Where a football game or a film gala gets more media attention than the biggest crisis humanity has ever faced.
Look at this, people.
Where celebrities, film and pop stars who have stood up against all injustices will not stand up for the environment and for climate justice.
Climate justice.
Pinky woman pose.
These people can't believe what you're saying.
The biggest?
Crisis humanity has ever faced.
I am not one to emphasize credentials or lack of credentials, but every now and again there's an occasion where the stunning lack of credentials and the stunning presence of other issues are wildly relevant.
Everybody agrees pollution is bad.
When you see turtles floating in the ocean because they've got something called bubble butt, and that's not a joke, it's literally what it is.
Turtles eat jellyfish.
In the oceans, floating plastics look like jellyfish.
The turtles eat the pieces of floating plastic.
They obviously can't digest them.
They get stuck in their lower bowels and basically produce gas or trap gas.
And so the turtle has internal gas and is unable to regulate its buoyancy.
and ends up floating from the butt because it can't digest the plastics that it has inadvertently eaten because it thought it was jellyfish.
Pollution is bad.
Hands down.
Oil spills are bad.
Hands down.
One should minimize one's footprint on the earth.
Hands down.
To go from there to saying the greatest climate crisis humanity has ever known.
Forget like meteorites that might have hit the earth 15,000 years ago.
Forget whatever.
The climate justice now.
It's like they're trying to run the same playbook that they ran with.
COVID.
With climate emergency.
If it's the greatest crisis facing humanity in the history of humanity, they better lock us down and not let us drive our cars.
Now, I do happen to agree with her on the outright overt flaming hypocrisy.
Carbon-emitting hypocrisy.
Justin Trudeau, Biden flying around on Air Force One and whatever the heck the Canadian equivalent is.
They're private jets.
Jet-setting life, meeting up with the G7s or whomever, you know, wherever they meet up on those islands or in Europe.
Davos to talk about, you know.
They go to Davos.
They fly to Davos to lecture on carbon emissions.
They hide behind their fenced-in communities on Davos to lecture about open borders.
The hypocrisy, there's nothing wrong with pointing out hypocrisy.
There is something wrong with continuing to parade around a young adult.
Now, she's no longer a child.
Parading a young adult with clear, admitted, diagnosed psychological conditions, which might make her judgment on the imminence of, not tragedy, but rather urgency, fear, panic, might have something to do with that compromised perception of reality.
But continue parading her around, exploiting her, zero credentials, so she can parrot the same talking points they've been parroting.
Y 'all remember...
Maybe I should pull this one up.
Yeah, let me pull this one up.
Global cooling.
I mean, who's old enough to remember global cooling?
I hear a kid talking.
I hear a kid screaming.
I have no idea why, but my wife is here.
Global cooling, people.
We're sharing it right now.
Global cooling.
I remember this.
We were in the tail end of it in the early 80s, I think.
Global cooling was a conjecture, especially during the 1970s, of imminent cooling of the Earth culminating in a period of extensive glaciation due to the cooling effects of aerosols or orbital forcing.
We went from global cooling, I mean, literally, it's like, it's Orwell, literally midway through the speech.
No, no, no, guys, guys, tear that up.
Here's the new one.
It's global warming.
Oh, wait.
No, no.
It's no longer global warming anymore.
Global warming is a long-term heating of the Earth's surface observed since the pre-industrial period.
Due to human activities, primarily, oh, but now it's just called climate change.
Because it's not cooling everywhere.
And you're having massive rainfalls and snow in places of the world that don't typically get snow.
How do you fit that in with global warming?
Just change the word.
Stuff.
Weather.
Weather is the biggest evidence of this crisis, which they're going to now milk and exploit and bilk for the purposes of whipping the world into a frenzy and tamping down the exact same way they did during COVID due to climate emergency.
There was one...
Oh, here.
This is the one I wanted to bring up here.
Let's just bring this up.
Like so.
Just anything.
Anything.
Admittedly, any one-off gets exploited as further evidence of this theory called climate change.
Why can't I open up a window?
What the heck is my problem here?
Open up a window.
Anything.
We've only been keeping recorded temperature for like 150 years.
I mean, we're only coming out of an ice age.
But anything and everything...
However sporadic it might be.
Here we go.
Here we go.
Look at this.
By the way, look at the graphics.
Panic.
Fear.
This is like Vegas gambling porn, except it's with climate change fear porn.
Look at the colors.
Thailand surpassed 45 degrees Celsius for the first time ever.
That's hot, by the way.
No question.
That's hot.
If we go back, though, let's just look at this here.
Look at that.
Remember when it snowed in Los Angeles?
What was that, 2016?
No, that was 2019.
What was the other one?
Snow in the Sahara.
It's climate change.
And it all results from the same identified cause.
Carbon emissions.
So we better get all of our politicians flying around the world to lecture everybody on carbon emissions.
Banning wood stoves in Montreal.
15-minute cities because your cars are what's polluting.
Not those jets that they use to fly around to lecture you.
Not those...
Oil tankers that carry your electric vehicles or your electric vehicle battery components from some mine in Africa to California.
Do you know what the biggest polluters are?
I think like the seven largest cargo liners or those freight liners across the ocean, the seven largest boats that carry shit across the ocean emit more pollution than all the cars on Earth, something along those lines.
Don't quote me on that, but in essence.
Those freight liners, those ocean freight liners, those massive ships emit more emissions than tens of millions of cars.
But no, you live in a 15-minute city.
You're going to have your freaking microwave bagels.
You don't get your wood stove bagels anymore.
No bagels for you.
Oh, and then just forget about all the other crap that goes into those electric vehicles.
Like, even if they are green from the moment of purchase to the moment of disposal.
What happens after disposal, I'm not sure that it's so green.
What goes into those green vehicles?
What goes into charging those green vehicles?
Nobody's asked.
Nobody cares.
It doesn't matter.
The contagion on climate change is the same thing as the contagion of trans stuff.
It's the same thing as the war on women.
It has now become unquestioned dogma.
And if you dare question climate change or the solutions that they're proposing to the problem that they've identified, you are an anti-science climate denier.
If you dare say no biological males in female sports, you're a transphobe bigot, whatever, turf, if you want to call you that.
I don't know how that works with me, but...
Okay, so that's it.
Good afternoon, everybody.
I'm drinking a V8.
It's an energy drink.
It's actually...
It's not bad.
50 calories per can, not terrible.
50% juice, not terrible.
80 milligrams of caffeine, just enough.
What have we got today?
What have we got today?
The war on women.
It's a war on women.
I never thought I'd call myself a feminist.
I'm not a feminist.
I'm a humanist.
I am not...
I'm not out there defending women as though women need me to defend them.
I am defending individual human rights.
I'm also, you know, probably also advocating for women now because once upon a time, a lot of people said in this debate about the trans debate, you know, male athletes competing in female sports, that's a woman's issue.
Let them fight it.
Wrong.
You have a mother, you have a sister, you have a wife, you have a daughter.
It's everybody's issue at this point in time.
But it is...
Unequivocally turning into a war on women.
We're gonna talk about that.
I gotta shut down my email.
I'm getting absolutely distracted by too much binging from emails.
Before we get into any of it, we're gonna go to Rumble after I drop off on Locals.
I'm gonna do one of the controversial topics on YouTube because I do not leave YouTube so that I can go say on Rumble that which I can't say on YouTube.
I am exclusive with Rumble now.
And I will continue to use YouTube as a tool, but Rumble has become my primary platform and I love it.
Locals is our primary community.
VivaBarnesLaw.locals.com.
Where you should go, join, become a member if you want to support the work that Robert and I do.
VivaBarnesLaw.locals.com.
Seven bucks a month or 70 bucks a year.
A ton of exclusive content and a ton of massive community content.
It's a wonderful community.
Where, like Robert Barnes says, our community...
It's above average.
And we're having our second meet and greet Saturday night on, what is it called?
A steamboat?
Or a riverboat on the Tennessee River in Chattanooga, Tennessee, which is going to be phenomenal.
Other ways to support, and I just saw one from Heart Tackle.
Heart Tackle, made in America, fishing tackle.
I love this.
This is like hashtag not an ad.
I'm just reading a super chat, but I happen to know they've sent me tackle in the past, and it's good.
Heart Tackle, I need some of it now in Florida, actually, because...
I used it up in Quebec, and the fish out here are different.
Heart tackle, made in America, quality fishing tackle.
No bagels, no way.
This will cause an uprising.
I need me wood-fired bagels.
Great before early morning fishing.
You can't have bagels that are not made with a wood stove.
Okay, sorry, before we get into everything, no medical advice, no election fortification advice, no...
Legal advice are the three disclaimers.
Thank you for the super chats.
Just so you all know, YouTube takes 30% of those super chats.
So if you don't want to support YouTube, you can rumble on over to Rumble where we are.
Make sure that we're good here.
Simultaneously streaming.
Good.
2,137 people as of now.
Rumble has these things called Rumble Rants.
Ordinarily, Rumble takes 20% of the Rumble Rant.
Except for the rest of 2023.
The creator gets 100% of Rumble rants.
What do they call them?
Subscriber badges on Rumble.
It's an amazing thing.
It's quite generous.
Obviously, there's a self-interest in the generous.
It's going to bring people over to Rumble.
And as of next year, it's going to bring more people over to Rumble so that when Rumble goes back to taking their 20%, as they are well within their rights as a company to do, thank goodness for them for having built what they do.
When they take their 20% in 2024, there's going to be more people on Rumble and there's going to be more people amenable to dropping these Rumble rants on Rumble.
And you can go to VivaBarnesLaw.locals.com I will be reading the Rumble Rants and the Locals tips that I did not get to yesterday after our amazing stream with Brett Weinstein.
Sorry, Brett Weinstein.
We know how to pronounce it now.
Okay, that's all my disclaimer stuff.
What else?
As far as the climate stuff went, I think I got all the climate stuff.
Okay.
Let's get to the war on women.
Because it's a war on women now.
It can't be more clear.
I'm just going to pull up the graphic.
There was a vote in the House.
Let's get mixed up between the House and the Senate.
There's a vote in the House on CNN is calling it the anti-trans bill.
I mean, this is like framing is everything.
CNN is calling it the anti-trans, not the pro-woman bill, the anti-trans bill, because the bill seeks to prevent biological males, and I keep using the term biological to qualify it, but that's going to have to be the semantic compromise that whether or not you agree with it,
we're going to have to agree on that qualification as though there's any other type of male in this world, but biological versus Those who try to change their exterior appearance and hormone balances in order to turn themselves into something that they are biologically not.
Framing is everything.
So the House is voting on this bill.
CNN calls it the anti-trans bill because it seeks to preclude biological males from competing in women's sports in events that are funded with federal dollars.
I'll pull up the bill summary in a second.
House passes.
Anti-trans sports bill.
So understand what CNN is saying right now.
CNN does not view this bill as one that seeks to protect Title IX women rights.
They see this bill as one that is anti-transphobic.
It's a transphobic bill to say that biological males, those born with the XY chromosome, cannot compete in female sports.
If that's how they view things, then we just have to understand that CNN is anti-woman.
CNN is a misogynist, male chauvinist, biological supremacist entity, outlet, and should be regarded as such, should be treated as such, and should be labeled as such.
Elon, do you have biological supremacists as a header for news?
If CNN views this bill which seeks to protect women's rights as anti-trans, that means CNN is anti-woman.
So the House was before the Senate.
No, not the Senate.
I'm sorry.
The bill was before the House, not the Senate.
Apparently it's not going to get past the Senate because Republicans don't have a majority in the Senate.
But this image will, you know, capture at a moment in time where we are as society right now.
Here it is.
Ban transgender athletes in girls' sports.
Framing is everything.
I would not call it ban transgender athletes.
I would say protect women's sports.
I don't know who decides on this byline here, but ban transgender?
No.
We're just...
Transgender athletes have all the freedom in the world to compete in the sport of their chromosome, the sport category of their chromosome.
I'd call it protect women's athletic sports, protect girls' sports.
Okay, here we go.
On passage.
HR, what does that mean?
House of Representatives.
All right.
Republican, 219 vote yay in support of the bill.
Democrats, 203 vote nay.
10 not voting totals yada yada.
So it passes the House, but probably will not pass the Senate.
And then there was a threat from Mr. I meet with biological males to discuss the joys of girlhood POTUS, Joe Biden saying he was going to veto, threatened to veto, even if it happened to get past the Senate.
It's an interesting debate now to be forcing publicly.
It is an interesting...
And credit to the Republicans, I guess, for like...
Credit to the Republicans for forcing the debate on biology.
The people who called Republicans and Trump supporters anti-science because they didn't want to be compelled to take a warp speed, novel, experimental jibby jab, the people lecturing them on science are voting against a bill that would preclude biological males from competing against biological females.
It's insanity.
They're forcing it, and they're making a public discussion about it.
Look, privately, I haven't met very many people who actually buy into any of this crap.
Publicly, it's a much different matter.
Nobody wants to say anything publicly because you might get the Riley Gaines treatment if you're a celebrity or if you have a job that relies on a, let's just say, a boss that can be influenced by social media or public opinion, seemingly public opinion, which is actually just a very vocal minority.
You can't speak out.
That being said, they can't fire you all.
And they can't fire you all.
And at some point, it should not be a source of shame or fear to state the obvious.
But like George Orwell said, in times of madness, stating the obvious is a revolutionary act.
Or in times of lies, speaking the truth is a revolutionary act.
In times of universal deceit, speaking the truth is a universal act.
Now I just forgot the expression.
You know what I meant.
So that bill gets passed the House, will probably get voted down by the Senate if they ever take it up.
I'm not exactly sure how all that works because I'm still a Canadian schnook at heart.
But then even if it by some miracle passes the Senate, then in theory, POTUS has the veto power.
The only issue is that by some miracle it gets passed the Senate, where Democrats in the Senate say, okay, enough of this party crap.
You know, we're the party of minority rights and we're compelling women.
To compete against biological men?
To sit in a locker room and be exposed to the genitalia of men who somehow identify as women and think that makes it okay?
I was on with Megyn Kelly yesterday.
Megyn Kelly and Vinny...
Vinny Pino?
He's a core TV lawyer.
I forget his last name and I don't mean to be mean.
I just...
So I'm with Megyn Kelly and we were talking about this Kappa Kappa Gamma frat house lawsuit.
Where seven sorority sisters are suing.
It's Kappa Kappa Gamma.
I don't know.
Sororities and frats are not big in Canada, and I was never into any of them, but Kappa Kappa Gamma.
It's a 170-year-old fraternity in Wisconsin, I think, with the stated bylaw objective of being a club for ladies of good reputation and good standing.
They have to have like a 2.7 GPA.
If you guys haven't heard of the story, you've got to go.
Maybe I'll pull up the article.
They're being sued by seven sorority girls because they allowed in a transgender, also known as a biological male, into the sorority.
This biological male, who claims to identify as a woman, got into the sorority despite having a GPA of 1.9, not the required 2.7, got in not because the sorority voted him in, but because he...
I don't know, played the rules a little bit and got the various chapters to do something of an email vote, which would not have been anonymous.
People had to vote by email addresses, so if they voted against it, they would have been deemed to be bigoted and whatever.
This dude, who says he's a woman, but has male genitalia that had been...
The genitalia had not been viewed by the sorority girls, but he had had his hand on it, pillows over it.
It was erect when he was in the...
Dormitories or whatever it is, watching these sorority girls change.
Asking what their vaginas look like, what typical girls do.
So I was on Megyn Kelly talking about it yesterday, and Megyn Kelly got rather irritated by the entire state of insanity of the world.
And I told Megyn Kelly what I told you guys last week.
Five years ago, Jeffrey Rush was getting hashtag MeToo'd, back when the Democrats cared about women.
Allegedly for exposing his genitalia to women on set of a film.
And now, women are getting called TERFs if they're lesbian or feminists, getting called bigoted if they don't want to be exposed to the male genitalia of a male who thinks that they're a female or wants to be a female.
Someone says lucky guy.
No, apparently it's like, and we were talking about it, and Vinny came up with a great idea.
Sue the sorority for breaking their rules and sue...
The individual for sexual harassment.
And I said, well, you know, they're going to say, well, he identifies as a girl.
Well, girls can sexually harass other girls.
Sitting there asking to talk about a girl's vagina, as if that's what girls do, and sitting around looking at girls get changed.
Even if you're a girl, it could be creepy and inappropriate.
It's a war on women.
And it's being led by the Democrats, spearheaded by the Democrats, under the pretext of loving kindness for trans.
Whatever that means these days.
When what is it?
It's nothing more, but it's nothing else other than what has not proven to be historical, superficial exploitation of minority groups until you no longer need them.
Then the Democrats move on to their next host.
It's political parasitism.
Democrats will sit there defending minority rights, defending black rights, defending women's rights until they either no longer need them.
Or they can just, you know, comfortably rely on their vote anyhow.
Then they throw them under the bus and move on to the next flavor of the day.
Let me just pull up one more here.
It was Ayanna Pressley.
Where is this?
Oh, come on, Dave.
Here we go.
Here we go.
Look at this.
Look at this.
This will bring us into the next chapter of this.
They will use, exploit, whatever the newest group is that they can use, weaponize, exploit for political purposes, always under the pretext of benevolence, loving, caring, kindness, and then they will throw them under the bus when they no longer need them for political purposes.
Listen to this, by the way.
Listen to this.
I mean, there's more than, more time to, and don't make fun of the way she looks, everybody.
I see some comments on Twitter.
I just made fun of Adam Kinzinger for using, you know, juvenile insults on people.
Let's be better than that and stick to substance, because there's enough in the substance here to rail against Presley.
Listen to this.
Rise today in solidarity with our children across the nation.
I want to speak plainly to our trans kids.
You belong.
You are enough.
You deserve to show up fully in this world.
You deserve joy and every single opportunity.
You are perfect just as you are.
Put an asterisk there.
Remind me to come back to that.
In the classroom and on the soccer field, you should not be subject to discrimination.
You should be able to just be a kid.
I will always be in your corner.
To anyone who supports this cruel bill, shame on you.
You want to advance policy on behalf of our kids?
This isn't it.
Ban assault weapons so they can live to the last school bill.
Get out of your soapbox and stop politicking with our kids' lives.
There are so many things wrong with this.
First of all...
Rise today in solidarity with our children across the nation.
I want to speak plainly to our trans kids.
First of all, when Justin Trudeau says, I want to talk to the kids out there, there are rules in marketing, rules in advertising.
You can't target kids directly.
You do not have permission to talk to my kids.
Madam Presley, Mr. Trudeau, politicians, you do not have permission to talk to my kids.
In fact, I teach my kids not to talk to strangers.
Certainly not political, awful, disgusting human beings.
You don't have permission to talk to kids to address them directly as if they are even watching this in the first place.
So other than being wildly inappropriate, sorry, let me rephrase that, other than being shameless, virtue signaling, For social media currency, it's also wildly inappropriate to dare to talk directly to kids.
You're not their parents.
You have no business talking to them.
So don't do it.
You belong.
You are enough.
You deserve to show up fully in this world.
You deserve joy and every single opportunity.
She's only speaking to trans kids.
So do little girls not?
Deserve joy and every opportunity?
Like the opportunity to compete equally in competitive sports?
No.
F you, cis children.
I'm only talking to trans kids right now.
They deserve every opportunity.
What opportunity is being denied from trans kids, Presley?
Tell me now.
You have three seconds.
I mean, they don't answer these tweets.
They don't answer these questions.
The hard questions or the obvious questions, they don't answer.
What right has been denied from any kid who claims to be trans?
What one right has been taken from them?
The right to compete in the category of your choice is not a right.
Some might say that's a privilege.
But that's not.
The right to compete, the right to be treated equally, yes.
I'm preaching to the choir because everybody with half a brain knows this.
There's not one right that has been denied from any kid who claims to be trans.
Full stop.
That was a cup on the table.
That wasn't what you thought it was.
But you know what rights are being taken away?
The right for a girl or a woman, a female, to compete fairly where they have their rights protected based on legislation which recognizes science and biological facts.
But it gets even worse because she's not done yet making no sense and being an outright hypocrite in what she says.
Listen to this.
You are perfect just as you are.
You are perfect just as you are, trans kids.
Do you hear that?
You don't need to go cut your breasts off or cut your penis off or take hormone blockers or puberty blockers and screw with your body for the rest.
You're perfect just the way you are.
But we better go cut off your titties and cut off your wieners and jack you full of puberty blockers that are going to screw up your bone density, reproductive abilities, ability to achieve orgasm.
You're perfect just the way you are, but let's go mutilate your body to make you feel better in the moment because that's what we've told you you have to do.
You're perfect just the way you are.
You're made in the image of God.
Now let's go play Frankenstein with your body.
In the classroom and on the soccer field, you should not be subject to discrimination.
You know who was subject to discrimination?
Not my kid, but my kid's friends in Canada, in Quebec.
When they went to try out for soccer, and a 13-year-old girl, two of them.
We're told to step off the field because they weren't vaccinated and they didn't have a goddamn vaccine passport.
And they said, show me your phone and show me your QR code, cattle.
Oh, sorry, you don't have one?
You can't try out for soccer.
Where are these bloody hypocrites when it comes to actual children being denied actual rights?
Maybe that's Canada.
I'm not sure where in the States they were implementing a vaccine passport on children.
I'm sure they were, so I have no idea.
It's like Trudeau comes out and says, I'm pro-choice for women.
Your body, your choice.
Unless it's the vaccine, then it's your body, my choice.
You should be able to compete everywhere, but vaccine passports, and you can't sit down here, you dirty child, if you're not vaccinated.
You should be able to just be a kid.
You know what just being a kid means?
Puberty.
You know what just being a kid means?
No Frankensteinian genital mutilation surgery.
Because you're perfect just the way you are.
Isn't that what she said?
I will always be in your corner.
To anyone who supports this cruel bill, shame on you.
Well, Ayanna Pressley's not entering competitive sports anytime soon, so she won't have to worry about it.
This is the problem, John.
You're right.
Viva trying to use logic in these dystopian times.
It is the problem.
Everybody watching now, everybody watching now knows.
It's almost like insulting that this has to be said.
Anybody who doesn't know...
We'll never know.
And anybody who wants to take anything here, I don't think anything can even be taken out of...
Take something here and say, bigoted, denying trans rights, denying...
Anyone who wants to do that, they know what they're doing.
There was somebody on Twitter lecturing Megyn Kelly.
Somebody with the pronouns he, him in his bio saying that Megyn Kelly was having an episode on her show.
And showing her transphobia.
Because Megyn Kelly, a woman, is saying enough is enough.
Biological males do not get to compete in women's sports.
They don't get to join women sororities.
They don't get to go into women prisons.
Where all of a sudden, after you have trans prisoners getting into women's facilities, you have pregnant women in prison.
You are literally capturing and imprisoning women to then...
Throw them to the hen house.
Let me rephrase that.
Lock them in the hen house while you let in the fox.
It's just an amazing thing.
The second you start having trans prisoners in female prisons, women start getting pregnant.
You are victimizing women and forcibly confining them, literally, when they are already forcibly confined, and exposing them to predators.
Oh, no, but Megan Kelly is having an episode when she gets mad about that.
Oh.
Oh.
So.
This seems to bother Viva a little bit.
Kincaid, everything's been bothering me a little bit these days.
Everything.
The climate nonsense.
But can you believe this?
It's a contagion over, let's just even say it's 1% of the population, but it's not.
It's one-tenth of a percent of a population of people who...
I say this with love and respect, and there's no but to this.
A lot of people suffer from certain mental conditions, mental disorders, whether or not it's generalized anxiety, OCD, manic bipolar disease.
A lot of people have mental issues.
Gender dysphoria is a diagnosable mental condition.
It can cause greater or lesser degrees of distress in the individual suffering from it.
It can require greater or less invasive methods of treatment.
It is a diagnosable mental illness under the DSM-5, and Canada has criminalized treating it.
Full stop.
Canada has criminalized conversion therapy, which consists of therapy of convincing or reassuring or telling someone who thinks that they, you know, a boy born as a girl, that they might grow out of it, there's ways to deal with it.
That's illegal in Canada now.
Canada has criminalized psychiatrists from doing their job.
It should irritate everybody.
It is a sign of a society in decay.
It's a sign of powers that be driving wedges in society by exploiting the smallest of minorities who, until the last five years, were getting along what they have to work through.
But it was never an issue of forcing Leah Thomas' on Brittany Griner's until five years ago.
It's actual madness.
It's madness and I don't even know, that's it.
But it's like at least people are getting more comfortable speaking out against the madness and with any luck, sanity will prevail.
And we will preserve the video evidence, the meme evidence, the social media posts, the tweets of these people.
Who have lost their freaking minds.
All right.
Well, I think that's it on that issue.
And that's all I have to say about that.
Let me just see something here.
Let me just make sure that there are no more to pull up there.
We're going to get to Justin Trudeau and Dominion and Fox.
Let's see here.
Just make sure that we got it.
Oh, no.
Yeah.
Sorry.
Here's the summary of the bill, by the way.
Just the summary.
Protection.
Okay, so they didn't go.
It wasn't called the trans ban.
It was called the protection of women and girls in sports.
Good.
I don't think conservatives need to get better at the culture war.
I don't think it's a conservative versus liberal issue, but it will help when there is a pushback in the culture war.
That knows how to use the tactics without becoming the monsters.
This bill generally prohibits athletic...
This bill generally prohibits school athletic programs from allowing individuals whose biological sex at birth was male to participate in programs that are for women or girls.
Oh my god, it's a bloody outrage.
That's a bloody outrage!
I'm going straight to be Member of Parliament!
Specifically, the bill...
Provides that it is a violation of the Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.
Federally funded education activities to operate, sponsor, or facilitate programs or activities that allow individuals of the male sex to participate in programs or activities that are designed for women or girls.
That's not so radical.
Hey, you want to do what you want to do with your body?
God bless you.
I hope you don't regret it.
What you don't get to do is then say, well, now I get to compete against women.
You don't.
Do what you want to do with your body.
And if the procedure, if the hormones that you take might cause you to have a disadvantage against the biological being of the people that you don't want to compete against, well, congratulations.
Now you know what the women are going through.
And in fact, wow, everybody should probably use that exact phrasing right there.
You know, a male who wants to become a, you know...
Make their exterior and potentially part of their interior look like female.
Well, they'll have to take testosterone.
They'll have to take, I don't know, hormone blockers or testosterone blockers.
Then they'll take estrogen.
I don't know what they take.
But whatever they do take would certainly put them at a disadvantage at competing against their own biological sex who are not taking those hormone-affecting medications.
So they would be at a hormonal disadvantage, a physiological disadvantage.
In competing against males who are not doing that.
Well, congratulations.
Now you know exactly how the women feel.
But my rights, my rights, trump your rights.
My rights that result from a purely voluntary decision that I make about my own body trump your rights.
And the body that you were born with.
Let me see here.
Under the bill, sex is based on an individual's reproductive biology and genetics.
That's actually a decent compromise because that would actually leave a solution to the problem of people who are...
What do they call them?
There's another word for the actual medical condition of people who are born with both genitalias or an unidentifiable one.
Biology and genetics at birth.
The bill does not prohibit male individuals from training or participating with programs or activities for women or girls as long as such training or practice does not deprive...
Any female of corresponding opportunities or benefits.
Congratulations, Democrats, at least Democrats of the House.
You have unanimously voted against protecting women from that.
Okay, now that's really all I have to say on that.
Let me see here.
Yeah, okay, good.
We got it.
All right, so here's...
How do I hear my voice?
I hear my voice.
I don't want to hear that.
All right, now we're going to move over to Rumble, people.
It's nothing better than spontaneously hearing my own voice.
It's very disconcerting.
Oh, hold on.
Before we go over to Rumble, exclusively, how did we get to this point and so fast?
It's like bankruptcy.
Bankruptcy happens very slowly than all at once.
Moral, ideological, political bankruptcy, exact same thing.
Very slowly than all at once.
Now let me just go present and we'll just read.
Two Rumble rants, three Rumble rants, two Rumble rants, and then we'll get over to Rumble.
How ironic that American and Canadian Nazis lined up and peer pressured everyone else to get the same barcodes while the German Nazis only...
Okay, SDF.
First of all, thank you for the Rumble rants.
$2.
$5 from Fraser McBurney.
Fraser McBurney.
I'm 75 years old.
When I was a kid, I lived in Montreal and Rodham.
At the four chiots back in the 60s.
We were swimming at the end of May.
Fun, fun, fun.
So much for climate change.
Rodden is a place that's like midway between Montreal and Ottawa.
I think my father used to own an apartment building in Rodden.
Anyhow, it's an interesting place.
Okay, people, let's mosey on over to the Rumble side.
Let's rumble over.
Where am I putting the link?
I'm going to put the link here.
Going over to Rumble.
Rub my nose.
And end it on YouTube.
Trudeau.
Kinzinger.
There's a lot of fun stuff.
Trudeau.
Oh my goodness.
Just going to whet your appetite.
The Trudeau bit is going to be fantastic.
Okay.
Ending on YouTube.
Moving over to Rumble.
And then we're going to go over to Locals after that.
Ending on YouTube in 3, 2, 1. 630 people should be...
Rushing over to rumble.
Rumbling over to rumble.
Okay.
Let me see here.
We're still good?
I was going to start off with Trudeau, but I didn't want people gagging too much.
I didn't want people...
I don't want people vomiting too soon.
Let me bring this up.
It's just...
It led to an interesting discussion with Branca.
On Twitter yesterday, but I don't think it was the Trudeau thing.
Sorry, it's falling on my face.
Swalwell.
Oh yeah, we're going to get Swalwell.
Oh, Swalwell had to do with...
It doesn't matter.
Okay, here, people, listen to this.
Hold on, hold on, hold on.
And there's a lot to this story.
I'm going to let it play so I can finish my caffeinated brevage.
That's very loud.
Sorry, hold on a second.
Okay, here.
Okay, okay.
Do you think that women should have the right to choose what happens to their own bodies?
Personally, no.
You think you should be able to choose what happens to a woman's body?
I think if they're sleeping around, they shouldn't be allowed to afford the baby personally.
I'm pro-choice.
Wait, he's just saying you're pro-choice.
No, no, no, no.
You're pro-choice.
No, you're not pro-choice.
I'm pro-life.
Okay, pro-life.
And you don't think women should be able to make choices when they do with their bodies?
With abortion, no, personally, no.
Why not?
Because it was their choice to sleep around.
So a woman who is raped should be able to get an abortion?
So that's where it gets complicated.
No, no, it doesn't get complicated.
That's a super stupid example.
No, no, but it's an all-too-common example.
Women get raped all the time.
And it's something we have to take seriously.
So let's talk about that specific example.
Should a woman who was raped be able to get an abortion?
You are not in favor of saying yes.
A woman who was raped should be able to choose to not bear that child.
I honestly don't know.
It sounds like you need to do a little more thing and a little more frame on it.
Is there anybody on God's green earth or God's blue earth that thinks that that wasn't a setup?
So, I'm not much of an internet sleuth.
Kai Van Schroff.
Everything about this is actually kind of curious.
Democratic commentator who just happens to be right over the shoulder of a dude who argues about as well as a parrot.
Oh, it was...
Okay, so hold on here.
It was on the interwebs when I had to pull up this.
The guy who's filming this, filming an individual with absolute...
Zero debate skills.
Just happens to be.
Kevin Sharif is a Democratic commentator and political organizer.
That's convenient.
Not discrediting.
We still have to address the issues of what was being said.
Just happens to be there to capture over the shoulder an individual who happens to have gotten closer to Trudeau than...
Anybody recently at an event where nobody's heckling Trudeau.
It's not, I don't like the heckling, but I, you know, definitely a proponent of freedom of speech.
It's not often that Trudeau is in any meaningful crowd size not getting heckled.
And he doesn't always look so confident when engaging in discourse.
Look how comfortable he looks here.
Do you think women should have the right to choose what happens to their own bodies?
Do you think women should have the right to choose what happens to their own bodies?
Coming from the men who literally locked up women for not submitting to a medical procedure that they didn't want to submit to.
Again, it doesn't need to be said to anybody with half a brain.
This guy is the proponent of women's rights.
Women should be able to do what they want with their own bodies, except for those people who are hauled off to quarantine hotels in Canada.
Some women actually sexually assaulted at these government-designated quarantine facilities where they were hauled off to involuntarily, sometimes without their husbands even knowing where they're going or their family.
I'll pull that up in a second.
Personally, no.
You think you should be able to choose what happens to a woman's body?
You've been doing that for the last three years, Justin.
Look how he's so happy and smug.
He's found someone.
I don't want to say this guy's dumb who he's talking to, but he's certainly ill-equipped to debate.
He's found someone who's less equipped to debate than Justin Trudeau.
That actually is also suspiciously convenient.
I think if they're sleeping around, they shouldn't be allowed to afford the baby.
I'm pro-choice.
Wait, he's just saying you're pro-choice.
No, no, no.
You're pro-choice.
And by the way, the guy in the front is recording.
I'd like to know who the guy is.
Not for doxing or any of those nefarious reasons.
Is he also a democratic political organizer?
Wouldn't be surprised.
You can't see his face, so there's no shame for being such a poor public speaker, debater, moron.
He could very easily be a democratic operative as well.
And this would all make a lot more sense.
Pro-life.
Okay, pro-life.
And you don't think women should be able to make choices when we do with their bodies?
With abortion, no, personally not.
Why not?
Why not?
Because it was their choice to sleep around at the...
No, whoa, whoa, whoa.
By the way, do you notice what...
What Trudeau does right now?
Does he just go right to rape?
So, a woman who is raped...
Okay, so you see the loser, moron, idiot tactic that Justin Trudeau just applied there?
Women who voluntarily sleep around should not be able to use abortion as contraception.
That was the argument.
What does Trudeau do?
Well, let's move on to rape.
So, a woman who is raped should be able to...
Oh, I'm sorry, Trudeau.
Is that what you understood from what I just said?
I don't happen to necessarily espouse this view.
But the argument is that women should not use abortion as contraception.
So if you're having a lot of unprotected sex, or if you accidentally through consensual sex seem to keep getting pregnant, abortion should not be the contraception of choice.
What does Trudeau have to say about that?
Nothing.
Let's move on to rape.
As though somehow in Trudeau's mind, consensual sex and rape are the same things for debate purposes.
I'd say that's where it gets complicated.
No, no, it doesn't get complicated.
It's either a yes or no.
That's a super specific example.
No, no, no, but it's an all too common example.
Women get raped all the time.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Women get raped all the time.
Women get raped all the time.
Can we appreciate this for a second?
Women get raped all of the time.
This is what Justin Trudeau says.
Now, I don't like making jokes, but anybody who thinks that women get raped All of the time.
I mean, I don't even know what that means exactly.
That might be more of a reflection of Justin Trudeau's frame of mind than anybody else's.
There is no question that there is sexual assault and women get raped.
It's an act of violence and people are victims of violence.
Statistics are there and you can find out what acts of violence are more common than others.
Women get raped all the time.
Let's just even assume that to be true.
If that's the case, Justin Trudeau, of Canada, women are just getting raped all of the time, you have another problem to deal with.
But imagine, disingenuously, again, exploit the minority for your own political purposes.
Imagine men suggesting that...
Rape is so common in Canada, but not just rape.
Pregnancy from rape is so common in Canada.
Women are at such risk of rape and pregnancy through rape in Canada that the way to protect them is to allow them to get abortions.
Oh, I'm sorry.
Trudeau, if women get raped all the time in Canada, you're doing a bad job protecting Canadians.
If women are getting raped that often in Canada, you've got another problem that you've got to deal with.
Everybody who knows anything about the statistics...
Of abortions knows that rape being the reason represents, I think it's less than 1%.
Maybe 1%.
And so Justin Trudeau, when he's unable to answer the main point of what this kid is saying, you should not be using abortion as contraceptive or as after-the-fact contraceptive.
Rape.
Women get raped all the time.
I want to support abortion because I support women's rights.
Because I'm protecting women.
Not from rape.
Just after.
And my goodness, does it say a little something about Justin Trudeau?
Does everybody know?
Hold on.
Where is it?
Women get raped.
Canada, it's just...
Let me find this.
I did a little montage.
Here it is.
We'll just take a pause on each and I'll elaborate for those of you who may not have heard of these stories.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Justin Trudeau supports abortion because in Justin Trudeau's Canada, women get raped so often, it leads to so many pregnancies, that this is the only way that Justin Trudeau can protect women.
It's so...
Gross is what it is.
It's an all too common example.
Women get raped all the time.
Women get raped all the time.
What was the first one?
What year was this in?
Woman who accused Justin Trudeau of groping breaks her silence.
That was the reporter back in 2020.
All the time.
Women get raped all the time.
There was the other incident where there was a lot of sexual improprieties.
I believe there was a scandal in the military.
All the time.
Kinsella, questions around sexual assault loom over Trudeau campaign.
I loathe Justin Trudeau.
All right.
Let me bring up...
That's all we're going to take for...
That's all we're going to have to be exposed to of Justin Trudeau today.
But it does fit in with this rumble rant right here.
I'm not your buddy, guys, because I truly despise that man.
Women get raped all the time.
Kevin Shivoff, YouTube softballer, but boy, oh boy, is the guy skilled at cradling...
Dude, what are you...
I'm not reading that STFF of you.
The word that David can't remember is intersex.
Thank you.
That is right.
And that is ironic when you consider his natient metrosexual...
Dude, what is going on here?
Okay.
So with that said, people...
That's as much Trudeau as we need to deal with today.
What's next on the menu?
Something I forgot with the other debate, but I just want to bring it up because before we get into the Fox Dominion, the Fox Dominion settlement, I do not understand it, but hold on, hold on.
Did it go back here?
Oh, I didn't.
Okay, here we go.
Listen to this.
Listen to this.
Okay, don't read.
It was Swalwell.
It wasn't Kinzinger.
Ref Swalwell tweeted this.
Do we have audio or no audio?
Good morning.
I am House Republican Conference Chair, Congresswoman Elise Stefanik.
I am so excited.
Just notice, they're women.
They are women talking about a bill that would protect their rights as women.
I forget who the dude is now.
Swalwell thinks he knows better.
...here today.
The 118th Congress, we are so proud to be in a House Republican majority, but I am personally proud that we elect, America elected, the highest number of Republican women ever.
They are strong leaders in our conference, and particularly on important days like today, we are so grateful for their effect.
I like Stefanik, and someone's going to have to convince me that I'm wrong.
Today, we will pass this historic legislation to protect women and girls in sports.
Thank you so much to the incredible work.
I know that there are so many personal stories, and in addition to these wonderful women members of Congress, we have tremendous women athletes who are here with us today who have talked about just the unfairness when it comes to biological males competing in women's sports.
If you talk to women leaders today...
Congress, we have tremendous women athletes who are here with us today who have talked about just the unfairness when it comes to biological males competing in women's sports.
If you talk to women leaders today, so many had opportunities when it came to sports growing up.
I myself played varsity lacrosse.
I also rode crew in high school.
And to have that opportunity to learn leadership, to learn discipline, to learn teamwork is so, so important.
This is about protecting women's sports now and into the future.
And we anticipate this will be passed today.
And it is a winning issue across America, standing up for the future of women and girls.
You're going to hear from a number of our amazing women members.
I want to first start off by introducing Beth.
Okay, so now let's just see what Swalwell.
Mr. Fart heard round the world.
I don't make fun of him for that.
I do make fun of him for allegedly potentially having had a...
Improper relationship with a Chinese spy.
That's somewhat more germane than accidentally farting on air.
Rep.
Eric Swalwell, misogynist, says these creeps...
Representative Eric Swalwell just referred to a panel of women defending their rights as women as creeps.
That sounds somewhat misogynistic to me.
Eric Swalwell.
And it's an interesting thing, actually.
Someone who is prone to being honey-potted by a Chinese spy...
Because obviously they have to use certain tactics to get certain men's attention.
It is fitting and almost predictive that someone who comes off as and behaves like a misogynist would be prone to exploiting young attractive women for sexual purposes if indeed the rumors or the rumorings of him having had an illicit affair with a Chinese spy are true.
These creeps.
Referring to a panel of women want to invade our kids' locker rooms.
I'm voting against it.
I had no doubt, Swalwell, you'd vote against it.
But listen to what he says here.
These creeps want to invade our kids' locker rooms.
This is the guy who's voting against a bill that would compel women to have a biological male, sometimes with an actual penis, invade their girl locker rooms.
This is a man who's telling Brittany Grimes, not Brittany Grimes, sorry, Riley Gaines.
Riley Gaines, I'm sorry.
You have to let Leah Thomas invade your locker room.
And if you don't like looking at Leah Thomas's penis, if you don't like looking at her penis, this is how language makes no sense anymore, you're the bigot.
And yet he's accusing these women of protecting other women.
From being compelled to be exposed literally to male genitalia, he's accusing them of invading our kids' locker rooms.
I mean, it's just, it's such a pathological, bad faith, confession through projection, accuse your enemy of what you are doing, that it boggles the mind!
It boggles the mind.
Okay.
Now.
That was it.
That was the last one I should have pulled up on...
On...
On the news of the day.
Now let's get to the settlement heard round the world.
$787.5 million settlement.
Fox News has agreed to pay Dominion.
It was actually the day the trial started.
They were slated to begin opening arguments.
The jury had been impaneled.
For those of you who don't recall...
Dominion was suing Fox News for $1.6 billion in damages for defamation because Fox News repeated, platformed, broadcast lies and misinformation about Dominion through Sidney Powell, through Rudy Giuliani, through Lou Dobbs, through Maria Bartolomo.
Now I'm reading some of the comments on Fox.
Fox Cowards says Micho Ohuk.
They were being sued for $1.6 billion.
Dominion alleging that the statements were false and defamatory.
We're going to get there because they were false.
They were defamatory, at least the ones at issue.
At least the ones that were clearly false were false.
They sued for defamation, said that the employees were getting death threats, harassed, etc.
Dominion lost big contracts, I think, in Texas.
They sued.
They went through discoveries.
The discoveries revealed a lot of compromising internal correspondence among Fox personalities, executives, internal...
I don't know if they're executives, but among internal members of Fox, basically saying, Sidney Powell's batshit crazy.
Giuliani is crazy.
We don't even believe what they're saying, but let's go ahead and platform them and let's go ahead and repeat some of the stuff that they said.
Dominion sued them.
They went through these discoveries.
They got compromising information that was disclosed to the public.
This is what most people forget or don't know.
They made a motion for summary judgment leading up to the trial.
It was like a 150-page motion.
Well-drafted, well-motivated.
Let me see here if I have it here.
This is it.
Oh, is this the judgment or is this the submitted?
Is this the one that is...
The court hearing...
This court's decision is based...
FNN motion and the Dominion motion is granted in part and denied in part.
So that's the judgment.
We don't really need to go over that.
Dominion made a motion for summary judgment, and they succeeded on the motion for summary judgment.
There was a judgment on the motion for summary judgment that basically...
I don't know if anybody hears that.
A kid is screaming.
That basically granted Dominion's motion and deemed the statements to be false and defamatory.
Among other things, basically facilitated the evidence that would have to be adjudicated at trial, such that basically...
The only element left to prove or disprove or defend on would have been the actual malice of the statements that Fox News published, rebroadcast, or made themselves.
They paneled the jury.
They were getting ready to make opening statements.
And then the settlement heard...
The settlement was so outrageous in quantum that I thought it had to be a mistake.
This is from CNN.
Because for some reason, Fox News isn't covering this all that much.
I hate having to agree with Adam Kinzinger at times, but it is embarrassingly stupid and juvenile that Fox News wouldn't cover this.
I mean, they have to cover it.
Cover it in a way that will allow people to say, at least you're not trying to hide the coverage of it.
Whatever.
Fox News settles with Dominion.
At the last second, pays more than $787 million to avert defamation trial over its 2020 election lies.
Fox News reached the last second settlement.
Yada, yada.
We got this.
$787.5 million with Dominion voting in the largest publicly known defamation settlement in U.S. history involving a media company.
The deal was announced hours after the jury...
Can you imagine how happy these lawyers are?
Attorneys representing Dominion voting systems leave the court after the defamation lawsuit by Dominion was settled.
This man right here, that is probably...
A $200 million thumbs up.
Not that they didn't work for it.
They worked for it.
They worked hard for it and they positioned themselves well to get it.
But that's a $200 million smile and thumbs up right there.
Okay, what sense can we possibly make of this settlement?
I'm going to pull up just a couple of highlights from that motion because to say that Fox News was heading into a losing battle There's no other way of describing it.
They were heading into that trial, obviously losing because the summary judgment basically granted a judgment of law as relates to the actual defamation having occurred.
The only defense would have been, was it actual malice?
Did we repeat these statements with actual malice, which includes willful disregard for the truth?
When you have internal correspondence saying, we don't even believe what we're saying, it becomes a little bit more difficult.
This is not the right one.
This is not the right one.
Ah, this is it here.
It becomes a little more difficult to say it wasn't willful disregard for the truth when internally they're saying Fox News is crazy.
Sidney Powell is crazy.
We don't even believe Giuliani.
They have no evidence for the claims that they're making.
And then if you want to get into the actual malice, Dominion, rather than presenting fact checks, as host Dana Perino told Republican strategists on November 11th, There is this raging issue about Fox losing tons of viewers and many watching, get this, Newsmax.
Our viewers are so mad about the election calls as if our calls would have been any different.
It's just votes.
So this day of reckoning was going to come at some point where the embrace of Trump became an albatross we can't shake off if ever.
That first image is not one that I intended to put in there, I guess.
Oh, that was from another lawsuit.
The other screen grab, which is the one I intended to use, just showed some internal correspondence basically saying Sidney Powell's crazy.
So they were going into this lawsuit literally already having lost on certain factual errors because of this summary judgment, and then they agreed to pay $787 million.
Where it doesn't make sense to me is if Fox News was ever, ever going to, in their minds, pay $800 million.
You pay the $800 million before the discoveries so that you don't have all of this compromising information already out in the public domain?
It doesn't really make sense to me.
Once you're paying $800 million, go to trial and take your chances on the most negative of verdicts, which could only have been what they were asking for, $1.6 billion, which is another $800 million.
But the damaging info is already out there.
So the theories are, you know, they had to settle because...
They didn't want Rupert Murdoch on the stand.
I don't know what more he could have said that would have been more damaging than they've already had.
Maybe there was something more damaging in there.
Maybe the big names didn't want to sit on the stand.
Maybe they all said, we're going to effing quit if you make us testify during this trial because it's going to make us all look bad.
And so maybe there's that business consideration.
But the bottom line is, once you've already paid...
Once you're agreeing to pay $800 million or you had that in mind, you pay it earlier on because I don't for a second doubt that Dominion would have accepted $800 million a year ago, two years ago.
How long has this thing been going on for?
It's been going on for three years, I think.
So the quantum of the settlement, given what is at risk for the trial, doesn't make any sense to me.
One of the theories of someone who...
Someone who's trying to rationalize the amount is to say, okay, it could in theory be a big middle finger.
Rupert Murdoch is going to say, F you CNN, F you New York Times.
We'll set a precedent, although it's a settlement, it's not a judgment.
We'll set the precedent that these settlements now are worth this quantum.
So the next time you go out and screw a Nick Sandman, expect to pay this much.
The next time you go out and say, what were some of the Trump lies?
Trump removed a bust of Martin Luther King.
Trump said, the next time you want to defame someone else, that's what you're going to have to pay.
It's an interesting theory, but it doesn't make sense to me nonetheless.
What they said, we're going to lose.
Guaranteed loss.
So instead of losing 1.6 billion, let's just settle for 800 million after all the damage is out.
And now the mainstream media gets to run wild with two narratives, which are going to be very annoying.
One is Fox News are confirmed liars.
And two, the 2020 elections were totally clean, totally kosher.
Nothing went on.
Illegal.
Nothing went on that was unconstitutional.
And like Robert Barnes and I have been saying from the beginning, anybody...
Who had done a summary amount of research would have known that what Sidney Powell and Giuliani were saying on some issues was objectively demonstrably and patently false on its face.
But don't take my word for it.
Take my word.
From three years ago.
A few days later, Giuliani gave a televised interview on Lou Dobbs tonight falsely telling a global audience that Dominion is owned by Smartmatic and that Smartmatic was formed, quote, in order to fix elections, end quote, by, quote, three Venezuelans who were very close to the dictator Chavez of Venezuela, end quote.
He also claimed that, quote, Smartmatic, the company that owns Dominion, end quote, was being run by one of the people who was number two or three in George Soros' organization.
Now, this is from the defamation lawsuit against, um...
And by the way, they're up shit creek without a paddle now.
But the allegations were by and large the same because Fox News had platformed and repeated some of the statements that Giuliani made.
Next day on his weekly radio show, Giuliani falsely told his audience that, quote, Dominion software really is Venezuelan.
It's called Smartmatic, end quote.
Now, for those of you...
I was wrong.
Who watch my weekly live streams with Robert Barnes.
None of this is going to come as news to any of you because Robert Barnes has been saying for the last several months.
You know, so I'm not as fan that other people are fans of.
But, you know, Rudy, the political personality, Rudy, the mayor, Rudy, the person, often a fun guy to be around.
But, you know, he's now paying the price for wanting one last grab at power and money.
When he was not equipped, and he knew he was not equipped, to handle these cases.
And I'll never pardon either him or Sidney Powell on this.
Because they did severe damage to what could have been a very robust legal challenge.
And the media would be able to run with their version of events to recharacterize everything that took place in the election.
Bear in mind, people, this is two and a half years ago.
The general is trying to stop the election audit.
What is he citing?
He's citing all of those examples, even though that's not what the Pennsylvania officials are auditing at all.
They're not focused on the machines.
They're focused on did only constitutionally qualified people vote.
And so it's unfortunate.
But yes, it was embarrassing, and it will continue to be embarrassing.
And by the way, what did I say to that?
I think I said something funny.
$7 a month.
For $7 a month, $70 a year, Fox News could have saved $787 million.
Exactly what Barnes said is coming to fruition now.
The narrative now?
This settlement shows that Fox News lied about the 2020 elections.
They were good.
They were kosher.
They were...
What's another expression?
They were holier than thou.
And anybody who dares say that the rules were changed, a secret cabal of well-funded individuals...
Changing laws, changing rules, controlling the free flow of information.
That's how the 2020 election was, in fact, fortified.
Now they're going to run with it.
It was totally fine.
Everything was legit.
And Fox News paid nearly $800 million because they lied about how crooked the 2020 election was.
Kimmy B, if it went to trial, the evidence would have shown the election was fraudulent and they are part of the club exposure.
That's next level.
I wouldn't go there because, Kimmy B, I'll tell you why that, in my humble opinion, why that's an untenable premise or an untenable theory.
If it went to trial, the evidence would have been the discoveries, what was shown during discovery.
Because, bear in mind, by the time you get to trial, your evidence...
Unless the rules are wildly different.
What district was this in?
I forget.
The rules are not wildly different.
You don't get to trial without the evidence already having been disclosed.
So it's not like there's going to be new evidence that was not already in the court record by the time it gets to trial.
By the time it gets to trial, all of the evidence is there.
And the only evidence there really just showed that Fox News internally didn't believe Sidney Powell or Giuliani.
To me, my argument at trial would have been, okay.
I don't have to believe these people to broadcast.
I wouldn't do it.
I don't do it.
I don't reaffirm or allow people to unquestionably make statements that I know are false or that I don't believe to be true without challenging them on those statements.
Tucker Carlson, to his credit, did call out Sidney Powell.
Where's the Kraken?
Maybe he didn't do it enough or vocally enough and maybe he's pissed that this all happened too because now it...
What's the word?
Tarnishes his name.
But no, that theory can't be because all of the evidence was already pretty much adjuiced.
And even their incompetence and their internal desire to make up for having lost ratings to OAN or Newsmax, it was already out there for the world to know.
So I don't think that's a plausible explanation.
Kenzie 67, found you through locals only.
NCI, that's the National Citizens Inquiry today in Canada.
Francis Christian and Steve Kirsch testified this morning.
Okay, I'll go check that out.
Actually, my other Canadian source, it's not you, Kenzie, told me that he said he's going to send me the timestamped part of the stream.
Dr. Francis Christian has been on my channel at least twice.
I think he's been on twice.
Definitely once, maybe twice, possibly even three times.
Keep in mind, Trump was ahead before everyone went to bed on election night.
Bernie Sanders said it was going to happen.
This is what's going to happen.
Trump is going to be ahead on election night.
We're going to count the mail-in ballots in the days and weeks to come.
And his lead that he thinks he has on election night is going to disappear.
They're all going to be pissed.
And then that's democracy.
Because it takes weeks to find out the results of an election.
Because the more technologically advanced society gets, the longer it takes to determine who's the winner.
Makes total sense.
Don't forget, Barnes also floated the idea that the Powell claims seemed like a PSYOP, and I have always agreed with that opinion, even if it violates Hanlon's razor.
In that clip that I posted to Twitter, yeah, he mentioned that this all sent like part of the Q operative.
Discredit the legitimate critique of the election.
And then, now the media runs with this, and that Time Magazine article, let's pull it up, people.
Now that Time Magazine article...
Just passes under the radar.
Because...
Not that good of a Bernie impression, Viva, says Toolga.
Come on, I'm asking you once again to donate to my campaign.
Don't be stupid.
Vote for Hillary Clinton.
And then Wanderlust says, I do a good Bernie impression.
When Barnes started talking about Q, that was the first time I had ever heard about it back in 2020.
I didn't understand it then.
Boy, howdy do I understand it now.
Now, what are people compelled to live with?
Exploitation of that outlandish theory of German servers being raided in the night.
Hugo Chavez.
Sidney Powell.
Giuliani.
It's bad.
I like Giuliani.
Or I'm prone to like him.
I was going back and listening to some of the things that he said.
Wow.
Time Magazine.
Cabal.
Fortification.
Secret.
Now everybody just gets, we all, they all get to just sweep this one under the rug and say, look, you idiots.
Was it Hugo Chavez?
This is how, this is how it happened.
Just want to get to that.
I just love, I love reading it.
I love reading it.
There was a conspiracy unfolding behind the scenes.
One that both curtailed the protests and coordinated the resistance from CEOs.
Oh, come on.
Thank you.
Here we go.
This is it.
That's why the participants want the secret history of the 2020 election told, even though it sounds like a paranoid fever dream.
Some might call that a conspiracy theory.
A well-funded cabal of powerful people ranging across industries and ideologies working together behind the scenes to influence perceptions.
Mind control.
That's another word for it.
It's another word for...
Mass formation psychosis.
Mind control.
Propaganda.
Take your pick.
Cabal.
Working behind the scenes for mind control.
Changing the rules and laws.
Some might call that unlawful.
We change the rules and the laws before they can get challenged, run with the election.
Or we enter into secret settlement agreements ratifying these lawsuits which have been going on for months that nobody knew about.
Steer media coverage.
Censorship.
Mind control.
Mass formation psychosis, propaganda, censorship.
Oh, and what's this?
First Amendment violations.
Control the flow of information.
They were not rigging the election.
They were fortifying it.
And they believe the public needs to understand the system's fragility in order to ensure that democracy in America injures.
We had to kill democracy to preserve it.
And now they get to say, totally normal.
And everyone else lied about the election.
It was totally fine.
So that's it.
That's as much sense as I can make of the settlement.
I'll see if Barnes has any different opinion on it.
Yeah, and that's it.
All right, and then let's see what we got here.
John J. Harwood.
Does everybody remember who John J. Harwood is?
He's a journalist.
He's a public speaker.
Ex-WSG, Wall Street Journal.
Ex-New York Times.
XNBC, XCNN, XSpeakeasy, or I don't know which one is this.
Is this X all of these things?
Podcast, co-author, Pennsylvania Avenue requests.
WSB.
John J. Harwood.
How the mighty have fallen.
Is this camera tracking it in the wrong direction?
That looks good.
John J. Harwood says this about Marjorie Taylor Greene.
Listen to this and then we'll actually get into the substance of this.
This outrage, complete outrage, where China is poisoning America's children, poisoning our teenagers, poisoning our young people.
How long are you going to let this go on?
Congresswoman, let me assure you that we're not letting it go on.
We are fighting this.
No, I reclaim my time.
You're a liar.
You are letting this go on in the numbers.
Well, I don't think she should have done that.
But let's just see.
Let's just watch the rest of this mashup.
Actually, I want you to take the words of the speaker down.
So, in making a ruling...
By the way...
It's pretty clear that the rules state you can't impugn someone's character.
Identifying or calling someone a liar is unacceptable in this committee.
Well, I wouldn't have called it unacceptable.
I would have called it definitely...
It broke the rules.
Nobody's going to say that it didn't break the rules.
Yes, calling someone a liar is impugning their character.
Unacceptable?
It broke the rules.
And I make the ruling that we strike those words.
The gavel has spoken, people.
Hold on, where's my gavel?
Get my gavel here.
I say that Marjorie Taylor Greene is right, but wrong.
Oh, shit.
Sorry, just a point of order, legitimate question.
You're recognized.
Thank you, Mr. Chairman.
Did you move to take the words down or to strike them, Mr. Thompson?
Sorry, I just stepped in.
Yeah, take them down.
So, that's what we do.
Yeah.
My understanding is if words are taken down, that means that the member can no longer speak in whatever the proceeding is that those words were said.
Personal inquiry.
Point of personal inquiry.
There's no such thing.
And the media is running with how dumb Marjorie Taylor Greene is.
She asked for a point of personal inquiry.
No such thing exists.
It does terminate the time of the individual who is speaking.
So, the gentlelady is no longer recognized.
The chair now recognizes Mr. Ivey, I believe.
Can I make a point of inquiry, Mr. Chairman?
You can.
So the ruling was that because she used the word liar, that was taken down, which I agree with.
Yes.
But accusing...
A statement of fact is very similar to the posters that Mr...
There's no statement of fact.
There's no statement of fact.
There's no factual basis for the statement.
We're not here to debate this, okay?
And the ruling was made by the chair that these...
Previous words were not against the rules of Clause 1 and Clause 4 of Rule 17. But to tell someone that they are a liar is.
It's pretty clear in the rules.
Slander is clearly covered by the rules.
Can we all just for one second appreciate this is what the government is doing?
I mean, it's one thing to hold inquiries.
This is like watching Model UN in The Simpsons.
These people are being paid hundreds of thousands of dollars a year so they can sit there and bicker about, what is it called, Robert's Rules?
But this is my point in all of this.
Marjorie Taylor Greene knows what she's doing, and I don't think that she cares that her words were taken down and her remaining 30 seconds taken away.
Can we appreciate that we have a bunch of politicians and a bunch of journalists freaking out over the fact that Marjorie Taylor Greene called Mayorkas a liar?
And not over the fact that over 70,000 Americans died from fentanyl overdose in 2021.
70,000.
That's just fentanyl.
I think it's over 100,000 people.
It's either 2021 or 2022.
Again, that'll be a distinction without a difference.
Over 100,000 Americans died of overdose in either 2021 or 2022, and I think it's probably 2021.
Over 70,000 of them from fentanyl.
How does the fentanyl get into America to kill 70,000 young people, by and large?
Not that it would make a difference if they're not young.
Just, you know, if you appreciate the catastrophic effect that that can have on society as a whole when you wipe out such a significant amount of a young, productive generation.
They're not flipping out about that.
Mayorkas.
Mayorkas.
Who's this guy again?
Alejandro Mayorkas.
Do we go to...
I want to go to Wikipedia.
Let's just see what Wikipedia has to say about him.
Alejandro Mayorkas.
That's him.
An American lawyer and politician who's been serving as the seventh United States Secretary.
Homeland Security.
Where do you think this frickin' fentanyl is coming in from?
Everybody knows where it's coming in from.
It's being manufactured in China, smuggled in through the southern border.
Mayorkas is the United States...
United States...
Homeland?
What is he?
What is he?
United States Secretary of Homeland Security.
Sitting up there saying, we're fighting it.
We're fighting it, Marjorie Taylor Greene.
You're a liar.
Let's freak out about the fact that Marjorie Taylor Greene called Mayorkas a liar and not the fact that 70,000 Americans died of fentanyl overdose made in China, smuggled in through Mexico.
Priorities, right, John J. Hartwood?
America overdose deaths chart.
Thank you.
Look at this fucking number.
And now you're going to get mad at Marjorie Taylor Greene for calling Mayorkas, who's in charge of this, or at least partly responsible for this, a liar.
Look at this number from 2,000, 20,000, to 2021, 106,000, 70,000 of which is fentanyl.
includes deaths with underlying causes of unintentional drug poisoning, suicide drug poisoning, homicide drug poisoning, or drug poisoning of undetermined intent as coded in the International Classification of Diseases.
107,000 people died of overdose in 2021.
They shut the world down for that many COVID deaths of the elderly and the infirmed.
Not that that means that it's less worthy of life whatsoever, just to say what was done.
Ostensibly to protect the most vulnerable who actually got no protection from it.
They actually got even more ravaged by the measures.
They shut the world down for numbers like this.
Mayorkas is the Secretary of Homeland Security.
Oh, we are addressing it.
We're fighting it.
Look at that.
Oh, I'm sorry.
Was your goal to make it go up 20%?
It almost doubled over three years.
No, but let's get mad at Marjorie Taylor Greene.
Let's make fun of her because she asked for a point of personal inquiry, and that doesn't exist, and she's an idiot.
This is the world in which we live.
That was the last story of the day before we head over to Locals.
But I'm going to read...
Let me just make sure we got everything here.
We got everything.
We did good, people.
Make sense of the world?
That's not what I want to be looking at right now.
Makes sense of the world while watching it crumble, but this too shall pass.
I am not your buddy guy says he is either a liar or incredibly unqualified to be working in government.
He is a liar.
She is right to call him out.
Enough of being polite with demons.
STFUFFS says they yell bullshit in a committee.
I don't know who yelled it.
I was trying to figure out who yelled it.
Mr. Scott Awesome said, Viva, how's that new air purifier holding up?
Still recommend it.
Promo code still available.
I don't know if the promo code is still available.
It's still holding up.
It's still in the house and it's still working very well.
Envirocleanse is the filter.
I don't know if the promo code still works.
I can try, but it's been a while.
I would say it probably doesn't work anymore, but it's still a good filter.
STFUFFS, call a spade a spade.
A liar, a liar.
These cowards are afraid of the truth.
Sidney Powell could change her name to Edgar Madison Welch, and it would not surprise me one bit.
And if you don't know that name, look it up.
Oh, dude, I'm looking it up right now.
Who's Edgar Madison Welch?
I'm going to cut and paste that.
Look it up.
Trust me when I say mind-blowing.
Edgar Madison Welch.
Hold on.
Hold on.
Let's bring this out.
Before we go over to locals, where we're going to carry on with the party.
Edgar Madison Welch.
Okay, that's the Pizzagate guy.
Okay, I'm not going to look.
I get the joke now.
Everybody, thank you all for being here.
We're going to go over to locals.
I'm going to do the chats, the rants, and just talk to locals a bit because I didn't get to do it yesterday after the stream.
Tomorrow, I'm in transit to Chattanooga, Tennessee, so I may or may not be able to get a stream, and I might do one tomorrow evening because why not, but I'll see.
Saturday, going to be busy all day with Barnes.
My dog is eating something.
And Saturday night is the VivaBarnesLaw.locals.com second meetup, Chattanooga, Tennessee.
It's going to be amazing.
So with that said, everybody, mosey on over to Rumble.
I'll give you the link.
Not Rumble, Locals.
I'll give you the link right now.
And we shall carry on the par-tay.
Over there.
Everybody, thank you for being here.
Enjoy the day.
Enjoy the evening.
Get some exercise, fresh air, all that healthy stuff.
And I will see everyone.
Once I figure out how to end the live stream on Rumble.
I will see everyone on Locals.
VivaBarnesLaw.locals.com Peace to Rumble.
Peace be with you, Rumble.
Okay, now let's get to Locals.
Everybody.
Oh, yeah.
It's good.
How's it going?
I'm going to read the rants from yesterday, or the tips from yesterday, but I'll start with the tips from today.
Itsy Bitsy Spider sent a $1 tip.
How much money does a political action committee need to operate?
