The Trish Regan Show - 🚨 WARRANT ISSUED: Comey INDICTED by Grand Jury — ARREST UNDERWAY Aired: 2026-04-29 Duration: 01:20:15 === Comey Indicted Under Two Counts (14:58) === [00:00:01] Welcome to the big show, everyone. [00:00:02] We said Comey was going down one way or another. [00:00:04] And boy, oh boy, this new DOJ chief who took over for Pam Bondi, Todd Blanch, he's not messing around. [00:00:13] One James Comey has a warrant out for his arrest at this hour. [00:00:18] Big, big story. [00:00:19] We'll talk all about it. [00:00:20] Plus, Jimmy Kimmel may finally be done at ABC. [00:00:23] ABC's giving him some pretty bad news. [00:00:25] As ABC finds out, it is now the subject of a formal probe by the FCC. [00:00:32] The Learning Center got raided today. [00:00:35] How about that? [00:00:37] Meanwhile, just another day of news. [00:00:40] Trump breaks NATO and OPEC, like in one fall swoop. [00:00:46] Gone. [00:00:47] Well, in the case of OPEC, they've lost the UAE. [00:00:50] So it's the beginning of the end. [00:00:52] And NATO has decided not to hold all its summits. [00:00:57] Apparently, it's too afraid of Trump. [00:00:59] Welcome to the program, everyone. [00:01:00] Please make sure that you subscribe, that you share, that you like, that you make a comment. [00:01:04] I do read them all. [00:01:05] Good to have you here. [00:01:06] Comey has been indicted. [00:01:07] There is a warrant out for one James Comey's arrest at this hour because of that little clever seashell posting he made a few years back. [00:01:17] Do you remember that one? [00:01:18] You remember all those seashells that were so cleverly arranged into '86, '47? [00:01:23] And he's, I don't know what that means. [00:01:25] I just thought it was a pretty little sculpture. [00:01:27] Yeah, right. [00:01:29] All right. [00:01:29] Well, James Comey, he's being indicted for this. [00:01:32] A federal grand jury out of North Carolina just handed down this indictment. [00:01:36] It's related to that May 2025, just about a year ago. [00:01:40] That post came out and he was seemingly threatening to kill the president or suggesting that somebody do it. [00:01:48] 86, 47. [00:01:49] I mean, if you've ever worked in the restaurant industry, you know what 86 means. [00:01:54] Like, we got no more lasagna today. [00:01:58] 86 means to basically take out, okay? [00:02:00] And if you are the director of the FBI and you don't know that, well, then we just don't know what to tell you. [00:02:05] But he's just pretending like, oh, we didn't know, we didn't know, we didn't know. [00:02:08] Well, they've been investigating this for the last year. [00:02:11] At the time, back when this occurred in May, May 15th, actually, Kash Patel put out, we are aware the recent tweet by former FBI director James Comey directed at President Trump. [00:02:21] We are in communication with the secretary and with the, forgive me, with the Secret Service, and we are allowing them the primary jurisdiction on this. [00:02:34] The FBI will provide all necessary support. [00:02:36] But basically, they were saying they were looking into this. [00:02:38] They were looking into this. [00:02:39] They were looking into this, and they looked into it. [00:02:42] And today, it amounted to one James Comey getting indicted by a grand jury in North Carolina. [00:02:47] Let's watch. [00:02:49] As you heard from the Attorney General and the U.S. Attorney, former FBI Director James Comey has now been indicted for two felony counts. [00:02:56] While many of you may read this indictment and view this matter as a simple investigation, it is the farthest thing from that. [00:03:02] Every single investigation this FBI and our partners at the Department of Justice undertake, especially those that involve the threats to harm or hurt or even kill individuals, whether they behold public office or civilians in our country, are met with the same measure of investigative prowess and tools and personnel in partnership with the Department of Justice as anyone else. [00:03:22] As the U.S. Attorney indicated, James Comey will be afforded every matter of due process under the United States Constitution. [00:03:28] And as the Attorney General indicated, this has been a case that's been investigated over the past 9, 10, 11 months. [00:03:34] These cases take time. [00:03:36] Our investigators work methodically. [00:03:38] They are career agents, career prosecutors who work these matters. [00:03:42] They call the balls and strikes in the field as they see fit pursuant to the facts of the case and the law. [00:03:47] They took that information and made a presentment to a grand jury, a jury of appears in the district in which the alleged crime took place. [00:03:55] And that grand jury spoke and that grand jury returned a two-count indictment against James Comey. [00:04:01] James Comey allegedly threatened the life of the President of the United States. [00:04:06] And as you all now know, shortly after posting that threat, he deleted that threat and then issued an apology. [00:04:13] All of that information was presented to the grand jury. [00:04:16] And Mr. Comey will have his day in court and his ability to speak to a jury of his peers. [00:04:22] Thank you. [00:04:23] Boom. [00:04:24] Wow. [00:04:24] Okay. [00:04:24] So maybe he's regretting it now. [00:04:26] Maybe he regretted it right away. [00:04:28] because what it effectively did was call for the assassination, which, by the way, given that we'd already had two attempts, and now this past weekend we saw the third attempt, two attempts on the president's life, and the former head of the FBI is writing this in the sand, saying, oh, what a cute little arrangement I saw. [00:04:47] Unbelievable. [00:04:48] So under U.S. Code 871, 18 U.S. 71, U.S. law, 18 U.S. Code 871, it's a federal crime to knowingly and willingly make a threat. [00:05:01] To kill, kidnap, or harm the president and certain other officials. [00:05:05] That includes written threats, whether it be texts, emails, social media posts, James Comey letters, etc. [00:05:12] It is not considered free speech. [00:05:15] It is not something that is protected by the First Amendment. [00:05:19] It is something that the court considers, in fact, a true threat, hence the indictment of one James Comey threatening to kill or injure the president, also transmitting a threat in interstate commerce. [00:05:32] So he got indicted under two particular Counts. [00:05:37] And now at this moment, we are awaiting his arrest. [00:05:41] I want to go back to the press conference that we saw today. [00:05:44] Todd Blanche, the new head of the DOJ, taking over from Pambondi, speaking out on this. [00:05:49] Now you'll hear a reporter say, Well, how can you prove that? [00:05:52] How can you prove that? [00:05:52] He said he didn't mean it that way. [00:05:54] Just a cute little seashell sculpture, right? [00:05:57] That's all. [00:05:58] And Todd Blanche makes his feelings known. [00:06:01] Watch. [00:06:04] Sir, how will you prove intent? [00:06:06] When, as the director had acknowledged, Mr. Comey said he did not associate 86 with doing harm and he took it down promptly, said it was political speech, not an intent to harm the president. [00:06:19] Well, it's not, this case was indicted today. [00:06:23] This conduct occurred about a year ago, May 15th of last year. [00:06:27] There's been a tremendous amount of investigation, and how do you prove intent in any case? [00:06:32] You prove intent with witnesses, with documents, with the defendant himself to the extent it's appropriate. [00:06:38] And that's how we'll improve intent in this case. [00:06:41] And so I think that talking about what Mr. Comey will or will not do if there's a trial, when there's a trial, it's very premature for me to do that today. [00:06:53] Premature, premature indeed. [00:06:56] Now, some political joking or hyperbole may be protected, right, under free speech. [00:07:02] And in fact, the Supreme Court did decide in Watts versus the United States that some of that venting or joking or exaggeration would, in fact, be protected. [00:07:12] But what's going to become an issue here is that Comey is saying, Well, I didn't mean it that way. [00:07:18] And the court is going to make the decision whether he meant it that way or not. [00:07:22] Because let's just say, I think that you're not really the head of the FBI without knowing what the term 86 means. [00:07:31] And obviously, he had to have known what it meant, or why would he take it down so fast? [00:07:35] Let's listen to the president back in May 2025 reacting to Comey's little post. [00:07:43] He knew exactly what that meant. [00:07:45] A child knows what that meant. [00:07:47] If you're the FBI director and you don't know what that meant, that meant assassination. [00:07:54] And it says it loud and clear. [00:07:57] Now, he wasn't very competent, but he was competent enough to know what that meant. [00:08:03] And he did it for a reason, and he was hit so hard. [00:08:08] Because people like me. [00:08:10] They like what's happening with our country. [00:08:11] Our country's become respected again, and all this. [00:08:14] And he's calling for the assassination of the president. [00:08:17] Obviously, he apologized and said he doesn't want to be involved in the assassination. [00:08:20] Well, he apologized for bad violence. [00:08:21] But look, he's a very bad guy. [00:08:22] What do you want to see happen? [00:08:23] What do you want to see happen? [00:08:24] I don't want to take a position on it because that's going to be up to Pam and all of the great people. [00:08:29] But I will say this I think it's a terrible thing. [00:08:32] And when you add his history to that, if he had a clean history, he doesn't. [00:08:38] He's a dirty cup. [00:08:39] He's a dirty cup. [00:08:41] And if he had a clean history, I could understand if there was a leniency. [00:08:47] But I'm going to let them make that decision. [00:08:50] Okay. [00:08:50] And they're going to be making that decision. [00:08:52] Again, just to reiterate. [00:08:54] When you make that kind of threat against the president of the United States and other certain officials, it is not protected by freedom of speech. [00:09:01] It is not protected by the First Amendment. [00:09:03] It is considered, in fact, a threat on the president. [00:09:06] And it's obviously very risky to do something like that, even if you think you're cute or you think you're funny, because authorities may not see it that way. [00:09:13] And when it's a threat against the president's life, that gets investigated by Secret Service, as was done in this particular case, as Kash Patel said back in May of 2025, being investigated by the Secret Service. [00:09:25] Now it has come full circle. [00:09:27] It's front and center. [00:09:29] And James Comey is in a lot of trouble right about now. [00:09:32] Don't forget Stephen Miller at the time making this point that the president was abroad when this happened. [00:09:37] He writes, as the former FBI director and a key leader of the deep state, Comey's call for assassination while the president is abroad, no less, is a chilling escalation of the war against our democracy by a faction committed to its destruction. [00:09:50] So he was making the point, rightly so, that that was totally uncalled for, especially when the president was overseas. [00:09:58] Tulsi Gabbard said the guy needs to go to jail. [00:10:01] Watch. [00:10:03] Do you believe Comey should be in jail? [00:10:05] I do. [00:10:07] I'm very concerned for the president's life. [00:10:09] We've already seen assassination attempts. [00:10:11] I'm very concerned for his life. [00:10:14] And she should be concerned, right? [00:10:18] She should continue to be concerned. [00:10:19] But here's the good news there's a warrant out for James Comey's arrest. [00:10:23] So you can't just say 86 47 as former head of the FBI and get away with it. [00:10:31] Meanwhile, Another question about whether someone has free speech or not. [00:10:37] Everybody's flipping out because you've got Jimmy Kimmel. [00:10:41] Jimmy Kimmel getting some really bad news from ABC today. [00:10:45] Is this finally going to be it for the guy? [00:10:48] Listen to this. [00:10:50] The FCC has launched a formal probe into the affiliates' relationship with ABC, and they're investigating whether or not those affiliates can continue to have their ABC affiliation because you see, the FCC controls that. [00:11:04] And it's Not just because of what Kimmel said regarding the widow comment, which was pretty bad, but has a lot to do with concerns about Disney and ABC being in violation of the law vis a vis discriminating against people who don't say look a certain way because they were so obsessed with DEI that they kind of got a little carried away and apparently had some quotas in effect and certain affinity groups in the office in effect. [00:11:34] And if you looked like me, for example, you weren't getting into any of those. [00:11:38] Oh, you know, there goes my job on The View. [00:11:40] Darn it. [00:11:41] FCC opens federal case against ABC. [00:11:44] Kimmel losing his show? [00:11:45] Possibly. [00:11:46] I mean, that might be the olive branch they give them. [00:11:49] I don't know. [00:11:49] FCC orders a review of ABC's broadcast licenses. [00:11:53] So I want to distinguish between what happened with Kimmel, because they'll all say it's a result of Kimmel, and what actually was already going down. [00:11:59] This was actually already going down, okay? [00:12:01] So this was already initiated by one Brandon Carr at the FCC. [00:12:08] He was already looking into whether or not there was some violation of the law with all of the DEI nonsense. [00:12:15] In fact, this went out about. [00:12:16] About a year and a few weeks ago, I've asked the FCC's enforcement bureau, he writes, to open an investigation into Disney and ABC. [00:12:24] While Disney started as an iconic American company, it recently went all in on DEI, and I am concerned that DEI practices may violate FCC prohibitions on insidious forms of discrimination. [00:12:36] Not to mention violating the Constitution, right? [00:12:38] Harvard had to learn that the hard way. [00:12:40] Disney, perhaps too, learning it the hard way. [00:12:43] But of course, the timing is very interesting, and everybody's very focused on that, because let's just say Jimmy Kimmel. [00:12:51] Is no class act. [00:12:52] Jimmy Kimmel making the assassination jokes like hours before it happened again for the third time. [00:13:00] It happened twice already, right? [00:13:01] Which is why it's not cool for James Comey to say 8647 in his little sand sculpture. [00:13:07] And it's not cool for Jimmy Kimmel to say what he did. [00:13:11] I'll play it for you about Mrs. Trump, our first lady having a glow like an expectant widow watch. [00:13:21] Our first lady Melania is here. [00:13:23] Look at Melania. [00:13:24] So beautiful. [00:13:24] Mrs. Trump, you have a glow like an expectant widow. [00:13:31] So this may actually cost him. [00:13:33] And, you know, it all gets wrapped up into one. [00:13:35] I want to reiterate that the FCC's case against ABC is not actually this. [00:13:40] It could be a separate case. [00:13:42] It could go after him for separate things, but it's a case about DEI. [00:13:46] But just keep in mind what he said, right? [00:13:48] And then keep in mind the reaction out of Melania Trump, who started it. [00:13:51] just yesterday morning saying, you know what, this is uncalled for, this is not right. [00:13:55] And she really took this on. [00:13:57] And then the president followed up several hours later. [00:13:59] Look at Melania's comment here. [00:14:01] She put this first out on True Social. [00:14:03] It was also on X. Kimmel's hateful and violent rhetoric is intended to divide our country. [00:14:09] She writes, his monologue about my family isn't comedy. [00:14:11] His words are corrosive and deepens the political sickness within America. [00:14:14] People like Kimmel shouldn't have the opportunity to enter our homes each evening to spread hate. [00:14:20] That's an important sentence that she just said. [00:14:23] Vis a vis what the FCC can do via the 1934 Communications Act. [00:14:29] She continues, A coward, Kimmel hides behind ABC because he knows the network will keep running cover to protect him. [00:14:35] Gosh, you know, that's pathetic. [00:14:39] And there's a new CEO at Disney, Josh Tomorrow, who comes from the parks division, not the entertainment or anything. [00:14:44] And maybe he's a little bit more nuts and bolts and a little bit more meats and potatoes. [00:14:47] And maybe he actually has some values. [00:14:49] We'll find out. [00:14:50] She continues, Enough is enough. [00:14:51] It is time for ABC to take a stand. [00:14:53] How many times will ABC's leadership enable Kimmel's atrocious behavior? [00:14:57] at the expense of our community. === FCC Threatens Kimmel Over Content (14:43) === [00:14:59] Some pretty strong words there for Melania Trump. [00:15:02] She doesn't really go out there that often. [00:15:04] She's got to care a lot. [00:15:05] And understandably, she does care a lot because she's getting sick and tired of people taking shots at her husband, for goodness sakes. [00:15:11] She does not want that happening anymore. [00:15:13] And the country's gotten to such a ridiculous point where you have all of these media members and heck, you know, people like the former head of the FBI going on MSNBC and CNN and thinking he's all important and saying all these things. [00:15:26] You got James Corville calling him the Antichrist. [00:15:28] Heck, you got Tucker calling him the Antichrist. [00:15:30] We've got all sides calling him the Antichrist. [00:15:32] You got everybody saying he's the next Hitler, you name it, they're all in. [00:15:36] And so, consequently, it's sort of juicing the crazies, if you would. [00:15:40] Hence, one, two, three attempts on his life. [00:15:44] The president, Trump, tweeting out this, while Jimmy Kimmel, who is in no way funny, as attested to by his terrible ratings, made a statement on his show that is really shocking. [00:15:53] He showed a fake video of First Lady Melania and her son, Barron, like they were actually sitting in his studio. [00:15:59] So it's one of those AI things, right? [00:16:00] Listening to him speak, which they weren't and never would be. [00:16:03] He then stated, Our First Lady Melania, look at her here. [00:16:06] She's so beautiful. [00:16:07] Mrs. Trump, you have a glow like an expected widow. [00:16:10] A day later, a lunatic tried entering the ballroom of the White House Correspondence Dinner, loaded up a shotgun, handgun, and many knives. [00:16:17] He was there for a very obvious and sinister reason. [00:16:20] He continues on writing that, you know what? [00:16:23] I appreciate that so many people are incensed by Kimmel's despicable call to violence and normally would not be responsive to anything that he said, but this is something far beyond the pale. [00:16:34] Jimmy Kimmel should immediately be fired by Disney and ABC. [00:16:39] Thank you for your attention to this matter. [00:16:40] Okay, so there you have it. [00:16:41] They're both calling. [00:16:43] On ABC and on Disney to fire one Jimmy Kimmel. [00:16:47] Do not forget, Jimmy Kimmel has a history of this. [00:16:50] Remember what we went through with Charlie Kirk? [00:16:52] And then the affiliates actually got worried. [00:16:54] They were like, look, you know, if we have content like this on and people are calling up saying we are really upset by this, then we might be in a situation where Brennan Carr and the FCC can come after us because we're not being sort of true to the standards that we're supposed to uphold, et cetera. [00:17:10] And so they voluntarily took the show off the air. [00:17:14] And now, We're reliving this. [00:17:16] It's like Jimmy never learns his lesson, right? [00:17:18] He could, by the way, at the very least, have taken those Twitter posts down. [00:17:23] He put these videos out. [00:17:24] You could have taken them down. [00:17:25] He could have said, you know, under the circumstances, it's really inappropriate for us to continue having this up there. [00:17:31] Please understand, we put this out before the third assassination attempt was taken on. [00:17:39] So he could have done that. [00:17:40] He didn't do that. [00:17:41] He also could have given a nice apology last night, but he didn't do that either. [00:17:45] He just said, well, you know, it's unfortunate what happened over the weekend, but you know what? [00:17:49] I stand by my joke. [00:17:52] And somehow he's got the support internally to do that. [00:17:55] I mean, the president's out for blood. [00:17:56] Why does ABC News fake news keep Jimmy Kimmel, a man with no talent and very poor television ratings on the air? [00:18:02] Why do TV syndicates, remember the affiliates, why do they put up with it? [00:18:06] Also, totally biased coverage. [00:18:08] Get the bum off the air. [00:18:09] He wrote this way back when, when, you know, after the Charlie Kirk thing. [00:18:14] So this has been brewing for a while. [00:18:18] You have a new CEO. [00:18:19] At Disney. [00:18:20] No more Bob Iger. [00:18:21] You know, I think Elon got the better end of that trade. [00:18:24] Remember Elon saying hi, Bob. [00:18:27] You know, after Bob tried to pull all advertising dollars from X as soon as Elon was in there well, he's getting some sweet revenge. [00:18:34] Right about now. [00:18:35] The new ceo is going to make a decision. [00:18:38] He's got a deal with Donald Trump, he's got Jimmy Kimmel really messing things up, not to mention the VIEW, and now there's a FCC probe into just exactly what they were doing on the DEI front. [00:18:49] That's going to cost Disney dearly. [00:18:52] Look at this, the stock down again, down yesterday, down today, and it's down all year, year to date. [00:18:59] We got a stock that's off about 9.3%, while the SP is up about 4%. [00:19:04] So there you have it, right? [00:19:06] And you've got Jimmy Kimmel offering no apology, no apology whatsoever. [00:19:11] And I think this is going to come back to Hanum because he's got Brendan Carr who's saying, hey, I got the 1934 Communications Act on my side. [00:19:21] So there's a lot he can do. [00:19:23] I mean, if you're not living up to the intended purpose of why we license these affiliates to begin with, consider this Communications Act, Section 309A, the primary licensing provisions, which says, subject to the provisions of this section, the Commission shall determine in the case of each application whether the public interest, convenience, and necessity will be served by granting of such application. [00:19:47] You heard that. [00:19:47] Public interest, public convenience, public necessity. [00:19:51] Well, it's clearly not necessary to watch one Jimmy Kimmel now, is it? [00:19:54] Is it in the public interest? [00:19:56] To watch Jimmy Kimmel, most likely not, which gets back to what Mrs. Trump, our first lady, Melania Trump, was saying people like Kimmel shouldn't have the opportunity to enter our homes each evening to spread hate. [00:20:10] So there's some ground for them to move on there, but that's not even entirely what Brennan Carr was getting into. [00:20:18] But let's just put it this way if he wanted to, he can and he could, because for whatever reason, nobody's been paying attention to the fact that. [00:20:27] The FCC is the ones that give out the license. [00:20:29] Okay. [00:20:29] So you don't have an ABC affiliate without the FCC saying, here you go. [00:20:34] Here's the license. [00:20:35] We govern and control the airwaves. [00:20:38] They do. [00:20:38] I mean, we've got First Amendment and all, but they have to, you know, the affiliates have to live up to this being in the public interest, convenience and necessity. [00:20:50] The public interest. [00:20:52] Is this in the public interest? [00:20:53] I don't think so. [00:20:53] Watch Brendan Carr on Betty's show recently. [00:20:56] You know, when you look at the conduct that has taken place by Jimmy Kimmel, it appears to be some of the sickest conduct possible. [00:21:10] As you've indicated, there are avenues here for the FCC. [00:21:14] So there are some ways in which I need to be a little bit careful because we could be called ultimately to be a judge on some of these claims that come up. [00:21:21] But I don't think this is an isolated incident. [00:21:23] I mean, you go back to Representative Swalwell, and he had, you know, emphasizing that Charlie Kirk's killer was a straight white male from a Republican family that voted for Donald Trump. [00:21:33] In some quarters, there's a very concerted effort to try to lie to the American people about the nature, as you indicate, of one of the most significant newsworthy public interest acts that we've seen in a long time. [00:21:50] And what appears to be an action appears to be an action by Jimmy Kimmel to play into that narrative that this was somehow. [00:22:01] A MAGA or Republican motivated person. [00:22:04] If that's what happened here with his conduct, that is really, really sick. [00:22:08] And I've been very clear from the moment that I have become chairman of the FCC, I want to reinvigorate the public interest. [00:22:16] And what people don't understand is that the broadcasters, and you've gotten this right, are entirely different than people that use other forms of communication. [00:22:23] They have a license granted by us at the FCC, and that comes with it an obligation to operate in the public interest. [00:22:31] And we can get into some ways that we've been trying to reinvigorate the public interest and some. [00:22:35] Changes that we've seen. [00:22:36] But frankly, when you see stuff like this, I mean, look, we can do this the easy way or the hard way. [00:22:41] These companies can find ways to change conduct, to take action, frankly, on Kimmel, or there's going to be additional work for the FCC ahead. [00:22:53] Okay, so he gave you a warning. [00:22:55] Okay, he was pretty clear. [00:22:57] He said, We have the ability to go after you with this. [00:23:00] We can determine whether this is in the public interest. [00:23:03] And we don't really think it's in the public interest to be hearing this spiel that's just left wing propaganda night after night after night after night. [00:23:10] On Kimmel's show, or frankly, The View for that matter, because they're in the crosshairs for sure at this point as well. [00:23:17] So, I think he's pretty clear. [00:23:20] And for whatever reason, Jimmy and Disney and ABC never seem to get the hint. [00:23:24] I mean, Germany's got the hint. [00:23:26] Germany's like rearming for the first time since 1945, right? [00:23:30] Germany can take the hint. [00:23:32] NATO can take the hint. [00:23:33] OPEC's getting the hint. [00:23:34] But apparently, Jimmy Kimmel just can't. [00:23:39] So, I think there's a lot more to come. [00:23:41] Listen, they're not even getting into that with this particular probe. [00:23:44] I just want to emphasize again that's on the DEI front. [00:23:49] But. [00:23:50] They can if needed. [00:23:55] And I wouldn't be surprised if they go there. [00:23:56] I mean, the better case may still be because it's pretty clear and simple. [00:24:06] You can't discriminate. [00:24:08] You can't discriminate. [00:24:09] And at this point in time, the DEI stuff has reached such a level that even if it's all been canceled out, Brendan Carr has records of what went down before. [00:24:24] And so they've told Disney, hold all your emails, hold this, that, and the other. [00:24:29] They were working on an enforcement bureau to open an investigation into Disney and ABC. [00:24:36] And as of now, they have that enforcement bureau saying, yes, we need this investigation moving forward. [00:24:44] This is very serious. [00:24:46] It has now just escalated in a pretty historic way. [00:24:49] So the concern was that there were. [00:24:51] You know, invidious forms of discrimination there at the company, at ABC and at Disney, because you know, you had to look a certain way in order to get a certain part. [00:25:01] And you know, Captain America has to be a black man now, blah blah blah blah. [00:25:06] And they were basically, oh, don't forget Snow White, right? [00:25:09] Snow White, we need a Hispanic girl from New Jersey, our little ingenue that used to be in West Side Story to play Snow White. [00:25:16] I mean, it's just really enough is enough. [00:25:18] I mean, the dwarfs, heck, all of Hollywood that happens to be. [00:25:23] I don't know what the appropriate term is to even call people of short stature now, but they were furious because they're like, hey, this is our chance. [00:25:32] We're going to be in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. [00:25:35] And you're not even going to afford us that opportunity? [00:25:37] No, because you can't have the dwarfs, because you can't say that word, because it's politically incorrect and somebody's going to get offended. [00:25:42] But then it turns out the actual dwarfs are really offended because they want to be in the movie and they want to be called the Seven Dwarfs. [00:25:48] Oh my goodness. [00:25:49] Oh my goodness. [00:25:50] Right. [00:25:53] Got to the point where, yeah, the FCC had to step in because it looked like they were doing a lot of things that were just not okay at ABC and at Disney. [00:26:06] And so it gets back once again to the licensing of these affiliates. [00:26:10] If they're committing some kind of shenanigans with their DEI stuff, then by all means, the FCC has every right and should be empowered to go after them. [00:26:23] Again, they warned, they warned, they warned. [00:26:25] It was all over the place. [00:26:26] I mean, for goodness sakes, he sent Iger a letter. [00:26:29] Did no one get the message? [00:26:31] Apparently not. [00:26:32] They're a little thick over there, especially at The View, which may find itself out of a show very, very soon. [00:26:40] Remember what Brendan Carr said about The View? [00:26:42] Oh, I don't know. [00:26:43] This is a few months back. [00:26:44] Take a peek. [00:26:46] Let's go to The View, shall we? [00:26:48] Joy Behar yesterday said this. [00:26:53] First of all, who tried to overthrow the government on January 6th? [00:26:56] Let me think. [00:26:57] Who was that again? [00:26:58] That was not Obama. [00:27:01] Is that he's so jealous of Obama because Obama is everything that he is not. [00:27:06] Trim. [00:27:09] Smart. [00:27:11] Handsome. [00:27:12] Happily married. [00:27:13] Happily married and can sing Al Green's song, Let's Stay Together, better than Al Green. [00:27:17] And Trump cannot stand it. [00:27:20] It's driving him crazy. [00:27:21] Jealousy is not a pretty. [00:27:23] Green is not a good color. [00:27:25] That from yesterday. [00:27:26] Who knows what happens today? [00:27:27] The White House chose to respond to that. [00:27:30] And this is what they said Joy Behar is an irrelevant loser. [00:27:34] Suffering from a severe case of Trump derangement syndrome. [00:27:37] It's no surprise that the View's ratings hit an all time low last year. [00:27:41] She should self reflect on her own jealousy of President Trump's historic popularity before her show is the next to be pulled off air. [00:27:50] Is the View now in the crosshairs of this administration? [00:27:55] Look, it's entirely possible that there are issues over there. [00:27:59] I mean, again, stepping back this broader dynamic, once President Trump has exposed these media gatekeepers and smashed this facade, there are a lot of consequences. [00:28:07] I think the consequences of that. [00:28:09] Aren't quite finished. [00:28:10] And look, The View's got a lot of challenges there. [00:28:11] It wasn't that long ago, I think one episode, one show alone, they had to stop, interrupt the show, and read four separate legal notices to try to avoid legal liability. [00:28:20] So I'm not surprised to hear people saying that their ratings are struggling. [00:28:24] Wow. [00:28:24] Sir, where does this end then? [00:28:27] Look, I think we need a course correction. [00:28:29] You know, it's time for America's legacy broadcasters to return to promoting the public interest. [00:28:34] And just recently, you know, Skydance, which is looking to acquire CBS, wrote letters to the FCC. [00:28:40] Committing to serious change, to trying to root out bias, to putting in place an ombudsman that would address these issues, to returning to unbiased, trustworthy journalism. [00:28:51] That's where we have to go. [00:28:52] And I think we're getting some wins along the way. [00:28:54] It's trust but verify at the end of the day. [00:28:55] You know, we're not where we need to go. [00:28:57] But I think this legacy media really needs to reorient, or they're going to continue to run into issues like Colbert, where it just doesn't make economic sense to run a partisan circus. [00:29:06] No, it doesn't, does it? [00:29:09] Okay. [00:29:10] It's not. [00:29:11] Going to make any economics. [00:29:13] I mean, the viewers don't even watch it. [00:29:14] They don't want to see that. [00:29:16] They want to see something more. [00:29:18] But a lot of people were thinking, oh, there's no way. [00:29:20] There's no way he's actually going to go there or do this. [00:29:22] I mean, we had to listen to the little guy. [00:29:26] Is it Potato Head or is it Humpty Dumpty? [00:29:29] I can't keep it straight, but he's the one who, like, is there a media critic who's so far left? [00:29:37] I mean, I don't know what to say about this. [00:29:39] He's like, the bias is just extraordinary. [00:29:42] Anyway, he. === Trump FCC Punishes Truthful Station (02:47) === [00:29:43] Was thinking like there's no way this is really going to happen. [00:29:47] Whoa, is he wrong? [00:29:49] Carr was at Mar a Lago yesterday. [00:29:51] He was talking with Trump and then he posted this threat on X. [00:29:55] And here's the thing I just want to emphasize that this is from a little while back, shortly after the Charlie Kirk stuff. [00:30:02] And so, again, just to reiterate, these threats, so to speak, have been out there and everybody's brushed them off, including what you're going to hear from this guy. [00:30:13] Like, there's no way it's going to happen. [00:30:14] No way it's going to happen. [00:30:16] Well, sure enough, it happened. [00:30:16] Cable channels like CNN are not regulated by the FCC, but local TV stations are. [00:30:21] And so Carr is threatening to revoke licenses or not renew licenses for these stations in the future. [00:30:27] However, the threat is pretty hollow. [00:30:29] He has very little power to follow through. [00:30:31] These licenses have eight year terms. [00:30:33] They're not up for renewal for years. [00:30:34] And it would cause a protracted legal fight if the Trump administration actually tries to punish stations in this way. [00:30:41] Yeah. [00:30:41] I mean, there's just, yeah, so many layers to this. [00:30:44] And I guess the question is, Brian, like, how far can it go? [00:30:51] It can go pretty far in the courts. [00:30:54] This can go on for a while. [00:30:55] And I got to say, I suspect we will see the Trump-controlled FCC attempt to punish a station, at least one station, in this way. [00:31:03] Ooh, it's a whole lot more than one. [00:31:04] I've seen in the past year how some media companies have acquiesced and made Trump-friendly moves while trying to win FCC approval for various mergers. [00:31:13] That's why CBS has an ombudsman now, for example. [00:31:16] So if media companies are pressured into submission and self-censorship, Carr and Trump will achieve some of what they want without actually taking explicit government action. [00:31:25] They'll just pressure companies into doing so. [00:31:27] But we've also seen from many media outlets a real reluctance to give in to that pressure. [00:31:34] For example, CNN CEO Mark Thompson just said the other day CNN's trying to tell the truth about this war, and no amount of public pressure or threats from the White House are going to change that posture. [00:31:45] I was really struck last night by what. [00:31:47] Bad, Okay, you're telling the truth about that. [00:31:51] Here's the thing you can tell the truth. [00:31:54] You should tell the truth. [00:31:55] You should always question everything. [00:31:57] You should definitely question the administration, authority. [00:31:59] Like, that is a reporter's job. [00:32:00] Don't get me wrong. [00:32:02] And a comedian should be able to laugh at things. [00:32:04] Don't get me wrong. [00:32:05] The problem is when it's night after night after night of the same old garbage, and it's day after day after day of the same old garbage, whether it be The View or whether it be Jimmy Kimmel or whether it be a very biased ABC News, at some point it's like, guys, enough is enough. [00:32:20] Like America voted him in. [00:32:22] You thought he didn't have a chance in HELL, right? [00:32:24] The way you carried on. [00:32:26] And you wanted to try and make sure of it for whatever reason. [00:32:28] And you got to say, like, why? === Dollar Control And Argentina Oil (13:36) === [00:32:30] Why was there money at stake? [00:32:32] What is it that they were so fearful of? [00:32:34] I mean, It's frankly insulting to history, the things that they say about him, insulting to so much of history. [00:32:43] And yet, this is what's continued on. [00:32:46] And so, it's got to change. [00:32:47] If they have an ombudsman at CBS, good. [00:32:52] I mean, they probably needed it, right? [00:32:53] If they're trying to present both sides over at CNN, then hallelujah. [00:32:58] They put Scott on the air, right? [00:32:59] Jennings to deal with the crazies there. [00:33:03] It's like eight versus one. [00:33:05] Okay, well, at least we got one. [00:33:06] I mean, enough. [00:33:07] Come on, enough. [00:33:09] You've got to be fair, and that's all they're asking for. [00:33:12] And you're not fair, and apparently, on top of not being fair, you were just flat out discriminatory, and that's where they're gonna get you big time. [00:33:27] Breaking OPEC, I mean, no one ever thought this could be done. [00:33:30] He's literally breaking OPEC, OPEC, the oil cartel, which basically holds the world hostage with oil prices wherever they want them because it works for them. [00:33:40] Not necessarily for everybody else. [00:33:42] Well, OPEC is ending in real time as we speak. [00:33:45] We have just gotten word that the UAE, the United Arab Emirates, is departing the cartel. [00:33:51] This is huge, guys. [00:33:52] Absolutely, positively huge. [00:33:55] Wall Street Journal has it at the top of the page right now. [00:33:57] UAE's OPEC exit deals a major blow to the cartel amid Middle East oil squeeze. [00:34:03] The Gulf state said the move will help it meet changing demand, but analysts see it as a heavy blow to the organization. [00:34:11] I agree with that. [00:34:12] It's a very heavy blow. [00:34:13] What's OPEC? [00:34:15] If you don't have everybody involved, right? [00:34:18] They had the UAE. [00:34:18] They had them all. [00:34:19] They had them all. [00:34:20] Every oil producing nation from the Middle East. [00:34:26] And then, of course, we had Venezuela as well. [00:34:29] They were part of it as well. [00:34:30] I actually went to an OPEC meeting down in Caracas a number of years ago and got to see all the bad guys, right? [00:34:38] Lots of bad guys in that. [00:34:40] Well, you know what? [00:34:40] The UAE is like, I want to be a good guy now. [00:34:42] So I am departing. [00:34:44] Donald Trump has just broken OPEC. [00:34:46] Woo! [00:34:47] This is a historic. [00:34:48] Day, guys, and I mean historic. [00:34:50] And you know what? [00:34:51] It's in part because of some of the things that they've been putting into place. [00:34:55] We told you on Friday, I told you on Friday about Scott Besson's tweet. [00:35:00] We also told you at 76 Research, my other company, 76research.com. [00:35:04] If you're interested in investing, you got to go there. [00:35:06] We get about 10 to 15 stocks in each of our three portfolios, all of which have done really well. [00:35:11] Anyway, we told you about Scott Besson and how he was making a move to shore up King Dollar worldwide, including in the Middle East. [00:35:21] So he's offering. [00:35:23] Credit swap lines to all these Persian Gulf countries, like, you know, come one, come all. [00:35:28] And if you've got a good balance sheet and we think you're a good economy and you hold a lot of dollar assets, we're willing to take a certain amount of risk on you. [00:35:36] And by the way, be rewarded for the process. [00:35:39] And not only rewarded, I want to point out that the reason why we want everybody in dollars is because then the dollar prevails. [00:35:48] And you think about all the headwinds to the dollar right now, including cryptocurrencies, et cetera. [00:35:54] You want king dollar because king dollar is why. [00:35:58] We enjoy the life that we all enjoy. [00:36:00] I mean, you know, I get a kick out of these people. [00:36:02] I mean, I don't like the globalists either, but I understand that I do like the US of A. [00:36:06] I don't want the globalists taking over. [00:36:08] I want the USA ruling forever, okay? [00:36:11] Another 250 years. [00:36:12] Well, how do we do that? [00:36:13] We make sure that the king dollar stays on top. [00:36:16] And this is what he's talking about. [00:36:17] It's a little bit dense, but I'm just going to sort of summarize here. [00:36:20] I'll quote from it a little bit. [00:36:22] He said, Discussions with countries, including our Gulf and Asian allies, about the US dollar swap lines are part of an ongoing routine conversation, conversations that the US Treasury has. [00:36:31] Been having with our partners over a number of years. [00:36:32] They're a testament to the US dollar's primacy and the strength of America's economic shield. [00:36:37] And then he talks about these swap lines, right? [00:36:39] They basically become the creditor of last resort, kind of like what they did with the Fed back in 2008. [00:36:45] When the push comes to shove, who's there? [00:36:48] Okay, we're going to open a liquidity window, right? [00:36:51] At the Federal Reserve. [00:36:51] They're opening a liquidity window down in Argentina. [00:36:54] That's what they did. [00:36:55] And guess what? [00:36:56] They're opening a liquidity window in the UAE. [00:36:59] And I'm just going to go out on a limb and I'm going to tell you, I think. [00:37:02] That this liquidity window came with a few little strings attached, as they should, by the way. [00:37:06] Peace through strength, peace through economic strength. [00:37:11] And so the UAE had been asking us about a wartime lifeline. [00:37:16] And so apparently we decided, sure, but you're going to leave OPEC. [00:37:21] We're going to bust open OPEC. [00:37:25] It was good news. [00:37:26] All right. [00:37:26] So, hey, UAE is out. [00:37:28] They're getting their wartime financial lifeline. [00:37:31] And before anybody says, Oh my gosh, we shouldn't be lending any money to the UAE. [00:37:35] They have plenty of money. [00:37:36] Why would we do that? [00:37:37] By the way, Bessem would tell you, and he did in this tweet, you want countries with strong balance sheets that you're lending to. [00:37:43] And he did say extending permanent swap lines can be a major first step in creating new U.S. dollar funding centers in the Gulf and in Asia. [00:37:53] That's a really important line in this tweet from Friday. [00:37:56] Dollar dominance and reserve currency status are strengthened by constant long term initiatives, including countering the growth of problematic alternative payment systems. [00:38:04] That's a hit on crypto. [00:38:06] Okay. [00:38:06] So you want to counter that growth. [00:38:08] You want to make sure that everybody's pricing everything in dollars, including oil. [00:38:12] Okay. [00:38:13] Because if they start pricing it in renminbi, then China and Iran take over. [00:38:17] But when you hold all the dollars, you hold all the keys because everyone reports to you. [00:38:24] You're the ultimate clearinghouse. [00:38:26] Many of these countries, he wrote, have prestige sovereign balances, balance sheets, and large dollar holdings larger than many major economies with whom. [00:38:35] We maintain permanent swap facilities. [00:38:38] You know who that's a ding at? [00:38:41] NATO, the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy. [00:38:47] We're looking at you, kids, all right? [00:38:49] We're looking at you. [00:38:50] Oh, I got more on that because I'm telling you, NATO's going down. [00:38:52] They just canceled all their summits. [00:38:54] Well, at least their annual summits. [00:38:56] We're going to discuss. [00:38:58] But first, stay on this because this is important, guys. [00:39:01] Really important. [00:39:02] We want the dollar controlling the world. [00:39:04] We want everybody transacting with dollars. [00:39:07] The UAE, when push comes to shove, they don't want renminbi from China. [00:39:11] The yuan. [00:39:12] No, They want dollars. [00:39:16] And we're saying, okay, you know what? [00:39:18] If you need them, We'll be there for you, but you got to do something for us. [00:39:24] This is like, this is kind of like Bretton Woods 2.0. [00:39:29] This is what this is, okay? [00:39:30] I'm going to nerd out on you. [00:39:32] Bretton Woods 2.0, the Gold Room. [00:39:34] For those of you that watch this show a lot, you know that every year when we go to Mount Washington Hotel, because, you know, I'm from New Hampshire, I take my kids to the Gold Room and they get a little lesson in the creation of the U.S. as the world's hegemonic power because we had all the gold. [00:39:50] They had bombed it all in Europe after World War II. [00:39:52] So, what did you have? [00:39:53] You had all the countries coming together, and they made a decision there in that little room called the Gold Room, which we visit like a pilgrimage, right? [00:40:03] I'm kidding, but I'm not. [00:40:05] Just ask my kids, right? [00:40:08] Mom really wonks out when she talks gold. [00:40:10] I ought to have my gold commercial in the show today. [00:40:12] KEPM.com forward slash Trish, Kirk Elliott Precious Metals. [00:40:17] Anyway, so we go up to New Hampshire, we go talk about gold, and we remember. [00:40:22] That this is the site where it all happened, and the US became the hegemonic power of the world because we held the gold. [00:40:29] Well, eventually, that just, you know, became the dollar. [00:40:32] And so the dollar is kind of like gold. [00:40:36] And so, as a result of that, the whole world wants dollars, and we want them to keep on wanting dollars because if they start wanting Yuan, uh oh, ouch for us. [00:40:48] The lefties who seem to want to just take down this country. [00:40:54] Yeah. [00:40:55] I mean, I don't know how else to describe it. [00:40:58] They have a different vision, but of course, they don't even know what a credit swap line is. [00:41:02] Just ask this little Nimcompoop on MSNBC when Besant went on his show. [00:41:06] This was right before they changed to whatever they are, Ms. Now, back when it was MSNBC, got into this little tiff with Besant. [00:41:15] Amid this discussion of costs and prices and affordability, how does a $20 billion bailout of Argentina help Americans? [00:41:25] You're the president's point person on that. [00:41:27] Can you explain to those here? [00:41:29] Who are feeling the pinch, including America's farmers, why the United States is helping out Argentina? [00:41:34] Well, can you do you know what a swap line is? [00:41:37] It's currency swap, yes. [00:41:39] Yes, but what is that? [00:41:40] You're the Treasury Secretary. [00:41:41] Yes, but why would you call it a bailout? [00:41:43] That is how. [00:41:45] In most bailouts, you don't make money. [00:41:47] The U.S. government made money. [00:41:49] We used our financial balance sheet to stabilize the government, one of our great allies in Latin America, during an election. [00:41:59] One, in a landslide, the government's going to make money. [00:42:05] And I would rather use peace through economic strength than have to be shooting at narco boats coming offshore if the government collapsed. [00:42:14] We have a generational opportunity in Latin America to create allies. [00:42:21] We just saw an election in Bolivia. [00:42:22] We're probably going to see an election in Colombia. [00:42:24] We've seen them in Ecuador. [00:42:25] We're going to see them in Chile. [00:42:29] So by stabilizing the economy there, And making a profit, then that's a very good deal for the American people. [00:42:40] And there's a lot we could have been doing for American farmers, but Democrats closed the government. [00:42:50] It's very important what he said there, though. [00:42:52] In other words, we're making strategic decisions based on who we want for allies. [00:42:57] Argentina is a very big country with a lot of natural resources. [00:43:00] It's right here, right in our Western Hemisphere. [00:43:02] I see one of you saying, yeah, we're going to give them the Falkland Islands, too, the Islas Malvinas, as my Argentine friends would correct me to say. [00:43:11] In fact, I spoke with one over the weekend. [00:43:13] Islas Malvinas, that is the critical area, these particular islands. [00:43:21] Think Outer Rivera, right? [00:43:23] Going back in time in the 1800s, who was trying to save these Islas Malvinas from the British, and the British actually won those wars. [00:43:33] And so now all their descendants are British, and so they keep voting to stay with the UK. [00:43:38] But Argentina still feels very, very loyal, and that the patriotism is towards having those Islas be. [00:43:44] One with Argentina. [00:43:46] So, you know, look, we want Argentina under our thumb. [00:43:51] I hate to say that. [00:43:52] The way it sounds is terrible, but, you know, let's be honest here. [00:43:56] We want to control the hemisphere. [00:43:57] This is the Monroe Donroe doctrine, okay? [00:44:00] Really. [00:44:01] And I've always been a big believer in this. [00:44:04] And we want to have a lot of safety and security right here in your hemisphere. [00:44:09] So you want to be friends with everybody and you kind of want to be running the show. [00:44:13] And that's what Scott Besson and Donald Trump understand as well as our. [00:44:20] Secretary of State Marco Rubio. [00:44:21] They completely get that. [00:44:22] So I saw one of you pointing out that, yes, and I agree. [00:44:25] The last Boy Scout, I think you were saying that Cuba is next, totally is next. [00:44:30] Because again, we don't want any kind of enemies here, and we're going to make it worth everybody's while to be friends with us. [00:44:37] So Scott Besant, with his tweet, really making it clear that we are making decisions based on who we think are the strategic partners of the future. [00:44:47] And this is not very different from what Donald Trump had to say on CNBC. [00:44:52] Last Monday, watch. [00:44:53] Or, uh, we can maybe count on more than allies in other parts of the world, but they're much better allies than NATO. [00:45:00] That I can tell you. [00:45:01] The UAE, the UAE, and he said, much better allies than NATO. [00:45:09] That I can tell you. [00:45:11] Oh, yeah, you better believe it. [00:45:13] You better believe it. [00:45:15] So, we've got new allies, new friends. [00:45:17] I mean, look, we're always going to be friends with Europe. [00:45:19] Don't get me wrong. [00:45:20] All right, they're you know, they we got a long friendship going back a ways, but if you're going to think strategically about the future right now. [00:45:27] Is Europe really where you're going to hang your hat? [00:45:30] Don't you want a bigger economy? [00:45:31] Don't you want the future? [00:45:33] Don't you want oil? [00:45:35] Don't you want the energy suppliers of the world? [00:45:37] And don't you want to be kind of working your way in, yes, to the Asian region as well? [00:45:42] I mean, Europe's great. [00:45:43] It'll always be there. [00:45:44] I'm sure when push comes to shove, if something really awful happens, we'd be there for them and hopefully they'd be there for us. [00:45:49] Although that's truly, truly, truly, truly debatable right about now. [00:45:52] But it's not where we want to be sinking a whole lot of money. [00:45:57] We've been sinking tons. [00:45:58] Money that we just don't have. [00:46:00] I mean, they are an industrialized, civilized, you know, not just nation, multiple nations. === Balance Nature Whole Health System (02:32) === [00:46:07] They can handle it on their own, for goodness sakes. [00:46:08] They don't need us. [00:46:10] Why are we there helping them? [00:46:13] We shouldn't be. [00:46:15] And we're not going to be, by the way. [00:46:16] And this is what this is about. [00:46:18] So, this realignment of the world, a realignment for the future. [00:46:21] I'm sorry, Italy. [00:46:22] I'm sorry, Spain. [00:46:24] I'm sorry, France. [00:46:25] I'm sorry, UK. [00:46:28] Sorry, but not sorry. [00:46:29] You guys did it to yourselves. [00:46:30] I mean, for goodness sakes, Angela Merkel, we all warned you don't depend on Russia for your liquefied natural gas. [00:46:38] And yet, you did it anyway, now, didn't you? [00:46:40] Not so smart. [00:46:42] Maybe you went to the Learning Center. [00:46:44] Oh, we got to talk about the Learning Center today because the feds just raided it. [00:46:48] But first, a shout out to our friends over at Balance in Nature. [00:46:51] Balance in Nature, wonderful company, by the way. [00:46:54] Have I told you about all their phytonutrients? [00:46:56] I mean, this stuff is super, super cool. [00:46:58] And the phytonutrients are all the important things, right? [00:47:02] Like all the important things. [00:47:03] If you don't have a lot of color in your food, if you don't have all that vibrancy, you're probably not getting all. [00:47:09] A whole lot of phytonutrients. [00:47:11] That's what they're called. [00:47:11] They're basically the things that make the food kind of come to life for you and make it really, really good. [00:47:17] And this is what Balance in Nature has plenty of. [00:47:21] They're naturally occurring plant nutrients found in whole foods that give them their color, their taste, and their smell. [00:47:25] When it comes to your diet, the presence of those three things, they're basically a surefire sign that you are getting real phytonutrients. [00:47:32] And that's what you want. [00:47:33] Okay. [00:47:33] You want the phytonutrients in your nutrition. [00:47:36] Balance in Nature is taking a very innovative approach. [00:47:41] Sort of process to making sure that you're getting all those because they basically have a vacuum cold process that stabilizes these ingredients, which is super important. [00:47:54] And then they powder it and they package it, and so that you can sprinkle it on your food, you can sprinkle it into your drink. [00:48:00] It's part of their whole health system that I encourage you to check out the Balance of Nature Whole Health System supplements. [00:48:06] They're a value bundle. [00:48:07] They actually include the fruits and veggies, which is what I take, as well as fiber and spice supplements. [00:48:12] And they give you 47 ingredients of fruits. [00:48:15] Vegetables and fibers, all the naturally occurring phytonutrients that come with them every single day. [00:48:21] So, whether you've been on the fence for a while, or maybe you're using some of the products, but not all of them, but you've heard about them, go check them out at balanceofnature.com. [00:48:47] Trump didn't just break OPEC. [00:48:49] Trump is breaking NATO, okay? [00:48:53] They're not going to have their annual summits anymore. [00:48:54] And you know why? [00:48:58] Three guesses. [00:48:59] Okay, I'll just tell you Donald Trump. [00:49:02] Donald Trump, Donald Trump, and Donald Trump. [00:49:05] That's why. [00:49:05] I mean, the last summit is supposed to be happening in 27 over in Albania. [00:49:09] They're still going to go through with that. [00:49:11] But they're basically, according to Reuters, who spoke with six sources, they are so bruised. [00:49:18] Battered and bewildered over Donald Trump, that they just don't want to go through with these summits anymore. [00:49:24] They're considering ending their recent practice of holding annual summits, six sources told Reuters, so that they could avoid a potentially tense encounter with US President Donald Trump in his final year in office. [00:49:36] Oh, they know it's going to get bad, bad, bad, bad ending annual summits to one, avoid drama with the Trump administration. [00:49:44] Because, you know, every single time he shows up, they wind up paying more. [00:49:52] Think about it. [00:49:54] They didn't want to pay their 2% of GDP. [00:49:57] He showed up on the scene. [00:49:58] He said, You're going to pay that 2% of GDP. [00:50:00] And sure enough, they had to pay their 2% of GDP. [00:50:04] And then he comes back into office, and we had the summit last year at The Hague. [00:50:10] And they had barely gotten through paying the 2% when he said, I need you to pay 5% of GDP. [00:50:17] And they said, 5%? [00:50:19] Are you kidding me? [00:50:20] And Spain just flat out refused. [00:50:21] Italy is refusing right now. [00:50:23] And so he hits them with 5% of GDP. [00:50:25] Again, These are industrialized countries with sophisticated, mature economies that can function on their own. [00:50:34] What the heck are we doing bailing them out? [00:50:36] We don't need to bail them out anymore. [00:50:37] Who's coming after him? [00:50:38] Okay, I'm sorry. [00:50:39] You know, Putin's the boogeyman. [00:50:41] Guys, get over it. [00:50:41] You know, it's Europe. [00:50:43] The Russians are European too. [00:50:44] They're all Europe. [00:50:45] Just figure it out. [00:50:46] All right. [00:50:47] And if it gets really, really bad, I'm sure that we will be there in the moment of truth, unlike you guys who are not there for us. [00:50:56] So deal with it. [00:50:59] That's what Trump is saying. [00:51:01] 5% of GDP has got to go to defense spending. [00:51:05] And so now they're dealing with that. [00:51:07] So now think about it. [00:51:07] If you're Europe, you're like, we can't go to any more summits with him. [00:51:11] I mean, he's just, he's breaking us. [00:51:13] We can't do it anymore. [00:51:14] We've got to avoid this drama because he just keeps winning and winning and winning and winning. [00:51:18] He keeps calling us out very publicly, very embarrassingly. [00:51:22] So, on the world stage, they also claim they want better decision making. [00:51:26] They want to allow more time, you know, because they've got to give a lot of thought and a lot of process into whatever they're not actually doing. [00:51:34] And then they want broader alliance goals. [00:51:36] Some are not just about Trump, they say. [00:51:38] Some allies want a slower pace overall for more quote unquote substantive outcomes because, you know, it's Europe. [00:51:43] It takes forever to do anything. [00:51:45] And so here they are getting broken, the broken, bruised, and battered. [00:51:50] No more annual summits for NATO. [00:51:55] And then you get the Italians saying, oh, we're not going to be their slaves. [00:52:00] You know, I get to the advantage of covering Italy now and then is I get to practice a little Italian. [00:52:06] She didn't actually say that Georgia Maloney has been under a lot of fire in her own country as well recently. [00:52:11] And I think part of that is what has led her to try and distance herself from Donald Trump. [00:52:15] Plus, she can't afford the 5% of GDP because now it looks like they're going to a recession. [00:52:19] And she didn't want to have anything to do with giving him access to the Sigonella bases, the base in Sigonella, in Sicilia, in Sicily, which is so important, right, to us. [00:52:31] And we wanted to refuel there and stop over, and she wouldn't even let us. [00:52:34] I mean, heck, France wouldn't even let us use the airspace. [00:52:36] So apparently the Europeans are getting to her. [00:52:38] And she said, being allies does not mean that there are no red lines, and it certainly does not mean being vassals or subjects. [00:52:45] And so when she said that, Vassali or suduti is the word in Italian. [00:52:51] Suduti, people then translate that into schiavi, so from subjects to slaves. [00:52:57] And so she's gaining a little bit of popularity on this move, believe it or not. [00:53:00] Although I would just say that she's kind of doomed. [00:53:03] Sigonella is that base in Sicilia, in Sicily, that's really, really important for us. [00:53:09] And we actually spent a lot of money on it. [00:53:10] We have like 5,000 troops at. [00:53:12] And now we're looking at possibly taking them out because, you know, they can handle it on their own. [00:53:17] They don't need us paying the bill. [00:53:18] I mean, if we can't use it, then what's the point? [00:53:22] I mean, she can't even spring for the 5% that she's supposed to be paying to NATO. [00:53:28] She's stiffening us on the darn check. [00:53:31] Il conto. [00:53:32] Yeah, all the Italians flung back in right now. [00:53:35] I speak a few languages, Spanish being one of them, Italian being the other. [00:53:40] German, at one point, I was quite decent at, but I think I just like forgot it all, like deliberately forgot it all as soon as I left. [00:53:49] I just erased it. [00:53:51] Italy says energy crisis. [00:53:53] Puts its plans for defense spending into doubt. [00:53:56] They say they've got possibly a recession that they're looking at. [00:54:00] And this came out last week. [00:54:01] They've got rising debt. [00:54:03] 5% of GDP is just going to be too much. [00:54:06] And by the way, it's going to be a smaller overall GDP number, possibly a decline of two tenths of a percent. [00:54:11] And I'm just saying, like, this woman makes no sense to me because if you're getting 38% of your supply from the Middle East, that would be of energy from the Middle East, then don't you think, including actually the LNG, the Persian Gulf is the biggest. [00:54:23] Liquid natural gas importer that you know they bring in a ton from the Persian Gulf. [00:54:27] Wouldn't you actually want to see some stability there? [00:54:29] Wouldn't you join us in that quest? [00:54:32] But the problem is, and Trump has said this, like she just wants Trump to pay for it. [00:54:37] She does not want to actually have to pay the bill. [00:54:40] And that's not going to fly with us anymore. [00:54:42] It's just not. [00:54:44] Like we've been there, done that, and he's calling her out on her own turf. [00:54:48] He went to the Corriere, Corriere de la Sera. [00:54:51] I hope I'm saying that right. [00:54:53] The hometown newspaper basically saying, What does this woman want? [00:54:56] I mean, for goodness sakes, not to mention her immigration platform, how bad that is. [00:55:00] She's bringing 500,000 immigrants. [00:55:02] Migrants into Italy in the next three years. [00:55:05] She's the woman who campaigned on not having any migrants in Italy. [00:55:09] He said just about a month ago, Italy wasn't there for us. [00:55:12] We won't be there for them. [00:55:13] This is when the whole Sigonella thing sprouted up. [00:55:16] And she said, You can't use the bases. [00:55:18] Come on, come on, come on. [00:55:21] Enough is enough is enough. [00:55:23] But here's the good news. [00:55:25] Bye bye. [00:55:26] We don't need you. [00:55:27] And we're forming new alliances and new friends. [00:55:29] We'll always be there. [00:55:30] You know, really, I mean, this is, I use the parent analogy a lot because they've grown up. [00:55:36] It's been like 81 years, okay? [00:55:38] They've grown up. [00:55:40] We're not necessarily worried about Germany trying to take over the world right now. [00:55:44] And all of these countries have a heck of a lot more than they had way back when. [00:55:49] Granted, they may not have quite the sophistication in the militaries that they used to have, but given that they've had to kind of help Ukraine a little bit, that helps. [00:55:59] Let's just say, all right, guys, you know what? [00:56:01] Your time has come. [00:56:03] You're moving up in the world and you're moving on in the world, and we're not going to be there continually for you. [00:56:10] I want to talk about Ilhan Omar because she thinks there's been a whole bunch of world wars. [00:56:19] If you guys haven't seen this, you need to. [00:56:21] Yeah, Ilhan Omar and going on about World War 11. [00:56:25] What is this, World War 12 that she thinks are in with Iran? === Feds Bust Learning Center Daycare (06:08) === [00:56:29] We're going to get to that, as well as the feds busting the Learning Center. [00:56:34] But first, a quick shout out to my company, 76 Research. [00:56:38] Look at those portfolios, Alexi and all that, plus, plus, plus on the screen, industrials. [00:56:59] Use code word dollar if you want to get the 76 report. [00:57:01] That's sort of the baseline product. [00:57:03] But this is where the real opportunity is. [00:57:06] And you can get one portfolio, you can get all three of them. [00:57:09] I encourage you to go there. [00:57:10] 76 Research, my company that I started with a very dear, longtime friend. [00:57:14] Who's like a savant on stocks? [00:57:16] Brilliant, absolutely brilliant. [00:57:17] Rob Horton was a money manager for decades on Wall Street. [00:57:21] I really want you to go look at that. [00:57:22] We don't touch your money, it's just the research. [00:57:24] So we just tell you what we're investing in. [00:57:27] Ilhan Omar is outdoing herself, you know, really showing us how intelligent and smart she is. [00:57:39] Not, she's living up to the president's IQ comments. [00:57:45] Are raiding that leering center in Minneapolis that went down earlier today. [00:57:51] Watch out. [00:57:52] Watch out, Minneapolis. [00:57:54] Watch out, Ilhan Omar. [00:57:55] I think she's pretty nervous right about now. [00:57:57] Let's go to the tape. [00:57:59] Breaking just moments ago now. [00:58:01] Large scale raids targeting federal fraud. [00:58:04] Currently underway. [00:58:06] Federal agents seen leaving the Quality Learning Center. [00:58:10] And Brooke Taylor has more on that and what they're looking for. [00:58:13] Brooke, good morning. [00:58:16] Hi, Bill. [00:58:16] Good morning. [00:58:17] Yeah, we have had a photographer there at the daycare since this morning, capturing video of those federal agents just going in and out of the building, collecting evidence as part of the DOJ's fraud investigation in Minnesota. [00:58:31] Take a look at this video here. [00:58:33] Sources tell Fox that federal agents are raiding about 22 businesses across Minneapolis this morning. [00:58:41] And sources say many of them are tied to Somali owned operations. [00:58:45] All of this comes after that viral YouTube video from Nick Shirley. [00:58:49] It was back in December. [00:58:51] In that video, he visited different child care centers and you'll remember they were either closed or there were just no children inside despite receiving state child care funding. [00:59:02] Now, the location that you're looking at right now, it's the quality learning center. [00:59:06] This is the daycare. [00:59:07] It went viral. [00:59:08] It blew up on social media because of a sign outside with learning that was literally misspelled. [00:59:14] The education secretary at the time claimed that the daycare received $1.9 million while quote masquerading as a daycare. [00:59:24] And then shortly after that, the Trump administration announced it was freezing childcare funding to Minnesota and calling for a full audit of certain daycare centers. [00:59:35] And just checking my emails now, it looks like we got a statement from DHS sharing Homeland Security investigations in cooperation with our law enforcement partners executed criminal search warrants in Minneapolis relating to the rampant fraud of U.S. taxpayers' dollars. [00:59:54] And as you could see there, federal agents. [00:59:56] Still outside one of those daycare centers where they have been the last few hours. [01:00:02] And all of this comes as Governor Tim Waltz is expected to deliver his state of the state address tonight. [01:00:09] And it obviously comes with a lot of questions over oversight. [01:00:14] Bill. [01:00:15] Brooke, thanks. [01:00:15] Brooke Taylor, watching that out of Minnesota. [01:00:17] It is breaking news. [01:00:18] And we'll give you the facts for that report. [01:00:21] I just want to add a few things to that. [01:00:23] According to the local news there in Minneapolis, They apparently had to use a pry bar to enter that Learning Center, Learning Center on 13th Avenue, south of Minneapolis. [01:00:35] And they did that just before 7 a.m. on Tuesday. [01:00:39] Apparently, state records identified the owner of the Metro Learning Learning Center as Abdulali Mousse. [01:00:49] And so investigators apparently handed the paperwork to a man who responded to that name. [01:00:54] And they were trying to ask him some questions, to which he repeatedly said, Nothing I know. [01:01:02] I think he meant, I know nothing. [01:01:03] I know nothing. [01:01:05] Yeah, you definitely know nothing. [01:01:06] Okay. [01:01:07] He said when asked about the FBI operation, he still said his daycare was serving children and families, which I find really interesting because if you saw Nick's reports, it definitely wasn't serving any children. [01:01:23] And that's what was so weird about it. [01:01:24] Like they had this operation, right? [01:01:27] And he went to more than just one, and it really didn't seem to have any kids there. [01:01:32] They were making a lot of money off the federal government, but they didn't really have any kids there. [01:01:37] The Minnesota Department of Human Services apparently cited the Metro Learning Center back in January for failing to update a background check on one member of its staff. [01:01:47] And so far, federal authorities apparently not commented on the nature of the search warrant, but one would imagine they're looking for some financial records because they're trying to piece together where all this money, the $250 million, both for feeding our future, but also. [01:02:04] Lots of other money that was going to these other programs, whether it be mental health clinics, that by the way, Ilhan Omar was still trying to get a million bucks for, like as recently as a couple of months ago after this had all blown up. [01:02:17] Thankfully, Senator Joni Ernst actually called this one out and the money did not go through. [01:02:23] But in light of all of this, they want to figure out where all of this money is going and they want to figure out whether it went back in any way, shape, or form to one Ms. Ilhan Omar. === Ilhan Omar Corruption Or Stupidity (15:35) === [01:02:38] Yeah. [01:02:39] All right, Ilhan Omar, who apparently herself was educated at the Learning Center. [01:02:48] The last time the Alien Enemies Act was invoked, it was used to detain and deport German, Japanese, Italian immigrants during World War 11. [01:03:01] Welcome to the Quality Learning Center. [01:03:11] I mean, the president keeps saying she's low IQ, right? [01:03:15] I don't think we entirely understood how low it really was. [01:03:23] World War 11. [01:03:25] I cannot tell you how funny the responses were last night. [01:03:29] I actually posted that on the YouTube channel, both on shorts and on the chapters. [01:03:36] And you guys were hilarious. [01:03:37] The memes were incredible. [01:03:39] And, you know, the overall, like, the one that just kept cracking me up was. [01:03:43] Wow, I guess I've been asleep for a while. [01:03:46] You know, who knew what happened, you know, between three and 11? [01:03:49] Wow, I mean, it's just, it's sort of shameful. [01:03:52] It's shameful because how can you be a member of Congress, seriously, and think that there was a World War 11? [01:04:03] Like, I shouldn't even laugh. [01:04:05] Like, this is something that she should be censored for. [01:04:09] You cannot tell me that you are an elected member of Congress. [01:04:13] Like, we need a test or something, guys, okay? [01:04:15] Like, they need to pass a basic. [01:04:17] Basic fact knowledge test because it is disgraceful that there is someone that is a sitting member of Congress that doesn't know what World War II was. [01:04:33] I mean, granted, she grew up in Somalia, but you're in the real world these days, lady, and you better know what World War II was, but clearly you don't. [01:04:42] And not only that, you seem to think there were a heck of a lot more wars. [01:04:47] Unbelievable. [01:04:50] You know, I don't know. [01:04:50] Is it in the water there in Minneapolis or is it just they're all products of the Learning Center? [01:04:55] Because this girl, oh my goodness, I mean, I didn't know that they gave classes in public speaking. [01:05:00] Did you watch? [01:05:03] Minnesotans, I mean, not Minnesotans, Somalis brought more than just built the economy. [01:05:09] They didn't just build the economy, but we contribute to the soul of this great state. [01:05:15] And I want to remind you that no human is illegal ever. [01:05:20] You are not illegal. [01:05:21] Our neighbors are not illegal. [01:05:25] And yeah, thank you. [01:05:35] Everybody in Minneapolis apparently is getting educated at the Learning Center because nobody knows what's what. [01:05:43] Well, Nick Shirley was the first to report on this, and Nick Shirley decided to have a little bit of fun. [01:05:50] Nick Shirley actually showed up at Ilhan Omar's office last week, and the rest, ladies and gentlemen, is history. [01:05:58] Watch. [01:06:00] This is the ultimate troll. [01:06:02] Nick Shirley decided to show up at Ilhan Omar's office. [01:06:08] Hello, how are you doing? [01:06:10] Is Ilhan here by chance? [01:06:11] No. [01:06:12] No, she's not. [01:06:14] Well, we wanted to see if she would become a member of the Anti Fraud Taxpayer Club. [01:06:17] We actually have a new hoodie for her right here. [01:06:20] And we were just wondering if you could deliver this to Ilhan. [01:06:23] Thank you. [01:06:23] Thank you so much. [01:06:24] Just take it in. [01:06:25] And tell her that we wish to abolish fraud here inside the United States as well. [01:06:30] Thank you. [01:06:30] Will you do that? [01:06:32] And also, I met this really cute British girl. [01:06:34] And she wanted citizenship, and I was wondering how that would work out. [01:06:39] He's calling security. [01:06:40] Way to go, Nick. [01:06:43] I love it. [01:06:44] I love it. [01:06:45] I think I need to correct the spelling because I didn't go to the Learning Center in Nick's name. [01:06:52] Nick Shirley went to her office and confronted. [01:06:56] Did you see the guy there? [01:06:57] He was quite a character, right? [01:06:58] That opened the door. [01:06:59] At least he took the anti fraud tax. [01:07:04] T shirt, sweatshirt. [01:07:05] At least he took it. [01:07:06] So that was gracious of him. [01:07:08] But Nick went in with a little bit of charm there at the end, asking for some citizenship for the alleged girlfriend. [01:07:15] Listen, Ilhan Omar is under a lot of pressure at this point. [01:07:18] Okay, don't kid yourself. [01:07:20] And maybe she really is that dumb. [01:07:23] Because I don't know anybody, like anybody, anybody who would have said World War 11 when looking at Roman Number Two. [01:07:33] Like, honestly, is there no part of your brain that says, That doesn't make sense. [01:07:39] Apparently not. [01:07:41] And this is why she's starting to get so freaked out. [01:07:43] This is why, when Mike Lindell's reporter caught up with her, she started swearing at her. [01:07:48] I mean, that's a little testy, don't you think? [01:07:52] The last time I spoke to Tina, you said that I was stupid for asking you about your financial disclosure, but there's some discrepancies on there. [01:08:00] Would you like to explain that? [01:08:01] How it makes it to make mistakes? [01:08:02] I'm absolutely gerson before asking me anything. [01:08:05] I am? [01:08:06] Yes. [01:08:06] Well, what about the American people who are wondering how you make it to make mistakes? [01:08:09] I have to explain to the American people. [01:08:11] What's the explanation? [01:08:12] I have given them the explanation. [01:08:13] Do you want to tell our viewers? [01:08:14] Because I don't want to tell you, Jack. [01:08:17] How about that? [01:08:17] Okay. [01:08:18] Okay. [01:08:18] Have a good day. [01:08:23] I love that. [01:08:24] By the way, Ilhan Omar tried to insult that girl's intelligence, told her to go read some more. [01:08:30] I mean, unbelievable. [01:08:31] I'm telling you, this financial disclosure drama is quite serious, though. [01:08:35] I mean, you do not amend your filings like that and go from $30 million to $18,000 to what, $98,000? [01:08:43] That does not make any sense. [01:08:44] Apparently, she was ghosting lawmakers. [01:08:46] They've been asking her for all these forms. [01:08:48] You've got Minnesota right now also launching an investigation into Ilhan Omar, and she won't actually give them any information. [01:08:57] She's just going blank. [01:08:59] She's totally ghosting them, pretending she's not seeing anything. [01:09:02] So, when you think about the raid that happened earlier today at the Learing Center, what they're going to be trying to look for are the financial documents to try and put this whole thing together because it is my suspicion, it is my belief. [01:09:16] That she's not entirely clean. [01:09:18] She's not entirely clean because she has a really kind of sus husband who claims he's in the venture capital business, who claims he does exclusive partnerships for global operators. [01:09:35] And then he's off in South Africa working with a company to put in solar panels with USAID money. [01:09:46] You understand what's going on here. [01:09:48] Okay, we get you the USAID money. [01:09:52] You put in some of the solar panels and then you give a kick back to us. [01:09:58] That's my suspicion. [01:10:00] I'd like to know how a venture capital firm that's now allegedly worth zero after having been valued at up to 30 million, up to 25 million, the winery, forgive me, was an extra five, is spitting out dividends to Ilhan and her hubby to the tune of something around $240,000 a year. [01:10:25] Like, you don't make money on your venture capital. [01:10:27] You know how venture capital works, okay? [01:10:29] If I invest in a venture capital firm or a venture capital investor like seeks my money, right, to try and they're looking for the next Apple. [01:10:38] They want to find the next Apple or the next OpenAI or the next Tesla or the next, you know, you name it. [01:10:45] They are looking for the hottest new company they can find. [01:10:49] And for every hundred investments they make, there's only one Apple, okay? [01:10:56] The other 99 usually go belly up, but there's one Apple, and that's when they get their huge payout. [01:11:02] But they don't get any payout until they hit the apple. [01:11:06] In other words, you got to actually hit and strike gold and then you get your payout. [01:11:10] So Ilhan couldn't have gotten $200,000 and some odd thousand dollars from a venture capital firm that has a bunch of companies that are worth zero. [01:11:18] Okay, that does not make any sense. [01:11:20] Like, it's like she made it worse. [01:11:23] If you could imagine it would be worse, she actually made it worse with this amended filing because now we're also asking questions. [01:11:29] Well, like, how could you have said it was $30 million and now it's zero? [01:11:35] Or forgive me, 18,000 to 95,000. [01:11:37] I mean, that just doesn't make any sense. [01:11:40] And why is it that you're getting a $200 and some odd thousand dollar payment out of the hubby's VC firm when you're telling us it's worth nothing? [01:11:47] Like, none of this adds up. [01:11:48] None of it. [01:11:50] So she's ghosting lawmakers. [01:11:52] She takes down the website. [01:11:55] That's all you see. [01:11:56] You know, I fortunately, sneaky little me, I had taken all these screen grabs of it. [01:12:01] Look at that, you guys. [01:12:02] 11 free trade agreements signed. [01:12:06] What is that? [01:12:07] What is that? [01:12:09] Okay, so she's out there claiming that they're doing free trade. [01:12:14] They work in 80 countries. [01:12:17] Trust me, they don't have 60 billion assets under management. [01:12:20] That would make them one of the largest venture capital firms in the world. [01:12:23] Okay, like they just don't. [01:12:25] I think they said combined between them, between all those diplomats they work with. [01:12:28] What is that? [01:12:30] And all their other professionals that aren't on staff, they've had $60 billion assets under management experience. [01:12:37] I mean, this is really, really bad. [01:12:40] By the way, the hubby, he was. [01:12:42] Twice brought in amid fraud allegations. [01:12:46] Okay. [01:12:47] So I don't think he was ever convicted, but there were plenty of allegations with the cannabis company and the winery that wasn't the winery that definitely isn't right now because the winery has just gone away last week. [01:13:00] She filed to dissolve the company. [01:13:06] This doesn't add up. [01:13:10] She's in a lot of trouble. [01:13:12] And the only thing she may have going for her, no joke, is that she's that stupid. [01:13:20] The last time the Alien Enemies Act was invoked, it was used to detain and deport German, Japanese, Italian immigrants during World War 11. [01:13:32] Welcome to the Quality Learning Center. [01:13:42] Because wouldn't you. [01:13:44] If your husband said, Well, we're worth 30 million, like maybe notice. [01:13:50] And then it's been like a year and a half since she put this out. [01:13:54] And you don't think you'd say, like, hey, honey, like, are we really worth that? [01:14:00] So she's either corrupt or stupid or option number C. Do we have any takers? [01:14:10] A, corrupt. [01:14:12] B, stupid. [01:14:14] C, both. [01:14:19] I think it's both. [01:14:21] I think it's both, guys. [01:14:23] Um, She's raising serious questions on the IQ. [01:14:29] The President of the United States believes she is here illegally. [01:14:33] The Vice President of the United States believes she committed immigration fraud. [01:14:41] And now, the former head of Homeland Security, DHS, Mr. Tom Homan, explained as recently as last week they are indeed looking into deporting one Ilhan Omar. [01:14:57] Her immigration fraud. [01:14:59] Records are being checked. [01:15:01] There's an investigation that's ongoing. [01:15:03] He can't say a whole lot, but you get the picture. [01:15:05] Watch. [01:15:07] Is the Trump administration going to go there? [01:15:10] The floor is yours. [01:15:12] The whole file is being reviewed. [01:15:15] A lot of smart people are on it. [01:15:17] Stay tuned. [01:15:21] Our thanks to Benny Johnson and to Turning Point for that. [01:15:27] So, Tom Holman's saying that they're investigating her and that that's ongoing. [01:15:32] We've actually heard that from JD Vance now. [01:15:36] We've heard from the president that she shouldn't be here, that she married her brother, allegedly. [01:15:42] And we have heard from another person at DOJ that runs the Civil Rights Division that said she's not personally looking into this, but that an investigation is going on. [01:15:55] So I'm going to tell you something Pam's out. [01:16:01] Thank goodness. [01:16:01] I mean, I really like her. [01:16:02] She's lovely, but she needed to go. [01:16:05] Todd Blanch is in. [01:16:08] James Comey has been indicted for a second time on new charges. [01:16:16] Ilhan Omar is about to be indicted. [01:16:21] Mark my words. [01:16:22] Hey, Leticia James could be coming back too. [01:16:26] It's accountability time, guys. [01:16:28] Accountability time. [01:16:31] Because it's accountability time, we got to talk about where all this money's going. [01:16:38] Apparently, your taxpayer dollars that go to places like the Learning Center and to snap benefits for people who don't need them are now being exposed. [01:16:48] Brooke Rollins, one of the policy advisors for the president, got out there and had a lot to say on everybody driving Ferraris and Lamborghinis and Porsches and somehow also on food stamps. [01:17:04] Sharing. [01:17:05] Previously, no data was shared. [01:17:06] We had no idea where the taxpayer dollars were spent. [01:17:09] Just one red state. [01:17:11] The recent dump of data. [01:17:12] We found SNAP recipients, um, had more than 2,000 Tesla owners, 200 Alpha Romeo owners, more than 144 that were receiving food stamps were driving Porsches. [01:17:24] Again, this is the data dumps we're getting because that we, before we had no accountability on any of these programs. [01:17:30] We now are requiring accountability. [01:17:32] The blue states are suing us. [01:17:34] They don't want to share the data. [01:17:35] And can you imagine this was a red state where there is actually some taxpayer accountability? [01:17:41] Imagine what's happening in the blue states if that's happening in the red states. [01:17:47] Imagine. [01:17:49] So the administration's cracking down. [01:17:52] Scott Besant has already told us out in Minneapolis they have 100 investigators on the ground there going door to door. [01:18:00] We saw today they're raiding the Learing Center. [01:18:03] Learing Center's records are all going to get exposed. [01:18:10] I guess you got to kind of have a little bit of faith right now. === Administration Cracks Down On States (02:01) === [01:18:13] We didn't know that they were coming back with a James Comey indictment. [01:18:16] We hoped they were. [01:18:17] We thought it was outrageous what he said. [01:18:20] But Todd Blanch has only been in the gig, what, three weeks? [01:18:23] And we got James Comey being indicted again. [01:18:27] I think Ilhan's coming. [01:18:28] I think it's sophisticated. [01:18:31] It's challenging. [01:18:32] You got to piece this all together. [01:18:34] There may be some international components. [01:18:36] You know, the solar panels in South Africa and the venture capital deals they're doing worldwide. [01:18:43] You know, you pay us and we give you access to Ilhan, who's got access to what? [01:18:47] U.S. global AID money? [01:18:50] Not anymore. [01:18:51] No wonder she was so upset about that stuff going away. [01:18:53] But she's got money to domestic funds. [01:18:56] Not anymore. [01:18:57] No wonder she's so upset. [01:18:58] This is all going away. [01:19:00] I predict these two are going to get divorced next. [01:19:02] Timmy, my net worth, my net, my net worth, she's saying, is not going up anymore. [01:19:08] If she can count that far. [01:19:10] And that's a real question. [01:19:12] Can she count that far? [01:19:13] I'm not so sure she can. [01:19:16] World War 11 girl. [01:19:18] Wow, Hey, if you have not subscribed, make sure you subscribe. [01:19:23] The button's like right there. [01:19:25] Make sure you subscribe to the channel. [01:19:26] Tell your friends, send the link. [01:19:29] And thanks for bearing with me as we got through some of those audio challenges and all the other challenges with the link earlier today. [01:19:36] I love doing this show. [01:19:38] I love that you're all here. [01:19:39] I love seeing so many familiar names. [01:19:41] Dom Baca. [01:19:42] I know we're back and forth on the Comey thing, but at least we got an indictment, right? [01:19:46] Cat Crazy Sam. [01:19:48] Ah, yeah, I know. [01:19:49] Very, very low IQ people. [01:19:51] And Peace of My Mind. [01:19:53] I love Peace of My Mind. [01:19:55] Always here every day for me. [01:19:56] David Lorenzo, thank you so much. [01:19:59] Unc Andy, and of course, is Leslie here today? [01:20:01] I'm looking, I'm looking, I'm looking, but we have lots of familiar people here, and I appreciate all you guys do to make this channel the success it is. [01:20:08] I'll see you right back here live on The Trish Regan Show tomorrow. [01:20:12] Do not forget to subscribe. [01:20:14] Make a comment too. [01:20:14] I look at them all.
