[00:00:14]  I don't know if it's about Little Green Manor flying saucers, Mr. Morgan, but I do think it's about disclosure.

[00:00:21]  Is the world, is America, is the wider world ready for the stuff that you've seen and heard?
[00:00:26]  It's not the government's job to decide what I can and cannot handle.
[00:00:29]  They look down upon people like me and they joke about it and they laugh about it behind my back.
[00:00:34]  I've got a big mouth.
[00:00:35]  I'm sick of the American public being lied to about a lot of issues.
[00:00:39]  If that makes me a target, so be it.
[00:00:42]  Back in February, President Trump ordered War Secretary Pete Hegseth to prepare the release of the UFO files.
[00:00:48]  The announcement followed comments by former President Obama, whose admission that aliens are real was described by Trump as a leak of classified information.
[00:00:55]  It's fair to say that Hegseth and the War Department have been a bit tied up recently, but the president now says the process is well underway and the first wave of documents will be released very soon.
[00:01:06]  You remember I recently directed the Secretary of War.
[00:01:10]  How good is Pete Hickson doing, by the way?
[00:01:17]  To begin releasing government files relating to UFOs and unexplained aerial phenomena.
[00:01:25]  And I figured this was a good crowd because I know you people, you're really into that.
[00:01:29]  I don't know if I am.
[00:01:31]  So I'm pleased to report today, I thought I'd save it for this crowd because you're a little bit out there, you know, a little bit.
[00:01:39]  That this process is well underway and we found many very interesting documents, I must say.
[00:01:45]  And the first releases will begin very, very soon so you can go out and see if that phenomena is correct.
[00:01:51]  Your finger, then let me know.
[00:01:55]  Well, thousands of documents and images will reveal intelligence on unexplained aerial phenomena, or UAPs as they're now known.
[00:02:02]  Successive governments have kept the file secret due to concerns over how the public would handle apparent evidence of superior alien life.
[00:02:09]  Republican Congressman Tim Burchett sits on the House Oversight Committee.
[00:02:13]  He says the public can handle the truth.
[00:02:15]  He's also made headlines by describing military briefings on underwater alien bases.
[00:02:20]  And he joins me now.
[00:02:21]  Congressman, thank you very much indeed for joining me on Uncensored.
[00:02:25]  Thank y'all for having me.
[00:02:26]  It's a real pleasure to be with you, Mr. Morgan.
[00:02:30]  Well, let me start with a very direct question.
[00:02:33]  Do you believe aliens exist?
[00:02:36]  Yes, sir, I do.
[00:02:37]  Yes, sir, I do.
[00:02:39]  I'm a Christian and it doesn't, I'm on the forgiven end of the Christian spectrum.
[00:02:44]  I'm not here to proselytize or save your soul, but I just tell you that for background.
[00:02:49]  You know, Genesis 1, chapter 1, God created the heavens and the earth.
[00:02:53]  You look at the book of Ezekiel, Ezekiel saw the wheel.
[00:02:56]  And it described a wheel within a wheel with some sort of landing gear that came down from it.
[00:03:05]  You know, in a wheel, back in biblical times, the most advanced technological machinery they had was a wheel.
[00:03:11]  So that's what they were describing as close as they could describe it.
[00:03:15]  We've seen too much.
[00:03:16]  I've seen too much, not myself personally, but when I've been briefed by government officials, video, pictures, Some of the best trained pilots in the world have described having close collisions with some sort of aircraft or apparatus.
[00:03:37]  And so I think it's time that they come clean.
[00:03:39]  I don't know if it's about Little Green Manor flying saucers, Mr. Morgan, but I do think it's about disclosure, it's about transparency.
[00:03:46]  And you, as a member of the media, should be all for that regardless.
[00:03:50]  I just want to know what we're spending tens of millions of dollars on.
[00:03:55]  Yeah, listen, let me be clear.
[00:03:58]  I'm of the view we should be as transparent as possible about these things.
[00:04:03]  I find it impossible to think that we are the only creatures that exist in the universe.
[00:04:09]  Makes no sense to me whatsoever.
[00:04:10]  We're a tiny pinprick out there.
[00:04:13]  There are gazillion galaxies, this massive universe.
[00:04:17]  Of course, there's other stuff out there, is my instinctive feeling.
[00:04:21]  But as a journalist, I do like to rely on cold, hard facts.
[00:04:27]  So I guess the more difficult question for you.
[00:04:30]  Is you've seen and heard about what we would describe as phenomena, I guess, but it's unexplained phenomena.
[00:04:38]  Have you ever seen any cold, hard, irrefutable factual evidence to support alien life?
[00:04:46]  Well, unless dozens of federal authorities are lying to me and pilots are lying to me, and the pictures and videos and things they've shown me are complete fabrications, and if they are, then I guess I haven't.
[00:05:04]  But have I seen a craft or anything fly over me that was unidentifiable?
[00:05:09]  No, sir, I have not personally.
[00:05:11]  No, but I do believe I have to question why a pilot, some of the best in the world, would risk their reputations coming forth and telling me this stuff.
[00:05:22]  And the descriptions they gave were very vivid and very similar to what civilians and people that have somebody even I know back 40 or 50 years ago had seen.
[00:05:35]  And the descriptions were almost identical.
[00:05:42]  So, what were they?
[00:05:43]  What are you specifically referring to there?
[00:05:46]  I had a friend of mine who was in the Navy, and I was on one of these TV shows that you've been on multiple times.
[00:05:52]  You know, it's funny when they film you, they'll film you sometimes for 15 or 20 minutes, and then they'll use it for seven dadgum episodes.
[00:06:00]  So, I'm just thinking I'm on one episode.
[00:06:02]  And, you know, I was in Nashville, Tennessee, of all places.
[00:06:06]  I was at a dinner, and a guy used to be in the legislature in Nashville, but he's no longer in Nashville, of course, because that's just where the state capitol is.
[00:06:14]  He called me and I remember he picked up the phone.
[00:06:17]  He said, Timbo, he just said, I saw you just on this alien show.
[00:06:22]  And I thought, you know, he was going to make some joke to me about it.
[00:06:25]  And he said, when I was in the Navy, and he described a situation where they were on top of, or they were on the deck of a ship, and this craft flew over them and then it took off without any noise or anything, any disturbance around them.
[00:06:41]  And it was, he described it as something.
[00:06:43]  I mean, he's a country boy, and I'm more or less a country boy, described as something about two city blocks.
[00:06:49]  And he said it was circular in shape.
[00:06:53]  And then he said, when they went back to port, these two men came on the boat in suits and suitcases or briefcases and debriefed them and told them that if they talked about that, they'd be busting rocks for the rest of their life if they were lucky.

=== Why The Truth Is Held Back (09:23) ===

[00:07:12]  And none of them talked about it.
[00:07:14]  I mean, that's just back when people did that.
[00:07:16]  Nobody was looking for a book deal or the internet wasn't around for them to get clicks on it.
[00:07:21]  And then I. When I came out and started talking about all this to folks, I'd get calls from people, and I got a call from a former Air Force officer who described eerily something of the same shape, the same color, the portals that were in it.
[00:07:40]  And then just this last week, I was in a skiff, briefed on some stuff that didn't look anything like that.
[00:07:49]  There's like three or four different groups that you see there's the classic saucers.
[00:07:55]  There's something that you and I, maybe, or the scientific community, would describe as plasma.
[00:08:01]  And then there's some of this other stuff that's unknown out there or wedge shaped things.
[00:08:06]  So there are several different varieties that have been spotted throughout recent history.
[00:08:13]  And these people had no connection with each other.
[00:08:16]  Again, you know, our military, I don't know if you know this or not, sir, but if they make a sighting like this, you know, they're pulled off the line and they will get a psych evaluation.
[00:08:26]  They will literally get a blemish on their records.
[00:08:29]  So it's not encouraged.
[00:08:31]  And again, you know, and when I have some little punk with a man bun who's an unelected bureaucrat telling me and a bunch of military people that the president is on a need to know basis, I think that tells you we've got a real problem within our government.
[00:08:49]  And it's worldwide, I feel like.
[00:08:51]  This is something that's being held back for whatever reason.
[00:08:56]  Whatever reason, I just want the answers.
[00:08:57]  So, you believe I know that you've been right.
[00:09:01]  You've been very vocal that you think there's been a sort of big cover up by people at the Pentagon, successive governments, and so on.
[00:09:08]  President Trump is clearly teeing us up for the release of all sorts of information, documents, images, and so on.
[00:09:16]  Do you have any knowledge of what we're going to be seeing and when we will see it?
[00:09:21]  Now, I talked to the president, had a pretty lengthy conversation, and this was part of that conversation.
[00:09:27]  That I would like to just see the disclosure.
[00:09:29]  My problem with that is President Trump, he's my friend, is that he just doesn't know the questions to ask and doesn't know if the stuff they're giving him is stuff that we've already seen before.
[00:09:39]  It's just a reiteration of things.
[00:09:41]  I mean, there are documented cases of these things flying over nuclear facilities and the nuclear facility has a complete shutdown.
[00:09:48]  And then when we ask a government official about that, at least when I did, I was told, we don't have any data points on that.
[00:09:55]  Now, what the heck does that mean?
[00:09:57]  It's a documented case.
[00:09:59]  You can.
[00:09:59]  You can research it, you can read about it in several different places.
[00:10:03]  But I worry about that because you remember when it first came out, and really, a lot of people were screaming and yelling about it.
[00:10:12]  But when it first came out, what I think really set it off was I was standing in Washington, I was going somewhere, and TMZ, a reporter for TMZ, had a mic, had a camera on me and said, What do you think about this new report that's coming out?
[00:10:26]  And I said, It'll, you know, it looked like somebody shot it with a 12 gauge, it'll just be redacted points.
[00:10:31]  I said, And it's not going to come out this week.
[00:10:34]  It'll come out weeks later because what happens is they issue the report and it probably has a lot of truth in it.
[00:10:41]  And for whatever reason, the intelligence community will censor it.
[00:10:46]  And then that's exactly what happened.
[00:10:48]  It was just a blacked out, full of nothingness and had a few sentences in there that were legible.
[00:10:54]  And that's what happens almost every time.
[00:10:56]  And I'm afraid that's what's going to happen with this.
[00:10:58]  I have no faith in our federal government will release any of this stuff.
[00:11:04]  You've said in September last year that you think aliens could be in five or six underwater bases off U.S. coasts, which is an extraordinary claim.
[00:11:15]  Do you have any evidence to support that?
[00:11:18]  Well, I haven't been in those, I haven't been underwater, but yeah, I talked to a man who was an admiral in the United States Navy, and he described those areas.
[00:11:30]  And my point on this is this there's five deep water areas.
[00:11:34]  We have a lot of sightings in the air over that.
[00:11:36]  We have cases where something big as a football field has been traced on our sonar that went over 200 miles an hour.
[00:11:47]  And it's happened more than once.
[00:11:49]  And again, we know more about the surface of the moon than we do these deep water areas.
[00:11:53]  It just seems to me the probability of something traveling light years is beyond my realm of comprehension.
[00:12:02]  I know quantum physics says otherwise, but again, I didn't.
[00:12:07]  I didn't take that at Beard Junior High School growing up.
[00:12:10]  So I'm not really sure about that.
[00:12:12]  But it would just seem to me if something was here, that's how it would do it.
[00:12:16]  And is it possible?
[00:12:18]  Is it the truth?
[00:12:19]  I don't know.
[00:12:20]  I just stated that that is something that's been discussed more than once and it's been discussed at some very high levels.
[00:12:30]  You've been quite apocalyptic in some of the comments you've made about what would happen if all the stuff that you've seen and heard gets released.
[00:12:39]  You said the country would come unglued if they would have heard all that I heard.
[00:12:45]  You've been briefed by just about every alphabet agency there is.
[00:12:48]  You also said the information could set the earth on fire.
[00:12:53]  Scary stuff.
[00:12:54]  I mean, is the world, is America, is the wider world ready for the stuff that you've seen and heard?
[00:13:00]  Or is it best we just don't know about it?
[00:13:03]  They need to be.
[00:13:04]  And the quote about setting it on fire was a little taken out of context, but that's okay.
[00:13:10]  I don't care.
[00:13:11]  Yeah, I think we should know about it.
[00:13:15]  Whether it's not the government's job to decide what I can and cannot handle, that's an arrogance that these people have.
[00:13:23]  And they look down upon people like me and they joke about it and they laugh about it behind my back, or they, members of Congress will say smart aleck stuff to me.
[00:13:31]  And yet, several high ranking members have come to me and stated that they'd had a They had seen something.
[00:13:39]  Either one was in the military, was watch on their, I believe it was their ship they were on, night watch, and spotted some stuff.
[00:13:47]  Heck, Jimmy Carter, former president of the United States, claims he saw a UFO.
[00:13:51]  So I think I'm in pretty good footing.
[00:13:57]  And over half the population, they've done polls, it's over 55% believes that something else is out there.
[00:14:03]  And as you stated, I mean, we are one grain of sand on a billion beaches.
[00:14:08]  And so I think, but.
[00:14:10]  Some of the stuff I've heard is pretty troubling.
[00:14:13]  It's very troubling to think that we just deny their existence and then we have aircraft, half a billion dollar aircraft with some highly trained professionals on it that are put into harm's way and we've had to scrub missions before because something's out there and that the Pentagon claims that they have no knowledge of it.
[00:14:35]  And it's not going to be ours, sir.
[00:14:38]  And because if it was ours, we wouldn't risk.
[00:14:41]  Risk those lives and we value life.
[00:14:43]  I think it's pretty apparent.
[00:14:44]  With President Trump spent untold millions of dollars to rescue that pilot, which he should, because, dadgummit, we value life.
[00:14:51]  And it's very important to us.
[00:14:55]  So, do I think it's China?
[00:14:57]  I'm always asked, don't you think it's China or Russia?
[00:14:59]  Well, Russia wouldn't be bogged down in Ukraine if they were there.
[00:15:03]  And China would own the world.
[00:15:05]  I'm not so sure they don't now, but because they agreed to some American politicians, but I do think that if they had this knowledge and technology, The world would look like a completely different place.
[00:15:17]  And I don't, again, I don't think it's ours because we're not going to risk our fighting men and women by putting these things out there so close to them.
[00:15:29]  Finally, Congresswoman, you obviously have a lot of information which could be very explosive.
[00:15:35]  Have you, and there are people clearly you believe who don't want this information out there.
[00:15:39]  Do you ever fear for your safety?
[00:15:41]  Have you had any threats telling you to shut up?
[00:15:45]  Well, I constantly have death threats all my life, sir.
[00:15:49]  I've been warned many times about doing certain events, parades, things like that.
[00:15:55]  I'm not sure if it's about this issue or just that I've got a big mouth and that I don't filter it and I'm sick of it.
[00:16:02]  I'm sick of the American public being lied to about a lot of issues.
[00:16:06]  And I guess that if that makes me a target, so be it.
[00:16:09]  But yeah, when I go out, when I'm at events that's announced I'm going to be there, I have to have security there.
[00:16:16]  And that's, you know, I have spent tens of thousands of dollars on my farm for security out here.
[00:16:25]  We know when somebody gets out here on my acreage and it's, we do take precautions.
[00:16:33]  But on this issue, I don't know.
[00:16:34]  I worry about it when you see.

=== Security And Public Lies (02:59) ===

[00:16:36]  10 or 11 people that are scientists that just disappear or die mysteriously, leaving their house without any identification.
[00:16:48]  There's something going on there.
[00:16:50]  I think the message is being sent.
[00:16:51]  I've described it as if you're in the mob and you own a nice restaurant and you're afraid your chef's giving out the secret recipes to the competition, do you take him out?
[00:17:04]  Probably not.
[00:17:04]  You might rough up a few bus boys or something, just kind of send the message.
[00:17:08]  But not that any of these people that disappeared would be bus boys.
[00:17:12]  But I think y'all in the media need to start paying attention to that and start asking questions and quit taking the government's side on this thing about what's going on in this country.
[00:17:25]  Well, it's interesting.
[00:17:26]  I was going to ask you about that, but you preempted it.
[00:17:28]  President Trump says the U.S. is investigating the mystery disappearance of 10 prominent scientists, including some who worked on sensitive space and defense matters.
[00:17:37]  They say all 10 are missing.
[00:17:39]  Or dead, it's going to be fascinating.
[00:17:41]  I agree with you.
[00:17:42]  I mean, you should certainly have the media asking difficult questions about it because it does seem, on the face of it, very odd, very hard to explain, and potentially very sinister.
[00:17:53]  So, I agree with you.
[00:17:55]  I think the media should be asking questions about it, and we'll see where those questions lead, as we will see where these files, when they get released, lead in terms of public understanding of UFOs.
[00:18:07]  But for now, Congressman, I'll leave it there.
