Meanwhile, the president is out in Detroit, Michigan, talking about the economy, demanding an end to sanctuary sitting funding.

This new McDonald's video, I mean, you're not going to believe this.
It's really pretty wild, and I don't think the company's too happy about it because there are boycott discussions going on.
Meanwhile, this no more funding for sanctuary cities is a big deal.
The president now talking about this.
But if you think that you've had deja vu, like I did when I heard this, when I saw this, I was like, wait a second, haven't I heard this one before?
Yeah, I've heard it from Pam Bondi.
I heard it from Pam Bondi last February.
They were supposed to be cutting off all of these cities, right?
That didn't really happen.
Well, he's finally catching up to the fact that she may not be all that, right?

We begin today on McDonald's and this unbelievable video coming out of Minneapolis right now.
This was at a Minneapolis McDonald's and we had talked earlier remember, when I showed you the sign that they said no ice.
Apparently it was in reaction to this video that I'm about to show you, because this was the initial moment when they had this sort of altercation, if you would, between the security guard at McDonald's and the actual ice officers that had come in to maybe just get some lunch, and then it kind of exploded into something I want to share with you right now.

Because they're getting kicked out for no reason.
They're not able to talk to the manager because this guy, this security guard, which by the way, the community is like holding up on a giant.
platform like he's some kind of fantastic savior.
I don't think McDonald's feels that way.
I really, really don't think they feel that way because they don't want this kind of stuff going on.
They don't want these sanctuary city rules that are going to apply.
And after what every single McDonald's that's in a sanctuary city, that's what you risk here.

That's what you risk.
But you also risk the reality of a boycott.
Now, the local papers love this guy.
I'm going to get to that in a second.
But I want you to remember what transpired because Eventually, what happened was the company hired some more, I don't know, sophisticated, shall we say?
I mean, they had like fancier uniforms and they stood outside and they didn't riddle their vocabulary with a bunch of swear words.
So they tried to get their act together, but that actually just created more of a commotion.
You may have seen this.
I played this on the shortspeed.
I played it in yesterday's show.
But what I just showed you is the original problem.

In this McDonald's in Minneapolis, there's a sign on the door that says ice is not allowed.
We couldn't help but notice there's a sign that says no ice on the door.
Yeah, just to let you know, at the end of the day, this is private property.
So you can't just break the law because you're a federal agent.
It's like coming into your house or coming to any other restaurant.
There's rules.
Did the manager put that on the door?
How did that get there?
I'm not sure, but it's there.
Oh, that's not good for McDonald's.
I could see this becoming a Bud Light situation rather quickly.
And it would be a shame, given that the president likes those fries so much.

So they're learning the hard way that we conservatives really do have a voice, right?
So again, I just want to point out that the community loved this.
They thought this was fantastic.
They're touting him.
They're like, oh, you know, when Ice showed up, they saw Red.
Red Wooten is his name, and he stood up to those Ice security guards 10 toes down, whatever that is supposed to signify.

Again, I'm looking at some good video there.
It says, when they confronted Red Wooten's security guard and Moe Sider, greeted the two agents at the front door and blocked them from going behind the counter, they, in fact, saw the red in their eyes.
The standoff with agents happened.
Of course, this week, just a couple of days ago after the killing was pretty good, and you had Wooten's refusal to comply with ICE being captured on video and then posted to Facebook.
So that's what's just come out.
This is what I'm showing you.
The agents, they say, in their interpretation of this, tried everything they could to intimidate the guards, but he said, you can't come back here, bro.
This is when they tried to get back at that point to speak to a manager, and so they were walking around, and they said, you can't get back here.
And they said, look, I'm just trying to talk to your manager.
No, you're talking to security.
I'm in charge.
And that's what you heard him shouting out over and over and over again.
I'm in charge.
He basically is pretty proud of this.
He said I was doing my job like I'm supposed to do.
And the local community is very proud of him.
The McDonald's store owner who's quoted in this, Justin Baylor, said that Wooten acted responsibly.
Following the incident, his store posted that sign that I showed you that prohibits ICE and other law enforcement from entering without a proper judicial order.

This was the best judgment call in the moment.
Well, I'll tell you, it's a judgment call that has corporate pretty upset because it's got you guys pretty upset.
Don't forget, you know, even Ted Cruz was upset.
Ted Cruz is saying, hey, you know, McDonald's, are you really okay with this brazen anti-law enforcement bias?
Again, look at the sign, no ICE access in this business.
Notice to all law enforcement, immigration, and agents.
Basically, you can't come in unless you have a warrant.
And if you have a warrant, you have to call ahead of time and speak to someone.
So what, you're not even able to go get your lunch?
That's what it's come to?
I mean, you wouldn't believe the harassment.
I've got some video I want to show you of the harassment that's going on there of these ICE officers.
I guess they just figure if they can make their life so miserable, maybe they'll finally leave Minneapolis for good.
I got news for them.
That's not going to happen.
And the administration is not going to allow this to happen.
But you guys are like, I'm not going to eat at McDonald's again over and over and over again.
I keep saying this.
I will never eat a Big Mac again.
I don't like McDonald's anyway.
You know, this basically has done it.
Or some of you are saying like, I haven't eaten this stuff in years and I'm definitely not going to start now.
McDonald's came out and issued a statement.
Here we go to Newsweek saying that they were in touch with the owner operator of this franchise restaurant and have confirmed that this flyer was posted without approval and has since been taken down.
So this brings up the question, can you really do that?
Right.
Can you really do that?
If you are Mcdonald's and you know, does a private business basically have the ability to say ice, you're not coming in?
What i'm going to tell you is, no, they can't say that into the public areas because they're a public business and, whether they're a franchise or not, they can't just say, i'm not going to have any federal employees come in.
That's actually against the law.
Now they can say, we're not going to allow you back into the kitchen area or to any of the private areas or into our offices without some kind of judicial warrant.
So that could be allowed.
But you can't say you guys aren't even coming in.
They're perfectly allowed to come in to the public areas and to post something outside saying you're not allowed in.
That is against the law, and so this is why it's catching the attention, for example, of Ted Cruz and a lot of other people, including Corporate and Mcdonald's.
It's like whoa.
We don't want to invite the wrath of all these conservatives.
We know what they did to BUD Light and hey, I thought we had them on our side because the president seems to like his fries and his big mac, right.
So this is now becoming a bigger and bigger issue, but it goes back to just everything that's happening right now, like if there are people that are illegally in Mcdonald's, Like in the front area, in the lobby area.

And I realize that not a lot of people in Minneapolis want to admit this right now.
A lot of people in San Francisco don't want to admit this or Los Angeles or New York or Chicago or anywhere else or anybody that happens to live in a lefty place that is a member of the left.
They don't want to admit reality.
And I go back to the reality that, hey, Barack Obama deported more illegals than any other president in history.
So how do you like that until about now?
Well, you also have to ask yourself about the violence that we're seeing because all this violence is really disconcerting.
And is it just violence?
Because when you look at what people are saying about Renee Good, it seemed innocent enough, right?
She's just, you know, a mom out there blocking traffic, threatening to run over, possibly.
That's my interpretation of that tape.
We walked through it frame by frame yesterday, remember?
Threatening to run over a DHS agent.
So that's not cool.
But apparently, this is all kind of something that she may have trained for.
The administration is saying that she attended an ICE agitator training camp, that she was somehow radicalized in her kids' preschool, and that she was prepared for this kind of thing, and that she had been.
And everybody's like, no, no, that didn't happen.
That didn't happen.
Well, I got news for you.
An MSNBC anchor, fired MSNBC anchor, basically doesn't really like white women.
She blames white women for having Donald Trump in the Oval Office right now, but she just came out and admitted it today on some podcast she did.
And she's.
Basically, telling us that the left is radicalizing these women and they're training these women.
And so, Renee Good may have been one of those women.
In fact, let's go to Joy Reid right now, who explains it.
Part of a group of people who they train to try to be ICE interrupters.
And what they try to do is observe what ICE is doing, film them, and try to use their white privilege, to be honest.
They're mainly white people.
Which is what we ask.
Which is what we ask them to do, right?
Yeah.
Because black people, like, we can't get on, we can't put our bodies on the line because.
Cops will shoot us.
And so the presumption had been, particularly a white woman, because remember, part of the rationale for doing this with ICE is to save white women, pristine white women from being ravaged by, you know, criminal brown men.
So they, white women, have been taking the lead in being the ones to step.

You hear her.
I mean, she's not wrong, though, right?
I mean, I don't think she's wrong.
I think that this is part of the methodology.
This is part of the thinking.
What they don't realize is actually, you know, The police can be pretty aggressive with white people too because the police are responding to a dangerous situation.
So whether it's police or whether it's ICE or DHS, whatever, they're responding and they're the ones with the guns.
So I think that's totally bogus to assume that just because you're a certain color, they're not going to go after you.
And I think that that was actually disproven, unfortunately, for one Renee Good.
But when we go back and we look at that tape, look at how sort of innocent she's presenting herself to be all while the wife is there agitating the guy.
It's like they're trying to push these guys over the edge.
And this is not the only time it's happened.

Okay, so remember, she's just blocking traffic.
So she gets out there with her car deliberately to block that traffic.
And then when they come up and they try and talk to her, she's all smiley.
Meanwhile, the wife you're going to see circling is agitating the guy.

She even says, I'm not mad at you.
What's that about?
I'm not mad at you.
That's okay.
We don't change our plates every morning, just so you know.
It'll be the same plate when you come talk to us later.

But this is apparently, according to a new article, very good op ed in the New York Post today, kind of the new.
Cause du jour, soccer moms are taking up this dangerous new habit hobby, they want to become ice saboteurs.
A decade ago, Kristen Fleming writes, bored females were radicalized by multi-level marketing schemes selling unsightly leggings from Lularoo I don't even know that company, I guess I never got into the legging phase or rodent and field moisturizer.
This is what they were doing a decade ago.
And nowadays, guess what they're?
They're going in to become ice agitators and ice saboteurs, it says.
Now many are finding their purpose and identity through aggressive activism, becoming anti-ice social media influencers, undergoing training as legal observers and creating physical chaos to obstruct federal law enforcement.
So if they're undergoing training right, and they're, they're just trying to be out there with the little cameras and, oh you know, we're just gonna, we're just gonna annoy you until the point of no return.
That's pretty, It's pretty wild, and I think that that's what's going on, because I got some more tape I want to show you.

Since Good's death last week, there are videos of women punching ice vehicles in Minneapolis, aggressively confronting agents.
Some are acting out for the cameras, obviously hoping for social media credit or perhaps communion with other social justice types in their neighborhood.
One mother who brought her baby to a protest in Minneapolis told a reporter she just wanted to feel the energy.
Woo!
You know, what a way to get excited in that cold Minneapolis weather.
I find it pretty appalling, but.
There may be something to this.
There may be something to this as you look at the way that they're going about the agitating.
Meanwhile, I'm just kind of wondering, does this mean that Joy Reid can stop blaming white women for losing the election?
I guess we have white women to thank, right?
I don't know about that.
But she was really devastated on election night.
I mean, she looked like she actually was going to break down in tears.
And if you listen to her voice, it starts to shake.
Maybe she knew the handwriting was on the wall and her job was over that evening.
And she gets really angry with white women.
Listen.
But in the end, you know, if they didn't make their numbers and essentially exceed the numbers that Joe Biden had in the suburbs, and I think we have to be blunt about why.
Black voters came through for Kamala Harris.
White women voters did not.
That is what it appears happened in that state, is that if you can't flip enough white women, and we've talked about this on this set numerous times, but that message obviously was not enough to get enough white women to vote for Vice President Harris, a fellow woman.
This would be the second opportunity.
That white women in this country have to change the way that they interact with the patriarchy.
But if people aren't receptive to it, and if people vote more party line or more on race than on gender and on protecting their gender, there's really not much more that you can do but tell people what the risks are and leave it to them to do the right thing.

I would just say, probably don't send any of those invites to any black women you know.

Like, I'm pretty sure black women have resigned from the Save America Coalition, Save Democracy Coalition, and definitely the Save the Democratic Party Coalition.

They are deliberately trying to push people to the point of no return in hopes that they will get those headlines.

They're hoping that everybody now coalesces around this one.
It just, it doesn't really work out for them when you find out that she was according to the White House, an agitator, a trained agitator.
And so then you say, like, why would you do that?
Why would you take those kind of risks with your family?
Don't you care about, you know, the three kids, et cetera?
It's hard to really understand, right, as a mother.
And then when you look at everything that's going on, a lot of this is, I think, a deliberate attempt to detour everybody away from the wild amount of fraud.
And we're talking enormous amounts of money.
The government is now estimating and this is the GAO, so this is a nonpartisan $600 billion in fraud that is being lost, not just through Minnesota, but all kinds of blue, yes, sorry, blue states throughout the country.
I mean, we just learned today from the HUD director, Scott Turner, that millions of dollars, nearly $100 million, went to fraudulent housing programs in Minnesota.
Come on.
We have found that there is likely over $84 million in eligible assistance.
That was given to the state of Minnesota during the Biden administration, including almost $500,000 in improper assistance to over 500 dead tenants.
Over $84 million of hardworking taxpayer money that was shelled out during the Biden administration in improper assistance and serving over 500 dead people with almost $500,000.
This is This is a lack of stewardship.
It's gross negligence.
I'd say, I mean, this is out of control.
Absolutely out of control.
You know, the guy who's been working with Nick Shirley, he was on Fox last night.
I want to show you this clip from Jesse Waters' show because he's found all kinds of stuff.
In other words, the HUD director is finding housing problems.
And then this guy on his own, these were the guys that actually uncovered the whole daycare fraud.
They found transportation fraud on top of this.
I mean, Somalians given new meaning, right, to, you know, the term Somali pirates, which is terrible, but that's a real thing, by the way.
Insurance companies have to spend oodles of money insuring these big freight carriers, right, these big cargo ships.
It costs a fortune because they're always worried about Somali pirates.
I mean, think of what it's costing us, U.S. taxpayers.
When the Treasury Secretary is saying that this is 10%, Of our government's budget is going to this fraudulent stuff.

The Minnesota fraud faucet keeps on dripping, and we're not talking daycares anymore.
When a Somali goes to the doctor, magically they forgot how to speak English, so they need an interpreter there.
So the county brings in an interpreter at $100 an hour, minimum eight hours to interpret what the doctor is telling the patient.
And then remember, The interpreter has to get to the doctor's office or the hospital.
How are they getting there?
The transportation company, and then they got to get back home.
And that patient had to get to the doctor's office.

Oh, so how much are we paying the interpreters and their drivers?
Almost 900 of them are Somali owned.

I've actually been to about 70 of them.
They don't exist.

Meanwhile, think about the politicians that we should be looking into.
Ilhan Omar, I hear, is absolutely terrified.
Ilhan Omar is really worried because, you see, it was just discovered that even as recently as late last week, she was trying to jam another million dollars through for a Somali restaurant owner that had some kind of special 501c3 thing to help people with addiction.
But it's really sketchy.
I mean, we're talking serious sus.
Sus, sus, sus, as the kids say.
Here's Joni Ernst, who outlines it to my friend Stu Varney on his show.
Covered the other day in one of our spending bills making its way through Congress was a $1 million earmark from Representative Ilan Omar of Minnesota, which was an earmark that was supposedly going to a substance abuse clinic, which actually happened to be housed in a restaurant and run by three individuals that share the same residential address, according to their IRS paperwork.
Tons of red.
Flags.
Yeah.
So, this is what we saw with the fraud involving the daycare centers.
Now we see other earmarks coming directly from members of Congress where it seems fraud is being perpetrated as well.
So, what's going on?

This is what's going to become the focus right now.
Seriously, guys, because we're talking about a lot of fraud and we're talking about the potential for some of this to have gone to very, very bad places back in Somalia, illicit funding Al-shabaab.

And if she knew that any of this was going on and I understand, at this point in time it's still an if, but heck, she's getting money from the people that have actually been convicted.
She has her former campaign staffer that was one of the guys who raked in millions of dollars through the Feeding OUR Future business that she put forward.
Oh interestingly, on the day that she got married, she announced her wedding and Introduces the Feeding OUR Future.
Is that feeding your future?

Ilhan, is that how you made it to 30 million bucks from like nothing?

Anyway, Chris Ruffo, he's a great conservative journalist, and he was on Fox last night outlining why this is such a big deal and why Ilhan is in so much trouble.

I actually spent last week in Minneapolis, and there's two parallel stories.
I mean, there is a panic within the Somali community, they've been found out for these massive fraud schemes.
Daycares, transportation, fake autism services, the whole nine yards.
But the political question is very important.
And my sources in Minneapolis state government say that there are open inquiries into the potential involvement at the highest level of Minnesota politics.
And so I think people will be taking a hard look not only at Governor Tim Walz, but also Congresswoman Ilhan Omar and State Attorney General Keith Ellison.
We know that they have connections with convicted fraudsters.
The question is were they merely complicit in these schemes?
Or were they part of a broader conspiracy?
We don't have strong evidence now, but I think people are starting to take a look.
Well, what we do know is that Ellison promised these guys he'd make the investigation go away and then he got money as a donation.
We know that whistleblowers alerted the Walls administration and he didn't take any action.
And we know a couple of these people, like Omar, got money from these convicted fraudsters as political donations.
Are you saying that there could have been a conspiracy?
To move the welfare fraud money into their war chests?
It's certainly possible.
And I think the person, and really I'm grateful for it, Scott Besant, the Treasury Secretary, has all the tools at his disposal to actually investigate the money trail, to figure out how the money flowed between these fake nonprofits and Somali fraudsters and Minnesota politicians.
I mean, that's the question, right?
Why was there so much money flowing between, you know, By the way, Somalia and these fraudsters.
And why were they getting campaign donations from these fraudsters?
This is why these guys are really freaked out.
Really, really, really freaked out.
And they should be.
Here, I want to go to right now.
This is Scott Besant saying that this is just the tip of the iceberg.
It's going to get really ugly.
We're going to press this to the full extent possible.
And like I said, I think that this may just be, it's a cold day outside, so this could be the tip of the iceberg here in Minnesota, but it's probably may not be as prevalent, but the dollars may be bigger and larger in other states.
And just to put this in perspective for American taxpayers, for American families, the GAO, the General Accounting Office, believes that there is somewhere between $300 and $600 billion of annual fraud, roughly 10% of government spending.
That disappears due to fraud.
If we can recapture that, that is 1% to 2% of GDP.
That's amazing.
I mean, that could be.
And look at this.
They've got all kinds of agents.
This is DHS, but they have the equivalent for IRS out there getting together all of this evidence, this evidence that they're pulling forward to be able to go after these fraudsters, which leaves not just Ilhan Omar terrified, but I think Wall's terrified.
It's one of the reasons he's not going to be running again.
And of course, Keith Ellison, who's the AG in the state.
super, super scared because, well, I'll go back to Besant for a second, but he's highlighting the fact that Keith Ellison, the AG there in Minnesota, allegedly was getting money from some of the fraudsters after having promised them that they would kind of have an easy time of things.
Let's go to Besant.
Calling for political favors to stop the investigations.
So we'll see.
But again, I don't want to get out ahead of the investigations.
It's going to be very methodical.
And Chris, I can guarantee you, when the bear trap snaps, we're going to get these folks.
And again, we're going to follow the money, whether it's over the two counties here, in Minneapolis, St. Paul's, or whether it's to East Africa.
And there's tons of luxury properties, cars that have been bought over there.
Okay, you see where this is going.
And he's going to travel it with this money all over the world.
So he's going to find out exactly.
And you know what?
I got a lot of faith in him.
I really do.
I actually like Scott Besson a lot.
He's the real deal.
He actually was a super, uber successful investor.
I mean, the guy basically took down the Bank of England.
Okay, like go read about that in your spare time.
He is smart.
He is outstanding at what he's doing.
Just look at where the economy is.
I mean, that's Trump, but it's also Scott Besson putting all of this stuff into fruition.
So he's really good.
And I think it leaves her.
really fearful.
Don't forget Keith Ellison again on tape.
Fox had it.
What we have is by inserting ourselves into the political arena, putting our votes where it needs to be, but most importantly, putting our dollars in the right place and supporting candidates that will fight to protect our interests.
That's right.
You can only protect our interests when we have your back and you don't have to worry about who's behind you.
So now officials are saying, why was Ellison meeting with this group in the First place.
They were asking him to help them get more federal funding, offering votes and campaign donations for support.
So the audio clips part of an ongoing investigation into the widespread fraud across the state.
Ellison's office sharing an op ed that he wrote in the local paper.
He said, in part, I took a meeting of good faith with people I didn't know, and some turned out to have done bad things.
I did nothing for them and took nothing from them.
But documents obtained by the Center for the American Experiment say some of those non convicted.
Somali fraudsters that he met with donated money to Ellison's campaign after that meeting.
It's money, though, he did later give back once this group was indicted, according to reports.
So, whoa.
All right.
So he's in a lot of trouble.
And Ilhan's in a lot of trouble.
I mean, I've played this for some of you guys, but Comer is like, hey, you know, if anyone is coming under suspicion here, it's Ilhan Omar.
I mean, let's think about it.
Okay.
This is her district where everybody's from.
Where all this fraud is coming from.
And then there's the reality that suddenly her bank account has gotten quite swollen, which Comer highlights.
You said this week that Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar was, quote, at the top of the suspect list.
Can you elaborate?
Well, we have to disclose annually our financial statements.
And, you know, I think it's public knowledge what the salary is for Congress.
And it's been the same.
I've been here nine years.
It's been the exact same $174,000 for nine years.
Omar's been here maybe.
Five or seven years.
But regardless, her net worth just out of nowhere skyrocketed.
We know it's tied to a venture capital or private equity fund, some type of investment, two investment funds that her husband's running.
We have a lot of questions about where the money came from.
How do you make that much in fees in a short period of time?
Is the Congresswoman Ilhan Omar a case that could be referred to the Ethics Committee?
Absolutely.
The Ethics Committee's sole purpose in life is to investigate members of Congress.
Will you refer her case to the Ethics Committee?
Absolutely.
And I think that there are going to be a lot of members that will encourage the Ethics Committee to take this up because it's just a simple question.
It shouldn't take very long.
One little session with the Ethics Committee with basic questions how did he amass this much?
money.
And then if they're not satisfied with the answer, then they can certainly get those financial records.

That nothing is being done, that no one is being held accountable, that this was just let to run rampant is completely false.
Well, some people have been held accountable, but I think in the opinion of most Republicans, not nearly enough.
And truthfully, until somebody in a position of power Until somebody in a position in Minnesota, elected position who was in charge of administering this or having some oversight over it, goes to jail, it's honestly never going to stop.
Look what's going on in blue states across the country $9 billion in Minnesota, $70 billion in fraud in California, cooking the crime stats in Washington, D.C. When is someone in a position of power going to go to jail for the rental fraud?
What I am telling you, though, is in the case of these states and locales, this is public money.
Taxpayer money.
People get elected.
They're supposed to run programs every day.
Every day is doing their job every single day.
The Medicaid program is run by the state.
The DOJ is prosecuting for the state.
Bragged about putting more money into this daycare system that is obviously rife with fraud.
So don't you find that peculiar that that particular host is trying to suddenly defend the DOJ?

A Somali-led organization.

I mean, except for the group's website actually lists two addresses for addiction recovery center in Minneapolis, including a location on Cedar Avenue.
But it turns out that the location on Cedar Avenue is actually the address for the Seagal restaurant and coffee shop.
They're like, oh, but there's a second floor.
I'm sorry, Ilhan, this one is for the history books.
Because in the middle of everything going down, you still have the gall to think that Americans are going to go for this one, the opioid treatment addiction recovery center.
I mean, that $30 million, gosh, I hope you stash it someplace really good because you may need to get out of town quick, really quick.
Again, remember what Joni Ernst said.

Covered the other day, and one of our spending bills making its way through Congress was a $1 million earmark from Representative Ilan Omar of Minnesota, which was an earmark that was supposedly going to a substance abuse clinic.
Which actually happened to be housed in a restaurant and run by three individuals that share the same residential address according to their IRS paperwork.
My gosh!
Tons of red.
I think we got a lot to investigate.
But I'll tell you this Donald Trump has had it.
He has had it with Minnesota.
He has had it with the blue states that are basically taking our tax dollars.
And he said enough is enough.
Today, he announced that they are going to be ending all protection for Somalis in the U.S. of A.
So if you recently came to this country, or even not so recently, but had protection because you didn't want to go back to the war-torn Somalia, guess what?
That doesn't exist anymore.
So ICE coming out today with a social media post after Fox posted the story saying Trump administration ends temporary protected status for thousands of Somalis in the U.S., he said, or rather ICE said, Temporary protection status, known as TPS, for Somalis, has ended.
Leave the U.s on your own terms between now and march 17th, or receive a visit from ICE.
The choice is yours, because people have had it.
The fraud is one thing.
Meanwhile, it could be even way worse than you think.
Again, going back to this is his specialty.
Now Scott Besant is on the money trail treasury secretary Besant so we're lowering that to 3 000 and we're also targeting the two counties here and we're going to do enhanced surveillance And from now on, anyone who wires money out from one of these money service businesses has to check a box saying whether they are on public Assistance.
And if you are on public assistance, we are going to start pushing that you cannot wire money out of the country.
Oh, gosh.
And what if they lie and they don't tell us about public assistance?
Well, then.
That's a crime, lying on a federal form.
We're going to follow it up and we are going to push that you can no longer do that.
The American people, our generosity, Has been taken advantage of.
Our generosity is funding Al Shabaab in Iranian interests.
It could be.
Well, the money is really bad.
The money is supposed to go for alleged asylum seekers and their families and children.
And if you were wiring the money out of the country, one of two things must be true.
You are getting too much money and your benefits should be cut, or you are part of this conspiracy.
Where did that money come from?
We're going to find it out.
That's what Treasury does.
IRS has a group called Criminal Investigations.

So protection for anybody who's here seeking asylum from Somalia is officially ending March 17th.
Don't say he didn't warn you.
This is New York Times story on it.
Again, the indication coming from Besant that they're tired of this, that too much money is going back home, that a lot of this is going to fraud and it's over.
And so the end of the program is coming.
The Times writes, as federal officials are carrying out an intense immigration effort, Blitz in Minnesota, the state with the largest population of Somalis in the United States, the Department of Homeland Security is dispatching roughly 3,000 officers and agents to Minnesota, a move that federal officials say is meant to crack down on fraud and illegal immigration.
Of course, as you saw earlier in the show, they're countering that or pushing back by, you know, posting, you know, photocopies of No Ice Here at McDonald's or having people that are effectively soccer moms get trained.
in this ice agitation and resistance and that's how they think they're going to combat that.
The termination, they point out in the Times, is going to affect nearly 3,000 Somalian nationals who are able to live and work in the United States through a program called temporary protected status.
So there's like 1,380 Somalians that have applications right now that are being processed and I guess it's game over for them.
So in justifying the termination, the Homeland Security officials are saying it is being done on conditions that Somalia has actually improved.
and allowing Somalis to stay would not be in the national interest of the United States of America.
Temporary means temporary, Christy Nome said in a statement.
Further allowing Somali nationals to remain temporarily in the United States is contrary to our national interests.
We are putting America first.
Meanwhile, they're slashing all funding to all sanctuary cities.

Oh my goodness, that's just a few days away, right?
I mean, that's coming up fast.
Cashing out.
What a good headline.
President Trump said Tuesday he is preparing to halt federal funding to sanctuary cities and states on February 1st, potentially yanking billions of dollars in revenue in response to barring cooperation and immigration agents.
So you haven't cooperated.
You're actually not allowing immigration agents in.
You're not assisting them when they need the help.
And he's like, okay, then we're cutting you off.
You're not getting any more money.
But I have a question for you guys because I'm sitting there looking at this headline and I actually had to do a double take because I thought, I thought. we actually had already done this.
In fact, I kind of thought that we had ended all of the sanctuary city funding and maybe it was trapped up in some legal issues.
And I'm reading the Bloomberg article and I'm reading the New York Post and it's like it's fresh as of today.
And I'm like, wait, wait a second, wait a second.
Like I'm not losing my mind here, right?
No, I'm not because back in February of 2025, what did Pambandi do?
She said she cut off all the sanctuary cities from their funding.
She was pausing the money back then.
Here's the New York Post, February 5th, 2025.
Newly inaugurated Attorney General Pam Bondi ordered the defunding of jurisdictions that refused to cooperate with federal immigration authorities on Wednesday, potentially cutting off a significant money source for New York.
She issued this edict shortly after being sworn in.
So, whoa, whoa, whoa, wait a second.
If she's issuing the edict back in February, like, why didn't it happen?
Why are we just finding out today that Donald Trump is doing that?
I mean, I'm pretty sure we can go back to the press conference where I'm almost positive.
She said that she was going after Kathy Hochul and Letitia James and even the DMV.
Remember?
We're here today because we have filed charges against the state of New York.
We have filed charges against Kathy Hochul.
We have filed charges against Letitia James and Mark Schroeder, who is with DMV.
This is a new DOJ, and we are taking steps to protect Americans, American citizens, and angel moms, like the mom standing right behind me, who you're going to hear from in a moment.
New York has chosen to prioritize illegal aliens over American citizens.
It stops.
It stops today.
Apparently, it didn't stop.
And it didn't stop in February of 2025 because now Donald Trump is saying it's going to stop.
And you know what else he's saying?

I got a real lemon in Pambondi.
Turns out she can't do the job.

So now the new story, and you can see this one in the Daily Mail, is Donald Trump souring on Bondi.
Well, wouldn't you?
I mean, under the circumstances, wouldn't you?
If you put your head of the DOJ in charge of doing a lot of things that you thought she was going to get done, and then it turns out, you know, she forgot to turn in her homework on time and missed the statute of limitations on James Comey, I'd be mad too.
I mean, I am mad, and it's not involving me.
I'm just commenting from the sidelines, and I'm like, I can't believe this.
The incompetency is off the charts.
She can't do the job.
I'm sorry.
You know what?
She's pretty on television.
She does a good job on Hannity.
Let her do that.
Let her be a PR person, okay?
She's a politician, so she kisses up to him and maybe she's loyal.
Maybe she's not.
I don't know.
All I know is the proof's in the pudding, this woman can't get the job done.
She can't.
I mean, nothing's happened.
Don't take my word for it.
Comer feels the same way.
Everybody feels this right now.
At the end of the day, I've been disappointed in some of the criminal referrals that are collecting dust on Attorney General Bondi's desk.
I've made that very clear with the White House.
I'm hopeful that we'll see some action soon on the criminal referrals that range everywhere from Dr. Fauci. to the Biden family influence peddling scheme.
So we've got that.
But now with respect to Minnesota, I'm very confident the Department of Justice is going to make several more requests.
They've already made several arrests, dozens of arrests down there, and they're working on dozens of prosecutions.
But that's the tip of the iceberg, and the Department of Justice knows it.
Homeland Security obviously is down there.
You've got the Department of Ag looking at some of these food programs.
So I think everyone in the Trump administration, HUD, all the different agencies are serious about apprehending these.
Fraudsters.
Okay, they're serious about going after the fraudsters.
By the way, that's why they don't allow Pam to actually be the one who's going to control all this, right?
I mean, you had JD Vance say the other day, we get somebody new, a new position, reporting directly to the president.
She was totally bypassed.
And the word on the street is that he's looking to do that in many different capacities.

And it says this month, Donald Trump has talked to allies about how he could appoint special counsels at the Justice Department because he's so frustrated with what he sees as slow progress of its work, according to people familiar with the situation.
This does not surprise me at all.
This is exactly what they did with Minnesota and all the fraud.
Now they're putting somebody that doesn't have to report to Pam in charge of the entire operation for all of the fraud.
Granted, it's a little bit too big for her.
But you know, there's a lot that's too big for her.
I think the Epstein stuff is too big for her.
I think the Biden crime family stuff is too big for her.
I think the Russia, Russia, Russia stuff is too big for her.
I mean, it's all too big for a politician from Florida who's good on television.
Because you know what you need?
Not a politician, not somebody that's good on television.
You need somebody who knows how to run a big, giant shop of litigators, okay?
Somebody from, I don't know, Jones Day, which is a popular firm in conservative circles.
Go get the head of Jones Day who knows how to run a whole team of litigators because you need litigators all over the country.
your U.S. attorney here, there, and everywhere doing their jobs.
And then you have to, as Attorney General, kind of pick and choose which are the most important cases here and kind of keep an eye on them, right?
Babysit them a little bit.
Manage them.
You've got to be a good manager.
I don't think she is.
I think that she knows how to be on TV and she knows how to campaign.
And that's called being a politician.
That's called being good on TV.
And none of them have anything to do.
And maybe she's a good lawyer, sure.
But again, you can be a great lawyer and you may not.
be able to manage an entire team of lawyers.
And so he needs what I'm calling like a CEO type position.

This is why he's getting a new prosecutor to go after all the fraud.
And maybe Besant will help manage that prosecutor as well.
But you can't have Pam do it.
Pam can't get her homework in on time.

And apparently, I think his lawyers are telling him, hey, don't bother doing it because if you hold out long enough, guess what?

And you're not going to have to worry about getting hauled in.
Because the way this goes down, guys, when you hold somebody in contempt of Congress and if they refuse to testify, then guess what?

You had an opportunity to go and testify and you wouldn't testify.

She's alleging that he lied in his testimony before Congress when he was being asked about those renovations that the Federal Reserve was doing on its historic buildings.
Now, I don't think that Jerome would deliberately lie.
I'm not here to like, you know, sing his praises necessarily.
I think he's been kind of a bad, bad, bad Fed secretary and has just been off on everything.
I mean, my gosh, that guy kept printing like there was no tomorrow.
It's like he was really trying to do Biden a favor, I think.
I don't know.
Or Janet Yellen a favor.
I mean, he just wouldn't stop printing.
And it was so obvious.
I was like pounding this table.
No, you can't print anymore.
Oh my gosh, look at what Chuck and Nancy just did to the tune of trillions.
And Biden's handed out a third stimulus check.
Jerome, Jerry, come on.
But he may have believed that that was the right thing to do.
So he's just dumb, okay?
In terms of the construction of the historic Fed, it's not like he was profiting off it himself, but I think Jeanine Pirro was kind of looking for a headline.
And I think Jeanine Pirro, being a TV person, she doesn't want to report to anyone.
And Pam kind of doesn't really have anything going on, right?
Pam can't get anything done.
And so she's ineffective.
So Jean Pirro's just like, boom, I'm going to go right straight to it.
Well, Scott Besant isn't happy, okay?
So the adult in the room, and I say that as someone who likes Piro a lot, but she doesn't really understand financial markets.
And Besson's looking at this and he's like, whoa, holy moly.
I mean, for goodness sakes, now we're going after the head of the Federal Reserve.
Don't you think that's a little bit much?
After all, the reason people keep buying our debt and we want them to keep buying our debt is because the U.S. is regarded as the pristine, if you would, brand.
So, we're the place that you want to be because when the you know what hits the fan, you want to be invested in U.S. dollars and U.S. treasuries, right?
And if you think that the U.S. is a banana republic because they're out there, hey, I don't know, suing the head of the Federal Reserve, it's kind of funny, then you may not want to invest in the U.S.
So, Besson gets this.
And so he picked up the phone last night and was like, I was really upset with Trump.
And then, you know who else gets it?
Oh, Jamie Dabbin gets it, right?
biggest financial institution in the world.
He gets it.
And I think, I think Donald Trump absolutely gets it.
This is a bit of a headline.
It's a bit of a distraction.
It's a bit of a F you to Powell on his way out.
I don't think it'll go anywhere.
I don't think it'll see the light of day.
But he had something interesting to say just moments ago in Detroit, Michigan.
Let's listen.
And I've also announced that the U.S. government is purchasing $200 billion of mortgage bonds to bring down mortgage rates.
And it's had a huge impact.
It's already started.
And just last week, the average 30-year mortgage dropped below 6% for the first time in many years.
It's coming down very rapidly.
And that's not with the help of the Fed.
If I had the help of the Fed, it would be easier.
But that jerk will be gone soon.
Whoa!
Okay, tell us how you really feel.
Wow, that jerk will be gone soon.
That was a little bit angry sounding.
I know that he's sick of Powell.
Listen, Powell hasn't done him any favors.
Realistically speaking, I mean, there's every reason in the world right now to lower rates.
You don't have any inflation.
Look at it.
It's 2.7% and core inflation came in today at 2.6%.
So we got no real massive inflation.
Everybody thought it was going to be a couple tenths of a point higher.
That didn't happen.
So inflation's coming down.
You got GDP growth that maybe the Fed is looking at it and saying, well, look, you know, GDP growth is great.
Why do we need to cut rates?
But here's the wacky thing, right?
People have really high car loans and they have really high mortgage rates.
And when you have that kind of you know, very high interest rate charge, you're basically locking up liquidity because people can't go out and buy a new car and they can't even move, right?
Maybe there's a great job in another part of the country, but they can't take the job because they can't sell their house because they can't get what they paid for it out.
And so it creates a stagnancy in the economy.
And that's what he's trying to fight against.
So he's out there saying, okay, I'm going to do this much.
I'm going to buy all these mortgage bonds up and Fannie and Freddie go for it.
That'll help.
That'll actually help bring mortgage rates down.
And what might help even more, right, is having a Fed chief that is lowering rates.
And it's not just the Fed chief.
You need the whole Fed to go along with it.
And so he wants those lower rates and he wants them fast.
He knows that it's important for the success of the economy to be able to have this kind of liquidity out there.
And so he's talking today, I want to go again to the sound, about the benefits of the strong economy in 2026.
I do think there's a lot to be excited about.
I really do in 2026.

But let me go to the president speaking in Detroit, talking about how good it's going to be.
He's kind of funny.
Now, after less than 12 months in office, I'm back in Michigan to report to you on the strongest and fastest economic turnaround in our country's history.
It's really been historic.
There's never been, there's never been, we're not 12 months, we're through 11 months.
We've got $18 trillion being invested in our country.
The most of any country ever was three.
We're at 18.
There's never been anything like this.
You are so lucky I allow you into this room to even be with me.
I'm kidding.
I'm kidding.
The fake news will say.
We'll say Donald Trump thinks he's hot stuff.
Right now, I'm feeling pretty good, though, I will say.
Oh, you're so lucky to be here.
Under our administration, growth is exploding, productivity is soaring, investment is booming, incomes are rising, inflation is defeated, America is respected again like never before.
That's great.
Look, there's a lot to be optimistic about.
Things are really looking up.
Again, you have the recent report out of the Federal Reserve Bank in Atlanta talking about five points.
4% economic growth?
I mean, that's an economy that's on fire.
Thank you very much.
This is an absolutely booming economy right now.
Yeah.
So what could slow it down?
What could possibly slow it down?
Hmm.
I don't know.
Maybe this.
In addition, I proudly called for the credit card companies to cap interest rates at 10% for one year because they're getting 28% and 30% and 32%.
Okay.
All right.
So now we have to back up for a second.
Nobody likes the credit card companies.
I get it.
Nobody wants to be charged 30% interest rate.
I mean, it's outrageous.
It's insane.
But you know what?
What are we looking at?
Like 7%, 8% on car loans and similar on 30-year mortgages right now?
I mean, we got high, high rates on everything.
I mean, it's wild, right?
I mean, I think about my own mortgage is like 2%.
It's fantastic, right?
But of course, why would you ever move?
I don't need to move.
I don't want to move.
But if rates are so high right now compared to when people were buying before, like it creates a stagnancy in the economy.
And you can't fix it by waving a magic wand and saying, oh, I'm going to get rid of those high interest rates.
I'm going to prevent credit card companies from charging anything more than 10.
Think about that for a second.
Like, what does that actually mean?
What if you're like a young family that has bad credit and you really need the credit for something?
You're not going to get it.
Like, people who can't afford it will never be able to get it because what are the banks going to do?
You can't force them to lend.
They have to be compensated because their risk for some people with very bad credit portfolios are, you know, are off the charts.
I mean, think about what they did.
Remember those no income, no asset loans that Barney Frank was so high on back in the day, it led to the whole subprime mortgage crisis, right?
You do not want to be in a situation where you're forcing banks to lend and you're forcing them to make decisions, I guess for political reasons, right?
Because this is entirely political.
I mean, I think Warren baited him into this one.
Gosh darn it.
Anytime you're like hanging out with Elizabeth Warren and, you know, on the phone with Elizabeth Warren, I'm just going to say, woohoo, warning, warning.
All right, same with Mandami.
Apparently he's been chatting up Mandami too.
Don't let those socialists get into your head.
Not that they would, not that they would.
But I think that there's a political motivation for this.
It would be a disaster for the economy.
Let me be really clear, okay?
You know that I always shoot straight with you and I love what this president is doing on so many levels and I'm looking out for him and I want only the best for the U.S. economy and for you and for him.
But this would be kind of a recipe for disaster.
I mean, Elizabeth Warren, she's like, this is fantastic, absolutely fantastic.
Like, hey.
Maybe Trump and I can be friends now.
I mean, this was moments after she had gone.
I think she was speaking in New York just yesterday.
No, she was speaking at the National Press Club.
Yeah.
And she just torched him for this affordability issue, which frankly is a little bit fake.
I'm just going to say, like, I know things are high, but they're high compared to where they were because guess what?
And when he was last in office, we hadn't had Jerome Powell's money printing and Nancy and Chuck's multi-trillion dollar stimulus.
And we hadn't had all of the third stimulus check round coming our way.
So there was a lot of money printed.
And that's what led to 9.6% consumer price index increases.
It was crazy, but it's not crazy anymore.
And so this is kind of the new normal.
And I know it feels rough, but listening to Elizabeth Warren isn't going to get you there.
I noticed just about an hour ago that President Trump has said that he wants to talk about bringing down housing costs.
I guess he's trying to jump in the spotlight here.
But the American people need action.
Let's be clear.
We have done the hard work here in the United States Senate and we have passed the Road to Housing, which is a bill that will increase housing supply.
We passed it unanimously in the United States Senate.
Now it's hung up over in the House of Representatives by Republicans.
And Donald Trump has not lifted a finger to get that bill through, to get housing supply expanded, and to help push down costs.
Instead, we come together on a day when Donald Trump's administration has just approved the merger of the two biggest real estate outfits in this country, which will further drive up the cost of buying and selling homes.
You give us the chance.
We are going to deliver lower housing costs for the American people.
But we can't give you that chance, okay?
Let me just be really clear.
I think he's passing her a bone here.
He's smarter than this.
I mean, he knows.
Like, I'm sorry.
If like your average car loan, and I actually should know this off the top of my head, but I don't.
Forgive me.
I'm going to go.
If you guys know, tell me.
But I'm going to go with, say, like 7% or something right now.
If it's around 7, okay?
If it's around 7, then guess what?
10, capping at 10, like that's not going to fly for credit cards because that's the riskiest pool of all.
Like nobody's going to be able to take out a credit card.
Nobody's going to have any credit card debt.
I guess that's one way to get rid of credit card debt.
We're just not going to allow it because basically we're going to shut the banks off.
Anyway, she's all excited.
Guess what?
He called her.
He called her after her speech.
Trust me, I don't think he watched her speech.
It may have just been a coincidence.
She's like, he called me after my speech.
We discussed this same message on affordability.
I discussed it with him directly.
I told him that Congress can pass legislation to cap credit card rates if he will actually fight for it.
I also urged him to get House Republicans to pass the bipartisan Road to Housing Act, blah, Okay.
So she's going to kill or is trying to kill our economy.
Donald Trump will not take that bait, I predict.
And my predictions are always right.
Like, are they not?
Like, what have they not been?
I mean, sometimes a little too ahead of myself, but I typically get it right.

I want a little less tv and a little more substance.
Okay and I say that as a tv person, right I mean nothing against tv people right, given that I am one of them but a little less hair and makeup, a little bit more due diligence, and so I think we need somebody who's a great manager, who can inspire his or her team of U.s attorneys to go out there and get the job done, and that can manage them and make sure that they're reporting to them and that they have some Fluency.
You know, the Democrats are actually very good at this and they've done this for years and years, right?
They often hire from big, big firms and they kind of get how the system works.
I get it as conservatives, we don't trust those trial lawyers, probably for good reason.
And yet I think when push comes to shove, it actually puts us at a disadvantage in moments like this.
Because they've got that whole system that works for them, but we don't have it working for us.
And so we just need somebody who comes from the inside, who has run a really big shop and can get the job done.
I see you guys are really not interested in eating at McDonald's as a result of all of this.
Not that you wanted to eat McDonald's before.
It probably is not very good for you.

New car loan average is six and a half percent and you have the mortgage rate 30 year.
That just came down.
The other day I saw that uh, as a result of the Fannie Freddie move I was like well, that's one way to pull down mortgages.
Donald Trump, good one, okay.
Um, her Meet Dylan is another name that's being talked about, but has her Meet worked for a really big firm?
I know that she's good on tv as well and she did a lot of television law.
But I want somebody who's like worked it again, like run Sullivan AND Cromwell or Jones DAY, like these big, big firms that have thousands of lawyers, or at least hundreds of lawyers.
I'm looking up the average 30-year mortgage rate because it gives you an idea of just how high rates are right now.
And this is why the president wants them lower.
But you can't order.
You just can't order the banks to suddenly miraculously wave a magic wand and do that.
Okay, we're looking at like 6.16 is a 30-year fixed rate.
So yeah, I mean, credit cards.
At 10%, I just don't think that that is ever going to be feasible, even for just a year.
