Time Text
I never expected a day to be quite as emotional for me as it has been.
I've talked to a number of you and gotten to know you.
I think it's important to tell you right now, though, you guys may individually feel a little broken.
I'm going to stop here just for one second.
I don't like laughing at people because they cry.
In fact, I do not laugh at people when they cry.
Sincerely.
Where I do make fun of people is when they go through the most painful, disingenuous, hack job of an acting shtick that you've ever seen.
This guy, Kinzinger is like channeling.
He's trying to channel the death of his dog when he was a kid to just squeeze out one little tear.
Just one tear.
Can't happen.
Because it's so bloody disingenuous.
Okay, sorry.
You guys all talk about the effects you have to deal with, and you talk about the impact of that day.
It's going to go vocal fry.
But you guys won.
You guys held.
You know, democracies are not defined by our bad days.
Oh, he did the Bill Clinton lip.
We're defined by how we come back from bad days.
Does he not give off a little bit of the vibe of, I did not have...
Sexual relations with that woman.
You guys held.
You guys held.
How we take accountability for that.
And now he's going back to the vocal fry.
And for all the overheated rhetoric surrounding this committee.
He sounds constipated.
Our mission is very simple.
He sounds constipated.
Let's define the truth.
And it's to ensure accountability.
Okay, we're done.
Oh!
You guys held.
You guys held.
Oh.
Good afternoon, East Coast.
Good morning, West Coast.
Good brunch, Central.
Yeah, I forgot what I forgot.
I remembered what I forgot.
To set up the stream on Locals.
Because we are simulcasting streaming on YouTube, on Rumble, and on Locals at vivabarneslaw.locals.com and the way the system is working now because systems are better than goals.
We're going to end on YouTube to go exclusive to Rumble and Locals.
And then at the end of the stream, I end on Rumble and carry on at Locals where we take some questions.
I read to the Rumble Locals tips and so on and so forth.
Who was that guy?
I'll tell you, that guy...
Jim Bottle, okay, I like that name, apparently had some painful gas, according to Mrs. Hayes.
That's Adam Kinzinger, the bipartisan element to the January 6th Kangaroo Committee that spent two years investigating the January 6th insurrection, the most unarmed insurrection that never was.
Because when you go overthrow a government and you belong to the demographic that is very Second Amendment rights, very whatever other...
Besmirching, demeaning names the left or, you know, coastal cities want to call flyover America.
When you go to stage an insurrection, you show up empty-handed and if you're really ballsy, like you really want to throw the government over, overthrow the government, you want to insurrect the government, you show up with an American flag, but it has to be on a pointy flagpole.
That's how you overthrow the government.
The discussion of the day is going to be...
I love how people call everybody...
Tucker Carlson is controlled opposition, yadda yadda.
One will never know who is controlled opposition and who is not, except for that person.
Because Lord knows I get called controlled opposition, or Mossad, or a shill or whatever.
People call Tucker Carlson controlled opposition.
I'm going to save the dog for the end of this.
And I don't care.
All that I know is that Tucker Carlson is now blowing the lid off the January 6th kangaroo committee.
Boy howdy, as we say in the industry.
Like, some of us knew.
Some can say, well, you didn't really know if you didn't have the evidence.
I think we've had the evidence for a long time to definitively know that everyone on that January 6th committee, and I call it the kangaroo court committee, We're liars.
Propagandist liars.
Because I spent...
Oh, man.
Do you remember I was going to live stream each one of those hearings?
And I did, I think, the first two.
I did two or three overall.
It was the most patronizing, dishonest, disingenuous spew of lies that you've ever seen.
But you had to have a certain base amount of information to know that.
I think we all knew that.
There's a lot of people out there who might not have known that back in the day or are now going to look back and say, oh, Viva, you got lucky when you called them all a bunch of liars and this was a setup from the beginning.
I don't think we got lucky.
I think we were just, you know, paying attention to stuff like those who said, don't do certain medical interventions to your body.
Others of us say, well, you guys, you made a good guess, but based on inadequate information.
No, they might have just been looking at the right information when others were not.
Um, it...
It was obvious.
From day one when Robert and I were live streaming and he was in Washington but not at the events.
The day one.
And we're like, this doesn't look as bad as the media is portraying it to be.
They spent two years not building it into something because that would presume that there was a foundation on which to build the lies.
Lying about what it was.
Lying about what it represented.
And in so doing, also, you know, downplayed and demeaned some of the most actually historically traumatizing days in American history, Pearl Harbor being one, 9-11 being the other, by comparing January 6th to 9-11.
Okay, so they had two years of these flipping hearings, or two years of investigation, and then they had their primetime hearings.
And some of us knew it was a pile of lies, a big, steaming, stinky pile of lies.
Anyways, now Tucker Carlson got access to 40,000 hours of the footage from January 6th on the Capitol that had not hitherto been disclosed to the public.
Why?
I don't know.
Ask McChristine, Adam Kinzinger, why they didn't release the footage that Tucker Carlson from Fox News got access to from Speaker McCarthy.
Why didn't they release this?
They're accusing Tucker Carlson now of lying and misrepresenting.
They had two years to release the, I mean, 40,000 hours, according to Tucker Carlson, a lot of it was just, like, empty room footage of, like, CCTV, you know, capturing nothing.
You know, I got 40,000 hours of security footage around the house, I guess, and by and large, no one's gonna, you know, it's nothing.
It's space.
Not all of it, however.
And we're going to get into that today.
Because it's bad.
Solitary confinement, and I know that you're talking about Jacob Chansley, Jacob Angeli, aka the QAnon shaman.
We're going to get into all of it.
We're going to get into all of it.
Let me see what we're going to do, however.
Standard disclaimers.
No medical advice.
No election fortification advice.
No legal advice.
But we will be talking about stuff.
YouTube has these things called Rumble Rants, like what you're looking at right here, Andrew Matthews.
Viva, check out the Saudi Arabia for 15-minute city scary.
We discussed that on Sunday night with Barnes.
YouTube takes 30% of these wonderful things called Super Chats, which is what people do if they want to support the channel, support me.
If you don't like that, and some people don't, we are simultaneously streaming on Rumble.
They have Rumble Rants.
And Rumble takes 20%, so it's better for the creator and better to support a platform that actually supports free speech.
There is one here that says, Uncle Kenny, saw you a lot on Sunday night.
I need a clip.
Say, I am Mossad.
Oh, God.
Now you're going to clip it, me saying, I am Mossad, and then cackling like a lunatic.
Oh, shoot, I've done myself in.
Let the memes begin, people.
Rumble Rant.
The best way to support the channel, if you want to go to vivabarneslaw.locals.com, become a non-supporting member.
Just member of the community.
We're at like $107,000 or $105,000.
Or become a supporting member, which is $7 a month, $70 a year or more if you so choose.
Some people actually choose to do that.
Or go to VivaFry.com.
Get some merch if you want.
So we're going to cover the January 6th Kangaroo Court confirmed.
And we're going to go through a lot of it because Tucker Carlson, it's mostly Jacob Chansley, which is...
I was thinking about it before the stream today.
Other than stealing a life, taking a life, there is, I cannot think of a greater theft than time.
Jacob Angeli, we're going to get into it, and a lot of these January 6th defendants have been detained in pretrial detention in horrific totalitarian, authoritarian regime conditions.
Solitary confinement, some of them sustained questionable injuries.
Other than stealing a life, stealing someone's time is the greatest theft because it's not reimbursable.
Money?
Reimbursable.
Material objects?
Reimbursable.
Stolen time cannot be refunded.
It cannot be returned.
And it can difficultly be compensated.
And I was talking about the Murdoch conviction on Sunday and I was talking about O.J. Simpson with someone.
He went to jail for nine years for the Vegas memorabilia.
Robbery.
Nine years for that.
Whereas even if you think he got away with murder in the criminal trial, and this was clearly retribution for what people felt was a wrongful acquittal, nine years for theft is theft.
Now, there might have been attenuating circumstances there, whatever.
Money, and this is a good point, money is stolen time.
True.
But money can be compensated.
So if someone steals $9 million from their clients, That money can be reimbursed.
Time can only be compensated with money, but time can never be reimbursed.
But yes, absolutely.
When you steal someone's money, it's not so much the money, it's the time it took to acquire that money, which is stealing time indirectly, but money can be compensated.
So, you know, theft of money can be rehabilitated.
Hold on.
You ready for this?
Winston went to the groomer.
Oh, he smells quite perfumey.
And he looks very angry at what the groomer has done to him.
Winston, are you angry?
Look at that face.
Okay.
He just calmed down.
Oh, he was also convicted of kidnapping.
Okay, well, scratch that, but you know what I meant.
Okay.
Let me see what this says.
January 6th will be a stain on our history.
Unfortunately, a political judicial.
But let's get into it.
Because Tucker Carlson, whatever you think about it, my God, people are just, people are idiots.
And I'm going to pull up, you know, let's start with a couple of the bad takes.
If you saw the list of links that I have currently in the backdrop, it would give you anxiety.
Let's just start with bad takes on Twitter.
If I can find it.
Let me just find the good one.
Here we go.
Joe Walsh.
Before we get into the actual evidence, we'll do some bad takes and then we'll end on YouTube and go to Rumble.
Here.
Joe Walsh.
This is, I mean, Joe, I know he's got a...
He's got a sad history.
There's only so much that someone can have suffered through in life that would be relevant to excusing current stupidity.
This is Joe Walsh.
Joe Walsh hosts the White Flag with Joe Walsh, former candidate for president, former congressman, be brave.
I'm thinking of another guy.
Who did that?
He had a show, a television show, a crime show.
See if anybody knows that in the chat.
Anyway, it doesn't matter.
Let's just read Joe Walsh's wonderfully insightful rebuttal to what we're going to see is the disclosures coming from Tucker Carlson.
What we know.
This is Matt Walsh's, Joe Walsh's assessment.
What we know.
Tucker Carlson is lying about January 6th.
Anybody who's been hanging around the channel?
We'll be able to look at a statement and be able to distinguish between statements of opinion and statements of fact.
Ad hominem attacks and evidentiary support.
Now, there's nothing necessarily wrong with an opinion, but an opinion needs to be substantiated by facts.
An opinion on its own is not a fact.
Tucker Carlson is lying about January 6th is an opinion.
That needs to rely on some facts which are acutely missing from Joe Walsh's six-point plan, how to gaslight the public into not believing that what they are seeing is what they're seeing with their own two eyes.
What we know, he's lying.
That's a nice opinion.
We'd like to see the backup for that, the receipts, so to speak.
His audience will believe his lies.
That's another prediction, matter of opinion.
Thus far, not supported by any receipts.
Other right-wing talkers will spread his lies.
That sounds like an iteration of items one and two.
Okay, that presupposes a fact that has yet to be even specified.
Five, the divide in America will harden.
I could probably agree with that opinion.
Six, and we're not sure if this is a threat.
Prediction, promise, or fear, although, you know, like David Mamet says, and it's going to come up again later on, every fear hides a wish.
There will be more violence.
Oh, is that a threat?
As in there will be more violence, like the violence that we saw on January 6th, which, from a lot of the video evidence that's coming out right now, might not have been...
Only, exclusively, or even primarily a wild group of insurrectionists unleashing on the police.
It might be the police, you know, like pepper spraying willy-nilly, everybody in the crowd swinging bats willy-nilly.
That's Matt Walsh's wonderfully insightful take.
It doesn't contain one fact.
It doesn't contain one element to support his opinion.
And then let's just see what we don't do.
So that's Joe Walsh.
Who's the guy that had the show?
The Justice Show.
Joe Walsh stayed at Hotel California.
Does everybody know the show?
It was like not Unsolved Mysteries, but kind of like Unsolved Mysteries.
Was that Joe Walsh?
Anyhow, that's one wonderfully insightful take.
It heavily relies on evidence and not just name-calling.
It's substantiated, supported.
Supported.
And here, let's do John Walsh.
Oh, I'm sorry.
That's John Walsh, America's most wanted.
Okay.
Sorry, there's Matt Walsh.
John Walsh.
And who was the other one we just looked at?
Okay.
John Walsh, people.
Sorry.
Okay.
Let's have another take.
This one, we got to go down the inception, the Twitter-ception.
This is Judd Legume.
Judd Legum.
I write popular information, an independent newsletter dedicated to accountability in journalism.
Okay.
His DMs are open.
His take on a video that we're going to see in a second.
So the argument by Tucker is that Hawley did run from the mob, but other people were running too, so the video was a lie.
This is the best he can come up with.
I suspect some of you are not going to have done the Twitter inception because most people on Twitter are going to read this and then move on, believe, retweet, or know that Judd Legume is a liar.
So the argument by Tucker is that Hawley did run from the mob, but other people were running too, so the video was a lie?
This is the best he can come up with?
Okay, let's mental screen grab that assessment.
Of what we're going to watch right now in response to this video.
Hold on.
Let's get the audio.
This is from ACYN.
I don't know who all of these people are.
Internet hooligan.
That's a beautiful, beautiful drawing.
Self-portrait.
Let's hear what the video to which Legume is responding.
The surveillance footage we reviewed shows that famous clip was a sham edited deceptively by the January 6th committee.
Just remember what the accusation was, the allegation was.
Other people were running, so the clip was a lie.
That's the best you can come up with.
He was running because other people were running.
The actual videotape shows that Hawley was one of many lawmakers being ushered out of the building by Capitol Hill police officers.
Oh!
Maybe I'm wordsmithing, Chad, and you'll let me know.
Am I wordsmithing?
Or is there a difference between running from the mob...
And being ushered out of a building by police.
Is there a material, factual difference in those two assessments?
And in fact, Hawley was at the back of the pack.
The coward tape was a lie.
One of many from the January 6th committee.
Checkmate.
But let's just play it again.
Lawmakers being ushered out of the building by Capitol Hill police officers.
Being ushered out of the building.
By Capitol Police officers.
Oh, how do I go forward here?
Where the statement from someone who's doubling down on the lie is that he was running from the mob, but other people were too.
Chat, am I being a disingenuous lawyer by wordsmithing here?
Or is there not a material, conceptual, factual difference between saying someone was running from the mob versus abiding by police orders to evacuate a building?
Is there a difference?
Let's see.
One, now you know what?
Yes, there's a difference.
No, there's no difference.
That'll be the easiest way to do it.
MSM is all propaganda needs to be shut down along with the government.
If these videos don't show you our government is corrupt, you're hopeless.
Don't pick on the typo guy.
We know what he meant.
Yes, there's a big freaking difference.
Viva's on it like chicken on a Junebug, I'll tell you what.
Because they're liars.
They are all pathological liars.
And when they get caught in a lie, what do liars do?
Because they're incapable of telling the truth.
They've got to double down on their lies.
And I wasn't going to bring this one up, but let's do it.
Who's this lie going to come from?
Let me see here.
Go like this.
Go like this.
Who's this?
I mean, we started off with Kinzinger, who's going to make all y 'all gag.
Let's go to the other member of the bipartisan committee that, by the way, didn't meet the quorum.
Didn't meet the legal requirements to be constituted, and the bipartisan aspect of it were two of the biggest, most political hacks in the history of American politics, Republican Adam Kinzinger and Republican Liz Cheney.
Is this it?
Is this one?
That looks like it.
That looks like the one.
Oh, so hold on.
I want to bring it up.
I don't just want to see it.
Does it come up to the top when I bring it up?
Here it is.
Okay, here.
Let's see what Liz Cheney has to say about things.
This, by the way, just appreciate what this was and notice the nice music in there for effect because the January 6th committee.
It was all about getting to the truth of the matter.
The truth was that this was an insurrection, and therefore, that's the truth to which they need to come.
Facts be damned.
They edited together videos that would make Joseph Goebbels green with envy in terms of the propaganda that it served to satisfy.
Listen to this.
Let me just see.
8 million views.
Multiple capital injuries.
Multiple capital injuries.
Splicing audio over video.
Boy, it sure was convenient.
Did scaffolding guy, the one who told everyone where to go and what to do, did he get arrested?
Did he even get identified?
I mean, these clips in and of themselves are barely three seconds long.
*Screams* you Thank you.
Thank you.
Now, by the way, it's not to say that there was not violence that day.
There certainly was a portion of the protest that got violent and out of hand.
Whether or not that characterizes hundreds of thousands of people who came down to peacefully protest, as Donald Trump said in his speech, well, it'll be up to you to decide.
I know people are going to say, well, look, the majority of the people who went to the BLM protests in the Summer of Love were peaceful.
It was just a small minority that got violent and started burning down buildings.
Okay, that argument is there.
The only question is going to be, where do you draw the line at what characterizes an event and who gets prosecuted or persecuted for that?
And where do you make the distinction that pockets of violence of people who clearly broke windows and got violent does not itself qualify the entire event as an insurrection?
Listen to this.
When did she publish this?
Oh, this is from...
What's the date today?
This is from today.
March 7th.
One lesson of Jan 6th is this.
Trump's lies spread on TV and social media provoked a violent attack on our Capitol.
No responsible adult and no American pledged to our Constitution should deny what happened or repeat the same reckless lies.
Do you ever notice how, like, their condemnations always contain, like...
Self-gratifying, self-flattering, self-elevating implications.
Every one of their condemnations elevates them indirectly.
It's an amazing thing to actually compliment yourself while attempting to insult others.
It's a beautiful strategy, and she's very good at it.
One lesson is this.
His lies, she's honest, spread on TV and social media, not like what she did.
Provoked a violent attack on our Capitol.
No responsible adult.
She's a responsible adult.
Especially ones who pledged allegiance to the Constitution.
The Constitution that, you know, Liz Cheney is seeking to uphold by denying a slew of rights if some of the accused in January 6th should deny what happened or repeat the same reckless lies.
When caught in a lie, double down, people.
We're going to end on this.
We're going to end YouTube on this lie.
Coming from...
We're going to go back to Crybaby McCryface, or I'll just call him the liar.
Kinzinger.
Talking about lies.
It says this lie doesn't really have anything to do with January 6th, but it's certainly indicative of the quality of minds that are fixated on this.
The quality of minds of the people who partook in this...
Bipartisan January 6th committee.
The quality of mind and honesty and good judgment of Adam Kinzinger.
This will never get old until he corrects and retracts.
Until then, it's fair game to rub Adam Kinzinger's face in.
The ghost of Kiev people.
That's not the right...
Darn it, I just...
Well, that just blew the punchline.
The ghost of Kiev people.
Oh, cripe.
Jamie is so fired.
Hold on, where is it?
The Ghost of Kiev, Part 2. This is from Adam Kinzinger's Twitter feed.
Now, the first one is the one he deleted.
And we're going to read it.
Just one more time.
Just so Adam Kinzinger is reminded of his folly.
And so the rest of the world is reminded of his folly.
Delete a tweet from Adam Kinzinger.
The hashtag Ghost of Kiev has a name.
And he has absolutely owned the Russian Air Force.
Godspeed and more kills.
Samuel.
QT.
Raul Brando.
I don't know what that means.
Ukrainian ace fighter pilot known as the Ghost of Kiev.
A real name is Samuel Hyde, a 36-year-old who was...
And he links to an article.
If there's anybody out there who doesn't yet know the ghost of Kiev, was video footage from a video game.
It looked very realistic, and I've seen a lot of these video games, and it's kind of outrageous how real it does look to some extent.
It was fake.
It was, I don't know if you call it a hoax, a gag, a 4chan meme that some idiots believed.
And it's not to say that...
You're an idiot if you believed it and made a mistake and then realized and then deleted it, which some might think is exactly what Kinzinger did right here, because he deleted the tweet, right?
The ghost of Kiev has a name.
Ukrainian ace fighter pilot.
Real name, Samuel Hyde.
Maybe he deleted it.
Oh, wow, I acted too quickly there and made a mistake.
But no, because this is what he retweeted, and as of this morning, it's still there.
Adam Kinzinger, hashtag fella, and I don't know what that means.
What the hell does hashtag fella mean?
It doesn't matter.
To the hashtag ghost of Kiev, we raise a glass.
Here is to even more.
And he's retweeting John Noble.
Throughout the conflict in Ukraine seen today, there is one Ukrainian MiG-29 fighter jet that is soaring through the skies of Kiev.
This single fighter jet has already earned itself an alias, the ghost of Kiev, and has already owned six Russian aircraft.
These are the people who you are relying on to tell you the truth.
He still hasn't deleted the tweet.
He still hasn't corrected it.
That I know of.
That's Adam Kinzinger.
That's the bipartisan.
That's the bipartisan aspect of this committee.
And the good judgment.
And he served in the military.
He served in the Air Force.
Which makes it...
I guess even a little better.
Okay, we're good.
Let's do this here.
I'm going to go...
Now we're going to carry on with some of the actual video photos.
Let me see.
We got another...
Uncle Kenny.
I'm not going to...
Certain types of criminals steal a lifetime.
And the ones who do bad things to young people.
And you're a thousand percent right about that.
All right.
Now what I'm going to do is I'm going to go get the link here.
I'm going to share it one last time.
And we're going to go to YouTube and Rumble and leave.
No!
We're going to go to Rumble and Locals and leave YouTube.
Everyone, the link is there.
Let's mosey on over 1,600 people.
So all of you, I'll see you at Rumble.
And if for whatever the reason you don't like Rumble or the user experience, first of all, if you have any critique or recommendations, let me know because I can speak with tech.
Go to vivabarneslaw.locals.com right now.
I'll send that link here, too, so you can all go watch on Locals because they now have installed RTMP capability at Locals, so I'm streaming through Locals.
I'm streaming on Locals through StreamYard, and it allows me more creativity in the order in which I do things.
Okay, peeps.
Ooh, you know what?
We're going to wait 20 seconds just so I can end it on YouTube at exactly 30 minutes on the nose.
How's everybody doing?
How does one kill 10 seconds?
Nine, eight.
Go over to Rumble or Locals and I'll see you there.
I'm going to end it.
Can I do it on exactly 30 seconds?
Yes.
Oh, it was one second early.
It was one second early.
Darn it, that's going to drive me crazy later.
Okay, now let's just go make sure we're good on Rumble and then we're going to carry on with this.
We're going to go through some of the video clips.
It's shocking and what has happened to Jacob Angeli, it's like people are so ingrained, deeply ingrained in their own deceit that if you go out on a limb and say what's being done to Jacob Angeli, Jacob Chansley, aka the QAnon shaman, You're supporting an actual terrorist.
I'll see if I can get to the Tucker Carlson clip.
I forget where I saw it.
It was on Tucker Carlson.
You had talking heads on propagandist MSM suggesting that he should have been shot.
And I guess in that sense, justifying what many rightly believe to be the execution of Ashley Babbitt by that cop.
Point blank, shot in the neck.
I said the day of and I said since.
Sometimes the consequences of the error are just infinitely disproportionate to the gravity of the error.
People were doing very silly things and jumping through a broken window.
Whether or not she knew that politicians were behind that broken window, you're playing a very risky game where even though the consequences are arguably criminal, but I think they...
Probably should be criminal now.
I might have gotten a little harder on that because as the facts came out, very little can justify shooting someone at point-blank under those circumstances.
Even if you thought somehow they had something bad in their backpack.
The cop was exonerated, says Atz player.
He was hailed as a hero.
Shooting someone within three feet, point-blank, into the...
Not carrying a weapon, not petite, but not a woman who's of an average stature, point blank.
As if that bullet going through couldn't have gotten one of the police officers behind Ashley Babbitt.
Reckless is an understatement.
Now, whether or not it was a foreseeable risk and play stupid games type thing, sometimes, unfortunately, the prize you win is just excessively, exceedingly disproportionate to the game.
But discharging a firearm, There were police behind Ashley Babbitt in close proximity.
If the bullet had gone through Ashley and hit a police officer, they would have blamed it on the crowd.
Not on that cop.
Anyhow.
So, some people were saying, you know, talking heads on mainstream media saying, you should have gotten shot.
Jacob and Jelly.
When people break into the Capitol building.
You know, what is the building of the people?
They should be shot.
I mean, that's really awesome.
If you're hell-bent on bringing sort of an authoritarian North Korea to America, why don't you just go live in North Korea?
It'll be a lot easier for everyone.
So let me pull up the Tucker Carlson.
Let me pull up Tucker Carlson and see what we're going to start with.
And then we're going to get to some fun Canadian stuff.
Oh, yeah.
Okay, so hold on.
We did the Tucker Carlson Josh Hawley lie.
Okay, so we'll take that out of the backdrop.
And here we go.
Let's start with this.
Number one.
Ian Miles Chong tweeted this.
These are clips from Tucker Carlson, so hashtag fair use.
Here.
Dangerous conspiracy theorist dressed in outlandish costume who led the violent insurrection to overthrow American democracy.
A guy that some talking heads on MSM, and hopefully I'll be able to get to that clip of the Tucker Carlson segment, suggesting he should be shot.
Trespass, by the way, now.
Because even at worst, that's what it was.
Trespass.
Execution.
These are coming from the same people who want to prosecute the McCloskeys to the fullest extent of the law for...
Not even doing a fraction of what they are suggesting should have been done under analogous or comparable situations.
These are the people who want to go after people who shoot people in their own homes, intruders.
Prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.
Punish them with the process.
But under this case, they should have shot him.
For these crimes, Chansley was sentenced to nearly four years in prison, far more time than many violent criminals now receive.
What did Jacob Chansley do to receive this punishment?
He pleaded people, so there's going to be that to deal with when you say he pleaded, he accepted a plea deal, and they sentenced him to 41 months in jail.
We're going to get to the sentence afterwards.
36 months probation afterwards.
What did he do?
This is a guy that some people were suggesting should have been summarily executed for trespassing.
What did he do?
I mean, by the way, the cops could have done that, as you'll see in a second, because there were cops always within proximity of him, leading him around.
They could have done that.
Would they have been exonerated then?
What a tolerant, tolerant left.
Prison reform, except for January 6th defendants.
Disarm and guns are bad, except summarily execute trespassers at worst.
To this day, there is dispute over how Chansley got into the Capitol building.
But according to our review of the internal surveillance video...
Oh, that's Tucker Carlson's far-right extremist review.
He's surely done something that makes these videos not to be believed with our own eyes.
It is very clear what happened once he got inside.
That's a police officer.
Virtually every moment of his time inside the Capitol was caught on tape.
It's surreal to watch this.
The tapes show that Capitol Police never stopped Jacob Chansley.
Not just that, by the way.
Not just that.
Look who's in front here.
They helped him.
They acted as his tour guides.
Here's video of Chansley in the Senate chamber.
Capitol Police officers take him to multiple entrances and even try to open...
Oh, I see.
They tried to open the door and it was locked, so they're taking him somewhere else.
...doors for him.
We counted at least nine officers who were within touching distance of unarmed Jacob Chansley.
Not one of them even tried to slow him down.
Chansley understood that Capitol Police were his allies.
Video shows him giving thanks for them in a prayer on the floor of the Senate.
This is going to help AOC's argument that the Capitol Police were in on it.
That wouldn't necessarily, even if that's true, by the way, that would not respond to the conviction then of what some people might argue is a form of entrapment if they let Chance Lee in, walk him around and then say, oh yeah, by the way, you enjoyed your tour?
Off to jail for 41 months now.
Listen to what Chansley said when he got hold of the mic.
The insurrectionist.
Watch.
Thank you, Heavenly Father, for taking the inspiration needed to these police officers to allow us in this building.
Contrast the reality of what Jacob Chansley did in the Capitol building on January 6th.
Jacob Chansley also is a veteran.
Some people don't know this.
Chat.
I mean, I have to go to Rumble for this now.
I mean, I think we all know this, correct?
Like, we all know this?
Yes?
No?
Maybe so?
I'll keep shouting it from the mountaintops, or at least from the chair so that people can see me.
You just saw that video.
This is footage that Crybaby McCryface, Adam Kinzinger, the ghost of Keeve, Adam Kinzinger.
Adam Kinzinger and the daughter of what everyone agrees was a war criminal, Dick Cheney.
Liz Cheney is Dick Cheney's daughter, yes.
This is footage that they had in their possession for two years and didn't release to the public.
Why?
Well, when you read the criminal complaint, or is this the criminal complaint or is this the, yeah, the charges, not the criminal complaint, but when you read the charges against Jacob Chansley, if you had seen that video, You might have some questions for the Department of Justice.
Is this the Department of Justice?
Yes.
The Department of Justice.
Department of Injustice, according to many.
If you had seen that footage of Jacob Chansley being escorted through the Capitol building by police officers who were at times in front of him, leading him through the corridors.
Well, you might have a problem accepting at face value some of these charges.
Civil disorder.
Maybe.
Obstruction of an official proceeding.
Maybe.
Entering and remaining in a restricted building.
Remaining?
Entering?
If the door was opened and the cops were leading him around, I might say, oh, when did anyone ask him to leave?
When was he under any illusion that he had to leave?
Maybe.
Maybe.
Disorderly and disruptive conduct in a restricted building.
Maybe.
Violent entry.
And disorderly conduct in a Capitol building.
I would question that a little bit.
Parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building.
And if what you're left with, at the end of reading this, had we had access to the video footage that Dick Cheney's daughter and crybaby Adam Kinzinger had in their possession, we might have had questions.
Maybe the public would not have tolerated some of these charges.
Maybe then, if all that you have left...
Is civil disorder, obstruction of a judicial proceeding, parading, demonstrating, and picketing in a Capitol building, which is exactly what they did with Kavanaugh, for God's sake.
Sorry, for goodness sake.
It's exactly what they did with Kavanaugh.
None of them are sitting in jail, rotting for 41 months.
Maybe if we had seen that video, we would have questioned some of these violent entry and disorderly conduct charges, and they would have been left with something that might have allowed us to say, if that dude gets 41 months for that, well, I might not be cool with that.
That might not be an America that I want to live in.
That might not be a police force that I think is doling out justice.
That might not be a Department of Justice.
That might be a politicized, weaponized, secret police, private police of a political institution.
Plea agreement entered.
Sentenced 11. 17. 41 months in prison.
Followed by 36 months, supervised release, restitution, who cares about $2,000?
Oh, we can get the plea agreement here.
Check this out.
Come on.
I read this a while back.
I just wanted to highlight this because some people don't know this.
How long is this?
It was long.
Your client understands.
Oh, God.
We'll get to some of the confidentiality agreements that some of these defendants had to sign in order to have access to the information in their files.
Let me see here.
Where did it say the charges?
Agreement into sentencing, reservation of allocation, yada, yada, yada.
Court not bound by this agreement.
Confidentiality waivers.
Hold on a second.
So I think it was at the front.
Appeal rights.
Oh, yeah.
Your client agrees to waive insofar as such waiver is permitted by law the right to an appeal.
The conviction in this case on any basis, including but not limited to the statutes to which you're pleading are unconstitutional.
The admitted conduct does not fall within the scope of the statutes.
Your client understands that...
Federal law, specifically 18 U.S.C.
3742, affords defendants the right to appeal.
Hey, waive your right to appeal.
Breach of agreement.
Yada, yada, yada.
Complete agreement.
I have read every page of this agreement and have discussed it with my attorney, Albert Watkins.
Let me just go back up here for one second.
I just want to see where they...
Charges and statutory penalties.
Your client agrees to plead guilty to count two.
In the indictment, charging your client with obstruction of an official proceeding in violation of 18 U.S.C.
Your client understands that a violation of 18 U.S.C.
carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison.
He only got 41 months.
He should be lucky.
Count himself lucky.
He only got a $2,000 fine.
In addition, your client agrees to pay special assessment of $100 per felony.
Whatever.
Here, I'll give you all this.
You can go read it yourselves afterwards, if you so choose.
41 months.
And now we are, as a general public, for the first time being allowed to see this video footage, which, oh yeah, it was real violent.
And it might cause us to question whether or not this plea deal was made under duress.
Dude had a crap lawyer, Arthur P148.
Can't judge the attorneys, but they should not have.
Although...
People are going to say he had a crap lawyer.
Everyone saw the convictions that everybody but that one lucky dude who had a trial in front of a judge, they were getting convicted left, right, and center.
Honor 234 says he's lucky he could get an attorney.
Some people are going to say, yeah, well, maybe it wasn't luck that he got an attorney that allowed him to plead guilty, plead guilty, and be sentenced to 41 months in jail.
We've seen it now.
This is what that man is going to waste the better part of his active life for.
Maybe, maybe, maybe.
Three and a half years, he's a young man.
It's not the better part.
It's just three years.
This is how you make criminals.
This is not how you treat criminals.
From the side of the aisle that wants political...
Criminal justice reform.
Criminal justice reform.
Okay, let's see this.
QAnon shaman.
Here's another one.
There we go.
Let's just see this one.
Oh, this is the whole...
With that, here's the video.
Doesn't answer every question from January 6th.
Far from it.
Okay, we've seen this.
Let's look at some of the highlights.
You'll understand why.
Taken as a whole, the video record does not support the claim that January 6th was an insurrection.
In fact, it demolishes that claim.
And that's exactly why the Democratic Party and its allies in the media prevented you from seeing it.
By controlling the images, you were allowed...
We've seen the images that they want us to see.
Look at this.
Look at this.
The first thing you notice from viewing the full video record of January...
They're coming in through the windows.
That's bad.
...is just how many people entered the Capitol building that day.
Hundreds and hundreds of people, possibly thousands, over the course of about two hours.
The crowd was enormous.
A small percentage of them were hooligans.
We've seen that.
Let's go this way here.
Look at this.
Smile.
They're not destroying the Capitol.
They obviously revere the Capitol.
Although some people are going to say, Tucker, you're ignoring the window on the right.
They broke the window and came through.
I think I see broken glass there on an overturned bench.
Don't downplay the insurrection, Tucker.
Here.
What did Trump have to say about this?
We will not let them silence your voices.
After the rally, they walked down Pennsylvania Avenue, where organizers had secured a federal permit to hold a legal rally on the grounds of the Capitol.
They secured a federal permit, and the FBI, who had already infiltrated the Proud Boys and the other one there.
Proud Boys and Rhodes.
Oh, geez.
Chat will know.
The FBI that had already infiltrated on the basis of seditious conspiracy, two, you know, militia groups.
They were unaware.
Capitol Police understaffed because of COVID.
They had secured federal permits.
Everybody knew there was going to be a lot of people down there.
It's my first day.
I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.
Insurrection.
Peacefully and patriotically make your voices heard.
...arrested that day was a Navy veteran from Arizona called Jacob Chansley, often referred to as the QAnon Shaman.
The so-called QAnon Shaman.
QAnon Shaman.
Someone named Q Shaman.
Jacob Ch...
It's amazing how they get the label, they run with it.
We saw this part.
They run with it, and then they use it for brainwashing.
For actual media brainwashing.
Here we go.
This is it.
That's what I was looking for.
This guy.
Be killed.
Shoot him.
Shoot him.
Like, if you burst into the United States, if he was dressed like Bin Laden, would you have shot him?
Shoot him!
No, actually.
You dumbass.
No.
Shoot him.
I don't know who that person was.
But my goodness, some of the wonderful things the tolerant left have said over the last three years.
Glorious.
Jimmy Kimmel getting up there saying that...
Unvaccinated.
Sorry, yeezy, wheezy, whatever.
You die.
Don't treat the unvaccinated.
Let them die in hospitals.
Prioritize the vaccinated.
Lock them out.
Shut them down.
Some of the things the tolerant left have said over the last three years, summary execution for what is at worst, trespass.
My goodness, it sounds like some things fascist dictators have said in the past.
Mmm.
Mmm.
Thank you.
Oh, and Jake19625 says, Viva, don't be so willing to give up on the idea that the government agents were breaking windows.
Oh, no, no.
Again, I can believe things and have not no legitimate basis to believe them, but I can understand that it's a belief and not something that I could easily confirm with a fact.
I have absolutely no doubt that there were agents provocateurs in that crowd.
If it wasn't them doing the damage, it was them whipping people up and maybe starting the damage and then letting others get carried away because people in groups do get carried away.
Do I have any doubt in my mind that Ray Epps is, if not an agent, an asset, whatever?
No doubt in my mind.
Do I have a contract, an employment contract, or payment from FBI agents to him as an informant as an asset?
No.
Like, you know, like we had in the Governor Whitmer.
Kidnapping plot?
No, we don't have that.
Anything...
Do I firmly believe that?
Absolutely.
That is my personal belief, substantiated with historical examples, current examples, and basic logic.
Ray Epps was on FBI's most wanted list, was discreetly removed from it in the days after the event, is the one of two only people not indicted...
Despite having publicly admitted to having done worse than what many of the people out there were charged with and sentenced for.
He admitted it.
He was there.
He afterwards said he whipped people up into a frenzy.
He said he crossed over into restricted territory.
Not only is he sitting out there free and globetrotting around the country, he was never even charged.
He was actually protected and defended.
By the bipartisan committee, you had Jamie Raskin calling in some poor schmuck.
Just some poor schmuck.
But Jacob Chansley, a veteran, who, by the evidence that we've seen now, that they saw that they knew that they didn't disclose to us when they were sitting there vilifying this guy, QAnon shaman, being escorted through the Capitol.
41 months in jail.
Ray Epps, scot-free, defended by the committee.
And that other guy, scaffolding guy.
Revolver did a great breakdown of this.
The scaffolding guy, the other one, up on the scaffolding, not charged.
Amazing!
It's actually, it's like, it is amazing.
They must be actual shapeshifters in order for them not to have ever been caught by the FBI that went and raided some old lady's house in Alaska.
So yeah, I absolutely, thoroughly believe that there were agile provocateurs in the crowd who were instigating the violence, carrying out the violence, and who were never charged.
We've seen the way it works.
And if anybody thinks that that's crazy, well, my goodness, go study a little bit of current, recent history of America.
I mean, it's undeniable.
And then the media.
I'm taking Digital Soldier 49 comment here.
The media coup.
Running with it like a bunch of...
They're not blind idiots.
They're not idiots.
They know exactly what they're doing.
What is Russell Brand?
Russell Brand is quoting, not Bill Hicks, George Carlin.
There doesn't need to be conspiracy where there's convergence of interests?
Convergence of interests is conspiracy.
Conspiracy is not a dirty word.
It means people planning together to do something.
It has taken on a dirty term because intelligence wanted it to take on that dirty term, a discrediting connotation.
Conspiracy theory means seeing something that's not actually there.
Conspiracy...
Two or more people working together towards an end, oftentimes illicit.
Otherwise, it wouldn't be a conspiracy.
It would be a business.
Unless that business is Pfizer, in which case it's a criminal business and it's conspiracy to defraud, allegedly.
Key Tam, Brooke Jackson, Robert Barnes.
The media was knowingly complicit, Digital Soldier 49. You are 1,000% right.
Why?
Is it an accident that, you know, these Kinzingers, after they're done being kangaroo spokespeople for kangaroo committees, Then go get signed on to CNN?
Everybody knows that, right?
Adam Kinzinger is now a spokesman.
Hold on, let me go see what Fell is up to here.
I'll just pull up his bio because I don't want to make a mistake.
Like Adam Kinzinger.
Still hasn't corrected his ghost of Keith because he's an idiot.
Husband?
Dad?
Pilot?
That's right.
Here we go.
Let's see this.
Is it an accident?
That after spouting the lies, they then join the lies.
Look at this.
Husband-dad pilot.
Colonel in Air National Guard.
CNN senior political commentator.
How the hell does that work?
He hasn't been there.
I think he signed on a year ago.
Senior.
Am I older than Kinzinger?
He's a senior, by the way, because that adds credibility.
Adam Kinzinger.
H. 45. No, so he's slightly older than me.
Yes, it is a package.
It is, actually, fascism by definition.
Government working with tech, working with media to maintain their positions of power, to control the narrative, to change the laws, to fortify elections.
Fascism, by definition.
The convergence of government, media, and corporations to consolidate power and retain power.
Fascism, by definition.
Sorry to be repetitive, but being repetitive is my job.
My job is to be repetitive.
It's one huge conspiracy, says somebody's watching.
Somebody's watching me.
Just because you're paranoid doesn't mean they're not watching you.
Oh, so Greg Price.
Oh, let's pull this one up.
And then we're going to go to...
Well, you know what?
Let's do Julie Kelly's post first.
You know, talking about these defendants who were...
They got the Kim Jong-un treatment.
There's no...
Is it Kim Jong-il or Kim Jong-un?
No, it's Kim Jong-un now.
They got the Kim Jong-un treatment.
Charged, detained for extensive periods of time, extended periods of time in pretrial detention, in conditions that are inhumane and violate basic human rights.
Anybody who says otherwise...
Just is being blinded by partisan politics.
I would not have put up with...
I would not have tolerated this for and on behalf of the Summer of Love people.
Maybe with the exception for the Molotov cocktail lawyers out of New York who...
Oh yeah, that's right.
Got less time than Jacob Chansley!
Sorry, I didn't mean to scream.
That's going to actually blow out people's ears.
Molotov cocktail throwing lawyers.
I'm going to have to see what they got just to make sure it was less than 41 months.
Their plea deal, to which they accepted, was renegotiated by the prosecutor.
Nothing to see their people.
It's totally normal.
Julie Kelly, who is great to follow on this.
This is for the It's Public crowd.
The surveillance video was designated highly sensitive material in March 2021.
Defendants must adhere to strict rules before viewing any security video, and those clips are only relevant to their case, and they cannot be shared.
Listen to this.
Now, again, people, I tweeted out earlier that this is a clause I would expect to see in a non...
Sorry, merger and acquisition contract, trade secrets contract, employment contract, where you're learning...
Confidential stuff about the business of another.
I could see it there.
I don't know if this is par for the course in criminal prosecution or criminal persecution.
I only practiced civil law in Quebec, so I studied criminal law, but never practiced it.
So take my opinion with a grain of salt and defer to those who actually have legal expertise in this area.
But listen to this.
Limitations on dissemination to third party.
This is binding the accused.
Neither the legal defense team nor defendant shall provide any discovery material produced by the government to any person not a party to this case, nor make any public disclosure, including disclosure to the media, of the same without the government's express written permission,
except that defense counsel may provide discovery materials to those persons employed, retained, or otherwise consulted by defense counsel who are necessary to assist counsel of record in preparation for trial or other proceedings, including third-party vendors, And may authorize viewing of discovery materials by prospective witnesses for purposes of defending this action.
The government may authorize in writing disclosure of discovery materials beyond that otherwise permitted by this order without further order by this court.
I read that and I read like, you know, Pepsi's going to buy Coca-Cola and they need to know that they can replicate the recipe.
That would never happen.
That's too stupid of an example.
Some company wants to buy...
Elon Musk wants to buy Twitter and wants to make sure that the accounts are legit and not bought accounts and needs to see some algorithm stuff.
And he might find stuff that's prejudicial to the company.
And the company says, you can't go public with that.
We're only showing it to you because you might be buying this.
But you're the only one that has an interest in this.
This is in the context of the government persecuting, prosecuting citizens and then saying, woe, defendant.
If you want to see what we might have that might be exculpatory, I don't know how this isn't a Brady violation, but again, I don't have the expertise.
If you want to see it, you've got to sign off and say you're not going to show it to anybody else, you're not going to disclose it to the public, and limited access in any event.
And we get to decide what you see and so on.
And now we find out the public.
Court proceedings are supposed to be public as a rule.
When it comes to protecting witnesses, yes, there are exceptions, and we can understand why.
This is arrest, pretrial detainment in inhumane conditions, and basically prosecutions, and I'll call it persecutions, in the dark, the way you would expect to see in the country that is currently being criticized, Russia, and the hermit dictatorship of North Korea.
This is it.
It's not for the public to see.
You want to see it?
We'll let you know what you can see, and you can't tell anybody about it.
Oh, and then, by the way, when you enter the plea deal, when the public hasn't seen the exculpatory evidence, and I'm not sure that the defendants did either, you agree not to appeal the decision and enjoy your 41 months in prison.
Now, what did you learn, to quote Stewie?
Okay.
Somebody's watching me, says Brady violation soft versus...
Okay, I don't know.
Carrie Ann...
Well, hold on.
You know what?
Because I can do it, because of the plugin, let's just see this here.
Is it this one or is it this one?
It's this one.
Here we go.
Carrie Ann JD, which I imagine stands for Juris Doctorate.
There's more shocking videos coming out that I don't think were on Tucker.
Let me just go ahead and...
Screen grab that.
Hold on.
Okay, I'm going to go get those.
And then we got Uncle Kenny.
Thank you.
Let me pull this out and see what that is in real time, people.
Let's do this here.
Pop it into the...
This page doesn't exist, so that's not working.
Okay, let me try the second one.
No, so that first link, cut and paste, doesn't seem to be working.
Let me try the second one.
Okay, let me try the second one.
We shall do this in the real time, yeah?
The second one seems to be working.
Okay, let's see this.
Let's view this.
This is coming from Antonio Sabato Jr., actor.
Oh, I know who that guy is.
Okay.
Let me bring this up.
We shall watch together for the first time, yeah?
Uncle Klaus.
Klaus would like to penetrate the video footage here.
Okay, so let's see what we got here.
New footage from January 6th shows cops calling protesters inside Capitol.
Pretty cool.
This is why they've been hiding all the footage.
It was never an insurrection.
And let's just see if this description is more accurate than...
Who's the first guy?
I forget his name.
Let's see if this is more honest.
He's behind you in this square.
Come on, go over here.
I think that's the plan right now.
Okay.
Where is the choke point?
Where are the entries and exits?
Here?
Oh, this is...
Okay, so this is a police officer's body cam.
I'm sorry.
I was trying to figure out if this was a protester's video, why it was never released.
This looks like one police officer instructing another one.
Palm way, great leader.
This goes to the main entrance to the floor.
But it's basically...
There's a stairwell right here, dude.
I mean, it's not going to happen.
Why don't they put the body cam half-blocked by whatever that...
Okay, maybe this is S.H.I.E.L.D.
but it's not typically there.
But...
They've been pretty cool once we encountered them, right?
They've been pretty cool once we encountered them.
Okay, that's interesting.
They've been pretty cool once we encountered them.
All right.
Oh, Carrie Ann put up the other one here.
Let me see if I can get this.
Let's see here.
This is why I love live streams.
Interactive, informative, adjudicational.
Okay, this one looks interesting.
This looks interesting.
I cannot vet any of this.
Typically, I like to do a little bit of, you know, verify, but these are coming from accounts, which, up on the top, Kenny Spitler.
Let's see this here.
Who's Kenny Spitler?
Truth seeker, Jesus Christ follower, proud dad, happily married, driven to this world to make...
Driven and driven to make this world a better place.
Okay?
We're gonna...
So...
We'll see what the footage is.
Hold on.
Okay.
They set up the fuck up.
That's what they did.
They set up...
They set up 64. Oh, absolutely.
And then they asked y 'all to come two hours later.
They set us up.
They needed everybody right away.
Nah, right away.
They set up the fuck up.
Nah, we ain't got shit.
We ain't got no motherfuckers.
Check this motherfucker.
Shit.
Now this is interesting.
Let's assume it's provenance.
Let's assume it's provenance.
All right, so they set us up.
That doesn't mean that they set the protesters up.
What that looks like is it's a cop saying they set up the cops to fail for whatever the reason, because they didn't have the backup.
They didn't have what they needed in order to defend the Capitol.
So that would promote, that would not contradict the idea that it was, there was violence and protesters who deserve to get arrested and yada.
But that would support the idea, as is my prediction.
In December 2022, I said, put out a tweet, what conspiracy theories are going to be confirmed true in 2023?
Serious answers only.
And my guess was, based on what I had already known, that January 6th was a setup, you know, political setup.
What this guy's saying here is it looks like a setup in that these cops were set up to fail because they didn't have the required backups.
There wasn't the required security there in the first place, which I also genuinely believe that this was allowed to happen so that it could then be politically weaponized for the purposes of exactly what the January 6th committee ended up weaponizing it for and doing with it.
Political witch hunt.
Demonizing half of the country, trying to enact more laws to restrict people's mobility, to restrict people's freedom of speech, to restrict people's political expression.
And that's exactly what they did with it.
Why is the camera continuously zooming in and out?
That's from Backstage Cam.
I think it's because they were trying to keep the guy in frame for whatever reason.
But who knows?
That video was edited, so it has to be taken with a grain of salt.
But the idea that it was a setup.
That Nancy Pelosi or the mayor of capital, whoever had the authority to call on the National Guard or ask for backup beforehand when they knew that this was going to happen or when they knew that there were going to be hundreds of thousands of people there because they applied for federal permits?
Because the FBI had infiltrated the Proud Boys and, jeez Louise, I still can't, Oath Keepers, thank goodness.
They had infiltrated the Oath Keepers and the Proud Boys for seditious conspiracy to insurrect.
And yet, somehow, nobody thought it would be wise to have extra cops there the day of.
No, they were understaffed because of COVID.
Oh, remind me about one of the lies that we're going to get to, Carl.
12-31-2011, with the signing of the NDAA, Obama got rid of habeas corpus.
They can detain us without trial indefinitely, thanks Obama.
That's from Carl212, a $5 crumble crant.
Oh, we haven't finished with the lies from that day.
And the lies from the committee.
Oh, oh, oh, oh.
Let me bring this one up.
Was it Kinzinger who said it?
No.
Here it is, people.
The death of a police officer.
He dreamed of being a Capitol Police officer.
Then he was violently beaten to death by a mob of pro-Trumpers.
New York Times.
Two days after the event.
Let's watch this.
Brian Sicknick.
And this lie, and it's a lie.
And it's beyond a lie because it's exploitive of the death of a human.
It's still being repeated today.
I forget the name of the Democrat lawmaker who repeated this lie just recently.
If anybody knows the guy's name, I won't be able to remember it now.
The police officer who was bludgeoned to death.
Bludgeoned to death by the mob.
And several police officers in the meantime.
But Brian Sicknick should not be reduced to a prop for the political ambitions of the Democratic Party.
One thing I've learned now, and I'm saying this about the Democratic politicians and not people who consider themselves Democrats, they have no problem using people as props for their political agenda.
John Fetterman being the most recent example.
They have no problem.
People are means to an end.
People are tools.
They would be violating one of Kant's categorical imperative, never to use other people as a means to your end.
Democrat politicians, maybe Republicans are no better, I don't know, but I can't think of examples where they propped up someone who clearly needed treatment and help and not political exploitation in John Fetterman.
I can't think of people who more proactively lied about an individual's death, disregarding what family wishes might have been desired in terms of not politically exploiting a tragic death.
They have no problem doing it, and they did it in spades with this.
He was a human being.
The facts of his life matter, including how he died.
To this day, media accounts describe Sicknick as someone who was, quote, slain on January 6th.
Wait until you see.
New York Times pulling an Adam Kinzinger with the ghost of Kiev.
We'll get to that.
The video we reviewed proves that is a lie.
Remember when they said he was bludgeoned to death with a fire extinguisher by the protesters?
Everybody remembers this.
And according to the National Review, even when they said this the day of or the day after, they knew or ought to have known it was a lie.
Here is surveillance footage of Sicknick walking in the Capitol after he was supposedly murdered by the mob outside.
By all appearances, Sicknick is healthy and vigorous.
He's wearing a helmet, so it's hard to imagine he was killed by a head injury.
I'll play devil's advocate.
Maybe he put the helmet on after the head injury.
Tucker, you don't know that.
You're lying, Tucker.
I'm joking.
Because we know that Sicknick died of several strokes the next day, which the examiner, the expert that even the Capitol Police had to acknowledge said was unrelated to the events of that day.
They tried to tie it.
First of all, they tried to say he was bludgeoned to death with a fire extinguisher, which never happened.
And then they tried to say that his strokes the next day were the result of chemical spray or the assault that he endured the day of.
Whatever happened to Brian Sicknick was very obviously not the result of violence he suffered at the entrance to the Capitol.
This tape overturns the single most powerful and politically useful lie the Democrats have told us about January 6th.
And it was indeed a lie.
The January 6th committee knew perfectly well that Brian Sicknick was walking normally through the Capitol.
And several police officers.
I have a longer clip for that.
They lied.
They lied, by the way, and one of the more shocking possibilities that I subsequently, not discovered, but someone had raised in the chat, is he died of a stroke on January 6th, 2021.
And we now know what was going on at that time with COVID, with vaccine rollouts.
We now know the statistics.
I mean, in addition, there's no matter how cynical you are.
You're still being naive, to quote Lily Tomlin.
No matter how cynical you are, it's tough to keep up.
If I sit here and close my eyes and think for one second that it's actually possible, Sicknick might have died from a stroke resulting from the jibby jab.
People call me a cold-hearted bastard conspiracy theorist.
La Presse in Montreal did that when I asked if that CTV news reporter who had a medical emergency...
Despite being vaxxed to the max, hashtag.
When was the last time she had a jab or a booster?
I'm called an asshole.
And I have, you know, so be it.
It never occurred to me that it could have been related.
I didn't even put the jibby jab together with that event at the time because less was known then, at least to me.
He died of a stroke.
And everybody knows that that is now a risk.
Imagine that they lied about the death, covered up the cause of the actual death in order to politically weaponize the death and blame it on an event that had nothing to do with it.
Could there be more evil in the world?
There could, but only by degree and not by nature.
Thank you.
But they ran that lie.
If anybody in the chat knows the politician that I'm thinking of who repeated that lie, and then he was grilled by another lawmaker who says...
I don't know if I can agree with your...
Are you suggesting Brian Sicknick was murdered?
If anybody remembers it, let me know.
But they did run that lie.
They ran that lie, and because liars double down when they get caught lying, because Adam Kinzinger can't seem to bring himself to delete and correct that tweet.
An error only becomes a mistake when you don't correct it.
Is that the expression?
I've made it that.
An error only becomes a mistake when you fail to correct it.
I've made a couple of...
An error.
I've made a couple of errors.
And not only do I correct it, but I try to make sure that the correction gets more airtime than the error because I don't like making mistakes.
I don't think it's fair if you make a mistake and don't actively go out of your way to try to correct the mistake.
And that's what I do.
An error only becomes a mistake when you refuse to correct it.
Kinzinger made one with the ghost of Keeve.
New York Times, people.
He dreamed of being a police officer, then was killed by a pro-Trump mob.
The death of Brian Sicknick, a military veteran and experienced Capitol Police officer, they love the veterans when they're not locking them up, amplified the tragedy of Wednesday's riots and undermined President Trump's pro-law investigation.
Can you imagine the level of insidious evil that you would have to adhere to?
Who wrote this article?
To use the death...
For political purposes so that you could lie about it, exploit it, degrade the individual who just died so that you could use it to criticize Trump.
Oh, but by the way, look at this little update.
This is by Zolan Kano-Youngs and Tracy Tully.
Updated March 24, 2021.
Still up on the internet, but behind a paywall, conveniently enough.
Only people who pay for this shit can be misinformed.
Update.
New information.
Now, in fairness, I don't think they had the report that confirmed his death was from natural causes, but I'm not sure, and I don't remember, and it doesn't really matter because everybody knew it was not from a fire extinguisher the day the article was originally published.
New information has emerged regarding the death of the Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick that questions the initial cause of his death provided by officials close to the Capitol Police.
Let's just continue with the article.
Oh, and by the way, do you know what this says right here?
New information has emerged regarding the death that questions the initial cause of his death provided by officials close to the Capitol Police.
Do you know what that means?
It means that the New York Times did not do any due diligence, did not ask any questions.
We don't even know who the hell they were listening to.
They heard something they liked and they reprinted it unquestionably like a government lapdog and not like a government watchdog.
I love that.
I think I love it because I also think I came up with it.
The media today is acting like the government's lapdog and not the government's watchdog.
They heard something they liked.
They ran with it.
It was bullshit.
It was human exploitive bullshit that might actually have cost other people their lives if indeed the death resulted from something else and not from a fire extinguisher, which it didn't.
They could have cost lives, exploited the death of an individual for political purposes, and it's still up there.
There was something else I wanted to say about that.
I can't remember.
That's all I have to say about that now.
I think that's it for...
Is that it for...
I think that's it, people.
Let me go to the chat.
Have I forgot anything that anybody was interested in as relates to the latest disclosures?
They're lying to you.
Left, right, and center.
Day in and day out.
And one has to operate on that basis when reading their lies.
Oh, that's right.
That's what I was going to say.
They were told.
So let's repeat it.
And then we're not the ones who lied.
We were just saying what we were told.
But, you know, we're the New York Times.
We don't have to verify anything.
Like, my goodness.
What I was going to say, what I put...
Stephanie DeGarry through before we went live.
Like, when Stephanie DeGarry says, I'm going to come on and we're going to talk about what happened to my daughter, Maddie DeGarry.
And I trust, but I verify.
And I'm like, okay, what level of due diligence do I have to do so that I can't just be accused of ignorantly and naively repeating a statement that someone says?
And I, you know, Stephanie DeGarry, what she sent me to allow me to verify her story, corroborate what she said.
And what I did with Jeremy McKenzie.
It's nice that people say things, but I need to verify it.
If I'm just going to repeat it and say that I haven't been able to verify it, well, boy howdy, am I going to add that caveat, that qualifier, so that everybody knows it.
When Jeremy McKenzie said, I've been boycotted, I've been debanked by Scotiabank, I was like, okay, you got a good audio recording, and that's the best evidence we have right now.
When you get the letter from the bank, can I see it?
And I see it!
Can I make sure that it's not something he typed up on his own?
Yeah, as much as I can, but it's very easy.
There's only so much you can do.
But what did New York Times do?
Hey, I heard this guy got hit on the head with a fire extinguisher.
Run with it.
Trump's people did it?
Run with it.
Oh, okay, sorry.
I heard.
That's what I was told by Capitol.
How did Capitol Police tell you that?
If Brian Sicknick, as we've seen in that video...
Unless the timestamp on that video was wrong and Tucker Carlson made a mistake and that video was from before he got bludgeoned to death, which he didn't because he didn't.
How could Capitol Police have said that if they knew that Sicknick was walking around after he was alleged to have been bludgeoned to death with a fire extinguisher by a group of pro-Trump supporters?
Gun Run 9-1-1-1.
Gunrun9111 says everything is a PSYOP.
That's where it ends up going is that nobody knows.
What they can possibly believe anymore.
And then you're like, and I understand it, like, you know, not with the Maddie DeGarry, but with the...
The nurse who collapsed after her, after the first jab, blank blank is...
Oh, for gosh's sake, I hate when I blank like this.
I can understand, like, some people say, like, well, corroborate.
I want to see video.
Okay, the video's a deep fake.
It's a lookalike.
I mean, I can understand at some point some people will never be satisfied.
But maple syrup, one, two, three, can't trust anybody.
You can't, sometimes you can't even trust your own eyes.
But you can do your, a little bit of homework.
A little bit of homework.
But sometimes it's just, it's so convenient not to do the homework.
And you can just be a propagandist rag.
Like the New York Times, spouting the government's talking points like they've done throughout their history.
Operation Mockingbird never ended.
It just became voluntary.
Tiffany Dover.
There you go.
Thanks.
Tiffany Dover.
Like, yeah, I appreciate the arguments.
Well, we could show you someone who's Tiffany Dover and people are going to say it's not her.
We'll show you a video.
You'll say it predated the incident.
I can understand that.
But, you know, when I listen to that podcast, Tiffany Dover is Dead by NBC.
And they come to the conclusion based on the premise that she's alive and well.
And after the five-part miniseries of a podcast, they didn't see her.
They heard someone who they thought was her.
And there's some Pinterest account that's operating that they think is hers as evidence of life.
Holy shiot.
Do people take us for stupid?
I have no opinion on it because I don't know what to believe.
All that I know is after having watched and listened to that five-part miniseries podcast, Tiffany Dover is dead.
I now am more skeptical than I was before that podcast, but maybe that was the purpose of the podcast.
Get people to jump on that story again so you can discredit them as being, oh, they're one of those people.
Roseanne Boyland.
So TJ MacD says Ashley Babbitt and Roseanne Boyland were killed.
Roseanne Boyland, I still don't have enough information to, like, I know what I think, and I can, you know.
Raise those arguments.
She allegedly died of a medical emergency.
I think they chalked it up to a drug overdose.
There's footage of her allegedly being beaten by police officers or stomped, trampled after she fell to the ground.
But yeah.
Alright, that is officially everything on the latest of January 6th.
Don't forget about them.
And don't forget about it.
It's an absolute, absolute injustice.
It was a kangaroo committee from the beginning.
These trials where they're convicting left, right, and center and giving the most insanely unjustifiable prison sentences.
It should not be forgotten.
It cannot be forgotten.
I don't know what the solution is short of whoever runs as the next Republican candidate to promise a pardon for all nonviolent crimes related to nonviolent crimes.
Related to January 6th.
I don't know what the solution is.
These people have pleaded guilty already.
The Molotov cocktail lawyers, they make a motion or they have the prosecution revise their plea deal to lower it after it's accepted.
Nobody's even going to care about it.
They'll ignore it.
Jacob Angeli or Jacob Chansley makes a motion to strike his plea deal.
Holy crap.
That'll meet some opposition.
You'll get Lawrence Tribe.
You'll get David French saying, oh, you can't do that.
It's an absolute injustice.
This was an insurrection.
41 months.
He's lucky to have gotten that.
When the basketball player in Russia has a G in it.
It has a G in it.
What's her name?
Basketball player arrested in Russia for smuggling the vapes.
When she was given nine years, I say that's a damn harsh sentence, but that's why I don't break crimes in countries that I don't trust the legal system in.
In fact, I don't break the...
Greiner, Stephanie Greiner.
Brittany Greiner.
When she was arrested in Russia for having allegedly smuggled in THC vapes, sentenced to nine years, yes, that sentence is excessive, and I was vocal about it.
But you go to a country that's run by an authoritarian, Hitlerian tyrant, and you break the law?
Well, don't be surprised when that's what you get.
But if that's your expectation, and that's now the expectation of justice in D.C., well, at least know then what you have allowed your country to become.
You have allowed your country to become the tyrant that you think we need to start in World War III to fight.
Dope in Russia.
Smart girl that one says race 99. But I still...
When Otto Warmbier...
13 years hard labor for stealing government paraphernalia from a hotel in North Korea?
I mean, it goes without saying it's preposterous.
But understand what you're supporting if you say Brittany Griner, presidential, get her out of there.
But Jacob Chansley, 41 months for whatever he was convicted of or pled guilty to.
All right.
And that's just also to illustrate that I'm not a political opportunist.
The guy who...
Got sentenced to 12 years for having had a cell phone in jail because it was his third strike.
I'm not going to remember his name right now.
Brittany Greiner?
Otto Warmbier?
Political orientation aside, I can acknowledge an unjust sentence when I hear one.
Although some people are going to say smuggling drugs is exponentially worse than trespass, obstruction of proceedings.
And my argument to that would be, yeah, nine years is excessive.
That's why don't go to Russia and break the law and expect clemency.
Or leniency from a Hitlerian tyrant, by your own standards, of Putin.
My goodness.
And if that's your expectation there, and that's the standard, we'll then appreciate that the Biden Department of Justice, with the sentences they've handed down on some of these January Sixers, not much different and not much better.
Maybe only by degree, but not by nature.
And that's really all I have to say about that.
Now!
What else do we have on the menu for today?
We do have Matt Hancock, the British guy there, leaking messages.
We're going to get to that.
Let's do a little Canadian stuff.
Oh, yes.
Oh, yes.
Let me see something.
Justin Trudeau.
Let me see what this is.
What the heck?
Okay.
Justin Trudeau.
Oh, that's a video that's not from Justin Trudeau.
Excuse me.
Justin Trudeau tweeted out yesterday.
This is in the wake of the revelations that the Chinese Communist Party has influenced or interfered in our federal elections in both 2019 and 2021.
Have made substantial donations to the Trudeau Foundation.
It's in the wake of this that Justin Trudeau feels compelled to tweet about what a stable democracy Canada is.
Canada is one of the most stable democracies in the world.
It didn't happen by accident, and it won't continue without effort.
Tune in as I provide an update on the work we're doing to protect our democracy and our institutions.
questions.
Maybe I'll just ask President Xi to let us know what you're doing there, Justin.
We went on at length about Justin Trudeau's infiltration of the Chinese Communist Party.
They donated $200,000 to his Trudeau Foundation in 2015, and he felt...
Morally compelled to return that donation.
The CSIS, the Canadian Secret Intelligence Services, had warned the Liberal government that one of their MPs, Don Hum?
Hum Dong?
You know who it is.
One of his MPs was propped up.
His domination was propped up by the Chinese Communist Party.
Who were busing in students to vote, busing in the elderly to vote.
Apparently, according to the CSIS leaked documents, the elderly, who, Lord knows what their mental faculties were even like.
They had Han Damhong.
You know him.
The chat knows.
They had the name written on their forums because they didn't even know what the hell they were there for.
In the wake of this, Justin Trudeau just, you know, spontaneously.
Canada's a great democracy, everybody.
Look the other way.
And he's got his henchmen to do the work for him as well.
Listen to this.
Listen to this.
Mark Garrison.
I've been giving this guy a bit of a hard time on Twitter for the last little while.
Look over there, according to Mark Garrison.
Since we're on the topic, what was the topic about?
Maybe a refresher on conservative MPs and China is in order.
Notice, by the way, because there's a difference between lying and misdirecting or redirecting.
On the topic of Chinese Communist Party influence in the Liberal Party, Mark Gerritsen doesn't say it didn't happen.
In fact, we're going to get to another tweet where he acknowledges implicitly, if not explicitly, that it did happen.
His retort?
Look over there.
Since we're on the topic of Chinese Communist Party or Chinese influence in our politics, maybe you're a fresher on conservative MPs and China is in order.
Interesting.
Based on the fact that this photograph looks like an actual photograph taken on film paper that seems to be yellowed by the sun, I just...
Intuitively guessed this article was not going to be new.
Hey, Mark, thanks for the link.
Let me just go see where this is from.
CTV News.
Oh, yeah, look at that.
September 2011.
It wasn't a photograph.
This looks like it was actually a screen grab from a television.
The conservative government scrambled to contain the damage Friday after the parliamentary secretary to the Minister of Foreign Affairs admitted sending amorous...
Oh, I'm sorry.
So now we're equivocating.
Sending amorous mash notes.
What the hell does that even mean?
To a Chinese journalist.
Now we're confounding that.
We're equating that with taking money from the Chinese Communist Party to the Trudeau Foundation and having the Chinese Communist Party actively import bus in...
People to ensure a candidate gets elected while also spreading disinformation about the conservative candidates as to their policies as relates to China.
Oh, are those two the same thing in your mind, Mark Gerritsen?
I don't know that you actually have a mind, Mark Gerritsen, because if you did, you might not have wanted to put this tweet up.
Let's just look at this one.
This is great.
Then we'll get to my sassy response.
Are we looking at the same thing?
Oh, yes, we are.
Here we go.
Mark Gerritsen.
Canadian flag.
Ukrainian flag.
Does he have...
I forget if he has pronouns in bio.
There's been a lot of discussion lately about China interfering with our elections.
Yes, yes, there has.
Because there has been Chinese...
What is China's interference?
There has been China interference with your elections for the benefit of the Liberal Party.
There's been a lot of discussion about it because it should be a political party ending scandal.
That's why.
Although foreign interference has always been a concern, it's also clear they did not affect the outcome of our recent elections.
Do you notice what he said there?
Now, he's quoting some...
He's not quoting, I'm sorry.
He's commentating while posting a...
What the hell is this?
I can confirm without a shadow of a doubt that the outcome of the election, which resulted in the Liberals forming a government, was not influenced by any external meddling.
All right.
Thanks for your opinion, Fred Deloria.
I don't care.
Some might say when there is any, what do they call it?
Foreign interference, external meddling, the election has already been compromised.
Some might say that, and I might be one of those people.
But listen to what Mark Garrison says, because it's not a quote.
It's his statement.
Although there's always been, although foreign interference has always been a concern, it's also clear they did not affect the outcome of our recent elections, meaning they happened.
And I'm not being a semantic wordsmithing lawyer here.
This is what he's saying.
It happened.
It just didn't affect the outcome.
Interference happened.
It's just clear they did not affect the outcome of our recent elections.
That's what Mark Gerritsen, Liberal MP with a Ukrainian flag in his bio, is saying.
To which I said, did I have the receipts in this one?
The Chinese Communist Party interfered in the last Canadian federal elections, but don't worry, it didn't affect the outcome.
The woman groping, blackface wearing, two times ethics breaching, Justin Trudeau assures us of this.
I just have to bring up this one because Justin Trudeau gropes women.
Listen to this.
Most people don't even know this one.
Here we go.
I apologize to reporter behind groping claim.
And what a convenient photograph that is.
Oh.
They're admitting it in broad daylight.
I mean, on the one hand, I don't know how many people follow Mark Gerritsen on Twitter, so maybe I like to amplify the message, make sure everybody knows.
Mark Gerritsen, sitting MP with a Ukrainian flag in his bio.
And the reason why I take offense to that is not because of the Ukraine per se.
It can reasonably cause a sitting member of parliament to have their intentions and priorities questioned.
Who exactly does one represent when they have the flag of another country in their MP profile?
That's why.
Mark Gerritsen, sitting MP, is tacitly, if not explicitly, confirming there was Chinese influence, Chinese meddling, in 2019 and 2021 federal elections.
It just did not affect the outcome, according to him.
Let it be known.
And you better take Justin Trudeau's word for it because he's a very trustworthy, intelligent person.
Oh.
Okay.
Joe Biden knows.
Oh, no, no, no, no.
Okay, so we're almost done, but we got good stuff still.
We got good stuff here.
Remember when I said we're going to come back to the concept of every fear hiding a wish this episode?
You got to listen to this.
Beschloss, D.C. I don't know really who this person is.
Let me see here.
Presidents of war.
Well, people might not disagree with that.
Too much HDR in your profile banner, sir.
That looks like Yosemite.
That looks like El Capitan.
Too much HDR.
It looks unnatural.
NBC News!
Well, there you have it.
Okay.
Presidential historian.
PBS contributor, born Chicago.
Opinions are your own.
Good.
Because you got bad opinions.
What we're about to witness with Trump is something unprecedented.
He's still facing multiple investigations as this 2024 race gets underway.
So how do you think this plays into the narrative of his efforts to become not just the nominee, but the next president of the United States with all of this legal baggage hanging over his head?
We haven't seen anything like this in history before.
It's amazing.
We've never seen anybody subjected to such a political witch hunt before.
It's unprecedented.
And just the power lies in the accusation.
Press the charges, make the accusations.
Randy Hillier, sitting member of provincial parliament in Ontario, charged with assaulting a police officer.
When you see the video that it's him moving a barricade out of the way so that protesters can walk up the stairs, it takes on a new meaning.
If, or I should say when, the charges get dropped, well, they ran the headlines that a member of parliament was charged with assaulting a police officer, which is a very serious thing.
The power lies in the accusation, every fear hides a wish, and the process is the punishment.
Three principles of life to bear in mind right now.
Listen to Beschloss.
Illustrate them all perfectly.
No, we have not.
We haven't seen a president potentially indicted like this, and maybe dealing with serious multiple indictments from various places, various judicial agencies.
It's almost like the witch hunt has its own incidental benefit.
It's amazing.
That's something we haven't seen before, and even Donald Trump, who has the survival abilities of a cockroach...
Stop!
Donald Trump has the survival abilities of a cockroach.
I'm old enough to remember when this was deemed to some to be dehumanizing rhetoric that can be somebody's political permission slip to treat a human like a cockroach.
I'm old enough to remember that.
I'm not sure if he can withstand if he is Donald Trump who has the survival abilities of a cockroach.
I'm not sure if he can withstand...
Did you hear someone laugh in the background?
Listen to that.
There's someone laughing in the background.
Judicial agencies.
So that's something we haven't seen before.
And even Donald Trump, who has the survival abilities of a cockroach...
I'm not sure if he can withstand, if he is potentially indicted, and we don't know that this is going to happen, but let's say in three different venues at the same time, that's a lot to ask of anyone, including someone who is in his late 70s and may not be the most physically fit person of that age that I have ever seen.
Do you understand what he just said?
Do you understand what Beschloss just said right there?
We are trying to kill him.
With the process.
That is what he just said.
He's got the survival abilities of a filthy gutter cockroach.
He's got the survival abilities of a disgusting New York City rat.
And I'm not sure even a healthy person can put up.
He's 74 years old and he's not in the best of shape.
Despite his survivability, this might kill him.
This is a guy.
Right now, who is admitting to you, who is saying the quiet part out loud, that they are trying to kill a man with the process, with the stress, with everything that goes along with incessant persecution.
He says it out loud, and people should notice.
You've got that.
But the even more dangerous thing, Stacey and Michael, is that people who try to get a nomination in parties do it by trying to appeal to what they think will work.
Well, look what Rick DeSantis has done in Florida.
He was known as sort of a nondescript political leader, member of Congress.
Suddenly, he really has tried to turn himself into sort of a local Mussolini in Florida with the book banding and the brutal tactics.
And even this week, this suggestion that bloggers have to register with the state for the honor of writing about the governor and other political leaders.
We have to call this what this is.
This is fascism and authoritarianism that goes even beyond what Trump has talked about.
That's what he thinks is going to work in that party.
And in a way, that's the scariest thing of all.
They're pre-building the argument that if Trump was Hitler...
DeSantis is even worse than Hitler.
I can't get over it, but I want to just go back to this.
That's a lot to ask of anyone, including someone who is in his late 70s and may not be the most physically fit person of that age that I have ever seen.
Every fear hides a wish.
Although that's not even a fear, that's just a wish.
He's not the most physically fit person.
He's got the survivability of a cockroach, but everybody's got their limits.
He might have a heart attack from the pressure and the stress of this political witch hunt.
Absolutely disgusting.
What else do we have?
Absolutely disgusting.
Okay, so I got the video to play us out before.
I haven't looked.
And then we're going to go over to...
Locals, just to make sure we're still good here.
Are we still good on locals?
Thank you.
Okay, we're still good on Locals.
Then I'll go to Locals.
So hold on a second.
I will save one for later.
We got Joe...
I just want to play this clip because I tell you got more questions.
I tell it.
If you have a problem figuring out whether you're for me or Trump and you ain't black, you got more questions.
I tell it.
If you have a problem figuring out whether you're for me or Trump and you ain't black, you got one more time.
I tell it.
If you have a problem figuring out whether you're for me or Trump and you ain't black, He even had to go with what he thinks is the vernacular.
We'll be talking about this on Friday with Hotep Jesus is coming in studio for an interview with me and it's going to be fantastically fun.
Scheduled for the week for those of you who may not know.
Hotep Jesus, Friday 3 o 'clock.
Tomorrow, Chris Skye at noon.
Chris Skye is, you may know him, he's the guy who was very vocal during the lockdowns, during COVID.
Young guy, tattoos, actually kind of cool tattoos if you're into that, but I can appreciate cool tattoos, is running for mayor of Toronto.
He's coming on at noon.
Tomorrow night, Jeff Clark.
I may have mistaken his last name.
Seven o 'clock sidebar.
Thursday to be determined.
So remember, if you have trouble remembering, if you're for him or for Trump, you ain't black.
And we're going to talk about systemic racism.
All right.
Let's just some good news, okay?
We talked about it Friday.
Robert F. Kennedy thinking about launching Democratic Challenge to Biden for the 2024 White House nomination.
This would be amazing, people.
Robert F. Kennedy is considering running for the 2024, President 2024, challenging Biden for the nomination.
And he says his wife approves.
I'm thinking about it.
Yes, I have passed the biggest hurdle that my wife has greenlighted it, Kennedy told a crowd in New Hampshire on Friday, according to the reports.
We talked about it Friday.
This was Robert's...
White pill for the week.
And I ran a poll on my Twitter feed.
Admittedly, it's my Twitter feed, so we could have predicted the results.
Who would you prefer?
RFK Jr. or Gavin Newsom?
97%.
It was only 6,000 votes, give or take.
97% prefer Gavin Newsom.
Preferred RFK Jr. to Gavin Newsom.
All right.
Should have...
Oh, no, it's going to be...
Oh, I need to have it on this stupid thing.
I don't want it.
The Nord Stream Pipeline.
Hold on.
So there's an article out of the New York Times.
Let me close this and let me just get the screen grabs.
There's an article out of the New York Times.
You know, Capitol Police told them that Brian Sicknick was bludgeoned to death with a fire extinguisher.
Ask no questions and they'll tell you no lies.
They just ran with the story.
Well, they have run another story today, which is that intelligence has confirmed that they suspect whoever destroyed the Nord Stream pipeline was a pro-Ukrainian group.
They denied responsibility, obviously, and New York Times just unquestionably regurgitated that.
But the irony about this whole thing is that...
The way it's described is it's described in such a way where it could be telling the truth through the veil of a lie.
Listen to this.
This is the headline.
New York Times, intelligence suggests pro-Ukrainian group sabotage pipelines, U.S. officials say.
New intelligence reporting amounts to the first significant known lead.
Oh yeah, such a significant known lead about who is responsible for the attack on the Nord Stream pipelines that carry natural gas to Russia.
From Russia to Europe.
And the second part of this, listen to this.
New intelligence reviewed by U.S. officials suggests that a pro-Ukrainian group carried out the attack on the Nord Stream pipeline last year, a step towards determining yada, yada, yada.
U.S. officials said they had no evidence President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine or his top lieutenants were involved.
Okay?
So, pro-Ukrainian, Zelensky not involved.
And...
Quiet.
I'm out of here, please.
I'm live.
And what else do we have?
I just got totally, totally sidetracked.
Pro-Ukrainian.
Zelensky did not know.
And the perpetrators were not acting at the direction of Ukrainian officials.
Those three things can be true of the government.
Those three things can be true of the government.
Of the U.S. government, I should say.
So they could be Lying while telling the truth.
It's like Jim Carrey from Liar Liar.
When he comes out of the bathroom and he finishes beating himself up and he says, who did this to you?
Somebody is out of his mind.
Tall, langly.
The whole joke is he's talking about himself.
He's telling the truth without lying, but lying while telling the truth.
And that's exactly what the New York Times is doing.
Later on in the article, they say that...
They say that the U.S. denies responsibility.
Okay.
I think that's...
Oh, no.
Okay, here we go.
So that's the latest.
The New York Times is yet again just repeating what the government's telling them.
Ask me no questions.
I'll tell you no lies.
And there's that.
Okay, Vile Dong back in the house, $10 Rumble Man says, "Could it be possible for us European fans "to get the shows just one hour earlier than 7:00 PM?
"It is midnight for me, often too late for me to watch.
"This one is perfect timed.
"Thank you." The sidebars, I'll see if I can do it.
Vile Dong, I'll see what I can do.
Oh, I know who you are.
No!
Not that I won't join him for a stream.
I won't join him for a drinking stream.
One dollar from Sia33D says, RFK Jr.
Dorr24.
That would be...
Jimmy Dorr would never run for government, I don't think.
It's a curse.
It's not a blessing.
And when RFK says, you know, he got his wife's go-ahead, I mean, I understand.
P. Moyer.
Pasha Moyer.
I think that's P. Moyer.
Viva Singapore has stringent laws, so you don't have to have...
It has stringent laws, so you don't have to have tyrants to have those laws.
The big difference, those are laws, and people know about them a prior.
Yeah, I wouldn't go to Singapore.
I remember back when I was a kid, the kid who spray-painted the cars and was sentenced to lashings on the bottom of his feet, and everyone was like, that's a harsh sentence.
Don't go to Singapore and break the law.
Period.
Arter P148, what is worse, Viva Biden or Trudeau?
Trudeau is worse, Biden can do more damage.
And that's just because of the reach of their power.
Trudeau is unbearably worse than Biden.
In all respects, but Trudeau does not have the capability of doing...
Trudeau doesn't have the capability of walking the world into World War III.
So Trudeau's worse, Biden has the power and reach to do far more irreparable damage.
Carl1212.
Okay, we got that one.
All right, people.
I think we're done now.
Hold on, hold on, hold on.
There might be one more story.
I was going to briefly talk about the video coming out of the Netherlands about the government appropriating land from farmers.
To combat climate change?
I haven't been able to verify.
I don't know who the person is.
I know WallStreetSilver shared the tweet.
I don't know who the person is.
Do you remember their courageous protest last summer?
Do you remember how they fought for our freedom?
Well, I'm sorry to say it, but I have bad news for you.
Our farmers are losing and the Dutch government is winning the fight.
They have doubled down on their plans to expropriate 3,000 farms before the year of 2030.
For the environment.
So, without having been able to verify the validity of the content there, it caused me to reflect that I now can understand how historically...
How did tens of millions of people starve to death under Stalin?
I mean, how could it happen?
Now I'm having an easier time understanding how it can happen.
In the name of the environment, let's expropriate land from farmers because the government has always done things better and more efficiently than private enterprise.
Always.
Except when they haven't, which is throughout their history.
I can now understand how it is that socialist, communist governments Okay, Now we have officially done everything that we were supposed to do in the backdrop.
Let me just make sure one last time.
I'm going to share one video to play us out while we mosey on over to locals to get the chats there and get some of the tips and carry on the after party there.
Let me put the...
The VivaBarnesLaw.locals.com If you want to go over there and partake in the after party, you can.
What I'm going to do is play a video that I wanted to play from the weekend at Rumble because when someone does their job, let me rephrase it, not like they're doing their job, when someone loves what they do and takes passion and pride in what they do and puts out something that is actually quality, that should be rewarded.
And when I was at the Rumble, And after I had gone for a jog, came back along the beach, and I think anybody who followed our locals' sunset stream that night, I was worried about whether or not I was going to get diarrhea from having drunk too much coconut water.
I didn't, and the coconut water was delicious.
It's because I went for a jog, came back, and there was this, at the Rumble cocktail thing, there was a person serving freshly cut coconut juice, and I had one, and I was like, oh my, did you sweeten this with like citrus rinds or something?
No.
It was beautiful, intact coconut water.
And I had three of them.
And then I had to ask her about it, and it was amazing.
I'm going to share this tweet with everybody.
Anybody on the West Coast of Florida, the Gulf Coast, I believe this person serves the Gulf Coast.
And I made a video about it.
Just watch this.
Everyone go over to Locals if you want to partake of that party afterwards.
And I'll be there in two minutes.
Look at this.
Alright, so we are recording now.
Hold on one second.
I said this before we made the video.
That was the best coconut liquid, coconut juice ever.
And you have to explain why the coconut juice was sweeter than any coconut I've ever tasted.
Our coconuts come from Thailand.
We source our own products.
And Thailand is famous for having the sweetest coconuts in the world.
It's due to two rivers that run north and south in Thailand.
And the soil that's in the middle is full of nutrients and vitamins.
It was the best.
And it produces a certain coconut called the Nam Hom coconut.
That Nam Hom coconut is the Mac Daddy of coconuts.
And it is the best coconut that you will ever drink.
Full of vitamins, full of nutrients, and it's amazing.
Surfing coconut.
Where are you located?
We are located on Anna Maria Island, but we service all of the Gulf Coast of Florida.
We are small.
Can you imagine?
Any more paradise of a business, loving what you do, working on Anna Maria Island, and delivering joy to people?
I crack open all these nuts on my own.
I can do about 200, 300 a day.
We're going to be doing coconuts at Reggae Rise Up this year.
We do a lot of private events and parties.
You can follow us on Instagram at surfingcoconut.ami.
We are on TikTok under Surfing Coconut, and then we are on Facebook under Surfing Coconut.
And I have already had...
Where did my other coconut go?
Right there.
Darn it.
Okay, that's right.
And I'm taking two because I'm going to do what was recommended.
Hollow them out, dry them out, and then put a plant in the empty coconut and take something back for my kids.
Kuya.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Hold on a second.
Because you've already shaved the coconut down, correct?
Yes.
And then you burnt in the rumble emblem.
Yes.
We have a food grade branding iron, and we only use food grade stamps.
We have an amazing company that designs our stamps.
We can put any logo or signature stamp on a coconut.
Okay, amazing.
And now I'm going to come around here.
Now I've opened probably 30,000 coconuts, and here we go.
Now I've opened the door.
Okay, hold on, hold on.
Look at that, it's filled with the rim.
And have you seen the Benny Hill episode?
I have a lovely bunch of coconuts.
Yes.
Sometimes I sing that when I'm doing that.
Oh, I've got a lovely...
Alright, and that's it.
What was I about to say?
Oh, everyone should also go watch the chubby emu doctor video on YouTube about a guy who ate a coconut that was on his desk for like two months and it didn't end well for him.
There was something else I was going to talk about, the coconuts.
Oh, so I did actually hollow out the coconuts.
I peeled out the flesh from the inside, put them in the sun on the balcony so they would dry so that we could use them as plant holders.
And then I forgot them when I went home.
So hopefully someone got them.
All right, people.
Let us end it on Rumble and go to locals.
Hold on.
Two things here.
Okay, here's the link to the tweet if anybody wants to go get the info on that business.
Hashtag not an ad.
It was the most delicious coconut water I've ever tasted.
And now I'm going to re-put in here the link to Locals.
See you there.
Ending on Rumble in three, two, one.
See you on Locals.
Ended.
All right, now we're on...
Good, people.
We're on Locals.
Let's see this here.
Viva, did you eat the coconut meat only when it's clean and wet?
I did not eat the coconut meat.
This is from Vicky Henyon with a reply from Rob A. Why?
