Time Text
The small fringe minority of people who are on their way to Ottawa or who are holding unacceptable views that they're expressing do not represent the views of Canadians who have been there for each other,
who know that following the science and stepping up to protect each other It's the best way to continue to ensure our freedoms, our rights, our values as a country.
Hey, everyone.
Today is Bell Let's Talk Day.
Let's talk to each other about our mental health.
And let's listen.
They are putting at risk their own kids.
And they're putting at risk our kids as well.
Those people are putting us all...
Those people.
Those people are putting us all...
Yep.
Those people are putting us all at risk.
So today and every day, let's talk to each other about our mental health and let's listen to each other.
If you joined the protests because you're tired of COVID, you now need to understand you're breaking laws.
Like an absolute villain out of a movie.
sidekick behind him.
Opposition leaders.
The federal government.
Has invoked the Emergencies Act.
Vladimir Putin has.
Come to believe that he can lie with impunity, that he can I'll stop it there because YouTube sometimes takes issue with that video which I've shared over and over again of Justin Trudeau's Don't worry, people.
Remember when he invoked the Emergencies Act?
He said, don't worry.
What this means, what this does not mean, I'm not bringing in the military.
I'm just bringing in RCMP, Sudbury Police, Sûreté de Québec, Ontario Provincial Police.
I'm bringing them in in armored vehicles, with pepper spray, with batons.
But don't worry.
I'm not bringing in the military.
I'm just bringing in a highly militarized police.
The video of them savagely abusing, beating protesters, peaceful protesters.
Like them or not, honking horns or not, you don't get batoned for honking horns.
His non-military, militarized police physically assaulting veterans.
One of them was a veteran that I interviewed during the protest.
But don't worry.
When he invoked the Emergencies Act, he didn't call the police.
Sorry, he didn't bring in the military.
He just brought in a militarized police.
Good afternoon, East Coast.
Good morning, West Coast.
Good evening, Europe, who has now lived through another revolution.
I was mulling over the news this morning as I was looking for the white pill, and I said, this might actually be something of a white pill.
The elections in Italy.
Italy elected a far-right group called the Frateria Italia, the Brotherhood or the Brothers of Italy.
I want to play...
Before we get into everything, we just heard...
I mean, a villain.
I don't want to call him evil has lost its edge.
Evil has lost its impact for what evil means.
A man...
Who has destroyed a nation, destroyed a generation, destroyed an economy, devastated children, devastated social cohesiveness that Canada was known for.
Canada now, people don't really appreciate this.
We're a polite people.
I don't pick fights with people who push in line at a bathroom.
I'm not getting punched in the face for that.
Trudeau.
And Trudeau has the figurehead.
And his political ilk, Legault in Quebec, Ford in Ontario, Kenny in Alberta, I forget who it is in British Columbia, have destroyed the social fabric of Canada for years to come.
We used to be community in Canada.
We used to love each other.
It was neighborly love in the most meaningful of senses.
In the last two and a half years, it's been turned into a world of those people are putting us all at risk.
If you don't jibby-jabby your children, you're a selfish bastard that wants granny to tie.
Oh, what's that?
Jibby-jabbing your children didn't actually protect granny?
Oh, it just devastated your children?
Oh.
It's a Canada now where people have entered a form of tribalism that I think was largely...
I'm not saying this to point a finger at the States.
I mean, in American politics, there's been more tribalism for longer, I think.
Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think I am.
And it's not a judgmental thing.
It's not a criticism of the United States.
Politics in America has always been a little more intense than the politics in Canada.
There's always been that two-party system in America that tends to reflect itself in a sort of tribalism which hit the peak.
When Trump was elected.
We never used to have that in Canada.
Like, okay, fine.
People hated Harper.
People consider themselves liberal.
It wasn't vitriolic.
And now I know a lot of you are saying, well, Viva, you've contributed to that vitriol.
I don't think I've contributed to that vitriol.
I think that vitriol has absorbed me to some extent.
Once upon a time where I would say your body, your choice for a great many things.
I would never ask your vaccine status.
Don't ask me.
And whoa, now you're asking me?
And whoa, now you're not getting into a car with my kid because of my kid's medical status?
Yeah, maybe I've gone tribal or maybe you've just pushed me into that corner.
But it didn't used to exist in Canada.
We used to be able to love our neighbors regardless of political affiliations and regardless of stances on such things as compelled vaccination.
Compelled lockdowns.
Compelled social distancing.
Compelled masks.
But now, these things have become tribal to the point where, thanks to Jagmeet Singh, thanks to Justin Trudeau, thanks to Francois Legault, if you say, yeah, you know, I don't think you should be forcing masks on kids, you're a pro-Trump bigot.
That's literally what I've been called in Canada by other Canadians because I don't think you should be forcing face masks on children.
Trump talking points.
Fox News talking points.
That level of tribalism has been imported to Canada, courtesy of Justin Trudeau.
Someone says, sounds like Facebook-itis.
It has been imported, I won't say only thanks to Justin Trudeau, but largely thanks to Justin Trudeau.
Jagmeet Singh, round of applause.
You've played a very substantial role in this.
The NDP, the New Democratic Party.
Or whatever, the new Democrat, I forget what it is.
Right-wing extremists who don't care about community, selfish because they don't want to wear face masks.
Justin Trudeau.
Those people are putting us all at risk.
If you don't want to get vaccinated, you're an anti-science, selfish, anti-vaxxer, bigot.
And...
I have never lost my tolerance.
I am still accused of being too tolerant, too naive, not understanding the level of depravity of the political enemy, and by this I do mean the politicians and not the people.
And I won't lose my tolerance.
But Canada has been destroyed under Justin Trudeau.
Compare Justin Trudeau and the filth, because it's filth.
It's like, I feel like the guy from Anchorman.
Coming with that filth, Ron Burgundy?
The poo-poo mouth.
Compare Justin Trudeau's filthy poo-poo mouth to what Italy has just elected.
I should say, to who Italy has just elected.
Where is it?
Because I know that I have it.
Unless I shut my...
Hold on, I shut the tweet down.
Compare potty-mouth, poo-poo-mouth McTrudeau to...
What politicians are supposed to be, how politicians are supposed to speak from tenor, substance to delivery, compare Trudeau to what a politician can be.
And also bear in mind, this woman, and I'm saying woman not for ideological reasons, just because she's a woman.
Sorry, identity politics reasons.
This woman is being described by the likes of Justin Trudeau et al.
As far right.
Just compare playground basketball to professional basketball.
Compare me, doggy paddling in a triathlon, to Michael Phelps winning a gold medal in the Olympics.
That's the difference.
Listen to this.
I have a unique answer to all these questions.
Because it's our identity.
Because everything that we define in this time is a enemy.
For those who would not have more identity and that we were only good, perfect consumers.
And then it's under attack on the national identity, it's under attack on the religious identity, it's under attack on the identity of gender, it's under attack on the identity of family.
I don't have to be able to define...
This is the reason why today we have so much fear.
This is the reason why today this appointment makes so much fear.
Because we don't want to be numbers.
We are here to say that we are not numbers.
We will defend the value of the human being, of every single human being, because each one of us has a unique genetic code and repeatable.
And this is what we will defend.
we will defend God, the family, and the family who make so much fun to anyone.
We will defend our freedom because we will never be a simple consumer in balia of financial speculation.
This is our mission, this is why I'm here today.
wrote Chesterton, more than a century ago, Someone who knows how to cover when they can't find something can do it comfortably.
Now, I don't know where this was.
I don't know the context of this event.
I swear to you, I'm not a sensitive person and I don't cry.
I'm actually just trying to swallow.
I don't cry.
I don't like crying.
At least I don't like crying publicly because I know that when I see people crying publicly, I generally say they should hold it in.
That makes you want to cry.
That makes you have faith in politicians.
Sure, it's just words, for now.
And we'll have to see if she follows through on them.
I don't know the context of that event.
The video was circulating on Twitter this morning.
That's how I discovered it, probably like a great many other people.
Compare that to the poo-poo filth coming out of Justin Trudeau's mouth.
It's not even night and day because both night and day are good and serve their purpose.
It's competence and eloquence versus incompetence and divisive politics to compensate and distract from the incompetence.
Which brings us to our stream today, people.
Oh, I really...
I was almost there.
I was almost there.
I got something in my eye and it was...
Which brings us to the subject matter of today's live stream.
Okay.
Justin Trudeau, follow the science, science spelt with dollar signs.
The science has changed.
As of October 1st, the science has changed.
It's science, people.
It has nothing to do with the results in Italy, the populist victory in Italy, the far-right victory.
It has nothing to do with that.
It has nothing to do with the people making their will known to the politicians, not just in Italy, but in Canada.
Nothing to do with that.
Nothing to do with the Brian Peckford, the Honorable Brian Peckford.
A man who deserves his honorable prefix.
Prefix?
Suffix?
Whatever it is.
Prefix.
A man who deserves it unlike H-O-N Trudeau.
Has nothing to do with that lawsuit.
It has nothing to do with politics.
It's all science.
As of October 1st, no more border restrictions.
They are suspended.
We're going to talk about it.
We're going to talk about Italy.
I'm not knowledgeable.
In Italian politics.
I'm sitting there reading the news and I was like, oh, far right.
What does that mean?
Why?
What policies make...
I'm going to mess up her name every time.
Hold on.
Let me just get it here.
Giorgia Meloni.
What policies make her far right?
Typically, given my historical background, I should be scared of far right.
I listen to Georgia Maloney speak.
I don't feel scared.
I don't feel unwelcome.
And I don't feel threatened.
So I need to understand.
And we'll try to make a little sense of it today.
We're going to go through the Mike Lindell lawsuit, suing the FBI.
God bless him.
Good luck to him.
But the fact pattern is what people need to appreciate now to understand the full state of the weaponization of everything.
Both in the States and in Canada.
People are saying, hey, Viva.
Let me just clarify, by the way, I'm down in America right now for a few years on a visa.
I'm still a Canadian citizen, and we'll see what the future holds.
I've announced the exclusive agreement, the exclusivity with Rumble, which I'm happy and proud to do.
We are also working on their terms of service in order to ensure that Rumble...
Is and remains a bona fide, genuine free speech platform.
But all that to say, so I'm down here temporarily, and we'll see what happens in the future.
People say, hey, Viva, you came down at a time of civil war.
They say that tongue-in-cheek, but do you regret leaving Canada?
People don't seem to understand, like, everything has been weaponized in Canada as well.
And I mean thoroughly weaponized.
Frozen bank accounts, if you donated to a federally registered not-for-profit.
RCMP weaponizing their investigative conduct.
How do you say it?
Weaponizing their investigations.
Canada is like, you know, it's like a diluted America at this point.
Diluted in the sense that we have 36, 38 million people, population of California.
But we've got the identity politics pervasive throughout politics.
We've got the division.
We've got the tribalist...
The tribalist hatred?
Tim Pool watches Viva.
I know Tim watched Viva, and I watched him.
But we've got these problems in Canada.
A weaponized political system, ideological divisions, divides between friends and family.
Now, I think in the States, the Justice Department and the FBI have really perfected what Justin Trudeau really wanted during that...
Ottawa protests?
Like, they've got it down pat in the States.
But when you read Mike Lindell's lawsuit, you'll appreciate just how bad it is.
All that to say also, by the way, at 30 minutes, we're going to go exclusive on Rumble.
So we're going to shut this down and move on over there for anyone who is so inclined.
But let's just get the big news of the day out.
Trust the science people.
As of, what is it?
Sunday?
Saturday?
The science changes.
Why am I reading CBC?
Because I want to see how Justin Trudeau's payroll employees.
They're not really the employees of Justin Trudeau for fact-checkers out there.
They just exist off government subsidies.
That comes from any government, but it just happens to be coming from the Trudeau government.
A billion dollars a year.
Taxpayer dollars to finance the flailing, crappy...
Government-sponsored propaganda that is the CBC and the French version, Radio Canada.
Let's see how they describe this.
Oh, by the way, a billion dollars subsidizing Canadian media.
But it's totally not Pravda.
It's totally not RT.
This is legit because it's Canadian.
Then the 600, 700 million dollars that went to the other unsubsidized media, Global, National Post, Toronto Star, 600 and some odd million?
Bailout?
In 2018, I think?
Set that aside.
So you got a billion bucks for Radio Canada CBC.
You got a 600-plus million dollar bailout for the other legacy media in Canada.
Then you got COVID ads.
Then you got government ads.
Then you got indirect subsidies.
But no, our media is totally independent and RT is Russian propaganda.
Okay, whatever.
Parentheses closed.
The big news.
Border vaccine rules.
Mandatory use of Arrive Can.
Mask mandates on planes, trains, end October 1st.
Not October 1st, 2021, people.
October 1st, 2022.
Remind me to address the American issue because, you know, from what I understand, they still have vaccination requirements for foreign nationals entering the US.
We'll get to that in a second.
Lifting of regulations has been called for by border city mayors.
Oh.
That sounds like politics and not science.
There was either science for the implementation of these policies or there wasn't.
It's not because border city mayors clamor to end these idiotic, unconstitutional, inhumane measures that they get lifted.
If they're scientifically justified, that's what matters, in theory.
The federal government says it's dropping.
I'm pretty sure they said they're suspending, but I'll double-check.
All COVID-19 measures at borders on Saturday, meaning...
Travelers will no longer need to provide proof of vaccination when entering Canada or wear masks on planes and trains.
Oh, that's amazing.
As of October 1st, all travels regardless of citizenship.
Oh, it's almost like when you get embarrassed enough, when you get mocked enough on the national scale, when you have some pesky little nutcase with a fro, I don't think I had anything to do with it.
When you have people railing against you day in and day out, showing the...
Lack of science, and above all else, the inhumane nature of these policies.
It's almost like once it becomes politically untenable, the science changes.
They will no longer have to submit public health information through the Arrive Can app or website.
They will no longer have to provide proof of vaccination.
They are no longer numbers.
They are individual human beings.
Their life has meaning.
Gosh darn it, if I'm quoting from Network and...
Using the sensitive versions.
They will no longer have to undergo pre- or on-arrival testing.
They will no longer have to carry COVID-19 quarantine or isolation.
They will no longer have to carry out COVID-19 related quarantine.
Quarantining young, healthy people who are not infected with COVID just because they weren't vaccinated.
12 years old and up.
They will no longer have to monitor and report if they develop signs and symptoms upon arriving in Canada.
They will no longer have to undergo health checks for travel on air and rail, or wear masks on planes and trains.
Read this in reverse, people.
Until Sunday, or whenever October 1st is, anyone entering Canada has to submit public health information through Arrive Can app, provide proof of vaccination, undergo pre- and on-arrival testing, carry out quarantine requirements if they're not vaccinated, Oh, by the way, and if they're foreign nationals, they just can't enter Canada.
Undergo health checks on travel and air.
We are no longer free citizens.
We are, is the word wards of the state?
We are property of the state.
Until October 1st, we all still have to do this.
Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos said the decision Monday is not a sign Canada is out of the pandemic, but said the government's data showed the importation.
Show the importation of new variants was no longer having an effect on the evolution of the virus in the country.
That's verbal diarrhea.
But no, guys, CBC's independent.
They're not the mouthpiece propagandist tools of the government that funds them a billion dollars a year.
They're not.
But they're just repeating what Jean-Yves Duclos said.
It's totally scientific.
Jean-Yves Duclos, I'll play the video in a second, said Monday the decision is not a sign Canada is out of the pandemic, but said the government's data showed the importation of new variants was no longer having an effect on the evolution of the virus in the country.
Can I ask you to show your homework, Monsieur Duclos?
CBC, may I ask if you asked Jean-Yves Duclos to show his homework?
Methinks you didn't, because you are propagandists who don't...
Vet, check, or hold the government to account.
You are their mouthpieces and their bullhorns.
Let's see what this has to say here.
Is this the video that I saw?
Based on the data accumulated over the last few weeks.
Show it.
Show your homework.
Show your homework, you liar.
End months.
We are announcing that the government of Canada will not renew the order in council that expires on September the 30th.
And will therefore remove all COVID-19 border requirements for all travelers entering Canada.
They have been merely renewing these orders month over month.
No public debate, no legislative process, no showing your homework.
I think ministerial order, I think we'll just shut the border down.
I think we'll require...
Yeah, which way is the wind blowing?
I think we'll require unvaccinated 12-year-olds to quarantine when they cross the border.
Just because.
Science.
Includes the removal of all federal testing, quarantine, and isolation requirements, as well as the mandatory submission of health information in a RIFCAN.
By the way, just notice they said they're not renewing it.
They didn't say they're cancelling it.
They could presumably just issue another order in council with the same lack of oversight that they've been doing and renewing for the last...
When did they shut the border down?
It's two years.
The government of Canada will maintain the ability to reestablish certain border measures should they be required in the future to protect Canadians from the importation of new variants of concern or other emerging public health threats.
By the way, they reserve the right.
To do even more for things beyond COVID.
It's a victory.
By the way, how did the propagandist mouthpiece of the government describe it?
Oh, they said it's dropping all COVID-19 measures.
That's not what they said, CBC.
Thank you for allowing me to show the video of why you guys are liars and should be defunded to the fullest extent of the legislation.
They didn't say they're dropping all COVID-19 measures.
They said they're not renewing the order in council.
And that they reserve the right to do it if ever they so choose in the future.
Yeah, that's dropping.
That's dropping, all right.
You guys are not government propagandists lying, you know, Pravda.
You're not.
You're free media.
You deserve our taxpayer dollars.
Oh, look at this.
If anyone believes the pandemic is over, I invite them to visit a hospital, he said.
Hospitals are going to have sick people in them.
That's why they're there.
There will be viruses that will put people in hospitals that you don't shut down a border and you don't make healthy 12-year-olds quarantine if the hospital is the issue.
That decision, once again, was driven by the evidence we've seen over the last few weeks, yada, yada, which is that the transmission and cost of transmission of COVID-19 health...
Okay, whatever.
Oh, let's hear what Omar Algebra has to say.
Last week, a group of MPs and border city mayors published an open letter to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the U.S. President asking them to end the unnecessary rules of the border, a move they say would allow border communities to recover economically from the pandemic.
Let's hear what Omar Algebra, Minister of Transport, has to say.
I haven't seen this yet.
We've always maintained that the extraordinary measures we introduced at our borders and on airplanes, trains, and boats were temporary.
And that we would adjust them as situation changes.
So today, we're doing just that.
As my colleague, Minister Duklo, just said, starting on October 1st, we are removing COVID-19 measures that remain at the border.
The factors that allow us to remove these border measures also allow me to announce that Transport Canada is removing existing travel requirements.
This means that...
As of October 1st, travelers will no longer be required to undergo health checks for travel.
We've always said we were going to do it.
We've always said it.
We always said it was temporary.
My sweet, merciful goodness.
Years is not temporary, first of all.
And second of all, yeah, you never said they were permanent.
You also said two weeks to flatten the curve.
But who trusts this guy?
If we're talking demeanor, let's compare him to...
Meloni.
Georgia.
Let's compare Omar Algebra to Georgia Meloni.
Who trusts this guy?
First of all, how much do you have to say, Omar, that you can't say without reading notes?
I don't have notes because I know what I'm going to say because it's the truth.
It's not a scripted lie.
You can't even muster together this statement without looking at your notes.
That's how sincere, authentic, and truthful it is?
On air and rail?
Or wear masks on planes and trains?
Can we have the data that ever showed that wearing masks on planes and trains ever worked or was ever necessary in the first place?
I think we have the data that it wasn't.
I think a lot of it was exposed in that charter lawsuit.
As exposed through the various depositions conducted by Keith Wilson and Al in the honorable, or the honorific, someone said, Brian Peckford's charter challenge.
They never had the data to begin with, but they always said it was temporary, and the data's changed.
For international flights to Canada, airlines will no longer need to review the vaccination status of foreign nationals, confirm travelers have submitted the required information in ArriveCan, Or ensure compliance with the pre-entry testing requirements.
You no longer have to show compliance, people.
Masks still recommend.
Okay, look, we're just going here.
Public safety, Marco Mendocino.
Oh!
Demonstrable liar.
Remind me about this.
Let me just go.
Demonstrable liar.
Let's just go.
I'm going to pull up the video.
Marco Mendocino.
Demonstrable proven liar.
When defending invoking the Emergencies Act, said that there was a risk of a certain type of assault of a sexual nature on people in Ottawa.
The truckers were threatening to...
It rhymes with grape.
Marco Mendocino said that.
Marco Mendocino said that the RCMP had asked for the Emergencies Act to be declared when in reality they hadn't and it caught them by surprise.
And from what I understand, they said they were more than capable of dealing with the protest without invoking the Emergencies Act.
Marco Mendocino is a liar.
A proven, demonstrable liar.
Let's hear what he has to say now.
Public Safety Minister Marco Mendocino said the ArriveCAN app can still be used by travelers to submit customs declarations in advance at major airports.
Oh, that's nice.
The option is available at the International Airport in Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, but there are plans to extend to airports in Calgary, blah, blah, blah.
The government also said the Canada Border Service Agency is looking at adding features to ArriveCAN, like Border Waits.
Oh, don't worry, people.
Something good.
Is going to have come out of your egregious, rampant constitutional violations at the hands of Supreme Leader Justin Trudeau.
Let me see if I can find this.
Let's see.
Is this it?
Please, please, please.
Let's see it.
Here we go.
This is it.
Got it.
This was one of the mistakes I made in life, people.
At least on YouTube.
This is Raquel Doncho.
I thought she was being serious and didn't appreciate that this is stone-cold, in-your-face sarcasm.
She's asking a highly rhetorical question in a manner that, even for the sharpest of people, can be misconstrued as a serious, non-rhetorical question.
Listen to this.
Asking Mendocino about invoking the Emergencies Act.
Like, I just don't understand how you could be saying, on one hand, there's all these strong ties and this is a national emergency for public safety.
And I walked every day by these protests.
It just doesn't really add up at all.
Minister, sorry.
Just ten seconds, Minister.
Well, I would say, first, it's not an insinuation.
We got the advice from our law enforcement that we've met.
I can't believe you put us in danger in that way, to be honest.
There were Ottowans who were subjected to intimidation, harassment, threats of rape.
Threats of rape.
Threats of rape.
I mean, and those were all supported by parties.
How could we have possibly been allowed to walk by that every day?
The man is a proven liar.
And thank goodness I have the receipts.
Okay.
I used ArriveCan.
I'm not going to make fun of you, Dave North.
This is not to make fun of you.
I used ArriveCan last month.
Wasn't that bad.
Plus, it wasn't infringing on my rights because I'm British.
Okay, fine.
Touche.
Touche.
But I'll tell you one thing.
Let me pull this up.
I'll tell you one thing.
It sure as hell violated my rights.
And it sure as hell made me feel very, very uncomfortable.
Here, check this out, guys.
Let's do this here.
Listen to this.
Let's go with English.
This is my experience with the Arrive Can app.
And after this, we're moving to rumble.
To verify that she's in compliance with application, include a day one and a day eight COVID test.
This call should just take a few minutes.
Oh, okay.
This is me at my angriest.
I confirmed that yes, we arrived in Canada Tuesday.
Okay, and a record indicated that she is a unvaccinated traveler entering Canada?
Yeah.
Unvaccinated traveler entering Canada.
Who do not meet the Canadian definition of fully vaccinated are required to be in quarantine for a minimum of 14 days.
Is she under quarantine?
Oh, really?
That's the address we have.
They're required to be in quarantine.
In virtue of what, is she supposed to be in quarantine for 14 days?
Yes.
No, in virtue of what?
Because she's under quarantine.
That's not my understanding of the law.
What do you mean your understanding of the law?
What provision of law are you suggesting?
Requires my daughter to be in 14 days of quarantine.
She's under the Federal Quarantine Act.
Under the Federal Quarantine Act.
What provision of law is it?
I've read the Quarantine Act.
I've studied the Quarantine Act.
What provision of law?
Because she tested negative.
We've had COVID within the last 180 days.
I understand that.
So she's not required to be tested again.
Under what provision of law?
No, it's not, by the way.
I'm telling you, I've read the Quarantine Act.
There is nothing in it.
I understand.
Sir, if you go on Canada.ca, That's a website.
COVID-19 coronavirus, you will see, unvaccinated child entering Canada are required to be in quarantine for 14 months.
I just have to point this out, by the way.
The reflection, I never noticed this until now.
That's my shirt that says politics ruins everything.
In reverse, reflection on the window.
Okay, and then we'll be done.
I don't believe that's the law.
Yes, she is.
She's required to be in quarantine.
She is...
Yep, she's 12 years old.
Lock her up.
It's not child abuse.
She's under 12, so she's required to be in quarantine, sir.
I don't know that that's the law.
In fact, I'm a lawyer and I'm fairly certain that's not the law.
I'll go look.
I'll go look and thank you.
Thank you for the call.
Thank you for the call.
I'll go look.
Okay.
And by the way, just to point out something here.
I recorded that in Canada.
That's an old video recorded in Canada because people should appreciate before you do secret recordings.
Although that stated that they were recording it as well.
Some states, such as Florida, are two-party consent states.
So you can't actually record a conversation without...
Oh, jeez.
Hold on.
Damn kids pulled the plug out.
In some states, such as Florida, two-party consent states, you cannot record...
A conversation without notifying the other person that you're recording or getting the consent of all parties.
That was in Canada.
Canada is not a two-party consent state.
But yeah, that was it.
And I appreciate she's just doing her job.
And I've had discussions with some of these agents who are shocked and do not...
Shocked by and don't support these policies.
But that was my experience.
Yeah.
You won't have to do it anymore, people.
12-year-old kids.
Don't need to go into two weeks of quarantine.
Healthy 12-year-old kids.
You no longer need to abuse your children, Canadians.
Don't worry.
And it wasn't abuse because the government told you to do it.
Okay.
Let me go into StreamYard.
And we're going to end this.
The link to Rumble, people, is right here.
Mosey on over to the Rumbles.
It's a good place.
I know people have some constructive criticism.
We're going to fix it.
I am your direct source to the company.
To make recommendations as to what people want improvements on.
But for the time being, I'm not ending the broadcast.
I'm just removing YouTube.
And we're going over to Locals.
Not Locals.
Although you can do that as well.
VivaBarnesLaw.Locals.com.
We're going to rumble.
Remove.
Three, two, one.
Removed.
Now I think we're alone.
Only feds.
That's a joke, people.
Okay, so that's the news of Canada suspending its border measures.
And I'm sure it's just an accident.
It was a projected defeat of the far-right Italian politician in Italy.
It's just a coincidence it comes on the heels of the motion for mootness in Brian Peckford's charter challenge.
So help me God.
If the court dismisses Brian Peckford's charter challenge on mootness, that will be a black pill.
That will be both a black pill and a black pill suppository at the same time with no...
Never mind, I'll leave it at that.
That'll be a black pill if they do not adjudicate on this.
And let me just pull up a few tweets.
Actually, let me just make sure that we're still...
Okay, we're good.
Hey, hey, hey, don't do that.
Dog's scratching himself.
I just want to pull up a few tweets because they've suspended, rescinded, however you want to call it.
That's not enough.
I just want to refresh my memory on these policies.
Stopping the abuse does not negate you.
This is like, yeah, I've been abusing you.
I promise not to do it again unless you really piss me off.
Unless you really need it.
I won't do it again.
It is not enough.
That was the reminder that I needed.
It's not enough that these measures have been suspended.
And if the courts say it's suspended and therefore moot, come back if and when, that is going to cause irreparable harm to people's faith in the system as a whole.
They get abused by their government endlessly for years.
They incur the costs, the expense, the stress, The process of taking it to courts and then the government, willy-nilly, overnight, the science has changed, drops the mandates and then say, too bad, so sad.
If it happens, I'll be black-pilled.
But I'll find a white pill to compensate.
So we'll see.
But it had nothing to do with Peckford's lawsuit.
It had nothing to do with this amazing victory in Italy, which is the next subject of what we're talking about.
Dude.
We're going to come back to Canadian stuff afterwards.
But where is...
Where is...
Let's go here.
This is the article.
This is one of the articles.
Yeah, this is the one that...
This is the...
Okay.
I know it's the Peacock, whatever that is.
ABC?
NBC.
This is NBC News.
That's what it is.
Far-right leader, Giorgia Meloni, set to become Italian Prime Minister.
Okay, so the news was she got elected.
She's being called far right.
I looked up, what makes her far right?
Listen to this.
This is what makes her far right.
Ultra conservative values.
I don't know what that is.
You got conservative and then you got ultra conservative.
Is that sort of like Republican and MAGA Republican?
I don't know what that is, but okay.
I'll just take conservative values.
Even if it means ultra conservative, you have to wear a dress that goes below your knees.
I don't know.
Ultra conservative.
Anti-immigration.
Anti-immigration.
And nationalism.
Nationalism.
Nationalism, which immediately evokes Nazi, which is, you know, where the term Nazi came from.
Nazi-lista, something like that.
Ultra-conservative, anti-immigration, nationalism.
These are the three key words that best describe what she stands for.
Rosa Bolford, director of the Carnegie Europe think tank, said.
Oh, that's great.
We're going to get more into this far right.
Giorgio Maloney, a nationalist accused by political rivals and experts of spreading white supremacist ideas.
Do they not know the history of Italy and Italians?
Do they not know the national history of Italy?
Spoiler alert, it's not all white as history.
So they accuse her of being nationalistic, of adhering to a national identity.
Which itself has an actual history that is itself not white supremacist.
Setting that aside, white supremacist is now the catch-all.
It's the end-all and be-all of cheap political demonizing.
Let me just see what the chat here is.
Nationalism is left, says the chat on Rumble.
Think forever.
Italians are proud of their culture.
Love.
Hitler was not a nationalist.
He was a globalist.
He wanted to make a state similar to the EU.
Okay.
White nationalist.
That's where we're at.
I have to get that article back.
She said to become Italy's first far-right leader since World War I. You're going to have to listen to this terminology, which is fake news rubbish coming from NBC News.
Versus how other...
There's still propaganda sort of narrative-driven news outlets.
But calling her far-right versus doing what other outlets are doing, saying that she's the most far-right in however long, one is true because it's comparative.
The other one is demonizing because it's objective.
She's not the most far-right politician since World War II.
She's far-right, ultra-conservative, quite supremacist.
The near-final results from Sunday's election showed her brothers of Italy party.
Fratelli d 'Italia.
I want to learn Italian.
We'll lead a right-wing coalition joined by former Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi's center far-right.
Okay.
The government is predicted to have a majority in both the upper and lower house of Italy's parliament, giving Maloney 45 power to enact her nationalist, Euroskeptic platform.
My God.
Is this what they teach at journalism school now?
These are the terms you need to drive your narrative.
Euroskeptic.
Hold on.
I gotta Google what the heck that actually means.
And swelling the ranks of far-right figures at the top of European politics.
Maloney, who would be Italy's first female.
Far-right groups typically elect women as leaders.
I don't know much about far-right extremism, but what I think I know about it, they're known for a bunch of isms, one of which would be...
Misogynyism.
Okay.
They're known for the is.
I don't know.
If they are.
I have a tendency to think that a far-right extremist nationalist group that has all sorts of intolerant policies wouldn't elect a woman.
What do I know?
Maybe I'm just very naive.
Oh, here.
Maloney, who would be Italy's first female leader and the Brothers of Italy advocate...
Naval blockades to stop unauthorized migration from Africa.
The Brothers of Italy advocate naval blockades to stop unauthorized migration from Africa?
What is unauthorized migration?
That sounds like illegal immigration.
That sounds like foreigners who are not citizens breaking the law of the land to get into it.
Unauthorized migration.
It's not illegal migration, illegal immigration.
And some people might even use a more like, you know, invasion term.
That...
No, this is...
They're calling it...
It's just unauthorized migration.
And it's only unauthorized because Maloney won't authorize it.
She's the one who's in the wrong here.
She has also bemoaned the chronically low birth rate in Italy.
Okay.
Who's operating on the basis that Italy is all white?
And spoken of a left-wing government plot to finance the invasion to replace Italians with immigrants.
And a main tenet of the Great Replacement, a conspiracy theory that accuses shadowy global elites of the wholesale importing of non-white migrants to majority white countries.
So if you...
Advocate for the naval blockades to stop unauthorized migration from Africa.
You're racist for doing it?
If they are promoting, which they seem to be, unauthorized migration from Africa, you're calling what she's criticizing a conspiracy theory?
Oh boy.
There's a lot of...
Political sucking and blowing at the same time going on here.
The Brothers of Italy can trace its roots back to a fascist party founded by supporter of director Benito Mussolini, although Maloney has rejected any suggestion that lingering fascist tendencies remain, comparing brothers instead to the United Kingdom's traditionally center and conservative party.
Okay.
Yada, yada, yada.
Okay, we got that part.
Skip it down.
While Maloney...
While Maloney has pledged to support Ukraine, Berlusconi last week told an Italian television news network Putin was pushed by the Russian people, by his party, by the ministers, to come up with this special operation using Russian premise of Putin's terminology for his military coup.
Okay, whatever.
I think we can skip the rest of this.
The EU is in...
Long-standing battles with Hungary, Poland, over the country's anti-democratic reforms.
Maloney is likely to officially become Prime Minister in October, taking over from Mario Draghi, the former chief.
All right.
That's what makes for far-right people.
Conservative, anti-immigration, although we're going to get to the anti-immigration, because it's not quite so much anti-immigration as it is responsible immigration, but...
Apparently being a responsible, you know, government, parent, head of a household.
Hold on.
I just said something.
Georgia.
We're going to do this.
Oh, you know what?
Hold on.
We better do it in real time so that nobody accuses.
I haven't done it with her.
I haven't done this exercise.
Google.
Georgia Georgia Georgia Eloni W.E.F.
Thank you.
Okay, people.
She doesn't have a landing page on the WEF.
Woo!
That would have been funny.
She does not have a landing page on the WEF.
We can all breathe a sigh of relief.
But the world, the WEF did maybe seem to, let me see what they're saying here.
Why the world needs more female leaders.
Why did her, why did this tweet come up?
When I looked for it with Georgia in it.
Okay, so someone responded to this tweet with a tweet with Georgia Melody.
Okay, good.
Okay, people.
We don't have to worry about that.
She does not have a WEF landing page, which immediately makes me trust her even more.
Unlike Justin Trudeau, Jagmeet Singh, Chrystia Freeland.
Chrystia Freeland.
Is on the board of trustees of the WEF.
Justin Trudeau has a wicked, massively flattering landing page.
Jagmeet Singh is the poster boy for WEF.
Georgia Maloney does not have a WEF landing page.
Okay, good.
You can all breathe a sigh of relief.
But what does far right mean?
So, we saw the article from NBC Fake News.
If we go to, let's just say, BBC, a little better, maybe, by comparison, Georgia Maloney, Italy's far right, wins election and vows to govern for all.
You have to understand what they're saying here.
They're calling her far right, which means that she's anti-something, despite the fact that she vows to govern for all.
I've got to tell you something, that's better than Joe Biden!
Georgia Maloney...
It's proving to be a better leader than Joe Biden, who doesn't think that he needs to represent MAGA Republicans and instead can dedicate his, it wasn't the State of the Union speech, but some speech in Pennsylvania to demonizing at the very least tens of millions of Americans, maybe even 74 million Americans.
Biden gets up and says MAGA Republicans are extremists, a threat to democracy, don't care about the Constitution, they want to destroy democracy.
He didn't go so far as Justin Trudeau to say, do we tolerate these people?
But some of Biden's followers got the message nonetheless.
Check out the North Dakota man who ran over a Republican extremist and killed him.
And then got out on $50,000 bail for vehicular homicide.
The world is...
Okay.
They call her far-right despite her vow to govern for all.
Joe Biden...
Is a peace-loving, lefty Democrat who vows not to govern for all.
Oh, I'm sorry.
If that's the criteria for being far right, the expectation that you won't govern for all, and that she's far right despite the fact that she vows to govern for all, well, that makes Joe Biden guilty of what he accuses others of being.
But that's the headline.
Italy's far right.
But they walk it back a little bit.
If you get into this crap article.
Far-right leader George Maloney has claimed victory.
Maloney is widely expected to form Italy's most right-wing government since World War II.
But she vows to govern for all, which would include Italians of all races, creeds, ethnicities, genders, whatever.
She vows to govern for all.
But she's a far-right.
Extremist.
It's more the same.
Okay, whatever.
We don't need to get into that.
Everyone, you can go read these articles.
But this is the question.
Far-right.
Anti-immigrant, right?
They say it.
They say it.
I'm just reading some of the chats.
Ms. Bex says she is the new Prime Minister for Italy, probably in coalition with Salvini and Bellucci.
Not sure what the vote count has to be, but she got about 46%.
And then S. Raphael says...
Okay, no.
But what does being anti-immigrant...
What are the party policies?
I'm not a journalist, although I don't know anyone.
I'm not a journalist.
I just want to understand.
NBC News, BBC News, far right.
What are the party policies, like concrete, other than being ultra-conservative, whatever the hell that means, anti-immigrant, which you haven't fleshed out, and nationalistic, which...
You call it nationalistic, other people might call it patriotic.
Like, when did nationalistic in the form of patriotism become an insult?
People who think, like, Americans are nationalistic and the flag represents it, go to Quebec.
For a Saint-Jean-Baptiste weekend.
There's nothing wrong with being patriotic.
They're using nationalism synonymously with the term patriotism, but they're using nationalism because of the ring, the reminder that it has to Nazism.
But what are the policies of the party that allow for them to come to these conclusions?
It's Wikipedia.
J.J. McCullough just put out a video that said only lazy people use disinformation.
He didn't say it in quite so many words.
J.J. McCullough is another great Canadian content creator.
I should say a great Canadian content creator, not to lump myself in by association.
He might be better than me.
But he put out a great video about Wikipedia and why it's rubbish.
I know that it's rubbish.
It's rubbish except when it issues or it sets out information which runs, in theory, counter to the narrative that you know they want to promote.
So, when it comes to immigration, let's just see what they describe as the...
Where was the immigration?
I had it before.
Let me see here.
Let me see here.
Thank you.
Okay.
FDIs, this is the Brothers of Italy.
Ideological trends were conservatism.
Nationalism, nativism, Euroscepticism, and opposition to immigration.
Now, where is it?
Here, listen to this.
This is how Wikipedia describes it.
They're trying to make her look bad in theory, I guess.
FDI calls for a zero-tolerance policy on illegal immigration.
Is that what being anti-immigrant means?
You have a zero-tolerance policy on illegal immigration.
That makes you anti-immigrant.
This is Wikipedia.
Okay, my goodness.
I have a zero tolerance policy on crime.
Don't tolerate crime.
That's a good thing.
Illegal immigration is criminal activity committed by foreigners attempting to illegally enter a country.
Okay, so I'm anti-crime, but not that crime.
That makes a whole hell of a lot of sense.
FDI calls for a zero tolerance policy on immigration and wants to blockade migrants from reaching Italian ports and boost the birth rate of Italian nationals to ease the need for migrant labor.
And now, if I sound angry, and if I sound frustrated, it's because the People's Party of Canada, the federal party for which I ran in the last federal election in Canada, and got my ass handed to me, but I think I still did my...
I served my purpose of normalizing the People's Party of Canada, which had been demonized much in the same way I see this Fatalia Italia getting demonized.
If a second-generation immigrant, my grandfather was from Poland, and I happen to be Jewish, but I don't use that to strengthen any of my positions.
If a second-generation Jewish immigrant, the second-generation of a Jewish immigrant is running with a party that is being accused of xenophobia, racism, bigotry, etc.
Maybe the party is not xenophobic or bigoted.
Just maybe.
And maybe the idea of ensuring that immigration is legal and both good for the immigrant and good for the country, maybe that's not being anti-immigrant.
Maybe that's actually just being pro-human.
Maybe that's just a question of being responsible.
They want to blockade migrants from reaching Italian ports and burst the birth rate.
Okay.
Although some of its members reject the label, FDI has been...
They don't like being described as neofascist?
They don't like that label?
Although some of them reject it.
They reject this label.
They've been described as neofascists by the likes of the people editing this article for Wikipedia.
In part due to the party's history dating back to the whatever.
It's appealed to neofascists.
It's appealed to neo-fascists on social media, such as Facebook.
Why is it that when members of the Klan support Democrat politicians, it's never the same causal link as it is when whatever neo-fascists, whatever that means, follow people on Facebook, on social media?
Why is it a knife that only cuts one way?
And some of its leaders' nostalgia for Italian fascism.
My goodness, would I love to hear that.
That's what makes him anti-immigrant, by the way.
What I want to see, what was his skepticism?
The Euro-skepticism.
What is this concept?
Euro-skepticism, also spelled oodle-skepticism, is a political position involving criticism of the European Union and European integration.
It ranges from those who oppose some EU institutions and policies to those who oppose EU membership and see the EU as unreformable as unreformable.
Oh, I didn't realize they came up with a nice ism for not wanting to be part of the European Union.
That's amazing.
Add it to the isms.
Add it to the phobes.
They're Euroscepticism.
It's terrible.
Shame on you.
You anti-immigrant because you want to oppose illegal immigration, ensure that immigration is responsible and beneficial for both immigrant and country, and you want to increase national birth rates.
God forbid!
And by that I mean God willing for some.
What?
Wanting to bring up national birth rate so that you can...
Get away from the practice of importing cheap labor because that's what you're doing.
That's racist?
Don't get angry.
Deep breaths.
One, two, three, four, five, six, eight.
Some might argue that importing migrants for cheap labor is the definition of racism.
I'll argue that.
Importing migrants so they can do cheap labor in your country I would argue is the definition of racism.
I'm not pulling a Joel Osborne here.
I'm not going to even say it.
I'll let her say it for herself and then I'll respond to it.
Hold on.
I didn't think I was going to have to bring this clip up.
Joel Osborne?
Who's going to wash?
Okay.
Thank you.
Let's do this.
Share.
You've seen it already, people, but one more time, it's not going to hurt.
You have a very good point, though.
There are a lot of Latinos here in this country that do agree.
They must be anti-immigrant as well.
The Latinos in America who oppose illegal immigration must be anti-immigrant.
It does need to be addressed and it does need to be fixed.
But making those comments, those racist comments do not help.
And if you kick every Latino out of this country, then who is going to be cleaning your toilet, Donald?
Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh.
Cheap labor.
Allowing for illegal immigration so that it can satisfy cheap labor is the definition of racism.
Now, some people are going to say, who's going to do those jobs?
My labor law professor at Université Laval.
Some of you might know him.
Réjean Breton.
One of the best teachers I've ever had.
Quite eccentric.
Réjean Breton was phenomenal.
Was a known character on campus and off campus.
His theory, and it's not untenable, is that some jobs are not meant to be career jobs.
And some jobs, in as much as they are intended or do become career jobs, are supplemental.
And they're not intended to be lifelong jobs.
As in, people learn, they get some trades, they move on.
And the cycle continues.
The idea of importing cheap labor.
The idea of importing illegal immigrants so that you can then use them, and it is using them as political pawns, despite the rhetoric from some side, so they can do jobs that Americans don't want, menial, tedious jobs that they can be exploited for, underpaid for.
That's racism.
That is exploitation of immigrants.
That is using people as political pawns.
Ironic.
How many times are we going to say confession through projection?
but it's confession through projection.
Tariq.
Oh, Tariq Hamadou.
Okay.
Tariq Muhammad to you.
Says, Viva, it's not slavery because they get paid.
And I think that's a tongue-in-cheek comment.
Because that is...
They get paid.
They get paid.
They get exploited.
Especially the illegals.
And people know it.
Politicians know it.
The same politicians that accuse other politicians of using people as political pawns use them as economic pawns.
Anyhow, so that's the news out of Italy.
What makes her far right?
I guess it's all by comparison.
Apparently, if you're right of Stalin, you're far right.
What makes her far right?
She's got conservative values.
She talks about family, religion, God, you know, a mom and a dad, a nuclear family.
Does any of that make me feel uncomfortable as a fill-in-the-blank?
Doesn't make me feel uncomfortable.
I would not feel uncomfortable being governed by...
Gosh, I don't know how to get her name.
Georgia Maloney.
I would not feel uncomfortable being governed by those policies.
I would not feel uncomfortable as an immigrant, as an ethnic religious minority in Italy, being governed by those policies from someone who promises and vows to govern for all, unlike...
Joe Biden himself.
Okay.
Let's go to the chat and see what's going on in there.
Let's go to the chat.
Okay.
So that's the white pill.
I mean, it is a white pill.
And I'm telling you, maybe I'm connecting dots that are not connected.
Trudeau saw it.
He knows what's coming to Canada as well.
And now it's time to trust the science and lift those draconian, unconstitutional, unconscionable human rights abuses for border restrictions that he imposed in the hopes that he'll save some skin politically come the next election.
People are fed up across the world.
They're done sacrificing their lives and their children's lives for...
What is not science, but what is virtue signaling rubbish.
So he either saw the writing on the wall and decided to try to score some political points back home, or he just decided to do it because that's how fickle science is.
Trust the science.
And the fact that those draconian measures were suspended as capriciously as they were imposed showed the degree to which they were capricious, unscientific rubbish in the first place.
But he sees what happened in Italy.
He sees what's happening in the court systems in Canada.
He sees and smells the change of the political tide.
I say the support that Pierre Poilievre is getting.
Let's try to score some cheap political points.
And we can't admit defeat.
We just have to say the science has changed.
We've got plenty of science to prove it.
Okay.
What else?
Back to Canada?
We're back to Canada already.
We may as well.
Some people don't know this.
My brother has gotten, well, he's gone crazy on Twitter a little bit.
He hasn't gone crazy.
He's just gotten good.
He's gotten involved and he's now seen what's gone on.
He's asked some questions as to, how is it that the term safe and effective has now been removed from websites that were promoting the jibby jab on children?
uh We're back to Canada The charter violation lawsuits, reading some transcripts, pulling out some gems.
Western Ontario, University of Western Ontario, UWO.
It's a great...
I mean, I say it had a great reputation.
I wouldn't even bring my dog there to urinate on the grass.
I just hope my kids don't go there and then they're going to have to have a fight.
They've delegitimized themselves morally, scientifically, legally.
They...
Despite everything that's going on in the world right now, have imposed a booster mandate.
Once they've seen Prime Minister Trudeau do it, hey, they can do it as well.
It's not just, though, that they insisted on a booster mandate for returning students to get into classes.
I'm going to take that up for a second.
Returning students.
How old are university students typically?
18 to 25?
More often than not, there are adult students, but typically they're young people.
If we just operate on the basis that it's 50-50 split of these young people being men versus women, that means that there would be half of the young people in order to go back to Western University would have to get a little jibby-jabby-boosty-boosty in order to be allowed back in if this policy were to remain in effect.
What do we know now about the science, speaking of people who follow the science, about young males getting the jibby-jabby, boosty-boosty, or even the shot in the first place?
What do we know about that?
Now, not medical advice, not legal advice.
Don't listen to me.
Listen to Dr. Kieran Moore.
Now, people, this is a video that I edited for emphasis, but these are his words.
Don't listen to me.
What do we know about giving the jibby-jab, Or its booster counterparts, its little satanic children.
I shouldn't have said that.
Now someone's going to say it.
It doesn't matter.
Or its little spawn of Satan, the booster.
What do we know about Jibby Jabs Young Men?
I just recommend it to everybody instead of saying it's a personal decision.
Because at present, we're doing a risk-based approach.
What's the risk?
There's always a risk to having any therapeutic versus a benefit.
You want to make sure there's a very strong benefit versus the risk.
If we're an 18-year-old healthy individual, the risk of getting hospitalized if we have no medical illness is very, very low.
If you're an 18-year-old, healthy young male, your risks of hospitalization from COVID, very low.
What about the risks of the Jimmy Jam, sir?
Would you be so kind as to tell us about the risks of this therapeutic?
We know there is a risk, a very small risk, one in 5,000 that may get myocarditis, for example.
And you'd have to have that discussion on the risk-benefit of a complication from the vaccine versus a benefit of decreased hospitalization.
I just recommend it to everyone.
One in 5,000 risk of myocarditis.
For young men getting the jab.
Some people who think they're making a point say, but the jab, but you have a risk of myocarditis from COVID.
Some, I don't want to call people idiots.
I'm just going to call them lacking logic.
Some people lacking logic, lacking an understanding of basic logic, are going to say, COVID?
Also carries a risk of myocarditis.
Yeah.
And now we know that the vaccine, as Kieran Moore called it, the therapeutic, it doesn't prevent contracting, carrying, or transmitting the virus.
So it doesn't prevent you from getting the initial risk of myocarditis, which would be myocarditis through COVID infection.
So all that you're doing, in fact, you buffoons who raised this argument, you are doubling your risk.
And I think it's more than that because I think one might carry more of a risk of myocarditis than the other.
I don't think your risk of myocarditis from a COVID infection is one in 5,000, but I might be wrong.
Set that aside.
Let's just assume that the risks are the same.
For argument's sake.
We know that the therapeutic, as Moore calls it, doesn't prevent transmission or contracting the virus.
So all you're in fact doing, assuming the risks are equal, is doubling your chances of getting myocarditis.
Doubling a young male's chances of getting myocarditis.
Now, We happen to also know that since Kieran Moore said this, there was a German study that said, no, it's not one in 5,000 all in.
It's one in 5,000 per dose.
So I'm no math a magician.
Do the math on that.
That means it's one in 5,000 per dose, which means your chances if you get two doses, three doses, are more than one in 5,000.
And I know that other doctors have said that the...
Risk from an infection are different than the risk from the jab.
Set that aside.
So University of Western Ontario, which apparently follows the science as much as Justin Trudeau himself, set the requirement that in order to get back to university, young men would have to get the jibby jab or the booster.
With all its risk, only one small risk, one in 5,000.
What's terrible is that not only did they do that, but it seems that a judge has thrown out a challenge to that Do they call it a mandate?
It seems that they actually lost in court.
Judge rejects...
This is from September 24th.
It's not 57 minutes ago.
What day is it?
It's the 26th.
Whatever.
Judge rejects students' challenge of Western University COVID booster rules.
A challenge of Western University's COVID-19 booster dose mandate by five students has been dismissed.
Shut up.
Take your chances.
One in 5,000, you're going to...
Mess with your heart.
Just one in 5,000.
On one in 5,000.
On one in 5,000.
The written decision delivered by Ontario Justice, Ontario Court Justice Kelly Tranquilli, well, someone's not going to be too tranquil about this afterwards, found Western officials are within their powers to enact the COVID-19 booster mandate and collecting personal health data from students and staff is necessary to administer the policy.
When the court systems fail, It's bad for everybody.
We have to show respect to the court system.
I won't call the judge any names.
I won't accuse the judge of any whatever.
This is, in my view, an untenable, unconstitutional decision.
Period.
Mandating this, knowing what we know now on a demographic that we know what we know about now, collecting personal medical information, it's unconstitutional, unfathomable, Unconscionable.
A plain reading of the provincial legislation governing Western shows the university is, quote, expressly and broadly empowered to manage its affairs.
Oh, really?
Even if it violates people's charter rights and may do such things as it considers necessary for the good of the university, consistent with the public interest.
Oh, really?
Okay.
Even if that means violating students' charter rights, exposing them to danger, one in 5,000 per, small risk, one in 5,000 per dose.
The student's case hinged on the legal interpretation of a provincial privacy statute and not on whether Western's booster mandate violated the charter rights of the staff and students.
Oh, that's great.
Technicality, they got out of it.
Lisa Bildy, the lawyer for five students, had argued in court Western wasn't authorized to collect personal health information on vaccination status from staff and students because the regulation under the Reopening Ontario Act requiring post-secondary institutions to implement mandatory COVID vaccination policies has been repealed.
The students contend Western lacked authority to collect the data under Ontario's Privacy Act, whatever, yep, and an exception built into the Act for personal information that is, quote, necessary to the proper administration of a lawfully authorized activity does not apply.
Bildy argued Western's, quote, lawful authorized activity was to provide post-secondary education and that imposing a booster mandate fell outside its core directive.
Let's see how the judge got around this.
In her decision, Judge Justice Tranquilli sided with the interpretation of the law given by Western lawyers.
Hold on.
Council for Western argued that the school has broad powers under the University of Western Ontario Act, the provincial legislation governing the school, and that implementing a vaccine policy is a, quote, lawfully authorized activity.
Based on the broad wording of Western's enabling statute and thus the process that...
Western followed in promulgating its COVID-19 vaccination policy.
I am satisfied the university has demonstrated that the policy is lawfully authorized activity.
Nothing more circular than that.
That the province no longer requires Western to impose a vaccine mandate or that Western is reportedly the only university in Ontario to impose such a mandate is of no consequence.
Western is expressly permitted to govern its affairs.
Oh, really?
They got around the charter violation issue by not addressing it.
They didn't argue it.
So they can govern their affairs even if it entails charter violations.
I don't know.
I actually wish I understood how they got around that.
She went on to say that the collection of personal information vaccination status from students and its staff is the only way the university can properly administer its immunization policy.
While compliance with a face masking policy is easily detectable, this is not the case with vaccination.
The students were seeking a permanent injunction against Western and an order for the destruction not only of the booster dose records submitted this fall, but last year's COVID-19 vaccination status.
Let's see what else there is.
Other Ontario universities and colleges, including London's Fanshawe College and Western affiliate Brescia, are not requiring booster doses this year.
Neither St. Joseph's Healthcare London Okay, good.
Western only requires students and staff have a third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
Western only requires students and staff have a third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.
People under 18 and older in Ontario have been eligible for fourth doses since July.
Yeah.
I...
I...
Yeah.
There's no sense that can be made of this.
And if they lose in the court, they should...
Sorry.
If they win in the court, they should lose in the court of public opinion.
You know, people should voice their legitimate objections to this.
They have to, I don't know, be interested.
But I suspect that they have a, you know...
Let us know your feedback to our deliberately, willfully putting our students at risk for the greater good.
Fleet Lord Avatar, I guess this is with respect to Italy, says, two other examples of fascist heritage.
One, NASA.
Two, NATO.
Oopsie.
Okay, I'm not sure I get that.
So, yeah, University of Western Ontario, they actually succeeded in court.
It's a broad law.
The university can do whatever it needs to administer its affairs.
They didn't plead charter violations, so the university can do whatever is required if it says it's necessary for the administration of its affairs, even if it means exposing their students to risk, violating their privacy, and violating, I guess, to some extent, their charter rights, unless, you know, they don't have to go to Western.
Go somewhere else, is basically what Western is saying.
People should listen.
Go somewhere else.
Boycott that university.
Anyway, so we'll see now.
Now that Justin Trudeau has rescinded the vaccine requirements to cross the border, no, you know what?
They might double down.
It's going to be double, super, extra necessary for Western to ensure that only the clean Enter their campus as students or staff.
Fleet Lord Avatar says, Bullhorn, read the rants.
My Rumble page said, one watching now.
It's back to 6,307.
It happens.
Don't worry.
YouTube does that as well sometimes.
So that's what's going on in Canada.
I would boycott the living bejesus out of Western.
If I still played varsity squash, which I did, by the way.
I was the team captain.
Shortest squash player that I knew of.
If I were still playing varsity squash, I would boycott Western and say, screw us.
Screw it.
Give us the L. I'm not stepping foot on your university.
In fact, I would have had to do that anyhow because vaccinated or not, I'm not showing anyone papers.
Unless people are going to call me a hypocrite because you have to show...
Although, crossing the border of the states, nobody asked for anything other than...
Tell us.
Oh, that's what's going on in Canada.
The world progresses, but science in Canada regresses.
Before we leave Canada, let's do this.
François Legault, the sunset thief, Prime Minister of Quebec.
Let's see what he says here.
He says, "Hello, everybody.
I just went to vote by anticipation, pre-vote." He says, "Everybody should go.
You don't even need a justification.
L 'Assomption is where he's from.
L 'Assomption is just outside of Montreal.
This is François Legault." Supreme Leader, Sunset Thief, the man who locked Quebecers in their homes for five plus months in 2021 winter and a little over a month again in 2022.
The people who follow the science telling you to go vote.
It's funny.
I look at this guy's face and all that I see is insincere, awful, awful, terrible man.
Look at that.
Fake smile.
There's a way to detect a true smile from a fake smile.
It's in the eyes.
A fake smile, everything just sort of goes back because you're just trying to fake it.
A true smile, the eyes go up.
This man, I won't say he ruined Quebec.
Certainly did a good job taking it back a few steps.
But we have elections coming up in Quebec.
And vote against this man unless you want...
Lockdowns, curfews, violation of charter rights, and a wholesale surrender of your future.
His name is Francois Legault.
He is a tyrant who robbed our children of sunsets and futures.
And he did.
And there's a vote coming up soon in Quebec.
I don't tell people who to vote for.
If you want more lockdowns, you want more curfews, you want wholesale desecration of charter rights, he's the man.
He's the man.
He knows how to do it.
And then he knows how to buy votes on the eve of an election by giving you back your taxpayer dollars for the inflation.
That he and his ilk have caused Canadians.
There was another one.
Fleet Lord Avatar.
Viva Frye, you forgot to read the air quotes to signify fake heritage.
Okay, sorry.
Sorry, Fleet Lord, and thank you for the rumble rant.
No Bill Clinton says he's a killer, and I presume you're referring to Francois Legault, implemented policies which...
Devastated.
A generation of children.
Neglected the people who were actually at risk in long-term healthcare facilities.
And despite the most draconian measures anywhere in Canada, Quebec still had the worst numbers in Canada.
Go figure.
It's almost like an incompetent government.
Doesn't do any better with more power than with less.
Wild Lurker says, viva foreigners flying into the U.S. Yeah, the US is still implementing that.
I'll say probably not for much longer, especially since Biden came out at that Michigan car show to say the pandemic's over.
And that's the reality.
When we got our shots over a year ago.
The US was not actually banning the unvaccinated foreign nationals from coming in.
That wasn't even a factor of a thought.
And I have no say over what a foreign country does or implements by way of foreigners going into that country any more than foreigners have a say in what Canadian policy is.
I'm just saying that when it comes to Canada and this idiotic policy, they split up families for extended periods of time.
They made it impossible for unvaccinated Foreigners who might have family or might need to attend.
You could get compassionate reasons for entry, but it's true.
The U.S. still has that policy.
It's an untenable, unscientific, inhumane policy.
And I think they're going to rescind it sooner than later as well.
Okay.
What do we got here?
There was more.
There's more on the menu before we head out for the afternoon.
What time is it?
Almost three o 'clock.
Not Chuck Liddell.
Not Mike Lindell.
Here we go.
Mike Lindell, people.
So there's Chuck Liddell, the UFC fighter.
There's that guy who did the interview that was turned into an amazing Songify, and I think it's Mike Lindell.
And then there's this Mike Lindell, the pillow guy, the MyPillow guy, who is suing the FBI.
We talked about this briefly yesterday.
I sort of forgot to get to it in greater detail, but let's do it today.
He's suing the government.
Complaint for return of property for his cell phone.
And declaratory and equitable relief.
Mike Lindell is the MyPillow guy.
And he's a very, very successful businessman with a product.
Some people say it's a pretty standard pillow.
Some people say it's the best pillow ever.
But he's got a business model which promotes loyalty and creates what Dan Bongino calls something of the parallel economy.
We want to support the people who are getting...
Unpersoned and sidelined by that other side of the economy.
So let's start our own businesses.
Let's start our own parallel economy to compete with them.
He's done it.
He's done it very, very well.
And he's got a massively successful business.
He may have gone a little over the top in terms of some election issues, which I think we can disagree with a person without disagreeing with the person.
You can disagree with a person on an issue without having to disagree with that person as a person.
I think we've forgotten how to do that.
He was raided, stopped by the FBI at a Hardee's.
Like, full-on secret police coming to bust you at a drive-thru.
I don't even...
What is Hardee's, actually?
I don't know what Hardee's is yet.
Google.
Hardee's.
Fast food.
What is Hardee's?
Oh, well, that's why I'm not getting it, because I've never seen it before.
Hardee's.
Okay, I've seen Hardee's.
I've seen it.
I know that, but that...
No, that star reminds me more of Carl's Jr.?
Okay, Hardee's is a fast food chain.
Anyhow, he gets pulled over at a Hardee's with FBI agents blocking him in on the front and the back, questioning him for 30-some-odd minutes, taking his cell phone, even though apparently his hearing aid was controlled through the app on the iPhone, on the phone, as part of, you know, what some might consider to be.
The weaponizing of the Justice Department, the judicial process, of everything.
Because he's an ally of Trump.
And this happened to him.
These are the allegations as he says things occurred.
We'll just briefly go through it.
This may not be civil war, but it might be the new iteration of how ideological political conflicts are fought peacefully.
This action requests an order declaring that the actions of agents of the United States in applying for and executing a search warrant against Liddell on September 13 violated his rights protected by the first, fourth, fifth, sixth amendments of the Constitution, get the cell phone back, enjoining defendants from accessing any data collected on his phone, prohibiting the release of any information that defendants may have accessed after executing their warrant.
Just want to get through the facts.
These are allegations.
Lindell's allegations take him with a grain of salt if you think the guy's a pathological liar, incapable of describing events as they occurred.
The warrant, by the way, they would never issue a warrant.
The courts would never issue a warrant unless there was good cause, right?
They wouldn't have issued a warrant on Trump unless they had good cause, unless they were convinced.
Even if when they issued that FISA warrant, it was based on falsified information, literally falsified information that the FBI lawyer Falsified, then submitted to the court.
So the court had good reason to issue the warrant, just that in that case, that good reason was based on literally falsified evidence that the FBI attorney literally falsified and literally submitted to the court.
But yeah, the court had good reasons to issue it.
Let's see if they have good reasons this time around as well.
Issued by Magistrate Tony Leung on September 7, authorizing federal agents to seize plaintiff's cell phone, an Apple iPhone.
Where's my phone?
And to gain access to multiple categories of data collected on that cell phone, a copy of the warrant is attached as Exhibit A. We're going to...
I hope I have the exhibits.
Hold on.
Do I have the exhibit?
Oh, son of a beast thing.
I better...
Hold on.
Ah, son of a nerds.
I don't have the exhibit.
The warrant was nothing shy of a fishing expedition, but maybe they referenced it sufficiently in here.
Okay, paragraph 12. On the morning of Tuesday, September 13, 4 a.m., Lindell drove from his home in Minnesota with a close friend to go duck hunting in Iowa.
After finishing their trip that same morning, Lindell began driving back home with his friend.
In the late morning, Lindell pulled his truck into a drive-thru windows at a Hardee's restaurant in Mankato, Minnesota.
Mr. Lindell did not, at any time prior, Yeah,
or they were just tailing him.
Like, following him from home at 4 a.m., which would be even scarier, to the hunt and on the way back.
Although, it's interesting.
If they knew, I presume, that he had gone hunting, they would know that he had weapons, or not weapons, firearms, in the car, which would have made it a little interesting.
How did they know?
They either have a tracking device, they're tracking him somehow, or they just tailed him either from four in the morning or found out where he was and tailed him then.
Okay.
Immediately after the first vehicle operated by the federal agent appeared, a second unmarked vehicle pulled to the right of Mr. Liddell's truck and prevented him from driving around the first vehicle.
At about the same time, a third unmarked vehicle operated by a federal agent in street clothes pulled in behind Mr. Liddell, making it impossible for him to back up.
This sounds like how accidents happen.
This is nuts.
This is nuts.
If they want the phone, why not go through the courts and then petition the courts to have him ordered to return it?
They think he's going to delete stuff.
There may be a little bit more to this because I don't know if they're accusing Lindell of having uploaded spyware or try to interfere with Dominion.
If they're accusing him of very nefarious conduct, I don't know.
Not knowing that the individual and the three vehicles were federal agents and fearing for his and his friend's lies, Mr. Lindell was prepared to ram one of them to escape.
Before taking any such actions in a loud voice, he said, who are you?
What do you want?
Okay.
Okay.
In what appears to be an effort...
To elicit allegedly incriminating evidence for Mr. Liddell, the federal agents then began questioning him about a variety of topics relating to Dominion voting systems.
And a bunch of names.
I don't know who they are.
Dominion's trusted build software update that destroyed election records.
His travel on its airplane throughout the country and to Colorado and other matters.
These questions lasted 25 to 30 minutes.
No lawyer present.
Throughout the events described above, the federal agents deprived Mr. Liddell of his freedom of movement since he was not free to leave the drive-through lane.
They did not inform him that there was a warrant to seize his cell phone until after they questioned him for about 25 minutes.
At no point did they read Lindell his Miranda rights or advise him that he had the right to...
I don't think Lindell needs to be read his Miranda rights to know that he has a right to an attorney.
Okay.
Okay.
you Thank you.
They take his cell phone.
Data collected on plaintiffs' cell phone, paragraph 32, include attorney-client information and other information protected by the First Amendment.
Okay.
Plaintiffs were never asked by defendants.
Oh, whatever.
It goes on.
I wish I could.
I may need to find the warrant if anyone in the chat can find it.
They're asking for everything and anything.
He's being represented by Alan Dershowitz now, who I...
I met in person, by the way, at the Rumble party.
Alan Dershowitz was at the party.
I am going to reiterate the question to Dershowitz.
When is he going to realize that he's no longer a persona?
When is he going to realize that he's a persona non grata on the political left?
He's representing Mike Lindell.
And the question is going to be...
I don't really think it's a question.
The question will be whether or not any court will recognize constitutional rights violations.
Carrying out a seizure in this manner in a way that begs and almost statistically disproportionately increases the likelihood of bad things happening during such a warrant.
Three cars pulling over and blocking you into the Hardee's?
Nuts.
But the warrant, let's see if anyone in the chat has the warrant.
Pasha Moyer says, just for fun.
Mankato is pronounced to rhyme with banseto.
Dude, I have no idea what I just read.
Oh, wait.
The accent is on the second syllable.
P. Moyer, thank you for the super chat, for the rumble rants.
P. Moyer, thank you for the super chat.
He's presented non-grant on the planet.
Fleet Lord Avatar, was Dershowitz shorter than you, Viva?
No, he wasn't.
I think there was only one person I met.
Who was shorter than me, but she was wearing heels, so she wasn't shorter than me.
Praxis says, I'd be scared out of my wits.
I wouldn't run into anybody.
I would just try to drive up.
Over a cell phone.
They had the warrant.
They could go to his house.
What the heck do they think is going to happen even if he finds a...
Mankato.
Okay, but hold on.
Let me see if I can't find the warrant real quick-like.
Real quick-like.
Google.
Okay.
Michael Lindell warrant PDF.
Let's see.
That typically gets it.
Six days ago?
No, that's the same document that I have right now.
So the lawsuit itself is just going for...
Violations, attorney's fees, declarations, etc.
It's amazing.
I can't seem to find the damn warrant.
The darn warrant.
Okay, that's the draft.
115 pages.
This might have it.
No, this is not it.
Dominion.
That's the Dominion lawsuit.
Ah, cripe.
Okay, here we go.
I'll just pull up an article.
From law and crime people, so you know it's got to be good.
Okay, warrant explains Mike Lindell's phone.
Department Justice sees Mike Lindell's phone.
Did I just lose it?
Okay.
A search warrant.
This should bring us to it.
There we go.
Exhibit A. Listen to this, people.
Let me bring this document up a little bit bigger.
Okay.
I'm going to lose the chat for the second while I do this.
Let me just bring it up here.
United States District Court, in the matter of the search of a person located in the District of Minnesota, described here, and is this it?
September 21, yeah.
Sealed by order of the court.
Okay.
Search and seizure warrant to any authorized law enforcement.
An application by a federal law enforcement officer or an attorney for the government requests the search of the following person or property located in Minnesota.
Okay.
Okay.
Attachment A, the property to be searched is the person, Michael Lindell, Michael James Lindell, a male born in 1961, six feet tall, man.
I don't know what's in the water in America, but people are tall.
With social security number, yeah, yeah.
His cell phone, a photograph of Lindell appears below.
Okay.
Listen to this.
A physical cellular telephone assigned the number of 952 and so on.
Listen to this.
All records and information on the Lindell cell phone that constitute fruits, evidence, instrumentalities of violation of section identity theft, intentional damage to a protected computer, conspiracy to commit identity theft and to cause intentional damage to a protected computer.
These violations involving Tina Pears, the names that I don't recognize, okay, among other co-conspirators, known and unknown.
To the government, the subjects.
Here, I'm going to link this so everybody can have a look at this.
Okay.
Including all records and information relating to damage to any Dominion computerized voting system, including any impairment to or attempt to impair the integrity or availability of data, a program, a system, or information.
This is on the cell phone, people.
All records and information relating to BIOS or any Dominion computerized voting system, including any modification to or attempt to modify a BIOS setting.
All records and information relating to the attachment of any peripheral to any Dominion computerized voting system, including any USB flash storage drive or other external storage All records and information relating to the operation of any optical disk drive on any Dominion computerized voting system, including the use of attempted use, How much does this go on for?
Jesus.
Is he being accused of having planted software on Dominion computers or trying to have access Dominion computers and downloaded information?
Do we keep going?
All records of information related to any spyware, software, program, application, or code used to obtain information about the configuration, security features, contents, or vulnerabilities of any Dominion computerized.
Is the allegation that Lindell or the other alleged co-conspirators unlawfully tried to log on to, break into, or tap into Dominion software?
Or did they obtain some alleged evidence, potentially, or documentation?
And they want to get it back.
Man, I don't know what's going on here.
All records and information relating to authorization or lack of authorization to damage or modify any Dominion computerized voting system.
Is there sabotage afoot?
All records and information relating to any attempted or successful misappropriation, theft conversion, transfer, or exfiltration of any proprietary hardware, software, or other data.
All records and information relating to Conan James Hughes, use of another person's name, photograph, credentials, or other identifying information or documents.
All records and information indicating the geographical location of any subject.
Okay, we're just going to go on to M. Evidence of who used, owned, and controlled the Lindell cell phone at the time the things described in this warrant were created, edited, deleted, and so on.
Evidence of software or the lack thereof that would allow others to control the Lindell cell phone, such as viruses, Trojan horses.
Evidence of the attachment to the Lindell cell phone of other storage device or similar containers for electronic.
Evidence.
Evidence of counter-forensic programs and associated data that are designed to eliminate data from Lindell's cell phone.
And it goes on.
W. Evidence indicating how and when the Lindell cell phone was accessed or used to determine the chronological context of their access, use, and events relating to the subject offenses thereof.
Hold on.
Did I miss something here?
I feel like I've missed something to even understand.
They're being accused of identity theft, intentional damage to a protected computer, and conspiracy to commit identity theft and or cause intentional damage to a computer.
Oh boy, it's going to be interesting to see what happens here, but that was the warrant.
It had to be executed in a way that maximizes fear, maximizes the likelihood for things going bad.
For someone.
Here's the link.
Let me see what the chat says here.
Yeah, the chat is...
They're trying to cover their asses like...
Okay.
Well, I'm going to go through the chat afterwards or at least look at the comments and see what the deal is because...
Anyways, that's what...
So he's suing now, but we'll see what they find on that cell phone.
But Lindell got rated in a way that is very suspicious, very dramatic, arguably violated his constitutional rights, but maybe not so arguably, is suing, and it'll probably go nowhere.
Oh, here, by the way, let's just do this, because I know, now that I know that Barnes is the lawyer on file, and now that I know that Barnes...
Doesn't want this to go silently into the night and wants people to understand what is at issue in this case of the government fining an Amish farmer over $300,000 looking to put him in jail for not paying the amount.
I just want to read an article so that people understand what's going on.
This is in FSN.
Food Safety News, people.
Pay up or go to jail for contempt.
Is worst case scenario for Amos Miller on September 26th?
It's been pushed off now to October.
This is how the story is being described by the other side.
Since it began almost six years ago, the definitive court hearing always seems to be about one month away.
The United States versus Miller's Organic Farm and Amos Miller's next such hearing is set for September 26th, postponed to October 31st.
I think it's a new date now.
At this one...
Amos Miller of Bird in Hand, Pennsylvania, must have his $305,000 fine paid up or he risks going to jail.
Federal Judge Edward G. Smith has called this hearing, quote, after considering the plaintiff's motion for an order to show cause Y1.
Order to show cause is basically if you're going to try to hold someone in contempt for not complying with the court order.
At least under Quebec law, it might mean something a little different here, but I don't think it does.
Order to show cause for why, one, Amos Miller should not be incarcerated as a further civil contempt sanction, and two, Rebecca R. Miller should not be added as a defendant to this action.
We discussed this last night.
The state set aside all principles of fundamental justice after judgment, whether or not you think it was fair, after a fine.
Just want to throw in another defendant.
Just add another defendant to the suit.
And it looks like the plaintiff wants to tell the court, just add another defendant.
Typically in law, at least in Quebec, if ever you add another defendant to a lawsuit, typically the process starts over from scratch because you're adding another defendant who has all of their legal rights intact.
And so even if you get a judgment by default, If you get, if you serve a lawsuit and then a year in you realize, oh, there's another defendant I have to add.
You got to add the defendant.
You got to serve the lawsuit again.
You got to give the new defendant the right to appear, to defend, to be deposed and to depose, to file a defense.
And if you've gotten a judgment, you can't just add a defendant willy-nilly to an already gotten judgment because they have rights and you risk effectively losing your judgment.
At the very least against an additional party, because they've got to come in and say, yeah, dude, I'm not coming in fait accompli and having to pay $300,000.
I might have defenses.
I don't know exactly the procedural posture here, but from what we discussed last night, they just willy-nilly arbitrarily at this point in time, in addition to what they've done to Amos Miller, the Amish farmer, and the $305,000 fines they've imposed, they just want to add his wife as a defendant.
Yeah.
Rebecca Miller is the wife of Amos Miller, co-owner of Miller's Organic Farm.
Smith has ordered all parties in the case to appear in his Eastern Pennsylvania Federal District Court.
At the hearing, the court will entertain a, quote, more complete judgment order, end quote, to bring about compliance with the previous but still unpaid order demanding Miller pay $305,000.
Incarcerating Miller for his continuing civil contempt until defendants, quote, make such payments.
Remember when everyone says that's just a fine?
You don't go to jail for a fine.
It's just a COVID fine.
You don't go to jail for a COVID fine.
You just pay it.
And if you don't, they can put you in jail for contempt.
Is also under the judge's activity consideration.
In August, Miller successfully brought national attention to his cause, primarily by getting his version of the story told by Tucker Carlson on Fox News.
This is one of those stories that is hard to believe, said the Fox News host.
They're going after an Amish farmer.
The report...
was about the federal government making an example of an organic Amish farmer.
But as everyone who followed it for years, it isn't that simple.
Miller owns farms in multiple states and distributes food nationally throughout a club system.
Club system sounds like a voluntary subscription service.
So it's not like you're walking into a grocery store and just finding random products on the shelf.
You know what the organic farm?
That you have joined as a club is about.
His raw milk, listen to this, this is what I said.
His raw milk was linked to a death in 2014.
His raw milk was linked to a death in 2014.
I'd love to know how that link was drawn.
And the USDA has worked since 2016 to bring Miller into compliance with food safety regulations, including those for slaughtering animals then sold for human consumption.
Miller has a knack for promising to comply and resigning from any commitment.
After changing attorneys several times, he's engaged a, quote, sovereign citizen organization in his defense that also muddies the water.
For the September 26th hearing, he says, quote, defendants created GoFundMe accounts specifically to raise money to pay the civil contempt sanction.
Defendants have raised $20,000 and anticipate raising more in the coming weeks.
Remind me, I put out the GoFundMe page yesterday, but I'll put it out now again.
Defendants now give written notice that they intend to present evidence to affirmatively establish their inability to pay $305,065.72 in civil sanctions.
However, defendants acknowledge that they are raising money daily through a newly created GoFundMe account, which should provide more resources by September 26. Miller plans to testify at the hearing.
Quote, he will testify that it is against his Amish beliefs to request money from individuals without having earned it.
Through work, but he reluctantly consented to the creation of a GoFundMe account to raise funds needed to keep his farm operating and at least one fund created to raise money to pay civil contempt sanction.
Miller witnesses are also expected to testify that funds cannot be released to pay a federal contempt fine because of the terms of service under which they were created.
Meanwhile, the Third Circuit returned Miller's recent request for a review of Smith's ruling, dismissing it for lack of appellate jurisdiction.
There is no basis for jurisdiction over appellant's appeal, which seeks to appeal, quote, comments by the district court, but fails to identify any specific order being appealed.
Well, I presume that now that Barnes is in, we'll take a different angle.
GoFundMe.
Amos Miller.
Not GoFundMe.
I'm not looking for GoFundMe.
I'm looking for Give, Send, Go.
Here we go.
This is it.
And I'll post it in the chat.
So that's...
I mean, we talked about it at length yesterday.
I'm inclined to understand exactly what Barnes is so worked up about in this case.
This article tries to depict what...
Amos Miller is doing as an interstate enterprise.
He ships his products across the country.
It's a network.
A very complex network.
And they refer to it as a club.
If it's a club and people want the product that Amos Miller is producing, the way he's producing it, for whatever the reason, I understand what Barnes thinks is at issue in this case, because it is, in fact, at issue in this case.
There is the give, send, go.
If anybody wants.
I don't know how to pin a comment, but I'll find it afterwards.
All right, people.
This has been another wonderful, beautiful afternoon.
Let me just make sure that I have not forgotten anything.
On my Project Veritas Lost.
Yeah, this was from last night, actually.
We talked about that.
Project Veritas.
It no longer has a perfect record, but for now, they'll appeal the decision, see where it goes from there.
And what is this?
Okay, let me just make sure.
I'll go back to my Twitter feed and just make sure I haven't forgotten anything.
Oh, people, what's everyone doing for the rest of the day, for the rest of the week?
Oh, by the way, let me just make sure that I can announce this, because I think I can now.
And I think it's Thursday.
How about...
Okay, hold on.
28th.
No, that's not Thursday.
That's the day after tomorrow.
That's Wednesday.
Chloe Cole.
I've been following her on Twitter now.
It is going to be the 28th at 1 o 'clock Eastern Time.
Chloe Cole is the, I guess, former transgender teenager.
She's...
She's the teenager who had a double mastectomy.
I say had.
Who doctors gave a double mastectomy to in her transition therapy because when she was 12 or 13, she thought that she was transgender.
Apparently, I believe she suffers from autism or was diagnosed with autism and part and parcel of that condition.
She's explained it quite eloquently herself.
Troubled, having issues.
Found a good way to garner sympathy, attention.
Tells her parents, I'm a trans.
I'm transgender.
Her parents go to doctors.
Doctors immediately prescribe transgender therapy.
Hormone blockers, from what I understand.
And within two years, double mastectomy.
The kind cancer patients get.
She's coming on.
It's going to be a phenomenally fascinating interview.
It's going to be amazing.
And I think Julie Kelly was supposed to be on last week, and it's my bad.
Hopefully, we're going to be able to make it work this week by Thursday.
So Julie Kelly is tentative, but definitely coming back to talk about January 6th updates and Gretchen Whitmer updates.
And Wednesday, it's confirmed.
Chloe Cole, 1 o 'clock on the 28th Eastern Time.
Bring your questions.
It's going to be fascinating.
DR1872.
Thanks, as always, Viva, with a blue heart.
Thank you very much.
And let's see what we got here.
Okay, I'm not reading it because I'm not on YouTube, just because of medical stuff.
Nature Lover Freedom says it'll be intense and sad.
I think it's going to be more optimistic than sad.
She's become now a vocal advocate against these procedures, raising awareness, making people understand that It's not rumors.
It's not hyperbole.
These hospitals are doing it, not as a last resort, but as a first resort, and they're doing it because they're making a shit ton of money doing it.
You know?
Money corrupts everything.
Things go from exceptions to fads to industries, and that's when they get corrupted.
City of God, the first time is the exception.
No, sorry.
I screwed up.
City of God, the first time is the rule.
The second time is the exception to the rule.
The third time, the exception becomes the rule.
Apply that mutandus mutandus throughout life.
Oh, and by the way, just before I go, I want to show something here.
Oh, for goodness sake, my thing is still up there.
Okay.
That's a northern pike.
Hold on.
Hold on.
Oh!
Get over here.
I got it framed.
How beautiful is this?
I'm going to put this here for now.
Oi!
So, I got it framed, and it's beautiful.
I was going to put it over my shoulder, but it might be too distracting, but Winnie the Westie, Pudge the paralyzed Puggle.
Winnie got a haircut since.
There is a...
Okay, there we go.
If we get a Chevy...
Chevy86 girl says, if we can get rid of Trudeau, are you going to come home?
I have not planned...
To leave the country for good.
A phenomenal opportunity came up.
A timely phenomenal opportunity came up.
I'll tell you one thing.
Florida's beautiful.
I miss fall.
I miss the transition of the seasons.
It becomes one long season.
I miss kayak fishing.
But I especially miss my home in the sense that I have...
A resentment for the government that they turned my home into a prison.
My physical home and my national home.
They turned it into a prison.
And yeah, we'll see.
But I will continue to be the very vocal advocate against Trudeau and against Francois Legault.
I will never tell anyone who to vote for.
I'll just make people understand what they're going to get based on who they vote for.
All right, people.
What time is it?
An hour 57. Perfect timing.
Go.
Get outside.
I actually got fishing in earlier today.
We caught a few fish.
It was beautiful.
Just some bass.
But get outside.
Get some exercise.
Talk to people.
There are white pills on the horizon.
So it's not a question of...
It's a question of getting angry, politically speaking.
And it's a question of trying to effect change peacefully, lawfully, in a manner that would not make your parents, your children, or your pets ashamed of you.
Keep putting the pressure on.
The tide is changing.
People are getting wise to it.
People are, beneath the division, people are unifying.
If not because they agree on everything, but because they agree on certain core things.
Italy has spoken.
Trudeau has responded.
Canadians will speak.
Americans will speak.
The people will speak.
We are human rights, gosh darn it.
Our life has value.
Get out there, talk to people, enjoy the rest of the day, and I'll see you tomorrow.
