But, you know, frankly, it wasn't that cryptic.
Anyone who's been around the block knows exactly what 86, 47 actually meant.
James Comey should be ashamed of himself.
We have seen time and time again how bad this guy is.
But this just took it to a whole new level.
And now you have the head of the intelligence division, head of the DNI, Tulsi Gabbard, coming out and saying she wants this guy in prison.
In prison.
Think about that.
MTG, meanwhile, Marjorie Taylor Greene, demanding the expulsion of La Monica.
I love saying that, right?
We have to do this story just so Trish can say La Monica MacGyver, the woman who allegedly was body slamming, body slamming an ICE agent out in Newark, New Jersey.

It's become kind of a slang term, but basically it originates from the mob days.

He was on Fox and Friends this morning.
After about 30 seconds of Googling, you can see that a good chunk of people all around the world also associate 86 with meaning to kill somebody.
An old mob saying basically, take somebody eight miles out.
Outside of town, and then you put them six feet in the ground.

So the former head of the FBI is sending out a little social media post like that.
Give me a break.
Okay, Don Jr. called it right off the bat last night.
He wrote on Twitter and James Comey casually calling for my dad to be murdered.
This is who the damn media worships.
Demented.
You bet it's demented.
This is disgusting, despicable behavior.
And you know, when you think about where the world has gone, when you think about the insanity of the left over the last However, many years it originates with people like this James Comey, who had such an elevated position in intelligence, James Comey, who was head of the FBI, thank God he's not anymore, got fired by the way by Trump.
He is a bad guy, and that was a sick, disgusting, unforgivable post.
Well, now he's being investigated by the Secret Service, and as I said, Tulsi wants to see this guy in jail in the Slammer.
You bet we, the American people, cannot take this lightly, whatever your politics, we cannot allow people to get by without being held accountable.
For this kind of public call to assassinate the President of the United States?

Because you don't put stuff like that out, especially when you were the former head of the FBI.

And so finally, Comey decides to come out with this, his little mea culpa.
Quote, I posted earlier a picture of some shells I saw today on a beach walk, which I assumed were a political message, he wrote in a statement.
I didn't realize some folks associate those numbers with violence.
It never occurred to me, but I oppose violence of any kind.
So I took the post down.
Are you freaking kidding me, buddy?
You didn't know what that meant.
Wow.
You expect us to believe that?
No one's going to believe it.
I mean, this guy just lies through his teeth, doesn't he?
I knew exactly what that meant.
A child knows what that meant.
If you're the FBI director and you don't know what that meant, that meant assassination.

Again, in this case, he's going to let the DOJ make that decision.
I have a feeling the DOJ is going to be siding with Tulsa Gabbard on this one.

Responding, this is, of course, the architect of all the domestic policy.
As the former FBI director and key leader of the deep state, Comey's call for assassination while the president is abroad, no less.
is a chilling escalation of the war against our democracy by a faction committed to its destruction.
Tulsi spoke a little bit last night about how there is this commitment to violence and you're seeing it coming out of the super left-wing crowd, the Antifa crowd, and it's a very dangerous thing.
And so she wants to see some repercussions here.
She wants people to know this is not okay.
You cannot be out there calling for violence against the president of the United States.
Free speech be damned in this particular case.
This is the former head of the FBI, James Comey.
He should know better.

He did this for a reason.

Well, the only reason he knew that, Jesse, was because a little over a month ago, a bunch of anti Trump, anti Elon Musk protesters were proliferating the use of this 8647 slogan, which was a veiled call to action to murder the sitting president of the United States.
So for Comey to think that we, the American people, are so stupid as to think that he, as a former FBI director, former prosecutor, And someone who clearly pays attention to what's going on would believe his lie that he didn't know what this actually was calling for.
The dangerousness of this, Jesse, cannot be underestimated.
She's right.
The danger cannot be underestimated.

So, they are seeking other means to get their way and to try to remove him from that position.

He has been indicted with a crime as he should have been, and he is in jail as we speak.
So whatever James Comey intent, he and people like him need to be held to account, uh, according to the law, which is something that he claims to have given his life for and stands by the rule of law.

The rule of law says people like him who issue direct threats against the president of the United States, essentially issuing a call to assassinate him, must be held accountable under the law.

I do believe Letitia James used to like to say that one.
So, James Comey, you're going to find yourself in a whole lot of trouble.

We had George Papadopoulos who came on the show and said he was the victim of three spying attempts by none other than James Comey because Comey authorized the wiretapping that was going down and all the sort of honeypot scandals that happened.
because he was trying to entrap people and get information.
Well, why would you do that?
George Papadopoulos explained it as, well, he was originally on the Ben Carson campaign, so they figured they could infiltrate that one because Ben Carson at one point kind of had a shot.
And then once he moved to the Trump campaign, they were really worried about Trump having a shot, so they went in and did that.
Don't forget how they got the wiretapping to happen by signing off on a bogus FISA warrant.
And then you had the guy who did it, actually.
Getting in trouble because it turns out he forged some documents along the way.

The timing of Comey sending this is fascinating in that Donald Trump is accomplishing a lot at this moment in time.
I mean, he's over there in the Middle East.

And it's almost as though, oh, I don't know, maybe Comey's a little bit jealous.
Comey doesn't want all this success.
Maybe Comey doesn't want peace in the Middle East.

Between India and Pakistan or the reopening of Syria or all those deals coming in from Saudi Arabia.
Comey's got a few things going on, I guess.
Maybe he doesn't want any of this.
Maybe that's the agenda.
Is that why you post something like this now?
The FBI wants remember, and I want to go to this next bit.
Remember Comey so proud of how he went after one General Flynn, Michael Flynn getting trapped up in one of his charades because while he lied to the FBI, not that you should ever lie to the FBI, I'm not condoning that, but the way he went about, Comey went about trying to entrap General Flynn was all wrong.
All right, because General Flynn just thought, okay, I'm doing the right thing.
The FBI wants to come and ask me some questions.
And Coleman's so proud.
Here he is telling one of the MSNBC anchors at a 92nd Street Y event how awesome he was because he just decided to take advantage of the situation.
Since nobody really knew in the Trump White House, they were all brand new and very, very trusting.
He decided to go in there with a couple of agents and spring a few questions onto Flynn, in which case they caught him.
They caught him saying some mistruth.
George Papadopoulos had a similar thing happen to him.
He told us.
He's like, look, I just took their questions.
I didn't think to say, hey, I need a lawyer.
I need this, that, and the other.
And then he said, you know, when they ask you, what were you doing on this particular day at such and such a time, if you get that one wrong, well, what do you know?
Suddenly you're lying to the FBI.
That's a federal crime.
It's a big freaking deal, right?
And you wind up in jail, which is what happened.
Anyway, let's go to Comey, who's bragging about it, just to remind you what a bad dude he is.
If the FBI wanted to send agents into the White House itself to interview a senior official, you would work through the White House counsel, and there'd be discussions and approvals, and who would be there.
And I thought it's early enough.
Let's just send a couple guys over.
And so we placed a call to Flynn, said, Hey, we're sending a couple guys over.
Hope you'll talk to them.
He said, Sure.
Nobody else was there.
They interviewed him in a conference room at the White House Situation Room, and he lied to them.
And that's what he's now pled guilty to.
What did he think they were coming over there for?
I don't think he knew.
We didn't tell him.
Just said, We've got a couple, sending over a couple of agents.

She was the one that was out there protesting the Delancey Immigration Center in New Jersey just last Friday, about a week ago.
And she was, you know, all worked up saying this is outrageous because it turned out Alina Hava had the Newark mayor arrested.
For trespassing.
They kept saying to these representatives and to the protesters and to the mayor of Newark, New Jersey, hey, back off, stop what you're doing.
And they wouldn't stop and they kept trying to proceed forward.
And so eventually they paid the price.
The Newark mayor got arrested and Port La Monica just came apart at the seams.
Watch.
How this administration is trying to restrict Congress from doing their bare duties and the responsibilities that the people have elected us to do.
Was just disgusting.
I am very upset.
I am very angry and I am very hurt that they could be able to do something like that to us.
These are people who are supposed to be officers who are supposed to protect us and they have done none of that.
If they can treat three members of Congress like that, just imagine how they can treat people on the street each and every day, both undocumented and people who are citizens here in this country.
It makes absolutely no sense to arrest the mayor.
Of the largest city of this state, who did nothing wrong.
He went inside of the gate and told them that he was waiting for us to come out because we were conducting an oversight visit.
They asked him to leave.
He left out of the gate.
Instead of the ICE officials that were here, who were supposed to be here to lead us on a tour, they then came out to have a huddle to talk about how the.
So that's not exactly how it went down, according to some of the body cam footage that just got released.
Okay, she wants you to think it was all perfectly normal.
By the way, they could have asked ICE for a scheduled tour.
They actually didn't do that.
So that in and of itself is a flaw in her argument.
But I mean, I'm looking at the same footage you guys are looking at.
And LaMonica got a little testy.
We're looking at protest video outside the Delancey Detention Center there in New Jersey.
And LaMonica, you see her, she's the lady in red, and she's getting pretty amped up, pretty upset.
Again, you can see things are getting rather difficult.
She's pushing herself up against an ICE agent.
As we understand it, there was also a female ICE agent that got body slammed.
Still waiting to see some of that footage, although this may be some of the body slamming.
I don't know.
I don't know how one would interpret this.
But there was concern that you're going after a female ICE agent.

And this is why you now have DHS investigating exactly how it all went down.

I have a feeling DHS is going to agree with this.
Tricia McLaughlin announcing that they are conducting this investigation.
She is the spokesperson for Kirstie Nome and everyone there at DHS.
This was a cheap political stunt by the Democrats and by these protesters.
Who do they want to get out of this facility?
Is it the MS-13 gang members?
Again, this is a cheap political stunt for their 15 minutes of fame.
We're not having it.
They put law enforcement officers at risk.
They put our staff in the facility at risk and put the detainees at risk.
You saw that they didn't even let an ambulance through.
This is not something that this administration is going to put up with.
And that's part of the reason that this mayor was arrested.
You can't just storm a detention facility and assault law enforcement officers with impunity.
We should let viewers know there will likely be more arrests coming.
We actually have body camera footage of some of these members of Congress assaulting our ICE enforcement officers, including body slamming a female ICE officer.
So we will be showing that to viewers very shortly.
You say a video of members of Congress body slamming ICE officials?

It's disgusting.

And so if you have that video, are you suggesting that members of Congress will be arrested who were there yesterday?
This is an ongoing investigation, and that is definitely on the table.

If AOC goes down there and pulls the same kind of stunt that we've seen on Friday and today, are you going to arrest her as well?
If she trespasses and if she assaults law enforcement officers, as we saw earlier, I think that that's certainly on the table.

It's also AOC.

AOC, because she got a little bit crazy this week, decided to go after Tom Homan and DHS, et cetera, because, oh my gosh, you better not touch La Monica.

And so when she said that, it sparked a whole other conversation about whether or not one would arrest AOC in the event of something like what you saw in Newark, New Jersey.

And again, I think you got to get back to the reality that nobody's above the law here.

And certainly James Comey is not above the law.

It's people like Tom Homan and Secretary Christy Nome.
You lay a finger on them, we are going to have a problem.
I actually think you're going to have.
AOC and La Monica is going to have a problem and all the people that somehow think that they can fly in the face of the federal law are going to have a problem.
Tom Homan, some of you may have seen this already because it's one of my favorite sound bites.
He came out and responded to this and he's basically like, listen, you weren't even born and I'd worked in the administration this long.
You don't have a clue, you little bartender.
He didn't say that.
My words, not his.
He was a little more respectful, but not that much.
Watch.
First of all, you can't intimidate me.
Come on, give me a break.
You know, I was enforcing, I was wearing a green uniform, Border Patrol agent, for five years before she was even born.
I had more than three decades enforcing immigration law before she became a member of Congress.
I've worked for six presidents.
I've seen policies, I've seen hundreds of policies.
Some worked, some didn't.
But you can't deny the success of the Trump administration when it comes to border security.
Again, the most secure border in the history of this nation.
And I said from day one, And she knows this.
You can not support ICE.
Shame on you.
You can support sanctuary cities.
Shame on you.
But you can't cross the line.
You can't knowingly impede ICE law enforcement officers.
That is a felony.
You can't harbor and conceal, knowingly harbor and conceal illegal aliens from ICE.
That is a felony.
And you certainly can't commit criminal trespass.
And as far as New York, her district, this administration has done more to protect her district than she has.
The number of criminal aliens we took off the streets of New York.
Made her community much safer.
She ought to be thanking the members of this administration, the men and women of ICE who protect this country and make her community safer.
So, you know, it's politics over public safety, it's just ridiculous.
She ought to love her community more than she hates Trump because we're doing a lot to protect her community.
You know, it's really interesting.
Did you see some of the footage that came out from the hearing there with Christy Nome?
And you had Dan Goldman, the representative from New York, going after her.
because of, of course, all of the migrant detentions and deportations, et cetera.
And Christie kept saying, you know, Representative Goldman, if only you cared about your constituents as much as you cared about all the illegal criminals, well, heck, that would be something.
Wouldn't that be a nice thing?
But again, I get back to jurisdiction here.
You know what?
The feds have jurisdiction all day long on this.
So it's going to be a sad end for the Democrats that are choosing this side of things.
You saw Donald Trump, for example, just saying yesterday, it's like they have TDS on steroids.
I played you that soundbite from the plane there going over to Saudi Arabia with Sean Hannity.
And he's like, I don't get it.
I mean, it's good for us, right?
It's good for the Republicans.
I almost hate to say this to them.
But you guys are always on the wrong side of things.
Getting back to that 80-20 thing, 80% of the country is here and you're in the 20% minority over there.
Or in some cases, like when it comes to naturally born.
Males playing against naturally born females in high school and college sports like that's one that's not even 80 20 anymore.
At that point the ship has sailed and you guys are just on the wrong side of things.
He's like I hate to say this because we don't even want them to get with the program because we may have a harder time at winning, but the reality is he's with America.
America's elected him for a reason, and part of that, main part of that, was immigration.
I mean, that was a big part of it.
Okay, so here's another goodie for you.

He took her down, and this, ladies and gentlemen, is the new Borders R of the United States of America, and he, Tom Homan, means business.
You're not the author, but you signed the memo.

So you provided the official recommendation to Secretary Nielsen for the United States to pursue family separation.
I gave Secretary Nielsen numerous recommendations on how to secure the border and save lives.
But it says here that you gave her numerous options, but the recommendation was option three family separation.
What I'm saying, this is not the only paper where we've given the Secretary numerous options to secure the border and save lives.
And so the recommendation of the many that you recommended, you recommended family separation.
I recommended zero tolerance, which includes family separation.
The same as is with every U.S. citizen parent gets arrested when they're with a child.
Zero tolerance was interpreted as the policy that separated children from their parents.
If I get arrested for DUI and I have a young child in a car, I'm going to be separated.
When I was a police officer in New York and I arrested a father for domestic violence, I separated that father from my parents.
Mr. Holman, with all due respect, legal asylees are not charged with any crime.
When you're in the country illegally, it's violation 8 United States Code 1325.

If you want to seek asylum and go through the port of entry, do it the legal way.

I played that, I think, on the shorts feed, probably on the show as well, because I was like, listen, you guys need to know, like, this is a team that means business, and they're not messing around, and they're really, really serious about what they're going to do.
And he's been committed to this for a long time.
And by the way, like, this is not anything new.
Barack Obama wanted this, Clinton wanted this, both Hillary and Bill.
I mean, it's just because, it's just because it's Donald Trump and they all have TDS that suddenly this is a problem now.
Well, I'll tell you, you know what?
You get a whole bunch of stuff that's actually on the side of the administration.
AOC very well could find herself under arrest if she becomes one of these protest members a la La Monica MacGyver, right?
Or Menendez.
The guy who's the Newark mayor, because if you break the law, you break the law.
But as far as this whole thing goes, I mean listen, the supremacy clause trumps, no pun intended.
These states all day long in the constitution and this came up in 2012 in Arizona and guess what they decided?
Okay, you states can have all the sanctuary city stuff you want going on, but ultimately the federal government has jurisdiction over this.
It's pretty plain and simple.
So you know, I realize she's not that bright, I realize she's young and inexperienced and you know really shouldn't be a member of Congress, but when this goes to the Supreme Court, because I suspect it will, the Supreme Court's going to be on the side of the Trump administration.
Pretty darn clear.
This is not a hard one, all right?
You got the Supremacy Clause.
You got the Commerce Clause.
You get the naturalization that the federal government is responsible for.
You got borders that the federal government is responsible for.
This is not something that we need to think about twice, unless, of course, you're part of the left insanity team that for some reason wants to destroy the country in the name of what?
Getting themselves more power?
That's probably what it is.
I mean, think about it.
The more power they accumulate for government and thus themselves, the less power the people have.
And then you can just dish out little, you know, let them eat cake type of doodads to them.
You keep them down on the farm.
And then the government has all the say.
Look, it's been tried before.
It's all the socialists and communists out there.
It's been tried before.
Let me remind you, it never works.
Capitalism.
It may not be perfect, but it is the best system we have, lifting more people out of poverty than any other system you could find out there.
So AOC, I'm sorry, you're wrong.
You're wrong.
You know what's interesting?
Supreme Court may take up that, but they've also taken this up.
The Supreme Court taking up the issue of birthright citizenship.
This is happening as we speak and totally, totally fascinating.
I got to tell you guys, I actually think there's a very good chance, very good chance, that Trump gets his way on this one.
Because let's face it, in 1868, when they put this thing into play, it was a totally different ballgame.
You didn't have people coming here, flying in from all over the world, in some cases legitimately, right?
I mean, they did a story on this.
Huh?
What do you know?
I'm 60 minutes years ago about how Chinese women were coming into the country so that they could have their children here in order to secure passports for them.
All right, they weren't thinking about that in 1868 when they wrote the 14th Amendment.
All right, here you go.
Here's the 14th Amendment on the screen.
Let's take a little look.
All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the United States.
The 14th Amendment also goes on, ratified in 1868, So you know what?
you If you're the child of a foreign diplomat, you don't actually get citizenship.
But what this really was, was about slavery, effectively, back then.
And they wanted to ensure that people who were born to slaves would become Americans.
226,000 babies, though, now are being born every year to non-citizens, according to the Migrant Policy Institute.
So things have kind of changed.
And now you have a system that effectively rewards people for coming here illegally and then having kids, which, of course, you know we're, as taxpayers, responsible for justice.
Samuel Alito, let me share this one with you, observing that there are 680 federal district judges meanwhile, which he says sometimes get things wrong, and allowing a single one of them to freeze a presidential policy nationwide would be a problem.
Right is a problem, because you can't really have that kind of chaos and, whether it's president Trump, or whether it's president Biden, or whether it's president Obama, if A president puts something through, and then one single judge decides to get in the way of it all, you kind of have a chaotic situation.
And as for those 226,000 babies that are being born, what happens?
Like, if the state of New Jersey says, Well, we're fine with it, and we're going to ignore this executive order put in place by the president of the United States, then, you know, when you go to Texas, does that person no longer have citizenship?
You can understand, right, how complicated this would be.
So from just a sort of management standpoint, administrative standpoint, you got a problem.
And then you kind of have a problem overall in terms of what the original intention in 1868 was about.
And I want to go to what the president is saying on this today.

Birthright citizenship was not meant for people taking vacations to become permanent citizens of the United States Of America and bringing their families with them all the time, laughing at the suckers that we are.
The United States Of America is the only country in the world that does this, and for what reason?
Nobody knows, but the drug cartels love it.
We are, for the sake of being politically correct, a stupid country.
In actuality, this is the exact opposite of being politically correct and it is yet another point that leads to the dysfunction of America.
Birthright citizenship is about the babies of slaves.
As conclusive proof, the Civil War ended in 1865.
The bill went to Congress less than a year later, in 1866, and was passed shortly after that.
As I said, ratified in 1868.
It had nothing to do with the illegal immigration for people wanting to scam our country from all parts of the world, which they have done for many years.
It had to do with the Civil War results and the babies of slaves, who politicians felt correctly needed protection.
Please explain this to the Supreme Court OF THE United States again.
Remember, the Civil War ended in 1865 and the bill goes to Congress in 1866.
We didn't have people pouring into our country from all over South America and the rest of the world.
It wasn't even a subject.
What we had were babies of slaves.

Well, you know who had something to say about this?
The representative from Texas.
I want you to hear his comments on this because they're important in light of all this.
I understand more than anyone that we are a nation of immigrants.
But there's a difference, stark difference, between giving citizenship to The children of slaves, the children of those subject to the Middle Passage, the children of sharecroppers, and the children of those who were once considered property, and giving citizenship to the children of people who crossed the border illegally, staying in taxpayer funded luxury hotels, who received free Xboxes, free cell phones, free flights around the country, and three square meals a day.
There's a big difference.
My great great grandfather was born on a plantation, Rosedown Plantation, in Louisiana.
He had to join the Union Color Guard to gain his freedom.
By morphing the citizenship clause into something that it wasn't meant to be, it's demeaning to descendants of slaves like me.
And not just me who served this country, but my father is a retired colonel.
My sister went to West Point as a retired colonel.
My brother went to West Point.
We are talking about a direct descendant of a slave that earned the right to be in this country and passed that ilk down to his ancestry.
People bled for it.
People died for it.
And it made something.
The purpose of the 14th Amendment that President Trump's birthright citizenship executive order is that the citizenship clause of the 14th Amendment was never meant to apply to children of illegal or legal aliens.
Allowing birthright citizenship to stay in place dilutes the citizenship of not just black Americans like me, but every single American citizen that had to earn it the right way.
Let's say this in black and white.
Either you're a U.S. citizen or you are not.
Now, the left has spent decades cheapening what it means to be an American citizen.
They've quite literally been chipping away at the basic value of American citizenship.
They pretend to be altruistic, but we know the truth.
Ozzy Osbourne's daughter said on the view that we have to let illegal immigrants in this country because who else will clean our toilets?
We hear it all the time.
Who will pick our crops?
And even though that we know, That American citizens are the majority of those people picking our crops.
We know what you're insinuating.
Yeah.
Listen, Trump making the point that this was written in a very, very different time when we didn't have people coming here to establish something different.
Now, by the way, I'm not saying that we shouldn't accept immigrants.
Let me be very, very clear on that.
Immigration is a wonderful thing.
We're all here because of immigration, right?
But we're here because of legal immigration, not illegal immigration.
So why would you reward somebody?
If they come here illegally by saying hey, we're going to give your kid a passport, like that does not make any sense, and so it's frankly just foolish.
It's bizarre to be using 1868 language and applying it to today's society.
You know, this came up on C-sPAN just uh this morning, and this is funny.
I want to show you the reaction.
I don't think the anchors quite know what to do, but somebody called into the show and they're like, listen, you know what happens.
People are coming here from China to have their kids, and in this case and I can't, um, I haven't sourced this myself, but this person is suggesting that the Chinese government is deliberately sending people here because, hey, why not?
Then you get a few little spies along the way if you want, right?
You've got to think through the implications of this stuff.
Stuff.
Let's watch.
There are houses where the Chinese government takes citizens that when they're in their seventh or eighth month, they ship them here for a month, they let them have their children and then, once they have their children, they take them back to China, where now they're U.S. Citizens, but they're raised in China.
They're loyal to China.
We know they're doing it, but they're still getting away with it.
Whoa right, so they're still getting away with it.
Now, if that's the case and, by the way, we shouldn't be naive about these things we got to actually start looking at something like something that was ratified in 1868 for very specific reasons associated with the Civil War, and modernize it for today's day in Age.
So this is going to continue to be a huge issue, trust me.
And Donald Trump is not going to give up on this one.
As I said, Sam Alito pointing out something that's kind of obvious, that you can't have a situation, at least from a clerical standpoint, and that's what they're looking at right now, where everybody's coming up with a different rule when it comes to citizenship.
Right?
You know, sometimes you got to question the logic of these people.
But I think what we know what it's really about, it's just Trump derangement syndrome effectively on steroids, like something you've never, ever seen before.
