Yeah, peace and love, yo!
We know how we do.
We cause ruckus everywhere we go.
We just finished shutting down Majority Taylor Greene.
She tried to bring that hateful rhetoric to Manhattan, to New York.
We're not having it.
Nothing but love, baby.
Democracy is all about love.
Nothing but love.
People love for humanity.
Got Louie in the building.
Now we're about to get on some bikes.
Nothing but love.
Don't spread no hate.
Don't spread no hate.
Don't bring that hate here Don't bring the hate there Marjorie We're gonna go to Steam School Check out Innovation Design Thinking In our public schools I got Louie in the building Y'all don't even see us Change the game.
All right.
I'm not exactly sure what the broader context of what they're discussing there is.
I don't know who Louis is, but that's just because I'm not really into New York politics.
What I am into is pointing out rampant hypocrisy.
Now, if I didn't know who Jamal Bowman was, I would say he seems like a very jovial character.
He seems very nice, very sympathetic.
Even though I know who he is, I'm still like, he seems cool.
I might want to hang around with that guy.
You notice, by the way, they shut down Marjorie Taylor Greene and they just show an image.
An image is worth a thousand words.
Correct.
But video, which has 32 still images per second for however long, is worth that many more words.
I hear the fire alarm going off.
It's not a fire alarm.
We're having it serviced because it keeps going off when anybody uses the shower.
Ignore that if you can hear it.
They show the image, but no video, which is very curious.
It's a great image.
Jamal is jovial.
He's promoting a message of love, peace, and unity.
He doesn't tolerate hate, and it's wonderful.
And from that image, I'm seeing a very strong man standing up for those convictions.
Oh, what if I told you there was more to that image?
Well, you might already know it if you watch my stuff, because there was another angle.
From another one of them, peace and love Democrats, Michael Rapaport, I'm joking because I don't know why Jamal pronounces her name Marjorie.
I'll see how he pronounces his name.
He mispronounces it.
I don't know why.
Michael Rapaport was in the crowd and gave us the video, which is worth 72,000 words.
And I spliced it together to highlight.
The rampant, shameless, gaslighting hypocrisy coming from those who preach peace and love who have no hate in their heart.
Yeah, peace and love, yo!
We know how we do.
We cause ruckus everywhere we go.
We just finished...
How do you cause ruckus everywhere you go and peace and love, no hate and all that?
I don't understand that, but it doesn't matter.
Shutting down Majority Taylor Greene.
Marjorie.
Shutting down Marjorie, Taylor Greene, whatever.
She tried to bring that hateful rhetoric to Manhattan to New York.
We're not having it.
Never love, baby.
You animal, you!
Go back to the farm, you animal!
They're looking for you at the sanctuary!
Democracy is all about love, love for all people, love for humanity.
Get the fuck out of New York, you racist, sick, filthy, infected animal.
It's all about love.
No, don't spread no hate.
Don't spread no hate.
Don't bring that hate here.
It's all about love.
Margin.
Get the fuck outta here.
Marjorie, don't make us expose our hate by you coming here and bringing your hate and making us hate.
It's your fault that I'm screaming that.
How we do, wherever we go, we change the game.
We revolutionaries, join us.
Stop playing.
Yes sir.
You animal, you!
Go back to the farm, you animal!
They're looking for you at the sanctuary!
Peace and love, yo.
Time for love, baby.
You filthy animal!
Peace and love.
People, peace and love.
They practice what they preach.
They are the party of love.
And if it weren't for Marjorie Taylor Greene and her hateful presence, they wouldn't have had to act like rabid, frothing at the mouth.
Wild animals just because she's there.
It's Marjorie Taylor Greene's fault that they mobbed her, chased her out of the Big Apple.
I guess it's not such a welcoming city.
It's not welcoming for hate and disinformation.
And so they had to bring on the peace and love in violent manner to scare her out of there, shut her down, and make her recoil with her security and head for safety.
Steve?
Before we get into things, I'd like to say I made a very big mistake this morning.
It's sunny outside.
It's spring slash summertime.
And skin needs to get exfoliated.
It needs to get exposure to sun.
You can see, like, I've got something of a tan line there.
And I said, I'll just trim the hair down a little bit so I can get some sun, scrub off the dead skin, you know, maybe take care of some ingrown hairs, some whiteheads, whatever it is.
One and a half on the manscaping thing is very short.
I feel naked.
And most importantly, I feel ugly.
I have a chin, so it's not like my facial hair hides the chin.
Facial hair adds volume to a face.
But it's these scowl wrinkles here.
Because my face has been like this for too long.
I've got these jowls now.
I've got to stretch it out.
I'm going to get sun.
I'm going to exfoliate, let the hair grow back, and get some help.
But yes, I've made a terrible, terrible mistake.
It's right after you test it, and then you get one stripe very short, and then you're like, that's it.
There's no going back now, because I can't have one stripe unless I'm going to go with some new form of low stripe, dark stripe, whatever.
So that's it.
Viva, we all age.
See, I don't mind this one.
It's this one here.
It's the jowls.
But of course, I blame the world for all of this.
Thank you very much, Sandra Brazil.
The other thing, one should not be too attached to these superficial aspects of one's identity.
I realized I love my facial hair a little too much.
It's good to have that cold shower.
It's useless.
It's worthless.
It's just physical attributes of one's identity.
Still not cutting my hair.
If I cut my hair, I'm going to feel naked.
Okay, so that's it.
Now, I couldn't tell what to start today off with.
If I started off with Jamal Bowman preaching his peace and love while the mob of rabid Democrats preach something that's not quite peace and love, or if I start with something coming out of the Canadian Parliament, the New Democratic Party, the New Democrat Party, the NDP, proposing legislation to ban protest within a certain vicinity of drag shows.
Couldn't tell what to start with.
I figure we're going to start with...
With the peace and love coming out of New York City, because it more closely relates to the bulk of the first hour of this show, which is going to be the Trump indictment and walking through all of it now.
I've had time to digest.
I've had time to read.
I've had time to pick the brains of people who I consider to be more informed than me.
Glenn Greenwald, Robert Barnes, Stephen Crowder, and team.
So the first hour of the show, we're going to talk about that.
I think we won't need more than an hour because...
There's not much to that indictment that can be discussed above and beyond going in circles as to how absurd it is.
But we're going to do that for the first hour.
Go over the indictment, go over the statement of fact, and then go over Alvin Bragg's press conference in which he walked us through the thought process of the rationale.
He looked like a kid who got caught cheating on an exam.
He looked like a kid who had to admit he didn't read the book and was just bullshitting through his behind.
I put together a montage, and it'll really tightly synthesize his 15-minute press conference in which he took four questions before he ran off like a dog with his tail between his legs.
Who which?
Oh, before I even get into that, you know, I do a good job...
With my sponsors, but I do a very bad job with my own merch.
Who, what, when?
Who, what?
Merch.
If you want to get a shirt or anything, go to vivafry.com.
The bumper stickers are good.
One day I hope to pass another car that happens to have a Politics Ruins Everything or Viva Fry Live Free bumper sticker.
It will happen, but you can get bumper stickers, shirts, yada, yada.
All right.
So, oh, by the way, I'm an idiot.
After the first hour in which we go over the indictment...
We will then have Billboard Chris coming on, give or take 240, 230 to 240.
He's got something before, so maybe 240-ish.
And we're going to have Billboard Chris talk about what he's doing, the absolute madness of the world, and that's going to tie into the proposed legislation coming out of Ontario to...
Prohibit protests within a vicinity of drag shows, or as they're calling them now, drag artists.
We'll get into all of it.
They start with your right to protest COVID measures, and then once they realize that they can legislate away your constitutional rights to peaceful assembly, you thought they'd stop at COVID?
Fools!
Okay, are we live on the Rumbles?
It looks like we are.
Let me see what we got here.
Sweet, okay.
And are we live on the Locals?
We are.
Not gonna lie, let's see here, this is in MNL Hay says, here we are all watching Viva's facial hair grow.
Not gonna lie, it is a wee bit more exciting than watching paint dry.
That's coming from our Locals community.
You can also go to vivabarneslaw.locals.com to be part of our wonderful community.
So where do we start?
Last week, Trump was indicted.
The headlines...
Felony indictment.
And the headlines for the most disingenuous of left-wing media, 34 indictment charge.
Donald Trump is such a career criminal.
He's such a menace to society, the number two, not T.O. He's such a menace to society that...
He's facing a 34-count indictment.
It's preposterous.
I actually forgot one thing before we even get there.
Could you post a link to your merch above?
Only see mugs.
Not sure it's the right website.
It isn't.
Don't go to Teespring in YouTube.
Go to vivafry.com.
Just vivafry.com.
I got the domain.
Not many people are after that.
And just a word, no medical advice, no election fortification advice, no legal advice.
These things called YouTube Super Chats on Rumble, they have Rumble rants.
If you want to support the channel through a one-off tip, you can do it that way.
YouTube takes 30% of this.
So 30% of five is $1.50.
So I would get only a $3.50 off this tip.
If you want to support the channel in a more cost-effective manner that also supports free speech, go to Rumble, give a Rumble rant.
For the rest of 2023, 100% of the proceeds go to the creator.
After that, Rumble Rant's take is 20%, which is better than YouTube.
It's a better platform than YouTube.
It supports free speech.
Better than YouTube.
And so feel free to do that if you so choose.
Otherwise, the best way to support, just share, like, snip, clip, subscribe.
No, you've shaved off 20 years.
You think I look younger?
I actually think I look older, Fox Fox, but thank you.
I am a weak, sensitive man, so I will take compliments today.
Corn Pop in the house.
All right, and that's it.
Okay, good.
The indictment.
Trump is a hardened career criminal facing 34 charge indictments.
When I walked through the indictment, because Barnes posted it as soon as it was available on Locals, when I walked through the indictment, I'm like, how the heck do you get to 34 indictments in this, 34 charges?
Because it all looks like the same thing.
I started reading it and I couldn't even tell the difference between count one, count two, count three, up until count 34. So we did this briefly on Locals, the Locals exclusive part of the stream yesterday when I realized that Barnes had posted this to Locals.
This is the indictment.
We don't need to go through, how many pages is it?
It's so bloody long because he's such a criminal.
Look at everything that he does.
He's just a terrible, terrible man.
Cerebral, cerebral, cerebral, Mr. Trump.
How do you do that?
Parentheses.
One of my earlier memories, we spent a Christmas, the only Christmas we've ever spent away from the cottage in Florida in 1991.
The year of, what's that movie called?
Kevin Costner.
The Western with Kevin Costner.
And my father was pulling into a parking spot and somebody pulled in front of him.
There was almost an accident and she looked at my father and she goes, terrible, terrible, terrible.
And I never forgot that.
Yeah, he's just such a terrible person.
Look at all this.
We don't need to go through 15 pages of the indictment because it's virtually, literally cut and paste, but change a date and change the charges.
Change the charges in terms of what Trump is being charged for.
Because this is...
You know my ideological leanings.
You know where I stand on certain things.
You can call this a partisan interpretation.
It is not.
This is as objective as any interpretation out there because even the lefties who are the most rabidly anti-Trump say this is basically an accounting dispute that has been enhanced to a felon.
Because what it is is basically one...
Hush-hush payment, hush-hush payment to Stormy Daniels in the amount of $130,000.
One payment which itself is not even a crime, according to most.
One payment which is not itself a crime, but the way they structured the payment was something like a monthly retainer to Trump's attorney at the time, Michael Cohen.
So they took this payment.
130,000 bucks.
They added some other amounts to it.
And they said, okay, well, we're going to round it up.
We're going to just say it's 400 and some odd thousand dollars, but we're going to pay you X amount of dollars per month as retainer fees or whatever it is that Cohen called it.
And so you get like a nine-month payment system derived around this one alleged illegal hush-hush payment, which it probably isn't.
And so each month when they paid the retainer, Each payment was part of this conspiracy to disguise, mislabel, mischaracterize the hush-hush payment.
And it's not just that, because then it would only be nine indictments, right?
It's like nine payments of $30,000 to get to the aggregate amount.
That would only be nine felony charges.
You got a felony basically for having stated the payment was X. You get another felony charge for having entered it into the books as X. You get another felony charge for having entered it into the margins of the bookkeeping as Y. So you basically, for every payment of this one aggregate payment, which was broken down over seven, nine months, you get nine felony charges for that, nine felony for entering it into the books as whatever it was on that given month.
So we're up to like 18. And that's how they multiply this.
What is, at best, a misdemeanor charge, but in all...
Likelihood, nothing.
They take it and they enhance it to a felony and then multiply the felonies by saying the payment was one thing, writing the check was another thing, entering into the books was another thing, entering into the market.
And don't take my word for it.
Let's just see here.
Let's go.
The grand jury...
Let me just make sure that everything is good here because I realize I haven't been looking at the chat in a while.
It's a flipping joke.
It's such a flipping joke.
I'll pull up some tweets from people who loathe Trump that say, this is only going to help him.
I wanted to get behind this indictment, but this is bullcrap of the highest order.
It's grade A bullplop, and it's only going to help Trump.
Which leads me to believe that a lot of people would deal with a grade A bullplop indictment if only they truly believed it would actually hurt Trump.
They don't care about the bullcrapness of the indictment.
They just want to make sure that if they're going to exploit the law and weaponize the law, at least they want to make sure that it hurts Trump and doesn't help him.
They have no problem.
Weaponizing the judicial system, bastardizing it, and turning America into a banana republic, so long as it actually hurts Trump.
But if it doesn't hurt Trump, well then what the hell are they doing it for?
The defendants in the county of New York and elsewhere on about February 14th, so the dates are important, February 14th, 2017, with the intent to defraud and intent to commit another crime.
Wait until you see the montage of Alvin Bragg's press conference.
Another crime is going to come up time and time again.
What the hell is the other crime?
Spoiler alert.
It's questionable.
It's dubious, to say the least.
And aid and conceal the commission thereof.
Made and caused a false entry in the business records.
Here you've got a false entry in the business records.
To wit.
An invoice.
So he prepared the invoice.
Felony 1. I think felony 2 is going to be having paid the invoice.
The defendant, February 14th, so we're still talking about the same payment.
Yada, yada, yada.
With the intent of Friday to commit another crime.
Made the false business entry.
Too wit.
An entry in the detail ledger.
Understand what's being said here, people.
He says, I'm going to pay Michael Cullen.
So the first indictment, the first felony charge is making the invoice.
Falsifying business records.
The second felony charge is entering it in the ledgers of the company.
That's the second one.
Bearing voucher number.
Yada, yada, yada.
What's the third one?
What's the third one?
Third count.
The defendant.
February 14. Same invoice.
Same entry into the ledgers.
He caused a false business entry record.
Two hits.
Entry in the detailed ledger of Donald Trump revocable trust.
So there's two vouchers for this.
Fourth count.
Still on the same date.
It's a joke.
It would be a joke if it weren't so devastatingly unfunny.
With the intent to commit the same thing, yada yada.
False entry in the business records.
Revocable trust.
Check and check stub.
So you got the invoice, you got the ledger entry, and then you got the check and the check stub.
There's four felonies out of one installment of the payment of one and the same alleged hush money payment.
And this is what happens throughout the entire indictment.
Then you got March, because the argument is that he turned this $130,000 hush payment into an amount that they were going to Bill as income to Michael Cohen.
And so it ended up being like $400,000 and change.
And they said, well, we'll pay you in monthly installments.
And so every monthly installment turns into a four-count felony for the monthly installments on the payment for the one act of the alleged hush money payment to Stormy Daniels, which was allegedly illegal, although not even.
March 16, March 17, the detailed ledger.
We don't need to go through this because it's a bloody joke.
This is it.
What you have is nothing more than an accounting dispute that has been turned into a 34-count felony indictment against the former President of the United States of America.
What do we all have to say about that?
Let me make sure we're good here on Locals Rumble We Are.
What do we think about that?
Like, no joke, on a scale of 1 to 10. 1 being not bullplop, and 10 being wagyu bullplop.
How do we rate this?
I don't want to get...
I don't know if the rainbow has to do with the tyrannical war declaration.
I think you're talking about the indictment, in which case I'll agree with you, Corn Pop.
Scale of 1 to 10. 15 was the right answer.
It's the utmost of absurdity.
Corn Pop had a $1.99 sticker and we got Florida Dad.
Haven't seen you in a while.
So wait, Trump commits crimes on an installment plan.
Oh, and then the issue is nonetheless, after all of this, after all of this, Florida Dad, thank you.
This is right.
When you're going to break the law knowingly, you're going to make sure that you space out the payments for it.
Instead of just paying cash, which was one of the options that they allegedly discussed and decided not to do.
But then, so we've got a, what is basically an accounting dispute, a tax dispute, for which, oddly enough, well, we'll see if the IRS comes after Trump now that, you know, they have this indictment.
But the fact that they haven't is probably an indication of something.
You have that pesky little thing called the statute of limitations.
If this were, this is my understanding, people, and I'm picking the brains of people that are smarter than me.
I'm a Quebec.
Civil, not civil rights, civil law attorney.
Never did criminal, never did tax.
I studied it.
Didn't study tax, but I studied criminal.
I did a lot of landlord-tenant disputes.
I did some IP, copyright, and then general stuff.
Commercial litigators out of Quebec were the jack of all trades, which makes us the master of none, as the expression goes.
Statute of limitations, from what I understand.
Insofar as this was ordinarily a misdemeanor charge, statute of limitations would have been two years.
These payments allegedly occurred in 2017.
So they got to get around the statute of limitations.
How do they do that?
Well, they trumpet up to felonies, as Alvin Bragg did.
George Soros has got to be so happy with Bragg.
This is the best million dollars that George Soros ever surreptitiously funded through a political action committee to get...
The progressive DA of his choice elected to office.
It's the best million.
This is publicity that money cannot buy.
George Soros.
Well played, sir.
Well played.
In order to get past the statute of limitations or expand it from the two-year misdemeanor, they had to trump this up to felony charges.
But even then, the last payment, add to stream, as far as I recall, the last payment...
Would have still been four months beyond the statute of limitations to pursue this.
If we just go to the end here.
He was indicted last year's 2023, and we're in the month of March.
So the last charge here was December, which would have meant that this is four months out of the statute of limitations.
Even if you give it the five years.
The argument is that they reiterated, or when they filed their taxes or when they did their accounting to process these felonious installment payments, they did that in 2018.
Yeah, 2018.
March, give or take, which means that they then can retroactively sort of say...
You reaffirmed all of your prior criminal acts by ratifying them in 2018, so that's when a statute of limitation runs from, so therefore we're still within the five-year statute of limitations.
And because it's unclear as of now what exactly is going to be the argument for getting beyond the argument of the statute of limitations, there's that argument.
They ratified this in 2018.
Therefore, they sort of ratified or renewed the criminality.
So five years begins from then in 2018.
The alternative theory that I've heard some people discussing is something called tolling.
In Quebec, we call it basically suspension or pausing of the statute of limitations, prescription period in Quebec.
So the time in which Trump was out of the state and could not be prosecuted for this, tolls, suspends the statute of limitations.
So while he was president...
They couldn't really serve him, so they had to pause, toll the statute of limitations, so they have that novel argument as well.
That novel argument to prosecute bona fide, preposterously enhanced misdemeanor to a felony, 34-count indictments from one hush money payment.
Okay.
I don't think we need the PDF for that anymore.
What insanity.
It's an understatement.
So that's how they're going to try to get past the statute of limitations.
The bottom line problem with all of this, there's two, and I might have to pull up the statement of fact.
So, look, there's different tiers of the obviousness, of the preposterousness of this persecution.
The first and most basic is at the evidentiary level.
It's not to say like...
The charges themselves can't stand even a cursory challenge at law.
On an evidentiary basis, the only witness or the main witness to all of this is Michael Cohen, an admitted convicted perjurer who either lied then or is lying now because the two statements Michael Cohen is making now to try to go after Trump versus then in his plea deal are mutually incompatible.
Cohen...
Went to jail for lying about having made a contribution that exceeded campaign limits.
He allegedly did it unbeknownst to Donald Trump.
That's why he was found guilty.
That is mutually incompatible with the idea that Trump reimbursed him for the payment to Stormy Daniels, which means that it wouldn't have been his payment for him to get convicted of in the first place.
So he either lied then or he lied now.
So that's at the evidence.
Who are you going to believe?
You're going to believe the liar now because he's telling you you can go after Trump?
Some jury members might say, yeah, we'll believe the liar now because we hate Trump that much.
That's at the evidence level.
How are they going to make their evidence?
Michael Cohen has to come in and testify that this was Trump reimbursing him for a payment to Stormy Daniels.
Therefore, it was Trump mislabeling feloniously a payment.
Michael Cohen is a bona fide, convicted, admitted, perjurer, liar.
So that's at the evidentiary level.
The bottom line problem with this is that even if Michael Cohen is telling the truth now, it's not obvious that it's...
In fact, it's almost obvious that it's not a crime.
Because if Donald Trump reimbursed Michael Cohen, despite what Alvin Bragg says, thus exceeding the maximum contributions to a campaign, my understanding, again, picking from the brains of bigger...
Brains and smarter people.
Someone cannot contribute too much to their own campaign.
So even if Trump made that $130,000 hush payment to Stormy Daniels for his own benefit, for his own campaign, he cannot exceed maximum contributions to his own campaign because that's not how the law works.
We'll get there.
Because Alvin Bragg touches on it.
This is the indictment.
This is not what I want to see.
Alvin Bragg touches on this in his embarrassment.
Of a press conference yesterday.
We're going to get into, it's called the statement, let me see, paragraph 24 is where we want to get to.
This is called the statement of facts in support of the indictment.
The people of the state of New York against Donald John Trump.
Defendant Donald J. Trump repeatedly and fraudulently falsified New York business records to conceal criminal conduct.
What criminal conduct?
They don't have an answer for that.
What?
Criminal conduct.
They say it over and over again because the felony charge is predicated on the payment concealing another crime, which they haven't specified yet, which many think is going to be federal election law.
And it's not clear that a state can rely on a federal law, a federal election law, to underpin an indictment for falsifying business records on the basis of hiding the crime of violating federal election law.
Apparently this is a thorny legal question that has yet to be answered.
What better person to try this thorny legal case on than the former president of the United States of America?
So that's it.
He orchestrated from August 2015 to December 2017.
Statute of limitations, bear that in mind.
Defendant orchestrated a scheme with others to influence the 2016 presidential election.
You would think that they're talking about Twitter, Facebook, Instagram.
To censor that Hunter Biden laptop story to impact the presidential election.
You would think maybe they're talking about Hillary Clinton financing the Steele dossier to prepare bullcrap, bogus opposition research, which they then leaked to the FBI through their lawyer who built the campaign to leak it to the FBI, who then leaked it to Yahoo News, who then published a story that FBI then relied on in order to get an unlawful FISA spiral.
You would think they're talking about the Clinton campaign, but they're not.
No one is above the law, but some people are more below the law than others.
Sorry, I just got sidetracked.
The defendant orchestrated a scheme with others to influence the 2016 presidential election by identifying and purchasing negative information.
It's called the catch and kill, and it's not clear that it's illegal.
Information about him to suppress his publication and benefit the defendant's electoral prospects.
My understanding is that even if and for this to be a crime...
The catch and kill would have to be exclusively and only for the purposes of effecting an election, whereas there could have been dozens of other reasons for which anyone would want to catch and kill, buy the rights to and then never publish a story, and buy the silence of people who might try to embarrass someone maritally, professionally, potentially in the context of an election.
In order to execute the unlawful scheme, so I haven't mentioned what the crime was, the participants violated election laws, which ones, and made and caused false entries in the business records of various entities in New York.
The participants also took steps that mischaracterized, for tax purposes, the true nature of the payments made in the business records.
Yeah, that's what Michael Cohen was convicted on.
But my goodness, you'd think they're talking about Hillary Clinton and her financing the Steele dossier, then lying about it.
But they're not.
But this is where it gets interesting.
Defendant falsified business records.
Shortly after being elected president, the defendant arranged to reimburse lawyer A, which is Michael Cohen, from what I understand, for the payoff he made to the defendant.
That's on the defendant's behalf.
That's Trump.
In around January 2017, the TECFO and lawyer A...
Met to discuss how Lawyer A would be reimbursed for the money he paid to ensure Woman 2's silence.
That's Stormy Daniels.
The TOCFO, Chief Financial Officer, asked A to bring a copy of the Bank Statement for Essential Consultancy, the $130,000 payment.
CFO and Lawyer A Michael Cohen agreed a total repayment of $420,000.
They reached that figure by adding the $130,000 hush money payment, $50,000 payment for another expense, which Lawyer A also claimed reimbursement, for a total of $180,000.
They then doubled that amount to $360,000 so that Lawyer A could characterize the payment as income on his tax returns instead of a reimbursement, and Lawyer A would be left with $180,000 after paying approximately 50% in taxes.
So it looks like...
If it's an expense and you get reimbursed for an expense, this is not tax advice at all, and I'm fairly certain I'm right, but you don't get taxed on a reimbursement of an expense because it's not income.
If something appears to be income, but it's actually the reimbursement of an expense, you'll get taxed on that as though it's an income and not the reimbursement of an expense, which itself would not be taxable.
If they're going to try to conceal this reimbursement of an expense, that being the payment to Stormy Daniels, as income, Michael Cohen is going to get taxed on the $130,000 as if it's income and not reimbursement of an expense.
So they're basically doubling it to cover the taxes that he's going to have to pay by characterizing it as income and not the reimbursement of an expense.
Now, incidentally, some lawyers will not play games because I don't know.
I'm not exactly sure how it works, but some lawyers will...
In their remuneration, not break down expenses versus labor.
All of it costs $50,000.
That's what I'm charging you.
Pay me $50,000 and don't worry about the costs I incurred in order to render you those services.
Unclear how they're doing that here, but that's the rationale.
Together, these amounts total $420,000.
They have the handwritten notes.
And then they said they're going to do this in monthly payments of $35,000 over the course of 2017.
Each month resulted in four felony charges for writing the check, for issuing the invoice, for entering it in the ledger, and for entering it in the vouchers, whatever that is.
Okay, then that's it.
That's all we really care about.
That's the scheme.
I don't think we need to go through this.
And by the way, if you want all of this, it's in our locals community.
Didn't Stormy Daniels have to pay Trump's attorney?
She did when she lost the defamation suit on a slap.
I think she got...
Yeah, slap under that context can have a different connotation.
She lost the defamation suit and had to reimburse Trump's legal fees.
I don't know if she did it.
She did say that she would go to jail before paying him a penny.
That's the scheme, everybody.
Weak sauce is what it is.
Now, before we get into...
Alvin Bragg.
You know what?
It might be a good time.
How long?
We've been going for 35 minutes?
Everybody, I'm going to give you the link again.
Let's do the rest of this on Rumble.
We got 30 some odd minutes before Billboard Chris gets here.
And we're going to go through Alvin Bragg because I saw a Rumble rant and it's going to be on point.
Make your way over to Rumble, people, if you are so inclined.
If you don't want to go to Rumble for whatever the reason, go to Locals.
Here.
EvaBarnesLaw.locals.com.
After Rumble, I go over to Locals exclusively and answer some questions, have some fun discussion among us.
I forgot to get into my fossil yesterday.
I picked this up in Vegas for my kids.
I'm going to talk about this exclusively on Locals because I forgot to mention a few things about it.
It's beautiful.
This is fossilized amber with lots of flies in it.
So if you're interested in that...
All right.
See you all on Rumble.
Good.
But before we go to Rumble, I'm just going to bring up a couple of the Rumble rants here, so as to show the proper respect.
Okay, we got James B. 1968.
When will the DA be held to account, if ever?
Next election.
I got to tell you, we're going to watch my synthesis of his presser.
Dude looks ashamed.
Now, maybe I'm just projecting, and I know there's a lot of people out there who say these people are not capable of shame.
These political types, these partisan hacks.
They're so motivated by hate, they are incapable of shame because everything is justified so long as it is in pursuit of party goals.
I do have a feeling also that people can't be ashamed if they have no pride.
You have to have pride in order to feel shame.
I think a lot of these hyper-partisan political hacks, they have no pride and therefore they're incapable of feeling shame.
Or they're just outright narcissists and they just think genuinely that what they're doing is justified, benevolent, and right.
But he looked shamed.
I mean, he looked embarrassed.
He looked like he didn't believe a word of what he was saying.
And by the accounts of even the left-wing media, they are not impressed.
Even if the frothing-at-the-mouth Michael Rappaport's...
You know, they got their excuse to scream their love and peace.
Obliviedan says those who make peaceful protest impossible make violent conflict inevitable.
I think it was actually John F. Kennedy who said that.
Okay.
Let me see here.
Mike the V-dub says they're sociopaths.
They know they are doing wrong but don't care.
Not shame.
Fear of being found out.
Well, that's another thing.
Okay, so we're going to get into District Attorney Bragg's presser right here.
I'm going to go put bevabarnslaw.locals.com one more time and Rumble one more time and then we're going to end on Rumble.
We're going to end on YouTube.
Go over to Rumble and Billboard Chris is going to come to talk about the recent madness in Canada and the assault where in Canada you literally had cops laughing.
Laughing at Billboard Chris, who just got violently assaulted, and we'll watch it.
So ending on YouTube right now.
See you on Rumble, people, in three, two, one.
Booyah.
I think we're alone now.
Let me just see here.
We're still good here.
Still good here.
Booyah kasha.
All right, all right, all right.
So, Alvin Bragg.
What happened?
So yesterday the news was that Trump got, he got arraigned.
I think the left was angry that he wasn't cuffed in doing the perp walk and whatnot.
They release the indictment, the statement of fact in support of the indictment.
And then Alvin Bragg came out and gave his, it was a 14 minute presser.
Oh, that's right.
There's some good stuff to talk about on this.
Let me see.
Here we go.
I prepared an executive summary.
This is it right here.
He came out and gave a 14-minute presser where he...
There was just some highlights, and these are the highlights.
It's rubbish.
I mean, you'll actually get dumber if you watch it.
So I saved you that pain, and I put together this executive summary, and I'll stop it as we go along, but here we go.
And a republic.
My commentary.
Here you go.
Alvin Bragg coming up.
Earlier this afternoon, Donald Trump was arraigned on a New York Supreme Court indictment on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in the first degree.
34 felony charge indictments.
It's got to be serious.
The number is so big, it can't be bullcrap.
He looks so uncomfortable.
But I might just be projecting.
So that's it.
Highlighting the number.
They take business fraud seriously in New York.
Under New York state law, it is a felony to falsify business records with intent to defraud and intent to conceal another crime.
With intent to defraud and intent to conceal another crime.
When asked what that other crime was, Bragg didn't have a damn good answer.
Oh, maybe some state election laws, maybe some federal election laws.
We haven't figured it out yet.
Oh, by the way, and let me just wash my hands of this.
I didn't indict him.
The grand jury indicted him.
I presented the evidence to a grand jury, and it's their fault.
Don't look at me.
I just gave them the information.
They came to their own decision.
Can't get mad at me.
Another crime.
Another crime.
These are felony crimes in New York State.
What are the felony crimes, brag?
What are the felony crimes?
It was a false statement that the defendant made month after month in 2017.
Month after month.
He made that false.
In fact, he even thought it.
After he wrote the check, he said, I'm glad I did this felony.
That's another charge.
Felony.
Conspiring in your own mind to commit a felony.
Fraudulent falsifying of documents to conceal another crime which we haven't really fleshed out all that much.
Month after month, no less.
The evidence will show that he did so to cover up crimes relating to the 2016 election.
As part of this scheme, Donald Trump and others made three payments to people who claimed to have negative information about Mr. Trump.
Oh, that's now a crime?
NDAs aren't paying to settle disputes?
Is it now a crime?
He paid people.
Let me just hear how he said this, because it's like...
If this is the new threshold, it will never be applied again.
And congratulations, you've just made it harder to prosecute actual criminals.
Donald Trump and others made three payments to people who claimed to have negative information about Mr. Trump.
Let me stop you there, by the way.
Something I didn't get into in the statement of fact.
That longer document.
One of the three payments that Trump made to someone who claimed to have negative information on him was to a doorman at Trump's tower, I think, who claimed...
That Trump fathered someone else's child out of wedlock.
And so they paid this guy and it turned out that that guy lied.
It wasn't even true.
So they paid three people to hide information that they claimed would harm Trump.
One of them wasn't even true.
Now, why would someone pay someone who's lying to shut up?
There's any number of reasons.
Sometimes it's just cheaper to do it.
To people who claim to have negative information.
And you have to understand here, he has to say people who claimed to have negative information because he knows that one of the three of them actually did not have the negative information that they claimed to have on Trump.
The scheme violated New York election law.
New York election law.
Which makes it a crime to conspire to promote a candidacy by unlawful means.
The $130,000 wire payment exceeded the federal campaign contribution cap.
The $130,000 wire payment exceeded the federal...
Federal exceeded the federal campaign contribution cap.
Trump's payment to his own campaign, even if that's what it is, exceeded the federal campaign contribution cap.
Trump donated too much to his own campaign.
Again, I'm just the Canadian schnook of a boob of an attorney.
I don't think that makes sense, Alvin.
In order to complete the scheme, they plan to mischaracterize the repayments to Mr. Cohen as income.
To the New York State tax authorities.
And Cohen went to jail for that mischaracterization because he was getting certain tax benefits by the way he did it, which were unwarranted.
True and accurate business records are important everywhere, to be sure.
That is why we have a history in the Manhattan DA's office of vigorously enforcing white-collar crime.
No amount of money and no amount of power changes that enduring American principle.
But, but, but, the risk of being suicided might, might deter the vigorous equal application of this deep bedrock of Alvin Bragg's district attorney prosecution of the law in New York.
The indictment doesn't specify that because the law does not so require.
So that was in response to a question of, what are the underlying crimes?
The indictment doesn't specify it because the law does not so require.
You idiot.
Look at the way he's laughing.
I didn't say it because I don't have to.
Enduring Americans.
What were the underlying questions?
The indictment doesn't specify it because the law does not so require.
So I just didn't do it.
Thanks so much.
Run.
Tuck tail and run.
At what point do you think a gag order is necessary?
At what point do you think a gag order is necessary?
One of the non-partisan...
Hey, Alvin.
Have you thought about a gag order?
Have you thought about applying for it?
Let me get this camera down here.
Camera's not moving.
At what point do you think a gag order is necessary?
How about never under this realm of the universe for this particular charge?
Can we believe this?
Oh, okay.
Hold on a second.
I see a rumble rant here, which might actually answer one question that I've been asking.
Let's see who it is.
Oh, this is Little Rock from YouTube.
Attorney crime...
Arkansas, crime attorney.
Viva.
I think the argument Trump to his campaign is a losing argument.
Trump organization is a different person and could violate this.
He would have to pay himself personally, then pay to attorneys.
But attorney, crime, Little Rock, that's a fair argument.
But who are they prosecuting for the campaign finance violation?
They're prosecuting Trump himself.
If it were, are they...
Are they prosecuting him as an executive to the company that made the unlawful payments?
I don't think so.
And if it were an excess contribution from another entity, would they not go after that other entity and not Trump personally?
Anyhow, fair point.
But they're charging Trump personally for this.
The indictment is against Trump personally for that violation.
So it seems that it would have to be something that he did personally, which he could not...
Unlawfully do personally.
But again, I'm a boob.
I'm just picking the brains and relying on what makes sense of what other more educated, more informed, and lawyers with experience in the area have said.
Arkansas, that was one.
And GingerNinja1776 says, they never charged Trump with conspiracy to commit these crimes, so they don't actually have any communication saying that those legal payments in 2017 have anything to do with the reimbursement.
My understanding, GingerNinja...
They would have to exclusively have to do with the reimbursement.
If they were in consideration for anything else, there would be other fair consideration for which those payments were made.
Attorney, crime attorney.
Arkansas crime attorney.
That is true.
They would have to prosecute him as the CEO.
Yes.
Thank you, attorney.
Thank you, Arkansas.
Thank you, Little Rock.
Okay.
I think I had a couple more wonderful highlights from this on the backdrop.
Let me see here.
No.
So that's where we're at right now.
I was going to pull up a bunch of articles.
No, hold on.
I will pull up one tweet.
I will pull up one tweet because we have to see the level of intellectual honesty among the never-Trumpers.
They purport to be Republican.
They purport to be conservatives.
Here we go.
It's Joe Walsh.
I don't know why Twitter keeps recommending Joe Walsh to me.
But they do, and I think it's because they know that I have to reply.
It engages me.
But not for good reasons, for argumentative reasons, which I guess are good, but that's what Twitter likes.
So they have to keep doing it.
Here, let's just go to Joe Walsh.
If you want someone to blow partisan smoke up your butt, I'm not your guy.
Thank you, you're so honest.
I'm going to tell you what I think, and here's what I think.
This indictment is wrong, it's weak, it looks political, it's a mistake, and it will help Trump big time.
Let's flesh this out for a little bit.
What he's basically saying is, I hate Trump.
So, in as much as I want this indictment to be good for my hatred for Trump, it's not.
And what's so bad about it, it's weak, it looks political, it's a mistake, and it will help Trump big time.
It's the and, by the way.
It's the and.
If it's weak, it looks political, it's a mistake, which is predicated on the and, but...
It's weak.
It's political.
But if it would just hurt Trump, then I could get behind it and say, look, it may be weak, it may be political, but at least it's hurting Trump and therefore I can get behind it.
Nothing to do with the justice of the situation.
It only has to do with the practicality of the situation.
We don't mind breaking the rules.
We don't mind taking a big steaming dump on Lady Liberty just so long as it actually hurts Trump.
If it doesn't hurt Trump, then what the hell are we doing it for?
But we're prepared to do it.
So long as it will hurt Trump.
Thank you, Joe Walsh, for confirming.
Did I say the steaming dump?
I think I liked that before.
This is what it looks like to be right for the wrong reasons.
As in, Walsh is correct in his analysis.
He is.
But not because he respects the rule of law, just because he doesn't think their violations of the rule of law are actually going to harm Trump.
In this case, it's just going to help Trump.
But, you know, like when it came to Russiagate, obtaining unlawful spy warrants, there it kind of hurt Trump.
So, you know, we can get behind the injustice.
Okay, but the amazing thing that I actually wanted to get to before all of this, before Billboard Chris comes up...
What time are we at?
Oh, we got 10. It's okay.
Look at this.
Is this it?
Oh, no, I just read that.
Okay, get this out of here.
Okay, no, that's not it.
I'm sure all of you have seen yesterday, there was some people accusing Don Trump Jr.
Let me see if I have...
Don't read that.
Don't read that.
Okay, here we go.
This is AOC.
This is AOC, the beacon of truth and honesty and intelligence.
Here we go.
Look at this.
Donald...
Let's see.
You got to go...
This is how disinformation laundering works.
Okay.
We're going to start from Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who is, quote, tweeting...
Joy Selene.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez says...
Oh, look at that.
The woman of the people got the organization checkmark because the blue checkmark wouldn't have been good enough for the elite.
Just so don't call me a hypocrite, I applied for that one as well.
I don't really care.
It's strictly a question of avoiding impersonation.
And if the paid subscription does it, all the better.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez says...
Because nothing says innocence.
Like threatening a judge's family.
Now, by the way, I am so nonpartisan that if Don Trump Jr. had threatened the judge's family, I might not feel compelled to rush out and just condemn him, but I would.
If Don Trump Jr. had threatened the judge's family, I would have no qualms publicly, vocally condemning such acts.
When I thought Roger Stone...
Had actually threatened the judge.
If that's true, very, very bad.
Now, I've heard Roger Stone's explanation about it, and I think it makes sense.
My conclusion...
Roger Stone, by the way, he put out that image, and it had a logo on it which looked like a crosshairs above the judge or over the judge, and the judge said, this image that you put out, if anybody in Locals can find it...
Find it and I'll post it to show everybody.
It looked like Roger Stone was putting out something which ostensibly looked like it had crosshairs over the judge.
Roger Stone's defense was that's the logo of some company that was in the upper right-hand corner.
It was never intent and never desire.
And it makes sense because it seems to factually check out.
The only thing is look at what you're posting to see how it can be misinterpreted either in good faith.
By people who are just confused, or in bad faith by those who deliberately want to misinterpret it.
I would have called on Roger Stone as well.
So I see this like, holy shit, this sounds serious.
What did Don Trump Jr. do?
But because she's quote-tweeting Joyce Aline, who said, Donald Trump Jr. has posted a picture of the judge's daughter on Truth Social.
Well, for anybody who doesn't go beyond that...
Someone's going to think, holy cow, did he just post a picture of the judge's daughter?
And the way they're describing it, it sounds like she's five, seven years old, maybe in high school.
It sounds like they're like, here's the judge's daughter.
I mean, that's what it sounds like.
So now you've got to go fish down here.
She says, Joyceline, who is she, by the way?
UA Law School, MSNBC, NBC.
Well, there you have it.
So she's a propagandist, pathological liar.
Didn't know that.
Attorney, 25 years, federal prosecutor.
Well, that...
Makes me scared of federal prosecutors.
She said, Don Trump Jr. has posted a picture of the judge's daughter on Truth Social.
That sounds very scary to me.
Then I go down and read tweet number two.
Also on Twitter.
He posted it on Twitter.
It's an effort to show that...
By the way, attenuating the first tweet.
This one got 12,000 retweets.
10,000 retweets, 2,500 quote tweets.
Let's see what the next one gets.
Oh, he also did it on Twitter.
It's an effort to show the judge has a conflict of interest because his daughter worked for the Biden-Harris campaign.
Oh, I'm sorry.
By the way, you said it at first.
I thought he just posted a picture of the judge's daughter.
Not only is she not a kid, she's a politically involved adult who worked on the Biden-Harris campaign.
That's not a conflict for the judge.
And exposing his family to risk by posting photos like this, completely unacceptable.
Well, it still sounds like he gratuitously just posted a picture of the judge's daughter, but now we understand a bit of the context.
Oh, oh, by the way, that only got three and a half thousand retweets and only 175 quote tweets.
Oh, he's reposting a story on Breitbart that contains the photo.
Well, my goodness, did we just see a lie?
Dissolve in three tweets.
But look at this now.
We went from 10,000 retweets and 2,500 quote tweets to 1,400 retweets and 55 quote tweets.
Well, my goodness!
The truth shall set you free or the truth shall expose your pathological lie.
So it went from threatening the judge's family to posting a picture of his daughter.
To posting a picture of his daughter to show that there's a confidence of interest because she worked on the Biden-Harris campaign.
To posting a link to the Breitbart article in which there was the photograph.
But now, to be fair, AOC was not the only one.
Look at this.
You have to dive down the rabbit hole to get the truth.
AOC was not the only one spreading this disinformation.
There.
Be gone.
AOC was not the only one doing this.
Where was the one?
Let me see if I can find this one here.
There's another guy, Glenn Kissel?
Glenn...
Oh, come on.
I'm going to have to go find it if I...
Okay, was it here?
Not now.
Here we go.
Good.
Okay, hold on, hold on.
It was Joy Selene.
Okay, we saw this one.
Donald Trump has posted a picture of his daughter on Truth Social.
Oh, my goodness.
Then we got this guy right here.
No, no, no.
Oh, that's the punchline.
Forget it.
Joy Selim.
Where's the one?
Oh, for goodness sake, I'll find the other one.
This was it, by the way, people.
Donald Trump seems relevant.
Yet another connection in this handpicked Democrat show trial.
The BS never ends, folks.
Daughter of judge on the Trump case worked on Biden-Harris.
That's the...
He posted a picture of his daughter.
His daughter's a politically involved adult, and he posted a link to a Breitbart article that had the photograph in it.
And I just said, and I would like people maybe to bring this to the attention of Elon Musk.
Oh, this is not the right one.
How a malicious tweet dissolves.
How a malicious lie dissolves in three tweets.
Donald Trump posted a picture of the judge's audit.
Okay, Don Trump was just showing the confidence of interest, family association with POTUS administration.
Okay, he didn't actually post a photograph.
He posted a link to a Breitbart's noodle.
Oops.
Damage is done.
Oops.
Did I do that?
I had no idea that would happen from me doing what I did.
But let me see something here.
Okay, this is what it looks like to be real.
I'm just going to go back to my Twitter feed for a second.
Because I genuinely think...
Here we go.
This.
A lot of people believe that the punishment for lying about a crime should be the same punishment that would have been imposed on the defendant had they been convicted of the crime.
I think adopting a strategy like that on Twitter would be good.
Multiple people...
Oh, Glenn...
Good, we're going to get it from here.
AOC and Glenn Kessler have tweeted overt disinformation about Donald Trump posting a photo of Trump's daughter, of the judge's daughter, threatening the family.
The punishment for lying about targeted harassment should be the same as the punishment for actually engaging in targeted harassment to Elon Musk.
Indeed, and by the way, this is like, they know what they're doing.
When AOC says Trump knows what he's doing, AOC knows what she's doing.
By leveling these false accusations against Donald Trump about how he's threatening the family and exposing them to danger, she knows that is the dog whistle for her crowd to go after Don Trump Jr.
Because if they believe AOC, that would be the normal response.
If they believe her lie...
Which she knows is a pathological lie.
That would be the normal human response.
And whether it's not the normal response, but the predictable response given the nature of Twitter, she knows damn well that that's what she's doing.
The lie is itself intended to elicit the targeted harassment against the victim of the lie.
They want people harassing Don Trump Jr. either on the mistaken belief that it was a truth or even because they don't care.
Now, Glenn Kessler, this guy right here, editor-in-chief of the writer of the Washington...
Oh, the Washington Compost.
Fact checker!
First of all, he looks like Billy Zane.
He looks like Billy Zane out of Daddy Daycare or any Billy Zane movie.
Let's just go to where...
Let's just see if his tweet is still up.
Let's just...
No, it would be less than that.
What time is it?
20 hours would be...
Did he delete the tweet?
Let's see here.
He put one up.
Whatever.
Fact checker.
My...
Goodness, did he delete the tweet?
Well, if he deleted the tweet, and anyone in Locals has it, 21 hours ago?
Oh, maybe it was more than a day ago.
Thank you.
Okay, hold on.
We're going to try this just for two more minutes.
NBC producer, yada, yada, yada.
Donald Trump's father was arrested too.
Twice.
Okay, who cares?
New Trump, D.C. court.
Ah, whatever.
I'll find it later.
So that's it.
How a lie is dismantled.
They should all have their accounts suspended for a bit.
They know damn well what they're doing by doing that, and they just don't give a damn.
Okay, let me see what we got here.
Ah, there's some more Rumble rants before we get our...
Let me just make sure I got everything out of the backdrop and wait until Billboard Chris comes here.
I'm always...
It's difficult to structure these shows in terms of expectations because we're going to go from the madness in America to the madness in Canada, but also the madness in America because Billboard Chris travels across the country.
But I want to make sure that we've gotten everything on the indictment, on the montages that I've been working so hard to put together in real time.
All right, good.
Share.
I guess I can close that.
Attorney, Arkansas crime attorney says, if you read the indictment, they say the Trump organization.
So I am a little confused on the way the DA is approaching this, LOL, like they are even thinking.
Oh, they're not thinking.
Arkansas, he says, that is true.
CEO.
Okay, good.
All right.
Get this out of here.
Hey, come back to the stream.
Stop screen.
Now, before Billboard Chris gets here, it's going to be useful to watch this video.
God.
And then when I shave, look at these things right here.
It's like I got a butt crack on my chin.
I hear a kid screaming out in the back.
We're going to watch this video before Chris comes here because it's...
Going to blow your mind.
The topic that brings us here is deadly serious.
The rise of hate and violence facing the 2SLGBTQ...
Can we just pause and just take a moment to appreciate what we are looking at right now?
How do I get...
I want the...
Can we just take a moment to appreciate what we are looking at right now?
This is, there's a child standing in front of two drag queens in the back, and I should preface this, I don't have any issue with adults who choose to do what they want to do with their body.
Don't care if people grow up to be drag queens, more power to you if it makes you happy.
I don't care that there's two people wearing M95 face masks in the year 2023, knowing what we now know about the virus, about the usefulness of the masks.
I don't care about that if an adult wants to do that.
Where I do care about it is when they use their positions of influence and power to try to impose their beliefs on other people.
And as members of government, I presume the people on the right are in the government.
I don't know.
But just appreciate what we're looking at right now.
We have a child uncomfortably standing in front of two drag queens.
And I don't know who's on the left.
There's a wizard-ish look.
I'm not saying this to be mean or mock at all.
There's a guy with a beard that looks like he, you know, out of Braveheart.
There's an individual here in purple who seems to have a Metallica handlebar mustache, long hair, pink shirt, two different colored gloves, and another drag queen in the back here.
We've got a child standing at the podium in what appears to be nothing more than the modern iteration of child sacrifice.
But wait until you hear what this NDP parliamentarian has to say.
The topic that brings us here is deadly serious.
The rise of hate and violence facing the 2SLGBTQI plus communities, including the drag artists happening across Ontario and right in the nation, has been alarming.
There's been a dramatic spike in violence and discrimination targeting the 2SLGBT community.
Sorry, hold on.
Actually, I got distracted and missed what I wanted to say here.
artists happening across communities including the drag artists have drag artists You understand the way the war is fought.
It's fought with redefining words.
Drag artists.
Now if someone says something as reasonable as, and I'm quoting myself here, I don't care about drag queens, I don't care about strippers, you want to do it, do it in a place that's appropriate.
Context appropriate and keep it away from children.
But now they're not drag queens.
They're not, you know, I'll get to my joke at the end.
They're not drag queens.
They're drag artists.
And if you dare object to it now, why?
You are objecting to your child being exposed to the arts.
I mean, you have Michelangelo.
You have the Sistine Chapel.
And now you have adults who, adult men dressing up as women and dancing so they can have people stuff dollar bills down their pants.
Those are, they're art.
It's art.
And it's artistry.
And if you dare object to exposing your children to drag artists while you're as much of a fascist bigot as someone who says they can't look at the statue of David, which I also...
By the way, so no one accuses me of being hypocritical here.
One is actual art, and it might be art involving nudity.
And the other is not art.
It's rather someone's sexual preferential proclivities, which is fine for them.
But I do have the right to say, keep it away from my kids.
The funny thing is, actually, you know what?
I'm going to pull this up.
Not right now.
It's...
I went to the Metropolitan Museum of Arts and I put together a montage of the penises of the statues.
Penises of the Met.
And do you know what the...
I'm going to show this right now, actually, because there is an absolute frickin' kicker to all of this.
I went to the Metropolitan Museum of...
Whatever, the Met in New York.
And I went with my family.
And because I am a child at heart...
Look at this, people.
Because I'm a child at heart, I put together a video called The Penises of the Met, which YouTube flagged as inappropriate.
This is not a joke.
I'm going to go to non-incognito.
This is the freaking kicker of all of this.
The same people that say it's hypocritical for some parents to get mad at exposing their kids to the statue of David and his stony penis, I think that's quite Puritan, and I'd be curious to know the political affiliations, orientations of anybody who says, I don't want my kids seeing the statue of David.
But the same people who say, a bunch of intolerant hypocrites who want to destroy the arts, and let's expose them to drag queens.
The same people say your video, Viva, of the penises of the Metropolitan is age-inappropriate.
But let's expose them to drag show kids.
Let's expose kids to drag queens.
That's fine.
But my hilarious montage, which we're going to watch whether you like it or not, because it's right here.
That's inappropriate for kids.
Here, boom.
Look at this.
It's quite funny, actually.
Can you hear it afterwards?
But I found funny about it.
First of all, the statues are beautiful.
The carving in marble is amazing.
What I found funny was the different shapes and sizes.
That was from the app.
Oh, I forget what that was from.
I can't even tell what that is.
Alright, I think we got the idea.
Inappropriate for kids, by the way.
But let's expose them to drag shows.
Stop screen.
And let's bring back the other one.
Because you have to understand also what they're talking about here.
What they're talking about here is now that they want to expose your children to drag queens and people are protesting and picketing because they think it's absolutely obscene, they want to propose legislation to prohibit protest within a certain vicinity of drag shows, and they want to call it Safety Zones for Drag Performances.
Statistics Canada.
This information is also affirmed in antithetical conversations I've had with so many people from Toronto to Thunder Bay.
Literally everywhere in between, we are seeing community members rally, but also they're fearful of what happens next if we don't have protection from the government and law enforcement to take care of them.
What we do know...
Is that hate crimes are oftentimes underreported.
And even though it is underreported, what I've heard from our drag communities as well as their audiences, it has been alarming.
I'm just going to list a few of the cities that we know and municipalities that we are aware of where protests anti-2SLGBT extremists have taken place.
Extremists, buddy.
You're an extremist.
I've got a question.
Why the hell are there so many drag shows in libraries and schools all of a sudden?
I've been alive for 43 years.
43 years and 10 months.
43 years and 9 months.
I've never seen this phenomenon before.
When did this become a thing?
Why am I all of a sudden now seeing an onslaught, a push?
To show kids drag shows.
When I grew up, you had strip clubs.
You could have your cabaret clubs where adults would go, drink alcohol, have fun, do whatever they want.
Good for them.
Adults can do what they want.
Never in my life, until the last year or two, has it ever been a consideration to have drag story, drag time reading hour in a library.
To have drag shows where parents come with their kids to stuff dollar bills in the wastes of full-grown adults.
What the hell's going on?
Why?
There's a reason why.
Social contagion, which is another word for mass formation psychosis, which is another word for crowd behavior, this is a contagion.
This is something that people now think is the fad of the time, the exemplification of moral open-mindedness of the time.
It's a contagion, and it will be looked back on not favorably.
Targeted in Hamilton, Wellen, Fort Erie, Guelph, Kingston, Kitchener, Gravenhurst, Brockville, Peel Region, Allura, Lambton, Sarnia, Sudbury, Sault Ste.
Marie, Sault Ste.
Marie, North Bay, Pembroke, Pickering, Orillia, Whitby, Dryden, Ottawa, Woodstock, Peterborough, and right here in Ontario's capital, Toronto, the biggest city.
For months now, as the 2SLGBT critic, I have been repeatedly asking the four conservatives for their plan on what are they going to do to keep this community safe.
Here's what they're going to do.
They're going to keep drag shows where they have historically always been because of their adult content nature.
You're going to keep them behind closed doors where consenting adults can go, enjoy the show, have a few drinks, maybe do other stuff if that's what they're into.
Here's what you're not going to do.
And expect people not to protest.
Grab kids, parade them around like the modern sacrifice that they are, and say, we're not just going to have it here.
It's not just good enough that we have the right to do it at our cabaret clubs, wherever we are.
We want to do it in your gosh darn library.
We want to do it in front of your kids.
We want to teach your kids, like the CBC is doing, about sexuality, about a man putting on makeup, about what it means to be dressed.
We're going to teach your kids this.
And if you have a problem with that bigot, you're going to internalize that problem and shut up.
And if you want to protest about it, well, here's what we're going to do.
We're going to propose legislation to prohibit your right to protest.
Public questions during question period.
I've spoken to the ministers in private, trying to urge them to take real action, because we need real action to keep our community safe.
Their replies have been consistently vague, unfocused.
Unfocused.
Can you imagine?
This politician, this NDP politician, has now made it her platform to represent the...
What's the word?
The interests?
As though they don't have whatever rights that they need of the drag community.
They can walk around all day dressed the way they want.
They can live where they want.
But they can't do drag in front of children.
And this has become the campaign platform of this politician in the name of the new Democrat Party of Canada.
And by the way, the Conservatives are not much better on any of this.
They just voted unanimously.
To criminalize detransitioning, which, oddly enough, only goes one way.
You can't tell someone or reassure someone that they're heterosexual or they're gender assigned at birth.
You can only tell them that they are trans, gay, bi, whatever.
You can't say it's a phase, it'll pass, and you're going to think that you're a boy again.
You can't say that.
It's a ban on conversion therapy, but only in one direction.
Conservatives voted for that.
This is the Ontario NDP.
This is why this afternoon I'll be introducing a new private members bill, co-sponsored by the other NDP Queer Caucus members, MPPs Terence Kernaghan, Lise Bourgeois, and Jill Andrews.
We are joined here also with NDP and MPP Caucus members Sarah Jamma as well as Chris Glover.
This new legislation in Ontario is designed to keep the 2SLGBT community safe.
Drag artists, their audiences, the business, and the facilities that host those drag performances have been put at risk.
As far as I know, there was never any issue about protest, adults saying, you can't do that, drag queens, in my lifetime, until somebody, whoever's pulling the strings and pushing this ideology said, Well, it's not enough that we can do this among ourselves.
We want your children to see it, and we want to expose your children to it.
And I've said this time and time again.
This has nothing to do with drag, per se.
It has nothing to do with 2SLGBTQI +, per se.
This could be a stranger adult talking to my kid about his or her heterosexual preferences.
That would be wildly inappropriate.
This is very little to do with the actual letter or whatever you want to give it behind.
This has to do with what is objectively inappropriate for children, has historically always been inappropriate for children, and only now, in an age of institutionalized grooming of children, has it become the flavor of the day.
Once we put forward a strategy to protect them, Ontario's social, economic, and cultural richness is under attack.
We have to protect that.
and I will go through them.
Yeah, let's hear it.
Firstly, it enables the Attorney General to create a 2SLGBTQI+ community safety zone to prohibit within a hundred meters of the property, any homophobic, transphobic act of intimidation, threat, Offensive threats, offensive remarks, protest, disturbance, and distribution of hate propaganda within the meaning of the criminal code.
By the way...
Half of what she said already has legislation for.
You can't distribute hate material in the sense of the criminal code.
You don't need a new law for that, genius.
If it's already hate speech as determined by the criminal code, well done.
You already have a law for that.
If it's about bigotry, if it's about homophobia, you already have a law for that.
Oh, but you don't want them distributing offensive material within 100 yards of certain institutions?
Oh!
I'm sorry, so you now want to broaden it from hate speech under the criminal code to offensive material?
It also comes with it a penalty of $25,000 if prosecuted successfully.
Secondly, the act creates an Ontario 2SLGBTQI plus safety advisory committee to provide recommendations to the provincial government on how to improve safety for our community and to prevent further hate.
We need to be able to have the government publish an annual report and an update on the progress of this work.
It is that critically important.
Apart from the glamorous, dazzling, and wacky characters I plant in television, or in venues around the world, I also deal with the very real struggles of homophobia, hate crimes, and acts of purposeful intent to intimidate and now disqualify who I am as a person and what I do as a job.
I contacted Christian Juan Tam's office where I met with them and Marit Siles to discuss these horrifying bills that are being passed around the United States and how it is rapidly starting to affect our communities right here in our backyards.
These threats and intimidation tactics are very real and happening all around us to people we love and care about.
Even in recent weeks, I myself have been victim to hate crimes and hate speech.
I'm sorry, hate crimes and hate speech?
Did you file complaints?
If it's a hate crime, there's already laws to deal with that.
Did you file a complaint?
What was it, exactly?
Was it someone saying, can you not do what you're doing?
Can you not talk to my kid about what you're doing?
Can you not do a reading hour with my children in their school?
Was that the hate crime?
Drag queen who loves what I do more than anything in the entire world.
Drag is all about spreading love and acceptance and allows people to feel empowered and special.
Drag artists and trans people have an inherent right to live freely and authentically in their truth.
Everyone wants and deserves to feel safe and valued in their work.
That is why these recent acts of organized protests and hate speech need to be halted and condemned immediately.
Oh, I'm sorry.
Your work consists of reading to children?
I mean, we're living through an absolute bizarre universe.
Queer businesses are failing due to these acts of hate.
windows are being smashed, property is being damaged, queer families are being targeted, our ally families are being harassed by these protesters.
Look at the person over the shoulder in the back.
Queer hate crimes have skyrocketed since recent anti-2SLGBTQIA+ bills have been introduced in the US.
Drag artists are becoming afraid to go Oh, I don't think bars fear protests.
Oh, I don't think bars fear protests.
Trans people are being told that they need to be eradicated from this world.
We are being forced into fear, and we cannot let fear win.
We will not let fear win.
A world without trans people has never existed.
A world without drag has never existed, and it never will.
Queer people have always been here amongst us.
They are our co-workers.
They are our brothers, our sisters.
They are our mothers, our fathers.
They are our families.
Drag is art.
Drag is culture.
Drag is educational.
Drag is creative.
Drag is comedy, but drag is not a crime.
You know, my wife...
I don't even know what to say.
That's the context in which Billboard Chris finds himself.
Now, let me just see something.
The funny thing is, drag, even by what the person is saying, let's just...
Let's just agree for the sake of argument.
It's art.
Okay, fine.
It's always existed.
Okay, fine.
It's culture.
Okay, fine.
Do you know what else is art and culture?
Joel Peter Witkin photography.
It doesn't mean that I'm going to take my kids to look at it because it's wildly inappropriate for children.
For those of you who don't know who Joel Peter Witkin is, I discovered this in Paris when I was living there in 1999.
Joel Peter Witkin used to do...
What is, it's physically, like just visually impressive art, photography, but it's done with people with deformities, people with body deformities, and it's also done with cadavers.
So Joel Peter Wiccan used to go to morgues, get cadavers, corpses, and then do these horrific, you know, like it's like horror beauty type thing.
Poses.
And I was in Paris and there was a crime photography exhibit and I went to see it.
It was crime scene photographs as an art exhibit.
And then I discovered Joel Peter Witkin.
It's art.
Okay.
It's culture.
Okay.
It's wildly inappropriate for children.
It's not because something is art, because something is culture, because something has been around forever, that it somehow becomes appropriate for children.
And we've now gone into a realm where...
It has now somehow become normalized for adults who are not the parents of children to have sexualized conversations with children.
And once upon a time, that typically had a different connotation to it.
Okay, now hold on.
Let me see where Chris is.
Do you have the link?
Okay, so Chris is coming now.
And Billboard Chris, for those of you who don't know...
Is the guy that wears a billboard and goes around to protest and just basically stands on the street.
I've never seen him do anything remotely aggressive, remotely violent, period.
He actually is very, very soft-spoken, given his demeanor.
He's a big dude.
Very soft-spoken, very calculated.
He walks around with a billboard that says, children cannot consent to pubic blockers.
And he's made a name for himself as going to progressive universities, progressive states, these things, and just standing there and engaging in discussions with anybody who's willing to listen as to the idea that children, minors, cannot consent to puberty blockers.
It's a wildly controversial thing.
Children lack the capability of making...
Lifelong, body-altering decisions.
Now, he was in the news recently because of an event that occurred, where was it?
In Vancouver.
And I'm going to show it to you right now because you won't believe it.
This is, for all of the people coming on stage talking about increased violence against trans people, against drag queens, you'll see one example here where whenever it's the other way around, It becomes a question of instigating by virtue of one's presence.
This was the incident that was captured in Vancouver.
Let me show you this, and then I'm going to see if I can find the cop's reaction to this here.
Check this out.
Representation.
I mean, it's clearly was aggressive violence.
You suck.
You suck.
Fuck you.
Fuck you.
You're not wanted.
Fuck you.
You're a fucking idiot.
I don't know what to say.
I guess these police officers are mostly indoctrinated as well.
They're afraid of the mob.
I think they're afraid that if they do anything to actually keep law and order, that they'll end up being on the end of this verbal abuse.
So it's just cowardice from everybody all around.
Fuck you!
Fuck you!
People probably want to know, how do you keep your composure?
Fuck you!
Fuck you!
What's that?
How do you keep your composure?
Fuck you!
Hey!
Get your fucking ass off your ass!
Get your fucking ass off your ass!
That's when the cops get involved.
That's when the cops get involved.
Now, I'm going to bring that one down.
I'm going to try to find the police woman's response to this.
Let me see if I can pull this off Chris's...
Give me two seconds here.
April 1st.
Okay, so that's the incident.
The cop, in the background, basically implied...
That it was Chris's fault for having been there.
Not sure if I'm able to find the officer.
Oh my goodness.
Here's just another wild example of the world in which we're living.
Here's just another wild example.
Here, hold on.
Watch this one.
Just another great example of adults showing children how to behave and then complaining about intolerance and alleged violence.
This is out of Ottawa.
Loser X nurse.
How old are you?
Loser X nurse.
You don't have a job as a nurse anymore, do you?
My three-year-old had most respect ever.
Loser X nurse.
You're the Loser X nurse.
You're the Loser X nurse.
Have you ever heard?
Oh, look who didn't do that.
Who couldn't keep her job because she doesn't know anything about science?
You're a nurse and you think that permits to sterilize this stuff.
She really does damage.
She does damage.
Look at her research.
She did her one.
Nobody cares about what a loser ex-nurse has to say.
Nobody cares what a loser ex-nurse has to say.
You're a loser ex-nurse.
You're a loser ex-nurse.
Is that not a reasonable position?
No, it's not.
She's just saying wait a little bit so you don't regret it.
I think we've seen enough here.
So that's the world in which Chris is living.
He's back in the backdrop.
Now I see him.
Everybody?
If you don't know who Billboard Chris is, you're going to know right now.
Chris, I'm bringing you in in three, two, one.
Here we go.
Chris, how are you doing?
I'm doing fantastic.
Sorry I was late.
I was just live on air with Sebastian Gorka, who called the Vancouver PD and left a complaint and left the phone number for all of his listeners and viewers to call as well.
They're going to be getting a lot of heat, but thank you so much for having me on today.
I really appreciate it.
Well, we've been talking about doing this for a while, and then you just realize, like, time goes by, and it just didn't happen, and then I'm like, I saw what happened over the weekend.
I was like, we never actually made this happen.
Okay, Chris, before we get into it, we'll get into the most recent thing in Vancouver.
We'll get into what you do, but just give everybody the 30,000-foot overview if they don't know who you are, who you are, and how you got into doing what you're doing.
Sure, so I'm just...
Your ordinary dad living out in the suburbs.
I'm a dad of two girls.
They're 11 and 13 years old.
And I learned about this child abuse going on, and it is child abuse, to stop the physical development of a healthy child, give them hormones that don't belong in their bodies, and to cut off their breasts or their penis.
This is child abuse, and we have to put a stop to it, because it's not just a handful of kids anymore.
We've got hundreds of thousands of children who've been diagnosed with this condition called gender dysphoria, where they have this intense loathing of their biological sex.
And instead of treating them for other mental health comorbidities, which are always prevalent, they just treat gender as though it's the source of all the distress for these kids.
And as a dad of girls, I became concerned about this.
I started doing my research.
The more you research, the crazier it gets, really.
And so I just did the only thing I could do, which was go outside and start having conversations.
This was a freedom of speech issue for me as well.
People are not allowed to talk about this issue.
They get fired from their jobs for believing in biological reality.
Everyone was scared to talk.
And I think when we have a situation affecting the health of our children for life, well, this is an issue we should be talking about more than anything.
So I set out on a campaign of conversations, not only to have them myself, but to start millions.
And I knew that if I just kept going and took the abuse and the arrests and the assaults, that it would grow into something and we're starting to get somewhere.
I may ask too many questions or questions that you don't feel comfortable answering, so let me know if I do.
How old are you?
47. You look good, you look young.
Now, what do you do in life?
First of all, where are you from in Canada?
I'm from the suburbs of Vancouver, and this is what I do in life.
I quit my job, my business.
For most of my adult life, I was a financial advisor.
I was an investment advisor for 13 or 14 years.
Then I had a small insurance business.
I didn't really like that.
I've done other odd things here and there.
But no, I quit everything and I started going outside because you have to get out of your echo chamber to reach other people.
And I didn't get a lot of support for a long time, but I was out there six hours at a time standing out on the cold streets of Vancouver, traveling all across Canada for a year and a half until the borders opened back up.
And I was satisfied with that because even if I'm just reaching 20 parents in a day, I know that their own kids are going to be better protected now.
And that's satisfying for me.
That's a good day.
I'm not out there chasing money.
I don't care about money.
I'm not that type of person.
Of course, it's helpful to do things with.
But I want to live a life of purpose.
And I refused to look back at my life for 40 years and say I knew this child abuse was going on.
And I could have done something and I didn't.
Are your religious upbringing or no?
No, no religious upbringing.
I went to church.
For a while, but I don't have any religion at all.
I appreciate, of course, various teachings as wisdom to be found in all of the faiths, really.
And I do appreciate some of the moral codes that have gone away from society because some of these traditional religions have fallen apart or have just gone down in stature.
Not many people go to church or whatever anymore.
That vacuum that has been created has been filled with something else called postmodernism.
Queer theory.
This idea that truth is subjective.
And that really, there is no such thing as morals.
You can just be however you want to be, and we're just supposed to accept all that.
Well, that's not how the world works.
Truth is not subjective.
There is such a thing as reality, and fact, and truth.
And we need to get back to that.
Okay, so you're 47, Vancouver.
You worked in the financial district, so it's not like you're...
You have a functioning brain, and you had...
Success in a professional life.
You have two kids, both daughters?
Yeah.
And so when did this come on your radar for the first time?
And then when did it become such an issue that you said, I'm going to go hang up my first billboard and just stand there and protest?
Quiet.
2019, I first became aware of this.
I read the term puberty blockers.
And I said, as a dad of...
Probably an 8 and 10 year old at the time.
I think they were still 8 and 10. What the heck are puberty blockers?
And I looked it up and sure enough, they're just what they sound like.
We're stopping puberty in kids.
Stopping the physical development of children.
If that doesn't give you pause immediately where you say what the heck, there's honestly something wrong with you.
What are we doing stopping the development of children?
But it's not just that.
We're then giving them the opposite sex's hormones and doing surgeries.
Testosterone for a girl, and it's mostly girls who are falling into this.
After four or five years, they have to get a hysterectomy because it causes vaginal and uterine atrophy.
We're sending teenage girls into menopause, which has 100 side effects of its own.
Early onset dementia, early onset osteoporosis.
We're shortening the lifespans of these kids.
We're sterilizing kids.
The boys who start on these puberty blockers.
At 10 or stage 2 is when they start these.
That's a technical term for the phases of puberty.
For girls, this is when their breasts first start to grow, probably two years before they have their periods.
So they're 9 or 10. The boys are maybe a year later.
But Marcy Bowers is the president of the World Professional Association for Transgender Health.
They write what are called the standards of care that these children's hospitals can follow.
They're just guidelines.
This is an activist organization.
But Marcy...
A man who now identifies as a woman, he says that literally zero of these boys who started puberty blockers at Tanner Stage 2 have been able to have an orgasm as an adult.
So they're destroying the future sexual function of children, sterilizing them, turning them into lifelong pharmaceutical patients, and we are to believe that this is helping a child to be who they really are?
Nonsense.
They use euphemisms for everything.
It's not a double mastectomy, it's top surgery.
It's not a penile inversion, it's bottom surgery.
It's castration.
It's not a childhood sex change, it's gender-affirming care.
They use all these words to gain approval.
But the truth is that this is just plain old-fashioned child abuse.
They teach that our children have a gender identity that might differ from their biological sex.
Okay, let's slow down.
What is a gender identity?
Nobody can tell me.
What does it mean for a girl to be a boy?
Nobody can tell me that either.
They say, I don't know, I'm not transgender.
Well, what's gender?
If we look at the most used resource all around the world, it's this cute little image of a gingerbread man, which they call the genderbread person.
A lot of people will have seen this.
And it defines your gender identity right on there as being based on your personality, your job, your hobbies, likes, dislikes, roles in society, and expectations upon you.
So hold up.
What's your job got to do with your gender?
If you're an astronaut, does that make you a man?
Because most astronauts are men or an engineer.
If you work in the kitchen, does that make you a woman?
This is all absurd.
It's all based on sexist, progressive stereotypes, which we got away from, as you know, Viva.
We got away from all this.
And now it's come full circle.
Yep.
Chris, I was going to say, like, what's a girl?
Well, they like pink and they have long hair.
Well, I just got a pink shirt and I got long hair.
Well, what's a boy?
Someone who's big and tough.
Well, that doesn't make a...
We've taught that.
That's not what it means to be a man.
Being sensitive is what it means to be...
It's the ultimate paradox, especially when I hear politicians say, God created you and you're beautiful with your own identity.
I'm like, God created you and now you're going to go find some hack surgeon to...
Destroy the body that God gave you because of how somebody's telling you you feel internally.
Yeah, and I always say, to speak of God, whether you believe in God or evolution, or both, this makes no sense.
If you believe in God, this ideology teaches that God made some of us wrong.
And if you believe in evolution, well then, as all these activists would believe in, by the way, which is fine, but then you're saying that a billion years of the process of natural selection has failed.
And for the first time in human history, a pharmaceutical company is here to help our children be who they really are.
Total nonsense.
Well, it's the 2019 year from you as a person that I'm fascinated by because you've worked.
People look at sometimes the people preaching the Bible on the corner of the street.
I was in Vegas and there was literally a guy on a bullhorn screaming about the verse.
And I say screaming.
Talking loudly about the Bible, but I was watching him for a long time.
He didn't seem like he was mentally unwell.
He seemed like he was actually very mentally there, but determined and trying on a Sunday afternoon when a lot of people are there to try to genuinely sway people to what he believes is the side of good and righteous.
And he didn't look like what you would think is, you know, the Simpsons-esque sort of crazy man yelling at the sky.
And I found it very fascinating.
I wanted to talk to him and I got too shy to ask him the questions, but you're sort of like, That person.
Except, you know, not on the corner of the street.
You're just doing this socially.
How do you decide to do this and not fear that people are going to think you are a crazy zealot?
Well, I knew people would think that.
And they did.
And I've taken a ton of abuse and whatever.
But I know right and wrong.
And so the first thing I actually did...
I learned about this in 2019.
2020, I was studying this every night, just researching.
Couldn't believe my eyes and ears.
And started following different social media accounts talking about this.
And in July of 2020, there's a fantastic woman in England.
Her name's Kelly J. Keene, or Posey Parker.
And she put up a sign at the Edinburgh train station that said, I heart J.K. Rowling, the Harry Potter author.
Now...
That's just a pretty basic sign.
I love the world's greatest children's author.
What happened?
Well, it got taken down, of course, after one day because some people on Twitter complained that it was hate speech.
I love J.K. Rowling, his hate speech.
And what happened?
The government-run train authority took it down because J.K., of course, has spoken out about all this.
She's spoken for women primarily, how women's rights are under attack.
But she's also spoken out about this child abuse scandal, this medical scandal.
Now, I happened to be reading Harry Potter at the time with my eight-year-old every night at bedtime.
Did that for like a year and a half, getting through all the books.
I would rotate.
I'd read to one daughter one night and then the other one the next.
Still do it.
It's my favorite thing.
But I just got tired of our speech being erased.
We can't even say I love J.K. Rowling.
So I put up a huge billboard, an actual billboard, leading into downtown Vancouver that said the same thing.
I heart JK Rowling.
I tweeted it out.
It went viral.
And a Vancouver city councillor, a woman named Sarah Kirby Young, she said it was hate speech.
People freaked out.
She pressured the sign company.
Patterson Outdoor is the sign company.
And they took it down after one day.
It got paint bombed overnight and then they took it down.
So I leveraged all the outrage into a quick little campaign.
And in September 2020, I put up billboards, the same billboard.
In San Francisco, Los Angeles, Portland, all throughout Utah, all throughout the metro in Washington, D.C., and then Times Square.
So that was my September of 2020, and that's where my nickname came from.
But then because I couldn't put up any signs in Canada, nobody would work with me.
And I have no platform.
I'm not a guy with great hair like you that can start live streaming or whatever.
I did the only thing I could do, and I had some signs made, and I started going outside to start conversations that way.
I need to ask you the crass question right now.
I've always wondered.
What do the billboards cost?
I wanted to buy one during the last provincial election to say François Legault est un dictateur.
François Legault is a dictator.
I have no idea what they cost.
A big one?
Yeah, a big one.
A big one on a busy street.
Well, it depends on the location.
But I think right now that one I bought would probably be like $3,000 a month.
And I had signed a contract for three months and I was with an option to extend.
And I was going to extend.
And I paid for it up front.
But I ended up getting my money back.
It took me a month.
I had to actually threaten to protest outside their headquarters because they wouldn't send me a check.
And when I did that, they sent me a check that day.
But you can do other things, Viva.
You can go to blipbillboards.com, B-I-L-P, and you can rent space for an hour.
You upload your digital sign and you pick from thousands of billboards around the country, including two locations in Times Square.
And you can say, I'll pay a budget of 50 bucks a day, and you can run it from 6 to 9 p.m., and only so much per hour, or whatever.
You set your budget, and it rotates.
And so you can do it really inexpensively that way.
That's the ideal way to do it.
Go to Blit Billboards.
There you go.
Okay.
Not to say, you've planted a bad seed in my head, only to be used for good, but I've always wondered about these things.
You can do it for nickels, honestly.
2019, the story out of the UK, the JK Rowling, gets you riled up.
Are you working at this?
That was 2020, was that sign.
But I started researching this before that.
When that sign got taken down, I said, okay, I've had enough of this.
I'm going to start creating conversations.
We have to be able to talk about this.
So that's what I started.
It's funny, because I had Josh Alexander on yesterday, where he got kicked out.
He got suspended from school for saying, you know, the idea of a baby sucking on a man's nipple.
It's getting close to pedophilia and the teacher didn't like that too much.
So you start buying these billboards in the States.
Is there like an invitation to contact you?
What is the way that you see any positive results from the money that you're spending and the billboards that you're putting up?
Just starting conversations.
That's all.
Creating awareness.
Because when you start conversations, people start to do research and they start to learn about this.
And I had a vision before I even put up the first billboard that...
You know, this isn't that complicated.
If you just start getting conversations going and you don't stop, and you talk about this with compassion, with the facts, and based on science, and you're not bombastic, well, there's no option for this but to grow.
Because it's true.
All I do is speak the truth.
And if I'm wrong, I love it.
I love being wrong.
Please show me how I'm wrong, because then I can learn and improve.
But this isn't complicated.
Our children are beautiful just as they are.
There's no right way to be a boy or a girl.
Tomboys are not actual boys and little effeminate boys are not girls.
And when you look at the academic studies into gender dysphoria, which really, that's not even what we're talking about today.
Today we're talking about a craze, a social contagion, a mass psychosis in a way.
But if you look into gender dysphoria historically, the most recent study, one of the bigger ones, followed 139 boys from the age of 4 or 5 all the way into their 20s.
87.8% of these boys with severe gender dysphoria from a young age.
When they went through puberty, it just went away.
And 63.6% grew up to be gay.
And all the studies point to similar things.
The vast majority grow out of it, and the majority, 60% approximately, grew up to be gay.
But that's when this affected a handful of kids.
Today, it's totally different.
You've got 10% of kids in high schools and middle schools saying they're trans or non-binary.
You've got 50% of kids saying they're LGBTQ at a lot of these high schools, especially the girls.
This identity crisis, this need for some special identity, is especially impacting the girls, who will all tell you they're bisexual or lesbian.
And it's not me saying this.
It's the moms.
It's the parents I run into on the streets.
It's the teenagers who come up to me on the street and tell me about their schools.
I've spent 2,000 or 3,000 hours out on the streets and at university campuses.
University campuses are my favorite places to go.
But I've talked to everybody from all walks of life.
More than 90% of the population agrees with me.
Yet, this has captured the leftist political parties, the medical associations.
The schools, the unions, it's all the far left who are controlling the entire left, because no one on the left will stand up to them.
I've always said to myself that it's sort of, what we're seeing now is effectively the craze of all the black hair, eyeliner, what's it called?
Goth.
It's goth sort of, it's that type of craze, which ordinarily...
Is without consequence because you grow up and you look back at the pictures and you say, I can't believe I thought that was cool.
But now you're living with the lifetime scars of this.
The study that you're talking about, just to attack the source, so to speak, how recent?
And I want to compare it to the study that all of the pro-trans movement sites, which is 80% of people who go through gender-affirming care, hormone replacement, whatever, afterwards say that they're happy with it.
Your studies from what year, from what source?
If you go to my website, billboardchris.com, click on the studies.
It's right there.
It's by Bradley Singh and Kenneth Zucker.
I think it was 2013.
So right before this craze really took off.
Because this newer craze really exploded around 2015.
But there are 12 different academic studies.
They're all on my website there.
Going back a few decades.
And they all point to the same sort of numbers.
They're about gender dysphoria.
Today it's different because it's all this rapid onset gender dysphoria.
It's kids who get into adolescence and are suddenly feeling this way.
Now, let's address what you said there.
So, first of all, I mean, we could spend hours.
If we're going to talk about studies, it's ideal to actually read the study, get into the study, look at the quality of the study.
All these recent studies into kids are very low quality.
They're usually self-selected participants who recruited some of their own peers.
There's been no randomized controlled trials.
None of us.
But we do know that 98% of children, when they start on puberty blockers, they go on to the cross-sex hormones.
Now, these activists try to say that that's proof that it was the right thing for them.
No, it's not.
Because we know most of these kids would just grow out of it if you left them alone.
But this is not just a one-stage thing.
This whole process is about transitioning to the opposite sex.
When you start a child on puberty blockers, they've already signed on psychologically to the cross-sex hormones.
Because the puberty blockers just stop them from looking more like their sex.
It stops their secondary sex characteristics from developing.
So girls' breasts won't grow.
Boys' penises won't grow.
A girl's hips won't get wider.
Boys won't grow facial hair.
So the sales pitch is that this buys them time.
To explore their gender identity without the trauma of looking more like their sex.
But in reality, all these kids just continue on to the very next step, which is cross-sex hormones.
And they're chasing this goal, this dream, this false hope that they'll find more happiness for whatever is afflicting them by transitioning.
But what we're ignoring is the fact that we're not addressing these different maladies that are affecting them presently.
And I don't want anyone to listen to a thing I say.
I want them to listen to all the experts.
You can go read a report by Jamie Reid, who is a whistleblower from the Washington University Transgender Clinic in St. Louis.
This is a woman who describes herself as a queer woman, politically left of Bernie Sanders, which I didn't know was possible, and she's married to a trans man, so a biological woman.
She worked at this...
Clinic for four years as the case manager.
She saw more than a thousand kids come and go during her time there.
And every single one of these children have something else going on.
Half of them are on the autism spectrum.
Some of them are coming straight from the psychiatric unit.
One boy was sexually abusing dogs.
They sent him over to the gender clinic.
They just put him on Lupron, this chemical castration drug.
Girls who've been sexually abused are among this cohort.
So think about this.
A girl's been getting sexually abused maybe by her father.
Parents are ten times more likely to have been sex offenders.
That's according to Jamie Reid.
How's this girl feeling right now?
Or maybe she's getting sexually abused by someone else.
It doesn't matter who.
Well, she's not loving being a girl, obviously.
This is the source of the greatest trauma she's ever known in her life.
Her innocence was destroyed.
It was taken from her.
She's been abused.
She's traumatized.
Now you give this girl an out.
She can escape her sex.
She can escape the actual source of her misery.
Of course some are going to take you up on this.
But do they treat these kids for sexual abuse, for the trauma?
No.
Do they treat these kids who are misfits, who aren't feeling like they fit in for their depression or anxiety or autism or ADHD or borderline personality disorder or whatever it is?
No.
A nurse just messaged me this morning.
She works with these kids.
She says they all have three or more mental health comorbidities.
But we don't treat any of this.
We just give them these puberty-blocking drugs and cross-sex hormones.
So all the studies, these are just like surveys, online surveys.
If you ask these kids, are you happier that you transitioned?
They're all going to tell you yes.
If you ask a Scientologist who's working 100 hours a week, In their cultish sea organization, are you happy as they're cleaning floors for punishment?
They'll all tell you yes.
I talked to these kids.
I was just at the Florida State University seven or eight days ago with Chloe Cole, a girl who had her breast cut off at 15. They put her on testosterone at 13. And this trans activist who has transitioned actually for six years, she came out to talk to me to counter-protest me.
She ended up getting triggered within five minutes and storming off because I said something like, these kids are chasing this dream of transition.
And she cut me off and she said, dream?
Dream?
You think this is a dream to go through all this?
So she betrayed the fact.
She showed that she's not happy.
She's not happy.
Look at her.
Watch the interview.
It's all on camera.
She's not happy, but she'll tell you she is.
So these online surveys mean nothing.
We've been around as a species for 200,000 years.
Kids weren't killing themselves because they had to go through puberty.
You ask someone if they're happy about something that they cannot take back, something that's irreversible.
It's like asking the football player who's suffering from CTE later on in life, would you do it all over again?
Well, you've got no choice, so you're asking someone an impossible question.
And it takes people like Chloe Cole.
I interviewed Chloe Cole a while back.
I interviewed also Tulip Richie.
And this is a guy that went through the...
He had his penis removed and woke up after the surgery, after being basically unconscious for a week because of the blood loss, and was shown his neo-vagina.
And he said it was like his stomach fell through.
He woke up and realized what he had done.
Irreversible.
Didn't want to make the doctor feel bad.
And so he smiled and said he's happy.
And it takes...
It's impossible to ask someone to admit regretting something they cannot take back that they were either pressured into or whatever.
But yeah, it's...
And if you look at this like a cult, and I do, well, they're getting love-bombed for saying they're trans.
These kids are kind of misfits before.
They're kind of the artsy kids.
You know, the goth kids.
They're kids with eating disorders a lot of the time.
That doesn't get treated either.
They treat gender as though it's the source of their eating disorder.
I mean, it's all just so bizarre.
But, yeah, so some of these kids are just gay.
I don't call kids gay or straight.
They're just kids, but they're going to grow up to be gay.
I tweeted out the story of this young detransitioner, a man.
He's 25 years old, and he now just realizes he's gay.
But for whatever reason, when he was younger, he was led to believe he's trans because he didn't match the typical masculine stereotypes.
And they did sex reassignment surgery on him.
Well, he developed what's called a fistula.
It's a passageway from his urinary tract into his neo-vagina.
And he's been leaking urine continuously for five years.
Doctors can't fix it.
They just want to close him up completely.
This is a gay man who could have just lived a beautiful life.
He was left alone.
But now he's been harmed for life and his life to a significant degree is destroyed.
There's an indigenous man in Canada who has signed up for our medical assistance in dying because he's in constant pain.
This is just absurd.
It's totally absurd.
Now, it's one conversation about adults.
That's a different conversation to be had.
We should still, doctors should still be following their oath to first do no harm.
You never go straight to the most invasive surgery.
You should be screening for other mental health conditions, and you should be screening for trauma and abuse, and you should be addressing those first.
If someone wants to cut their leg off, we don't cut their leg off.
But if a young girl wants to cut her breasts off, we just schedule the surgery.
Well, and not just that, Chris, you know this as well as anybody else now, but that Bill C4 out of Canada, the criminalization of the conversion therapy, it's almost arguably have become criminal.
for psychiatrists to even address the possible other solutions, remedies, treatment, which might involve telling the person, you might grow out of this.
It is criminal.
It's straight up criminal.
It's criminal for a parent.
A parent cannot help their daughter feel comfortable as a girl if she identifies as a boy.
That's trying to change them from transgender to cisgender, which is now a criminal offense punishable by five years in prison and a $2 million fine.
This is going to be a black pill for the day, Chris.
I didn't think it was going to get to this black-pilled nature, but we're getting there.
We'll talk more about this in a second, but you start buying the billboards up.
When do you start going out in person with a billboard on you, standing and trying to engage with people?
The very beginning of October 2020.
September 2020, I did all these actual billboards.
Had no money.
Started going out on the street.
I went to Victoria, British Columbia, to the capital to try to meet with the Minister of Education.
He, of course, wouldn't meet with me.
I ended up stumbling into their campaign headquarters because we were having a provincial election at the time.
And I was driving back to my hotel and I saw their campaign headquarters.
So I pulled into the parking lot and I walked inside.
Not with my signs, just me.
And I talked to this woman there at the counter.
There were about 10 NDP members there.
So the NDP is this pretty far left party in Canada called the New Democratic Party.
I played the video of the Ontario NDP talking about prohibiting protests within 100 metres of I don't know what.
Yeah, that's the NDP.
They're basically communists.
So I started talking to this woman.
Her name's Grace Lohr.
I didn't know who she was.
And I wanted to talk to the Minister of Education, but he wasn't there.
But she was also running for another seat, which she won.
She's now the Minister of State for Child Care in British Columbia.
But hold up.
I talked to her for 10 minutes, and one by one, everyone in the room fell silent.
They were just listening to me give my spiel about all this child abuse going on.
And I do this very calmly, very factually.
You can't really argue with it.
I've got data to back it all up.
But I get to this point at about 10 minutes where I mentioned how a man in British Columbia who had raped a three-month-old boy, a boy who required reconstructive surgery, a man who drowned a six-month-old boy, Now identifies as a woman.
The British Columbia government paid for him to get implants and they transferred him into a women's penitentiary.
I mentioned this and I got cut off by a young woman.
She said I was making them feel unsafe.
Three times she had to make this a safe space, she told me.
So I got kicked out.
I had just calmly laid out all these facts about what's happening to kids and that.
And as I walked back to my car, I looked through the window, and Grace Lohr, this member of our Legislative Assembly, she was laughing.
I came back the next morning.
They had hung the transgender flag.
They had hung that underneath the Minister of Education's poster.
She's now the Minister of State for Child Care, and guess what?
Grace Lohr...
Is the former gender studies professor at the University of Victoria.
So we have rabid activists getting elected into our government positions, and that's who's running our government.
Chris, I had to pull up the story.
I have not heard about this, and I'm not reading it.
This is the story.
Yeah.
I don't make anything up.
Adam Laboukin is his name.
I never need to lie, because the truth is already stranger than fiction.
I guess the only silver lining there is that if he's had the surgery, he won't do that type of violent act, but that's just one means of committing violence.
He's already assaulted a woman in the penitentiary.
These women are literally caged with violent predators.
Okay, so that's your first incident with this.
Sorry, my camera's now turning.
So I started going out on the street.
Vancouver, pretty quickly.
I think in October, I took my first trip outside of Vancouver of 2020.
I went to Ottawa for three days.
Toronto one day, Montreal one day.
And then I started traveling all across Canada.
And I've been arrested twice by the Vancouver PD after getting assaulted.
That's all on camera.
And I'm very calm.
I've got this down pat.
I know exactly what I'm doing.
You're a tall man, right?
You're like 6 '2"?
Yeah, 6 '2 and a half.
And I'm looking at the billboard.
Do you have one billboard or do you change the billboards around?
My main message has always been children cannot consent to puberty blockers.
The other one I wear, because I've got one front and back, is my definition of a dad.
This is a very technical definition.
It should be in the dictionary.
It is a human male who protects his kids from gender ideology.
So that one's very popular.
I've got a couple others.
Gender ideology does not belong in schools because it doesn't.
And children are never born in the wrong body.
But those ones I usually give to other people when they come out with me.
All right.
So now you travel across the country.
Tactically, how do you decide where you're going to go and stand?
Well, I just go wherever.
It doesn't really matter where I go.
I win everywhere I go because I'm creating awareness everywhere.
So I just want to talk to the most people possible.
I want to be seen by the most people possible.
So busy downtown centers.
I go to university campuses because I might only talk to 10 people at the university, but everyone else starts talking about it.
It becomes the subject of their internal Reddit chat groups or wherever they're talking on Facebook or whatever.
And I'm starting conversations.
So I wanted to hit all the major cities.
Obviously, I need to go to population centers.
But I've been to the Maritime Provinces as well.
And good things happen when you go outside, Viva.
This is my expression.
Go outside.
You never know.
And I meet the most amazing people.
I went to Prince Edward Island, to Charlottetown.
And it's a quiet town.
There's not a lot of people.
It's beautiful.
It's stunning.
But this man came out with me for about 45 minutes.
He shot a little bit of footage.
Two weeks later, he sends me this two-minute video, which is now my pinned tweet on Twitter, at Billboard Chris.
And it's just perfect.
It encapsulates perfectly what I'm doing.
So I just meet great people.
And then when I started going into the States, when the borders opened, I knew that would change the game.
And it has, because I've met amazing people down there.
I'm connected pretty much to all the major people who are fighting this.
The best connection I've ever made was with Tiffany Justice.
She is the co-founder of Moms for Liberty.
Her and Tina Deskovich were former school board members from 2016 to 2020.
And on January 1st, 2021, they started Moms for Liberty because they were upset about how our children were getting mistreated in schools with the COVID mandates, with the masking, with the shutting down of schools, etc.
We were prioritizing insane government officials and union officials over the health of our children.
So they started this organization.
And in just two years, they've got 115,000 moms.
And all these moms now are my...
I've helped to inspire them to start pushing back against this because they didn't really know about this before I met Tiffany.
And so I speak at their chapter meetings.
I'm connected to the Heritage Foundation, which is the biggest think tank in America for conservatives.
I've made a million great friends.
I'm meeting with members of Congress.
I've met Kevin McCarthy.
I've done a podcast with Marjorie Taylor Greene.
I've been working with state senators all across the country to pass legislation or just to help get them up to speed.
And I just keep having conversations and hopefully I inspire more people to have them because that's really what I'm trying to do.
Where do you get the most animosity from your public displays?
Is Canada worse than the States?
Yes, 100%.
Canada is worse and the police do a worse job here too.
I'm going to get to that.
If I looked, I wasn't distracted.
I'm just trying to find the video of that Vancouver police officer.
I showed the video of the pleasant person screaming F you, F you in your face.
And you can tell just by watching it.
It's going to...
Something's going to break because the person is whipping themselves up into an absolute frenzy where you know they are going to cause themselves to snap.
But it is ironic that you should feel...
Because I've noticed it from the videos.
Whenever I see something really bad happen, it tends to be in Canada.
Whether or not that has to do with the fact that in Canada you can rest assured that...
Most people are not armed, so that you are more free to act like a fool, as we say.
Or whether or not it's Canadians, the activists in Canada are that much of a notch.
They're up to the 11, where they're only up to the 10 in the United States.
I mean, I know you've been the victim of violence a number of times.
Get into a couple of those for us.
I know you broke your arm, or someone broke your arm in Montreal.
Was it Montreal?
Yeah, Montreal.
I think I remember now because it was those orange cones and we're known for the orange cones.
What happened in Montreal that you got your arm broken?
I was on St. Catherine Street, which is the busiest pedestrian street in Montreal.
People everywhere.
It was 7 p.m. on a Friday night, March 12, 2021.
One man had come out with me, also named Chris.
And I was just walking down the street and there was a curfew at 8 p.m.
Because I don't know if you know, Viva, but...
At 8pm, COVID starts to spread much more, so you need to get inside where it spreads even faster, right?
This is the science again.
But there was this long lineup outside a liquor store I was just walking by, and this guy stopped me, and he said, what are puberty blockers?
I never approach anybody.
I just wait for people to come to me.
I rarely even say hi.
I'm silent.
People come up to me almost immediately.
But I had a conversation with him.
This young woman behind him started yelling at me.
Told me to get out of there.
I said, no, I'm on a public street.
Thank you.
She walked in.
She talked to the manager of the store.
He came out, told me to move.
Now, I'm a bit stubborn.
And when people tell me to move off a public street, it's pretty much a guarantee that I'm going to stay there longer.
But I wasn't going to go anywhere.
I just said, no, thanks.
I'm staying here.
He said he was going to call the police.
I said, please do.
So when I got attacked, I was waiting for the police to arrive, actually.
Right away, a guy behind me started talking to me, and he said to me, and I hear this all the time, if children cannot consent to puberty blockers, how can they consent to puberty?
First of all, I didn't think you were going there.
That's the dumbest thing I've ever heard.
I thought you were going to say, how can they consent to circumcision, which is the other argument that I'm sure you get a lot.
It is the dumbest thing.
I don't even engage.
It's just hilarious.
I started chuckling right away.
I just ignored him.
Another guy started talking to him to debate him.
I'm not interested in debating these people.
I just have conversations.
But I hear that all the time.
It's like saying, how can a child consent to breathing or to their heart beating?
How can they consent to being born?
You can't consent to nature.
That's the fundamental thing about nature.
But anyway, so I was having a little chuckle.
And next thing I know, I'm getting punched in the face.
These guys had crossed the street and I think come from my left as well, five or six of them, one woman as well.
I was immediately punched in the face.
I hadn't even said a word.
I didn't know they were coming until they were two feet away.
One guy took off my front sign.
One guy took off my back sign simultaneously.
I have a body cam on my sign in the front.
He took it out into the middle of the street.
He stomped on it.
And I was getting punched in the head.
I took a really big punch to the back of my head, which kind of left a dent.
At the base of my skull.
I don't know how that happens.
My chiropractor was trying to pull it out.
Pulling on me like a sharp pay.
Trying to find extra skin.
Yeah, I was upset that I'd lost my body cam in the midst of all of that.
I think some people took off in a car.
I think they tossed my sign in a car and some of them fled right away.
But three remained.
Was it the people you were having the initial interaction with?
No.
No, these guys, they were all in black block masks, hoods.
This is it.
I'm just trying to see if I skipped to the right part.
This is Rebel News covering the story.
Okay, so this is the start of my video.
I pulled out my phone to film.
Get the f*** out of here!
Get the f*** out of this neighborhood!
Go, Chris.
Go, Chris.
Get the f*** out of here!
That one broke it.
Oh, Oh, you leave it?
That guy douses me with mustard.
I saw that look like mustard.
Okay.
Good thing it's not acid.
This is after you've been hit.
Yeah, so I missed the first minute of this attack I don't have on camera.
But I pulled out my phone, however long it was.
I pulled out my phone and I filmed the end of it.
I should actually do a Freedom of Information request to try to get some of the footage because I know they did get footage from one camera that night.
I just never bothered to.
This is with a broken arm because you got hit with that pylon that broke your arm?
Yeah, I think on the second blow, you can hear a little click actually.
I think that one broke my arm.
I blocked it two more times with my arm.
And I think I was annoying him because he kept aiming it at my head and I just kept...
Doing my best Karate Kid impression, you know, wax on, wax off.
And I just went like this.
And I blocked it every time.
And in the moment, I mean, I did feel some pain, but your adrenaline's running and everything.
Yeah, my face was bleeding.
And police never came.
So that guy that went into the store, the manager, I sometimes wonder, did he call police?
Or did he call these guys?
I kind of think he called these guys.
Did you file a police report?
Of course.
Okay, and what was the outcome of that police report?
27 days later, I still remember this because I've talked about it, the police investigator called me and he was just starting the investigation.
So he had my footage that we just watched and he had the street footage from one camera from one business that they pulled that night and they viewed the whole attack.
I still haven't seen the whole attack.
I don't even know how many people there were because someone fled.
But...
I said, you'd better hurry because you're going to lose the street footage.
There's cameras everywhere, all up and down these streets.
I know they walked down the street and they turned a corner.
You could have just requested footage from that camera around the corner.
Maybe they got into a car.
Maybe they walked into an apartment building.
It's inconceivable they wouldn't have gotten a license plate.
It's inconceivable.
Right.
But that was that.
This investigator was actually kind of investigating me, honestly.
Where was I?
Where had I been that day?
Who was the guy who was with me?
He did the same thing with this man, Chris, who had come out with me, asking him questions.
Where did you meet Chris?
How do you know him?
It's like we were being investigated.
So that was the first phone call after one month, basically.
Another month went by.
He calls me again.
He lost the street footage.
Nothing he can do, he says.
They're closing the file unless I can get them the names.
This is Canada.
Okay.
That was the first but not the last incident of you being a victim of violence.
That wasn't the first.
I'd been assaulted in October of 2020.
I was arrested.
I was charged with causing a disturbance.
This is all on camera too.
I could find it.
It's on my Twitter.
A union rep named Robert Ages came and hit me with a couple of hammer fists right here.
And I'd already...
So I went to the art gallery downtown Vancouver.
If you've been there, you know this is the source of all protests.
It's this huge public square.
A literal public square.
It's where everyone does their protests.
That day there was some protest going on with 1,500 people.
There were the freedom protesters.
There were Falun Gong protesters protesting the CCP.
And then there's me, with a sign that day that said, gender ideology does not belong in schools, and a sign that said, I love JK Rowling.
Those were actually my very first signs for the first couple weeks.
And immediately, within 10 seconds, I got surrounded by Antifa.
And I walked over to the police.
There's 20 of them there.
They said I was instigating.
It's just like what happened the other day.
I'm going to pull that video up in a second.
Sure.
Dan Dix has a video report on that, by the way.
Dan Dix.
Yeah, he's great.
I'll pull up his Twitter feed in a second.
You know what, Chris, while we're on it, let me just see here.
I showed the video of the attack already.
What I want to show...
Oh, you're going to show the recent attack?
Okay.
Yeah, I want to show...
I get confused.
There's been so many.
This is another angle.
So this is after it, yeah.
This is after.
Okay, so hold on.
This is not what I want to see right now.
We want to see...
Stop screen.
I want to see the cop telling you, listen to this, officer.
This is it right here.
Okay.
Listen to this, people.
I don't know that we'll play the whole thing, but we'll play enough that you get...
This, by the way...
I love the piece.
My brother's a police officer.
I respect...
This is the same police officer you can see in the back smiling, grinning like with what they refer to as the fecal-eating grin while Chris is getting...
Verbally abused and then physically assaulted.
She was sitting there smirking in the back.
Watch this because it's like we're in a play and you can't believe who the actors are.
Law and order.
Our Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
And I'm not trying to be a jerk to you earlier today.
It's the Vancouver Police Office.
I don't think a lot of you understand what I'm actually representing and the seriousness of this situation.
But it is, I guess.
This is Canada, and people shouldn't be allowed to assault people without consequence, you know?
I agree, Chris, but the thing is, right, when we get into people's faces, when they get into our faces...
When they get into our...
You weren't getting into anybody's face, Chris.
We saw the video already.
When they get into our faces, let's hear where this goes.
It doesn't really matter who dug the first hook.
It's considered a consensual fight, and maybe that's something we could...
No, I didn't get into people's faces.
Chris, I saw you get very close to people.
You weren't here.
You weren't even here.
She wasn't here for the first assault.
I came over to your car.
Yes, that first time, but the second time.
The second time what?
You were pushed on the ground.
Are you kidding me?
I'd been walking away from them.
Two times I walked away from them to give the interview.
They kept following me.
I walked away again to do the interview with him.
They surrounded.
Oh my gosh.
Maybe you should ask your brother what a consensual fight is.
My brother's RCMP.
No, I know, but also, Chris, I'm a lawyer.
I know, I know.
It's the dumbest thing ever, as if to say, first of all, and there's a nuance to this, but even in the context of a consensual fight, there's only so much violence or injury that one can even consent to, after which it's no longer consensual, or you can't consent to that violence.
I don't think standing, even in protest, has ever been regarded as instigation for mutual combat.
But this is the Vancouver police.
And so meanwhile, we saw the second assault of that day.
I didn't know that there was a first one, but we saw the one, FU, FU, and then it led to shoves when the person got...
Very much in your face.
Some people were pointing out the fact that you put a hand on the chest to create space between this person, and that was the act of aggression.
Oh yeah, I'm so aggressive.
I have nowhere to move.
He's on top of me.
He's hurting my eardrum.
It's obvious to anybody with half a brain and half an ounce of intellectual honesty.
What ended up happening as a result of that assault?
Nothing.
Sorry to give you a one-word answer.
Nothing.
They didn't even interview him to get his information.
They took down my information.
It's lawlessness, Chris.
It's absolute lawlessness.
In front of the police, as they're smiling.
Now, there's a still image of her smiling when he's got his hand around my throat.
It's not just a still image.
As the seconds roll by and I'm falling to the ground, she's still just staring and smiling ear to ear.
She went home.
And someone sent me her Twitter account.
She has this Twitter account that she'd started in July of 2022.
She had no tweets, but she'd liked 55 different tweets.
She went home and liked a tweet of a guy laughing hysterically about the assault.
She's not very smart.
And she was also liking tweets about the Transgender Day of Visibility.
So we've got a trans activist in a police uniform.
I was never going to get any justice that day.
Let me pull up the video one more time so we can just look at this.
Another angle.
I'm going to bring it up.
We're looking at the blonde police officer in the back.
He's right over the bearded guy's shoulder.
It clearly was aggressive violence.
You suck.
Fuck you.
Fuck you.
You're not wanted.
Fuck you.
You're a fucking idiot.
I don't know what to say.
I guess these police officers are mostly indoctrinated as well.
They're afraid of the mob.
Let me stop there.
Because your nose is bleeding now.
I think, yeah.
That's from the first assault.
My nose is bleeding from the first assault.
And when this officer got here...
So the smiling officer is my investigating officer.
Of all the 40 officers that have now showed up at this point, there were none at the beginning.
She's the investigator.
She was the first on the scene.
When she got there, I said, I should be able to walk freely without getting assaulted.
And she said, well...
And then she insinuated, maybe I cut my own nose.
Because people do do that.
I can't find that video fast enough.
But she suggests, well, you know, some people do that.
Well, you said, what do you think, I cut my own nose?
Well, some people do do that.
Okay, now let's just look, pay attention to the woman behind the toque.
I think they're afraid that if they do anything to actually keep law and order, that they'll end up being on the end of this verbal abuse.
So it's just cowardice from everybody all around.
This is mob mentality right now because you have one person who's clearly unhinged, to say the least, and does it long enough and gets enough people and then two or three.
Now you're hearing...
Five people in this unhinged, frothing rage.
Something's going to happen, Chris.
I don't know what the hell you're doing doing this.
There's a guy just out of screen to my left who's also chanting.
And yeah, you'll see.
They surround me more and they actually come around my front.
And I see right now you're gritting your teeth.
I can see it in your jaw muscle.
Okay, sorry.
It's not funny, but it's actually just outrageous.
How do you keep your composure?
Right there, in the back.
Looking on and smiling.
There you go.
Right there.
Sitting there.
She's loving it.
And it's not McDonald's.
It was not a still image.
So right there, that particular yell, you know, I can feel it vibrating my eardrum and it hurts a little bit.
And hey, he's on top of me.
I'm allowed a little space.
He's crowding my space.
I didn't push him.
If I wanted to push him, I would have pushed him.
I'm 200 pounds.
I didn't push him.
I just put a little hand up.
This is a self-defense thing.
It's not even an argument.
Just look at the cop.
Look at the cop.
She's very happy with what's going on.
She's laughing.
Yeah.
She's laughing right now.
Yeah.
So I got pulled and I got pushed by the other guy.
You can't really tell in the video.
He hit me with his left hook.
I got a little shiner there.
Yeah, well, I didn't want to say anything just in case it was your natural skin tone.
This is in your right eye, correct?
This is, yeah, I've got...
I could see it.
Some of my lights are dying, but yeah, I've got a little shiner there.
It's a light tender right there.
I could see it.
I think the crowd probably noticed it as well.
Wow.
I'm just reading some of the chat now in Rumble.
She doesn't stop smiling.
She's standing back, laughing, unwilling to move in.
Where is that?
It's in Vancouver.
British Columbia people, Canada.
The peaceful, loving place with tolerant, polite Canadians.
Well, I mean, geez louise.
And so they've done nothing.
Nothing has come of that.
That's right.
They wanted me to come in and give a statement, and I talked to a lawyer.
And he said, they don't need to.
They can send you their questions or you can just write up a statement.
And so I told them, I'm following my legal counsel's advice.
And he said to me, the investigator said to me on the phone, there's a much lower likelihood that Crown, so in Canada we have Crown prosecutors, they're called.
It's like a state prosecutor.
They approve the charges.
He said there's less likelihood that Crown will approve a charge if you don't come in and give a videoed statement.
Which I know is total garbage.
We've got everything on camera from multiple angles.
That's all they need to see.
You don't need...
The Crown can file the complaint on behalf of the victim, even if the victim doesn't want to come in.
It's a basic premise of criminal law.
Oftentimes, you don't get the victim who wants to come in.
Oh, my God.
This is just some monkey business.
They're trying to get me to say something that makes it less likely to prosecute or something.
I don't know what they're doing.
Or something that they can go after you for perjury.
Yeah, maybe.
I don't know.
Who knows?
So have you filed an ethics complaint against this officer?
I haven't yet.
I'm meeting with a legal counsel tomorrow to do all this stuff, to submit my statement and to file formal complaints through their internal process.
And I'm trying to find a lawyer.
I've spoken with one.
Not so happy with him.
It's hard to find a lawyer who wants to sue the BPD, to be honest with you.
I'm trying.
I might have to do this as a private action, or maybe you want to help me.
Oh, I say luckily I'm not certified in British Columbia because this is like, I don't know.
I would love the fight.
It's just like, I don't think it goes anywhere.
Yeah, I need someone who wants the fight.
Because of course there's things we can find, but you know, not everyone wants the fight.
I think this is, but this is a fight which I don't think is won with the administrative state.
It's won through social media and public ridicule and public outrage.
You were on with, you said Gorka today.
Yeah.
I'm wondering if third parties, I'm fairly certain interested third parties can file a complaint.
I'm not sure about that.
It's not my area of expertise.
He did.
He submitted his complaint over the phone live.
It's actually a recorded episode, but it's going to air tomorrow night on the Salem News Network.
I talked to him for 35 minutes, I think.
And he gave the number for all his viewers to call in.
So they're getting pressure from all over the world.
I have police officers reaching out to me.
I have criminal defense attorneys reaching out to me who can't believe this.
Even though they'd be representing this guy as a criminal defense attorney, they go, I've never seen a more clear-cut case of assault.
But still, police haven't done anything.
Yeah, I say this needs to be massive, put-on-blast international mockery.
I don't know if you can get on Steven Crowder.
You're allowed to travel, correct?
Still?
Oh, yeah.
All my trips are into the U.S. now.
I'm going to Scotland next month to meet with some Scottish members of Parliament.
Actually, I got invited there.
No Canadian MPs will talk to me, but the Scottish ones will.
I wanted to go there anyway, because Scotland's a mess.
And for me, this is a worldwide problem, and all these kids matter to me, so I'm going to go wherever.
But I have support from European MPs, Scottish MPs, Australian MPs, none in Canada.
Well, on that subject, let me just pull up two rumble rants here.
One is...
Viva, can you please ask Chris his thoughts on Pierre Poilievre being all in on this chaos and his thoughts on Max and the PPC?
Without getting too political, if you're comfortable answering that question.
Oh, I get political all the time.
I talk about Pierre Poilievre a thousand times already.
So they are conservatives in name only.
We call them the Uniparty.
It's not that far off, 100% the truth.
Last year...
Canadian MPs, members of parliament, unanimously passed a bill.
It's called Bill C4, which made it conversion therapy to help a child feel comfortable with their sex.
I've talked about this earlier.
There was a precursor to that bill.
It was called Bill C6.
Same bill, essentially.
Now, that bill didn't go through only because Justin Trudeau had called an election in late 2021.
And when an election is called, all the current bills that are in process get cancelled.
So that's all that happened there.
But they'd already voted on Bill C-6, this conversion therapy bill.
And when it went to third reading, which is final reading of a bill in the House, I think it was 62 Conservative members of Parliament voted against it.
They did the right thing.
Something like 50 voted for it.
One of the MPs who voted for it was Pierre Poliette.
He has said nothing about any of this.
He has said nothing about Bill C-16, which was a bill that passed in 2017, which made self-identification law where any man can simply say he's a woman, and now he's treated legally as a woman.
And you get situations like Jessica Yaniv.
Jessica Yaniv is a violent, psychopathic man who a couple years ago...
He contacted about 20 estheticians.
Women mostly working out of their home.
Most of them were immigrants from India.
He lives about 25 minutes from my house.
And he wanted them to wax his balls.
He's pretty famous for this.
They said, sorry, we don't do that service.
They wax women, of course.
And right away, he said that they were discriminating against him on the basis of his gender identity.
And he filed a complaint against them all with the Human Rights Tribunal.
Some of the women were so scared they shut down their business.
A lot of these are just women working out of their homes.
They barely speak English.
They have kids present.
Of course, they're not going to have some freakish 300-pound man come in to get his genitalia waxed by them.
But he uses this law to try to intimidate these women and destroy their lives.
I'm happy to say I got him a criminal record last year.
Because he came out on the street one day in his car and threatened to kill me, which I captured on video.
I didn't even say a word to him.
He was charged with uttering threats and with two counts of public mischief because he also said that I was calling in bomb threats to his phone and stuff.
Anyway, I finally got him the criminal record because he'd been found guilty twice before.
But because he's trans and these judges see him as being oppressed, the first two times he was found guilty, he was given a conditional discharge.
So no criminal record.
But third time's the charm.
I finally got him a criminal record.
And he also has a restraining order, basically.
He's not allowed to come within 100 yards of me or something.
But he's trying to change the conditions of his sentencing.
He has a hearing on April 17th.
I don't know what he's doing.
But he's trying to change the conditions of his sentencing.
So maybe he wants to come and harass me or something.
I don't know.
We've briefly talked about Yaniv years ago.
I think in some of the original cases, he was actually successful in his claims before the Human Rights Tribunal.
I think ultimately it was overturned.
Was it ultimately overturned?
Did he succeed?
So the Human Rights Tribunal heard three cases and he lost them all.
And he had to pay those women $2,000 each.
But he was successful in getting some women to shut down their businesses and extorting money.
Actually, true story.
A long time ago, a woman that rented my basement suite.
She's a physiotherapist.
Turns out, I didn't know this at all until I started looking into Yaniv.
I stumbled upon this information.
But Yaniv went to see her one day for physio.
And I guess he laid down on the massage bed or whatever.
And it kind of broke.
It didn't collapse to the ground or anything.
But he had to move to a different bed.
He claims he blacked out for 45 minutes, and so he sued her.
And she paid him $2,000 just to make him go away.
This is what he does.
He's abusing the justice system.
The police told me, the RCMP told me in Langley, British Columbia, that he had called the police over 2,000 times in the previous two years.
He was harassing civilian police officers, like the people who answer the phones and everything.
And a lot of them could have filed complaints, but they were too afraid.
Everyone's afraid of someone as soon as they identify as trans.
So, anyway, we finally got him on something, and now he has a criminal record.
Yes, I thought he had succeeded on one of the claims.
He just filed multiple claims against multiple...
The whole point of this was to say Pierre Poiliev supported that bill, which made it possible for Yaniv to do this.
For men to go into women's prisons, for men to go into women's rape shelters, for men to go into women's sports.
None of the conservatives speak out against any of that, and none of them speak out against this child abuse of transition.
How did it go from 65 voting against it when it was the precursor C6 to unanimous under C4 in the next legislative cycle?
They didn't want the heat.
And they knew it was going to pass anyway.
So like cowards, they just waved it through.
They just fast-tracked it right through.
Same thing with the Senate.
And when it passed, there's video.
They're just erupting with joy, crying and hugging each other in the House, on the floor of the legislature, on the floor of Parliament.
It's disgusting.
They've just made it impossible for therapists to actually treat these kids for their various underlying mental health disorders.
We're living in the upside-down, Viva.
And I don't want to come off as some extremist.
Like, every single thing I say is just fact-by-fact in reality.
Well, I'll tell you this.
You don't come off as an extremist whatsoever.
What you come off as, maybe, is some people saying you're looking for attention, you're looking for a call.
Maybe, if they want to go that cynically.
From my perspective, it's like, I don't even know why you're doing this because, A, it's literal exposing yourself to actual, immediate physical violence.
Well, I don't usually do that.
I go to the odd event.
But 99% of the time, I'm having beautiful conversations with people.
I've had 11,000, 12,000 conversations.
I'm doing public speaking events with people who are on the side of reality and sanity and helping our kids.
I'm inspiring hundreds of thousands or millions of others to speak out about this.
But yes, I do go to some of these events because I think it's important to stand up to bullies.
But, I mean, people say, do I want attention?
Well, I want to start conversations.
So I'm going to do whatever it takes to start conversations.
And what happened after this event?
I didn't go there to get assaulted.
I went there to have conversations.
I got assaulted.
I did nothing to provoke it.
They just did it within seconds.
But what's happened?
This has made worldwide news, and it's started a million conversations.
The videos have been seen tens of millions of times.
So they're doing my job for me.
Now, people can call me whatever they want.
It doesn't matter to me.
I know what my motives are and I know that we're winning spectacularly because 20 states are now passing legislation to stop this and I'm not going to stop until this child abuse stops.
So, whatever it takes.
States are passing legislation to outlaw what is nothing but genital mutilation while Canada is passing laws to effectively impede it.
What the hell is going on in Canada that this is the state of Canada versus the state of some states?
And, I mean, are you optimistic or have you swallowed the doom pill for the fate and future of Canada?
No, I'm going to white pill you.
I'm an eternal optimist by nature.
We're dealing with something that's evil.
And like all evil that has a lot of success in society, it always presents itself as something warm and fluffy.
And the presentation for this is, oh, we're helping children to be who they really are.
They're born in the wrong body.
And far leftists just...
They don't even think about it because they want to go along with their peers.
Because the worst thing for a lot of these people is to be ostracized from their leftist communities.
So they virtue signal on the back of all this.
And because they've been successful in conflating transgender with LGB, this has had a free ride to gain so much momentum because no one would speak out about it because they don't want to be called anti-LGBT.
But this has nothing to do with LGB.
This is actually harming the LGB.
And that's why we have groups like Gays Against Groomers.
An LGB alliance who are now speaking out against this.
But here's how this plays out.
Exactly like it is.
Some countries where they have sane medical officers running their medical organizations are stopping this.
Sweden stopped it.
It wasn't legislators who stopped it.
It was the medical body.
Finland.
Norway.
England.
The Academy of Medicine in France.
Is pushing back against this law.
In New Zealand even, we've seen what a mess they are.
But the Academy of Psychiatrists and Psychologists have spoken out against some of this.
The great free state of Florida, their medical board stopped this.
They're passing legislation now to back that up even.
I testified for that legislation just a week or two ago.
So I do that too.
I meet with politicians and I do tons of media.
I'm not just...
Honestly, I go to very few of these events.
These are rare.
But I did go to four Pride events last year because I feel it's important for someone to stand up against this narrative.
Because these Pride events aren't just about being proud of your sexuality or proud to be free, to love whoever you want.
No, that's not what these are about at all anymore.
These are celebrating child sterilization, mutilation.
They're celebrating this dangerous cult that's harming our kids.
So I'm going to stand up against it and I'll...
I had security at Vancouver Pride last year.
I needed more.
But I also had about 20 officers come and try to do a decent job at least then.
But, you know, I went to New York Pride and I didn't get that response there.
People just let me do my thing.
It's different in the States.
I'll bring this one up here.
It says, Schmickle says, as a stay-at-home father soon to have a third child and have two Huskies, not much hope in Canada.
This isn't how I imagined the issues a parent would have to deal with.
And Schmickle said, I had a friend in a Vancouver police department who doesn't like Trudeau but accepts the liberal standard he's bringing in.
Told me my views of freedom are trash and unfriended.
Not shocked how they treated you.
And then we got Schmickle who said, hate crimes are up 47% for Jews, 71% for Islam, for Muslims, 260% for Christians, 60% others in 2021.
But people can't protest their thoughts 100 meters from this new world.
Yeah.
Oh, I was going to say my white pill.
Look, the truth spreads for free.
This is my white pill.
You can't stop the truth.
And they can't stop the truth.
And they're not stopping it.
And that's why we're having all this success.
That's why we're talking today, Viva.
I don't know if you remember, but I met you at the trucker protest.
You were live streaming.
I had my signs on.
We talked for like 30 seconds.
But about, honestly, like a third or half of the people at the trucker protest had already known about me from different podcasts or whatever.
But no one was talking about this issue then.
Now everyone's talking about it.
I'm so thankful for you today to host this because you reach so many people and you never know who you're going to inspire.
And this just snowballs.
So the truth is going to keep spreading.
And when parents learn what's going on and they start to understand this, this will end.
Because the outrage will be so immense because this is just raw, pure and simple.
And the biggest thing I've done, the most success I've had were these videos that I tweeted out last year produced by Boston Children's Hospital.
Their gender clinic produced all these videos for their YouTube channel.
And the first one I tweeted out was about gender affirming...
Hysterectomies.
And you can pull these up if you like.
They're all over my Twitter.
If you Google Billboard Chris or search on Twitter, Billboard Chris Gender Affirming Hysterectomy, you'll find it, I'm sure.
It's got a yellow background.
But this woman's talking about how they'll cut out a uterus to affirm a girl's gender.
And sometimes they'll cut out the ovaries as well.
That's called a bilateral oophorectomy.
But they don't always do that.
And it's just this beautiful, inspirational video about...
Sending a teenage girl into menopause by cutting out her uterus.
People couldn't believe it.
Yeah, I've seen those Boston...
Yeah, that video started to pick up steam and I thought, I'd better record this because I think they might delete it.
Later that night, they deleted it.
So then I quickly recorded 40 other videos they produced before they deleted all of those too.
Watch out all these videos incriminating them.
Gender-affirming hysterectomy is very similar to most hysterectomies.
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry.
We just literally started with gender-affirming hysterectomy.
I was going to say, people say it's going to be viewed the way we view lobotomies now.
This is Frankensteinian, but I can't believe what we just heard.
Let's just try this again.
Gender-affirming hysterectomy is very similar to most hysterectomies that occur.
A hysterectomy itself is the removal of the uterus, the cervix, which is the opening of the uterus, and the fallopian tubes, which are attached to the sides of the uterus.
Some gender-affirming hysterectomies will also include the removal of the ovaries, but that's technically a separate procedure called a bilateral oophrectomy.
Hold on.
I just love the music, Chris.
It's the bubbly...
I told you.
I'm not talking about something that puts...
How anybody can compare something to genital mutilation, this is like...
This is human centipede level mutilation of a human body.
And not every gender-affirming hysterectomy includes that, and people who are getting gender-affirming hysterectomies do not have to have their ovaries removed.
Oh, well, isn't that a relief?
I don't use the word evil very often.
I don't use the word evil very often.
She looks very nice.
I wonder if she even thinks that what she's doing is evil, but that's evil.
Okay, so I recorded that video.
They deleted it.
I tweeted it out again.
And I want to give huge credit to Libza TikTok and Matt Walsh because they retweeted it for me.
And it really went viral.
I think it would have anyway, but it really went viral thanks to their help.
Also, because my Twitter account was very censored back then.
Finally, last week, Twitter uncensored me.
But all my content was deemed adult content.
You had to be 18 to follow me.
Unless you adjusted your settings to see sensitive content for more than a year, you couldn't view any of my videos.
So it really hurt my growth.
But I'm finally free.
Anyway, that video is insane.
So pull up another one.
Go Twitter Billboard Chris and then search opposite hyphen gender toys.
Opposite gender toys.
So I just had to tweet that one out, Chris, with the human.
So Billboard.
Billboard Chris and then search opposite gender toys.
And you should see a video with a pink background.
I think I've seen this one before.
Opposite gender toys.
Is it on Twitter?
Yeah, Billboard, Chris.
This is recent.
I do them at different times because I keep getting new followers.
I keep educating with the same videos.
I'm out there to educate.
That's what I'm doing.
I'm an educator, essentially.
You're forcing people to stare into the abyss, Chris.
Hold on.
In the good way, not in the bad way.
Hold on.
Let me bring it up here.
Holy crap.
I want to predict where this is going to go.
This is going to go to...
It's got to be about...
I started reading.
Never mind.
We're seeing it?
A child will often know that they are transgender from the moment that they have any ability to express themselves.
And parents will often tell us this.
We have parents who tell us that their kids, they knew from the minute they were born, practically.
And actions like refusing to get a haircut or standing to urinate, trying to stand to urinate, refusing to stand to urinate, trying on siblings' clothing, playing with the "opposite gender" toys, things like that.
There is more and more a group of...
Adolescents that we are seeing that really are coming to the realization that they might be trans or gender diverse a little bit later on in their life.
So what we're seeing from them is that they always sort of knew something was maybe off and didn't have the understanding to know that they might be trans or have a different gender identity than the one they had been assigned.
So that is a growing population that we are seeing and that's being recognized as being trans and able to be treated.
That one pales in comparison to the last one.
Hold on, though.
Hold on.
So, toys.
So, if a boy is playing with a doll, does that make him transgender?
Apparently.
If a little girl tries to pee standing up.
So, if a little girl has two or three older brothers who all pee standing up, and she tries to pee standing up like, honestly, most of these girls do.
Most women will tell you this.
Especially if they have older brothers.
That's a sign that your child's transgender.
If your boy doesn't want to get a haircut, that's a sign your child's transgender.
This is important.
I know the other one is more shocking, but this is the fundamental ideology that drives the whole thing.
Stereotypes.
So because your child's a little non-conforming, now we need to cut out their womb.
Chris, my The theory now, I've been saying it, I'm late, you know, maybe I'm late, but whatever, is that it is fundamentally the most homophobic and misogynist philosophy out there, that they cloak it as progressivism, but it's based on the most regressive stereotypes of what gender even means, and that it's effectively, it is anti-gay.
It's basically saying anybody who might otherwise be gay, you're not a male attracted to a male, you're a broken male.
Who actually should be a female.
And so go, one of the most, this was the black pill moment of my interview with Richie, is that he said, you know, like, we all just think, okay, they lop off your wanker and then create a hole, which they call a neo-vagina.
And he's like, it's beyond that.
Now I've realized he's a 26-year-old, 28-year-old maybe.
I was just gay, but now I can't even engage in what would otherwise be ordinary gay sex because when they make the neo-vagina, it...
It displaces or they have to reposition the prostate or the anal canal.
And so it's even impossible now to engage in what would otherwise just be normal homosexual sex.
It's Frankensteinian.
And it's basically saying, if you're a young kid and you think you're gay, you're broken.
You're trans.
If you're a girl who likes to play sports, well, guess what?
That makes you a boy because in my regressive stereotype of what it means to be a girl, girls don't play sports.
Girls don't do sports.
It's backwards.
But I try to not think of these people as fundamentally evil.
But I have no other way of...
It makes me think Dr. Mengele, back in the day, was very sympathetic when he was describing what he was doing.
You watch this and there's no other way to view the atrocities of history.
Yeah.
So let's do one more video.
Do the same thing again.
Search Billboard Chris and then vaginoplasty.
And you should see a purple background with Dr. Oren Gaynor.
Agenoplasty.
Yeah.
Indigenous post-op trans-identified male.
No.
Or maybe enter Boston as well.
And I love how people say that you're putting penile inversion, the reader app.
You should find another video with a purple background with Dr. Oren Gaynor.
O-R-E-N.
Maybe search that.
Billboard Chris.
Oren.
O-R-E-N.
And then Gainer.
G-A-N-O-R.
What color is the background?
Sorry, what was the name of the doctor again?
Oren Gainer.
O-R-E-N.
Yeah, Oren Gainer.
Twitter.
It's not coming up.
Billboard Chris.
Try it.
Boston Children's Vaginoplasty.
I've tweeted it a bunch of times.
You'll find it.
Let's see here.
Got something.
You're unable to view this because the person limits their account, so that's not the right one.
Awesome.
You could actually share it via the private chat.
Penile Inversion Vaginoplasty.
Yeah.
I'm not getting the tweet.
I'm getting a thread.
Okay, I'll find one and I'll share it in the chat.
All right.
And you have to leave in 14 minutes, eh?
You have to leave soon.
Let me see.
I know you got something and I don't want to keep you longer than you.
In half an hour.
I'm on the radio in St. Louis, but I'm fine for now.
We're going to end this on Rumble after this one and then we'll just stay live on Locals and we'll take some more questions there.
I'll give everyone the link for Locals.
It's unbelievable.
And while you do that, I'll just read a couple of the chats.
We got Schmickle says, does Chris know of BC's Bill 36?
Bill 36 just passed, changing the medical colleges from 15 to 6 for complete government control and obedience, especially after the COVID mandates.
Maminka, $8 rumble, and says, we are very thankful, Chris.
Love, kudos to you, heart.
Into the abyss indeed, says my real name.
Kay Prophet says, Ever watch Firefly?
Think Reavers.
This is the modern day left.
Self-delating, completely insane, and only consume and destroy.
Kenzie says, National Paint...
Oh, National Paint Night, the night before Pride parades.
Paint over any...
Well, I don't want to encourage anybody to commit crimes.
Oh, so I got...
Okay, so I think I got it right here.
Yeah, it's from Kenzie.
Okay, so I got that.
Let me see here.
And that's not to be disrespectful to one of the Rumble Rats.
I don't want anyone accusing me of encouraging people to break the law in protest, which I do not ever do, folks.
No, never.
We can do all this smartly.
Just be calm and cool and collected and let them expose themselves.
They do it every time.
Okay, this is going to be the last one on Rumble.
Then we're going to end this and go and take some Q&A on locals.
Is this it, Chris?
No.
I sent it to you in the chat.
Okay, so hold on.
Let me go here.
Private chat.
Sorry.
This is not a boomer moment.
This is actually just Google on my computer.
It's not...
Ah, yeah.
Here we go.
Okay.
Now I'm going to go to this one.
Put it in here.
And Chris, this...
Oh, you see?
It's age restricted.
Even my old tweets, we can't see.
So hold on.
I'm going to go in...
See, this was so annoying.
I can maybe find a newer.
I don't think I've tweeted it out recently.
No, but it's also interesting.
It shows why it doesn't come up in Google search, I guess.
Okay, so I'm going to go here.
Yeah, the Twitter was crushing me for so long.
I'm going to tweet it out right now.
Here we go.
Okay, let's do this.
Let's see what this one has to say.
He looks nice.
Oren Ganor.
Yeah, so him and the last doctor are the two top doctors at the most prestigious gender clinic in the world, basically.
Let's hear what he has to say.
Penile inversion vaginoplasty is the full name of vaginoplasty.
In this procedure, the surgical team is creating the outer and the inner vagina.
The reason it's called penile inversion vaginoplasty is because...
We use the penile skin and the squirrel skin in order to reconstruct the vagina.
By doing so, we...
I just have to stop it.
Again, Chris, the music is making me want to puke.
But they're describing something which you would think that they were describing the...
Not the cure, but the treatment for massive injury from a car accident.
And I'm not saying this to be funny.
They get their genitals shredded up in a car accident and they have to reconstruct.
You'd think that that's what they're talking about right now.
The magic of science to address massive bodily trauma to try to restore someone.
Listen to his words at the end here.
It's quite something.
I'm going to back it up just a little bit more.
We use the penile skin and the scurril skin in order to reconstruct the vagina.
By doing so, we break it down to all of its components and we use some of the tissue to reconstruct things the way they were supposed to be for that patient.
Whoa!
Look at his face.
Look at his face.
He's so happy.
The way they were supposed to be.
...to be for that patient.
The way they were supposed to be for that patient.
The boy was supposed to be born with a vagina.
So now they've sliced open his penis and they've inverted it.
But, and I mentioned this earlier, if the kid went on puberty blockers, they can't do this surgery because there's not enough tissue to create enough depth for the neovagina.
So what do they do?
They take it off the forearm.
These are the pictures.
No, that's for the girls.
Okay.
That's to create a penis for the girls.
For the boys, they will take out some of their colon, or they'll take out some of their stomach lining.
They did that to Jazz Jennings on a TV show, I Am Jazz, when he was still 17. They cut out some of his stomach lining to form the inside of his neo-vagina.
And when they use the colon, it smells like colon.
And you have to dilate this for the rest of your life.
I know what it means.
Explain what dilate means and how they have to do it.
So it's a wound, and it wants to close up.
And it won't retain its depth or its width if you don't stick a dilator in there.
For the first few weeks or months, they have to do it every day.
Then slowly over time, they do it less often.
But I've seen a lot of adults who've had this done 10 years ago, and they're still dilating every day.
Schmickle says, do these patients know they have to use a dilator for life without orgasms for life?
And I think the answer is probably no.
And even if they say the words, you don't really...
You don't really appreciate what it's going to mean.
Okay, Chris.
So again, they're doing this to kids.
They're doing this to 16-year-old kids.
Boston Children's Hospital, after I tweeted out these videos, they changed their website.
They deleted their videos, and they changed their website to say they do it on 18-year-olds plus.
But I know that this is going on in different clinics around the country.
As young as 16, at Kaiser Permanente, they start the process at 15, they said.
Because before they actually do the surgery itself, They have to do hair removal for six months to a year in advance.
They do that for the phalloplasties, too, where they cut off the girl's forearm flesh or flesh from her thigh to form a phallus.
They start the hair removal process still when they're kids.
And plus, they're promoting these videos to kids.
And plus, these kids are all struggling with different comorbidities or they're gay or they're autistic or whatever.
It's just insane.
We've got to stop it.
So that's what I'm doing.
People can call me whatever they like.
It doesn't matter to me.
All right, we're going to end this on Rumble.
There's some questions in Locals and we can have a little private Q&A there.
Everybody, thank you very much.
You know where to find Chris.
And there'll be a few more minutes left over on Locals.
I'll send the link one more time.
This is tough to even hear, let alone understand that they're doing it and encouraging this contagion as though it's liberation and you're the bigot.
For saying, if adults, the adults who themselves are suffering from mental issues and instead of getting treated for that are being pushed into this, at least you can say adults are able to consent with children.
It's totally different.
All right, everybody.
I'm going to end this on Rumble and I'll see you on Locals.
Thanks, everyone.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
You stay with me.
We're going to still be live.
I'm not going anywhere.
It doesn't change anything on our ending now.
And now we're exclusive on Locals.
And Chris, I'll just read a few of these chats.
I can't bring them up quite as easily.
It says, with compassion and facts and without being bombastic is excellent advice, Chris.
Pam Walker says, I just posted these statements, documents on the main page.
