[00:00:08] Today is a very busy day, kind of an interesting day from a news perspective. [00:00:13] So much happening. [00:00:15] I'm so happy to welcome you here to the Trish Regan Show. [00:00:19] It is great to have everyone on this Friday as we look at a bunch of things, including the fact that Jasmine Crockett is effectively going to be out of a job momentarily. [00:00:28] Actually, like happening in the here and now. [00:00:31] This is because, guess what? [00:00:33] Greg Abbott, the governor of Texas, just signed into law the new redistricting map. [00:00:37] So guess what? [00:00:38] She's out. [00:00:39] She's getting kind of desperate too. [00:00:41] She's calling in all kinds of friends and favors. [00:00:43] And we're going to tell you about her plan to try and stay in power. [00:00:46] I don't think it's going to work. [00:00:47] Jasmine Crockett is out. [00:00:49] Biden fed appointing Lisa Cook. [00:00:51] Now, this is an interesting one. [00:00:53] She's actually got something else against her right now. [00:00:56] Bill Pulte coming forward with a third allegation about her mortgage situation. [00:01:01] She's been in court all day. [00:01:02] She's, by the way, suing the president. [00:01:05] But the judge is trying to figure out whether or not the president has the authority to get rid of one Lisa Cook. [00:01:10] She's a Biden appointee on the Federal Reserve, and we'll tell you all about that. [00:01:15] Meanwhile, Kamala Harris, right before the big book tour, is losing her security detail. [00:01:21] What's that about? [00:01:22] Cracker Barrel's co-founder just came out, what is he, 93 years old, and he is slamming Julia Mazzino, the new CEO's Taco Bell-like makeover of Cracker Barrel. [00:01:35] This is no Taco Bell, he said. [00:01:37] We've got some news on Vanity Fair, and their staffers all upset about the potential Melania cover, and some talk that Taylor Swift is going. [00:01:45] Conservative? [00:01:47] I don't know. [00:01:47] I'll believe it when I see it. [00:01:48] Welcome to the program, everyone. [00:01:49] Good to have you here. [00:01:50] Make sure you subscribe, share, like, make a comment, all that good stuff. [00:01:53] I got to tell you, Jasmine Crockett, she is done. [00:01:55] Finito. [00:01:56] It is over for one Jasmine Crockett in terms of her political career. [00:01:59] And you know what, Democrats? [00:02:00] You can say thank you later on because I think you're going to dodge a big bullet on this one. [00:02:05] Jasmine Crockett out of Texas. [00:02:07] Well, you know, she's not going to have a district anymore because there's a new map that has been signed in by none other than one Greg Abbott. [00:02:15] You know, the guy that she called Hot Wheels. [00:02:17] He happens to be in a wheelchair. [00:02:19] Hi, this is Governor Greg Abbott. [00:02:21] I'm about to sign the law that creates the one big, beautiful map that ensures fair representation in the United States Congress for Texans. [00:02:29] I want to thank Lieutenant Governor Patrick, Speaker Burroughs, Senator King, Representative Todd Hunter, Representative Cody Vasut, and all of the legislature who stayed in the Capitol and got this law to my desk. [00:02:50] Texas is now more red in the United States Congress. [00:02:57] Okay. [00:02:57] Did you hear that, Jasmine? [00:02:59] All right. [00:02:59] So if you're blue and Texas is really red, I think it's going to be a little bit of a problem, just a teeny tiny bit of a problem. [00:03:05] You know, Jasmine Crockett, who rose to fame and superstardom on the Internet because she had a couple of cute little phrases. [00:03:14] You know, she could turn a phrase. [00:03:15] Apparently, she used to stay in her luxury apartment thinking about what phrases she was going to turn all the time. [00:03:21] That's according to a New York post report from members of her staff who were kind of over Ms. Jasmine Crockett. [00:03:29] Ms. Green for four minutes and 21 seconds. [00:03:32] Mr. Chair, point of order. [00:03:36] Who's Ms. Crockett? [00:03:38] I'm just curious, just to better understand your ruling, if someone on this committee then starts talking about somebody's bleach blonde, bad built, butch body, that would not be engaging in personalities, correct? [00:03:51] A what now? [00:03:53] Chairman, I make a motion to strike those words. [00:03:57] I don't think that's a part of it. [00:03:58] I'm trying to find clarification on what qualification is. [00:04:01] Chairman, motion to strike those words. [00:04:04] We're not going to do this. [00:04:05] Look, you guys earlier literally just said, You just voted to do it. [00:04:08] I did it first, so you just voted to do it. [00:04:12] Order, order. [00:04:12] I'm trying to get clarification. [00:04:14] Look, calm down. [00:04:16] Calm down. [00:04:20] No, no, no, no, because this is what I'm going to do. [00:04:22] So I'm trying to get clarification. [00:04:22] I can't hear you with your yelling. [00:04:23] Calm down. [00:04:25] No. [00:04:25] Can you please? [00:04:25] Don't tell me to calm down because y'all talk noise and then you can't control. [00:04:30] Because if I come and talk shit about her, y'all don't have a problem. [00:04:36] Mr. Chairman. [00:04:36] All right. [00:04:37] Chair. [00:04:37] Okay. [00:04:37] Order. [00:04:38] Chair now recognizes. === Chaos in the Committee Room (00:54) === [00:04:39] You know, I might actually miss her. [00:04:41] I mean, you don't get to see that kind of entertainment every day, right? [00:04:46] Wow. [00:04:47] You know what? [00:04:47] Again, Democrats will dodge a bullet because not only was she inappropriate on the congressional floor, but she had a bad tendency to go. [00:04:56] In really bad directions, as we saw in this one podcast interview. [00:05:01] Watch because when you think about it, Kamala Harris, light years ahead of Donald Trump, as it relates to qualifications, as it relates to her overall resume, and as it relates to the fact that she was a lot younger. [00:05:16] Everybody said that they wanted to get rid of Joe Biden because he was too old. [00:05:19] Then you had a younger, qualified, non felon candidate, and somehow the people still chose the old white man. [00:05:29] So, for me. [00:05:31] I don't think it was ever about that.
