Time Text
Extreme MAGA Republicans have launched an illegitimate impeachment inquiry that is a kangaroo court, fishing expedition, and conspiracy theater rolled into one.
There is not a shred of evidence that President Joe Biden has engaged in wrongdoing.
There is not a shred of evidence that President Joe Biden has committed an impeachable offense.
There is not a shred of evidence that President Joe Biden has committed a crime.
This is an illegitimate impeachment inquiry.
Period.
Period.
Full stop.
Extreme MAGA Republicans...
We're going to play this work of verbal diarrhea art again in a second.
Is he doing the sign language for the...
I'm not even saying that as a joke.
What the hell is he doing with his hands?
I know that I talk with my hands and I gesticulate.
I like to think...
Maybe it's just me and maybe I think too much of myself.
I like to think that my hand gesticulations have something to do with the words that are coming out of my mouth and I'm not directing an orchestra in my mind.
So setting aside that I cannot watch Hakeem Jeffries talk because I am so irritatingly distracted by the irrational, random, never-ending gesticulations with his hands that have nothing to do with what he's saying.
Totally disconnected.
We're going to watch it again.
And listen to the verbal diarrhea coming out of his mouth.
The man can, without smiling, without laughing, I'll give him credit for that, can say this about the I don't know that the impeachment is happening yet, the impeachment inquiry.
He can say this about the impeachment inquiry news into Joe Biden without laughing, without saying, holy crap, that sounds exactly like what we just did with the January 6th committee.
That sounds exactly like what we did, not once, but twice.
Let's just watch this again one more time.
Extreme mega Republicans have...
Extreme mega Republicans.
It's not a cult.
It's not a cult, except they have terminology.
They excommunicate you if you defy...
What is the word I'm looking for?
Not protocol.
If you defy orders.
That's not what I'm looking for, but whatever.
It's not a cult, but they have rituals.
They have terms.
They tell you who you can read, who you can see.
And if you deviate, you're out.
Extreme MAGA Republicans.
Say it again after.
Say it three times and Hillary Clinton becomes president.
You wake up in the middle of the night like Candyman.
Look in the mirror.
Extreme MAGA Republicans.
Hillary Clinton is president.
Extreme MAGA Republicans have launched an illegitimate impeachment inquiry that is a kangaroo court.
Kangaroo court.
Fishing expedition.
Fishing expedition.
Conspiracy theater.
And conspiracy theater.
Does this guy not remember what they did for three years?
Fishing expedition.
Conspiracy theater.
Well, they would know a little bit something about that.
Not a shred of evidence.
None.
There's no...
There's no talk about millions and millions of dollars being paid through Hunter Biden.
There's no talk about Joe threatening to withhold aid from Ukraine unless they fire Poroshenko.
And son of a bitch, would you know they did it?
There's no evidence of Joe peddling his influence to get his kid hired to the board of Burisma, which would make Burisma sort of investigation proof, would lend a little bit of credibility to a corrupt Ukrainian energy company to have a Biden name on the board of directors with handsome remuneration and that magical 10% for the big guy.
There's no evidence of that.
If you think there's evidence of that, you're an idiot.
Don't believe your lying eyes.
That President Joe Biden...
What is that?
There is not a shred of evidence that President Joe Biden has committed an impeachable offense.
There is not a shred of evidence that President Joe Biden has committed a crime.
High crimes and misdemeanors.
And all of a sudden, by the way, all of a sudden, remember, when they were impeaching Trump, not once but twice, They were making the argument that the impeachment doesn't have to be a crime.
Do you remember that whole debate?
High crimes and...
What is it called?
High crimes and misdemeanors.
It was felony or other high crimes.
No.
Other high crimes, whatever.
There was the whole argument in the first impeachment that it didn't even have to be a crime.
Now, all of a sudden, these double standard hypocrite lying buffoons are going back to the argument that it has to be a crime in order to be an impeachable offense.
And by the way, bribery and extortion are crimes in any event.
This is an illegitimate...
Look at that.
Let me just see that.
That one is particularly impactful.
Illegitimate impeachment inquiry.
Period.
Full stop.
I mean, it's just, it's mind-boggling, mind-blowing, irritating, insulting, condescending.
They treat people like they are idiots, and my goodness, a lot of people, they're not idiots, because I think idiot refers to the manner in which the brain operates, but a lot of people are...
Wildly ill-informed.
As is to be expected, if you listen to someone like Hakeem Jeffries or any of these other lying, propagandist, blue checkmark hacks, you're going to be ignorant, you're going to be ill-informed, and some might say that you have to be an idiot to trust liars, but so be it.
All right, everybody.
Hate Gate is on the menu, but in more ways than one.
Okay, before I keep going, good afternoon.
Yeah, what time is it?
That's one o 'clock.
Good afternoon, East Coast.
Good morning, West Coast.
Good night, Europe.
Good night.
We've got a show.
First of all, I thought I had Spike Cohen, who's a libertarian, ran as the VP for the party in 2020.
I thought I had Spike Cohen coming on today, but...
Because I'm an idiot, all I had confirmed today at 1 o 'clock was our call to coordinate and not the actual show.
I move fast.
Spike Cohen, Libertarian, VP, smart guy.
I've been listening to a bunch of podcasts with him.
He's coming on next Friday, 12 o 'clock.
What was I just about to say?
Yeah, for this week, it's been a big week.
I had Neil Oliver on yesterday.
Dave Smith on Tuesday night.
Tarek Johnson on Tuesday evening.
Hate Gate.
We're covering it today, but we're going to get into it tomorrow because Karima Saad, one of the two authors of the memorandum, it's an 86-page memo detailing this new Hate Gate debacle coming out of Canada.
It makes the Canadian government, I mean, they're idiots.
They're incompetent.
They're corrupt.
They're liars.
They're scoundrels of the highest order.
It makes them look like complete buffoons.
I know better.
They're beyond buffoons.
They're liars.
Kareem Assad is coming on tomorrow at 10 o 'clock.
10 o 'clock to go over the report and break it down, summarize it, synthesize it.
And then Jeremy McKenzie, one of, if not the biggest victim of HateGate, is going to come on afterwards and talk about the latest updates.
Jeremy McKenzie has been on the channel multiple times.
I now feel thoroughly vindicated in my initial assessment of Jeremy as a human.
In my subsequent impressions of Jeremy as a human, in my decision to participate in fundraising to help Jeremy get through the absolutely outrageous, insane political persecution the Canadian government had put him through with the help of the Canadian Anti-Hate Network.
Con!
Con!
Canadian Anti-Hate Network, oddly enough, is the hate.
Canadian Anti-Hate Network is the hate, and the Anti-Defamation League in America is the defamation.
So what do we have on for today?
We're going to start with Trump on Megyn Kelly.
We're going to talk about why I believe that Fauci, he should go to jail, but after a trial.
A fair trial.
And I don't want to presuppose the conclusions of any fair trial.
I will not presuppose his guilt, but I thoroughly believe it's beyond guilt.
Fauci belongs in jail.
And a number of other people belong in jail.
Theresa Tam?
Chief Public Health Officer of Canada, wearing that dumbass mask on her face while she's giving a press conference.
Wearing a mask on her face when no one is around her while giving a press conference.
You want to talk about conspiracy theater, Hakeem Jeffries?
They are pushing this latest updated booster.
And wait until you see the studies on which they are basing their medical advice.
We're going to get...
I'm not reading some of these chats.
We're going to talk about that.
I got like a whole flipping backdrop of stuff.
But before we go on any further, let me just make sure that we are currently live on The Rumbles.
We are.
Let me make sure that we are currently live on The Locals.
Are we good here?
And for those of you who don't know, we've got our next Locals Chat winner.
I hate the word winner because it's sort of like...
It carries with it, I don't know, like the winner.
It's such a luxury to sit down and have a discussion with Viva.
So I don't like the term.
But in our vivabarneslaw.locals.com community, we have about 120,000 members.
That is non-supporting.
They get a ton of stuff, access to information without any financial support.
But we have a bunch of supporters who allow us to continue doing, Robert Barnes and myself, what we're doing.
One of the things we came up with in the community was doing like an interview, but with one of the supporters who decides they want to sit down and be investigated, have their childhoods thoroughly analyzed by me.
And so what we do, we've been doing it now.
It's the fourth time.
Supporters, people who, you know, contribute to supporting the channel, answer in a comment.
And then I pick a random number, pick the one of the random comments, and then we have a bit of an interview.
So we've got our latest, our next winner.
It was Majestic Top Hat.
Scheduling it, it's not happening today, but it's happening soon.
I'll just say, look, the standard disclaimers, do we have any Super Chats to look at?
We do not have any yet, nor do we have any Rumble Rants, and don't worry.
Those Super Chats, those highlighted money comments, like tips, like dance for me, Viva, type thing.
It's a joke, but they are...
YouTube takes 30% to that.
Rumble takes 20% of their equivalent called Rumble Rants, but for the rest of the year, they're taking 0%.
2024, they're going to go back to their 20%.
So if you want to support the channel doing that, thank you.
Not an expectation.
By no means, obviously not an obligation.
And they should never, no one should ever feel like, oh God, I shouldn't have done that because it's hard times for people.
Full stop, period.
If you choose to do it, thank you.
I appreciate it.
Just know how YouTube takes some of it.
Rumble is better.
Best place to support, if you are so inclined to support the work that we do, vivabarneslaw.locals.com.
Seven bucks a month, $70 a year, discounted rate, and some people actually contribute more than that.
But, everybody needs a shirt.
Viva Frye, live free.
Everybody needs a coffee mug.
It might be more expensive than what you can get at a dollar store with no branding, but if you wanted to get one of these wonderful shot glasses, I got two up there.
I actually got four.
If you want a coffee mug, the best coffee mug ever, or the best shirt or shirts, you can go to vivafry.com, the merch store.
We do our best.
It's not cheap-ish.
It's not cheap clothing.
It's like, you know, get stuff at a dollar store and it'll work.
But if you want to support the channel and have something cool, own a piece of history, you can do that.
Okay!
Winter is coming.
Start promoting the hoodies.
Do you get cold in winter?
Do you sometimes get red ears as the temperature drops?
Aviva Frye, wanted for President Hoodie, will keep your ears warm and snug.
Okay, so we're starting with Trump.
Trump was on Megyn Kelly.
She did the interview.
I haven't seen all of it, but I've seen enough of it.
I like Megyn Kelly.
Full disclosure, I gave Megyn Kelly a hard time once upon a time on the Twitterverse.
Critique.
You critique both the people you loathe.
And the people you like.
On the one hand, to highlight the mistakes that the people you loathe make.
And on the other hand, you do critique the people you like because you might actually want them to be better.
And while I am about to be critical of Trump in his response to the question that he's going to get asked, I am critical of Trump, not to destroy and discredit him.
But to sensitize him to the fact that the answer is unsatisfactory, it will be unsatisfactory to a great many people who might be getting increasingly angry at where we are today, due in part to an initiative that he commenced, that he was proud of, and that he repeats, reiterates, being proud of.
So Trump was on Megyn Kelly.
Megyn Kelly did a good interview.
She asked the question that I had asked.
Tucker Carlson to ask, not knowing that Tucker Carlson had already recorded his recording and it was never going to happen.
But she asked the question.
Maybe not in as aggressive a manner as I would have, but she did.
Now here, hold on a second.
Megyn Kelly presses Trump.
Okay.
So here's the question.
We're going to play through it.
And we all know Trump is Trump.
Trump will be Trump.
And that doesn't mean...
And we do know that, you know, the campaign looks to see how answers are resonating.
And what I'm suggesting is, you know, the explanation is not one that is contrary to anything he's ever said.
And it would not be like an anchorless ship being blown with the wind.
It would be fleshing out what he's starting to mention it here.
He's starting to get to it.
He's not quite there yet.
And it's going to need some refining because he is going to get grilled for it.
And rightly so.
My question to Tucker Carlson on Twitter, for those of you who didn't see it, my question to Trump would have been, you know that people in your administration lied to you.
I think Milley lied about the number of soldiers left in Syria because who the hell wants a president that actually gets America out of foreign occupations, foreign wars?
We now know that the trials for the Pfizer jibby jab were, bunk would be an understatement.
For those who aren't following I was going to say Garth Brooks, but it's not.
It's Brooke Jackson.
Jeez, Louise.
Brooke Jackson's Key Tam whistleblower lawsuit.
If the allegations are true, the trials were basically non-existent.
Bunk would be like, you know, you went through the stuff and you did the actions and, you know, you faked it.
You faked it as in, like, you faked, fake it.
You just, you went through the motions.
If Brooke Jackson's allegations are true and correct, and at this point in time, I believe they are, but not just relying on Brooke Jackson, I've interviewed many people now, Maddie DeGarry's parents.
Trump can now say, look, I didn't know how badly they lied, falsified data, ignored data.
I'd say, now that you know people in your administration have lied to you, you know how bunk these trials were, do you still stand by?
What you tout to be the success of the jab.
And if you do, how so?
But listen to the question that Megyn Kelly asks.
And it's pretty much the same.
Megyn Kelly, here.
Boom.
Shakalaka.
Listen to this.
No, I didn't add it to the screen yet.
Share.
Here we go.
Listen.
Operation Warp Speed, though.
That was on the vaccines.
They were rushed through.
Operation Warp Speed, though.
That was on the vaccines.
They were rushed through.
They have helped, but also hurt.
A lot of people.
Bear in mind that Megyn Kelly just came out the other day and said that she suffered an immunological response from the jibby jab.
Bear that in mind.
So she might be coming from a place of hurt.
Might.
She is coming from a place of hurt herself.
I know the arguments, everybody.
Trump never mandated it.
No one forced Megyn Kelly to get it.
And it was the subsequent administration and local governments, state governments, that really put the screws to people.
We know the argument.
This is where Megyn Kelly's coming from.
And your White House actually supported mask mandates.
So wouldn't you like a do-over on any of that?
See, that question is a lob.
That's a lobbing up the hard question.
Wouldn't you like a do-over?
Do you not regret relying on an administration that you knew was trying to sabotage you is maybe how I might have phrased it.
But I've been accused of being unnecessarily aggressive at times.
I'm not.
I think people need to grow some thicker skin and quit being a bunch of babies.
But whatever.
Okay, Megyn Kelly's more diplomatic.
Look, when this came in, nobody knew what the hell it was.
It sounded like an ancient, you know, pandemic.
You thought that was from 200 years ago or from 1917.
We never thought you'd have a pandemic.
Nobody had any idea.
See, there's going to be a very, very big problem with the response to this.
They were holding pandemic games.
I forget what the hell the...
The conference was.
They were holding pandemic games a year before.
So some people are going to say, if that's what you thought, I question some judgment here.
What was this?
Fauci himself is the one who said the Trump administration is going to face a pandemic.
So understand what he's saying.
I understand what he's saying.
This was unprecedented.
No one knew what the hell was going on.
But...
Refine the messaging.
Refine it down just a little bit.
But let's keep going.
We got word that bad things were happening in China, right around the Wuhan clinic.
And I was the one that said it was in the Wuhan clinic.
And, you know, I stuck with it.
And it was.
It was absolutely.
Touting a success, that's fine.
That's a salesman.
That's good.
It came out of the Wuhan clinic.
But you take a look at...
Who was funding the Wuhan Virology Institute?
We now know that it was Fauci using third party NGOs, Eco Alliance.
We know now that it was the dude that he was fighting with Fauci, but he was also relying on Fauci.
It was the dude in his administration that had actually indirectly financed the gain of function research into the pandemic that took President Trump out of office.
And what we did was This was brand new.
Nobody knew what the hell it was.
There's dust.
Somebody said there's dust coming in from China and it's killing people in Italy and it's killing people in France.
I do remember the videos of people handing out masks and it happened to be Chinese people handing out masks and then people were making jokes as to whether or not...
There were a lot of conspiracy theories, some legit and some not legit, that came out in the...
In the period where the world went effing nuts and has yet to recover from its effing insanity.
It's going to kill people here.
And by the way, I shut it down to China.
That was a big move.
I saved thousands, hundreds of thousands of lives by doing it.
But honestly...
Do remember, by the way, they had shut the borders.
And in Canada, they were still allowing international flights to come in from China.
And do remember at the time when Trump said, end travel, cut the travel off, he was accused of being racist.
I don't blame a lot of people because nobody knew what it was.
Now we do understand it somewhat.
Nobody really understands it even now fully.
But nobody knew what COVID was.
And it wasn't even a name.
I called it the China virus.
I still do.
I call it the China virus.
It came out of China.
They call it COVID and COVID-19.
As far as the vaccines...
I call it the mysheronisiris, but...
Concern.
You had the original COVID.
And the vaccine had an impact on that.
And there are some people, I will tell you, some friends.
There are many people who agree with what Trump is saying right now.
And I'm not saying this to contradict Dr. Drew.
Dr. Drew is a doctor, someone I respect, someone whose judgment I respect, who he does believe that it helps certain demographics and it did not help other demographics.
And we're going to get into that when we go over to Rumble.
So there are people who do believe this.
And I'll show you.
The CDC, to some extent, has confirmed what Trump is saying right now.
So I understand also the 4D chess that Trump might be playing right now.
But I don't like it.
Friends of mine that are Democrat, I think they voted for me, but they're Democrat.
Very smart people, top people.
They say, you know, I don't understand one thing.
Why don't you talk more about the vaccine?
It was one of the greatest things you've ever done.
Now think of that.
Again, people, he's not saying it.
He's saying some of his Democrat friends say that to him.
So this is an interesting way of suggesting that people are giving him credit while not saying it himself so that he can also turn around and say, they say that I saved a lot of lives.
I can take credit for the success, but not for the failure.
Although the failure, inasmuch as it became mandated, required, coerced, etc., did indeed come from subsequent administrations and various states.
But okay, moving on.
They say to me, and I say, I'm not going to talk about it one way or the other.
First of all, no mandates.
I don't want mandates.
I never had mandates.
Florida sort of had a mandate because they were giving the vaccine.
They were demanding everybody take the vaccine.
It's another thing.
But no mandates, no anything.
I didn't demand anybody take it.
But I have people on the other side.
I don't like the diversion either.
I don't like the comparison to Florida because that's a two-way street that's not necessarily going to play always in Trump's favor.
But okay.
And to me, it looks like a juvenile.
It looks like a juvenile.
Well, I did something faster.
Admittedly, a number of people made the right decisions, some sooner than later, and others are continuing to perpetuate the wrongs, as we're going to get into when we go over to Rumble.
Not my side, although probably there are some on my side too.
They said, you saved 100 million people, because I got it done in nine months as opposed to five years to 12 years.
When they fact-check him, because I haven't seen anything that confirms that number, when they fact-check Trump, his defense is going to be, I didn't say it, I said that other people said it.
He's wrong on the number, I think, although I have to check globally, but he's not wrong in principle.
And I'm going to show you the evidence to support what Trump is saying other people said to him about the success of the jibby jab.
You're proud of it?
No, I'm not proud of it.
I'm saying what Democrats think.
Democrats...
I get it.
And I'm not somebody who denies some of the good that the vaccines did.
I lived through that, too.
But, of course, a lot of people have been vaccine injured.
And that's one of the questions.
Those people are mad that...
They were rushed through and that they can't sue.
She looks bad.
Well, I never gave mandates, and people have to make up their own, you know, make their own decisions, as far as I'm concerned.
Now, some places had mandates, very strong mandates, largely Democrat governors and probably some Republicans, etc., etc.
But there are Democrats that say, why aren't you talking about that?
It's one of the...
They really believe strongly.
Yeah, dude, there are some people that say that.
If Trump were to speak strongly about the success of the jab...
That would end his presidential run.
One said, you say, and this is very smart people.
They said, you saved 100 million people worldwide.
In 1917, you know, it could have been as much as 100 million.
They're going to fact check him on that.
I actually want to look into that to see what impact the Spanish flu had on ending World War I, but they're going to fact check him on that.
It's an interesting thing that he's doing right now.
He is touting the success without doing it himself, which would irritate his base, undoubtedly.
Trying to court Democrat voters?
I don't know.
I don't think so.
It's not like there's any Democrat voters out there who are going to vote for Trump, but okay.
You know, it actually ended the First World War.
The soldiers were dying.
They were on the lines.
They're fighting, and they're dying of this horrible disease.
They said, you might have saved 100 million people, 50 million people.
Why aren't you talking about it?
I said, I'm not talking about it.
But what I did do is I got something done for that specific thing.
I also got Regeneron and I got a lot of therapeutics done, which were great.
For that specific thing.
Now, here is what the refined message has to be.
To the extent that it's accurate, and I think that it is, but I'm skeptical sometimes of even my own thoughts and conclusions.
OWS Operation Warp Speed was intended to find an emergency use for a vaccine to treat the vulnerable.
I wish I had pulled up the OWS statement.
It was intended to find a vaccine for the vulnerable while exploring therapeutics for others.
That was supposed to be the origin.
I want to say that again, that was supposed to be that was the mission statement of Operation Warp Speed.
The fact that it was then turned into a one size fits all six months and up, as we're going to see coming out of Canada, the fact that it turned into that, the fact that the potential adverse events were underestimated, undercounted, not properly reported, weeded out of the trials, much to the concealment of Trump.
The fact that it turned into something that it was never supposed to be, well, I'm totally against that.
We had an original mission.
We succeeded in it.
I did not know that people were lying to me.
I didn't know that they were concealing harmful data.
And we did the best we could under the circumstances.
But now I promise to look into it.
Now I promise to appoint, if I'm elected, RFK to the Vaccine Council.
And I promise to look into it.
And if Pfizer lied, well, then we're going to go after them.
Fraudulent inducement, fraud vitiates consent.
Any contract that we entered into with Pfizer to deliver us a product that worked, and they delivered us something that maybe they didn't know, sorry, they knew did not work, and concealed, I will look into that as president.
That is what the message has to be.
Period.
Also got the robes and the leather and the rubber and all of the different things, the ventilators.
Ventilators have now been shown to have been quite counterproductive, so maybe not the best example.
And it's never, you know, they appreciated what I did with the economy.
I got a lot of good marks on the economy.
I got a lot of good marks on a lot of things.
Rebuilding the military, getting rid of ISIS, the biggest tax cuts in history.
True, true, true.
I never got...
Megan's helping him there.
Supreme Court, don't forget that.
I think the credit that I deserve on COVID.
It's not the best answer, and it's a messaging that's going to have to get refined as this campaign goes along.
Credit for COVID?
At this point, there are going to be very few people, left or right, who are ever going to give Trump credit, or any government credit, for how they responded to COVID.
At this point, it's about identifying the weak spots and promising to make sure that it never happens again.
So that's it.
I am offering this critique.
You all know the way I feel.
This is the messaging that has to be refined to properly answer and to properly address people's legitimate concerns.
Because at this point in time, we all know people who have been adversely impacted.
We all know...
I can tell you this.
I've said it time and time again, and it's only getting more true as time goes on.
I know...
By orders of 10 more people who have been seriously adversely affected from the solution than those who have been seriously affected from the problem.
They lied to him and we watched.
Now point.
Well, that's a fair point anyhow.
Okay, this is what we're going to do now.
Come on over to Rumble.
We got a lot more there.
So that's it.
The interview's there.
The messaging has to be refined, and it will be refined.
And to pull a Hakeem Jeffries.
Now we are going to go over to Rumble and do all sorts of fun stuff.
All right.
Come on over to Rumble.
We're going to end this on YouTube, and then we're going to go over to Locals afterwards.
Oh, by the way, if you want to come watch it on Locals, where we are also currently live, that is vivabarneslaw.locals.com.
Viva Frye for the best merch ever.
Now we shall end on YouTube and bring out the party over to Rumble Booyah.
Okay, now the Trump thing, the answer that I think the messaging that needs to be refined, it can be transitioned nicely into our next subject.
I have to go actually just look at the...
It's not funny.
It's not funny.
Victor Shee, Thoughts and Prayers, has tested positive for COVID.
Victor Xi is one of the Twitter accounts that I have.
I just can't get over the account.
I can't.
What was it from Brokeback Mountain?
I can't stop looking at the account.
Victor Xi, youngest Biden delegate now, host on the move, iGenPolitics, Voters Tomorrow, Resolute Square, former White House, DNC, Kappa Action, that's Kappa Action.
I don't know what any of these things are.
Views are my own.
Well, I don't think your views are your own, Victor, but that's a separate discussion.
Victor Xi, the man who is, oh, to call him a Joe Biden cheerleader.
Would be an insult to cheerleaders because I think even cheerleaders at some point are more sincere and at some point would stop the cheerleading if they found out that they were cheerleading for Charles Manson.
Victor Shee, you all know him because I talk about this Twitter account very often.
He says, sigh.
Oh, the drama.
I just tested positive for COVID-19.
Luckily, I am experiencing only very mild symptoms and functioning.
What are you, Victor?
Are you like the youngest-looking, obese 80-year-old that anybody has ever seen?
Oh, no, I'm sorry.
You're the youngest Biden delegate.
Luckily, it's not lucky that you're only having mild symptoms.
It's almost statistically guaranteed.
But I'm no doctor.
I'm a statimata magician.
Luckily, people think when you get COVID, it's like you've survived cancer or something.
It's like, oh, I've got the C word.
Cancer?
No, COVID.
Luckily, I'm experiencing only very mild symptoms and function.
Yeah, I hope to God you're functioning normally and have mild symptoms.
You're a young, seemingly healthy, seemingly thin, seemingly fit, good-looking young man.
You're a handsome kid.
Luckily.
Oh, God.
But folks, this thing is still alive and well.
Yeah, it's called a virus.
They've been around for longer than we have.
And they will continue to be around, Victor.
And it was flattened the curve.
I mean, eventually it turned into COVID zero, but this thing is still alive.
This monster, people.
Has anyone ever seen the horror movie, The Thing?
Great horror movie.
This thing, it's still alive and well.
Please get vaccinated.
Oh, I'm sorry.
That sounds a whole hell of a lot like unsolicited medical advice.
Was he a doctor?
I can't see too good, Bill.
Did he have a pediatrician?
That's not the one I'm looking for.
Pediatrician?
What's the word for a doctor?
Physician.
Geez Louise.
Is he a doctor?
No.
Is he giving unsolicited medical advice that can give people myocarditis?
Yes.
Can he be sued?
Should he be sued?
The recent decision coming out of the Supreme Court there, or was it the Court of Appeal?
It was the Court of Appeal.
On the FDA, you're not a horse, you're not a cow, please y 'all just stop it.
And they said, you're not in a position to give medical advice.
You can advise.
No, what was it?
You can inform.
They had a great trilogy in it.
They said you could, yada, yada.
You could inform something and something, but you cannot something, something.
And you can't give medical advice.
FDA.
That's not in your mandate.
It's ultra-virus, your mandate.
You are giving medical advice right now, Victor Xi, that can get people hurt.
Please get vaccinated.
And don't let your...
I mean, I don't believe these are real people.
I don't believe this person's real.
But it says he's the host of something, so he has to be a real person.
Don't let your guard down?
What the hell is that supposed to mean?
I'm just going to run outside dodging COVID particles?
Like the Matrix.
Don't let your guard...
COVID!
You want to go outside with one of those mosquito zappers?
Zap COVID particles out of the air.
Don't let your guard down.
Live in fear.
Stay healthy and safe.
Love all of you.
What the...
I don't think...
That's gross.
That's Victor Shi.
Thoughts and prayers.
How many times has he been vaccinated?
Shot?
Boosters?
Is he up to date on his boosters?
Bruce Arthur, are you up to date on your boosters?
Don't want to be one of those dirty anti-vaxxers out there.
Oh, go get that.
Who the...
I'm channeling Gerald Salente, and I'm trying not to...
Who the f*** are you to tell me what to do?
You're running around giving medical advice on Twitter?
Oh, I'll just give you some medical advice.
But hold on one second.
Hold on a second.
Yeah.
Let's just bring up.
Oh, now...
Now, do we watch this?
I posted this to Twitter.
We won't watch the entire thing.
I saw a clip of Anthony Fauci.
He's making the rounds again.
I think he misses those baseball games.
I think he misses being treated like the prince.
He misses the celebrity status that came along with...
I have this stupid dog.
Where did this come from?
He misses the celebrity status that came with being the highest-paid, unelected federal civil servant.
Listen to what Fauci has to say.
Again, we have experience with this type of vaccine in billions of people.
It's a safe vaccine.
We have experience with this vaccine in billions of people.
That's true.
It just happens to only date back to 2021.
Bye.
Oh, I will.
Oh!
I love you.
Billions of people.
It's a safe vaccine.
Oh, please tell me what that means.
It's a safe vaccine.
I would believe that this was an AI-generated robot if I didn't know better.
Again, we have experience with this type of vaccine in billions of people.
What's this type of vaccine, by the way?
You might be asking because words mean things and liars use words very carefully.
We have experience with this type of vaccine in billion...
mRNA.
Wait until he clarifies the mRNA distinction as well.
They've tested it in billions of people.
True.
In real time.
Over the last two years.
Knowing that they didn't have proper data at the time.
They had no data on long-term safety and efficacy as stipulated in their godforsaken sales agreements with the government.
It's a safe vaccine.
Of course, with the mRNA, there's a very, very, very low risk, particularly in young men, of getting a myocarditis.
Of course, with the mRNA.
I'm not a doctor.
I have asked our locals community because they are smarter than me as a whole, and there are tons of individuals who are smarter than me.
My understanding is that mRNA technology has been around for a long time.
It has never been used in a vaccine.
And this is not my understanding.
This is Albert Bourla said it himself.
I'll play the clip in a second.
It had never been used in a vaccine until now.
One of the reasons why it was notoriously unsafe for humans is because apparently, from what has been explained to me, it notoriously caused inflammation.
So apparently it was a known issue with the technology itself.
And you have Fauci here saying, Of course, with the mRNA, there was a risk.
A very small risk, and we're going to get to that.
A vaccine, of course, with the mRNA, there's a very, very, very low risk.
Very, very, very.
Particularly in young men.
Particularly in young men.
Of getting a myocarditis.
The myocarditis.
But if you look at the risk of myocarditis, from COVID itself is greater than the risk of the vaccine.
All right.
I'll give everybody the link, but I'm sure everybody saw this.
And I'm not...
Look at that face.
Hold on.
There.
That's a tired, tired man.
Tired of the bullshit.
But hold on.
Hold on here.
Remember what I said?
Just don't take my word for it.
I know that we've seen this, but I want to cover my butt at all times.
And actually, mRNA was a technology that never delivered a single product until that day.
Not vaccine, not any other vaccine.
We're done with that.
Oh, that's me again.
It has never delivered one vaccine.
They knew that there were problems with it historically.
They've tested it on billions of people over the last two years.
They know that there's problems with it now.
Very, very, very.
Oh, three times.
The Holy Trinity.
Now it's true.
Very, very, very small risk of myocarditis.
I know you all have seen this, but we're going to watch it again just to refresh everybody.
How small a risk?
How small a risk?
Oh, by the way, this is from...
When is this from?
July 14. 2022 is when I posted this.
That's over a year ago.
I just recommend it to everybody instead of saying it's a personal decision.
Because at present we're doing a risk-based approach.
This is Dr. Kieran Moore, the chief medical officer of the province of Ontario.
Listen to this.
a year ago what's the risk at there's always a risk to uh...
to having any therapeutic to uh...
to have any therapeutic therapeutic therapeutic therapeutic therapeutic therapeutic therapeutic versus a benefit you want to make sure there's a very strong benefit A very strong benefit versus the risk of the therapeutic.
Remember when people got called conspiracy theory anti-vaxxers for referring to the jab as a therapeutic because it doesn't do what vaccines are supposed to do by definition until they change the definition?
For an 18-year-old healthy individual, the risk of getting hospitalized, if we have no medical illness, is very, very low.
We know there is a risk, a very small risk, one in 5,000.
One in 5,000?
Oh, sorry, that may get what?
Myocarditis, for example.
One in 5,000.
Very, very small risk per dose.
Very small risk.
And that is wildly underestimated as far as it goes.
They're still pushing it!
I played you the clip of Teresa Tan wearing a mask like an absolute conspiracy theater con artist.
Wearing her mask, be afraid, live in fear, Victor Shee, go outside, watch out for those COVID particles.
They're pushing it again.
The updated booster.
They know the risks.
And they're still doing it.
But they're not just doing it for obese, elderly, comorbidity, whatever.
They're doing it.
One size fits all.
Everybody.
Six months and up in Canada.
Don't trust me.
Tabarnouche, do I have that one?
Hold on.
Don't trust me.
Oh, they said six months and up.
I'll pull you the headline.
But we're just going to go look at the studies.
This is from the Canadian Independent.
I have independently made sure that the screen grab they have is true and accurate.
Health Canada, this is coming out of Canada, like recently, very, very small risk, 1 in 5,000.
By the way, by other studies analyzing the trial data, it's 1 in 800 to 1 in 1,000 on average.
1 in 800 of a serious adverse reaction, not myocarditis necessarily.
They're now pushing, what number booster are people supposed to be on?
I have no freaking clue, but the updated vaccines.
Health Canada approved Moderna's new COVID vaccine, which was only tested on 50 participants and only monitored over a 20-day period.
Additionally, Health Canada states that it authorized the vaccine based on older data from the original primary series and booster vaccines.
You can see it, the spike facts, on their link below.
And let's just open this up.
Someone's going to tell me how this is not criminal.
Someone's going to tell me how...
Allegedly criminal.
Regulatory decision summary for spike vax.
I mean, is that the best?
That's a terrible name.
The safety...
What is it?
Reactogenicity.
immunogenicity of spike facts XBB point 1.5 are evaluated in an ongoing phase 2 open-label Oh, that's interesting.
how are they then recommending it for six months and up?
In addition, the safety and effectiveness of Spikevax, XBB.1.5, That's Jimmy Fallon.
If you haven't seen that song, go.
It'll poison your brain with an earworm that you will not be able to pull out or destroy.
In addition, the safety and effectiveness of Spikevax XBP.1.5 for individuals six months of age and older is inferred from studies of a primary series and booster dose of Spikevax bivalent Omicron, original Omicron B8.1, in individuals six months to five years of age.
a booster dose of Spikevax bivalent in individuals under 18 years of age, as well as data from studies which evaluated the primary series and booster vaccination with Spikevax original.
To me, I'm just an idiot lawyer with slightly above average reading skills.
It doesn't sound like they've even tested it on six months and up.
Because to me, it sounds like they've inferred it from studies that have already been done.
In the study MRNA 1, 2, 7, 3, whatever, 50 participants received a 50 microgram dose of the spike facts, and 51 participants...
I mean, this is...
If this is not criminal, I don't know what is.
I mean, it's a sincere conclusion.
If this is not criminal human experimentation, I don't know what is.
Nothing is.
Nothing is.
51 participants received a dose of an...
Investigational bivalent vaccine.
Overall, the spike facts, 60% were female.
40% were female.
Okay, yada, yada, yada.
The interval between the fourth dose, fourth dose, and the fifth dose, it went from our bodies being a temple to our bodies being an experimentation lab.
It's atrocious.
Regarding safety, the median follow-up time in the interim analysis was 20 flipping days.
Cut-off date of May 16, 2023.
And they're pushing this on us.
In real time.
In Canada.
And elsewhere.
Go get it.
Safe and effective.
Safe and effective.
Hold on one second.
Let me just see if I can find...
Oh, yeah.
Viva Frye.
Safe.
Effective.
Let me see here.
Lion tweet.
Let me just see if I can find the tweet.
I want to find the...
Can't find it.
The...
Contracts from South Africa, which were obtained following a Freedom of Information Act or whatever the heck the equivalent is in South Africa.
The contract between the purchaser of the government and the provider, Pfizer, in the contract said, "Because this is an emergency, the long-term effects and efficacy are not yet known." Safe and effective.
50 people.
20-day follow-up.
Take it.
Holy crap.
Alright, I think that covers it.
So Fauci for jail.
Trudeau for jail.
After a trial.
Teresa Tam, jail.
After a trial.
There is no other way to look at this.
Okay, now hold on one second.
There was a rumble rant.
Finboy Slick says, Viva, I'm just an average lawyer with slightly above average reading skills.
Also Viva, is there an audio book?
I can't read.
Comprehension!
It's comprehension skills.
Yeah, I can't read.
I mean, I read a lot as it is because the internet is reading, but when it comes to a book, you give me a book and if I have to sit on a couch and read, I will be asleep in five minutes.
Yes, maybe it's not sleeping properly at night.
Okay, so that's what's going on in Canada.
XBB.1.5.
Radio Lady says Jimmy Fallon sang the song XBB.1.5 on his show.
It was cringeworthy.
Can we appreciate, like...
People think Operation Mockingbird is over, like CIA infiltrating media in order to sway public opinion.
You have Jimmy Fallon singing a song about COVID variants, XBB.1.5, dancing like a flipping idiot.
You've got the other guy there, Stephen Colbert, doing Vaccine.
No, it was Vaccine.
It wasn't...
Oh, whatever the stupid song was.
Oh, it's going to drive me a little crazy if I can't get it.
Anyhow, Stephen Colbert, vaccine.
Making songs on their late-night propaganda humor comedy shows, alleged humor comedy, to tell people to go get vaccinated.
They should all be sued.
Anybody who gave unsolicited medical advice beyond their scope, beyond their expertise, should be sued for anyone who was naive enough.
Gullible enough or impressionable enough to have followed their advice.
And if they got injured, well, they can't sue Pfizer.
Good luck suing the government.
Sue the idiots who gave you medical advice when they didn't have a medical degree.
Okay.
He did the tequila song.
Tequila.
Vaccine.
And it was so terrible.
It didn't even make sense.
Okay, well, that's it.
Let me just make sure that I got everything on the...
Why I believe Fauci should go to jail.
Yeah.
The drug details.
Here it is, everybody.
You can go to the government website and read it yourself.
Here, link.
Boom shakalaka.
That's it.
Regulatory decision.
We've gone from years of trials.
And pulling them from the shelves after 35 deaths to no trials and leaving it on the shelves despite...
What was the VAERS, the most recent VAERS data?
Hundreds of thousands VAERS reports.
Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System.
That's it.
It went from years of trials to human experimentation in real time.
And if you question that...
You're a conspiracy theorist.
Okay.
Oh, I didn't mention we were going to talk about Elon Musk.
Colonel Vindman, the man who arguably, but not so arguably, was the linchpin, or at the very least the star witness in, it was Trump impeachment number one, the quid pro quo, which was actually...
Joe Biden's quid pro quo.
Everything that they have accused Trump of doing.
Everything that they have accused Trump's family of doing.
Eric Trump doing cocaine.
Trump pissing on hookers in Moscow hotels.
Quid pro quo impeachment.
Everything that they have accused Trump and family of doing, Biden and family have done.
But listen to what Alexander Vindman, a man who there is no war that is small enough that he will not whore for.
War whore Alex Vindman says, in response to Elon Musk, Elon Musk says, look, I'm going to play the Elon Musk video, but war whore Alexander Vindman thinks that Elon Musk should have reactivated Starlink over Crimea so that Ukraine could use of Starlink for the purposes of defending against an attack or carrying out an attack.
Vinmin is saying that Elon Musk should have proactively participated in a war between two countries.
Okay, he says Pearl Harbor was a surprise attack outside of war.
You interfered in a U.S. ally's Ukraine's national defense in the midst of Russia's war on Ukraine.
See the difference?
Well, because Vinmin is an idiot who will whore for war until the cows come home, we have to watch what...
Oh, come on.
I shouldn't have done that.
Elon Musk.
We have to see what Elon Musk actually said.
And it's...
Once you understand what's going on, because the media is saying, oh, he disabled Starlink and Ukrainians died.
Once you understand what he actually was asked to do and what he actually did not do...
I don't even think there's a Democrat out there who is going to be so stupid to think that Elon Musk is to be faulted for what he did not do.
And what he did not do could very well have averted a hard beginning to kinetic wars.
Is that what they call it?
A kinetic war?
He could have averted the beginning of World War III.
Some people think we're already in it.
He could have averted and probably did avert the beginning of a hot World War III.
Listen to this.
At the time this happened, the region around Crimea was actually turned off.
So he says at the time this happened, the region around Crimea, presumably they're talking about the Starlink, was turned off.
Why was it turned off?
Because of sanctions against Russia.
Now the reason it was turned off was actually originally was because the United States had sanctions against Russia and we're not allowed to actually, and that includes Crimea in the sanctions.
And we're not allowed to actually turn on connectivity to sanction the country without explicit government approval.
There were sanctions.
They had to shut it down, Starlink, over Russia and over Crimea.
And they could not turn it on without government approval, without a government demand.
Had he done that?
So just so everybody appreciates, it's not even the case that he did something proactive that ended up hurting Ukraine.
He didn't shut it down.
He just didn't turn it on when he was requested to, not by the President of the United States, and he's going to make that joke, but by the President of Ukraine, who was asking Elon, and as you're going to hear here, on an urgent basis, reactivate the Starlink that has been deactivated as part of sanctions against Russia.
Do it.
Violate those sanctions at my request.
Zelensky.
We did not have the US government.
So basically, Ukraine didn't give us any advance warning or heads up or anything.
We just got these sort of urgent calls from the Ukrainian government.
It's like in the middle of the night, basically.
We're like, what are you talking about?
You lost.
What's it for?
You know, and then, you know, we basically figured out that this was kind of like a Pearl Hobbit type attack on this festival, on the Rushmore Fleet and the festival.
So they're really asking us to really practically take part in a major act of war.
To take part proactively.
Switch it on so that we can then use it.
to carry out a Pearl Harbor type attack on Russia.
Vindman's point, Pearl Harbor?
By the time Pearl Harbor came around, when Pearl Harbor attack happened, the U.S. wasn't in the war, so it wasn't in the context of war.
Oh, you're so smart.
You're too smart for your own good, Vindman.
One problem, when Pearl Harbor occurred, Japan had a war for, I think it was a little over a year.
So the act of Pearl Harbor was nonetheless carried out.
When Japan was already in the war, albeit not when the U.S. was actively in the war, even though they were sort of passively in the war.
And it brought the U.S. into the war.
So basically what he's asking is, you know, Hey, Elon, do something proactive, violate sanctions, which itself might be a bit of a problem.
Do you think that someone might have a problem with that if he did that?
and proactively bring America into war with Russia.
And.
You know, we have certainly have huge support for the Ukrainian government.
The Ukrainian government is not in charge, U.S. But by the way, can you also appreciate that these are the practical problems that Elon has to deal with in terms of running his businesses?
This is not like, "Oh, I missed an interview," or this is not like, "You're asking me to delete a tweet." This is, "You're asking me to proactively take a step that might bring the world into World War III." You're asking me to violate sanctions.
This is crazy what Elon has to deal with as a human.
Richest man in the world is a good thing, I guess, if you want to be the richest man in the world.
But anybody who thinks that it doesn't come with stress and problems that people would pay all the money to avoid.
Just looking at someone saying he's the richest man in the world without, you know...
Taking one second to think about what he has to live with on a daily basis.
All the money in the world couldn't be worth it for some people.
Myself is one of them, I think.
People or companies.
That's not how it works.
I wouldn't necessarily be cheering right now, but...
But I should say that, you know, although I'm not President Biden's biggest fan, if I had received a presidential directive to turn it on...
I would have done so, because I do regard the president as the chief executive officer of the country.
Whether I want that to be the president or not, I still respect the office.
And so, you know, if I've gotten a request from the president type of thing, from the American president, to be clear.
We can end it there.
This is what I mean by people are so busy with their day-to-day lives, they're going to have no idea of the details and the nuance and the reality of it.
They're going to go and look at Warhor Vindman's tweet and say, you got Ukrainians killed.
You're an enemy of the state.
And people are actually saying it.
Psychopath Keith Olbermann, enemy of the state.
He's helped our adversaries.
He has killed our allies.
Deport him.
And people are not going to have...
Actual understanding of what was actually asked of Elon Musk and what he probably seriously averted by way of doing what he did or not doing what he didn't do.
Outrageous.
Now let me look at the chat here.
Are there any spammers in the Rumble chat?
Just let me know, because the trolls are free to talk, but spammers are not free to destroy the chat with spam.
Okay, I think we're good.
So that was just a fun one to look at, because some people just don't know.
Actually, it was not him actively switching off, flipping a switch off.
It was he was asked to flip a switch on violate sanctions and probably take a proactive step that would have definitively Brought America into hot war kinetic comp, whatever the hell is called with Russia It's crazy
Well, while we're on the topic of Russia and idiot Democrats with total lack of insight and lack of introspection, let's bring up a tweet from Liz Cheney.
She's a Republican.
She's the bipartisan element of the January 6th committee.
Oh my goodness.
It's beyond words.
I hope the article is freezing up on me.
Liz Cheney, Republican.
War whore of her own.
And my goodness, am I glad I called Vin Min a war whore so that nobody can make any accusations of nefarious terminology.
Daughter of perhaps the biggest war whore of all time, war criminal Dick Cheney.
Who profited handsomely from the war in Iraq that killed hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqi civilians.
But if you ask Madeline Albright, the death of nearly a half a million Iraqi babies, it was worth it for regime change.
I mean, it depends on who you ask.
Ask the parents of those half a million babies that died as a result of shock and awe, a 15-year war.
It wasn't a 15-year war.
Sorry, they ended up being there for a long time.
But ask any one of the parents of those half a million babies, was it worth it?
And see the response that you get.
Ask Madeleine Albright.
Well, the thing is, it's a complicated decision when you're going to go start wars and kill people.
They're not my kids, so it's worth it.
Liz Cheney, war whore daughter of war whore Dick Cheney, has this piece of information to offer the world.
And by the way, she's a liar.
If you thought you were going to read a tweet that was not a lie, you don't know Liz Cheney.
Putin has now, and I'm quoting for everybody who's listening on the podcast format of this, Putin has now, quote, officially endorsed, and then we go on, the Putin wing of the Republican Party.
Putin Republicans.
Now, see, Liz can't go with the extreme MAGA Republicans.
She's going to go with the other cult terminology now.
Putin Republicans.
What?
It's so stupid.
It's so juvenile.
It's so insanely idiotic.
I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul, Liz.
Putin Republicans and their enablers will end up on the ash heap of history.
Patriotic Americans, because she's one of them, in both parties who believe in the values of liberal democracy will make sure of it.
Oh yeah.
Those who value liberal democracy want to start a war at all costs.
Ship $135 billion to Ukraine.
A one-time $700 payment.
Decline.
Let's see where Putin endorsed Trump.
I'm not going to go through the whole article, because he doesn't endorse, he does not officially endorse Trump.
Whether or not he may have had nice things to say about Trump.
Officially endorse, how the hell does a foreign leader officially endorse anybody, even if he were to come out and say, I officially endorse Trump?
That's not worth anything.
But don't let, let's not get bogged down in details.
He didn't say it.
He didn't officially endorse Trump.
She's a liar.
But what he did have to say is 1,000% accurate.
Russian President Vladimir Putin asserted Tuesday that criminal cases against former president are political revenge that show the fundamental corruption of the United States.
Well, if I were to trust anybody to know what that looks like, it might be Putin.
Quote.
Now we're quoting Putin, or at least a translation.
As for the prosecution of Trump, for us, what is happening in today's conditions, in my opinion, is good because it shows the rottenness of the American political system, which cannot pretend to teach others democracy.
Putin said at a conference, he is 1,000% right, and not to his credit, to the detriment of the buffoons in the West who have removed the West.
From whatever seats they had of moral authority to lecture other nations on autocracy, on dictatorships, on human rights violations, on democratic violations of principles of freedom.
The West, Trudeau's Canada, Biden's America, is no longer in any position to lecture Putin.
On political revenge, on political reprisals, when they lock up Enrique Tarrio for 22 years in jail.
When they lock up January Sixers after having detained them in pretrial detention for two years and they lock them away for 7, 10, 15, 17 years.
They have no moral authority to lecture anybody else in the world because they are just as bad.
Period.
It could be Hitler who says the same thing.
It could be Putin.
It's not because a bad man or an alleged bad man says something that is necessarily wrong.
It's 1000% right.
And the problem as to why it's right is because it is right.
And now the Putins of the world get to say, fuck you.
You're going to lecture me on democracy?
You're going to lecture me on political revenge?
You're going to lecture me for jailing my political rival for 25 years when you're looking to lock up your political rival for the rest of his life?
Oh, but my political rival didn't actually break any laws.
Yours did, eh?
Bullshit.
How stupid do you think the rest of the world is?
Oh, my criminals, my journalists that I lock away, they actually broke the law.
They didn't break the law.
But Douglas Mackey, with his meme, "Text in your vote," he really broke the law.
Lock him away.
The problem is that Putin is right.
And because of what the West has done, they no longer get to lecture anybody on morality, on democracy, on fundamental rights, on justice.
They no longer get to do that.
To the detriment of the entire world, it's worth repeating.
Everything that is happening with Trump, quote Putin, everything that is happening with Trump is the persecution of a political rival for political reasons.
That's what it is, and this is being done in front of the public, of the United States, and the whole world, he said.
And he is 1,000% unfortunately right.
Yada, yada, yada.
And where does it even say?
What is it?
We hear that Mr. Trump says that he will solve pressing problems in a few days, including the Ukrainian crisis.
Well, this cannot but bring happiness.
This is good, Putin said.
Quote, we expect from the future, no matter who the president is, it's hard for us to say, but it's unlikely that anything will change radically, Putin said.
He claimed the Biden administration has instilled a strong bias against Russia and, quote, it will be very difficult for them to somehow turn this whole ship in the other direction.
Russia is also due to have its own presidential election in 2024.
Putin hedged today, yada yada, when he asked...
Okay, like, where was the official endorsement, Liz?
Lion Liz.
Does she have that nickname yet?
Where was the official endorsement, quote, that it is true.
Justin Trudeau sends out his militarized police to beat the shit out of veterans.
Doesn't get to go lecture Putin on autocracy.
What is it?
It was called autocracy.
Doesn't get to lecture Putin on being a dictator.
That's the problem.
Putin's not the problem.
The fact that Trudeau, Biden have undermined the West's moral authority to lecture anybody on anything is the problem.
What's the solution?
Elections, if you still believe in them.
Okay, that's that.
Whose blood pressure is going up?
By the way, in our locals after party, I'm going to read all of the Dave Smith tips that I didn't get to Tuesday night because Dave Smith had a limited amount of time.
That's it.
Okay.
Let's see here.
Now, do we...
Oh, I love it when things organically intertwine the one to the other.
I don't put together a timeline or, like, notes, but I have my...
My link's in the backdrop.
Speaking of Trudeau, beating the shit out of veterans at the protest.
He didn't bring in the military when he invoked the Emergencies Act, but he brought in a militarized police, armored vehicles, what do they call them, the riot gear, snipers on roofs, drones in skies.
He didn't bring in the military.
Liar.
Oh, he didn't suspend civil rights and liberties.
Liar.
Beat the ever-loving piss out of veterans for peacefully protesting.
Last I thought, last I heard, that was a charter right.
So speaking of that disgusting tyrant in Canada, Justin Trudeau, and the reasons for which he came in and beat the ever-loving piss out of military veterans.
Chris Deering, a military veteran who had his body physically devastated.
I think it's Iraq.
It might have been Afghanistan.
Literally.
Blown up with an IED.
Three of his four comrades died.
He survived.
A man who's 130 pounds soaking wet.
Had his body destroyed.
He was assaulted.
Beaten.
Had his hands tied behind his back.
He lost one of the medals on his medal thing because when they beat the piss out of him, he had it on and he lost it in the snow.
Why did they do it?
Diagalon.
Diagalon people, look at this.
This is going to be some funny-ass stuff right now.
I get a lot of...
I get fan...
Not fan mail.
I get gifts in the mail.
And it's the most...
Humbling thing in the world that people send me awesome stuff, cool stuff.
Ginger Ninja, I know you're watching, made me the most beautiful chessboard I've ever seen.
I now play chess with my kids.
I'm still destroying them, but it's getting close.
What do I have here?
Look at this.
This was sent to me after the trucker convoy.
Listen to this.
I want to talk to the truckers.
I want to show things with you.
I think you probably can't hear it.
The kid is singing.
You are my freedom.
My only freedom.
It's a kid singing.
All right.
You know what I got in the mail once upon a time?
I got a diagonal ring which says F-Y-M-M.
Here, let's see if you can see that.
Here, diagonal ring.
F-Y-M-M.
I had no idea what it meant.
I had to ask one of my Diagon friends, Jeremy McKenzie, what it meant.
It means F you make me.
Now, the only problem why I'm not potentially worthy of even the ring is there's a lot of Canadians who refuse to get the jab and lost their jobs.
There's a lot of Canadians who refused to get the jabs and suffered serious professional, personal consequences.
I did not have a job that was susceptible of losing.
I did not have a boss who was going to fire me.
But I took two of those shots back in the day.
Jewish guilt is a very powerful drug, by the way.
Everybody knows out there.
I cannot claim to be one who says, F you make me.
I did it, but it wasn't because anybody made me.
It was...
Never mind.
And, you know, touch wood, but for the grace of God, I had no adverse reactions.
And I don't know who sent this one to me yet.
This one says, purebloods, diagalon, which I can't take credit for because I don't like the term purebloods.
I've said it to everybody.
But I appreciate the thought that comes behind gifts like this.
This one says, sic semper tyrannis, or tyrannis.
I don't know how to pronounce it.
Well, now that Diaglon has somewhat been cleared in their name, we can talk about it.
Diaglon was invoked as one of the reasons for invoking the Emergencies Act.
Mark Mendicino, pathological liar, but he's a liberal politician, so I think it's baked into the definition, referenced in the parliamentary debates in deciding to invoke the Emergencies Act the domestic terrorist threat that is posed by Diaglon.
Diaglon is, Was, and probably will always remain, a meme, fictitious universe created by Jeremy McKenzie during his podcast, Raging Dissident, of a fictional diagonal line across the country from the west of Canada to Florida of people who are like-minded in their views on COVID.
The Coutts Four, the four individuals who were arrested in Coutts, Alberta on...
Alleged charges of conspiring to murder an RCMP officer.
Allegedly, there was a Coutts badge on one of the vests, which doesn't even appear to be a ballistic vest.
It might have been a fisherman's vest, but it was pooled with a bunch of guns, so it looked very scary.
That was used as the basis by parliamentarians.
To invoke the Emergencies Act, it was relied on as the basis by the commissioner to ratify Justin Trudeau's abusive, unconstitutional invocation of the Emergencies Act.
And I don't want to forget both authors.
An amazing expose came out, written by, I know one name offhand, Kareem Assad.
Is this it?
No, that's not it.
Kareem Assad and the co-author.
Hold on, where is it?
It's a Yahoo News article, that much I know.
Here we go.
Our government are corrupt, incompetent idiots.
If they believed the diagonal nonsense, they're dumb idiots.
I should be nice in my way.
They are stupid morons.
They are mentally impaired jackaninnies.
If they didn't believe it...
Because I don't think they did.
And they knew it was a lie.
They knew that Diaglon was not a domestic terrorist.
What do they call them?
Accelerationists.
Ideologically motivated violent extremists.
IMV.
Give it a name.
Give it an acronym.
And drill it into people's heads.
If they believed it, they're buffoons.
And they didn't believe it.
They are corrupt liars.
They wrongly invoked it.
And how did they get to this impression that Diaglon was a domestic...
Terrorist, ideologically motivated, violent, extremist, accelerationist group.
Listen to this.
Okay.
The Hate Gate Affair.
So this is coming from Cryer Media, but hold on.
I want to get the authors are Karima.
Here we go.
Oh, come on.
Why don't I?
Karima Saad is one of the authors.
And what's the name of the other author?
I tagged her yesterday.
I'll get it.
I'll get it in a bit.
Let's read this article coming out of Yahoo Finance, so you know it's got to be true.
I mean, I'm tongue-in-cheek.
I read the 85-page report, which I'll share with everybody.
Toronto, September 12th.
That's two days ago.
The Hategate Affair is a piece of investigative journalism.
Documents obtained through freedom of information and protection of privacy.
FOIPOP!
So it sounds like a South Korean band, like FOIPOP.
That's because it's...
They reveal shocking details about the RCMP investigation of Jeremy McKenzie and Diagilon during the Ottawa Freedom Convoy, which led to the invocation of the Emergencies Act.
You know, the media journalist...
There you go.
Thank you.
Aliza Hadigan.
I think it's Hadigan.
I'm going to say Hadigan and not Hategan.
Cryer media journalist Kareem Assad and Aliza Hadigan.
Examined a thousand pages of internal documents that show law enforcement relied on misleading information.
From whom?
Oh, full circle, baby!
From the Canadian Anti-Hate Network.
Look at what you, look at that!
The Anti-Defamation League goes out and defames people like, ironically enough, libs of TikTok, a religious Jew, Shia Rachik.
And the Canadian Anti-Hate Network fabricates the hate.
Internal RCMP reports show information on Diagilon.
I love how they have to put it in all caps.
Jeremy McKenzie cannot be verified or corroborated because it was fabricated bullshit.
It was always...
I don't even want to reduce it to a meme because it was bigger than a meme.
It was a community that people who were being demonized, libeled, slandered, excommunicated from Canadian society because of the hateful words of the Prime Minister...
It was a community where they found people for support.
They found love.
They found human connection in a time of human isolation.
It was more than a meme.
What Jeremy McKenzie created through Raging Dissidence, through the Diagilon Network, they called it a network of ideologically motivated violent extremism because there were groups of Diagilon members across the country who sought support from each other.
You know, I don't want to reduce it to a meme.
It was something good and positive.
And the Canadian Anti-Hate Network comes in and makes lies that the dishonest, corrupt Trudeau government relies on to invoke the Emergencies Act so they can come in and physically assault Canadian veterans.
Deep breath.
Serenity now.
Where were we?
Oh yeah.
The Canadian Anti-Hate Network, Khan, is cited as the main authority on the group by all mainstream media outlets.
We've talked about them on the channel quite a bit.
Due to the fact that all information traces back to one source, triangulation and the verification of facts is almost impossible at the current time.
Diaglund does not pose a criminal or national security threat.
RCMP, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
Highlights from the Haygate Affair investigation.
We're going to get a thorough analysis from Karima herself tomorrow.
Former public safety minister and liar.
Liar, liar, pants on fire, Marco Mendicino.
Remember, he's the one that said parliamentarians were, women were at risk of rape from the convoy.
You remember that?
If you're new to the channel, I've played that clip a thousand times.
And then you had Rachel Dancho said, if we were at risk of rape, how could you let us walk through the protest to get to the offices?
So what was I saying?
Marco Mendicino, pathological liar.
Should have resigned yesterday.
He makes false and alarmist comments in a press conference.
When pressed for details, he directs media to law enforcement who scrambled to produce evidence where there is none.
I think this was like the 15-minute memo that they talk about in the 86-page document.
Make something up.
I just said something.
I didn't lie.
You gotta fabricate the evidence to make what I just said true.
Canadian citizens' private information shared with internal spy agencies, even as internal reports circulate acknowledging there is no evidence of terrorist activity.
RCMP intelligence analysts took cues from anonymous Twitter trolls involved in criminal harassment.
Oh my goodness.
Hey, is the Anti-Defamation League going to rely on that?
Or no, they're going to go and they're going to highlight Twitter trolls who make stupid anti-Semitic comments on Twitter to claim that there's a problem.
We need more money.
Shut down Twitter.
RCMP relied on anonymous Twitter trolls for their intel.
RCMP officer tasked to produce key briefings for top officials to help government decision-making in only 15 minutes, leaving little time for actual research or analysis.
Canadian intelligence departments relying on Khan as a single source of the Canadian Anti-Hate Network.
By the way, they get money from the government.
Canadian Anti-Hate Network gets funding from the Canadian government.
Who would have thunk?
You wanna talk about RICO conspiracies?
I don't know that we even have RICO conspiracy laws in Canada.
I've never had any experience with them.
You wanna talk about criminal organizations?
We're getting awful close to one.
Here's some money, Khan.
Go make up some shit that we can then rely on to suppress and usurp fundamental rights and liberties and basically destroy the free country that Canada was, if it ever was.
That's RICO, baby.
Oh, the single source that banks on the questionable judgment calls of inexperienced, ideologically motivated activists with track recorders of cosplaying online as Nazis and Russian models to gather data and donations.
Khan cloaks its research in anonymity and refuses to disclose their credentials, conflicts of interest, or track record, even as they are widely quoted in the media as subject matter experts.
Feedback loop between law enforcement, government officials, and media resulted in poorly sourced information being repeated into fact.
No conclusive evidence that weapons cache in Coutts, Alberta relates to Diaglona and Jeremy McKenzie.
No shit, Sherlock.
First of all, that weapons cache, for all we know, were all lawful weapons.
The cache, for all we know, I don't know how it was found, but only how it was presented.
And can you imagine RCMP showing us all the weapons?
It's not itemized.
It's not in little plastic bags to retain DNA if there was actually a bona fide...
Plot to murder RCMP officers.
They throw it together so they can have their photo up for the government-funded propaganda CBC to run with and say, we got a terrorist organization.
Shut it.
Shut it down.
Disturbing look into 1990s CSIS, that is Canadian Security and Intelligence agent provocateur cover-up involving the Heritage Front source.
So we're going to talk about this in detail tomorrow.
Let me close that down.
Because it's wild.
It's what we all knew, for those of us who were paying attention at the time, to some extent.
Hold on, let me just get something here.
Canadian Anti-Hate Network funding.
Unbelievable.
Look at this.
Look at this.
No, thank you.
Government of Canada and the Canadian Anti-Hate Network launched Anti-Hate Toolkit for Canadian Schools.
Look at that.
This is June 29, 2022.
Do they lose that contract?
The Government of Canada has provided $268,400 through the Anti-Racism Action Program to support the Canadian Anti-Hate Network's project containing and countering Canadian hate groups.
This bullshit is being funded by our tax dollars so that these bullshit organizations can terrorize the citizens who pay the taxes to the government to fund their own persecution and violations of the law.
It's amazing.
It's amazing.
What is this?
Since October 2020, the Anti-Racism Action Program has invested $35 million.
Okay, it doesn't matter.
Anyway, that's the homework, just to show that to people.
Unbelievable.
I had a good talk yesterday.
Honor 234.
The country was born to fail.
Honor 234, you reminded me.
I'm going to clip that part with my interview with Jeremy.
My interview.
The wonderful discussion I had with Neil Oliver yesterday, which left me feeling good for once in a little while.
Everything has to fail.
Everything gets...
You know, it gets too big that it has to fail.
Like he said, it's not too big to fail.
It's so big it cannot but fail.
Even universes expand to a point where they break up or collapse or whatever or end.
Everything has its lifespan.
The question is, if indeed the West as we knew it fails or has fallen, what principles are going to make it into the next iteration of what was the West?
It is a little, it's a little, it's a little discouraging.
Okay.
So that's it.
So tomorrow, Karim Assad's going to be on at 10, give or take.
Jeremy McKenzie on at 11, give or take.
And we're going to talk about this report in great detail by the person, one of the two people who drafted it.
All right, boys.
I think we're doing good here.
Let me see something.
Oh.
So Tuesday night, I had on Tariq Johnson.
Tariq Johnson, the former lieutenant.
And he mentioned this report.
What did we call it?
It was 21TD159, the report that Yogananda Pittman, the leader of the Capitol Police, had and never disclosed to her team about anticipation of violence.
I think I shared it, but here, I pulled it up.
It's an amazing thing.
Investigative Research and Analysis Report.
This is the law enforcement sensitive, for official use, law enforcement only.
What's the date of it?
This is March 2021.
Is that the date that it was obtained?
Because I think it was dated December.
Yeah, December 21, 2020, before January 6. On December 21, 2020, DHS notified United States Capitol Police of a blog referencing tunnels on U.S. Capitol grounds used by members of Congress.
The discussion is posted to the website for supporters of President Trump, the Donald win.
Users' profiles and comments are anonymous and do not contain any identifying information.
Website cannot be viewed on United States Capitol Police Network computers.
Research of the website identified four threads blog topics containing comments.
There are tunnels connected to the Capitol building.
Legislators use them to avoid the press, among other things.
Take note.
What do we get from this whole document?
I'm going to share it with everybody.
I'm actually just going to bring it.
What do we get from this document?
This is the document that Tarek Johnson referred to.
That Yogananda Pittman had in her possession before January 6th, did not share with others, and did nothing about.
It was a setup.
It was facilitated to happen.
Whatever bad actors they knew were going to be there, thought they were going to be there, had advance warning were going to be there, they wanted something bad to happen so they could do exactly what they ended up doing with it.
Weaponizing it for political purposes.
Weaponizing it the same way now, in hindsight, they exploited of the tragedy of 9-11 to pass the Patriot Act and basically violate, usurp, end all civil rights and liberties, create secret courts.
That's what they did with January 6th.
They just happened to do it with January 6th in the absence of any actual.
Serious.
There was violence, and we talked about it, but in the absence of any good reason.
They let it happen, so they can then exploit it afterwards.
Okay, so that's one thing that we had on the backdrop, and then we're going to end with a good laugh.
We're going to end with a good laugh, and then I'm going to keep some stuff exclusive for vivabarneslaw.locals.com.
Let me give everyone the Locals Community tab here.
Did I just share it?
Did I actually forget in the time that I said I was going to share the link to share the link?
Hold on.
Yeah, I think I did actually because I didn't send it.
Here we go.
Here it is for everyone in Rumble.
Here it is for everyone in Locals.
Boom shakalaka.
Okay, we're going to end with a good laugh.
When I say the Democrats lack insight and introspection, this is why.
Lawrence tried.
Do I get to do this?
Can I click on it?
I can.
Okay, good.
And we're still seeing the same thing?
Yeah, we're seeing Putin.
Lawrence Tribe, for those of you who don't know.
Tribe Law.
We are living through a revolt against the future.
The future will prevail.
I'm going to have to think about that.
Lawyer and law firm.
Harvard.
Lawrence Tribe.
Harvard.
I think he's a Harvard law professor.
Or at least he's Harvard trained.
No, no, he's still got his...
Let me see here.
What does this say?
The page could not be loaded.
Lawrence Tribe, Harvard-trained, Harvard professor-lawyer.
Listen to this.
He's also got a hot take on Putin.
Being lectured by Vladimir Putin, who regularly murders his political rivals on what it takes to be a model democracy, is like being lectured by Adolf Hitler on what it means to respect human rights and equal justice under the law.
I'm not enrolling, thanks.
Well, first of all, I thought people got cancelled for comparing things to the Holocaust.
Didn't Gina Carano get cancelled for less than that?
Secondly, secondly, tribe law.
Yeah, Putin, you think Putin murders his political rivals.
Well, you guys have gotten a better system.
You no longer murder your political rivals.
I mean, you know, the LBJ treatment of JFK.
You no longer murder your political rivals.
It's too messy, too hard to keep clean.
You just rely on judicial assassinations instead.
But that's not even where the hypocrisy of tribe law ends.
Tribe law, lawyer, complaining, criticizing Putin, saying Putin has no business lecturing us on democracy.
That would be like taking a lesson on human rights from Hitler.
That's a very, very creative analogy.
Good for you.
This is the thought, this is the legal theory, the very democratic legal theory that tribe law, Lawrence Tribe, is promoting.
We've talked about it during the streams.
The Constitution prohibits Trump from ever being president again.
The only question is whether American citizens today can uphold that commitment.
Lawrence Tribe wants Trump off the ballot.
This is a man who's complaining that Putin has no business lecturing us on democracy, has a novel legal theory, the 14th Amendment third paragraph.
The man who's telling Putin he has no business lecturing us on democracy wants to take the leading candidate of his political rival off the ballot.
You've got to destroy democracy in order to save democracy.
You've got to fortify the living hell of democracy by killing it in order to preserve it.
You've got to limit free speech in order to protect it.
You've got to limit democracy in order to protect it.
But he's criticizing Putin for being an anti-democratic thug.
Okay, what are we doing now?
What are we doing now?
I'll tell you what we're doing now.
We are going over to vivabarneslaw.locals.com because I'm going to make fun of Ian Hanemansing, a Canadian journalist, a.k.a.
Pravda-level propagandist.
I'm going to read out the tips that we have there.
Oh, there's one more rumble rant before we go.
Rumble rant.
And whoever gave me this gift, I forget who it was, this wonderful clock in the backdrop.
Great recommendation.
And it's wonderful.
All right, it says, a liberal democracy, Liz?
I thought the U.S. was a constitutional republic.
Liz Cheney.
Liar.
Liar, liar, Liz Cheney.
War criminal on fire.
Now, she's not the...
It's her father.
It's her father.
In fairness.
Can't...
The children are not always guilty of the sins of the father.
But sometimes they can...
They can make that a much more appealing conclusion to come to.
All right, everybody, come on over to vivabarneslaw.locals.com.
Tomorrow, Kareem Assad at 10 o 'clock, Jeremy McKenzie at 11 o 'clock.
I'm going to be on with the quartering, actually, at 3 o 'clock.
I think it's 3 o 'clock.
Hold on a second.
I got to check my agenda.
Let me see what in the heck.
Oh, it's 1 o 'clock with Jeremy.
Okay, good.
1 o 'clock with the quartering, so I got to be done by then.
But why did I have the quartering back in my head?
Because he's live now also.
So when you're done with this, go watch the quartering.
But don't leave before coming over to vivabarneslaw.locals.com.
And let me see what's going on here.
Did I miss anything just before we go?
I can never log into Locals.
Why?
I don't know that it requires an email to log into as a non-supporting member.
Dog Digger says, thanks, David.
All take care and be safe.
Dodge the Rona, people.
When you're walking outside, like the Matrix.
I see Rona particles everywhere.
Or, you know, we should just all have to get over it and...
The Democrats are fascists.
Of course they don't care about the Constitution.
Accept it.
Stop whining and fight them.
Says Just the Facts Media.
Political fight, political fight, and raising awareness only.
Because they want the violence because they exploit the violence.
And even when they don't get it, they make it happen or they facilitate it.
January 6th.
I don't remember allowing Mr. Tribe to speak for me, says CG.
And you're doing to discuss your brother Dan.
You're going to discuss your brother Dan.
MDA 98. What happened with my brother Dan?
MDA, you got to tell me.
What am I to discuss with my brother?
Hold on, I gotta see this.
Honor 234 is another great show.
I never get tired of hearing that.
Thank you very much.
Oh, MDA, you're running out of time, man.
VivaBarnesLaw.locals.com.
I want to know what I'm supposed to discuss with my brother.
Oh, yes it does.
It has an email.
Okay.
Oh, yes it does.
I have an email and everything.
Okay.
I'm waiting for it.
Yuval Harari admitted to being gay and talked about coming out in an interview.
It's on YouTube.
I don't care, but...
Okay.
Oh, MDA098.
I'm not seeing it.
Okay, well, unfortunately, that was the 30 seconds.
What he's doing.
I've had my brother.
Yeah, I had my brother just almost last week.
My brother, Lion Advocacy on Twitter.
He's following a lot of the Freedom of Request acts, and he's doing good.
He's doing good work.
So what is his Twitter handle?
I believe it's Lion.
Lion Advocacy.
His middle name is Ari.
Aria, Hebrew for lion.
Lion Advocacy is my brother.
At Lion Advocacy.
But now we are ending on Rumble.
We're going to take this party over to locals and then I'm going to go parent.
Oh, our dog is at Winston.
Winston is getting groomed.
Winston's getting groomed at 3.30.
You want to see this before we go?
The rag is getting groomed and it's not...
I don't want to do it.
The problem is the wheel nuts.
Is the Will Knots in his backside.
Very dirty.
Yes.
I love you.
I love you too, dude.
Okay, we're done.
He goes down.
Officially ending on Rumble in 5, 4, thank you all for being here, 3, 2, be well, vivafry.com for the best merch ever.
Peace out.
All right, locals.
Let's get this party started, boys.
Okay, what do we got here?
We got, so just to be clear, you're not...
Okay.
Okay.
Who put that up there?
Gonna get me in trouble.
Kim944.
Oh, KRM944.
Okay, so we got two tips.
Export Selection
