I've got this viva barnes law dot locals dot com red team says viva.
I must disagree with you about OCD.
I was at MEPS, that is military entrance processing station with a guy who was OCD with constant hand washing and he was freaking out almost as though he was in physical pain because they wouldn't let him wash his hands.
That is what we call, hold on, let me show you this.
That is what we call OCD without insight in that they are not aware of their own...
No, that's not the word I'm looking for.
Compulsions.
I was shaking a lot of hands.
When you shake a lot of hands and you view the or here, I'll tell you about the OCD with insight.
Oh, we were in a washroom in Atlanta, Georgia, just outside of Atlanta at a gas station washroom.
Would I tell you it was the nastiest thing I've ever seen in my entire life?
And I, you know, you hold your breath because you can feel the germs around you.
You try to flush the toilet.
Oh my gosh, it was.
And then I couldn't bring my hands anywhere near my face for a good period of time.
But I'm aware that that might be one of those cases where it's not totally unreasonable, not totally crazy.
But, you know, look, there's some of the, you know, the ones, the guys who keep have to touch things ten times before they can leave the house, check the doors and where it can become a crippling, debilitating issue versus just a quirk was the word I was looking for.
Let's start with the news of the day, which is the meeting with Zelensky and Trump and other European leaders meeting at the White House as hopefully a prelude to peace.
Kind of like that.
Actually, I should have named the stream Prelude to peace.
The one running joke gag question was, what is Zelensky going to wear to the White House?
Did he learn his lesson the last time?
I actually haven't seen what he wore, but my prediction would have been that he's going to stick with his military attire because if he were to dress up in a suit and tie, it would already be too much of placating to Trump's demands or announcing his subservience to Donald Trump,
which would also be strategically bad in the context of trying to assert his manliness with Vladimir Putin in terms of two people who are not of equal armies, not of equal nations currently at war, trying to claim or argue that they are equal for the purposes of negotiating a peace out of this war, and you can blame whoever you want for how this war got to be.
There was no way in advance Zelenskyy was going to confirm his subservience to Trump and the West.
But I got distracted.
I have to bring this up.
David Freyheit is the only streamer to unban me for talking shit and I was.
Others have permanently banned me for simply agreeing with them too hard.
Barry Cunningham Stevens.
And thanks, Dave.
I, first of all, I, I, not to place any blame.
I ban people myself sometimes.
Moderators, uh, sometimes do it.
And sometimes there are legit misunderstandings, which is why I don't like banning in the first place, except if it's absolutely necessary.
And when there's a misunderstanding to the extent that we can, you know, achieve communications, I've got no problem doing it.
But, um, at some point it becomes unmanageable.
It's also why I've never banned anyone or blocked anyone on Twitter.
Uh, even those who severely deserve it because you don't want to block someone who doesn't deserve it.
And okay, but thank you very much.
Thank you.
All right.
So Zelensky, I don't know what he did wear.
I just want to see what he wore.
There was a lot of fake news going around on X. Zelensky, Trump meeting today.
I want to just get an image.
There was a lot of fake news going on today about what he was wearing, what he wasn't wearing.
And I should also announce to everyone, I'm now officially, what is it called?
The people on Twitter who can do community notes.
I can now officially do community notes.
And I was correcting a lot of these videos saying, oh, here Zelensky wearing a T-shirt, fu Trump, and here he wearing a suit.
Now he really bowed to Trump.
Bottom line, he went with this.
from what it seems and it's sort of a healthy compromise.
So Zelensky is here.
He's brought his European counterparts, his European allies or as some would say, his European support because he is a feckless neutered leader and Trump has made it abundantly clear that there will basically be peace one way or the other, you know, the easy way or the hard way to quote the movie the hard way with James Woods or Back to the Future to Son.
We can do this the easy way or the hard way.
Boom, the easy way.
There's going to be peace one way or the other and it's going to be sooner or later depending on which way Zelensky goes.
When Trump meets with Putin last week, and this was my observation, he's basically saying, look, the big boys are meeting.
We're going to talk about this.
And Zelensky is either going to agree to certain terms or he's going to be fighting on his own or with the support of Europe for whatever good that's worth.
Now, hold on one second because I wanted to bring out a tweet that I thought that I had on it and I forgot what it was.
I'll get in a second.
It's going to happen either Trump abandons all support or America abandons support for Ukraine as it ought to have done a long time ago to compel them to come to the negotiating table in a manner that is sincere, or they agree to do it themselves.
Now, whether or not people are optimistic about it remains to be seen as to what Zelensky does.
But this was what I wanted to bring up.
Earlier today, Zelensky puts out a tweet about his arrival in America.
And I have some insights for whatever they're worth into this, which may or may not be encouraging as to Zelensky's openness to the peace that needs to happen that ought to have happened that will happen pretty much along the same terms that ought to have happened two years ago and 500,000 Ukrainians and Russians ago.
Zelensky says here, I've arrived in Washington.
I have already arrived in Washington.
Tomorrow I am meeting with President Trump.
Tomorrow we are also speaking with European leaders.
I am grateful to POTUS for the invitation.
Here we go.
He learned his lesson from the last time.
We all share a strong desire to end this war quickly and reliably.
Not so sure about that in terms of some because I think some might understand that their reign of power is over when this war is over and Zelensky's future in Ukraine is questionable at best.
His future elsewhere is also questionable at best.
Peace must be lasting, agreed.
Not like it was years ago when Ukraine was forced to give up Crimea and part of the east and our east part of Donbass and Putin simply used it as a springboard for a new attack.
It's an interesting thing right here because again, you don't have to agree with the argument.
You have to understand it and you have to be able to formulate the steel man of the opposing argument.
The opposing argument is Zelensky was elected on a platform of negotiating peace in the Donbass region, which was predicated on acknowledging certain claims of the Russian nationals or loyalists who live there.
And he didn't because the West came in and said, screw it, we'll support you, reneg on your election campaign promises, what you were elected to do, and go to war.
And also talking about using a country as a springboard for further aggression, that's exactly what many argue NATO is doing with Ukraine, using them for weapon labs, biolabs, using them as a threat to Russia to join NATO for further, you know, stockpiling of weapons like they're doing in Finland.
Many people argue that what this accusation of Russia using the Donbass as a springboard to go after Ukraine is exactly what NATO was using Ukraine for to go after Russia or when Ukraine was given so-called security guarantees in 1994, but they didn't work.
Of course, Crimea should not have been given up then, just as Ukrainians did not give up Kiev, Odessa, Harkiv after 2022.
This is not encouraging for someone who's going to have to be making concessions in order to arrive at a settlement, because if you don't make concessions when you're in negotiations, you're making demands and you don't make demands as the losing end of a military power when you're getting destroyed, despite what people in the media are saying.
Ukrainians are fighting for their land, for their land, for their independence.
Now our soldiers have successes in Donetsk and Sumy regions.
I am confident that we will defend Ukraine effectively, guarantee security and that our people will always be grateful to President Trump, everyone in America and every partner and ally for the support and invaluable assistance.
Russia must end this war, which it itself, which it itself started.
So making demands of the person with whom you supposedly be negotiating, blaming them exclusively as though there's no responsibility on Zelensky's behalf, as though there's no responsibility on NATO's behalf, not one inch further.
And I hope that our joint strength of America with our European friends will force Russia into a peace deal.
Thank you.
Why not end it with thank you for your attention to this matter.
You read a tweet like this and you understand you're dealing with someone who's delusional.
And again, it's you can get angry at the messenger, but the message, the truth of the message doesn't change.
There's something called the realpolitik, which is just the reality of the world in which we live.
Ukraine's not winning the war.
Ukraine, without the assistance of the European nations and America, would have already been, would have already surrendered long, long ago.
And it might have incidentally been for the better.
When you have the bigger bullies helping out the little bullies, well, those little bully fights sometimes would have resolved a lot earlier had you not had other big bullies supporting or manipulating the little bullies who wouldn't have been able to defend themselves from the first from the get-go.
Some might even argue that it's exactly how World War 1 got started where you had small warring nations and then the bigger bullies defending the little countries and then whoa, you're in World War 1, 2 and then World War 3.
Okay.
It doesn't sound like someone who really understands what's going on, the realpolitik situation.
And when you are getting ready to negotiate and discuss, it's poor tactics to immediately blame exclusively the person with whom you're going to be negotiating and the person who is currently kicking your butt.
That was the tweet that he put out.
And there were some people suggesting that Zelenskyy is not serious about peace and that he's going to get bullied into making a bad deal by Trump.
And if you don't believe me, let's pull up this one right here.
I'm not, I may not play the whole thing.
It's a long clip, but it's worth a listen and I want to have an opportunity to drink my energy drink.
You know, there is concern from the Europeans that President Zelenskyy is going to be bullied into signing something away.
That's why you have these European leaders coming as backup tomorrow.
Can you No, it isn't.
That's why they're coming as back.
That's not true.
But that's not why that's not true.
They're not coming here tomorrow to keep Zelensky from being bullied.
They're not coming here tomorrow.
That's very old law.
They're coming here tomorrow.
They're coming here tomorrow.
And the television cameras.
I also want to highlight the fact that I don't know what happened to Rubio, but he has, what's the word?
Leveled up.
Is that the word in games?
Whatever.
He has become amazing eloquent to the point and dealing with the fake news very, very well.
where President Zelensky was dressed down.
Do you know how many meetings we've had since then?
Oh, no, I know.
And I was just up in Alaska watching the war.
She knows that they've had a bunch of meetings, the point being a bunch of meetings with Zelensky alone.
And so if the argument is that they're going to bully him now, well, then why wouldn't they have bullied him previously when they didn't have the European counterparts to act as support for Zelensky?
The Europeans are there for support, but for a different type of support.
And with Vladimir Putin, where red carpet rolls rolled out.
No, but with Zelensky, we've had more meetings.
We've had one meeting with Putin and like a dozen meetings with Zelensky.
But that's not true.
They're not coming here tomorrow to keep Zelensky from being bullied.
They're coming here tomorrow because we've been working with the Europeans.
We talked to them last week.
the UK over the follow the previous weekend.
And they said President Trump is going to demand a ceasefire.
Ignoring, Ignoring everything you just said.
They're coming because we invited the European counterparts.
Why did they invite the European counterparts?
Because it's not just Zelenskyy that has to understand that this money gravy train of corruption is over.
Europe has to understand it as well.
If they didn't need the Europeans there, but I'm also going to appreciate or try to get you to appreciate the self-own that this argument is that Zelenskyy was being bullied.
And that's why he needed his other, that's why he needed his gang, his posse to come to make sure he doesn't get bullied by big bad Trump.
But you said that they're coming here tomorrow to keep Zelenskyy from being bullied.
They're not coming here tomorrow.
This is such a stupid media narrative that they're coming here tomorrow because Trump is going to bully Zelensky into a bad deal.
We've been working with these people for weeks, for weeks on this stuff.
They're coming here tomorrow because they chose to come here tomorrow.
We invited them to come.
We invited them to come.
The president invited them to come.
Now, if you're a journalist and even if you don't like what Rubio is saying, you might ask the question, why did you invite them to come?
If you were curious, if you knew the answer is we invited them to come because they need to hear the bloody message as well, what you'd want to ask that question.
If you're a journalist who doesn't like Marco Rubio, you would say then, why did you invite them to come?
The reality is they invited them to come because they Europe needs to hear the message as well.
Let me, I'm going to keep this in the backdrop just in case I want to come back to it.
But when I say that it's a massive self-own, I'm not going to go over that clip.
A lot of people have been going over the clip anyhow and it's a good clip and Rubio's awesome.
But when I say it's a self-own, you have the effective infantilization of Zelenskyy, a man who they've been praising as a war hero for the last two years, three years.
How many years has it been now?
Three years?
Yeah.
No, he's the biggest, baddest hero of Ukraine standing up to the Hitlerian tyrant that is Vladimir Putin.
But he's going to get bullied by Trump.
I mean, do they not understand how stupid?id and mutually incompatible these arguments are.
They don't because they're idiots.
So yeah, congratulations.
He's he's such a big war hero that he can't possibly stand up himself to Donald Trump.
And if he can't stand up to Donald Trump, which they know that he can't because the only reason that war has gone on for three years is because it had the support of the Biden administration and they see that support dwindling and they know that Zelenskyy can't fight on his own.
They know that Zelenskyy can't fight even if it was with the European support.
They know that he is in fact susceptible to bullying.
They know that he is in fact a feckless leader who's effectively secondary to all of these discussions and he's going to understand that that.
And he's going to understand that he needs to come to the agreement and that he's going to have to make some concessions, as is Russia, because as Trump has said now, if it weren't for me, Putin would have taken over all of Ukraine.
So it's going to be a concession to Putin when he has to only agree to the Donbass region.
No, they're not getting back Crimea.
And had you come to the table three years ago, probably would have been a better deal and it would have been several hundred thousand people alive had you done that.
But alas, $300 billion, 30 to 70 percent of which gets siphoned off for corrupt purposes.
Hey, that's worth a few hundred thousand Ukrainian citizens, civilians, soldiers, isn't it?
Someone said, Shut up, Martha.
That was what JD Van said.
So that's what's going on today.
My prediction is there is going to be a negotiated peace sooner than later.
It's going to involve the Donbass region, and it's going to involve Putin making concessions that we'll stop.
We'll stop any further aspirations above and beyond geopolitical territorial aspirations above and beyond what we're going to demand.
Ukraine is not going to be a member of NATO ever.
That's what started this.
That's not what's going to resolve it, McFall, you idiot.
Hey, here's how it should end with a negotiated peace.
Russia must immediately end this war and Ukraine should immediately become a NATO member.
Congratulations, you started World War three.
But that's what's going on with Putin and Zelensky.
We'll see what happens with the meeting later.
I'm looking in the backdrop here and it's just more talking heads, I think.
Let me see here.
Yeah, there's there's they are not.
There's nothing to air live.
Link chat, let me know if anything happens that is not worthy of but relevant to air live.
And before we go to the second subject of the matter, Ukraine hasn't had a legit government since 2014, says Francis Charton.
There is zero question about that.
You know, they can't, they can't hold elections now because the tyrant declared martial law.
So I'm respecting the constitution by not holding elections because I've declared martial law indefinitely.
F. Charton always provides me with very, very useful information.
One of the amazing, one of the many amazing members of our above average community at viva barnslaw dot locals dot com, which if you're not a member of, what the hell are you waiting for?
Okay, and then I'm going to go over to Crumble, where I see Sage of Our Winds has posted a crumble rant.
And you're going to have to look at Psycho McGee while I read this.
Oh, my gosh.
I will eat your face.
That's what he's thinking right there.
Taylor Swift, why haven't you returned my calls?
Sorry, I forgot.
Hey, Viva, I thought RFK removed COVIDjet from childhood vaccine schedule, but if you go to the website, it still lists it, and it has the infographic.
How can we get him to fix this?
Hold on one second.
um dear i think thought he did as well.
Remove COVID jab from childhood vaccine list.
It might take some time to upload.
It was recommended.
Yada, yada, yada.
What has happened?
I'll have to look into that later.
It's not going to be quick enough of an answer.
Okay.
What do we do now?
Now, my other favorite man of the hour, Ed Martin.
If you're not following Ed Martin, I've been following him for a while.
He's amazing.
He's responsive.
He gets stuff done.
Ed Martin, for those of you who don't recall, was denied his appointment.
I was going to say anointment.
His appointment to a US attorney, hold on a second, Ed Martin denied US attorney.
I think it was, what's his face?
Thune.
Ed Martin was reportedly considered for the US attorney post in Missouri by the Trump administration.
Who was it?
It was Thune.
Somebody stood in the way of his nomination, Ed Martin.
And so now he sort of has a bit of a back scene role position in the government.
He's doing amazing stuff.
He's been put on the pardon committee and he's doing amazing work.
My operating theory is that, I mean, and everybody said this, you know, like when Matt.
Gates was going to be thought of or recommended for AG and people were like no, when he got shut down it was like okay well you know have him work in the backdrop he doesn't need to be the face of the AG that can be Pam Bondi and he can do the leg work the dirty work and the meaningful work behind the scenes that's effectively what's happening now with Ed Martin.
Ed Martin is yeah, Adam Schiff blocked Ed Martin.
There were there were a few there was there was a fight over who blocked Ed Martin.
Hold on a second.
Who blocked the appointment of Ed Martin?
I wish I knew these things off hand, but fortunately there's too much.
He was indeed floated for U.S. Attorney Post in Missouri.
early in the Trump administration.
This is no, this is going back to then.
I forget it.
We'll get that afterwards anyhow.
Bottom line, Ed Martin is now, uh, arguably doing the work that Pam Bondi should be doing, but at her direction.
So everyone's saving face and everyone looks like they're doing good work and they are doing good work because right now we had the other day, FBI, no, the DOJ indicted the mayor of New Orleans on fraud.
And it seems that if there's any justice dead to rights in terms of the fraudulent Fannie Willis esk type money laundering, uh, material misstatements of fact, false affidavits dead to rights.
So they've gone after Latoya Cantrell of New Orleans indicted and it's a good indictment.
Still allegations, but the material evidence is there.
It seems that they're going after Adam Schiff in a meaningful way and Leticia James in a meaningful way.
And I know everyone out there is going to say, what about Epstein?
What about Epstein?
What about Epstein?
And don't ever forget about Epstein.
Pam Bondi is not getting a pass on the Epstein debacle and nobody is forgetting about the Epstein debacle or the Epstein files.
It seems that some progress is being made there slowly but surely, but we're not forgetting about it despite what some people might.
want.
That being said, you do not refuse to recognize progress and damn good news when you see it.
And there is damn good news coming out of the administration and it looks like Ed Martin is spearheading it at the behest of Pam Bondi, but some things are happening.
Let me see here.
This is coming from MJ Truth Ultra, watchdog researcher, humor specialist says, ooh, googly eyes, associate deputy attorney general Ed Martin on his criminal referrals for Adam Schiff and Leticia James and Russia Gate.
Listen to what he says.
He says the DOJ is working on things right now that they quote, can't talk aboutt talk about.
When someone says they can't talk about it, they're talking about it and they're telling you a lot about it.
If we're going to talk about everyone who deserves to be in jail, Adam Schiff, Leticia James, Gavin Newsom, we're going to get to listen to what Ed Martin has to say about what's going on with Adam Schiff and what he's doing with Leticia James, showing up at her properties, the one that she allegedly committed mortgage fraud on to look at the property.
I'm going to get to that afterwards.
Let's start with this.
Test for us the last ten years in your view, and you have criminal referrals right now on Adam Schiff, Leticia James, among others.
What is the status?
Well, first of all, thank you for asking about the last ten years.
I mean, you know, when Donald Trump came into office as president, he signed an executive order saying, go and find out how government was weaponized against the citizens.
When Attorney General Bondi came into office, she put a memo, put more specific to it and said, get to the bottom of this.
She gave a specific, a specific list and a, and a broad charge.
And I have to tell you, for you, for your viewers, we have, Attorney General Bondi has that, that Department of Justice spinning like a top.
We've got more stuff going on.
A lot of it we can't talk about because of the nature of it, but it's going like crazy.
And one of them was we were in a group, we're still in it, working on the Russia hoax.
And Tulsi Gabbard declassified what happened and she sent it over to us to DOJ as a criminal referral and that's ongoing now.
But I'm going to pause here.
I want to highlight something that's very important.
Whether you think Pam Bondi is the one directing it, this is good etiquette.
I mean, in theory, Pam Bondi is Ed Martin's boss, Donald Trump is Pam Bondi's boss, and you don't want to humiliate your boss and you certainly don't want to undermine your own administration.
So it does no good to anyone to say, we are basically forcing Pam Bondi's hand so that we can finally take action.
But that's what they're doing.
That's what Tulsi Gabbard is doing when she says, I've refer referred this for criminal investigation to Pam Bondi, and there must be accountability.
That's what JD Vance is doing when he says there will be indictments.
That's what Dan Bongiano was doing when he says, it's Pam or me with respect to this Epstein debacle.
And that's what Cash Patel is doing when he says, we declassified, we've given it to Pam Bondi, it's on her desk.
That is the polite teamwork way of really ratcheting up the pressure on what I would argue is the weaker of the links, Pam Bondi, whether or not she's reluctant to do it for corrupt reasons, whether or not she's incompetent, whether or not she's over her head.
It doesn't matter.
The entire administration has now basically forced her and that she's now just riding this wave that they've initiated, if that makes sense.
What that was, and Maria, you're one of the earliest, I think you might be the only person, the only journalist who said early on, this is a Russia hoax.
And, and, and, and, Brad had President Trump on an interview on that flight to Alaska, and in the interview, President Trump said, The Russia hoax was meant to destroy the relationship with Russia, make it impossible to get things under control, get a reset, like Hillary said she wanted.
So what we have in the Department of Justice now is a weaponization working group and, and, and the backing of our leadership to go and find this stuff.
And so the backing of our leadership to go and find this stuff.
And by the way, just to highlight the fact that, uh, if you've been following Barnes and I viva Barnes law dot locals dot com, the fact that Russia gate was used as a pretext to foment strife and global conflict with Russia, which facilitated, if not outright led to the war between Russia and Ukraine.
Uh, you would have heard that if you follow the channel.
So that would not have been the first time that you heard that fact.
It's a fact that the Russia gate was the demonization of Russia, since 2015, whatever, I mean since late since the fall of the Soviet Union in movies for those of us who are old enough to remember good movies from the 80s, 90s, early 2000s, you had your two existential enemies.
It was the Middle East and it was Russia.
And since 2015, 2016, it was Russia.
And it became socially acceptable because of the demonization that Russia gate provided to mainstream media and mainstream society.
Now we're going to get into what's his face, the shift for brains to make shift face, Adam Schiff.
I said shift.
I did not say shit, although I swore a little too much on Twitter yesterday.
So the Russia hoax, we know now the birthday of the Russia hoax.
It's december 8, 2016, where the Obama administration, including Obama, said, don't put the truth out, lie and ask the media to help us.
And the Washington Post and others jumped right in.
And then we had the Russia hoax that went on for ten years.
And every time they get in trouble, meaning the deep state and others, they throw another hoax out.
And all we're doing at DOJ and all we're doing across the government is saying, get the truth out.
And then, by the way, let's hold people accountable.
And that's exactly what's going on.
So when Bill Poulty signs a criminal referral over to us and he says, Leticia James and Adam Schiff, and by the way, both their lawyers have come out.
and talked publicly about that criminal referral.
So you can talk to them about the specifics.
Because I'm going to tell you what we're going to do is we're going to follow the facts.
Every American that has a mortgage or has other documents they sign has to follow the law.
We're going to go to the very bottom of the facts and if someone did something wrong, we're not only going to hold them accountable, we're also going to look at everything else that they've been doing.
Because when you're a liar, you lie, not just on one thing.
When you're a cheater, you cheat, not just on one thing.
When you're doing corruption, you generally don't just do it on one thing.
So we have that's our, that's what what we're doing.
This is sort of like you remember the Mueller investigation, what it led to by way of incidental alleged criminality.
It was the purpose of the Mueller investigation to go after anybody and everybody and then find them on tax evasion or some stupid incidental to the investigation.
That's kind of what's happening now.
The only difference is there's actual criminality, hard evidence about it, and we just don't know the scope of it.
The mortgage fraud for Letizia James and what's his face?
Adam Schiff from Begsme, Schiff is objective black and white on paper.
They're going to argue, oh, stating my main residence it was immaterial it was uh an innocent mistake all right go argue innocent mistake when you say that your primary residence is in a different state than that in which you're a congressman or a senator go go try that go go with leticia by the way with speaking of leticia james look at this let me see here hold up hold up hold up wait a minute something right was it this one oh yeah this is here man this is so classic who put this one up nick soritor
Friend of the show, good friend.
He's a great guy.
Follow him.
I mean, everybody knows who he is.
Ed Martin, the special prosecutor investigating Leticia James for mortgage fraud, has been spotted outside her home in New York City.
The walls are closing in Big Tish, except they are.
I can't wait to see this mugshot.
Ed Martin won't stop until she's behind bars.
Oh, this is from HT means heard through Miranda Devine.
Oh, is that the proper etiquette?
Are you supposed to do this?
Okay, let me just play this one here.
Is there a back out?
Is there like everything else?
I'm just sure.
There's like the Pratt building.
You want me to tell you how to access my...
No, no, just asking.
No, I'm asking you not.
Tell me why you're here.
I'm interested in the houses.
You're not.
Because it's a public sidewalk, woman.
I'm interested in the houses.
We know who lives here.
Is this like Second Empire?
It's just a track house.
That's where all of these things are.
I know, but when was it built, do you think?
They were built before 1899.
Oh, so, okay.
1899, that's old.
Why are you being so disingenuous about what you're here for?
You're not here about the houses.
You're here for what she lives here.
We want to see where she lives, if it's a primary residence.
You guys look like you're at the official capacity.
I'm just happy to be on a block looking at a house.
not true why why why why why won't you be honest with me about what you're doing you are actually suspicious It's an important house.
I got to play this joke.
That means you got to press play.
Except it belongs to a mortgage fraudster, Leticia James.
Is this where she was living when she said her main residence was in another state?
Right.
They're beautiful.
Beautiful neighborhood.
Thank you.
You guys call this a stoop.
What do you think?
I don't know.
It's a stoop.
We didn't have stoops where I was growing up.
Is this a stoop?
I want to know what you're doing.
You know, if you have a dog on the stoop, they call that a stoop dog.
But a bing, but a boom.
You're not.
No, I will state, if I saw Ed Martin and that other guy standing outside my house, I might be intimidated, especially if I knew that I had committed mortgage fraud.
Oh my goodness.
That's what's going on with Letizia James and Adam's shift for Brainsmith's shift.
And by the way, the leaking of the classified information is the very serious stuff.
The mortgage fraud, what if they get Al Caponam?
Can't get him on murder, but you guarantee that someone who's committed murder or rec.
or Rico-type conspiracy has also done some other bad stuff.
If you're going to get them on something stupid, by all means, and when that something stupid dovetails or bleeds into bigger, broader, batter fraud, my goodness, like Ed Martin said, if they've done one thing wrong, they've done one thing wrong more than once, and they've done more than one thing wrong.
Holy, sweet, merciful crab apples.
It's glorious.
Oh, now before we get to the next one.
I think that pretty much does it here.
Let me see if I'll do it on that.
King of Bilton in the house.
Oh, we got to look at James Comey's face while we talk about Bilton.

I don't think it's a gift.
No, this one's not a gift.
This one is one that I believe I bought a Tatsuro Taira numbered card off eBay.
We're going to see if this one is impeccable.
Oh, hold on.
We got a tip question in our locals community.
How can I forget this?
Okay, here we go.
Let me bring this one up before we get into the next story, which is the one I've been obsessing over because it's outrageous.
Sammy says, feels like everything everywhere has been happening all at once.
We've been drinking news from a fire hose for years now.
I definitely needed a little mental vacation, excited to gear up for the back half of the year and grateful to spend it right here with the above average community.
Quote, the Freedom Fro has officially given way to the Liberty Locks.
Not bad.
Thanks for always sharing hot takes on news with your unique spin.
Let's do this.
I don't go for hot takes, but I don't mind having insightful observations.
The news coming out of Florida goes to California, goes to Canada, it goes to Arkansasas in a way.
We'll get there in a second.
You heard the story yesterday.
I talked about it for the first half of, uh, for the first ten minutes of yesterday's show.
Uh, a truck driver named Harjinder Singh, H A R J I N D E R S I N G H, an Indian man, uh, pulled a U turn across a, I don't know exactly which highway it was.
It's not, it's not far from where I live.
It's, I think it's up in Port Saint Lucie across the frickin' highway because the idiot wanted to go in the other direction.
And instead of taking the next off ramp, it might have taken seven to 10 minutes more time.
Three people are dead.
And I don't like mixing up humor and tragedy.
And there's no way to laugh so that you don't cry at this.
This is the type of thing.
If it's not your phobia to die in a car accident, you ought to have that as a phobia.
The wasted life to die in a car accident, especially at the hands of some jackass idiot who didn't want to take the extra 10 fucking minutes out of their day to do it right.
right and now three people are dead this idiot driver pulls an illegal U-turn across the highway and a car driving at I don't know what speed 70 75 miles an hour careens into the side of the truck because it's going T across the highway.
Now for anyone who's ever paid attention when you're driving cars and you look at the back of pickup, not pickup trucks, sorry, the eighteen wheelers, they have a metal reinforcement just under the grill of the back of the car and about a foot and a half, two feet off the ground.
If you've never wondered why they have that, it's so that if you rear end a pickup, an eighteen wheeler, it's so that you don't get decapitated.
Let me see if I can get an image rear truck eighteen wheeler.
If you've never seen this, you'll appreciate what it is now.
And I hope I'm not manufacturing fact out of this.
This metal reinforcement right here is so that when people rear end trucks, because it happens on the highway when traffic comes to a stop quickly, you get decapitated because the car goes under the truck and this metal ridge right here is roughly window height for most people, most cars.
And so they add this so that you ram into the frame of the truck and whatever devastation the accident causes.
You don't go under the truck and have this metal beam literally decapitate you.
When you crean into it sideways, they don't have that metal bar.
And so this, a pickup truck just like this, we watched the video yesterday, pulls an illegal U-turn across highway.
The car careens into it.
All three people in the car are dead.
Someone says, I'm wrong.
I don't think I'm wrong.
If I'm wrong, I'll correct myself right now.
I'm certain that that's why.
Set that aside while the chat fact checks me in real time.
The driver happens to be a guy named Harjinder Sarkozyk.
Singh.
Now, I would not have immediately gone to the illegal alien aspect of this story because you don't sort of associate illegal aliens with Indians from India.
You do if you live in Canada and I do now, but the dude also happens to be an illegal alien crossed the border in 2018 into California, was detained and then released after a claim for asylum was made, which was subsequently denied.
At some point in this gets a CDL, commercial driver's license to drive a truck.
Lord knows what training this guy has.
And this is the outcome.
And now the question is blame game.
I didn't I didn't fully admit it, I didn't fully think of the date of entry as the causal factor in this.
Some people are now saying it's Trump's fault.
This guy came in under the Trump administration.
He should never have been here in the first place.
That's true.
This is the risk of illegal immigration.
The guy came in 2018, by all accounts, that's under the Trump administration.
The Trump administration detained him, booked him, gave him some court date.
He claimed asylum.
It was subsequently refused and he was scheduled to be deported and, and, and, from what I understand, never was.
That's one element of it.
The causal element as to how that illegal alien subsequently caused this three fatality crash was not directly correlated to his illegal status, but rather how he got a commercial driver's license in the first place.
We don't know when he got it yet.
I think it's 2019, give or take.
There's an argument.
Oh, he came in 2018 and Jerry Brown was the governor of California.
So Gavin Newsom somehow is is is is is exempted of all moral liability for this.
First of all, horse crap because he supports sanctuary cities.
He supports sanctuary policies.
He defies ICE.
And he's now the governor of California driving it into the ground.
So the issue is he came in 2018.
We don't know when he got his commercial driver's license under what circumstances.
And I think if he got it in 2019, one way or another, that's Gavin Newsom's California.
Before we get into that, there's an element of disinformation.
All right, so when you say disinformation, there's a there was another crash, oddly enough, in Arkansas.
Let me see if I have the link up here.
There was another crash in Arkansas.
Also involving a man named Harjender Singh, where the truck collapsed a bridge because it was too weighty for the bridge.
I don't know why I'm talking like this.
It did not respect the tonnage of the bridge went on it and the bridge collapsed.
Listen to this.
This is from 2019.
Where's the article date?
I know it's from 2019.
Here we go.
Major bridge collapsed in 2019.
Trucking company and drivers sued.ed after following GPS on a six-ton bridge causing collapse earlier this month.
The Arkansas, the state of Arkansas, along with the Arkansas Game and Fish filed a lawsuit against the truck driver Harjender Singh and Bakersfield.
Some people on them were saying, hmm, is this the same Harjender Singh who literally is this the guy named Harjender Singh who just caused this fatal accident?
The answer will shock you because it's not the same person that Harjender Singh was 35 in 2019.
This Harjender Singh is 28 as of the time of this fatal car accident.
So let's put that piece of disinformation of confusion to bed.
What I understand is the biggest problem here is that there have been literally so many illegal aliens or Indians, and I'm saying Indians from India, who have come in and assumed roles of trucking in the trucking industry that you literally have countless men of the same name, Jardip Singh, Harjinder Singh, there's another one that starts with H Singh.
And on the one hand, I don't know how it's manageable to track all of these names, but it's an indication of the seriousness of the problem of the great replacement that's not happening, and you're a racist bigot for noticing it if you do, but it's a good thing, so shut your mouth.
Maybe Danielle put out third generation here.
This is this.
I've double checked this and at least confirmed this to my own satisfaction.
For information purposes only, there are 100 plus trucking companies registered to a Harjender sing.
This is this does not indicate it's the same.
It's not as many have the same first and last name in this screenshot.
Each role represents a different trucking company.
This does not include drivers.
It is nearly impossible to draw conclusions based solely on the first and last name.
to sing harsher to sing and from what i understand there are in fact so many foreigners now with sing is the name based on i don't want to say caste but it's it's it's it's a it's a class that's a name given like smith that you can't possibly keep track of it and it's an indication of the absolute uh infiltration and replacement of truck drivers,
Western American, Canadian truck drivers, because people think you can get cheaper labor by getting foreigners illegally or legally to do the job.
That's where we get back to the story with California.
Was this guy legal and was he allowed to have a CDL, Gavin Newsom, I think he's got to keep opening his big fat mouth because he's the biggest idiot on earth.
And I swear, I do think he's incriminating himself.
He put out a tweet and he thinks he's he thinks he's like he's being sassy by owning Trump.
A, he hasn't expressed one iota of condolences to the families of the three individuals who were killed in the truck driving accident caused by someone who got their certification in his shithole of estate.
Yes, I said it.
I'm sorry.
There's no, there's no, I'm devastated by this tragedy that originated the actus novus from the illegal alien crossing the border was getting his commercial driver's license in California.
No condolences.
No, I'm sorry.
No, he's trying to score points on Trump.
Ert Grock, who was president in 2018?
Oh, Singh enters the U.S. under the Trump presidency, according to reports.
Fact.
Consistent with federal law, it's California law that you must have a lawful presence, i.e.
legal immigration status in the U.S. to obtain a commercial driver's license or commercial learner's permit.
I'm going to bring this one back up in a second because there's there's idiocy galore in this.
But I want people to understand like if you if you've never taken a course in logic, I suggest everyone does it.
Gavin Newsom is going ass backwards here.
He's basically saying, look, that illegal alien had to have been legal because we by law are not authorized to give a commercial driver's license to someone who's not lawfully here.
We gave it to him.
So he must have been here lawfully.
Do you understand how stupid that is?
You find me one example where someone who was here illegally got a license that they weren't supposed to get.
Gavin Newsom's circular, well, we only issue them to legal people who are here legally.
We issued it to him.
Therefore, he was here legally is not a logical argument.
In fact, he's probably making the better argument that they actually broke the law by issuing this guy a commercial driver's license because he wasn't here legally.
The argument is going to be whether or not someone here on a pending asylum claim can be given a commercial driver's license.
I don't think they can, but appreciate also the double edge, not the double edge, the sucking and blowing that's going on here and leave it to Gavin Newsom to be the master sucker and blower at the same time.
He's saying the guy couldn't have been illegal because he wouldn't have had a license because he could only give a license to someone who's here legally and we gave him a license so he couldn't have been here illegally.
Okay.
Oh, by the way, research has also consistently shows that issuing driver's licenses for undocumented people improves public safety.
We didn't do it because it would be illegal, but it's a good thing that we did it because research shows, research also consistently shows that issuing driver's licenses for undocumented people, that's the word for illegal aliens, improves public safety.
So we couldn't have done it because we did it and it would be illegal for us to have done it.
So he must be legal.
But also when we do it to illegals, it improves public safety.
Keep talking, Gavin.
Keep talking and keep trying to think you're scoring points on Trump by incriminating yourself.
And it gets worse.
Let's keep here.
I just want to make sure that I'm not forgetting anything.
Listen to this.
I'm going to go down the rabbit hole in this one.
So Tricia McLaughlin is the assistant secretary deputy of Homeland Security.
She's responding to a tweet from Gavin Newsom, who's being sassy.
Three people are dead.
He's being sassy.
The original post, Tricia McLaughlin.
I'm just on double check.
It's the assistant secretary department of homeland security.
Three innocent people were killed in Florida because Gavin Newsom's California DMV issued an illegal alien, a commercial driver's license.
This state of governance is asinine.
How many more innocent people have to die before Gavin Newsom stops playing games with the safety of the American public.
We pray for the victims and their families.
Something I haven't heard Gavin Newsom say, lizard face himself.
Secretary Noman, DHS are working around the clock to protect the public and get these criminal illegal aliens out of America.
Who could you let him in?
Okay, we let him in.
He came in under our watch.
We then made an order for deportation after his asylum claim was rejected and he fled.
That's the problem.
That's why they're taking a hard stance right now and deporting even the nonviolent illegals.
That's what she posted.
He says, hey genius, hey asshole, how would you recognize that you're talking in the context of three innocent dead people because of your shit hole state issuing a commercial driver's license, whether or not it was done lawfully.
And I don't think it was.
And I think the more he opens his mouth, the more he confirms it wasn't.
Hey, genius.
So sassy.
The federal government, Trump admin, already confirmed this guy meets federal and state immigration requirements.
You issued him a work permit, EAD.
I'm going to have to get the acronym for that.
I forget what it stands for.
As usual, the Trump administration is either lying or clueless.
P.S. Grock, who is president?
Oh, he's doing it again.
By the way, again, like I say, you don't have to be a dirty, rotten scoundrel in order to think like one.
I can think like a dirty, rotten scoundrel.
Do you notice the very, very critical wording here.
Hey, genius, the federal government Trump admin already confirmed that this guy meets federal and state immigration requirements.
Let's just operate on the basis that what Gavin is saying here is true.
I don't think it is.
I don't think they gave him an EAD.
Let me just see what EAD stands for again.
Employment Authorization Document.
Let's assume that it's true.
I don't think it is, but let's assume that it's true.
Okay, Gavin.
So he currently meets federal and state immigration requirements.
Okay.
Did he meet the state requirements when your state issued him the CDL.
The fact that he might meet the requirements today doesn't mean that he met them when the California state issued him the CDL in give or take 2019.
So it's important to be able to read the words and read around how a pathological scumbag of a liar like Gavin Newsom would phrase things so that they're factually correct potentially.
but still deliberately misleading.
Did he meet the requirements when he was issued the CDL apparently in 2019?
That we don't have an answer for yet.
By the way, I don't think he had an EAD now anyhow from all accounts.
He never had an EAD, but don't take it from me me, Trisha McLaughlin says false.
This is in response to Gavin Newsom's SAS.
Harjinder Singh is in the United States illegally, and his work authorization was rejected under the Trump administration on September 14, 2020.
It was later approved under the Biden administration in 2021.
Do you understand what Gavin Newsom just did there?
And I highlighted it.
The state of California issues commercial driver's license.
There is no national CDL.
Sincerely genius.
So Biden authorized him so that when Gavin Newsom says sorry, I've got to go down this way.
So that when Gavin Newsom says he currently needs requirements.?
Well, yeah, because corrupt invader enabler Biden authorized him in 2021.
So currently he meets the standards.
Did he meet it in 2020 when he was issued the license?
Probably not.
And so Governor Newsom and the state of California is now complicit in what has turned into the death of three innocent Americans.
Well, he meets the requirements now.
Yeah, because in 2021, demented Joe gave him whatever it is that he asked for after it was rejected by Trump.
And I just say this is amazing.
Gavin, you might very well be incriminating yourself in a very meaningful way.
You're explaining yourself in a very meaningful way here.
Produce Harshinder's CDL, that's his commercial driver's license application, and show the world what the filed looks like.
When would Harshinder Singh have been issued an EAD during his pending asylum claim, which was subsequently rejected?
Show us what evidence Harshinder Singh provided when you issued him a CDL or don't.
The truth will come out sooner than later and no one will shed a tear if you end up in jail.
I'm I have a good mind to make a it's not called the FOIA.
There's a different request under California law.
I'm not going to do it.
I don't know what I'll get.
Just show us what Harshinder Singh provided by way of documentary evidence when he was issued a CDL.
That'll resolve everything.
Someone, I think, broke the law in a meaningful way or defied federal law, because from what I understand, there might also be a current law now.
Does California need to respect immigration status when issuing CDL?
I think they passed a law recently that allows them to, according to the California Code of regulations in order to be issued a commercial driver's license, applicants must provide proof proof of legal presence in the U.S. This suggests that California state regulation issues do consider the requirement while California's AB60 law allows residents to obtain a standard driver's license regardless of immigration status.
It is important to note that AB60 licenses are explicitly not for federal identification purposes.
Additionally, federal regulations regulate CDL issuance.
This indicates that while individuals without proof of legal presence in the U.S. may be able to obtain standard California driver's license, the requirement for obtaining CDL in California appear to align with federal regulations.
Okay.
It's good to clarify that.
So that whatever illegals can get a, I say recreational.
What was the word it is for non-commercial?
Non-commercial.
I guess is it, what's the word I'm looking for?
What's the word I'm looking for?
Standard, whatever.
Somebody gave this guy a license, authorized this guy, probably illegally.
And the question I have is, assuming even in the best case scenario for California, he had a pending asylum claim that was subsequently rejected, can you issue a CDL to someone who has a pending asylum claim?
I think the answer is no.
We're going to find out because I'm not giving up on this.
I'm not letting up on this.
And I'm not shutting my big fat trap about this.
Gavin Newsom belongs in jail, much like Adam Schiff, much like Leticia James, much like other Republican politicians.
I'm sure we're going to find a way to nail this to him.
And by the way, and incidentally, if it doesn't, I'll accept that as well.
If it happens that this was all done lawfully and it just is a question of not properly vetting illegal aliens before you issue CDLs, making them pass whatever tests are required to know that you don't do a fucking four-lane T-bone U turn at an illegal intersection on a main highway, so be it.
I don't think that's where it's going to go.
And the more scoundrel language Gavin Newsom uses, the more I'm convinced in my initial assessment and where things stand now based on the evidence that we have currently.
I want to go to the chat and see if anybody's got any interesting information to give on this.
Let me make sure that I haven't forgotten anything else that I wanted to talk about with respect to this.
Okay, we got more.
I'm going to save a funny story for locals afterwards with Gavin Dooseman potentially breaking the law again.
Please release all documentation I can find.
This is I am going, I'm not letting up on this.
It's eight years later, seven years later.
I'm still not letting up on Epstein documents.
We're not going to let up on this, Gavin.
You got the dude with OCD with insight on your proverbial ass, and I'm not going to forget about this story because it's a godforsaken tragedy and it's a godforsaken scandal.
Okay, let me see what's going on over in viva barneslaw dot locals dot com.
Roostang says Secretary of Health RFK Jr. recently challenged Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth to an arm pull up contest.
There is your opening for an interview, Viva.
Why not challenge RFK Jr. to an arm pull up contest?
After all, you are on the prime fitness.
I'm not prime yet.
I got a bit of a rotator cuff thing.
I could probably do ten pull ups like proper like these pull ups, not the military ones.
Jameson 2012 says trucker in Colorado that faced 110 years for his accident was also illegal.
Look up all the ones in Canada.
It's wild.
And Boopsy says, can you imagine if that truck was carrying gasoline?
This is an urgent problem in the USA.
It's like you got to be perpetually vigilant on the highways.
And then we're going to go see what's going on over on Hrumble.
I saw the words Louis the Lobster.
We got Snooty Mims says, I gave your Louis the Lobster book to a local family restaurant.
They loved it and put it in their kids section to share with others.
You are a man of high character.
King of Biltong, great treat.
God bless.
Thank you very much, Snooty Mims.
Now I've been going for too long.
I started late and I went for too long.
Let me just see who's came.
I came back.
I hadn't seen my wife.
I haven't seen my wife in a week.
And I came back.
I I I smell terrible.
I can appreciate that.
I smell terrible.
I've been driving for a long, long time.
And, uh, oi, I look a little bit ragged.
I look a little crazier than normal.
I might trim the beard, if not, outright shave it and get some sun on my face, but I'm going to go smoochy, ooh, kissy whissy with the wife when I'm done here, after we have our local's after party.
Um, okay, if we don't okay, we'll wait a bit before we go to raid anybody.
Let me see.
I've got I've got some other stuff in the backdrop here.
Uh, Rubio Blasted.
Okay, I got that.
I wanted to play this one.
This was in response to Harry J. Sisson.
This guy's such an idiot.
There's a problem, like, you know, my growing up, my father, he's still alive.
So what I say, my father always said, he's still alive and he still says it.
When you get old, you'll understand you're just, you just know things because you're old.
And like when you're young, you don't want to be told you don't know things just by virtue of your youth.
But it's true by and large because life is the experience that continues to give the longer you partake in the gift that is life.
You know, I partly wants to forgive this idiot.
But the thing about being young, ignorant, and proud, it's the pride part.
That's why it's a sin.
You can be young and you can be ignorant, but if you're humble and you acknowledge there's so much I don't know.
So go easy until you're sufficiently confident with your intelligence or your information.
That would be the wise thing to do.
Harry J. Sisson, I'm not sure what you'd expect more from a man whose profile is him and sniffy Joe Biden.
Anyways, whatever, going back to the Russia thing, he says, this is how an American president should treat Putin.
No laughs, no fun, no handshakes, no fun handshakes, no casual conversation.
You treat him like the war criminal that he is.
Instead, Trump will first of all, like I want to know what the context of this photo was.
It's very easy to take a screenshot, save image.
I'm going to go with Putin.
I'm going to reverse image search that in a second.
This is the thing.
He literally, how old is Harry Sisson?
How old is he's 22?
Harry Sisson.
23 years old.
He was, so if he's 23 now, this was 12 years ago.
He was literally nine years old, possibly, when this occurred.
in a reality that he doesn't have as part of his aggregate reality because he's too effing young to have lived through it.
He might not even know that it exists.
It's Obama promising to have more negotiability with Russia after he's elected because after he's electedted, he can sort of break some of his election promises.
He can sort of jiggle wiggle the rules a little bit.
Harry J. Sisson probably doesn't even know this ever happened.
My last one is Chase for you.
Yes.
Yes, at my election, I have more plugs.
That's Medvedev, the former president.
After my election, I'll have more flexibility.
In other words, I can be a fucking liar.
I can tell you and play hardball publicly, but after my election, just let me tell you privately, because I think this was a bona fide hot mic.
After my election.
My last one is Chase for you.
Yes.
I understand my life and I have all the words.
Now let's take our pictures.
Look at me.
He was so eloquent as he was backstabbing America.
But Trump is the Putin puppet.
Trump is the bad guy in all of this.
That was one thing I wanted to do before we head over to viva barneslaw.lokals.com for the after party.
Here are three things.
There is merch, the link for Viva Fry.
If you want to send stuff, locals, I'm going to open up just one because I said I would do the rest with my kid.
We're going to do this afterwards.
And then you can send stuff.
We'll open it.
We'll have our unboxings on Friday.
And then there's the link for the other thing, the book, the book, merchandise, and a PO box to send stuff if you want to send stuff.
And here is the link to locals.
What I am going to save and tease.
for the after party on locals is the Gavin Newsom story.
Another one where I think he's break objectively breaking the law, not even the law that he proposed against deep fakes.
And let's just we're going to end with this and then we're going to figure out who to raid.
Another idiot who belongs in jail and I don't want to use the Lord's name in vain, so I won't, but gosh darn willing he'll be in jail.
I'm not holding my breath like they're not all going to jail, but my goodness, maybe they'll have some problems for all the shit that they've caused in their lives.
Eric Swalwell, who is among the worst of the worst.
Let me think of who else, Judge Kaplan, Judge New York nipple, Judge Engeron, Judge Marshawn, Jack Smith, people who try to take away other people's freedom.
You steal someone's money, you're stealing time from them, but money can be compensated.
You try to steal people's freedom, put them in jail, you're stealing life.
And I lose all sympathy for anybody who tries to steal life from another person.
These people are criminals and they deserve to be treated like such and they deserve to be convicted like such after a fair trial.
Eric Swalwell is a man who is incapable.
of telling the truth.
Like, like, I mean, just assume that he's lying, misleading, or being deceptive.
You will be right.
I'm going to say 95% of the time, 9.5 times out of 10.
Listen to this.
He's also makes me, he looks, and I said, like, you know, he looks dirty, which is why I think maybe I should clean up my shave a little bit.
He looks dirty.
All right, all right.
I'm back at the store.
I know I was a little harsh last week about the low, low prices that were not so low, but do you notice how he's already, first of all, he's trying to pull little Matthew McConaughey, but he ain't no Matthew McConaughey, and he's talking soft because he's uncomfortable with himself in front of the camera.
He's in public.
He's not used to doing the vlog thing, and he's talking quietly and meekly because he's an idiot.
I'm going to give the House Republicans the benefit of the doubt on their Big, beautiful bill, I bet the prices have dropped now.
It's so funny.
Nice little package of tomatoes.
Can't wait to throw some of these down.
Oh.
Oh yes, love pistachio.
What?
Okay, time for cheese.
Got some parmesan.
Excuse me?
Let me try this little guy.
It's so funny.
What?
Okay, these must be affordable.
They can literally fit inside my hand.
What?
Okay, a lot of little kids in the house need some paper towels.
Oh my god.
All right, this looks good.
What are you?
Maybe I'll stick to brown beef.
Well, a small piece of ham will have to do.
Just gonna stick to some hot dogs.
Yes.
He's so funny.
I love Sriracha.
don't love sriracha He's so funny.
He's he's such a comedian.
How would you go back to governing, you idiot?
So I watched this video and I'm like, I don't have time to do all the items.
So I'm just going to take three random ones.
I took the sriracha.
I took the strip, which I'm more comfortable with in terms of prediction, and the pistachioes because I've been buying pistachioes.
I happen to be buying pistachioes for a long period of time.
Apparently Swallow spent too much time banging a Chinese spy.
He seems to forget that the internet exists in free countries.
That's funny.
That's funny stuff right there.
Everything he said is a live spy banger.
Sriracha was expensive last year.
Strip steak was expensive last year.
Pistachioes were expensive last year.
Last year, just because you weren't doing your own shopping back then and having Fang do it for you doesn't mean it wasn't true.
Everything you say is a lie.
You are a disgusting disgrace.
This is from 2023, 2023.
God Sarasha, the price for a bottle of Huy Feng's iconic hot sauce gets spicy with supplies short.
2023, 2024, the steak was the exact same price, give or take as to what the unit price was because swallow's an idiot.
Are we telling swallow already?
Yeah, we are getting mixed up between him and Kinzinger.
The unit price was about the same.
This was 2024.
The pistachios is the one that really pissed me off was exactly within, I don't know, a reasonable margin of error.
The same.
the same last year as it is right now.
So maybe the critique is that Trump hasn't brought down the prices sufficiently yet.
The reality is everything that that jackass is complaining about was true last year and truer last year by and large.
So that's that.
Now I'm going to go make sure that we are going to raid.
Who did we raid?
Did we raid already?
Neuro divergent.
Oh, go, go, neuro divergent.
You're watching raid when ready.
Let's do this.
I'm going to give the link to local so everybody can come over there because we're going to have a fun one with the other.
Gavin Newsom's story.
Here we go.
Link to locals.
Come on over, people.
It's 10 bucks a month, 100 bucks a year if you get the whole thing.
It's the most amazing community out there.
I save my bad side for Twitter, but we have an amazing community.
It's a great way to support, if you want to, what Robert Barnes and I do.
If you don't want to, that's also fine.
You can become a member and not have any financial support and just get this.
Like the vast majority of the stuff there is open to everybody.
Barnes has Bourbon with Barnes not nightly but often.
And then there's some stuff that's behind paywalls,, but that's to thank the supporters who make it possible for us to do what we do.
If you don't want to do that, just share, snip clip, whatever.
What I want to do, hold on.
I'm going to show you the guy that I'm talking about.
I think it's called a pack of rips.
A pack of rips.
I've been watching this guy.
I think I've seen every video that he's put out.
A pack of rips is hilarious.
I bought a hobby box that has three autos.
I also purchased this box that I believe is a fake.
Look at the coloring.
This should be the color, but it isn't.
It's purple.
Well, now watch this.
This is the all-wonder Franco.
These are all Tony Gwen.
Wow.
This video is brought to you by a card shop over at in Mobile, Alabama.
Well, this is what this is what I'm this is part of what I want to do for unboxing.
So link is there if you want to send stuff.
A pack of ribs is hilarious if anyone wants to go support his work.
Let me just give everybody the link to that.
It's only on ComiTube, but we can't expect everybody to be on Rumble, but one day he will be.
Okay, so that's it.
Let me see something here.
Okay, nothing there.
And we're going to get to the after party.
The raid has been initiated and everyone knows what to do.
I will be live, uh, tomorrow at 3 o'clock with Gordon McGill.
Then I'm going to be on with, uh, doctor Drew at 5 o'clock.
And in the morning we're recording with the Unusual.
So that will be live at 6 o'clock that day, live, live premiere.
But, um, that's it.
And I'm going to go read the chat here for a few more minutes.
Why do grown-up men buy toys?
says Coles Towing.
Well, let me, I have to show you why grown-up men buy toys.
Because toys are awesome.
Now, the cards are a little bit, let me show you my toy, like, some toys.
Let's just see some toys here.
I got GoPros, the cemetery of GoPros.
This one broke.
This one's broken.
That's the GoPro charger.
bunch of broken GoPros, fossils.
Toys are fun.
That's why, that's why adults buy toys.
You have to make sure that they're like, you know, some adults get carss for toys and that I got broken glass on my hand.
The car toys are when things get very expensive.
Viva, you're so good.
Thank you, says Kids Today.
Thank you very much.
Um, never got the cards, but yeah, I still like toys too, says C. Uh, I got to start getting back some of our cards that we sent out for grading.
We'll see what that is.
And King of Builtong's in the house.
Okay, so let's go do it.
Raid, uh, I don't know who else is alive.
I'll be following the news and we'll talk about it tomorrow, but tomorrow's show is going to be dedicated to trucking stuff.
And I'll obviously have the updates after the interview with Gord McGill.
