The Trish Regan Show - BREAKING: Tom Homan Sends MASSIVE Warning to AOC Aired: 2025-06-06 Duration: 14:56 === Illegal Aliens and Responsibility (10:24) === [00:00:00] Some of the things that Tom Homan told us were going to happen, they are also happening seemingly every day. [00:00:06] He warned against the threat of people who are not looking out for our interests and actually want to do us harm. [00:00:14] And sure enough, we have learned, of course, that the person that was the attacker there in Colorado was here in the country illegally. [00:00:23] According to the Department of Homeland Security, this is from the Assistant Secretary for Public Affairs, Trisha McLaughlin. [00:00:30] He entered the country in August 2022 on a B2 visa that expired in February 2023. [00:00:36] He filed for asylum in September of 2022. [00:00:40] Sources are telling CNN's John Miller that he had previously applied for asylum in 2005. [00:00:47] We know that the White House Deputy Chief of Staff, Stephen Miller, had previously tweeted that he had overstayed a visa and was in the country illegally. [00:00:56] So he was here illegally. [00:00:59] This again, it's Tom Homan's biggest fear. [00:01:02] And he was out on Fox last night. [00:01:04] And he said it. [00:01:05] He said, You know, we got two million people here. [00:01:07] We don't know who they are. [00:01:09] We don't have any information on them. [00:01:11] Biden let them all in. [00:01:12] I mean, there's many, many more, but there's two million that we have literally no clue on. [00:01:17] And that's a problem. [00:01:17] Watch. [00:01:18] And I said, What concerned me the most was they created the biggest national security vulnerability this country's ever seen. [00:01:25] Not only did two million known gotaways, two million people cross the border. [00:01:30] We don't know who they are, where they came from. [00:01:31] We don't know where they are now. [00:01:33] On top of that, even through the legal process, the Biden administration were bringing people unvetted. [00:01:39] Handing out work fees like their candy while they sat here and planned something bad. [00:01:45] We are going to be dealing with this for the next 10 years because of the chaos they created in four years. [00:01:51] We're out there kicking butt. [00:01:53] We're arresting a lot of criminal aliens. [00:01:55] We're out there looking for the bad guy. [00:01:57] And when we're out there doing that, Sean, we got protesters assaulting ICE officers. [00:02:01] We got members of Congress all over the country going to ICE facilities, raising hell, saying this is your oversight responsibility. [00:02:08] Where was there an oversight responsibility when 10.5 million illegal aliens came across the border? [00:02:14] Where's the oversight responsibility on releasing over 8 million illegal immigrants to this country? [00:02:18] Where's the oversight responsibility then? [00:02:20] This is an attack on ICE. [00:02:22] This is an attack on the Trump administration. [00:02:24] We're trying to fix the damage done by Biden. [00:02:27] Yeah. [00:02:28] Good luck. [00:02:30] Right? [00:02:30] Piece of my mind pointing out it's a lot more than 2 million. [00:02:32] I don't know. [00:02:32] I mean, we know that like 20 million are here undocumented illegally. [00:02:38] And he's making the point about 2 million. [00:02:40] Maybe that's who we find to be suspicious. [00:02:42] Maybe we're saying 10% of them. [00:02:45] I don't care. [00:02:46] Like you shouldn't have one person here, right? [00:02:48] Illegally. [00:02:49] Like that is just a huge, huge problem. [00:02:52] And it's a huge national security issue. [00:02:56] So why did it happen? [00:02:59] My friend Corey Lewandowski was on with my other friend, Benny Johnson, talking about this very thing this week. [00:03:05] I want you to listen to Corey's view on it. [00:03:08] I actually owe him a phone call, by the way. [00:03:09] So maybe we'll bring him on here to talk about it too. [00:03:12] But he makes a good point, a frightening one, but a good point. [00:03:17] Well, what is the accountability that we have for these people, right? [00:03:20] I mean, look, when you go back and look at what Alejandro Mayorcas allowed to have happened, he lied to Congress and said he had no authority to prevent the border from being secured. [00:03:29] What we will know and what your listeners and viewers will see here in just a couple days, Benny is the individuals that the Biden administration actually kept off the known suspected terror list, which is amazing. [00:03:41] Right, they were pressured to keep certain individuals who should have been placed on that list off of the list for political realities and and that is devastating to me, so that's going to come here in the very near future the fact that political expedience allowed them for people who should have been placed on the list to be kept off the list, and clearly a guy like this, who should have been on those who never should have been let into the country. [00:04:03] They just turned their cheek. [00:04:05] They turned a blind eye to them. [00:04:07] They let these criminals pour into our country to continue to perpetrate crimes against Americans with zero legal resource. [00:04:14] Listen, I was part of that team, the fake Russian narrative that had to testify seven times in front of Congress that was held accountable, that I never did anything wrong. [00:04:23] When did these people be held accountable? [00:04:25] What are they dragged before Congress to say, you are now personally liable for the things that you did while you were in government service because you allowed these crimes to, if not actually happen, you allowed the people to come into this country because you didn't follow the rules? [00:04:38] Think about that. [00:04:40] I mean, this is a crime of our own making. [00:04:42] Like there's got to be some responsibility. [00:04:44] Somebody has to come forward and say, you know, I accept ownership of this. [00:04:48] What the heck? [00:04:49] This is why Donald Trump, and we're going to get to this in a moment, is demanding an investigation into the auto pen. [00:04:55] But I don't know as it's going to change these people's minds. [00:04:58] I mean, think about La Monica out there, MacGyver in Newark, New Jersey, pushing herself up against those ICE agents, trying to impede them from doing their jobs. [00:05:10] Well, you know, they're accusing her of assault. [00:05:12] She's been charged with that as well, assault of a federal officer because of this video I'm about to show you. [00:05:18] I mean, this is the mentality, okay? [00:05:21] So instead of saying, hey, you know, we're going to like try and work to make sure we know who's here and clean things up. [00:05:28] Instead, there's a, oh no, we got to actually get out there and go do our job to make sure that, you know, everybody's being treated fairly in New Jersey. [00:05:38] There seems to be. [00:05:40] Thank you so much, Alfonso. [00:05:41] appreciate the generosity. [00:05:42] You know, he's making the point that, you know, people were released into this country that never should have been released into this country. [00:05:50] I mean, just the fact that that other guy was here illegally, right, guys? [00:05:54] The fact that he was here illegally and that he had overstayed this visa, I think tells you everything you want to know. [00:06:01] While simultaneously, you get the Democrats out there, this one trying to make a name for herself, clearly, out there, you know, fighting the so-called good fight in the name of preserving the rights of all these people. [00:06:13] Now, you know, I'm just saying. [00:06:15] A weird set of, you know, priorities, like a really weird set of priorities. [00:06:22] Meanwhile, you've got, oh, this one. [00:06:25] This is the Newark mayor who's now suing Alina Habba, claiming malicious prosecution. [00:06:32] This just breaking. [00:06:34] And I'm telling you, I know exactly what Alina's going to say. [00:06:38] But here, I'll share with you what she wrote on X on Monday night. [00:06:44] She had already been dismissive of any anticipated. legal action. [00:06:49] She wrote, my advice to the mayor is feel free to join me in prioritizing violent crime and public safety. [00:06:57] Far better use of your time for the great citizens of New Jersey. [00:07:02] So he's saying he was unfairly targeted there. [00:07:06] They did actually let him go, apparently because he showed some remorse when he came in to her, unlike, you know, the other one, La Monica. [00:07:14] I love saying that, right? [00:07:14] La Monica, who's just, you know, wants a good fight and suddenly sees herself as maybe rising up in the Democrat Party because she's getting some national attention. [00:07:24] Oddly, there are members of the media that support this. [00:07:26] It's really kind of bizarre. [00:07:28] I mean, you'd think somebody would say, hey, you know, you were trespassing. [00:07:31] You weren't supposed to be there. [00:07:32] You didn't have an appointment. [00:07:34] Why did you think you could just barge on in and to federal property? [00:07:36] Again, back to the Constitution. [00:07:38] Guess who has the jurisdiction all day long, forever on that one? [00:07:42] It's the feds, okay? [00:07:43] Supremacy clause, the commerce clause, naturalization clause. [00:07:47] This is the feds. [00:07:48] It's why it was so frustrating in Texas. [00:07:50] Remember when Governor Abbott was trying to put back the wall? [00:07:53] that the Biden administration was taken down and Mallorcas was like, no, it's coming down. [00:07:57] And Abbott's like, but we're Texas. [00:08:01] Like, you can't just have everybody swarming to Texas and make us have to deal with it. [00:08:05] And they're like, oh, yeah, we can. [00:08:06] I mean, that was atrocious. [00:08:08] But again, it was the federal government that had the jurisdiction. [00:08:11] And so there was not a lot of wiggle room. [00:08:13] AOC, meanwhile, you know her. [00:08:16] She's been coming out saying, don't you dare go after my Newark mayor or my La Monica or this, that, or the other. [00:08:23] She had a warning for home. [00:08:24] If anyone's breaking the law in this situation, it's not members of Congress, it's the Department of Homeland Security. [00:08:31] It's people like Tom Homan and Secretary Christy Nome. [00:08:34] You lay a finger on them, we are going to have a problem. [00:08:38] Oh, tough, tough lady, right? [00:08:42] Don't want to get into a fist fight, bar fight with her. [00:08:46] Maybe she has experience. [00:08:47] Anyway, Tom Homan, he can take it on. [00:08:51] He's the one guy that totally can take it on, and he already has. [00:08:53] I mean, this couple years ago, this is like the moment. [00:08:56] I love this exchange between Tom Homan and And AOC. [00:08:59] She is so out of her element, totally out. [00:09:04] And he is the adult in the room. [00:09:09] You're not the author, but you signed the memo. [00:09:11] Yes, a zero tolerance memo. [00:09:14] So you provided the official recommendation to Secretary Nielsen on family separation for the United States to pursue family separation. [00:09:22] I gave Secretary Nielsen numerous recommendations on how to secure the border and save lives. [00:09:27] But it says here that you gave her numerous options, but the recommendation was option. [00:09:32] Three, family separation. [00:09:33] What I'm saying, this is not the only paper where we've given the Secretary numerous options to secure the border and save lives. [00:09:41] And so, the recommendation of the many that you recommended, you recommended family separation. [00:09:46] I recommended zero tolerance, which includes family separation. [00:09:51] The same as is with every U.S. citizen parent gets arrested when they're with a child. [00:09:58] Zero tolerance was interpreted as the policy that separated children from their parents. [00:10:03] If I get arrested for DUI and I have a young child in a car, I'm going to be separated. [00:10:07] When I was a police officer in New York and I arrested a father for domestic violence, I separated that father from my parents. [00:10:13] Mr. Holman, with all due respect, legal asylees are not charged with any crime. [00:10:20] When you're in the country illegally, it's violation of the United States. code 1325. === Zero Tolerance Separation Policy (02:14) === [00:10:24] Seeking asylum is legal. [00:10:26] If you want to seek asylum and go through the port of entry, do it the legal way. [00:10:30] The Attorney General of the United States has made that clear. [00:10:33] Okay. [00:10:34] Gosh, he's good, right? [00:10:36] He's really, really good. [00:10:37] You know who else is making this suddenly clear? [00:10:40] The Supreme Court has just voted the 532,000 people that were allowed into this country by the Biden administration on this parole program where they were handing out these work visas left and right. [00:10:52] Guess what, guys? [00:10:53] They're done. [00:10:55] Now the Trump administration has the authority to guess what? [00:10:59] Send them all home and packing. [00:11:01] We're going to get to more on that, including the defunding and sanctuary cities. [00:11:04] But first, you know, we're fully independent here on the Trish Vegan Show. [00:11:07] So we love our sponsors, including these folks over at Bounce in Nature, because this is how I get my vitamin D and vitamin C and iron and all that other great stuff. [00:12:08] Every day. [00:12:09] I try to eat a balanced diet too. [00:12:11] And I drink a lot of water and I get my exercise. [00:12:13] So it's all part of the whole package. [00:12:15] You can't do one without the other. [00:12:18] So eat well, take your vitamins, drink water, and exercise. [00:12:21] Simple enough. [00:12:22] Again, the SCOTUS decision, Supreme Court of the United States announcing that guess what? [00:12:26] Donald Trump can end that migrant parole program for people from the likes of Cuba, Nicaragua, Venezuela, Haiti, all these places coming into the country and being doled out work visas. === Family Health and Gold (02:16) === [00:12:39] And it's like, why were they doing this, really? [00:12:42] Was it gerrymandering? [00:12:44] Did they just want to make sure that they had. [00:12:46] enough people in a certain district so that they could get an additional congressperson? [00:12:51] What do you guys think? [00:12:51] I'm curious. [00:12:52] Let me look at the chat, see what your perspective is on that. [00:12:54] I think it had actually a lot to do with a few things. [00:12:58] And you know what? [00:12:59] If you're not going to play by the rules, AOC, Letitia James, Newark, New Jersey, then you know what? [00:13:06] We don't have to give you money, right? [00:13:08] And the feds can cut you off. [00:13:10] And that's exactly what they're doing. [00:13:12] We already saw that going down in New York. [00:13:13] Letitia's flipping out. [00:13:14] She's filed like, what, 100 lawsuits already? [00:13:17] She's very proud of that. [00:13:18] It's her entire political career. [00:13:20] It's actually going to be the death of her eventually political career. [00:13:24] She's going down. [00:13:24] We've talked about that. [00:13:25] Go look at yesterday's show. [00:13:26] We talked all about that because she is going to be indicted and she's going down, not just because of what she did to Donald Trump, which she should be disbarred for and disqualified from her AG position, but because she's trying to use taxpayer money to defend herself, A $10 million slush fund that she's trying to hand out to none other than Biden's old attorney, Hunter Biden's old attorney, Abby Lowell, but also because of this mortgage fraud investigation, which is just massive and super poetic. [00:13:55] But anyway, you can watch yesterday's show and learn more about that. [00:13:57] We talk about it a lot here on this show, because Leticia is something else, but this is what's happening. [00:14:02] They're going to defund these sanctuary cities and you know what it has to happen, because i'm under the impression at this point that the only thing these people pay attention to is actually money. [00:14:20] Okay, Money talks. [00:14:23] So they care when suddenly they don't have any more money. [00:14:26] Speaking of money, one way to have more of it would be to invest in gold. [00:14:30] I hope you have. [00:14:31] Again, another sponsor on the Great Trish Regan Show. [00:14:33] We thank them for this American Heart for Gold.
