[00:02:36]  I mean, he has been inciting violence since 2016, telling them to beat up hecklers, threaten to shoot looters and migrants.

[00:04:10]  I think Barbara Walters, the now deceased Barbara Walters, would be really, really disappointed to see what this has evolved into.
[00:04:20]  And you guys are like, what's going on with the clapping?
[00:04:22]  I see one of your comments there.
[00:04:23]  Let me just say, the clapping is done by the audience, and they pay personnel at ABC News to actually find people that want to go to this show.
[00:04:35]  And so there are bookers just for the audience.
[00:04:38]  And then they have people that hold up signs and they're like, clap, for Whoopi.
[00:04:43]  And you have to clap for Whoopi.
[00:04:46]  Think about the cost of the people that book the audience.
[00:04:49]  Think about the cost of the people that hold up the signs and kind of get the audience going and revved up, right?
[00:04:54]  Because you got to entertain them before everybody comes out to do the view.
[00:04:59]  This is very costly.
[00:05:01]  And then you factor in, you get an irresponsible a hole like that, whoopee Goldberg, in the position of saying blatantly irresponsible stuff.
[00:05:10]  You know, it's very interesting.
[00:05:12]  Since Donald Trump was elected, she started getting really, really quiet.
[00:05:14]  Did you notice that?
[00:05:15]  Like, we didn't hear as much from her.
[00:05:17]  I think because, and actually, I know because, and this has been reported, our friends over at the New York Post had this story, that she was being told to kind of rein it in, right?
[00:05:26]  So she's being dialed back, if you would, which is the right and appropriate thing to do under the circumstances.
[00:05:32]  I mean, that kind of rhetoric is just so gross and really, I think, in so many ways, encouraging this division that we all want to get away from on public airwaves.
[00:05:44]  So she's had to tone it down because the producers there have told her, you got to tone it down.
[00:05:51]  And yet now she just figures she can go after Elon, right?
[00:05:56]  Because that'll work.
[00:05:58]  Oh, that'll work really well.
[00:06:01]  Because let me tell you, Elon has a little bit of a bone to pick with your boss, right?
[00:06:07]  Elon really does not like Bob Iger, as we know, as we know, right?

[00:08:19]  So they're all trying to basically chip away at this idea that somehow Elon's running everything because then, oh, it'll make Donald Trump mad.
[00:08:28]  And then they can separate the two.
[00:08:29]  You know, there's a method to the madness.
[00:08:31]  Think about.
[00:08:32]  How Kamala Harris went after Donald Trump during that debate.
[00:08:36]  Remember how targeted that was?
[00:08:38]  And so she didn't talk about any of the issues.
[00:08:40]  No, why would she bother doing that?
[00:08:42]  Kamala Harris doesn't know how to talk about the issues.
[00:08:44]  We all know that, of course.
[00:08:45]  She went straight for the jugular.
[00:08:47]  She started going after things like crowd size, his rallies, blah, And the next thing you know, he's getting kind of flustered.
[00:08:53]  He's getting kind of mad.
[00:08:54]  So they're figuring, oh, we just employ the same technology.
[00:08:56]  We just try and get under his skin by trying to say that Elon's got all the power, et cetera, and that he's trying to take it away from Donald Trump, and that's going to be a problem.

[00:09:10]  Elon does have a lot of power.
[00:09:12]  And Donald Trump does have a lot of power.
[00:09:14]  And Donald Trump has a new head of the FCC, which governs your little network there, ABC News, which is run by Disney and Bob Iger, which already had a fork over $16 million, $15 million to the Trump Library, another million bucks to the Trump lawyers.
[00:09:31]  So I'm just thinking if Elon really wants to play dirty, and I don't think he's afraid to, and if Donald Trump really wants to take you down, whoopee, you're going to be out of a job faster than you can ever imagine.
[00:09:44]  I mean, you know who may also be out of a job?

[00:09:48]  One, Bob Iyer.

[00:09:50]  I mean, everybody keeps saying he's going to retire at some point.

[00:09:57]  In fact, when he would come on to do interviews with me on Bloomberg, I always hear from the PR person, can you stay away from the retirement thing?

[00:10:07]  Well, you know, at some point, Bob, you will have to retire.
[00:10:10]  And you probably don't want Elon on your tail.
[00:10:15]  So, maybe it would be smart to kind of tone the attack dogs down there over on The View.
[00:10:21]  I mean, especially considering they're now wrapped up.

[00:10:27]  This potential criminal investigation.
[00:10:31]  The View is being accused of colluding with one Liz Cheney to tamper with witnesses in the J6 investigation.
[00:10:45]  I mean, just exactly what were they up to?
[00:10:47]  I'd really like to know.
[00:10:48]  Don't forget.
[00:10:50]  How sort of all over this story they were.
[00:10:54]  If you recall, if you recall, Liz Cheney was on and on and on about how you can't actually tamper with witnesses.
[00:11:04]  This is really serious stuff.
[00:11:05]  That would be criminal, remember?
[00:11:07]  Donald Trump, just weeks away from being invested with the immense powers of the presidency, calling for a criminal investigation into Liz Cheney over witness tampering after a report from House Republicans singled her out.
[00:11:22]  Accusing her of colluding with a witness on the January 6th committee and recommending she be investigated.
[00:11:28]  Yeah, I have a feeling she may be investigated.
[00:11:33]  But I want to back up and just remind you it was ABC News that kept reporting they had like so much access to Liz Cheney, and Liz Cheney was like, don't you dare tamper with witnesses.
[00:11:41]  Allegation she made at the close of this week's hearing that witnesses coming before the committee have been threatened by people close to Trump.
[00:11:49]  Do you know who was doing it?
[00:11:51]  I don't want to comment on that.
[00:11:54]  But it's very serious.
[00:11:55]  It really goes to the heart of our legal system, and it's something the committee will certainly be reviewing.
[00:12:06]  So, you think some of the testimony you received wasn't truthful because people were threatened?
[00:12:10]  The way that I would put it is that it gives us a real insight into how people around the former president are operating, into the extent to which they believe that they can affect the testimony of witnesses before the committee, and it's something we take very seriously.
[00:12:28]  And it's something that people should be aware of.
[00:12:31]  It's a very serious issue, and I would imagine the Department of Justice would be very interested in and would take that very seriously as well.
[00:12:40]  In fact, Cheney told me that the committee may make a criminal referral to the Justice Department recommending that anybody that attempted to influence witness testimony before the committee be prosecuted for witness tampering.
[00:12:53]  Oh, my goodness.
[00:12:54]  Gosh darn it.
[00:12:55]  You know, so what about this?
[00:12:58]  The report that the House is now revealing.
[00:13:02]  Where they're now recommending this investigation into Liz Cheney over alleged witness tampering while on the J6 committee, because you see, there's this text message between her and Cassidy Hutchinson.
[00:13:13]  Cassidy Hutchinson was somehow friends with that Alyssa Farah on The View.
[00:13:16]  See, it comes all back to ABC and The View.
[00:13:21]  Well, one of the ABC programs.
[00:13:23]  So Liz Cheney was introduced to this Cassidy Hutchinson by none other than one of The View.
[00:13:33]  Hosts, and if you look at this exchange, basically, and I'm showing you the text message there, she's saying, Hi, this is Cassidy, and uh, you know, I wanted to talk to you because I want to talk to you about my testimony, etc.
[00:13:46]  There was a back and forth you see between Cassidy and Alyssa from The View, in which Alyssa was saying, You know, Liz is kind of nervous about talking to you because she wants to make sure that she's doing this the proper way, etc., etc., and then we find this text where I don't know any sense of propriety.
[00:14:04]  Kind of went out the window and they started conversing over text message and most likely over phone call.
[00:14:11]  That's what needs to be discovered.
[00:14:12]  And so I think that Kash Patel is going to have a complete field day.
[00:14:17]  And this is sad, right?
[00:14:18]  Because obviously this kind of stuff shouldn't be happening in America.
[00:14:21]  But I will say this they got to get to the bottom of it.
[00:14:25]  And if you get ABC News trying to manipulate the election by interfering, going out there, like working together with Liz Cheney to tamper with witnesses, Remember how Whoopi used to fawn over Liz Cheney?
[00:14:38]  I mean, it's all kind of adding up, right?
[00:14:40]  Then you've got a real problem.
[00:14:42]  Now, the other thing to keep in mind, as I said, is that Elon really, really cannot stand Bob Iger because Bob Iger tried to sink his company.
[00:14:49]  This is the CEO of Disney, which would be Whoopi's boss, George Stephanopoulos' boss.
[00:14:55]  And Whoopi's out there saying this, that, and the other now about Elon.
[00:14:58]  I think this is going to get really difficult.
[00:15:02]  Really, really, really difficult for Iger, for ABC News top brass, and for these anchors.

[00:15:21]  ABC's George Stephanopoulos was reputedly warned not to use the word rape by producer, but said it anyway, according to sources.
[00:15:27]  So Disney's CEO, Bob, had to go through and approve the $16 million settlement despite the fact that.
[00:15:34]  They told George over and over again, don't do this.
[00:15:37]  Don't say this.
[00:15:37]  You know, it's going to trigger him.
[00:15:39]  Please don't do this.
[00:15:40]  And what did George do?
[00:15:40]  He did it anyway, according to this article.
[00:15:43]  George Stephanopoulos was repeatedly told by his executive producer not to use the word rape while going on air to talk about Donald Trump.
[00:15:51]  And yet the ABC News anchor completely ignored the warning, and that cost his network $16 million.
[00:15:57]  Now, I realize some of you were saying, yeah, he resigned, he resigned.
[00:16:00]  You know, those resigning deals, they're a little bit sketchy.
[00:16:05]  They're a little bit sketchy because sometimes those.
[00:16:08]  Networks like to resign people only because then it gives them a little bit more leverage.
[00:16:14]  In other words, maybe there's an out in the contract.
[00:16:18]  Maybe there's an out for insubordination.
[00:16:20]  So interesting that this is all now coming forward.
[00:16:24]  Remember, I've played this before.
[00:16:26]  Remember, like he said it not once, not twice, multiple times.

[00:16:34]  And I answer you're shaming me for my political choices.

[00:18:22]  And so, sure, maybe they renewed this thing, but as Variety pointed out, he is actually looking at a future in question.
[00:18:31]  Maybe they'll say, hey, you can do Good Morning America, but maybe you can't be our signature political anchor anymore.
[00:18:37]  Maybe you can't host this week with Georgie Stephanopoulos anymore because this is clearly a bias.
[00:18:46]  And you've shown that bias.
[00:18:47]  And now we really know about that bias, not because we suspected it before and we heard it on air, but actually because your producer specifically told you, specifically told you.
[00:18:57]  And yet you did that anyway.
[00:18:59]  I'm looking at all your comments here and I know you have no use for it.
[00:19:02]  Don, I saw that news actually out of Germany.
[00:19:04]  Absolutely horrible, absolutely horrible stuff.
[00:19:07]  We can maybe talk about that a little bit later in the show.

[00:19:12]  Really, a downer, and why is it always the Christmas market in the town square in a little town in Germany, right?
[00:19:17]  Anyway, so sad.
[00:19:19]  Back to what we're talking about here, however, the Manhattan jury had ruled that Trump was not liable for rape.
[00:19:28]  And so, why did George keep doing this?
[00:19:30]  Because he wanted that to be the narrative.
[00:19:32]  He wanted that to be the narrative, and sure, okay, you know, this article says, guess what?
[00:19:36]  Woohoo, he's doing a new deal, and they're paying him some ungodly sum of money.
[00:19:42]  They signed a new multi-year contract.
[00:19:44]  But again, I would just remind you guys: look, I've had many of these contracts.
[00:19:48]  And my last contract, my last few contracts, never had outs.
[00:19:52]  And if he's smart, he got a contract that didn't have an out.
[00:19:55]  In other words, they still have to pay you.
[00:19:57]  In my case, for example, Fox made it clear that they did not want me after I said a few things that actually, by the way, I was totally entitled to say.
[00:20:05]  And management had actually, believe it or not, okayed copy, et cetera.
[00:20:11]  Because back in those days, I actually had to write out the whole script.
[00:20:13]  And get everybody to sign off on it.
[00:20:16]  And then, you know, if they had an issue, they would tell me.
[00:20:19]  But, you know, all of a sudden, I woke up one day and get a phone call saying, you know, the show's not going to be on the air.
[00:20:26]  And there you have it.
[00:20:29]  And then I get a phone call saying, not only is your show not on the air, and I think I had a pre scheduled vacation, but we actually don't want you coming back.
[00:20:44]  So I was flabbergasted, I was stunned.
[00:20:47]  I couldn't believe it.
[00:20:49]  They had a press release ready to go.
[00:20:51]  And you know what?
[00:20:51]  I was under contract, so I couldn't say anything.
[00:20:53]  I couldn't talk to anybody because I'd be in violation of the contract, et cetera.
[00:20:59]  And so my point just being that even if George signed a deal where there isn't an out, Disney still has an out.
[00:21:08]  They may have signed with him just, you know, to sign with him and then kind of keep him quiet, if you would.
[00:21:14]  Neil Cavuto, did you see the news on Neil?
[00:21:18]  He's out over 28 years at Fox News, and he's gone.
[00:21:23]  We're going to talk about that.
[00:21:24]  I have some thoughts on it for you that I want to share.
[00:21:28]  So that's coming up.
[00:21:29]  But before we do, again, more on this mess at Disney.
[00:21:34]  I mean, it's sort of funny, right?
[00:21:35]  Because Disney was already struggling.
[00:21:37]  You know, the stock price.
[00:21:38]  I know Don kind of hates Disney too, so I'm looking at his comments here.
[00:21:42]  And he hasn't really thought it was much of a company to be involved with.
[00:21:47]  I'm just checking out the stock price.
[00:21:49]  We saw a little bit of recovery in the market, of course, today.
[00:21:52]  But if you look at the Disney stock price, don't forget Disney had been trading up around, what, $200 a share back in 2020.

[00:22:15]  And I'm laughing because one of you guys just said, Fox, did you a favor?

[00:22:21]  I actually totally, totally, totally agree.

[00:22:25]  But one thing I've learned is I much, much, much prefer being on my own, shall we say, and having all that kind of opportunity to say what I think when I think it and not be beholden to scripts.

[00:22:43]  Anyway, so Disney is facing all kinds of challenges.
[00:22:48]  And this is why, I mean, if Bob doesn't turn it around, then he's really going to be effed, in Elon's words, okay?

[00:22:59]  I mean, he's got a lot riding, for example, on the remake of Snow White, which, you know, so far is not really looking good.
[00:23:05]  It's getting lots of downvotes.
[00:23:07]  Thanks to our friends over at Breitbart for catching this nearly 1.4 million downvotes, but, you know, Are you surprised?
[00:23:15]  Look at who they cast in the lead role.
[00:23:17]  A woman who, let's just say, doesn't really seem a lot like Snow White in that she really doesn't like many people.

[00:23:30]  I mean, forget about whether she's half Hispanic or not.
[00:23:34]  None of that.
[00:23:36]  I'm not going to go there with that.
[00:23:38]  I know a lot of people are upset about that.
[00:23:40]  But I think the fact that she's so self centered, annoying, I mean, there are many, many, many adjectives we could use to describe this Rachel girl, Rachel Zegler, but it's not endearing or likable, some of the qualities that Snow White is supposed to possess, right?
[00:24:03]  I mean, you know, the original cartoon came out in 1937, and very evidently so.

[00:24:10]  There is a big focus on her love story.

[00:27:38]  I actually, he got quite ill and had heart surgery during the 2016 election.
[00:27:46]  And he was scheduled to anchor all the primetime coverage for Fox Business from the RNC and from the DNC.
[00:27:53]  And I got a phone call one day and they said, listen, Neil is really sick.
[00:27:57]  He's in the hospital.
[00:27:57]  He's getting this operation.
[00:28:00]  Would you do this?
[00:28:01]  And I said, sure, of course.
[00:28:03]  And I remember it was just, again, history being made.
[00:28:08]  I was there with the late Lou Dobbs.
[00:28:11]  And I brought Lou on every night.
[00:28:13]  I'd say to Lou, hey, can you stay for a little bit?
[00:28:17]  Because he had his show on right beforehand.
[00:28:19]  And I would start.
[00:28:20]  And he'd say, sure.
[00:28:21]  And then we'd just have so much fun.
[00:28:22]  And we were talking that before he knew it, often he'd stay with me for quite a bit of that primetime coverage.
[00:28:29]  And so we'd do that show every night there from the RNC, from the DNC.
[00:28:32]  And I was doing that.
[00:28:34]  For Neil, who was scheduled to be there.
[00:28:36]  I mean, Neil has covered a lot, a lot of huge events there for Fox Business.
[00:28:40]  He had the four o'clock show on Fox, and it didn't do that well.
[00:28:44]  I think there are a few things involved with that.
[00:28:46]  I mean, one, it was business news, and you don't necessarily turn on Fox News for business news.
[00:28:50]  He had a Fox Business show as well.
[00:28:52]  But business news at four o'clock, in theory, sounds good, right?
[00:28:55]  Because the market's closing at four, but if the market's not really that interesting that day, then are you really leading with the market, et cetera?
[00:29:02]  I think it became more challenging as Donald Trump rose in popularity, and I don't think Neil.
[00:29:07]  Really embraced a lot of the Trumpism or the MAGA stuff to the extent that other people did.
[00:29:14]  And so that may have cost him in the ratings.
[00:29:16]  And ultimately, you know, it came time for renewal.
[00:29:19]  And my sourcing on it suggests that, you know, they just weren't willing to pay what they had been paying him in the past, which is really kind of too bad if you think about it.
[00:29:28]  I know that, you know, no love lost.
[00:29:30]  A lot of you guys don't necessarily like what his views were on Trump, et cetera.
[00:29:34]  But he helped build the network.
[00:29:36]  I mean, been there 28 years and it shows you there's no loyalty.
[00:29:40]  It's like Washington, D.C., right?
[00:29:42]  And, you know, I could tell that he's not necessarily pleased by this because I know Neil and I watched this clip that I'm going to show you.
[00:29:50]  And it struck me as very rushed.
[00:29:52]  Granted, it was at the end of the show, but he put it at the end of the show for a reason.
[00:29:56]  And it was clearly read off a prompter.
[00:29:59]  And there was no real emotion in it.
[00:30:02]  He just sped through this thing.
[00:30:05]  And he said something interesting, which is that he's not leaving journalism.
[00:30:08]  I'm just leaving here, meaning Fox News.
[00:30:13]  Take a look.
[00:30:14]  This is it, the final segment.
[00:30:16]  But today I also wanted to let you know this is my final show.
[00:30:19]  I am leaving Fox.
[00:30:21]  I've been planning this day for some time.

[00:37:06]  So we are perhaps moments away from a shutdown.
[00:37:10]  Mike Johnson says, no, no, no, no, you don't need to worry about it.

[00:37:13]  Yeah, because I've got a couple of things I've got to wrap up in a few moments upstairs, but I expect that we will be proceeding forward.
[00:37:20]  We will not have a government shutdown, and we will meet our obligations for our farmers who need aid, for the disaster victims all over the country, and for Making sure that military and essential services and everyone who relies upon the federal government for a paycheck is paid over the holidays.
[00:37:35]  I'll give you the more details here in just a few moments.
[00:37:38]  How do you talk to President elect?
[00:37:40]  Okay.
[00:37:40]  I'm not so sure we're going to avoid a shutdown, okay?
[00:37:43]  I appreciate the confidence, but I'm not so sure about that.
[00:37:48]  What I don't appreciate is the sort of saber rattling that you're hearing from the likes of, say, Juan Alejandro Mayorques, our Homeland Security chief that has allowed.
[00:38:02]  Millions of people to pour across our border, our open border with Mexico.
[00:38:08]  Here he is speaking with Margaret Brennan, really trying to scare the heck out of everyone.
[00:38:14]  You better sign this thing, or else we can't have a shutdown, or else wait for it, wait for it.
[00:38:20]  We could be just hours away from another government shutdown unless Congress comes up with some kind of funding mechanism.
[00:38:27]  Do you have a sense yet of how operations will be impacted by shutdown?
[00:38:32]  Oh, most certainly, and they must come up with the funding.
[00:38:35]  For the Department of Homeland Security and the entire federal government.
[00:38:39]  We are.
[00:38:40]  Okay, it gets better.
[00:38:41]  The holidays.
[00:38:42]  Let me give you one powerful example.
[00:38:45]  We're going to have tens of thousands of TSA employees working in an incredibly high volume of passenger traffic throughout our airports across the country, and they will be doing so, keeping the American public safe without pay.
[00:39:00]  We're going to be losing our Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction office.
[00:39:05]  Wait, what?
[00:39:06]  What?
[00:39:06]  We need the funding.
[00:39:09]  Are you losing the weapons of mass destruction?
[00:39:11]  The countering weapons of mass destruction.
[00:39:14]  Its funding will end, and we will have to redirect its personnel to other parts of our department.
[00:39:21]  The implications and the consequences are serious, especially when it comes to Homeland Security.
[00:39:28]  How do you figure out which office to shut down?
[00:39:32]  So there are really rules that govern who are so essential that they must remain.
[00:39:40]  In service, even though they will not be paid.
[00:39:44]  So, how many federal workers, do you have any ballpark estimate on how many will be working without any paycheck?
[00:39:50]  I don't exactly, Margaret.
[00:39:53]  I don't have that number.
[00:39:54]  But will they be able, the air traffic controllers and the security agents at airports, will they be paid eventually?
[00:40:02]  Can you promise them that?
[00:40:04]  I cannot promise.

[00:40:06]  So, they will be paid eventually.
[00:40:08]  So, they're trying to scare the heck out of everybody, okay?
[00:40:10]  My orgasm saying we're going to have to shut down the office of countering weapons of mass destruction.
[00:40:18]  So, like, the whole world's kind of picking up on that one.
[00:40:22]  Like, first of all, if you have no way of countering a weapon of mass destruction, even during a government shutdown, then what the hell is the government doing?

[00:40:32]  Like, the government clearly is not capable of anything because if you can't stop a weapon of mass destruction from coming into the country because somebody's not getting paid on Friday, then whoa, we got bigger problems, okay?
[00:40:45]  So that's just, you know, something they're flashing out there, trying to get everybody all excited about.
[00:40:50]  And then all the TSA workers are not going to get it.
[00:40:52]  Everybody gets paid.
[00:40:54]  Okay.

[00:40:56]  That's always how this thing works.
[00:40:58]  I have covered so many of these at this point.
[00:41:01]  I mean, it just becomes like nauseating.

[00:41:07]  I remember when, like, New Year's Eve and Bloomberg was like, well, you come on for the shutdown.
[00:41:13]  It looks like there's going to be a government shutdown.
[00:41:16]  You know, and I'm like, No, I'm going skiing.
[00:41:20]  Thank you very much, people.
[00:41:22]  And then one of my friends had to sit there.
[00:41:23]  I felt bad for him on New Year's Eve, but better him than me because this is what happens every single time.
[00:41:30]  And I don't disagree, guys.
[00:41:32]  I mean, shut it down.
[00:41:33]  Here's what we need we need to know what the heck is in there.
[00:41:39]  And granted, it was offered.
[00:41:43]  I mean, Elon Musk came forward and offered a much slimmer.
[00:41:46]  Did you see the picture?
[00:41:47]  He tweeted this out.
[00:41:48]  There was like the.
[00:41:50]  1500 page bill, and then there was the one that Elon and Vivek were proposing that was like this because it was a clean CR.
[00:41:57]  But nope, they want to stuff it full of pork, like all kinds of pork.
[00:42:00]  Here we are, days before Christmas, and this is their MO.
[00:42:03]  I mean, we talked about the other day, right, with Senator Toomey.
[00:42:05]  He came on the show, and it's so crazy because he's like, This is what they do.
[00:42:09]  This is what they do.
[00:42:10]  And you get Chuck Schumer, you get the Democrats.
[00:42:11]  They're just trying to stuff every little less thing that the lobbyists have written.
[00:42:14]  Remember when Nancy Pelosi said, Well, we'll find out what's in the bill when it's passed?
[00:42:19]  That's like one of these moments.
[00:42:20]  They don't really even know what's in there because the lobbyists. have written this thing.
[00:42:24]  It is monstrous.
[00:42:25]  And you know what it includes?
[00:42:27]  I mean, there's all kinds of crazy things that it includes, crazy, wacky things, but one of the wackiest and one of the worst, in my estimation, for the American people is this $50 billion boondoggle that they're stuffing in there to help Big Pharma.
[00:42:40]  So, this is something that Big Pharma's lobbyists have worked on clearly, and it would basically prevent companies from having any kind of say in the drug pricing.
[00:42:51]  So, the government and Big Pharma would suddenly be deciding the prices on all the drugs, and you know who that's helping, right?
[00:42:57]  This is a stuffed, Stalking spending bill.
[00:43:01]  How do you like that?
[00:43:02]  That's what I call it disastrous policies, all kinds of disastrous policies that would basically involve this very dramatic expansion of big government.

[00:43:13]  We're not big government people.
[00:43:15]  We're not big pharma people.
[00:43:16]  We don't want top down economics dictating everything.
[00:43:21]  We believe in the power of the people.
[00:43:22]  And so the American people have spoken.

[00:43:25]  I'm telling you, you are everything right now.
[00:43:28]  We together collectively are everything.
[00:43:31]  This was why Elon tweeted this out.

[00:43:36]  He wrote, Your elected representatives have heard you, and now the terrible bill is dead.

[00:43:48]  Again, like you can't just keep stuffing all this CRAP into this boondoggle and think that that's going to be okay.

[00:44:04]  People are seeing it for all it's worth and it's getting exposed.
[00:44:09]  I mean, every year, big pharma is out there.

[00:54:25]  Again, hours before this shutdown.
[00:54:28]  The new legislation would keep the government open, but it would not include the debt ceiling increase that President Trump had asked for it now goes to the Senate.
[00:54:39]  So this is looking as though it passed 366 to 34.
[00:54:45]  The only lawmakers voting to oppose this bill were the 34 Republicans.
[00:54:52]  So we shall see.
[00:54:55]  We shall see where this goes.
[00:54:56]  I think no matter what, it's really critical.
[00:54:59]  It's really, really critical.
[00:55:01]  If they've got three months, we gotta hold them accountable, right?

[00:57:35]  I mean, at this point, we're going to find out he stole the election from Trump.

[00:57:58]  Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania.
[00:58:01]  It looks as though Delaware County prosecutors are announcing charges against a Collingdale woman who say repeatedly, they say repeatedly tried to submit voter registration forms for dead people, and against an elderly man who cast ballots in both Florida and Pennsylvania last month.
[00:58:18]  The two cases resulted in just one fraudulently cast.
[00:58:20]  Ballot, so that's good.
[00:58:22]  That of the man who double voted, one of the more than, I guess, 330,000 cast in the country.
[00:58:29]  But that's not good, right?
[00:58:32]  So here's the attorney talking about it.
[00:58:35]  The way that it works is she would use the app to go online and send in the information to the state to get somebody registered to vote.
[00:58:45]  The state then requires certain pieces of information, one of which is your driver's license or your last four digits of social security number.
[00:58:54]  If they have those successfully, they can upload that information from the state databases, send it down to the county.
[00:59:01]  The county, it's called a verified registration.
[00:59:04]  The county, Jim's people then go and put your vote or your ward and precinct and all that information and actually issue you a card, a voter registration card.
[00:59:14]  Some of them the state can't verify and they send them down to our election office or whatever county it is.
[00:59:21]  And those people then get contacted through what's called a HAVA letter.
[00:59:25]  That's the Helping America Vote Act.
[00:59:28]  Federal law was passed in 2002 after the 2000 election fiasco.
[00:59:33]  That letter basically goes out to that person saying, we can't verify this information, can you give us more?
[00:59:41]  Jim's people, and Jim is one of the people, and I think Crystal, who noticed that some of these that were coming in from Ms. Hill's app were the same variations of the same name.
[00:59:52]  Again, this person who died in her house in 2011, she tried multiple times to register that individual, Mr. Reed, using either different spellings or different addresses or different email. accounts.
[01:00:05]  They noticed these clusters of these fake votes and, it's not fake votes, excuse me, fake registrations, and they immediately contacted Tanner and Doug, and we began an investigation.
[01:00:18]  That has led to the charges today.
[01:00:20]  Ms. Hill is being charged with, again, four counts of registering people, including her dead father and a person who died in the house she currently lives in in 2011, that she was the one notified authorities that he was dead in that house.
[01:00:35]  She knowingly registered dead people or attempted to register dead people through the state system.
[01:00:41]  She did register a fraudulent person.
[01:00:45]  And my understanding is this is sort of a gap in the system where by putting in no date of birth and no social security number, is that right, Doug?
[01:00:57]  It goes through and it became a verified voter registration.
[01:01:02]  Wow.
[01:01:07]  What do you guys think of that?

[01:01:26]  I mean, trying to go after the former president on racketeering charges because he dared to say, hey, like maybe we should recount the votes in Georgia.

[01:01:37]  You know, Fannie Willis, now she's, you know, out on her Fannie, so to speak, Fannie, excuse me, pardon my French, Fannie Willis, out on her Fannie right now, completely disqualified.

[01:01:53]  Like, it's going nowhere.
[01:01:55]  They'll throw it out.
[01:01:57]  And then you get the Court of Appeals.

[01:01:59]  And I'm getting a little annoyed here because that should have taken some 30 days.

[01:02:07]  On Letitia James, who thinks that she can come in between a bank and the bank's client to determine what the valuation is on a given piece of real estate.
