[00:00:33]  But this is now heated up to a level which I don't think there's going to be any choice. other than for Dan to leave.

[00:00:43]  He's had it with the release, the so-called release of these Epstein documents and her refusal to continue this story.
[00:00:53]  And as a result of that, he's going to be out the door.
[00:00:57]  He's going to be out the door and it's going to be a loss for the administration, but it's coming down to Pam or to Dan.
[00:01:06]  And I can tell you this with quite a bit of authority.

[00:01:11]  He's just he's.
[00:01:13]  I know him uh, and I know a lot of sources around this story and Dan is done.
[00:01:19]  I mean for him it's like she goes or he goes, and we just got this news breaking.
[00:01:26]  Right now, Donald Trump is sticking with Pam.
[00:01:30]  Okay, so let me just fill you in on what he just sent out moments ago.

[00:01:41]  Um, this was just sent out on true social moments ago, Pam Bondi getting an endorsement from Donald Trump.

[00:01:49]  I'm with him on this and we're going to get into it because I do not like MAGA having this division.
[00:01:53]  And I see a lot of influencers out there that, you know what, they're doing one thing and one thing only.
[00:01:57]  And it's for them and themselves only.

[00:02:01]  When I see Tucker and Megan and everybody going off to turning point or whatever the heck it is that Charlie's got going on.
[00:02:08]  And they're criticizing constantly this whole operation.
[00:02:12]  Let me just tell you, there's a few things that they don't know and that they ought to know.
[00:02:16]  And it seemed pretty obvious.
[00:02:19]  I think there's a reason we were never going to get those files, okay?
[00:02:22]  I think we were never, ever, ever, ever going to get them because we weren't born yesterday.

[00:02:42]  They're all going after Attorney General Pam Bondi, who's doing a fantastic job.

[00:02:50]  We have a perfect administration, the talk of the world, and selfish people are trying to hurt it.

[00:03:01]  For years, it's Epstein over and over and over again.
[00:03:03]  We're giving all this publicity to files written by Obama, crooked Hillary, Comey.
[00:03:07]  Why are we giving publicity to Brennan and the losers of the criminal Biden administration who conned the world with the Russia, Russia, Russia hooks, 51 intelligence agents, ex-spooks and spies, right?

[00:03:31]  The 2020 election was rigged and stolen, and they tried to do the same thing in 2020.
[00:03:36]  Okay, so then he's going on and on and on.
[00:03:38]  I'm going to get in trouble when I say that.
[00:03:42]  Anyway, this is quite a lengthy, he's taken to very lengthy truths, right?
[00:03:49]  He really likes going on and on and on on the truth.
[00:03:53]  But what he's getting at is exactly the same reaction that I had when I saw some of the chatter today.

[00:04:03]  You've heard me on this show say, you know, I'm not convinced that Pam Bondi is the right person for the job.
[00:04:09]  And the reason I say that is because, number one, it's a super hard job and you need like a kick-ass attorney in there okay, like somebody who's uber duper smart, who really understands legally what she's going to be able to go after.
[00:04:23]  And i'm not saying she's not that quality level um, in terms of sort of her pedigree and where she went to school, etc.
[00:04:31]  It's not, you know, it's not superstar, but you know i'm not going to hold that against her.
[00:04:36]  I would say that again, it's hard and you got to be a great manager, right.
[00:04:42]  You got to have like super duper executive functioning skills and be able to inspire And motivate the team, because you can't do it all.
[00:04:50]  I mean, Pam, you got lawsuits against Leticia.
[00:04:53]  You got lawsuits against the lady out in California, Karen Bass.
[00:04:59]  You've got lawsuits against Kathy Hochul.
[00:05:02]  You've got, well, two against Leticia, right?
[00:05:05]  Because you sued her because of the whole Sanctuary City thing.
[00:05:09]  And then you're also trying to go after her for alleged mortgage fraud.
[00:05:12]  I mean, we got a lot on Pam Bondi's plate.

[00:05:16]  So she needs a team.
[00:05:18]  I keep saying she needs like a thousand Stephen Millers, super whip smart, determined people that are going to go out there and do their jobs.

[00:06:42]  It's almost like Megan becomes an extension and Tucker and Bannon and a lot of people you might consider good guys.

[00:06:55]  That came about once he left Fox, I believe.
[00:06:59]  And Megan was the one that tried to take him down in the debate.

[00:07:05]  And then it's somehow very expedient for them in their new professions to go all in.

[00:07:13]  And think about what they're trying to do right now.
[00:07:16]  And think about the frustration that you're hearing from the president in this moment in time.

[00:07:22]  And think about what MSNBC is doing.
[00:07:23]  They're so freaking loving this.
[00:07:27]  And then you got MAGA influencers, if you can call them that, playing straight into their hands.

[00:07:34]  They haven't been able to do that.
[00:07:36]  I mean, Bongino didn't make enough money to buy t shirts that fit.

[00:07:44]  So Bongino feels like there's more and he wants more of the Epstein files released.
[00:07:49]  I mean, that seems like an absolutely catastrophic outcome.
[00:07:53]  I never thought I'd say this, but Donald Trump better hope that Dan Bongino doesn't leave and go back to his podcast where he made millions of dollars attacking the FBI because his base is about to absolutely spill over and whatever toxic.
[00:08:07]  Brew is inside there, is about to come spilling out if he leaves the Epstein files.
[00:08:13]  I mean, what is the degree of alarm from the folks that'll be left holding the bag?
[00:08:17]  Okay, I think that's the part, Nicole, that I think that folks need to understand here is that they have gotten severe pushback from MAGA Worlds and their base for not providing everything on Jeffrey Epstein.
[00:08:32]  And so, in response, they really only have one choice if you're looking at this in some strategical ballgame sense.
[00:08:39]  And that is to effectively shift the blame to somebody else.
[00:08:43]  And that's Attorney General Pam Bondi.
[00:08:45]  And Pam Bondi hasn't done herself any good by handing out those binders to those social media right wing influencers a couple months ago that ended up having nothing in them.
[00:08:53]  Look at Laura Loomer has suddenly become a voice of, you know, demanding transparency, right?
[00:08:59]  I mean, we know the conspiracy theories that she is continually spewed and spread, and she's vile in the way that she describes or calls other people that she perceives as political opponents.
[00:09:14]  But the one thing that she does have going for her is the argument that MAGA has the obligation to uphold to the ideas of the transparency that for the last years they claimed that they would bring if Donald Trump came back into office.
[00:09:28]  My head's about to explode.
[00:09:29]  I wish so badly that I didn't care about facts because this would be so.
[00:09:35]  All right.
[00:09:36]  So you see what they're doing, and they're going to keep doing it.
[00:09:40]  And now all of a sudden, so is.
[00:09:44]  Megyn Kelly, Tucker Carlson, Bannon.
[00:09:47]  Again, I love Bannon.

[00:09:49]  Don't get me wrong.
[00:09:51]  And we're going to get into why Bongino's leaving, and I don't blame him.

[00:09:55]  It's just unfortunate that this has to become such a giant, you know what show, right?

[00:10:12]  She is the reason that things are unraveling around this story right now that virtually all of the Republican Party cares deeply about.

[00:10:23]  She has never missed an opportunity to go on television and dangle sweet nothings that might be coming your way.
[00:10:30]  Try to lead you to believe that she's got it.
[00:10:32]  It's on her desk.

[00:10:35]  You're going to see something on Epstein.
[00:10:37]  And it was a tease.
[00:10:39]  So you either believe that Pam Bondi was telling the truth then, or that she's telling the truth now.
[00:10:45]  But both cannot be true.
[00:10:46]  She was either lying when she went on Fox News all those times saying, I've got it, I've got it, we're looking at it, wait until you see it, it's horrible.
[00:10:53]  Or she's lying in her two-page memo that they released on a Sunday night at the tail end of a holiday weekend to Axios, as if Axios is where we all go for our news.
[00:11:03]  Hell no.
[00:11:03]  She went to someone she knew would not kick the tires on the story, and Without signing the memo, dropped it in the dead of night and said, that's it.
[00:11:12]  Take it.
[00:11:12]  Take the crumbs and be happy.
[00:11:14]  Refused to come out and give a presser, come out to the, and give a press conference.
[00:11:18]  Stand there for six hours to the point where people are dying of boredom.
[00:11:21]  They've asked all their questions.
[00:11:23]  That's how you put a scandal to rest.
[00:11:26]  But she wouldn't even sign her name to it.
[00:11:28]  And I'm telling you, I, I have dollars to donuts.
[00:11:31]  It's gonna come out that there was internal consternation over that memo.
[00:11:35]  And whose name did and did not go on it and who it was and was not behind it.
[00:11:39]  And so now, You have a situation where her words on the record on Fox News are diametrically opposed to what she put in this memo.
[00:11:49]  She's embarrassed the president.
[00:11:50]  She's embarrassed herself.
[00:11:52]  And Dan and Cash, to the extent they've had to sign off on that, let's understand the FBI is controlled by the DOJ.
[00:11:58]  FBI is subservient to DOJ.
[00:12:00]  She's their boss.
[00:12:01]  Uhm, that they're in this position where the only comments they've made on the record as administration officials have been, we don't think he killed himself.
[00:12:10]  And we don't think he got murdered.
[00:12:11]  We think he did kill himself.
[00:12:12]  Okay, so what they're saying now is consistent with what they've said since they joined the office.
[00:12:16]  And that is one of the many reasons why this scandal is squarely on her.
[00:12:20]  And I'm telling you, I'm of the cable news universe.
[00:12:24]  I've seen it happen a million times.
[00:12:26]  People get thirsty, they love to see themselves on television.
[00:12:30]  They love to see their names in the colleague lights.
[00:12:32]  They love the attention.
[00:12:33]  She's not wrong on that.
[00:12:35]  And I've said that all along.
[00:12:36]  In other words, Pam needed to do the job and not be so focused on trying to be on television all the time, especially when you don't have all the facts, right?
[00:12:46]  And clearly she didn't have all the facts.
[00:12:48]  But here's the deal.
[00:12:50]  Like, why is it all on Pam Bondi?
[00:12:51]  Because you know what's going to happen, guys?
[00:12:53]  I'm just telling you, okay?
[00:12:56]  Hate to be the bearer of bad news, but you know who this is going to come back down on?
[00:12:59]  Trump.
[00:13:00]  And you know what the mainstream media is saying?
[00:13:02]  They're saying, oh, he's not releasing it because he's in it.
[00:13:06]  I think that's bogus.
[00:13:07]  I actually think that there's a reason they're not releasing it.
[00:13:10]  And I think it's because nobody wants to know what our government really is willing and able to do.
[00:13:14]  I mean, you think about it, for goodness sakes, we're out there training snipers.
[00:13:21]  Who's to say that Epstein wasn't another version of that?
[00:13:24]  And then when you find out that maybe the government was willing to sacrifice people underage, well, wow, that would be a lot to take, right?
[00:13:32]  So maybe that's why they're not bringing it forward.
[00:13:34]  But who the heck would say, okay, we're going to do this, we're going to do that, we're going to do this?
[00:13:38]  I don't disagree with Megan on that.
[00:13:41]  But I think we're running some real risks here that you're going to go straight down the middle and have one camp here.

[00:13:48]  And I'm just saying, let's have a little bit more of a level head.
[00:13:52]  Let's say, okay, maybe Pam's not the right person for the job.
[00:13:57]  It's a hard job.
[00:13:58]  I get it.
[00:14:01]  She shouldn't be on TV all the time.

[00:14:04]  But here's where they are going to take it.
[00:14:07]  And they already have today on CNN.

[00:14:10]  Do something that, for instance, would make him a historic president with an immigration agreement or something because the base would be mad at him for it.
[00:14:17]  But he keeps going against his base here.
[00:14:20]  Why?
[00:14:23]  I remember that press conference well, and I remember being in upper press in the West Wing and being a bit stunned by that statement because, to your point, the MAGA base has felt so strongly about Jeffrey Epstein since his crimes came to light.
[00:14:36]  And this has been sort of a rallying cry on the right.
[00:14:39]  There's been some of it, by the way, well documented his crimes, others that kind of turn over into the conspiracy space, thinking that prominent left wingers are going to get wrapped up in this sort of network that he was associated with.
[00:14:51]  But this is the first time I can really remember that Trump is sidestepping his base and not doing what they're very vocally asking him to do.
[00:14:59]  And so as there's these calls now by some on the right for Pam Bondi to step aside or to resign and be fired, the thing I would say is if Donald Trump wants all of the information the government has on Jeffrey Epstein to be released, he can make that available.
[00:15:14]  He can direct the attorney general to release it.
[00:15:17]  He can move to whether it may be law enforcement sensitive to declassify that and make it public.
[00:15:23]  So the fact that he's not, I think, raises a lot of questions.
[00:15:26]  And this is an issue this White House is not going to be able to make go away overnight.
[00:15:30]  Okay.
[00:15:31]  You know, this.
[00:15:31]  You see, I told you that's where they take it.
[00:15:33]  They're going to take it right back to that.
[00:15:35]  In fact, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez had a tweet saying effectively exactly that.
[00:15:42]  So the problem with all of this, and you just see the train wreck, right?
[00:15:46]  In real time, it's happening.
[00:15:48]  And you get people that, you know, for whatever reason, like, I get it.
[00:15:51]  It's a good story.
[00:15:51]  And they want to say they're standing on principle.
[00:15:53]  And believe me, I get it.
[00:15:55]  Like, She probably shouldn't be in that job.

[00:15:59]  Frankly, I didn't think Matt Gaetz was either.

[00:16:37]  Need somebody who's so I don't disagree with any of that, but i'm very worried right now that the the train has left the station and all of a sudden it's turning into chaos.

[00:16:52]  I don't know Pam that well, but I do know Dan and you know what i'm going to tell you about Dan.
[00:16:56]  It really surprised me when he came out and said look, he killed himself.

[00:17:02]  You know Dan didn't think that, but clearly he saw some bit of intelligence and a lot of you guys are like I don't believe Dan.

[00:17:57]  Remember that, guys, where she invited like 20 influencers in, including DC Drano and a few others, and they go down there and they're going to get the Epstein files and this, that, and the other.

[00:18:08]  She hands them all these binders and it's like no information that is I mean, it was all like already unclassified.

[00:18:18]  And so then she's like, oopsie daisy, that was my mistake because, oh, we thought we were getting something different.
[00:18:24]  And then I remember she was on Fox and she said this on one of their weekend shows that she's going to be getting some more documents because, you know, obviously she couldn't pull the wool over their eyes or anyone's eyes.

[00:18:45]  We got to manage this because I don't want to see a division in MAGA.

[00:18:54]  And I started asking for these documents right when I came into office and before Kash Patel was in there.
[00:19:06]  So I ended up getting about 120 pages.
[00:19:09]  We carefully redacted them, of course, to be sure the 254 women who are victims of their personal information was redacted and out of there to protect them.
[00:19:22]  So I'm going through it and I kept saying, there has to be more.
[00:19:24]  There has to be more.
[00:19:25]  I'm assured that's it.
[00:19:26]  Cash, ask the same questions.
[00:19:28]  Assured there's no more.
[00:19:30]  Last, I found out, you know, this week that a source told me New York, SDNY, they're sitting on thousands of pages of documents regarding Epstein.

[00:19:44]  And of course, you've seen the very strong letter.
[00:19:46]  We will get everything.
[00:19:48]  We will have it in our possession.
[00:19:50]  We will redact it, of course, to protect grand jury information.
