Trump Accuses Obama of TREASON! Macron SUES Candace Owens? Canada is Run By the INMATES! & MORE

Time Text
Gentlemen of the internet, what if I were to tell you that on this episode of the Twilight Zone, you would go to a country of people who are so indoctrinated, they say that the Crown should get what they want, that the government are the experts.
Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you Canada.
If I can hit the play button, Canada!
Ask you quickly, like, what did you think about the Freedom Convoy 2022?
The Freedom Convoy Convoy.
Yeah, what did you think of it?
It was kind of late in the day to be asking.
I know, I know.
It was a problem.
Yeah, I live around here.
It was a problem.
I had a lot of threats from people yelling at me for wearing a mask.
People coming over in front of my house, ringing.
Kind of late in the day to be asking that?
Is that a testament to the three martini lunch that this lady might have had?
Well, it's kind of late.
I mean, the sun is still out, and it's kind of late in the day to be asking me about the freedom convoy.
Maybe she meant that it's too late after the fact.
I'm going to have to interject at each one of the lies that this woman is spewing.
Now, in fairness, it might not be a lie to her because she might believe it because she didn't leave the house.
The first is that people were getting harassed for wearing masks.
Crap.
While it refreshes, let me just tell you what the lie was there.
Oh, crap.
Nobody got harassed for wearing a face mask at the protest because, as I pointed out at the time, some people were wearing face masks specifically so they wouldn't lose their jobs for attending the protest.
Some people were wearing face masks so they wouldn't get harassed by the counter protesters or recognize and get doxxed and whatever.
Here, let's just play out.
Yeah, what did you think of it late in the day to be asked?
I know, I know.
It was a problem.
It was a problem.
I live around here.
It was a problem.
I had a lot of threats from people yelling at me for wearing a mask.
Bullshit.
People coming over in front of my house, ringing bells, yelling freedom, freedom, freedom.
Can you imagine that even if that happened?
Can you the horror?
There's people screaming, freedom, freedom, freedom.
It's not like a ring and run.
It's not setting dog shit on fire on your front porch.
These rowdy, patriotic Canadians were chanting freedom, freedom, freedom.
The horror.
Won't someone please think of the children?
Interfering with conversations with neighbors.
Interfering with conversations with neighbors.
It's understandable why these idiots want to be subservient to the crown because they think they're royalty.
They were interrupting my afternoon conversations with the neighbors.
This is a real person in Canada.
And I called up Alexe de Lavois, the journalist here from Rebel News, before going live, just to see, like, before I pick on these people too much, were they one-off lunatics?
And she's like, no, Dave, more often than not, this is what they were saying when she stopped people on the street.
They were interrupting my afternoon Martini with my neighbor conversation.
We were talking about very important things, like which opera is best and how best to serve the indigenous communities of Canada that have yet to have clean drinking water.
Oh, wait a minute, that's right.
We've been in power for 10 years and have done nothing about that.
Because I live across from where they were staying.
So it was intrusive and it was unnecessary.
It was intrusive and unnecessary.
And I'll correct myself in real time.
I'm sure the Liberal government will talk about how they've provided clean drinking water to more Indian reservations than before they took office.
That's what they'll claim.
It was intrusive and unnecessary.
Biach, you don't even know what is necessary for your own freedom.
Go lick the boot of the crown.
I don't think they accomplished anything.
I think they were more of a laughing stock at the end.
I think they've shown themselves for what they are.
It gets worse if you can believe how bad this already is.
This is Canada people.
Also, I think the people who are the leaders were not just leaders of that group.
I think initially they were anti-immigration.
They were gun lobbyists.
They belonged to a different group than the one they portrayed themselves as being part of here.
I'm going to give Alexa Lavois credit.
I would not be able to hold my tongue while talking to this woman or listening to this one.
Maybe I would.
Maybe I'm not giving myself enough credit.
Anti-immigrants.
And they hid behind the Freedom Convoy, I think, in order to pass on their views about, well...
They were racists.
They're racists.
That's it.
And nobody brought that up as much, but...
I think it was Little Bear, the native, the indigenous man that I interviewed.
You know who brought it up?
The Ari, the transgender individual who was with the protests.
You know who brought it up?
The Egyptian person who was complaining about the fact that they left Egypt to come to Canada and now they see tyranny in Canada.
Oh, yeah, they were racist.
And you're blind.
Maybe she's blind.
Maybe she's blind and I shouldn't make fun of her.
Holy cow.
There was a lot of racism going on.
Near Parliament.
Oh, a lot of racism.
So much I couldn't see any of it.
And people of color were being harassed and called names.
Bullshit.
And this had nothing to do with freedom.
Because it didn't happen.
As they call it.
I think it's just that group was.
This is like when you get bogged down with your own bullshit.
Can you believe this?
And it's not a one-off.
So I'm going to give Alexa Lavoisier.
Go follow Alexa LaVois.
Alexa the voice.
She had another one here.
Is this it right here?
Yeah.
And I have to say, I need to make sure.
I do not want to be unfair with anybody.
I'm like, okay, is this guy- Is this guy like a one-off?
And she's like, nope, nope.
And they were proud of it.
Proud to be licking the boot, kissing the ring, polishing the emeralds in the crown.
Listen to what this guy has to say.
By the way, the context to all of this, let me just bring this out for a second.
The context to all of this is that in the prosecution, persecution of Tamara Leach, Chris Barber, Pat King, the Coots 4, all of them, but particularly as it relates to Tamara Leach, the alleged head organizer of the protest, and Chris Barber, the other alleged protester, head of the protest.
They were found guilty on mischief, and Barber was found guilty of counseling the disobeyance of a court order.
You know, typically that might be contempt at best, if true.
They're trying to lock them away for seven and eight years, respectively.
This is the crown, the almighty crown, trying to lock up its subjects for seven, eight years for nonviolent mischief convictions, which themselves are utter bullshit convictions.
I apologize for swearing more than usual.
Bullshit.
This is Alexa Lavoie of Rebel News taking to the street to see what the people of Canada, so-called Canadians, have to say about this.
Canada may be beyond the event horizon.
These people are not one-offs.
These probably represent the majority of people in Ottawa, much like the majority of the people in D.C. think January 6th was an insurrection and think Donald Trump should be drawn and quartered for his transgressions.
Listen to what this guy has to say.
It's beyond the pale.
Can I just ask quickly, what did you think of the Freedom Convoy?
I think it was horrendous, right?
How many were terrorists causing grief to all of the residents of Ottawa?
Terrorists.
Words have ceased to have meaning.
That protest, which had gay native immigrants, was xenophobe, racist, anti-Semitic, transphobe.
This jackass is calling the most peaceful protest ever terrorism.
Frankly, embarrassing Canadians like ourselves, embarrassing Albertans like ourselves.
I wish they never did that.
And I really do hope that they get what they deserve in accordance.
What they deserve.
I think it was ridiculous.
The crown is asking APEUs.
Anyway, so that's those are my.
I think whatever the crown asks for, the judicial system should.
I think whatever the crown asks for, what do you deserve?
Whatever the crown asks for, holy shit, this individual no longer submits himself to God or a God or some sort of spiritual authority.
He submits himself to the authority of the crown.
This is Canada, people.
And I asked that Alexa Lavois, and she said this guy in particular was very eager to express his opinion, disdain for the Ottawa protests, which is why she followed up with questions on camera.
Whatever the crown wants, ye shall get.
Be allowed to run.
I think it's absolutely ridiculous when politicians, like Trump is doing in the U.S., right, firing people in the judicial system.
That's unacceptable.
It's unacceptable.
Polyeval.
It's unacceptable.
Some of the...
You should only be able to hire, never fire.
The government should be a proverbial blob that only gets bigger, never gets smaller.
And you should do whatever the government says.
Don't even trust them.
Shut your face.
What the crown wants, the crown gets.
And you are a terrorist for saying no.
Polyev, first of all, not even as an MP right now.
Making comments that are contrary to what the judicial system is trying to do, completely inappropriate.
We don't need politicians.
They shouldn't be above the law.
They shouldn't have any jurisdiction over the law.
And you have to let the crown prosecutors do their job.
They're the experts in this case.
But like I said, terrorists deserve to go to jail.
And I hope they do get a substantial sentence.
We'll see what the judge gives.
May this man never be on the receiving end of the tyranny that he is ushering in.
I'm not even that much of a vengeful person to say he deserves what he's wishing on others.
I think the power of the cosmos tends to dole that out.
The crown should get what it wants.
They're the experts.
And these terrorists that did nothing, didn't even break an effing window, deserve seven to eight years in jail.
That's Canada.
And these are not one-offs.
The patients have taken over the asylum.
The criminals have taken over the prison.
And the people who have submitted themselves to a corrupt government are very happy to be on the side of that corrupt government when they think that they get to use the baton of power on their ideological adversaries.
One day, it'll be them on the receiving end.
And then they'll say, my goodness, the crown shouldn't be able to do whatever it wants.
Oh, my goodness.
Alexa Lavoie, shout out.
Amazing work.
Thank you.
Good afternoon, everybody.
How goes the battle?
Today, I tell you, we are at some point, we're never letting go of the Epstein story, period.
When there is news to report, I shall be reporting it.
When there's insightful commentary to offer, I shall be offering it.
Today is one of those days where not much development in the Epstein thing.
I was watching Thomas Massey on Tom Poole over lunch, and I intended to put out a video of that, but then I got distracted by Tulsi Gabbard dropping the hammer on the deep state.
We're going to get to that.
Rokana, Thomas Massey putting together some sort of resolution.
I don't exactly know the technical term for it.
Bottom line is it looks like Congress is going to break for the summer, so they won't get around to compelling the release of the Epstein documents until after the summer.
But in the meantime, I think the reverberation of the Streisand effect is having, if not its intended purpose, at the very least, its necessary purpose.
And in as much as I know that some Republicans and Trump are saying, stop talking about it, stop talking about it.
Part of me wants to believe that they are saying, stop talking about it, knowing damn well that the more they say, stop talking about it, the more people are going to be talking about it.
We're going to get into some big interim W's today.
Serious victories.
Good stuff.
Telsi Gabber doing her job.
Now it's going to be up to Pam Bonte to do her job.
We're going to get there in a second.
Holy crab apples.
What's going on here?
Before we do any of that, however, I want to thank today's sponsor.
Something that I've been using, by the way, it's summer, which means there are barbecues ago.
I mean, look, if you need help with your barbecues, this is what you want.
And I'm not just saying that because they're a sponsor of the channel.
We just used it last night because we couldn't do the barbecue.
And so we had to cook a big flank steak on a pan and then put it in the oven and make sure it was properly cooked in the middle.
If you have ever had trouble doing a barbecue, making sure your meat's cooked all the way through, depending on the meat, those days are gone.
I got a Chef IQ Sense.
And I'll tell you what, we will never make a mistake.
Again, Chef IQ Sense is a brilliantly simple cooking sensor that goes into whatever I am cooking.
It's kind of like a meat thermometer, but wireless and way smarter.
It's actually, it looks like darts.
Do I have a pack here?
No, I don't have an extra pack here.
I'll see if I can get it.
They, um, oh yeah, I do have, I have an extra one right here.
They look like darts.
I'll show this to you afterwards.
They're amazing.
You stick them in the meat and it'll tell you what you're, well, you tell it what you're cooking.
You download the app and it'll tell you when the temperature has gotten in the middle to what you need it to be in order to cook it to the way you like it and also cook it so that it doesn't make anybody sick.
It takes the stress out of not knowing what your meat is at.
You choose what you're cooking.
You choose how you want it to be cooked.
And then you can let the app do the rest or you can just gauge it yourself.
Chef IQ sends continuously monitors and predicts precisely when the food will be done.
No opening a hot oven, sweating over a barbecue, frying pan, et cetera.
I'm free to kick back, sip on my martini, although I enjoy burning stuff while we're doing the barbecue.
And then IQ, Chef IQ sends an alert to your phone to let you know that your meat is done.
This is the world's smartest, simplest used wireless cooking sensor, and it's on a flash sale right now.
You need to jump on this.
Go to what the website again is theshefiq.com.
Chef, C-H-E-F-I-Q.com.
Use promo code VIVA.
And check it out.
I'm going to show you exactly what it looks like because it's actually totally, totally cool.
It came in the mail.
I kind of thought it's like, it could be like those, those, those darts that the bad guy in Desperado was using to stab Antonio Benderas.
This is what they are.
You stick them in.
You can put them in the oven.
You just don't want to make contact with the fire or directly to the grill.
Stick it in and it will tell you as your meat cooks.
It's actually fascinating.
This is the one that I haven't used yet because I kept that for the display.
All right.
Link is in the description.
Thank you, Chef IQ.
Let me start with.
Let's start with the propaganda first, people.
Stephen Colbert got cut from late night TV.
Stephen Colbert hasn't been funny in a decade.
And when I say he hasn't been funny, he has been thoroughly unfunny.
Does everyone remember when that jackass propagandist danced with a syringe?
I think he called it Vaxine.
Stephen Colbert literally danced with a syringe, pushing pharma propaganda.
I'm sure he wasn't paid for it.
You know, it just happened to be the sponsors of the show.
The Pfizer never sponsored Colbert.
I'm not sure I should say that, but just to refresh everybody's memory so you can vomit a little bit in your mouth.
Vaccine.
Do we appreciate what we're looking at?
This was Stephen Colbert, Late Night with Stephen Colbert.
We just need to get to the theme song.
I can't.
I can't do it.
Thank you.
How could late night entertainment like that have ever been cut?
It's unfair.
It's cruel.
It's censorship.
You want to know the degree to which he was a Democrat mouthpiece, a propaganda tool that would make Joseph Goebbels green with envy.
Like we're living through the times now where we appreciate that there is USAID funded, state-funded, surreptitious propaganda, partisan propaganda.
And you know how you know that it's happening?
The cries occur in unison.
I was going to make the joke, like I haven't seen Democrats cry in unison like this since Robert Byrd's funeral, but I didn't know if everybody on Twitter would get it.
And I didn't want to sully my tweet there.
So I posted that on our vivabarnslaw.locals.com community.
I start going through Twitter and I'm like, oh, Hakeem Jeffries, propagandist piece of crap, lamenting Stephen Colbert.
Oh, Elizabeth Warren, propagandist liar, Pocahontas piece of crap, lamenting Stephen Colbert being cut.
Oh, they're finding politics behind the cutting.
They're like, oh, that's one.
That's two.
That's three.
Holy cows.
I just went.
And let me bring this up here.
Let me maximize this.
And then I just, you put in the words.
What did I put in?
I put in Colbert.
And then because the search was too broad, I put in Colbert and Rep. And here's what I found.
We got rep, Pramila Jaipal.
Stephen Colbert's show was canceled three days after he called out Paramount, CBS's parent company, for folding to Trump with a $16 million settlement for a lawsuit that even they called without merit.
People deserve to know if this is a politically motivated attack on free speech.
Oh my goodness, confession through projection.
Now we know what you were using Stephen Colbert for.
Nobody called Dominion's 787, let me rephrase.
No one on the left called Dominion's $787 million settlement with Fox News politically motivated, somehow suspicious.
No, that was justice.
When CBS, which is 60 Minutes, stealth edited for the political purposes of making Kamala Harris look better, that 60 Minutes interview and Trump sues for election interference.
Yeah, you're damn right they settled to avoid discovery, presumably, because there's undoubtedly some email threads going along inside saying, what the hell?
You guys can't do this.
Just air the whole thing, man.
Oh, no, no.
But now they're saying this firing of Colbert because he criticized that is politically motivated.
All right, whatever.
Tim Walls.
Tamp on Tim.
No balls walls.
Stephen Colbert is the best in the business.
He always told truth to power and pulled no punches.
We need more of that, not less.
Rep Frank Polone.
I don't know who this person is offhand, but it appears CBS parent company Paramount will do anything to please Trump.
Stephen Colbert's number one rated late night show was how many late night shows are there?
Five?
Holy crap.
He'd be top five regardless.
Yeah, pull him.
And they're all touting the exact same propaganda line.
CBS, this is Elizabeth Ward.
Stephen Colbert, a show they called a staple of the nation's zeitgeist, just three days after Colbert called out Paramount for the $60 million settlement.
Ted Liu, satire and humor can be effective in highlighting the truth and showing the emperor has no clothes.
Sign this petition to CBS and tell them not to cancel the late night show.
Rep Latimer, 60 minutes CBS cancels Colbert three days after he calls him.
Three days.
Well, this was immediately four days ago, but who do we got here?
Adam Schiff for Brainsmick Schiff face, pathological liar, deserves to be in jail.
God willing, he might be there one day because he did commit the very same fraud that he accused Trump of doing, mortgage fraud, primary residence in Maryland while he's somehow a senator in California.
Set that aside.
Adam Schiff just finished taping with Stephen Colbert, who announced his show was canceled.
If Paramount and CBS ended the late show for political reasons, the public deserves to know and deserves better.
Jamie Ratzkin Raskin, right-wing cancel culture, run wild.
They're not only canceling Colbert, global relief and federal workforce, and their promise to release the Epstein.
They're not only canceling Colbert, global relief, the federal workforce, and their promise to release the Epstein files.
Now they're canceling Congress.
Oh, this is in another one.
Then you got, thank you, Stephen Colbert, for your willingness to speak truth to power.
So Ted Lee, Tim Walls and Hakeem Jeffries got the variation two.
And the other ones, they're talking about retribution because it's three days after he criticized the settlement.
They got memo one.
Propagandists of the highest order.
And now you know for certain that Stephen Colbert, I mean, who no, but this show is going to have a theme of everybody now knowing for certain what they already knew before, but now they're seeing the hard evidence of it.
Stephen Colbert was not funny for the last decade.
He's a vax pushing Democrat mouthpiece.
And they're sitting around sobbing boo-hoo that he got canceled, accusing it of being a politically motivated cancellation tells you exactly how they operate, not anybody else.
Stephen Colbert was a money loser.
Nobody watches that crap anymore to begin with.
He was unfunny, washed up, and he sold his soul to the devil a long time ago.
That's all I have to say about that for now.
Now we got Joe Maskew, who in our VivaBarnsLaw.locals.com community put up this.
Hold on, let me bring this up because I cannot bring up the images.
I saw this news and I wasn't sure that it was true just yet.
Joe Maskew says, well, well, well, judge refuses to release grand jury testimony.
And I think there's a highlight of a last name for other implications, which I shan't entertain right now, at least.
I'll do it later.
Then we got Chet Chisholm, my man up in Canada says, if that dude is asking for Tamara and Chris to get what terrorists get in Canada, then that would be a $10.4 million like Omar Cotter or one day in jail for Jameen Shue for joining ICE.
That's very funny, Chet.
That's a good one.
In a sick, cynical kind of way.
Mighty Megatron says the only time when Colbert was remotely funny was when he voiced one of the ambiguously gay duo on the SNL cartoon with Steve Carell.
I bet if you bring that up, he'll re.
I forgot about ambiguously gay duo.
That was one of the funnier skits that they ever had on SNL.
The only funny thing that they really had on SNL, as far as I'm concerned, were all of the SNL digital shorts, the Lonely Island songs.
Those were absolutely the best.
Ladies and gentlemen of the interwebs, shall we move on to Tulsi Gabbard?
There is this thing called the deep state, and Tulsi Gabbard seems to be opening up a can of whoop-ass on the deep state.
And I'm not getting ahead of myself because some people say, and rightly so, or at least understandably so, Democrats are good at playing for keeps and locking up their political adversaries and killing their political adversaries, sometimes literally.
And Republicans are good at writing sternly worded letters.
Some people say that.
And now with the amazing legwork that Tulsi Gabbard is doing, some people are saying, just another strongly worded letter.
Nothing's going to happen.
Nothing's ever going to change.
You might end up being right, but you don't get to come to that conclusion while the story is still being written.
And if you think that's the way the story is going to end, well, it's your moral, ethical, cultural duty to scream and moan to make sure that it doesn't happen or to do your best to ensure that it does not happen.
Tulsi Gabbard is out there laying out with evidence what we all knew to be true from the get-go.
Namely, that Obama is a criminal.
Hashtag in my personal opinion, but I believe it's also demonstrably verifiable.
He's a criminal who was involved in what should go down as the greatest political attempted coup and greatest scandal and controversy in American history.
Now, I've been on a bit of a roll today on Twitter, and I put out a very insightful hashtag sarcasm tweet.
So Barack Obama is a criminal.
Who could ever have guessed that the man who weaponized the IRS against his political adversaries, illegally ran guns to Mexican cartels, and unlawfully assassinated by drone strike a 16-year-old American teenager, would have been a criminal?
Hmm.
Fascinating.
I was having a theological discussion with someone over the weekend.
I mentioned it earlier this week, as in on Monday, because it's only Wednesday.
And we were talking about the concept of devil.
And, you know, the devil is always portrayed as thorny, like smelly, ugly, horns, warts on his skin, red, fire, flame.
And the individual said something mildly insightful that I had actually never thought of.
He said, the devil does never present himself as being, you know, evil on its face, on his face, on her face, depending on which devil you're dealing with.
The devil actually cloaks itself in benevolence.
And the devil, Lucifer, we were getting into like some serious Bible stuff, but just as a moral, it was very insightful that the devil doesn't come out like a, let me think of someone who's a classic villain.
They don't come out as the Moldor type villain.
I don't even know if that's right, but you know what I'm getting at.
The devil always comes out and presents himself as a saint, as benevolent and as beautiful.
And often the greater the devil, the better they are at cloaking their evil.
And I always say that, you know, evil always cloaks itself in benevolence.
The person kidnapping children or trying to get you to give them your money to scam you out of stuff, they don't come off as mean, aggressive, violent, terrible people.
They come off As nice, alluring, sympathetic people, because that's how the devil disguises himself.
I'm not calling Obama the devil, I'm calling him devilish, and he fits it to a T. When people think he's charismatic and speaks smoothly and eloquently, I once upon a time found that even though I never agreed with anything he said, I at least thought he was charismatic and eloquent in his speech.
I've grown tired of the shtick, and now I identify it for what it was.
It was the devil cloaking himself in benevolence.
I'd like to just be very charismatic as I'm telling you that we've experimented on you as people.
I like to be ever so charismatic as I lie to the American people in terms of what he's been doing for the last little while.
Let me bring up Tulsi Gabbard.
Bringing it to light, people.
We got this one right here.
I'm using two computer screens and I'm loving it.
I'm loving it.
Here, let's listen to this while I pull up eloquent, devilish Obama.
Treason is conspiracy, but I would not say guilty of treason.
Let's hear what Tulsi Gabbard has to say about this.
By President Trump's direction and with the support and coordination of the House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rick Crawford, today we've released a declassified oversight majority staff report that was produced in September of 2020.
The stunning revelations that we are releasing today should be of concern to every American.
This is not about Democrats or Republicans.
This has to do with the integrity of our Democratic Republic and American voters having faith that the votes cast will count.
There is irrefutable evidence that detail how President Obama and his national security team directed the creation of an intelligence community assessment that they knew was false.
We've known this from the beginning.
The only question is, was there concrete evidence involving Obama or not?
We knew, and we now know as a result of Crossfire Hurricane and the work of Cash Patel, they knew that opposition research funded by Mark Elias and his law firm for the benefit of Hillary Clinton and the DNC, given to the FBI by Sussman, FBI subsequently leaked it to Yahoo News, all knowing it was fake and a lie, leaked it to Yahoo News so that Yahoo News would then write an article on it.
And then FBI corruptly funded or at least provided this information from a corruptly funded by Mark Elias and his law firm for the benefit of Hillary Clinton and the DNC, this fake steel dossier, all done knowingly.
Sussman charged the Clinton campaign for the meeting with the FBI in which he provided this knowingly false, manufactured, fabricated lie so that the FBI could justify their secret FISA warrants to spy on Donald Trump.
We all knew that.
Well, it seems that Obama knew that what they were pushing by way of narrative was lies, propaganda that have, in fact, cost people hundreds of thousands of lives.
And I'm talking about what subsequently became the war of Russia versus Ukraine or the war in Russia and Ukraine.
They knew it would promote this contrived narrative that Russia interfered in the 2016 election to help President Trump win, selling it to the American people as though it were true.
It wasn't.
The report that we released today shows in great detail how they carried this out.
They manufactured findings from shoddy sources.
They suppressed evidence and credible intelligence that disproved their false claims.
They disobeyed traditional tradecraft intelligence community standards and withheld the truth from the American people.
In doing so, they conspired to subvert the will of the American people who elected Donald Trump in that election in November of 2016.
They worked with their partners in the media to promote this lie, ultimately to undermine the legitimacy of President Trump and launching what would be a years-long coup against him and his administration.
We're here today because the American people deserve the truth, they deserve accountability, and they deserve justice.
You remember, like, I'm old enough to remember this, but I'm also old enough to fear becoming senile and having false memory syndrome.
That prior to the Iraq war, which was based on a lie of WMDs in Iraq, and I know some people are going to say it's not a lie because they had Scud missiles, it's not a lie because they had chemical warfare or whatever.
We understood what was being said when it was being said based on intelligence reports that Iraq had WMDs.
At least then they had a report, however dishonest and fake it was, at least they had a report saying, yes, Iraq had WMDs.
But I remember this from the time, I just double-checked in my memory.
I recall that at the time there was also a report saying they didn't have WMDs, or at least not the WMDs that Bush and others were looking for, claiming they had, to warrant going in and regime changing Iraq at the cost of 250 plus thousand innocent Iraqis.
So they at the very least had one report, however honest or dishonest it was, that said they had WMDs, and they had one that said they didn't.
Which one do you think they opted for?
Whichever one that fit the narrative of whatever they wanted to put through faster.
Here, they didn't even have anything that said, yes, it's true, albeit it was a fake, fabricated report.
They knew internally it was fake.
It wasn't true, and they pushed it nonetheless.
And Obama comes out, you know, he's a very smooth, very smooth talking, devilish human being.
Let me bring this one out here.
The internet is forever.
See, I'm having either internet connections or something's a little slow here.
Give it a second to bring up.
They came out and pushed the lie to warrant undermining and trying to usurp a duly elected president's functions.
Hmm, interesting.
Says it can't respond.
Well, hold on a second.
I got it right here.
Let me bring this one up.
Here.
Everyone remember this flashback?
The internet's forever, Obama.
It ain't going away anytime soon, despite how eloquent you are when you were lying to the American people.
They're undermining our alliances.
Closing up to Russia?
What happened to the Republican Party?
The central organizing principle in foreign policy was the fight against communism.
And now they're closing up to the former head of the KGB, actively blocking legislation that would defend our elections from Russian attack.
What happened?
Seem utterly unwilling to find the backbone to safeguard the institutions that make our democracy work.
I'm here to tell you that you should still be concerned with our current course and should still want to see a restoration of honesty and decency and lawfulness in our government.
It should not be Democratic or Republican.
should not be a partisan issue to say that we do not pressure the attorney general or the FBI to use the criminal justice system as a cudgel to punish our political opponents.
And the closer that we get to election day.
It's all confession through projection.
The more those invested in the politics of fear and division will work to do anything to hang on to their recent gains.
They want to keep us divided and keep us angry and keep us.
We can stop.
I've had enough of listening to this demonic human lie to the American people.
Why was it a lie?
Because he knew that Russia had made no attempts, didn't have the capability nor the intent, as Tulsi Gabbard has now disclosed in recently declassified reports.
Neither the intent nor the means to do what they said they had the intent to do and in fact did.
Hold on a second.
Let's bring this one up.
This is Caroline Levitt today.
Tweak the volume down a little bit.
The oath of office.
The truth is that President Trump never had anything to do with Russia.
And the Russia collusion hoax was a massive fraud perpetuated on the American people from the very beginning.
And the worst part of this is Obama knew that truth.
And so did all of the other corrupt officials involved in this scam, including former CIA Director John Brennan, former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, former FBI Director James Comey, former Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, and many others.
Director of National Intelligence Gabbard's report further confirms what we already knew.
There was no collusion, no corruption, except on the part of Barack Obama and the weaponized intelligence agencies at the time.
The Russia hoax was a blatant lie, all ginned up by Democrat political operatives that were signed off on by then President Obama and leaked to the news media to launch a years-long witch hunt against President Trump and his first administration.
We could pause it here.
The bottom line is going to be what is going to come of this.
And if nothing comes of this, I don't say people will be right to be despaired, but you could not blame them for being despaired.
Now, how long does it take?
We'll see.
What will be the repercussions?
We'll see.
Against whom will these repercussions be imposed?
We'll see.
I got people out there, idiots on the internet, saying, I talked about it yesterday.
I won't go over it again in detail today.
Oh, thanks for the immunity, Trump.
You can't go after Obama now.
Well, congratulations on implicitly recognizing that Obama did something illegal that would require immunity, but also congratulations on being an idiot and not understanding the Supreme Court ruling.
It was absolute immunity for core constitutional duties, lying to the American people to overthrow a duly elected president, to spy on a duly elected president, to manufacture evidence to submit to secret FISA courts, arguably within core constitutional duties.
I have no doubt they'll raise that argument.
Let them raise it.
And if the judge says, okay, you were acting as president to ensure the validity of elections, because that's what Trump said, and they probably have as much disagreement with Trump saying it as I do with Obama saying it.
The only difference is Obama is a liar.
He, in fact, corruptly interfered with the elections through a lie.
And Trump himself was actually trying to verify what everyone now acknowledges, if you have half a brain, you will, were stolen 2020 elections.
Stolen not necessarily through dominion, but stolen through censorship, changing the rules, and ballot harvesting.
So let them argue that.
But there is not, in fact, absolute presidential immunity, period.
There is absolute presidential immunity for core constitutional duties, presumptive constitutional immunity for that which falls in the middle, and no immunity for purely personal or actual criminal acts.
But now some people are saying if nothing happens of this, we're going to be blackpilled.
If we don't get what we want, which is Obama in jail, we're going to be blackpilled.
Trump came out today and accused Obama of treason.
Tulsi Gabbard, who maybe weighs her words more, and Trump, who may not weigh his words strategically, referred to it as a treasonous conspiracy.
Now, there's a very big legal distinction between the two.
Treason is a specific crime with specific punishments, and treasonous conspiracy is a descriptive of an action.
Trump said treason.
Trump said that Obama committed treason.
Some people want metaphorically, proverbially speaking, heads to roll.
This is Jesse Kelly, and I like him.
And I'm going to play this.
I can show you Donald Trump's mugshot.
The second the communists took power, they had Donald Trump arrested in every jurisdiction in the United States of America.
They tried to blow his head off and send him to prison for 90 years.
So don't tell me presidents, former presidents are untouchable.
I want to also just, you know, highlight the fact that we haven't yet gotten any final accounting of the Butler failed assassination attempt, successful murder plot.
I personally believe that U.S. Americans, it's the throwback to Miss South Carolina, something's up with Butler.
Politically motivated, let it happen on purpose.
I had on Susan Crabtree, who, in her professional estimation, being the reporter, the journalist who's deeper into it than anybody, said Kim Cheadle, who was appointed at the insistence of Jill Biden, that there was politics motivating decisions to do or to not do certain things.
The Democrats wanted Trump to get murdered.
Period.
They still do.
And but for the grace of God, it would have happened.
There was politics involved in that failed assassination attempt.
Whether or not it was just some lone lunatic who actually pulled the trigger, it was political corruption that facilitated, orchestrated that entire sequence of events because they wanted Trump to be murdered.
No, sir.
The president of the United States of America cooked the books on his orders of intelligence in order to create a false narrative about the incoming president who was about to be sworn in.
He used the Central Intelligence Agency like it was the DNC.
You have to appreciate what Kelly's saying right now.
It's beautifully put.
They were using the FBI like it was the propagandist arm, a subsidiary of the DNC.
Literally, Michael Sussman, for those of you who don't remember, was Clinton's lawyer, went with that steel dossier that was prepared, financed, or laundered through, however you want to call it.
Elias and that law from I forget what it was called, Perkins Coe.
I'm not sure it was Perkins Coe.
Sussman gave that to the FBI.
Everybody knew it was a lie.
The FBI was acting as a law enforcement, corrupt, thug mobster branch of the DNC.
He used the FBI like it was a DNC.
He used the DNI like it was the DNC.
Department of National Intelligence.
Politicking with his office.
That is a crime so severe, Barack Obama should never see the light of day again.
He deserves a trial, a fair trial, a public trial, because that's what the American people deserve.
And then he deserves to go to prison for the rest of his natural life.
And not just because I hate him, but because the next time we get a scumbag like that in the Oval Office, he has to look at Barack Obama rotting in Fort Leavenworth and say to himself, well, I guess the CIA probably isn't my political arm.
So maybe I should back off of that.
This moment, I'm not just saying this for radio purposes, is everything for this country.
I do not believe we can hold the United States of America together if these people don't go to prison.
Pause there.
Because the American people do not believe in their institutions anymore.
That ship has already sailed.
And in order to earn back institutional trust, there is only one thing that works.
There's not two.
There's only one.
Punishment.
Accountability.
Same thing.
Now, I am not holding my breath for Obama seeing a day in prison.
And that's not blackpill.
Blackpill might just be real.
You know what would be good enough?
Impeach him.
Impeach Obama.
We now know that you can impeach a president when he's no longer in office.
Impeach him.
Convict him.
Bar him from ever holding office ever again, as if he ever would.
Frickin' Obama's living on his $15 million, what is it called?
Martha's Vineyard property, despite global warming and rising ocean levels.
He's living on the coast of the ocean, $15 million property, probably more after getting his $600,000 an hour speaking fees for having sold his soul in advance.
But impeach him, convict him, and set the standard that it will actually happen when people actually break the law, commit high crimes and misdemeanors.
And then you go after the heads of the FBI, DNI, you go after Brennan, you go after Comey, you go after Clapper, and you jail them.
Not like Klein Smith, Kevin Kleinsmith altered an email to submit to a FISA court to get a spy warrant on Carter Page.
What did he get?
He didn't see a damn day in jail.
One year probation, 400 hours community service, retroactive suspension of his bar license.
No, that's not even a slap on the back, a slap on the wrist.
That's a massage on the back.
That's a thank you.
You did a good job, Klein Smith.
Send them to jail, charge them, and convict them after a trial.
The evidence is overwhelming, indisputable and undisputed, if for nothing else other than lying to Congress perjury.
Now you talk about what Tulsi Gabbard's doing, and you talk about what Pam Bondi has to do right now.
Tulsi Gabbard has done her job.
She's gathered the evidence.
She submitted it to the DOJ for criminal referral.
Now, Pam Bondi's desk, it's on my desk, is turned into a meme, but it's on her desk, and she had better do her job now.
We'll see.
We are in the middle of a chapter, people.
We're not at the end of it.
If we get to the end of this and they say, oh, statute of limitations, immunity, government immunity, Westfall Act, I don't even know if that would apply to members of the FBI.
If it gets to there, then you can get blackpilled and then you can say, wow, the Republicans are just as feckless as the Democrats.
Until then, we're in the process of writing this book, people.
So keep the pressure on so that the ending is written properly, justly, and the way it needs to be written with accountability.
That being said, I put this out as an interesting observation as I'm driving.
I did the unusual suspects earlier today.
It's going to air, I think, tonight at either four or six o'clock.
I forget which.
I'm coming back and I'm thinking like, my goodness, Tulsi Gabbard is just the head of a government organization.
Cash Patel, Dan Bongino, they're just the heads of a government organization.
Pam Bondi is just the head of an organization.
I'm like, how many people work for the FBI?
I mean, I think you guys know this already.
I think right now there are 33,000 employees, give or take, working for the FBI.
They're not at full capacity.
Full capacity is 36,000.
I was like, oh, what's the DOJ?
DOJ is everyone involved in the Justice Department.
I mean, I guess, you know, state prosecutors, judges, whatever.
How many people work for the DOJ?
I mean, the answer was, I think, it was 112,000, but I didn't want to get accused of being over the number, so I rounded all of them down.
These are just the, not figureheads, but the heads of the departments.
you understand how many people are working under the heads and whether or not you trust them?
At the very least, I think they are, if not doing their jobs, at least pretending to try to do their jobs.
I'm looking at Pam Bondi here, but I believe Cash Patel and Dan Bongino are doing their jobs and trying to do their jobs as well as possible.
You imagine what happens if, let's say, DOJ, 100,000 employees.
Well, it's actually said 115,000 based on AI overview.
FBI says 38,000, but I know that it was 33,000 based on Patel's recent interview.
CIA, I didn't know this, 22,000 employees.
The CIA does not publicly disclose the exact number of its employees, but it is widely believed to employ around 22,000 people.
Some estimates suggest that an additional 114,000 people work indirectly for the agency through contractors, whatever.
You imagine if you are dealing with, what are we at, 150,000 people, give or take?
What percentage of those people are morbidly, rabidly, vitriolically anti-Trump and who think that it's their civic duty to oppose putting in quotes Hitler at all costs?
What percentage?
Let's just go with a low percentage, 15%.
Let's say that you have 15% of the DOJ, FBI, CIA that are Peter Stroke and Lisa Page.
That's 22,500 people that you need to fight against, protect against, who are there trying to sabotage your duties as the head of the department.
It's not an easy job.
And I appreciate it will take time.
We are now moving in the right direction.
We had a bad couple of weeks with the Epstein debacle.
That still stands.
They're in the process of attempting to or pretending to right that ship.
I think they're in the process of, in fact, doing it.
Despite the bad news today, there's other methods and recourses, such as demanding that they run a name check of Jeffrey Epstein through CIA intelligence.
But they are now in the process of grinding these wheels into justice.
Tulsi Gabbard referred for criminal prosecution to the DOJ Pam Bondi.
It's in Pam Bondi's court right now to do something with that is not going to leave people blackpilled, doom-pilled, and saying, this is all just a dog and pony show.
Nothing ever changes.
There's no accountability.
We're writing the chapter, people.
I say be patient, but keep the pressure on and be fair in the judgment and the assessment.
And don't say it's over until the game is over and you have the right to say that.
I wanted to bring one thing up because I saw it over on Viva Fry on Rumble.

Okay, I got that one before.

We're good.
Speaking of the Streisand effect, it's going to be a theme that runs through the show, that runs through life.
If you want people to stop talking about something, you stop talking about it yourself.
If you want people to start talking about something and start thinking there's something there, you tell people to shut the hell up.
That is true for the Epstein.
That is true for Brigitte Macron.
A woman who some believe is a man.
A woman who Candace Owens believes is a man, born male.
Whether or not he or she is a male or a female, one thing is for certain, Brigitte Macron is a pervert, period.
Sumi Macron.
She is a, she or he, depending on what the truth is, is a pervert who at 39 years old was having a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old who was her student.
I don't care that the French media tries to cover it up and pretend he was 16, which would have been the age of consent in Europe, in France at the time.
Brigitte Macron, man or woman, is a pederast pervert.
Period.
Now, the question is, is Brigitte Macron a man or a woman?
Candace Owens has long been floating the idea that Brigitte Macron is in fact a man, born a man, and transitioned into a woman, having taken the identity of her brother, who no one has seen in modern times.
The story kind of irked the president because they sent Candace Owens a letter of demand, a cease and desist, a while back saying, if you keep this up, we're going to sue you for defamation.
Now, let me bring this back out here because there has been some news in the interim, which is mildly relevant.
A French court of appeal just overturned the defamation conviction verdict of a couple who claimed that Macron was a man.
They overturned it on the basis that it was their sincerely held belief that Brigitte Macron is in fact a man who took the identity of her brother and was a man either before or after, having had a pedophiliac relationship with Emmanuel Macron when he was 15.
They sent Candace Owens a letter of demand, a cease and desist a while back, and I'm like, holy crap, you know, Candace put together a compelling argument, but that was the nail in the coffin for me in terms of whether or not I lend credibility to this.
French president sues Candace Owens over claims his wife is a man.
Now, first of all, they both sued.
You look at this picture.
There's other jokes he could make, but not to make fun of the way people look, but there's been some funny jokes out there.
I'll get to a few of my jokes, which I think are funny.
Paris, French president Emmanuel Macron and his wife, Brigitte, filed a 22-count defamation lawsuit in the United States against right-wing podcaster Candace Owens Wednesday over the claim Brigitte could be a man.
Well, anyone who was in doubt before, you let me know if you think it's more true or less true than it was before.
The lawsuit filed in Delaware alleges Owens has broadcast a relentless year-owned campaign of defamation against the MacCons.
Yada yada yada.
In March, conservative commentator Candace Owens revived an absurd conspiracy theory with a YouTube video entitled, Is France's First Lady a Man?
The heck is this at?
Promoted widely on X, likely the biggest scandal in political history.
Since then, Owens has produced numerous videos about Brigitte Macon for nearly 4.5 million subscribers.
Lawsuit further alleges she has sold merchandise promoting the claim.
Oh, for shame.
The Macon's complaint alleges Owens was the first person to bring these baseless claims to the U.S. media and international audience.
First of all, bullshit.
Second of all, who gives a crap?
We know of the report.
Maybe it didn't make its way to the U.S. because it was in French.
This was brought up by an independent journalist in France who wasn't even exploring this story before it came to her attention and she became convinced that it was true.
The couple are suing for punitive damages, substantial economic damages, including loss of future business opportunities.
I'm sorry, dude.
Being trans these days basically ensures you future business opportunities.
Call Bud Light.
If Bud Light's not going to be entertained by the first lady aspect of French politics, you know, they'll go for the trans thing.
On Instagram, Owens posted a screenshot.
CNN has reached Owens for comment.
Yet, okay, whatever.
Brigitte Macron sued two French women for spreading similar claims in 2022.
After winning the initial case, this year the women won an appeal and the lawsuit will go to a higher court.
According to the statement, these retraction demands to Owens were accompanied by incontrovertible evidence disproving her allegations and proving, among other things, that Ms. Macron was born a woman named Brigitte Tronon and that she is not a blood relative of President Macon.
Owens has used this false statement to promote her independent platform.
Yada, yada, yada.
Okay, I want to show you something.
I pulled up the lawsuit.
If you can't baffle them with reason, no, sorry, if you can't convince them with reason, baffle them with bullshit.
You know how many pages this lawsuit is?
Let me see if it's 219, but I should have checked.
Actually, let me just get this out of here.
I should have checked to see if it's 219 bona fide pages or exhibits that are exceedingly long.
Let me just go all the way to the, look at this.
Load of shiat.
Holy crab apples.
Who the hell is, I mean, no one's going to read that.
I mean, I'm going to go through this and look for control F's to see what the evidence is that she's a man.
Count 12 defamation.
Okay, then she goes through all the statements.
Let me go all the way up to the beginning on this just so we can get the summary.
Someone's saying, Viva, you're an idiot.
There's a faster way to do this.
Oh, I don't know how to do it.
Seven, six, five, four, three, two, one, here.
Sorry about that, peeps.
In March 2024, Candace Owens, a right-wing podcaster, told the world she, quote, would stake her entire professional reputation on the fact that Brigitte Macron is in fact a man.
Since then, Owens has used this false statement to promote her independent platform, gain notoriety, and make money.
Owens disregarded all credible evidence disproving her claim in favor of a platform known in favor of platforming known conspiracy theorists and proven defamers.
And rather than engage with President and Ms. MacCon's attempts to set the record straight, Owens mocked them and used them as additional fodder.
Oh, let's see here.
Let's see if we can scroll here.
Jurisdiction, we don't care.
They're suing in Delaware.
Factual allegations.
I've shared the link in our locals community.
It's too long to go over right now.
Can you imagine the bigotry that it requires to sue someone for defamation to say that you're trans?
Like, hashtag irony.
I am so much an ally of the 2SLGBTQIA plus community that I will never sue anyone for defamation for saying that I'm gay, trans, queer, bi, asexual, transsexual, or well, a map.
I might think of suing someone if they accuse me of that.
But I am such an ally that I would not sue anyone for suggesting I was born female or am trans or gay.
The Macaws are such a bunch of bigots that there is no greater insult on earth than to be accused of being trans.
I hope that irony is not lost on anybody.
They have now sued in Delaware.
Hi, we're in Delaware.
They've sued in Delaware for what on its face should be dismissed as a patently preposterous lawsuit that violates First Amendment rights in America, that a actual malice they're going to have to prove.
But what I want to look up is this.
I don't know what the anti-slap, What are the anti-slap statutes in Delaware?
I don't know if they're strong or weak, but one thing that I suspect, and maybe I'll get an interview with Candace to discuss it, is whether or not she would even make a motion to dismiss or actually let the lawsuit persist.
Let's see, Delaware's anti-slap statute is relatively narrow compared to other states.
Primarily protects speech related to public petition and participation, specifically in the context of government licensing.
So they picked a jurisdiction where they might be less likely to get it tossed on an anti-slap motion to dismiss, which presumes that Candace would do that in the first place.
Look, I say nobody wants to get sued and I don't wish that anybody gets sued.
But this might be one of the best strategic lawsuits to let survive so that you can proceed to discovery.
On the merits, in my humble view, I don't know what evidence they're going to have of malice, actual malice from Candace Owens, whether or not there's opportunism there.
I don't think so.
Whether or not there is grift there, I don't think so.
I think Candace is very sincere in her belief, or at the very least, not motivated by actual malice to spread what she knows to be false with actual malice.
But if they wanted this story to be quiet and go away, and if they wanted to avoid discovery of what might be potentially incriminating or at the very least embarrassing, well, this was the wrong thing to do.
And there's a thing, another element here.
Again, former Quebec civil litigator, I don't know the rules of procedure in Delaware and the states, but you're not always just able to drop your lawsuit without costs.
And so it's not even as simple as saying, oh, if Candace doesn't make a motion to dismiss and decides to let them proceed with their lawsuit and they decide to back out, that they can just say, all right, drop the lawsuit.
We're moving on.
They can be held to costs if it's not by consent.
So, I mean, this to me is the most monumental stepping in it.
I'm going to go through this lawsuit to see what the evidence is that they allege disproves definitively Candace Owens' theory and what they allege by actual ballots.
Let's just see here.
Actual, actual malice.
Well, that's nalice, so I'm not going to get that.
Look, it's mentioned 155 times.
No, it's mentioned only 55.
Let's bring this up and just do this together, shall we?
So we got actual malice here.
Defendants knew this information, but omitted it from her series precisely because it contradicted the preconceived narrative she intended to tell.
The omission was deliberate and is evidence of actual malice.
This is actual malice through omission.
On January 16, 2025, several days after publicly referencing its contents, Owens finally sent a response to the December retraction demand.
Rather than retract her demonstrably false statements, Owens finally reaffirmed them.
She provided no evidence or justification to support her defamatory claims.
Instead, she attempted to trivialize the matter by insisting that McCollins reframe their denials as responses to 21 questions, an apparent effort to convert her baseless investigation into a publicity stunt.
Owens misled her audience by claiming that because she had posed these questions, the Matt Collins could never prove actual malice.
Did they answer them?
She failed to disclose, however, that the Matcalls had already addressed the substance of her questions within the December retraction demand.
I'm fairly certain I read that retraction demand.
And I don't think it addressed the questions.
They addressed the substantially all of them, not all of them.
Let's go down here.
Even setting aside the multiple retraction demands, there is overwhelming evidence of actual malice.
Let's hear it.
Owen's central claim that President and Mrs. Macon fabricated their identities, engaged in incest, participated in MKUltra, and are part of a criminal syndicate engaged in identity theft, forgery, fraud, abuses of power, and even murder is inherently implausible on its face.
She relied on fringe conspiracy theorists and discredited figures as her primary sources while disregarding readily available public records and credible reporting that contradicted her narrative.
Her refusal to engage with contradictory facts and her deliberate elevation of fabrication over the truth demonstrate a reckless disregard for the truth.
Okay, let's go down here.
Owen says openly demonstrated her ill will and retaliatory intent towards the Mac Holmes further having.
Oh, well, well, well.
All right, we'll see where this goes, peeps.
I am going to say it's going to go nowhere in terms of incurring Candace Owens' liability.
They did pick Delaware.
Delaware, the political state that spanked Elon Musk, that said he could not give himself a bonus that shareholders approved to give Elon Musk for exceedingly fantastic performance with Tesla.
A court system that doesn't mind if they turn Delaware into a political hellscape from which people flee, as Elon Musk said he was going to do after that outrageous decision.
We'll see.
But for the time being, I hope that Candace does not make a motion to dismiss.
And I don't think she will.
I think she's going to embrace this and take it the distance to the extent that the Matcalls are even going to do that.
Red-headed libertarian said, since Brigitte is a public figure and they are suing in the United States, the first family of France will have to prove actual malice in that Candace knew she was saying something false.
At the time she said it, it's a high standard.
I think Candace actually believes it.
I mean, period.
The only problem is with Alex Jones and the Alex Jones precedent that they've set in equally corrupt jurisdictions, Connecticut and Austin, they did not lend any credence or credibility to the fact that Alex Jones positively asserted that he actually believed what he said when he said it.
And they set aside a number of other judicial norms in the prosecution, persecution of Alex Jones.
We got one more quick one, peeps, before we head on over to vivabarnslaw.locals.com.
We're going to celebrate another win.
We're going to do the trilogy, the hat-trick.
Wait a minute, hat-trick is three.
That's right.
Hat-trick versus Grand Slam.
We're going to do the hat-trick of wins today, and then we're going to go raid redacted for the day is coming from RFK Jr.
And now going back to like, I don't know how many people work for HHS.
HHS, actually, you know what?
I want to know that right now.
How many people work?
The HHS has to be the biggest one.
How many employees does the, it's DHS, no, that's the Department of Homeland Security.
Does HHS have?
It's the biggest, it's the biggest budgetary item in the, in the American fiscal budget.
So as of March 25th, Department of Health and Human Services employs approximately 62,000 full-time employees following a significant restructuring that reduced it from 82,000.
Well, that's one way to purge the rot.
Of the 62,000, assume that 100% of the 20,000 that were purged were political zealots, adversaries.
How many are left?
You realize that even RFK Jr. is fighting the swamp in what he wants to do at HHS.
We'll get to that in a second, but this was the absolute good news of the day.
And I'm going to read it to you.
By read it to you, I mean play it to you.
Hi, everybody.
I'm Robert F. Kennedy Jr., your HHS secretary, and I'm here today with NIH Director Dr. Jay Bhattacharya and FDA Commissioner Dr. Marty McCary.
I couldn't be more pleased to announce that as of today, the COVID vaccine for healthy children and healthy pregnant women has been removed from the CDC recommended immunization schedule.
Last year, the Biden administration urged healthy children to get yet another COVID shot despite the lack of any clinical data to support the repeat booster strategy in children.
That ends today.
It's common sense and it's good science.
There's no evidence healthy kids need it today, and most countries have stopped recommending it for children.
We're now one step closer to realizing President Trump's promise to make America healthy again.
It's fantastic.
Now, I was listening to Robert Barnes on Bourbon with Barnes last night in our vivabarneslaw.locals.com community as I drove to the unusual suspects to do the podcast there.
And he was addressing the concerns that Moderna just approved a booster or a variation of the shot for children and women, pregnant women.
And Barnes' take on that is that that's not a loss, that's a victory because it actually reduces the scope of the application of this shot to extremely vulnerable children and adults, which is actually limitating on what had hitherto been granted to Moderna.
You could think that that's spin, and I don't think it's spin.
When it comes to this as well, now removing it from the schedule for children is a smashing victory.
And my only query on that is what impact it's going to have on immunity given to the pharma companies because it's no longer on the recommended schedule.
My understanding, and it's subject to verification because I'm not the expert on this by any means, is that there's PrEP Act immunity, which is going to expire, I think, in a few years after which there will not be immunity for that which is no longer on the approved schedule.
It is steps in the right direction.
And when you're talking about writing a ship that could have upwards of, I think it's probably closer to 60% zealots, anti-Trump saboteurs who are working within the rank and file.
RFK Jr. is doing an amazing job.
Tulsi Gabbard is doing an amazing job.
I do think Bongino and Patel are doing what they can within the limitations of their respective powers.
And now it's up to Pam Bondi to follow through.
The ball is in her court.
The memo is on her desk.
And everybody, we are going to go raid redacted if you are so inclined.
If you are not so inclined to raid redacted, come on over to vivabarneslaw.locals.com.
Wait, actually, hold on.
Before I do that, oh, the new merch is out, by the way, people.
And it's not because it's my merch or our merch, I should say.
It's because it's good merch.

Oh, geez, Louise.
It was his birthday yesterday, and we got, he seems to have gotten a power saw.
And one of those things that allows you to burn wood.
Confirm raid.
It's one of those, like, it's like, it looks like a glue stick, but it gets much hotter than a glue stick and it allows you to like burn drawings into wood.
So we're going to go see what damage is being done with that.
Everybody, Rumble, if you're not coming over to locals, thank you very much for being here.
Tomorrow is Thursday.
I will be live as usual at three o'clock.
And keep up the good fight.
This is a day of big wins.
But keep up the pressure on the Epstein stuff, regardless of what they call you.
My underlying belief is that Trump keeps on bringing it up because he wants people to keep talking about it.
Because if he really didn't want people to keep talking about it, he would just stop talking about it.
It says, Department of Homeland Security employs more than 260,000 DHS weapons.
This makes it the third largest federal department after Department of Defense and Department of Defense as well.
And the federal government, I think, is the biggest employer in the world.
Let's keep going to the monstrosity of a blob that we are living under today.
That is it.
People, thank you for being here.
Rumble.
If you're not coming over to locals, Godspeed.
And I save the God bless for over on locals.
I'm joking.
God bless everybody.
Stay healthy and stay sane.
But now we're going over to locals.
Peace, Rumble.
See you tomorrow.
