Inauguration Day! Live from the Streets Outside DC Prison
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
One of them was pardoning the men, because he knows it was a stolen election.
Yes. He knows when you steal the election, you're going to have to return the diamonds.
We all know it's a stolen election.
And so it's an exciting time.
It is.
Well, we're praying that it happens quickly.
We're praying that these people, I think...
And they got them inside, and they got them, and the guards are ready to let them out just as soon as it signs.
It's happening.
From what I understand, he had to sign 200 individuals.
Right. In our group, it's going to be the first five, so we're not going to have to wait until the 200s.
Okay. Wonderful.
Wonderful. Well, I hope you get to have your kids soon.
Oh, I will.
All right.
Thank you for talking with us.
Count it on Joy.
All right.
Bless you.
All right.
Here, the crowd is getting larger, and there's a lot of anticipation of this.
Let's go mic check.
Okay. All right, good.
Let me move over here.
So, who is the person holding the camera on the outside?
Because I got some questions for her.
And let me know that everybody can hear me on the good mic.
And just to explain what's happening to people and why I didn't know that I was actually plugged into the live stream at the time, co-streaming this from Blessed News.
And this is, I get the text from Jake Lang as I'm out in a boot on a little electric bike with my kid.
And they're live streaming.
I want to hear what they're saying here.
Unmute. From New York.
New York?
Where in New York?
Queens. Astoria.
Astoria. Nice.
Nice. What brought you here today?
Huh? What brought you here today?
I've been visiting January Sixers for more than two years.
Yeah. Have you been on that prayer group?
Yeah. Are you praying for them?
Yeah, I'm not.
I don't.
Yeah, I'm sorry.
I don't pray often, but I took action.
Every month I bring several people come here to visit January 6th and deposit for almost everybody's account.
Yeah. I support them.
Yes. Make sure everybody gets commissary.
Wonderful. That's very kind of you.
It's the least we can do compared to what they sacrificed.
We did nothing.
That's my friend.
I met her.
It's in the rain, waiting outside the arena.
But we waited four hours, two hours.
I came out going for a minute.
Yeah, four hours without going inside because we, you know, too many people.
So we got to know each other.
I told them about Jan Fixer.
I visited them every month.
She was very touched.
So she came today.
That's it.
That's it.
If you were to say one thing to the J6 political persons, what would you tell them?
That's what I have been telling them.
Because I visit them every month.
You are patriots.
You are our hero.
You are innocent.
You are patriotic.
We knew you were innocent because we were there.
Yes. Can the camera woman hear me or any of the people being interviewed?
Just to explain to everybody watching, especially on my channel, this is live outside the D.C. prison.
This is live from outside the D.C. prison where they're expecting Trump to pardon and then people, I guess, to be immediately released.
Madam Camerawoman, can you hear me by any chance?
I can.
I can hear you, Viva.
Hi. Okay, so I'm sorry.
I don't have your name written down.
I know that I should know it just so I know what to call you.
That's okay.
My name is Mick and I go by Mick.
Wow, but I'm also Mick Rosano.
I've got multiple names.
Hold on, I'm switching the camera around so we can see each other.
I thought that said the microphone was...
So I see outside the D.C. Gulag.
So, okay, this is totally cool.
So Jake Lang...
It's from a number...
I think it's Jake.
Text me and says, you're outside the D.C. Gulag because in anticipation of Trump, I'm following the news, pardoning the Jan Sixers or a swath of them.
So everyone out there is now, are they family or are they not family?
Who's standing outside the prison now?
There's a variety of people, Viva.
We've got people who are supporters and they've come in from UK, Canada.
I mean, it is just amazing.
And then there are actually people who are waiting for their family members.
There are people who are friends of just friends who showed up to support.
I mean, it is just a wealth of diversity out here, if you will.
How many people are out there now waiting?
Well, I would say over the course of the day, we've had several hundred.
They've kind of come and gone right now.
We've got a large crowd just kind of looking at the size of it.
I would say we've got about 100 to 150 people out here.
That's incredible.
And how many of them are family members of the people being held prisoner?
I would say there's about a half and half.
Half of them are family members waiting for people to come out.
Half of them are people who don't know of anybody in the D.C. Gulag, but they are here and they are supporting because they realized that this was one of the greatest travesties that was created against Americans.
Do you have any update?
I've been messaging people who I know more than me, but has Trump started issuing any of the pardons, or has it not started yet?
Not yet.
We have been chanting, sign it, sign it, sign it.
We have heard that they are going to be released this evening, but then I also heard it could possibly be tomorrow.
So we're just sort of standing in the gap waiting.
That's got to be torturous.
Apparently Trump was supposed to sign this.
Charlie Kirk tweeted yesterday, and from what I've understood, the news is still good, that he's got a slate that he's going to sign.
The guy that you were talking to before mentioning that Trump had to sign 200 or he was in the first five of the 200.
What was he talking about?
He was talking about that he was down in Mar-a-Lago and Trump had actually spoken to him and told him what his top five priorities were and that he actually had 200 pardons and he was signing them like one by one.
Okay, that's interesting.
That's, I say, discouraging from the perspective of a blanket pardon of all of them, if they're going individually, or maybe they go by batches within the 200.
My understanding is that, and I don't have that, that was just his words.
I think what he was saying was that for the people who are here in this...
He was talking about them specifically, not across the board.
And can you turn the camera around to the institution so that I can just see what it looks like?
Sure, yeah, you bet.
Let me go ahead and change it for you.
It's amazing.
People don't appreciate that these prisons are within a city, within an otherwise built-up area.
So what is it?
That's it right there.
It looks like an old school.
This is it.
Now this right here, let me turn around.
This is the prison, Vivas.
Right there.
It's so wild to think that within that building is literally a living hell.
And it's within...
That's right.
That's right.
And this is the front of the building right here.
And then I'm going to turn around and this is the across the way where everybody is.
And you can see...
We've got music going on here.
People are waving signs.
They're chanting freedom.
They're chanting sign it.
Any mainstream media or legacy media, I should say?
Oh, yeah.
Let's see.
I've met people from the New York Times.
I met people from CNN, MSNBC.
So, yeah, they're here.
And then, of course, we've had a few people.
They're not here now, but we had a few people who stopped by who wanted to spread hate or negativity.
And, you know, we just blessed them and we just chanted freedom because that's what we're here for, right?
Pardon them all.
And I'm looking at the chat on my Rumble feed, which people are saying 47 is getting ready to sign the executive orders now.
The executive orders, I think, are pardons technically...
I know that the pardons were supposed to come after the executive orders, or I'm not sure that if they're technically, like, if they qualify as an executive order.
Right. Yeah, I mean, it's amazing.
You think, like, even one more day for everyone who's out there.
Yes. So, who's in that institution that, I mean, I say who, how many people are in that institution?
I think there's over, I think there's about 200 from what I understood.
Wow. And your relationship to any of the Jan Sixers, are you directly related or, I say just, but a concerned citizen?
No, Concerned Citizen, I actually met up with Jake in 2021 when I heard his story.
I do a podcast myself, and I heard his story, and I said, are you kidding me with this?
In what world?
Because I was at J6, and I heard about all of the torture and everything that was going on with the FBI raids, and so I just contacted him and started interviewing the J6.
I am a nurse and so one of the things that I believe was that when the greatest crimes against humanity was all of the stuff that went on during COVID and the deaths from the hospital protocols.
Well, this right here.
The J6 and everything that went on there, that was another greatest crime against humanity.
It's all connected in together, and I just had to get their stories out.
Okay, amazing.
And now I'm actually, while you're talking, looking at watching right-side broadcasting news, RSBN, and someone had mentioned that Trump seems to be entering a stadium, and someone had mentioned that there was going to be the desk that they had put in a table that he's going to use to sign.
Sign executive orders.
And now I just got a text that someone said they're going to join me the video.
Let's see this here.
This is so wild.
First of all, the technology that we're able to just simultaneously, instantaneously link both of these up.
Can I share my screen?
Let me see if I can do this.
Check this out.
Let me see if we can see the same thing here.
No, I can't share a screen.
It's in the back.
Oh, wait, hold on.
There you go.
So this is right-side RSBN.
This is live, apparently, so I don't know if this is the moment where Trump is going to actually start signing executive orders and pardons.
That's what he has to say here.
So you got involved in this just out of dire concern for democracy and the victims involved.
Have you been in touch with Jake throughout his four years in pretrial detention?
That's right.
And then I started reaching out to others.
Jeremy Brown, John Mellis, Sarah McAbee.
So I just started reaching out and trying to talk to as many as I possibly could because I just really truly believe that it is extremely important for people to hear.
I mean, it just...
It struck me as a banana republic, third world kind of, you know, Gestapo, communist.
Whatever term you want to throw at it.
And I'll be honest, Viva, it pissed me off.
And so I said, well, you know, then they've got to get the word out.
We've got to get their stories out.
And not a whole lot of people were doing that.
It's incredible.
I mean, I've been...
I've known Jake digitally or via internet for a fair bit of time now.
So Trump is coming in.
I don't know if you can see on my end the shared screen, but now Trump is in a stadium.
I don't know exactly what stadium.
And I wonder if now is the moment where he's going to sign some executive orders in the most...
Look at that.
He's got a desk and he's got a bunch of stuff on his desk.
He might be signing things in the most showman-ish, in the best of a way, the most showman-y of...
That's fabulous.
That is absolutely wonderful.
We're all watching it down here too.
It's amazing.
The day he's had alone today is just more than most people can handle in a week.
This is wild.
Right? Have you spoken to any family members of people in that facility behind you?
Yes, I have.
There are people who have their family members here.
Let me see if I can find...
Yeah. Hold on one second.
I'm heading up to one right now.
Both his son and daughter are in Viva.
and both son and daughter are in that dc Sir, I'm on.
I have Viva Fry on with us here.
This is Jake Lang's West News TV.
Frey is here with us.
Viva, can you hear him?
I can hear him.
Can he hear me?
Can you hear him?
Yeah, I can hear you.
Good. Freedom day, baby.
My last name is Freyheit, which literally is freedom in German.
So you say two of your kids are in there or one?
Yeah, two.
Jonathan and Olivia Pollock.
Pollock, P-O-L-L-O-C?
O-C-K, that's right.
Like a fish.
You've got two kids who have been in that?
How long have they been in that facility?
I visit them.
He said he wanted to know how long.
They've only been in for a year, but they wanted them in.
They would have been some of the earlier ones.
You said they've only been in for a year.
Jonathan, it took them a little while to find him.
But he was...
Like I say, betrayed.
They had that $33,000 bounty on his head.
Garland said he was the most dangerous man in America.
Was that the situation where there was a chase up in New York and they were going door to door?
No, sir.
We were out of Florida.
We were out of Florida.
How old are your kids?
How old are they?
Yeah, how old are both of them?
Yeah, I think 27 and 33. My daughter's 33 and my son's younger.
And your daughter's been in there for a year?
Yes, sir.
They all got in here at the same time.
It was kind of a Joseph story, though, because they've been...
Oh, well, that...
It's been a Joseph story because they...
They're leaving a legacy in there.
They've never seen each other again.
The Lord worked it out where they could paint a timeline in the education department.
It's been amazing.
If Mr. Paul can hear, Jake Lang is in, I guess, streaming from jail.
Yeho! I'm Ronnie Sandlin.
I don't know who Ronnie is, but Ronnie, where are you?
Well, we're right here at the Morrow Hotel in D.C. My brother Jake, we did several years together in the D.C. Gulag.
I just got out of prison three months ago.
I did 45 months in prison for January 6th.
And I'm just...
So glad, though.
So glad for today, man.
Today's an epic day for us.
It's an epic day for the country.
It's a beautiful day for America.
You did 45 months.
That is three and a half years.
A year and a half in solitary confinement with my brother, Jake.
45 months.
45 months in prison.
Were you convicted or was this pre-trial detention?
I took a plea deal.
Jake Blang is a stronger man than me.
And I took a plea deal because they were threatening me with 13 years if I didn't take the plea deal.
New Jersey.
That's wild.
What did you plead to?
Well, I pled to the 15-12 obstruction charge, the one that got thrown out by the Supreme Court.
So I was the first January Sixer to challenge that and lost.
And that set the precedent for the rest of the Jan Sixers.
So that was the charge that I got five years for.
And even when the Supreme Court dropped it, I still did another year after that.
Unreal. Jake, we can see you.
How are you doing?
Hey guys, that's my brother, Ronnie, and he's looking like Beyonce.
We're talking about another brother, Peter's over here.
Let me go get Peter.
Oh, brother.
And they're making their way over to the release vigil.
President Trump's driving from Bill Clinton.
We are seeing the IP.
Where's Peter at?
Those are some of my favorite brothers.
They're warriors.
And they're with the female warrior, Rachel, who's behind the scenes helping me orchestrate.
There's Rachel right here.
Like Ronnie said, this is a beautiful day in American history.
I feel the gravity of today is, you know, it feels like such a...
You can understand that.
I mean, it transcends language barriers and stuff.
It's just the atmosphere here.
and all over the city.
It's one of a very serious nature of knowing that this is not a game, this is not a joke to us and our families and to the Trump and his administration making America great again and reclaiming our country and taking back our freedom here.
We've been suffering more from me.
Today is four years and four months.
And I'm proud to stand shoulder to shoulder with Mick Rosado and all of the people outside the gulag right now.
And the audience is on their way.
We have been locked up here now.
Ronnie was here, you know, for like three years with me.
But I've been here now for 48 months, four years and four days.
1,465 days exactly as a J6 political hostage.
My name is Jake Lang.
I'm making sure that the American people understand that's been our fight.
We really just want people to understand what we've been through and how fragile, really, liberty and freedom is in this country and how much we need to stand up and defend our rights here in this country because it is just one second away from the Gestapo kicking your door down and dragging you away to 900 days solitary confinement without ever having a trial.
It could have happened to your brother, your son, and it happened to me.
And so we, you know, this is, we can't make America great again with political prisoners who are incarcerated any longer.
We need to be released today.
And now, just from the chat appreciates, audio is not ideal, people, but the other two have muted.
But Jake, I don't know what's, he's...
I think that's off a phone and the circle around his head is to blur out the background so that there's nobody else in there.
Jake, you're in the DC Gulag that we see the people outside of right now, simultaneously.
Yes, I'm inside the prison and I'm on the prison authorized tablet and they have their own software so that the inmates start sexting with their family members, their wives and girlfriends and stuff like that.
This is a facial recognition tracking head software here so that, you know, you can't show the prison, you know, horrible conditions of confinement in your body and whatnot.
So, yeah, I'm in the Gulag, guys.
I'm coming to you guys live from the Gulag.
God bless you guys.
All the All Vivas people that are joining in and all the supporters outside my heart.
They're standing in, like, 15-degree weather right now, freezing, cold, just getting a taste of...
That George Washington-esque, you know, fight crossing the Delaware River to secure freedom for our country and for the Jan 6 prisoners.
God bless these patriots, these modern-day winter soldiers.
We don't have summer soldiers in the Jan 6 movement.
We got real patriots.
And God bless you guys out there.
So nice to see everybody forming up.
And dozens and dozens more keep coming.
After, you know, all the inauguration festivities, the thoroughfare was closed down, so people really weren't able to move around.
But now there's a mass exodus all coming to the D.C. jail to hold vigil and pray over Father God and asking, you know, the Lord to move President Trump's heart to get the U.S. Marshals.
I mean, we need the U.C. custody I'm under as a pretrial detainee.
They can come and unlock my door and walk me out of the jail right now.
How do I know this, Viva?
Because they've done it twice.
Two or three times I've been moved out of D.C. jail already.
And there was no paperwork.
There was no nonsense.
The marshals have complete autonomy and control over us.
And they can walk in this jail right now and open up these doors and walk us outside.
And so, Trump, you need to send the marshals down here to come get us, brother.
It's amazing.
I'm trying to follow what's going on in the other screen with Trump.
There's a ceremony.
He's in a stadium.
And I don't know what he's signing or what's going to happen next.
So we're following that.
And he was allegedly supposed to sign a bunch of pardons.
The word is that he's got a slate.
We don't know how many are in that slate or who's in that slate.
Now, Ronnie, if we go back to you...
You're at a hotel outside of the...
Hold on one second.
I'm not looking at the right Ronnie.
Ronnie, you seem to have shapeshifted into a different human.
Who are you?
That's probably Peter.
No, you're still on mute.
On the bottom.
The guy who's in the red light, blue light now, turn mute off so that we can hear you.
I'm going to bring up the audio a little bit here.
Okay, so there's some massive, massive...
It's probably Peter Steger.
It's probably Peter Steger, the one and only.
Hey, Peter, turn off your mute there, brother.
You're on mute.
Selber, text Ronnie to take his mute off.
Please unmute him.
I don't have control over this.
I'm not in the back end of my stream.
Okay, so now we've got some cheers for the...
I'm trying to run this thing from my prison cell.
We make a lot of obstacles every single time I try to do these streams and live events and stuff.
We run into some roadblocks because I am inside an 8x10 prison cell.
I'm looking out through my little window right now.
The beautiful, deep, deep sunset.
Hopefully this is the last time I have to see the sunset from inside.
It is a beautiful sunset.
I saw that from outside.
You've got my mute off.
On the bottom, Ronnie Stanley.
Who are you looking at?
Who else?
Peter Steger.
How you doing, Viva?
How you doing?
We've never met before, but are you also a Jan Sixer?
Yes, sir, I am.
I spent 31 months in the D.C. detainment before I was sentenced to federal time in Forest City, Arkansas.
And I'm basically just looking forward to seeing a lot of my brothers and a lot of these really good men that are still suffering and the persecution from the Department of Justice.
But I want to thank the American people for not forgetting the letters, the love, the support, and hoping that we can make some right and help these men put their families back together and pick the pieces up so they can continue to move forward.
It's just a blessing that has been bestowed upon us finally.
We knew one day that this would come.
So, thank you, America.
You did 31 months.
Jake, you might want to put yours on mute for a second.
You did 31 months?
Yes, sir.
I was detained for 31 months in D.C., the Gulag there.
I know Jake Lang.
Personally, I know a lot of the January Sixers.
There's so many of the men that basically were detained and, you know, pled guilty or fought the fight.
To clear their names and for the truth just to be told to the American people.
And we're hoping that finally the truth will be known and the slander and a lot of the unjust treatment of the American people and the persecutions of a lot of really good people will be right, will be at least fixed.
But yeah, thank you guys for continuing to shine the light.
And again, God bless America.
Wonderful day for a lot of people.
Were you convicted as a felon or as a misdemeanor?
Felony. Yes, sir.
I was, you know, Roseanne Bowling was murdered unjustly by the, at the hands of the Metropolitan Police.
And a lot of very bad things happened.
You know, a lot of moral boundaries were gone over, and a lot of people got wrapped up in unfortunate events that happened that day.
It doesn't represent who we are, what we are.
It's just, unfortunately, things happen sometimes the way they do.
And the police and a lot of Americans were put in very hard positions, and emotions ran high that day.
Well, just so you know, I wasn't even asking in a judgmental sense.
I just wanted to know, you live now with the felon conviction, and so what impact does that have for those who don't know on your daily life?
Well, it completely uprooted our lives.
We were bankrupted.
We were completely...
Our reputations were damaged.
Our civil liberties were stripped.
It was...
A very scary moment in American history.
I don't think a lot of people really grasp truly at how our civil rights were violated.
And a lot of very, very negative things happened basically through the courts.
You know, the manipulation of evidence, the hiding of Brady materials and taking false and improper evidence to grand juries to basically kidnap individuals.
So they could muzzle them and hide them away so they can continue the narrative of the treason that was committed against the unfortunate coup attempt against the sitting president of the United States.
I think we need to get to the bottom of, you know, some of the true crimes that were committed and why we were used as pawns basically to hide a lot of these truths from ever being exposed.
Hopefully we can start peeling that onion.
And what do you do for work now?
Have you been able to get back to life?
Yeah, you know, my experience is going to be a lot like a lot of individuals.
We've struggled and we find work.
It's very difficult.
Of course, we'll never get our reputations and be able to get back to the positions that we were at.
You know, a lot of us, again, we lost our reputations in our work.
We have a real hard time now because of the amount of information and the lies and slander that were put out there about us that a lot of people just won't take the risk or the chance on us.
But we slowly but surely are trying to pick the pieces up.
It's not been easy.
A lot of us going through divorces have lost our families.
Our family members have been targeted by wackos.
And it's been very difficult, but, you know, ultimately, the American people showed us love with writing us letters, supporting us financially to help us get through this, and never forgot us and helped us through the darkest moments of our lives, you know, when we were being held in, like, solitary confinement.
You know, like Mr. Lang, Jake there, he...
He's been persecuted and physically assaulted by law enforcement in various facilities.
The treatment was horrendous for a lot of individuals.
And a lot of that will come out and hopefully...
Something will be done to prevent this from happening to anyone.
I wouldn't wish this on not even someone that an individual might consider their enemy.
The system is just very broken and needs to be fixed.
It's very sad and tragic.
It's the most tragic thing I've ever witnessed and the loss of life.
And then for it to be politicized the way it was, you know, that really, there's a lot of stuff that needs to be looked at.
So we hope that these pardons go through, and a lot of these men are set free, and that we can actually finally have a true investigation of what transpired that horrific day in American history.
Yeah, they're going to have to investigate the investigative committee, but you heard the news of the days that Biden pardons basically everybody involved in the committee?
I did, you know, and that's really saddened me to hear something like that, but why are they getting in front of something if they did nothing wrong?
Well, there's a silver lining to it.
It'll make any committee investigation easier and truth.
Nobody would go to jail for it anyhow, presumably, but at least if they can get an investigative committee and get to the truth of it, people can find out the degree to which January 6th was actually not an insurrection.
It was not an insurrection carried out by the protesters.
It was an insurrection carried out by the administrative state or the capital state that wanted to set this up to keep Trump out of the White House in four years.
Yeah, I mean, I believe that, and I think a lot of individuals know that that's the case.
Now it's a matter of hopefully we can get a lot of these politicians to quit being, maybe to be a little more truthful and to quit with the sham lies that they continue to put out there.
And a lot of the Republican Party seems to assist in keeping quiet and, you know, hiding.
Behind, you know, just ignoring what transpired.
But we need to get to the bottom of this so we can kill as a nation and hopefully start finding some middle ground to move forward and to undo the corruption that basically lingers in Washington.
I don't know if Jake checked out, but Jake, if you can talk back, come back in in a second.
So you are now, you're now outside, you're in D.C. now?
Yes, sir.
I am.
Okay, thank you, everyone.
I'm getting text messages and trying to keep up.
I hear in the background an update on what's going on in the stadium, in the arena.
It's the presidential inauguration, the 60th presidential inauguration in whatever arena this is in.
And the expectation and the hope is that there's going to be a swath of pardons being issued.
And the sun has set now outside the D.C. Gulag.
Mick, can you hear me still?
Mick might come back on with the mic in a second.
Jake, can you bring your mic back on?
Jake. Can you hear me, brother?
Yeah, I can hear you now.
The question is this, Jake.
What's your intel or your information as to, you know, who or how many people are going to, or if Trump is signing any pardons tonight?
Do you have any connections that are closer than mine?
So, you know, what we've heard was that it's a three-tier process right now.
The non-violent January 6ers are going to be issued immediate pardons.
The ones that have been convicted of violent charges.
Are going to be given commutated sentences.
So they're going to be also in that state of immediate release.
The sentences will be commutated.
And then the ones that still have pending charges like myself and, you know, maybe a hundred others or more that are on home arrest and on probation, pretrial detention probation, will be given, their charges dropped.
They'll be given case dismissals.
And so we have a three-tier process right now of dismissal of all current pending cases.
I have reservations on that, obviously.
You know, my case being dropped after four years and four months obviously leaves me in a very, you know, incredible position here to have been denied justice and then just to have my case just eviscerated is like, it's insanity.
But more than that, more than my little apprehension on that is The Jan Sixers that have violent charges, my brothers, were all in self-defense and none of them had a fair shot at trial.
And I believe that in, you know, a more fair jury pool, they would have been afforded.
And first of all, in a more fair judge's decisions, because the judges did this a lot too.
I personally know in my case, my trial was slated to begin February 3rd, Viva.
And my case is very clear cut about self-defense and defense of a third person.
In fact, I'm caught on video.
Dragging Philip Anderson out of a dog pile and trying to save Roseanne Boylan and Tommy Tatum.
And so I have a huge argument for self-defense in defense of a third person.
I was denied that ability for those jury instructions and to argue that at my trial by my judge.
And so my legs were literally handicapped, chopped off before I even got in the courtroom to not even be able to argue the most fundamental part of my case.
And if you want to be completely disgusted.
With how rigged the entire system is, not just the jury pool, because we know the jury pool in D.C. is rigged beyond, you know, for conservatives, it's like being, you know, an African-American in 1950s, 1960s Southern Georgia or something.
It's just, you know, you're not going to get a fair trial.
But they also denied me First Amendment right arguments at trial.
I wasn't allowed to make the argument that I was there with a redress of grievance, that I was there to pray, that I was there as a member of the media streaming.
For Blessed News, well, Blessed News didn't exist.
It was called Liberty Centric back then.
My other application, a media company, I was there streaming, collecting news pieces for my social media app, and I wasn't allowed to make any of those arguments.
So my First Amendment rights cut off at the knees.
Second Amendment rights, which are kind of closely tied to your self-defense rights, also cut off at the knees.
That's the type of tyranny.
That's the type of corruption and twisted and contorted legal system we were battling here in D.C. So all the Jan Sixers that have violent charges, none of them were allowed to make these arguments in their trials or in their bench trials.
And they all should not just be commutated, but pardoned and all of their charges eviscerated.
We're talking about full expungement, full exoneration, so that people can get jobs and bank loans and return to society without the...
The red scarlet letter of being a felon.
I'm trying to get some numbers here.
I'm just looking at this.
It says over 1,500 people were charged.
900 were convicted.
600 of the 1,500 have not yet been convicted.
How many people who have not yet been convicted are currently sitting in jail?
I'm not 100% sure of that.
I think it's only a few dozen of us that are here in pretrial detention in D.C.
jail. Most of the other Jan Sixers are in federal prisons.
Viva, my video feed is going to cut out.
I can rejoin it a little bit.
But why don't you kick it back to Mick here for a minute.
Yeah, for sure.
And talk to some of the people on the ground.
And I'll join you back in a minute.
To the extent that Grok is good on this, it says approximately 15 people charged in connection with January 6th are currently being held pretrial.
These individuals have not yet been convicted.
I think Jake is one of them.
Let me see.
I'll just get back to my end of this here.
If we can bring in the...
Guys, this is Jake's stream, so I have no control over anything.
I didn't even know they brought me in live before.
But if you can bring in the Trump inauguration event, which is in the backdrop here.
I hear it.
There we go.
See, now at least...
There's some fanfare going on here, but, like, you know, get to the pardons.
It's like a football game.
So this is the inauguration that's going on currently right now, and I'm just getting text messages here, getting messages now that there's fires are still spreading in California.
Wow. All right.
This has got to be absolutely exhausting for everybody involved in this.
And so we got outside the DC Globe.
They look like there's two cameras.
Okay, Mick, if you can...
We can leave the inauguration thing up on the backdrop.
I'll just lower the volume a little bit.
But Mick, if you can bring up your mic so we can hear what's going on on the streets over there.
Yes, sir.
All right, so who do you have?
Oh, could we bring...
Is Mr. Pollock still there?
Let me...
I can find him.
I felt bad.
When Jake cut in, it was impossible to hear between the three screens, which had all their mics activated.
Yeah, I still have more questions for him.
You bet.
You bet.
We'll go to him.
One moment, sir.
Yeah. Let's see here.
Oh.
Everybody watching over on my Rumble feed, set this up real quick when Jake texted me.
When our children started coming, we automatically come up to see them.
We're a close family.
Just because we live in Florida, we try to see them.
We came up from Florida at any time.
So it's been a hardship on the family, but it's well worth it.
But in the meantime, we met Vicki, and I knew her, praying with her with the other family.
And she had a burden for the other family, even though she lost her daughter.
Yeah, she did.
and so in fact I made a monument and took it into Arlington with with uh now write these names down Benjamin Phillips, Roseanne Borland, Mr.
Greason and I'm proud to know them all.
Yeah you know they're heroes in my book and I just love them.
Thank God for their lives.
I think everyone who is interested in here, sorry.
Oh okay yeah.
Oh yeah.
It looks like he's getting a few interviews.
That's good.
So we'll get back when we can.
Yeah, we'll move on to him.
Hey, Mick, you're doing a great job from the ground.
That's our correspondent, Mick.
She's live outside the D.C. Gulag right now.
And we've got my brother, Viva Freak, here joining us, guys, on Gateway Pundit and Blessed News.
I'm inside the D.C. Gulag waiting for Trump's time right now.
I'm kicking it to you guys.
Oh, who we're listening to here?
Let's see.
Yeah, Mick, if you can get anybody, or if there's another person who has family in there, I'd love to ask them a few questions.
Sure, you bet.
I will find them.
Well, it's good that there's media, though.
There's already more media covering this today.
You said you saw, like, the three-letter agency news outlets there?
Oh, yeah, absolutely.
CNN, MSNBC, New York Times.
And then there's a lot of local as well that are here that are reporting on it.
So there's quite a bit of media and I'm grateful to see that coverage.
Do you have the audacity or courage to talk to one of the CNN journalists or do they not talk to you?
No, I've gone up to everyone as far as journalists and said, hey, how are you?
Because, you know, you don't really know who they are, or at least, you know, I mean, you know, it's not like, you know, Jake Tapper is here or whatever, but, you know, so I go up and some of them will say, you know, hello, but most of them will say I'm a reporter and they'll just walk away.
Yeah, but I can go up to him and ask him.
I don't have any problem with that at all.
If you were to be able to find CNN, that would be fun.
I've got a few questions to ask them.
Sure. Where they're getting this information from, because it's amazing information, and you wouldn't think CNN would be the one to drop the dime on that, but they did, so that's what we're going off right now.
I'd love to see if Legacy Media would actually talk.
I mean, that would be amazing.
I want to know what the current dynamic is within Legacy Media.
Are they flipping their lids?
Are they finally realizing that...
Truth is more important than propaganda.
You're with local media here, is that right?
What media company are you with?
Not with nobody.
Oh, pardon.
El Pardono.
There's a lot of people out there.
Mickey might run into some Antifa there.
They were there earlier.
They were there earlier horrendously harassing our supporters and Ashley Babbitt's mom, Mickey, as they...
We do almost every night for three years and a half years.
They've been outside the Gulag almost now.
And they were saying some vile things earlier.
And so, Nick, watch out.
You may run into an undercover commie there.
Viva, I've got Reuters here, but they're not interested in talking right now.
Let me move on.
They have no idea who I am.
Tell them who I am.
I have a silver play button from YouTube.
Hold on, I got my, I got my quarterback.
He has a silver play, bud.
No, no, no.
I remember trying.
Viva Fry?
Viva Fry?
Would you be interested in speaking?
We're not allowed to.
We're not allowed to.
Not allowed to talk without permission is what they're telling me.
Well, he already talked to you there.
Did he get permission?
I never.
No, that's how, that's what you're trying to make the sale.
You're like, Will, you just started talking to me now.
Let's talk about this beautiful car that I have to tell you.
Exactly. No, they won't talk.
I don't even fault them.
They won't talk to you at all.
And now, Jake, so you said CNN was dropping the news or breaking the news that they were going to dismiss the pending charges.
Yeah, that was the news agency that broke this.
I mean, it's like my mom and my dad are crying right now.
I mean, CNN, one of the world's former most respected news platforms, saying that the DOJ is going to be dropping all current pending January 6th cases.
I mean, it's like getting free tickets to Disneyland for the rest of your life.
I mean, it's way better than that.
But, you know, it's a monumentous thing.
I'm sorry, Jade.
I will.
Would you be interested in having a few conversation questions with Viva?
Sorry about that.
There's a lot going on.
We're trying to photograph everything.
Thank you, though.
Let's see what they photograph.
You all know that old image of propaganda, like it's a kid with a boot on his neck and then it backs up and it's a kid holding a boot on his own neck.
Maybe they've had a coming clean moment and they're going to actually be fair, so we'll see.
Jake, and not to get your hopes up or down, I'm just trying to see if I can find that.
DOJ to dismiss charges of Jan 6th.
Let's just see if this...
Six days ago, judge did not...
No, no, no.
I'm not finding it.
I'll see if anybody in my...
This was four hours ago from CNN.
Okay, let me see if I can find this.
CNN is dog shit, says crazy, crazy like a fox.
Sorry about that.
We tried to get CNN, but they didn't want to talk.
So that was who we just had on last.
Who's up on the camera on this camera right here?
Say it again.
The camera that we're looking at is stationary of the building.
There's a second outside DC Gulag camera on the top.
This one right here?
Well, it's live in our feed here, but I just wanted to know what that building was.
So there's no barbed wire around that building?
That's Mr. Pollock there.
He's talking.
It's good.
Get his story out.
He's got two of his kids in that place.
It's in that prison.
I'm still watching this fanfare at the inauguration parade.
Mr. Pollock, I've got Diva Frye back with us.
He had a few more questions for you, sir.
Yeah, Mr. Pollock, sorry, I had more questions.
So you got, how many kids do you have?
We have two children in the, I have eight children, but I have two in the gulag.
Okay, and what was your daughter, your daughter was convicted of what?
My daughter was Olivia and Jonathan Pollock.
Okay, and were they convicted of, like, the picketing and grading?
I hadn't been convicted yet, but they had him up for everything.
They had Johnny up for, like, 140 years.
At one time, the FBI was telling people they were going to try to get him for 40 years, and the FBI come and told me, he said, no, we got him for 140.
And like $2 million worth of damage and stupid stuff.
You know, but it's like they did everybody else.
They just, you know, there wasn't any accusers.
It was just, you know, there was no park police that come up and was going to testify against him.
It was going to be the same actors.
Courtroom to courtroom and just testify against the men and ladies.
Did your kids get convicted or did they plead?
No, we didn't plead by no means.
We weren't about to plead.
It was a coup on the nation.
I don't know if anybody...
That's why Donald Trump is going to pardon them.
All of them.
We don't have to beg.
He knows what happened.
He told me personally down in Mar-a-Lago.
He came to the table.
He said I was going to have in the first five things that he signed.
That's amazing.
Did you have to get a lawyer for your kids?
No, we didn't get a lawyer because what good would that have done?
When the judges...
See, I was aware of all the stuff that all those men had went through because I was working with the Patriot Freedom Project.
I was there with Cynthia Hughes and I was praying with the families in the first year.
So I knew Kenneth and all the others that were in there and Angel Harrelson and Ms. Reffitt.
I knew them and I got to pray with their husbands.
At different times in the first year.
And so I knew about all the atrocities.
I knew Chris Worrell.
I got to pray with him and met him.
When he got out, he had a growth on the side of his neck as big as a football.
Half the size of a football.
They were sitting in there watching him die in that prison.
And I got to meet him and pray with him.
Walk with him through those surgeries, getting that off.
And it's Freedom Day.
You know, it's happening.
Trump knows about it.
And, you know, they're still feeding them food that was rat, with rat crap.
You know, there's a lot of reform that still needs to happen.
But in those early days, those men were tortured.
Those men were beat.
Those men were abused.
And my children didn't have it near as hard as the early guys.
But they still had it hard.
They still had it in form.
I'll ask a stupid question, but it might not be so stupid.
Your daughter, is she in an all-women's unit of this prison, correct?
Yeah, she is.
They had her in, like, Jeremy Brown, they had her in the prison.
In with murderers and rapists.
It's been horrendous for her.
But she was in prison ministry with the family for years.
And so she was used to going into the women's prison there in Lowell, one of the world's largest women's prisons.
And they're in Florida.
And she would go in and sing with her sisters.
So she's used to being a minister of the Lord Jesus Christ, and she was here.
And she conducted herself as that and made a huge difference.
Wow. Yeah.
In fact, when they got in, you need to get, not to give, but you need to go on the gifts and go.
And read what they were all about and read the letter she wrote about her brother.
She thought she'd never see him again.
But they got together and they painted a timeline in the history department.
That only happens to a Joseph story because they had it in for the J6ers.
And if they didn't, you know, that warden had a known, you know, which I'm sure she found out that they got to finish the timeline and they put on real history because they're real history students.
That's what got them in trouble.
We were up here for a stolen election.
And so that's why it got us in so much trouble to begin with, because we saw that what was happening to America.
And I had one more question here.
Your daughter.
Oh, yes.
Did you get to see them in person, like physically?
Yeah, we came up for the family day.
See, that wouldn't have never happened in the early days.
They were still dealing with COVID and using COVID as an excuse to keep people away from their families.
But last year, they had a family day for them.
So many of the families got to come up and see their loved ones, spend a day with them.
But then also they started visitation the last year.
And like Angel Harrelson, she never got to see anybody.
You know, her husband, Kenneth, and so many of the others, Ms. Reffitt, she still doesn't know where her husband is.
They drove diesel therapy.
They drove him all over because she was doing the vigil with Ashley Babbitt.
Or not Ashley, but Mickey Witthoff.
And so they've been doing that for 903 days today because they're out here today.
It's just been good coming to an end.
Well, hopefully tonight and hopefully immediately, I'm just watching the live inauguration event on RSVN.
All right, well, Mr. Pollack, you know, I'm in Florida as well.
Oh, awesome!
Well, you need to come by and visit me.
Well, absolutely.
I'll get your info from Jake's team because it would be also good to do an interview when you are warm.
And after, God willing, after the good news is coming.
Yes, hallelujah.
Okay, amazing.
That's awesome.
Thank you.
Nice to meet you.
Now, what I'll do, Jake and gang, you guys want to run this and let it play, and I'll just let it play on my end?
And if I back out, I can pop in if I can a little later?
ABC's here.
Yeah, what do you say?
Are you still on our speed end right now?
Or are you thinking of this?
And then if you want to pop back in later.
Yeah, I'm not sure that I will be able to, but I can leave it running for whatever you guys are going to continue broadcasting and hopefully reach a broader audience.
Oh, okay.
Yeah, please do.
Thank you.
Thank you.
We're going to continue to join.
We're expecting a liberation.
That's why we're gathered here.
So, you know, we're going to keep the gammes.
You know, I hope you take good night.
Viva Frai.
Viva Frai.
Thank you for the one I've come to listen to.
Share this message with your audience, brother.
We love you.
Absolutely.
Viva, I've got Mickey Whithaw.
Do you want to say a few words to Mickey?
No, I'm still in, Jake.
I'm actually going to ask some questions.
We've got another family.
What are your guys' names?
Who is that?
This is Mickey Rithoff, Viva.
This is Ashley Babbitt's mother.
Hey, Viva, that's okay.
You can fill her in and check back.
She sounds pretty busy.
Oh, him.
No, no, I'm here.
This is Ashley Babbitt.
We're busy, breezy.
Busy, breezy.
She sounds busy.
No, no, no.
No, I'm here.
My name is David.
Hey, David.
Hi, David.
How you doing?
What do you mean, my friend?
No, no.
I just had...
I'm doing sort of like quasi-interviews through this platform here.
You're Ashley Babbitt's mom?
Where are you located?
I'm in Florida now.
I've been covering the...
I've been covering your story for four years now.
Interesting. Not my story.
You mean Mickey's story.
The Ashley Babbitt story.
What are you out there?
Have you been visiting people in the prison since they've been detained?
I have.
I've been holding a vigil outside the jail for 902 days.
903 if you count tonight.
And the status of the wrongful death.
Yeah, you'll have to look into that because that's not information I want to share, but I appreciate your time.
I'm sorry.
Yes, ma'am.
That's a problem for me, but I appreciate you being here.
I'm so sorry, Nikki.
Thank you.
God bless.
Thank you.
Okay. I'm sorry.
My apologies.
Sometimes you have to laugh when the only thing to do...
I know nothing of either of the politics on either end of this, but it doesn't...
Anyway, I mean, obviously there's a trauma there that's not beyond anybody's ability to comprehend.
Now, speaking at the inauguration...
And I don't know who's speaking, but...
If you guys want to share the event, and we're going to see if and when they're actually signing pardons.
Oh no, Trump is closing his eyes.
I hope this is a prayer.
He's nodding his head.
Whenever Trump closes his eyes, you know that someone's going to assume of falling asleep.
Thank you.
I've got to check my little horizontal window and I'm trying to see what's happening.
I can't see it or hear anything out of it.
I can only see stuff out of it.
Has Trump spoken yet?
Has he addressed the crowd yet?
Has he signed anything yet?
He has not yet spoken.
It's an introduction.
I'm going to see if there's a CPAC, not CPAC, C-SPAN, that's covering this so we can broadcast that.
I want to make sure that C-SPAN, Trump.
Let me see if it's going on here.
Okay, so C-SPAN is just running.
Sorry. RSBN is running the C-SPAN link.
So you can run that.
I'm going to continue watching.
I'll pull myself out and just continue broadcasting on my stream, on my channel as well, Jake, so that everybody can see this or more people can see this.
Thank you.
I'm going to kick it to my team right now.
I've got a couple messages to deliver to everybody before I go.
And thank you so much, Viva, for helping us host tonight, brother.
God bless you.
I don't know what the politics are of the disagreement, and I'm not going to ask because I don't want to get into that element of this.
That's saying too much.
There's so much fish to fry out there.
I love all my 10-6 family and brothers and sisters that fight for us.
I have nothing but love over here, brother.
Alright, we'll let it broadcast.
I'm going to go listen and watch at the same time and then I'll try to pop back in if I can, but otherwise we'll get this broadcast to more people.
So, guys, on the stream right now, I don't know if you guys recognize this right here.
This is called Our Daily Bread.
This is like, it's synonymous with being in prison.
This is like the little pamphlet that they give you.
They drop it off every like three months.
It's got Christian messages in it.
Everywhere in every country.
I've been transferred over 17 times.
And in every single prison I've been in, they have these things.
Sometimes this is the only thing I had to read for weeks or months at a time when they throw me in solitary confinement, these little pamphlets.
But they're very uplifting messages, and it's a Christian devotional.
And what it is, is every single day there's a message, right?
And it's got a scripture to back it up.
And I kid you not, you turn to Monday, January 20th on this pamphlet here.
If you guys can read that, I don't know if it's backwards.
It says, let my people go on it.
Usually the messages are about, you know, all different things.
The day before, still fruitful for God, a new beginning with God, God will act, all these little messages.
But the Monday, January 20th specific message is about Exodus chapter 3, verse 7. The Lord said, I have indeed seen the misery of my people in Egypt, and I have said, let my people go.
That is insane to me.
I was reading it the other day, and I said, I must on the stream.
Tell everybody about that.
The Lord's speaking, and he's saying, let my people go.
And that's also the name of the documentary from Professor David Clements, who we've seen a couple times tonight live.
He's outside the prison right now.
He's my attorney.
He told me, Jake, if you're not out by the end of the night, I'm coming inside to see you.
So we're holding on tight.
It's getting close to the wire here.
A lot of families have driven across the country.
There's even a family there from Canada that drove in to see the release of their family members.
So I'm hoping that Trump's just saving this for a big grand finale for all of us.
We've heard good word from, you know, mainstream news media that he's got to plan hard as commutations and case dismissals.
So let's pray on that, guys.
May God bless you.
I got to give guys a big shout out here to our people at Gateway Pundit who are streaming this live for us right now.
I'm inside the Gulag.
We love you guys.
Jim Hoft and Jez and Kara Castronova, Brian Lupo, Jason Sullivan, KB.
Thank you guys so much for giving us the platform.
We're going to shortly be pulling up a stream here to watch the rest of the president's inauguration ball.
I see him standing up now.
So, guys, if you want to help the Jan Sixers right before the last thing I say before I go tonight, because this is super important to me, please go to j6rebuild.com.
That's a little fundraiser that we created to help rebuild the lives, the broken, shattered lives of the January Sixers.
It's incredible, the destruction that's happened.
You heard from my friend Peter Stager, who spent almost three years in the gulag in here with me.
His family was financially devastated.
Hundreds of thousands of dollars on attorneys.
And now he is, you know, basically completely drained.
100% drained.
And there are other Jan Sixers coming out of prison who are destitute, penniless, and some of them may even have to go to some type of shelter situation if we don't step up.
So guys, please go to j6rebuild.com and help out these Jan Sixers that are, I mean, they're like American heroes.
They're awesome.
I love these guys.
Many veterans.
Paramedics, school bus drivers, school teachers, just the salt of the earth.
Just red-blooded everyday Americans that need our help.
So please go over to j6rebuild.com, guys.
I'm going to say a quick prayer before we kick it over here because my life is on the line.
President Trump's just about to speak.
Father God, Lord, open up the hearts of this man and his cabinet and the advisors around him, Lord.
And the people in charge of us U.S. Marshals and the court system to make a swift movement for our justice, Lord, and free us from the chains that bind, Lord, in the name of Jesus Christ, the one who frees every captive from sin and shame and death and grave, Lord God, we beseech your throne right now in the name of Jesus.
Amen. Amen.
Hey, I'm good.
We're going to take over to the other part of the stream.
Aver, text Joshua to get a live stream going from RSVN for some speech right now, please.
Jake, can you hear me?
It sounds like Donald Trump just said he was signing the pardons.
Did Donald Trump just say he was signing the pardons?
Donald Trump just announced that he was signing the pardons.
Yeah! Let's go!
Yeah.
Big Trump!
Praise God!
Praise God, Jay!
Praise God to all the J6ers!
Oh, God is so good.
The God who saved me.
The God who saved me.
Hey, Joshua, if you can pull up a feed on RSVN or on this fan to screen share with the audience of Trump's speech right now, that'd be great.
or Nick if you're near Joshua right now can you guys pull that up for our audience live from the gulag I can show you guys But please just bring home his body, right Steve?
Any of you have told me that.
That your son is gone, but bring home his body.
It never happened.
It's ridiculous.
It should have never happened.
It wouldn't have happened.
You guys are clapping.
I also want to express my tremendous gratitude to the hundreds of thousands of proud American patriots who came from all across the country to join us in this celebration.
It's a celebration of a big win.
Thank you.
And you're witnessing the dawn Of the golden age of America.
That's what it's going to be.
We're bringing it back.
We're going to bring it back fast.
We're going to bring it back fast.
Let us also thank the incredible service members, National Guardsmen, Police Secret Service, and law enforcement personnel for keeping us all safe.
Even though they are great people.
New York's finest.
I grew up with New York's finest.
We got to give them their authority back.
You won't have any crime.
There'll be no crime.
You give them little authority back.
The whole way they run things in this country now, it's disgraceful.
But it's going to change rapidly.
We're going to make our city safe again, too.
Even though we're indoors, we've had a magnificent inaugural parade.
And let's give a big round of applause.
They were great.
To all of the incredible performers and hardworking men and women.
Who made it possible?
Those people.
Really talented, amazing people.
I also want to thank my wonderful family for being here, especially my beautiful wife, our First Lady Melania.
you.
They love our first lady.
And also, J.D. How has J.D. been?
And his wonderful wife.
Go to J.D. J.D. has been great.
He's another good negotiator, Stan.
He's a good negotiator.
So many of these states, we had not only family members, as an example, Laura Trump, the wife of Eric.
She was the head of the Republican Party, along with my friend Michael.
Stand up, the two of you.
What a job.
What a job they did.
They worked so hard.
They knew they'd be rigging, but they said, we're going to make it too big to rig, and we did.
We made it too big to rig.
We won every swing state by a lot.
We won the popular vote by millions and millions.
We won the whole ball of wax.
You'd be drilling to all the things that we wanted to do and bring your costs down, your prices down and make our country safe.
Thank you.
Thank you.
you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
you you Popular one.
He goes out and speaks.
He gets that big crowd.
He's a little on the rough side sometimes.
That's what you want.
He's done a fantastic job, and he loves our country.
Thanks, Don.
Great job.
job.
And Ivanka did the Abraham in many, many years, and it's really something.
Jared, stand up, Jared.
The Abraham Accords.
Thank you.
And Tiffany's going to have a little baby.
and Michael.
Thank you.
And then I have a very tall son named Barron.
Has anyone ever heard of it?
heard of it?
Thank you.
He knew the youth vote.
You know, we won the youth vote by 36 points.
And he was saying, Dad, I got to go out and do this one or that one.
And we did a lot of them.
And he respects them all.
He understood them very well.
And he said, Dad, you got to go out to Joe Rogan, do all these guys.
And we did.
We did, and Joe Rogan was great.
They were all great, right?
Baron, they were all good.
He understood the market.
Another famous one.
How about Kai?
Stand up, Kai.
you.
Is that Byron Donalds back there?
Stand up, Byron.
I stand up.
What a future this one has.
What a future.
That's great, Byron.
Thank you very much.
And how about let Nick, Secretary of Commerce, he's going to take in more money than any country has ever even thought about.
He's going to take in some money.
I have many others.
Look, I'm not going to go through it, but we're going to sign some orders right now, and that's really what I want to do.
So we're going to sign executive orders.
First, I'll revoke nearly 80 destructive and radical executive actions of the previous administration, one of the worst administrations in history.
Maybe not one of them, the worst.
Anybody that would allow millions of people to pour through our borders from...
Jails, prisons, mental institutions, insane asylums, gang members to be taken off the streets of Venezuela and deposit in our country, and many not just Venezuela.
You know, crime in Venezuela is down 74% because they took their criminals and gave them to us through an open border policy of the previous administration.
All over the world, they're emptying their prisons.
into our country.
They're emptying their mental institutions into our country.
It stops as of one o'clock this afternoon.
Okay? So, um, revoking nearly 80 destructive I will
implement an immediate regulation freeze, which will stop Biden bureaucrats from continuing to regulate.
Most of those bureaucrats are being fired.
They're gone.
gone.
Should be over, but we have to live with the guys.
Also, it's a temporary hiring freeze to ensure the public, and we will pause the hiring of any new IRS agents.
We will also require that federal workers must return to the office in person.
We're going to take the 88,000 people they hired to go after you with guns.
By the way, they're allowed to use guns.
And harass you like they were so many other people?
Remember this?
Okay, remember?
Do you remember a little statement about TIPS?
Does anybody remember that little statement?
I think we won Nevada because of that statement.
But they went out and harassed you over the TIPS.
In other words, we are restoring control of our government to the people.
We're going to take those 88,000.
Let's see if they'd like to work on the border, because that's what we want them, really.
So we're going to have no tax on tips, right?
that.
We like the Speaker of the House.
Is he here?
He's done such a good job.
Is Mike here, around here someplace?
I saw him just a little while ago.
Hello, fellas.
Look at you guys.
Yeah, I know it.
He's great.
He's doing great.
They're all doing good.
The Republican Party has never been unified like it is.
They want to save our country.
We're going to more than save it.
We're going to make it greater than it's ever been before by a lot.
Next, I'm going to sign a presidential memorandum directory directing every member of my cabinet to marshal every power.
At their disposal to defeat inflation and rapidly bring down the cost of daily life because your costs have gone through the roof in the last four years.
Perhaps you didn't notice.
Has anyone noticed their costs are like double, triple, quadruple?
You can't buy bacon.
Apples have doubled in price.
You want an apple?
Everybody paid twice what you did two years ago.
We'll put more money in your pocket and we'll bring back the...
The American dream and to reduce energy, operate our economy.
So we have more oil gas than any country in the world.
And we're going to use it.
We're not going to do the wind thing.
Wind, dude.
Big, ugly windmills, they ruin your neighborhood.
They ruin you.
If you have a house that's near a windmill, guess what?
Your house is worth less than half.
And did you see up in New England with the whales?
You see what's happening?
So they had two whales killed in about 14 years.
Last year and the year before, total, they had 28. So if you're into whales, you don't want windmills either.
And they're the most expensive form of energy that you can have by far.
And they're all made in China, by the way.
Practically all of them.
And they kill your birds and they ruin your beautiful landscapes.
But other than that, I think they're quite good, right?
Now, remember when we used to joke and kid when we were kidding?
But we don't kid anymore.
They want to watch the debates on television.
They want to watch your favorite president on television.
But the wind isn't blowing, so we can't watch television that night, Gladys.
Remember? Gladys, I'm sorry, the wind is just not blowing.
We're not watching Trump tonight.
But I'm immediately withdrawing from the unfair one-sided Paris climate.
Accord ripoff.
The United States will not sabotage your own industries while China pollutes with impunity.
You know, China, look, they use a lot of dirty energy, but they produce a lot of energy.
And when that stuff goes up in the air, you know, it doesn't stay there.
It's not like you got a wall.
We love walls, don't we?
Not like you have a wall around and it just, it doesn't.
It floats into the United States of America after three and a half to five and a half days.
It floats across the oceans.
And it comes right over your neighborhood.
And it falls into your neighborhood.
So they all say, we have to fight for cleaner air.
But the other dirty air is dropping all over us.
So what the hell are they talking about?
Unless everybody does it.
It just doesn't work.
You know, we had the cleanest air and the cleanest water that this country's ever had under the Trump administration.
And we didn't do anything to stop jobs and stop production, believe me.
You're going to see a lot of companies come pouring back because tariffs.
I always say tariffs is the most beautiful word to me in the dictionary.
And I was reprimanded by the fake news.
They said, what about love?
Religion and God.
I said, I agree.
Let's put God number one.
Let's put religion number two.
Love, I don't know.
We've got to put that number three, I guess, right?
And then it's tariff.
Because tariffs are going to make us rich as hell.
It's going to bring our country's businesses back that left us.
And our leadership of the American people.
In America, we believe in free speech.
And we're bringing it back starting today to stop the weaponization.
Oh, do I know about that?
These creeps.
Deranged Jack Smith.
You ever hear of him?
Deranged. He's a deranged prosecutor.
He's sick.
They suck him on me.
He's now been reduced.
To getting on an airplane, going back to the Hague or wherever the hell he came from.
We got to get rid of that guy.
Was he one of the...
Did they pardon Jack Smith?
You know, did you know that Biden, while I was making my speech, pardoned his whole family?
The brother, the whole deal was pardoned.
Can you imagine that?
While I was making my speech, did everybody hear my speech?
Did you like my shit?
like my shit?
You know what's wrong with it is I had a lot of things to say, and I have some great people that work for me.
Sir, this is such a great speech.
It's so unifying.
Don't talk about Biden with his pardons of his family.
We want a unified country.
They said, don't talk about the J6 hostages that you're going to be releasing today.
Sir, don't put that in your speech, please.
I said, but really, I want to put it in my speech.
I said, sir, it won't be unified like it is.
It's so beautiful.
And it is getting great reviews.
You know, if I put things like that in, I'll get terrible reviews.
One little paragraph that's a little bit wrong with the fake news goes crazy, right?
So I said, all right, I won't put it in my speech.
But you know what?
I'm speaking in front of a hell of a lot of people.
At a place called Capital One Arena.
And I'll talk about it there.
So we're going to...
We're going to be going over to the beautiful Oval Office.
One of the great offices in history.
Even if it wasn't beautiful, it's the Oval Office.
But it is beautiful.
And we love the Oval Office.
It all starts with the...
The wars start and end there.
Everything starts and ends at the Oval Office.
We love it.
But we're going to go to the Oval Office.
We're going to decide we're going to release our great hostages that didn't do, for the most part, they didn't do stuff wrong.
You take a look at what went on.
And look what happens in other parts of the country.
In Portland, where they kill people, they destroy the city.
Nothing happens to them.
In Seattle, where they took over a big chunk of the city, nothing happened.
In Minneapolis, where they burned down the city.
Nothing happened.
Essentially, nothing happened.
All they want to do is go after the J6 hostages.
A 76-year-old grandmother was arrested the other day.
I think because she was looking at the Capitol or something like that.
No, we're not going to put up with that crap anymore.
And to stop the weaponization of law enforcement, I've been investigated more than any human being in the world.
I believe I have the all-time record.
Every day, a subpoena, subpoena.
Every single day would get subpoenas.
I was more than any person.
Alphonse Capone, remember I used to talk about it?
You know, Alphonse Capone, Scarface, he was a pretty rough guy.
He was investigated about one one-hundredth what Trump was.
My father's looking down at me, my mother.
How the hell did this happen?
You know what it is?
They investigated their political opponent, the opponent of Biden, and then ultimately Kamala.
Has anyone ever heard of Kamala?
*crowd laughs*
We had to beat two opponents, you know?
We had to beat Biden, then we beat him.
Now he goes on top.
The guy was like 39 points down.
I think I could have beaten Trump.
They should have left me, and I would have been...
No, his debate performance wasn't the best, right?
That's what killed him.
And then they had to change, and they...
It's like you get into a fight.
The great Dana White spoke last night.
We love Dana White, right?
UFC. That's like...
He puts in two fighters.
One of them's getting cream.
...
getting really beaten, and they say, all right, take him out.
That's what they did to us.
They gave us somebody new.
We took care of both of them.
We beat actually two opponents.
But to stop the weaponization of law enforcement and our government, I will also sign an order directing every federal agency to preserve all records pertaining to political persecutions under the last administration, of which there were many, and beginning the process of exposing any and all abuses of power, even though he's part.
Many of these people.
Can you believe it?
He's pardoned them.
You know why he didn't want to speak?
Because I didn't know he did it.
I finished the speech, and I said, sir, he pardoned his whole family.
I said, oh, can I go back out there and talk about it?
Somehow that wouldn't be very elegant.
Our first lady would say, please don't do that.
But we have plenty of time to talk about it, and we will.
We're doing all of this on our very first day in our office.
You know, don't forget, we've been in this position real fast, this win of a primary ever in political history, which is a nice thing.
It's nice to know.
If it wasn't, I would have never run.
The third one was just a monster.
Why was that a big one, huh?
That was a big one.
On the second, we got like 10, 12 million votes more than the first one.
How about that?
We did great on the first one.
We did much better on the second one.
But bad did we do well on the third one.
So we're going to have some fun.
It's very simple.
We're going to make our country great.
We're going to make our country great again.
We're going to make America great again.
How good a name is MAGA, though, right?
You know?
I was going to say keep America great, but unfortunately it wasn't great.
Can't say keep it great.
It will be great again.
But CAG, keep America great.
CAG, I don't think it's ever going to replace MAGA.
Does anybody like CAG?
I don't think so.
Never replacing MAGA.
Nothing will ever replace MAGA.
MAGA was the most successful.
Political operation, political movement in the history of our country, maybe in the history of the world.
Let's see what happens.
Because we're not finished yet.
We're not finished yet.
We've got a long way to go.
But we're in the office, and in just a few moments, I'm not only signing the release of the J6 hostages, I'm trying to...
Other things that you're going to love.
Oh, you're going to be happy reading newspapers tomorrow and the next day and the next day and the next day.
So I just want to say, I mean, look at this place.
It's full of the rafters.
You don't have any.
up there.
They are so good.
We've got to root for their teams because they have been so great to us.
And I just want to thank Ted and everybody.
You guys have been fantastic in there.
The ice hockey team's doing great.
Ovechkin. Ovechkin's pretty good, right?
They're doing great.
So I want to thank them, Capital One Arena owners.
They have been absolutely fantastic.
And thank you once again to everyone.
And I can only tell you, you're going to be very happy.
You're going to watch a lot of good things happen.
We've got to stop some wars that are happening and going on.
Some stupid things are happening.
The war with Ukraine would have never happened, and it has.
As you know, Israel would have never been hit on October 7th, and none of you would be up here.
None of you would even know anything about this tragedy that you're going through right now.
But Iran was broke.
Anybody?
You're not going to do business with America.
China passed.
They were broke.
And your sons would be alive, and they certainly wouldn't be incarcerated like they are.
It's a shame.
getting a lot of people
people out.
of people out.
We're getting a lot of people Why don't you say what I'm saying?
Sure. The first item that President Trump is signing is the rescission of 78 Biden-era executive actions, executive orders, presidential memoranda, and others.
Thank you, sir.
Thank you.
The second item, President Trump, is a regulatory freeze, as you announced in your speech, preventing bureaucrats from issuing any more regulations until we have full control of this government and this administration.
Yes. Thank you,
sir. The next item, sir, is a freeze on all federal hiring, excepting the military and a number of other excluded categories, again, until full control of government is achieved and we understand the objectives of government going forward.
Thank you.
Could you imagine by-- Biden doing this?
I don't think so.
I don't think so.
Sir, the next item as you announced in your speech is a permit that federal workers return to full-time in-person work immediately.
Thank you, sir.
Next, we have a directive to every department and agency in the federal government to address the cost of living so dearly.
From Milwaukee and President Trump!
Thank you, sir.
The next item here is the withdrawal from the Paris Climate Treaty.
Yes, sir.
Thank you.
A trillion, you're gonna be saved over a trillion.
We're going to save over a trillion dollars by withdrawing from that treaty.
And the next item, sir, is a letter that will be transmitted to the United Nations explaining that we are withdrawing from the Paris Climate Treaty.
Thank you, sir.
This next item is a directive to the federal government of speech and preventing government censorship of free speech going forward.
Thank you.
And lastly, sir, before we go back to the Oval Office to sign a large number of other items, is a directive to prevent government and demonization of government against the political adversaries of the previous administration, as we've seen.
you.
Appreciate it.
It's a pretty fun job.
I'm going to take care of it.
Thank you.
you.
You heard it.
I don't know if you guys can hear it.
But because of the things you just heard, Tina is coming home too.
So you're going to see a lot of announcements over all night.
I just want you to know that...
Can you hear me, Jake, or no?
I don't know who can and can't hear me.
But basically...
This applies.
This rule applies.
Viva, what's up, buddy?
Joe, I was thinking I'm such a senile buffoon.
I'm like, I'm with my locals community.
And, like, who's Joe Oldman?
It's like, God, the name sounds familiar.
I think I just met you.
We just met.
Where was it?
We were on a show together.
Yeah. Oh, my goodness.
Okay. First of all, the audio was terrible.
You started the whole Dominion thing.
You did a whole thing on me and Eric Coomer.
Yeah, you got that info that, oh God, you put Kumar on blast.
You're still paying for that, literally.
I'm still paying for it, don't care.
But one of the things that he did in that executive order will apply to me, right?
So there's going to be some investigations that happen.
I'll be meeting with people.
It's not over.
It's not over yet.
And now I've turned it to offense.
They've got some explaining to do.
Well, first of all, can you believe what we're witnessing or living through?
It's a full-on reversal of the comeback and now the domination.
Having gotten beaten up for six rounds and now it's just coming around and knocking everybody out left, right, and center.
And it's day one.
100%. And he didn't waste any time.
And the good news about what he just said is that Tina Peters is coming home.
Tina Peters is coming home.
How's that going to happen?
She's on state charges.
He's on state charges, but the last executive order had to do with anyone that was a victim of the administration and their tentacles and their political persecution.
It's amazing.
I must say, I was A, a little distracted, and B, the audio on the stream wasn't as good, and I missed a bit of it.
When is he getting to the pardons?
He indicated there's going to be a lot.
Is he going back to the pardons?
As you heard about Jake, they just dropped the case against him.
Yeah, I couldn't.
What's that?
I say not that I don't trust.
I wanted to find independent verification of that.
It's nice that somebody might have reported it, but I'm trying to keep up with this news here.
But Trump, he's supposed to sign pardons, to issue pardons.
Is he going to do it at the White House?
I do believe so.
I'm not privy to those conversations, but I do believe so.
And we're headed to the ball right now, so it should be quite an amazing night.
Are you in D.C.?
Where are you?
Where are you at?
No, I couldn't make it down.
I had family stuff.
I got a friend in D.C. who's filling in for me, and he's going to go to the Rumble party, and he was at the...
The Posobiec had a conference, or had a big live stream earlier today.
So I'm watching from home now, and it's freaking amazing.
Awesome. Pretty awesome stuff, huh?
Yep. Well, I mean, it's, I'm sitting here watching this, listening with you in our locals community, texting with my brother and my father, and we're like, what we've witnessed is beyond, it's like, it's set aside the July 13th divine intervention.
We're dealing, it's like, this is defiance of 10 years of all out corruption and lawfare.
I mean, it's, you go back to where it started.
Spying on him before he even got into power.
Russiagate, impeachment one, impeachment two, insurrection gate, nonsense, the lawfare, E. Jean Carroll, Georgia, Maine, Colorado, New York, D.C., Florida.
Then one failed assassination attempt by the grace of God, a second failed one who never got a shot off.
And now he's president with the most decisive victory in modern political history and arguably even in political history.
And now he's cleaning house, and it's like that stain didn't even exist.
It's like we've just washed out the underwear, and the Biden stain is gone.
Yeah, I mean, there's still a lot of healing to do, though, right?
I mean, we're dealing with a massive amount of, I don't want to call it trauma, but political persecution has definitely taken its toll on many people all over the country.
It's trauma.
It's definitive trauma.
And so you have to get to a place where we start giving back.
Giving back the lives to all those people who stood for the last four years.
That's going to take some work.
There's a lot to be said and even more to be done.
I don't know how people heal from certain things.
When I was listening to Rod Blagojevich talk about spending nine years or eight and a half years in jail, Jake Lang, when I talked to even Adam Johnson, the lectern guy who spent 75 days in jail for the stealing of the lectern, I think I would be bitter.
Maybe I wouldn't.
And maybe you need to find God in order to find forgiveness so that you can be happy with yourself.
Because if it makes you miserable to hold on to hatred and resentment, you're only hurting yourself.
But I don't know how people get over it.
Especially the victims who have had years stolen, but also the victims who have had their lives stolen.
And their families are never going to get over it.
And they should never forgive.
But how do you...
How do you forgive if only to lead to not destroy yourself with that level of resentment?
Well, I think that the issue, I mean, everyone has their own individual levels of trauma and what they went through over the last four years.
But I can tell you, just from my own personal experience, it's been a difficult four years.
And you almost get to this point.
I talked to a couple other people that had gone to jail for J6 and got out.
And their comments were that...
It made them either more angry or it made them sad.
There was this shift that's happening because now they feel like they're vindicated, but what does that really mean?
It's like a woman that was raped.
You're not going to take away the fact.
Hey guys, I hate to interrupt.
I'm so sorry.
This is Mick.
I'm on the ground.
I've got Chaplain Macias.
I wondered if you guys would like to...
Hello? I've got Chaplain Macias, and I wondered if you guys wanted to say howdy.
And also, I've got this gentleman here.
Rick is with me with J6Fets.org.
He's my backdrop right now.
I like the backdrop.
And I wondered if you guys wanted to say howdy.
Howdy, guys.
Thank you for your perseverance.
Thank you for standing with us all these years.
You know, I've been under a gag order for four years.
Not able to communicate to stand up for our J6ers being the first one thrown in jail in Philadelphia.
I was the canary in the coal mine.
I understand.
My family's been persecuted, prosecuted, and still to this day, we're dealing with struggles in family and business because of standing up with you on J6.
But that doesn't matter.
Because today is the day of victory, the day of liberty, and we are standing here ready to receive Jake and everybody else by midnight.
I hope they let him out now.
Let our people go.
There's always a reason to delay.
We're ready to receive them, and we receive them with open arms and celebrate them.
This will be pomp and circumstance.
This should be a victory parade with every one of these J6ers, but I know how it feels.
I know it feels after 21 days in isolation, when you don't get a shower, when I lost 25 pounds, and what they do to you, you just want to get out, take a shower, and get rid of that past.
You just want to take some time to get a real meal.
Because I know they don't have any real meals in there, guys.
But we're going to take care of them.
We're going to make sure they're well fed and well taken care of so we can see to the future of restitution, sozo, be made whole again.
If you lose a finger and it gets put back on, that's sozo.
That's what we're working towards, to make them whole again.
I'm being told by our community and locals that Benny Johnson is reporting that Jan Sixers are already being released.
Jake's fiance.
Yes. Oh, yes.
We heard that, too.
But I say, I don't want to get ahead of ourselves because I don't know if that's happening.
And if he hasn't signed any pardons, I don't know how it could happen.
He's already pardoned Joe Biggs, so it's done.
So this is a matter of paperwork at this point.
We have veterans that are inside FedPrisonLow.
That are all waiting around their release just to get the paperwork in.
This is a matter of processing.
The word's already been pushed through the DOJ what's happening.
They know that they have the draft.
Joe Biggs is one of the Proud Boys.
He got pardoned already.
Yes. Everybody's being pardoned.
Everybody. That's amazing.
I wonder if he already signed the documents.
The draft is out.
I mean, he's going back to the Oval Office.
That's probably where the final signature's going to happen.
But he said, I want him out tonight.
And you know what happens?
The boss gets what he wants.
It's wild.
For those who are watching, Chaplin, not everybody knows your story.
And I'm looking at the chat in my various communities.
What was your story?
That's a long one, brother.
It's a long one.
But let's just say this, okay?
I love you.
I love you.
Beyonce, thank you.
Come on in, bro.
Who don't know what you wanna say?
I love you.
I love you.
I know the broad brush.
Thank you.
So on November 5th, 2020, I was thrown in the Philly gulag.
I was asking if every legal vote was being counted.
Okay, District Attorney Krasner put it out in October that previous two months that he had something for Trump.
You said you're proud boys.
We're unregistered poll watchers.
I got something for you.
Well, he tried to do that.
He did that against me.
Okay, he brought charges.
He wanted to put me in for 35 years.
I fought those charges.
And was able to overcome, but he pulled me back in constantly because of J6, tried to yank my probation, my parole multiple times, and yet we still overcame.
And so my story as the founder of Ventures for Trump was that I was engaged in communicating with the campaign.
They're helping Rudy Giuliani for all things in Philadelphia, passing on the information about the ballot harvesting that was happening.
If you watch 2,000 Mules...
Patel talks about this.
Philadelphia is where it all happened, and I was the guy in there disclosing and letting people know what was going on.
So they didn't want my voice to be heard.
And how long did they have you hold up for?
I was at 21 days in isolation.
Lost 25 pounds.
What does that do?
I'm not trying to be funny at all.
Do you end up having auditory hallucinations?
Do you feel like you're going crazy after 21 days in solitary?
Brother, I got to tell you, I mean, I served in the U.S. Navy for six years, okay?
I was trained even as a kid.
My father was the teacher of SEER for all things, for prisoners of war.
I trained out in the wilderness and weather like this for two weeks to survive after three days.
And I put all of that training into my spirit, into my heart as I was in there, in that system.
And it took everything I had.
To maintain positive encouragement.
But it was the Word of God.
It was the Holy Spirit.
It was by staying in the Word.
It was by staying vigilant that I was able to persevere.
And not only four days that I was there, okay?
It's a story for everybody to know.
I was in there four days, and half of the gulag of Philadelphia went into a hunger strike with me.
Why? Because I was speaking truth to them, to the power, and they knew it.
And after just two meals of us holding fast...
The warden came down and said, what are your demands?
So demands are treat us like we're humans, okay?
Treat us, we're not animals.
Even though this was the height of COVID, right?
And we fought and fought.
It was by the outpouring of the Holy Spirit into me and into others that I remained steadfast and secure.
So yes, the trauma was real.
Post-traumatic stress injury is what I talk about all the time as a chaplain.
The trauma is legitimate.
I still have those thoughts.
They still are reoccurring, but I take them to the Lord, I ground out, and I'm here for everybody else as well to work through that mental trauma and to help them on their pathway home, especially our veterans.
Is it true that they release people?
I'm sorry, Viva, I just wanted to clarify.
Is it true that they release people in Texas?
I'm hearing some have been released, but others are being prepared to be released, so I don't know the numbers right now.
But people are standing at the door.
To receive them.
Right now.
That's the families that we're anticipating to receive them right now.
We love you guys.
J6Vets.org.
OY6.org.
Remember us.
Please share.
Please share what you can.
We're helping our veterans that are out in the streets and those that are transitioning from jail to get back on their feet again, okay?
Thank you again for all that you do, guys.
God bless.
Godspeed. Thank you.
Thank you, guys.
Sir, did you have anything to add in there?
All right.
Thanks, Viva, for letting me kind of cut in.
I wanted to make sure that you were getting all the information.
A thousand percent.
Thank you very much.
Who is this young lady here?
This is Rachel.
This is Jake Lang's fiancée.
You look like you're freezing.
You look like you're freezing.
You might want to...
But it's worth it.
What is the temperature out there?
What is it?
15 degrees?
I would use...
Never mind.
Minus 7. Okay, it's minus 7, but it looks like there's a bit of a wind and it looks like it's humid.
17! Probably feels like...
17, and it feels like if I had giblets, they would be frozen and falling off.
I was waiting to see when Trump is going to sign whatever he's going to sign, but it's wild because obviously I'm nervous.
I don't want to get people talked up.
Obviously something's going on in the backdrop that everybody knows because they're getting organized apparently in all of these facilities.
Did they announce any pardons yet?
Not that I know.
Viva, I'm rejecting my pardon if they leave Jake behind.
I must.
It's the right thing to do.
I just...
I don't know.
I hope it's everybody.
I do, too.
There's 1,531, give or take.
That's Jake talking to Rachel right now.
Bye! So, let's see if there's anything good and exciting coming out.
Hey, brother!
Oh, I know that guy.
I saw him before.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, we got Viva on the line.
Oh, I was just on the show earlier.
Yeah. So, different venue.
Yeah, you got a nice down packet.
We're covering this.
This is such an important historic moment in history.
And, you know, what you're doing here at this stream is, you know, it's such an important historical, you know, thing to document and for posterity for our future generations to see.
So thank you for doing what you guys are doing.
My pleasure.
I'm going to get some questions from my community to this community to ask you.
Did you guys, any of you, get to meet Trump directly?
Get to meet Trump?
Yeah. No, we'd like to.
Let's make that happen.
Now, I'm going to ask you a question about those sunglasses.
Have you ever seen the movie True Romance?
What? There's a movie called True Romance.
No, no.
You've got to watch it because Christian Slater, he had those glasses in that movie there.
Oh, okay.
Right on.
All right.
I thought I was the only one.
But all right.
They look similar.
Okay. There seems to be more people there now than there were before.
Am I imagining things?
Oh, no.
It is filling up.
There are more and more and more people coming, Viva.
I mean, I'm trying to give you an aerial shot here.
Yeah, it is filling up.
And we're not leaving and we're not stopping.
I would say probably right now, looking at it, we've got about maybe 200-plus people.
I mean, it is...
It's jam packed everywhere I turn.
It's wild.
Yeah.
I mean, and, you know, people stand out in 17 degrees, freezing cold.
You know, this is the most important thing I can think of, and that's what I'm hearing from everyone.
It's so important.
They're like, it doesn't matter.
We'll be here until 1 o'clock in the morning if we have to.
There was a notification.
By a gentleman who, I don't know if he is the head of the police, but his name is Jackson.
And he did say, I just got this report a minute ago, he said that he told...
Jake's team here, that he had not received the pardon information yet.
And then once they did, that it would be two hours.
Well, they said a couple.
They said a couple hours before they are released.
And I just got that.
All right.
It's good.
I'm just DMing someone to see if I can get any information on my end, like, internally.
Yeah. I made a...
Every now and again, I make a joke that even I think is funny.
And I made a joke.
I said, just wait until Joe Biden realizes that he forgot to pardon himself.
And then I got this...
The best meme ever of Joe Biden looking like a demented old fool.
I'm still waiting to get confirmation that Biden pardoned himself.
I mean, admittedly, he's not long for this world, but maybe he has more of a concern for his family than for himself.
And maybe he knows that nobody's really going to go after him.
But I wonder if he pardons himself.
I don't know how long...
I don't know how...
The obligation is to disclose pardons.
Like, if they exist, you have to disclose them.
Or within the time frame.
Holy crap.
I didn't think I'd be watching this, but if people get out tonight, so Gammy Sparkles in on my Rumble community says, I'm hearing about some Gen 6s being released in other states.
Hey, Viva, I'm hearing the same thing, but I don't want to spread incorrect information and give people hope that, or, you know, infants hope.
That might be not accurate.
So I'm just going to DM some people privately and see if I can get some info.
Right. Yeah, because we're hearing the same thing, but I can't give an absolute confirmation on that, you know, except for Chaplain Messia, you know, who had already told us, you know, that, you know, there had been some pardons, but they don't have all the, you know, word out or everything lined out on that.
I can tell you this.
Imprisoned... I'm reading from The Independent.
Imprisoned Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio to be released following Trump's pardon.
So he's probably signing these pardons right now.
The former leader of the neo-fashion...
What a bunch of shit.
I'm not even reading the rest of this nonsense.
From The Independent.
A bunch of crap.
So let me see if I'm getting some info from...
I'm gonna cross-reference a lot of info here, just to see if I can get confirmation.
Give me a second.
Hold on.
So he was talking.
How are you doing?
Today's one of the best days I've ever had in a long time.
I feel blessed.
You went to the watch party, right on.
Let me just wait.
For something before I say something?
Okay, so it's confirmed that Enrique Tarrio has been released.
That is immediate confirmation from immediate sources that he's confirmed released.
That's a blessing to hear.
It truly is.
I mean, that to me means everyone.
Everyone will go.
That's unbelievable.
So that is like, I don't believe there would be no greater confirmation about that.
Yeah. Yeah.
Right on.
Well, we're thinking it's going to be about a couple hours before they release here.
But like I said, we're not leaving.
We're hanging tough and everybody is just sticking together.
And every once in a while you'll hear the chant out, you know, let our people go.
Because it's time.
Enough is enough.
Now I'm thinking that...
It's funny, I'm wondering if the pardons were not assigned earlier in the day to get all of this in order to be done.
In real time.
Yeah. I'm not sure about that, but yeah.
I just gave that confirmation to our locals community as well.
Let's get a week-long...
Someone just texted me in our community and said, let's get a week-long Jan 6 interviews going.
So Enrique Tarrio is out.
So that is only...
I don't know who would be staying in.
I don't want to give anybody hope.
I'm sorry.
Give anyone undue optimism.
Enrique Tarrio is confirmed out, which is wild.
Yes. Absolutely.
Hold on, one moment.
I have a young gentleman, a Jan Sixer, that I would love for you to talk to, Viva.
Do you need a puff coffee or anything?
I'd love it.
Hey, my friend, I'm sorry.
I've got Viva Frye on here.
If you're in the middle of an interview, I don't want to cut you off.
Yeah, go right ahead.
I don't want to cut you off.
Yeah, that sounds great.
Thank you.
I'm Mick.
Nice to meet you.
Thank you.
Yes, thank you.
I'll be right here.
It's time for us.
Okay, hold on.
...
situations at all of the facilities.
So, just a word to the Y over there.
Let's have a peaceful transfer of power and give us our hostages back or with all due respect, you will be the one behind those bars.
Freedom! No, that's not.
Hey, Cynthia!
I just got word from Sudi!
Enrique's getting processed out!
Enrique Tarrio!
Enrique Tarrio getting processed right now!
That's wild.
Right? That's amazing.
Hold on.
It goes to show you things can move fast when people want them to move fast.
I've worked for all my life to stay with me.
I have to start again.
Going on to smash it down in my body.
Let that play my lucky stars to be living here today.
'Cause the flag still stands for freedom!
Yeah!
What's up?
I'm gonna ask you.
Oh, I'm good.
And I won't forget the name who died.
And I'm gonna ask you.
And I gladly stand up.
Now let's see you over here in the family's field today.
Woo!'Cause there ain't no town on the list now.
God bless the USA.
Yeah.
From the lakes of Minnesota, from the hills of Tennessee, across the plains of Texas, from the hills of
Tennessee, across the plains of Texas, and the hills of Tennessee, across the plains of Texas, I think that I'm proud to be an American, where at least I know I'm free.
And I won't forget the man who died, who gave that rise to me.
And I won't forget the man who died, who gave that rise to me.
And I'm glad you stand up next for you when the fans are here still today.
'Cause there ain't no doubt I'm not in this way.
I'm glad you're here.
And I'm proud to be at the end of the day.
When these guys go, I'm free.
And of all, forget the man who died, who gave that right to me.
And I'm glad he stands out next to you when the fans are here still today.
'Cause there ain't no doubt I'm not in this way.
I'm glad you are here.
So I'm just going to mention for the local community that's watching.
Spihans is asking, are people getting out?
Enrique Tarrio is being processed as we speak, getting out.
And from what I understand, other people are getting out as well.
It's wild.
Audio is not great.
Yeah, I know.
It's not on my end, but it doesn't matter.
We're going to have to live with it.
How's it going?
Good yourself.
We've got Suzanne!
Hey! How you doing, my friend?
Not bad.
How you doing?
Hold on.
I'm going to turn out the lights.
Suzanne. Okay.
Can you hear me?
I can hear you.
Is that Suzanne?
Can she hear me?
I can't hear you, Viva.
Hold on one second.
Mic check.
You don't hear me on my mic.
I think it's on...
I'm going to look to the chat.
Is it on their end or is it on my end?
Many on Truth Social saying release is happening.
We're having some interference.
Yeah, definitely.
Suzanne is great.
Is that audio-wise?
The audio definitely is not my end.
We can hear you.
Okay, fine.
I think they're glitching on their end because I now have full confidence in my audio system.
Keevster... Over in our Rumble community says, shout out to Tom McDonald's daddy's home.
Your audio is perfect.
Theirs is terrible.
Says, my mic guy, my Jamie in cryptus.
Thank you, in cryptus.
Yes, I have total faith in my sister now because I can hear my own ears.
We can hear you good.
All right, so Keith Stewart, I can't share because I'm not in the back end on my side.
Thanks for sharing this, Viva.
Says, King of Biltong.
Go check out BiltongUSA.com for great meat, made in America, delicious.
Biltong like a pursuit of beef.
Then we got Keevster who says, shout out to Tom McDonald's daddy's home.
I gotta go listen to that immediately.
And then Snuggle Struggle over on Rumble says, rewatch the last EO Trump signed about 30 minutes ago.
It was a directive to federal government to end the weaponization of government against the political adversaries of previous administrations of the prior admin.
True. But I still think he's got to sign the pardons.
And how many pardons is he going to issue?
Because there's a market on Calci for that.
Let's see what's going on on Calci, actually, now that I mention this.
It's so wild.
I would dare say, we were so ahead of the news that the markets on Calci hadn't caught up to Enrique Tarrio being released.
Now the question is, who else is getting out today?
And how many people are getting pardoned?
And can you believe what we are witnessing and what we are living through?
It's a straight-up cleaning house.
Cleaning house, eh?
Okay, I think I hear...
Mick, are you back?
Yes, sir.
I'm back.
You're better.
You're better now.
If it was my audio, my end of the stream might be killing me because for the longest time I've had audio issues, but now I've got...
All of my audio issues tightened up so I don't have any more of them.
No, it's actually, I think it was on our end.
I was having a little bit of difficulty, but we're back up now and we are good to go.
And I'm going to see if I can turn this and get Suzanne back from the pardon project.
She has done so much work.
And then I want to see if I can find Brian Fellows for you again.
because i'd love for you to be able to talk to them oh
okay Oh, there he is.
Let me see if I can get Professor Clements for you.
I've got him right here.
And while you do that, I'm going to try to set something up on my end.
Hey. You especially, you've done so much work.
You've done so much work.
Go live.
I've got Viva Fry.
Hey, we've got Professor Clemens with us.
Professor Clemens, how are you doing, sir?
I'm doing well, Viva.
May I ask, what are you a professor of?
I was formerly a professor of law.
This is law, employment law, consumer protection.
Wait, hold on one second.
I know who you are.
We talked about Tina Peters.
Sorry, I don't actually see anything right now because I'm setting up another window.
I know that name and I think...
Okay, hold on.
I'm going to set this up and see if it works.
I think I've added our locals community to this.
Professor Clements, yes.
So, do I hear news?
Someone was saying that there's very good news for Tina Peters.
That I don't know.
We're hoping, but at the corner, we're kind of getting the information that's more related to the DC Gulag.
But if you've got some information, I'd love to hear it, brother.
Let me just make sure.
Okay, good.
Now, we're live in Locals, people.
This is amazing.
Sorry, I had to set that up while I was talking to you, and I couldn't see you.
You know, so the question was, how could Trump...
Liberate or, you know, pardon the state convictions.
And so, some are arguing now that this, you know...
We lost him.
Let's get a little further away.
Yeah, yeah.
Hold on.
We lost him, but he'll be back in just a moment.
Okay. I tell you, good news about Enrico Tarrio.
I mean, that's amazing.
There you go.
Okay, there we go.
I didn't do that.
Just so everybody knows watching, I have no control over the back end.
And it's amazing.
I don't have to take responsibility for anything.
So they kicked me by accident.
Yes, so the theory was that by, you know, executive order to prohibit the weaponization against political adversaries, it would somehow be a way out for Tina Peters.
I don't want to get ahead of myself.
I'm just, you know, following in as much as this is rapidly developing.
Yeah, well, hey, look, there's a bunch of different options.
I think the easiest one is to have a Trump administration withhold federal funding anywhere that he can until Paulus issues a pardon.
In lieu of that, you've got this supremacy argument where she was basically following a federal statute so perhaps a Department of Justice official could sue the state of Colorado and have it go up to the Supreme Court.
You might even have original jurisdiction because it's basically almost like a state versus federal authority.
I don't think you would have to go all the way from the bottom up to the Supreme Court if that makes sense.
So there's a couple options out there.
Whatever gets her out, I'm for.
Well, have you been in touch with her?
Yeah, I actually went into the prison about a week ago in Fort Collins, Colorado, and we posted about an eight-minute update from her.
So I was on the other side of the camera.
How is she doing?
You know, last week she said she was about as low as she's been, kind of afraid that everyone was forgetting about her.
And then that video went viral.
I think she's pretty encouraged by the response.
And she's a tough woman.
I mean, she's just been in there.
Since October 3rd.
And you have to keep in mind she's in a jail, which is different than a prison.
So jails are for short-term stays where people are being processed out.
So she's been in that jail longer than most of the inmates.
They're released after they post bail.
And even though prison's not wonderful, there's usually programs.
The food's a little bit better.
It's just set up for people that are there for long periods of time.
So she's been in this kind of short-term nightmare in Colorado for a while now.
And I'm going to ask this.
I say I'm just going to ask it.
I'm going to start sounding like Hirono asking these ridiculous questions.
It's a women's-only facility, and there are no exceptions in this facility?
That I don't know.
It's such a preposterous world that we have to live in.
As if, you know, it's not bad enough being, you know, in these shithole prisons, but you have to worry about issues of assault and assault of a sexual nature.
I just, like, can't get over it.
Well, I'm pleased to report that while I was there, I didn't see any men dressed up as women.
I'm hitting on her, but I don't know what the policies are.
It's Colorado, man.
It's almost as bad as California.
On their website, I did see that they were a proud equity partner, so it would not surprise me if they gave Safe Harbor for trannies, but she didn't mention that being an issue.
Okay, now I'm getting...
Zuni Tario has tweeted out 642 an hour ago.
My son is out.
Oh my God, Lord, thank you.
Tario is free.
Wow. Yeah, so Zuni's here, I think, right?
Isn't it?
That may be.
Yeah, that's her.
No, that was her friend.
Oh, friend.
That's her friend.
Okay, yeah.
Yeah, that we've also heard there was someone processed out of Minnesota.
The first J6ter altogether was processed there.
And then we've heard from the official inside that they've got U.S. Marshals standing by.
There's about, oh, probably six long white vans with Law enforcement here in the event that counter-protesters show up.
And we're told by the guy that heads at the facility that they've had white shirts.
White shirts are basically people that have been in the system longer than others.
They're kind of the most experienced prison officials here that are standing by.
And they say that's about a two-hour turnaround process.
So if Trump's signing pardons right now and they can convey that information to the prisons, We could see anyone show up in the next 15 minutes to two hours out.
Wow. Look, I don't want to get too excited.
I'm trying to think of who...
If Enrique Tarrio is out, and this was seditious conspiracy, and I'm putting it in quotes, who isn't going to be pardoned?
Other than the feds.
The feds, Ray Epps, and the pipe bomber.
Yeah, so you've got your three categories.
I think you've got 700 that are covered in the misdemeanor territory that are expecting pardons.
Trump said the other serious offenders should be processed out as people that should be commuted.
And then you've got people that are still pending trial that should be released.
And Jared Wise is a guy I spoke with just probably an hour ago, and he's currently waiting for a jury to come back.
On a verdict from a trial that took place last week.
And Jared, you know, could realize that he gets a dismissal before the jury comes back.
That could happen as soon as tomorrow morning.
Wow. Gentlemen, who do we have on the bottom now?
I'm sorry, say that again.
We got two new guests in the stream, or two new attendees.
Pete Santilli and Jonathan Gross.
Hello! Welcome!
It's great to be here.
Now to Professor Clements.
Professor Clements, if you can hear me.
Thank Professor Clements for all of his work and support of the J6 defendants.
I know he's been in the trenches since day one.
Big, big kudos to you, Professor Clements, for everything you've done.
Thank you, Pete.
God bless you.
Yeah, now the Diva Fry and all of our distinguished guests here.
You know, I was a political prisoner for 619 days with the Bundy Ranch case.
My work began after my release in October of 2017, going after the deep state.
It continues to this day.
Dima Frye and Professor Kleiman, I hope you know the term.
Writ of quorum nobis.
Writ of quorum nobis.
To vacate all of those indictments.
That should have never occurred once new information comes.
And then compensate every one of these J6 defendants for every day of false incarceration.
That's the next step in this phase.
So praise God for their imminent release.
And now let the games begin.
You get all of these folks who are constitutional rights.
That's what they did every single day going towards trial.
Standing up for all of us.
Let's get them complicated for every day it falls to our streets.
Great. The police presence is increasing.
We've got more officers coming to our side of the street, so we're going to go check and see what's going on real quick.
Thank you, sir.
Mick, you might want to mute your mic just so that the audio is going to be...
Yeah, there you go.
The music is getting in.
So, Pete, how long were you in for?
619 days during the Bundy Ranch trials.
We won two federal trials, by the way.
We were the early politically persecuted before the deplorables were even known.
But you know what?
I learned it really was a blessing because the worst thing they ever did was put an investigative journalist behind bars for 619 days.
With access to all the discovery.
And that allowed me to learn everything I needed to know to help with the January 6th defendants as soon as they were held.
So we're going to learn a lot of information here as we investigate.
The more information we know, as soon as we find out something new, and we discover those indictments that have never even come to begin with, that we need to immediately file a writ of quorum novus.
Just vacate their indictments, begin that process to get them compensated for every day of false incarceration.
That's what I think they deserve.
Anne, when you're not talking, maybe mute it because the car is a little loud.
Sorry. That's much better.
Okay. Now, Viva and Jonathan, can you hear me?
John, you're on mute.
John. How do I turn this thing off here?
I got it.
I just want to chime in quickly.
First of all, thank you all for all of your work.
And I know Professor Clement left.
I'm a J6 attorney.
I represent a bunch of them.
I have a trial tomorrow.
It's scheduled tomorrow.
I filed a motion to vacate the trial.
That's Siaka Masakoy.
So I'm going to D.C. tomorrow.
I'm going to be in court at 9 a.m.
Because I don't know what...
We begged them.
I just want to say, we begged them to continue the trial.
We said this is so obviously going to happen.
And you guys have to understand the preparation that goes into trial.
It's not just for me, for the government.
They have nothing better to do.
There are no sex traffickers.
There's no murderers.
It's the Yaka Masekoy who's charged with misdemeanors in the building for 70 seconds.
That's what the court had to block off a whole week.
Of trials so other people can't go to trial.
And we begged them.
They declined.
They said, no, that's different.
But now I filed a motion to vacate.
But we don't know what's going to happen.
So I have to be there at 9 a.m. tomorrow morning with my client.
Then on Wednesday, I have Benjamin Berlue.
He's an American hero.
He was a 100% disabled physically and mentally disabled veteran.
He was a combat soldier in Iraq and Afghanistan for almost a decade.
He fell off a mountain.
His body was wrecked.
He has post-traumatic stress.
They put him in the DC Gulag.
I had him moved from there.
And his sentencing is on Wednesday, so I filed a motion to vacate that.
Then I have trials.
I have a trial for Trevor Brown on February 2nd that's scheduled.
I have trials in February, in March, in April, in May, and I think even in June.
I have trials all the way out, and we beg them to do everything.
So we have no idea what's going on right now, because it could be that...
President Trump pardoned them.
It could be that President Trump commuted sentences.
What would that mean for people who are accused of assault?
There's still a lot of stuff that we need to know.
Yeah, I have a phone.
I'm on the phone.
Oh, gee.
I get to be on the phone.
Anyway, I just want, that's all I wanted to say.
And I just want to say God bless you all.
Jake, God bless you.
I'm in my unit right now.
I'm not myself, so it's going to be a little loud.
Let me try to show you what.
We got for dinner tonight just so you guys can see what you're not missing in here.
Let me get this up here nice and close if I can.
Uh-oh.
There we go.
Let me put it underneath my chin.
Maybe that's a little better.
It's a hockey puck that they call fish.
A fish cake.
Give me a sec.
I'm heading up to my cell.
Guys, we are hearing breaking news that Jan Sixers all across the country are being released.
Enrique Tarrio, 22 years, chopped down.
The tyrants are fleeing.
Jake, it's John Gross.
I'm about to sign off, but I'm so happy.
For you, God bless you.
You're amazing, Jake.
God should bless you.
Jake, we'll see you soon.
With such faithful warriors like you guys, John, thank you for sticking by my side and taking on literally dozens of jank, six cases pro bono.
You've been a hero.
You've been a mensch.
And we love you, John.
God bless you, my brother and your wife.
I can't wait to see you, Jake.
I'll see you soon.
Amen. Amen.
In the name of Jesus.
God bless you, John.
God bless you.
I heard Ann was on here.
My brother Pete was on here.
Jake, we'll see you soon, brother.
Our prayers are being answered.
I'm watching President Trump right now on the live feed sitting in the Oval Office with stacks of executive orders.
Stacks of executive orders.
And as I was telling Ann earlier, they don't have a choice within a couple of hours of receiving that order.
You get pushed out the back door, and that's a beautiful thing.
Hey, man.
Hey, man.
You have my brother, Ryan Sampsel.
He's heading out of Brooklyn MDC prison.
His wife just texted us.
She got the call to head over there.
Enrique Tari, Ethan Nordine, Joe Biggs.
These guys are mean.
Just that group right there, I just said, that's like 40 years in prison between them.
22 years, 18 years, and 17 years.
Even longer than 60 years in prison.
I have breaking news.
Breaking news, Jake.
President Trump just signed just now an order to release 1,500 pardons for the January 6th Patriots.
Ha, ha, ha, that's what we're talking about.
Ha, ha, ha.
I'm watching the tour.
Right now, I'm vision blocked.
I'm waiting for the U.S.
possible to come in here.
Maybe I can get the video and then take a couple words.
How do you feel to be a trader?
When you take a look at the airport, you have to beat up like this.
You have to beat up like this.
Jake, you're broken.
Ann Vandersteel, are you muted?
Somebody else?
We got background noise, but Ann Vandersteel, you want to say something?
I'm so honored to be on this stream with Jake and with Viva and with Ann at this exact historic moment right here.
You know, Pete, it is an amazing time.
I've been down to the Miami Federal Detention Center.
Earlier today, I walked in.
The guys there said, you know, we're not even open today.
We're not releasing anybody's name.
We have no orders to release anybody.
We have nobody here to do the work.
And I said, you know what?
Well, I'll be back because you will.
And you're going to have to call people up.
And guess what?
That's exactly what's going on right now.
They've got to release our fellow Americans out of the gulags.
It's about to have time, Big.
It's so great to see you.
This is an incredible day for our country right now.
And Pete, you paid the will, man.
You paved the way.
You set the bar.
We now know what these boys and girls are going to get.
This ain't over.
This is when we're on offense now.
This is our time.
This is our time.
You know, this has been so traumatic for America.
I was at the Capitol that day.
Millions of people were there.
This is not like an isolate.
Everybody is waiting for the door to be blown open and the feds are compounding in the door.
I'm going right back to the same place Simone Gold was released from.
Right back.
What are they saying?
That's a very big question.
Who is going to be the first foreign leader that you plan to Amazing. Amazing.
I can't wait.
I know all the supporters that are outside the D.C. jail right now, guys, have been freezing, standing out there for like 10 hours already, awaiting us to be leaving.
Hopefully within the next couple minutes here, but maybe in the next couple hours we'll be able to join our families, get a nice big dinner.
Obstetails? Oh yeah, now we're talking.
I love you guys.
Maybe Viva can, or if there's an attorney, attorney available.
From what I understand, once they receive the order, they have two hours to release those prisoners, or they can be held for false imprisonment.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Yes, we're going to hit him with the quorum.
What's the legal precedent you sent me the other day?
We're going to be attacking them with the quorum nubula or whatever.
It's called, and if attorneys are hearing this, it's called the writ of quorum nobis.
If there's new information that comes that shows that none of the January 6th defendants should have even been indicted, that means they were falsely incarcerated.
We file a writ of quorum nobobis as soon as we get new information that shows that they should have never been indicted.
And then we go to town, get those indictments vacated.
I just went literally to make a celebratory drink.
Did I miss anything?
Because apparently I just got texted by someone who said he signed 1,500 pardons.
It's all of them.
That's correct, Viva.
Right when we were talking to Jake, I watched it on the live stream.
President Trump just signed an executive order to release 1,500 January 6th.
He signed 1,500 parties.
Can you?
But that's...
Thank you.
Thank you, Jesus.
We love you, Father.
Guys, if you guys are just tuning in right now, my name is Jake Lang.
I am inside the D.C. We're in the prison cell right now, streaming live with all my brothers here and hundreds of thousands of amazing Americans.
We are waiting literally imminently for the U.S. Marshals to come inside the D.C. jail and to allow us to go home.
We're hearing many federal prisons, Enrique Tarrio, the chairman of the Proud Boys, Ethan Nordean, Joe Biggs, Brian Samsel are being released right now, and hundreds more are being released all over the country right now.
We haven't heard anything from the D.C. I've been here, guys. We're grateful.
God's doing a great work.
He who has begun a great work in us is faithful to bring it to completion.
I knew from the beginning, from the very moment I was arrested, that this entire situation It's
good to be in the will of the Lord.
I can't believe what we're witnessing.
I actually can't believe this.
Jake, when you get out, get a calculator and calculate how much $10,000 per day of false incarceration is.
Just times that by $1,465 and we're getting there, brother.
That's how many days I've been locked up now.
I don't plan to...
I have to spend another night in this prison.
Let's see how quickly these show together and get in here and unlock this door for me.
Guys, I wanted to talk real quick.
Well, we've got all these people on the stream.
This is extremely important.
Hundreds of Jan Sixers are being released right now.
We have vigils and volunteers outside of like about 84 prisons where the Jan Sixers are with the January 6th Life Rebuilding Project.
And this is a fundraiser that we started in order that no Jan Sixer leaves and is destitute.
Many guys have been completely financially devastated, cleaned out.
Their lawyers that they hired cost $150,000, $200,000.
Life savings gone.
Home is mortgaged.
Some of them lost their homes and got bankrupt.
The bank took their homes and repossessed cars.
We've got guys coming out of prison.
They're virtually panelists.
And they need our help.
There's a little website scrolling at the bottom of the screen right now.
JSticksRebuild.com.
That's the Gibson Go we set up.
Basically what we're doing is we're helping guys get back on their feet.
First month's rent, a new cell phone, some clothing, some groceries, stuff like that.
Basic necessities so that the JSticksers that come out are not homeless and do not have to go to shelters.
Because it's a sad reality that any fellow prisoners that leave prison have to go straight to a shelter.
We will not and cannot allow that to happen in this community.
So, guys, please, here's a call to action.
If you want to make a big, big change and a big, big difference in a dance fixer's life tonight, please go to j6rebuild.com.
Just load that up on your browser right now.
We made, like, a little two-minute video that explains exactly what we do.
That's an invaluable resource that we need you guys to help us in so that we can help the dance fixers when they leave.
Volunteers are standing by across the country to hand some cash and to take a drive to Jansick to an extended stay motel or an apartment or a family member's house.
Just get them back on their feet.
So, guys, J6Rebuild.com, the letter J, the number 6Rebuild.com.
I appreciate that so much.
And I know all the guys that are leaving for you right now.
Hey, Jake, if I can add something?
Can I add something, Jake?
Jake? Jake, can you hear me?
I want to add something.
When I was released in Nevada, I was released with $175 from my commissary.
It wasn't even my money.
Bankrupted. My driver's license expired.
I had no vehicle.
My bank account was seized.
I had absolutely nothing.
Now, prior to that, I had a successful business.
So that was my condition.
We must rally to support these guys.
We must.
Must rally to support them.
Yeah, it's crazy.
You can't even pick up your compensated money to the next day getting out of prison here.
They have some weird rules.
So yes, please guys help go into that.
We're waiting right now.
Family members, I can't imagine.
I've got to call my mom and my dad.
My dad and my mom are both in Florida right now.
And there's going to be like a mess.
Exidents out of all these different towns and cities to the federal prisons here.
Family members, imagine 250 Jan Sixers need to be picked up and their lives restored right now.
And we have the January 6th restitution lawsuit that Federal Warstock is putting together.
We just actually got an engagement agreement with a very prestigious law firm.
We're going to be announcing later on tomorrow who we're working with.
We already have a few attorneys that are already signed on.
I mean, there's some Harvard attorneys and some big people who have won some major cases in the past.
We're suing for $50 billion.
Over 600 J6 plaintiffs right now are on this lawsuit.
And guys, this is going to be big, but it's going to take a lot of money to get us there.
Unfortunately, to pay three or four attorneys to work full-time for like a half year or a year on this is not cheap.
We're pushing hard.
We've got a lot of fundraising to do to get, you know, five, ten million dollars in each Jan Sixers pocket that has gone through years of solitary confinement, years of being estranged from their family, years of inadequate health care, years of being denied religious services, years of being denied the basic fundamental right of human liberty.
And in my book, I mean, Pete Santilli told you it himself, $10,000 a day is...
It's about the average that it goes for.
And the BLM protesters that were wrongfully incarcerated, they sued for, got paid out that amount too.
So, you know, we're pushing for everything that they took from us.
We need accountability.
100%. Hey, Jake, you know, I want to give a shout out to Gary Haven, by the way.
He has really stepped up big, organizing pilots and planes to pick up these Jan Sixers around the country.
They're doing, I think it's going to be a couple of days in different loops to pick up people all over the country and get them back to where they need to be.
So he has been a really big supporter of the Jan Sixers, and he's kind of silent in the background, but I think that we should just at least recognize him because he has stepped up in a really, really big way.
And the other aspect of this is a lot of people, Also, you know, got, you know, just surveilled or they had, you know, like I was, I was put on the TSA domestic terror list for two years.
And, you know, I had TSA screening me and grabbing me and feeling me up every single flight in between every flight and asking me if I was, you know, somebody who's protesting the CDC.
They were asking questions that were totally irrelevant.
And again, and you look at all this and you look at what they did to the J6 in light of the border, allowing all the criminals in.
You know, the disparity of all this.
I think every American has a grievance because we're all J6ers.
Whether you are in prison or not, we're all J6ers based on the illegitimate regime that was in power that, frankly, I think we should roll every single thing they did back.
Because I don't think the guy in the White House head was Memphis and he wasn't calling the shots.
So we have got so much.
I mean, I think the federal watchdog, Jay, can go after everything on the table.
Everything. But let's get our J6ers totally whole.
And then let's go after the illegitimate government that we had just shoved down our throats.
I mean, look at Joe Altman.
Look at Mike Lindell.
Sidney Powell.
All these people that are being sued by Dominion.
This is not over by a long shot.
And this is called the boomerang effect.
It's coming back around.
It's going to take heads off left and right.
We may not get a guillotine, but we're certainly going to send the boomerang back around of justice.
And, you know, just FYI.
We've got a bunch of Democrat Antifa protesters bringing their guillotine to Washington, D.C. We didn't do that.
We didn't do that.
This is just more of the same violence.
And we're going to use the system against them.
They have their beast system.
We're going to use it against them.
But while we're using the beast system, we're going to restore the republic's lawful system.
Because what we have, and Viva, hold me accountable, but what we have is not a republic in the form of government.
We have this legal fiction, right?
We don't really have the republic based on common law at the moment.
We're trying to get back there.
I can't believe what we're witnessing.
There will be no vindication for the victims of this lawfare, the Jan Sixers.
They'll be healing, and God willing, they'll be able to.
I just can't believe that the Earth trajectory that we're on right now was one millimeter away from being the absolute inverse opposite.
This is...
People are gonna...
They will realize that they were lied to about January 6th, and they will realize that this is the reality that the Jan Sixers, and I say even the, quote, violent ones, were the victims of lawfare, and that this was a big, fat hoax, a big, fat insurrection carried out by the very same criminal regime that just pardoned its own ass on the way out.
I actually...
I just can't believe it, because, you know, 15...
It's everybody.
It's all the Jan Sixers, whether or not it was over 1,000.
Jake, when you started, when we first met, and I discovered this tension, and I don't know what the tension is, and I don't really want to know.
I'm not in the gossip between the Jan Sixers, the so-called violent ones and the non-violent ones.
I didn't understand it.
I don't care to understand it.
I was sort of reluctant months ago to say, yeah, pardon all of them, because even the guilty ones were screwed, railroaded.
History is written by the victors, but not always in a bad way.
And what Trump got up there and said, it's vindication that I can only imagine is making Jan 6 victims cry.
That won't make them heal.
But it's absolute vindication.
And I cannot believe that we've lived through this era of the decade, the last four years.
The Jan 6 insurrection will go down as the fedsurrection orchestrated by the deep state that just got their asses pardoned on the way out.
That's what it will go down as.
And I'm lucky to be here.
It's a moment in time.
We'll never forget.
Happy to have you here, brother.
Now, what I might say, I'm still going to go listen.
I'm going to leave this up.
I'm going to pull myself out because I've got to go feed a kid.
At least one, maybe even three.
Jake, when you get down to Florida, you have my number, you call me, and we are going to go fishing.
I'll bring the ride.
You bring the boat.
No, I'll bring the boat.
We're going to go fish with the gators.
Viva, what side of Florida are you on?
East or west?
I'm on the east.
I'm in Boca.
Oh, okay.
I don't live too far.
I'm right there.
I'm right there.
I'm in West Palm.
I'll see you very soon, brother.
Absolutely. I'm going to leave this up.
I'm going to pop back in if I can, but I don't think I'm being rude.
This has been...
I haven't felt this level of optimism since the trucker protest in Montreal, in Ottawa, sorry, back in the day.
But it's like, this is not going to get stomped out by the Trudeau tyrant boot.
Trump is in power for four more years of this kind of winning, and God willing, it'll continue.
Amen. Amen, Viva.
Yeah, we're truly living in a moment in history that I think is going to reframe a lot of people's thoughts on the American Republic and what we're capable of.
I mean, even Mark Zuckerberg, I feel that this moment in history is kind of like this reclamation of that American spirit of strength and power and dignity and honor that we really used to,
you know, when men used to dress up in suits and wear top hats every single day and that American industrialism where fairness and justice and Wholesome family values are really the glue that binds us together.
It's not just the Jan Sixers being freed.
It's what we stood for and what we represented that day that's really taking the victory.
It's an ideal that is winning right now.
And it's not just some type of political circus happening right now.
It's really saying, people are saying, we want God back in our lives and we want righteousness and purity and truth and wholesomeness back in our lives.
And so I believe that this...
The beginning motion, the very first day of Donald Trump's four years of the real MAGA movement, because it was in its infancy in 2016.
It was like an adolescent MAGA.
It was trying to feel itself out.
It didn't know who it was yet.
But now, after being through four years of torture, after seeing what the Jan Sixers are capable of enduring, the MAGA movement has grown and blossomed into full maturity.
And now it's like we get to work.
We get our hands dirty.
We get back.
To what America used to be, this industrial monolith in a good way that just was all of the world creating prosperity.
And I can't wait.
I'm just happy to see all the Jan Sixers free.
I think we should dedicate a website to following the timeline of the Jan Sixers over the next two years, four years, eight years, 16 years, and see what accomplishments.
Come out of these prison cells, the books that will be written, the legislation that will be passed by the hands of the new leaders.
God willing, Jan Sixers make it into Congress and they make it into the federal court judge benches.
We need Jan Sixers who become attorneys.
We need them to become school board members.
We need Jan Sixers in those different places of power and watch the maturity, what God has sown in us, the seed that he has planted.
Inside these prison cells is now going to get the fresh air and sunlight to really grow and blossom into a tree for others to sit in our shade one day as we've sat in your guys' shade.
Here, the community that we're talking to right now, we were watered by you.
When we were thirsty, you came to us.
When we were naked, you clothed us.
When we were sick and in prison, you visited us.
And Jesus Christ said those words.
And that is why we make it to the kingdom of heaven.
And so we thank you guys for visiting us and writing us and donating to us and loving us and praying for us every single day.
This nightmare is over, but the work starts now.
God bless America.
God bless this country that's given me the opportunity to stand for what is right.
Even though just for a little while it looked like the darkness had had befallen us, the new dawn every single night.
You have to make it through the dark night in your life.
You have to make it through knowing that the sun will rise again, that God has sent His Son to rise in your heart for you and you right there, the person I'm talking to.
This is a message for you.
Don't give up hope.
Keep digging in.
Find faith where there was nothing in the valley.
Rise up and get into that mountaintop again.
Jake, you're leading the stream up?
This will be up for a little while?
I mean, we're here holding vigil, waiting.
You know, we've got cameramen out there.
We've got dedicated soldiers out there waiting for the Jan Sixers to emerge triumphantly from this prison.
We're planning on leaving this thing up until my soldiers get too freezing cold.
And they need to, you know, maybe we'll switch out and send a couple people for dinner and have a couple people stay back.
But we're planning on leaving the stream up probably up until maybe around midnight even because people are being released in other prisons.
And so it's only, you know, fair to assume that we should be getting released here very soon from this prison.
So we're going to keep on rocking.
We've got guys outside warming up in cars right now.
And we want to catch the release of the Jan Sixers.
So it's going to stay up here.
If I can pop back in, I will.
If I don't, it'll be up on my channel on Locals as well.
So Godspeed.
Jake, I shared the website.
The website is J6Rebuild.
Well, the Give, Send, Go is J6Rebuild.
Do not use GoFMe.
Use Give...
GiveSendGo, and it's j6rebuild.com, or at least it's givesendgo.com forward slash j6rebuild.
That's a simple link to get to it.
Letter J, the number six, rebuild.com, j6rebuild.com.
Thank you.
We're fighting just to get back to zero.
We're like, most of my guys are deeply in debt.
And credit card, they got wives and young kids at home that have been living off of high interest credit cards for four years now.
We're talking $30,000, $40,000 credit card bills.
So we're fighting to get to broke.
We wish we were broke right now.
So we got a lot of work to do.
I'm going to share it.
I've given and I'm in.
So Jake, I'll keep it up.
I'll pop back in.
If and when we get live footage of people being released, I will not be able to imagine what that looks like.
Jake, Godspeed.
Thank you, my brother.
God bless you.
God bless you.
Who's still in the stream here with me?
We still got Anne?
Yeah, Jake, I'm still here.
We're getting close to pulling in the destination here in Miami.
We're going to be at the Federal Detention Center down on 4th Street, where Simone Gold was held for...
She was sentenced to 60 days for parading in the Capitol.
And John Strand, as you know, was also sentenced, but he was released.
And so we're going to go park out back.
That's where they were releasing prisoners last time, out the backside of the Federal Detention Center.
I've got another gentleman meeting me there, and I was there earlier in the day.
There wasn't anybody there, and I told you the Federal Detention Center told me that they weren't open, they weren't releasing anybody, they knew nothing about any of this, which I knew was all BS.
But that's okay.
That's okay.
You know, we had to wait for the president to do what he had to do and sign everything.
He had a very busy day.
I mean, and the greatest thing ever was we got to see every single thing the president did today, which this is the first time that I can remember in inaugural history where we saw every single move the president made.
You know, from the moment he got sworn in till, you know, signing these executive orders to release all the J6 prisoners.
And, you know, I want to thank Trentus Evans.
I want to thank Suzanne Monk, Daniel Goodwin, David Summerall also for the work that they did in terms of really just keeping this out in front.
I mean, David and Daniel with the movies they put out, the movie you put out.
Of course, Jimmy Brett, another J6-er who was also found guilty, but his sentencing wouldn't be till March, so I'm sure that's done.
So again, this is just an incredible, incredible day that we're witnessing all of this and being able to participate in.
And it's funny, you know, I've driven up and down 95 today a lot.
And, oh, hey, Matt, good to see you.
And you just, you feel the exuberance.
You know, you can just feel the energy is different walking around Miami today.
The energy was different.
I mean, get back, guys.
I gotta reset my, uh...
Oh, he's checking out.
He's resetting.
Okay. So anyway, I'm just walking around Miami today with wearing my Keep America Great hat on.
And ordinarily, in a city like that, you might get someone scoffing at you, but I got some people smiling, waving, you know, saying, like, thank God.
Thank God.
And, you know...
This is where we're at as a nation.
Miami went red for Trump, first time since 1984.
Last time Miami went red.
We had a red election here in Florida, big time, a big swell.
And I think America has now finally realized what was at stake.
We had that near-death experience.
We had to watch our fellow Americans get swatted and rounded up by the FBI and no-knock warrants, busting in the doors, house-raided, house-ransacked kids with guns in their face.
I mean, just really despicable actions by a group of brown-shirted thugs that don't even have a charter from Congress to operate.
They're not even constitutionally ordained by our United States Constitution for America.
And this is so much that we have to fix as a nation.
And Aviva said, I echo what he said, it is a time for healing.
Let's work past the partisan politics.
I think we can set that aside, but they're going to have to be held accountable.
There is no doubt they have to be held accountable, because if we don't hold these people accountable, it's going to happen again, and it's going to happen again in our near future.
We cannot and will not let this happen, and we have to keep our boots on the throats of the justice scales to make sure they stay fair, but we cannot, cannot let this go by.
So, hey Matt, good to see you.
Thanks for jumping in.
Yeah, good to see you too.
Let's go about the J6 release.
I'm in D.C. right now, so I was at the White House, kind of.
I was outside of it about a couple hours ago, watching some of the moving and seeing Biden leaving and Trump coming in, which is such a beautiful thing.
But it's crazy to see that Biden is going to pardon Fauci.
He's going to pardon every single person in his family, a whole list of people who committed real crimes.
Meanwhile, the people like Jake who are in prison for fake charges were supposed to be there for decades, maybe the rest of their lives in some cases.
And if Trump didn't win, and even if he didn't win resoundingly to the point where he doesn't fear them anymore, then Jake may still be in prison tomorrow.
And I think, hopefully they're letting him out soon, right?
Hopefully they're not going to keep them in much longer.
But it's just, it's so exciting to see this.
It makes me...
Happy because I was scared for them.
I know there's a lot of children out there who are missing their fathers, who are missing their mothers because they're in prison.
And these are people who, like I said on the last stream, wouldn't have a brush with the law otherwise.
These are people who have had no criminal history and yet they had the book thrown at them on purpose.
D.C. voted 90% liberal, so if you're in a D.C. court, you're probably going to get the short end of the stick if you are not a liberal, especially if you're part of the J6 movement and you're part of the protests and stuff on that day, where they basically goaded people into doing those things.
No one was planning...
To storm the Capitol.
When the doors are opened, you can't really blame some people for walking in, right?
And even some people who got rowdy.
I mean, it was a crazy day.
The adrenaline was high.
People have served time.
Just let everyone free.
And that's what's happening today.
And I'm so glad Trump is doing it because he alluded a couple times that he was only going to release some people.
And I was like, come on, that's not...
If you know Trump, you know he's not...
That's not...
Like him.
He wouldn't just do that.
Hopefully. I mean, technically, we haven't had the release yet, right?
So we're still waiting on bated breath a little bit for that.
But I believe it will be a full pardon for everyone, like you said, which is huge.
And the media can't really say anything about it because Biden just pardoned people for real crimes.
So it's kind of, I guess that's the only positive of Biden doing that, is then Trump won't get any blowback.
Do you think it's kind of a quid pro quo if Biden is partying?
Pardoning people for real crimes.
That Trump just, you know, is going to pardon everybody despite whether or not they had weapons charges.
And frankly, I mean, let's be honest about the weapons, right?
I mean, Jake Lang was videoed with a bat, but he was defending Roseanne Boylan, who was getting bludgeoned by a D.C. Metro cop.
I mean, she got bludgeoned to death by the police, and he was trying to save her life.
And the only way to get their attention was to be like, hey, man, you've got to get off this lady.
You know what I mean?
And other J6ers.
You know, the violence charges and what they've been through for the past four years, the punishment far surpassed the crime.
I mean, Ashley Babbitt's dead.
Roseanne Boylan's dead.
They were murdered by the, quote, law enforcement.
And yet, you know, you've got people like grandmothers sitting in gulags right now that didn't do anything except, like you said, wander in the Capitol because the Capitol Police opened the doors and stood with their backs against the doors, holding them open.
Letting the people go in and, oh yeah, giving tours, by the way, high-fiving the J6ers.
I mean, come on.
I don't know if this is a quid pro or if this is just Trump being Trump because he knows this is ridiculous and we still need to go after Fauci for civil crimes from the state level.
I don't think these pardons get him off the hook from a state-level legal attack.
What do you think?
do you think?
Matt, I think you went on mute.
Or did we lose you?
We lost your camera, that's for sure.
We good?
Sorry, guys.
We're still in the car.
Got a little bit of traffic, got a little bit of rain down here in Miami.
It's kind of fitting almost to have it just sort of, you know, nasty weather.
There you are, Matt.
You're back.
I'm back.
I just got a call from someone who wanted to go and film the J6 prisoners coming out.
Do we know which prison is it in D.C.?
It's the D.C. Gulag.
It's the actual D.C. jail.
What's it called?
Do you know?
I think it's just the Washington D.C. jail.
I don't know.
Okay, I'm going to look it up.
I may ride the Metro over there and get some of that footage.
I'm sure families will be waiting to see their loved ones.
In fact, I probably have the address right here.
Hang on a second.
I've got a list if I can even read it.
Yeah, if you want to text it to me, that would be cool.
Yeah, I'll text you the list.
In fact, hang on one second.
I'm just going to do that right now.
I might jump off the stream here for a second, but I have the list.
Here it is.
I'll forward it to you right now.
And then you can...
There you are.
Okay. I just said it to you.
Thank you.
Yep. You should have it.
I'm going to say one more thing and then I'm going to go and try to see if I can get some footage of that.
But the other thing I want to say is it broke my heart to see what happened with the one girl who did die.
Just to see him pull out his gun and fire through the window like that when there was no clear threat.
And he was the only one that did that.
If it was really that type of atmosphere where people had to get shot, then it would have happened in multiple cases.
And it wasn't.
It was a woman.
It's not like it was someone armed coming in.
And so to see that be the one person who died shows you the atmosphere.
In the climate to where it was necessary to defend yourself if you were there and things like that.
So to be pushed in with those charges, despite being in a position where if you don't defend yourself, if you don't try to stop what's happening, then people are dying.
And so you have to pardon everyone.
It's the only way.
And Trump doing that tonight takes some bravery.
But I think...
I mean, that's just who Trump is.
He was always going to do it, in my opinion, even when he was pretending like he wasn't or he was only going to pardon some.
He was always, at the end of the day, once the day came, he was going to do it for everyone.
And so I'm very, very, very excited.
Jake, if you're still listening, I can't wait.
I'll get a coffee with you or a lunch with you.
I'll take you out to lunch whenever you're out.
That'll be a lot of fun.
So I look forward to seeing everyone.
And I'm sure there'll be a lot of parties tonight.
But I'm going to go ahead and get off.
I appreciate you having me on.
All right, Matt, see you later.
Yeah, you know, Michael Byrd, the guy who shot Ashley Babbitt and killed her, not only got a raise, he got a promotion, and he got a pardon.
This is, you know, this was what was in power for four years, torturing America.
And the state of our country is...
I mean, literally on life support.
Most people, you know, if you're making $100,000 a year, that's considered poverty level now for a family of four.
Think about that.
$100,000 is poverty level in the United States of America.
How nuts is that?
You know, I've been traveling a lot overseas, you know, studying the border situation, which has been nothing but short of a crime scene.
And, you know, President Trump talking about pulling out of the Paris Accord and telling the United Nations we're out is awesome because that's going to save us a trillion dollars a year.
I'd like to see President Trump defund the UN and exit the UN because they've done nothing for our country except weaponized human migration.
And again, our people go to prison for airing their grievances and being entrapped to go inside the Capitol by the Capitol Police.
And frankly, I don't even think the Capitol Police, every single member that was wearing a Capitol Police uniform, was really even a Capitol Police officer.
I wouldn't be shocked at all to find out that was more FBI.
We're not masquerading as Capitol Police officers because they're known to do this.
This is not something new.
You know, I could talk for a long time about some of the stuff that's gone on in Fast and Furious with agents, you know, that are like triple agents.
So it wouldn't shock me at all to see that and have people being trapped, just like, of course, we've seen, you know, Patriot Front.
We know those Patriot Front guys are FBI.
And look at all the people that have come out from the John Brennan intelligence community, the trolls that are on the, you know, on the internet.
And they knew who they are.
I'm not even going to grace them with mentioning these people's names because they're gum on the bottom of my shoe.
They're so despicable.
And they're nothing but a bunch of liars that will take any information to try and smear anybody else that has been doing nothing but good work.
You know, for the people that have attacked Jake Lang, shame on you.
Jake Lang is getting a pardon just like everybody else.
And Jake Lang tried to save a woman's life that was murdered by a D.C. Metro police officer, viciously murdered.
Roseanne Boylan was viciously murdered, like Ashley Babbitt was viciously murdered by Michael Byrd.
You know, and this is Pelosi, caught on tape.
She knows that she was responsible.
Her daughter put it out there, that she knew it was her responsibility.
And they, you know, tried to pin it on Charles Flynn, General Charles Flynn.
That rumor was circulating out there by certain people that write for the AmericanReport.org, putting out that a Charles Flynn was responsible.
That's false and lying journalism to say that, okay?
It wasn't.
We know it wasn't.
It was Millie.
Look at this.
Look at the facts.
It was all proven when the real investigation started to happen.
And a big shout-out to Ivan Raiklin, the secretary of retribution.
My God, has he done an unbelievable—nobody has understood.
The actual architecture of the entire day.
He looked at jurisdiction of the Capitol Police, of the federal government, of, you know, the RNC, DNC, the pipe bombers, all of it.
He looked at every single thing and he could tell you with certainty who was responsible and who had jurisdiction and who made some very terrible calls.
So when it comes to Yogananda de Pittman, right?
And these people, the sergeant at arms, the Capitol Police architect, etc., the Capitol Police board, these are the people that need to be held to account.
And I don't recall if Joe Biden pardoned any of those people.
I don't know.
I'd have to go and look.
But frankly, there are people that still need a lot of questions to be asked, and they have to answer.
And I just don't see how these people in the previous regime are going to get out of all this.
I really don't.
I don't see it.
Because President Trump is on the path to restoration and retribution, the warpath.
Is that Rachel?
I can't tell.
I see it blonde, but my screen is so small, it's hard to tell.
Hey, Rachel, is that you?
Are you in the car trying to warm up?
It's me.
I'm trying.
Can I get that out there?
Aw. Bonnie.
It's gonna be okay.
It's gonna be okay.
Jake's gonna get out.
No, that's why I'm crying.
Because he is getting out.
Read the article you just read.
He's gonna get out, honey.
You have been such a brave warrior standing with him.
You really have.
It's gonna be okay.
He's gonna get out.
It's gonna be amazing.
These are happy tears.
No, they really are.
It is.
No, they're happy tears.
It's good.
It's beautiful.
It is.
It really is.
I mean, I had a moment, like, maybe an hour ago in the car.
I was just going, oh, my God.
I said, I cannot believe we dodged a major bullet, the whole country.
And the J6ers were the canaries in the coal mine, you know?
I can't believe that we dodged a major bullet like this.
It's just incredible.
And it's by the grace of God, and by the relentless, if you look at what Jake did since he's been in prison, How many organizations, Rachel, has Jake started plus a network?
I mean, I've lost count.
Do you even remember?
Yeah. Okay.
She's crying.
By the President of the United States of America, a proclamation.
This proclamation is a grave national injustice that has been perpetrated upon the American people over the last four years and begins a process of national reconciliation.
Acting pursuant to the grant of authority in Article 2, Section 2 of the Constitution of the United States, I do hereby commute the sentences of the following individuals convicted of offenses related to events that occurred at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021, to time served as of January 2025.
Stuart Rhodes, Kelly Meggs, Kenneth Harrison, Thomas Caldwell, Jessica Watkins, Grant a full,
complete, and unconditional pardon to all other individuals convicted of offenses related to events that occurred at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021.
The Attorney General shall administer and effectuate the immediate insurance of certificates of pardon to all individuals described in Section B above and shall ensure that all individuals convicted of offenses related to events that occurred at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021, who are currently held in prison are released immediately.
It's more, but I don't feel like reading it.
No, that's just awesome!
I was crying, and it's okay, Rachel.
It's awesome.
That's awesome.
I'm so glad you shared that live.
That's amazing.
So those, what was it, like 20 folks got commuted immediately, and everybody else has been pardoned.
So we don't know if those commutations are going to review for pardon, possibly, or do we know?
Yes. All right, Ann.
We appreciate all this good news.
The American people have been waiting on this to...
J6ers, the Patriots, the Patriot family on Freedom Corner.
Everything's just been amazing.
Yes, it has.
Today. This is a historical moment.
But like Jake said, the work starts today.
The real battle starts today.
That's right.
Wow. I'm just, you know, this is, we knew this was coming, right?
Suzanne Monk has been really good at keeping me informed, you know, on the stuff that she's been working on and Trennis, you know, all this.
You know, the back-channeling that Trennis has done with some incredible people.
We knew it was coming, but just to hear it is, like, it's almost surreal.
You know, it's surreal, because we've just all been waiting with our collective breath held for this day.
And for all the people breaking, here it is.
Trump pardons 1,500 January 6th defendants and commutes 14 sentences.
It's right here.
Yep, it's just breaking right now on Epoch Times.
That's amazing.
That's amazing.
I'm just curious if the commutations will potentially be for a pardon review.
Did you say, Joshua, that it was?
I just read off for those few commutes for those few names that I read.
Yeah. Wow.
That's awesome.
That's just absolutely awesome.
It says time served.
So, they're getting out to time served.
Yeah. They're all getting time served.
Yeah. No, that's amazing.
I still think they're going to...
What's all those motorcycles?
We did it.
We're going to go to Mick outside the DC jail.
We're going to see what she has, what kind of coverage she's getting.
Okay, cool.
I'm going to go on mute because we're here and I'm going to be outside.
But we're just sitting down here waiting for them to...
All right, we'll leave you up.
All right.
Yeah, it's called Keepers of Proud Boys.
Boys.
Hey! It's good to be with you guys.
They're going through and getting more information around the nation of people who are calling their loved ones saying they are in the process of being released at this time.
So this is excellent news.
The energy here is incredible.
And they are talking to a lot of the people inside the DC Gulag who are talking about how ecstatic that they are.
And let's listen in.
there's some speakers going on.
The Lord also told me to come to the prayer of the Lord to declare that the captains would be set free.
So I've been here several times, and so tonight, just Wendy, no better atmosphere than to bring in the Holy Spirit, because these captains are set free.
We're going to do a little worship.
I ain't talking.
So I just need a little bit of space here.
Yeah, a little bit of space.
Open up.
They'll move.
If you start, they'll move.
Ready? They don't have a choice.
Thank you, Kathy.
Thank you.
We can tell him to raise your secrets.
Well, I'll just go with Daniel, take my phone, so.
Oh, you'll probably take--Please, man, go ahead!
Please, man!
We did it!
Victory, baby!
Victory! Victory in the name of Jesus!
God is good!
God, we're so blessed.
We are so blessed to know you, Lord.
We are so blessed to know you.
I've got a team behind the scenes.
My friend Selber is here with me.
He's been my assistant for four years, guys.
Working with me day in, day out.
12, 13, 14 hour days.
He's in the Philippines right now.
He's just going to say hi quick.
I wanted to give him a shout out.
Selber, you can say hi to everybody.
Hi, everybody.
Hi. Guys, first I hired his wife, Gurley, four years ago.
And then I hired Selber.
And then they had a child, little baby Zion.
Since we've been working together.
And this community supports these Christians over there in the Philippines.
They're great people.
My best friends.
Great, great, I mean, dedicated hard workers.
And we're so blessed to have people like that in our lives.
And the team's expanding.
We're growing.
And I can't wait to see the organizations, Bless Suze Network, and Liberty Centric, and Federal Watchdog.
All the things that we've done and accomplished together, guys, it's been incredible.
We are an unstoppable force.
When Americans come together with our counterparts, Christian brothers and sisters across the world, there's nothing that we can't do in the name of Jesus.
And so we are vindicated.
Oh, God, it's good.
I got tears.
I got laughter because we knew it.
You know, the Lord says, those who mourn...
You know, you mourn now, you'll laugh later.
He tells us that in Matthew 6, that those who are laughing now shall cry later.
And those who have cried and those who have been in a state of mourning, he will bring into a state of laughter.
He will bring into a state of joy.
And so let's pray right now.
Let's pray as Americans and give glory to our Father in Heaven, the one whom we've trusted since the very first day.
That January 6 transpired, knowing that the day itself was chaotic, but he was creating through it.
Like he always says, just like he moves water like in a canal, he was also shaping our lives through this historic event.
And some people say it was a tragedy.
I know better than that.
I know that it was a moment of American history that will never be forgotten with free men.
Soot against tyranny, where we defended our honor and our vote, the voice of we the people, the constitutionalists of America that was robbed in 2020.
President Trump saw that.
He knew what we stood for, that was a righteous cause.
It wasn't just for him.
We love him, and he's a great man.
He's really a man amongst men.
A diehard patriot.
But we stood for something even greater than any single man.
We stood for a principle that day.
That our country is not going to be sold out to communist China and Joe Biden and all of the corruption that his family represents.
That our country is not going to be sold out to these death mongerers who want abortion for babies that are 18 weeks, 20 weeks, 30 weeks old, little babies.
We are not going to sell out to communism.
We will not sell out.
And January 6th was the physical representation of Americans saying, we will not sell out.
This is our country.
I remember being in that tunnel.
I remember being in that tunnel the second we came into that tunnel on the West Terrace where the president normally comes out for his inauguration.
And we chanted, this is our country, our house.
America will never be...
We chanted it.
America will never be a socialist nation.
We're coming in.
This is our house.
And that day represented something to me that was much more than words or an event could ever describe.
It represented freedom and liberty and the willingness for man to band together black, white.
Asian, Spanish, gay, straight, Muslim, Christian, all Americans were in that tunnel with me.
And a woman died in that tunnel.
She gave her life, Roseanne Boylan.
And a woman was shot to death inside the Capitol for this principle that we call American freedom, liberty, and natural law, the American way of life.
And so guys, we are vindicated today.
What we stood for has spoken to the heart of God.
What we stood for has spoken to the heart of our fellow Americans.
They voted for this.
On November 5th, and we are vindicated.
So, Lord God, Father in Heaven, and Your Son, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit, Lord God, we come before the Godhead.
We come before every part of You, Lord God, and we ask, Lord, that You can...
Continue this victory march, Lord God, that the other places in America that we have yet to reclaim, the territory that we have lost over these last four years, Lord God, the spiritual territory against our families, against our children, against the gender confusion,
against the abortion confusion, against the financial manipulation, the instruments that they use, the debt dollar, the anti-law courtrooms that we have, Lord God, all of these territories that we have lost as Americans, that we reclaim them, Lord.
Lord, we give you all the glory.
We knew from the very moment we were arrested, Lord God, that you had a plan in our lives to prosper us, for us to be the head and not the tail, for us to be the lender and not the borrower, for us to be above and not below.
The Abrahamic blessing was on our lives, Lord, because we called out upon your name on the step.
We cried out to the name of Yeshua, the living Son of God, Jesus Christ, our only friend in the time of darkness.
We called upon your name, and you promised us, Lord God, and your word never comes home void.
When it goes out, it seeks its purpose, and it finds its purpose.
You promised us that you will never forsake those who call upon your name.
With righteous hearts.
And Lord God, we call upon your name and we thank you in advance for what you've done for me and my family.
For what you've done for the families of the Jan Sixers.
For the tears of joy and of liberation.
The Jubilee year, Lord God, that you have proclaimed over this nation, Lord God.
We stand in agreement with all the things that you have planned to prosper us, Lord God.
To deliver us from evil.
To deliver us from our oppressors, Lord.
You are the Father who breaks the chains, Jesus.
You are the one who has freed my soul from sin.
You have called me out of the grave.
You have stamped me with your name, Jesus.
And I thank you, Lord, for delivering me, my brothers, from evil.
There is no mountain that you cannot lay low, Lord God, no valley that you cannot raise high.
There is not a name above you in all the land.
Jesus, we will follow you for what you have done today and what you have done in our lives, Lord.
There is no paying back, but Lord, we can give you the only thing we have left, the praise and glory and the life lived in service to you, Father.
You have paid for our lives this day, Lord.
You have ransomed us from the grave, Jesus.
I pray that every man and woman on this stream today accepts you into their heart, Lord, because you can see the life-changing power that he has.
To deliver a prisoner from a cell, but even more than that, I was a prisoner before January 6th.
I was enslaved to drugs and alcohol and womanizing, and Jesus saved me from that, and then he saved me from this prison.
He can do all things.
All things are possible through you, Father.
We call upon your name, Lord Jesus.
Bling a blessing.
Bling a blessing to this country, Lord, and sustain us for these four years and open up the floodgates of prosperity.
Pour out a blessing of your Holy Spirit.
Lord God, give us tongues of fire.
Lord God, give us tongues of truth.
Show us your way, Jesus.
We proclaim your name in this land.
We stamp America.
You have the stake here, Lord God.
This is your country.
You have the equity.
This is your country, Father.
We love you, Jesus.
Thank you guys for praying with me.
In the name of Jesus, we pray.
Amen. I love you guys.
There is no name.
I can't even stop speaking about my God because I have sat on my knees in a prison cell for four years every night.
Every night declaring that the Lord is going to do what He has promised to do.
And I never lost hope in Him.
I fought and fought and fought.
Not because I'm strong.
I am weak.
I am weak, but He is strong.
He in me.
He in me.
When you see any Jan Sixer, you don't glorify them.
You glorify He who lives in us, who has prospered us, who has delivered us, who has strengthened us.
It is Him.
We are just clay in the potter's hands.
I've sat on my knees in these prison cells.
I've been moved all across the country.
I've been tortured for my faith in Jesus.
I've been tortured.
For my faith in our constitutional republic.
And I'm here to tell you that the God of vindication has reclaimed America, guys.
May God bless you.
I could go on preaching for a long time about this.
I gotta call my mom.
I gotta call my dad.
It has been the blessing and honor of a lifetime to serve this country alongside way better men than me.
These men.
Joseph Biggs.
A double Purple Heart veteran.
He's going home to his family tonight.
Enrique Tarrio.
Humble and funny and smart and well put together.
These men, my best friends, Peter Steger, Ronnie Sandlin, Brandon Fellows, these men have shown the true character of America.
Resilience and love and even the human heart they have shown inside these prison cells.
I could name literally hundreds of Jan Sixers.
I don't have time.
I've been incarcerated.
These men have been somebody I've called all of them mentors.
I'm one of the youngest Jan Sixers, and I'm blessed to have this experience in my life where I have fostered a relationship with them and their families through this tyrannical oppression, through the hardest.
See, God's relationships that he builds.
Through the hardest times in our life are the ones that have the most eternal value because they were fostered when people were broken.
They were fostered when there was no personal gain to be had between us.
It was just pain and mutual bondage, mutual suffering that brought us together.
And it was our love that we showed for one another.
The whole entire January 6th movement and the greater MAGA movement that really reclaimed America in 2024 started.
In those times at 9 o'clock at night when we would pray and we would sing the national anthem together as Jan Sixers, that message proliferated.
It gave the champion spirit.
It helped Donald Trump, and he helped us.
It was a symbiotic relationship where we encouraged one another.
That campaign trail was being fought from inside the prison cell, so we're so grateful, guys.
We give the God the glory.
He's delivered us from evil.
Oh, yes, Lord God.
All right, guys.
If you want to hear more preaching, we've got plenty of time for that.
I'm going to kick it over to our wonderful hosts and the people on the ground outside D.C. Jail.
I'm hearing right now hundreds and hundreds, thousands of people, God willing, are amassing outside D.C. Jail to welcome us to have a victory parade, a celebration.
I want to get out in time to go get a steak dinner, so I don't know why they're delaying here.
I hear other prisons are being, everyone's being let out left and right.
The D.C. jail is notorious for mismanagement, so I don't know if they got the memo yet, but I'm going to go let them know pretty loud and clear right now that the president has just signed a piece of paper that says, I am free and free indeed.
Yes, God Almighty, free indeed, free at last.
All right, guys, back to the ground with Bless News Network and Gateway Pundit and Viva Free and Ann VanderSteel and all of our partners.
The stream with us.
You guys are the best.
We love you guys.
God bless you, Rachel.
I'll see you soon, sweetheart.
You look beautiful.
We love you too, Jake.
God bless you.
I'm standing here trying to get inside the Miami Federal Detention Center.
It's a rainy day here.
Is there a guy coming?
I'm out of the speaker box now.
he see you?
Yeah, hold on someone's coming Oh Okay. Hi, are J6ers being released?
They're getting released in DC right now.
I'm just gonna get one of these things.
This thing is gonna go back up.
Okay, where would they come out the back?
Is there anybody that would know?
That was so awesome.
We drove all the way down there.
I've been twice today.
You're awesome.
Thank you so much.
I appreciate it.
Okay. I think that's amazing.
were at the Miami prison, federal detention center, where they kept some of those.
From Stanton?
It's kind of like how the last four years of this country's been run.
Who the hell was running the country?
What? I'm holding the door just so we don't get locked out again.
Hello? Yeah, I know.
They let Simone out the back when I was here.
But seriously, nobody knows who's on first.
And I'm actually shocked there's nobody else here in Miami.
I mean, there's a lot of people in Florida that are held in prisons down here.
There's a lot of people in Florida.
Jeremy Brown's up in Tampa.
They got people in Tallahassee.
We got people in Miami, Orlando.
There's a couple of correctional facilities out here in Miami.
So we came to this one.
But we don't know how many people are in here.
It's not on the court right now.
It's on the streets.
It's S-4.
The police described it as nice to get us a call to lieutenant because when I was here earlier, they didn't want to give me any information.
They said, "No, we're closed.
We're closed." And as you could tell, nobody knew that we were going to be coming.
Nobody knew there was supposed to be Jason.
releases today.
All right, bye.
After the political prisoners get out, let's go to the Capitol again.
You pee up front.
Watch him tell us, go to the other place.
Yeah, this is on the phone.
It's like that one of the most.
Both. Can you hold that just to keep a crack?
Really? It's just a freaking thing on the same page.
Alright, so yeah, he's on the phone, you can see.
Why are you here?
Okay. There's always there one who speak to you right now.
He's radioing somebody.
Yeah! Oh my god, are they out?
Yeah! Oh my god, are they out?
Yeah!
Loser! Loser!
Hey! Get out of here, loser!
Get out of here, loser!
Keep it peaceful, guys.
Get out of here, loser!
Start to instigate shit!
Go around the city and let him come in for no while.
Get out of here, loser!
Get out of here, losers.
Here's the other.
Are there a lot of cops there at the DC Gulag?
Okay, here we come.
You left it open.
Thank you.
This way.
Yeah. That's pretty simple.
Believe me, I don't want to commit.
Yeah, no, we don't want to commit.
No, no, no, we're going to do it right here.
Where's your lieutenant's at?
Here, I'll give an order today.
Oh, okay.
Is that a good sign?
Okay, we need to talk all your ones.
Yeah, I do.
All right, thank you.
Okay. Looks like we're breaking into the system.
Yeah, I see.
I'm not here.
I'm sending the lieutenant down here.
I'm not here.
I'm just telling you, don't stay here.
Talk for her.
Go do your thing.
That's all you got to do.
We're good.
No, you're trying to get excited.
No, I forgot what's going on over at DC. Oh, it's cool.
Sorry. Thank you.
Okay. Okay.
Okay. Okay.
She got back in?
Yeah. Alright, thank you.
Appreciate you.
Hi, the other person I can move to the other side.
I'm an instigator here.
At the end of the day, you got like a whole big square that you can just let her be by herself.
She's been by herself her whole life.
Why would I want it?
She's lonely.
See now you're being smart.
Oh, yeah.
Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.
Ha, ha, ha, ha, ha.
You need to smile on me.
Love me, Jack.
Thank you.
That's how you learn.
You get it.
Thank you all to the microphone.
You're welcome.
Yeah, thank you.
To victory again.
Have a happy one.
Have a happy one.
Jake, what's going on out there?
Hold on, Jake.
I've got...
Well, there's, like, also porta-potties outside, too.
Like, right around...
Hi, babe, how are you?
I'm good.
I can't hear you.
Nice to meet you.
I understand you guys are releasing G6ers.
They came out with the president.
Well, is she alive?
She's getting by.
I mean, we're live right now in D.C. The gulags let them out.
Where would they be released out?
Back? Or where do they come out?
Because I remember Simone Gold was released back there.
Okay. This is a great day.
Thank you.
You're awesome.
Thank you for coming down.
You bet.
Is that off-property?
Off of the steps?
No, no, no.
You're not on.
I am.
Just by saying.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I won't put you on.
Of course, of course.
No, I understand how that works.
Yeah. It's really...
Oh, can I get a hug?
I wish, but no, we're on.
Oh. Oh, yeah.
Down low.
Okay, that's so awesome.
We're so happy to hear that.
I'm going to say an anonymous person at the jail was really excited about today.
You guys are awesome.
All right, well, I'll wait over here.
Thank you so much.
Thank you.
Okay, you guys, a little update?
I just spoke with the Miami federal detention, the lieutenant who is in charge over here.
They have not gotten the word yet.
But an unnamed person that works here is very excited about today.
So the smiles coming out of the people that work here in this detention center was very obvious that they are completely in alignment with the release of the J6ers.
So they're really excited that the J6ers are being released here at the Miami Detention Center down on 4th Street, which is incredible.
This is the same place that held Simone Gold.
And, you know, they're definitely wanting to cooperate and give us information.
We're gonna hang out out here.
They just asked that I don't film on their property so I'm being respectful because they were very respectful to me.
You want to check out back?
Yeah, we're gonna go walk around the backside.
This is just amazing.
To see their smiles on their faces and that they came down.
Both of them came down really happy.
It's amazing.
Really, really amazing.
I'm so encouraged by what I just saw.
You know, I mean, wow.
We're back, baby!
We are back.
We're coming all the way back.
It seems like maybe there might have been a small crisis.
Yeah, just a little, Ann.
This is Mick on the ground.
There was a couple people, I think, who came over and they just wanted to disrupt and incite the crowd.
But there was lots of police presence out here and they were able to order them off.
And separate them from the people who are out here waiting for their friends, loved ones, and those who they have supported to come out of the D.C. Gulag.
You know, that's a shame to see that happen, where they're yelling, screaming, acting crazy and foolish, but we've seen that.
Almost every evening at the Freedom Corner, right?
Yep. Nikki and her group have.
Wow. Well, you know what?
Thank God the police did the right thing, right?
They came out and protected you guys, which is what they should have done.
Amen. And you know what, Nick?
That's what I just saw here.
The people that work in the prison had big smiles when they came out to greet me.
And they were really happy about today, the result of today.
President Trump signed the executive order to release the J6ers.
They were all smiles and they told me, yep, we're happy about it too.
But they just can't, I can't put their names on camera because they didn't, you know, they want to be anonymous.
But that's awesome.
Yeah. And thank you for everything that you do, Ann.
You know.
Love watching all of the information, your podcast, and the fact that you go all over the place and really emphasize that local action has inspired many of us and in the J6 community as well.
In Oklahoma, that's one of the reasons why we were able to at least get a resolution sent to our GOP to say release the J6ers.
It didn't make it very far.
It went to the federal level and nothing occurred at that level.
But, you know, what we needed was we needed a firm leader to come in like Donald Trump.
And now all of that is going to be reversed and justice is going to be served.
That's right.
That's exactly right.
Well, listen, I just do what I love.
It's not...
Sorry to the train going by.
I'm going to give you a shot.
This is the...
That is the federal detention building right there.
And the prisoners typically come out the back door right there, where I'm pointing.
That's where Simone came out.
But they're being held up in that log right there.
Wow. So, yeah.
I'm in downtown Miami.
And you've got a luxury apartment building that I'm standing underneath right now.
It's crazy.
Wow, I just can't believe the reception.
I mean, my husband and I are down here, and the reception that we got from the prison employees was very warm and very receptive, and they're just excited that President Trump is pardoning the J-6 today.
They're super excited about it.
Absolutely incredible.
If that doesn't tell you about the healing in our country right now, it's just what I've witnessed.
Oh, are you okay?
I just slipped.
I'm wet out here.
Okay, so what do we see going on right now, Vic?
So what we've got right now is we've got a group and they've come together.
They're getting word from across the nation about those being released and we've got many who are speaking out and they're celebrating as they're waiting for those to be released from the DC Gulag.
You know, isn't it amazing that even the...
Everyone, it's a beautiful day for America.
It's a bittersweet moment for guys like Peter and I. We did our full sentence.
I did four years.
I did 45 months out of a five-year sentence.
I just got out three and a half months ago.
But what's most important right now is getting our brothers and sisters out of prison now.
We want them out now.
Every minute matters.
Every second matters.
We want them out now.
It's enough.
Let them out.
We're waiting here to greet our brothers that are still in the D.C. Gulag.
And there's inmates.
There's not inmates.
We shouldn't say that, right?
Because we're part of all around the country and need to be released immediately.
And, you know, this is a joyous moment.
This is a learning lesson for America.
We can never allow this to happen to Americans again.
Unfortunately, this will go down as a stain in American history for the persecution, not a prosecution.
It was a persecution.
And it wasn't just a persecution of us.
It was a persecution of everyone in America because they tried to intimidate the American spirit.
They tried to tell us that if you are considered a threat to our power, we will destroy you and your family.
And you know what?
We stood the line, we stood tall, and we overcame.
And that's the American spirit.
On January 6th, America's sons and daughters stood up for the American dream and we lost everything.
Or we were willing to lose everything.
But you know what?
Today, that American dream is alive and well, and the American's fighting spirit is alive and well.
And I suggest you guys read the book by John F. Kennedy, Profiles in Courage.
Where he talks about everyday Americans that risked everything and lost everything.
Some of them paying the ultimate sacrifice only to later be vindicated for their actions.
And that's the caliber of people we're dealing with with the January Sixers.
These are people that stood up for the American dream.
And I was just interviewed today and they asked by a Japanese station, he said, do you really believe that it was a love fest?
And I said, absolutely.
When you love your country this much, you're willing to sacrifice for it.
That's love.
That is what true love is.
It was a love fest.
And, you know, sometimes love can be painful.
And we just went through a very painful chapter in our lives and in American history.
But that's what it takes sometimes to keep what's valuable.
You know, we have to fight for it.
Otherwise, we lose it.
So it's a really...
Really profound moment for us.
And, you know, if you don't believe in God, I don't know what to tell you at this point because it's clear that there's a guiding hand here that has guided this behind, you know, all of us.
It has shown that, you know, we are in the side of God.
And, you know, I look at California right now.
California is burning down, right?
And so we have a tale of two cities.
We have America First movement thriving, alive, defiant, strong, warriors.
And we have the leftist, socialist, communist agenda going down in flames because of mismanagement.
And it couldn't be clearer.
It couldn't be clearer what America's mandate moving forward is.
It's America First.
Make America great again.
Keep America great.
And always fight for what's important.
Even if that means you have to sacrifice sometimes.
And certainly, today is a vindication of validation that our fight was not for nothing.
Amen, brother.
Yes. First of all, I'd like to thank God.
What's your name, brother?
My name is Peter Stager, and I'm from Arkansas.
Spent a lot of time basically behind these walls of horror here with so many of these brothers and good men who rolled the dice basically and sacrificed everything, their families, their way of life, their businesses.
They were bankrupted by a system that just simply wanted to railroad them for corruption and to ultimately bury them in solitary confinement so they can control a narrative of I want to thank the American people tremendously for not allowing this to continue to happen, for writing letters, supporting.
I want to thank all the organizations out there for helping any of the people that went through this struggle and these hardships, and for allowing us to continue to have hope, love, compassion, and empathy in the darkest moments in the Valley of the Beast here.
I hope that everybody mobilizes and continues to march forward, take control of the city boards, the school boards at the local level.
Do not allow this travesty to continue.
They are still active.
They have taken a lump in the chin, but they are not down and out completely.
There is a lot of them that still need to be Basically removed from office and then the places of leadership, they're still active and they will do everything they can to scream and to fight to prevent basically the freedoms and our civil rights and liberties from being able to continue with their totalitarian like ways that they think that they should govern us.
It's a great day for America.
It's a great day for freedom.
And it's a good day to know that God still has grace for America and the spirit of the American people.
Thank you all.
And demand that these people move faster to letting these men and women, these great American patriots, the American spirit, these very fine people who have just been railroaded tremendously.
And then also demand reform in these institutions to not allow people to be buried in these walls and mistreated and stripped of all their humanity for money.
We've got to reform the prison systems.
Thank you all.
Thank you, America.
Thank you, Donald Trump.
God bless America.
Amen, brother.
Amen. Man, that's just awesome.
Awesome to hear.
The good vibes and the common sense that's coming out of people who suffered so much, had their lives put on hold by a corrupt system, railroaded, and are making the call that General Flynn's been making about local action has a national impact.
No, this isn't some white hat operation that's going to save America.
It's you, we, the people.
It always has been, and this is what General Flynn has been hammering about.
You know, I know he's retweeted Jake Lang a bunch in the last couple of days, you know, just super excited about what's going on here.
And as soon as he saw that Jake's case had been dropped by the DOJ, he was all over that on social media in a big, big way.
Hi there!
Hey, Mark!
How are you?
All right, we got somebody else here.
I'm going to put you on camera.
Hey, Mark, we're on Bless News.
Oh, hi!
Hi, everybody.
Just down here, helping out, trying to get...
Hopefully the people coming out of the prison.
That's it.
Any minute.
Yeah. So I was just explaining we had a really great interaction just now.
We were on the front side of the lobby.
And we got somebody from the lieutenant to come down and talk to us.
And he was with another gentleman and they were all smiles.
They were happy about today.
They liked the outcome of what Trump did today.
And so, you know, that's a good sign.
I just heard some tears coming from inside.
The detention center, so I don't know if it's because they just found out.
Did they tell you they're coming out the back?
They weren't sure, but I mean, Simone came out that door right over there.
So Simone Gold came out there.
We were standing right here.
It wasn't raining that day.
Louis Gohmert was here, but it's right over there.
So hopefully we're going to see Simone.
I'm not Simone.
We're going to see the J6ers come out.
But really really amazing amazing amazing gig.
I always wanted to get Nick back on.
next one.

Without God, how can we have this world?
Actually, God saved the world, and God saved Donald Trump.
On the 13th of July, without God intervened, Donald Trump cannot survive.
Right? At this moment, God immediately will.
God voted him.
Yes, Trump is working under God's will.
Accept the God's mandate and got the full support, full population of American people.
So far, I just found myself.
We have several people.
I'm from Australia.
I mean, at the DC prayer tower.
We are in the 6th century.
We are in the 6th century.
He is a 6th century.
He is a 6th century.
He was a 6th century.
He was arrested for 11 years.
Ten years.
He did our 64th point, I'm going to watch the show, it's very fun!
I really appreciate you being here, I'm so excited!
Mr. So, for us, we are the only 64th point in the world.
We are both in the world, in the world, and in the world, we are in the world.
When I was in the world, I was in the world of the city.
know.
America. They want to get back to a better time.
I mean better.
I never got to see it.
I'm 29.
And so, America has always been on a kind of decline here in my life.
And I'm just excited to see what freedom looks like.
And I want to, it's going to be great.
That's right.
How about the Gulf of America?
How about the Panama?
Don't use the canal right, so we're going to take it back.
That's right.
We go fishing quite a bit in the Gulf of Mexico, and back in the day.
That was one of our names, alright?
When we were little boys and dad would take us out on the boat, my brother was a captain called Mexico.
That was his name.
And now it's gotta change.
Captain America, baby!
Captain America!
Woo! I love that!
So now we got a new captain name, alright?
He was Captain Atlantic.
Captain Atlantic, yeah.
Yeah, y'all just gotta stay out of the may-die bucket.
That's right.
That's right.
What was it called, the may-die bucket?
You called it the may-die bucket.
Yeah, that's it.
Stay away from the damn table.
Yeah. Yeah.
You know, that's just doable.
You gotta do it, you know?
Yeah. You know?
Yeah. You didn't have to step up.
That was, that was one more step.
I don't do it, who will?
I had to step up and get into the dead case, because if I didn't do it, somebody else would have to do it.
That's right!
And when we have those little tests in our life, and sometimes we have to ride the case in small things, so we'll be ready for the big thing.
That's right.
That's right.
We're ready.
It wasn't even a question.
And, uh, there you go.
That's it.
I can't wait.
I know y'all been freezing cold for the last half a month and years, waiting on us, and now it's finally coming to the end.
That's right.
It's time, baby!
So have you guys, have you and Joseph heard anything from inside?
It's the other mic.
Give it a little bit.
causing feedback.
I have a hand by counsel, but I'm not worried about it.
All right.
You know, you know.
Lord Jesus Christ, brother!
We heard by midnight, so hopefully that's how things are going to go.
And people from all over the place have gotten out.
Taylor Jonatakis got noticed that he's getting out.
Somebody in Minnesota got out.
And so things are happening.
Biggs is being processed.
Joe Biggs is on his way out.
Woo! Yeah, Joe Biggs!
Woo! That's a lot of opinions.
This is Mr.
Pollock, his son and daughter.
That's an amazing thing, you know.
They might just destroy our lives and take everything from us.
Like Joe Biden said, you know, we need partners and families.
If you take someone else, if you put someone in these situations, you can destroy their lives and their finances.
He doesn't want that for us.
He wants that for us.
Ma'am, can you not talk while we're on the phone?
He wanted that for us, but he doesn't want it for his own family.
So every single person needs to get out, and every time they do, I just want to be comfortable.
I'm disappointed.
It's Ashley Babbitt's victory.
Today is Ashley Babbitt's victory.
That's right.
I feel her here with us, and I know that I count today.
When you guys come out that front door, that's definitely Ashley's victory.
Okay, and who else?
Jacqueline Starr.
All right, I'll go.
I'm going to go talk to Suzanne.
We're here.
We're done now.
We've got a lot of work.
That's right.
We have such a unified family now.
We can do amazing things.
Stay right here.
We leave the politics behind us.
Right, no more Democrats, no more Republicans, just some megas!
You know, what we're seeing is we've got to stand.
We don't want to leave this for our team.
If not, then it's going to be them.
And I'm just going to be me.
So, yeah, we just got lots of work.
I'm excited.
I'm excited for the work.
I'm sure everybody else is too.
I think they held y'all in just where y'all would sing the national anthem one more time for me.
That's right.
That's right.
One more time.
That's right.
I know that.
You're not going to know what to do tomorrow night.
I love you.
Every night.
I'm sure you got the augmented live stream in the community.
You can say a little something in person out there tonight.
You know, I don't know.
We decided we're going to still sing every night, so that's right.
Wherever you guys are, it'll just be just five minutes of unity.
That's right.
That's right.
Wow. That's what we're doing.
Yeah. So I was telling you guys, you know, I have to do it.
The anthem is such a new meaning than it did before.
It's not just for the national anthem or for America, but it means so much more.
I have to take pictures.
As y'all that have been standing out there with us, you know, it meant basically that y'all were there with us.
You know, every time we tried together, it meant that we weren't alone, that y'all were going through the same suffering that we were going through.
You know, that every family was doing it together.
You know, it meant so much more than just an answer.
It was such a special thing.
Say hi to your brother.
I want to say hi to you guys.
What's up, my brother?
Oh, yeah.
What are you doing?
All right.
We'll be out here in a minute.
That's right.
You want a hat?
Oh, yeah.
You have to hug out like they're candy.
Thank you.
I gotta get on you.
Come on, get one free.
Come on, mama.
Come on, get one free.
Hey son, where are you?
That's why I'm coming out the door.
Come on.
Yeah. Yeah.
There you go.
You're late.
You have one minute to be eating.
Love you.
We'll see you soon.
See you in a few.
Right. All right.
Yeah, we need to.
All right, somebody wants to say something to you.
Hold on.
I'm going to share something with you, the chaplain.
Brother, this is Chaplain Josh from CS36.
I encourage you at ICF 42. I, the Lord, have called you in righteousness.
I will take hold of your hand.
I will give you and make you to be a covenant for the people and a light to the Gentiles, to open the eyes that are blind, to free captives from prison.
And release from the dungeon those who sit in darkness.
No longer will you be in the darkness, brother.
And you have also been a part of helping to open up the eyes of the fly.
And I can't wait to hug you and receive you open arms.
Just as those of us who serve understand what it is to be a slave to this U.S. Constitution.
You yourself will be released soon enough.
On this side of freedom, I look forward to receiving you.
God bless Scott's Speedbreed.
Thank you for using Global Power.
I made a Speedbreed there.
You know, there's a group of patriots that you've heard about today, and that's the Freedom Corner vigil.
We have held a vigil.
For 903 days behind this jail.
And this lady right here is the entire reason for that vigil.
She came to D.C. to get justice for Ashley Babbitt.
And you know, during the court trials, every time Congress would speak of the woman that was killed on January 6th, they would never say her name.
And every single night that we have stood on this corner, we have said her name.
So join me.
Ashley, David!
Ashley Babbitt!
Ashley Babbitt was one of our veterans for Trump of San Diego.
And I can tell you that she was a dedicated veteran.
That was dedicated for Trump and for our Constitution.
She was a patriot.
She needs to be celebrated.
And that was a shot that was heard around the world.
We need justice for Ashley!
Justice for Ashley!
Absolutely. It's paramount in my mind to get justice for Ashley.
But so many things that we have.
We have all this media out here tonight.
So I would just like to say Ashley Babbitt, Roseanne Boylan, Kevin Greeson, and Benjamin Phillips all die on 1-6-2021.
And we need answers for their death.
And we need people to be held accountable.
This is America.
We don't kill people without some sort of investigation and consequences for people's actions.
And also the media out here that may or may not know, some of you know because you've been here for a while.
Some of you are new here.
Michael Byrd's a dirty cop.
He's got an extensive, extensive.
Amen. Amen.
Amen. I shower with my bracelet on.
Semper Fi Marine.
Semper Fi Marine, one thing on accountability.
What caused this is a government that served itself instead of serving the people.
That's how we got here.
It's time for the people to keep government in check.
We don't care if you're left, right, center, right.
you.
Sacred. The First Amendment, freedom of speech, freedom of political expression can never, ever, ever be abused by this way by a malicious DOJ.
And finally, we thank God for President Trump.
No other president would have done this on his inauguration day.
Amen. Amen.
We have never wavered that President Donald Trump...
He gave a promise and that he would uphold his promise to the J6ers.
Since day one, he said that he would fight for those who are political hostages.
He knew that those J6ers in there are political hostages, prisoners of war.
They are heroes.
They deserve to be celebrated for what they did to stand up for our Constitution.
When they threw me in the Philadelphia Gulag on November 5th, 2020, I knew inherently That we were standing up for the Constitution and for our country for the future.
And every Jay Sixer that's been thrown in jail, for all the lawfare, for all that's occurred in our lives to lose businesses, to lose family members, to lose friends, how they tore us apart of the Stalin-Holinskyites as he came after us, we tell you we're coming for you.
But this will be served for every Jay Sixer!
We will ensure that there is restitution.
We will ensure that you're made whole again.
Veterans, patriots, you stand with us.
We stand with you.
And we've got to say today.
Today is the day that the hostages of Iran and the hostages of Hamas are being released.
That this is the day that the J6 hostages are released underneath President Trump.
Under his legacy, this has happened.
Only through President Trump, we thank you so much, President.
As you are there now, in the Oval Office, as you assign those 1,500 to be pardoned, we know that you have stood with us as we have stood with you.
We, the people, are victorious today, and we are all going to say together, justice for all J6!
Justice for all J6!
Justice versus Jason.
Amen. And we know that you're going to release them out of the D.C. gulag, because if you know, the federal marshals are coming, and they're going to get them out of there and get our hostages out of these gulags.
Yeah! I love it.
Send the marshals.
Send the marshals.
Freedom! That's right, baby.
Freedom. Right down here outside the Miami federal pen.
Chaplain Josh Messias, James Expans out.
I'm going to play an Ashley Batten song.
Oh my gosh, thank you so much.
Yeah, I'm going to hand it off.
We're going to call it out.
Oh, my God.
Chaos. I'm gonna turn the camera off.
We're just waiting for the president to come here.
There it is.
It's the Florida Gulag.
One of them anyway.
Oh. What are we doing?
I think they're coming out.
Are they?
They're coming out?
Are they coming out?
You guys?
Guys, I think we've got a release of prisoners is what I'm hearing.
Oh my God.
Hey! Hold on.
That's why people go!
Nick, do we have prisoners coming out?
Release the J6ers!
Let's go!
Back up, please!
Back up, media!
Family first!
Back up, back up!
Back up, you!
Family first!
Who's the head of the fuck?
What's happening?
What's happening?
It's back up, I'm here.
Take a step back.
Take a step back.
Back up.
Give us some room!
Yeah, in D.C. they are.
Looks like it in D.C. Back up!
Thank you!
Back up!
Back up!
I know.
Please back up.
I know.
I know.
It's insane.
Thank you.
There we go.
Move back!
Keep doing that!
They're gonna be coming out because the police are pushing the equipment from the park.
We're gonna have a light on the park.
Look down here.
Let's see.
Move back!
It'll help!
Don't hit me in my back then.
There's a rail right here.
They're there against the rim.
And all the Patriots over here, we've seen two Patriots over here.
Press, get on the line.
Get on the line, press.
Set up a press line over there.
Okay. Your family?
Your family?
Okay.
This is how they're exiting.
Yeah, let's go!
Let's go!
We gotta back it up!
Back it up!
Last one.
Thank you.
Careful. Railings and ice.
Now, where are they coming?
Just, just, just.
Good on the railings.
Let's go!
Off the floor!
Down! I'm sorry.
I gotta go this way.
I gotta go this way.
Thank you, officer.
Come on, you gotta go, officer.
Thank you, sir.
Thank you.
We're going to go up.
Give me a small bag.
Thank you, sir.
Where are the guys?
We gotta lean back!
They gotta have room!
Step back!
Step back!
This is great!
I will...
I will...
Step back!
Step back.
You're going to step off.
Step back.
Back across the street.
Back across the street.
Everybody's okay.
Back across the street.
Let's go across the street.
You guys are holding everybody up.
Turn around.
Back across.
Watch your step.
Everybody watch your step.
Watch your eyes.
We're back to where we started!
Thank you!
Freedom! Freedom!
Across the street!
Get back.
Get back.
Across the street!
Yeah, get back.
Back to where you guys were.
Across the street!
Keep moving!
Alright, there you go.
Okay, one moment.
One moment.
There we go.
You can see it from one of the supporters now, not everyone.
Back, back, sheet, get off the sheet.
Get off the sheet.
We have to get off the street.

She's at the Miami Gulag.
And we got Mick Rosado and my camera, Josh Pruitt, here.
Is that what everybody's calling?
Anybody name a YG Spike?
Shout out to all the people coming home.
I mean, it's so hard for the J6s, man.
I think this is a perfect time for them, man.
That's good.
Bring all the J6s home.
All of them.
And bring my guy Joseph Thomas home.

Thank you.
Thank you.
Oh, these cops came out of nowhere.
Let's go, let's go!
I can't feel my toes.
I don't know where they are.
know. Yes.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Where are we going before, Chris?
Get back with the grass.
Right now.
Get your view.
Don't worry about it.
Everybody, back up.
We're back where we were.
The lights are up here for an hour and a half until this happens, guys.
Back up, please.
Bye! Give me that battery.
that Okay. Someone on the phone with him, I have to drop down right now.
So it's going to be long.
He said that?
Yeah, it's been an hour, hour and a half.
You can personally let everybody know when it's time.
So, thank you.
So, thank you.
All right.
It's a program.
Okay. Do it now.
Thank you.
Well, at least I need to find my Google.
You're stuck.
You're stuck.
Don't you want to talk to me?
I'm stuck.
On what side here?
James! If we ain't on this side, then you don't belong here!
Tell me that.
Yeah. As long as we're-yeah, as long as we're on stage six, I'm still happy.
We can't get respect.
I'm still here, Bob.
I forgot it's been.
It's been a while.
I'm stuck.
I'm stuck.
Daniel Goodwin!
What up?
No! No!
Let's fucking go!
No worries for everybody!
Except 14 people, but we'll get part of it later!
You can just get fired later, right?
We all run.
We need you.
Should I?
Maybe. Yeah, you're just her front post fault.
Yeah, I remember I was here two years ago.
Now I remember both of them.
Yeah. She's the head.
What'd you say?
Sorry. Two years ago I came here and I remember y'all and they told me they were on like a 30 day street every single night.
So what we're trying to do is get everyone back into the little park area on the other side of the wall.
I'm sorry.
On the other side of the sidewalk.
That's the way it was working before.
We had no issues.
So that's what we're trying to do, is get everyone back over there in that little grass.
Yeah. Hey, hey.
Sorry to know.
I'm deaf.
I'm deaf.
I guess we'll find out.
Okay, I understand.
Quiet, it's not an inappropriate request.
We're not going to accommodate.
We need everyone to go back into the...
It's literally three feet away from here.
He was just trying.
And why don't you put him in trouble?
Like how the fuck is that supposed to work?
It's just a cold.
They show up here for the first second time ever.
Are we gonna get through?
What are you fucking doing?
Fuck off.
It's fast.
Hey, have you been to the show?
Have you ever asked a box?
Yeah. Public sidewalks.
Do you think that was just like a box?
Yeah.
Okay, that's what it sounded like.
Yes, I am on a...
I am on a...
Somebody steps on my foot, I'm fucking done.
Let's go back to the airport.
Let's go.
The house in Goldstein, and I'm going to ask if he knows what happened.
The press are horrible.
They're causing all the problems.
They're tipping over the family members to get to the door.
We're on the stairs.
It was kind of dangerous.
This guy with the music.
The policemen are trying to speak to us.
And I'm like, cut the music.
Why? Cut the music.
like they can't hear.
Why can't they just be human and capture the moment from afar for these families reuniting?
Well, I can see all parts of it.
Some are angry, some are hurt, some are anticipating, some are family members.
The guy that was telling everyone to back down, I said, this might be an appropriate request, but can we get the family members over there?
And he goes, no, everyone has got to go back.
I just got out there.
E-L-L-A-M-A-U-L-A.
Bye-bye.
Well, it sounds like it's gonna happen because they're keeping everyone back, so it sounds like it's gonna happen.
I need to find Officer Jackson who's giving me the updates because he'll probably talk to me, but I saw him in the crowd, but I couldn't get to him.
He's no longer in his police car.
They're all out of their cars out here.
Sorry.
Thank you, Ortiz.
Thank you.
I think he said, "I'm gonna get out of here." I think he said, "I'm gonna get out of here." I think he said,
"I'm gonna get out of here." I think he said, "I'm gonna get out of here." I think he said, "I'm gonna get out of here." I think he said, "I'm gonna get out of here." I think he said, "I'm gonna get out of here." I think he said, "I'm gonna get out of here." I think he said, "I'm gonna get out of here." I think he said, "I'm gonna get out of here." I think he said, "I'm gonna get out of here." I think he said, "I'm gonna get out of here." I think he said, "I'm gonna get out of here." There's no way that they're going to do all of these things.
There's no way.
They're going to do them live.
Bye. Bye.
i don't know who wants to get it at all but it is It worked. They wanted what happened.
What happened?
They don't doubt it.
What is it?
Sorry. Sorry.
It seems I'll tell you that.
Yes, yes, yes.
There is a lot in front of you.
Just like Joe Biden.
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry.
I don't, I don't.
I don't.
I got them all.
Sorry. We're good to work with your peace.
We're here.
We love your freedom.
We're here.
Just an honor for thought of you.
Excuse me.
Okay.
guys are not going to work down.
Thank you.
Hey, I'm gonna touch that with the people themselves.
Are you getting this?
There's a sushi house.
Okay. Yeah, I'm thinking this as well.
Don't like that.
Hey, thank you.
You're not here.
No, I went in.
You should go.
I mean, you need to get a full shot.
Yeah. But, you're not here.
You're not here.
You're not here.
No, I went in.
You should go.
I mean, you need to get a full shot.
Yeah, but, you're not here.
You're not here.
You're not here.
Come on, let's get to it!
You gotta think about it.
He's like on the other side.
Yeah, yeah.
But thanks.
Like, tongue of the wind.
Like, tongue of the wind.
Yeah, of course.
Ha ha ha.
What a new picture.
Can you see?
No, I'm getting scared.
I'm literally trying to do two spaces orange with pepper and pepper.
So, um...
So, um...
......
How are you doing?
Ecstatic. Excellent.
I think we had a little bit of a false alarm there, huh?
You mean like a door opening?
Yeah. Yeah.
I'm ready.
Yeah. I am, too.
I am, too.
This is the first step.
Excuses. There's three more steps after party.
Crazy. I need to go to the bathroom.
Tell us about that.
Okay, go ahead.
Oh, never mind.
Evaporation. You want to warm up a little bit?
Money. You already bought.
A public apology.
Number two, recognition.
We need a national holiday, monuments, medals.
Number three, retribution.
Investigate and prosecute those who did this to us.
Pam Bond, Kash Patel, make it happen.
And put me on that team.
I want to help.
Okay. Excellent.
No channels available for chat.
Do you think it will be by midnight?
I think so.
Yeah, I think so too.
I think if it's not before midnight, that Trump will take action.
People will not like what would happen if they don't do what he wants.
Yeah. The emperor.
Did he say that?
I don't know the exact quote, but he said something to that effect.
He's got the clip.
I'll be out by midnight.
It's going to be a political statement to everyone around the world.
They were told.
That's right.
They had to be out by 11th.
What time is it?
9.55.
Okay, so they've still got a little bit of time.
Do you think they'll push it up, especially since we all went to the door?
I don't know.
They should do it as soon as possible.
I gotta catch up on the questions.
Obviously they should have been arrested.
And they should have been arrested.
So, what do you think?
It's going pretty good.
I mean, except for one little issue where we thought they were going to be released.
I guess the door...
They'll be out soon.
I mean, they got the guards out.
I don't think they'll have the guards staying out for hours.
So, I think it'll be any time now, they'll be out.
Well, we pray so.
We hope so.
Thank you.
But, you know...
You know, so whatever we need to do, we need to at least stand back and, you know, not rush the door anymore.
Oh, yeah, absolutely.
Yeah, respectful.
Thank you.
Hey, you with the camera.
get the hell off the sidewalk.
Woo! Yeah.
I was gonna see if we wanted to stream for a little bit from a...
Do you want me to?
Yeah, do you want to?
I'm trying to see how much battery I have here.
I charge it up.
I have a...
I charge it.
What do we have?
Yeah, it's $59.
$59. $59.
Yeah, he's sure to be okay.
I mean, I think, uh, Fawn...
No problem, I know I don't know.
I'll be happy when I find my people around me.
Yeah. Yeah.
Oh, this is amazing.
Josh, on a mute by mic.
for me.
All they call it was insurrectionists.
Now they just want their 50 seconds to be...
Let's go!
Let's go!
Yeah, I know what happened there.
Somebody said they saw the door open.
And the next thing you know, all the press, I'm going to mute.
And the next thing you know, all the press, I'm going to mute.
And the next thing you know, all the press, I'm going to mute.
And the next thing you know, all the press, I'm going to mute.
And the next thing you know, all the press, I'm going to mute.
And the next thing you know, all the press, I'm going to mute.
And the next thing you know, all the press, I'm going to mute.
And the next thing you know, all the press, I'm going to mute.
And the next thing you know, all the press, I'm going to mute.
Get behind it, get behind it.
Hey, you all, you all.
We are getting messages from the inside.
We're here to call the U.S. Marshals and the local sheriff.
They have over 16 guards up in the Patriot Pod, threatening force against our J6ers, and they are begging for our help.
We need to get the marshals in here.
We need to get the local sheriffs in here.
Don't bother calling the D.C. police, because they're all standing in front of us.
We need to arrest them!
Just call.
Just call.
Be calm.
Call. You guys got that message.
Call and call.
Help. They're messaging out, begging us for help.
You guys are great students.
Are you proud of your sales?
Let's get on at U.S. Marshals.
202-353-0600.
0600, guys.
Put it in the chat.
President Trump ordered the marshals to come in if they weren't doing their job.
That's right.
And why do you want to, why do they, why do they want to do that?
Nobody's gonna do that.
I'll do it by that.
2-0-2.
3-5-3.
3-5-3.
0-0-0-1. We never run any fucking door.
0-0-0-0-0-0.
Come on, folks.
Let's get on that phone.
010-353-0600. 010-353-0600.
010-353-0600. 010-353-0600.
Thank you.
Hey you guys, a little update from Miami.
I'm at the Federal Detention Center in downtown Miami.
We just got an update.
They're doing roll call right now.
They won't release anybody during roll call.
So they're counting all the prisoners right now.
They've got one broken elevator in this giant building.
But I am standing right outside where they are going to release six prisoners at 11 o'clock Eastern tonight.
So you see that black pickup truck over there, those double doors behind it?
That's where the prisoners are going to come out at 11 o'clock.
There are six January 6 prisoners in here.
That is a recent update.
We just got that five minutes ago.
It's a rainy, yucky evening, but it's a beautiful night for freedom here in America.
And I am just so excited because I stood here in September of 2023, September 19th, and I just saw on Dr. Simone Gold that she just got a full pardon because she walked out that door on September 19th, 2023.
I was here for that.
What's the update in D.C.?
Hi, everybody.
Can I give you an update on what's going on around the country as far as people getting released?
We have a couple of problems.
One is that the Bureau of Prison, they're releasing people without giving them fares to go home.
So we're going to have to make up a lot of plane tickets, thousands of dollars, 250 people, $250,000 that we're going to have to.
Make up for what the Bureau of Prison has not provided.
That's number one.
Secondly, our friend Jack Lang was just assaulted inside the D.C. prison right now.
They handcuffed him and threw him back into his cell because he refused to go back.
He is to be freed.
He is pardoned.
He needs to be let go right now.
He does not need to be handcuffed or assaulted.
That's number two.
Number three, our friend Hank Munzer in Lampok 2 is a low-security prison.
He has an Uber ride to meet one of the sponsors, meeting him halfway, driving two hours.
The prison officials told the Uber driver he's got family to pick him up and they can leave.
That was at four o'clock this afternoon.
Right now, he's still incarcerated.
He's been pardoned.
He's still being held illegally, unlawfully, as a private citizen who should be free.
He is there.
The prison officials are not letting him go.
They need to let him go when somebody shows up at the front door and released him immediately.
They are going in an hour.
She is going to be there.
We expect Lompoc 2 in California.
To release Hank Munzer immediately.
Everyone needs to know how corrupt the BOP is right now.
They need to send him home with a plane ticket, a bus ticket, and not turn them out in the streets.
And if people aren't there to pick him up, they are to release them to the driver.
Release them to family.
There is to be no more excuses.
The federal government is complicit in holding innocent citizens against their will when they have been pardoned by President Trump.
These are the three updates I want to give you right now.
All around the country, rights are still being violated.
I need President Trump to step in once again and tell them they need to back off and do the legal thing and serve the people of this country.
Thank you.
We need to free Jeremy Brown, too.
Jeremy's not getting out.
We need to free Jeremy Brown.
Jeremy Brown needs to get out, please.
Jeremy Brown.
The new contract has violated the law of the basic defendants, bar in time, bar in regions.
Please have to be faked right now.
The middle field officials can do this.
Take Jeremy Brown to be freed.
So Jeremy Brown has not gone to trial for the D.C.
charges, according to Tyleen.
Just saying.
Okay, let's go.
I'm asking the prison officials to release everyone.
That's number one.
Who are being held right now.
We don't know how many are being held for various reasons.
Because they were incarcerated falsely.
And they were sacked with charges that are added on and it needs to be wiped out as well.
Which is asking President Trump to do the complete exoneration.
Thank you.
I'm going to have you come over here.
I'd like you to repeat what it was that you were saying for your update.
Okay. Go ahead, Juan.
So Jake was refusing to go back into his cell.
They were going to lock him in and they were going to keep him potentially overnight.
They, instead of complying to be thrown back into jail, go back into the cell and to be locked up.
But they tackle him.
Yeah, we have a hostage situation at the Washington, D.C. jail.
We have pardoned January 6th that they're not releasing.
And at this point, this is a kidnapping situation, so we'd like to follow the report on the D.C. Department of Corrections on holding the D.C. jail.
All the way to the West Coast at Long Park 2 Prison.
The same thing is happening there, from D.C. to the California Bureau of Britain.
You're on live in front of 60,000 people right now, sir.
Choose your words wisely.
The world is watching.
The world is watching.
We have inmates that are not being released that have been pardoned.
The world is watching you right now.
All right, have a nice day.
Thank you.
Call him back.
I'm calling him back.
you. Thank you.
I'm not using the 911.
I'm not using emergency 311.
Hey, Joshua?
Joshua, can you hear me?
I can hear somebody.
I know.
I'm standing behind the camera looking at the federal detention center in Miami.
Juan was giving us an update.
Jake was just assaulted in prison.
They threw him back in the cell.
Because he got assaulted in the prison because he was refusing to go back in the cell.
Yeah, we're reporting it right now.
We would like to file a police report on a hostage situation.
It is for falsely imprisoning people.
They are not releasing the January 6th hostages after we've departed.
And they've now assaulted an inmate.
In the D.C. jail.
Jake Lang.
We're on live stream right now in front of 60,000 people and we want answers and we want accountability.
We don't want to tie up an emergency line, but this is, you know...
It is now.
Yeah, so we're over the two-hour limit, right?
So, look, I'm not trying to tie up an emergency line.
I did not dial 911 for the record, but we have a hostage situation in the D.C. jail.
We have the correction officer, the D.C. DOC, not releasing the now pardoned January 6th inmates, and they've assaulted Jacob Lang.
So we'd like to file a police report on the DC DOC and the administration of the DC DOC.
We're not releasing the January 6th inmate.
Now you're on live right now in front of 60,000 people.
The world is watching.
So choose your words wisely.
Thank you.
Okay, sir, where are you?
We're in front of the D.C.
D.O.C. jail, and we're waiting for the release of the January 6th hostages.
They have been unconditionally pardoned, yet the D.C.
D.O.C. is not releasing them.
And at this point...
We see this as wrongful imprisonment.
And not only that, they've now assaulted, correction officers assaulted Jake Lang, an inmate in the DC DOC.
We are live in front of the world, and the world wants accountability and action, and we want answers on why the inmates are not being released from the DC DOC jail immediately.
Okay, what's your name, sir?
My name is Ronnie.
Ronnie? Yeah.
The number that should show up on your screen.
Now, for the record, I did not dial an emergency service line.
I called the Metropolitan Police Department and they transferred me over to you.
Okay, so would you like to speak with an officer upon arrival?
Yes, I would.
Okay, one moment.
Are you going to be waiting to find this location?
Well, there's a whole group of people waiting for the release of the January 6th inmates.
1901 D Street.
1901 D Street.
Street.
Thank you very much.
Appreciate it.
I mean, they're probably going to put me in jail.
So I just heard that they are starting to do the convoy and starting to do some of the transport.
I said, does that mean that they are releasing them right now?
And they said they are starting the process.
So we'll see what happens in this situation.
But just so you know, I did get an update that there is, um, The convoy is being started for the processing of the J6ers to be released.
Okay, so the convoy just means it's like a convoy of paperwork and checklists and whatever for all the prisoners in there?
And also, they were speaking of the convoy moving their cars so that they can start the process of the vans being moved out.
and moved up into the driveway.
Okay. Well, that's forward progress.
I'm standing outside the Miami Federal Detention Center, and we're told that they just are in the middle of a prison count right now.
They don't release prisoners during that period, but at 11 o'clock, those doors across the street are going to open, and six prisoners will come out.
Six J6 prisoners.
So we're just waiting.
Gotcha. We're waiting here, too.
You know, it seems like they, you know, I know we just got the information about the assault on Jake, and I know we just got the information about, you know, that they were, you know, holding things back, the BOP was, but then they came out and said, we're going to start the convoy to move the vans up.
And I said, does that mean that they're starting to release?
And I was told, yes.
So we'll see what happens.
So we don't know if Jake is going to be released or not?
I am not sure.
I have not heard that.
So we don't know if they're holding him hostage, basically, after the assault attempt.
That's correct.
Wow. Well, Ronnie filed the police report.
I think that's most excellent.
I mean, is the police going to come and arrest the BOP?
Right. Right.
I don't know.
The D.C. Metro Police was responsible for the death of Roseanne Boylan, so I'm not sure they're going to come policing their own.
That's a little bit concerning.
It's a little bit different down here, Nick.
I mean, the folks that work in this prison were excited to have January 6th prisoners released.
They were openly warm and smiling and excited about it when I showed up to ask about where they'd be released.
Wow. Yeah, it's different down here.
But this is where Dr.
Simone Gold was incarcerated for, you know, she had a sentence for 60 days and she ended up spending 48.
She just posted on X. She got her letter, her full pardon on her letter.
So that's great, which is a big deal for her.
You know, she's a lawyer.
Yes, yes.
Dr. Simone Gold has done so much, you know, for the medical freedom movement, just in awe of all of her work and all that she's done.
Yeah, she kicked it off, right?
She kicked off the White Coat Summit, which really kind of got the world woken up to the fraud of COVID.
All the doctors, she put together that coalition.
Yes. She has been a warrior.
She has been a warrior and unjustly treated.
And, you know, she had people that, you know, tried to take her out as well.
I mean, she had people on the inside and in the Bureau of Prisons trying to take her down.
Unbelievable. Yeah.
Yeah. Unbelievable what she's gone through.
And it's unbelievable what's happening right now, you know.
But I'm hoping, I really am praying that, you know, when they came on and said, okay, we're going to start moving the vans out to start the convoy, I said, you know, does that mean everything?
So I pray.
I pray that that means that they're going to start releasing all of them.
Let's see.
Well, that's the prayer right now.
That's the hope, Mick.
Yes, ma'am.
That's what we're waiting for right now.
You know, the fact that they can just drag it out and drag it out is just, to me, such a...
It's such a tell on the corruption and the disdain that the people that work for us feel about us, right?
They feel that they are all powerful and they're really nothing more than public servants.
Even in the correctional facilities.
Exactly. Our government and employees of the government have lost their way in terms of how they look at the people.
And we have to correct that.
You know, we allowed it to get to this point.
We have to turn it around and correct it.
And I believe, you know, Jake has done an amazing job of really educating people and collaborating with anybody and everybody.
Same with, you know, Suzanne Monk and Trenis.
Everybody's really come together.
All the different organizations, this guy's coming back out again.
Hang on a second, I'm gonna get an update here.
Go right ahead.
I'm sending my team over there to go check it.
I'm not allowed to go over there with a camera because that's prison property, so I have to wait over here.
Oh, my God.
That guy's pretty cool.
Okay, he's telling us that they're going to come out that door.
Okay.
Yeah, he's telling us that they're going to come out that door right there.
What do you say?
I can shoot from over here.
Oh, I can stand there by that pole.
Okay. Okay, great.
All right, so we just got an update.
That prison guard that came out said I can go stand over by that pole, that big white pole, when they come out those doors.
and he's going to let me know when they're coming down so we can get up close and personal, which is great.
Okay.
I mean, this is downtown Miami, folks.
This is where the Bureau of Prisons has the federal detention center.
It's a big building right here.
That is a federal detention center.
We've got a line of...
These are Ubers for people that live in this building right here.
You've got a high-end apartment building literally across the street from the Bureau of Prisons.
It's crazy.
It's like 1030.
That'd be awesome.
1030. I don't know.
I don't know.
I got it once, but let's go ahead and put it on there again so that people have...
Marshall numbers that they can start calling.
Okay, can everybody see that?
There we go.
Thank you.
Fine. Fine.
yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
yeah yeah Thank you.
I was looking to see if I could find Suzanne to get an update.
I'm looking for the monster that I was talking to earlier.
I can't find her.
Hello. Hi.
I heard they're moving the band.
It starts the release.
Thank you.
Thank you.
I do it no matter what the price.
I've counted up the cost.
And I know the sacrifice.
Oh, yeah, no more time.
I wish you were in passing.
I wish you were in passing.
Here we go.
I got it.
Bye. Bye.
Bye.
Hi, sorry to bother you.
I was talking with Officer Jackson, who's in the car next door.
Okay. He was giving me updates, and it was keeping everyone calm because we were getting updates.
He disappeared.
And so I don't know if I can find him somewhere, because any little thing he can tell us keeps everyone calm.
I don't know anything.
Sorry. Do you know where Officer Jackson is?
I don't.
I thought it was last up there.
I saw him up there, but then he disappeared and I couldn't make it through the crowd.
Thank you.
Hey, Mick, how did you guys find out Jake got assaulted?
How did Juan know?
He actually notified us.
He did.
Yes, and let me confirm that.
Sorry. That was my understanding was that he had notified.
Rachel. So let's get a confirmation so that I'm not telling you something that's inappropriate.
It's okay.
We're doing the best we can.
I was on the phone with him as that happened.
Okay. Did you hear that?
She was on the phone with him when it happened.
Oh, wow.
Yeah. So I'm trying to see...
Oh, go ahead.
Why did they want him to go back in the cell when, I mean, they're so close to being released?
What was the point?
They said they have no paperwork on him.
They have all the other J6ers in the D.C. Gulag, but they did not have his paperwork?
The message I got from the guys in the J6 pod is they have 17 officers on our unit.
They're about to use force, falsely claiming only sentenced individuals have been pardoned.
They are trying to lock us in.
We are refusing.
Please spread the word.
Thank you.
Thank you so much.
Hello. That's insanity.
To threaten to use force on them.
Oh my gosh.
You're not going to believe this.
You're not going to believe this.
We have one of the security guards from the prison over here coming over to one of my friends that's with us showing us videos.
warm You guys see this guy?
Yeah. Okay, this prison guard is talking to my friend, Mark, and he's showing him videos of the J6.
January 6th day, and he's asking him, what is this?
Why do you think this is okay that the people there were unruly?
Oh, wow.
Yeah. Oh, my God.
I can't with these people.
Right, so they should be in here for four years.
Am I allowed to walk through on the sidewalk?
Okay, because then I can't.
They're asking me.
Do you know Officer Jackson?
Yeah, he's got one of those kind of cars.
He was giving me updates and then I was telling everyone else to keep everyone calm.
He's here now.
I've seen him.
He's got a black hoodie on.
It's covering his whole head.
That's why I wanted to walk here.
If I saw him, I could just chat with him.
Alright, thanks.
[background noise]
I just heard that they said they were trying to move the cars.
They don't make the car now, lady.
Now some new updates in some dark.
They're going to kick us off.
They're going to throw out as soon as you put it on.
Just because they do that.
Where's the heater, man?
Live streaming now?
There it is.
It's talking.
We're doing the whole thing?
They did a fantastic job and they won every single swing stage.
We won the, you know, we won the popularity.
We were the most popular.
I have to tell you with the military, we really want.
I want to thank Lucy for a tremendous supporter of yours.
If I ever got out of blood, she'd get you right back in line when it comes to you.
Aladia, first lady.
Good credit.
I think that's what it was.
It's gonna be tough.
And our vice president, you know him well, he's all about you.
He's a big believer in the Korean War.
It's a new show.
Wow, this guy just, this prison guard just said F Trump just now.
What is he?
Oh, he's a run-a-cop?
Sorry. And what was he doing telling me?
but he has no jurisdiction telling me I can't stand on that property.
That's why when I talk to you, I'm going to get a drink.
Just like now.
Yeah. Your bravery inspires us from service, your nice dress, and your sacrifice.
So, if you think that he speaks today, I think you'll be pleased.
So, if you think Sam, I'm here with you.
That's what I'm saying.
I'm here with you.
That's what I'm saying.
I'm here with you.
We love you, we respect you so much, and we have a big commitment to each and every one of you starting today.
America will be stronger and greater than it's ever been before.
That was a big win.
That was a tremendous win.
We all worked hard for it.
I think part of the reason that I won was because of my relationship with you, so we appreciated it.
Under the leadership of our next Secretary of Defense, who I just saw, Pete Hexat is fantastic.
The most powerful military in the world is in the United States.
And you, reporter?
No, I'm one of them.
end of today's that's what they're doing.
I hope that you can get some time.
Look. Look.
The reporters out there are reporting that they're...
...and they're reporting.
Turn it down for what?
Hold it to light.
Turn it down for what?
Turn it down for what?
Thank you.
That's what I do.
Turn down for what?
Josh, you wanna meet me?
Turn down for what?
Turn down for what?
so I was telling you.
Turn down for what?
Try to see what the back position is.
Turn down for what?
um Checking in here.
We are on night watch outside the Miami Federal Detention Center, just waiting for the release.
Should be anywhere between 1045 and 11. Six J6 inmates are in the prison.
And we are being told we can go across the street and stand right on the edge of their property.
We're going to be assessing a situation.
Two hours after President Trump signed his court pardon, Andrew Valentine, Matthew Valentine, they've been released in the community jail behind us, and we're going to be taking a It's a really monumental moment in our history.
And they will be leaving tonight on this prison behind us.
How soon?
Move behind the line!
Move behind the line!
My name is Kyle Horacek at the White House.
What? White House.
You have to move behind the line.
You have to move back.
You have to move back.
So at the White House, many people within the administration that know about this, Move back.
Move back.
This injustice is ending in America tonight.
Can you speak louder?
Can you repeat the answer?
These are the ones I'm aware of at this prison.
Can you repeat the names of the defendants?
Their names are Matthew Valentine and Andrew Valentine.
Can you repeat your name, please?
My name is Paul.
They will come from this door.
Can you spell that?
I-N-G-R-A-S-S-I.
That's really all the information I have.
They will come from this door.
I don't have a microphone.
I'm sorry.
This is all I have.
Hey, spell your name.
Can you repeat what you just said and speak up?
This is after President Trump signed his pardon today.
It's official.
They are released.
How many?
How many?
You said two people?
Okay. You
You are a mute.
You got major feedback.
Ronnie? Alright.
Do you want to perform?
So basically they've released the Valentin brothers.
We just had a White House liaison show up and explain that the Valentin brothers have been released to the back.
So we're waiting confirmation that the rest of the January's hostages are released immediately.
Professor, I'm sorry.
Can you update us on what was happening?
We couldn't hear them.
None of us could.
They sent out some soft-spoken imbecile.
And we've got three different messages.
We've got two are released.
We've got everyone's release.
They're not here.
And yet we've got, you know, messages from Jake that he's still in there.
So I don't know what to think.
I don't know if they're just saying that to have the crowd disperse.
But we have not seen prisoners come through the front door.
So once they transported them off-site through a different exit, right now we just don't know.
No, they said two got out and he had no further information on the others.
He did not say they weren't getting out.
He said no more further information.
That's what he said.
I heard him.
Your English is so good.
You're like, they were from the White House.
Please. Subtle.
It's nice.
Okay, pick it up.
You hear?
Yeah. That was nice.
What's going on, Peter?
What's the news?
No news?
The Valentine Brothers.
It's frigidly cold out here, man.
if you hold this to me i'm gonna zip myself up oh
um Did you hear what happened at all?
Did they say that we met the bar?
Did they say that two got out?
And no more coming out?
No, he said he had no more information.
I need to try to get one of these policemen.
How was the game?
They were getting beat up pretty good.
Notre Dame was getting beat up.
It was 28-7 when we left.
That manager was really neat.
It was.
It might have been a shift change.
Yeah, right here.
There's been a couple shift changes.
Actually, there's one at 4, so it's 11. It's probably another shift change.
It's very cold out here.
Good luck.
Good luck.
I don't think they're going to keep them down here.
They're going to never know.
I don't think they're going down here.
come talk to you?
Can I come talk to you?
Can I?
Can I?
Another song might become.
It's what I am.
I'm going and you guys are here.
I have to say Jackson.
These songs are free down.
These songs are free down.
Oh, shake the walls up of the moon.
Yeah, every day.
Woo! Perfect.
I'm going to add to your mind.
Thank you.
Thank you.
I'll tell you what's going on.
Thank you.
All right.
All right.
Thank you.
Are you ready?
We have a box for you.
Push it up!
Oh God, you're gonna sing this song.
Woo! Oh my God.
Oh my God.
Something inside of me don't can I hold on to anything that sets me free.
Oh my God.
Oh my God.
I can't do it right now.
I just need my guitar, Tyler.
Showtime! Wow.
Good job.
Good job.
Hi. Good, thanks.
I'm so excited.
You're proud of me.
I'm so excited.
Jamie, please.
Hi, Jamie.
Hi, Jamie.
Good job.
Baby, don't waste your time, Wendy.
Y'all doing okay?
Just waiting?
How about forward instead?
Watch out behind you.
Get him out.
Yeah. Got it.
Straight back.
Straight up.
Straight down.
Straight back.
All feet.
40 feet.
Straight back.
All right, we're still there.
All right.
Some of these guys don't sit down a lot of the suit.
Back up!
Can we hear anything?
They're defying the order right now.
They're going to wait until midnight.
Yeah, okay.
Well, hey, it's still coming.
Hey, come on, come on.
Get off the sidewalk.
It's so stupid.
No, man, please.
I can't do that.
It's still on.
I can't do that.
I can't do that.
You're welcome.
Oh, I'm done.
I can't stage one.
I got two, three, four, two, three, four.
I can't stage one.
Traitors! Traitors!
Traitors! Traitors!
Traitors! Interactionists!
Traitors! Traitors!
Interactionists! Traitors!
Interactionists! Watch your losers!
Watch your losers!
We were working, process.
We were trying to country leaders.
What is it?
1,500?
unbelievable the number so like oh
move it back why is she allowed in the middle of the street she's
going to if you're on the sidewalk why is she allowed in the middle of the street oh thank you Hi there.
Good, how are you?
I was waiting for this to be over with, man.
It's a great day to be American.
Yes. Are you related to any of that?
I'm not, but I was at Harry's with most of these guys.
I was there drinking beer with them on January 5th when I got a call from somebody who said, hey, do you want to be on the lawn of the White House in front of the stage and all that shit?
And I said, "Oh yeah." Because otherwise I would have been out of the sky.
Because by the time I got up in there and got to the Capitol, it was four o'clock and everything was over with.
But if I hadn't been invited to be in there, in the chairs on the lawn of the White House, that's where I would have been.
Because from the 4th of July 2020 until January 6th, it was like a war zone in D.C.
You know, it's amazing to me that they just kind of stand up there and scream at you.
You know, like they have nothing better to do with their lives.
Sounds like a good time.
It was.
It was a great time.
It is sad.
The FBI came out and changed my house a couple times just trying to get me to incriminate myself in some way.
You know, I'm just so glad this is over.
Fine. Yes, it is.
I did some video.
Well, thank you for being here.
I was in an inauguration event when I got the word that they were going to be releasing them, and I just went straight to the metro station to get to my car and come back.
Because that's how I told them.
It's like, I got room for three.
I got room for three, maybe.
Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah.
I like it.
Here, any updates?
No. Me neither.
Except for the people whose parents don't love them.
Like, and I don't have any of my camera equipment.
I would hate to have to be holding that shit right now.
Sorry. Oh, yeah.
It's worth everything.
I mean, probably.
Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. It's crazy.
Like a little thing.
Like. Okay.
Thank you.
watching to the front.
Because, to be honest, I think it's not going to be like, it's not going to be like, it's not going to be like, it's not going to be like, it's not going to be like, it's not going to be like, it's not going to be like, it's not going to be like, it's not going to be like, it's not going to be like, it's not going to be like, it's not going to be like, it's not going to be like, it's not going to be like, it's not going to be like, it's not going to be like, it's not going to be like, it's not going to be like, Hello. You don't have my charger, do you?
No, that's the money up.
I'm looking for someone who borrowed my charger.
Okay, what's going on now?
you. You're going by the top.
You're going by the top.
You should probably prepare to go.
Do you want me to drive to your car?
Do you want me to bring the car back to you?
I think they're going to be clean.
How do you know this?
I will be right here.
I will be right here.
Kill it with my wheels.
Let you aware of where to go.
Oh no, but I'm not afraid.
I can't be no hero.
Baby, you know that I can't be no Superman.
Superman. I can't be no hero.
Baby, I'm sorry.
You can't take my hand.
I think so.
You're going to tell him in the car that you know here.
You're going to tell him in the car that's good.
Yeah. But no broadcasting.
Now I'm about to roll up another fucking day.
I'm freaking out.
I'm about to roll up another fucking day.
I'm freaking out.
I think so Oh, my God!
Hey, girl.
I think the plan is to...
...and......and...
Thank you.
Singing, oh, when they call me on Singing, oh, when they call me on Gonna rise the lightning There's a man in a black coat standing at a crossroad There's
a man in a black coat standing at a crossroad.
I hope he lets me pass by.
And I close my eyes.
I'm gonna ride the lightning, feel the thunder, till the darkness pulls me under.
Gonna fly on wings of fire.
Pray the good Lord lifts me higher.
Singing oh, when they call me on.
Thanks. Thank you.
Singing oh, when they call me oh I'm gonna ride the lightning, ride the lightning, ride the lightning I'm gonna ride
the lightning, feel the thawner Till the darkness pulls me under I'm gonna fly on wings of fire Breathing your loneliness
behind you Singing, oh, when they call me home Singing, oh, when they call me home I'm gonna rather die Singing,
me home Singing, oh, when they call me home We're just getting an update right now.
The guy that works at the prison across the street talking to my husband.
I have to wait till I can get called over, but we're told that six J6ers are going to be released around 11 o'clock.
I think we're getting pretty close to that.
Let me see what the word is here.
Standby. Are you live?
Yes, I am.
Yeah, I just heard from one of the police officers gave us a debrief.
They're claiming they weren't prepared because of the people approaching the doors, that it got everyone kind of in their, you know, flight or fight mode.
They didn't want people getting trampled.
So what's clear is that they weren't prepared for the crowd.
They weren't prepared for the presence.
Now that we've got greater counter-protesters, they're dragging their feet.
We've got a report that Jake got assaulted a few times.
We've got a report that two have been released and they're no longer here.
There's apparently five officials from the White House that are inside that helped.
Help get those two out.
But we still have, you know, at least, what, 21 still left in there?
Yeah. And it's unacceptable because, I mean, we've had people out here since 10 o'clock today.
The fact that they don't know how to process 20-plus people, I mean, they had the cops here.
They lined it up.
Even after everyone approached the door and they backed everyone off, we've been here for two hours.
In this little contained area, so it's not like they could just get them out.
So now things are getting more amped up.
So it's unfortunate, but incompetence.
Incompetence. Hey, Dave.
That's the update.
Absolutely. So down here in Miami, we're being told, we're being told in Miami they don't have any paperwork yet.
Nick, can you hear me?
Hold on, say it again, Annie.
We don't have any paperwork, we're told, to the J6 prisoners.
The prison guard just came out and told us they don't have the paperwork yet, that it could be now 1 o'clock in the morning.
Which, I think that's BS, because I've been here for going on three hours.
Wow. And they knew about it when I got here.
They had to bring in the executive staff.
You know, the management staff to process us.
Wow. So something is up.
And did you hear the report that the professor just gave?
I heard part of it.
What did he say?
They said that they were not prepared here as well.
And so they were unable to, I guess, do...
We knew what needed to be done, and then we had a situation where we approached the door.
I think we lost Dan.
In Florida.
Oh, what about here?
Okay, good.
Yeah, as far as here.
Yeah, no worries.
As far as here.
I don't know what they're going to do.
We just got a report from Professor Clements that they were not prepared here.
They didn't have the situation, I guess, a process in place.
And so then when we approached the door, that maybe put everybody on kind of their, you know, maybe made them puckered up a bit.
Yeah, and so now what we're hearing is that they said that they released two people, and they're no longer here, but then they, you know, they don't have a process to get the rest of the however many we have left in there, 15, 20 left in there.
They don't have a process in place.
They're not prepared for it.
So he's right.
It's total incomplete incompetence.
And so will we see them release at midnight?
I don't know.
You know, it's interesting because, you know, will Trump have to come down here?
Like the Marshalls or the National Park?
Or, yeah, or, you know, however, whatever process he would put in place to say.
This was the order and you were supposed to fulfill it.
But apparently it's not happening just here.
It's happening in Florida as well as we're hearing by Ann Vandersteel.
Wow. Yes, Ann Vandersteel just said that they were having the same situation in Florida.
Yeah. Yeah.
So it's just a total and complete incompetence across people.
Well, here's the deal.
This is the D.C. jail.
This is the focal point of people's attention for the past four years.
And they want to bring out 20 bicycle cops.
You know, like I said, it doesn't take that long to process people to get them out.
So it's disappointing.
But one thing that we did not get was a timetable on when we were going to be released from the remaining hospital.
Yeah. Let me get warmed up.
We're going to come right back.
Okay. I just hired by the tears.
I'm a little bit.
I'm a little bit.
Boys are calling.
Boys are crying.
I'm a boy in the summer.
Okay. Okay.
Hey, let's see.
Okay. Okay.
Okay. Okay.
oh yeah Yeah! Where did you get that?
Okay. It's like Walmart.
No, no, no.
The store's called Gabe's.
That's a convenience store.
Gabe's. I'm glad to hear that about Gabe's.
Yeah. Do you know the store Gabe's?
I've heard of Gabe's, yes.
It's not one in my area.
It's kind of like a TJ Maxx kind of store.
Okay. Okay, gotcha.
And where do you live at?
I live in...
I live up towards my screen.
Scranton. That's a vacant.
Okay, so apparently it's a Scranton thing.
Is it warm?
Is it warm?
Yeah. Yeah, I'm all right.
It's awesome.
It's like a cinema thing.
I like it.
I like it.
That'd be snug.
Yeah! Woo!
I can find you.
That's the important thing.
Have a wonderful evening.
You too.
God bless.
We're here until midnight, but what do you guys think?
What is your take on the situation?
What situation?
Trying to release the J6.
Yes. It's not possible for it to move fast enough.
And it literally is not possible.
They don't have, apparently, I talked to one gentleman who said that he'd been in this place before and he said he lived there.
At the time that they're starting to release these guys, they're going to probably just release a couple of them.
But they're not going to have time to process them all out.
They have 24 hours to get them out.
They're going to process them out in 24 hours.
In case that's what the guy who said he's been a prisoner said about the place.
They'll be out.
They took two guys out the back, two brothers.
Yeah, everybody's just hanging out, you know.
I don't expect anything else to happen here tonight, but it will happen.
Yeah, it will happen.
It will, you know, but I guess my understanding is that they're just not prepared for this process.
Well, that's kind of ridiculous.
Now, the same guy also said it's a very bad place, okay?
So, obviously, they knew they were going to get pardoned.
They had all these police officers out here.
How hard would it have been to open up a couple desks?
You already have people working overtime anyways.
Get them in there early, start processing it before the evening comes so they can just come out.
The only reason to not do that...
There's a stretcher coming out.
The stretcher coming out.
Who are they taking out the stretchers?
coming out.
Oh, God.
Oh, God.
Can I snuggle?
Come over here.
Perry Kivolowitz: Good. Oh, I want to kick you out of your.
What the hell, man?
Oh, sorry.
That's what he was saying.
He was like, why?
friends.
He was here about four nights ago.
He just would not stop.
He sounded like a lot of screeching.
But he must have got his voice back in time.
We'll be insane.
Thank you.
of the peace maintained outside any of the facilities that could create the release of the prisoners.
So since that's been broadcast on the mainstream media, I'm sure they've shown up to share on these things that it doesn't seem reasonable.
But they're the only ones not feeling reasonable.
So I'm sure they're the only ones not feeling reasonable.
I mean, if I saw a backboard panel would help get these guys out faster, I'd be sure I need them.
So, I don't know.
I'm so cheerful to move.
I'm going to ask her if she feels like it would not.
And we just left the commander in chief ball, which is like a similar size.
And we're going to another one in a little while.
We needed three because we have such support.
There's a longing for competence in this country.
There's a longing for common sense in this country.
And I was saying before, we're the party of common sense.
You know, we don't want to have men playing in women's sports.
We don't want to have transgender operations for everyone.
And we just want to have a great country.
We want education.
We want houses that don't cost a fortune.
We want low interest rates.
We want low taxes.
We want a strong, powerful military.
We're going to have that.
We did it once.
We did it in 2017.
We rebuilt our entire military.
It was giving away a lot of it.
Can you believe it?
Given away.
So foolishly given away.
But we'll have it back again very, very soon.
And we'll be making some announcements.
You're going to be so thrilled.
But we love you all.
We're going to be, you know, I'd like to say we are a great nation.
We will soon be the greatest we've ever been.
And that won't take long.
So I want to thank you all for being here tonight.
Special people.
And we'll see you soon.
Just watch what happens.
It's going to be big progress.
Thank you, everybody.
Thank you very much.
Thank you.
The update right now.
And I don't know what's other than that.
I can only stay here at 2 o'clock in the morning because I have a flight that leaves at 5 in the morning.
So, just pray, pray, pray that these J6ers that are being released, that they do have numbers.
So, Deb, Robinson, my buddy, That was a great question to ask, even though I know that it's gone through many of yours' minds because it's just awful.
Like I said, it's freezing.
Tonight it is cold.
Anyway, my tippy toes are getting frozen by standing on my tippy toes.
And everything's just so bittersweet because I cry.
That I'm happy.
You know, it's just not good.
They keep you confused.
And we have our ups and downs.
There's parents that are here to pick up their children.
And it's just that.
But it's a joyous day also that they are going to be free.
But God help them.
Love y'all.
Good enough for you.
Thank you, thank you for all your prayers.
And Rebecca is, I think she went to her car to warm up.
So if you see the same thing, here comes Rebecca.
I see her walking up the road.
But we know we're trying to give you what is really happening.
this is happening Hey, everybody.
It's Anne.
I'm back here.
It's still in Miami.
We just got word that a female J6-er is going to be coming out very soon.
I don't know how much longer.
And perhaps we can get an assessment from her about the other five J6-ers that are here.
So, yeah.
That's what I can tell you right now.
We have a female that's going to be coming out pretty soon.
I have no idea who it is.
I don't know what her name is, where she's from.
I know nothing.
So we're going to grab her.
I just sent my husband out to get some coffee.
We're cold.
It's wet.
But it's not as terrible as it is up in D.C. My heart goes out to those people that have been outside all day long, freezing their butts off.
But, yeah.
So hopefully we're going to get some good news here.
I was told about a half an hour ago they didn't have paperwork.
Now we're being told that there's a female coming out.
I don't know if it's because they just don't know what's going on or what, but at least the guards are communicating with us.
This is Mark.
Hey everybody.
Mark's been doing the back and forth with the guards.
And he just informed us that a female prisoner is going to be coming out very, very soon.
And he's not sure what's going on with the other prisoners.
Somebody said we could ask Tara, maybe she's got an idea.
But he knows that there are six crews.
We're sitting, we're hoping.
Hoping something soon.
We're sitting underneath the 5G Wi-Fi tower too.
Isn't that what that is?
No, I'm gonna do something.
Oh, okay.
I'm not getting close.
Alright, so fingers crossed everybody.
We might see a J6 or walk out the door here.
We're ready.
We've got a hotel picked out for him.
We've got a place that's still open for food picked out for him.
We've got to get him in the car and get him away from here as quickly as possible and hopefully get an assessment.
And I don't even know if any of these people have people coming to pick them up.
We have no idea.
I don't see anybody else here.
It's just Mark and me.
So there's nobody else here that's going to meet these people, which to me is tragically sad.
That tells us a lot about how screwed up all this is.
Yeah, it just tells you exactly the system.
Chew these people up and spit them out like garbage.
You know, just disgusting.
Just disgusting that we're even here doing this.
I cannot believe this is my country.
I can't believe it's not my country anymore.
We're turning it around.
But this is what was in the White House.
Stolen, stolen White House for four years, destroying our country, rape and pillaging and just drifting like mother effers.
Oh, my God, did they steal so much money.
Something tells me they're not going to be able to keep it, though.
I was on Brandon House a little while ago.
I had a great meme.
It's a picture of Joe Biden getting off Air Force One or Two or whatever he was on.
And as he's coming down the steps, a pile of money flew out of me.
Blew up me and Jill Biden.
Anyway, fingers crossed that they're gonna come out here any second now.
What's going on in DC?
I see footage.
What do we got going on up there, Mick?
I'm going to ask him to stand in there and he's like...
Hey, there you see.
I smell this ear, this is big.
It's so good.
It's like...
Hi. I'm going to look like so...
Oh, yes.
I'm going to look like so.
We're still out here, right?
We're still waiting.
Still hoping, right?
Nope. Nobody's come out yet, Nick?
They had two gentlemen, brothers, who were released earlier, but nobody other than that were being told that they were unprepared and were being told that they were concerned because there was increasing counter-protesters over here who were, I don't know.
Screaming, yelling, hollering.
There was a situation where we thought that there was a release and we went up to the doors.
I think they're using a lot of this as a slow walk, drag your feet type of situation, excuse by excuse.
I think it's going to take...
You know, maybe some intervention here.
I hope that they get released at midnight.
But so far, we haven't seen anything.
Not a hide or hair.
Yeah, well, I mean, the difference between what you guys are going through is a couple of things here.
It's not so cold here.
It's a lot warmer.
But at least the prison guards here are coming out and talking to us, and they're giving us updates.
And like I said, the first interaction I had, they were really excited that, you know...
J6ers were getting released today.
They were happy with the outcome.
They were happy with today with Donald Trump inaugurated.
So we have a little bit different situation here, thank God.
And, you know, a half hour ago, we were told they didn't have paperwork.
Now we're being told there's going to be a woman who released her pretty quickly.
And then the other five people, I guess, are men, and they'll be coming out next.
So we're just waiting.
Yeah. Yeah, we are too.
Not getting much information, you know, except for little bits here and there, and it just sounds like a lot of we weren't prepared is their mantra.
You know, it's kind of silly because President Trump talked about it, and then all day today he talked about it, and he signed it on national television.
This is not a surprise.
I mean, seriously, it's not a surprise.
Right. And I mean, you know, people like Suzanne Monk and Trennis Evans and others were very involved in getting all this organized.
I mean, this is not a surprise.
It's been all over social media.
Exactly. And how long have we been talking about this, you know?
I know.
I know.
I mean, after Biden pardoned all the criminals in Washington, D.C. and the District of Corruption, did they not think Trump was going to pardon the J-6ers?
Come on.
Right. Exactly.
And the J-6ers didn't do anything wrong.
Exactly. And like you said, had even mentioned it over and over and over, you know.
So this isn't a surprise.
But, you know.
It's frustrating.
We did see them take someone out in a stretcher.
I don't know who that was or what it was.
But other than that, all we know is the two brothers that were released and nobody else so far.
Wow. And we don't know if the person taken out in the stretcher was a J6-er?
We have no idea?
No idea.
Oh, wow.
Yep. Same.
Very frustrating.
Yeah. Yeah, that's terrible.
Yeah. And you guys, you said that it's going to be about 1 o'clock before they release?
Well, we were told 1 o'clock, but now we're just told there's going to be a release of one of the J6 females.
So, we're waiting.
To see, you know, if maybe they expedite the other five.
So, I don't know.
It's a lot of, I don't know.
Yeah, that's what we're getting here, too.
I don't know or I don't want to tell.
Yeah, it could be that, too.
It definitely could be.
But we don't know.
I mean, we don't know what they have on them.
I'm assuming they have absolutely nothing.
Yeah. Yeah.
And the part that's really disturbing is there's nobody here.
There's nobody here to greet these people except me and Mark and my husband.
My husband just left to get some coffee.
Wow. Yeah, there's nobody here.
Wow. And see, we've got a ton of people.
At one point in time, Ann, I think there was about 200 of us that were here.
Yeah. You know, we have a very decent crowd and, you know, we're ready and waiting for them to come out.
They sent out a gentleman who barely could speak above a decibel where you could hear him.
And, oh wait, I think they may be giving an update.
Hold on.
Okay. All right.
I'll listen.
Are they giving an update?
Oh, what was the update?
The update was coming from what I assume is the warden, the white shirt in that utility vehicle.
He had spoken to me earlier.
And he just relayed that he had good news and bad news.
The good news is he could give us an update.
The bad news is there was no one else released tonight.
And that tomorrow is a new day.
And so tomorrow, they don't know what's going to come tomorrow.
But no more tonight.
No more tonight.
That's what they said.
And that came from who?
I believe it was the fellow in the...
At the white shirt, he's the one directing everything.
He was pointed out to me as the one that was in charge.
So I imagine he's the ward.
I'm not sure of his official title.
Okay. All right.
Well, there you go, Ann.
They're telling us now, go home.
They're not releasing anymore tonight.
You know what?
You know what's terrible about that?
President Trump should immediately send the marshals in and arrest the warden and the officers that are holding him back.
Because this is wrong.
It's criminal.
It's now a true hostage situation in there.
Yes. Yes.
It's truly a hostage situation.
I'm going to be back tomorrow.
And that is spot on.
And I am so glad that you brought out that point because that's what we've been saying too.
This is a hostage situation.
Of course, we've been calling them political hostages now for a while.
But if that's the case, that they're not going to release them, then yes, then it is.
It's a hostage situation.
I feel like...
President Trump may need to come in and intervene in whatever way that he possibly can.
Yeah, I agree.
Well, I think I'm going to let, Suzanne must know about this, I'm going to let Trennis know, because I know he speaks to some people also, so that can let the president know.
Yes. One second.
I'm going to see if she's got an update here.
Okay. Okay.
Okay. Okay.
Right. Okay.
Okay. Okay.
Well, as we are right now, I have enough people that if people get upset, we're going to stop doing anything, so we're not going to worry about anybody storming any doors, alright?
That just won't happen.
They're not going to do anything.
Oh, anything can happen.
Alright. Nobody's going to get...
Oh, anything can happen.
Alright.
We're not planning on any violence.
I hope y'all aren't planning on any violence.
I hope they aren't planning any of this.
All the young ladies at Bull Borg do some fantastic metal draft.
That's like a bitch.
That's some extreme...
I mean, I could put her in front of a metal band.
Don't we see nothing from metal band?
Alright, so anyway, let me talk to my authors.
You know which one is, I don't know if it's Sergeant Jackson, but usually talks to us.
Greg, yeah.
He's the one that usually talks to me.
No, so Greg, Greg's been working all day.
He needs to get some sleep.
Okay, so he's left?
Yeah, yeah.
You're going to deal with me tonight, apparently.
Okay. Thank you!
Is that still the plan, that they're not releasing any more tonight?
They're not releasing any more today.
They're not worried about the Russians coming in.
They're not worried about anyone coming in.
They're well.
Yeah. And that's what our goal is.
Yeah, absolutely.
Thank you so much for that.
Okay, we're going to pack it up then, and we're not going to get anywhere tonight.
Apparently, you heard what this young lady Martinez said, that they're not worried about the marshals coming in.
They're not worried about anybody.
You know, coming in and, you know, I guess intervening this evening.
They're not worried about the counter-terrorists over there who are...
Protesting? Yeah, bullhorning and screaming obscenities and acting...
Well, I'm just going to call them foolish, you know, acting like idiots.
You know, let's be real.
They're just acting like total and complete idiots.
They're not worried about any of them storming.
They're not worried about us.
They're saying they're not going to release anybody else tonight.
Wow, that's amazing.
Well, I would hope that that would have consequences for them.
I really would.
I would hope that would have a serious consequence.
Well, then, you guys have a safe night home.
God bless you.
Our heart is with the folks up there.
I will cut over to a live stream on my X profile.
If we get any releases here soon, I'll just go live on X and let you guys pack it up.
God bless you all.
bless you all.
bless you all.
all. Hey, boy.
go let's go let's go
let's go let's go let's go let's
go let's go let's go let's go
let's go let's go let's
go let's go let's go let's go let's
go And then, yeah, because no one showed.
That day, you remember the little maker's name?
It was horrible there and all that.
[background noise]
Let him go!
28 We might be changing the girls.
Those are working.
Oh, no.
Huh? Well, no.
I don't think they got it.
I thought I heard...
I don't know.
We will see.
So. I want to walk up here.
I want to.
I really want to walk.
I'll walk with you.
I'll say.
Yeah. You're welcome.
Yeah.
You got it!
Thank you.
Thank you.
Okay. Okay.
Fuck that guy!
I know, I know, but you could, yeah.
Yeah.
He said, according to Backshot, the guy who beat the shit out of Victoria White on January 6th.
Why would he be making any calls?
Like, why is he even in there?
According to Backshot, he tells me?
I hope that's not Jason Backshot, the guy who beat the shit out of Victoria White on January 6th.
I really did.
Did you hear me?
The other one?
You did some back so you didn't tell me at first.
Yeah, I felt like that.
I just.
are we?
What? Why are we?
Thank you.
Who's the president now?
Did you guys see what Elon Musk tweeted before tweeting Charlie Kirk?
I think that needs to be brought up.
Please let us know if you encounter any difficulties with the release of the word.
Good luck.
If you're a family member of this, it's possible to go to the prison and show a copy.
They have to release the prisoners.
prisoners.
Hey, guess what?
Bradshaw is the fucking president.
Donald Trump is the president.
Come on, tough guy.
Yeah, well, you know what?
You can pick it up.
Wow. This whole swamp is fucking trash.
Well, I mean, I don't think he was on our side in the first place.
I'm a January 6th hostage.
I myself was in prison for two months, okay?
So, I'm not turning on you.
I'm just saying that I'm not worried about compassion.
I didn't know I was a child, no boy.
Amy Bo, I wanted the other Amy Bo.
survivor out here with us foreign
Hi everyone!
So there's no more release for tonight, and then we will be back tomorrow.
Because the jail is using, they're still now receiving the paperwork as an excuse.
And also today, technically, is a federal holiday.
So we'll be back tomorrow night to check.
Thank you.
Good night, Patriots.
Yeah, good night, Patriots.
Oh, no.
Yeah, so if you follow Elon Musk's post, so I think about 30 minutes ago he posted, please respond if anyone needs help.
And I read people in Florida, Ohio.
Pennsylvania, the jails are now releasing people.
So yeah, I guess at this moment we just had to wait.
Yeah. Good night, Patriots.
Stay warm.
Hi, Patriots.
This is Thomas.
We are waiting here for 90, 900 nights and yeah, we think it's...
90 days, probably we'll make it to 900.
Yeah, but whatever it takes, we will stay together.
We will wait until we see the finish line.
We will cross the finish line together.
Please pray for us.
Pray for us.
Stay with us.
We have formed a line together for so many days.
We don't care if we take another day or two, as long as the finish line is in the side.
Never give up hope.
We know it's a tough road.
We are turning the page.
Yes.
No one left behind.
How many people?
How many people still with us?
183. Maybe I'll be back tomorrow.
Maybe in the morning.
Hello, everyone.
We will fight for you.
We will fight together.
No one left behind.
Okay. Good night, everyone.
Good night.
Good night.
191. Good night.
Sir, they're violating the law by not freeing the person.
Okay.
Thank you for all that came here this evening.
Okay. Goodnight.
Goodnight. Goodnight.
Goodnight. You two are 191 people.
You might say 183.
might say 183.
You might say 183.
You have China boats all over the place, warships.
And they can't maintain it.
Who? I'll be meeting with President Putin.
I don't know.
I can't.
It's being said.
So first foreign trip typically has been with UK.
But I did it with Saudi Arabia last time because they agreed to buy $450 billion worth of our product.
I said, I'll do it, but you have to buy American product.
And they agreed to do that.
They bought $450 billion.
It was the least reported story I've ever been involved in.
And now?
Where do you like to go now?
Well, I don't know.
If Saudi Arabia wanted to buy another $450 billion or $500 billion, we'll up it for all the inflation.
Mr. President, did you say you were going to end the...
First day, how do you plan to end the Ukraine war?
Well, we're going to try and get it done as quickly as possible.
Do you want to push Israel and Saudi Arabia?
It should have never started.
You know, the war with Ukraine and Russia should have never started.
It would have never started if I were president.
Will you push Israel and Saudi Arabia to normalize relations?
I don't think I have to push them.
I think it's going to happen, but maybe not quite yet.
But it'll end up being in the Accords, the Abraham Accords.
I think Saudi Arabia will end up being in the Abraham Accords.
Could be, but not in a very long way.
Oh, look at that.
It says TikTok.
My, my, my.
What is that all about?
First, we have Alaska, sir.
This is an executive order relating to unleashing Alaska's potential as an energy reservoir for the entire nation.
And what about ANWR?
I believe that would be included in aspects of the order.
So we're opening up ANWR.
You and your members of your team now used to warn about the dangers of TikTok spying on Americans.
What changed that you're not worried about that anymore?
Well, it depends on the deal.
I mean, I may not do the deal or I may do the deal.
TikTok is worthless.
Worthless. If I don't approve it, it has to close.
I learned that from the people that own it.
If I don't do the deal, it's worthless.
Worth nothing.
If I do the deal, it's worth maybe a trillion dollars, a trillion.
So if I do the deal for the...
I'm talking about doing it for the United States.
If I do the deal for the United States, then I think we should get half.
In other words, I think the U.S. should be entitled to get half of TikTok.
And congratulations, TikTok has a good partner.
And that would be worth, you know, it could be $500 billion or something.
It's crazy.
The numbers are crazy.
But it's worthless.
If the president doesn't sign, then it's worthless.
If the president does sign, it's worth maybe a trillion dollars.
So I think, like a joint venture, I think we would have a joint venture with the people from TikTok.
We'll see what happens.
I mean, that's one of many ideas I've heard.
The CEO, did he say that he's open to that idea?
The CEO of TikTok is around.
Oh, I think he'd probably like it.
Because he's got nothing.
They really have nothing.
It's passed in Congress.
It gives the president a right to make a deal or to close it.
And we have 90 days to make that decision.
But I could see making a deal where the U.S. gets 50% of TikTok, polices it a little bit or a lot.
Depends on them.
But remember, they make telephones in China, make all sorts of things in China.
Nobody ever complains about that.
Here they're complaining about this.
So many different products made in China.
Nobody ever complained about it.
The only one they complain about is TikTok.
And TikTok is largely young people.
I guess I have a warm spot for TikTok that I didn't have originally.
But, you know, I went on TikTok and I won young people by 36 percent, Peter.
And Republicans typically don't do too well with young people.
But it's a different Republican Party.
Would the U.S. go ahead and buy a portion of TikTok then?
Or how would it get that pitch?
No, you'd take 50% of TikTok for the approval that TikTok can continue in business.
And they'd have a great partner.
The U.S. would be their partner.
But the U.S. essentially would be paid for doing that half of the value of TikTok.
Would it be a private sector?
Could be a lot.
Tell you what, every rich person has called me about TikTok.
Because I got to use it.
And remember, TikTok is largely about kids, young kids.
If China is going to get information about young kids, I don't know.
To be honest, I think we have bigger problems than that.
But, you know, when you take a look at telephones that are made in China and all the other things that are made in China.
Military equipment made in China.
TikTok, I think TikTok is not their biggest problem.
But there's big value in TikTok if it gets approved.
If it doesn't get approved, there's no value.
So if we create that value, why aren't we entitled to like half?
Does Biden ever do news conferences like this?
How many news conferences, Peter, has he done like this?
Like this?
None. And it would be zero for...
Which one?
Marco Rubio.
Marco Rubio.
You said Marco.
Marco. Marco Rubio.
Yeah, he's...
I think he's great.
I think Marco's doing a fantastic job.
I think he's going to get a lot of votes.
I think he's going to be at 90% or something.
I'm hearing very good.
People know him.
They know him in the Senate.
They know he's good.
He's doing a good job.
I don't know.
I can't tell you.
I don't know what's going to happen with that.
He's got some very strong ideas now, Marco.
Did you sign the tech class order?
Yeah. Yes, that was just the president.
Just signed it.
Still changing in Venezuela, changing power.
Are you still committed with Maduro leaving power in Venezuela?
Well, we're going to find out about that, too, because we're going to probably stop buying oil from Venezuela.
We don't need their oil.
Another environment like the first term?
Well, it could be, but we don't have to buy the oil.
We have plenty of oil for ourselves.
And it'll change Venezuela quite a bit.
President Trump, there was a lot of concern about this during the campaign.
The question that only works today.
Are you a dictator on day one?
No. No.
I can't imagine even being called it.
No, I believe in the sanctity of the vote.
The Democrats didn't because they cheated like dogs.
I believe in the sanctity.
And this was too big to rig.
This last election was just too big to rig.
Really the opposite.
When do you plan to speak to President Putin?
Could be very soon.
And you've talked a bit about Ukraine and Russia, but how long do you think it would take to end that conflict?
I have to speak to President Putin.
We're going to have to find out.
He can't be thrilled.
He's not doing so well.
I mean, he's grinding it out, but most people thought that war would have been over in about one week.
And now you're into three years, right?
So he can't be thrilled.
It's not making him look very good.
Now, eventually, you know, I mean, it's a big machine, so things will happen.
But I think he'd be very well off to end that war.
We have numbers that almost a million Russian soldiers have been killed.
About 700,000 Ukrainian soldiers are killed.
Russia's bigger.
They have more soldiers to lose.
But that's no way to run a country.
Just gave me the right to sell it or close it.
