[00:00:06]  The suspect in the Charlie Kirk assassination has been charged.
[00:00:11]  Tyler Robinson has been charged with the murder of Charlie Kirk, and the DA has now released all of the text messages in which he seemingly confessed to this assassination of 31-year-old Charlie Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA, someone who I knew well, someone who I used to put on TV all the time.
[00:00:37]  Probably was one of the first to put him on TV back on my Fox programs.
[00:00:42]  A really wonderful family man, two children, a wife he leaves behind.
[00:00:46]  And I'll tell you, millions and millions of young people throughout this country that loved his message and loved his willingness to talk to anyone, to debate anyone, and to make sure that we did so in a respectful way.
[00:01:06]  Tyler Robinson, charged with Charlie Kirk's murder.
[00:01:10]  He had left a note under a keyboard saying he planned to kill Charlie Kirk, and he has now, according to new documentation, confessed to the murder.
[00:01:19]  And we see that in the text messages that have just been released.
[00:01:23]  Let's go to the DA prosecuting the case out in Utah.

[00:01:29]  Robinson, why did I do it?
[00:01:31]  Roommate, yeah.
[00:01:34]  Robinson, I had enough of his hatred.
[00:01:36]  Some hate can't be negotiated out.
[00:01:39]  If I am able to grab my rifle unseen, I will have left no evidence.
[00:01:48]  Going to attempt to retrieve it again.
[00:01:50]  Hopefully, they have moved on.
[00:01:52]  I haven't seen anything about them finding it.
[00:01:55]  Roommate, how long have you been planning this?
[00:01:59]  Robinson, a bit over a week, I believe.
[00:02:02]  I can get close to it, but there is a squad car parked right by it.
[00:02:07]  I think they already swept that spot, but I don't want to chance it.
[00:02:12]  Robinson again.
[00:02:13]  I'm wishing I had circled back and grabbed it as soon as I got to my vehicle.
[00:02:19]  I'm worried what my old man would do if I didn't bring back Grandpa's rifle.
[00:02:25]  IDEK, if it's had a serial number, but it wouldn't trace to me.
[00:02:31]  I worry about Prince.
[00:02:32]  I had to leave it in a bush where I changed outfits.
[00:02:36]  Didn't have the ability or time to bring it with.
[00:02:39]  I might have to abandon it and hope they don't find Prince.
[00:02:44]  How the F. They're going to find Prince, believe me.
[00:02:48]  They're going to find everything.
[00:02:49]  They may find more people.
[00:02:51]  That were related to this.
[00:02:52]  This is what Dan Bongino has been saying, as well as Kash Patel in a pretty explosive commentary today, as he was being interviewed there on Capitol Hill.
[00:03:02]  We're going to get to all of that in a moment, but first some more of these text messages.
[00:03:07]  You can see between this Tyler Robinson and his roommate, Lance Twiggs, who was also his romantic interest, somebody who was a naturally born male transitioning, in the process of transitioning to female.
[00:03:24]  Here we go, um, it's the Robinson speaking to the roommate.
[00:03:30]  Uh, and the roommate seems a little surprised at first.
[00:03:33]  Oh my gosh, like are you really the one that did that?
[00:03:36]  Wait a second, are you joking?
[00:03:38]  He says, and it comes out, no, in fact, not joking at all.
[00:03:42]  So police interviewed Robinson's roommate this again is the biological male who was in the process of transitioning.
[00:03:50]  Uh, on september 10th 2025, the roommate received a text message from Robinson which said, quote, Drop what you're doing.
[00:04:00]  Look under my keyboard.
[00:04:02]  The roommate looked under the keyboard and found a note that stated, quote, I had the opportunity to take out Charlie Kirk and I'm going to take it.
[00:04:12]  Police found a photograph of this note and then the following text exchange, as I said, took place with Robinson saying, I'm still okay, my love, but am stuck in Orm for a while longer yet.
[00:04:29]  Shouldn't be long until I can come home.
[00:04:31]  but I got to grab my rifle still.
[00:04:33]  To be honest, I had hoped to keep this secret until I died of old age.
[00:04:38]  I am sorry to involve you.
[00:04:41]  The roommate saying, wait a second, you weren't the one that did it, right?
[00:04:44]  And he said, I am.
[00:04:45]  I am sorry.
[00:04:46]  I thought they caught the person, said the roommate.
[00:04:50]  And Robinson responds, no, they grabbed some crazy old dude, then interrogated someone in similar clothing.
[00:04:57]  I had planned to grab my rifle from my drop point shortly after, but most of that side of town got locked down.
[00:05:04]  It's quiet, almost enough to get out, but there's one vehicle lingering.
[00:05:09]  Roommate, why?
[00:05:11]  Robinson, why did I do it?
[00:05:13]  Roommate, yeah.
[00:05:15]  Quote, I had had enough of his hatred.
[00:05:18]  Some hatred can't be negotiated out.
[00:05:22]  If I am able to grab my rifle unseen, I will have left no evidence going to attempt to retrieve it again.

[00:05:34]  And then the roommate goes back to how long have you been planning this?
[00:05:37]  Robinson says a bit over a week.

[00:05:47]  And Robinson is in a tactical mode of okay, I need to do X, Y, and Z to get out of this.
[00:05:53]  He says to his roommate, there is a squad car parked right by it.
[00:05:58]  I think they actually swept that spot, but I don't want to chance it.
[00:06:03]  Robinson then says, I'm wishing I had circled back and grabbed it as soon as I got to my vehicle.

[00:06:12]  And that's the part that you heard the DA reading.
[00:06:16]  I mean, unbelievable, disgusting, horrible stuff.
[00:06:21]  It goes on where he's saying, delete this exchange.
[00:06:25]  Oh no, you know, my dad wants photos of the rifle.
[00:06:27]  He says, Grandpa wants to know who has it.
[00:06:29]  The feds released a photo of the rifle and it is very unique.
[00:06:32]  He's calling me, not answering.
[00:06:34]  Since Trump got into office, my dad has been pretty diehard MAGA.
[00:06:39]  I'm going to turn myself in willingly, one of my neighbors here for the deputy, for the sheriff.
[00:06:44]  And then Robinson says, you are all I worry about love.
[00:06:49]  And the roommate says, I'm much more worried about you.
[00:06:52]  And then Robinson says, don't talk to the media.
[00:06:55]  Please don't take any interviews or make any comments.
[00:06:57]  If you have police ask you questions, ask for a lawyer.
[00:06:59]  and stays silent.
[00:07:00]  We have since learned that that roommate is apparently cooperating with authorities in this matter.
[00:07:07]  Again, they are officially charging this guy.
[00:07:10]  And then the other thing that you need to think about at this moment in time is just exactly who else may have been involved.
[00:07:18]  Were there other people who radicalized this kid?
[00:07:21]  How did he come from sort of a nice Mormon family, conservative family, right?
[00:07:27]  Whose father was in law enforcement.
[00:07:29]  And how did he migrate down this path?
[00:07:32]  How did he wind up in a romantic relationship with a transgender?
[00:07:37]  Were there other people involved in this?
[00:07:40]  Again, I want to reiterate that the roommate that he was romantically involved in, who was in the position of transforming into a female, has actually been, from what we've been told, cooperative with authorities.
[00:07:55]  Cooperative with authorities.
[00:07:58]  But again, I think there's a lot that we don't know.
[00:08:00]  And there are many questions about whether or not there could have been a broader network. involved, at least in terms of the radicalization.
[00:08:07]  I mean, how does someone just wake up one day and say, I am going to, I'm going to kill another human being because I don't agree with their viewpoint?
[00:08:15]  If you go back to what he was saying in those text messages, you know, the idea that somehow there are some things, quote, I had enough of his hatred, some hate can't be negotiated out.
[00:08:31]  And you know what?
[00:08:32]  I got a lot to say on this.
[00:08:33]  I got a lot to say on the media's role in this.
[00:08:35]  I got a lot to say on society's role on this.
[00:08:38]  I got a lot to say, frankly, in the previous administration's promotion of that kind of hate.
[00:08:44]  You know, when you call someone a Nazi over and over and over again, a racist over and over and over and over again, come on, like at what point?

=== Permissiveness About Political Violence (03:09) ===

[00:08:51]  Enough is enough.
[00:08:52]  I'm sorry.
[00:08:53]  You know what?
[00:08:54]  That is just blatantly disgusting to say the things that they said.
[00:08:59]  And you know what?
[00:08:59]  I was going to play this later in the show, but you might as well hear it now because this is one week ago, ladies and gentlemen, the mainstream Media, the left wing mainstream media saying some pretty darn heinous stuff, okay?
[00:09:13]  This is what they were all about.
[00:09:15]  Think about this.
[00:09:16]  Think about this and what role they had in helping to radicalize this guy who may have been radicalized by another fringe group.
[00:09:24]  That's according to FBI intel that we'll get to, but just think about this.
[00:09:29]  That man cannot see public office again.
[00:09:34]  He is destructive to our democracy and he has to be.
[00:09:40]  He has to be eliminated.
[00:09:41]  And I hope these far right podcasters come to their senses and recognize that this is not war.
[00:09:46]  We do not divide this entire country based on political ideology.
[00:09:52]  We are on the eve of an authoritarian administration.
[00:09:57]  This is what 21st century fascism is starting to look like.
[00:10:03]  I'm on the opposite side of that.
[00:10:05]  I'm not with the Nazis.
[00:10:06]  People can finger point all they want.
[00:10:09]  Look at the record.
[00:10:11]  Look at the actions of what we are doing.
[00:10:14]  I don't think a single person who has dedicated their entire career to preventing gun safety legislation from getting passed in this House has any right to blame anybody else but themselves for what is happening.
[00:10:27]  Like, we're in a war right now to save this country.
[00:10:31]  And so you have to be willing to do whatever is necessary in order to save the country.
[00:10:35]  We've looked today at the left or the right as the enemy.
[00:10:39]  And it's worth us stepping back and understanding how we reclaim.
[00:10:45]  A sense of ourselves that maybe is not so rooted in politics, which is inherently oppositional.
[00:10:52]  There has been a permissiveness about political violence.
[00:10:55]  And I do think the president of the United States has to answer for the way in which he's created that culture of permissiveness.
[00:11:01]  They try to act like, oh, political violence, it's the Democrats and it's the liberals.
[00:11:05]  And it's like, actually, actually, I mean, I'm not going to say that like a left leaning person cannot be violent because that would be like crazy to say that somebody can't be.
[00:11:15]  But baby, baby.
[00:11:17]  Y'all got the white supremacists galore, okay?
[00:11:20]  Like all of them.
[00:11:21]  You got the proud boys.
[00:11:23]  You got the neo Nazis inherently in like who you are.
[00:11:29]  Y'all are violent.
[00:11:30]  Like, y'all, and most of your violence has to do with people that's got a little bit of melanin.
[00:11:34]  Like, I can say all these things because they are true.
[00:11:38]  That's not even just free speech.
[00:11:39]  These are just facts.
[00:11:40]  So don't get mad that I speak the truth and I speak facts, but I literally have never said anything to invoke violence.
[00:11:48]  And I challenge somebody to go and find a clear Of a Democrat invoking violence.
[00:11:54]  No, I think we just did that, right?
[00:11:56]  you know, and these two ladies that wouldn't even bother to cover.
