🚨BREAKING: Grand Jury Issues Subpoenas in Letitia James' Mortgage Fraud Investigation!

Grand Jury subpoenas target NY AG Letitia James in a Virginia mortgage fraud probe alleging false FHA loan claims about her primary residence, potentially facing 30 years prison while using taxpayer funds for defense. The segment contrasts this with James' pursuit of Donald Trump, details a Daily Caller investigation into her Norfolk property, and critiques CNN's Jake Tapper regarding Joe Biden's health. Amidst these legal battles, the discussion briefly touches on South African land violence and Pope Leo XIV's brother before concluding that James' aggressive tactics may backfire given her own alleged financial deceptions. Subpoenas for Baseless Allegations 00:14:53
Well, it's official.
It is underway.
This case against Letitia James is happening, ladies and gentlemen.
We are learning that the first subpoenas have gone out out of the Eastern Court there in Virginia.
We have all the details coming up, plus more developments going on.
The South African farmers that are being taken in by one Donald Trump, who's actually in Saudi Arabia today, they are not exactly getting a very warm welcome by those on the left.
We're going to talk about how the left is reacting to all this.
Pope Leo's brother.
Oh, who knew?
He's like super duper totally MAGA.
And wow, can he not stand Nancy Pelosi?
I'm going to share with you some excerpts of an interview with none other than Pope Leo XIV's brother.
But we begin today.
Make sure you subscribe, share, like.
I can see everything you're writing.
We are a live show.
So careful, careful.
We begin today on Letitia James.
Letitia James is now officially in the hot seat.
Subpoenas are being issued out of the court there, the Eastern Court in Virginia.
We have learned.
in the alleged fraud mortgage case.
So it's rather remarkable, like this twist of fate when you think about it, because what this carries with it is some serious, serious penalties for one Leticia James.
I mean, she could actually find herself in federal prison for up to 30 years if she's convicted of what she is being accused of doing.
As you recall, there's this house in Virginia that she, Norfolk, Virginia, that she said she was going to use as a primary residence.
However, She was attorney general of New York at the time, so there's no way she could possibly have it as her primary residence.
But when you apply for a federal housing loan like that, you need to make sure you're squeaky clean because otherwise you could be accused of, and she's being accused of, defrauding the federal government, which comes with it some serious mega penalties.
So again, the Eastern Court there in Virginia issuing these grand jury subpoenas, this is a big, big deal for one Leticia James.
Just to sort of give some perspective on how big a deal, you heard me say 30 years in prison is what it carries up to.
Because false statements to obtain a federally insured loan is a big no-no, as well as false statements to the government period.
So in this case she's trying to obtain the loan.
She made false statements and it comes with it none other than a 30-year penalty.
So 30 years in prison, possibly as a result of all of this.
Don't forget the Fh loans Fha loans, I should point out.
They're secured and issued by the federal government.
So lying on one of those loan applications is a big, big deal, especially about your primary residence right, because in theory, If it's your primary residence, it would get a better mortgage rate.
Typically, it always does because the thinking is that you would pay that loan off first.
And so this is a federal offense.
The FHA requires the property to be the borrower's primary residence within 60 days of closing.
So, Leticia, honey, baby, I mean, you're looking at 30 years in jail.
This is unbelievable.
And like the irony of it all, right?
because she was going after Donald Trump for something sort of similar, except that one was a private transaction.
He wasn't actually using federal funds.
And she was trying to stuff, you know, the square peg in the round hole, trying to somehow come up with a way to get him.
And the judges that heard this at the appellate court are like, yeah, but where's the victim?
I mean, where is your victim here?
This is a private transaction between two people.
And the banker said they'd do it again all day long, right?
Everybody got paid back.
This is the house in question.
This was supposed to be.
the principal residence there in Norfolk, Virginia.
But the Eastern District of Virginia court is like, well, we got to look at this, right?
We got to look at this because William Pulte is asking the DOJ to look at it.
Pambondi is taking the case forward.
We know Kash Patel has opened an FBI investigation.
And so now the chickens are effectively coming home to roost.
You know, Daily Caller made a little visit to the house in question and they were looking to see if it really was Letitia's. primary residence, which obviously we know it's not because she lives in New York, but that didn't stop them from knocking on some doors.
Do you remember this?
Hi there.
I'm a reporter with the Daily Caller News Foundation.
I'm sorry.
I'm trespassing.
My kids are out here.
I understand.
We mean no trouble.
We're just curious who the occupants of the home are because there's.
Well, there are connections to New York Attorney General Letitia James.
Are you related to Letitia James?
Do you know her?
You're trespassing.
Go in the house.
Do you know Letitia James?
No.
Okay, no comment.
Thank you, ma'am.
You have a good one.
Be well.
Be well.
Okay, so they get chased out of the neighborhood.
But you know, this again, I think that the irony should not be lost here.
She went after Donald Trump for sort of a similar thing a mortgage violation.
Maybe it was on her head or something.
Maybe she's got a guilty conscience.
Maybe she knew that she shouldn't have done what she did.
Of course, she should have known, for goodness sakes.
The woman is the attorney general of the state of New York.
The woman is an attorney.
And by the way, this isn't the end of it, right?
Because There's also the case where they may be going after her in federal court in New York, although maybe the Eastern District of Virginia will suffice in this case.
By the way, that court is known to kind of cycle through these things pretty quickly.
So perhaps that's one of the reasons why they brought that case there.
Also, proximity-wise, it's good.
And also, it's the house in Virginia that she was trying to say that was her primary residence.
In this particular case, if you look at the screen, I'm showing you a picture of a brownstone.
A New York Post took this photo.
And basically, in this particular one, and it's additional, if you would, There seems to be a repeat pattern, dare I say.
In the Brownstone, she was also getting a special deal on a loan, allegedly, because it was a certain number of levels.
In this case, you needed four levels in order to get the special federal loan.
And she seems to have had five levels there.
So she may have fudged the documentation, at least that's what's being alleged, in order to say she had four.
And so that, again, would be a total violation.
Of federal law, and you're lying at that point to the federal government.
And then there's the issue if you go back all the way to 1983, and this is how she managed to get this loan for her father by saying that she was his wife and therefore had income, etc.
So there seems to be a pattern here, but I think the bottom line is Letitia's not really looking very good for you.
Again, the Eastern District of Virginia coming out just today and issuing these subpoenas.
So this is a very, very big deal.
It's amazing to me because the media has been.
totally, totally silent on all of this.
You're not hearing a lot.
She, on the other hand, is trying to defend herself here and there.
She went on to some MSNBC friendly territory type places, including one podcast with the guy I keep saying who looks like Rachel Maddow.
You can't really tell.
Is it Rachel or is it Chris Hayes?
In this case, it is actually Chris Hayes.
And she can't answer these questions.
Listen to this.
She won't answer these questions other than to say she doesn't even think that they're going to get to first base.
They've gotten to first base.
Subpoenas are going out as we speak.
I will respond to these baseless allegations at the appropriate time and in the appropriate way.
But I am 100% confident, confident that it will not result in any criminal indictment or action against me and that it is nothing more than a revenge tour and that Donald Trump just ultimately got to the J's and I was next.
The key allegation, again, it sounds like you don't.
Want to address them here, but I'm just going to put it out so people understand that a property that was owned in Virginia and a mortgage that you signed, if I'm not mistaken, for that property, that they say you falsely represented yourself as a resident of Virginia and that that was essentially amounts to mortgage fraud since you're a resident of New York.
What is your response to that?
It's baseless.
Everybody knows I'm a resident of New York, specifically Brooklyn.
And again, we will respond at the appropriate time.
In the appropriate way to these baseless allegations.
And some media outlets, like the Daily News over the weekend, has indicated as much.
That's all you want to say.
That's all that I'm going to say.
Yeah, because she can't say anything else, because she can't actually defend herself in this case.
She's just like, oh, it's baseless allegations, baseless allegations.
Well, why is it that they allegedly have a record of you saying that this was your primary residence in Virginia?
Why do they have records of you being listed as the wife?
of your father.
I mean, why is it that you're miscategorizing your brownstone in all of these cases?
It just so happens that you get a better deal on the mortgage.
Again, the very thing, the very thing that she was trying to go after Donald Trump for, except in his case, she couldn't actually even bring it into criminal court because you know what?
It was a private transaction between him and his banker.
And the banker's the one that goes and does all the due diligence.
And so it's the banker's problem, right?
If he can't pay the loan back.
as opposed to the federal government.
I mean, she was actually risking taxpayer dollars in that case with her little transaction.
She just doesn't seem to get it.
And she keeps telling you it's all A-OK.
It's just a clerical filing.
I don't know.
How do you have that many clerical filings, one after another, three in a row?
I'm not buying it.
I have to ask you, I mean, there were reports today that the Justice Department has launched a criminal investigation into real estate transactions that you're involved with.
I'm not validating that in any way, but I wanted to just ask you if you've received a formal notice of that at this point.
No, not at all.
These allegations, Jen, are baseless.
They have been discredited, refuted.
There was a letter that was prepared by my attorney that was sent to Pam Bondi, the United States Attorney General.
And it's unfortunate that President Trump publicly attacked me a few days ago.
And as a result of that, he telegraphed to the Department of Justice and to FBI.
That I should be targeted.
You see, this is nothing more than an extension of his revenge, his retribution, and he finally got up to the J's.
And so I stand prepared to respond to these baseless attacks with facts.
And we look forward, obviously, to further discussions with the Department of Justice or any other individual who leaked this material.
Hmm, leaked?
Leaked this material?
I mean, it's public information.
Sorry, Letitia, you know, when you fill out a form, you have to try and fill it out correctly.
You shouldn't be trying to defraud, if that is the case, the federal government and her lawyer.
By the way, we're going to get to that because she's charging taxpayers for the lawyer.
The lawyer who actually used to work with Hunter Biden, Abby Lowell, charges a pretty penny, is saying this is just a whole bunch of clerical stuff.
Except, of course, she signed it and she's a lawyer.
Like, shouldn't there even be like a higher standard?
If you would, like, you know, maybe you don't know and somebody tells you, oh, you'll get a better rate if you do this.
And you could argue, oh, I didn't know.
I was just naive.
Even then, it wouldn't be a defense.
But in her case, you can't actually say, I didn't know because she is a lawyer herself.
So yeah, the lawyer is trying to say that this is just baseless and that it is all politically motivated, all just politics.
And they're citing the fact that Donald Trump came out and talked about it.
Of course, Donald Trump came out and talked about it because one of the reporters in the room asked him, but he covers himself actually pretty darn nicely.
Take a listen.
I can say unrelated to that.
She's a disaster for New York.
She's a horrible, horrible human being.
Okay, he said unrelated to that.
I think she's a disaster for New York.
And watch how he also qualifies this.
In other words, he doesn't like the woman.
He clearly has no use for her.
He clearly thinks she's a political animal and, as he goes on to say, a sick person.
But it's not as though he's implicating somehow a political agenda that he has against her here.
Listen.
And I think she's a total crook.
There's no question about it.
But that's just my opinion.
Pam's going to have to do what she wants.
She's a very bad person.
She's a very, very, a very bad person who campaigned solely on I'm going to get Donald Trump over and over again.
She's a sick person.
But that has nothing to do with what Pam does.
Pam is going to do what's right.
She always does.
I've known her a long time.
Yeah.
Well, Pam's doing what's right.
In other words, William Pulte, who's the head of the FHA, is saying, wait a second, when we see all these media reports of Letitia James getting a better deal, that's not allowed.
That's absolutely not allowed.
And by the way, on top of it, You're an employee of the government and you're doing this and you're an attorney.
I mean, this is like triple do, triple, triple not allowed.
It's a triple decker.
Okay.
Like not allowed, not allowed, not allowed.
And for her to say, oh, he's just politically going after me.
Again, I'll quote the lawyer who says, well, Donald Trump has said before, quote, if you go after me, I'm coming after you.
I am your warrior.
I am your justice.
I am your retribution.
Donald Trump said all these things.
So then they equate that to mean, oh, well, then he's coming after her.
Not that she did anything at all similar, right?
I mean, wasn't this the woman who actually went out and campaigned before she even saw anything, before she even had a crime to go after him with?
And she didn't, by the way.
She didn't have a crime.
She insisted that she was politically going to go after him.
This is what she ran her entire campaign on.
The president of the United States has complained that I'm engaging in some sort of political witch hunt, that I've got some personal vendetta against him, that I campaigned against him.
That is not true.
This illegitimate president.
That president, because he's not my president, he's an illegitimate president.
Yeah, Okay, so she was going to go after him, and she did, and then she tried to take away Trump Tower.
Political Witch Hunt Claims 00:08:22
You remember it.
We were living and breathing it during the time, but I'll take you down memory lane.
ABC NEWS, interestingly, whom she told she was going to confiscate his assets, four days after a judge ordered Donald Trump to pay 355 million dollars for a decade of fraud.
New York attorney general, if he does not have funds to pay off the judgment, then we will seek uh, you know judgment enforcement mechanisms in court and we will ask the judge to seize his assets.
And somehow she got some totally political judge that was willing to go along with all of this.
And the next thing, you know, there's a 500 billion dollar tab That Donald Trump somehow owes the state of New York for an alleged crime that never was actually a crime, but rather a private transaction.
I mean, in her case, you got something here, okay?
Pam Bondi definitely has something here.
And there may be more, because New York itself, as a taxpayer in New York, the fact that she is taking your money to pay for the Hunter Biden lawyer to represent her, that's problematic in a personal transaction because she was doing stuff that she may not ever have should have been doing, period.
We're going to get to that in a second, but first a quick shout out.
You know we're totally independent here on the Trish Regan show, so we love our sponsors, including our friends over at American Heart FOR GOLD GOLD back up today.
We were just talking about gold actually with the head of the company there on yesterday's program.
You know that I'm a big long-term believer in gold and I believe it's a way of diversifying and kind of sort of hedging your bets, if you would.
It's something that I do tend to buy whenever it goes down and today it's up.
So I I'm sitting by the sidelines waiting and watching.
You can buy gold too.
I highly recommend our show sponsor up to $15,000 in free silver.
That's a big, big seller right there because often silver attracts with gold prices and there's other uses for silver, etc.

Guys, Letitia James is using New York taxpayer money to pay for her high-priced fancy schmancy former Hunter Biden attorney.
Abby Lowell is the attorney she's using.
By the way, in Abby's defense, Abby has also defended the Kushners, including Ivanka Kushner, Ivanka Trump Kushner.
And so he has worked for both sides, but nonetheless, a very expensive attorney.
So she's going for the best here.
She's racking up the bills.
And you know who's not happy?
Taxpayers.
New York Post had a big op-ed on this the other day.
Nixon, taxpayer-funded legal defense slush fund for Letitia James and any other state politician.
facing federal investigation.
So in this case, you've got an attorney general that's being accused of personal crimes.
In other words, when you go and you take out a loan for a home in Virginia and you allegedly say it is your personal residence, and then after the fact, you're getting called out on it, that's kind of a personal issue, right?
So why would you be using taxpayer funds to defend yourself from that?
That's what taxpayers are saying.
Like, hey, this is not fair.
Like, this is something that she may have screwed up in her personal life, kind of like, you know, back in 1983 when she decided to sign a document saying that she was the wife of her father.
That is something that would be a personal violation, right?
So again, why would she be able to use taxpayer dollars to defend herself against that?
Remember how they went crazy?
Oh my gosh, when Donald Trump was using campaign dollars to defend himself against Letitia James?
Letitia's taking it a step further.
She's going for taxpayer money.
I mean, this woman is unbelievable, right?
So she's hired this high-priced attorney, Abby Lowell, commands a pretty penny, and then expects New York taxpayers to foot the bill because, as she told us, she somehow thinks that this is all just politically motivated, right?
Then that's her defense.
She's going to say this is political, political, political.
And as a result of that, he telegraphed to the Department of Justice and to FBI that I should be targeted.
You see, this is nothing more than an extension of his revenge, his retribution, and he finally got up to the J's.
And so, you know, maybe, Leticia, if you weren't out there buying homes and saying they were going to be your primary residence, again, I want to say that's what's being alleged.
Let's get all the paperwork.
This is why they're subpoenaing people, right?
This is why there's a grand jury investigation, et cetera.
If this is the case, then kind of that's your own problem, right?
You are the one who sort of screwed up there.
And I think that you should be responsible for the legal bills.
I don't think this is a taxpayer issue.
To get your lawyer to issue.
This was something like 44 pages.
By the way, you have Abby Lowell saying that this is nothing but a political witch hunt.
Oh my gosh, I mean again.
The irony of everything is really just so darn incredible.
In the meantime, Leticia James is also under fire at this moment because she's being accused of targeting small businesses.
We know that she's going to target anybody she wants to target, right?
That's the whole problem with having an attorney general.
That's a political animal instead of just a legal animal.
In other words, do your job, lady.
Stay in your lane, lady.
Do not just try to attack people for political reasons.
And the fear now in the state of New York is this is what she's doing.
I get it.
Remember?
And we said this at the time.
This was effectively the danger with having an attorney general with such enormous scope that she could go after someone for what she went after Donald Trump for.
And by the way, this has not come back from the appellate court yet, but I expect that it will.
And when it does, you're going to see that they throw the whole thing out because they're going to say she couldn't have, shouldn't have done this.
If you listen to and you can go back and and listen, we've played it extensively here on this show.
If you listen to what the judges are saying, they can't understand how she has the legal authority to even be going after a private transaction.
And they're worried that she has overstepped her bounds in massive ways.
Well, this is what small businesses are now worried about because of a new kind of law that she has put in place.
I want to take you over to the New York Post, actually, which has been all over this story.
Of course, it's New York.
And they're saying that her pro-consumer push that she has put forward is expected to spark legal shakedowns and boost greedy lawyers.
Businesses are like whoa, because it's one thing right, you want to protect consumers, but you also have to remember to protect the business owners and as well.
And the fear with Letitia James is that she's doing anything she can for political reasons.
If she thinks it's going to score her a political chip, then she's in the game.
And that's what's so frightening and disheartening and disgusting frankly, about one Letitia James and we saw it in full view, did we not?
And you know what?
Now he's president of the United States.
So good luck, honey.
Bunny right, as Mike Davis said, you might just find your fat.
Let's go with tush in prison.
All right.
Because this is a whole different Trump administration.
Whole different administration.
And those, what do they say?
Those in glass houses should not throw stones.
Oh, Letitia, you should have listened to that one a little bit more closely.
Again, we're totally independent here on the Trish Regan show.

1-800-246-8751.
My goodness, the the media's lack of attention on Letitia James, I guess should be expected.
After all, they covered up Joe Biden for how long?
Oh, four whole years right, and I guess they would have covered it for another four had he won.
Well, Jake Tapper is an anchor on CNN and he has decided that The media should have come forward sooner with some of this information.
Of course, the one problem with all of this is Jake Tapper, as an anchor on CNN, did nothing to come forward with any of the information.
I guarantee you he knew.
He knew what we all knew.
I mean, like, you'd have to be a moron not to see it, right?
Here, take a look.
This is one of my favorite moments because it really told me, in a way, who the prime minister of Italy really was and is a wonderful woman actually exiting the group of other.
members of the G7 that are there for photo op after Joe Biden wanders away to look at the parachute over there on the side.
And so she corrals everybody, including most importantly him, brings them together.
And you see the slowness with which he operates.
And there are many, many moments like this.
And we played a lot of them here on the show because my feeling was you needed to see him.
And I always showed you those in full.
So there was no deceptive editing going on.
There's no slow-mo going on.
When you see him putting on his sunglasses so slowly, that's because he's putting them on so slowly and he's moving more and more slowly.
And you saw, of course, when he would fall, coming down or up, Air Force One, all of these things, right, which started to mount.
And I think it was pretty obvious to anyone who had two brain cells what was going on, except that the media kept covering up.
Kept covering up, kept covering up.
And now Jake Tapper is out with a book on the big cover up.
Let's watch him.
You may have to turn up the volume a little bit.
I'll see what I can do.
Here we go.
Jake Tapper here.
Alex Thompson from Axios and I wrote a book.
It's coming out next Tuesday.
It's called Original Sin President Biden's Decline.
It's cover up.
And his disastrous choice to run again.
The book is drawn from more than 200 interviews with mostly Democratic insiders, almost all of them after the election.
And one of the things we were shocked to learn the White House physician, Dr. Kevin O'Connor, talked about how if Biden had one more fall, he might actually need to be in a wheelchair.
But this was all put off until after the election.
They did not want images of Biden in a wheelchair out there.
You might recall that Biden started to have problems with a shuffling gait.
That the administration was very sensitive about.
There was a time when they started having people walk with him to Marine One.
Those people were there to kind of like hide the fact that his gait was as bad as it was and also have them there in case he stumbled.
The White House would say that this gait issue was because Biden had fallen after the election of 2020, but the truth is that it didn't have to do with that.
Dr. O'Connor's medical report said that that injury was completely healed.
This had to do with other degenerative problems.
Hmm, okay.
Wait, I'm going to go to this in a second.
I want to go to that little bit of sound in a second, but just remember what you saw there, right?
He's like, oh my gosh, you know, there were all these things going on and nobody was reporting on it, right?
That's the big sort of premise of this.
Why was nobody reporting on it?
Going over to a CNN clip just the other night where they had this discussion and Scott Jennings is like, wow, there's going to be some truth bombs that come out.
And I think a lot of people in the media establishment are going to have egg on their face.
Watch.
Watching him on The View today and watching some of the interviews he did over.
Yeah, I saw it.
It's rare for me, but I did watch it.
I will just say, watching him over the last few days reminded me that a whole bunch of people were telling us with a straight face that this man was capable of serving another four years as president.
And that, these appearances coupled with what I understand is going to be the equivalent of a nuclear bomb dropped on the Democratic Party when Jake Tapper and Alex Thompson's book come out next week, I don't know that the Democrats have fully internalized what's about to happen to them between what he looks like today and what they're about to report.
I am not sure that Joey.
You just said that he told Kamala Harris that she could not have any distance from him.
It's been reported.
He told her.
It doesn't matter what he was.
He told her.
I know he's my kid.
Because reporting can never be wrong.
Are you attacking the journalism around it?
You think reporting can never be wrong?
You come in and you attack reporting every night.
No, you're not.
We actually asked him the question.
There's a lot of critical reporting about this guy, and he told her point blank.
Well, we asked him.
Okay, so.
Anna wants to basically defend herself and all the ladies on The View that refuse to acknowledge the elephant in the room, all while Jake Tapper comes out with this massive, you know what, Jeff is right.
Jeff Mahay joining us.
Thank you for your generosity.
He's saying he's gaslighting again.
It's like gaslighting on steroids.
He's like, oh my gosh, the media didn't see it.
The media didn't see it.
The media didn't see it.
Shame on the media.
Of course, I was the media and I was the one who was telling you the whole time he was totally fine.
He was totally fine, right?
I mean, he got in this giant, giant fight with Lara Trump, who's criticizing.
At the time, Joe Biden, this is like a month before the guy drops out of the race, she's like, gosh, you know, he's talking so slow.
Can he ever get the words out?
And he accuses her of shaming people who suffer from a stuttering problem.
I'm like, take.
Now you're trying to make a buck.
I'm sorry.
You know, shame on anyone who buys that piece of garbage written by, frankly, one giant scam artist.
Every time he comes on stage or they turn to him, I'm like, Joe, can you get it out?
Let's get the words out, Joe.
You kind of feel bad for him.
How do you think it makes little kids with stutters feel when they see you make a comment like that?
First and foremost, I had no idea that Joe Biden ever suffered from a stutter.
I think what we see on stage with Joe Biden, Jake, is very clearly a cognitive decline.
That's what I'm referring to.
It makes me uncomfortable.
You are of no position.
It's so amazing.
It's so amazing to me that.
And try and figure out an answer.
A cognitive decline.
You're trying to tell me that what I was suggesting was a stutter.
I think that you were mocking his stutter.
Yeah, I think you were mocking his stutter, and I think you have absolutely no standing to diagnose somebody's cognitive decline.
I would think that somebody in the Trump family would be more sensitive to people who do not have medical licenses diagnosing politicians from afar.
Plenty of people have diagnosed your father from afar, and I'm sure it offends you, your father in law from afar.
I'm sure it offends you.
You don't have any standing to say.
I'm not diagnosing him.
What I'm saying, Jay, is that I don't see that Joe.
I have one last question.
Feel are you can't be on stage, and it's very concerning to a lot of people that this could be the leader of the free world.
Okay, that is all I'm saying.
I genuinely feel sorry for Joe Biden.
I appreciate it, I'm sure.
And now he's selling a book.
Now, the guy who shut down Larry Trump for trying to say to everybody, Hey, this guy is slowing down.
Now he's selling a book complaining about how the media missed this.
I'm like, I mean.
Granted, eventually you came to the party, Jake, when it was so obvious in the debate and you want to pat yourself on the back because you decided to echo George Clooney's little op-ed and you say, hey, let's get this guy out of here.
By then it was too late.
I mean, if you'd listen to some of us in the conservative side of the media, guess what?
I was all over that years ago, years ago.
I was like, you can't run him.
I mean, not unless you want to lose, right?
And you certainly can't run Kamala Harris because, well, she's Kamala Harris.
And she can't string a sentence together.
All right, that's it.
That's all you need to know.
The woman can't talk, not a lot going on upstairs.
So what are you gonna do?
You should have primaried the guy that was a no-brainer.
But you're all a bunch of oh, I don't know um, a bunch of deep state like water carriers.
You felt that you had to carry the water for the administration over and over and over again.
I mean even Jen Saki, who was there and she was his press person.
She's trying to walk back from this now saying well, You know, I never saw it.
I never saw it.
How could you not see it?
Everybody saw it, Jenny.
I hadn't seen him in person during that period of time.
I never saw that person, not a single time.
And I was in the Oval Office every day that was on that debate stage.
I'm not a doctor.
Aging happens quite quickly.
Cover up is a very loaded term, I think.
Well, it means you knew that it was really bad and you're pretending otherwise versus you're deluding yourself, which I think is what people do a lot.
Well, I understand, but I still think it's like cover up is often like a crime, right?
People use that term as they relate to Watergate.
Or the covering up of not sharing public information about a war.
Yeah, I'm not there.
It's a bit of a dangerous term.
Not for you, maybe.
But what do you think he did?
He covered it up.
And so did Jake Tapper, who's now trying to make money on all of you guys at your expense.
Man, I mean, and, you know, those Joe Scarborough stuff, oh, best Biden ever.
I mean, these people were literally nuts and were like, are we the only ones that see it?
No, they were just covering up.
That was a cover up of epic proportions.
And Jake Tapper ought to be ashamed for trying to make a buck on it.
After the fact, just gross right, totally gross.
Remember to subscribe, share like all that good stuff.
You know who else thinks it's totally gross.
Guarantee you the brother of the new pope, pope Leo, the 14th Brother, he's like totally Maga, like super duper Maga.
He went on Piers Morgan's show last night and talked about how he uh, really is very Maga and he's kind of had to curtail some of his tweets and he's tweeted some things in the past that have raised a few eyebrows.
And well, you know, it's kind of harder to do that now with your brother as the Pope, but you know what?
Good.
He's one of us.
Watch.
On April the 5th, you reposted a video of Nancy Pelosi speaking in 1996, which came with the caption, not yours, but it came with a caption These effing liberals crying about tariffs is just unreal.
Do they not know that there is a thing called video?
Just listen to what this drunk, and then a very offensive word about Ms. Pelosi, has to say in the mid 90s, long before her husband had grinder dates.
I mean, with the benefit of hindsight of now knowing your brother was about to become or is now the Pope, would you have been a little bit more careful about maybe reposting something like that?
Or do you stand proudly by your rather lively posting?
Well, I posted it and I wouldn't have posted it if I didn't kind of believe it.
However, I had no idea that what was coming was coming this soon.
And I can tell you, since then, I've been very quiet, biting my tongue at some of the stuff that is out there on social media.
Because I don't want to create waves that don't need to be there.
Because I'm a MAGA type and I have my beliefs.
I don't need to create heat for him.
He's going to have enough to handle as it is without the press going, the Pope's brother says this.
Isn't that great?
So what do you know?
The Pope's brother is a mega type.
The Pope's brother believes in conservative values.
Now, I know the Pope has come out against JD Vance and the Pope is all about open borders still, sort of, you know, so there's all that.
But I consider that a win, right?
I mean, well, I considered it a win that we got an American Pope.
Remember when Donald Trump was accused of trolling?
Because the left clearly has no sense of humor.
And he had tweeted out that meme or actually one of his staff members tweeted out a meme of him dressed as Pope.
after they had confronted him outside the helicopter and they said, hey, who would you like to see as Pope?
And he said, well, you know, we got some good people here.
We got a good cardinal in New York.
He probably didn't know all the names that were on the list, to be honest.
And then he joked and he said, what about me?
Genocide Narratives Explained 00:07:58
And the left went nuts.
And so then the White House very cleverly said, oh, we're going to have some fun with this.
Might as well troll him a little bit.
And they came out with the Pope meme.
And then he was asked about it in the White House.
And he's like, gosh, you know, does nobody have a sense of humor around here?
Hey, you know what?
It could have been that little Pope meme.
and his comments that helped tip the scale in favor of the American Pope.
I mean, that's kind of a big deal.
I mean, granted, we're a young country, but we finally got a Pope.
I like it.
And clearly he's got some conservative roots in his family.
So win, win, win, right?
I mentioned there that the Pope is not a fan of sending out some of the migrants that have come to this country.
And that leads me to my next story.
The left is losing it over the South Africaners.
coming here.
These are white South Africans that have been basically subjected to tremendous genocide and violence there in their home country in South Africa.
But for some reason, the left rationalizes it because they're saying, well, their ancestors were the ones that created apartheid.
So therefore, it's fine whatever happens to them.
Donald Trump's not having it.
Listen to his comments.
Because they're being killed, and we don't want to see people be killed.
Now, South Africa leadership is coming to see me, I understand, sometime next week.
And, you know, we're supposed to have a, I guess, a G20 meeting there or something, but we're having a G20 meeting.
I don't know how we can go unless that situation's taken care of, but it's a genocide that's taking place that you people don't want to write about, but it's a terrible thing that's taking place.
Farmers are being killed.
They happen to be white, but whether they're white or black makes no difference to me.
But white farmers are being brutally killed and their land is being confiscated in South Africa.
And the newspapers and the media, television media, doesn't even talk about it.
If it were the other way around, they'd talk about it.
That would be the only story they'd talk about.
And I don't care who they are.
I don't care about their race, their color.
I don't care about their height, their weight.
I don't care about anything.
I just know that.
What's happening is terrible.
I have people that live in South Africa.
They say it's a terrible situation taking place.
So we've essentially extended citizenship to those people to escape from that violence and come here.
So this has become a very big issue recently.
Elon Musk has spoken out repeatedly about this.
Of course, he is from South Africa.
He's talked about this being, quote, a genocide of white people in South Africa, accusing the South African government of failing to address. violence against white farmers, promoting policies that he considers to be anti-white.
For instance, he has cited a song, an anti-apartheid song called Kill the Boar, which calls for violence against white South Africans, describing it as actively promoting white genocide.
There's been a lot of criticism as well of some of the land reform laws because Elon Musk has, and these are his words, I'm going to quote him, described South Africa's land expropriation laws as, quote, racist ownership laws.
And he's alleged that this is basically the legalized seizure of property.
From white people without compensation.
Again, it's all being done in the name of justice right, a different kind of reparations, if you were, because of the history that has happened there in that country.
But people who um, like president Trump and Elon Musk, feel that the the white South Africaners are being unjustly racially profiled and up against a kind of genocide or violence, would point to things like this.
Here's i'm going to show you some video, some white crosses there in South Africa.
I realize it's a little bit hard to hear over that helicopter, but they just go on for seemingly miles.
These are white crosses that represent the unjust deaths of these white South African farmers.
And so again, this goes back to concerns that this is a form of genocide that's going on there, a white genocide as Elon Musk has referred to it.
But the left is very upset.
They're very upset because they're like, wait a second, what about all the people that are coming here, all the people that should be allowed into this country that were allowed in under Biden's administration?
Why are they being sent to El Salvador?
Donald Trump would say, well, because in many cases, we know that they have criminal records and they're being sent out for that reason as opposed to the people that are coming here.
to escape the genocide going on in South Africa, whom we know have a certain profile background in terms of being nonviolent, right?
Nonviolent, contributing members of society.
And that's been a big part of what he wants.
He wants to lay out the red carpet for people who want to come here and contribute to our economy that are not violent people.
On the other hand, if you have traffickers or people associated with gangs, et cetera, then they're no-go territory.
And that should be kind of obvious, but rick Stengel, who used to be the executive editor, I don't believe he still is, at Time, was on MSNBC this morning talking about this.
And I'll let him voice the other side of this argument.
And you can see that somehow there's a justification in some of these people's heads that these people deserve it.
And therefore, we should not.
We should not be accepting them or allowing them into our country.
Believe it or not, watch.
The outlines of Trump's mass deportation.
Plans weren't already clear earlier today.
The Trump administration formally lifted protection from deportation for Afghans in the United States, claiming that conditions in the Taliban-controlled nation of Afghanistan had improved enough for them to go home safely.
Nearly simultaneously, a U.S. charter plane carrying dozens of South Africans, known as Afrikaners, the white ethnic minority that created and led the brutal apartheid regime in South Africa, landed in the United States of America.
Where the Trump administration has admitted them as refugees here, claiming that they have been discriminated against for jobs and have been victimized by violence, expediting a process that normally takes years.
That happened as Donald Trump has virtually halted refugee admission in America for people fleeing.
God, I know.
I'm sorry.
She's so painful.
It takes her forever to get any of her words out, but bear with me because it is important to hear what Rick Stengel has to say.
War and famine.
In places like Sudan and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Back with Rick.
She really shouldn't be on TV, but I digress.
Mark and Eddie.
Rick Stangle.
Yes, it's so deeply and morally wrongheaded and repulsive.
These are the descendants of the people who created the most diabolical system of white supremacy in human history, apartheid.
They're not directly responsible for it, but it was a system that actually moved black people off of the arable land.
So, they inherited the land that the black people had to give up.
It was called forced removal.
It was something called a Bantusan policy, where they moved black people out of the cities and farmlands into these remote areas with non arable land.
I mean, it was just one of the most worst processes ever.
But what has happened in this strange, bizarre world we're living in is that the Afrikaners have become the darling of these right wing white supremacist movements around the world, it's like the lost cause for them.
Forced Removal Policies 00:00:50
It's like the old Confederacy.
They're held up as these white Christians who are being dispossessed of their land.
It's like this is a modern replacement theory in a country where, by the way, white people make up 7% of the population and own 78% of the farmland.
So it's actually, there's no injustice here.
As you mentioned, it's taking places away from refugees who are really being crushed by authoritarian governments and military governments for these folks who have never had anything happen to them.
Amazingly, he called it a genocide, one of the worst lies I've ever heard him say.
There's just been a small handful of farmers that have been killed over the past 10 years.
No land has actually been expropriated.
So it's just a farce and a sham and moral ugliness.
