Complaining that Viva's using the wrong mic.
Today I will be using the wrong mic.
Because the damn microphone doesn't seem to want to work.
We shall start off with this recording.
Reported on the Brianna Morello Show, who is joining us immediately thereafter.
You said your homeboy shot a dude that was a reporter, right?
Yeah.
Okay, that's what I just said.
I said, show me.
I don't even know what you're reading.
And watch the news, dog.
I ain't got time for that shit.
So I said, show me that shit.
Because if I can't see it on my phone, I don't want to watch it.
I don't watch TV.
Wait, you watch TV?
You tell me you watch TV.
No, I don't watch TV.
I didn't even know that shit was on the news.
Obviously, it was on the news for someone's murder, but I didn't know it was going to be that quick, but it was going to make a TikTok.
I didn't know until the next week my homeboy showed me that whole shit.
What's your homeboy's name?
Just look it up from there.
Alright, I can Google him and hear some shit.
Google his name and he'll show me, right?
His name is Eloy.
What is it?
Eloy.
I was about to say, FaceTime, you will click something on your screen.
Fuck, I can't work it out.
I mean, just tell me what it says.
I'll just read it.
Just tell me what the name is.
I'll just look it up like I said.
in a minute whenever I get in the car.
Austin police have released new information regarding the investigation into the fatal shooting of Infowars, Infowars, reporter Jamie White.
Authorities say White was attempting to prevent the burglary of his vehicle when he was shot outside the southeast Austin apartment Sunday night.
If you discover someone breaking into your vehicle, please call 911, said Jason Jones of APD Homicidal Unit.
Damn.
Damn!
I mean, what is InfoWars?
Huh?
What is InfoWars?
I don't know.
That's what I'm saying.
What is that shit?
I think that's like a what?
Like a news channel or some shit?
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah.
It was just like a little news site.
Little news site.
Just a little news site.
That sounds like it's fun.
Nah.
But that shit was crazy.
We didn't even expect that shit to like kill someone.
I didn't kill him, but my homeboy did.
Yeah, you just acted like you did.
You shouldn't have said that.
It's okay.
I pretend like I didn't hear it.
I pretend like I didn't hear it.
It's depraved the flippancy and the casualness with which these individuals are just casually talking about having taken another human's life over what?
Some shit in his car.
And Brianna Morello sent me this.
Or at least she tweeted it.
Brianna Morello, you know her.
She's been on this channel.
She's got an amazing channel.
And I'm like, The human part of me wants to believe it's AI generated.
Like there's no way anybody, let alone kids, talk about having...
I remember the movie Boys in the Hood.
We're like, oh, that was crazy.
New Jack City, Boys in the Hood.
What was the other one?
There was another one from the 80s where the movies came out in trilogies of sorts.
The flippancy with which they talk about having taken a human life.
Brianna Morello is in the backdrop.
She's going to come in and talk about it.
She's been breaking the story, been covering it, and there are new developments in it.
Everybody, sorry for being a little bit late.
Little piece of shit.
Piece of garbage.
Piece of garbage.
It doesn't want to work yet.
I don't know if it's blown out.
You know, I only had it a couple of months now.
That's the way things seem to last these days.
I'm going to assume it's either a cable or a port, but I couldn't get the audio to work satisfactorily.
So Brianna is in the backdrop.
Brianna, whenever you're ready to come on in and hold on.
OCD.
I have to be on the left.
All right.
Good.
How are you doing?
Good.
How are you?
I always criticize people when the host is on the right.
That's not how things work around here.
So good for you.
Well, no, I just got, I'm just used to this.
Now I'm talking into a microphone.
It doesn't work.
The microphone doesn't work.
It's only for show today, people.
Brianna, for those who don't know who you are, just refresh everybody's memory and then we're going to get into this.
Yeah, I am a corporate media reject.
I've worked for media outlets like Fox News, Newsmax, and local news, even in sports, ESPN and MLB.
And I left the corporate world to jump onto the independent side of things after Fox tried to enforce an illegal vaccine mandate.
And since then, I've been the big rebel on the independent side of things.
Amazing.
It is amazing.
Your show is The Brianna Morello Show.
What's your schedule?
Yeah, so on Thursdays at 7 p.m. Eastern Time, we do a weekly show.
And then Monday through Friday, we do podcast updates on our audio-only version on all the podcasting platforms.
So make sure you head on over there.
And then at theindependentnewsroom.com, exclusive stories like the one you just heard are released and sent straight to your inbox.
It's free, so you can head over to independentnewsroom.com if you want those types of stories straight to your inbox.
Okay, amazing.
And I've got questions on this particular story.
You're going to give us the update because you've got...
How did this recording, ostensibly of the kids involved in this murder, calling his buddy, why was his buddy recording it?
How did they get this audio?
And how did you get your hands on this?
Yeah, so we're talking about minors here.
So the individual you hear is audio.
He's 15 years of age, so we can't say his name.
And we also have to state that he is presumed innocent as of right now.
He has not had his court date or his criminal trial.
But how did I stumble upon that?
Well, I got an email in my inbox because people saw that I was investigating Jamie White, the InfoWars reporter who brutally murdered in Austin, Texas.
And sadly, Jamie lost his life when he saw a group of individuals trying to steal his car in his apartment complex parking lot.
He went to go confront them and they immediately shot and killed him.
Jamie since has not had justice, but just recently there's been four arrests, two 15-year-olds and two 17-year-olds arrested for his murder.
Again, the audio you heard there, we can't confirm 100%.
If it's an individual who has been arrested because the individuals who are 15 years of age, we don't have their names because they're minors.
That's just how our government does things.
So big question mark there.
But how did I obtain it?
Well, I got a tip from a mother who sadly, it wasn't her, it was her friend, but sadly this mother had lost her son and her son was brutally murdered on May 3rd, so shortly after Jamie in Austin, Texas as well.
Same type of circumstance.
The family was in their home.
They're very similar.
This mother and his friends were on a quest to find out who killed Anthony Salas.
And when they finally figured, when they were going through all the information, they were getting harassed by a group of individuals who were messaging him on social media, messaging his sister, messaging the mother directly because they were posting these videos of the suspects online and the suspects weren't happy about this.
So one of Anthony's friends was just curious and wanted to see who this person was who was messaging the family and follow them on Instagram.
Well, that's what you hear in that audio recording.
You hear it's a female.
Speaking to a 15-year-old, and he doesn't even know the girl he's speaking to on the phone.
He's just trying to, I guess, assume, trying to win this chick over.
And so he's surrendering all this information over the phone.
Now, like you, when I got the email sent to me by Anthony's friends, I thought it was quite strange, and I didn't believe it myself.
But I reached out to Austin police, and unfortunately, Austin police getting back says kind of slow.
But then they finally did after I aired it, and they said, okay, Yeah, we received this audio about a month ago, but we didn't open it because we were afraid that it was going to have some type of hacker link to it.
And so for over a month, they had it sitting in their inbox, and they never looked into this tip.
This tip is ultimately an alleged admission to getting rid of the murder weapon that was used to kill Jamie White.
And it's also the admission of someone who sounds like he's claiming to have been there, implicating his friend, which is Eloy.
Now, Eloy's 17 years old, and we do know that he's been arrested.
And it's not just him.
There was another 17 year old arrested as well.
So it's a group of these guys going around Austin, Texas, it looks like.
And they're horrifying people by trying to steal their cars, obviously, and then just murdering them if they try to stand up for themselves.
The same thing that happened to Anthony, the same thing that happened to Jamie, just weeks apart.
It's unbelievable.
Okay, so I'm not trying to make fun of anything here.
The person on the non-criminal end was a girl, or is a girl.
Yes, it is.
Okay, voice sound, I thought it was more raspy like a boy, but whatever.
This kid, why is the kid, why does she decide to record it?
Because she's trying to get info on Anthony Salas murder, which I just brought up.
You know what, I don't want to bring up anybody who might.
Okay, so repeat that.
These kids are harassing people online.
In the context of the Anthony Salas murder, and then this girl starts recording the conversation with this guy who she doesn't know, who's offering up information as to what happened to Jamie Whites.
Correct.
Yes.
And that's the really kind of like head scratcher in all of this, because I didn't think there was a connection at first.
But for some reason, this guy was reaching out and harassing Anthony's family.
And then when she's talking to him, because he messaged her first on Instagram after she followed him and was very, very friendly.
So just as someone who was a friend of Anthony's, who wanted to solve his case as well at the time, of course, she did get on that call with him and started recording it because she figured, well, who is this guy?
He must know who murdered Anthony.
And little did she know she was going to get this bombshell of a confession, alleged confession.
And that's when they forwarded it to Austin Police.
Austin Police sat on it for a month, didn't do anything with it.
And they wanted to make sure that this got to Jamie White's family so that they knew what was happening.
And they forwarded it to me.
And that's when I made sure that all parties involved were well aware of this audio recording.
They sat on the audio recording for a month without opening it to see what was inside.
So they had no knowledge of this because they were afraid of a virus in the link.
Yes, that's what they said.
And the reality of it is they never responded to the tipster.
The tipster, I've read the text messages.
She is saying, hey, listen, I've got like an audio recording of someone admitting to killing an InfoWars reporter.
And then she sent the link.
So any police, like any detective would normally say, OK, if I don't trust the link and I want them to send it through a portal, a safe and secure portal, would send a portal link or a call would do something.
There'd be some follow up.
Unfortunately, though, Austin PD did not do that.
Now, just to kind of put this in context a little bit, Austin PD has been.
Badly defunded due to the BLM movement.
And so they are short-staffed.
They are a high crime area.
And so a lot of their detectives are overworked.
But again, this really is just an absolute bombshell.
Because at first, I just thought it was a communication issue where that detective didn't communicate with the detective investigating Jamie White's murder.
But in fact, they just never even heard the audio until I aired it.
That's actually why.
I say non-judgmentally.
It's like everybody says, you know, how did these things happen?
Systems are not perfect.
And, you know, they're only as strong as the weakest link.
One would just think that specific, not that Jamie White is more important than any other victim of crime, but it's certainly a more high-profile killing of a journalist that they would have not, that they would have sat on that for a little while.
Okay, that's like Viva-level neurotic.
I don't want to open this link, which might be a tip because it might have a virus.
But now I sort of understand the broader context of the other tweet, which I'm going to bring up right now, which is from you as well, which is...
I don't think people knew about this killing.
While looking into Anthony's senseless killing, his friend received an alleged confession from a minor claiming he was involved in Infowars journalist Jamie White's murder.
The audio was turned over to me.
Police are still looking for the suspects behind Anthony's murder.
The Salas family is receiving threats on social media.
Now I understand the threats that they're receiving are totally independent of Jamie White's murder, but that's how they got this recording because they themselves were looking for justice for yet another similar type murder of their son, Anthony Salas.
And you have their give, send, go, which I'm going to share with everybody afterwards.
Holy hell, Brianna.
Yeah, and it gets even worse, too, when you start learning that they have made three arrests now in Anthony's murder.
And this is why I do believe that there's some type of connection in all of this, because, like I just told you, there were teenagers arrested in Jamie's murder.
But there's also teens and even younger than teens being arrested for Anthony's murder.
So get this, two 12-year-olds and a 13-year-old were arrested for the murder of Anthony Salas.
And the worst part about this, too, is...
Well, yesterday, Anthony's mother received a phone call from the Travis County prosecutor.
And in that phone call, they pretty much told her that they had finalized their decision and that they were dropping the capital murder charge on two of those suspects, the 12- and the 13-year-old, because they can't prove that they knew that there was a weapon in the car.
Now, we believe that there's up to at least five suspects that were in the vehicle, so they haven't arrested all of them.
But Travis County is so quick.
To drop the capital murder charges against those two suspects.
And they've now told the mother that they are going to downgrade them now to burglary.
And so unfortunately for Anthony's mother, that's the next step in all of this.
So she's receiving threats.
She has to pick up now and move because she's heard gunshots outside of her home.
And she lives actually in a really good area.
It's not an area that you'd have figured that this stuff would be happening in.
So she's deeply concerned.
That's the reason why we have that give-s-and-go page so we can help her get up and leave and move.
She has other daughters as well.
Well, that she needs to, you know, protect.
But ultimately, and this is the horrifying part, it looks like Travis County is about to release, potentially, these 12- and 13-year-old suspects on burglary charges, and they're just going to completely let them out.
I mean, this is what's going on right now in Travis County.
We have liberal prosecutors funded by George Soros, of course, but they've decided to insert their emotions in all of this because they think they're kids, they could redeem them, that they could be productive members of society.
But anyone with a functioning brain will be able to understand that these kids aren't kids, that they are in fact monsters and they need to be locked in cages because anyone who could do this type of egregious acts should never be free again.
We see what's going on to Anthony's family right now.
And I am deeply, deeply concerned that this is about to happen, the Jamie White case as well, because all four suspects that are currently in custody, they've all been charged as well with capital murder.
So I have a strong belief that it's about to change.
It's not going to be a capital murder charge anymore, that Travis County will soon downgrade those charges to something significantly less.
Holy sweet, merciful crab apples.
The kid in the recording, 15 year old kid, he has been charged, correct?
And we don't know his...
When they end up in criminal court or juvie court, you won't ever know their names.
So normally I'd be able to go into the databases and look for it, but I can't because they're 15 years old.
So although I might know who these kids are, I can't find...
It's going to come back on.
I can't find their information.
And that's just the rough part of all of this.
So Austin PD won't confirm any of this with me.
They will just tell me that they're looking into it.
Yeah.
And the kid named Eloy was the 17-year-old Eloy Camarillo.
I remember this when the story broke.
15-year-old capital murder suspect was arrested on May 6th.
So that was a month ago.
Wow.
Do you – you're going to refresh your camera?
Yeah, I'm trying to.
I'll bring you back in.
I think we're all having technical issues.
It's a solar flare.
Let's blame it on a solar flare.
Now we can hear you.
We just can't see anything.
Refresh if you have to.
I'll bring this back up just so that we get the latest on the info.
So the 15-year-old not identified, capital murder.
I was just looking up the difference between capital murder and murder.
It's the capital murder type of murder for which death penalty or life in prison without parole can be imposed.
And then you're going to get into people saying whether or not a 12 or a 13-year-old can even understand what they're doing.
So distressing.
By the way, do you hear the pinging when I don't turn my thing on silent?
Because I don't have my phone to even turn it on silent.
If nobody hears the pinging, you do hear it?
Well, how do I turn it on silent without my phone?
What the hell's going on today, Brianna?
I don't know.
I think they're coming after us.
So you hear this recording, and then now Austin PD knows what the hell's going on.
they get the recording, they've arrested the 15 year old who The family, who we don't necessarily know who recorded that recording.
Do we know who recorded that?
I'm sorry to ask.
I do.
It was my source who handed it over to me.
So I've spoken to her and I've met her in person.
Okay, and then the Salas family themselves are getting harassment after their son was murdered in an identical situation to Jamie White.
Let people steal your property.
I mean, it sounds like a sissy Canadian thing to do, and it's not to say that anybody deserved this.
You're hearing the thought process of these literal fucking...
Oh, I didn't know that shit was going to happen.
Oh, it's a great scene out of a movie.
You just stole somebody's life.
It's enraging.
So what's the status now?
We're going to see if they maintain the capital murder charges against the 15-year-old whose name is as of yet undisclosed because he's a minor.
How did they get the 17-year-old kid's name?
Or why did that go public?
Well, the 17-year-old in Texas, you're allowed to go public with.
It's anyone under the age of 17. So that's the difference here.
And also, I probably should tell you, because it's actually gut-wrenching when you look at all the facts.
I got my hands on the affidavits that were handed over to the courts in regards to Jamie White's murder.
And it's really bad.
There's a rap song that one of the suspects, Leroy, is allegedly rapping in his phone.
So what happened was after he was arrested, police confiscated his devices.
And they claim that they found a rap song in his phone where he...
But he goes on to saying Jamie White's first name.
It sounds like an admission that he's admitting to shooting Jamie White.
This is before he was arrested where he recorded this audio.
And then he goes on to calling Jamie a white boy, a white bitch, and other names like that.
So it's very, very clear that there's hard evidence in all of this.
And also keep in mind, too, When they tried to break into Jamie White's car, and when they did gain access into the car, but they weren't able to actually physically steal it, they did, one of the individuals, we don't know who, cut themselves during the process.
And so Austin police have DNA evidence, they have the rap song, and now they have this audio recording.
So there's zero reason to cut a deal with any of these monsters, unless you're apathetic to suspects rather than the victims.
Well, let me ask you, now that you mentioned this, and this thought had never crossed my mind.
Until now, if there's now a racial element introduced by way of the rap song, why would this not border for whatever hate crimes are to the extent they exist?
Why would this not be a hate crime or have that angle added to the narrative, which would further enrage people?
Yeah, one would think that would be the case.
Unfortunately, though, liberal prosecutor, they really haven't even charged them to the full extent of law, although they have capital murder charges.
Obviously, 17-year-olds and 15-year-olds can't legally obtain firearms, and they somehow were able to shoot Jamie.
So you would also probably tack on the firearms charges as well, but they haven't done that either.
So the problem here is this.
I love AG Ken Paxton.
I know a lot of people are like, well, why can't the Texas AG jump in on this or the governor?
It's quite strange.
They don't allow them the authority to do just that.
It has to stay within the county unless there's something that does happen.
And it's a very, very limited amount of times they can actually jump in.
It's almost impossible.
So although, you know, Ken Paxton's office would love to come and help, legally they don't have grounds to do so.
But ultimately, if we were to get someone like Ken Paxton on this case, I'm sure they would charge him with a hate crime.
I think there's enough there to do just that.
But unfortunately, liberal prosecutor won't be doing that.
It's amazing because you Frisco, Texas.
Metcalf.
Metcalf was, yeah.
Well, people framing that as a racially motivated crime.
And it's like, until evidence supporting that, you know, just treat it as crime.
Questions linger as to what's on the cell footage and whether or not, you know, the cell footage they've collected from all of the people who had to have seen this before, during and after, whether or not there's any element that would support a racial element to that crime.
But until that evidence is out, you say it's a crime and you don't need to racialize it for any particular reason.
In this case, started off as random crime, but if there's a white boy narrative to it right now, That seems like something that should be brought to the public's attention.
And if the Austin PD are not, then there might be political racial motives for why they are not bringing that to the public's attention.
Yeah, and I truly do hope that Jamie White's family hires a civil attorney to look into all of this because there's been so many missteps.
I mean, the fact that they didn't have the audio recordings, the fact that he has not been charged fully, this kid has not been charged to the folks and the laws is concerning as well.
And I mean, I mean, I'm passionate about covering that case as well because I think they're both related.
But just to highlight the level of incompetency from the Austin PD and DA's office, you know, when Jamie was...
So from 3 in the morning to about 1 o 'clock, his mother alleges, his body was laying there.
And people were allowed to drive past Anthony's body.
There was no sheet, there was no tent put over his body as he laid there dead.
And what happened as a result of that?
Well, people driving by filmed it, they recorded it, and they posted it on social media.
So while his mother was scrolling online looking for tips, she found her dead son's body online.
I'm sorry, that is – No, I'm just saying it's trauma upon trauma.
It's inhumane.
It's inhumane.
I'm sorry.
Yeah, no, it's not how you treat people.
And this is, you know, my point is, like, I think both families need to go after Austin PD and sue them.
Because, and even the DA's office, I go after all these parents as well.
Because parents do have a legal obligation to make sure their children aren't running around at 3 in the morning and causing these types of crimes.
If you go to their social media pages, again, I can't say their names on air, but I was able to kind of go through social media and find screenshots and screen grabs of their posts.
These kids have AKs.
These kids have handguns.
These kids are smoking marijuana, and there's nobody who's stepping in to stop this.
I mean, we're talking 12-, 13-year-olds, 15-year-olds.
They can't legally obtain any of this.
You're telling me that the parents had no idea that their kids were into all of this?
Come on.
I mean, how many of us, when we were teenagers, if I post something on MySpace, for example, and one of my cousins found it, they go straight to my parents and rat me out.
So it doesn't make any sense on how these parents are pretending like they had no involvement or any knowledge into any of this.
I think they did, and I think everyone needs to sue them.
Well, they did it with the Crumble or Crumbly in Michigan.
They go after the parents sometimes.
They don't go after the parents of Crooks when he tries to shoot Trump and kill somebody else.
Then they don't do it.
And in this particular case, my goodness, what it might reveal by way of actual parental negligence.
I don't know any of the names.
I've never seen any of the social media platforms.
I don't want to.
But listening to that audio, it's over the top.
It's like they think they're living out one of these gang movies.
And I'm sure in their minds, it's cool.
The thrill of the day was, I didn't know that was going to happen, and now he's dead.
And now we flippantly talk about it with people we've never even met before.
Holy crap.
Yeah, that's some.
I'm more of an analyst.
You are doing some of the actual groundbreaking journalism on this and keeping the pressure on.
The pressure needs to be put on.
I didn't fully appreciate the intertwined nature of the Anthony Salas murder and the Jamie White, and this is the first time I'm learning that there was an actual potential racial element to it, or at least a racial factor to it based on that rap song, which I didn't hear about until now.
Where can people follow the work that you're doing?
Remind them again, and I'll put all the links in there.
Yeah, so theindependentnewsroom.com.
Just go to independentnewsroom.com.
That's the quickest way to pull it up.
Independentnewsroom.com.
All of my exclusives break there.
It's a free email list that you guys could join at home.
And, you know, when you're done with your show, I would love your audience to call up the Travis County District Attorney's Office and tell them that you want to make sure that Jamie White's suspected murderers don't have their charges reduced.
It is important that we get on this.
It is important that we grill them.
We hold them accountable.
I know a lot of people like to write this off as, oh, these are just kids or, oh, this is just what it's like to live in a liberal area.
That shouldn't be the case for any American.
We should stand up for all of our fellow Americans.
And also, I mean, if these kids are freed and, I mean, nothing's going to stop them from roaming around the country, they could be coming to a community near you.
And so we need to stand up for each other.
Please call the Travis County District Attorney's Office.
Tell them not to reduce the charges in Jamie White's case.
They might just do that.
And also let them know that you're not okay with what they did to Anthony Salas' family as well and that they need to make right.
We got a comment from our chlorphen in Locals.
Brianna's a brave woman.
I have no words.
We're here and we're going to have the audience plug it away.
Independent newsroom is where people can get free stuff.
I don't think people understand what goes into the actual labor of your craft.
How can people support you financially if they want to?
Is there a paywall content section?
Yes.
Well, thank you for that.
There is a paywall content section.
So when you go there to subscribe, it gives you the option to pick free or to be paid.
That directly supports us and we greatly appreciate when you do so.
And then also on the independentnewsroom.com, there's also a donations tab as well.
So you could donate directly there.
Amazing.
I say keep on it.
I have no doubt the team at Infowars is going to stay on it as well.
But mind-blowing and truly unbelievable stuff you're reporting.
And I say in the worst possible way.
Keep up the good fight.
Thank you very much.
I appreciate you too, my friend.
We'll do it again.
We will.
Thank you.
Have a good day.
Holy hell, which was it?
There was Boys in the Hood, New Jack City, and then there was the other third in the series.
There was Colors, but that was at a different time.
Come on, Chet.
You're smarter than me.
Aggregate knowledge.
Which one was it?
Boys in the Hood.
Last scene of the movie.
I won't ruin it.
It traumatized me as well.
Doesn't matter, we're going to get into it.
That's wild.
Many of us have not heard of the Anthony Salas murder, and now I understand exactly how, in the context of the Anthony Salas investigation by the family, they came across what sounds like the same group of kids having done this in another circumstance, you know, just another fun day on the streets.
It's blackpilling.
It's doom-pilling, actually.
I say blackpilling.
No, what's past?
You've got blue pill, red pill, black pill.
Not quite at the doom pill.
It's almost so bad and depressing that you want to resign, find a place in a mountaintop and sit on your porch with a shotgun and say, nobody within a three-mile vicinity of this.
But you've got the Brianna Morellas of the world out there doing the Lord's work in terms of actual breaking journalism and raising people's awareness.
I had no idea that there is a confirmed racial, maybe it's ex post facto element to the Jamie White murder.
Maybe it was an aggravating factor in it.
This kid thinks he's going to come and interfere with our business.
No, it's just outrageous.
Now, someone just said they just followed.
Let me give you her Twitter feed as well.
Brianna Morello.
Brianna Morello.
And here is the link.
Now, we're going to get into the reptilian, shape-shifting Gavin Newsom.
Brianna Morello's Twitter link is right there.
Go follow it.
Do we have this for a little bit of a palate cleanse before we get into the other black pilling information?
What the hell is this?
That's Viva Fry meets the Geico men.
E, gosh.
Yes, we have good meme makers over on vivabarneslaw.locals.com.
All right, everybody.
Good afternoon.
Sorry for the two minutes late and I didn't get the standard intro.
I'm just using this prop mic.
I feel like a total fraud.
Because I don't know what the flip is wrong with my mic, but this is how good the built-in mic on the...
This is how good the built-in mic is on the MacBook.
Many of you won't even know until I start typing.
And then you hear my fat fingers typing on the keyboard that I'm using the MacBook.
So it looks like that I'm going to have the official 3 o 'clock slot.
And it'll be 3 to 4-ish.
Four, ten-ish, four and a quarter, depending on the day.
And then we're going to have the Locals After Party and the Rumble Premium After Party.

The Sunday show is across all platforms, and we have an amazing, wonderful VivaBarnesLaw.locals.com community.
Menace to society!
Thank you, the real D. Schneid.
Menace to society.
It's funny, like you ever notice how movies come out in sort of trilogies?
You have Asteroid, Armageddon, and then you have like...
Anyhow, that's what's going on with the Jamie White murder.
Do not let them sweep this under the rug.
And to the extent that there are, in fact, racially motivated elements to this brutal, vicious, inhumane murder, don't let them sweep that under the rug at all.
Now that it's been exposed, put it on blast.
Anthony Salas, I gave everybody the link to the Give, Send, Go if you want to help the family out.
And I'll do it one more time before we get into Snakeface McGee, that being Gavin Newsom.
And that's it.
So while Austin, crime-ridden hellhole, L.A. Burns, and Canada, wait until you hear the Canadian story, Ontario men charged with trafficking drugs and whatever.
It will blow your freaking mind.
Starting with, or going back to California, Los Angeles, Gavin Newscum and Karen Payne in the Bass.
Boom!
That's her name, Karen Payne in the Bass.
What is truly amazing is that LA is burning yet again.
It was burning during the, you call it forest fires, which turned into city fires because the fire hydrants didn't have water in them.
And the fire department was understaffed because they were...
I'm not joking, but I want to fact check myself in real time on this one.
The city is burning.
It's not overrun with illegals, but it has an illegal immigrant population that is bigger than probably, I don't know, all but seven cities in America, if you didn't watch Lord Buckley yesterday on Viva Frye.
Phoenix is smaller than the illegal immigrant population in LA.
Let me see this.
LA donated fire trucks to Ukraine.
Just want to fact check.
Yeah.
It's terrible having a memory and remembering things that make you feel like you're living through a crazy town.
Yes, the Los Angeles County Fire Department donated surplus equipment to Ukraine.
The extra equipment was donated three years ago and had been sitting in storage.
Well, yeah, it wasn't sitting in storage when you need it for a fire.
You stupid, incompetent jackasses, Gavin Newsom and Karen Payne in the Bass.
So, the city burns under their dereliction of duty, and these stupid jackasses, like they are, seize the opportunity to lecture everybody about how they know best how to do their job.
It's an amazing thing, like, you feel like you're taking crazy pills, where Gavin Newsom is out on Twitter, like he was during the fires, Lecturing other people on how to do their job.
J.D. Vance tweets out, do your job.
That's all we're asking.
In response to Gavin Newsom, we got to go down through the Twitter whole rabbit thing on this one just to see what's being responded to when.
I'm holding.
He's becoming arrested.
Should he do it?
I would do it.
Rob, I think it's great.
Well, just so if you can't hear it, it's...
Somebody asking Trump, should Tom Homan arrest Gavin Newsom?
To which Donald Trump says, yeah, I think I would do it.
It would be great.
To which Gavin Newsom, who's been at the helm of LA, California for, I don't know, 10 years now, is promised to solve the homeless crisis.
I guess this is how you solve the homeless crisis.
Burn everything down and bring in millions of illegal immigrants.
That's how you do it.
This is Gavin Newsom's tweet.
The president of the United States just called for the arrest of a sitting governor.
But you could stand when he does it.
This is a day I hoped I would never see in America.
I don't care if you're a Democrat or Republican.
This is a line we cannot cross as a nation.
This is an unmistakable step towards authoritarianism.
How about when you try to jail the president, you stupid sack of crap?
I'm sorry.
I hear Mark Twain's voice in my head.
I don't know what his voice sounds like.
I see his, you know, All of his wonderful insights.
Judge a man by the...
Judge a man by the compliments he habitually uses for others.
Something along those lines.
Gavin Newsom is a, is a, He's a destructive force of nature.
And I'd love to go through his Twitter feed and see how many times he called for the jailing of Donald Trump or the bankrupting of Donald Trump or the arrest of Donald Trump.
Maybe he hasn't done it.
Maybe he's consistent on this point.
Oh my goodness.
After five years of lawfare, trying to bankrupt him, trying to lock him up, then trying to kill him.
This hypocrite SOB is now saying Trump has crossed the line because the sitting governor, Got to divert all that natural water because of the Sacramento smelt, you idiot.
And when you have the fires because of your poor forest management, they burn out of control, you idiot.
Because your departments are underfunded, understaffed, under-equipped, because you've donated equipment to Ukraine, you idiot.
Oh, but that wasn't his fault.
That was Karen Payne and the Bass's fault.
And now this jackass is taking to Twitter wars while his city is literally burning.
J.D. Vance says, quite politely, do your job.
That's all we're asking.
And now, Gavin Newsom, do your job.
I'm rubbing your glue.
Whatever you say to me sticks off me and bounces back to you.
This is what this idiot is thinking.
We didn't have a problem until Trump got involved.
Rescind the order.
Return control to California.
I need everybody to understand what this means.
Do your job, stupid juvenile.
I'm not stupid.
You're stupid.
I know you are, but what am I?
I know I am, but well, you know what it is.
I forget what it is.
This is the dog whistle part of his tweet.
We didn't have a problem until Trump got involved.
I'm sorry.
Trump got involved because he had a very, very big problem.
Trump got involved because as a sanctuary state, As a de facto sanctuary state, you are harboring, in LA alone, from what Mark Robera is explaining, 1.5 million illegal immigrants.
1.5 illegal aliens.
So when he says we didn't have a problem until Trump got involved, Trump only got involved because of the problem.
Trump's solution is to go enforce federal law in Los Angeles.
We didn't have a problem until Trump started enforcing federal law.
That's a dog whistle.
As in, get up in arms, burn shit down to prevent Trump from doing what he is not just within his rights to do, within his obligation as president of these United States of America to do.
We didn't have a problem until Trump got involved to enforce federal law.
And now that he's enforcing federal law, burn shit down.
That's the green pass.
That is the political permission slip.
That is the dog whistle coming from Gavin Newsom.
Go do more of it in the hopes that it chases Trump out of here.
And if Trump actually buckles, I don't think he's going to.
I think he learned enough from the Summer of Love 2020.
If he buckles, the criminals will have understood that you put enough pressure on and the feds will...
The feds will go back to allowing Los Angeles to be a sanctuary city.
They'll go back to letting California be a sanctuary state.
And they will go back to letting the state of California defy and actively collude with impeding application of federal law.
And if you had any doubts about it, and you think I'm being hyperbolic, exaggerating, Viva's gone crazy.
He's just a very angry kid these days.
See my face?
Apparently I have resting bitch face.
When I saw my face, On the Sunday stream, someone posted a clip and was like, is that what I look like?
Hold on.
You know what I gotta do?
Look, right there, right there.
I don't call it resting bitch face.
I call it resting angry face.
The resting furrow brow.
Oh, instead of RBF, it'll be RFB.
The resting furrow brow.
I have RFB.
This is a wrinkle that has accrued over time because of the unbelievable state of the universe.
Two weeks to flatten the curve.
Two months to flatten.
Five years later, hey, they just violated every single one of our rights.
Give them more power.
Re-elect them.
You got a governor who doesn't enforce federal or doesn't just enforce because it's not to him to enforce federal law.
Actively impedes with the enforcement of federal law.
Harboring illegal aliens in his state.
And then you got Karen Payne in the bass out there.
Giving advice on how illegals can defy enforcement of federal law.
Oh, no, but FIFA, are you an anti-constitutionalist?
You don't want to tell people their rights?
Well, first things first, everybody, and I can tell you this from knowledge, not everyone in America has all of the rights under the Constitution.
You don't get to steal constitutional rights by breaking into a country illegally and then saying, I'm here.
The Constitution applies to me in all its beauty and glory.
Sorry.
And if you need any other example than Second Amendment rights, that's one.
So you don't get full constitutional protections just because you illegally broke into a country to steal those rights.
So yeah, due process ain't the same for an illegal alien as it is for a natural-born citizen or a naturalized citizen.
Due process ain't the same for someone who broke into the country illegally versus someone who applied for the lawful visas.
Due process Different cases, different states of legality in the country, different levels of due process.
This is from Ian Yeager.
Let me just see who he is.
Men's physique bodybuilder, political commentator.
Kind of looks like a badass.
319.3 thousand followers.
Breaking!
Los Angeles Mayor Karen Payne in the Bass has just advised illegal immigrants on how to avoid ICE.
This is criminal.
They got a picture of Karen Bass.
Know your rights.
If officers ask you questions, you have the right to say, I choose to remain silent.
Two, actually I want to double check that this is in fact the graphic provided by Karen Bass.
You have the right to consult with an attorney before answering any questions or signing any documents.
Three, if you have a valid U.S. immigration documents, if you have valid U.S. immigration documents, carry them with you.
Never carry false documents or lie about your immigration status.
Well, this seems all like very good advice thus far.
No law enforcement officer can enter your home without your permission unless that agent has a warrant signed by a judge.
An administrative warrant from the Department of Homeland Security does not give officers the right to enter your home against your will.
I would look into the fourth one, to the modalities of that.
And some people are going to say, Viva, what's the big deal?
First of all, I question why it's in English, but I suspect there's another version.
This is sort of going back to what AOC was saying.
Oh, you know, here's what you do.
I'm just advising people of their rights, and there's no broader context.
There's no situational factors that might make this not exactly what it seems.
And then when you have them saying, We're not going to facilitate ICE enforcement.
What you have basically is the political permission to interfere with the enforcement and application of federal law at the state level.
There's a word for that.
The amazing thing is I'm having these back and forths with people on the internet.
There's one person I don't mind as a human.
I think she's actually mildly reasonable as far as the left goes.
Someone I've had on the channel, Unlearn.
What was it?
Unlearn 16. But let me bring this up.
We're not playing semantics here.
People are like, how could Donald Trump enact that provision of law that allows him to deploy the National Guard?
He doesn't even have the permission of the state.
It's totally different than when Bush did it, because Bush had the invitation of the state.
Yeah, I'm sorry.
The fact that you don't have the invitation of the state is the problem.
The fact that you have the active opposition of the state is...
The fact that you have the states defying federal law is the problem.
Oh no, you're going to wait for the invitation from the criminals who are breaking the law and advising others to break the law?
Now you understand in retrospect why they didn't accept the National Guard on January 6th because they needed it to be what they weaponized it into, a total bastardization of fact and law for political profit.
I was having a back and forth.
And then Unlearned says, he is claiming insurrection.
He is asserting his dominance over the state's right to control the protest.
I realize he can usurp all sorts of powers.
He has been working up to this for five months.
We both know that militarizing blue states is his absolute endgame.
Set aside the rest of this.
He's claiming insurrection.
He's asserting his dominance over the state's right to control the protest.
To which I just ask the obvious question.
What do you call illegal aliens and other criminals flying foreign flags as they destroy and burn and vandalize?
What do you call that?
I don't use the word insurrection flippantly.
What else would you call that?
It's as close to insurrection as you're going to get, people, from a legal standpoint.
And the worse things burn in Los Angeles, the more Gavin Newsom lectures everybody else about how to do their jobs.
The more Karen Bass doubles down.
You have, if it's not all illegal aliens participating in the protests from what Mark Grobert, Lord Buckley spoke about yesterday, you might very well have local citizens participating in criminality.
That's what it is.
Criminality, flying the Mexican flag.
We now know what La Raza is all about.
Mark Grobert calling it Lantifa.
We know what it's about.
And if you want to talk about what the end goal was for the last five months, five years, we know what that end goal was.
It was to bring in so many illegal aliens, open up the borders, welcome them, do not come.
Wink, wink, nudge, nudge.
So that you can then say the problem is too big now to be dealt with via deportations.
We've got to expedite citizenship of these illegals so you can work your way towards a one-state country for the rest of the history of the country.
What was it?
Demographics is destiny?
Let me just go.
There were several more tweets that I wanted to get at here.
Let me just, at the risk of bringing some stuff up on my Twitter feed, I know there was more about Gavin Newsom.
He really, really is scum of the earth, just lecturing everybody while he is a derelict.
I can derelict my own balls.
You got U.S. Senator John Fetterman, who says, I unapologetically stand for free speech, peaceful demonstration, and immigration, but this is not that.
This is anarchy and true chaos.
My party loses the moral high ground when we refuse to condemn setting cars on fire, destroying buildings, and assaulting law enforcement.
I felt a little bad about the nastiness of this reply.
Your party lost the moral high ground when they ran a brain-damaged candidate only because they needed a warm body to fill the seat.
Sorry to be blunt, Sean.
I want to pretend that it was like...
I wasn't.
I've talked about how John Fetterman was exploited by his party because at a time when he was going through mental, physical mental trauma, his party, instead of saying, take a seat, heal.
They said, we're going to exploit you in your brain damaged state because we need anybody, a warm body to fill the seat.
It doesn't even matter that you're going through what you're going through.
You'll get elected.
And we will exploit you in your most vulnerable time because that's what good Democrats do.
Then after the tweet went out and I saw the comments and the ha-ha, you talking about Joe Biden, then I realized, you know, I've been saying it for a while.
Democrats are the kings of exploiting the vulnerable and the young.
They exploited Joe Biden in his mental fragility.
Useful idiot he was.
They exploited John Fetterman.
They exploited Greta Thunberg when she was a kid.
They are the kings and queens of exploiting the mentally vulnerable.
And they exploited John Fetterman.
But John Fetterman is a jackass.
John Fetterman is the one who voted against Tulsi Gabbard.
He voted against RFK Jr.
He is a man who, through his action and inaction, has contributed to the problem.
And now my party loses the money.
Then leave your freaking party, John!
Don't say, hey, my party loses moral high ground, but I'm sticking with them through it because, hey, like they did with Joe Biden.
Yes, I know you sexually, allegedly sexually abused Tara Reid, to quote Olivia, what's her name there, Gloria Allred's daughter, Bloom was her name, whatever.
I know he was handsy and you're not asking for it, and I believe you, but we need to get our confirmed sexual improper person up in the White House because we can't have Trump there.
It's just the hypocrisy is absolutely mind-blowing.
But where was it, Gavin Newsom?
Oh yeah, here we go.
This is another one where he's lecturing people.
Tom Cotton this time.
It's just like, what the hell is he doing?
Sitting on Twitter picking fights with people who are criticizing his dereliction of duty?
Tom Cotton says, what's happening in Los Angeles is a threat from the left.
They demand open borders or they will riot.
And damn politicians like Newsom will back them.
It won't work.
We must never tolerate this lawlessness.
That's exactly what I was saying.
It's the political permission slip and it's the call to action.
Well, we were doing just fine.
Those one and a half million illegals in L.A. were doing just fine until Trump came in.
So pull back Trump and let our one and a half million illegals live in L.A. now.
There's too many of them to deport, right?
There's too many homeless people to solve the crisis for.
Gavin Newsom, that stupid jackass that he has promised to reduce it, ended in 10 years.
10 years later, it's only worse than it's ever been.
Arrest him.
Lock him up.
Rico conspiracy?
Defrauding federal tax dollars?
There's something there.
The only one supporting lawlessness is you and everyone of Trump's minions who are allowing him to illegally militarize our city and incite violence.
This is not a robot.
This is not like someone who we don't know if it's a real person.
This is a real person and he's the stupidest, most scoundrelist jackass on the planet.
That's what's the latest going on in California.
Holy sweet, merciful goodness.
Let me see what's going on in the chat.
I can't get over it.
It's like you fail your way up in government.
These idiots are dishonest scoundrels on earth, and they use the violence of the people that they have invited to enter illegally.
Basically a predatory incursion, basically an invasion, and now they're calling on their soldiers, their foot soldiers.
More violence to make Trump back out so that we can have lawlessness, but our controlled lawlessness within the state.
Biltong's in the house, and he says, premium Angus and Wagyu Biltong.
See, look at that.
What is this?
RFB.
Resting furrow brown, Vito.
Let me just get my eyes up here, okay?
Premium Angus and Wagyu Biltong from Biltong.
USA, high protein, no additives, authentic handcrafted meat snack made out of Texas.
Naturally air-dried and delicious.
BiltongUSA.com.
Use code VIVA for 10% off.
It's delicious.
It's amazing.
What day of the week is it?
It's Tuesday.
I have no idea.
I don't even know what month it is anymore, but yes, it's Tuesday.
Get some.
You can get some for Father's Day.
Every father on earth loves jerky, and this is better than jerky.
In fact, if you ever taste this, hashtag not a sponsored ad.
You will never go back to beef jerky again.
And when you do because you're on a road trip and you forgot your bag of biltong and you have to go get that crappy, I won't name any companies by name out of the gas stations, you're going to be like, how on earth did I ever eat this leathery shiatt?
Okay, then we got Guido240.
There we go.
Mark Twain, a man's character may be learned from the adjectives which he habitually uses in conversation.
You see, someone's going to think...
But that's only because my conversation typically involves describing Democrats and liberals.
There I said it.
That's funny.
T.T. Fulltimer says, Viva, I remember everything from 1944 to now.
Just think how frustrated I can be if I let myself.
Just think, wait, hold on.
Viva, I remember everything from 1944 to now.
Just think how frustrated.
I can be if I let myself.
The only thing constant is a slow, inexorable move of all of society to the left.
That is why I call everyone a communist TT full-timer over in our locals community.
Yeah.
Holy crap.
Okay.
Let me just see what else I have left in the backdrop here.
share screen in case we got uh What do I want to do here?
I have to bring this one up before we go on to the Canadian stuff.
This is just to show...
I forgot.
FBI offering $50,000 reward for info on suspect accused of assaulting LA officers with rocks.
Again, I'm going to shout out Laura Loomer where Laura Loomer deserves shouting out.
I think Laura Loomer deserves a piece of this $50,000.
In Kryptis, if you can pull up the Laura Loomer tweet where she says, I've got his face in different footage, send that to me in private messages so I can bring that up.
Because Laura Loomer deserves, if not the full 50,000, at the very least a portion thereof.
Because I'm fairly certain that she was pivotal, instrumental, essential in identifying this individual.
But someone said it looks like he actually has an arm for throwing, like he actually pitches baseball.
And I'm fairly certain, if I'm not mistaken, Laura Loomer commented on the shirt, which was a small-time baseball league or something.
But let's get here.
I just want to check one thing.
FBI offering $50,000 reward for the info on the guy.
FBI on Tuesday announced it is offering a reward of $50,000 in exchange for information leading to the arrest of the suspect accused of assaulting a federal agent.
A release from the agency identified El Pido Reina.
I just want to check one thing here.
As the assailant, he allegedly threw us at law enforcement in Paramount, California, on Saturday and injured one officer, according to the agency.
The release also acknowledges Reyna may be armed and dangerous.
Wow.
That's FBI's most wanted.
US Attorney Bill Essayley responded to the findings in a post on X and vowed to arrest Reina.
Wanted.
El Piro can run, but he can't hide.
Okay, big talk, guys.
He threw rocks at federal officers leaving a command post on Saturday.
Eh, brazen attack caught on film that could have resulted in deaths.
40 charged with assault on a federal officer faces up to eight years in prison if convicted.
enough.
The FBI is offering a reward of $50,000 for information leading to his capture.
The announcement comes amid widespread riots across Los Angeles.
If I didn't send in the troops to Los Angeles the last three nights, that one I disagree with Trump on that because there's not as much left to burn to the ground because it already burnt to the ground during the L.A. fires.
People forgot about that.
People forgot about that abject criminality.
Not enough water because of the sacramental smelt.
Fire hydrants didn't have enough water.
Firefighters, not enough of them, partly because of COVID mandates.
Fire trucks, not enough of them because they were donated to Ukraine.
Bad forest management, which exacerbated the fires.
The devil winds coming from the east.
I forget what they're called now.
And they all walk.
All of those freaking criminals just walk.
What I wanted to do is this.
Let's just see what the status is, if they know it.
Those tweets are in your DMs when you're ready.
Thank you very much, sir.
FBI, do we know if he's here legally?
I mean, the irony is going to be if this guy's not here legally, but I don't know if I can find that.
Let me see here.
Illegal?
No.
Oh, hold on.
What did I just see?
Okay, now forget it.
I'll find that out afterwards.
Let's go get those tweets, shall we?
In private.
No?
In DMs, I guess.
Hold on one second.
Let's bring those up.
In cryptos, where are they?
Oh, in DMs.
So that's going to be in Twitter DMs.
Okay, here we go.
Let's see this here.
Laura Loomer, here we go.
Laura Loomer.
Look, nobody's perfect.
Laura Loomer seems to be almost doing...
they should Laura Loomer.
Bada bing, bada boom.
Hey, FBI Director Cash, FBI Director Bongino, Deputy Director Bongino.
The man who threw rocks at federal agents in Los Angeles yesterday at the anti-ice pro-illegal alien rally is wearing a jersey from a small Hispanic baseball team called the Nopaleros do Zarca de Aztec Baseball League.
I took screenshots of their Instagram page as well, and you can see one of the team members resembles the facial features of the attacker.
I'm telling you something.
I believe Laura Loomer deserves a portion of, if not the entirety of, that $50,000.
So I'll leave that up to Laura and the FBI.
But that's that.
That wasn't where we're going to end it yet, though, people.
Because there's a little bit more.
Talking about what's going on in LA.
Here we go.
You say illegal aliens or criminals, because you might just have local lefty criminals born and raised in America, probably in liberal families who are partaking in the.
L.A. Comptroller's daughter, allegedly involved in violent riot, arrested for assault.
Who's this daughter?
Shall we see?
According to the L.A. Sheriff's Department, the daughter of Rick Cole.
As long as he doesn't Rickroll us.
The city's current Deputy Chief Comptroller.
Hold on.
The daughters of Rick Cole, I'm sorry, I didn't read that properly, have been arrested for allegedly assaulting a police officer with a deadly weapon.
Lucia Aguilar-Cole, who serves as the Community Growth and Economic Innovation Deputy for the Los Angeles City Council, and her sister Antonia were taken into custody.
It's unclear which was the deadly weapon they allegedly used, but they were arrested on Sunday during...
You know, I think we actually saw the video of that yesterday.
Let me just see if we can't find pictures of who these young ladies are.
Images?
Here we go.
Is this it?
I don't want to get the wrong person.
Daughter of LA officials.
Let's take from a reputable source.
The daughters.
Is this them right here?
The twins allegedly assaulted police officers with a deadly weapon causing the chaotic.
Well, it looks like she's into Yeah.
Oh, you're not looking at the same thing that I am.
Miscusi, people.
Sorry, here.
This.
This is what we want to be looking at here.
So that's it.
It's not just illegals from out of country.
It's Marxist criminals from within the country.
That's what's going on in California, people.
All right, everybody, I think we got raided by The Quartering.
Thank you all for the raid.
We are going to raid The Redacted in a matter of seven minutes.
Seven minutes-ish.
the quartering thank you.

And if you are already a Rumble Premium, I know that Sad Wings Raging, a member of our community, gifts a lot of the Rumble Premium.
As of tomorrow, hopefully.
We're going to have figured out how to seamlessly do this when we go to the Locals exclusive afterparty.
It'll include also the Rumble Premium.
But thank you all for being here and Viva Frye, former Montreal litigator turned to current Florida Rumbler.
Last story of the day before we head over to the VivaBarnesLaw.locals.com afterparty.
Canada.
You want to know how bad it can get?
Look up to the north.
What do we call it?
America's hat.
I think we're also called the, um, No, I can't use that one.
Canada has a number of nicknames.
But if you want to know how bad the communism gets, look no further than Canada.
A number of people were just arrested.
A number of Ontario men were just arrested for partaking in the There's no fentanyl crisis up in Canada, except it's claiming 600 a month, so that's about 67,000 Canadians a year, 100,000 Americans a year dying from fentanyl overdose.
There's no drug trade, but it's a big problem.
There's no border problems, but there's a big problem.
And Ontario men have recently been charged with drug stuff.
Look at this.
Which one do I want to bring up?
I'll bring up this one.
I'll bring up this one.
This is coming from 6BuzzTV.
Number one in entertainment in Canada.
Oh, I'm going to smash my computer.
Okay.
Here, let me give this to Encryptus so that we have the link for the raid right here.
Breaking nine Ontario men arrested after the largest drug seizure in the history of Peel region with 479 kilograms of cocaine seized worth $47.9 million.
You know what the government's thinking?
Holy shit, we got to get in on some of that because we're running out of people to bleed dry through tax dollars.
So let's get in on the illegal drug trade by decriminalizing it in British Columbia so that we can take our police.
Oh my goodness.
First of all, don't censor on Twitter.
What is this going to do?
It doesn't matter.
Nine Ontario men.
And then we go to what I believe is the Peel Regional Police charged the following Ontario men with trafficking.
What was it?
$47 million worth of coke?
480 kilograms.
The Ontario men.
Here you have Hao Tommy Huynh from 27 years old from Mississauga.
You've got Arvinder Pawar, 29 year old from Brampton.
You've got Gortège Singh, a 36-year-old from Caledon.
You've got Karamajit Singh, a 36-year-old from Caledon.
You've got Manpreet Singh, a 44-year-old from Brampton.
You've got Sartaj Singh, a 27-year-old from Cambridge.
This is not a joke.
This is not a mean, people.
This is reality in Canada.
You've got Shiv Ankar Singh, a 31-year-old from Georgetown.
You've got Philip Tepp, a 39-year-old from Hamilton.
You've got Sarjeet Yogondraraja from 31-year-old from Toronto.
Ontario men people now like maybe I'm just And I say, I know damn well there can be people with names from abroad, surnames from abroad, who could very well be Canadian.
Freiheit, as a name, is of Germanic descent.
My granddad was Polish.
There are plenty of Canadians born and bred and peace-loving Canadians who might have names that are different than Smith, Roy, or Tremblay.
Do you know that one part...
It's an amazing fact, actually.
Let me just get out of here.
Slightly over 1% of the French-Canadian population in the province of Quebec are named Tremblay.
I mean, that blew my mind.
There are Canadians and Quebecers with names that are not typical French-Canadian Anglo-Saxon last names.
So it's not because they happen to And half of them happen to have the Singh surname, despite apparently not being related, that I question whether or not these are Ontario men.
I question whether or not these are Ontario men.
And I'm asking the Peel Regional Police formally to tell me, sir, I'm formally asking Peel Police the following question.
One.
Questions.
One, where were these, quote, Ontario men born?
Two, what is their immigration status?
Three, if any of them immigrated to Canada, when did they do so and under what visas?
Four, if any of them immigrated to Canada, are they in violation of their visas?
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
I'll tell you when I expect an answer to that question.
When hell freezes over.
Do you know what percentage of people living in Canada were born outside of Canada?
If you are following me on Twitter or you are part of our vivabarneslaw.locals.com community, you probably know the answer.
I just want to go see if the chat has any idea how freaking offensively high the number is.
Take a guess.
What percentage of people living in Canada were born outside of Canada as at 2021?
And shit's only gotten worse since then.
Take a guess.
I'm going to look at the chat.
I want to see if anybody's going to even come close to estimating.
Say it again?
Can I play two?
Oh, well, do you know the answer?
No, I don't know the answer, but I'm thinking it's probably 20, 30 percent.
Okay, we got someone said 69 percent, and it's Harry Toe, too, who said 69 percent.
Well, I'm surprised that more of you are over 99 percent.
The answer is 23 percent as of 2021.
Stuff has only gotten worse since 2021.
23% born outside of Canada.
You're not being replaced, Canadians, but you're being replaced and it's for your own good.
In America, do you want to take what the guess is as of the last stats available?
It was under 15%.
So it's wild.
And there's a trend.
You know what country?
The number one producer of non-porn Canadians?
It's India.
By a long shot.
So you've got Chinese, Indian, foreign interference in Canadian government.
You've got Indian influence in, let's say, drug crimes.
And these sons of bitches want to tell us, oh yeah, they're from Brampton, Caledona, Toronto, just Ontario, man.
Where are they from originally?
As of when?
And are they being deported?
If they are here, legally or illegally?
Did they come in on those student visas and then default on their student visas?
Did they come in for cheap labor to be exploited by corporations?
Because, you know, Canada can't exploit its own population because, you know, they don't pay them enough.
Why don't they pay them enough?
Well, because you can import unskilled foreign labor to do it cheaper.
Modern day slavery.
That's what's going on in Canada.
Encryptus, what's up?
So there's some interesting comments in the chat.
It looks like a few people from both locals and Rumble mentioned it, is that if you go up a generation, so parents that were immigrated, that number increases to 50%.
Well, that's interesting.
That is interesting if you take the first generation, first generation Canadians.
But in my life situation, you go two generations.
My grandfather was born in Poland.
But I like the immediate one.
2021, it's only worse now.
23% of Canada, born outside of Canada.
20% of parliamentarians, born outside of Canada.
I'd like to know if there's a disparate over-representation in crime in Canada, in sex crimes, in drug trafficking crimes, in violent crimes.
I'd like to know.
I think there is.
Call me whatever names you want.
That's what's going on in the world today, people.
Go and raid the Redacted.
They're awesome.
And I know that our crowds overlap.
I think the Redacted is among the best.
I won't even say independent because independent news networks are all better than Legacy.
They're among the best out there.
Go raid a Redacted and let them know from whence you raid.
Go say hi to them.
Let them know that you came from our show.
Come on over to vivabarneslaw.locals.com for those who want to support the work that I do, that we do with Barnes.
Here's Locals.
It's for supporters only.
The after party.
And it will be, as of the time I can figure out what the Rumble team had integrated seamlessly, it will be for Rumble Premium as well.
So it'll be our behind the paywall portion of the show.
But I will still post the clips to Commitube and Rumble afterwards and Twitter.
If you don't want to support the work that we do, you'll still get it eventually, late, and you will not be able to interact in real time.
So that's it.
Encrypt us.
Have we rated, redacted already?
And now we can wind it up for the vivabarneslaw.locals.com.
All right.
Did anybody notice in the backdrop?
Do you know how hard it's been for me to not open this box of UFC Tops Chrome cards?
Each box comes with one guaranteed autograph card per box.
Do you know how hard it's been for me not to open this?
I think we're going to do it on Locals.
We'll see what the interest is on Locals and Cryptus.
Before you go, I noticed the interesting thing you had next to the box that you're going to be auctioning off.
Oh, I sent you the pictures, right?
Yes, I'm going to be adding that to the auction either today or tomorrow with the Barnes team.
But if you could mention that, that'd be wonderful.
Yes, events.
Well, give me the events, 1776.
By the way, it does not come with the hat, people.
The hat's mine.
I'm auctioning off the lectern that the lectern guy made for me.
He gave me two and said, auction off one for a fundraiser.
And I just haven't done it yet.
1776.
No, it's events.
And so we're auctioning this off for 1776.
Event.gives slash 1776 law.
Yeah, I'm going to bring it up right now.
Event.gives at 1776.
And I will be auctioning off this.
It's going to come with a hand-signed special message.
Louie the Lobster book with it.
Some other goodies.
And it's going to help 1776.
I tried to do it on eBay, but those sons of bitches took down the auction because it was celebrating violence or something.
