The Trish Regan Show - 🚨 BREAKING: Gov Kathy Hochul Faces REVOLT IN NY—New Poll SPELLS DOOM, VOTERS Want Her OUT! Aired: 2025-10-29 Duration: 12:08 === Trish Regan Welcomes the Chaos (01:49) === [00:00:02] Welcome to the show, everyone. [00:00:03] I am Trish Regan. [00:00:04] And oh, my goodness, we have a lot going on. [00:00:07] Poor Kathy Holkle. [00:00:08] Oh, my goodness. [00:00:09] I mean, Letitia James out of bed. [00:00:10] And now you look at Kathy, for goodness sakes, these new poll numbers, they are a train wreck for the governor of New York. [00:00:16] It looks like nobody really wants her. [00:00:18] What do you know? [00:00:18] How does that not surprise me? [00:00:20] How does that not surprise me? [00:00:22] You know, we actually showed you some poll numbers a few months back, which were extremely weak, both for Kathy and for Letitia Baby. [00:00:29] So they're both in trouble right now. [00:00:31] Letitia, I expect, is the next one to fall in all of this all is. [00:00:35] By the way, we get some interesting data out that suggests that, what do you know? [00:00:38] Karma Mandami may not be able to pull it off. [00:00:41] Meanwhile, 160 members of MAGA are you kidding me? [00:00:46] That's what we're talking about here in terms of people that actually may not or may have been spied upon. [00:00:55] Pretty amazing stuff when I say may you know, we got some people that are going to be going to prison and Donald Trump is talking about. [00:01:01] Might it be one Jack Smith? [00:01:03] Meanwhile, it's all coming, as CNN admits. [00:01:06] CNN admits, just as Bill Gates admits. [00:01:09] I guess like he's the kingpin here. [00:01:10] If Bill Gates says it, then you can say it. [00:01:12] CNN admits, you know, people aren't really into the whole climate change thing. [00:01:15] Like it's really just not resonating. [00:01:17] New Gallup pullout proves it. [00:01:20] I'll tell you guys, you know, the Democrats were hanging their hat on this one. [00:01:23] They should have just like gone out and talked to Americans. [00:01:27] They would have figured out they were barking up the wrong tree. [00:01:31] Good to have you here. [00:01:32] Welcome to the program. [00:01:32] As I said, I'm Trish Regan and we love that you're here. [00:01:36] Make sure if you haven't subscribed that you do. [00:01:38] It's really, really important. [00:01:39] We're killing it here on the Tristregan channel. [00:01:41] I'm so proud of this because we just started maybe about a year and a half ago or so. [00:01:44] We're already up to 1.1 million subs. [00:01:47] It's really incredible. [00:01:48] And we're on the top 100 almost every week. === One Million Subscribers Celebration (02:36) === [00:01:51] What do you know? [00:01:53] Kathy Hochul, ladies and gentlemen, looks like she is going to be out there as the governor of New York. [00:01:58] A new poll shows that it doesn't look very good. [00:02:03] And you got a Trump person coming in, stealing her thunder, at least Stefanik, a bright woman. [00:02:09] Very, very bright woman, much brighter than Kathy Holkle, but you know, that's not saying much. [00:02:13] Kathy Holkle proving she's not so bright when she went to the Mamdami rally just last night in New York and they're shouting out, tax the rich, tax the rich, and she's all on board until she figures out, oh my gosh, they were saying something that I don't really want to maybe be standing for in light of the way the rest of the state of New York feels. [00:02:34] Watch. [00:02:34] Oh my [00:03:16] gosh, like did they not hear themselves? [00:03:17] We need a fighter who's gonna wake up every day ready to punch, and that guy is ma'am Dom. [00:03:22] He doesn't look like much of a fighter to me, just saying. [00:03:26] I mean, I don't know, maybe a brief stint on a wrestling team somewhere. [00:03:32] Was it a Bowdoin college that he went to up in Maine? [00:03:36] Lucky Bowdoin? [00:03:37] I am telling you, this is going to be a disaster if this guy wins, but hopefully he doesn't. [00:03:42] In the meantime, Kathy Holkle, she's like backtracking now today because somehow she didn't realize what they were saying. [00:03:49] No, no, no. [00:03:49] Kathy, because she lives in her own little small brain, is thinking they're talking about the Bills. [00:03:54] In New York City, they're talking about the bills. [00:03:56] Yeah, Kathy, like that makes sense. [00:03:58] Watch. [00:04:04] Ah, do we have it? [00:04:05] Do we have it? [00:04:05] Do we have it? [00:04:06] Let's try again. [00:04:08] I thought there was well, maybe not. [00:04:11] Anyway, she says, I thought they were talking about the bills. [00:04:14] I thought that was it. [00:04:16] They were just talking about the bills. [00:04:18] You know, they were fired up for the bills. [00:04:20] No, no, Kathy, I know you like the bills. [00:04:22] You know what? [00:04:24] My husband likes the bills, too. [00:04:25] He's from Buffalo. [00:04:26] You know, you have to like the bills if you're from Buffalo. === Mandami's Odds Collapse in NYC (07:40) === [00:04:28] He also says it builds character. [00:04:30] You know, yeah, it does. [00:04:31] Okay, Kathy, we know that you like the bills, but you were in New York City at a Mamdami rally. [00:04:36] They're shouting tax the rich. [00:04:38] They're mad at you because you're not taxing enough because you say you're not going to go along with all this. [00:04:42] Well, I'll tell you, you are damned if you do and you're damned if you don't because I'm looking at the polls and they're not so hot now, are they? [00:04:49] Here, take a look at this, you guys. [00:04:51] Shock poll. [00:04:52] Trump loyalist, Elise Stefanik. [00:04:56] Best Kathy Hochul in New York governor's race. [00:04:58] Yeah, that's what's going on. [00:05:00] I'm telling you, the whole world is going MAGA because the whole world is actually coming back to its senses. [00:05:05] And Kathy, you're just going to have to deal with it, okay? [00:05:07] So right now we're looking at Elise Stefanik, the former congresswoman from the state of New York. [00:05:13] probably winning the governor's seat. [00:05:16] She shocked Kathy just a short time ago when she announced that she was going to be running for governor. [00:05:21] Now she's shocking her even more because this is an earthquake, okay? [00:05:24] You're suddenly going to be looking at a very, they're calling it a purple state here at the Manhattan Institute. [00:05:29] These are the guys that did the poll. [00:05:31] And they're saying there's this Stephonic lead that's happening statewide while the Democrats may take New York City when you look at everything else that's happening. [00:05:41] And this deals with everything I've told you about Letitia James, who we're going to get to in a minute. [00:05:45] But this is the reality, folks. [00:05:46] Letitia James is struggling and suffering in her poll data that we saw as recently as last spring, which was actually quite a while ago, if you think of everything that's happened, including the indictment since then. [00:05:56] And now you got this one, Stefanik, who's going to take over for one Kathy Holkle. [00:06:02] But you get it, right? [00:06:03] Because people aren't happy. [00:06:06] They're looking at the crime situation and they're not happy. [00:06:09] And they're looking at what MAGA has to offer. [00:06:12] And it's a heck of a lot more. [00:06:14] So here we go. [00:06:15] According to Manhattan Institute, Democrat Governor Kathy Holkle is losing to Republican Elise Stefanik at least right now by one point. [00:06:23] I'm guessing that's going to go up, up and away among registered voters and points to a six-point advantage over her lieutenant governor and primary challenger. [00:06:30] That would be Antony Delgado. [00:06:32] While more than a year remains, they point out until Election Day in New York. [00:06:35] It is pretty amazing, right, that we're looking at the possibility of a Democrat losing to a Republican. [00:06:42] New York going red, baby. [00:06:43] I love it. [00:06:44] Here's some of the data. [00:06:45] And you can check it out at Manhattan Institute if you want to find out exactly who they were. [00:06:49] Polling, but they looked at a pretty broad section and tried to allocate for ages, etc. [00:06:54] Here were the results. [00:06:55] Look at this bar chart, Elise is in red and she's a point ahead at Kathy Holkle in blue. [00:07:04] And I know you're like okay, it's only a point, but this is big. [00:07:07] This is big because because i'll tell you why it's big because you know, New York is such a blue blue, blue state. [00:07:17] The idea of a Republican winning there it's like, It's like an earthquake. [00:07:23] And when I look at some of the boroughs and what's happened in the boroughs, it's also an earthquake because you saw, for example, in places like Queens, Donald Trump picked up a lot of votes that he normally wouldn't have picked up. [00:07:35] And they don't know what to make of that, you guys. [00:07:37] I mean, this is unprecedented territory. [00:07:40] The idea that you could have now a Democrat losing to a Republican and a Trump Republican at that. [00:07:47] But I'll tell you, you go outside of New York City and you see Trump signs everywhere. [00:07:53] As I mentioned, my husband's from Buffalo. [00:07:55] And we'll go up to Lockport, actually, in New York. [00:07:58] And we're just like, wow. [00:08:00] I mean, the Trump signs are everywhere. [00:08:03] And I think that, you know, it's important to kind of get out of that New York City bubble, that Manhattan media bubble, if you would. [00:08:10] And you start to look and say, okay, this is the real world. [00:08:13] And this is how people feel in the real world. [00:08:15] And they really like Donald Trump and what he's doing in the real world. [00:08:20] So when Letitia James goes around and says, hey, I want to see police records. [00:08:26] And I want to see if you're cooperating with ICE. [00:08:29] And if you're cooperating with ICE, then you're in violation of state law. [00:08:32] That doesn't sit well with a lot of people in the state of New York, okay? [00:08:35] Because in the state of New York, a lot of people want law and order. [00:08:39] And they even want it in New York City, too, believe it or not, which is why I actually think Ma'am Tommy might be more under threat than you think. [00:08:47] In fact, we've got some new poll numbers that have suggested that from none other than Polymarket. [00:08:50] Polymarket being that trading platform where you can kind of look at this stuff in real time and get a feel for what's what. [00:08:57] Because, you know. [00:08:58] Money talks, as they say. [00:09:01] And Mamdami, if he doesn't pull off New York, then wow, you really are seeing the sea change. [00:09:07] Granted, it's still going to go to another Democrat, Cuomo, and a Democrat that not many of us have much admiration for, shall we say. [00:09:14] But still, important to think about this, the context in which this is all happening, because I think it spells trouble for Letitia James as well. [00:09:24] Mamdami running as a communist for the mayor of New York. [00:09:28] Financial Capital of the World. [00:09:31] And the shocking thing here is he even got to first base. [00:09:34] I mean, he's got a few problems going on. [00:09:35] For example, take a look at this, Mamdami faces criminal referrals over alleged foreign donations to his New York City mayoral campaign. [00:09:45] So this is coming up and it's kind of a big deal because he's being accused, if you would, of taking foreign donations. [00:09:54] Now some would say oh, you know, one of them was just from his mom, no big deal, and he returned it. [00:10:00] By the way, I think he only became a U.S. Citizen, interestingly enough, some seven years ago or So. [00:10:05] So, you know, for somebody who's recently here, he's really off to the races in terms of trying to take over the political sphere. [00:10:14] Anyway, this first being reported by Fox News, also being picked up by the New York Post. [00:10:19] And as I said, Mamdami is looking at possibly a serious, serious, serious problem. [00:10:25] He's been referred, I believe, to the DOJ amid concerns about this because if, in fact, he's found guilty of having taken foreign contributions that would put him in violation of election laws and that would be really bad news for the prospective mayoral candidate. [00:10:45] You know, he's been leading the polls, interestingly, all along, but now the question is, can he make it through to election day? [00:10:54] I just want to share this with you because I think it's interesting to see Mandami's odds collapsing in New York City mayoral election. [00:10:59] This is coming to us from Poly Market. [00:11:02] Our friends at Poly Market have actually been pretty spot on and it's not them. [00:11:05] It's actually just everyday, you know, people that are betting on this, albeit not Americans because Americans can't bet on this, but You go around the world and everybody's like placing bets on what's going to happen. [00:11:16] And we saw, what did we see in poly market ahead of the election? [00:11:20] I kept saying he's going to win, he's going to win, he's going to win. [00:11:23] Donald Trump was climbing like nobody's business as Kamala Harris started to crater in the poly market numbers. [00:11:29] And so while you may not have like real polls to be relying on in this environment, I think it's important to consider that. [00:11:35] It's all happening, guys, as we look at Letitia James increasingly under fire. [00:11:40] I don't know how she makes it through this election. [00:11:43] I mean, I really mean that. [00:11:44] I really don't. [00:11:46] She doesn't quite have the charm and appeal, shall we say, of one AOC, if you want to call it that. [00:11:51] In a time such as this, we are not the crazy ones, New York City. [00:11:56] We are not the outlandish ones, New York City. [00:12:02] They want us to think we are crazy. [00:12:07] We are sane.
