EXCLUSIVE: Comcast is Done with MSNBC! Maddow & Morning Joe Circling the Drain as Network Implodes

Trish Regan exposes MSNBC's alleged collapse, citing an 11% viewership drop and Rachel Maddow's $25 million salary amid claims of false ratings. She details arrests of Judge Juan Cano for harboring TDA gang members and Judge Hannah Dugan for obstructing ICE, linking these to a Democratic strategy of nationwide injunctions. Regan defends Pete Hegseth against makeup room smears, clarifies the Pentagon's spending crisis at 24% of GDP, and dismisses concerns over a viral "Trump 2028" hat meme as unlikely constitutional threats. MSNBC Ratings and Comcast 00:15:27
Hello, everyone.
Happy Friday.
Welcome to the big show.
Good day here.
Not such a good day over at MSNBC.
Wait till you hear about their ratings.
Meanwhile, we got judges everywhere.
Define the law, define the law, define the law.
Pam Bondi's onto all of them.
And she's going for the jugular at this moment in time.
We got new arrest video coming into us of one judge out there in Wisconsin.
Wow, who somehow thought she could like hide, hide illegal migrants in her courtroom.
I mean, the world is going.
Crazy.
But you know what's not going crazy?
The markets.
The markets are going well, they're going crazy.
Yeah, it's a good good good, good thing we're going to talk about the markets as well.
76research.com you know my market research company.
Welcome to the show.
Everyone, good to have you here.
We get a ratings plunge on our hands over at Msnbc as the network contemplates its lack of a future.
Its lack of a future because the parent company, you see one, Comcast doesn't want to have anything to do with this place anymore because it is, one, a political liability and two, a failing business.
A failing business that goes way too much in terms of the egomaniacs you got to deal with.
Oh yeah, Rachel Maddow, I'm looking at you.
Okay, the egomaniacs with the giant salaries, the $25 million woman that she is, $25 million a year really for that show?
I don't know.
I don't know.
Didn't she say she was going to do the first 100 days and then she gets to go back to what, once a week?
Give me a break.
I mean, come on.
That is not good business.
Just saying.
Anyway, the ratings are really, really lousy.
And I was looking at these and I wanted to show you because they're telling you something else entirely in their new commercial that they got over there on MSNBC.
These ratings just came out.
This is per Adweek, which is one of those trade publications.
MSNBC fell 11% in total.
Primetime viewers, 19% in the demo.
That's what they kind of live and breathe by, right?
They got to have the demo.
They're 18 to whatever, 45.
Gosh, you know, I've been away from cable so long, I don't even remember.
18 to 44?
That's a good feeling, right?
Anyway, during the total day, the network was down 31% in total viewers, 39% in the demo.
That is really bad news.
CNN seeing losses as well, but not as bad, if you can imagine, as MSNBC.
So things are really, really tough there.
Why on earth are you paying a woman 25 million bucks then?
Right?
I mean, at least you had the good sense to get rid of this one, who I think was costing somewhere, it was alleged, between one and four.
I realize that's a big spread, but she's nowhere near the 25 mil that Rachel's getting.
They had enough with Joy Reid, in part because we're talking about one pessimistic lady.
Do you remember when she was going on about how you really couldn't accept Donald Trump as your president because of Jay 6?
Yeah, seriously, I remember.
Well, I hate to be the fly at the picnic table, but you can't peacefully transfer power to an insurrectionist simply because it took them an extra four years to finish the job.
This was a violent transfer of power, the most violent in U.S. history, if we're being honest.
So that was a violent transfer of power, yeah.
When Donald Trump came into office, you got to be kidding me.
But that wasn't it.
I mean, it was that she wouldn't accept that we had a new president of the United States.
I guess we saw that before, right?
We were just talking about Jimmy Carter and all the stunts he pulled.
May he rest in peace.
Here's Joy Reid on election night, giving you a little sort of precursor of what was to come.
In all seriousness, I mean, this is just so blatantly irresponsible.
It gets my Irish up, but you might as well see it because this is the mentality of that network.
And we begin our final sprint, having arrived at that point in the election season where basically we on this side of the TV screen have said all we can.
We've laid out the stakes in this crucial election, where one side stands for freedom while the other meets the textbook definition of fascism, namely a far-right dictatorial regime like hitler's Germany or Franco's Spain or Mussolini's Italy, but also white-ruled South Africa before Mandela and the black majority took control, or Vladimir Putin's Russia, Viktor Orban's Hungary, or Nicolas Maduro in Venezuela today,
that suppresses the rights of women and minorities, uses the military to execute the whims of a strongman dictator, and controls and suppresses the press, education, the arts, rewrites history to suit a favored and dominant racial class.
and foments extravagant corruption in order to enrich the dictator and his friends.
Oh my God.
Okay, I'm sorry.
I just had to, you know, we just had to see a little walk down memory lane to remember how bad she really is and was.
And guess what?
They fired her.
But she's not the only one.
I mean, remember what's his name?
The guy on the morning.
He's such a pompous, you know what, okay?
Here's Joe Scarborough saying this is the best Biden ever.
I mean, unbelievable to me.
Unbelievable that they would pull this stuff.
You know what?
I won't.
We played it the other day.
I don't need to play it again.
But Joe Scarborough's in.
This is the best Biden ever.
You know, the Brzezinski's have known him for 50 years.
My wife, who's also my co-host, who was also my former girlfriend while we were both married, whatever.
I digress.
The point being, okay, that they're all a bunch of phonies.
So phony that Joe and Mika, after they told you how awful Donald Trump was and how great Joe Biden was, they had to go march right down to Mar-a-Lago.
And quote unquote kiss the ring, right?
Are they phonies or are they just good business people?
Because I will tell you this, MSNBC is in a whole lot of trouble and Comcast knows it, which is why Comcast is getting out.
And you know what?
Anybody who could, who actually had some sort of quasi-news ability, went over to the mothership.
And so they're there at NBC News, which is now totally divorced and void from MSNBC, which is going to get sent to float on the open stock market.
And well, you know what?
I don't think it's going to go so well for that company, or at least not so well for some of the high ticket anchors over there, like one Rachel Maddow, maybe some of the others.
I'll tell you, Rachel Maddow, though, she's really in an increasingly challenging position, in part because I don't think the public is going to put up.
with her escapades any longer.
She's obviously struggling in the ratings.
We saw that her production staff got totally laid off.
This would have been maybe about six weeks ago or so, around the same time that Jairi got laid off.
The amazing thing is Rachel went on to the air that night.
And instead of saying, gee, this was really wrong for my whole staff to get fired, I mean, she lost them all other than apparently the EP.
Instead of saying something about that, she went on and just berated her bosses.
because they fired Joy Reid and she accused them of racism.
I think the woman who, I don't quote me on this, she might be Hispanic that's running the network.
I don't know, but she's female, okay?
So she's got something, Rachel.
It didn't matter.
Rachel decided to just light into the bosses.
She didn't say one word about her own staff getting fired.
And I was left saying, you know what, Rachel, if it's that bad, if you're working at that racist a place, really, you probably ought to leave, okay?
You know, take your $25 million and go.
Well, she may do that very soon and she may not have a choice in all that because investors are going to be looking at this thing and they're going to look.
For opportunities for growth.
Guess what they care about in the stock market, in the real world?
They care about growth and they want to see a lot of it.
And you're not going to see much of it.
You're only seeing dwindling numbers there at 1MS NBC.
I mean, you're down 11% in total primetime.
And that's bringing Rachel in, by the way, five days a week.
God forbid she has to work that much.
You're down 19% in your demo in primetime.
You got Fox that's killing it.
You got streamers.
Yours truly, thank you very much.
It's good to have you here.
Make sure you subscribe, share, like.
We're up over 700,000.
We're getting something like I think I saw the numbers this morning, 88 million views a month right here on this little channel.
So the whole landscape has changed, you see, guys.
And I don't know how an MSNBC competes anymore.
Not when you're paying 25 million a pop to your anchors.
That's really kind of out of control.
And then you're dealing with lawsuits, right?
I think about the lawsuit.
Oh, did we talk about this?
I think we did just the other day.
Remember this one?
Oh, gosh, this guest.
It's like Rachel just kind of clones herself over and over again.
This guest she has on talking about the womb stealing doctor down in Georgia at the migrant facility, it turned out to all be a bunch of hogwash.
And this story was totally untrue.
And so he sued for libel and he sued for $30 million.
And well, you know, the network's sitting there going, is this really worth it?
We've got to pay her 25.
We've got to settle something for 30 million bucks.
I don't think so.
So this is where investors are going to come out.
They're going to come out saying, this is not.
Worth it.
Either they cut their costs by having less staff and fewer salaries, or they find some other way to reinvent.
But they can't, you see, because they depend on those numbers that cable television brings in, the numbers by way of the ka-ching right.
So you, you're paid a fee, call it a dollar a home.
I don't know what their fees are, but suppose you you're in however many homes, you get a dollar a home and that's how you're making your money.
There's some advertising money in there as well, but that's the base of it, which means if you're a cable company paying Msnbc, You're not about to say, pay them and then allow them to simultaneously stream, right, live on air.
That's not really going to work for you.
So they are limited in terms of their growth and the ability to really transform in this new economy.
And so I don't have a lot of faith in this company.
I don't think Spinco is really going to work.
And I think you're going to see a lot of people that just aren't going to be able to transition in this new economy, new media landscape.
I mean, you look at, again, the ratings overall, they have been tanking.
But what I find really fascinating is how badly that morning show is doing.
I mean, if it was ever doing well, I guess maybe at one point in time they thought they had them cachet back when the Democrats were in charge.
And then they kind of had a brand like, let's bash on Trump, let's bash on Trump for four years.
Biden comes in and then they think they're the cats meow because now they've got all the deal makers and wheelers and dealers on set there at Morning Joe and it's the cool kids table at the lunch cafeteria.
Well, until they're not, right?
Until they're not.
And now people are looking at them and say, boy, you guys really got it wrong.
Joe Scarborough telling us this is the best Biden ever.
I don't think so.
And yet they come up with this ad, this advertisement, which we're not going to show you because I don't need to pain you with that, but I just took some screen grabs from it.
They say they're averaging twice as much as CNN.
Guys, you know, I don't know what kind of numbers you're looking at, but I read what I read in Ad Week this week, and I don't think you're anything near that.
The most recent numbers that I found for the network actually showed that the Morning Joe show was doing about 651,000.
That's not 2.6 million.
No, That's 651.
I realize nobody at MSNBC knows how to do math, but come on, that's a rather inflated number, don't you think?
651, you come up with 2.6.
I don't know how they get that one.
So their ratings are lousy.
Okay, they were getting 1.1 million before the election.
Again, not 2.6.
They're giving new meaning to the word fake news.
That has a whole new term.
They can't even get their ratings correct.
They're trying to bilk people out of more money, claiming they get 2.6 million.
Again, I'm just going by the trade publications.
That's not what I'm seeing.
1.1 million before the election.
And then if you look at the election through maybe about three, four weeks ago, they were then down to 651,000.
That's a huge drop, you guys.
And it's nothing close to the 2.6 million that they're out there bragging about.
So yeah, they can't even actually be honest or truthful about their own numbers.
I think you got a little bit of a problem going on.
And I don't think the market, meaning the stock market, is going to believe whatever they say.
So 2.6 million.
Yeah, the stock market's like not going to care.
You know what else?
The stock market's not going to care about how much quote-unquote influence you have with people who have no influence.
Therefore, nobody is going to buy this company.
CNBC has a better fighting chance, shall we say, because it's a little better of a product, a lot better of a product.
In fairness, and I used to work there.
Anyway, look at Adweek.
Again, way off here.
The only folks that are doing well are us streamers.
Thank you very much.
And Fox News.
Well, I guess because people maybe think Fox News actually knows what's going on.
Fox News has a little bit of insight into what's happening in this administration.
Well, these guys are lying about their own ratings, for goodness sakes.
That's not okay, right?
Best Biden ever.
You guys just lie about everything.
I'll tell you, Comcast is done with it.
They don't want anything to do with this company.
They can't wait for Spinco.
They want it to go away.
They want the headache. of everything that these people are saying about the administration to go away.
They want the headache of the DEI investigation to go away.
And they want these people to survive or fail on their own.
My expectation is that they will fail.
I realize that it's being spun to them internally like, oh, it'll be great.
You know, it'll be great because you'll finally get to be your own little niche.
We'll be able to concentrate on this content exclusively.
Well, nobody wants your content.
And your content is not spontaneous enough.
It's not streaming.
It can't actually be part of this new economy.
So I don't know where you're going with this.
I really don't.
And you know what?
I don't really care.
I just think it's sort of funny.
I mean, when you're lying about your own ratings and all that jazz, right?
But overall, this is something that's not necessarily special to, shall we say, MSNBC.
It's something that's happening within the industry entirely, right?
You've got the view now facing cancellation threats, even though their ratings, shockingly, like I don't know who is watching this show, who, but they're actually up 4% from this time last year.
So they're in better shape than say Morning Joe or MSNBC or Rachel Maddow.
But again, it is such a dicey environment for the ABC News of the world because of the FCC investigation.
Brendan Carter, who now runs the FCC for Trump, he's like, I don't.
I don't see why we should be renewing your affiliation deals.
I mean, why should we do that?
Given that ABC News is not trusted by most Americans and most Americans do actually trust their local news.
So why should the local news have to pay all this money to be able to carry the ABC News content?
Maybe these deals should be restructured so the local news can do their own news and they can carry their own content and they don't have to carry your garbage, your garbage like this woman, Sonny Houston, trying to equate J6 with World War II?
With slavery?
I mean, I kid you not.
These people are like just off their rockers.
ABC News Trust Issues 00:03:09
I think we need to find moral clarity, you know, in this country.
And I just remember after January 6th, you had someone like Mitch McConnell placing the blame on January 6th where it belonged, squarely on Donald Trump's shoulders.
And then you started seeing people backtrack that and losing their moral center.
You had Condoleezza Rice, I believe, on this very show saying, you know, we need to move on from January 6th.
I say no.
You don't move on because January 6th was an atrocity.
It was one of the worst moments in American history.
And when you think about the worst moments in American history, you know, like World War II, things that happened, you know, like the Holocaust, chattel slavery, we need to never forget because past becomes prologue if you forget any race.
All right.
So this is what poor Bob Eger, not that I have much sympathy for him because he put her in the spot, has to deal with now.
You've got somebody who's not willing to move on, who's not willing to accept that this is the president of the United States right now because she still looks back on J6 and equates it with slavery.
I mean, wow, right?
And you have Whoopi Goldberg, who's been doing her best to hold her tongue because they've told her to, who went into this election period saying nonsense like this.
I'm going to be on day one, I'm going to be a dictator.
Who says it to you, tells you, I'm going to put you people away.
I'm going to take all the journalists.
I'm going to take all the gay folks.
I'm going to move you all around and disappear you.
If that's the country you want, you know who to vote for.
If that's not the country you want, you have to make a decision.
Well, they made a decision, Whoopi.
And you may be up a little measly 4%, and I don't know what kind of year over year stuff you're trying to do to get that, but let me just say they made a decision.
The decision was to elect.
Donald Trump.
I mean, he didn't just take the electoral college.
You guys were all upset about that, saying, well, we got to throw out the electoral college.
We don't like the electoral college anymore because it elected Donald Trump.
He took the popular vote too.
All right.
So there you have it.
This is the world in which we now live and nobody trusts you guys.
This is the FCC letter that one Brandon Carr sent to Bob Iger just a couple of weeks ago, basically saying you guys are in trouble.
And not only are you in trouble about the accreditation in terms of the ABC affiliations, Not are you only in trouble about using public airwaves, but you're also in trouble because you're in violation of the Constitution with all your DEI policies.
According to Brandon Carr, there's concern about certain quotas in hiring.
Well, that would be, how shall we say, illegal, right?
Illegal, not constitutional.
Harvard's paying the price for that one right now.
It went all the way to the Supreme Court, right?
With Harvard, they decided you couldn't discriminate against whites or Asians just because you wanted to have more black students.
That doesn't work.
The DEI stuff that you all champion, it's out because guess what?
It's not legal.
Harvard Discrimination Case 00:05:29
So ABC has a whole set of situations in front of it.
I mean, ABC is really fighting for its very survival.
And don't forget, there aren't a whole lot of folks that like Disney very much.
That would be the owner of one ABC News, nor do they like one Bob Iger.
But I'll leave that all aside.
I mean, remember Elon Musk and Bob Iger and, you know, when Disney pulled its advertising on X and he's like, you know how dare you and f you Bob, and you think you can fight me with money.
It's not going to work.
Well, let's leave that aside and just remember the elephant in the room, which is again that this is a dying industry.
A dying industry because nobody is watching tv at home at I don't know when.
Is that show on 11 o'clock in the morning anymore?
That just doesn't exist.
That entire model is disappearing before your very eyes and that's why, about two years ago, Bob Igor, the ceo of Disney, which runs ABC, which produces the VIEW, Wanted to diversify out of these businesses.
He said, We will be expansive in our thinking.
Translation, I'm selling them all.
Transformative work is dealing with businesses that are no growth businesses and what to do about them, and particularly the linear business, which we are expansive in our thinking about.
And we're going to look expansively about opportunities there because clearly it's a business that is going to continue to struggle.
Well, let's stop there for a second then and just let me ask you about it.
We're talking, I guess, ABC, the network, the stations, but then.
The cable networks as well.
Yes, FX, Netgeo.
Is it possible you would look to sell them?
We're going to be expensive.
I think if you can interpret what that word means.
You can interpret what it means.
It means we're going to sell them.
Except we can't.
You see, we can't sell them because nobody wants them because the business is a dead business.
It's like, you don't remember when the automobile came out and the buggy whip went bye bye?
Or when the refrigerator came out and we no longer needed iceboxes?
This is here and now.
I'm live right now.
I can see all your comments.
So careful what you write.
Thank you for all the likes.
Make sure you subscribe, share, like, you know, comment to let me know what you think.
But this is the future, right?
This is, and it's going to grow incredibly in the next six months, in the next year.
I mean, I can see your comments live in real time.
We could probably actually start bringing some of you on the show.
David, David, Mike Costa, Leslie, some of the regulars, right?
I mean, this is a much more three-dimensional kind of experience.
And this is the future.
And this is what people are doing.
So why are you going to pay 25 million bucks?
for Rachel Maddow and a giant set and all the producers, et cetera.
If you're an investor, how are you going to think about this?
Content is still key, right?
Content is what matters, but the distribution channel has changed massively.
So if the distribution channel has changed, nobody has to go into the studio anymore to be surrounded by the equipment, the cumbersome group of producers, the network, et cetera.
If you can actually strip that away and the content itself is all that matters, i.e.
Hopefully the personality, right, that is what, at the end of the day, is what makes the difference.
I think I mean look, i'm living proof of it right here.
I mean, what are we at the 700 and check this out guys?
Okay, I am living proof that you know what?
The big network doesn't matter.
What matters is the content, what matters is the creator, what matters is authenticity.
We've got 700 and wow, this was just before I went to air, so we may be higher right now.
I hopefully we're higher because you're like liking, liking, liking, subscribing.
700, nearly 500,000.
I mean, that is incredible.
And so many of you have seen it all along the way.
And thank you to those of you who were shouting out, Uncanthea, I see you in here saying, hey, this is fantastic.
When we hit 700,000 the other day, it was just a few weeks ago.
We were at 600,000.
I think Christmas Day was 500,000.
I've been doing this show every single day live for about two years now.
And you see that that is ultimately what is penetrating and getting across.
And so sure, Rachel Maddow can go there and do her show and Morning Joe can do his show and lie about his ratings and this and that and the other.
We're doing 88 million views a month with 705,000 subscribers.
We'll see what we do on this show when it's all said and done, but we're seeing hundreds of thousands of you tune in every single day for the show.
And it's amazing.
It's amazing, right?
So this is the future.
I'm excited to be part of it.
I'm excited that you're here.
We are fully independent.
That is the benefit of Trish Regan not having to listen to anyone or talk to anyone or deal with any of the middle management that I never could stand dealing with, frankly.
We can talk about that later.
But part of that means we are proud, proud, proud to have the advertisers we have on this show, including my friends at Patriot Mobile.
You know what I like about this?
I'm just going to tell you because I live in the sticks, a little bit in the sticks.
And what I love about Patriot Mobile is that I can get all three carriers.
I can choose three carriers.
And that's a big deal because you know, if I just have my regular cell phone, I was actually carrying two cell phones.
Judge Arrested in Milwaukee 00:15:30
Kid you not.
I was carrying two cell phones around with me all the time.
And it was like, this is getting kind of ridiculous.
And then I switched to Patriot Mobile and that's amazing.
Plus you get one month free and you help support the show if you, and you're supporting veterans.
So big deal there.
Patriot Mobile cares so much about our nation.
They care about our veterans and they care about you having great service.
All of their customer service, I should mention this too.
is 100% American.
So you will always be talking to someone here in America.
And I cannot tell you how much that, well, you probably know how much that matters and how much that means.
I occasionally would call my old cell phone provider and, oh, you know, you'd be on the line forever.
And then, you know, somebody is speaking in a language and they don't understand you.
And so there's this whole miscommunication thing.
So anyway, this is the great thing about Patriot Mobile.
Go there today.
Get the month free, 972 Patriot, or go to patriotmobile.com forward slash Trish.
Just a terrific product all around.
We got big news.
Big, big news on the judge front.
Did you see this?
We've got judges arrested.
Two of them now.
There was one yesterday.
I was like, wow.
We were watching this story, sort of following into the background as I went live to air, and I said, well, maybe that'll be a story tomorrow.
And then, of course, today we find out that another judge out in Wisconsin is being arrested.
In both cases, they had ties, shall we say, with illegals.
In the case of the guy that was just arrested, it was with a TDA member, a Venezuelan gang member.
This is the judge that was arrested, I believe, out in Arizona.
Let's take a watch.
Okay, well, we're just looking there at some video, looking there at some video of Judge Juan Cano and his wife that were being arrested by federal authorities after they were accused of harboring a TDA gang member at their home.
So this is the judge that was arrested.
He had just resigned a short while earlier.
So yesterday he resigned, and then last night they showed up at his house to arrest him in this case.
The wife is also arrested.
Apparently, the person was living in their casita, I guess their guest cottage, may have been doing some gardening work for them, was close with their daughter, close enough that apparently there's pictures of all of them together and pictures of this gentleman with firearms that the judge had.
So kind of strange.
But it's weird that you have judges that are so flagrantly in violation of the law.
I want you to hear what a woman in Wisconsin did.
But before we get to that, Pam Bondi was asked about this on Fox just a short time ago.
Play for you what she said.
Pam Bondi, the head of the DOJ, who's sitting there going, I can't believe this.
I mean, these are judges, for goodness sakes.
You're supposed to have some respect for the law.
I mean, when you look at the associations with this violent Venezuelan gang, Trende Aragua, and this person that they harbored in their home, he was showing signs through clothing, we are told, tattoos.
There was evidence through voice messages and text messages of his association to TDA.
So, what charges will Cano and his wife face, if any?
So, Judge Cano, soon to be former Judge Cano, got his charges were just unsealed.
He's charged with obstruction.
He is charged, he admitted post Miranda.
He took one of the TDA members' cell phones himself, took it, beat it with a hammer, destroyed it, and then walked the pieces to a city dumpster to dispose of it to protect him.
The wife also is charged with destroying evidence.
Sandra, not only that, this TDA member, and he had on a necklace that said kill.
Something about death.
He had tattoos all over him.
He also had on his cell phone pictures of two decapitated victims.
Two victims, decapitated, gruesome photos.
And he was sending them out, and whoever he was sending them to was sending back and saying, Hey, you need to be careful.
You shouldn't be sending these.
You shouldn't be texting these photos out.
Not only that, the judge and his wife gave him assault rifles that belonged to their daughter.
That's what they're charged with.
In the criminal report affidavit, he goes to a shooting range with these assault rifles, with a suppressor, with other known TDA members, and they're shooting.
This is the last person that we want in our country, nor will we ever tolerate a judge or anyone else harboring them.
I mean, like, I don't even know what to say.
What the heck was going on?
Why would a judge be harboring so?
Did the judge have something to do with it?
I don't know.
I'm looking at this going, this is the most bizarre thing, but yet it gets even more bizarre.
Because guess what?
We got another one out there in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Hannah Dugan.
The FBI arrested Hannah Dugan out of Milwaukee, Wisconsin on charges of obstruction after evidence that the judge, she's a judge.
Decided to obstruct an immigration arrest operation last week.
What is happening, ladies and gentlemen?
Okay, like, thank goodness Donald Trump is in there.
Thank goodness this stuff is going to escalate.
But I'll tell you, what are we doing with all these crooks?
Bunch of crooks, if you ask me.
I mean, you're supposed to be upholding the law, and you're clearly not.
We believe, this is according to Kash Patel, FBI Director Judge Dugan intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject.
They came in to arrest him in her courthouse.
This Eduardo Flores Ruiz allowing the subject, an illegal alien, to evade arrest.
Thankfully, our agents chased down the perp on the foot and he's now in custody.
But the judge's obstruction created increased danger, yeah, to the public.
We will have more to share soon.
Excellent work to the FBI in Milwaukee.
Here's the lady.
I mean, wow.
So she apparently decided to get up when she heard something like, wait, you know, they were going to go after him.
And she said, come with me.
And despite having been advised of the administrative warrant for the arrest of Flores Ruiz, Judge Dugan then escorted him and his counsel out of the courtroom through the jury door, which then leads to a non public area of the courthouse.
These events were obviously unusual, shall we say.
I mean, apparently, this is something that's only used for jury use.
So she's like sneaking him out the back door.
I mean, you can't make this stuff up.
Here she is getting arrested earlier today.
Judge, Judge, anything to say about this?
Off she goes.
Here's Pam Bondi writing, I can confirm that our FBI agents just arrested Hannah Dugan, a county judge in Milwaukee, for allegedly helping an illegal alien avoid an arrest by ICE.
No one is above the law.
Well, you know, yeah.
Here is, nonetheless, the mayor of Milwaukee trying to side with the judge on this one.
I mean, this is really gross.
I'm going to show it to you, and it just shows you how insanely political everyone is.
They've been overcome with TDS.
Suddenly, it's okay for a judge to escort.
Allegedly, an illegal out of her courtroom because she feels so passionately against Trump.
I don't know, but here the Democrat mayor is saying it all.
That's all you need to know.
They've gone cuckoo.
Watch.
Defendant is ordered.
There'll be a court appearance.
That didn't happen in this case.
I think what happened here was just showboating.
They're just trying to have this show of force.
And in the process of doing this in a courthouse where people need to go for court proceedings, they're scaring people away from participating in the process.
So if they are witness to a crime or something of the sort, They're not going to go and participate and that makes our community less safe.
So the issue is with how the arrest happened not necessarily that there was an investigation again.
I don't know all the things that I just want to point out the reporters are trying to say you know Do you really think this is right what she's doing and you see how he pivots he tries to say oh We need to make sure that everybody's just legal in our community and that way it'll all be good and that way Everybody will be safer.
He doesn't actually want to answer the question.
So they keep going back at him.
Here we go happen there, but I'm saying that the way that they went about this and this Ham handed, haphazard way that this administration has been doing since day one, it's driving people away or has the potential to drive people away from participating in court proceedings, which makes our community less safe.
I want people to go to court.
I want people to have their day in court.
I want people to hold folks accountable in our judicial system, but the actions of this administration are driving people away from doing that, and that's not good for public safety in Milwaukee.
Do you believe this man should be deported?
I'm sorry?
Do you believe this man should be deported?
I don't know any information about the man.
I'm talking specifically about the Trump administration's. actions as it relates to this case and what they've been doing with immigration overall since he's been president again.
Like they're scaring people.
They're scaring people in this community.
They're scaring people in immigrant communities all across the United States.
And when folks don't participate in our judicial system, bad things happen.
Our community becomes less safe.
And that's the message that I'm trying to get across.
Do you believe this sets a dangerous precedent moving forward to future judges that could be arrested for similar actions?
Quite possibly so, but I hope that the answer is no.
If a judge is being arrested in a courthouse, just imagine the chilling effect that it sends to other folks who would otherwise participate in judicial proceedings in our courthouse and not just in the Milwaukee County courthouse, but courthouses across the state of Wisconsin and courthouses across the United States.
So he's using this as his big opportunity, right?
Suddenly he's on Fox News.
He's getting to come on the Trish Regan podcast because we're running a bite of his news conference there.
And all he wants to do is bash Trump.
They can't see the forest for the trees.
They can't seem to understand that there was a reason this guy was being arrested.
There was a reason this was happening.
And there's a reason why Pam Bondi says this judge, if found guilty, needs to be behind bars.
You see these judges trying to obstruct your efforts to make this country safer.
What is your message to them?
We are going to prosecute you, and we are prosecuting you.
I found out about this the day it happened.
We could not believe, actually, that a judge really did that.
We looked into the facts in great depth.
That's her picture up on the screen, Hannah Dugan, who is now in custody.
You cannot obstruct a criminal case, and really, shame on her.
It was a domestic violence case of all cases, and she's protecting a criminal defendant over victims of crime.
In fact, she just had an initial appearance in court.
Unbelievable, you guys.
I mean, I'm with Pam.
Like, you can't make it up.
She's like, we had to double check it, triple check it.
We wanted to make sure because this almost didn't make sense, right?
How could you have this much chaos to the point where a judge is going to protect someone here illegally in a domestic violence case, escorting him out the back door, allegedly?
You got to be kidding me.
But the courts are trying to basically just stand in the way of everything that Donald Trump is trying to do.
Right, that's their mo, we'll just block them and block them, and block them and make it so that he can't get anything done.
We had another one judge bars Trump from denying federal funds to sanctuary cities that limit, that limit immigration cooperation.
It had already been decided, by the way, that he was allowed to do this, and now you have another judge blocking it.
So we're getting bogged down in all this judge crap.
You know it and it.
It doesn't.
It doesn't like make any sense, it doesn't work.
It doesn't work for the country America elected him.
So why is this all happening?
Well, first of all, the president has said he will follow the Supreme Court's decisions.
He's always said that about all of these cases.
They may have some differences of opinion about the rendering of certain decisions and how to handle and implement certain decisions, but the president has always said he's going to follow the decisions.
Now, I do think that these individual district court judges that are being selectively shopped by people who oppose the president, trying to issue nationwide injunctions and stop the president from governing, I think that's a real problem.
I mean, it's a constitutional crisis, in my opinion.
For these individual district court judges to try to tie up Donald Trump.
I mean, it's obvious what they're trying to do, which is to run out the clock until he's no longer in office.
It's sort of what the Democrats did the first time around.
They don't want him to be able to govern.
Now, the Supreme Court, as you pointed out in the polling, people have a lot of respect for it, and so does President Trump.
So I really do think that if he's allowed to govern, if he's allowed to do the things that he ran on, if he's allowed to continue to deport illegal aliens, if he's allowed to continue to do the things he told the American people he was going to do, He'll be fine.
But the truth is, he's running into a wall of resistance in some of these individual federal district court judges.
And I think the Congress honestly needs to step in, or the Supreme Court needs to step in, because it's not right what they're doing to this presidency.
He's right.
It's not right.
It's absolutely wrong.
Gary Hammers, thank you so much for the generosity.
Greetings to you over on the other side of the pond there in London.
It's bonkers.
I mean, they are just standing in the way of everything right now.
Why?
Because it's Donald Trump.
Oh, because it's Trump.
And you know what, guys?
They warned us.
They warned us.
That they would do this.
And when you consider when I say do this, Scott said it well just this week.
Judges carefully shot by Democrats have ruled Trump may not deport illegal alien gang members, require voters to prove that they're citizens.
Gosh darn it.
Why would you have to do that?
Defund sanctuary cities that violate federal law.
Oh, that one's going to get turned down badly by the Supreme Court.
I'm just going to tell you because if there's one thing the Constitution allows for the federal government to do, it is to control the borders.
The plan is obvious, he writes.
Run the clock out on the Trump presidency.
I will say this, you know what?
He's not wrong, and the Democrats deliberately did this.
And Chuck Schumer admitted it about a month ago on one of the network television shows I'm going to show you.
He admitted that they put 235 judges in there to do exactly this.
There are those who believe that we are in real time living through an assault on the constitutional order.
Do you believe that we are in a constitutional crisis right now?
Yes, our democracy is at risk because Donald Trump shows that he wishes to violate the laws.
In many, many different ways.
The good news here is we did put 235 judges, progressive judges, judges not under the control of Trump last year, on the bench, and they are ruling against Trump time after time after time.
And we hope that the appellate courts, when it gets up there in the Supreme Court, will uphold those rulings.
Classified Information Leaks 00:03:53
They restored the money to NIH.
They required that 8,000 federal employees have to come back.
We're in over 100 lawsuits against them, and we are having a good deal of success.
It's only at the lower court level right now.
Hmm.
You said the quiet bar out loud, so there you go.
I don't even need to make the case.
I mean, people might say, oh, you're being conspiratorial.
You know, they installed a bunch of judges to try and get in the way of Trump.
Well, Schumer just said it, okay?
This is their plan.
This is what they're trying to do.
And so now this gets escalated.
It will have to be escalated.
The Supreme Court will have to take this on.
And, you know, I know that they the other day said that they had to stop.
It was a temporary order to stop those illegals that were alleged to be gang members from being shipped back to Venezuela.
I still just keep saying this over and over again, like the fact that you're here illegally, if they can prove that you are not a citizen in the United States, do we not have the right to send you packing?
I mean, what kind of world is this if the federal government can't actually control its borders?
And I go back to basic, basic stuff that this is the one federal power they really do have.
All right.
Again, we love our sponsors here on the Trish Regan Show.
And one of our great sponsors that helps keep me healthy and I hope can keep you healthy as well happens to be balance in nature.

Plus, well, we ate probably very well.
And I also have my little Flintstone vitamins as a kid.
So these are my new Flintstones.
Okay.
I take them every day.
Balance in nature.
I credit these guys with me only getting sick once this year, which is amazing considering I have three kids who bring everything home with them under the sun.
And balance in nature has helped me stay strong.

So no excuse, all right?
No excuse for not being in tip-top shape.
Tulsi Gabbard says there's no excuse for leaking.
No more leakers.
She's done with them.
Over.
Out.
Tulsi coming out with some explosive stuff just yesterday saying, you know what, the politicization of our intelligence departments, the leaking of classified information, it has to stop.
It puts our nation's security at risk.
It must end, she said.
And she's passing along two informants' data to the DOJ.
Two people with a third on the way.
Here's her statement that she released on X. Politicization of our intelligence and leaking classified information, as I was saying, puts the nation's security at risk and must end.
Those who leaked classified information will be found and held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.
Today, I referred two intelligence community leaks to the Department of Justice for criminal referral.
And a third criminal referral is on the way, which includes the most recent illegal leak to the Washington Post.
This is allegedly about the Venezuelan TDA migrants.
These deep state criminals, she writes, leaked classified information for partisan political purposes to undermine POTUS's, the President of the United States of America's agenda.
I look forward to working with the Justice Department and the FBI to investigate, to terminate, and to prosecute these criminals.
Tulsi means business.
And she's doing it the right way.
Immediately referring them to the DOJ.
Pentagon Makeup Studio Scandal 00:06:23
Now, over at the Pentagon, they're struggling as well, and they're trying to figure out where all these leaks are coming from.
You heard Pete Hegseth the other day on Fox News saying, like, leakers will not be tolerated.
It was all happening as Dan Caldwell, one of the guys that used to work for him, part of his inner circle, went on to Tucker's show and said, hey, I wasn't the leaker.
If I was the leaker, gosh darn it, you know, I'd be behind jails right now because I'd be behind bars in jail right now because this stuff is not legal to actually put out there.
But Pete is trying to deal with some kind of crisis there.
And I'm going to tell you this.
I'm looking at it as a journalist and I say, somebody is out to get him.
This is what you might call one giant, you know what, smear campaign.
They do not want Pete Hegsith in this seat, really and truly, because the latest and greatest is about a, quote, makeup story.
It was like the made-up makeup story.
Now, there may have been some kernel of truth in there somewhere.
I'm just going to be perfectly honest.
You know what?
We wear makeup on TV.
Pete was a professional broadcaster on Fox News.
He was used to having his makeup done.
I was always like, this is not fair.
I get in the chair.
I remember once being in D.C. and Tucker was on at the same time as me.
So, you know, we had a nice chat, but like his makeup was done in like 30 seconds.
Me, on the other hand, wow, I'm in there a good hour, right?
Hair and makeup.
And that was double teaming me, right?
We had both hair and makeup at the same time.
I'm still there for an hour.
So the guys have it easy, but the guys still have to wear makeup, okay?
Like that's just the reality of the business.
You got a lot of hot lights on you.
If you don't wear makeup, Well, you're not going to look that great.
I mean, think about Nixon and Kennedy, right?
You know that story.
Everybody who heard it on the radio thought that Nixon won the debate.
People who watched it on TV said Kennedy won.
And you know what?
It all came down to makeup.
So it is what it is, right?
This is the business.
Anyway, Pete apparently had moved forward on some kind of process to put in a room.
There was a room next door called the Green Room nearby where they do their television appearances for the Pentagon.
And apparently he wanted to have it spiffed up a little bit.
And that somehow was misinterpreted into Pete Hegseth wanting a makeup room.
All right.
So then, you know, CBS News goes wild on the story.
He says it's totally fake.
But let me get you the CBS headline.
Yep.
Hegseth orders makeup studio installed.
at the Pentagon.
And apparently the first version of this makeup studio was going to run something like 40K.
And then they like whittled it down.
And at some point in the article, and this was like the killer one.
Okay.
Let me just say, this is all getting misinterpreted.
Trust me.
And people are freaking out.
But let me just say, you know, you're a guy in television.
I'm sorry you wear makeup too.
I realize that, you know, maybe some of the Marines won't love this one.
But this was the quote.
Okay.
In the article, this was the quote where it's like all done for.
Defense Secretary Hegseth is doing his own.
Makeup ahead of television appearances, not paying a makeup person.
It's like, okay, well, now we know Pete wears makeup.
Yeah, okay.
Again, he has to.
Bright cameras.
Trump wore makeup too, all right?
Everybody's wearing makeup, so everybody should just get over it.
But apparently, the suggestion for improving the quote unquote green room space where you are in the holding room before you go and do a television appearance.
At the Pentagon.
The suggestion to improve it came from someone named Tammy Radibah, and Tammy is the deputy assistant to the secretary for strategic engagement and a former producer for FOX NEWS and for CBS NEWS.
So I guess Tammy's like the booker okay, that's what we just call her.
She's his booker.
You want to get Pete on?
You go through Tammy.
And so Tammy's looking at this face, FOX NEWS producer and former CBS news producer that she is and she's like, okay well, we need a makeup room right we, we need, we need like, a normal facility here.
Again, she's a TV news producer.
That's what they're going to think.
Although I don't think they have makeup at CBS News in all seriousness.
Now, I did my own makeup at CBS News, and that was my prerogative because they may have had one makeup artist for the main anchor, but that was it.
And so she's like, we need a makeup room.
So this was apparently her idea.
The chief Pentagon spokesperson, Sean Parnell, and the defense secretary's wife, Jennifer Hegseth, by the way, she was also a Fox News producer.
That's how they met.
expressed their approval for the upgrade before it was undertaken, one of the sources told CBS News.
So I'm kind of thinking that maybe Tammy might be the leak.
Tammy probably just was like, yeah, we're putting a makeup room over at the Pentagon.
I mean, she's the booker, she's the producer, whatever.
She doesn't think anything abnormal about it.
And someone over at CBS hears the story and they're like, ka-ching, this is great.
You know, we're going to go after Pete this way because it won't make him look like what a loser.
He's just obsessed with it.
His appearance.
He's a guy, he's running the Pentagon but he needs a makeup studio.
So that's probably how that all went down.
Likely, Tammy said something to a friend that probably still works at CBS and somehow the next thing you know, you get a giant headline Hegseth orders makeup studio installed at the Pentagon, which tells me they are grasping at straws to take this guy down anything they can get on him.
Right, his producer happens to tell a friend hey, we're gonna fix up the room.
And the next thing you know, the headline is, he wants a makeup studio.
He writes back, totally fake story.
No orders and no makeup, but whatever.
We should have installed tampon machines in every men's bathroom at Department of Defense instead.
The leftist news media would have loved that.
Good one, Pete.
Good one, Pete.
I mean, look, CBS Morning tweeting this out.
They're so happy they get a story on Pete Hegseth about a makeup room.
He's like you people come on.
He also put this out.
Fake Pentagon Headlines Debunked 00:05:57
I should show you.
This is the actual room itself.
So he, this is actually.
Well, this isn't him, this is the Department OF Defense Rapid Response team.
So they're firing back at the story saying hey hey check, check this out.
There's no lit mirror.
It didn't cost thousands of dollars.
The items that were added to the green room not a makeup studio, apparently this you know semantic stuff matters came from existing inventory.
This story is trash, so let's just take a really good look.
I want everybody to be able to see this.
There is a mirror, you know, there is a mirror because you're going to go on TV and you don't want to have anything in between your teeth or anything.
In terms of the makeup, well, you know, even if you're a guy, you're going to have to wear it.
I'm sorry.
It's just the reality of the world, all right, in which we live.
You want to look good on TV and you want to present well.
Somebody should have told Peppermint Patty that back in the day.
back in the day.
Hey, we got Mother's Day coming up, right?
I know because my son has been working on a little thing for me.
He always makes me something and those are the best gifts, right?
Like when you get, I actually, I keep them all on a shelf and I can see from the time he was really little, three, four, six years old.
Anyway, they mean a lot to me and Mother's Day is a great time to show your appreciation for your mom.
If you can't make a gift, right?
Because, you know, we're all adults here.
But you want to do something really, really special for your mom.
We have another show advertiser that is just wonderful that I really love.
You know, I've told you before, Cozy Earth, this is the company.
And the salespeople get a little stressed with me.
They get a little bit nervous because they're, ooh, you know, if Trish does not like this product, she's never going to talk about it.
So when they, Cozy Earth came forward and they said, we want to do something with you.
I was like, well, you know, let me see, let me see, let me see.
And then finally I tested the product.
I tried the sheets, which are magnificent.
Okay.
Like, and I'm super picky.
Like.
You have no idea.
Ask my husband.
Anyway, I'm super picky.
And so I tried the sheets and those were fantastic.
And they also sent me the pajamas.
I have them in lavender.
They're beautiful.
They are crazy soft.
And so this is a great time for you to think about actually doing this for your mom, for your mom, because these products are amazing.
They really are.
They're designed to help her remember that her bedroom is her sanctuary.
And it's all about sort of the luxuriousness of that.
Right that downtime is really, really important.
So this is great quality stuff and they have a very, very special sale.
Okay, so you can get an incredible discount right now with COZY Earth, but you know what you can actually get.
I think this is right.
You can get the the pajamas too, for your mom, because you know I got I I doubt you guys are making things like my little guy so just know that she will like this.
They're beautifully packaged too.
They came in these beautiful beautiful, beautiful packages.
So you get 40 off, which is big deal right, if you buy the sheets, which I highly recommend, highly right, I think it's actually 40 off everything but the ultra soft pajamas.
Those are amazing, like i'm telling you amazing, and you can buy one and get one free with those bamboo pajamas.
So the sheets are great, the pajamas are magnificent.
You can buy one, get one free.
Here's what you need to do, go to Cozyearth.com, use my code word Trish, or use this Trish Bogo.
I think you actually have to use this together.
Let me put it together.
It's really funny.
I actually sent the sales team a question.
I was like, what is Trish Bogo?
And then I remembered because my friend used to be in charge of, he was the top executive at Target.
Actually, we've had him on the show because he's so disappointed with Target and all that they've done.
But he would talk about BOGO offers.
And I was like, I think I said to him on live TV, what do you mean BOGO?
Buy one, get one free.
Okay.
So you can use Trish BOGO and then you're going to get two pairs of pajamas.
So even better.
I'm probably going to use it myself.
Because I love these things.
All seriousness.
All right.
Markets.
You know what else I love?
Markets.
Markets when markets are up.
This is awesome, you guys.
You know, it had been kind of a rough go-around, right?
And now we get the market up again.
Dow closing basically flat, a touch higher.
S&P up, let's see, 0.74%.
So pretty good.
Three-fourths of a percent.
You get the NASDAQ up one and a quarter percent.
I love seeing this.
I love it, love it, love it, love it.
Don't forget, you can go and get more on my research at 76research.com.
Code word dollar, my gift to you.
That would be a good one for your mom too, right?
Think about that for Mother's Day.
I don't know how many moms are really interested in investing in the stock market, but if she is, code word dollar, D-O-L-L-A-R.
I'll tell you what my mom is.
My mom does all the investing.
Like she loves it.
When she first got into investing, it was after she came out of her beanie baby phase.
Yes, all seriousness.
We used to have to go to McDonald's like nonstop because they would have special beanie babies and she was always buying.
I mean, it was great for me, right?
What kid doesn't like McDonald's?
And then we were just at the point where we had so much McDonald's that she would then be dropping it off at the cousin's house and everything because she had to get the beanie baby that came with the Happy Meal.
Anyway, we somehow transitioned her out of that, luckily.
And she started buying stocks, which was wonderful.
And she's done very well as a result.
So she's got a good sensibility about her.
It could be a wonderful gift for your mom.
76research.com.
Use code word dollar.
We've got the markets higher, which is great to see a lot of optimism that we're going to get deals done.
I'm hearing from sources that they are happening.
We saw, of course, Basson talking about South Korea.
Just yesterday, that's really good news.
We hear, of course, that China and the U.S. are moving closer and closer together to getting a deal.
This is all good.
Market Optimism for Tax Cuts 00:08:40
But you know what?
We can't lose sight of the big picture, which is that we need to be more responsible, right?
That's why the makeup room story, too, I suppose, CBS thought resonated.
Anyway, Besant, when he spoke before Congress during his sort of whether or not he was going to get confirmed, these were the confirmation hearings, he put this right out there on the table, and he's so right.
We do not have a revenue problem in the United States of America.
We have a spending problem.
That historically, for the past 40 or 50 years, revenues, federal government revenues, have averaged about 17 to 17.5% of GDP.
And spending has been slightly over that, leading us to a 3.5% budget deficit, which is manageable because we have roughly 3.8% nominal growth.
1.8% real growth, 2% inflation.
Today, as you stated, and to be clear, this is one of the things that got me out from behind my desk and my quiet life in this campaign the thought that this spending is out of control.
We are spending about 24, 25% of GDP.
So, as you said, 6.8% to 7% deficit.
We have never seen this before when it is not a recession or not a war.
And I am concerned.
Yeah, he's concerned.
I'm concerned.
You should be concerned.
We are all concerned.
24 to 25% of GDP, you're spending that and you don't even have a war going on?
What the heck were you doing, Biden?
Nancy, Chucky, I mean, wow, wow, wow.
So they got to get a hold of that, right?
They got to get a hold of that.
And yet simultaneously, they want to be able to cut taxes.
And you know what?
I want them to be able to cut taxes because what do you think makes this engine go, baby?
Lower taxes, less regulation.
It's pretty darn simple, okay?
This is stuff that we need.
So if you want the lower taxes, how are you going to offset that?
You can try and grow, and that's the hope, right?
That we grow enough so that we're able to offset anything that we're dishing out in terms of tax cuts.
But I think this is part of the method to the madness when people say, well, why are we having these tariffs?
And, you know, like, look, I don't love tariffs.
I think you have to do something to protect workers and protect the longevity of the United States and protect the security, the economic security of the United States.
Yet it's a lot, right?
And that's what the market was trying to deal with.
We are getting deals, though.
And so that is a wonderful sign.
That is positive.
You had 10% tariff right across the board.
Guess what?
That's money in the door.
Right and it's not too onerous.
Go back to the Laffer curve.
He loved that right, Art Laffer he, when he showed Reagan, the Laffer curve, which shows you can only tax so much.
Right, at some point you're going to reduce demand.
So if you get this just right and you have the right amount of tariffs and yet you're still able to keep the demand going in industries that you want it to go in, then that is the panacea, that is what you're shooting for and that enables you to lower taxes.
But you got to make sure that you work with all the Republicans, because everybody's got their hand in the cookie jar and everybody wants a little something and a lot of people are threatening to not move forward with tax cuts, which would be devastating to the Trump economic agenda.
If you're concerned about it, as I am concerned about it, in fact, I'm speaking in Savannah, Georgia next week about this.
Grover Norquist is one of the people on my panel.
You know, Grover right, because he's for um, lower taxes always.
Anyway, you can go to protect prosperity.com and it's a grassroots effort to make sure that we let all of our congresspeople know.
You know what?
We want lower taxes.
We don't want you to raise our taxes.
We want to get an extension of the Trump tax cuts.
You'd think this would be a no-brainer, right?
You get the House, you get the Senate, and yet it's not.
So this has to happen soon, sometime within the next couple of months.
Do your part.
Go and tell them you want to be part of this grassroots effort to put the pressure on the people that matter.
Oh, this is a great story.
So have you heard about the hat?
You know, I'll tell you.
235 judges that you installed, Chuck Schumer.
Maybe Trump's thinking he needs another term.
I'm kidding.
Okay.
I'm kidding.
And what I'm about to show you is AI generated.
So it's funny as you know what?
It's like the ultimate troll that you could possibly come up with.
It just came out yesterday.
And now the left is losing it, losing it to the point where Caroline Levitt had to actually talk about it and say, no, it was just a joke because they've come out with this hat that says Trump 48.
This meme.
Watch.
This meme watch.
And it's very cool.
Oh my gosh.
Isn't that great?
Just went up yesterday.
Wow.
Think Joe Biden would do this?
I don't think so.
Okay.
That was the Declaration of Independence, but somebody got clever and decided to replace it with the hat.
Okay.
Trump 2028.
You see Eric wearing one, right?
there.
I mean, this has become such an ordeal.
The left is losing it because they have no sense of humor, absolutely no sense of humor.
Apparently they're selling this like on the Trump website.
Now I'm turning into a commercial forum.
But anyway, Caroline had to like shoot it down.
She went into this interview with Axios today and they're like, what about the hat?
What about the hat?
And she's like, come on, guys.
It's a joke.
It's funny.
I mean, it's selling really well, but like it's a joke.
The president said it was a joke.
Can you all just take a joke?
Here's the short answer, Caroline.
No.
Anyway, let's watch her together.
One for the road, the official Trump store is now selling hats that say Trump 2028, 50 bucks.
Even though the Constitution doesn't envision a term three for President Trump or any Trump or any president, is that just a hat?
It's just a hat.
The president was asked and answered this question yesterday.
It's not something he's thinking of, though I hear the hats are flying off the shelves.
It's just a hat, okay?
Guys, have a sense of humor about it, right?
Well, apparently.
people are freaking out because allegedly somebody was like circulating something that said, oh, maybe there's this loophole in the constitution, da, And maybe this is how their theory goes.
All right.
Maybe you could have a situation where JD Vance runs at the top of the ticket with Donald Trump as his VP.
And then as soon as he's, you know, sworn in, he says, oh, you know, I don't think I'm up to the job.
Here you go, boss.
It's all yours.
And like they're taking this seriously and they're all worked up.
I don't think JD would go for that, frankly.
I think he's going to say, wait a second, my time is coming.
Then you get Ron DeSantis over there waiting in the wings.
You got Marco Rubio.
You're going to have a whole crowd of people saying, no, no, no, me, right?
They all want to be up next.
So that's unlikely to happen.
But it doesn't stop the left from worrying because that's what the left loves to do worry, That is their MO.
And so now the right is kind of having, dare I say, too much fun?
Can we watch it again?
It's great.
This is a good meme.
And it's very cool.
Oh my gosh.
Isn't that great?
Just went up yesterday.
Wow.
Think Joe Biden would do this?
I don't think so.
I don't know who made that, but it's fantastic.
So hats off to them.
Pun intended.
Anyway, what a week it has been.
It is so great to have all of you guys here.
Like I said, make sure you go check out the website.
Think about that as a Mother's Day gift for sure.
You know, they can be like my mom and, you know.
No more beanie babies.
Now it's stocks, baby.
Stocks, stocks, stocks.
So she loves to talk about stocks.
We do talk about stocks actually probably more than most people.
But the other thing I just want to flag and cite for you guys is my excitement over what we have been able to create here.
Right?
Look at that.
Look at that.
We are coming up on nearly a million, and I know we're going to get there thanks to your enthusiasm.
