Fire This Police Chief! Mass Shooting in New York! Sean Feucht Smoke Bomb Suspect ON VIDEO & MORE!
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Ladies and gentlemen of the interwebs, an update in the smoke bomb from the Sean Fuch concert in a church in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Alexa Lavoie of Rebel News will be coming on in a matter of minutes.
But here she is with the update.
Press play.
Breaking everyone.
We have the footage of the man throwing two smoke bombs at Sean Fort last Friday in Montreal at the Ministerios Restoration Church during his worship service.
Watch.
I have so many jokes.
So many jokes, but I'm a nice man.
And I don't make those kind of jokes.
I think them, but I don't make them.
Let me just see something here.
I'm going to bring this back here.
Like, I won't make the obvious jokes, although I did say what a fine specimen of a human this individual is.
If you're going to break the law, may I suggest you don't wear purple pants and suspenders.
The glasses, I don't know if it's part of a costume.
Look at the woman behind him.
She's like, that guy is up to no good.
The security guard who I guess lets him in without anything knows that this guy's up to no good.
Like, what the hell is he going to do?
Then the jackass, you can see him in the back left right here.
I'm circling with the little cursor.
He's looking.
I mean, this is why you need to have situational order.
There you go.
Look at this.
Look at the throw, by the way.
Yes.
Oh, he's stealth throwing it.
No one's going to know it was him.
Get the other one out.
Stealth throw.
And then I'm just going to go and walk away.
We don't yet know who the individual is, but Alexa Lavois of Rebel News got this video.
That is Sean Fuched.
The church, I'm certain I've been to this church.
I think it's not far from where I used to live in Montreal, but we're going to find out.
Breaking news, people.
And meanwhile, in Canada.
Alexa Lavois, for those of you who don't know, Rebel News is going to come on and give us the latest update in this.
I just, you know, you go, and I, I, you, you freeze frame, you zoom in, and you can identify easily.
I'm not talking about doxing.
I'm talking about, hey, cops, there aren't too many people that would fit this description, and surely there is going to be more footage of this outside the church.
It's pretty, pretty distinct looking individual right there.
We got a little better looking, better one right here.
Purple pants.
Where the hell do you even get purple pants?
And here's the picture of him in action throwing, I dare say, like a girl.
Okay, I'm in trouble now.
We're going to follow up on the story when Alexa Lavois comes in because it's wild.
Sean Fucht, the Christian rock singer, who had permits pulled from public parks in Canada.
And as usual, they first cited security concerns because, you know, Antifa and smoke bomb throwing NFers are going to show up and the cops are going to do nothing.
So that's clearly a risk that they can't take.
So they're going to pull the permits.
Anarcho-tyranny is what it is.
Look it up.
Then they pulled the permits and they just said it was because of his anti-2S LGBTQIA plus positions, anti-diversity positions.
Sean Fucht is back in the land of the free visa United States of America.
And yes, that's it.
Now, hold on a second.
Let me see where Alexa is.
Okay, she's coming on in a matter of minutes.
Okay.
Until then, people, we're going to have one hell of a show today because I guess we're going to have identity politics and race as a theme going through today's show, given the recent news that's coming out of New York, coming out of Cincinnati, and it will actually blow your mind.
But first, we're going to get the latest breaking updates from Alexa Lavois.
Alexa, I'll give you her Twitter account so that you can go follow the fine work that she does on Twitter.
It's the voice.
Alexa at Rebel News.
Let me see if she's, hopefully she's not struggling to get on here.
Let's see this here.
Hold on one second.
Boom.
That's her Twitter handle.
I hear her.
Oh, no, I don't hear her anymore.
I'm here.
Okay.
And now, are you able to activate your camera or no?
Yes.
Ah, there we go.
Alexa.
I'm outside in Montreal.
First of all, don't thank you as always for coming on to give us the latest here.
Alexa, first of all, that church, where is that church?
I feel like it's in Westmount.
Was it in Westmount or no?
It's a Ministerios Restoración.
It's on Berry Street.
Okay.
Not a big church.
So I've never been to that particular church unless I was there for some reason.
I don't know.
Alexa, you were there when this all happened.
First of all, how did you get the security footage?
I worked really hard to get it.
I work really hard to get it.
Okay, so you got, and that is, that's like CCTV.
It was from the entrance of the church and from within the congregation.
Did you give it to the police yet?
So the police have it.
I'm pretty sure they are investigating at the moment.
But I think is the man, you can see it on the footage, exited on the front of the church and nobody stopped it.
Nobody stopped him.
It was able to just get out and leave.
It's unreal.
The event itself, how many people were at the concert?
I mean, this is not a question of being mean.
It didn't look like a massive event, like a couple hundred?
I would say, like, fewer than that, fewer than that.
It was not big, and most of the people got shamed, intimidated when they were going in the church.
And also, when the smoke bombs were true at Sean, a lot of people had to leave the place because they were not able to breathe correctly.
So it's probably like a melting pot of everything.
And also because mainstream media actually said that the concept, not the concert, the worship service was cancelled.
So a lot of people, they were not sure if it was cancelled or not.
So they just took their chance.
But the mainstream say, yes, the concert or the performance is cancelled.
It is amazing because some of the other outdoor performances, there were a lot of people there.
And this was clearly indoors after some, not controversy, but after some logistical error.
What the hell were the protesters out there doing?
I did notice at least a handful of Palestinian flags.
Who were the protesters?
Well, first of all, I saw that Montreal anti-fascists have actually posted on their social media to show up to counter the event.
That was also used by Divest Palestine, like Divestment for Palestine.
And multiple other groups have actually reshared the protest.
And it was kind of melting pot of a lot of different people.
I would say like pro-Amos mixed with Antifa, with far left.
They were all together, like, you know, like the people who always showed up for all kinds of protests.
They always like protest for all kinds of reason.
We had like Palestinian flag along with Antifa flag.
Also, people were saying like, no hate, no hate.
My guy is not welcome.
No hate.
And I was like, which hate you are talking about?
Is it because it's Christian?
Is it because it's pro-life?
Of course it would be pro-life.
It's Christian.
So it doesn't make sense because he came to Canada multiple times before and there were no clash and everything went well.
It was peaceful.
And it's just because he is now affiliated with MAGA movement because we saw him at the White House with Donald Trump that everybody got completely on inch about it.
But this is something I've noticed, and you'll correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm not wrong.
I would have, I mean, I knew of him as a Christian rocker only once the news broke.
It seems to me it was CBC and mainstream government-funded news that tagged on MAGA and that basically sparked these protests.
Yeah, yeah, exactly.
And they use all the key words, MAGA, true life, NTL, GBTQ plus, you know, all the key words that they use to really portray him as the devil, just because he's like Christian.
Oh, and also at some point in one of the article, and I started laughing, there were a group of, I don't know if it's like an organization like it is, it's in Quebec, and they say we don't want him to contaminate us.
Contaminate with what?
I've got, I'm actually, I'm going to bring this up.
When you talk about why state-funded media is a problem and how it's propaganda, these are the CBC articles online.
MAGA affiliated musician, hundreds of 10 concepts for MAGA affiliated musician, MAGA affiliated, Winnipeg denies permit for controversial U.S. quiz.
That's the only one that doesn't have MAGA in the headline.
CBC MAGA, CBC MAGA.
They are basically summoning these groups.
And now, so you're on the ground.
You're watching this day in and day out.
Antifa and everything.
I say this without judgment.
I appreciate this legit criticism against Israel.
But Antifa and every pro-Palestinian pro-Islam group, they've formally like basically married right now.
They're always together?
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah.
We call it, I don't know if we say left, Islamic left or Islamogauch in French.
It's now an alliance.
They are always together and their movement is growing because now they are marching with each other.
But what is funny is you remember when people were protesting against indoctrination of children in school, they hated each other.
That's what I won't say the hyperbolic things like, you know, they'll ally together until they'll push them off the roofs because Lord knows what the Islamic world does with homosexuals.
But when there was the indoctrination, education, not indoctrination in Ottawa, when I went down there, the religious Muslims were not too happy with the indoctrination.
So it's only a matter of time before they start fighting within themselves.
But for the time being, their major adversary is anything Trump-related, anything Christian.
Rebel was covering the burning of the churches.
I think it was two summers ago.
Now, has the church burning sort of been reduced, come to an end?
Well, I know that there is a lot of churches who have burned down.
Or if they didn't burn down, I know that here in Quebec, they have been transformed into circus or restaurant or other places like that.
So we know that churches are disappearing pretty fast, especially in Quebec, in the sense that the purpose of the church is not being a church.
Yeah, I actually just saw a clip.
I'll see if I can pull it up afterwards, but out of England, so few people are attending churches.
Mosques are buying them out and converting them into mosques.
So you've submitted it to the police.
Have the police made any comment On this, whatsoever?
I don't know.
I'm not the one who gave the footage to the police.
It's just what I receive as information that the police have the footage at the moment, and it's why I had the agreement to release the footage afterwards because at the same time, you don't want also to block the police work to try to find the individual in question.
But the individual is pretty recognizable.
He's not masked.
And I'm pretty sure the police will be able to find the man.
But I will follow this story closely and I will also email the police regularly to ask them if they found anything about it.
Okay, amazing.
You'll always come back on whenever you can to update us.
Another thing you sent me privately, which I didn't retweet yet because I didn't get to watch it.
But when people talk about the other existential national security threats that Canada is posing to the U.S., I'll play this.
Criminal border crossings exposed along Canada-U.S.
border.
I mean, it's every day.
Groups coming across.
There's a group that come running through nine of them.
I think we find finally a 90, Podu Price.
80, 500,000 Haitians living in the U.S., setting them up for potential deportation.
So they're coming from Miami.
Majority of it is Haitian.
We'll heighten our border security with a thousand more CBSA officers.
In this report, we will show you that the border between...
I'm going to share the rest of it.
So what is going on with the border in Canada?
These are asylum seekers that Doug Ford wants to put to work because they're able-bodied and healthy in Ontario crossing into Canada primarily or not predominantly, but a lot of Haitians coming from America.
What's the situation?
So the place that we found is a hotspot for illegal crossing, and that is at our northern border.
So I hope Americans are watching this because I think it's really important.
Shirubusco in the state of New York and Franklin in this in the in Franklin is like one of the riding in Quebec.
There is a lot of people crossing illegally.
And what we did, me and Lincoln J, we actually put trail camera in one of the place that we suspected that was a hot spot.
And we stayed up all night watching if we were able to see any cars or any action.
And suddenly, when we watched the trail camera on the morning, we saw, first of all, on the first day, 23 people crossing illegally by a big group all together.
And this is crossing US into Canada.
We are pretty sure that they were crossing into Canada because as we were able to see, it looked like Asians.
But we know that it's still happening in both sides.
So we still have people crossing from Canada into the US and people from the US to Canada.
But what we heard from the people living there, there is a massive increase of people now going towards Canada.
And it's what we were able to see.
We actually caught another group with children, 11 of them crossing again illegally at the same spot.
And I'm pretty sure that this is happening again and again.
Taxi driver is apparently involved in this.
Uber driver also.
There is random car coming in and out of a private property to drop and picking people off of their property.
And apparently it's just getting out of hand because there is so many people crossing illegally.
And we need to be aware that our border is so long.
It's so long.
And just like from the state of New York and the province of Quebec, we talk about 523 kilometer long.
So there is plenty of places where people can just jump in, jump out.
And I'm going to say, in Quebec, just at the Saint Bernard de la Cole, Legal Port of Entry, this month of July will be one of our biggest months of people showing up at the Legal Port of Entry, mainly Haitians fleeing the U.S. because of the TPS, the temporary protection status.
Now I think the court have extended it to 2026.
But I think right now we probably approach the 3,000 people showing up in the month of July just at the Legal Port of Entry.
I mean, that's for the population of Canada, that is wild.
And for the population of Quebec, that's even crazier.
Yeah, the people wants to come to Quebec.
They speak French, so it's the perfect place for them.
And by the way, so you know about the new trend that is happening in Canada.
So after just Enchado did the reform of the Third Safe Country Agreement, so now they applied it to all port of entry, the illegal one and the legal one.
But there is a new loophole.
So after 14 days, the Third Safe Country Agreement do not apply anymore.
So the people can actually bypass that and apply for refugee status and their demand will be received.
So now in the price of the criminal organization, not only they will cross you over, but they will hide you for 14 days in the price that they pay.
All right.
That's amazing.
Alexa, can I ask where you are?
I think you mentioned where you were, but I don't know if you're saying it publicly.
Where are you now?
So I'm in Montreal.
So I just had a meeting with the SPVM and now.
SPVM is Montreal police.
You know what happened at the square Victoria when I got attacked.
So it's still ongoing, I'm still suing them, and we are still proceeding to try to shed lights on what happened.
Alexa, people say that Rebel News is not real journalism, that it's activism journalism.
I think it's among the last real journalists on earth, and I think you are among the finest of Canadian journalists.
You are the real voice, Alexa, at Twitter.
Where can people support the work that you do?
So if people want to support the investigation at the border, it's guardtheborder.com.
And if people want to sign the petition for what happened with Sean Ford, they can sign the petition and support also via the same website at letuswarship.ca.
Guardtheborder.com.
I always misspell the word guard by putting the U in front of the A. Here we go.
I'll give everybody the link to that.
Well, I won't inundate them.
Guardtheborder.com.
Alexa Lavois.
Alexa, you do amazing stuff.
Thank you, as always, for coming on and giving us the latest from Comic Canada.
It's crazy.
It's madness in Canada.
But you're staying there and sticking it out and doing good work.
So thank you very much, Alexa.
Thank you for the invitation.
Anytime, every time.
I'll see you soon.
See you soon.
Bye-bye.
That's what's going on in Canada, people.
Holy crap, apples.
I was trying to look up the length of the border.
What is the length of the border between Canada and U.S.?
2008.
The total length of the land border between Canada and the United States.
Okay, hold on.
I'm going to have to see this.
It's approximately 8,891 kilometers.
This makes it the longest international border in the world.
Breakdown.
Mainland is 6,416 kilometers, stretching from Maine to Washington State.
Alaska, oh, I forgot about that one.
Alaska, Canada, an additional 2,475.
And it's a non-militarized border because hitherto, get symmetrical here.
Hitherto, Canada had been an ally of the U.S. and not a national security threat.
But now what with the tariffs, the fentanyl super labs, the terrorists crossing into America, and Canada announcing that it should cozy up more to China as a trading partner than the U.S. That that border might have to get militarized real quick.
Everybody, good afternoon.
How goes the battle?
Viva Fry, former Montreal litigator, turned current Florida Rumbler with the Rumble lineup.
My time slot is 3 o'clock.
It's like 3 to 4-ish, 4.15, 4.30.
If I really go over my time slot.
And it's part of the Rumble lineup.

Oh, lordy people.
Yesterday, hold on.
How do I, oh, is my thing frozen here?
Give me one second here.
Stop sharing.
There we go.
I, um, speaking of being distracted, showing my kid how to top up your oil at a Wawa.
And then I show him the dipstick, and then I put the dipstick back and start driving, forgetting that I didn't put the oil cap back on the engine and then splashed oil everywhere, started smoking up.
The engine did not seize.
And yeah, people tell me it's ADHD.
I'm just used to it.
It's my wiring.
All right, people.
I do not reflexively racialize anything.
And some people might say, Viva, that's because you're Canadian and you haven't lived in America for your whole life.
Others might say, good on you, Viva, because, you know, not everything is always race all the time.
Things definitely got a little bit more race oriented, identity politics oriented in Canada.
As of, ironically enough, Mr. Blackface himself, Justin Trudeau, ascending to power and importing that racial identity politics that I really noticed spiking under, oddly enough, Obama's first term.
It's an amazing thing.
You get progressive liberal, the first black president, which I always found a little bit odd because he's as white as he is black.
But then people say, Viva, you say that as a Canadian, the superseding identity is the black element of an identity because that's the one that, you know, accounts for everything that ever happens to you that you don't like is done to you because you're black.
And I'm like, okay, well, you know, one time you all know this anecdote When I was leaving my own house in Canada, wearing a big fluffy down jacket in the middle of winter, running up with the hood out, I got stopped by cops asking me what I was doing, running out of my own house.
I paid for it, I had the mortgage, I paid for all of this, and I didn't, you know, say, is it because I'm Jewish?
That question doesn't get asked.
But if I were a visible minority, I would have said, is this because I'm a visible minority?
It wasn't.
Clearly, I looked suspicious, clearly, and I didn't, you know, whether or not I had to comply, I was actually kind of happy that security kind of did something.
I want to bring up the video, but it seems that my fat fingers, I'm going to refresh here.
I'll be back.
All right.
It's not my fault.
Make all the jokes you want.
It's not my fault.
I'm back, people.
Not my fault.
Let me bring up what I was going to bring up before I so rudely interrupted by eating myself from the stream.
There was an incident in Cincinnati, which many people instantaneously racialized for the purposes of saying, why isn't mainstream media covering this?
Other people were racializing it to say, if the rules were reversed, it would have been the most egregious top story event anywhere out there.
If you haven't heard about the incident, they're describing it as a Cincinnati fight where there were a mob of people and people observing race in it, a mob of people who are black assaulting a white couple.
I'll show you the video and all the angles and the extended version of it, and then we're going to get into the insanity of it.
The news itself, five suspects charged.
1911 call from crowd.
What we know about the viral Cincinnati fight.
Key points.
Five suspects have been identified in a viral video showing a large fight in downtown Cincinnati.
The fight occurred around 3 a.m.
Nothing good happens after midnight, people, on July 26th, near 4th and Elm Streets.
No arrests have been made, but police are encouraging the suspects to turn themselves in.
Officials, including Vice President J.D. Vance and Mayor Aftab Parival, have condemned the violence.
The motive for the fight remains unclear.
Police have identified five suspects from a violent fight with a crowd of, quote, 100 people or so, end quote.
Videos of the fight have made rounds online sparked outrage from leaders nationwide.
Cincinnati police officer Teresa Feitge did not disclose the charges or the names of the suspects who are not in custody during an afternoon press conference on July 28th.
When was that?
Was that yesterday?
But said anyone involved who caused harm to another person will face consequences.
Multiple videos of the 3 a.m. fight downtown on July 26th circulated on social media over the weekend, raising concerns about safety amid the city's recent push to reduce crime in its urban cores.
In one of the videos, a group of people is seen striking a man until he falls to the ground as they continue to punch and kick him.
Shortly after, another man is seen punching a woman in the face, causing her to fall to the ground where she remained motionless until a person helped pick her back up.
I hate these videos.
I hate these stories.
I don't like covering them.
But the elements of this are absolutely wild.
I'm going to bring up the video.
It's not that terrible, and I'm not going to show anything that's graphic enough that, oh, no, that's not the one I want to bring up, the video itself.
And at the risk of giving someone who doesn't deserve the attention that he is so desperately craving.
Pastor Ben, I had him on the channel.
Dude, claims to be a pastor.
The tweet, the original tweet from End Wokeness, who tends to focus on the racial aspect of videos that this account posts online.
And I say that neutrally.
It's just an objective observation.
Says zero news stories about this attack.
Zero AP news stories about this attack.
Zero Fox news stories about this attack.
Zero PBS news stories about this attack.
Zero New York Times stories about this attack.
Zero NPR.
You get the idea.
Zero ABC, zero NBC, zero CNN, zero WAPO, zero MSNBC.
And this is a still from the fight.
And this is the woman after she's hit in the face and unconscious on the ground.
You want to see what Pastor Ben had to say about this.
MAGA wants you to be more upset about a belligerent white couple getting their asses beat than the fact that one of their supporters assassinated a Democratic elected official.
I presume this pastor is talking about the Minnesota incident, which was a Tim Walls appointee who claims to have been ordered by Tim Walls to carry out a murder.
Suggesting that there's some justice in a belligerent white couple getting their asses beat by a group that appears to be predominantly, if not exclusively black.
As if to suggest that the remedy, even if they were belligerent white couple, would be getting beaten to the point of unconsciousness and possibly to the point of death, certainly to the point of lifelong brain traumatic injuries.
That's the logical response to a belligerent white couple who were apparently extremely intoxicated.
Not that that rationalizes anything, but it certainly is an excuse not to beat them into unconsciousness.
And if you want to see the full unedited fight about how they asked for it and threw the first punch, this is from expose racists and pedos.
Heard racists and pedos are on Twitter, so I'm here to expose them.
Here's posting what racist world.
Okay.
A full unedited, uncropped video shows a white man assaulting and slapping a black man in the face at the jazz festival, Cincinnati, Ohio.
These racist media has once again taken a video and cropped it to make it seem as though a bunch of black people just randomly attacked a white person for no, oh, that's clearly not what happened.
Watch this.
This is the video of what happened and trying to rationalize and justify what happened.
*Pewds screaming*
So on the one hand, I'm not playing the rest of this because it makes me ill to watch.
On the one hand, it's not race-based and it's wrong to claim that it was a group of black individuals striking a white couple.
On the other hand, Pastor Ben and the others say the white couple, belligerent, got what they deserved.
All right.
Bottom line, jackasses being jackasses, the cure for belligerence is not beating to the point of potential death.
In Canada, one of the Supreme Court decisions that always teaches you that you take your victim in the condition in which they come was someone who punched one dude once in the face.
He fell back, hit his head, choked on his vomit, died.
The guy was charged with murder.
That's the video.
People are saying this is symptomatic of black on white violence.
Others are saying it's just criminality at large.
Pastor Ben saying belligerent white couple getting what they deserve for mouthing off and throwing the first punch if you could decipher it from that video.
And then you got the Cincinnati police chief.
This is where I said, okay, I'm talking about this story right now.
This is where I said people need to get fired.
The Cincinnati police chief comes out and blames the people on the internet for not telling the whole story about the purportedly cropped video, which only showed the beating, didn't show the belligerent couple acting belligerent before a mob of people beat them potentially within an inch of their life.
Listen to what this jack and mini has to say about those covering this story, those reporting on it, and those sharing clips of the fight on social media.
Another topic I want to cover real quick.
Social media and journalism and the role it plays in this incident.
You know what is always key to journalism?
Having police chiefs tell you how to do your job.
Get ready to get lectured.
What is her name again?
It's not Karen, but get ready to get lectured by a Karen right now.
And yes, guys, that's you.
Hold on.
I'm actually just going to play it uninterrupted without commentating.
Another topic I want to cover real quick.
Social media and journalism and the role it plays in this incident.
And yes, guys, that's you.
That is you.
Social media, the post that we've seen, does not depict the entire incident.
That is one version of what occurred.
Do you hear the murmuring in the background?
Listen to the person.
Did she just say it doesn't depict what happened?
I mean, it's straight up out of The Simpsons.
When Homer becomes the vigilante cop and he's like, as, hey, your mom's, your car was upside down when I got here.
And as for your grandma, she shouldn't have mouthed off like that.
Oh, yeah.
It doesn't depict the whole thing.
They were belligerent and drunk and might have taken the first swing before swarmed and beaten within an inch of the life.
Call me a sissy Canadian.
I am of the opinion that they could have said the most vile, racist things on earth.
And the response should never be a swarming beating.
It might be predictable.
You might be asking for trouble by doing certain things, but to say it doesn't depict the, oh, Well, they were belligerent and drunk.
And one of them might have taken a shot at one of the guys before being sucker punched and gang beaten by five other people.
We've seen does not depict the entire incident.
That is one version of what occurred.
Now, here's the government version.
Here's the government version.
Whitey got what they deserved.
Here's the government version.
Don't jump to any conclusions.
The drunk man and woman might have done something to deserve getting beaten.
Social media and mainstream media and their commentaries are a misrepresentation of the circumstances surrounding any given event.
What that does, that causes us some difficulties in thoroughly investigating the activity.
Okay, go on.
How?
How does showing the video.
Oh my goodness.
Shut up.
Don't circulate videos.
Don't see with your own eyes.
And that way it makes it a lot easier for us to brush this under the rug and say there's no broader issue here.
There's no criminality issue.
There's no potential hate crime here.
We're just going to just add this to the stats.
But she goes on.
And enforcing the law.
Because what happens, that social media post and your coverage of it distorts the content of what actually happened.
So if you go and watch the video again, you'll see they actually got what they deserved.
They were the actual instigators.
And the real victims of this are the gang of people that beat the ever-loving piss out of them.
You just got to go back and watch it again, guys.
And shame on you for saying otherwise.
And it makes our job more difficult.
Go ahead, right here.
Thank you.
Two questions.
Where were the nearest officers?
By the way, don't you love the feigning of control and authority?
Go ahead.
Right on there.
You.
You.
Yeah, I'm in control.
I'll point here.
Look at this.
And it makes our job more difficult.
Go ahead, right here.
Thank you.
Two questions.
Where were the nearest officers?
In the central business section.
They were working.
They were both in vehicles.
And like I said, they had to maneuver through the traffic.
Second question is, you had said social media, news media distorted the content of what actually happened.
What exactly was distorted?
I understand that there was.
Oh, just end the question there.
What exactly was distorted?
Multiple views of the video.
But exactly what led up to this?
I mean, what was distorted?
Yeah.
So I think.
Do you notice that, by the way?
Like just body language.
Do you notice she looks up to the sky, like basically like praying for an adequate answer to the lie.
Look at this.
I mean, what was distorted?
Yeah.
So I think.
Let me just get my bullshit together.
The irresponsibility with social media.
Is it just.
The irresponsibility was the conclusion.
What was the evidence for the irresponsibility?
What was distorted?
The irresponsibility was allegedly distorting it.
What was distorted?
Well, you're going to get a whole lot of verbal diarrhea.
One side of the equation.
Quite frequently.
Without context.
You need context for that savage beating.
Without factual context.
And then people run with that.
And then it grows legs.
And it becomes something.
So.
Bigger.
What was misrepresented, police chief?
That we then have to try to manage as part of the investigation.
All right.
Let's just bring this out here.
Garbage.
Verbal diarrhea.
Nonsense.
I just had to go see what her career was like.
Let me see here.
I had to go see what the police chief.
What her credentials were.
Let me go.
Cincinnati.
I think my entire police chief.
Here we go.
This is from their own website.
So I'm not even relying on like potentially biased sources.
Listen to this.
Police chief.
Colonel.
Teresa.
A. Thiechge.
On January 9, 2023.
was i'm about to say teresa was sworn in as cincinnati's 16th police officer was she the first woman oh look at that she was the first woman to lead the cincinnati police department identity politics don't jump to any conclusions don't comment on her proudly boasting on cincinnatiohio.gov website she's the first woman president progress the first the first woman uh chief progress telling you not to believe your own lying eyes that all that video of the massive beating sworn beating
tells one side of the story.
You don't know what they did to deserve what they got.
And by you suggesting they didn't deserve anything to get a savage group beating, you are perpetuating misconceptions about that.
In February, when Chief Elliot Isaac retired from the Cincinnati Police Department for more than six years, Thietke was appointed interim police chief by city manager John Kirk.
She was the first female in the city of Cincinnati's history to be appointed to the interim police chief position full-time.
She's been with the Cincinnati police for over 30 years, 2016.
She was promoted to assistant chief and in 2020 assumed the role of the executive officer throughout her career.
She's had multitude of assignments of varying ranks.
She's experienced in patrol, investigative assignments, as well as inspections, yada, yada, yada.
Identity politics, people.
Through and through, the first female police chief appointed, anointed, whatever, diversity, telling you not to believe your own eyes, not to share that video, not to come to any conclusions about what the hell is going on in the streets of Cincinnati, Ohio, where you have a massive group beating of a man and a woman who were apparently inebriated to the point of stupid drunk.
That's that story.
That's where it stands right now.
Living through abject idiocracy.
We're not yet done with it, but let me go over here and see if I missed any super chat or rumble rants over on rumble.
tipped questions over on vivabarneslaw.locals.com.
I'm not reading that one.
So she is complaining because the police had to do their jobs and do some investigating, says Jekale.
Donald Trump Jr. just tweeted that she's a moron, LOL, says Allie Michael.
She needs to be fired.
Period.
The audacity that it takes to try to shame the media for exposing to the world what in the name of sweet holy hell is going on in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Oh yeah, no, no.
Don't share that video because it only tells a part of the story.
You're to blame.
You're partly responsible for it.
Unreal.
We're not yet done with the racializing of incidents and the look at that crazy man right there.
Old man Toby says, Viva, it's not one attack.
It's a pattern of behavior.
It's when you tell someone they are oppressed, then logically they can attack their oppressors.
It's bourgeoisie behavior, communism.
We'll call it anarcho-tyranny.
I mean, we're seeing it out of Canada.
We're seeing it out of America.
And now we're seeing the police come out in America saying, you don't know what happened.
You don't have the whole video.
That white couple, they mouthed off.
They were belligerent and drunk at three in the morning.
You don't know what happened.
Trust me, there's more to this story, guys.
Nah, nah, nah, nah, nah.
Let's not jump to any conclusions.
In Canada, you've got the police letting Antifa, letting violent protesters, because they are violent, they do destroy party.
You let them get away with it while you arrest or threaten to arrest journalists and physically assault journalists.
It's anarcho-tyranny.
It's not applying the law to the alleged victims of class warfare because they don't know any better, poor them.
And it's throwing the book at those who should know better, the oppressors.
And the constant, I said, by the way, I appreciate the, not the racializing of elements, but there are statistics.
And you can't argue with statistics.
You could try to fudge them.
And, you know, figures lie and liars figure.
You can't argue with statistics and you can't argue with statistical overrepresentation.
What you can try to do is lie.
And what you can try to do is lie like they did with the most recent mass shooting in New York.
There was a recent mass shooting.
The details are still breaking.
The operating theory right now is that the individual was actually going after was actually going after something related to the NFL because of complaints that he didn't make the NFL,
suffered from CTE, and had a gripe with the NFL, but he went into a building and shot four, killed four other people and injured an NFL employee.
That's the operating theory.
Let me just bring this up right here.
New York City shooting.
New York police officer killed.
Three others dead in Midtown building, home to Blackstone NFL.
Fast facts, I want to highlight something because they're going to try to use this as another attack on Second Amendment rights.
And I think I know where they're going with this one.
A lone gunman identified as Shane Tamura walked into a Midtown man office building, opened fire, killing four people before turning the gun on himself.
The four people were killed in the shooting were identified as New York police officer, Diderul Islam, Blackstone executive Wesley Lepatner, security guard, Alana Aland Etienne, Julia Hyman, an associate at Rubin Management.
New York City Mayor Eric Adams said Tamura appeared to take the wrong elevator bank inside 345 Park Avenue when he was carried out the attack, adding, it appears as though he was going after employees of the NFL.
The motive for the shooting remains unclear.
The government reported had a grievance with the NFL, blaming the sport of football for his apparent issues with CTE, chronic traumatic encephalopathy, a side effect from repeated strikes to the head.
There was an element of assembled, I think there was the gun.
I think they were going to go after parts.
Let me see if they got this.
Associate News helped him buy parts for his gun.
We're going to see that.
I wonder if they're going to use this as an excuse to go after, to now further demonize what they so-called ghost guns, people assembling their own firearms.
Set that aside.
The individual, apparently, as of the information known now, had a gripe with the NFL, apparently took the wrong elevator.
And four people are dead now.
Racializing this incident from the beginning.
I'll pull this one up.
Now, I didn't give Gunter Eagleman a hard time.
I just said, like, if you're going to quote something, you got to make sure to quote it verbatim because there's a material difference between saying he was likely a white guy versus saying possibly a white guy, which is what the individual said.
And it makes it unshareable in terms of a link.
You can't share this link if it contains a materially inaccurate verbatim, purported verbatim quote of the individual.
But the audacity to even bring in race unless it's necessary for the purposes of identification.
Now, another thing, there's a video circulating which clearly shows a man carrying a gun who's clearly not white.
You know, mixed race at best, but clearly not Caucasian 100%.
Now, when this guy's talking, we don't know what information was known.
We don't know if that photo was shown.
If the photo wasn't shown, to hypothesize on race for any other reason other than identifying the accused shooter is irrelevant.
And if you do it and it's wrong, then it's reckless.
So shut your mouth if you don't know what you're talking about instead of saying things like this.
Who he is?
They do not know who he is.
They know he is a male, possibly white.
I'm curious, what information did this individual have to say possibly white?
I mean, if possibly white means possibly black.
It means possibly Asian.
It means possibly Middle Eastern.
It means possibly anybody.
Why throw that in?
He's wearing sunglasses.
He appears to have a mustache.
And that picture has been distributed to every police officer in New York City, particularly has been sent to the phones of the search teams inside that building.
Now, we're going to see the picture that I presume he's referring to.
And if he's referring to this person as possibly white based on that picture, this is misinformation that might lead to misidentification that could lead to even greater, deadlier consequences.
Because whenever they encounter a group of people, the first thing they have to figure out is, is that individual among these people hiding among victims or pretending to be an office worker?
Because one thing you don't want to have happen is to have this kind of cordon where you're trying to evacuate people in groups as you can get them to a safe corridor and have this person slip out with them.
Well, you just said he's possibly white when clearly by the photo that you are ostensibly referring to, most people would not come to that conclusion.
So have you just potentially aided and abetted the very outcome that you're warning against, Mr. John Miller?
So yes, they have the picture and they have distributed it to everybody on the scene.
All right.
All right.
John, stay with me.
I know you're obviously getting information here in real time as we're talking.
This is CNN.
Possibly white.
This is the photograph.
And the question is going to be, in what realm of the universe would someone have seen that picture and then taken to CNN to say, possibly white?
And now you bring this back to the previous story that we covered about Cincinnati, where you have the police chief telling people in the media to not circulate information and to not share videos because it only tells one half of the story so that you can only have the propagandists and the government media tell you what the narrative is.
Well, if nobody were sharing their own information, you might think that the shooter was possibly white.
This guy looks like Eric Andre, who's, from what I understand, you know, it literally looks like Eric Andre.
I'm not trying to be funny.
Who, from what I understand, is half white, half black.
I hope.
I'm going to double fact check myself in real time.
But you have CNN racializing and promoting outright propaganda for no better reason, and to the detriment of the safety of the general public.
That was the picture.
What do you think?
I don't think that I would not have, I would have said more likely, if I'm seeing this, I would have probably said Asian.
Maybe, maybe wearing a wig.
If not, if I had seen that picture and said possibly white, I would expect to never have a job in media or what was that guy's position again?
Is this guy in intelligence?
Chief law enforcement and intelligence analyst at CNN.
I would expect to get fired.
And I would deserve it if it happened.
Sigh.
*sigh*
Well, that's what's going on there.
And then you got the people on the internet who are going to jump on the propaganda and jump on the anti-Second Amendment and ignore a certain element about this story.
Who was it that tweeted?
There was another tweet.
I think it was coming from Eric.
Not Eric.
Andrew Yang.
Let me pull this one up.
Andrew Yang took to Twitter.
Says it's far too easy to obtain an automatic rifle in America.
Let me see if.
Yeah, right here.
This one here.
Andrew Yang, never a day where he says, I'm going to put out a dumb tweet and doesn't do it.
It's too easy to get an automatic rifle in America.
Now, everybody immediately sees the same thing.
Automatic rifles in America, also known as machine guns, some people think they're illegal.
They are not illegal, but they are so strictly regulated, they are effectively not attainable by ordinary citizens.
Here, listen to this.
This is Grok.
I don't like this, but everybody does it.
Not because they're actually looking to Grok for the answer, but because they're trying to prove a point.
Blue Collar Exec says, Grok, help Mr. Yang out with a comprehensive guide to legally purchasing an automatic rifle in the USA.
Because what Yang is going to say, well, you can get a semi-automatic and it's a lot easier.
You just have to go to a gun show and do the gun show loophole.
The gun show loophole, which itself is not all that easy to exploit and is not really much of a loophole.
Legally buying an automatic rifle machine gun in the U.S. is regulated and not easy.
Only pre-1986 transferable models are allowed for civilians.
The new ones are banned.
21 and older.
Prohibited.
No felonies in permitting states.
Find one via class three dealer.
Price starts at $10,000 due to scarcity.
Submit an ATF form, fingerprints, photos, $200 stamp.
Pass FBI check, wait six to 12 months.
Andrew Yang, this process is quite difficult.
He's going to say, no, okay, fine.
I misspoke.
I meant semi-automatic.
I meant the AR-15, which everyone thinks is an AK-47.
I have to say this.
Well, I said the same thing.
Assuming you're talking about a semi-automatic rifle, it's still not easy to get one.
If you're talking about gun violence statistics, the majority of gun crime is committed with small arms, not rifles.
If you want to get into the demographics of gun crime in the United States, buckle up.
It's an uncomfortable conversation to have.
But if you are sincerely trying to understand the issue, it's a necessary conversation to have.
What are those stats if you want to actually understand gun violence in America?
Let me see here where the article was.
Gun homicide rates in the U.S. Here.
These were the stats when they did it, I think, still by age race and back in 2022.
Let me see here.
Are we going to be able to see this?
In the United States, black people have higher rates of gun homicide than white people across all age groups.
As of 2022, gun homicide rates were highest among black people aged between 15 and 24.
63.78 gun homicides per 100,000.
I was just for fun looking this up and for fun looking it up in the sense of, you know, people are going to say it's racist to observe the statistics.
And I say, that's stupid talk.
Stats are when reported honestly and interpreted honestly, you can't argue with the stats.
Where it would become racist hypothetically is if you say there's something innate, inherent within the genetics of that accounts for this.
And then I said, what is the, I went to just Google, what the safest country in Africa, on the continent of Africa is, and it was Rwanda, which had an intentional homicide rate of 2.8 per 100,000.
So you compared that to the stats in some cities in America.
And your arguments for racism, I think, are going to fall by the wayside.
You're going to have to explain this stat in another way, but you can't deny this stat.
Where were we here?
In comparison, there were only 2.58 gun homicides per 100,000 of the white population within this age range.
However, the risk for gun homicide was greatest among all adolescents and adults between the ages of 15 to 44 in that year.
Yeah, there's a big freaking difference between 2.58 per 100,000 and 63.8 per 100,000.
That is wild.
I mean, this is like Venezuela, Mexico-level gun violence.
And the number one victims of black gun violence are black people themselves as well.
So to call it racism, to observe a problem that disparately impacts, or at least is committed by a certain demographic, you can go find whatever cause, reason, explanation you want, but understand the stats.
In the last few years, firearms have become a leading cause of death for American children and teenagers aged up to 19 years old.
Okay, we got this.
This is the right to bear arms.
Despite increasingly high rates of gun-related violence, gun ownership remains a significant part of American culture.
Great.
Let me just see one thing here.
Google.
Which guns are used in most crimes?
I mean, I know the answer.
Small arms.
Handguns, particularly 9mm pistols, are the most commonly used firearms in crimes, according to ammo.com.
While rifles often are at the center of attention, handguns are more frequently used in homicides and other crimes due to their concealability and ease of use.
So you look at the Andrew Yangs of the world and they immediately jump on Second Amendment right arguments, which are Based on lies, ignoring the fact that true, you could reduce gun violence by outlawing all semi-automatic rifles.
You know what else you could maximize by doing that?
Government tyranny.
You know what else you could maximize by that?
The inability to defend yourself when the criminals who don't care about the laws have their guns and their small arms and use them on you, unarmed, defenseless individuals.
But you get the Andrew Yangs out there going to jump on the semi-automatic, automatic argument, not appreciating that it's handguns and small arms, that it is so statistically overrepresented within certain demographics, within certain cities, that you're not ever going to solve the problem because it's arguable that you even want to solve the problem.
It seems, and you can call me a crazy conspiracy theorist for this, that the ultimate outcome that they want is the disarmament of the population so that America can look like Canada, can look like Australia, and can end up looking like Europe.
And that is all I have to say about that story because I don't like these stories.
I do not reflexively racialize these stories.
There is an objective, unindisputable statistical overrepresentation.
And I say this for good and for bad.
When there's statistical overrepresentation, when people think it's good, communities take pride in it.
When there's statistical overrepresentation, when people think it's bad or when it is bad, well, then it's racism, anti-Semitism, xenophobia, Islamophobia to observe that.
You want to take pride in statistical overrepresentation when it's a good thing.
You've got to take responsibility when there's statistical overrepresentation when there's a bad thing.
And, you know, like, it's, I'll just bring it back to the anti-Semitic arguments, which, you know, I get called a self-hate and whatever quite regularly.
Because when people say Jews control the media, Jews control music, Jews control politics.
And I say, okay, fine.
The control is hyperbole.
Statistical overrepresentation and influence in is an objective statistical reality.
And I say this to people who say, oh, Viva, you know, Jewish people are people of the book.
That's why they won so many Nobel Peace Prizes.
That's why there's so many award-winning directors.
That's why there's so many pianists, chess players, yada, yada.
It's like, great, I agree with you.
There's statistical overrepresentation, which is a source of pride.
You don't get to cry anti-Semitism when I say and observe that there's a statistical overrepresentation in what people take issue with.
And that goes for violence.
That goes for political influence.
That goes for political chicanery.
That goes for everything.
But it requires objectivity and it requires self-insight and self-reflection to say honestly.
What the hell is going on as relates to the statistical overrepresentation in violent crime in America needs to be addressed.
It will never be addressed and it will never be resolved when accusations of racism start flying, when lies start being spewed.
Possibly a white man.
Nope.
Oh, but yeah, most mass shooters are white.
Depends on how you define mass shooters.
And all right, so the most mass shootings, which account for a small percentage of gun-related homicides.
All right, great.
You've demonized white people because you thought it does something and you're not solving the broader issue.
And that's all I have to say about that.
If I manage to eloquently elucidate my thoughts on that without being accused of whatever, I'll have done a decent job.
All right.
What do we have over on Rumble?
We've got, they ought to promote her to citizen.
That's funny.
Okay, I'm going to bring this out.
And I think there was also, I see, I see this.
Oddly, last night, someone on Faux News, certain we know everything about the shooter in 24 hours, though we still know nothing about Crooks and Paddock.
Paddock was Vegas.
Crooks was Butler, Pennsylvania.
We're still waiting on news from Butler, Pennsylvania, assessments and whatnot.
You're right.
And what happened?
And Vance Belter just fell off the face of the earth.
But, you know, Pastor Ben, the Pastor Benz of the world are claiming he was a right-wing MAGA extremist who just happened to be working with, appointed by Vance, not by Tim Walls, whatever.
It's insanity beyond anything.
We're going over to vivabarnslaw.locals.com want to see what's going on here.
Bringing it down to the bottom.
Compare how many guns are in the USA to how many gun crimes in the USA, says Boopsie.
Bill Brown says, hey, 1644, that means I'm good now.
I'm 45.
I think they're mostly, but not entirely, shooting each other, says Tony DeMarco.
And that's it.
All right.
One more story before we head on over to vivabarneslaw.locals.com.
Yeah, there's the Rumble Studio for me, it's like it's weird.
Occasionally, it just totally kicks me out or logs me out while I'm live, which makes it impossible to refresh and then freezes.
Link to locals, get your butts on over there.
And before we do that, though, by the way, get some merch, Viva Fry.
I'm not the best at merch, and I'm not the best at self-promotion, but if you want to get a nice shirt, support the channel.
Conspiracy Realist.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
It's over at Viva Fry.
If you want to get a Louis the Lobster book, people, right here, nobody has ever regretted getting a good children's book.
It's on Amazon, and I think it's pretty, we went with $14.99 because I wanted people in Canada to still be able to afford it.
And I'll give everybody the link for that.
Go get one.
What do we say?
Yeah, $14.99 American, which is becoming exceedingly expensive in Canada.
But go check that out link.
And come on over to vivabarnslaw.locals.com for the afterparty.
But speaking of hypocrisy and speaking of who was it?
It was Marx.
It was Karl Marx who said the end goal of socialism is communism.
Like, I'm not making that up.
The, if my fat fingers can do this, end goal of socialism is communism.
Now, while some interpretation of Marxist theory suggests socialism as a transitional stage towards communism.
It's not universally accepted that way.
Yeah, that's nice.
Who said that?
I just want to see who said it.
I thought it was.
Who said it?
Opinions?
Was it Lenin?
Well, either way, it's a trope, people, or it's a stereotype.
And I also say, you know, stereotypes, they exist because people pass down anecdotes over time.
So the end goal of socialism is communism.
It's not an insult.
It's just a matter of fact.
But we're talking about the socialist, Zohran Mamdani, and his views on firearms.
Zohran Mamdani put out a tweet a little while ago as relates to guns.
Basically, he's Andrew Yang.
He's Andrew Yang in a few years from now.
Andrew Yang's like, it's too easy to get automatic guns.
Oh, I didn't mean automatic.
I meant semi-automatic.
All right, make it harder.
All right, well, now it's too easy to get handguns.
Make it harder.
It's too easy to get guns.
Take them away and ban them.
And that's what Zohran Mamdani has been saying for years now.
No one's going to accuse him of being inconsistent.
Zohran Mamdani tweeted out in 2022, a day after my birthday, in 2022, we need to ban all guns.
And I had to say, because I follow the news, this your wedding, jackass?
Fences, armed guards, opulence.
You're a good commie.
This inside socialist Zohan Mamdani's posh wedding bash at secluded Uganda compound, complete with phone jamming systems, system, armed guards.
Here's one armed guard in Uganda.
Look at that.
Barbed wire fences, opulence.
It's astonishing.
Open borders.
Walls are racist.
Unless I'm getting married and then I want armed guards and good, good damn walls.
Not just walls, chicken wire.
The same chicken wire that they were ordering Texas to take down because it was proving to be an obstacle for people crossing the Rio Grande.
You know, that's Zoran.
You got to see what happened with his wedding.
It's amazing.
Zoran Mamdani, his socialist New York City mayor, mayoral frontrunner, Zohan Mamdani.
I want to do like a funny thing, like, you don't elect the Zoran.
That's a playoff.
You don't mess with the Zohan.
Zorani celebrated his recent nuptials with a lavish three-day affair at his family's Ritzy secluded Ugandan compound, complete with masked security guards.
By the way, you know, no masked ICE agents in California, but he gets masked security guards in Uganda.
And a cell phone jamming system, the post has learned.
The gates of the bustling private compound, which sits in the wealthy Bouzigahill area outside the capital city of Kampala, heavily guarded by military-style masked men with guests streaming in and partying until midnight.
Oh, streaming in, not streaming.
Until sources said they wished to remain anonymous for security reasons.
Mandani33 eloped with artist Rama Duaji in February.
He told his social media followers Sunday he was heading to his homeland to celebrate with his wealthy filmmaker mom and professor dad who own the Bouziga Hill property.
The neighborhood is home to some of Uganda's richest, including billionaire businessman Godfrey.
No billionaires, but they enjoy living among the billionaires.
Okay, whatever.
That's basically look at this.
It's so beautiful.
So nice.
The home is set back from the road and sits on two acres of lush garden surrounded by trees, has breathtaking panoramic view of Lake Victoria.
Fairly certain Lake Victoria has got a pretty terrible history.
Three security gates.
This week it was, okay, whatever.
You get the hypocrisy.
It's brazen, it's in your face, and it's deliberate.
Let me just make sure about one thing here.
Let me see something.
Yeah.
I'm fairly certain Lake Victoria at one point was cluttered with bodies from the Ugandan genocide back in...
Yeah, no, no, it's I. Yep, Lake Victoria is nice.
They're rich.
They're billionaires.
They've got their security.
They don't have to worry about the consequences of the policies that they usher in.
And he wants to take away your guns.
The only people that should have the guns are the government, who are criminals, corrupt, brazen in their propensity to steal your God-given rights.
What could possibly go wrong?
Rodiodo says, I'm pretty sure Marx said it.
It seems to be unattributed, or at the very least, what's the word I'm looking for?
I forget what the word I'm looking for is.
All right, people, we are going to go.
We're going to go raid Redacted.
They're talking about the possibly white shooter as well.
So go raid the Redacted.
If you want to come on over to vivabarneslaw.locals.com for our daily after party.
After every stream, we have about 20, 30 minutes, sometimes more over on locals.
Come on over there.
Vivabarneslaw.locals.com.
Barnes was on with Alex Jones today.
Fantastic show.
We'll talk about that over there.
Come now, confirm raid.
Go raid redacted.
Let them know from whence you came.
And I love doing this to see the raid happen in real time.
There it is.
