From "Her Penis" to Lies About Masks, to Trudeau Pushing Vax Mandates: Trust the Science, Bigots!

Time Text
I will just say, before we do that, just as a personal plea from me, if you have been putting off being vaccinated for whatever reason, don't agonize about it.
Don't let anybody make you feel bad about that and, you know, get you defensive about it.
Just make a fresh decision now.
Take a fresh look at the issue now, looking at what's going on now.
No matter why you have put it off in the past, no judgment, now is the time to actually go do it.
Because we really cannot afford you having to go to the hospital right now.
I'm going to have to pause this just to say this and then I'm going to let it run.
Is she among the most loathsome, disgusting people on earth?
I mean, I say I don't like...
It's nothing to do with the way she looks.
It has to do with what she's saying and how she's saying it.
She has to be one of the most contemptible people on the face of the planet.
And I say this after much thought.
On par with Justin Trudeau, the arrogance, the condescension, the pomposity of this 2.2-minute diatribe, it's upsetting my stomach.
Let's let it play out, shall we?
If you're unvaccinated, you have a much higher chance of getting this newly transmissible variant we had never seen before, before a couple of weeks ago.
And it's the unvaccinated people who it's going to make sick.
And we really just cannot afford for you to have to go to the hospital right now.
I mean, looking all around the country, depending on where you live, there is a very good chance there's no room for you in the hospital right now if you need to go.
Have you not seen the TikTok videos at the time, Rachel?
Oh, those hospitals were empty.
You know what the funny thing is?
YouTube's going to have a problem with this video based on what Rachel Maddow is saying, I presume.
I need to get the date of this.
I think it was December 2021.
Let's just let it go.
I actually, it puts my stomach in a knot.
Look at that smug, judgmental arrogance.
Dunning-Kruger, thy name is Rachel Maddow.
And if you can somehow get a bed because you got COVID and you got sick from it because you weren't vaccinated, if you are able to get yourself into a bed, you're going to be filling a bed that somebody else really needs.
Do you see how she's constantly looking up to the left?
If I have my body language senses tingling, and I do, above and beyond the nausea in my stomach, she knows that she's making stuff up out of whole cloth.
She knows that she's lying through her teeth, her coffee-stained teeth.
She knows.
Every time she looks up, oh, God, I can't believe I'm saying this.
Dunning-Kruger, dishonesty, arrogance, pomposity, the nerve, the nerve of Rachel Maddow, may this...
Echo in her head for the rest of her days.
We're not even halfway done.
We're over halfway done.
So even if you didn't feel like you could do it before, even if you've been holding off for whatever reason, look at it freshly now.
Now would be the time.
Even if it wasn't okay for you before, it's okay for you to do it now.
Honestly, your country needs you.
And if you are vaccinated but you haven't been boosted yet and you're eligible for your booster, make your appointment for your booster.
Who the hell is this?
Is this a Pfizer spokesperson or is this a television commentator?
This is a paid ad.
This is a paid ad by Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, whichever one.
I don't know which one she's pushing.
This is a paid infomercial.
Oh my.
God, you think it couldn't get any worse from the first two minutes.
It keeps getting worse.
Now's the time.
Look it up to the left.
I know from anecdotal experience in part of the country where I live, right now signing up for a booster right now is sometimes hard to find an appointment.
The only reason I'm saying that is not because you should be discouraged from trying to get one, but because if you know you need to get your booster, you should try to make your appointment now because you may have to make it some distance in advance in order to get into a vaccination site.
So time to do it.
This is it.
This is it.
Get the latest COVID from the CDC.
Might not be the source you want to get your info from these days with the news of Rachel Rochelle Walensky.
Let's close this down.
What year is this?
One year ago, but it's going to be more than that because they rounded.
December 21st, 2021.
That was a year into the rollout.
I tried to do my best.
Not I tried to do my best.
I did my best.
I tried.
To see what information was available as at the time of this, it was December 21st, 2021.
That probably contradicted exactly what Rachel Maddow was saying there.
What information was out that was being suppressed because it was disinformation?
What do we see here?
Lisa Bucalo making an appearance that you might not have ever expected to make.
I remember when you clearly stated that the jab would stop the disease.
How wrong does one have to be before one loses all credibility?
How wrong does one have to be before one shuts one's mouth for the rest of one's life?
You know, there's talk of amnesty.
Amnesty, forgiveness, yada yada.
Okay, we could talk about that.
Forgiving the people who are victims of their own fear.
Forgiving the people who are just following orders.
You could give those people amnesty, forgive them, you know, but for the grace of God, it could have been me.
Can't forgive the decision makers, the policy makers.
They need to be held to account.
You can forgive the weak people, but you can never forget, and they can never be allowed to be in any position of authority again where they would make equally bad, rash decisions based on panic and based on blind trust in corrupt authority.
Forgive?
Okay.
Forget?
No.
Let them have a position of power of any decision-making in the future?
Hells no!
Rachel Maddow.
Now, I scratched this thing again, and it's just not going away, because I keep scratching it and picking it, and I'm going to stop picking it.
I hear my father saying, stop picking it in your face, it's going to leave the sky.
Good afternoon, everybody.
Good morning, California.
And good evening, Britain, France, Germany, Russia, Ukraine.
And good morning, Australia.
They're in the future.
They're going to tell us how it looks.
How's everybody doing?
I will not read it, but yes.
Oh, you guys were right, but it was luck.
It was luck.
You made the correct decision based on inadequate information, and those who made the wrong decision, well, you know, we did the best we could, moved at the speed of science, because we really had to understand what the markets were doing.
Did you and Howard Stern have the same parents?
Dude, Howard Stern is like a full foot taller than me and has half a brain that I have.
I'm joking.
No, we're not.
I guess originally all members of the tribe are, you know, related somewhere down the line.
It's going to be a show today.
First of all, let's get some housekeeping out of the way.
Let's just make sure that we are live on Rumble.
We are live on Rumble.
Let's see that we're live on Locals.
We're live...
Oh, no.
Did I forget them on Locals?
No, I did not.
I added the custom RTMP.
Oh, son of a bun.
All right, hold on, people.
Hold on one second.
I haven't been live on Locals because I'm an idiot.
I'm going to make a shirt, and it's going to say, because I'm an idiot.
Did I not add the RTPM?
I didn't add the RTPM.
Locals, I'm going to make up for it.
We're supposed to be live on Locals, but I forgot to add the RTPM and the stream key.
So it's going to be up there, Locals.
It's going to be up there in exactly five seconds, four, three, two.
Locals.
I would like to formally...
You blew it!
I'd like to formally apologize, everyone.
You missed my intro.
I'll post the intro back to Locals afterwards.
Sorry about that.
Okay, housekeeping.
Super Chats, Rumble Rants.
We are simultaneously streaming on YouTube, Rumble, and Locals.
As is the ritual, the pattern, what's the word I'm looking for?
The schedule.
We're going to leave YouTube, go to Rumble exclusively and Locals, and then after that, end on Rumble and do the Locals post-mortem, take questions, etc., etc.
Rumble Rants and Super Chats.
YouTube takes 30% to Super Chats.
If you don't like that...
You can go over to Rumble.
Rumble ordinarily takes 20% of their equivalent called Rumble Rants, but for the rest of 2023, they're taking zero.
So great for the creator, great for the platform.
What else?
No medical advice, no legal advice, no election fortification advice.
There will be no biological advice today, except for the fact that boys have penises and girls have vaginas.
To quote the kid from Kindergarten Cop, who would be cancelled for saying that today.
We've got Rachel Walensky.
Under fire now.
Just resigned or, you know, gave up her seat.
I'll pull up that article on the CDC.
And now they're going to formally correct her testimony before Congress because she said something that was wrong.
They were doing the best they could.
We're going to go over a story which is Orwellian in its absurdity, but inhumane in its abuse.
And I'll explain why the, you know, her penis.
We're expected to live in a world now where we're to read journalizing.
And a journalist refers to an individual as having her penis, exposing her penis.
To whom?
To juveniles.
To elderly people.
And we're going to talk about some other stuff.
Justin Trudeau destroying Canada, yada, yada, yada.
Tomorrow night, it's confirmed.
Let me just go back to my DMs and make sure that there hasn't been.
It is confirmed, davesmith.com.
Tomorrow night.
7 o 'clock.
Dave Smith is on tomorrow night, 7 o 'clock.
And Thursday, Bryce Eddy, for those of you who don't know him, you're going to know him.
Okay.
What else is on for the rest of the week?
That's about it.
We're going to start with the story on YouTube.
I put out a vlog yesterday.
I put out a car vlog about this story because it's...
I had to verify.
I had to verify that it was a true story.
It's so absurd.
It's so preposterous in substance and in reporting that I had to actually double check.
I went through the...
Do we see the HTML?
No, we don't see the address bar or address bar.
The story is so preposterous.
I had to make sure the address bar was not a hoax.
There are so many typos in this article and I don't pick on typos.
Except that it caused me to think maybe this entire story is a hoax.
I had to go double-check that the judge is a judge.
I had to go double-check that the names in the story...
I had to do the due diligence on this story because the story was so bloody preposterous, I said it's impossible that this is a true story.
But it is.
What day are we today?
We're May 9th.
It's from May 6th.
If you saw the vlog yesterday, enjoy the more detailed analysis because we're going to go into a little more detail today.
This is from the Daily Mail, and this is the title.
Trans woman is cleared of flashing her penis at Ohio YMCA after judge ruled she's too fat for her genitals to be visible.
I mean, this is a Babylon Bee headline for a number of reasons.
The idea that we're actually saying flashing her penis and it's not her in quotes is...
I mean, it's the embodiment of insanity.
Linguistic, biological, social insanity.
But then in the headline, they italicize fat as though to fat shame the individual, as though what's funny about the story is that they're too fat for his penis to be seen.
He's too fat for his penis to be seen.
But what's not funny about the story is that the journalist is actually referring to the accused, now the acquitted, as a trans woman flashing Her penis.
I thought it was still a joke.
Darren Glyans, who now goes by Rachel, was found not guilty on three counts of indecent exposure.
The 31-year-old's lawyers, wait until you hear the statements from the lawyers because if this is not a needle, a needle in the eye of sanity, I don't know what is.
They didn't argue that she's a woman and therefore it's not indecent because women can be naked in front of other women in a locker, in a women's locker room.
Sorry.
Important caveat.
They did not argue, by the sounds of it, that it wasn't indecent exposure because a trans woman is a woman and therefore, you know, it's not indecent exposure when flashing her penis in front of juveniles, as we're going to see.
That wasn't the defense.
The defense was that he's too fat for his penis to have been visible by the people who allege his penis was indecently exposed to them.
Juvenile girls, by the way.
We'll get there.
One of the complaints stated that there were three juveniles during the incident in Shenia, Ohio.
There was a typo here.
A judge ruled that a transgender woman could not have indecently exposed her penis in a YMCA locker room after claiming she's too fat for it to be visible.
Darren Glines, who now goes by Rachel, was found not guilty of the indecent exposure.
The judge, David McNamee, cleared grinds after agreeing that the size of her belly...
Would make it impossible for anyone to see her...
This is a...
It's a sinister joke.
Like, the journalist Emma James?
I don't know if Emma's doing this to make fun of the absurdity or because Emma does not want to get cancelled for misgendering or, I should say, accurately gendering an individual who's flashing his penis at juveniles in a locker room.
Glines had several complaints made against her, dating back to 2021, with at least three people complaining they were naked male in the locker room.
One of the complaints stated that there were three juveniles present with the woman going to the front desk.
And I'm quoting from the article, because, I mean, this is a...
But she was assured by a worker that it was, quote, actually a woman.
And that she, quote, shouldn't have been disturbed by the incident.
There are so many typos in this, that's why I thought it was a joke.
Here's the judge.
I don't know why they included such a massive picture.
David McNamee, the judge, said there was little dispute as to the facts of the case.
There was a trespassing issue.
Was she trespassing?
Was he?
Was Glynes trespassing in the women's locker room?
That I can understand.
Glynes can't, you know, he can't be trespassing if he was invited.
into the locker room, which he was by the account of the YMCA.
All right, little facts.
No dispute as to the facts of the case.
He wasn't trespassing, and he was exposing his genitals, his penis, to juveniles, but they couldn't see it because he was too fat.
Okay.
You have to hear what the lawyer said.
I mean, I'm going to go to the comment section in a bit.
McNamee said, there is no question that Glynes was in the locker room.
However, Glynes was not charged with trespass, nor was Glynes charged with being in an area...
Can't see the article.
Of the YMCA where he wasn't supposed to be.
Quiet.
Look at this.
Quiet simply, the facts do not support...
Quiet simply, the facts do not exist to support a find of guilt as charged.
Glyne's genitalia was not visible as the portions of her body were covering him.
Listen to what her lawyer says.
His lawyer.
Glyne's lawyer, Laura and Kira Deeb.
These lawyers...
Have to be laughing behind closed doors.
They have to be laughing to themselves saying, I cannot believe it actually worked.
Holy shit, Glines.
We did it.
We just set the most preposterous standard.
You know what?
I shouldn't say that.
Maybe there is a defense about someone being too fat for indecent exposure.
And then the trans issue aside is a totally separate issue.
Okay.
Maybe.
I don't know.
They both argue that...
She was so fat that her gut would obscure her genitalia.
Here's the question.
Thank you for hypothesizing, attorneys, that he was so fat his belly covered his penis.
If his belly covered his penis, how did the other people in the locker room know that Glines was a man?
How did they know that Glines had a penis?
That's a nice theory you have there.
You know what the other problem is?
Reality.
That the people said there's a dude with a penis in here flashing it?
I don't know.
But clearly it wasn't covered up by the belly fat.
They raised the argument.
The judge bought it.
They've got to be like, Your Honor, thank you very much.
Thank you very much for opining on this decision thoroughly and thoughtfully.
And they've got to leave that room, go into the witness box outside with clients, and laugh their flipping heads off that they were able to exploit the cowardice of a judge who didn't want to do the obvious because the judge didn't want to face...
Probably, what I suspect, the social backlash for condemning a man who views himself as a woman, that's fine, more power to you, for undressing in front of juveniles in a women's locker room.
That judge, in my view, is a pure coward who said, holy crap, I got a way to get out of this.
I'm going to buy their argument.
Her genitals, her penis was obscured.
And that's how the kids in the locker room knew that it was a man.
Yeah, we are grateful that the rule of law and the truth prevailed so that Ms. Glynes and the community can move on in peace and Ms. Glynes can continue to go show her penis to people in the locker room.
The rule of law and what did they say?
The rule of law and the truth.
We talk about these things and we say, like, you know, what's the big deal?
It's, you know, just live and let live and, you know, by and large we would.
You know who's getting victimized in all of this?
Literally 80-year-old women.
If anyone had any doubts about Goline's character, okay, we got a Shenia city council, you know, laughing at the situation.
Yeah, they say they will not check anyone's genitalia before allowing them in the locker room.
Okay, well, you don't have to.
When three kids say, I just saw a dongle in the girl's locker room, that's all you need to know.
A witness at the trial, by the way.
Katisha Young told Redux that Goliants had grabbed her genitals after they had gone out for coffee.
Young claims that following the assault, Goliants started attending her place of work, knowing when she would be working.
She added that she is concerned that she'll be forced to find other work.
She got a protective order.
A protection order.
A protective order.
A restraining order.
Against the accused in this case.
Once it runs out, she's going to have to find another place to work.
This is where I also thought this story had to be a joke.
Julie Jaman.
80. Was banned from the YMCA after she demanded a transgender employee leave the women's locker room.
She had been a regular at the whatever.
She spotted the worker at the changing room while she was showering.
An 80-year-old woman is showering in a locker room.
She hears what she claims was a man's voice and immediately confronted the worker, Clementine Adams, who identifies as a woman.
Too bad, old lady.
Oh, you don't think I'm a woman?
I'm entitled to being here.
With her penis and all.
She said she asked Adams if he had a penis, and he said it was none of her business.
So she asked them to leave.
Now, look, she asked them.
Just words mean nothing, people.
Jermaine told the member of the pool, yada yada, the person told her that she was discriminating and that the police would be called.
And listen to this, by the way, the people who don't want to judge and don't want to adhere to gender-based stereotypes.
She was told that she was banned from the pool forever before DeLuna, the employee, called law enforcement, where Jermaine was described as having a, quote, Emotional response and screaming.
Jaman.
Now, some of you might be thinking, holy crap, I remember that story of a woman who was permanently banned from a pool.
As I got to the end of that article, I was like, yeah, wait a minute, this actually sounds somewhat familiar now.
August 2022, people.
Woman, 80. Now, I want to say one thing, by the way.
For an 80-year-old, she looks damn good.
In no gross way, people.
She looks like a healthy 80-year-old woman.
Most people don't make it to 80. And when you make it to 80, looking healthy, looking alive and well, good for you.
Woman, this is from Como.
Como?
I made it my business, by the way.
Fox News, if you're watching, I made it my business not to use any of your articles that came up in the search results today.
I went out of my way.
Instead of playing Fox News, I went to Como News.
That's how I will avoid Fox to vote with my dollar and vote with my eyes.
Como News.
Woman 80 banned from Port Townsend YMCA pool after clash over trans women in locker room.
August 11, 2022.
Chat, had you heard about this case?
One yes, two no.
One yes, two no.
Had you heard about the woman banned from the pool?
There's a video also that went viral once upon a time.
Mountain View Pool, it's been temporary closed in the wake of a controversy after a woman who uses the pool questioned the presence of a man in the facility's locker room along with young girls.
You're a bigot, people.
You're a bigot if you refuse to expose your young girls to the genitals, the penis of a woman.
You're the bigot.
Jamon 80 told Como News Thursday that she...
observed a transgender woman after a swim at the end of July.
I saw little girls with a man watching, Jaman said.
There was no doubt in my mind that that was inappropriate and not acceptable and I needed to stop right then and there.
A woman who's more courageous than the judge.
Hey, Judge McNamee!
You got an 80-year-old woman who has more courage than you do.
Officials said they closed the pool because staffing issues and also because disturbing and harassing phone calls the YMCA began receiving as details about the incident began to spread.
Juman said she had finished her swim, was taken to shower, heard a voice.
I heard a man's voice, very distinctive, saw a man in a bathing suit where two toilets are and there were two little girls standing there taking down their suits to use the toilet.
I looked at her and I said, do you have a penis?
And she said, it's none of your business.
And I said, you need to leave now.
I'm going to cough.
Hold on.
Whatever.
I'll give you guys a little.
So that's it.
Jaman said she would be...
Oh, but she was banned forever, by the way.
She said she would like to use the pool.
Jaman said...
Separate shower for people who are uncomfortable.
How about an all-gen...
Go have an open-for-everybody locker room.
It's not that hard.
City officials said the terms of its operational agreement with the YMCA allows private groups to determine who is welcome and who is not.
She got kicked out forever, by the way.
Banning an 80-year-old woman from the pool because she's the only one who had the courage to say there should not be an adult male looking at little girls who are taking off their bathing suits.
It's horrifying, Acorn.
It's horrifying.
Acorn.
Hold on, let me see.
I didn't get to the chat.
Who knew about this story and who didn't?
Okay, so about 50-50 it looks like.
Great job avoiding Fox from ANcaplite.
The only way to learn is if people stop watching their content.
I will, and I have.
We're not done yet with Jaman.
You remember, there was a protest...
Oh, jeez, I'm not going to remember where.
It was a protest where the anti-fascists, you know, the people protesting the fascists...
Shoved an elderly lady to the ground.
I forget where it was.
It was in Canada.
I forget the context if it was a vaccine protest, whatever.
But, you know, the nail that sticks up gets the hammer and the person with intellectual honesty and courage as well.
Let me just see here.
I got the video somewhere here.
Oh, no, I just played my own video.
Okay, I don't want to hear my voice.
Hold on.
Where's the video?
Here we go.
Yeah, this is it right here.
This is the 80-year-old Jaman getting heckled by young people and young men.
Just think about the world in which we live right now.
Tolerance, the anti-fascists, verbally abuse an 80-year-old woman saying that no bigot, you have to sit there and look at the male genitals in your women's locker room because...
They're women.
They're actually a woman.
And how stupid of you to not know that women now have penises.
Literally.
So much so that the journalist, in all her journalizing, repeatedly referred to the penis as her penis.
Listen to this.
I'm not gonna play the whole thing.
No longer allowed to swim.
This story has morphed into a big mix of gender ideologies and politics.
I want Jermaine on the channel.
I want to interview Jermaine.
I'm going to find a way to contact her.
So complicated and forcing us to speak publicly of the most intimate details of our bodies, our health, the essential mysteries of...
Am I getting old?
And as you get older, all old people look younger because you're like, I'm going to be 44 in May.
She does not look 80. She does not look or carry herself as an 80-year-old.
I say that, but neither does my dad.
But I don't see my dad the same way I see other healthy 80-year-olds.
Anyhow, chat, she looks good for 80. The female human and the long, long history of why women and children need a safe place.
and armed women.
I wish the police were here to help everybody in order.
I wish the police were here.
Water makes this planet sparkle in this solar system.
Besides survival, humans have endless water riches.
Don't touch our socks!
Back up!
Back up!
Dance with our kids!
I put out a tweet this morning.
We've gone from a world, in one generation, how fast societies can collapse.
We've gone from sticks and stones may break my bones, but words can never harm me.
To silence is violence and misgendering is the biggest assault on misgendering.
Whatever that means is the biggest assault.
It's the biggest injury imaginable.
We've gone from an era of respect your elders.
I might have been guilty of not adhering to that all the time.
We've gone from an era of respect your elders to the youth berating, verbally abusing, or verbally harassing our elderly.
It's a society in decline, and the only question is, is it past the event horizon, or is it salvageable?
Obviously, if I thought it were not salvageable, I would, you know...
By a ranch in Wyoming, which I'm still thinking of doing.
But yeah.
The decline of the American empire, but this is not purely American.
The irony is it's actually even a little worse in Canada.
In Canada, there's less...
Social pressure to be polite to others in public because one does not have the same fear of potential repercussions in Canada, you know, for Second Amendment reasons.
But happy birthday.
It's actually May 23rd.
It's in...
Holy crab apples!
It's in two weeks!
My birthday's in two weeks.
44. This is a society in decline.
But I think, because I have a bit of white pill optimism left in me.
We are raising a generation not conservative in the political sense.
There's going to be a backlash and a swinging back of the pendulum.
People are going to say, no, look, I'm not stupid.
There's a bunch of 13-year-old girls growing up right now saying, yeah, I don't want to be exposed to male genitalia in the locker room.
Don't tell me that I have to.
It doesn't make me feel good.
And they're going to grow up and they're hopefully going to vote.
And going to have an influence on the world.
I can see it in the youth, I think, unless I'm seeing something that's not there.
But there's going to be a political pushback to all of this.
And may the pendulum change directions before it just falls over altogether.
Spiritual abuse.
All right, now hold on one second.
Make shame great again.
Now, hold on.
There were two super chats in here.
One was from Lightgiver.
Haven't seen you in a while, Lightgiver.
COVID Summit site, Christian Teres site.
Seriously, watch it.
Will do.
Oh, and by the way, I'm going to be testifying on May 18th.
Holy crap, that's next week.
I'm going to be testifying May 18th at the National Citizens Inquiry.
So that's going to be live.
I'm going to live stream it on my channel, but it's going to be digitally because I'm not flying in and back for a day.
NCI.
Viva Frye.
Testifying on the propaganda of the government-funded media and how it shaped a narrative and misinformed, disinformed, and divided a country.
That's my thesis.
Okay, one more before we head over to Rumble.
War's Nemesis says Plainview, Texas, six-year-old forced...
I'm not reading that.
I'm going to Google that and then see what you're talking about.
All right.
Wars Nemesis.
Thank you.
All right.
Let me give the link to...
What did everyone think of the interview yesterday with James Fox?
I love that stuff.
Okay, here.
Hold on.
The link is pinned.
The link is pinned.
We're going to get to the Canadian stuff now, people.
Speaking of the younger generation coming back a little more conservative or logical, they say, testify, Mr. Fry.
I tried to testify during the commission.
Obviously, it would not have made a difference because I would not have had anything that would have allowed Rouleau to come to anything other than his foregone conclusion of exoneration and ratification of Justin Trudeau's tyranny.
But no, this time I'm testifying now.
I got in at the NCI.
They say I'm only scheduled for 45 minutes.
I'm going to go longer.
And the object of my testimony is what it would have been before the commissioner, how the government used its government-subsidized media to absolutely spread meaningful disinformation and how the reality on the ground was wildly different from what the media was portraying and how the media effectively brainwashed society, Canadian society, and divided Canadian society.
Please pronounce genitalia correctly.
I hope that's what you meant.
All right, let's do it.
Move on over to Rumble, people.
We're going to end here in 5, 4, 3, 2, 1. Okay.
Now let me see what's going on here.
Have I missed any crumble crants?
Oh, son of a bee sing.
Have I?
I have not.
Good.
All right.
When I say that the next generation is going to come back a little more conservative, I say it anecdotally from what I see.
And here's a good example.
Y 'all remember Josh Alexander?
Josh Alexander is the 16, I think he's 17 years old now, kicked out of high school in Canada for an argument stemming from his assertion that, you know, boys have penises, girls have vaginas.
And what else did he say?
He said something.
Now that we had the interview, he said, you know, he got kicked out of school for saying there's only two genders.
And then the teacher was talking about men breastfeeding.
And then the smartass or just, you know, logical, I should say, smartass or just logical Josh Alexander said, you know, a man sticking his nipple in the mouth of a baby is getting close to something that ain't so good and it rhymes with So Josh was kicked out of school.
Josh was detained, but not, I guess, I don't know, detained, arrested.
He didn't face any charges for going into school after he was asked not to come back because of the disagreements over biology that he had with his Christian school in Ontario.
And I saw this the other day, and it's, if you think this is not going to impact a generation.
I have been informed that both my mother and father have been put on leave and removed from the classroom.
My parents are under attack simply for having raised me.
They couldn't get to me, so they've attacked my family I recently had the opportunity to tell the world.
Fantastic.
Thank you.
So I guess both of Josh's parents were teachers.
And we're always honest, and there's no but to that.
I had had these questions in my head.
And there's that every fear hides a wish.
I was wondering how it was that his parents hadn't faced the social backlash yet.
And I thought maybe, you know, with a name like Alexander, it's not all that common.
No, sorry.
It's not all that odd of a last name.
Maybe there's a few Alexanders they couldn't pinpoint.
Lo and behold, the mob.
Or, I don't know, the mob came for them or the cowardice of institutions came for them.
Apparently from Josh, from what he's saying, his parents have been placed on leave, taken out of the classroom.
Let me just see if I can find an article.
Josh Alexander, parents, fired.
They're not fired.
Western Standard.
Okay, here we go.
We'll pull up this article here.
It's an amazing thing.
It's not a communist nation in Canada yet.
It's just really acting like one.
Back in the days of Stalinism, when they couldn't break someone that they were interrogating through abusing the person, torturing the person, you know what they did?
They went after the family.
Because you could take the most hardened...
A soul of steel human that can endure pain, torture, psychological suffering.
What they cannot endure is the torture and the suffering of their children and their family.
And if you can't get the object, you know, the subject of what you're after to break, go after their family.
There's the boy.
There's the boy, boy of the Canada.
Watch Josh Alexander alleges parents suspended from jobs with Ontario School Board.
Josh might be wrong.
Maybe the parents were fired for cause because they had been undressing in the locker room of the opposite.
They wouldn't have been fired for that.
They'd be given a raise.
Grade 11 St. Joseph's Catholic High School student Josh Alexander said his parents have been removed from their positions as teachers at the Renfrew County School Board because of their relationship to him.
This morning I found out that my mom has been put under investigation and removed from the classroom indefinitely.
He says in a video.
This morning, I found out that my mom has been put under investigation and removed from the classroom indefinitely.
My dad had already been kicked out two weeks ago.
He's also under investigation, and it would appear it's simply just because they're my parents.
I'm a young man.
I'm ready to face the consequences of my actions.
I just really wish it was me facing those consequences.
I mean, they arrested me.
They put me in cuffs.
Back of the cruiser a couple times, but I don't care.
I'm still fighting, and that's not going to discourage me.
But it's just wrong that my family has to pay the price for that.
It's not wrong, Josh.
It's Canada.
Simply because I said, what, that God made male and female in my classroom?
And, yeah, the consequences have been fairly significant up to this point.
All right, let's see here.
Okay, anyway, so that's the story.
But now...
You think that kid and his friends are not going to come back?
A little more pushback against this tyranny?
Maybe.
Maybe not.
But while we're on the subject of the destruction of Canada, we have to immediately go to the architect!
The mastermind!
Some people think I give Justin Trudeau too much credit for his role in the destruction of Canada.
I say, I can't believe one person could actually have succeeded in destroying a country so much.
And I was like, you think it's one person?
It's WEF.
We know that.
But it's been under the watch of one person and as a result of the words and deed of one person.
But I have no doubt there are more influences out there.
Let's just see this here.
Virginia doctors.
Shaming me for not taking the shot when I asked questions about it.
She had no answers.
Just safe and effective.
Keep an open mind.
Ginger Nunda says, now she doesn't wear a mask, but when she comes up to me, she makes eye contact, pulls out a mask, and puts it on.
Activists in lab coats, I tell you.
Oh, I thought she didn't wear a mask anymore because she realized the error of her ways, but I guess not.
You know, I had my run-ins with...
I don't ever want to give...
Information that would reveal the identity of someone who has nothing to do with anything.
Just suffice to say, doctors in my orbit, once upon a time, said, safe and effective.
Not just for us, but for kids.
And my wife, who has a postdoc in neuroscience, so she wasn't born yesterday and she's not a kindergartner, said, how do you know?
And there was a bit of a silence where we both left there and we said, yep, there's a bit of loss of faith right there.
Irreparable loss of faith.
When you go to a lawyer and the lawyer screws up on the most basic question, you're like, okay, thanks for your time.
I hope I didn't have to pay you for that consult.
But if we go to the architect of the destruction of Canada, where do we start with this one?
Well, let's go here.
So I was going to start with this, but I didn't.
I mean...
Pierre Paulyan.
Stop, stop.
Not yet, not yet.
Look at him.
Look at this.
I don't use the word...
Yahtzee.
I'm not calling Justin Trudeau a Nazi.
There's no but.
I have to call it something that rhymes with it.
Because history doesn't repeat, but it certainly tends to run.
Look at this unhinged maniac.
Look at this unhinged maniac.
Hey.
I mean, this is psychotic.
He posted this.
This is, I didn't clip this to make him look like an unhinged tyrant.
This is what he posted.
This is on his Twitter.
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry.
Hey.
Hey.
Pierre Polyev, it's time for you to wake up.
Look at his, like, you see rallies of dictators of past, you know, giving their speeches and you have their audience cheering.
I'll tell you something.
As far as speeches of tyrannical dictators go, this is shit.
This is terrible.
I mean, at least prior dictators, you know, Stalin.
Hitler...
They had charisma when they spoke, which might explain how they were able to convince a population to do their bidding for them.
It's not...
Trudeau is not even charismatic.
It's like the people who carry out his orders.
They don't even need prompting to do it.
Thank you.
Barking seals is what they are.
Oh, standing ovation!
Morons.
Everyone in that room is a bloody moron, a tyrant, a liar, and below average intelligence.
I'm sorry, there I said it.
Look at these morons.
Wake up.
Wake up to the fact that a gender-balanced cabinet is a good thing and that women fully participating in the workforce is a good thing.
Not something to snub when it gets a shout-out from the President of the United States in our House of Commerce.
A president, Biden, who is credibly alleged to have inappropriately sexually addressed a woman.
At least one.
If you believe the diary, more than one.
That's POTUS.
Tara Reade, who even according to Gloria...
Is it Gloria Allred?
No, it's her daughter.
Whatever.
Even according to those who...
Support Joe Biden believed her story.
Everyone knew Joe was handsy.
So you got one potential sexual predator talking about the value of women in the workforce.
And who's he telling it to?
Another arguable sexual predator, that being Justin Trudeau.
Y 'all remember that he inappropriately touched a reporter, groped a reporter in the year 2000, apologized for it.
If you don't know, I'll show you the link again.
Having women, it's a good thing.
He had women in his cabinet whom he mistreated.
He elbowed in the breast a member of the NDP on the floor of the parliament when he, like a tyrant that he has stormed across to grab something, elbowed a woman in the breast, in the boob, as I, you know, more casually refer to it as.
Hired a woman, the first woman indigenous minister of justice and attorney general whom he promptly demoted fired because she refused to adhere to his corrupt...
Oh no, he's got women.
In his entourage, whom he abuses and whom he disposes of when they don't do his bidding for him.
Do what the man says, woman, or you're out.
Wake up to the fact that under our government, fewer persons with disabilities are facing poverty, and in fact, Canada's poverty rates has been cut in half.
Did you kill them, Justin?
There's fewer people in poverty.
Is it because you've been euthanizing people who, you know?
Can't get the medical treatment that they need.
Can't get the housing that they need.
It's an amazing thing.
Imagine.
It's potentially a plausible explanation.
There's fewer people in poverty now than last year before we euthanized 10,064 Canadians.
Since 2015.
Look at this unhinged maniac.
Ugly inside and out.
Since 2015.
Hey, since 2015.
That's the year that...
Euthanasia in Canada just started doubling year after year.
Interesting.
Just so no one says fake fact checks.
It didn't double year after year.
It went from like a couple thousand to ten thousand in five years.
Seven thousand the year before.
Just wild radical increases.
So yeah, I have no doubt there's at least ten thousand people.
Maybe a little less.
There's fewer people in poverty, Justin.
I think we...
Well, let's agree to agree on that and just ask why.
Barking seals.
Wake up to the fact that more moms are building careers because we've made childcare more affordable.
But what is a mom, Justin?
Is it moms with penises?
Like, just verbal diarrhea is what this is.
And by the way...
When we see that women's participation in the economy has reached an all-time high, let me tell you something.
$10 a day childcare is not woke policy, it's economic policy!
He has no idea what the waiting lines are.
And no idea that...
Okay, let me just see if my cloth made it in here.
Let's see here.
Your father liked this tweet.
Not bad.
There you go.
There's some good ones.
My gosh.
Can you imagine being the most hated man?
I never forced anyone to have sex with me.
I just made it a condition of getting your job.
Why do I not see my own replies here?
Great, Justin.
Here we go.
I wonder why I get so demoted.
Trudeau, I apologize to a reporter behind a groping claim.
The committee of prime minister, Justin Trudeau, has for the first time publicly acknowledged that he apologized in 2000 to a reporter he allegedly groped.
Justin Trudeau likes having women around, so long as they do what he says.
So that's from the convention, the liberal convention.
I mean, it's...
That's from the liberal convention.
And what's...
Well, we have to see.
What are the policies of the liberals this year?
Hold on a second before we get there.
I just saw a super chat that I have to get to.
CrazyGuru1.
I support that young man.
I presume you mean Josh Alexander and not Justin Trudeau.
I'm joking crazy.
I know who you are.
At least I know you from the interwebs.
Absolutely.
Ginger Ninja.
Veterans Affairs doctor.
LOL.
So unfortunately, it's very difficult to get a different doctor.
Jesus.
I met Ginger Ninja.
On the Chattanooga boat.
That was fantastic.
Ginger, it was nice to meet you.
What was I just about to say?
Oh yeah, they're at the Liberal Convention thing.
You know what's going on at the Liberal Convention thing?
Where is it?
Here, hold on a second.
So there, I did a phone interview with Richard Surrett yesterday on Saga 960 or Saga 690.
And so during the interview, Richard says, Viva, have you heard?
That on the government websites, on the Trudeau Liberal Party convention website, whatever, their platform thing, it still says or reiterates vaccine mandates.
And I was like, that's impossible.
Maybe they just forgot to take it off.
And I said, I mean, it's impossible that they could be talking about reaffirming the vaccine mandates.
When Justin Trudeau, just like two weeks ago, sat there like a pompous, arrogant prick with his hands drooped out and his legs crossed.
I never forced anybody to do anything.
I would never force anybody to take the vaccine.
Now, this is from the website today.
I did this screen wrap myself because I couldn't believe it.
To finish the fight against COVID, protect people at work, ensure businesses can get back up to speed, and most importantly, make sure our kids can safely return to school.
We need to do everything we can to keep public spaces safe.
A re-elected liberal government will require that travelers on interprovincial trains, commercial flights, cruise ships, and other federally regulated vessels be vaccinated.
Sounds like Groundhog Day.
Sounds like Groundhog Day.
Can't be.
I mean, surely it's just the old website and they forgot to update it.
So, you know, at the end of a website, I went all the way to the bottom just to make sure.
Scroll down.
Here you go.
Copyright 2023 Liberal Party of Canada.
All rights reserved.
Authorized by the federal whatever.
So that's on their updated website.
That was their campaign platform in 2021.
I hope to God it's not a mistake.
And that they're actually reaffirming it now?
I do hope so.
Because if people continue to vote for that, you are absolute idiots, you are absolute tyrants, you are absolute unscientific fascists.
But there's no other way to say it at this point in time.
We now know what we know about the jab.
We now know it doesn't prevent transmission.
At the very least, it's not effective.
Oh, and it minimized your risks of getting severely...
No, there's also pretty clear cases that that's not the case anymore, considering that there was some amazing statistics that the deaths from COVID were highest in the vaccinated.
I don't want to screw anything up.
I'm not going to say it.
There were some amazing statistics.
I think it was Ed Dowd that talked about it, that you would have expected COVID deaths to be less bad after the rollout of the jab than it was before the rollout.
And there were some inconsistencies there, incongruities.
At the very least, we know that it does not prevent transmission.
Certainly not against the subsequent variants, which also seem to be less lethal by and large.
We know that it doesn't prevent transmission, and we know that it has some definitive and...
Enumerated adverse effects.
If that's going to be the liberal policy, and I hope it's not a mistake, let them own it.
And let anybody who votes for that hopefully get voted out of office regardless, but live with the consequences of their own stupidity.
And live with the shame of being unscientific, unconstitutional, unconscionable idiots.
And if it is a mistake, let them have to remove it from their website.
Because I consider myself to be a good faith actor in dealing with other people's intellectual dishonesty.
If they remove it from their website, one would have to ask, why?
Well, it was a mistake.
It's no longer true now.
Oh, it was, well, we thought it was true at the time.
Either it's true now, in which case, why would they take it down?
Or it's not true now, and in which case, they'll take it down.
And if it's not true now, as of when did it not be true?
As of when did it become untrue?
And then you're going to get into some questions as to when they were pushing this, knowing that it might not have been scientific.
It certainly wasn't constitutional, although never formally recognized by the courts.
So that's my opinion.
The Liberals are in a damned if you do, damned if you don't spot right now.
If they don't take that down, it's going to burn them down as it should.
And if it doesn't, I don't know what to say about humanity or at least Canadian humanity anymore.
And if they do take it down, it shows that they were idiots to have put it up in the first place.
And it should take them down as well.
And if the Conservatives do not come out now and pounce on this, they will, under the tutelage of...
Wait a minute, have they had their leader's debate?
Whatever.
If Poilier proves himself to be an Erin O'Toole 2.0, it'll be the end of the Conservative Party, and justifiably so.
And unfortunately, probably the end of Canada, if it's not already too late for Canada.
Thank you.
Hold on.
Raelia.
I'd love for Trudeau to actually take the vaccines and the full course that he demands everyone else has versus saline.
Twat.
So I have heard the stories about the saline, and there have been some unconfirmed reports that it is in fact a thing.
Or that you get the papers, they dispose of the vial, but they literally just spritz it up in the air.
There have been people in the know who have confirmed that that's been done.
I mean, it's done for people who don't want to get the jab, but who need the card or whatever, the vax pass.
And I'm sure it's been done for people who...
So anyways, that's what's going on in Canada, I think, for the time being.
Let me see here.
Hold on.
I'll bring up something from Chet Chisholm, actually.
Chet Chisholm, who I had on the channel, just looking at a tweet from him now, replying to my tweet with this.
Oh, if Pierre Polyev, Leslie Lewis, and the other members of the Conservative Party do not immediately come out and categorically denounce this apparent...
Liberal Party admission.
To continue with unscientific, unconstitutional, and unconscionable jab mandates, they will not merely be as bad as the Liberals.
They will be worse.
They now have the opportunity to highlight Justin Trudeau's stupidity, stubbornness, and tyrannical madness, and probably woo over many Liberal voters who are also vehemently against jab mandates if not injured themselves.
If Poilier proves himself to be an Erin O'Toole 2.0, it'll be the end of the Conservative Party, probably the end of Canada.
Force the Liberals to remove this crap, this jab crap, from their platform.
If they do, it would highlight how it was wrong to begin with.
If they don't, they confirm who they are, not necessarily putting people on trains, but keeping them off.
History may not repeat, but it certainly rhymes, to which Chet Chisholm says it's been about a year since I and other vax-injured paramedic and another vax-injured paramedic told Pierre Poiliev in person about vaccine injuries we experienced and those of others still crickets in Ottawa.
Hey, pleb!
What's the pleb saying today?
You still got to vote conservative?
Because if you vote for the PPC, it's a wasted vote.
All right.
Let me see what else is going on in the chat in the rumbles.
Oh, crap.
Hold on a second.
Oh, yeah.
Go hit the plus button.
How many?
We got 282 thumbs up for 2,800 viewing.
That's not a bad ratio.
Let me see what...
Let me see what we got here.
Viva condolences to Glenn Greenwald at the passing of his husband.
I heard that fat slice.
I couldn't believe it.
I thought I was misreading the news.
Glenn Greenwald's husband passed away apparently after nine months in the ER.
It's at 37. It's unimaginable.
Condolences is...
I don't even know how people heal from those types of tragedies.
I don't know.
It's...
It's terrible.
Urs8243 says, we can't do anything up here.
Our Senate is appointed.
This is true.
Our Senate, the one that just, you know, voted on Bill C-11, appointed.
A lot of them are appointed by, a lot of them have been appointed by Trudeau.
All right, let's see what else we got here in the news, people.
Oh, yeah, that's right.
Speaking of, you know, unscientific liars.
So, Rochelle Walensky or Rachel Walensky?
Let's just get Rachel Walensky.
Oh, it's been demonetized on YouTube.
Oh, you little bastards.
What is it?
Oh, okay.
Hold on a second.
No, it's been...
Let's see here.
Refresh.
Let's just see it.
We're green.
Okay, hold on.
157.
We're green.
Going to screen grab this.
Rochelle or Rachel Walensky?
We're going to get to that in exactly 30 seconds once I just preserve some evidence.
Trust but verify, people.
In fact, I don't trust anything on YouTube, but I do continually maintain the evidence to show how broken YouTube is for that half-hour stream that we had there.
I was going to go get the article with Rachel Walensky.
Rachel Walensky.
Not Malensky.
Walensky.
News of the day, people.
Let's take up the National Review article.
Good riddance to Rachel Walensky.
Just one of many liars.
Oh, what's going on?
Stop it.
Just one of many liars who had been dictating policy to the detriment of everybody who...
It seems that I can't pull up the article from National Review, so I'm going to go ahead and scrap that.
Hold on.
I'm just going to go to archive.
It was archived 21 hours ago.
Here we go, people.
Good riddance to Rochelle.
Oh, it is Rochelle.
Oh, that's terrible.
I was in love with a girl when I was in high school whose name was Rochelle.
Now the name's ruined.
That's it.
Damn it.
Walensky proved more than willing to sacrifice trust in the CDC and the administration she served for a seat at the table.
Noah Rothman.
After a little more than two years at the helm of the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Rochelle Walensky announced last week that she will be stepping down as the agency's director.
Her departure is being processed as though it is another feature of the virus that dominated her tenure.
With the World Health Organization downgrading the threat posed by COVID and the Biden admin allowing public health emergency declared in response to expire, Walensky's tenure has also passively expired.
Her work here is done.
My work here is done.
Oh yeah.
But Walensky's record will not pass from memory without criticism.
For example, a gentle elegy.
In the Wall Street Journal sites, some public health experts who chided Walensky's CDC for its messy and confusing messaging about the agency's preferred pandemic mitigation methods.
New York Times was even more generous, noting that Walensky inherited the near-impossible task of restoring the CDC's reputation, which had been tarnished after the Trump administration officials hectored officials and meddled in their work.
If only these outlets could...
Oh, you know what the bottom line is?
Walensky lied.
I'll give everybody that article.
I'll keep it in the background.
Walensky lied to Congress.
She lied to Congress about material facts.
I was trying to get video clips.
It seems to be very difficult to find the video clips where she dishonestly, either mistakenly or deliberately, pretended that a study showing that masks did nothing had been retracted.
It was called the...
Oh, I'm going to forget what it was.
Walensky testified that a study showing that masks had effectively been useless had been retracted when it hadn't.
Now, let me just...
Here we go.
Here we go.
Check this out.
From Paul D. Thacker.
Journalist, and seemingly a real one, former investigator, U.S. Senate, former Safra Ethics Center, Harvard.
Paul D. Thacker.
Put out a tweet.
According to emails I'm releasing, Congress will correct the record on CDC Director Walensky's false statements.
That's what it was.
Check this out, Peace.
So this is May 5th from the House.gov.
Correcting the record for the House Appropriations Committee, CDC hearing.
Well, that would have helped me pinpoint the date, damn it, if I don't want to look at them.
All right.
Dear Conley and Jefferson, I am the clerk and staff director of, hold on, we can bring it up.
Oh, there you go.
Look at that.
For the Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services and Education in the U.S. House of Representatives, I work for both Chairwoman Kay Granger and Subcommittee Chairman Robert Alvarez.
Adderhalt in this capacity.
You sent an email to us asking that the hearing record for our April 19, 2023 hearing with CDC director Rochelle Walensky be corrected to indicate that the communique statement related to your recent Cochrane review of physical interventions to interrupt or reduce the spread of respiratory viruses had not in fact been retracted.
And that changes to the author's plain language summary and abstract have not and might not ever occur.
I will be happy to insert a clerk's note into the official written hearing record to that effect.
Here is how it would appear.
The hearing director would have Dr. Walensky's statement about the retraction as spoken, followed by this.
Clerk's note.
The subcommittee subsequently received the following communication from the authors of this Cochran review, who have asked that it be incorporated into the hearing record at this point.
Insert your text, email, yada, yada.
Please let me know if this is not satisfactory.
I've also let the Minority Staff Director...
Thank you for bringing this information to our attention.
Please let me know if I can be of any further help.
So what do we take away from this?
Hold on, I'm not going to close this.
I'm just going to minimize this.
What do we take away from this?
It doesn't matter if she lied or it was a mistake.
It doesn't matter.
I mean, it matters.
It matters.
But from the N's perspective, it only determines whether or not she's stupid or dishonest or both.
I was watching some of Walensky's testimony when they were asking her, why are children wearing masks?
Why are two-year-olds wearing masks?
Did I keep that video up?
I think I did.
Oh, and I think this was only on...
There was a clip where she's trying to answer, why are two-year-olds wearing masks?
Well, it was so embarrassing.
It's embarrassing, it's uncomfortable to watch someone who is wildly incompetent, wildly dishonest, or wildly stupid, or a combination of all three in such a position of power.
fumbling to get out bullshit.
It's like Karine Jean-Pierre every day of the week.
These are people at the highest positions of power in what used to be the most powerful government in the world, and they're bumbling idiots, pathological liars, or a bit of column A and a bit of column B. Wulinski said that the Cochran Review, a study that showed masks did little to nothing to stop the spread of the virus, had been retracted.
All right, good.
She's going to correct it in a little footnote to the thing that happened a month ago after everybody's already heard it.
The tweet and the lie has gone around the world, and now the little pesky thing called the truth is going to try to play catch-up.
And by the way, everyone out there, Viva does not give his own medical advice because I'm neurotic.
Don't trust me.
I know we've covered this before.
February 21. 2023, New York Times.
February, March, April, May.
February to March, April, May.
Three months ago.
The masks did nothing.
This is from the New York Times.
Will any lessons be learned?
The most rigorous and comprehensive analysis of scientific studies conducted on the efficacy of masks for reducing the spread of the respiratory illness, including COVID-19, was published last month.
Its conclusions set at Tom Jefferson.
I think that's the person that issued that.
The Oxford epidemiologist, who is its lead author, were unambiguous.
There is no evidence that they, masks, make any difference, he told the journalist Marianne Damacy.
Full stop.
But wait!
Hold on.
What about M95 masks as opposed to lower quality masks?
Makes no difference.
None of it, said Jefferson.
What about the studies that initially persuaded policymakers to impose mask mandates?
They were convinced by non-randomized studies, flawed observational studies.
Do you remember that video of someone wearing a mask in cold air and the steam of their breath just comes out of every freaking orifice of that mask to breathe through?
There's no evidence that many of these things make any difference.
These observations don't come from just anywhere.
Jefferson and 11 colleagues conducted the study for Cochrane, a British non-profit that is widely considered the gold standard for its review of healthcare.
Can you imagine Walensky gets up before Congress and says that this study had been retracted?
Oops, my mistake.
It hadn't.
I'm sorry.
But after all, we had been acting on this misinformation.
This inaccurate study, forget the modeling from Ferguson.
The conclusions were based on 78 randomized controlled trials, six of them during the COVID pandemic, with a total of 610,000 participants in multiple countries, and they track what has been widely observed in the United States.
States with mask mandates fared no better against COVID than those without.
No study or study of studies is ever perfect.
How long does this go for here?
There's a final lesson.
Don't frickin' lie.
If you don't know what you're doing, don't do anything.
Back in the early days when people were like, there's so much we don't know, so lock shit down.
It's like, no, I'm sorry.
If there's so much you don't know, you don't make the most radical, earth-shattering, social-destroying decisions based on what you don't know.
When you cripple an economy, when you cripple a society, when you compel people...
To take experimental mRNA jibby-jabs?
You can only do that when you definitively know, not when there's so much you don't know.
The last justification for masks is that even if they prove to be ineffective, they seem like a relatively low-cost, intuitively effective way of doing something against the virus in the early days of the pandemic.
But, quote, do something, end quote, is not science, and it shouldn't have been public policy.
And the people who have the courage to say as much deserve to be listened to, not treated with contempt.
They may never get the apology they deserve, but vindication ought to be enough.
Oh, hold on a second.
Relatively low cost.
Okay, hold on.
What did it say?
It said mass set.
Even if they proved to be ineffective, they seemed relatively low cost.
Intuitively effective.
Oh, it didn't say harmless.
It didn't say harmless here.
You want to know why?
Because now, things I've learned, the masks were not harmless.
I'll just do one.
Just one here.
Potentially toxic face masks distributed in schools and daycares.
This we've talked about.
If you're not getting the potentially toxic masks as they contain microscopic graphene particles that you're inhaling eight hours a day, if they're not the potentially toxic masks, just assume that they're the ones that actually work properly.
Face masks are things in your teeth.
Cavities.
Teeth.
Mask Mouth Syndrome.
A follow-up.
As a fallout of the COVID-19 spread, face masks have become part and parcel of everyone's life and are used like clothing.
Face masks come in various forms.
Let me see here.
Sorry, I should skip over the important parts.
Face masks come in various shapes, blah, blah, blah.
Yada, yada, yada.
Wearing a face mask for a prolonged period of time, more than eight hours a day, especially in healthcare settings, has been associated with discomfort and level of exertion for users, which is still not well understood.
Secondarily, researchers have also found that prolonged use of face masks comes with a plethora of problems, ranging from bad breath to dry mouth and eventually leading to tooth decay.
While face masks are now the new normal in public areas while interacting with others, many who need to don them 8 to 10 hours a day complain of oral issues.
These oral issues are now being termed collectively as mask mouth syndrome.
And over 20% of the public deals with such issues, say dentists.
Mask mouth, mask mouth syndrome occurs due to prolonged wearing a face mask combined with the factors which promote bad oral hygiene, such as not drinking enough water, consuming many sugars.
Quiet punch.
Hold on a second So yeah, it's not even that they were harmless.
Remember what everyone said?
Oh, they're harmless.
I was never convinced by the CO2 argument, although I've had people who I trust as professionals say it's not untenable.
Cavities, oral hygiene issues, other than the fact that, yeah, they never knew what the long-term effects are of respiratory stress from wearing a mask eight hours a day.
It's a little bit of guilt that I do live with because when our kids were in school, we took one out, put them in a school where they didn't have a mask mandate because it was freaking kindergarten.
And then the other one...
Anyhow.
Damn them all to hell.
Sorry, that's probably the only way to say it.
Poop and Pudge.
Undoubtedly, that's Poop and Pudge from Seferdine Squibb.
She's going to do something out there.
Hyphen says, Viva, you're preaching to the choir.
Yep.
I have a...
I'm not a hateful person.
Period.
And I don't like harboring anger.
But...
I harbor a lot of anger.
For the people who destroyed society as we knew it and were so damn happy.
They were so damn certain that what they were doing was was right, was scientific, and they were so benevolent when they were doing it.
And it reminds me of the Lewis Carroll.
Is it the Lewis Carroll?
No tyranny.
Aaron Carroll.
I want to get the...
C.S. Lewis.
It's not Lewis Carroll.
It's C.S. Lewis.
Let's just read this while we...
transition to the next subject.
C.S. Lewis, of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive.
It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies.
The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated, but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end, for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
Thank you.
Excuse me.
I had to cough there.
So, yeah.
There's a great many people who I might forgive for my own peace of mind and peace of heart, but I will not forget.
Okay, what else do we got?
We do have more.
Hold on, hold on.
Let's just get rid of some of the stuff here.
Yeah, we covered that.
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention it was the first story.
I was so convinced that it was a fake story.
I had to go look at Judge McNamee is a real judge for Shenia.
Judge David McNamee.
David McNamee was appointed to the bench of Shenia, court by Governor Mike DeWine.
Judge McNamee assumed office April 11, 2022.
Who is Mike DeWine?
Let me just go see something right here.
I don't know who all these players are.
Mike DeWine, governor of Ohio.
And he is a...
How do I see if he's a Democrat or a Republican?
It's a problem.
It's usually right around here.
What's my problem, people?
Let's just go like this.
Demo?
Is he a Republican?
For goodness sake, what kind of...
He is a member of the Republican Party.
Well, he made a great choice in that, Judge.
Okay, sorry.
What else do we have here?
I know I have something else.
Oh, well, okay, we're not off of the Canadian thing yet.
So, Odessa Orlowitz, it's not her recording.
This goes back to whether or not what's on the Liberal website is an accident or not.
She got a recording of someone who called the Liberal Party in Nova Scotia.
I don't know.
Hello, Kenardi's office?
Hi, who am I speaking with, please?
This is Kaji.
Hi, this is Tanya Rowlands calling.
Yes.
I'm calling in regards to, I guess they had the Liberal Convention back east this weekend?
Yes.
And there's been comments circulating on Twitter that they kept the vaccine mandates in their mandates on the Liberal website.
Is that correct?
Yes.
So you're going, the Liberal Party is going to go ahead and mandate vaccines?
That's what their party platform is?
That wasn't finalized.
And so, it's still up for discussion.
It's still up for discussion.
Just happens to be on the website as their policy.
It's still up for discussion.
Idiots.
I mean, the world is run by idiots.
And you think, like, every time I have a problem with a bank or with Verizon or with AT&T or Global...
Not Global.
What's the other one there in Canada?
Rogers.
You think, like...
These big, venerable businesses, these big, venerable institutions, they can't be as incompetent as they prove themselves to be in real life, but institutions consist of humans.
Humans are fundamentally flawed and sometimes just grossly incompetent.
These institutions are only as strong as the people that run them.
Incompetence.
So I have no doubt at some point in the near future, the Liberals are going to say that's a mistake.
All of that policy was from the prior election.
We forgot to delete it and we've removed it now.
No harm, no foul.
Move on.
Okay.
So Walensky's out.
And what do we have here?
I brought this up for some reason.
Oh, yeah, that's right.
Hold on.
Hold on before we get there.
This was just one I was looking up.
I was like, I want to see what's going on with Hunter Biden.
We were being told it was all conspiracy theory that it's like rumors and nothing.
Okay.
Before we get there, there was one last thing on just to finish with Paul D. Thacker.
So Thacker Walensky is out.
They're going to issue the correction because she either lied or was just wildly factually incorrect when she said that...
That the Cochran review had been retracted.
What's going on, please?
What the flip?
Close this.
Then he goes on to discuss the false claim that she made before Congress.
We got that.
They're going to correct the false thing despite the damages done.
Cochran authors cannot force the New York Times to correct...
Oh, so hold on a second here.
During the hearing before Congress, Walensky made the false claim that the Cochran view on masks had been retracted.
Social media influencer Zeynep Tufeki made an earlier false claim the review had been corrected.
Also false.
What are the odds of that?
Social media influencer...
Hold on, but I want to see who this individual is.
Seems that he works for the New York Times.
So you got the CDC making the false claim via Walensky.
You got the New York Times, who, I don't know, I guess once in a blue moon they get a story right like they get with the masks, you know, attenuating the factually incorrect statement.
They didn't retract it, but it was corrected, I think is the word he used.
Also wrong.
Can't get the New York Times to retract it.
But Congress is correcting the CDC statement.
Okay.
Then we get into some corruption.
I'm going to actually just give everybody this thread and you can go read that yourselves.
Then you get into conflict of interest stuff, which I'm less comfortable talking about because I don't fully understand it yet.
So I'm going to just err on the side of caution.
Everybody, go check out the thread and read it.
And before we get on to the last story, before we move on over to Locals today, and I'm telling you all of this, by the way, everybody watching, you're going to want to come to Locals.
Because, you know, this year I was chasing the million-dollar GoPro, the GoPro million-dollar challenge, where you submit original content, and if they choose your clip to be in the end of the year, you win your share of a million bucks.
I won the first year with...
A two-second clip of my kid at a beach, we got one fifty-fourth of a million dollars, which I think came to like $18,000.
Lightning in a bottle is what I caught.
I've been determined to win it ever since.
And every year, you got to have the most recent GoPro, submit clips, and if they pick them, you win.
So every year, I get the new GoPro.
Every year, for about three months, I'm absolutely obsessed, walking around with my GoPro, making clips and submitting them.
And I haven't won since, you know, whatever.
This year I said, I'm going to make my own montage.
If they don't pick my clips, my submissions, I'm going to make my own GoPro campaign video.
And I did.
And I ran it by the Locals community.
Asked for some feedback between version 1 and version 2. Got their feedback.
I made a version 3. And I'm going to exclusively air it on vivabarneslaw.locals.com live.
And then I'm going to publish it later today.
Although I just got some feedback from my brother and he thinks I should make another change.
But I think...
Oh, my dad.
He says, I would break it up and have more topically connected family, kids, vacation memories.
I hope my dad's not going to be unhappy that I'm not taking...
I'm now beyond the point of being able to take that advice because the final version is out.
But before we get there, CrazyGuru1, you are a light in life, but never forget what Trudeau did to the truckers.
Some of your best work.
Thank you for the first compliment.
And I don't want to become too jaded.
But thank you, crazy, crazy guru.
It's like you want...
It's going to sound a little crazy.
I haven't had a good cry in a long time because I don't watch movies that are susceptible of making you sob like a baby, like Braveheart.
But there's one in the making because what has been stolen from us and has been stolen from our children, it's the most insidious type of theft and robbery because our kids are not going to know what was stolen from them.
Because they're not even going to grow up knowing what I thought freedom felt like.
And now I even question whether or not I was even free back when I thought I was free.
What they have stolen from us, it's not just three years of our lives.
It's innocence, it's connection, it's family, and they've stolen the innocence and the freedom of children before they even knew about it.
To know what has been stolen from them.
And they're going to grow up in a world thinking vaccine passport QR codes on an iPhone are normal.
Masks day in and day out are normal.
The blind, cowardly compliance with government is normal.
And it's genuinely upsetting.
I'm not going to get upset now.
I'll do that maybe later.
I'll go meditate.
So Crazy Guru, thank you very much.
Crash 195, there were 18 RCT mask studies completed.
Respiratory, I guess, I don't know what RCT stands for.
From 2004 to 2018, that all showed masks do not work against viruses, but somehow no one could be bothered to mention them except John Howard, John, this is my problem here, johnhowardorc.substack.com.
For anyone listening on podcast, J-O-H-N-H-O-W-A-R-D-R-O-A.
R-K-E dot substack dot com.
John Howard Rourke.
And then Lightgiver Wings.
That was from Crash195.
Lightgiver Wings says, Viva, I am serious about you watching the COVID summit done by the European Parliament under the Christian territory.
Okay.
Okay, done.
Now, Hunter Biden, people.
Hold on.
Hold on.
just make sure here.
Provorov says, I genuinely blame all jabbed Muppets for that, David.
Look at it from the unjabbed POV.
Provorov, I'll tell you this.
I can understand that.
First of all, I can understand that some of us had inconveniences because some of us didn't have jobs where it mattered or we weren't compelled to.
What's what was what was done to the unjabbed?
I mean, it's it history will it takes a certain degree of arrogance or just common sense to predict how future how history will how the future will view history.
What was done to the unvaccinated was inhumane and especially to the unvaccinated who were compelled to get vaccinated.
I do not blame all the jabbed Muppets.
Maybe because I am one.
Because even when I made a decision, which I reluctantly decided to do it, I reluctantly did it.
But never at any point in my decision-making process was there a consideration that others should be compelled to do it.
Never was there a point in my consideration as to what I do with my body where I would have even judged anyone else for not doing it.
And when I had someone ask me if my kids were vaccinated in order to determine whether or not they did a fucking carpool with us, oh, I'm sorry.
Getting jabbed, whether you did it out of pressure, whether you did it to keep your job, whether you did it...
Because you have neurotic family.
Whatever was your reason, that's your decision.
That's your body.
I don't shame people for getting vaccinated any more than I shame people for refusing to get vaccinated.
It was possible to make a decision you didn't want to make while retaining your dignity and retaining the dignity of others, which I like to think I did.
Never at any point in time was there even a thought.
In my mind, that anyone should be shamed, fired, excluded from society because they didn't want to take this brand new jibby jab.
Crash195 says, Howard Rourke, main character from Ayn Rand, the Fountainhead.
RCT, random clinicalized trials.
Thank you very much.
Okay.
Honor234 says, when I was jabbed, they lied to me.
Told me it was safe and effective.
Lies, lies, lies.
Honor234, I would have been just happy if it were not effective.
If I had known just how dangerous it was, if I had known then what I know now, you couldn't tie me down to do it.
I'm neurotic enough that, anecdote, we had a safe in our garage that has been there since we moved in.
It's bolted to the ground.
I thought, you know, I had my, I've been watching videos on YouTube of people cracking safe.
It's like, oh, there's going to be, there's going to be.
So I decided with my kid, we're going to smash, we're going to break that freaking safe open.
It's a century safe.
And I started, you know, we took it with a hammer.
Then we got a crowbar.
And as I'm prying it open, you know, the fireproof insulation starts.
I didn't even think that there was fireproof insulation in it.
It comes out.
I immediately panicked thinking it was asbestos and immediately started dying in my own mind.
I am such a bloody neurotic hypochondriac that if someone tells me I just drank something that's going to make me vomit, even if I didn't, I will psychologically be able, I will psychologically make myself vomit thinking I'm dying.
Knowing what I know now, you couldn't tie me down to make me take it.
Because I would be convinced that I would have a stroke, that I would have myocarditis, that I would have a blood clot.
Maybe I'm wrong and maybe I'm an idiot and maybe this is part of neuroses.
You could not tie me down now to make me take another jab.
I guess I'd become an anti-vaxxer, I guess.
J-E-R-W-E-S-A-M says four adult daughters, one died from the booster, one with blood clots in her lungs, one with heart palpitations, and one that actually listened to her dad, vaxxed, injured.
Help here, truthforhealth.org.
I'm going to bring that up, add to stream just so everybody can see this.
I cannot vet any comments that people make.
I am not vaccinated.
I am not.
Four adult daughters, one died from the rooster, one with blood clots in her lungs, one with heart palpitations, and one that actually listened to her dad.
I don't know.
There's no way.
I don't know how anybody forgives in that circumstance.
All right, now let's go to Hunter Biden.
Let's end on a light note.
Is it a white pill?
Let's end on a white pill.
Hunter Biden.
The rumors don't seem to be rumors anymore.
And I know that, first of all, everyone is better off moving slowly, not jumping on stories right when they hit the press.
When I hear, who was it?
One of the congressmen say, I don't have any personal knowledge, but the FBI has documents.
Let's see this.
This is from The Guardian now.
News Guard certified, I guess.
White House prepares for possible charges against Hunter Biden.
Well, sweet, merciful goodness.
Kiss my grits.
I was told that that was conspiracy.
Federal prosecutors' investigation into possible crimes involving taxes and gun purchase appears near completion.
Y 'all remember Hunter Biden had that gun in one of the videos on his cracktop laptop, and he was pointing it at the camera.
And apparently he filled out the firearm application where he indicated that he was not taking any illegal drugs, but then he happened to write a tell-all memoir in which he admitted to being, you know, on illicit drugs.
It turns out that lying on a firearm application is a felony.
The White House is bracing for political fallout, potential political fallout.
Oh, sorry.
It's bracing for political fallout from a looming decision by federal prosecutors over whether to charge Joe Biden's son with tax crimes.
And lying about his drug use when he bought a handgun.
Do you know who undoubtedly is going to have a little something to do with the tax crimes?
Maybe if only by ricochet, pun intended?
Hmm, the big guy.
In a signal that the investigation is near completion, Hunter's lawyers last month held a meeting with David Weiss, the top federal prosecutor in Delaware at the Justice Department of Indiana.
Republicans would be sure...
Okay, whatever.
Republicans would be sure to seize on a high-profile criminal case against Hunter 53 in an effort to inflict political damage.
Political damage on the U.S. president who last week announced his re-election bid.
Okay, whatever.
That was Glenn Greenwald's husband, I think, I just saw there.
A tax on Hunter and the alleged laptop.
So Hunter's taxes and foreign business dealings have been under investigation by a federal grand jury in Delaware since at least 2018.
What do you think the chances are that this all would have come to light had it not been for that laptop guy, the computer laptop repairing guy?
What are the chances that this would have happened had the FBI sat on that laptop and the world not known it existed?
As the FBI sought to interview him in 2020, Hunter was forced to publicly acknowledge that...
He was under scrutiny, stating, I take this matter very seriously.
I'm confident that a professional and objective review of these matters will demonstrate that I handled my affairs legally and appropriately, including with the benefit of professional tax advisors.
If prosecutors agree that the evidence is likely to lead to a conviction at trial, it would represent a political gift to Republicans whose efforts to paint the Biden family as corrupt have failed to gain much traction beyond right-wing media.
You know why?
It's failed beyond right-wing media because left-wing media still spouts the lies.
Russia disinformation.
Let's not cover it.
Let's cut the links to it.
Twitter, by the way.
Twitter and Rumble.
Rumble more so.
But Twitter.
Under new management.
No cutting off of links to that story anymore.
Hunter's new career as a painter.
Sorry.
Sorry, that's not nice.
Everyone wants to be an artist.
I would love for my new career as a photographer.
I could probably do it.
I could probably do it.
Hunter's new career as a painter previously raised ethical questions, and now his legal and financial woes continue to pile up, posing political risks for his father's re-election campaign.
You know, he's such an ecstasy.
He's freaking Picasso, people.
Half a million bucks for his paintings.
Last week, Hunter was ordered to appear in court.
Paternity case, yada, yada, yada, citing substantial marital change in his income.
Material change in his income.
Hunter's lawyers have been seeking to lower child support payments from what they say are currently $20,000.
How the flip does he have that much money?
It's just corruption top to bottom.
Republicans are now in control of the House of Representatives, has opened their own investigations into nearly every facet of Hunter's business dealings, including examining foreign payments and other aspects of his finances.
Last month, IRS special agent requested whistleblower protection to disclose information about alleged political interference and mishandling of tax information.
This is a fucking disaster.
Oh, I don't want to.
This is long.
I don't want to do all this here.
Hold on.
Biden has said he has never spoken to his son about foreign business.
Bullshit.
There are no indications that the federal investigation involves the president.
Biden lied when he says, I don't know what my...
I have no knowledge of my son's business.
It was a lie.
Everyone needs to understand that if you don't, you're an idiot.
The Attorney General Merrick Garland told a congressional hearing that he would not interfere with the department's investigation and had left the matter in the hands of Weiss, the U.S. Attorney for Delaware, who would be empowered to...
Anyhow, all that to say, people, the proverbial and political Shiite is getting ready to hit the fan.
All right.
Everyone, head over to Locals because it's going to be worth it.
Let me give you the link.
So that's the link to the article.
It looks like it might not have been such unsubstantiated rumors as who initially said it?
Oh, Aaron Rupar.
That's who said that this is misinformation.
Aaron Rupar.
I might have to go back and screen grab that tweet.
Everyone, go get that tweet from Aaron Rupar where he had a Republican.
And he was complaining that, you know, it's disinformation.
They've seen no evidence firsthand.
Well, it looks like the jig might be up.
Boy, howdy.
I'll tell you what.
All right.
What do we got here?
Funny how Biden went from owning one home to three, says light giver wings.
DVR down mark says, how do you know when Biden is lying?
His lips are moving.
That's an old joke.
We got the article.
Hunter smoked carpet fibers and Parmesan.
Okay.
Okay.
Let's go.
No, hold on.
I want to get a few more.
Okay, Raquel Hall says, I saw pictures from Hunter's laptop.
I couldn't sleep for three days.
It's pure demonic.
These people are more than disgusting.
It's pure evil.
They worship the devil.
It's hard to believe.
81 million votes.
Never forget, says Puzzle Piece.
Okay, let's go on over to Rumble.
Before we go to Rumble...
How many?
Oh, we got 481 thumbs up.
Okay, good.
Let's do it.
Let's do this.
We're going to go to Rumble.
I'm going to take some tips.
Locals.
I'm going to take some locals tips, answer those questions, talk to everybody there, and then do the exclusive locals reveal of Viva Frye.
Did not win the GoPro Million Dollar Challenge this year, so he made his own.
All right, that's it.
Thank you all for being here.
So Dave Smith tomorrow night, 7 o 'clock.
I'll probably go live tomorrow at some point in any event.
Thursday, Bryce, Eddie.
I was on his channel.
He's going to come on.
It's going to be very fun.
What else?
2.35.
I'm going to go have an energy drink, go for a jog, and I should probably get to some parenting.
So everybody on Rumble, thank you for being here.
I will see you all tomorrow.
And I'm going to go end the live stream there and go over to Rumble.
Locals.
I'm an idiot.
I just can't get the damn words out of it.
Okay.
See you all tomorrow on Rumble, peeps.
Booyah.
Locals.
Let me get the video.
I sent myself the link.
Hold on.
Let me just make sure we're still good on Locals.
Export Selection
