Time Text
If you are anti-mandate, you are absolutely anti-vax.
I don't care what your personal vaccination status is.
If you support, champion, give a green light, give comfort to, support anybody who argues against the vaccine, you are an anti-vaxxer.
Absolutely.
Your personal vaccination status is utterly irrelevant.
If you campaign against the mandate, if you campaign against people...
Being vaccinated in vulnerable settings, teachers in classrooms, I'll be really clear, at that point in time, people were actually supporting the idea of a teacher being unvaccinated in a remote community classroom with kids who cannot be vaccinated.
I reject that.
I still reject it.
And if you are out there in any way, shape or form campaigning against this mandate, you are absolutely anti-vax.
If you say pro-persuasion, stuff it, shove it.
We are absolutely going to make sure.
As many territories as possible are vaccinated.
That is our best protection against this thing.
And if you look at the Doty model, and it's only come out since, that says we have to double dose 80 in remote communities, five and up.
I think you'll see our vaccine mandate is absolutely crucial to protecting lives, particularly Aboriginal life.
And I will never back away from supporting vaccines.
And anyone out there who comes for the mandate, you are anti-vax.
Can we appreciate that?
And can we refer to that as anything but psychotic?
Evil, sociopathic, tyrannical, authoritarian.
What else can I think of right there?
Over the top, absurd.
But by the way, just notice what he does right at the end.
Let me put it on mute so we don't hear the echo.
As you look at the Doty modelling that's only come out since, that says we've been double-dosing 80 in remote communities, five and up, I think you'll see our vaccine mandate is absolutely crucial to protecting lives, particularly Aboriginal life.
And I will never...
Thank you.
He just pulled out the particularly Aboriginal life.
He's got...
It's always benevolence.
The tyranny, the fascism is always cloaked in benevolence.
And by the way...
I don't want to make too much of this.
How many times does he blink in this entire...
Let's watch it one more time and count the blinks.
If you are anti-mandate, you are absolutely anti-vaxx.
I don't care what your personal vaccination status is.
If you support, champion, give a green light, give comfort to, support anybody who argues against the vaccine, you are an anti-vaxxer.
Absolutely.
Your personal vaccination status is utterly irrelevant.
If you campaign, Against the mandate, if you campaign against people being vaccinated in vulnerable settings, teachers in classrooms, I'll be really clear, at that point in time, people are actually supporting the idea of a teacher being unvaccinated in a remote community classroom with kids who cannot be vaccinated.
I reject that.
I still reject it.
And if you are out there in any way, shape or form campaigning against this mandate, you are absolutely anti-vax.
If you say...
Pro-persuasion.
Stuff it.
Shove it.
I think there's one person who should shove it and stuff it.
I'm at a loss for words because I don't want to use words that might demean actual mental disorders.
That man is a fascist asshole.
Sorry.
That man is a freaking fascist tyrant.
And his absence of blinking, and now I'm focusing on my own blinking.
Agents of Satan.
There's no other way to put it.
That man is evil.
That man is evil, but he's cloaked his evil in his own benevolence.
Well, here we go.
Him.
How do I show that I'm...
I'm doing it.
For the indigenous.
Stop it!
You're gonna shut your mouth and do what I say, and I'm doing it for them.
So don't blame me.
It's for them that I'm doing it to you.
It's amazing.
But this is an old video.
Just bear in mind, that was an old video.
Oh, did I take away what my response was to that?
Hold on, let me see if...
Let me see if I left it up there.
As I told...
My thought?
Hell would be too accommodating.
An end destination for that man.
All right.
We're going to get back to something along the same lines right in a minute.
After I mention a couple of things, you might notice when you started this video, this stream, you might have seen a paid promotion.
And it's going to be the second time or the third time in the history of my channel that I actually have a sponsor.
For this video.
It's American Hartford Gold and don't think I'm a sellout whatsoever.
I've been approached by crypto.
I've been approached by Game of, not Game of Thrones.
I said I can't do a sponsorship that I don't actually believe in or that I don't actually understand.
Hence crypto.
Maybe sometime down the line, I might have bought some crypto on my own, but I don't feel comfortable enough endorsing a product.
Gold and silver, no joke.
And I've been collecting coins for a while.
We'll get to it.
So you might have seen that little paid promotion.
It's going to be the first time since the Trump impeachment.
That was the first and the last time I did a sponsored video.
Stay tuned.
And it also fits nicely into the hell that Justin Trudeau has turned Canada into.
Before we even get there, standard disclaimers.
No medical advice.
No legal advice.
No election fornication advice.
Certainly no medical advice.
Because we're going to touch on things tonight.
You will never be fully vaccinated for COVID in Canada.
And therefore, the government shall own your body, shall dictate what goes into your body.
Damn it, I forgot to send out the tweet.
Justin Trudeau comes out and says, no government politician or man should tell a woman what she can and cannot do with her body.
Also, Justin Trudeau, you're getting boosted every nine months or you're not going to be going playing soccer with friends crossing the border.
No man, woman, no politician or man should tell a woman what she can and cannot do with her body.
But all y 'all Canadians, I own your body.
You're going to take one of the 400 million shots that I've already ordered every nine months or you're going to lose civil rights.
Superchats.
I love your avatar.
I've always loved that avatar.
Superchats.
YouTube takes 30% to Superchats.
If you don't like that, we are simultaneously streaming on Rumble.
Make sure that we're live there.
Rumble has the equivalent of Superchats called Rumble Rants.
And better for the creator, better for the platform.
I'm losing my hair here.
Let me just make sure that we're live there.
It's...
That's me.
That's me.
Okay, good.
We're good.
We're good on Rumble, people.
So, I don't want people feeling rift, shilled, rook, grifted, or whatever.
I do my best.
Viva welcome to the U.S. I've been walking around Florida.
Now, first of all, taking care of tedious things.
Getting a social security number.
Setting up internet.
By the way, as of tomorrow, I hope to not be in the pre-bathroom.
That's a bathroom right there.
I hope to no longer be in this setting.
I hope to have internet.
And to be able to set up my lighting properly and have a nice...
I got my mic.
I got my lights.
And I hopefully will be able to have set them up for the next stream.
The amount of tedious stuff to start from scratch.
I could not have imagined it.
And then trying to do it with three kids and the two dogs and I gotta keep periodically coming back to squeeze a little pee-pee out of Pudge Pudge.
It's amazing.
But all that I'm thinking, I don't know how many times I've said it to myself today, it's too damn hot for a penguin to be just walking around.
Let me do it in the good voice.
I'm gonna get to Tamara today as well.
It's too damn hot for a penguin to be just walking around.
It's so freaking hot.
I went for a jog yesterday.
Probably not the best idea.
After the morning stream, at 12:30 to 1:15, I thought I was going to die.
It was unbearable, but I had to get my exercise out.
And then you get into the car, and ours is a black Subaru.
Could not imagine.
35 degrees and humid.
It's not even like a dry heat.
And it's not even...
Anyhow, those are the minor, not even problems, inconveniences.
I brushed out my hair today because I had a curl that was such a...
It was a perfect curl.
It was an Annie.
It was a curl lock out of Annie.
So I washed my hair and brushed it today so it's a little smoother.
But yeah, people, I'm in Florida.
Scary black rifle stream on Rumble when?
Enjoy that American freedom.
Scary black rifle stream on Rumble when?
Scary.
I'm going to have to think of what that means, water jabbers.
But enjoy the American freedom.
First topic of the day, people.
I was going to start with Justin Trudeau, but...
I wanted to start with that fascist jerk from Australia.
I forget what his name is now.
But I'm down here for a few years, at least.
And I talked about it on Sunday.
The things that drove that decision.
Within my memory, people were raising the flags, Jordan Peterson, about Canada going, Full tyranny under the guise of liberalism since Bill C-16 in, I think it was 2018, 2017.
In my conscious, red-pilled consciousness, have seen Canada go from Bill C-16 adding gender identity to the aggravating factors of certain criminal infractions.
The fear of compelled speech that Jordan Peterson was warning us about back in 2017?
Then we got into COVID.
And I've seen our country go from what I thought was freedom to absolute tyranny.
And I'm not being hyperbolic.
And if you think I am and I'm exaggerating, it's first world problems.
You're entitled to your opinion.
I'm not even going to pull the Aussie fascists and say, stuff it.
You're entitled to your opinion.
When you are told where you can go, when you can work, what you have to put into your body, who you can see in your own home, what your kids have to put into their body in order to be free.
What am I missing?
When you can leave your home.
But it's a pandemic.
Okay, so you've justified the tyranny to yourself.
Necessary tyranny.
It's tyranny nonetheless.
I had seen Canada go from what I thought was a free, liberal, Democratic country descend into absolute fascist tyranny in two and a half short years.
Two weeks to flatten the curve turned into two years, turned into lockdowns, curfews, coerced vaccinations.
And in Quebec, Bill 15, striking parental supremacy as the Overriding, overarching principle of the Youth Protection Act.
Now the government knows best what's best for your kids.
Daddy doesn't know best anymore.
Mommy doesn't know best.
The government knows best.
Bill C-11.
The Online Streaming Act.
Governing the content on the internet the way the government governs content and regulates content on TV and radio.
Compelled, coerced vaccination or you can't work.
Or you can't travel.
Or if you do travel, they think that they can compel you to make your 12-year-old kid quarantine a healthy 12-year-old kid for no less than 14 days.
Mugwump666, welcome to the channel.
They think it's not child abuse because the government mandates it.
I don't have enough middle fingers on my two hands for that.
And I've seen this happen in two and a half years.
And we made the decision.
We had the opportunity.
To come down to Florida?
And what happens?
What is announced?
Once I'm down here?
I got approached by Raid Shadow Legends and I can't do it.
I don't care.
I can't do it.
I'll wait for you to mention them before I call you a sellout.
I've been approached by them multiple times.
And it's not bad money.
Can't do it.
What happened since I've been down here?
For this, we're going to have to go.
Nobody wants to see it.
It will make you a little bit sick.
Let me see this.
Is this it?
Yeah.
Oh, speaking of the descent into tyranny.
Listen, listen.
We're going to have to stomach this one, people.
Stomach it together.
Or whether it's our most recent initiative on banning.
Sorry, on freezing the market for firearms, or whether it's our most recent initiative on freezing the market for firearms, which will start moving us in the right direction over the medium and long term.
These are things that you all had...
And I'm really excited about not just hearing about the impacts of these things, but talking about how we continue to move forward.
Because, yes, we see a debate around gun control, but there's not a debate around whether our communities need to be safer.
Notice the talking points.
Krista Freeland, just a couple of weeks ago, referred to it as a fake debate.
There's not really a debate on gun control.
It's a foregone conclusion.
The government's going to do more of what it's been doing, despite the fact that notwithstanding the government doing more of what it's been doing, gun crime in Canada has been getting progressively worse and worse.
It's not really a debate.
We all agree.
We're coming.
You don't have the right.
And even though crime is getting worse, the fact that crime is getting worse despite more and more laws and restrictions, well, that just means we need more and more laws and restrictions.
Because crime's getting worse despite the more and more laws and restrictions.
And by the way, let's just appreciate some body language.
After he has this pharoidian slip, look at the way he nervously pulls up his sleeve.
It's like Amber Heard after she leaked that video to TMZ.
Watch the way he rolls up his sleeve in a very telling, nervous fashion.
Or whether it's our most recent initiative on freezing the market for firearms, which will start moving us in the right direction over the medium and long term.
These are things that you all had voices in, and I'm really excited about not just hearing about the impacts of these things, but talking about how we continue to move forward.
Because, yes, we see a debate.
Around gun control, but there's not a debate around whether our communities need to be safer, whether we need to keep kids safe from violence, whether we need to see fewer gunshot victims in our ERs.
There is no debate around that.
There are lots of important conversations about how to best do that, but as we know, there is no one magic way of doing it.
First of all, this guy is the one talking about important to have conversations about it.
This is the same guy who literally said, I'm not interested in having the constitutional discussion about COVID.
Does everyone remember that?
Does everyone remember when Justin Trudeau, I hope I have Justin Trudeau, not interested in constitutional conversation.
I'm fairly certain I tweeted that out.
Let me see this here.
There we go.
My goodness, it's good to have a good memory.
Hold on.
Let's bring this in here.
I think this is it.
I can understand some people are looking for constitutional conversations.
I'm not going to engage in those right now.
I am focused on getting us through this pandemic.
I can understand some people are looking for constitutional conversations.
I'm not going to engage in those right now.
I am focused on getting us through this pandemic.
That smug, disgusting laugh.
I understand some people want to have those pesky little constitutional conversations.
I'm not interested in that right now.
I'm interested in getting us through this pandemic.
He's not interested in the constitutional conversations.
He never has been.
He's only saying, I'll engage in a conversation now because it's the tyrannical thing to do when cloaking it in benevolence.
There will be no discussion.
There will be no conversation, as that chat rightly pointed out.
There is no debate or discussion in fascist dictatorships.
There is only the imposition of the will of the dictator on the people, and that is what's going on in Canada right now.
In all that has happened in the last two and a half years, I also forgot to mention the Order in Council after the Nova Scotia shooting, banning 1,400, 1,500 assault-style rifles.
Nobody in Canada even knows what that is.
Let me rephrase.
No Canadian politician understands what an assault-style rifle is.
Because the restrictions that are currently imposed on all rifles in Canada are such that there's no automatic, there's no machine guns, even the ones that look like assault-style have legal limitations on magazine capacity.
So even if they look big scary, functionality-wise, they're no different than a Remington 12 gauge.
But under the cloak of darkness of the pandemic, while exploiting the Nova Scotia shooting, which raises more questions than answers, and we've discussed it at length in these streams, locking us down, isolating us, shutting our businesses down, coercing us into medical procedures that many of us would prefer to have avoided, stripping us of gun rights.
Which had already been radically curtailed.
And despite all of that, by the way, gun violence is still getting worse in Canada.
And quickly so.
Quickly so.
People have inaccurate impressions of gun violence in the States.
And they have inaccurate impressions of gun safety in Canada.
But that was not the screen.
That's the prelude into what has happened.
Since we have driven down to Florida.
I talked about it yesterday.
Yves Duclos, the health minister of Canada, whatever, the health director of Canada, coming out and saying...
Coming out and saying...
Two shots, not enough anymore.
We're never going to be fully vaccinated against COVID.
And because we're going to trust the science government...
It doesn't matter if you've been infected.
You still need to go get boosted.
And if you don't, you're not up to date.
Well, now mainstream news is picking up on it.
And we're going to see how mainstream Canadians deal with this.
When 36 million people in Canada, 85 plus, 90% fully vaccinated.
And they looked at those truckers and they said those truckers are selfish radicals because they don't want to get vaccinated.
Let's see.
Let's see what those 20 plus million Canadians who...
Thought they were fully vaccinated.
And now are going to wake up to the realization that the government owns their body.
And every nine months, they're going to say, you've got to stick this in you.
Despite the stories you've all heard.
Despite the studies we've all now seen.
Despite the anomalies we've seen coming out of New Brunswick.
Despite the anomalies of higher than normal excess death rates.
I'm not a doctor.
I'm not.
Let me just get it.
New Brunswick.
Death rate.
What was it called?
Excess.
Excess.
Death.
Here we go.
Look at this.
Look at this.
Unexplained.
Unexplained deaths in New Brunswick.
Where is it?
I'm getting frustrated.
Can't find what I'm just pulled off.
It's right here.
It's right here.
Come on, Dave.
Get your stuff together.
Here we go.
Unexplained high death counts in New Brunswick.
Concerning.
Hell, 886 more people more.
886 people more than normal died during the final 25 weeks of 2021.
That may not sound like a lot to you.
886 more than normal.
What's the percentage?
886.
You can see the chart there.
It doesn't sound like a lot until you appreciate New Brunswick population.
776,000.
That is a radically high figure for a population that small.
But nobody knows why.
Nobody can piece anything together.
But despite everything that we're reading, despite everything that we're learning or not learning, Two shots, not enough anymore.
You're going to have to get one every nine months.
And now mainstream news is picking up on it.
And now maybe the Canadians, the mainstream Canadians who thought those truckers were selfish extremist pigs for not wanting to submit to the original one or first two shots.
Maybe now they're going to start thinking twice.
Do I really like the fact that I have to keep putting something physically into my person?
Doesn't matter if I was infected a month ago.
Doesn't matter if I was infected three times in the last year.
Doesn't matter if I just don't want to do it because my family member had Guillain-Barré syndrome or had shingles and doesn't want to take any risks.
Doesn't matter if I might decide to say I'll take my risks with the Rona.
Doesn't matter.
The government owns your body.
And while you sat there demonizing those truckers for the noise and the honking, well now they've come for you.
Let's see.
What the 20 million Canadians have to say about this.
Because this is the news coming out of Canada.
Oh no, that's going to be the punchline.
Is this it?
Is this it?
Oh, okay.
Here we go.
Two doses.
No longer enough.
By the way, I like it.
It's in caps.
Two doses are no longer enough.
Canadians are required to get COVID shot every nine months.
Let's see this.
It's unbelievable.
And by the way, this is what's going on in Canada.
And look at what's going on elsewhere.
I won't name any names in particular.
People are not dropping dead like flies on the streets.
Quite the contrary, by the way.
Quite the contrary.
As we continue to live with COVID-19, it turns out we will also live...
As we continue to live with COVID-19, turns out we will also have to get used to living with COVID-19 vaccinated.
Says who?
It's a foregone conclusion.
I don't know who funds the Sun.
I suspect it's got the same bailouts as the other legacy garbage man.
That's it, people.
There's no discussion.
Get used to it.
Because the news is telling you there's no choice.
The government owns you.
And if you say no, you're a selfish extremist.
You are the same selfish extremist you probably spent the last six months demonizing since the Ottawa protest.
Canadians will be required to get a booster shot every nine months for the foreseeable future, Health Minister Jean-Yves Duclos told the person.
So if you thought you were fully vaccinated, think again.
No, no, no, I don't have to think again.
I can appreciate what's going on right now.
Duclos said that the previous definitions of fully vaccinated makes no sense, explaining that it's more important that shots are up to date and whether or not a person has received a vaccination.
In the last nine months.
I talked about this yesterday during a bit of a rant.
Had they picked nine months?
How is that not impacted by infection?
How is it that 90 plus percent of the population are double vaccinated and it's going to have to keep going on for an extended period of time?
You know, in the law, unilateral modification of a contract is not allowed for obvious reasons.
You can't modify an agreement that we've entered into.
One shot, two shot, okay.
Oh, no, sorry.
You know what it's like?
It's like negotiating with the mob.
It's like negotiating with terrorists.
Oh, you gave me a million bucks.
It's going to be another million.
Oh, I'm sorry.
You thought we were done at the first million?
Well, I mean, I said we were, but no.
And because I've got the guns, literally, and metaphysically, because I've got the power.
And if you don't do what I say, We're not going to do anything to you, but good luck going on vacation.
Good luck having your kids play soccer.
Duclos was asked if he was preparing Canadians for return of vaccine mandates in the fall.
He reportedly replied, we must continue to fight against COVID.
The war was not meant to be won.
It was meant to go on forever.
George Orwell, I mangled it.
You know what I'm saying.
The war was never meant to be won.
It was meant to be perpetual.
What was I just about to pull up?
The war was not meant to be won.
It was meant to be perpetual.
George Orwell was not predicting the future.
He was just reformulating the past.
Justin Trudeau.
No politician man.
Tell woman tweet.
Here, look at this.
No...
Government, politician, or man should tell a woman what she can and cannot do with her body.
I want women in Canada to know that we will always stand up for your right to choose.
Unless it's the vaccine, and in which case it's every nine months.
Because women, Justin Trudeau owns your body.
Oh, you thought he was giving you choices.
No, he was only giving you the choices when he thought you were going to make the choice that he agreed with.
Nope.
Every nine months.
And what do you think is going to happen if you don't do it?
Well, I can tell you what's going to happen to some when, if you ever come back to Canada for a vacation, or you have to, and you're not vaccinated, quarantine for two weeks.
At least 14 days.
Not because you're sick.
Not because you are symptomatic, but don't know what.
Not because of anything.
Because you are not vaccinated.
But these are the people who trust the science.
They trust the political science, and they trust the tyranny.
Oh, let me just...
I gotta keep that.
It's just beyond words.
No man or...
No politician or man.
Oh, I don't care about the rest of this.
Duclos explained that up-to-date means you have received your last dose in the past nine months.
Oh, really?
Did you just pull that out of your butt?
Like...
That's not the same science in the United States.
That's not the same science in Sweden.
That's not the same science in the UK.
I don't even think it's the same science in Israel anymore.
But that's it.
Just pull it out.
Pull it out of your butt.
There was something else that was interesting in this article.
Here we go.
In a June 29 report, the committee recommended boosters be offered to all other individuals from 12 to 64 years age.
Regardless of the number of boosters doses they have previously received.
Hmm.
Geez.
Yeah, that sounds like science right there, by the way, people.
That sounds like science.
It sounds almost like the science of economics.
Because a little, a little, I mean, it's an amazing thing also, by the way, how the policy comes in July 2022.
Hold on.
I see something here that I have to start.
The policy comes in July 2022.
Kierkegaard people, life can only be understood backwards, but must be lived forwards.
What happened in earlier on?
Here we go.
Look at this.
April 23, 2011.
This is a year and a half ago.
April, May, June, July.
This is a year and three months ago.
Ottawa inks a deal with Pfizer for millions of COVID-19 booster shots through 2024.
Oh, it's so amazing!
The policy that the government is enacting in July 2022, it's set like the foundation was being laid back in 2021.
It's almost as though they made a decision in 2021 that they have to follow through with now.
And so what better way to coerce the public into doing it than by pretending it's for the science, pretending it's for your own good, and pretending it's necessary.
story.
Let me see where it is.
The numbers are staggering.
This is a year and three months ago.
In their latest procurement efforts, the federal government has reached a deal with Pfizer to secure 35 million COVID-19 vaccine booster shots for next year and 30 million for the year after.
What a convenient coincidence.
That they're now compelling it every nine months.
It's amazing.
Prime Minister Justin Trudeau made the announcement at a press conference on Friday stating that the agreement includes options.
Options, by the way.
I'd like to know who has options.
For an additional 30 million doses in 2022-2023 and 60 million more in 2024.
By the way, are these the same compound of a booster?
Like, do these boosters...
Change with the variance?
Or do you just order it and like just...
One time my dad was out for dinner with...
This is one of the stories he told us growing up.
They were at a restaurant and the waiter wanted to have a high turnover so they could maximize profits at the restaurant.
So my family sat down and the waiter comes in and he's like, what do you want the drink?
What do you want to order?
And then my dad's like, slow down, slow down.
Bring us drinks.
We'll order when you come back.
Comes back with the drinks in five minutes.
What would you like to order?
And my dad's like...
You know how they stuff a goose?
You know how they make a goose just, they hold up its neck and they just stuff food down the goose's throat to get it super fat?
That's what my dad felt like the waiter was doing to the family at that table.
That's kind of what, looking at that, that's kind of what I feel like watching this.
We've ordered the boosters and you're going to take them.
We didn't order 30 million boosters conveniently for a population of 30 million, which represents roughly 90% of the population.
We ordered them already.
You're going to take them.
If I have to hold your neck like a goose and stuff them down your throat, Canadians, you're going to take them.
And my goodness, timing is just fabulous.
Pfizer has been a solid partner for Canada.
It's been a solid partner for somebody in this fight against COVID-19.
Oh, by the way, how can they even maintain this now, given what Albert Bourla, the CEO of Pfizer, has recently said?
About the effectiveness of the boosters for variants.
How can they even stand by this?
This means Canada has guaranteed access to 65 million doses with the ability to tap into 120 million more if necessary.
There were rumors, by the way.
There were rumors.
Rumorings.
Let me just see if I...
Put my computer light up.
That's a little better for lighting.
There were rumorings that Justin Trudeau has shares or his family has shares in certain pharma companies, which might explain the financial incentive to grab the necks of Canadians and stuff boosters down their throats like they're stuffed turkeys or stuffed geese.
I don't believe it for the following reason.
I mean, it's too superficial.
It's too easily detectable.
Ownership beneficial or direct in pharma companies, that's like grade-level corruption.
That's not how it's done because it's too obvious.
It's too easily determined.
It's too easily a discovery.
It's more like later on down the line, wink, wink, nudge, nudge, or here's a gift.
Here's another vacation to Aga Khan's private island.
But there are some people who...
Not irrationally or not delusionally, have heard the rumourings that Justin Trudeau owns stock in some pharma companies and is therefore indirectly benefiting from the decisions that he's making with our tax dollars.
Now, I don't know about it.
I'm going to get to all of the Super Chats after I finish this segment.
I don't know about it, but when I see Fact Check come out from Reuters, Fact Check, neither Justin Trudeau nor the Trudeau Foundation.
Well, now I've got a little more question.
I've got a few more questions.
And they're going to get to them.
I'm going to see if the article mentions the Trudeau family, because that's a very interesting selection of who we would go after for this type of corruption.
This is from February 2022.
Right here.
Neither Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau nor his family, Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation, nor his family's foundation, have any shares in Vancouver-based biotech company that produces a key component of Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine.
The Prime Minister's office and two of the company's founders told Reuters that a claim that...
I'm sorry.
The Prime Minister's office and two of the company's founders...
Well, I'm glad Justin Trudeau says it.
Let's see.
Making the claim was Robert Malone.
owns 40% of Acutis, the company providing the lipid nanoparticle delivery system in Pfizer's Comirnativ vaccine.
Asked how long he had known about the ownership issue.
Dr. Malone replied, I have known that there was speculation this might be the case.
Okay, Malone says it.
Other versions?
Let's see it.
Okay, fine.
A similar claim was made on Twitter.
Okay, fine.
Okay, fine.
Those tweets have been shared on Facebook.
Fine.
However, there is no truth to the claims, according to the Prime Minister's office.
Can you imagine this?
By the way, the fact check.
They ask the accused.
To confirm the accusations, both of the accused, in this case, the prime minister or his office, and the company deny it.
Case closed.
Scooby-Doo would not be satisfied with this level of stupidity.
Well, we asked Hillary Clinton if her foundation was up to no good, and both she and her foundation said no.
Case closed.
Fact checked.
Fact checked.
Oh, and by the way, by the sounds of it, they're only going with Trudeau or his foundation.
How about his mother?
How about his wife?
How about his brother?
How about the same people who are getting paid by the WE Charity in the WE Charity scam?
Maybe we'll get there, fact-check Reuters.
The Prime Minister's office confirmed.
Oh, yeah, they confirmed.
They didn't allege.
They didn't claim.
They confirmed.
The accused has confirmed their innocence.
That's not how it works when you fact-check, you fact-check, fake fact-checking fakers.
They confirmed to Reuters that the claims were not accurate.
By the way, not false.
Just not accurate.
And said public office holders must disclose information on financial interests to the Office of Conflicts of Interest.
I'm not sure about this.
I'm not sure about this.
Let me just go fact check this myself.
I'm not sure about that.
Acquitas co-founder, Dr. Thomas Madden, told where it was via Eno.
Neither Prime Minister Justin Trudeau nor the Trudeau Foundation have any shares in or connection to Acquitas there.
Have any shares?
How about warrants?
How about bonds?
How about...
Promissory notes.
That's interesting.
Neither Trudeau nor his foundation.
Not wife, not mother, not brother.
They have no shares.
Not warrants, not futures, not other options.
Only shares.
In Aquitas therapeutics.
Not their subsidiaries, not other related companies.
Interesting.
Yada, yada, yada.
After being granted access to the company's registry, Reuters did not see Trudeau or the foundation among those who are listed as having shares in Aquitas.
The aggregate knowledge of the internet will probably do a better fact check of this than Reuters.
All I'm saying is that reading this, it reads like chicanery.
They've only done Trudeau.
They've only done the foundation.
They've only done shares in Aquitas.
So no other types of beneficial ownership or benefiting interests of other family members in other related companies, because I don't know what the corporate structure is of Aquitas in terms of subsidiaries or mother companies.
Verdict, false.
Claims that Justin Trudeau and the foundation are...
Can you imagine the qualifications here, by the way?
Now it's Justin Trudeau and the foundation own 40%.
This could be true if they own 30%.
This could be true if Justin Trudeau owns 40%, but it's not Trudeau and the foundation.
It's baseless, according to the Prime Minister's office.
And listen to this.
Listen to this.
It's false.
Because both of the accused have confirmed that it's false.
This leads me to believe that there's probably more truth to it than falseness.
But I...
Pure chicanery sugar in your coffee, sir.
It's...
Oh my goodness.
Viva, you talking faster than me.
I thought I was slowing down tonight.
It's...
It's fuddle-duddle is what it is.
Okay.
Now, let me see here.
We're going to get to some super chats.
Also, thanks for what you do, discovering Satan is a very real entity who was a little strange to me.
To him, I hope to put fear and the joy of God.
I take these things metaphorically, but the one thing about...
Satan as an entity, evil as an entity, is it revels in misery.
And it revels in the power that comes with the control.
Welcome to Florida.
The good weather won't begin until mid-October, I'm afraid.
However, you will be able to walk your dog in January at midnight in a t-shirt.
So there are pluses.
Oh, yeah.
Well, the dogs don't walk very far.
Justin Trudeau is a disgrace.
His father would roll in his grave watching this.
I don't know what Pierre Elliott would think, though.
Keep fighting.
Thank you very much.
Now, I've starred some Super Chats.
It's...
Dude, every nine months.
And you're lucky, because we already ordered the doses.
We already bought them.
And if there's anybody on Earth...
Who thinks that our government or government officials are not indirectly or directly benefiting from their business dealings with these pharma companies?
I've got a bridge to sell you.
I don't actually have a bridge, but that doesn't matter.
Okay, let's see here.
We got this.
We're doing our first live stream on Rumble Viva.
Wish us luck.
We're offended.
You're offended.
Check it out, people.
I don't know what the content is, so if it's grotesquely offensive.
I apologize in advance, but we're offended.
You're offended.
Godspeed.
May it work well and may it be satisfying.
May it be...
What's the word I'm looking for?
Gratifying is the word.
Five months ago, I didn't know you from Adam.
Now I consider you a brother for truth.
Welcome to your new home from a Buckeye.
The $3 is for YouTube's cut.
Thank you very much.
It's funny.
A lot of people discovered me, discovered my channel during the Ottawa protest.
I have been around...
Bitching and moaning, but maybe less so.
I've been around since 2014.
My squirrel steals a GoPro, carries it up a tree.
First viral video, 2014.
Then I did, like, you know, tried the Casey Neistat stuff, and then I turned it into a law channel.
And then when COVID hit, I said, I don't want this to turn into a COVID channel.
That was back in the day when I thought COVID was going to last two weeks.
When I was stupid enough to think it was going to be two weeks to flatten the curve.
And then I got forced into this path.
Forced into running for office, forced into trying to bring some light to the madness.
Welcome to the U.S. Sent PayPal the other day but got worried, but got weird message about Limit.
Tried to send you email but it didn't work.
Is there an email for you?
By the way, bought t-shirts for Father's Day, Prezi.
They are loved.
Thank you very much.
PayPal should work.
Any support I get from Super Chat, I'm genuinely grateful for.
Don't expect at all.
And don't want anybody...
Times are tough for everybody.
But the links are in...
Support links are in the YouTube channel.
But thank you very much, Julie.
And we got...
Do you think your immigration lawyer would come on a stream to discuss the process?
No legal advice.
I'm sure he'd get some clients from it.
My lawyer was Dorothy.
Oh, no.
And I shared the firm contact info in our Locals community, vivabarneslaw.locals.com.
Because I dealt with...
I dealt with three lawyers in the process.
I've had a learning curve.
And I'll discuss this more when certain other news is public.
I'm sure she would...
I'm not sure I shouldn't say that.
She might like it.
I'll ask.
I'll ask.
It would certainly be good.
Because I know people have questions.
I'm not your buddy guy.
I would have zero sympathy if anything bad happened to...
I don't wish ill on anybody.
But that thought does occur to me.
Like, would I...
How would I react?
I don't think I would react by rejoicing in any way, shape, or form.
I was involved in a legal file.
If the people involved in the file are watching, they'll know who I am and what I'm talking about.
I was involved in a legal file with an overtly, overtly dishonest lawyer.
Dishonest is an understatement.
Getting killed in a car accident.
And even then, I said, there was not a part of me that reveled in it.
So even if bad things were to happen, the other thing is, he's one man.
The worst that can happen to him is the worst that can happen to any one person on earth.
The damage he's done to countless, to millions of people, he is but one man.
He will only suffer once.
The suffering that he has inflicted on others is immeasurable.
Okay.
Now, I'm going to start some Super Chats and then I'm going to do...
People, this is going to...
I'm nervous.
I've never done this before.
I'm not going to feel like a sellout because I genuinely believe in the product.
Because I actually...
Speaking of Trudeau, it's the perfect segue.
My first plug, people.
American Hartford Gold.
I feel so...
Part of me feels dirty, but a part of me also says I have silver coins that I invested in.
I have...
When Trudeau went around freezing people's bank accounts for their participation in the Ottawa Convoy, I won't lie.
I won't offer the information, but it's relevant now.
I took cash out of the bank, and I did buy...
Gold bars.
You know, the one-ounce gold bars.
I didn't realize how expensive they were.
But I went out and I bought gold bars, and I took my money out of the bank.
Because if I couldn't trust the bank to actually release the money to me when I asked for it, or to freeze my money if Justin Trudeau unilaterally, while giving immunity to that bank, said, I didn't really like that guy's live streams.
Let's go freeze his bank account.
Mess with his life.
I freaked out a little bit.
And I took out money and I bought two of those little gold bars.
I was in Canada and couldn't actually order them from American Hartford Gold because the only problem is they don't ship to Canada.
Now it's an opportune time.
Now, hold on.
They gave me a graphic.
They gave me a graphic because it has a little promo code.
How does this thing work?
Like this?
Okay, preview.
No, that's what I'm supposed to...
the reading thing.
There's a graphic to this thing.
I'm blowing this, but I guess it's going to be more than 60 seconds now.
Hold on.
Hold on.
Okay.
Here we go.
This is the graphic.
So now I've got to go here.
I've got to bring up the screen.
I've got to share the screen.
Share.
Share screen.
Windows.
Entire screen.
Chrome.
Here we go.
Here we go.
Viva insert.
Let's see if this works.
All right, people.
American Hartford gold.
Look at this.
Okay.
Silver and gold.
I literally bought silver coins a while back.
I don't remember what I bought them at.
And then I actually went out when Trudeau froze some of the people's bank accounts when I was freaking out a little bit, took out cash and bought gold.
I bought crypto, but I'm down 70% on crypto.
I'm not down on the gold that I bought yet.
And that's it.
This is the plug.
This is American Hartford Gold.
It's more like you're not buying the gold of American Hartford Gold.
You're buying bona fide gold.
You're buying it through a service that is American Hartford Gold.
And it's a good service.
They don't ship to Canada, but they ship to the States.
And let me see here.
Did we play this?
We played this graphic.
Text VIVA to 998899.
And I guess that's how they're going to know how effective I was at promoting.
Gold and silver.
The old expression, you can't eat gold.
True.
You also can't eat cash.
The only thing you can really eat is food.
And in order to get food in bad times, it requires cash.
And sometimes an easy way to make sure that you don't lose your cash by buying crypto or by buying stocks in Nortel, GM, Ford, any number.
Namaska Lithium stocks in which I've lost much money.
Gold is relatively constant.
And that's it.
American Hartford Gold.
What was it?
What was it again?
It was Viva.
Text Viva to 998899.
And if you're a big player and you order $50,000 or more, you get like a half a percent in free silver.
So I'm not yet there.
I'm not even sure I'll ever get there, but that's it.
Hope I did a decent job with that.
Viva 998899.
Okay.
The thing is this.
At some point in time, The pitch for American Hartford Gold is over.
At some point in time, everything has to be converted back to fiat or something barterable.
Fiat or something you can barter.
Crypto, I still don't understand it because it has to get to fiat at some point in order to be worth something.
Well, I've got crypto.
Well, you've got to go to an ATM and then convert it to fiat.
Gold, yeah, you can't easily break it, but you can barter pretty well.
And the other thing, bottom line, you can sit on it.
You know, pull a Pulp Fiction, hide it up your butt for two years, and you can be pretty certain that you're not going to lose that much, if anything, and chances are you're going to make money because gold, everyone lives in hindsight.
Had I bought it two years ago, it would have been worth more.
Had I bought more silver coins.
Anyhow, so that's it.
Okay.
Now we're going to move on to some other stuff after I get these super chats.
Welcome to Florida.
Make sure you have your fishing license.
Do you need a fishing license to fish on the ponds?
I mean, I'm not fishing in the ocean yet.
I apologize for any intuitions I've made that you are some sort of a Pharisee.
Point Curation, don't worry about it.
I think my industry is almost wholly in that domain and already reconciled that.
I don't know precisely what I am.
Don't worry, Point Curation.
I'm not sensitive.
Viva, I was 20 minutes late.
Did you see the GA Stones, the Georgia Stones?
No, I didn't.
I'm not American.
Now that you're American, have you fired your machine gun into the air while riding a mobility scooter eating a AAA?
Oh, the stereotypes that people have of Americans.
I'll just say this.
I'm not American yet.
We'll see.
Driving through South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia.
Beautiful places.
Positive news today.
The Georgia Guildstones have finally been destroyed.
Okay.
Now I know what you're talking about, and I know what those are.
Oh, okay, what else do we have to talk about?
We've got a lot to talk about, actually, and I haven't gotten there quite yet.
Holy crap, I missed it.
I think Satan likes an abstract entity with a structure that pulls people in.
Not a physical thing, but like a machine and abstracts.
Yes, and it pulls people in so slowly and so gradually, they don't even know that they've been sucked into the vortex of evil.
And I genuinely believe Trudeau does not look at himself in the mirror and think of himself as the villain.
But he is.
Are you moving to the USA?
We're here for a little while now.
Perfectly legally, in case anybody was...
I live like a transparent individual, and as I'm being transparent, there are certain things that I'll...
Certain announcements that are going to come out in due time, but...
Here, for a few years.
Viva, does the current COVID vax situation make you skeptical of the standard childhood vaccine schedule?
Some light research is making me reconsider if for no other reason than to boycott.
I've had this discussion.
I don't want to be that Aussie fascist tyrant thinks I'm an anti-vaxxer as it is, so why not act like one?
In general, I now question everything that I've ever thought I knew to be a fact.
Are you still convinced freedom does not require violence in certain situations?
I'm not suggesting just asking for a friend.
Yes.
I do not believe...
Look, unless you...
It's Sun Tzu's Art of War, or maybe it's not, but don't pick a fight that you do not know you are definitively going to win.
And unless your plan to win is to sustain such high casualties that you're going to garner the sympathy of public opinion to change.
No.
Fascists need the violence to justify the fascism.
It's why the Ottawa protest had the impact it had.
Fascists need the violence to justify their fascism.
And so they can justify their fascism under the cloak of benevolence.
They need the extremists so they can justify their fascism to suppress what would otherwise be freedoms, but now it's being suppressed for the greater good.
You take these things metaphorically, but do they only take you metaphorically?
If they are real, may I suggest that metaphors are not sufficient?
Pasha Moyer, it might be 645.
I'm going to have to go see what area code that is.
Okay, and then we go, thank you very much.
If the corrupt just threw up their hands and said, this is what I am doing, I'm done.
I can respect that.
Some of them are.
Viva, wow, you're still a real-life Canadian person of a man.
Justin Trudeau and me should be having a wrestling match against each other.
Welcome to Florida.
Make sure...
Okay, yeah.
I got that.
Thank you.
Okay, now, we're going to talk about the Amber Heard.
We're going to...
Let's just...
Johnny Depp a little bit.
A little bit of an update in the Johnny Depp because, Viva, you keep announcing the announcement to be announced when you announce the date of the announcement.
You'll know.
You'll know.
Maybe I'll drive back up to Tim Pool.
I won't, but I'm going to try to drive back up there anyhow, just because now it's only 12 hours away, but I don't have to cross the border, so it'll be an easier trek if I decide to do it.
But stay tuned.
All good things.
Yes, you need a fishing license to fish in Florida if you are a non-resident.
Okay, well, I know where I'm going tomorrow.
I have the license.
What are you talking about?
Of course I have a license.
By the way, my face is not red.
It's actually quite white, but the lighting is terrible.
Okay, now, let me just read some of these chats.
Okay, we're going to do Johnny Depp.
We're not going to do Johnny Depp.
We're going to cover Johnny Depp.
Can you already see your hair is taking a toll with the humidity?
Guidestones gone, making lots of progress behind the scenes.
Okay.
All right, let's just do Johnny Depp's story a little bit.
The Amber Heard perjury thing.
Everybody's saying Amber Heard is now being investigated for perjury.
And a lot of people, myself included, at the initial hearing of this story, thought it was perjury, either for the trial now, for the trial of the UK.
Her perjury is totally irrelevant to anything other than a testament to what an awful human being she is.
Her perjury relates to her allegedly having smuggled her two dogs, Boo and Gunner, something that had to do with poo and...
Pew and gun.
There are two dogs into Australia in 2015.
And the reason why they had strict quarantine laws when it bringing in foreign dogs, foreign animals.
She allegedly didn't fill out the papers properly.
It fell through the cracks and she forgot to announce it.
It was no malice.
She paid a fine and that was it.
In the UK trial.
One of the witnesses, who was an employee of Amber Heard, said, no, she threatened me with my job to lie about smuggling the dogs in, which then led to the realization that she perjured herself and lied to the Australian government back in 2015.
So it's not directly related to anything of the trial.
It's just related to the fact that Amber Heard is a liar, a perjurer, and that she would threaten people with their employment if they would not lie for and on her behalf.
Not related to the trial.
But it's been going around, you know, making the rounds to evidence what an awful person Amber Heard is.
What's been going around now of the interesting stuff is the 40-plus page motion to set aside the verdict that Amber Heard, through her attorney, have filed.
So, by the way, Amber Heard might be bankrupt, but they've still got this one last hurrah.
They filed a 40-plus page motion to set aside the verdict, which is...
Nothing more than re-arguing the entire case that was pleaded before a jury of, it was nine or seven, and decided by that jury.
And no thanks.
No thanks.
There's not really much of interest in it.
We're going to go through the motion very quickly just to read the headers because...
The headers are basically the bullet points, and then it's just verbal diarrhea to make a 40-page document look legitimate.
Amber Heard's lawyers, it's the part about the juror 15 that's very interesting, and I think it might be something more of a red herring of interest.
The Johnny Depp and Amber Heard defamation trial might technically be over, but with each passing date becoming clearer, we're not even close to legal resolution.
On Friday, Heard's attorneys filed a 43-page motion.
In an attempt to get the court to overturn the more than $10 million ruling.
Was it $10 million?
It was $5 million.
That's right.
It was $5 million.
And then there was $5 million punitive, which was reduced to $335,000.
So it was $10.3 million.
But Johnny Depp got ordered to pay her $2 million.
So it was an $8.3 net.
But that's the...
In the same filing, Heard's team admits jury panel errors aren't ordinarily grounds for getting a verdict overturned, but they claim that a possibility jury 15 isn't who he says he is.
Wait until you see this, people.
It's kind of interesting.
Okay, I'm going to star that.
Star this.
Let's read the just...
Skim through it.
Motion to set aside the verdict.
Are we looking at the same thing?
Look at this.
Look at this, by the way.
It's got to be long, and it's got to be lengthy and tedious to justify the cost.
How do I get rid of...
There we go.
Okay.
Let's just get to the intro of this.
I can't stand.
I cannot stand reading legal documents.
Defendant and counterclaim plaintiff Amber Heard's post-trial motions.
Defendant, yada, yada, yada, hereby moves this court to set aside the jury's verdict on all three counts.
To dismiss the complaint and to investigate potential improper jury.
It's very interesting.
The grounds are set up in this memorandum.
Let's just go see it.
Very thorough.
Very thorough.
Lots of case law.
Lots of jurisprudence.
Forget the fact that there was a six-week trial.
They argued all of this garbage.
And the jury said, no mas.
Let's just re-argue it and try to get a judge to set aside the jury verdict.
From what I understand, immensely difficult.
Barring...
I mean, it happened in Rafi...
Rafikian.
It happened in Michael Flynn's partner's case where the jury found him guilty and the judge set aside the motion.
They said no jury ought to have come to that conclusion in the first place.
So it happens.
My understanding is it's exceedingly difficult to happen.
From the beginning, Mr. Depp set out to try this case's domestic relations dispute he wished he had tried rather than settled in 2016.
Mr. Depp's counsel argued through the trial that the issues before the jury began six years ago when Ms. Hurd obtained a DV temporary restraining order against Mr. Depp.
Mr. Depp and his legal team told the jury they were seeking to restore Mr. Depp's reputation and his legacy for his children.
This was the first time Mr. Depp has been able to tell his story.
I'm We heard all of this.
You pleaded all of this.
And the jury said, Amber Heard is a liar.
We don't believe a word, she says, after hearing all of the evidence.
And then you just get into each and every aspect.
The damages awarded by the jury are unsupported by the evidence and the law.
And they go and say, he didn't prove that he suffered $10 million in damages.
It wasn't clear he was going to get another Pirates at the Caribbean.
Yada, yada, yada.
Re-arguing it.
The jury's compensatory and punitive damages awards were excessive as a matter of law.
Yeah, that's why the judge reduced them to the legal limits as far as punitive damages goes.
Mr. Depp is not entitled to damages for any conduct prior to the op-ed.
You argued that.
That's not how it works.
This is not a disguised appeal, by the way, although they're going to treat it as that.
All of it was argued.
I'm going to spare everybody who's not interested in this the pain of going through this.
I mean, effectively, it's nothing more than rereading or reading a reiteration of their closing arguments.
There is no support for the conclusion that Miss Heard intentionally made or published the headline.
Oh!
The jury disagreed!
Oh, okay, but forget it.
Let's just get to the juror one, which is the only interesting part of this entire...
word salad of emotion.
The court should conduct an investigation of juror number This stems from the fact that apparently the juror is not as old as the date of birth indicated on the juror form.
The court should investigate whether juror 15 properly served on the jury.
On the juror panelist sent to counsel before voir dire, the court noted that the individual who would later be designated, juror number 15, had a birth year of 1945.
Juror 15, however, was clearly born later than 1945.
Publicly available information demonstrates that he appears to be born in 1970.
The discrepancy raises questions whether juror 15 actually received a summons for jury duty and was properly vetted by the court.
That's very interesting.
Part of me says it could just be a typo.
Part of me says that if juror 15, if this was determinable before and not discovered before, then maybe they've waived that option or maybe they've waived that right to raise it as an issue now.
To the extent that the individual who served a juror 15 was not, in fact, the same individual on the veneer.
Or that the court's clerk's office did not verify his identity, Ms. Heard's due process was compromised.
Or it's a totally innocuous typo and grasping at straws to find any reason to try to overturn the fact that Amber Heard just went from having a net worth of $9 million to having a net worth of negative, according to celebrity net worth.
So that's the latest in the Johnny Depp.
It's so stupid.
But my goodness, Amber Heard doesn't have enough money to pay the award, but she certainly has enough money to continue carrying on with this.
Point Curation, I noticed a very large Super Chat, and I thank you very much.
I just make sure everybody is comfortable.
If you Super Chat like this, please make sure you're comfortable with it.
I thank you, and I appreciate all the support.
I don't want anyone having buyer's remorse.
Or super chat remorse.
Speech, even stupid speech, is the gentle approach compared to being silent and assuming.
Or action itself.
I sent before the stream.
I sent art to CSIS again.
They didn't reply the first time.
Justin Trudeau's staff and Jason Kinney's staff both did.
Twice.
You might need a fishing guide to adapt to warmer climate fishing.
Here's to your new and unannounced endeavors.
Thank you very much, Liv Stibbing.
It was a foreseeable decision even last year just by looking at Health Canada's site of projected vaccines acquisitions that Canadians were to be enrolled in a frequent flyer.
Mile booster card until 2025.
Good on you leaving.
I feel stupid.
The part of me feels stupid for just not having seen it.
I mean, people said it, and I was like, nah, they're not going to do that.
I was like, I was curious as to why they'd be ordering so many.
Maybe out of the goodness of Trudeau's heart, he'd donate them to some of the...
Nations, if they're so necessary, and we have so many and so vaccinated already, should be, you know, rushing out and giving it to nations that don't have, that seem to be still alive.
John Ritterhorf, Viva, it's been a while since I posted.
I've been traveling a lot, but anyways, if I could get your best radio voice and say, Bigfoot and aliens, I'm not saying it's aliens, but it's aliens.
Yeah, I want...
Peacock bass.
I caught a peacock bass once in my life.
I think I was 14 years old.
I think it was at my grandmother's place in Century Village when she was still alive.
And I didn't even hook it in the mouth.
I foul snagged it, not on purpose, in the hump.
Fought like hell.
It was the most beautiful fish I'd ever caught.
And yes, people, don't worry.
I am perpetually watching out for alligators.
He identified as 45. Well, speaking of identifying, thank you for the perfect segue into the next ordre de jour, as we say, dans l 'industrie.
Let me go to this.
I got into an interesting one with someone who I don't know who the person is on the Twitterverse, but we're going to get into that in a second.
Let's go back to the drama, the controversy of the week.
Ruben.
Suspended from Twitter, but he's back.
I'm saying this tongue-in-cheek, and I'm not making fun of Ruben's decision whatsoever.
His welcome back tweet is the satire of, I like Big Brother.
I love Big Brother.
This is how you do it.
When you come back and you want to...
In a way, you're sort of bending to the rules, but when you bend to the rules, highlighting the absolute absurdity of the rules, I'll just bring this out just in case anybody doesn't know.
Rubin was suspended from Twitter for sharing a screen grab of Jordan Peterson's tweet about Paige.
Jordan Peterson has been temporarily suspended until such time as he deletes the impugned tweet in which he deadnamed Paige and...
misgendered page according to Canadian law, presumably.
He was suspended and told that he would not be allowed back, Jordan Peterson, that is, until he deletes the tweet.
And in so deleting the tweet, it would be an admission of guilt, an admission of culpability that his tweet was abusive, harassing, or whatever, or otherwise violated the terms of service of Twitter.
Jordan Peterson said he would rather die than delete the tweet and bear false witness to himself and said, screw you, I'm leaving it up.
And he put out a 14 minute video on YouTube explaining why.
Okay.
Dave Rubin shared a screen grab of the tweet that got Jordan Peterson suspended from Twitter, and Dave Rubin got suspended from Twitter for sharing a screen grab of the tweet.
I don't know what the comment, if any, was with the tweet, but that's what happened.
This is his welcome back.
This is Rubin's welcome back.
I love Big Brother.
Wink, wink, dutch, dutch.
This is why Twitter thinks it's proving a point by making people bend the knee.
When you bend the knee and you kick Twitter in the butt while doing it, congratulations, Twitter.
You've highlighted your own absurdity and leave it to someone as intelligent and insightful as Ruben to really point that out with his apology.
Ruben comes back and says, after much deliberation...
I have decided to delete the tweet of a screenshot which got me suspended from Twitter.
Elliot Page is a great man who must never be questioned.
As for Ellen Page, well, she was less great.
And then he posted this.
I have a media that's saying it's a debate whether or not what just happened to Jussie Smollett is a hate crime.
It's absurd.
This s*** isn't a debate.
I agree.
I agree.
In fairness to Page, At the time Paige said this, Smollett had not yet been convicted of lying and faking the it's not even a debate hate crime.
In fairness to Paige, we'll carry on.
Sorry, I'm like really fired up tonight.
This is how you have to be fired up.
It feels impossible to not feel this way right now with the president and the vice president, Mike Pence, who, like, wishes I couldn't be married.
Let's just be clear.
The vice president of America wishes I didn't have the love with my wife.
He wanted to ban that in Indiana.
He believes in conversion therapy.
He has hurt LGBTQ people so badly as the government of Indiana.
I'm not saying this to be glib.
This actually raises so many questions.
Conversion therapy, bad.
Gender transition therapy, good.
It raises so many questions.
I mean, not even like logical, logistical debate questions.
Conversion therapy, bad, according to Paige.
Gender transition therapy, good.
So some therapy is, some transition therapy is bad, other is good.
And you have to, I mean, if you haven't seen the clip, you have to hear what Paige has to say about Pence.
Deanna, and I think the thing we need to know, and I hope my show, Gaycation, did this in terms of connecting the dots, in terms of what happened the other day to Jesse.
I don't know him personally.
I sent all of my love.
Connect the dots.
This is what happens.
If you are in a position of power and you hate people and you want to cause suffering to them, you go through the trouble.
You spend your career trying to cause suffering.
What do you think is going to happen?
And can we appreciate, logistically, in this speech, Page is saying Pence was trying to prohibit Lesbian marriage.
Page is saying Pence was trying to prevent a woman from marrying a woman.
And now it's a bannable offense to refer to Page, who in this interview was lamenting the fact that Pence was trying to prevent women from marrying women.
Now you get suspended for referring to Page as a her or a woman.
You can't make sense of it because it doesn't make sense.
When she gave this interview, she was lamenting that Pence was trying to prevent women, her, from marrying her lover, a woman.
I don't think Pence was trying to do that because, in my view, that's immoral nonetheless.
But that's what Paige was arguing at the time.
As a woman.
And now it's a bannable offense to refer to the page who was fighting for lesbian rights as a woman, as a woman.
It's...
Kids are going to be abused and they're going to kill themselves.
And people are going to be beaten on the street.
Okay.
Jussie Smollett hoax, by the way.
She's referring to Jussie Smollett the hoax.
There's so much of this hate crime that the quintessential example that had to be used...
Was a hoax.
I have traveled the world and I have met the most marginalized people you could meet.
I am lucky to have this time and the privilege to say this.
This needs to stop.
*applaudissements*
Bear in mind, that entire speech, this needs to effing stop, predicated on a hate crime of Jussie Smollett that never occurred.
So this is the absolute insanity that arises when words have no meaning and censorship...
Is the way of controlling the argument.
Page was as a woman fighting for lesbian rights on the purported basis that Pence was somehow trying to prevent women, you know, gay marriage.
Other than the semantic debate about some people thinking marriage is between a man and a woman, so don't call it marriage, call it civil union.
In Quebec, it's called civil union.
Personally, I don't care to maintain gender or sex, I should say, in the definition of marriage.
But if that's going to be the debate, call one marriage, call one civil union, give them the equal rights that they deserve.
But now, if you call Paige a woman on Twitter, it's a bannable offense.
Try to make sense of that which cannot be made sense of.
And as I'm jogging in the sweltering heat, I have some decent thoughts, decent revelations.
This idea...
One of my thoughts was that there's an irony to all of this, that people, they're not all, not all, I'm not going to generalize, but there's a substantial, meaningful portion of people who are carrying on this debate right now that you need to refer to someone in the manner that they identify themselves.
So it doesn't matter, biology doesn't matter, chromosomes don't matter, you are censorship-wise, morally-wise, Cancellation-wise, you are required to identify someone in the way that they identify themselves, failing which you have committed the most cardinal sin.
Many people who promote that point of view are the very same people who refused to refer to Donald Trump as president when he was, in fact, the actual president of the United States of America.
They referred to him as 45, Trump, Donald Trump, but they said, we will not refer to him as president.
They were doing it.
Because in their minds, to deny reality, to deny that, is to show disrespect.
It's to show disrespect to Trump to say, even though you are the president, we're not going to call you the president.
We're going to call you whatever else we want, but we're not going to call you the president because we're not going to dignify you with that.
And that's how we're going to show disrespect to you.
So when someone else looks at them and says, look, this is the way I see reality because it is biological reality.
And I'm going to call you something that you don't want to be called yourself.
Well, they then view that as an act of disrespect, where the other person just says, I consider that to be an act of reality.
That's one nuance to this discussion, which I find ironic, paradoxical.
The people saying, you must refer to someone based on how they identify, a great many of them were refusing to refer to Donald Trump as the actual president when he was the actual president.
Setting aside irony, setting aside inconsistencies in the discussion.
The idea of compelling someone to refer to another person as the gender by which they identify themselves.
It's an interesting thing because I was actually thinking about it.
In one-on-one, if someone says, say a transgender person says to me, refer to me as Elliot and not Ella.
Some of you may not like this.
I have no problem calling someone by the name.
That they would like to be called by.
It's not even a question of being courteous.
I'm not there to start fights, and I would probably pacify someone even if I disagreed with them.
A name is relatively arbitrary.
A name can be changed.
When I was a kid, I wanted to be called Steve.
So calling me Steve versus Dave is just as arbitrary as calling me Barbara, which is my mother's name, versus calling me Dave.
Call me Jennifer.
Call me anything.
The gender side of names is...
Arbitrary.
Someone wants to be called whatever, a name.
That's how you just facilitate identification.
When it comes to calling someone who had been a woman her entire life a man now, well, in one-on-one, that doesn't come up, right?
If I were talking with Paige right now, Paige would say, call me Elliot.
Fine.
Don't care.
If that's your legal name, I don't even care.
I'll call you whatever name just for the conversational purposes and also I'm not there to antagonize.
You have to appreciate when someone says refer to Elliot as he.
It's not in the one-on-one with Elliot.
What that is seeking to do is control the way you speak to third parties about other people not in their presence.
It's actually just a way of compelling the way one speaks to other individuals about That individual.
When you say refer to Paige as a he, it's not in one-on-one with Paige.
It's in the way you discuss Paige with other people.
And that is not about anything other than controlling, dictating, and exercising power over one of the most fundamental things that people can have, the freedom of speech.
And that was my revelation, is that in one-on-one...
I am so...
It's such a non-issue what someone decides to do with themselves, their own body.
And that's it.
One-on-one.
None of my business.
It's not a don't ask, don't tell.
It's none of my business.
We're adults and we do what we want with our lives and our bodies.
Now someone's going to say, when you talk about me with someone else, this is how you have to do it?
Seems that that might be more about control.
And that is how it's being used on the social medias when...
Jordan Peterson comes out and refers to Paige as Ellen, as a she who had her breasts removed.
Immediate ban from Twitter because deadnaming and misgendering when, as Jordan Peterson explained, it becomes virtually impossible and, more importantly, absolutely illogical to have the discussion when you're talking about a biological female who decided to have a mastectomy at the age of 33 for cosmetic gender-reaffirming purposes.
The discussion becomes impossible.
Imagine trying to now explain Ellen Page as a woman who played the pregnant woman in Juneau.
Imagine describing that role now as Elliot Page when he played the role of the pregnant mom in Juneau.
That movie takes on an entirely different plot based on that description.
But this is now the new rules change based on how an individual identifies.
Not how they are, but how they identify.
Which leads to the discussion I had with someone on Twitter.
Don't know who the person is.
I don't know who the person is, but I think I might find out.
But let me see if I can bring it up.
Share, share, screen.
I'm going to get to a lot of the super chats after this.
Oh, this is how I drive my wife crazy.
Forget that.
I'll get to that afterwards.
Who's the individual?
I think people do know who the person is.
Oh, shoot.
Hold on.
I'm going to see how to rumble if I've missed anything.
Sorry, people.
Can't wait to get out of this bathroom to get into a proper, well-lit, good sound.
Oh, here.
Andy Signor.
Andy Signor, who is Dad, Popcorned Planet Live, Daily News and Pop Culture Justice.
Don't know what that means.
Yada, yada, yada.
Creator Screen Junkies, Honest Trailers.
Okay, fine.
And by the way...
I think I probably like Andy Senor because that right there, that banner is from UHF.
That was Michael Richards in UHF when he opened up the hose on that kid.
UHF is a classic.
Weird Al Yankovic, funny enough also because my wife said I looked like Weird Al Yankovic today with my hair.
I think I probably would get along and like Andy Senor, but he says this.
Funny to me how so many people...
Let me rephrase this.
It's funny to me how so many of the people who refuse to just accept Elliot Page as a man, which he is, have no problem accepting women with big fake tits.
Thank you.
Let that sink in before I actually read my response.
Sorry, I actually, this video might get me.
Okay, let that sink in.
And this is the logic.
Now, by...
By the rules, if the rules are rules and actually not hierarchies, Andy Senor should get cancelled.
I don't wish it, I'm not even saying, this is not a fear I'd wish, this is sarcasm.
People should not get cancelled for their words.
Unless the word, you know, unless, run out and shout racial expletives, you deserve to get cancelled.
He says, I never said, in response to someone else's comment, he says, I never said they were the same.
But to say they aren't comparable at all is silly.
They both involve surgeries that can change one's appearance.
Sometimes so well you can't even tell.
One's more accepted.
I'm not sure about that.
When someone has their breasts done, they don't force a different behavior or speech in other people, which might be part of the issue.
Many in this thread made it about biology, not me, happy to discuss any time.
I say, you called them big fake tits resulting from surgery, Andy Senor.
Following your own logic, you are therefore necessarily suggesting that similarly, Paige is a fake man resulting from surgery.
Your own words, your own logic.
Your words and logic, not mine.
Because this is the absurdity that Andy Senor is saying, they're fake boobs.
I would have called them breasts or implants just to keep it a little more PT-13.
They're fake implants.
They can look real.
They can be...
Indiscernible to the touch.
But the person knows that they're fake or they're implants.
And no one would refer to fake implants as implants.
Should the person be treated any differently in the day-to-day life?
No!
Apply that mutatus mutandus to Paige.
Paige can do what Paige wants with Paige's body.
Paige is an adult.
Does that mean that following the fake implants analogy, the woman who got fake implants, I'm now compelled?
To refer to them as natural when I know that they're fake?
The woman who has implants, for whatever the reason, you know, fetish, maybe she thought they were too small.
None of my business.
And am I going to treat her differently?
No.
I might think that people who do things to their body to make themselves feel better, I might think there might be underlying issues there.
But they're adults and that's fine.
But no one's going to force me to refer to fake implants as real breasts, period.
But following your own analogy, Andy, this is the issue.
You have now effectively said, yeah, those are fake tits, using your big fake tits, but nobody has a problem with them.
Yeah.
But if someone made me say those are real breasts when they're clearly not, then people might have a problem with it.
Don't refer to them as fake.
They're natural.
They're not.
Dude, they're not natural.
They're like triple D, XX, whatever they're called.
There's a very material distinction, and it is the distinction.
It's not a question of what they are.
It's a question of what you are compelling other people to recognize them as.
And it's not a question of not respecting their decision.
It's their decision.
It's not a question of, you can feel the way you feel about it.
I have, you know, people judge other people for their religion.
I don't think it's right, but I'm not going to legislate thought.
But that was it.
So, you know, by senor's own rationale, and by the logic of the interwebs, That is a cancelable offense.
Because he's recognizing them as big fake tits.
I don't like, I'm not saying that to be, I'm not trying to be edgy.
He called them big fake tits, resulting from surgery.
If people were to say, Paige is a woman who has had cosmetic surgery to her body to make her feel better.
And don't tell me how I have to refer to someone who played a pregnant woman in a movie as her breakout role.
I don't think anybody would have a problem, actually.
To each their own.
We all have our vices.
We all have our preferences.
It's nobody's business until one person makes it another person's business by telling them what they have to say and how they have to describe them to third parties when they're not even present.
Okay.
All right, and that's all I have to say about that.
But meanwhile, Ruben's back, and leave it to Ruben, and it's a very sassy way, sassy, to come back and say, yeah, I couldn't do it.
I'm not sure, but maybe one day I'm just going to get so thick-skinned and so black-pilled, I'm just going to go.
But Dave Ruben's a stand-up comic, and I could make the good jokes, because good jokes are just contextually, You could draft them to the context.
I couldn't say some of the stuff without feeling bad, but I could definitely have the thought of it.
That would be the funny thing to say right now if I were Joe Rogan, if I were Dave Rubin, if I were, you know, a stand-up comic who does that.
No, I'm not becoming Rubin's drone fishing coach.
No, that is not the big news.
Conservative MP Brown.
Just me, Nicole.
Just me, Nicole.
Don't super chat it.
Just put your email address where people can commission.
I keep forgetting to do it, and I feel terrible.
Just Me Nicole, it was about, I don't know, a week and a half ago, sent me the most beautiful pastel renditions of Pudge and Winston.
They were amazing.
Just Me Nicole commissions them, so put your email out there, and I'm going to remember to do it.
And when I do it, it's going to be glorious.
Okay.
I suspect I'm going to get...
Don't do anything that makes it happen, point curation.
Only 46 days to get a passport without a good reason.
If you do a meet the fans thing, please wait for me.
Texas is the new Silicon Valley, by the way.
I'll tell you one thing.
If I ever do anything, I will not do it in anywhere on earth that requires a vaccine passport.
I will meet in a field in pouring rain before doing that.
Hold me to it.
I won't need you to hold me to it because I will not do it.
Period.
Viva, now that you're in the U.S., I'm going to sue you for making me watch Twitter videos on your show.
See you in court, sir.
Well, I do know a good lawyer, so let me just lawyer up.
What you say about others, you say about yourself.
Page demands compulsion.
Pence asks not to be compelled.
These people are monstrously uninformed.
What you say about others, you say about yourself.
Oh, okay, fine.
I'm sorry.
I see what you're saying right now.
I thought you were talking about me, but you're talking about Page.
Saying he seeks to go control other people's lives.
Yeah.
No, it's amazing.
Can you imagine?
Welcome to USA.
Do you think the US is also well on the road to tyranny?
The courts seem to be holding up here, and there's a very large portion of the population who are vehemently, vocally, politically, and peacefully fighting back.
Canada?
There are too many people who think that Tamar Litch should be locked up.
That's actually going to be the...
It would be a perfect segue, but I'm going to read these super chats.
So I think if the world is doomed to fall, the U.S. will be the last holdout and Florida might be the last sub-holdout.
But I think the U.S., from what I've seen, from the court system, from the political system, and from the population, there's much more pushback in the U.S. At all three of those levels than I have seen in Canada.
Canada, not much pushback at all.
In fact, I dare say compliance from the population, from the citizens.
They even revel in it.
They think it's virtuous.
Too many of them think it's virtuous.
From the judicial system.
Haven't seen the courts declare any of these mandates unconstitutional.
Haven't seen the courts sanction anybody.
Haven't seen the courts sanction.
What is the most malicious of malicious prosecutions that I've ever seen coming from Moise Karimji against Tamara Lich?
Politically?
Who?
It's only now that the conservatives have found their conservative coat, their conservative cloak.
And even still, it's, you know, I ran with the PPC.
The PPC was the only political party out there speaking out against this before it was cool to do it.
So I don't see...
Where I see the pushback and the fightback and the resistance at all three levels in the States, politics, population, and judicial system, I don't see it at any of those three stages, levels in Canada.
And I'm not trying to be black-filled or pessimistic.
I'm hoping to actually still have an influence.
I'm going to get a little bit more vocal and a little more critical of the tyrant Trudeau.
Dr. Jordy, Elliot Page, Al, Hurt, TPP.
Thank you for the super chat.
Paige only transitioned because...
I don't care.
It's none of my business.
And whatever Paige wants to do with Paige's body, that's Paige's decision.
It's not more complicated than that.
But the second people start saying, I've been a woman, a public figure no less, whose defining roles were as a pregnant...
Teenage mom.
And now if you refer to Paige as Ellen or as her, you get yeeted from Twitter?
That's not how things work.
Might not be important to say specifically, but I advocate absolute gentleness and kindness.
God bless you, Viva Chat.
Point curation.
Thank you very much.
Thank you.
Have fun fishing watching.
Jesus, I'm not going to get...
I'll carry a little alligator stabbing knife.
Steve.
Have you given any consideration to the fact that when your kids are asked what you do for a living, they say he ran Steve.
Funny to do.
I don't know if I'm Steve and Barnes' Paul, but I'll take it.
Oh, I get it now.
Oh, by the way, if someone wants to call me Steve for the rest of their life, I don't care.
You know what?
What I am is not defined by what people call me.
That's the wonderful thing about identity and confidence.
People can call me whatever they want.
I know what I am, and it's not impacted, undermined, or compromised by what other people call me.
When it comes to reputational things, like people call me a racist, I know what I am, and I know what I am not, but I do know what types of impressions that can lead.
Thank you.
I'm glad my parents didn't let me change my name to Steve, because I don't like that name now.
The reality is I don't really care about David.
The only name I care about is my last name, Freiheit, which means freedom, verbatim in German or Yiddish, depending on who asks.
Have you given any consideration to the fact that when your kids are asked what you do for a living, they say he rants in a bathroom We've gotten there, and it's quite funny, actually.
They don't realize how absurd this entire situation is.
The absurdity of life.
I was a lawyer.
I was a clean-cut lawyer in a suit and a tie.
I don't like the bathroom.
I don't like the lighting.
But done is better than perfect, and I can't...
Let my own neuroses and compulsions get in the way of just doing it.
It's the content.
By tomorrow, I hope the internet will be up at our place.
I can set up my lighting.
Set up a nice studio.
Kick ass going forward.
You can call me David.
You can call me Barbara.
Just don't call me late for fishing.
You can call me whatever you want.
I don't care.
I mean, I might not be friends with you for much longer.
I had a professor who insisted that I refer to her as doctor on all submissions.
I did, to avoid conflict, not to improve my grades because my grades were done with that professor, but didn't take another class with that professor.
And it was the same type of thing.
I'm a lawyer.
I don't want people calling me maitre in Quebec.
I don't want the Esquire.
I don't care about that.
Whether you call me David, Mr., or Viva, I still have my law degree.
I still have my 15 years of practice.
It doesn't change what I am and what I have if someone doesn't call me doctor.
I'm not a doctor.
Or maître, or esquire, or whatever.
When someone insists that you do it, it's typically to impose their will and impose their power on you.
That teacher, that professor...
Wanted me to know that I was subservient and I was going to be coerced into using the language that she wanted me to use to refer to her.
I've never had a professor object to me referring to that professor as Mr. It might have had something to do with the subject of the essay because it was a feminist philosophy class and I was rebutting a theory by Andrea Dworkin that sex is necessarily an act of male domination.
My response was, there is nothing in nature which is inherently moral or immoral.
And so to refer to the act of procreation as being inherently male dominance is to moralize an act of nature which is necessarily by its nature not immoral, amoral.
And for you to impose morality on it results from your own mental issues.
I didn't say it this way at the time.
It reveals your own...
Biases and judgments, and not anything related to the inherent, innate, natural act at issue.
This teacher did not like that.
Oh, hold on.
I brought up...
Yeah, the teacher did not like that.
And gave me a C-, crossed off Ms. I remember her last name, but I will not say it.
Crossed off Ms. and wrote, Doctor.
I still stand by my theory.
It's like eating meat.
Oh, is eating meat immoral when a lion does it?
No, it's an act of nature.
Is it immoral when a human does it?
Because I can do something else?
I think the kids have come back.
All right, what do we got here?
From here on forward, I must be called his most high commander of all nations, emperor of all creation, lord of life, giver of math and language of HM for short.
Well, you know, but Britt Cormier, if you ask me to call you Susan, I'll call you Susan.
I don't care about that.
But if you tell me how I must speak about you to third parties when you're not present, I take issue with that.
Imagine, by the way, okay, so the issue is gender now.
How about if the issue is gender?
I identify as, and therefore you must refer to me as the way I identify myself when referring to me to third parties.
Let's just apply that to another.
Let's just say I'm talking about, take an example that will not piss off the left.
Trump.
Let's just say I refer to Trump as a liar.
I don't think Trump's any more of a liar than any other politician.
I'm just taking one that the left will not object to.
I insist on referring to Trump as a liar to everyone I speak to.
The liar.
The liar.
I'll even capitalize it.
The liar.
Trump comes in and says...
I don't identify as a liar.
I identify as an honest person.
I take issue with you referring to me as a liar when talking about me to third parties.
You must refer to me as the honest president.
I'm like, you can perceive yourself however you want.
I will perceive you however I want.
And in my dealings with other people, I will operate on my own reality and not on your own perceived reality.
But somehow we live in a world now where this particular issue is so unique.
So singular that new sets of rules apply.
I would go out on a limb and say that they know the logic is broken.
They just say, rules for me, but not for thee.
Janet?
Viva, welcome to the USA.
I'm so glad your kids will see what freedom is.
You will be able to do more from Florida for Canada than from Quebec.
I wholeheartedly agree.
Speaking of which, you know, yesterday when I was live streaming the Tamara Lich hearing, everyone was like, you're in the U.S., you can rebroadcast the hearing.
They can't get you in the U.S. First of all, I'm still licensed in Quebec, and I'm still in good standing with the Bar Society, and I'm not jeopardizing that.
But, yeah.
Janet, please watch the Theo Fleury on...
Please watch Theo Fleury on Tucker.
Canadian hawker player has an incredible story and especially what he's doing for Canada.
Okay.
I remember Theo Fleury.
Okay, then we got that.
And point curation, I miss...
If I didn't bring this up, speech even when stupid is the gentle approach.
Okay, I got that one a while back.
Thank you very much.
So, you know, there's no question I can do more and will continue to do more for Canada vocally and fearlessly, but I'm not going to break the rules just to break the rules for the United States because I still have my own ethics, I still have my own integrity, and I also still have my own Bar Society rules that I will respect.
Okay, the chat can answer that one.
Now, speaking of which, let me just see what's going on here.
In Rumble, let's just see.
We got a $1.
Coyote Wears says, hey, everyone, enjoy a 10% discount on survival supplies at Coyote Wears.
Dude, that's good marketing.
Use discount code VIVAFRI.
CoyoteWears.com.
This is not part of the sponsored ad.
This is not the promo, but I'm doing it right here, people.
It is...
CoyoteWears.com.
C-O-Y-O-T-E-W-A-R-E-S.com.
Use discount code VIVAFRY.
Survival supplies.
And I'd like to see what the conversion rate on that is.
Coyote Wears.
A $1 rumble rant will pay dividends.
Guaranteed.
Warning.
Not a guarantee.
You should check out John Campbell's most recent video.
He's a master at avoiding the censorship.
Canada still sounds better.
Tell me about it.
I hope I am being an existential absurdist mensch.
You are still filled with optimism, point curation.
And the death of optimism is to be avoided.
Clearly your doctor professor was doing it wrong.
I get it, Steve.
Well played.
Well played, sir.
There you go, coyote wears with the rumble rant on the rumbles.
Okay, and then the last one.
Let's just finish it up with this and I'll maybe take some more questions.
Tamara Leach.
Not Leach, it's Tamara Leach.
And I'm going to remember that because she's not a Leach.
She is a stronger person.
Don't do it.
Don't do this, maître.
I don't like it.
I hate maître.
I hated that abbreviation.
It means master.
Maître in French means master.
And it's not master in terms of any...
Negative context.
The principle of law is that lawyers are the masters of their file.
They control what is done in their file without any external influence, external pressure.
But I hate it.
I hate it.
I'm not a master.
I'm a David.
I'm not a mister.
I'm not a sir.
I'm David.
Or Viva.
As a Canadian, I miss having you in Canada.
Have fun with freedom.
Thanks for continuing to fight for Canada from the U.S. Spartan Shuckles.
There's the guilt, but living with guilt is not a bad thing because it makes you, it keeps you not loyal, but it keeps you reminded that there are people out there who are, there's 36 million people living under the tyranny of Trudeau, and 24 million of them don't even know that they're living under tyranny.
Okay, I got that.
Speaking of the tyranny, Tamarilich.
So yesterday I mouth-tweeted the first three and a half hours of her hearing.
Tamara Lich arrested on mischief-related charges for her role in organizing the Ottawa protest.
Mischief-related charges was held for two and a half weeks, denied bail, had a hearing, a rehearing, finally on a rehearing, was released under exquisitely onerous conditions.
She was awarded the George Jonas Freedom Award from the JCCF Justice Center for Constitutional Freedoms.
She announced that she was going to accept the award.
The Crown then moved to have her re-jailed on the basis that her announcement of accepting the award qualified as a breach of terms of her release, non-com.
They took her to try to have her locked up again.
And the judge said no.
The convoy's over.
She can go accept the award.
Nothing about this qualifies as a breach.
She accepted the award.
She gave a speech.
After the award, she shook hands with Tom Maratso, an individual she wasn't supposed to communicate with directly or indirectly.
She took a photo with him.
It was posted on social media.
The Crown said, this is evidence of a breach.
Canada-wide warrant for her arrest issued by homicide detectives enhanced to a Canada-wide warrant for her arrest, which is typically reserved for murderers.
Arrested, detained for six days, hauled back to Ottawa, detained for four days and counting.
She had the hearing yesterday, and I covered it.
It was bullshit.
Fucking bullshit through and through.
It was such bullshit that that Moise Karimji prosecutor should be sanctioned by the court.
And I had the revelation last night as I'm walking my dog.
Justin Trudeau pressured the Minister of Justice and Attorney General Jody Wilson-Raybould, the one that he appointed, he pressured her to not prosecute a company called SNC Lavane for corruption, fraud, for their dealings in Libya or Nigeria, I forget where.
And she said, no, I'm prosecuting them because they committed fraud and the executives are going to be prosecuted.
And when she announced that she was going to do that and defied Justin Trudeau's pressure, he fired her.
He was found to have breached his ethics when he did that.
And I said, this guy, Justin Trudeau, Pressured the Minister of Justice and Attorney General not to prosecute a company.
And when she decided to do it, he fired her.
What are the chances?
He's not pressuring Moise Karimji to maliciously prosecute Tamara Lich.
In my view, I mean, I asked the question and now I think there's probably more to it than that.
It's malicious prosecution.
I know people are saying the Baris Heights is nowhere close.
No, it is close.
They've tried to lock up Tamara Lich.
Three times.
They've successfully locked her up once for two and a half weeks on mischief charges.
They tried to lock her up a second time on the basis that announcing that she was going to accept an award that was being given to her was a breach of return.
They tried to lock her up for that a second time.
And now they're trying to lock her up for a third time and they have successfully locked her up for 10 days on mischief charges.
And listening to Moise Karimji.
Talk about her breach, the severity of her breach, taking a photograph with Tom Morazzo, this guy who ran for office in Ontario, another alleged organizer of the convoy, like she committed murder, like she sold crystal meth, ecstasy, like she's responsible for the overdose in fentanyl in Canada.
It's malicious prosecution and listening to that man.
Try to put this woman back in jail.
It's disgusting.
But he's not going to get sanctioned.
He's not going to get sanctioned by the court, but he deserves it.
Anyways, so in the morning, the Crown presented its evidence, which consisted of a homicide detective talking about having watched Tamara Lich's speech at the JCCF and watched a five-second video of her shaking Tom Ratso's hand and a photograph.
And then...
The defense presented the argument of the surety saying, I'm of good faith.
I didn't know what she was doing.
I'm scared.
I don't want to lose my money.
And then they pleaded.
They had their closing arguments in the afternoon.
The judge is going to render the decision on Friday.
And in that time, Tamara Lich is in jail.
It's atrocious.
It's just atrocious.
It's a banana republic.
If it were North Korea, I would not believe what's going on.
But it's Canada.
The Crown Prosecutor hired two homicide detectives who issued a warrant which the Crown Prosecutor enhanced to a Canada-wide warrant.
They've detained a mother and a grandmother for 10 days and counting because she took a picture with a guy at a gala with counsel present.
And this is fine.
By the way, no politician or man should tell a woman what she can and cannot do with her own body, but Tamara Litch, get your ass in jail and stay there.
I believe as well she committed no crimes.
Period.
But there's still a lot of Canadians out there who think that she...
You don't want to get arrested.
Just don't breach your bail conditions.
Even if you've been arrested for mischief charges and your bail conditions are so excessive, so exceedingly onerous, so exceedingly unconstitutional, and more importantly, ambiguous, such that the Crown can argue, openly stating you're going to accept an award, is a non-com, non-compliance, go back to jail.
If you think that's right, and you think that's the country you want to live in, you will reap what you sow.
Michael Bartlett.
Viva!
We go fishing all over Florida.
You are welcome anytime.
Any questions you have, just ask the fishing license.
Ooh, the screenshot that.
Next trip is canals near Fort Lauderdale for peacock bass in three weeks.
As a Canadian, I...
Okay, sorry, I got that.
Thank you very much.
And we got to...
I identify as...
I'm not sure I can read this.
Ted, thank you for the super chat.
You should check out John Campbell's most, okay, I got that one as well.
Point Curation, got that, thank you.
Clearly your doctor, okay, we got that one as well.
I hope you are able to exact some justice for Tamara from this side.
Freedom always and forever.
Point curation.
On an autistic and mentally ill level, I think all of this is a recursive dream, not just for me, but for all of us and each of us.
The distance between each of us, Satan and God, is next to nothing.
Point curation.
Thank you.
Hold on one second.
Steve, please confirm you are not going to be working with the Church of Scientology.
I confirm I will not be working with the Church of Scientology or any religious institution for that matter.
I have nothing against it.
It's just not my bag.
It's not my cup of tea.
Do I hear people screaming?
But that might be my time to exunt, as we say.
It's like she robbed a store of $901.
That would be even worse.
Viva should move to Nevada and rename his channel Viva Las Vegas.
Well, I have an idea of just the Viva family channel.
It's just going to be called Viva Florida.
And I'm just going to discover and explore something new every week in Florida.
I got so many.
I'm going back to Robbie's Marina, and I'm going to have a tarpon destroy my arm like I did the last time we were here.
Pat King's still in jail.
Hold on, actually, let me just see this right now before we end this.
We'll just see where Pat King is.
So Tamar Litch, the judge is going to render his judgment on Friday.
I don't pray.
I'm just hoping it has sanctions against Karimji.
Karimji deserves to be sanctioned.
Judicially sanctioned.
Pat King involved earlier.
There's no more news for Pat King.
Oh, no, the news from CTV and CTV News.
He was involved early in the convoy.
It's unbelievable.
I am sorry to hear I'm only optimistic at attempting.
To aim, to pursue meaning, gentleness, reliability, etc.
If I am severely effing it up, I hope anyone would let me know.
I try hard, but I am just me.
Did I just see another one?
And just keep fighting.
One day, Mankari, I'm going to watch that episode of...
What was that episode of?
Twilight Zone?
I think so.
Okay, people, so that's it.
Hopefully tomorrow, better lighting, better mic, better mic setup.
Let me see here on Rumble.
We're good.
I hope it's insightful.
I hope it's insightful.
But thank you all for being here.
Star Trek.
Okay, good.
That's right.
Thank you.
Jesus.
The chat is smart and the chat is quick.
Viva, watch out for Hare Krishna.
They'll shave you bald.
Never.
But I like this streak.
That is my scar from the last two years.
I don't remember the last time I cut my hair was.
I have to go back and look.
Okay, peeps.
Go.
Enjoy the evening.
I'm going to go have dinner and hit up a pool.
There's a little community pool down the road and it's beautiful.
And I walked the dog at midnight last night.
I thought I heard cats mewling behind a fence and I went to look.
Frogs.
Yeah, I'm going to keep it going.
It was amazing.
It was so curly today.
It was, as far as my perception of myself goes, it was unattractive curly.
So I had to wash it, brush it, and that's it.
Have a nice evening as well.
Soon people will be noodling.
I met someone from Georgia.
He tried to get me noodling.
We'll see what happens.
Maybe.
Maybe.
We'll see.
Okay, go.
Everyone, enjoy the night.
Thank you for being here with me.
See you tomorrow.
