Thanks to AOC, LaMonica Now Faces 17 Years in Federal Prison

Representative LaMonica MacGyver faces 17 years in federal prison for assaulting law enforcement under Title 18, U.S. Code Section 111A1, an outcome the host attributes to alleged encouragement by Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. While criticizing Democrats for fostering chaos rather than holding the DHS accountable, the discussion highlights recent detainee escapes at Newark's Delancey Hall center and a contentious meeting between Secretary Kristi Noem and Representative Padilla. Ultimately, the segment argues that while President Trump supports peaceful First Amendment protests, political bias has lowered the bar for acceptable behavior, allowing violence against officers to persist unchecked. Facing Seventeen Years 00:05:36
Yeah.
She's facing 17 years.
Where are her friends now?
Where's AOC when you need her?
Oh, she's going to be running to Padilla's defense because, you know, she's less competitive with him.
I have a feeling she's a little competitive with La Monica because La Monica is kind of rising up on the scene because she's willing to do 17 years, right?
After AOC said, do not touch my people.
If anyone's breaking the law in this situation, it's not members of Congress.
It's the Department of Homeland Security.
It's people like Tom Homan.
And secretary Christy.
No, you lay a finger on them.
We are going to have a problem.
John Luna, thank you, oh my gosh.
Super generous.
You're so sweet, thank you, thank you.
Thank you, John Luna.
Um, he's worried about my taxes with you too.
Thank you, I appreciate it.
Uh, you know look, I have very very, very generous people here on the channel and I appreciate it.
But you know what I?
You know that I don't.
I I mean look, I want to be successful, but i'm not necessarily doing this for the money.
I mean, I love it, thank you.
Oh my gosh, why is it all crooked?
Oh, sorry, John.
Something's going on in the computers today.
But I really do appreciate it.
I want to help all of you guys.
It's partly why I started 76 Research.
Code word dollar, get it, dollar a month.
I want you to start investing.
The MAGA economy is for real, and I think it's going to be great.
And I know today is a tough day in the markets, and we can talk about that in a little bit.
It's tied to, obviously, what's going on internationally.
But I still have really, really good feelings about all that's coming.
And I appreciate everything you guys do to make this channel exist.
I appreciate it.
Advertisers.
I appreciate your support.
It's win win, win.
But you know what?
I think i'd be doing this anyway.
My kids joke, you know, when mom gets old, we're just gonna, we're just gonna put her in the studio and we'll let her think the cameras are on and she's talking to everyone, and we'll just let her do it anyway, because she loves this so much and it's like what else would I do, because it is so important to me and I have all this conviction.
So I think their joke is, you know, when she starts to really lose it, we can just put her in the studio and she can keep doing her thing and we just won't let her go live.
So done, Thank you.
Thank you.
Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.
She writes that, you know, it's 100% carrying the water for the opposition to participate in this collective delusion.
The Democrats, for some reason, need to answer for every teen who throws a rock rather than hold the Trump administration accountable for intentionally creating chaos and breaking the law to stoke violence.
They're in charge.
I mean, this was a wild one.
So you read between the lines and AOC is trying to tell you it's totally fine, perfectly fine to engage in whatever you need.
Throw a few rocks or two.
Why not?
Because we hate Trump so much.
Woo!
Okay, lady, you know, you might have stayed at the bar.
That would have been better for all of us.
But nonetheless, she's in Congress, moving up in the world and causing more problems.
Okay?
So that is a very, very bad attitude.
And like I said, she was not there to help her friend LaMonica in LaMonica's moment of need.
The lady in red, one of you guys in the chats.
Kept saying, I think this was on the Spotify channel.
Actually, by the way, if you're, if you're not subscribed to me on spotify, do so.
It's free.
Um if, if you wouldn't, it's, it's the picture of me in the red dress and the blue background, and we put some of the clips up there too, and I think I only have like 43 reviews or 43.
We're getting a lot of like.
Do what you can to leave a nice review.
Five stars only, please anyway.
Um, we put this up, and one of the people on spotify I read all my comments youtube, spotify said the red coats are coming, which I found kind of funny watch.
You're the one who's lady in red.
So, like, somehow this is okay.
Did you see that?
She kind of looks like she's pushing him to me.
It's a federal law officer.
I mean, come on.
And apparently, DHS has more video where that came from.
So, yeah, La Manica has been hit with assaulting, impeding, interfering with law enforcement for which she could face 17 years.
Violating Title 18, U.S. Code Section 111A1.
I mean, you just don't do that.
But somehow it's all being justified under the name of, okay, we're going to rise up against Trump.
I mean, this is crazy town, USA, ladies and gentlemen.
And you know, Alina actually gave her a chance to plead her case.
It's kind of like Padilla, DHS Secretary Christine Nome sitting down with him and saying, okay, you know, tell me your thoughts.
Like, why were you here?
Why were you doing this?
And he agreed that it was kind of not so cool for him to just show up unannounced and barge the stage.
Well, this one.
La Monica, she refused to say that she was impeding law enforcement or that she was doing anything wrong, right?
Because in her head, in some twisted world where, you know, AOC is saying what she says, like, hey, you know, it's okay if you throw a few rocks because we're doing this to defend ourselves from Donald Trump's tyranny.
La Monica thinks that she was doing the right thing.
Well, Haba said you had declined every opportunity to come to a resolution.
You said they wanted you to admit to something you didn't do.
What did they want you to admit to?
Four Escape Detention 00:04:54
I mean, there was a lot.
We've had a week of back and forth with them.
And I will say that I did not waver.
You know, I showed up there to do my job, and she wanted me to admit to doing things, all of these different lists of things that she said that I did.
Like what?
I mean, from things of impeding, you know, there were some other things in there that she put in there, but I can't remember exactly what it was.
But she wanted me to admit to these things, sign an agreement to them.
Like impeding, impeding, Monica, because you can't actually do what you did.
You can't just run over and.
Push yourself up against everyone, quite like that.
I mean, you even had the president of the United States, for goodness sakes, calling you out, did he not?
That woman was out of control.
She was shoving federal agents.
She was out of control.
The days of that crap are over in this country.
We're gonna have law and order.
Yeah, law and order.
Did you hear that?
So um, even though we're shooting for law and order, i've got some news to share with you right now.
This is just breaking, ladies and gentlemen.
We have learned that four detainees have escaped From an immigration center.
There, the immigration center, I believe this is Delancey, the one where you saw La Monica out there, you know, red coats coming, pushing her weight around.
Four detainees have escaped from an immigration detention center in New York.
Again, this news just coming to us right now, just breaking.
And this is of some concern, shall we say, because now you have to ask, are the inmates really and truly running the asylum?
In other words, did someone actually encourage them to escape?
Did someone allow for this?
Four detainees, I'm just putting this up on the screen for you.
Again, we're getting this to us in real time, have escaped immigration detention.
I mean, this is, I think what you're going to have questioned here is whether or not there was any help.
And that is of great concern.
Great, great concern because it would once again suggest that there is this breakdown between federal and state law.
It was indeed Delancey.
I can report to you now, ladies and gentlemen, four detainees have escaped from an immigration detention center in Newark, New Jersey.
According to DHS, more law enforcement partners have been brought in, according to the AP, in order to find out the details of just exactly who's missing from Delancey Hall.
A DHS official is saying that they are not identifying them at this point.
And they're also not identifying which agencies are going to be involved with this.
They had a 1,000 bed facility there, ICE does, and this is all part of the crackdown on illegal immigration.
These were people that are believed to have committed crimes that are there being held in the ICE detention center.
And U.S. Representative LaMonica MacGyver was there just earlier this month alongside Menendez's relation.
I think it's his son.
Uh, who was also there along with one other congresswoman, and they were protesting alongside the Newark New Jersey mayor.
He however, played ball with Alina and he got off the hook.
They had arrested him there at that event and um uh, you know, yet this woman decided to kind of go all in, literally and figuratively all in, and as a result of that, and with it being caught on tape, she is now facing 17 years, 17 years in federal prison.
So unbelievable, unbelievable.
Now you have four that have escaped, and so a lot of questions will be raised.
Did people with a certain political bias have anything to do with the escape?
And if they did, well then they are going to be facing prison themselves, much like the woman in red.
Not that woman in red.
That's another woman in red.
You know the woman in red.
The woman in red being La Monica MacGyver.
And again, I want to point out that DHS has more video, but this is out of control.
And this is so unnecessary.
And this is so wrong.
And this is so not becoming, shall we say, of somebody who is a member of the US Congress.
I realize that, you know, she's new and new on the gig and new to the job.
And maybe, you know, this is, you know, how she's used to doing things.
But can you imagine?
Like, can you imagine?
Questioning Peaceful Protests 00:03:10
Like, if that were me.
If that were me, first of all, you know, I wouldn't be there.
For starters, unless I was reporting on it.
But do you think I'm like physically going to push myself?
No, like you extricate yourself from this situation so that it doesn't heat up in that kind of way.
Like you don't get into a fist bite, for goodness sakes.
Right?
This is not what we do.
This is not how we operate.
This is the United States of America.
So in Trump's words, you know, the days of that crap are over.
So you also can't just let people go from the detention facility if in fact.
That was deliberately done.
And given the climate that we're dealing with right now, you know what?
I wouldn't be surprised if it was deliberately done.
I wouldn't be surprised at all.
I mean, they're gearing up for their big shindig.
Their big shindig.
They're going to have these little protests going on all over the country, the No Kings Day.
And they've actually started using verbiage.
If you listen to all the cable channels, if you listen to what these people are saying, if you listen to even Gavin Newsom's speech there last night, they're trying to push this No Kings, No Kings, No Kings.
I mean donald Trump, I think he said it well.
He's like, look, hey, you know, if I were a king, I wouldn't be having to sit here fighting all these laws out now, would I?
I mean, I really wouldn't have to do that.
And then they're questioning whether or not they're going to be allowed to protest.
Here's some liberal reporter asking Caroline Levitt about that.
We got into this a little bit yesterday.
I mean, it's kind of a stupid question, obviously.
Obviously, the president believes in freedom of speech.
What do you think true social is about?
Freedom of speech, because he got shut down from everywhere.
So he created truth.
He's a big believer in the First Amendment, but there's a difference between a peaceful protest and, oh, shall we say what we just saw La Monica doing out there in Newark, New Jersey?
Here's Caroline.
Thank you so much, Caroline.
The President warned that any protests on Saturday would be met with force.
Can you clarify what kind of protest President Trump does support or find acceptable?
The President absolutely supports peaceful protests.
He supports the First Amendment.
He supports the right of Americans to make their voices heard.
He does not support Violence of any kind.
He does not support assaulting law enforcement officers who are simply trying to do their job.
It's very clear for the president what he supports and what he does not.
Unfortunately for Democrats, that line has not been made clear, and they've allowed this unrest and this violence to continue, and the president has had to step in.
So if there were peaceful protests on Saturday for the militant parade, President Trump would allow that.
Of course the president supports peaceful protests.
What a stupid question.
Raquel.
Stupid question.
Forgive me.
I think I said dumb question, but it was a stupid question.
Of course he supports. peaceful protest but you don't support the craziness that we have seen out in los angeles okay like that's not okay that is not cool and for the democrats to sit there and say like well i don't see anything i think maxine waters was trying to tell us because nobody had actually died that that these things were were peaceful and i'm like wow you got a low bar okay like that is a really low bar
