My name is Jake Lang.
I am a January 6th political prisoner held in the Biden and Harris gulags for over 1,350 days without a trial.
I am one of the thousands whose lives have been destroyed by this new weaponized and political department of justice that has formed.

Marxists and uniparty authoritarians have teamed up to form an axis of deep evil inside the United States government.
And wielding the power, the unrestrained power, of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, their aim is to entrench any political opponent who threatens their power structure with a spear-sharpened lawfare aimed at the heart of anyone who dares stand up against their tyranny.
In damp, smoke-shrouded back rooms, the law is bent and twisted by feral-eyed prosecutors.
Their bows and arrows are wedded into Donald Trump, the January 6th election integrity protesters, anti-abortion activists, Catholics, and conservative school board parents.
Felony persecutions rain down as the coercive instruments of a morally bankrupt federal police state.
The cattle prods of a tyrannical government trying to keep its population in check and subserviently bowed before its masters.
The time for all Americans, liberal and conservative, Republican and Democrat, to come together and uniformly renounce these Neanderthals that are dragging down our fair, just and beautiful society into a serpent-like game of backstabbing politics.
We will not stand for your political games anymore.
The lives of our American brothers and sisters currently rotting away in Biden and Kamala's gulags are too precious.
We cannot simply turn our backs upon them.
Our founding fathers surely wouldn't have.

Trump gave a speech, the likes of which hadn't been heard since Kennedy in the 60s.
Are now joined in a great national effort to rebuild our country and restore its promise for all of our people.
Today's ceremony, however, has very special meaning.
Because today, we are not merely transferring power from one administration to another.
Or from one party to another.
But we are transferring power from Washington DC and giving it back to you, the people.
For too long, a small group in our nation's capital has reaped the rewards of government while the people have borne the cost.
Washington flourished.
But the people did not share in its wealth.
The establishment protected itself, but not the citizens of our country.
Their victories have not been your victories.
Their triumphs have not been your triumphs.
And while they celebrated in our nation's capital, there was little to celebrate for struggling families.
All across our land.
The chaotic scene just blocks outside the secure area of the inauguration and parade route.
During the inauguration and into the night, left-wing lunatics wreaked havoc on Washington, D.C. in response to Trump's new administration.
The battle between two ideologies began.
Several officers injured during the protest today and more than 100 people arrested.
I personally have anti-establishment slants, but I don't think that this is anything that I want to be a part of.
Tonight, thousands of protesters remain in downtown D.C., occasionally facing off with police.
We have seen many people injured, both protesters and police officers.
The Dems' lawfare campaign against Trump began with a Russian collusion hoax.
The campaign, the Russians offered help.

And the president made full use of that help.
General Flynn was the first casualty.
Michael Flynn, President Trump's former national security advisor, has been charged and will plead guilty to lying to the FBI.
We do know that was inappropriate by own self-admittance of James Comey, is that the FBI broke standard protocol in the way that they came in and ambushed General Flynn, and in the way that they questioned him, and in the way that they encouraged him not to have White House When I looked at what they did to him, they tormented him.

If you wanted an FBI investigation, you could have come to us.
What you want to do is destroy this guy's life, hold this seat open, and hope you win in 2020.

The Senate just moments ago voted to confirm Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Completing a polarizing chapter in American history and cementing a conservative shift for the nation's high court for a generation.
Hundreds crowded the National Mall from in front of the Supreme Court to the east front steps of the Capitol building, where one by one protesters were arrested.
The anticipation has been immense.
So too are the implications.
The long-awaited Mueller report has just been submitted.
The president arrived at his Florida golf resort tonight just a few hours before the news broke.
But after two years, the Mueller report has been completed and sent to the attorney general.
At every stage, the president has denounced Mueller's work.
Roger Stone was the next to face arrest at the hands of a weaponized FBI.
Roger Stone has indicted longtime Trump associate Roger Stone.
You see him right there on several charges of giving false statements to Congress, witness tampering, and obstruction of justice.
This is the last one.
Finally, the deep state pulled off the unthinkable in a fabricated impeachment against Trump.

And all day long here, we've been watching the short bursts of anger, the closing arguments from both sides.
Democrats arguing the evidence was clear, arguing the president used the power of his office for personal and political gain with this election coming.
Republicans asking, where is the evidence of a crime?
And the Democrats have wanted this since day one.
And House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who repeatedly resisted impeachment, changing her mind after that call with the president of Ukraine, saying the president gave us no choice.
The political turbulence of the Trump presidency is reflected in the intertwined sagas of General Michael Flynn, Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, Roger Stone, and the Mueller report.
General Flynn, Trump's first national security adviser, pled guilty in 2017 to lying to the FBI.
But his case took a dramatic turn when evidence surfaced suggesting misconduct by investigators.
Trump staunchly defended Flynn, calling him a victim of a witch hunt, and ultimately pardoned him in 2020, declaring he had done nothing wrong.
The same polarizing atmosphere surrounded Brett Kavanaugh's Supreme Court confirmation in 2018.
Allegations of sexual misconduct led to heated hearings and nationwide protest.
Senator Lindsey Graham captured the partisan divide with a fiery defense of Kavanaugh and despite the uproar, Kavanaugh was confirmed.
Meanwhile, The Mueller report, released in 2019, detailed Russian interference in the 2016 election and explored potential obstruction of justice by Trump.
While no collusion was found, the report fueled partisan battles and added fuel to the ongoing investigations.
In 2019, longtime Trump ally Roger Stone became a target of the Mueller investigation.
Arrested in a dramatic pre-dawn FBI raid, Stone was charged with lying to Congress and witness tampering.
His conviction was later commuted by Trump, who decreed the investigation as corrupt.
Together, these episodes illustrate President Trump's fight against what he called an unjust system, rallying his supporters while deepening political divides.

In city after American city tonight, thousands of people have once again taken to the streets to express their anger, frustration and solidarity with others among them with different agendas seeking to perhaps hijack the demonstrations.
Democrats in Congress took the opportunity to pander to minority communities and participated in virtue signaling and cultural appropriation.
All of this won't mind if you shout out names then.

The calls for protests and violence echoed from the left.

Yeah, this has been a very polarizing case, and Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner's decision to file charges...
Mark and Patricia McCloskey stood outside of their Portland Place home in the Central West End as protesters marched past on June 28th.
They say they feared for their lives and their property.
Today, St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner charged them with unlawful use of a weapon and flourishing.
Just last week, Governor Parson said he would pardon them if they were charged.
In a statement, Gardner said it is illegal to waive weapons in a threatening manner at those participating in nonviolent protest.
And while we are fortunate this situation did not escalate into deadly force, this type of conduct is unacceptable.
The Lafayette Park riot left a church on fire and forced the president into a bunker for safety.
Rioters were arrested after injuring police and causing damage.
Charges were quickly dismissed.
No peace!
The left encouraged violence and then sparked off a national movement to defund police.
Take some of the money from policing, about $150 million.
I applaud Eric Garcetti for doing what he's done.
But we need to completely dismantle the Minneapolis Police Department.

Outdated, it is wrong-headed thinking to think that the only way you're going to get communities to be safe is to put more police officers on the street.

As Senator Blackburn mentioned, we're seeing record high levels of crime in every major city.
Memphis saw a record high this past year alone.
We've got to step up and do something about this and we've had An administration that prioritizes anything but dealing with crime.
In fact, as many of the members of this administration were running for office, I think about Vice President Kamala Harris, she actually raised funds to bail out criminals early.
One of those criminals that her fund bailed out just a few weeks ago murdered somebody three weeks after being released on bail that now Vice President Harris' fund provided.
The summer of 2020 marked a historic period of civil unrest and political polarization in America.
Sparked by George Floyd's death in Minneapolis, protests erupted nationwide.
Labeled the Summer of Love by some, these demonstrations often turned violent, resulting in widespread looting and clashes with police.
Calls to defund the police gained traction with high-profile politicians, including representatives AOC, Maxine Waters, and Nancy Pelosi, lending their voices to the movement.
Vice President Kamala Harris went further, encouraging donations to bail funds for arrested protesters.
Meanwhile, high-profile organizations like Antifa and Black Lives Matter saw many of their supporters released or charges dismissed, even in cases involving violence and property destruction.
The Lafayette Square protests near the White House further inflamed tensions.

What happens is everyone clears out, including the Republican observers in the press, but four people stay behind and continue counting and tabulating well into the night from that point, which is going to be about 1025 when they all clear out, or 1030.
And they will continue counting, unobserved, unsupervised.

Outside of abortion facilities, many of which remain open during the coronavirus pandemic.
One incident involved eight arrests in Charlotte, North Carolina in early April, when the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department tells EWTM Pro-Life Weekly, officers observed approximately 50 protesters congregating outside an abortion facility.
Police say the gathering was determined to be a violation of a prohibition on mass gatherings in North Carolina's stay-at-home order.

Apparently he was angry in part over the leaked draft opinion on Roe v.

These people were treated like terrorists.

And something tragic could have happened.
Heavily armed shields, helmets, vests, big, huge, long rifle-type guns.
They move to the front door, proceeding to bang and scream, frightening her family.

He opens the door, and immediately there's guns pointed at him.
A gun pointed at me on the staircase.
During the ensuing chaos, she repeatedly asked the agents to identify themselves and provide documentation as to why they were there.

And they said, well, we're taking him whether we have a warrant or not.
That's it.
And this is a political prosecution, pure and simple.
This is really their first major foray, their first public attempt to intimidate and frighten the pro-life movement.
And they, you know, as Bishop Coffey said, they picked the wrong guy.
Well, FBI agents raided the home of a pro-life father of 11 in Tennessee earlier this month.
Paul Vaughn is the president of Tennessee Personhood.
He and nearly a dozen other pro-lifers were arrested and charged with violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act.
The incident happened more than a year ago, and at that time, Vaughn was not arrested by local police, but now he faces up to 11 years in prison.
The left rioted and acted without reprise.
However, conservatives were arrested for reading a Bible in public, clearly violating their First Amendment rights.
"Gettin'this on film." "Can I give him my bag or stuff?" So at this point, we can no longer stand by.
The risk is too close for public safety by remaining here.
It can be mitigated if you leave your last chance.
I don't want to leave because I'm not in danger.

What surprises me, brother, is the fact that we got a city full of crime.
We got needles all over the place.
We got, you know, lawless homeless camps everywhere.

The lawfare campaign against Trump ratcheted up dramatically as federal agents raided his Mar-a-Lago home in Florida.
I think every Republican believes that the FBI, when it comes to Trump and other organizations, have lost their mind.
Republican Arizona Representative Paul Gosar tweeting that he will support a complete dismantling and elimination of the FBI, an agency headed by a Trump appointee, Christopher Wray.
House Republican leader Kevin McCarthy adding that, quote, when Republicans take back the House, we'll conduct immediate oversight of the Justice Department.
The strong reaction from Trump allies coming after FBI agents executed a court-authorized search warrant at the former president's private residence.
Sources tell ABC News the unprecedented raid was part of an investigation into Trump's alleged mishandling of classified documents.
Trump was then indicted and arrested in New York as a result of a weaponized and targeted justice system.
This was related to a hush money scandal that many legal experts say should have never been tried.
He got out of the car and defiantly waved to some of his supporters as he went into the courtroom.
You would think he was arriving at a campaign visit, but in fact, as soon as he entered that building, he was officially under arrest.
He'll be being processed inside there now, fingerprinted, and crucially, being told what all the charges against them are.
He doesn't have any of those details yet.
And in less than an hour, We will see him appear in the courtroom where he will be asked by the judge to enter a plea to all of those charges.
He's just been informed and been laid against him.
We expect he'll plead not guilty.

The next targeted prosecution came in relation to allegations that President Trump mishandled documents.

The indictment was issued by a grand jury of citizens here in the District of Columbia.
And it sets forth the crimes charged in detail.

In weaponized fashion, the FBI allowed me to accept orders to a new position halfway across the country.
They allowed us to sell my family's home.
They ordered me to report to the new unit when our youngest daughter was two weeks old.
Then, on my first day on the new assignment, they suspended me, rendering my family homeless.
They refused to release our goods, including our clothes, for weeks.
All I wanted to do was serve my country by stopping bad guys and protecting the innocent.
To my chagrin, bad guys have begun running parts of the government, making it difficult to continue to serve this nation and protect the innocent.
But I, for one, will never stop trying.
And I'll never forget my oath.

He lost his security clearance and his ability to work devastating his family financially.
Thank you to the committee for allowing me time today to convey my concerns about the current FBI.
In particular, I am concerned, and I believe this committee should also be concerned, about the FBI's use of the security clearance process to retaliate against whistleblowers.
Despite my history of unblemished service to the United States, the FBI suspended my security clearance, accusing me of actually being disloyal to my country.
This outrageous and insulting accusation is based on unsubstantiated accusations that I hold conspiratorial views regarding the events of January 6, 2021.

Interestingly enough, in the wake of filing the complaint, I received correspondence from the FBI indicating that my clearance had now been formally revoked.
This has been a trying circumstance for me and my family.
It's been more than a year since the FBI took my paycheck from me.
We're getting financially crushed.
Mr. Allen, it's good to see you again.
You came last year and you told us about these terrible things the Department of Justice was doing to you.
And you've testified today you still don't thank the Department of Justice.
Has treated whistleblowers like yourself and others fairly.
Is that your testimony?
That's correct.
The treatment is unfair.
The process was to punish these people and to make an example of them.
That's obvious to everyone.
They saw improper actions at the FBI and DOJ.
They blew the whistle on it.
And then the process was the punishment.
And it was the point.
Mr. Allen, you've seen since you have given us this testimony us continue to pass continuing resolutions.
That put no consequence on the DOJ or the FBI for what they've done to you and your colleagues.
Do you think Congress has appropriately protected whistleblowers?
I do not, Congressman.
We see the evidence that you get mistreated.
We hear from the experts, like Mr. Horowitz, that this is totally off book.
It's obvious to anyone with a brain they're doing it to hurt you and to make an example out of you.
And what do we do?
We just sign the check.
And we just send it over.
Until you get paid, and until the rest of the whistleblowers get their back paid, maybe the FBI director doesn't get his paycheck.
Maybe the attorney general shouldn't get his paycheck.
Maybe the FBI director shouldn't get the use of the private jet that he likes to fly around the country on so much.
They enjoy all of the accoutrements of their position, and you end up screwed.
And we're okay with it, apparently.
Any member who votes for these continuing resolutions is voting to perpetuate the punishment.
That has been instituted on the whistleblowers.
And while we want to talk about the weaponization of the Justice Department, rightfully so, we write the check for it.
Sir, I would just say that I consider the hearing today my last act of service as a public servant for the United States of America.
The American people, I say, I personally have no confidence that the FBI will rein in its own conduct.
I've been persecuted along with Garrett, Steve and Kyle and countless other whistleblowers.
It is my opinion that the Bureau used reprisal and fear to control the workforce.
To the American people, you have a duty as a citizen to vote, and I strongly urge you to do so.
It's how you participate in the American experience.
