I can see why they call you Pocahontas, because you're really poking me.
Mr. Kennedy, do you support what is on these onesies?
Look at these onesies.
Available for $26.99, which is actually a pretty good deal.
I can't say that I do, though.
I think you would look pretty good in that, Bernie, because you're a little baby.
My great-grandfather.
Had a saying about people like you.
He used to say...
Mr. Kennedy, I heard you say that vaccines can cause autism.
The science is not clear on that, but I can confirm whatever vaccines you took have caused full-blown mental retardation.
I'm going to pause it there, because I don't want to steal.
Or cause you not to have to go see Tyler Fisher.
F-I-S-C-H.
It goes on.
And the longer it goes on, the funnier it gets.
That is Tyler Fisher.
He's been on the channel at least twice.
He's amazing.
And he's a stand-up comic.
His impersonation of voices, he does the best Ben Stiller.
Ben Stiller.
Ben Shapiro.
He does an amazing Jordan Peterson.
He does a great Donald John Trump.
And he does an amazing RFK Jr.
And the last time he was on, he was explaining how, like, when he does the RFK Jr., people think, like, oh, you can't make fun of RFK Jr. because that's somehow meaner than it is to make fun of Donald Trump, the way he speaks.
And he's like, mother effort.
That's the way he talks.
What do you think I'm going to do?
I'm going to do an RFK Jr. impersonation and it's not going to sound like RFK Jr.?
I'm going to do a Wyden impersonation and it's not going to sound like Wyden?
We're going to get back to all of that after because we have a special guest in the backdrop right now, Lynn Westover.
And I think I've been spelling his name with an E because I'm thinking of the boy named Sue.
It is Lynn Westover.
If you don't know who he is...
You will.
We'll get a brief intro because he's been on also a couple of times.
He's my military combat veteran expert that I go to when I've got questions.
He is the husband of Alison Morrow, who you might remember as such amazing journalists gone independent.
As Alison Morrow, check out her channel as well, Alison with one L. We're going to start off with the...
Obviously, it's beyond...
It's a tragic story.
This aviation disaster out of D.C. where...
I'm waiting 48 hours.
I'm waiting more than 48 hours now.
Everybody's already blaming Trump because he cut aviation, whatever, allegedly something last week.
And so this happened and it's his fault.
Trump comes out and says it's DEI hires.
And I've seen the videos of the guy that they put up for the head of the FAA.
Couldn't explain anything.
I'll see if I can find that video while we're talking.
But Lynn Westover, who's a combat veteran, I'll let him explain his own expertise and what he does right now in life.
We're going to go over this because I've got questions as to how this could possibly happen.
We'll watch the video and you need to know how a Blackhawk helicopter works, how it flies, how it's guided.
And I don't know that, but Lynn does.
So share the link around people.
I'll make sure that we're good across all platforms in two seconds.
Lynn, I am getting ready to bring you in, sir.
Three, two, one.
Sir, how goes the battle?
Hey, how you doing, man?
I hope the sound's okay.
The wind just, of course, picked up.
You know how it goes in production work.
Well, forget that.
The wind doesn't bother me.
Nothing bothers me, but I love the sound of chickens in the distance.
It actually is very soothing.
So I assume you can hear them too, huh?
Don't worry about it.
Lynn, it is perfect.
This is country life and it's beautiful.
Lynn, just so that nobody questions your expertise, because we're going to get into some details here and your knowledge.
Who are you, briefly?
What is your...
Military experience, military expertise.
What are you doing in life right now?
Because I know what you're doing, but everyone else might not.
And then we're going to get into this.
Yeah, so I spent 12 years in the United States Marine Corps.
I worked in special operations.
I was a forced reconnaissance Marine and a scout sniper.
To that point, I'm both a combat diver, a dive supervisor, but I was also a static line parachutist, a refall parachutist, a jump master, and a hearst master, which in the Marine Corps that's...
Helicopter rope suspension techniques or training.
For the Army, they would look at things like air assault, things like that.
So I've got quite a bit of time as a passenger and a crew member in various different rotary wing and fixed wing platforms.
Upon leaving the military, I continued doing work into intelligence, counterintelligence, and now I train law enforcement in behavior pattern recognition and analysis.
What's the name of the company?
Six-layer concepts and consulting.
Okay. All right.
So you're following what's going on in D.C. It's the worst aviation disaster in D.C. history, unless I'm mistaken.
I want to bring up a video that Benny Johnson put up, which is the CNN CCTV footage of this.
And we'll play it.
There's a bit of an audio, and then we're going to talk about it.
I've got all my questions in a bit, but these are the videos.
These videos obtained exclusively by CNN show previously unseen angles of the collision between an American Airlines flight and a U.S. Army Black Hawk helicopter.
In the first video, the Black Hawk can be seen flying at speed over the Potomac from the left side of the screen.
The American Airlines plane can be seen flying towards the airport before the two collide, causing a mid-air explosion and fall into the river.
In a second video, you can see the Army helicopter and American Airlines plane travel toward each other.
After the collision and subsequent explosion, the airliner can be seen spinning into the water, and the Black Hawk is also seen falling into the water.
So, I mean, look, let's just, I'll bring this back out here.
That's the video.
I mean, I hope I didn't need to give a disclaimer.
Everybody knew what they were going to see.
What are your first thoughts?
Because I have no idea how this works, why there's helicopters flying within the landing vicinity of commercial airlines.
It's DC.
A Blackhawk helicopter, is it on automated flight, like autopilot?
Does it not have a window in the cockpit?
Can you not see a plane coming?
To me, this looks like something you couldn't even do on purpose if you wanted to.
To me, I would think these are all on automated paths, like trains on rails, so to speak, and they just collide into each other.
Tell us, I mean, just from a technical perspective, Black Hawk helicopters, how do they work?
What guides them?
What does the cockpit look like?
And then your thoughts.
So, well, first and foremost, heart goes out to the families of everyone that perished in this tragic event.
It is a real shame when these things happen, and it highlights how much we rely on the technology and the expertise.
All parties involved, not just the pilots, not just the crew.
You have air traffic control, so on and so forth.
So specifically about the UH-60 or the Blackhawk, there's several different variants of it.
I'll be honest, I'm not certain if this is just your standard Blackhawk.
There are variants that they've been working on, too, specifically that have a fly-by-wire capability.
One of the most recent ones is something that's being fielded out of DARPA, which is Defense Advanced Research Programs Agency.
What does fly-by-wire mean?
So fly-by-wire is basically you have highly advanced avionics that essentially think like a Tesla in the sky when you put it in autopilot mode.
Basically autonomous flight, which for a rotary-wing aircraft...
Which, that's what a Blackhawk is.
When you say rotary wing, basically what that is is the wing is spinning on the top, and that's what creates the lift for the aircraft.
They're highly maneuverable.
I mean, that airframe is just an amazing airframe.
I've jumped out of them.
I've fast-roped out of them.
I've rappelled out of them.
And the pilots who fly them, you know, depending on what unit they're a part of, They're very good pilots.
There's lots of hours, time, and training that goes into it.
From the sounds of what I was able to gather looking online, there was a crew of three on there, so that makes sense.
You have a pilot, a co-pilot, and then you're going to have your crew.
Usually the crew chief is going to be one of the big ones responsible for aiding the pilot and the co-pilot in navigation and situational awareness within the sky.
There's a lot of, they'll have radar, they'll have all different manner of things within the cockpit, but there's a lot of stuff in that cockpit.
So, you know, on first blush, I would say that when you're that close to an active airfield and something as busy as Reagan International, there's a lot of moving parts, and you're going to depend very much on the air traffic control.
When you're moving around.
And so they're going to be monitoring where you're at and giving you guidance.
Hey, go to this azimuth.
Go to this direction.
Be at this altitude.
So on and so forth.
I'm going to interrupt.
I presume if I have the questions or don't know what the term means, others don't as well.
Crew chief versus pilot versus co-pilot.
I just brought up the...
I don't know if they've identified the other two members, but they've identified Ryan O'Hara, who is the crew chief.
So what does that mean, the crew chief versus the pilot versus the co-pilot?
So, man, the crew chief is a huge job description, but primarily the crew chief handles everything, both logistically and, you know, all areas of the cockpit and the airframe that the pilots aren't directly concerned with.
So the pilots basically have their workspace.
Their overall concern is the safety of the aircraft.
The crew chief is making sure that things are in their place, doors or hatches are dogged down when they need to be.
They monitor and take care of any additional crew that may be on the aircraft.
So, for example, as a jumpmaster, if I was on the aircraft, or even a stick leader, say we were just doing a regular helicopter landing insert.
I wouldn't necessarily be talking directly to the pilots.
I would be on the intercoms, the IC headset, with the crew chief.
They have their own separate crew channels within the aircraft.
The only time where those kind of changes would go direct from somebody within the aircraft going past the crew chief is if they say something like, hey, Army, your door.
Or, you know, Marine, your door.
Meaning, like, if I'm pushing people out of the bird, say in a jump mission.
I'm going to be talking directly to those pilots to give adjustments as necessary so I can spot where my jumpers are going to go.
But that crew chief is basically the right-hand man or woman of the pilot and co-pilot within the aircraft.
Okay. So pilot is obviously looking out the window.
Co-pilot as well.
What would we call the crew chief?
No, what was the word for him?
I just call him the right-hand man.
I can appreciate the difference between the captain of a ship and the deckhand who's running around making sure things are where they should be.
When you say now they're flying and relying on air traffic control, that's the ground ATC.
Right. They would be talking, and I'm sure those communications will come out once they release whatever they're able to find from the black box.
One person would be talking to air traffic control, coordinating, hey, our movement through this airspace, what's the direct guidance, so on and so forth.
And they get pretty deliberate about that stuff.
And even if you're just skirting an airspace, and I'm no pilot, I know enough to be dangerous, but even when you're skirting airspaces for even small airports, you're at a minimum going to check in with air traffic control.
For that location.
And they may give you guidance.
And you have to trust and follow that guidance.
So, on one hand, while the pilots are overall responsible for what happens with that aircraft, there are other factors in play.
You know, what was their situational awareness?
Were they able to see radar?
What was the communications and the guidance they were getting from air traffic control?
I mean, based on the video, which is...
We have to be careful.
Videos, whether it's CCTV like that, or even in my line of work, when we look at law enforcement, body-worn camera footage, or dash cam, you cannot use that video as a proxy for what the individual in the moment was experiencing.
At this point of view, it may look like, hey man, he's flying right into that thing, but that's from that angle.
If I'm stopping here and looking at the top one, From my perspective, at least from this perspective, it doesn't even look like the...
Do you see the cursor when I do this?
It doesn't even look like the plane is moving.
It looks like the plane is almost a moon in the sky.
Which I presume means it's coming straight in so you don't see the movement as easily as you see lateral movement in the helicopter.
So that's another thing that you'll see is you have what's called navigation lights.
They're pretty much the same both for aircraft as they are for naval vessels, right?
So we have a saying called red-right returning.
So you'll have port and starboard marker lights either on the aircraft or on the boat.
And so, you know, your red will be on the port side.
So R-E-D, letters, port, left, red side.
Green will be on the starboard side, the right side.
So if I'm looking off in the distance and I see a red light to my right, I see, and you'll have a navigation light, which is usually a white light, both on ships and on planes.
I see a white light in the center, and then I see a green light to my left.
That tells me that that thing's coming right at me.
If I see just a navigation light, and I see a green light, then that means it's going to my right.
If I see vice versa, then that means it's going to my left.
A lot of times, if you can't see those marker lights, but you do see a navigation light, the rule of thumb is pretty much kind of like how they are for tornadoes, right?
If you see a tornado, and that thing doesn't look like it's going left or it's right, you need to assume it's coming at you, right?
It could be going away from me, but what's most dangerous?
It's coming at you.
And that's the same thing even in jumping.
When we would do parachute operations, we would actually mark ourselves with chem lights.
So that we can see each other in the air.
It's very small.
You can't see it from the ground, but if you're close enough in the air, you can see it.
And, you know, typically you always slip away to the right or you steer away to the right.
Now, I'll be honest with you.
I don't know what it is for aircraft, but I would be willing to bet they have rules of the road just like we do.
We have rules of the road in a naval environment when you're on ship.
My initial instinct is that either the aircraft, one of the aircraft or both of the aircraft could have potentially been given bad guidance, and that's why they flew right into each other.
It's astonishing.
I mean, it does happen.
I remember there was a mid-air collision over the Grand Canyon.
Mid-air collision over Grand Canyon.
It's almost like it can't happen by accident in that they have to be the same height.
If one's higher than the other, then they don't collide midair.
It's like Robin Hooding a dart.
Hit the dart right into the back of the other dart, except both darts are moving.
It's almost like they have to be guided to the same spot.
I don't know if this is the case.
The Blackhawk or the commercial plane, they have specific flight patterns for landing and for taking off, such that Two will occupy the same space if they're there simultaneously.
Right. Clarify a few things in the chat, actually.
Some people are saying the helicopter was taken off from the Saudi embassy or something.
Thus far, I'm seeing conflicting reports on that.
I've seen a couple of TikTok tweet videos.
But official, at least, you know, AI is saying it's not.
It was just a routine flight.
Others are suggesting, is there any possibility that the Blackhawk could have been hacked?
If it's on a fly-by-wire, that it can sort of be taken over, much like Vault 9 for Tesla-type cars?
Well, I think that therein lies the question, right?
So, I don't know if this was a standard Blackhawk variant, which is not fly-by-wire.
It uses hydraulics, mechanicals, like cable wiring, not like actual electrical wiring.
If it was a fly-by-wire, either the, I think the 60M, I want to say it's the 60M, or no, yeah, the 60M is the one that they're doing with the DARPA's alias one, and I forget what the 60A is.
But if it's that, then sure, I suppose anything's possible.
That's beyond my scope of awareness or understanding.
But, you know, I think sometimes when we see things like this, We go right to a state of denial, right?
There's no way that this could have happened purely by accident.
It has to be intentional in some way.
And I think that will always be there.
And you never know.
Things will surprise you.
However, on the flip side of that, I think now we have lost so much faith and confidence in both our leadership and the people that are supposed to be looking out for our best interests.
People find themselves not knowing what to believe, and those kinds of questions come out.
So I think to opine on it in the vacuum of information would be foolhardy, but it does raise a lot of questions.
How does this happen?
So I feel confident that these things are going to get found out.
To the best of your knowledge, do Blackhawks, does every helicopter have the equivalent of a black box?
Yes, they should all have, and it's actually orange, but they should all have, basically what it is, is it's recording all telemetry data, and it's recording all of the avionics, it'll record the inputs that the pilots are putting in, it'll record any faults that are occurring, any systems issues, and it also records all of the So, you know, there could be a question of, hey, maybe they weren't getting communications.
Maybe they were on the wrong channel.
Maybe they didn't have the right crypto fill.
I mean, there could be so many other things that attributed to or, you know, caused this accident to occur.
You know, barring something, barring, you know, something within the pilot, say, in the Blackhawk, I couldn't see anybody intentionally wanting to take out You know, just wake it up in the morning and take out it.
There's so many things that would have to happen all at once for that to occur.
My thought was this.
Even if, hypothetically, they determined the pilot was self-harming or wanted to do something stupid, what level of skill would it take to even do something like that on purpose?
I mean, other than automated intercepting the mid-air position of a plane and having a computer do it.
How easy is it to fly a helicopter into another moving plane, even if you wanted to?
You know, that's a good question.
I'll be honest, I don't have an answer for that.
I'd be willing to bet that if, I mean, people intentionally flew an aircraft into some buildings dead on.
So anything's possible.
I think it's really going to be a matter of what are some of the details.
And that recovery effort is, you know, that's going to be a tricky recovery effort as well.
I mean, I think the last I read was that there was, they had recovered 40 bodies total.
But the Potomac is, that's hard diving.
You know, given the fact that it's the water turbidity from all the traffic moving around.
Who knows if it's still hazardous environment or not because of the fuel that may be in the water.
I looked it up.
On average, there's about a third of a knot current.
Actually, I just pulled that up, too.
It's 7 billion gallons per day flows through the Potomac at the Washington, D.C. area.
So it's a fast-moving river.
It's midwinter in D.C. where we are.
I would say it's fast enough, right?
So I've done recovery operations.
And when you even have a little bit of a current, it doesn't take a whole lot.
It will make it difficult.
And then you add in visibility issues.
And then there's whatever debris is on the bottom there.
Not counting the debris that just got there from the aircraft, but also...
Any other debris that may flow through there.
So it's a very dangerous environment and it's tricky.
And you're also looking at depth ranges between, I think, 8 and 24 feet.
Yeah, I think at the deepest it says it's 107 feet, but typically 24 feet.
But 24 feet, in an industrialized area where you have metal bars, you have all this rubble, rock, stuff on the bottom.
How many people does a Blackhawk typically seat if you could fill it with max passengers?
I want to say you can put 10 to 12 in there.
You can put about a squad in there.
Maybe a squad minus.
And you've jumped out of Blackhawk helicopters.
What does that feel like?
It's a good jump.
It's a great airframe.
That's the thing.
It's not like...
I've flown in CH-46s, CH-53s.
We've had, you know, quote-unquote rough landing in both those aircraft.
I've flown in UH-1 QEs and the Yankee variants, which are the new QE Yankees.
Those things are amazing.
Chinooks, which are CH-46s on crack.
They're a very powerful helicopter.
Pavlos. So it's, you know, the Blackhawk is a...
Anytime we could get a ride somewhere in a Seahawk or a Blackhawk, we were actually pretty stoked about it because the capability of that aircraft and that airframe is above par.
And people in the chat saying it flies about 300 miles an hour max top speed?
You know, I don't know that off the top of my head, so I'll have to go with whatever the chat's saying.
I would say it's not quite that fast.
Reason being is the new replacements that they're wanting to have, the one is the V280, I believe is what they're calling it.
And the reason why is because that 280 signifies that it's capable of 280 knots or faster.
So I would say that it's probably not quite that fast.
Typically it says max 183 miles an hour or 159 knots and top max height 19,000 feet.
Yeah, you can go quite high in it for a rotary wing.
Basically, they beat the air into submission.
So the two things that are sketchy for helicopters is one is going to very high altitude.
So like, for example, my first deployment in Afghanistan.
Going up into the Korengal Valley, we took 53s up there and 46s, and the 46s were having a hard time keeping up.
I mean, consider the CH-46, it was a, you know, that was the C-9, I believe, was the designation for it, and that thing was a Vietnam-era aircraft.
The Black Hawk was developed, to my recollection, somewhere in the early to mid-70s.
So that was the replacement for the Iroquois, and it was supposed to be a medium-weight helicopter.
So altitude's going to be a limiting feature because those rotor blades are basically beating the air in a submission.
So the thinner the air, the more difficult it is for it to create lift.
But then also another thing is when you're hovering or you're low altitude.
Reason being is while you have some maneuverability, you just don't have the same kind of speed as, say, like a fixed-wing aircraft.
As far as stability, so when you're low to the ground, if something happens, you don't have a whole lot of time to go into, like, auto-rotation and, you know, have a safer landing on the ground.
Now, again, there's pilots out there, like the SOAR, those guys, you know, they can fly that thing with half the stuff falling off and, you know, two-thirds of an engine and...
Those types of situations, you know, they're just that skilled at it.
So, you know, pilot skill, so many things come into play with this, with what happened.
Okay, and I'm trying to see here.
Someone in the chat is saying the CRJ didn't have bad info.
It was on a short final and had an absolute right-of-way.
CRJ, I don't know what that means.
I'm in the locals chat.
I think what they're talking about is the American Airlines flight coming in, and I would agree on that.
As the aircraft is coming in, fixed wing, it goes back to what I was saying about at low altitude.
They do not have the ability or the room to maneuver.
So you're going to give way to that, or you should give way to that.
It's very similar.
Like a smaller vessel giving way to a big vessel that can't turn or stop on time, and so boats have right-of-way protocol.
Exactly. Yep, exactly right.
That's exactly where I was going to go with that.
So, again, you know, those details, once they're able to look at the totality of the evidence, I believe that those details are going to come to light.
I think what people are kind of up in arms about...
Maybe some of the other comments regarding the quality of personnel that's in these positions that pilots and crew rely upon for that terminal guidance, if you will.
With Rotary Wing, we call it ITG.
You're having terminal guidance.
I'm terminally guiding you into a landing or location.
Having aircraft moving around You know, an active runway.
Like, here's a good example.
If you've probably ever noticed when you're flying, if you're looking down on the runway and you see the numbers that are stenciled real big on the runway, those numbers are actually the direction, the azimuth that that runway is pointing.
And so you'll even have where the winds change, they'll determine, hey, we're going to land on this approach or we're going to land on this approach.
So, runways can work either way, but it's important, like, hey, if I don't, you know, for some reason my chart craps a bet on me, or I don't know, you know, I'm doing some kind of an emergency landing, that's why things like that are there, that's why marker lights are there, that's why there's all these redundancies in place, which then makes it that much more just head-scratching.
When you have this many redundancies, and things like that still happen.
That's why I made the comment when you and I were texting back and forth that, you know, it's a perfect storm of just, you know, a lot of things.
No, Azbeth, I have to just get the definition.
In aviation, it's the direction of an object measured clockwise in degrees from north.
No, I said it.
Obviously, it has to be human.
I would be shocked if it's anything other than human error because I think even a deliberate act, unless it was commandeering technology, you wouldn't be able to do something like that.
It's one thing to, let's say, fly a plane into a stationary building that's a 47-story building might be easier than trying to intercept a plane with a helicopter, even if you were a jet fighter, maybe, or a kamikaze pilot.
And then you go look into the chief...
I forget what his name is.
The crew chief, who's the father of a recent young boy.
Also, to not make a mistake out there, there's someone else by the same name with a different Instagram handle, which might cause you to question the individual.
So, to the best of anybody's knowledge...
As soon as I saw that name when you pulled that up, I said Ryan O'Hara.
I deployed to Afghanistan with a guy by the name of Ryan O'Hara, so not the same guy.
The Ryan O'Hara that I got was an Instagram...
No, I got the Instagram account of somebody...
Where someone could have connected the 2SLGBTQIA plus to this because that Ryan O'Hara has an interesting Instagram page.
And the Saudi Arabian Embassy thus far seems to be maybe internet myth or lore.
What doesn't seem to be internet...
Have you seen this?
Don't play the whole thing because it's two minutes long.
Share screen.
Reminder that this was...
Have you seen this video?
It's apparently the FAA chief that Biden appointed.
Mr. Washington, can you quickly tell me what airspace requires an ADS-V transponder?
Not sure I can answer that question right now.
That's okay.
We'll just keep going.
It goes on for a long time.
That's a pretty important part.
So what are the six types of special use airspace that protect this national security that appear on FAA charts?
Sorry, Senator.
I cannot answer that question.
So what are the operational limitations of a pilot flying under?
Senator, I'm not a pilot, so...
Obviously, you'd never see the Federal Aviation Administration, so any idea what those restrictions are under basic med, quickly?
Well, some of the restrictions would be high blood pressure, some of them would be...
It's more like how many passengers per airplane, how many pounds in different categories, and what altitude you can fly under.
The amount of knots, it's under 250 knots.
So it's not having anything to do with blood pressure.
So it goes on, and the guy's like, maybe we'll get a right answer along.
So look, everyone's going to politicize this right off the bat.
People are politicized to get to blame Trump, and I'm going to wait.
This, to me, it has to be like air traffic control error.
Yeah, because he was flying the aircraft.
He was flying both aircraft when it happened.
Some of that stuff is remnants of everybody going to their own corners and being so politicized about this.
It's like, hey, let's focus at the reality that all these souls were lost.
Young girls coming back from a figure skating camp.
I fly a lot.
I've flown into Reagan, D.C. a lot.
I'm on the road probably two and a half weeks out of every month.
Everybody... As my good friend Vaughn would say, everybody makes a lot of hay over a plane crash.
And not to say that that's not tragic and that we shouldn't give that its due respect.
At the same token, the hundreds of thousands of flights that take place every day.
But I think it really does demonstrate, though, how important these systems are to have in place, how important it is to have...
People who are leading these institutions and making sure that they understand what's at stake there.
You know, when you have things start falling off, you know, it's death by a thousand paper cuts.
And then the next thing you know, that change blindness turns into a catastrophe.
And then here we go with the knee-jerk reaction.
Now we've got to, you know, we've got to fix this.
People are talking about the erratic, or they're calling it an erratic flight pattern of the helicopter, but that might have been taking, not evasive, but they're all on their own.
They're listening to the same ATC in Washington Airport.
I don't even understand why the helicopter would be flying in a high-traffic commercial landing zone.
That's the thing.
D.C. has a lot of air traffic.
A lot.
All the times I've been there, you're always seeing helicopters.
I mean, you have major military bases.
That's why the whole issue with the drone stuff was so concerning.
And, you know, it shouldn't have taken a new president and somebody just to say, hey, this is what was going on, to let people know about it.
That transparency should have been there.
At least enough to say, hey, this is not something to be concerned about.
We don't have the alien hive coming in and taking over some other foreign actor.
But again, that boils back down to a trust thing.
I mean, how many people are going to feel comfortable or confident getting into an aircraft now?
I mean, we've already had doors and windows and stuff blowing off of them.
But yet, hey, make sure, you know, if it was 2020, the most dangerous thing to you in an aircraft was not wearing your mask.
Let's not forget that.
I'm just looking up now as we're talking.
Philip Washington, President Joe Biden's nominee to lead the FAA, withdrew his nomination.
The decision came after facing strong criticism from his aviation experiences and whatever.
Maybe the fact that he couldn't answer one darn question.
Lynn, first of all, thank you as always.
I'm bringing this up.
This is...
SLC Squared, correct?
Yes, sir.
www.slcsquared.com, as Barnes would say.
Which, by the way...
Sorry, go ahead.
Well, no, which, by the way, that reminds me, like, something...
I don't know if you and Barnes have talked about it yet or not.
So we're very familiar with Graham v.
Connor and the precedents that that has set regarding police use of force and, you know, Fourth Amendment issues and so on and so forth.
But... Probably one of the most recent things that's kind of popping up in the news now is Barnes v.
Felix. And I think I would urge you guys to just stick your noses into that if you haven't yet, because that could dramatically change how police and law enforcement use of force is reviewed.
And so that might be something that you guys would want to take a look at.
But yeah, www.slcsquared.com.
We teach.
Law enforcement, first responders, security personnel, military, in behavior pattern recognition and analysis.
Essentially, we teach how to quickly identify anomalies to an environment, give them value, make decisions, and then be able to articulate those decisions on the back end.
Because that's where we're at right now.
There is an unreasonable expectation.
That officers can somehow exceed the capabilities of human performance and are being judged by people in hindsight with zero understanding as to what's all involved.
So very similar to here, like, you know, hey, on one hand, if the pilots made a mistake or whatever, then, yeah, that happens.
Unfortunately, these things are going to take place.
However, you know, I think all that people want is honest accountability.
That's what we try to help with, with what we teach.
We work very closely with other companies and organizations that are trying to do better things to that end, like Force Science, Virtra, the list goes on.
So there's a lot out there that's happening, and I'm proud to be a part of it.
Amazing. And now, before you go, actually, there's one question here that came in.
M. Sid Loy, who's a very smart individual.
I see his name often.
David, the crash happened because the MH-60 was not visible to the CRJ.
Had the MH-60 been operating an ADS-B transponder like civil aircraft must, this crash would not have occurred.
And Piran says, as the enabling technology for optionally piloted flight, matrix technology enables rotary and fixed-wing aircraft to be flown in...
Flown with or without human on board, depending on the mission.
Lynn Offhand, do you know what an ADS-ADS transponder is?
ADS-B transponder?
Yeah, so it's a beacon transponder and it allows other aircraft in the area to basically see you.
In military aircraft, to my knowledge, they can turn that on and off.
So if that was off, then that certainly could be a contributing factor.
And then, yeah, the Matrix, when they're talking about the Matrix thing, that's a part of the, I believe it's called, that's the alias.
I forget what the acronym stands for, but that's, I believe, that UH-60M that DARPA is working on.
That may be out of Fort Belvoir.
So, again, there's, as the dude from Big Lebowski would say, there's a lot of ins and outs and what have yous.
So, you know, again, looking at what we can see.
There's a lot involved in this.
I certainly, I would believe that nobody would intentionally have this happen.
If that's the case, then we're talking about something altogether different here.
But it is tragic.
It's outrageous.
And what was I thinking?
Apparently the Blackhawk had its ADS-B transponder turned off so that it could avoid detection.
Now, I don't know what currency this is, and I hope this isn't a typo or this isn't...
Mihai says, thank you for the Jim Biden pardon tip.
Much love from Romania.
Okay, there we go.
You fixed four years of poor financial decisions from my side.
See you on Polymarket, David.
Well, we're going to see if I'm right or wrong on the Roger Ver pardon, which I also think is the politically savvy, potentially, given the odds, good pick for the future.
We'll see.
And by the way, I think I'm going to have Roger Ver on Monday morning for an interview from Spain.
Lynn? Well, people can find your website.
Where are you on social media on the Twitterverse?
You are Lynn?
I think it's...
Westover underscore Lynn.
Westover, the only way it can be spelled, underscore L-Y-N-N with no E at the end, people.
No E. Lynn, thank you, as always.
And we're going to see each other in real time sooner than later.
Oh, yeah.
I'll be riding down to come see you.
Amazing. We'll have some fun.
Always a pleasure to be on and appreciate the support and looking forward to next time.
Thank you very much.
I'll see you soon.
Amazing. People, remove and I remove this.
That's Lynn Westover, people.
He's my go-to when I got questions and he's got knowledge and he's a good man.
Alison Morrow, let me also share her Rumble channel.
You guys got to know who Alison Morrow is, but if you don't, it means you're new to the channel.
And it means that Allison...
Here we go.
Allison Morrow, who's got an amazing Rumble channel.
She's an amazing person, as is Lynn, because amazing people flock together.
She's got a YouTube channel, but YouTube's asshole.
So they've been screwing her since she talks about things that YouTube doesn't really like talking about.
So check it out, because she's got amazing guests and does amazing work.
Now, what we're going to do is actually go on over to Rumble.
Because we're going to vote with our feet, vote with our eyeballs, and vote with our dollar.
And go over to the free speech platform.
Let me make sure that I didn't miss any rumble rants.
I got the rumble rants.
VivaBarnesLaw.locals.com.
Rakasha72 says, Lynn and Allison are great.
And that's all caps great.
Britain says, not even HEPA filters can filter out everything like Virayons.
GypsyMuse in our Locals community posted.
People tracking flight of the Blackhawk are claiming it came extremely close to crashing into two other planes prior to hitting the flight.
Yeah, I would just be very careful about these things because I've seen this video.
I'm not trying to be skeptical for the sake of being skeptical.
I'm just also not going to jump on things here.
This is the video that I saw earlier as well, but this doesn't tell you anything if you don't know the...
The green thing...
Is that green?
No, that's orange.
Sorry. I'm not colorblind.
I just psychologically always get mixed up.
The orange plane is the helicopter, and they're saying it came close here.
This is allegedly the flight pattern.
You don't know the heights of these other planes landing.
You don't know if this is a near second crash, why there wouldn't have been emergency warnings put out, and then the third crash.
Oh, no, that's avoiding the third one, and then the main crash.
So I don't know that this is true.
You don't know the heights of the planes at this point, and you don't know very much.
So that is it.
All right, people, let me give you the link to rumble.
We're going to take this party on over there and talk about the confirmation.
You've never seen somebody have their soul sucked out of their bodies as quickly and as thoroughly as Bernie the big farmer whore Sanders.
And it was like...
And now he's taking to Twitter like a scorned child.
And, you know, methinks the Bernie doth protesteth too much about the shellacking and the humiliation that was served unto him in biblical proportions by RFK Jr.
And if you don't know what I'm talking about, you're going to want to get over there, over to Rumble.
So let me give you the link to Locals if you want to come to Locals.
Link to Rumble if you want to come to Rumble.
And we're going to end on Commitube.
And that's it.
Let's take this party to the free speech place.
Ending on YouTube.
Come on over.
To Rumble.
Now. Viva Frye on Rumble.
VivaBarnesLaw.locals.com And before I forget...
No, no, hold on.
I'm doing it right now.
Louis the Lobster Returns to the Sea, people.
Get the Louis the Lobster Return...
I have the book.
I'll show you the book later.
Louis the Lobster Returns to the Sea.
A children's book.
Written by your very own Viva Frye.
Here's the link.
Link. Boom.
Okay, now I'm actually ending it on Kanye 2. Boom, bada-bing, and we're out.
Okay, good.
Did everybody see what happened yesterday?
Yesterday was the shock and awe of confirmation hearings.
I remember being a kid, and I don't really want to make up memories, because I'm trying to think of how they broadcast confirmation hearings when I was of conscious age.
Because I do remember watching them growing up.
Or the highlights on television.
And I don't remember if it was the nightly news.
It was before network TV.
And I remember watching these things.
And I remember my father saying like, this is all for show.
He's grandstanding.
All they do is grandstand.
And I'm old enough now to know that my dad was a thousand percent right.
And we were watching these confirmation hearings yesterday.
And, you know, if 20, 30 years ago, this would have happened.
Nobody would have seen it.
Nobody would have amplified it, and you sure as hell know that Walter Cronkite would not have put on blast Bernie Sanders having his soul stucked out of his body in real time.
Now we are living in an era where they're not just being broadcast to the world, if not necessarily amplified.
You've got people, real-time legal, political, intellectual commentary from the likes of Robert Govea, watching The Watchers.
Viva Frye.
Viva Frye.
Benny Johnson.
I don't think Bongino was covering it live.
I don't know.
People covering it live.
Alex Jones, Infowars, covering it live.
Amplifying it to millions and millions of people.
And you have what they call in the military, I only know this because someone called it to me at the Ottawa Trucker protest and it was the greatest compliment I ever got, force multipliers.
You have a handful of Jeremy from the quartering, because I just saw a notification come up, Dave Rubin.
And you amplify these and you have these force multipliers.
Amplifying this information beyond its original broadcast.
That's what we're living through right now.
And it's not just that more people are paying attention.
These confirmation hearings are now being broadcast to the world, amplified by multiple force multipliers, so that people are not just seeing it, they're seeing that we are governed by crooks, scoundrels, and hypocrites of the highest possible order.
Thank you.
Yesterday was one of those days.
Yesterday was one of those days where had it been the olden days, you would have had three confirmation hearings in one day.
Nobody would have known what happened.
You had Tulsi Gabbard, you had Kash Patel, and you had day two of RFK Jr.
And I covered the Kash Patel.
Govea covered the Kash Patel.
Luckily, we had others covering the Tulsi Gabbard.
And these produced gems.
These revealed black pill conspiracies of olden days, confirmed true stories of today about the corruption and the murderous nature of the deep state military-industrial complex.
It was amazing.
My personal favorite highlight of the day, and I have it on the backdrop here, was RFK Jr. absolutely rooting, breaking Bernie Sanders.
Bernie Sanders is now a broken man.
If his base, who thought he was a nice socialist for the people, nice old man, anybody who thought that now realizes what a outrageous hypocrite Bernie Sanders is.
Bernie Sanders is a champagne socialist, big pharma whore.
That's what he is.
Now hold on.
Here we go.
It was from Autism Capital.
It's the name of the channel.
I'm not calling anybody names here.
Look at this.
Autism Capital.
Here. He posted this.
I'll play the original clip because I made my own remix to it because it was just too good to pass up.
Just if you had to give a hue to Bernie Sanders' face right now, I'd go with old, gray, pale-ish pink.
Just a little pink.
By the end of this, he's going to be redder than an heirloom tomato.
I'm going to make America healthier than other countries in the world right now.
Will you guarantee do what every other major country does?
It's a simple question, Bobby.
And by the way, Bernie, you know, the problem of corruption is not just in the federal agencies.
It's in Congress, too.
Almost all the members of this panel are accepting, including yourself, are accepting millions of dollars from the pharmaceutical industry and protecting their interests.
I thought that that would...
No, no, no.
I ran for president like you.
Look at his face.
I got millions...
Look at his face.
Millions of contributions.
They did not come from the executives.
Not one nickel of PAC money from the pharmaceutical industry.
They came from workers.
In 2020, you were the single largest...
Because I had small contributions from workers all over this country.
Look at that face.
Compared to here.
Compare it right to the beginning.
Here. Here.
Here. That's Bobby.
And he calls him Bobby.
Pharmaceutical dollars.
1.5 million.
Yeah, out of 200 million.
All right.
But you have not answered...
Last question.
Humiliated. Absolutely destroyed.
And I want to go back to the beginning because there's nothing wrong with Bobby's first name is Bobby.
People who know him call him Bobby.
People call...
Robert Barnes, Bobby.
I've never called him Bobby in my entire life.
It's very weird when people do it.
But it's nice.
By the way, it shows a decades-long relationship that the two of these men have.
And now RFK has become Bernie's enemy only because he's become a Trump nominee.
I'm going to make America healthier than other countries in the world right now.
Will you guarantee do what every other major country does?
It's a simple question, Bobby.
It's a simple question, Bobby.
Confirmation hearings.
And then RFK comes right back with Bernie.
Either way, Bernie.
I love it.
I love it.
I'm not going to play the whole thing again.
Did you notice, by the way, very subtly, I mean, you don't have to be an experienced litigator to have seen the goalposts move in real time.
First of all, I did not receive a single penny from executives.
It's a lie.
That's a lie.
Period. I did not receive...
Any money from CEOs?
I think that might be a lie as well.
But how quickly it went from not a single penny to $1.5 million out of $200 million.
Go run again, Bernie.
See how much million and a half you get from executives, from pharma.
The biggest single recipient, I think second, was Elizabeth Warren.
It was so good.
It was so good.
But here, hold on, hold on, hold on.
What does it feel like to have your entire legacy destroyed?
Look at this.
Here, by the way, I'll pause.
Almost all the members of this panel are accepting, including yourself, are accepting millions of dollars from the pharmaceutical industry.
Oh, no.
You know who the last person to wag their finger at Americans was?
Bill Clinton.
I did not have sexual relations with that.
I knew this was going to come up because it happened.
And I'm prepared with a lie.
I ran for president like you.
I got millions and millions of contributions.
They did not come from the executives.
They did not come from the executives.
I know these amounts are not that large.
I mean, first of all, the individual max contribution is capped.
Lynn McRoy from Pfizer, identified as the vice president and global medical lead for breast cancer, made several donations to the Sanders campaign in 2019.
Not come from the executives.
It did not come from the executives.
Shiffon Wong, listed as the Executive Director of Global Evidence and Valued Development at EMD Serino, donated $1,000 to Sanders.
It's part of Merrick Goof.
They did not come from the executives.
They did not come from the executives.
Austin Kim, Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Acadia Pharmaceuticals contributed to it.
However, Acadia is not listed as Sanders' pledge list as it is not a member of Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America.
And then we get to the end.
The pivot.
That was only $1.5 million.
The most of any individual senator.
$1.5 million.
Yeah, out of $200 million.
Alright, but...
Alright, there you go, Bernie.
You see his face just keeps getting redder and redder and redder.
And then he's out here on Twitter today trying to cover his big hypocrite champagne socialist big pharma whore ass today.
Sorry. That sounds really, really quite disgusting.
And you know, Barnes always says it.
A stuck pig squeals.
I heard another one the other day.
Stuck pig squeals.
What's the stuck pig doing today?
I'm out on Twitter.
I'm trying to clear my name.
Bernie Sanders.
What does he say?
Zero donations from farmer CEOs.
Zero donations.
Oh, it's so nice.
CEOs. What is that?
You've narrowed it down to 12 people that you didn't get donations from?
Zero donations from Wall Street CEOs.
Zero donations from oil company CEOs.
Eight million from working people giving $27 at a time.
I'm very proud of that fact.
Then why are you acting like a pharmaceutical apologist?
Comes from man in overalls.
Even when I have disagreed on specifics, I have admired your principal consistency in watching out for middle America.
But your hardline pharma benefiting stance is a...
Okay, whatever.
Zero from the...
I took zero from the CEOs.
That's amazing.
And speaking of big pharma whores, the other one, you never thought you'd see the people shilling so hard.
So hard for big pharma, eh?
Let me bring this one up here.
Here we go.
Back in the day, remember when the banks were responsible for the subprime lending crisis that destroyed people's lives?
And they got a bailout at the end of the day because they were too big to fail.
This is Elizabeth Warren complaining that RFK Jr. in suing pharma companies for the damage they might cause, might bankrupt the pharma companies for the damage that they cause.
In fact, he may have the opportunity to bankrupt the vaccine manufacturers and then nobody gets vaccinated.
Oh my God.
Hey, hey, Eliz.
Now do the firearm manufacturing companies that you want to bankrupt so that nobody can get a firearm.
It's an amazing thing how they think.
They tell you how they think.
She's so scared that they might actually bankrupt the pharma companies that no one's going to get their vaccines.
Bullshit, first of all.
You make a good product that doesn't kill people and it works?
People might actually get it even without a mandate.
But she's telling you what they want to do to the gun manufacturers.
They want to bankrupt them.
Sue them.
Sandy Hook lawsuits out of Connecticut and bankrupt them out of states so that nobody can get a firearm because that's how these constitutionalists want to protect the constitutional right to bear arms.
He might actually hold Big Pharma responsible and then they're going to go out of business.
And then where are we going to get our donations from?
I don't know.
Oh. So that was Bernie's day.
He's having a bad one.
And I said, Bernie, however bad that burn was, I'm sure Pfizer makes something that will alleviate the pain.
I am now proud sponsor of Bernie's hemorrhoid cream.
Because when you get your ass burnt like that, nothing says ouchie more than like mint rub for the...
Okay, I'll think of something there.
Barbisa Ariam says, at the bottom of every rabbit hole down on the state street is a van.
I like this.
At the bottom of every rabbit hole down on State Street is a van guarding it.
I messed that up.
I have that up.
Down at the bottom of every rabbit hole is a Blackrock and van guarding it.
Okay, I get it.
So, what was I saying?
That was RFK's day two hearing.
For those of you who are not members of vivabarnslaw.locals.com, you're missing out on the bourbon with Barnes's.
The bourbons with Barnes.
And I was listening to yesterday's, as I was driving this morning, with the doors off, the Bronco, top down.
I never want to drive a vehicle with doors on again.
Period. Once you've driven a car with doors off, you've never known that there's such freedom in a vehicle.
Okay, but set that aside, because the temperature does not always work.
I was listening to Bourbon with Barnes last night, and he made one of the most poignant observations of these entire confirmation hearings, which I'm going to now steal and make my own as information, but it's already the information of all of our wonderful VivaBarnesLaw.locals.com community, who has heard Barnes' insights.
He was saying how he was nervous about Trump appointing these three picks.
Cash Patel, RFK Jr., Tulsi Gabbard, and to a lesser extent, Pete Hegseth, because they might not get through the confirmation process.
These scumbag war whore, pharma whore shills, like Elizabeth Warren, like Bernie Sanders, they might very well vote them out, not get the 50 votes that they need.
Okay. But he said the exposure to the world of the deep rots, not just within the Democrat Party, even within the rhino Republicans, within the so-called, well, the so-called Republicans within the Republican Party, it exposes the rot, ruin through.
And by virtue of the process, you know, the funny thing is, first of all, I don't exactly know how he can get them through on recess appointments if it doesn't look like they'll get the votes, but there's a recess appointment option in all of this.
Flip side, if they don't get confirmed, they're still going to have integral roles in the It'll just be unofficial, unappointed, unconfirmed roles.
You get these confirmation hearings out there, and you get the deep state going after Tulsi Gabbard because she spoiled their plans to go start another war in Syria.
You get Bernie out there exposing himself as well as Elizabeth Warren for the big pharma whores that they are, and how these so-called populists of the people, senators, are corporate, captured, Shills.
And then you have, with Kash Patel, these confirmation hearings revealing, as we all watched in real time together yesterday, the plot, the coup, to overturn the 2016 elections and to oust the democratically elected President Donald John Trump.
So the utility in these hearings being public is part of the goal.
I still think all three are going to get through, and if they don't, When Shanahan comes out and says, I'll make life a living hell for any of these jackass rhinos who don't follow through on their promises and don't listen to the people, to appoint the people that Trump, who got 76 million votes, wants to put into cabinet positions, we'll make your lives hell and we'll primary you at the next primary.
So yesterday there was almost too much to keep up with.
And part of it was I was watching Cash Patel all day.
Tulsi Gabbard, people.
We're going to pull up a couple of highlights here.
And by highlights, it'll be like the segments where they were talking.
I'm conducting an orchestra of my own bullshit.
Here. Do we want to play this?
Tulsi Gabbard, Newt, Mark.
Oh yeah, let's watch Mark Kelly.
Talk about Tulsi Gabbard, eloquent and more informed than the people asking her the questions.
That's the amazing thing.
All three candidates yesterday.
Demonstrated the degree to which they are smarter, more informed than the people asking them questions.
Let's watch through this one and pause and commentate.
Sir Kelly.
Thank you, Mr. Chairman.
Colonel Gabbard, when Russia was denying us use of chemical weapons, they accused the U.S. of supporting terrorists.
This is a line that Putin used during the Syrian civil war as he supported Assad.
Syrian officials made similar comments.
They did it repeatedly.
They did it in public.
They did it at the United Nations.
In 2016, you gave an interview in which you said, and this is a quote, the U.S. is providing direct and indirect support to terrorist groups in order to overthrow the Syrian government.
What they're trying to paint her as is a Syrian Assad apologist or shill.
Listen to her destroy this guy.
And in 2019, on the Democratic presidential debate stage, you said of President Trump, this is a quote, this current president is continuing to betray us.
We were supposed to be going after al-Qaeda, but over years now, not only have we not gone after al-Qaeda, our president is supporting al-Qaeda.
So I'm interested to hear, what was your goal in saying these things?
And did you consider, before saying them, the motives of Iran and Russia, what their motives might have been before making these Before you repeat something that might be true, because our alleged enemies are also saying things which happen to be true, did you contemplate their motives before you repeating something that they might have said despite the fact that what you're saying is true?
That's the essence of the question.
Why are you telling the truth?
Senator, as someone who enlisted in the military specifically because of Al Qaeda's terrorist attack on 9-11 and committing myself and my life.
To doing what I could to defeat these terrorists.
It was shocking and a betrayal to me and every person who was killed on 9-11, their families and my brothers and sisters in uniform.
When as a member of Congress, I learned about President Obama's dual programs that he had begun really to overthrow the regime of Syria.
And being willing to, through the CIA's timber sycamore program that has now been made public, of working with and arming and equipping al-Qaeda in an effort to overthrow that regime, starting yet another regime change war in the Middle East.
DOD train and equip program, again, begun under President Obama, is widely been known, looked at, and studied, that ultimately...
Resulted in over half a billion dollars being used to train who they called moderate rebels but were actually fighters working with and aligned with al-Qaeda's affiliate on the ground in Syria.
All to move forward with their regime change and not acknowledging what was obvious at the time and what has unfortunately born true.
Who is going to replace them?
Which was that a regime change war in Syria, much like the regime change wars in Iraq, the toppling of Gaddafi and Mubarak, while these are all dictators, would likely result in the rise of Islamist extremists like al Qaeda taking power.
And what's happened in Libya since overthrowing Gaddafi?
There's actual human slavery going on in Libya.
It's like insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.
You go and you overthrow a regime, training its replacement, and then the replacement is, you know, the new boss is worse than the old boss.
I shed no tears for the fall of the Assad regime, but today we have an Islamist extremist who is now in charge of Syria, as I said, who danced on the streets to celebrate the 9-11 attack.
Who ruled over Idlib with an Islamist extremist governance and who has already begun to persecute and kill and arrest religious minorities like Christians in Syria.
I understand.
Why that should be acceptable to anyone is beyond me.
It shouldn't be.
And I understand, but I appreciate your answer.
By the way, let me just cut you off there because I just got my ass spanked.
By someone who knows more than me.
And basically just made me look like an absolute incompetent war whore.
Because it's an amazing thing.
The new boss is worse than the old boss.
So that gives us more to do to replace that new boss when we decide that new boss no longer wants to play ball with us.
And thank you.
My concern has to do with the tendency to repeat Russian and Syrian.
But this is a short circuit in this man's small brain.
My concern is that the entire truth of what you just said, that Russia says the same thing, so therefore you can't say it anymore.
And my concern is you're saying the same.
It's true.
Everything you just said is true.
But Russia also says it.
And Putin also drinks water.
So my concern is you're sitting there right now drinking a glass of water.
My concern is that Putin also drinks water.
So that makes you a little too close to Putin.
In some cases, I think we'll get into in the closed session, Iranian information.
Shut your face.
You're done, Kelly.
You're an idiot.
Yeah, my concern is you've basically just revealed the incompetence of three decades of American foreign policy, if not more.
And my concern, though, is you're telling truths that Putin also is telling.
And if people realize that Putin might actually be legitimately criticizing American foreign policy, people might start to question American foreign policy vis-a-vis Putin.
We can't have that either.
And by the way, if talking over her...
It wasn't the entire point of the day.
Bryan Cranston here really, really didn't want Telsey to answer her question.
Listen to this.
Do you believe, as the chairman of this committee believes, as the vast majority of members of our intelligence agencies believe, that Edward Snowden was a traitor to the United States of America?
Senator, if confirmed as Director of National Intelligence, I will work with you to make Look at him, he's angry.
This is an Elizabeth Warren hissy fit in a man, so it doesn't have quite the same shrill, nasally squeal to it.
This is a man who is having a short circuit in his head and is throwing a childish tantrum, cutting off the woman he just asked to answer the question because she's not giving him the answer that he wants.
And by the way...
The more they demand that you denounce Edward Snowden, the more you can be sure that, in their mind, Edward Snowden is a villain, but for very different reasons than what most people might regard him as a villain for.
The more that they demand of people to condemn Edward Snowden as a villain, considering that we know these people are the villains, the more you can be certain that Edward Snowden might not be the villain that they're trying to get you to say when they say, say it, I love Big Brother.
But it goes on.
It's not a moment to propagate conspiracy theories or attacks on journalism in the United States.
Attacks on journalism.
Buzzwords. Look at his face.
Does he remind anybody else of Bryan Cranston from Malcolm in the Middle?
Not necessarily from Breaking Bad?
How about you shut your face and letter?
To be confirmed as the...
Yell, yell.
That makes you right.
This is not about you, says the guy grandstanding and making it all about him.
Yell louder, Bennett.
Is Edward Snowden a traitor to the United States of America?
you That is not a hard question to answer when the stakes are this high.
Sir, I can't believe I have to sit here and put up with this shit from someone who's clearly mentally unhinged.
Are you done yet, Cranston?
Your answer, yes or no, is Edward Snowden a traitor to the United States of America?
When a piece of shit is trying to get you to say something as though it's an unquestionable truth, You can pretty much be relatively certain it's a damn lie.
And we're going to get to another example of this in three seconds.
Or how many seconds?
In 14 seconds.
As someone who has worn our uniform in combat, I understand how critical our national security is.
Apparently you don't.
Apparently you don't.
Can you imagine this guy's lecture here?
Hold on a second.
What's his name?
What's his name?
Bennett. Michael Bennett.
Hold on.
Google. Did Michael Bennett...
He served in the military.
He served for two years at Hickenville's chief of staff, serving the military in two...
Okay, maybe he served in the military.
Say it.
Say I love Big Brother.
Say Edward Snowden is a traitor.
And say the 2020 election was totally legit.
And if you do not admit that Joe Biden won, in quotes, the 2020 election, you're public enemy number one.
Here, look at this.
Can you say the words, Joe Biden won the 2020 election?
This is, I love Big Brother.
Say it.
And with a gin-soaked tear running down his face, he looked up at the sign and said it was just a misunderstanding after all.
I love Big Brother.
Say the words, I love Big Brother.
It's so easy.
Say two plus two equals five.
It's so easy.
Can you say the words?
Joe Biden won the 2020 election.
Joe Biden was the president of the United States.
I'd like to think I have the answer.
I can say the words, Donald Trump won.
Because he did.
I don't like to say it, but I must say it.
Can you say the words, Joe Biden won the 2020 election?
My answer would be, I recognize that Joe Biden was recognized to be the winner of the 2020 election.
And then I would say, do I think he legitimately won it?
Hell no.
Because it was a result of interference from intelligence, the same intelligence that is trying to now demonize Telsey Gabbard.
It was having changed the rules.
They weren't rigging the elections.
They were fortifying them.
Yeah, say the words.
And you know that when you get jackasses like that Democrat POS right there saying, say the words, Joe Biden won.
Hey, Telsey, say the words.
Ed Snowden is a villain.
You might want to take a step back.
As a neutral person and say, maybe Ed Snowden isn't the traitor that they're trying to make him out to be?
And for those who think he was a traitor, how do you reveal murder by the government, by the military, the American military?
Who do you go to to report the murder that your military just carried out?
Do you go to the person who just committed the murder?
No, of course not.
Do you go to the commander who issued the order for the murder?
Of course not.
Who the hell do you go to?
To blow the whistle on the government.
You go to the government?
Oh, I'm sorry.
He risked sources and put people at risk by revealing that the government was engaging in collateral murder of journalists?
I'll tell you this.
I was more sensitive to the idea that Ed Snowden might have been a villain before that jackass, much like the other jackass, tried to get...
Patel to say Joe Biden won the election before he tried to get Tulsi Gabbard to say Edward's known as a traitor.
Now I'm really not certain anymore.
Who the hell do you go to?
To rat out a government that commits murder.
Who do you go to to rat out war crimes committed by your government?
Unfortunately, you have two choices.
The government that committed the war crime or the public.
And Edward Snowden, at great cost to himself, went to the public.
Probably because he, like many others would say, going to the people who perpetrated the crime to rat out the crime and whistleblow on the crime will not get the crime to be exposed or dealt with.
It might actually just ensure that Ed Snowden gets Epstein.
Yeah, Ed.
We want to have a meeting with you in the backseat of your pickup truck outside an Arby's.
Oh yeah, that whistleblower for Bombardier.
Was it not Bombardier?
It was Bombardier.
Which was the airplane.
Bombardier. The whistleblower in the middle of depositions ends up with a self-inflicted shotgun wound.
Or who was it?
The Clinton one there who ended up tied to a tree with two shotgun blasts and deemed a suicide.
Ed Snowden, we just want to meet you.
We'll meet you.
No, not Arby's.
Chick-fil-A.
You'll get a healthier last meal.
So that was Telsey.
What else do we have?
Do we have anything else from Telsey from the highlights?
Do we want to play this entire one?
Hold on, who was this?
Let's play a bit...
Oh, no, this...
Colonel Gabbard.
When Russia was denying us use of chemical weapons...
Okay, fine.
That was the same one as we had before.
That was the highlight from Telsey.
She's amazing.
And... That is all.
Patel was amazing as well.
I see this in the chat.
I don't know how the...
Comments seem to work, but Patel was amazing, calm and clear.
Yeah, look, it's very easy to say, oh, this is what he should have said after the fact, but yeah, Joe Biden was recognized as the winner.
Do I think that election was constitutionally clean?
Hells to the bells, no.
And if you think it was clean, Senator, you're a moron and you probably participated in that fornification, is what would have been my answer.
Of course, I would have never been there in the first place because I'd be too much of a liability.
What else do we got?
And then RFK Jr.
Those are the highlights.
Oh, here, here.
No, this was a good one.
Sorry. This is libs of TikTok posting this highlight.
And it's amazing.
For those who don't know, so this was a white hair streak that she got as a result of the stresses of service.
And for those who don't know how it works, the white hair, it tends to be a little bit different texture than the dark hair.
But let's hear what she had to say here because that's what we put this up here to listen to.
Before I close, I want to warn the American people who are watching at home.
You may hear lies and smears in this hearing that will challenge my loyalty to and my love for our country.
Those who oppose my nomination imply that I am loyal to something or someone other than God, my own conscience, and the Constitution of the United States, accusing me of being Trump's puppet.
Putin's puppet, Assad's puppet, a guru's puppet, Modi's puppet, not recognizing the absurdity of simultaneously being the puppet of five different puppet masters.
The same tactic was used against President Trump and failed.
The American people elected President Trump with a decisive victory and mandate for change.
The fact is, what truly unsettles my political opponents is I refuse to be their puppet.
Before I close, I want to warn the American people who are watching at home.
Delivery is impeccable, but the drafting of that statement is a thing of beauty.
So we'll see.
What do the Calci markets have Telsey as in terms of odds now?
Telsey. Who will be the next?
She's at 56%.
She's up 5% today.
She will be.
And she had better be the next head of the DNI.
And RFK had better be the next head of HHS.
And Kash Patel had better be the next head of...
Oh, geez.
Hold on.
Kash is going...
Attorney... Crap.
Oh, not Attorney...
Oh, head of the FBI.
Sorry. And then who else is there left over?
There was one more interesting one coming up.
Okay, we'll get there in a bit.
There was some other fun stuff.
This, actually, I wanted to highlight this for another reason, because it's a common theme that we've never witnessed before.
USA! USA!
USA!
In all my life of watching confirmation hearings, and I've watched a fair bit even before this year, I've never heard the crowd.
Interrupt in protest of support.
In RFKs yesterday, there were protesters interrupting.
I thought they were heckling.
They were interrupting to support RFK.
After Kash Patel, they cheered.
After RFK, they cheered.
After Tulsi Gabbard, they cheered.
When the people are cheering, you understand why the war whore, big pharma whore, MIC, deep state...
Swamp creatures are pissed off with the candidates.
And that is all you possibly need to know in order to appreciate how good these picks are.
All right, one last one.
Totally unrelated.
I just want to highlight that I actually, every now and again, I make a smarty.
So this was from yesterday, where Corey Booker...
I'll play this.
Everyone saw this in the live time, and I tweeted it out.
Well, I got the impression that Cory Booker, Adam's shit-for-brain Schiff, and another one of those scumbags, were trying to get Kash Patel to violate a court order that they knew was in place by getting him to testify to or confirm that which he cannot confirm nor testify to.
What was the information you provided that you received immunity for?
Senator, I would love my grand jury testimony to be released, but as you know, that grand jury testimony has been sealed by the Department of Justice.
I'm not allowed to discuss it here.
Well, I find it troubling that you do not know the law here, and let me tell you what the law is.
Pause right there.
We don't need to watch the rest of it.
Let me tell you what the law is here.
The first thing is that this piece of SHIT, Cory Booker, is a pathological liar, period.
The second thing is that when your adversaries try to tell you what the law is, there's a reason why people in the context of examinations, court proceedings, have counsel.
Because oftentimes you'll have an interrogating attorney who will tell the witness, who's in an adverse position to them, what the law is.
They'll be examining the defendant and they'll say, I'm telling you what the law is.
That's why they have lawyers.
So that the lawyer representing the actual interests of that party...
Can tell them what the actual law is, or at least not let them get bullied by someone who is there to deceive and defeat them.
When a pathological lawyer with adverse interests is telling you what the law is, you can be sure they're trying to screw you.
And screw you hard.
So I said, at some point, it really sounds like they're trying to get him to break what they know is a court order of confidentiality.
Senator, I would love my grand jury testimony to be released, but as you know...
Not bound by secrecy.
You can tell us everything that happened in that room and everything you testified about.
I don't think that's right.
I didn't think that was right.
And I said, does it sound like he's trying to set him up?
It's Grok, and take it for what it's worth.
But what it's worth is scouring the internet in a way that I can't possibly do in a short period of time.
And the question I asked was, is there a confidentiality or a seal order?
On Kash Patel's testimony before the grand jury.
And the answer is, yes!
Kash Patel's testimony before the grand jury was indeed sealed.
But it was not explicitly stated that this sealing was...
It's not explicitly stated that this sealing was done by the DOJ itself.
According to reports, a federal judge in Washington entered a seal order related to Patel's testimony.
And the Justice Department agreed to grant him immunity from prosecution.
So this piece of shit, and I'm sorry for swearing, Cory Booker is a piece of shit.
Adam's shit for brains is a piece of shit.
They are trying to bully someone into breaking what they clearly know to be the law, at least by way of issuance of a court order by the judge or the DOJ.
And they keep going to this Rule 6B.
Oh no, it says here that a witness of a grand jury testimony can talk about their testimony.
Not if a judge has sealed the testimony.
That seems to be the case.
And you got Adam Schiff, Cory Booker, and I forget who the third one was.
Trying to bully Kash Patel into what they seemingly know to be breaking the law or committing an illegal act.
These are terrible, terrible people.
Through and through.
Ugly inside, ugly out.
And they knew what they were doing.
And I only knew because they're scoundrels.
I'm like, eh, this is suspicious.
When someone's telling you what you can do and you're adverse to them and you know it, they're probably lying to you.
Now, before we end the show and then go over to vivabarneslaw.locals.com, I see some biltong in the house.

Cory Booker is on video obstructing justice.
He's clearly mentally retarded and needs to be replaced with an admin that can perform his duties.
Then someone said, Cory is a dual Kenyan citizen.
Okay, fine.
Booker, another bowling ball senator.
Booker trying to fix cash up.
Someone said, I woke up on the wrong side of the bed.
Booker is a dipshit.
Meet the press to press.
Okay, I'm going to go up here.
So that's that.
Let's see what's going on in locals here.
Get this out of here.
Stop screen.
And vivabarneslaw.locals.com.
All of the tip questions, which I have yet to get to.
Oh, I'm going to bring this one up here.
We got Encryptus is back in the house.
Encryptus is the man who's been helping me behind the scenes here.
He says, history is waiting.
Be part of it.
For decades, the truth about JFK's assassination has been under millions of pages of intelligence records, fragmented reports, and unanswered questions.
With JFK, me.
We finally have the technology to analyze cross-reference it.
The Hunley JFK files.
I don't know if we're going to get to it.
Oh, good.
Okay, here.
Let me just put this up here.
No, I'm going to switch screens so that we can see it.
And I'm going to watch that video afterwards to see what it was.
JFK may you hear.
Here, I'll give everybody the link to this.
Give Sen Go, raising funds so that he can work on this project and make it come to life.
And I'll give everybody the link right here.
Link. Link.
If my fat fingers will allow me to...
What did I just do?
I can do that.
Oh, because I'm not allowed to use StreamYard anymore.
Okay, hold on.
I'll give you the link right here, everybody.
Link. Boom.
All right, and then there was one, there were a couple more tipped questions in there that I'll get to.
We got Encryptus, who has a double one.
Then we got Kiki Blue, meant to tip you on the last comment about NASCAR jackets.
RB Ham says, hey David, just a reminder to check your email for my interview request.
And you're right, Bernie masquerades as the conscience of the left, but his true purpose is to herd progressive dissenters towards the Democrat Party.
Then we got Cousin Eddie.
He says, Viva, I'm a 26-year, 9,000-hour pilot with relevant material and civilian experience.
If you want me to fill in factual relevant information, I can come on, but it's way too long to type.
Just DM me on Locals.
Cousin Eddie, I might get you in for the Locals After Party here.
Let me go get your email address and bring you in.
I'll flip you the link.
Hold on a second.
Cousin Eddie.
Okay, I'm not going to say your email out loud.

And I'm going to send you an email right now, Cousin Eddie.
And if you can pop on for the locals after party, that will be fun.
Link. And I'll send you the link right now.
So if you're not coming over to vivabarneslaw.locals.com, enjoy the rest of your afternoon.
If you are coming, it's going to be fun.
We might have some exclusive information from a 9,000-hour pilot who's going to come on and make us all smarter.
Did I miss any tip questions?
I did not.
And that is all.
And we shall do it.
Over on vivabarneslaw.locals.com.
I'll give you all the link.
Otherwise, Sunday night's show is going to be a banger.
Now let me give everybody the link here.
Come on over here.
Link. Boom.
That is to locals.
If you want to get Louis the Lobster, do it.
Oh, wait.
Bello. Bello.
Let me just refresh this here.
I'm going to push this book.
I've never had a book to push, so it's fun to push.
Louis the Lobster returns to the sea.
And we're writing the sequel.
It's going to be called Harry the Heron.
And we have the story half written out because of an actual link.
Boom. Right there.
Okay. Bourbon, I can't be.
Louis the Lobster.
Oh, there we go.
And we got that.
Please follow.
Oh, yeah.
Before you go, make sure that you're subscribed and hit the thumbs up and turn on notifications and whatnot.
Great. Now they are...
51 trespassed traitors.
Viva looks like my son, only a few years older, says angel favor.
Big news, Trump just banned the 51 intelligence agents who lied about the bill.
Oh yeah, did he?
Okay, we're talking about that over on Locals.
So I'm going to end it on Twitter.
Thank you all for being here.
I'm going to end it on Rumble.
Thank you all for being here.
And we are going to take this party to the above average community on VivaBarnesLaw.locals.com now.
