Trish Regan critiques MSNBC's 43% rating drop and hosts Alfredo Ortiz, who links Trump's victory to reduced regulations and energy dominance via the Keystone XL pipeline. They debate Janet Yellen's fiscal record amidst 2.7% inflation, while Regan attacks prosecutors like Letitia James over a $470 million fraud judgment against Trump. The episode concludes by predicting major media outlets' decline due to high costs and low viewership compared to Regan's growing live stream channel nearing 500,000 subscribers. Unabomber Fan and Pay Cut00:07:49
Welcome to the big show.
Microphone with health, huh?
I am Trish Regan.
It is good to see you, obviously.
Very excited to be here.
We got a lot to get through.
The mainstream media is trying to outdo itself in terms of who can be the craziest conspiratorial theorist of all.
I think one lady takes the cake.
But if it is him, the fact that he's a professed Unabomber fan is unsettling.
I might venture that it's even more unsettling that Donald Trump's reported choice to run the ATF.
Is also a self professed fan of the uniform.
Okay, Rachel Maddow obviously cannot resist the opportunity to somehow link Donald Trump with this suspected assassin in the United Healthcare murder.
We're going to get to all of that.
Plus, Elizabeth Warren seemingly like justifying it.
Well, along with Joy Reid, I mean, these crazy, crazy, crazy members of the media are joined now by lawmakers alike.
We were talking a lot about this, Luigi Mangione, the case about the United Healthcare.
People are very.
People are very upset to squeeze every last pen.
Jennings is like you know what?
Daniel Penney is a hero here and you know who's not this?
Luigi Manjone.
I mean, you really got to spell it out for these people.
And one more thing we're going to get to.
This is what you call a grandees.
I'm letting you know all the places we're going in this show, plus a few more.
We got to talk about these drones.
I mean, what the heck is going on with these drones?
A New Jersey congressman saying some really frightening, alarming stuff.
We're going to get the Pentagon's reaction and KJP's reaction, but here's just a little glimpse, a tease, as I said, of what he is saying.
High sources, very qualified sources, very responsible sources.
I'm going to tell you the real deal.
Iran launched a mothership probably about a month ago that contains these drones.
That mothership is off, I'm going to tell you the deal.
It's off the east coast of the United States of America.
They've launched drones.
It's everything that we can see or hear.
And again, these are from high sources.
I don't say this lightly.
Now, you know, we know there was a probability.
Okay, so more on all of that coming up.
Welcome to the program, everyone.
Do me the favor.
Make sure that you subscribe, share, like, make a comment.
I am here live with you, so I can actually see everything that you're saying in real time.
So careful what you write.
Anyway, it is wonderful to have you here.
I'm telling you, the media is finished.
They are done.
You look at the numbers there over at MSNBC.
It is clear they are struggling.
The ratings are down massively, massively from where they were once.
I mean, you look at pre-election, you look at post-election, and it's very clear everybody's made the same decision, come to the same conclusion.
These members of the media are completely full of it.
And they lied and they lied and they lied some more.
And you know what?
We're done with them.
We're sick of it.
So we're not listening to them anymore.
But it's not to stop them from trying to take a story and run with it.
And there's no one better.
I mean, like, I got to give her some, some credit.
Credit where credit is due.
Rachel Maddow is absolutely positively extraordinary at trying to develop some kind of rabbit hole that she can go down.
Conspiracy theorist queen that she is.
I used to watch her program now and then.
And I would think, how on earth is it that they try and paint members of the conservative media as somehow conspiratorial?
When this woman with her Russia, Russia, Russia nonsense was so over the top.
Well, who is she to let a good conspiracy go unsanctified by her?
Rachel Maddow in the thick of it with her one show a week.
She's got one shot at the apple on Monday night on MSNBC and she starts running with this Luigi Mangione story, who is the alleged assassin there at the United.
Healthcare CEO, a dad, a father.
I mean, just a horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible story.
And yet somehow she's going to take the horrible story and link it back to one Donald Trump.
Of course she is.
All right, let's watch this.
Despicable stuff.
But if it is him, the fact that he's a professed Unabomber fan is unsettling.
I might venture that it's even more unsettling that Donald Trump's reported choice to run the ATF is also a self professed fan of the Unabomber.
And you wonder why they're selling your network.
I mean, Rachel, you're way overpaid as it is, with somewhat 25 million bucks that she's making.
They're selling the network.
There's a big spinoff.
You've probably heard.
We've covered it at length.
And I told you it would be happening, I told you it would come.
And the reason it's here is because America doesn't trust the mainstream media anymore.
They're absolutely done and over.
You listen to women like that.
And men like that constantly trying to string together crazy, insane narratives just to make you hate one Donald Trump.
And you think, you know, maybe I don't need to be part of that, which is why we're looking at ratings that are tanking by some 43%.
Nothing against Bob's Burgers, right?
I'm going to watch Bob's Burgers.
You guys, in the comments, I saw all your wonderful things you had to say about Bob's Burgers on what is it, the Adult Swim Channel?
I mean, they're killing her in the ratings right now.
Everything is killing her.
Everything's killing CNN, by the way, too, in the ratings.
It's just amazing.
Like, none of these networks are working.
The only one that actually is seeing the light of day is Fox News.
Now, they get their own troubles, right?
Because, again, this is a dying medium.
That's why we're all over here.
It's good to have you.
Welcome.
If you're here for the first time, make sure you subscribe.
Make sure you hit the bell.
That way you know when I am live.
And at some point later in the show, I'm going to actually go out and we're going to talk a little bit about what your comments are about all of these things that you're seeing.
But this is the reality.
They are leaving the network in droves.
These anchors don't have any kind of power anymore.
All of that power has effectively gone to, well, podcasters, streamers.
Yeah, that's where the power base is.
They can't understand this over at MSNBC.
I mean, they're twisting themselves in knots trying to figure it out.
Poor Leslie Stahl, I got to show you that soundbite.
She's just overwhelmed.
How is it that possibly all these people like things other than 60 Minutes?
Well, guess what?
They like not only things other than 60 Minutes, they like a lot of things other than cable news, which is why Rachel's numbers are down so badly.
And this is why she's having to take a little bit of a pay cut.
I say a little, little bit of a pay cut because, you know, when you work it all out, it's actually not that much.
Greg Godfell, my former colleague, Giver at Fox, put it into perspective.
I'm going to let him say it.
Meanwhile, Rachel Maddow's salary has been slashed by $5 million a year.
It sounds like a lot, except she was making $30 million a year for one show a week.
So if she does 50 shows a year, Her pay went from $600,000 an episode to $500,000.
That's like five bucks per viewer.
Which is too much.
Five dollars, too many dollars, right?
Per viewer.
And you know what?
She's going to be getting more per viewer if that contract holds up because the viewers, they're dwindling every single day.
People see through the lies and they're sick and tired of it.
Five Dollars Per Viewer00:09:37
I mean, Joy Reid really, I think, said something pretty darn.
I mean, I just find it nauseating.
She's trying to pin what happened to the poor United Healthcare CEO on conservatives.
So you got Rachel Maddow in one hour saying, oh, somehow it's connected to Trump because Blake Masters was once known to have said, you know, some of the things that the Unabomber said were interesting, blah, blah, blah, whatever.
So now somehow, because he's a consideration, a pick for Donald Trump, the entire thing is Donald Trump's fault.
Everything is Trump's fault.
And for Joy Reid, everything is a Conservatives' fault.
Here she is trying to pin it on conservatives and somehow what, justifying the use of violence in this case.
This is really gross, you guys.
This is what I would call dangerous rhetoric.
She's full of it.
And then some.
We should not be surprised in this country that just reelected Donald Trump.
And I mean, the reality is, you know, if you go back to the Trayvon Martin case, you can go back before that, you can go back to the justification for lynching of conservatives, whether the conservatives wearing the D uniform or the R uniform.
Form.
Conservatism itself has justified violence.
January 6th, burning down Tulsa and Wilmington, overthrowing the government there.
If it's violence for the purposes they want, they're calling it.
If the victim is somebody that I don't like or the victim is someone who they feel deserves it, then a lot of times people are willing to justify violence.
It's an unfortunate thing.
It's a very American thing, right?
I mean, we worship vigilante violence.
We worship action heroes.
We worship Charles Bronson and all these people who take it into their own hands.
Al Capone.
Al Capone, you know, criminals and everything else like that.
I think the sad part about this, frankly, is that I am not. going to pretend that in a country that's been started and operated off violence, that violence doesn't sometimes solve things.
Oh, okay.
I told you they were crazy.
All right, so this is their attitude.
Like maybe violence is okay, you know, if it serves your purpose in that point in time, which is if you listen to the rest of the show that she had, and by the way, I do this so you don't have to.
Sorry, you know, it's sorry for me, but, you know, good news for you.
And I think it's important to understand where the other side is coming from.
So, before you say, oh, you know, I don't want to listen to that.
Listen, I think it's important, it's critical to understand how demented this rationale that they're developing is.
You need to be able to poke holes in their theory.
So, here's Elizabeth Warren somehow as well going forward with this justification thing, saying that, you know what, you know, we've screwed up on healthcare, so therefore people are taking matters into their own hands.
We should expect this.
No, we should not expect this, lady.
And look, we'll say it over and over violence is never the answer.
This guy gets.
A trial who's allegedly killed the CEO of UnitedHealth.
But you can only push people so far.
And then they start to take matters into their own hands.
Yeah.
All right.
No, Elizabeth Warren, we're never going to justify this.
What happened was absolutely despicable.
It was heinous.
It was awful.
You can try and reform health care, you can vote people like yourself.
We need to vote you out.
Seriously, vote you out fast.
And that's exactly what we saw Americans do.
They took matters into their own hands by going and voting and getting rid of the establishment and the status quo that was screwing everything up for everyone.
And that's the way we handle things.
Okay, you may want to do your Black Lives Matter rally violent things and we're not there with you.
Conservatives actually do believe in law and order, no matter how you're going to twist and try and change it.
But I'll tell you, when you're in a situation now, when people in the media do not understand effectively right from wrong or good from bad, we have some problems.
Here's Scott Jennings trying to lay it out for them on CNN.
Okay.
Who's good, who's bad today?
We've got to put up a chart to help show you people.
If you're on the American left tonight, here's my chart.
The good guys today, Daniel Penny.
The bad guys, Luigi Mangione.
It seems to me.
How do you.
What's the chart for victims?
I'm just telling you what I see out in the world.
I know, I know.
I just want to see out in the world today.
What I'm telling you is.
That's not on the second page?
People on the left, people on the left can't seem to.
Seem to tell the difference between the good people on the left.
I want to know whether you think that, as Congressman Crane does, that Daniel Penny should get the Congressional Gold Medal to recognize his heroism.
I'm not asking you about anyone.
I think he ought to get a medal.
I think they ought to build a statue to this guy in New York City.
And I'm going to say it.
I'm going to say the dreaded R word.
Race plays a role in this, right?
And so we see it.
Yes, absolutely.
Because the statistics say that when people kill people who are white, They tend to get harsher sentences, especially if they're people of color.
What about the Jordan Williams case?
That is what happens in our criminal justice system.
No, I'm not going to stop because race absolutely plays a role in this.
I didn't ask you to stop.
Same situation.
I said, what about the Jordan Williams case here in New York?
African American gets on a subway, ends up killing a guy.
Grand jury tosses it out at the exact same time as the penny can.
What about Bernard?
He's good.
But by the way, you can understand why they have descended into raiding nothingness.
The guy who used to run the New York Times, he now runs CNN, and it is a disaster.
They've actually got layoffs.
They've got salary cuts, the whole nine yards.
But Scott is right.
You know, when he says people can't understand here what's good, what's bad on the left, he's right.
Look at this woman.
I've showed you guys this clip.
Taylor Lorenz.
She worked for the Washington Post.
Shame on the Washington Post for ever having employed her in the first place.
And then she went to work for Vox.
Apparently, they just parted ways with her.
Vox is some liberal, liberal media organization.
Here she is talking to Piers Morgan.
And I mean, one, the woman's clearly dumb, but two, she's clearly gross.
She starts to talk about how she felt joy.
When this guy was killed.
I mean, it's one thing, okay?
It's one thing for you to want to reform the healthcare industry.
It's a whole other ballgame when you feel joy because another human being, a father of children, has just been gunned down at 6 45 in the morning in the streets of New York City.
We got a problem with these lefty media folks, a big one.
Thanks.
I disagree.
Let's move to the other story because Taylor's been waiting patiently here.
So, this issue of Brian Thompson, one of the top healthcare executives in the country, I'm just curious why your first reaction.
Would be to his cold blooded execution.
And people wonder why we want these executives dead.
And then you later commented with people giving you a lot of blowback.
I'm not alone, you said.
Healthcare executive down with party balloons was on an expose that you commented on.
Why would you be in such a celebratory mood about the execution of another human being?
Aren't you supposed to be on the caring, sharing left where you believe in the sanctity of life?
I do believe in the sanctity of life.
And I think that's why I felt, along with so many other Americans, joy, unfortunately, because it feels like.
Joy.
Serious?
I mean, joy in a man's execution?
Maybe not joy, but certainly not empathy.
Because again, it's not.
We're watching the footage.
How can this make you joyful?
This guy's a husband, he's a father.
And he's being dumped down in the middle of Manhattan.
Why does that make you joyful?
The number of Americans that he murdered.
So are the tens of thousands of Americans, innocent Americans, who died because greedy health insurance executives like this one push policies of denying care to the most vulnerable people.
And the many millions of Americans that have watched people that I care about suffer and in some cases die because of lack of health care.
So should they all be killed then?
Should they all be killed, these health care executives?
Would that make you even more joyful?
No, that would not.
Why not?
Oh, wow.
We played the whole clip on yesterday's show.
But this woman, I mean, she is very representative, right, of this mentality.
This we hate people in business mentality that Elizabeth Warren was just echoing on Joy Reid's show.
That Joy Reid always echoes.
We hate big business.
Listen, you know, it may not be perfect, but that doesn't mean you go and off people.
I mean, that is really sick and twisted.
And the fact that she sat there and said, No, no, I feel joy at this.
What kind of messed up person is that?
Apparently, Vox Media is splitting with her.
She's a former Washington Post reporter.
They're splitting with her because of, well, you know, some of the crazy things she's saying.
Well, that's good.
You know what?
We need a little bit more of that going on right about now.
I'm not into cancel culture, as you know.
Like, really, really not.
But, and you can say what you want, but I think it's important to understand that she is a personification of what they believe in.
Years ago, I remember being a young reporter in the San Francisco CBS newsroom when Enron went bust.
And the entire newsroom started cheering and shouting.
Hitler Language in Media00:11:34
And I was like, guys, this is not good.
People are going to lose everything.
They're 401ks.
And it's not just the employees, it's not just the executives, it's everyone who had any kind of share of.
Stock in the company itself, but you see, there was this mentality that we hate business, we hate big business, and therefore anything that represents big business should be done and over.
And that's messed up.
I want to give a quick shout out, speaking of big business, to our friends over at American Heart for Gold.
And listen, like, regardless of how you feel about business, I certainly feel pretty optimistic about gold, or at least safe, I should say, with my gold in my portfolio because this is part of a well. Diversified portfolio.
It's a good diversification strategy against all this inflation, et cetera.
We're going to talk a little bit about that because Jordan, forgive me, Janet Yellen made some rather interesting comments on this just today, actually, with the Wall Street Journal.
So we'll get to that.
But up to $15,000 in free silver right now.
For those of you that are first time qualifying offers with American Harvard Gold, you can go to trishlovesgold.com, trishlovesgold.com.
You can text Trish to 655 32 to get more on that offer to get up to $15,000 here in free silver.
Call 1 8 4 4 4 9 5 1 1 1 5.
But I'm telling you, look, the media sees the handwriting on the wall.
You have media stalwarts right now.
Media stalwarts from Joy Behar at The View to Leslie Stahl at 60 Minutes admitting like no one's watching them anymore.
No one cares about them anymore.
And they're kind of just trying to come to terms with it.
Joy Behar doesn't understand it.
Leslie Stahl, on the other hand, is just depressed about it.
Here, watch.
People want us divided, and they aren't just here in this country.
There are foreign adversaries who are infiltrating our social media because it is prudent for us to stay that way.
So, when you see something that really pisses you off, you should triple check that one.
Yes.
But I think that that's why people like our show because they know that we are checked by ABC News.
Checked by everyone.
Yeah.
I mean, if we're wrong, we have, you know, the legal note here.
The human legal note.
We went from Walter Cronkite.
Basically, to this guy, Joe Rogan, who believes in dragons.
I checked it.
He believes in dragons.
Did you triple-size that?
Yes, I did.
And he also thinks that dragons, like I guess like dinosaur-type animals, roamed the earth when people did.
So, this is the type of really, really bad information that's going out there.
I love that clip.
I just think that's absolutely hilarious.
But most of all, I love what Joe said afterwards, where he had to go after, he's laughing about Joe Rogan believes in dragons.
Worried about losing your job and you're worried about podcasts taking over and who's the source of news.
And we said Donald Trump was Hitler, but half the country disagreed with us and he won.
And this is okay.
And Joe Rogan believes in dragons.
Okay, Joe Rogan believes in dragons.
Well, that's so over on The View, they don't understand it.
They're upset about it.
Meanwhile, another really key player, older woman in the media sphere would be one, Leslie Stahl, who's been at 60 Minutes, oh, I don't know, like since I was a kid, okay, like forever.
And I'm not that old, but you know, I mean, she's been on TV a long time.
And here she is seated with Peggy Noonan from The Wall Street Journal, and they're having this discussion about where media is right now.
And Leslie's like ready to just, you know, where's her box of tissues?
She's ready to let it all loose.
She's so depressed and upset about where we are.
Take a peek.
But we're at a point where if the President of the United States is going to say legacy media is dead, well, I guess Musk said that.
Legacy media is dead.
And he wants it dead, he wants other media.
But it is kind of hobbling right now.
And I don't know how it recovers.
I'm very dark about it.
You're very dark about it.
I am.
I just, well, this is, you know, we're talking about something so essential that you don't want to say, well, we'll see, you know, or maybe the world will end, we'll see.
The world will end?
Oh my gosh.
If CBS News and the New York Times cannot continue doing what they're doing, which is spin city, then oh my gosh, the world's going to end.
I mean, they're depressed about it.
They don't understand it.
I mean, after all, Leslie Stahl was there to hand deliver the message to Trump that you know what?
That laptop, that Hunter Biden laptop that's all fake.
That's Bannon, that's Giuliani all putting that together courtesy of the Russians, because it's misinformation.
Remember this on 60 Minutes, the little tussle that the two of them got into.
I remember this.
This was great, this story about Hunter and his laptop.
Some repair shop found it.
The source is Steve Bannon and Rudy Giuliani.
I don't know anything about that.
I just know it's a laptop and they happened.
And you're making this one of the hottest, most important issues in your rallies.
It's a very important issue to find out whether or not a man's corrupt who's running for president, who's accepted money from China and from Ukraine and from Russia.
All these things have been investigated and misled.
It's incredible the way you can try and say this and sit there and look me in the eye and say it.
He accepted money, his family, from Russia, from Ukraine, from China, and from other places.
His brother, who didn't have experience, became a big builder in Iraq without experience.
Take a look at what's going on, Leslie, and then you say that shouldn't be discussed.
I'm saying.
It's the biggest scandal out there, Leslie, and you don't cover it.
Because it can't be verified.
You want to talk about insignificant things.
I'm telling you.
Of course it can be verified.
Excuse me, they found the laptop, Leslie.
What can't be verified?
The laptop.
Why did you say.
I mean, amazing, right?
And then if you saw the lettering over that video, they were pointing out that guess what?
The FBI had already verified it at the time.
She clearly just wasn't talking to the right sources, right?
She was talking to people that were spin machines.
Don't forget the 51X spooks.
That was all led by the guy who's now our Secretary of State, Antony Blinken.
Antony Blinken, who literally was out today trying to apologize to the members of the family members of the 13 soldiers that were killed.
I mean, These guys just don't know what the H E double L they're doing.
They have screwed up everything.
They've screwed up the economy.
They've screwed up where we are standing internationally speaking.
And then they're out on the apology tour.
Janet Yellen apologizing today.
And of course, Anthony Blinking out apologizing to the families of the 13 service members.
Thank you very much.
I deeply regret.
We did not do more.
We could not protect them more.
Maybe you should have thought it through more, buddy.
Maybe.
As I said, our thoughts are with all of the Gold Star families.
They're with the State Department and USAID employees who lost their lives over the course of 20 years of our military involvement in Afghanistan.
And I think today especially of the 13 heroes that we lost at Abbey Gate.
And I deeply regret that we did not do more and could not do more to protect them.
And to those families who are here with us today, you're in my thoughts.
In my prayers, I wish that Nicole was here with us today.
I'm deeply sorry that she's not.
You hear him getting heckled in the background, so this was an apology.
But this is Anthony Blinken, okay?
So he's the guy that led the team there alongside deputy, former deputy director of the CIA, one Mike Morrell, to get the 51 signatures together so that they could refute what Trump was saying about that laptop.
But it turned out Trump was right all along.
So Leslie Stahl's going to sit there and fight with him.
You're going to hear all the kinds of CRAP that you heard over and over and over again on the mainstream media.
He's Hitler, he's a fascist, he's this, he's that.
And I'll tell you, Hillary Clinton is just mad that they didn't do it enough.
The press needs a consistent, I mean, the press that's not supporting Trump blatantly, very persistently, the press that's trying to be the press, be objective, be You know, reporting the facts, the press needs a consistent narrative about the danger that Trump poses.
Because, you know they didn't have that enough for you, Hillary?
I mean, you didn't hear that he was the next version of Hitler enough?
Did you want to hear that more?
Because I think we heard it loud and clear over and over and over again.
It was actually, at least for me anyway, becoming pretty nauseating.
And it's like the only thing they had to go to over and over and over again.
You know, you know the drill.
I'm not going to play all of this.
Of course, it's trump is a Nazi time again.
Let's deal with Hitler, okay?
I don't think it's hyperbolic to say that.
I mean, that is Mussolini Hitler like language.
Trump's affinity for Hitler was always covered under an umbrella of his stupidity.
Echoing Hitler's words.
Listen to this.
Well, Hitler was duly elected.
That's right.
Echoing the hateful rhetoric of Adolf Hitler.
It echoes Hitler.
That's the kind of language Hitler used in Mein Kampf.
Okay, all right.
So, and there we go.
But you know, Hillary doesn't think they're on message enough.
Meanwhile, Bill's out, Bill Clinton, and sort of still doubling down on somehow the Russians.
The Russians took it from Hillary.
And I don't know what his real answer is as to why Trump was able to win again.
It might have something to do with the fact that, according to a new poll, Joe Biden is the worst president in modern history.
That's not me saying that, although I'd happily, gladly tell you that because just look at his policies.
But that is the American public.
And they rate him worse than Nixon.
He's coming in at a negative 30.
Nixon's like negative 15.
Trump was negative 14.
But Biden's negative 30.
Like no one's negative 30, all right?
That's a huge negative.
Because his policies sucked and he was too old to do anything.
And I don't know, maybe the guy's a little corrupt too, considering how the family made out with a non-registered foreign lobbyist by way of one Hunter Biden.
I mean, it's just gross, everything that happened.
So we can take issue, by the way, with policies, and we do do that all day long.
But it's not like we're ever condoning or resorting to violence.
That's the really troubling thing.
That you hear Joy Reid somehow okaying that in some way, shape, or form, and then Rachel Maddow trying to launch this conspiracy theory that somehow it's all connected.
It all goes back to the right.
It all goes back to Donald Trump.
Binary Code Conspiracy Theory00:07:00
Well, the internet has a lot to deal with these days because there's this kind of frenzy going on as people try to piece together just exactly what was motivating Luigi Mangione, who is the suspected assassin, 26 years old, out of UPenn, engineering student there.
He got a master's degree as well.
And listen, UPenn is a totally woke school.
You've seen all the protest video, how much they hate Israel, they hate America.
You have a professor from the University of Pennsylvania that came out on her TikTok account, Twitter account, the X account, right after this all went down, and said she'd never been more proud to be a professor at the University of Pennsylvania than now because of this 26 year old man.
I almost said kid.
Thank you guys for correcting me yesterday.
Anyway, he wasn't too happy about being taken in.
If you heard him there, he was saying, well, this is an insult to the American people.
Here is his Twitter account, which has ballooned, by the way, to some 100,000 plus followers.
And interestingly, Taylor Lorenz was one of his very first followers, if you believe what they're saying there on X.
She apparently was following him all along, which is interesting in and of itself.
And I imagine the authorities are looking into that one.
But here's a TikToker who's coming out with, well, some pretty wild conspiracies.
And you have to ask how much is being solved for after the fact.
But how much this guy actually was trying to envision himself as a kind of Batman like figure, you know, the Joker in Batman, and kind of terrorize people with what might be coming.
Let's just watch and we can discuss on the other side.
I'm pretty sure our man Lou is.
Understudy to Taylor Swift here because not only has he left us Monopoly money in the bag in Central Park, not only did he go to Altoona, which is the home of the Pennsylvania Railroad, like in Monopoly, but then somebody looked up the address on his fake ID as 128 Sherman Way, and then they thought, Sherman,
why don't I look up the Sherman antitrust law and count 128 words into that?
And they found the word punished.
And if you didn't know, there was a YouTube channel that's already been taken down.
But it had one video that auto published and said, if you're seeing this, I've already been arrested.
More to come.
And then it hinted at December 11th, which is tomorrow.
And then there was a tiny little thumbnail that you could see of the video that was set to publish tomorrow.
And it had a bunch of binary code on it.
And that binary code spelled out the truth will set me free.
You can't tell me that our man Lou ain't doing it for the Lord.
He is doing it for the Lord.
Y'all keep your head on a swivel.
There's mayhem in the air.
Love y'all.
Okay, so again, that's one of the TikTokers, but everybody's out there with their own conspiracy on this.
I'm gonna get to what his ex account was in just a minute, but you heard her reference a YouTube video.
Been taken down, but I looked at the video out of courtesy because we are live here on YouTube, out of courtesy to YouTube.
Clearly they're taking the video down for some reason.
I've watched the video.
You can see it on X.
It's not that exciting one would imagine.
Maybe he was getting caught at the McDonald's and he auto published this thing because boom, you know, he knew that that was going to happen.
They were closing in on him.
It's almost like he wanted to get caught.
Apparently, according to one witness that was there, they were talking about him and he could hear them talking about him saying he looked like the guy they had seen on camera.
It was the McDonald's Employee that called him in.
Anyway, this is one of the screen grabs from the video, just the important part.
It was like a countdown clock and it said, All is scheduled, be patient, bye for now, soon.
And then here's the December 11th reference that she made.
So you see that I circled it in yellow.
I didn't find the binary code, but again, it's, you know, soon December 11th.
So going back to this, this is the main screenshot.
He had some numbers earlier and it was just like counting down like a clock.
And then it's December 11th, which appears in very small font, very Quickly.
So again, the internet's kind of going sort of wild, and you know, they all like a good conspiracy theory.
I guess Rachel Maddow's not the only one.
And they're pointing not back to Donald Trump like Rachel Maddow, but to this particular number, 286, because his Pokemon number was, I guess, 286, and he had 286 posts on his ex account.
And he was found 286 miles at that Altura McDonald's in Pennsylvania.
So 286, 286, and they're going to proverb 228 6, which reads, Better is a poor man who walks in his integrity than a rich man who is crooked in his ways.
And then the other thing they're pointing to, and let me see if I have a copy of this.
I may not, but the denial code that apparently the insurance companies give you.
the denial claim that you get is numbered 286.
So it's a 286 when they deny your claim for insurance.
So everybody's kind of trying to piece this thing together.
What else is to come?
Look, the guy's in custody now.
His family didn't show up.
His family says that they hadn't heard from him in some six months.
He had suffered with a spinal cord injury and was dealing with apparently some pretty severe pain associated with that.
He had gone on some substances, illegal and other drugs, et cetera, to try and cure the pain.
Some of his friends have suggested that maybe that had a role in him really losing his mind.
He'd never been the same since he had that injury.
And he was trying to sort of cure himself from that injury.
But in the meantime, they found there at the McDonald's basically a manifesto of some sort.
And it really seems to implicate him in all of this.
So that is the mystery du jour that the internet is consumed with so far.
Okay, we'll see.
You know, it's still December 11th.
But again, he's putting out this kind of thing almost in a like terror sort of way if you think about it.
And again, we're not running the video out of respect for the platform we are on right now.
But I did see it over on X and I'm sure you can see it there.
Concerning Drone Sightings00:09:26
The other thing that's kind of intriguing people and concerning people, I should say, evidence of drones being found in New Jersey.
So take a look at this video.
This is a time-lapse video.
And you can see these drones that seem to be interacting with each other.
In New Jersey, and it's really something to see.
They're reported to be the size of, say, SUVs.
So these would be some really, really large pieces of equipment, and nobody really knows anything about it.
And you've got a number of people being asked.
For example, you've got KJP, that crackerjack press person that she is, really not being able to offer any indication of what this is.
You've also got New Jersey Congressman Jeff Van Drew, who does think he knows.
What it is, and has caused quite an uproar with these comments.
I want to share them with you.
Here he is just a short time ago today on Fox News.
Watch.
Representative Jeff Van Drew of New Jersey, member of the House Judiciary Committee on the Hill right now.
How do you address this at this point?
Well, here's the real deal, Harris.
You know, I'm also on the Transportation Committee, on the Aviation Subcommittee, and I've gotten to know people.
And from very high sources, very qualified sources, very responsible sources, I'm going to tell you the real deal.
Now, you know, we know there was a probability it could have been our own government.
We know it's not our own government because they would have let us know.
It could have been some really glorified hobbyist or hobbyists that were doing something unbelievable.
They don't have the technology.
But let's pretend that's possible.
The third possibility was somebody, an adversarial country, doing this.
Know that Iran made a deal with China to purchase drones, motherships, and technology in order to go forward.
The sources I have are good.
They can't reveal who they are because they are speaking to me in confidentiality.
These drones should be shot down.
Whether it was some crazy hobbyist that we can't imagine, or whether it is Iran, and I think it very possibly could be, they should be shot down.
We are not getting the full deal, and the military is on alert with this.
Look, you've given us some pretty dire information just here, and I want to make sure that our viewers are digesting this.
Iran has the capability to pull up along our eastern seaboard and launch drones the size of an SUV into the skies of several states, particularly New Jersey, where we know the incoming president has a large home, also in the same county or nearby where some of these drones in New Jersey have been seen.
That capability exists.
It's possible some of those drones are here.
So I have two questions.
How are they fueling them?
They have to land somewhere.
Drones don't fly forever.
Why don't they close down the airspace?
Yes, it's inconvenient.
Yes, it's the holidays.
Shut it down.
But if you start shooting things and you don't know how they're fueled, that's going to be mass explosions.
This isn't like one spy balloon.
Congressman, this is serious.
We've got to bring them down and we've got to find a way to bring them down.
I don't know exactly where they're landing.
Obviously, I have some information.
And again, This isn't just Jeff Van Drew, oh, let's get on Harris Faulkner's show and say something outrageous.
I'm telling you the straight deal from very high positioned individuals who are telling me this.
And the bottom line is they're launching them.
They are across the country.
We don't even have anything like this.
Our government and also certainly our hobbyists don't.
So think about it.
Not only do I have the information, but it's also common sense.
We've got to get them down.
We've got to determine how they function, what they do, Them and you're right in a safe way when I say shoot them down, get them down any way that you can.
But right now, they're probably extracting information.
This is a clear and present danger to the United States and to our president elect, and it's a serious business.
Well, and if one of them happens to fall and they're fueled, that explosion could kill people.
I have to let you go, Congressman, but I'm so grateful for your time today.
What the hell?
What is going on?
We know, we know that Iran would like to take out the president elect.
They've run videos about it.
They have not made that in any way something to be shy about.
So what he's saying right there is obviously of real, real concern.
Let's go to the Pentagon where they were just asked about specifically that New Jersey congressman's comments.
And they don't have much that makes me very comfortable to add.
Here we go.
Jen.
Sabrina, can you tell me what the Pentagon is doing to address this issue of drone sightings over New Jersey?
It's near sensitive installations.
The FBI is involved.
What is the Pentagon doing?
Sure.
So, at this time, so aware of those drone sightings that have been reported, at this time, we have no evidence that these activities are coming from a foreign entity or the work of an adversary.
We're going to continue to monitor what is happening, but, you know, At no point were our installations threatened when this activity was occurring.
Can you rule out that these are American drones or U.S. military drones?
These are not U.S. military drones.
Again, this is being investigated by local law enforcement.
Our initial assessment here is that these are not drones or activities coming from a foreign entity or adversary.
Representative Jeff Van Drew, who is a Republican from New Jersey, was just on the air saying that Iran launched a mothership.
Probably about a month ago, that contains these drones, and that that mothership is off the coast of the east coast of the United States.
Is there any truth to that?
There is not any truth to that.
There is no Iranian ship off the coast of the United States, and there's no so called mothership launching drones towards the United States.
You buy that?
I mean, don't forget, this is the same government that told us the laptop wasn't real, just Russian misinformation.
When in fact, the FBI had already confirmed its authenticity.
This is the same government that tried to convince you there was no possible way that that coronavirus could have ever come from the lab in Wuhan, China, where they were actually working on various gain and function research techniques.
And then, of course, it turned out, yep, yep, but you know, if it walks like a duck and talks like a duck, it's probably a duck.
So this is your government saying, nope.
It's not us, but it's not Iran.
So, who the hell is it?
Okay, don't tell me that's a hobbyist that you guys haven't figured out yet who it is.
Here's KJP trying to spin it.
Questions about drones.
There have been repeated drone sightings in the Northeast, especially in New Jersey.
These are not small drones, some of them are pretty large.
They're flying at low altitudes, they're flying in flocks.
Has the president been briefed on this situation?
So, we are certainly aware.
The president is aware.
Closely tracking the activity and coordinating closely with relevant agencies, including DHS and FBI, to continue to investigate these incidents.
I don't have anything beyond that to share.
Obviously, this is something that DHS and FBI are tracking very, very closely, and so I would have to refer you to them directly.
But aware, keeping an eye out, and looking into the incidents that you just mentioned.
A couple of so, though, but has the federal government ruled out that these are controlled by foreign entities?
Do you know if they're conducting surveillance over the state?
So, I cannot make any kind of predictions or comments about that specifically from here.
This is something that DHS is looking at and FBI, so I would have to refer you to them.
I don't have anything beyond that.
We're tracking this very closely.
Obviously, we're all aware of the incidents that have been reported.
I'm not going to go into what they could be or could not be from here.
That is something that.
Obviously, it is being looked at as those respective agencies.
When was the president briefed on this?
I don't have a timeline, but he certainly has been made aware of this.
The New Jersey governor said, you know, it's frustrating that there aren't answers about where these are coming from, that people are very concerned about this.
What's the White House message to the people up there who are frustrated that there isn't information right now?
And obviously, we hear them and we understand that.
We are closely tracking this, we are monitoring the incidents that have been put forward and certainly made public.
And we have two agencies that I've already mentioned that are looking into this, working closely with folks on the ground, trying to get to the bottom of it.
New Jersey Drones Mystery00:16:02
I don't have anything more to share beyond that.
I mean, that's all they got.
That's all, folks, right?
I mean, think about what the Pentagon said.
They said, well, local law enforcement is investigating it.
And I'm like, local law enforcement?
Okay, whoop-de-doo.
At least KJP admitted that DHS and the FBI are on the case.
But this is concerning.
This is very concerning, and they can't rule certain things out.
So I don't think we know what to think right now, but the congressman from New Jersey, Obviously, he has his concerns, and I'm glad that we know about it.
We need to know about it.
We need to know about it.
Anyway, this is a government that has just continually, over and over and over and over again, lied to us, including on things like the economy.
More on that in a second.
But first, you know what?
I want to give a shout out to our friends over at Balance of Nature, one of our great sponsors here on the Trish Regan Show.
I take my Balance of Nature gummies every single day.
I really do, fruits and veggies.
And because of my fruits and veggies, I actually get my vitamin D. Which is actually really critical to me, especially on a day like today, living in the Northeast.
I'm gonna tell you, it's a perfect day for drones because they really light up the sky.
It is so dark here in the Northeast because, you know, winter solstice is coming up.
Anyway, I digress.
The point being, I don't get enough sunlight.
There goes the tan.
So I need my balance in nature.

And this is what I really encourage people to do.
Go sign up for the model portfolios, because there's 10 to 15 stocks in each single one of those things and they're killing it.
The numbers are absolutely fantastic.
I'm so proud of this venture and again, I created this for you.
Listen, there's a lot going on right about now, and not just up in the sky but, you know, also down here on earth, because we just got the latest read on inflation and we're looking at 2.7 inflation again.
It's common and hot hot, hot.
And what's the FED doing?
It's still cutting rates.
So, I anticipate that there's going to be more inflation on the way.
The Treasury Secretary, who's the former head of the Federal Reserve, one Janet Yellen, was just asked about this today by a Wall Street Journal economics reporter at a conference.
And, well, it's like the apology tour just continues.
First, we had to hear from Blinken telling us how sorry he is to the families of the 13 soldiers that were killed in Afghanistan.
And now Janet Yellen saying, gee, I wish we could have done more, but, you know, I printed too damn much money along the way.
Here we go.
One last question.
One not so great aspect of the legacy you and President Biden leave behind is a very large budget deficit, roughly 6% of GDP.
Are you sorry you couldn't make more progress on that?
And how much of a risk does that pose to the economy?
Well, I am concerned about fiscal sustainability.
And I am sorry that we haven't made more progress.
I believe that the deficit needs to be brought down.
Yeah, the deficit needs to be brought down.
You should be concerned.
You know, debt rose $8.2 trillion while she was Fed chair or vice chair.
And then it rose another $8.5 trillion when she became Treasury Secretary.
Woo, lady, I mean, you really like to spend, and it's not on clothes or shoes.
I mean, it's unbelievable how much money they have printed.
Really, really, really unbelievable.
And this is just, this is what we're dealing with right now.
It's just so, I asked my friend Alfredo about it.
I just sat down with him literally minutes ago before I came here.
Let's watch.
Joining me right now, my very good friend Alfredo Ortiz, who runs Job Creators Network.
Join JCN.com.
It's a place to go.
Alfredo, it's good to see you.
Always great to see you, Trish.
Thank you.
We actually haven't talked, at least on camera, since the election happened.
We were just talking about 2.7% inflation.
It's crazy.
I want to get to that in just a moment.
But first of all, your reaction I know you guys did a lot of groundwork.
You were very instrumental, especially in terms of getting the Hispanic vote out.
Just your reaction to the news that Donald Trump is the next 47th president of the United States.
Man, it couldn't happen soon enough, quite frankly.
You know, I know we're talking about the 2.7 inflation.
I mean, things are still out of control.
Our small business owners are still suffering.
And so, but there's definitely a sigh of relief.
We did a poll, a national poll amongst our small business owners after the election.
And it's amazing.
I mean, the jump in confidence is a record jump for us from the polling that we started almost two and a half years ago.
So they're excited.
They're excited that lower taxes and Less regulations is going to be the new environment that had been pretty much choking them over this past situation.
I mean, $2 trillion of regulations, Trey, that hurts the economy and hurts our small businesses.
Yeah, I hear you.
It was horrible regulations, and you guys have done a lot to expose that.
That's great to see on your poll.
I mean, that's really, really because you need that confidence, right?
Among small business owners.
Small business owners being the backbone, really and truly the backbone of this economy.
So if they're starting to feel good, that's a good sign.
I mean, at the same time, right, 2.7% inflation.
To me, Alfredo, curious to get your reaction.
I look at that and I think it's in part because of all this new confidence, right?
For the last four weeks, like people have been feeling, well, almost four weeks, I guess, yeah, just about four.
We're like feeling good, right?
We're like, okay, finally.
We just look at the market.
Everybody's like, whoo, okay, maybe grocery prices will finally come down.
Trump has expressed his commitment to bring lower prices.
But when you have a Federal Reserve that's lowering rates and you have a business community that's super psyched, how do you reduce inflation?
Well, it's going to be a big challenge.
But I think Donald Trump's plan of attack, and I agree with you, day one is to basically address energy dominance once again, starting with bringing back the Keystone XL pipeline, putting those workers back to work, and getting our entire energy industry, especially from a domestic standpoint, back on track.
I mean, President Biden destabilized, I think.
Not only the domestic but the global energy market by doing the way they did on day one, that was the decision I think that actually triggered a lot of what we saw the 9.1 record high inflation that we had under the Biden administration.
That's what triggered food prices being up almost now 24 25 percent.
I mean, I don't know about you, but you know, when you go right now, you know, tax and you know, uh, car payments, you look at that car insurance payment, it is sky high, but that's because everything is at record highs, and so we need to address energy as you said, drill baby drill.
We've got to get those.
That beautiful black oil under the ground, flowing as he said, and uh, we got to make sure we get back to dominant.
See, I think that that is the key to everything.
I mean, it just sort of amazed me with this past administration.
I've pointed this out before.
I mean, one hand doesn't talk to the other.
You're gonna cut off the supply of Russian natural gas through sanctions.
Don't you think that maybe that wouldn't be the appropriate time to have cut off all the possible oil drilling and natural gas drilling you could have done here in the U.S.?
I mean, I'm just you know, trying to be logical here, but I think you're right, Alfredo.
I think that.
If you increase the amount of money that we're producing, that will in turn translate to lower energy prices.
You got more supply on the market, therefore reducing the cost of everything, helping Americans with this really, really onerous inflation.
What do you want to see from a small business perspective?
Because it's been like, woo, in terms of regulations, right?
The last four years, they never met a regulation they didn't absolutely love.
How much of that is going to change, and what's that going to mean for small business owners?
Well, I think there's going to be a lot of change, Trish, because again, as we're talking about reducing prices, right?
I mean, Right now, we just said that we came out of 2.7% uptick in inflation.
We actually almost have to enter a deflationary period, which basically means we're going to have to offset some of the deflationary period by growth, right, in terms of our top line revenue.
And that has to be done through tax cuts.
Lower taxes, less regulation.
I mean, Donald Trump, he did it before, no reason why he can't do it again.
How are you guys communicating this in terms of what the needs are for small businesses?
Because I know you're all over the country, you talk to small business owners.
every single day.
You guys have a terrific program.
I encourage people to be part of it.
You can go to joinjcn.com.
If you want to donate, donate.
There's a nice red button for you to donate.
It's the end of the year, so well worth a contribution.
Or you can get involved because you guys, I know Alfredo, have a terrific grassroots effort.
But what are you doing to convey the message to the administration, to the Small Business Administration?
How closely do you work with them?
Because look, people, businesses have been hurting and there's relief in sight, but only if we get the right kind.
Yeah, absolutely.
So, you know, I've been already having meetings with leadership, you know, really at the Capitol in terms of, you know, Speaker Johnson on down, because I want to make sure that they understand just the importance of making these small business tactics permanent and not letting them, you know, slide away.
You know, a little bit concerned because what's built into their, Calculations right now is not the immediate expensing, and I was a little bit concerned that that was going to be the case.
They're using basically current law that's going to exist at the end of 25 as their baseline, and since it actually expires, since it basically phases out by the end of 25, the immediate expensing, they're using that basically as a baseline.
So I'm very concerned about that because they got to go back and renew that.
I mean, the immediate expensing that's a big deal because that gets the engines rolling.
People are like, Oh, I can take the whole expense this year, terrific, I'll buy it.
It was really, truly the bigger issue from a positive standpoint for our small business owners than the deduction.
And so, you know, when I found that out, I'm like, well, that's going to be a real problem because that is a big, huge benefit that our small business owners use that put the economy on such a great track under the Trump administration.
And so we're going to have to be really loud about that.
I think they realize how loud we're going to be about that because if we don't fight for that, Trish, you know, it's not going to get on there.
Well, you guys keep fighting.
We love what you do.
I love talking to you.
Thank you for being here today.
Alfredo Ortiz, everyone, go to join JCN, Job Creators Network, just a wonderful organization doing a lot of good stuff to preserve the integrity of a capitalist meritocracy.
Thank you so much, Alfredo.
Thanks, Trish.
Bye bye.
You know, we need that, right?
A capitalist meritocracy.
Music to my ears.
Anyway, moving on to some of these other stories.
I'm just saying, do you guys remember this?
Do you remember this?
Communicating with These state and local prosecutions against Trump, you can clear it all up for us right now.
Will the Department of Justice provide to the committee all documents, all correspondence between the department and Alvin Bragg's office and Fonnie Willis' office and Letitia James' office?
The offices you're referring to are independent offices of state and local government.
I get that.
I get that.
The question is whether or not you will provide all of your documents and correspondence.
That's the question.
I don't need a history lesson.
Well, I'm going to say again.
We do not control those offices.
They make their own decisions.
The question is whether you communicate with them, not whether you control them.
Do you communicate with them and will you provide those communications?
We'll make a request.
We'll refer it to our Office of Legislative Affairs.
But see, here's the thing.
You come in here and you lodge this attack that it's a conspiracy theory that there is coordinated lawfare against Trump.
And then when we say, fine, just give us the documents, give us the correspondence, and then if it's.
Yeah.
That would be nice to have.
It would be nice to have the documents and the correspondence, but you know what?
They don't want to turn it over, which tells you something, I think.
News today that Fanny, Fanny, however she says it, Willis, is not willing to cooperate with local authorities that are looking into just exactly what went down and what kind of coordinated efforts were made between Fanny, Fanny Willis, who may see her, you know what, Fanny, back in the, well, or in, I should say, the, uh, a slammer, because she's not, she's not complying with the subpoena.
Like you can't do that, all right, remember what happened to Bannon, he went to jail.
Remember what happened to Peter Navaro, he went to jail.
I mean, I realize the Libs.
They always somehow finagle their way out of it and somehow, you know, somebody is able to do them a last minute favor and then they don't have to go to jail.
But the conservatives go to jail when they don't comply with the subpoena.
So guess what, Fanny?
You don't comply with the subpoena.
You know what?
You're gonna have some problems, some big ones.
Okay, I won't go there.
It's too tempting.
It's too tempting.
But she is going to have some problems, all right?
And she might actually find herself in jail because you can't just refuse the court of law in the way that she's trying to right now.
So Matt Gaetz, who by the way is going to have his own show on One America News Network, he's like a dog with a bone and he wants to get to the bottom of this.
And I think he's going to do a lot of rattling to try and make sure that he does.
But I would still say we're going to go back to why isn't she coming forward with whatever correspondence that she had.
I mean, we do know that the boyfriend, that's all come out, the boyfriend who was being paid $600,000 of taxpayer money there in Georgia by way of Fannie, he actually did travel to the White House on several occasions and actually did have some meetings.
So how much were they controlling from on top?
That's a real question.
Matt Gaetz Investigation00:09:53
Meanwhile, more news today in that Letitia James is absolutely not willing to budge on her case and she's waiting for the Court of Appeals to throw her case out.
I mean, she had an opportunity here, shall we just say, a sliver of an opportunity to look like she was actually taking the high road and that she was going to, in the name of unity, put that $500 million fine, the civil case, the judgment against Donald Trump behind us all.
But note, she's sticking to her gun saying that she has the right to do this because it's state versus federal, and this is before he became the president.
Of course, she has no right, no right to be there in the first place, and the Court of Appeals knows this, but she's going to string it out for all it's worth.
Some of you that were watching yesterday may have seen this, but let me bring it to you and catch up speed.
It's a $470 million civil fraud judgment against President elect Donald Trump.
Joining us now with more is MSNBC's Lisa Rubin.
Lisa, good morning.
What does this mean?
Good morning, Jose.
President Trump's lawyers are trying to get the New York Attorney General to set aside that case.
But as they said in their letter today, they're refusing to do so because that case, which was a civil litigation, is primarily and almost exclusively about his pre-presidential conduct and running the Trump organization.
And as they say in their letter, there are over a dozen other defendants who are part of that $450 million plus civil fraud judgment.
I want to point out also that this is part of their strategy to sort of extend the presidential immunity.
Argument from the opinion over the weekend.
You can see them do that with the New York DA's office as well.
That office's brief in response to a motion to dismiss the New York Hush Money case, where there is also a verdict, is expected later today.
We should expect to see them also fight back against the idea that the judgment has to be thrown out merely because Trump is going to be president again.
Lisa Rubin, thank you.
Okay, so that's where we are on that one.
But I'll tell you, Letitia James herself.
Never should have been bringing this case in the first place.
This was a private transaction between an individual and his bank, Deutsche Bank.
Everybody made money.
They made some hundred million bucks on it.
Everybody was happy.
Deutsche Bank said they'd do the deal again, but Letitia's in the way saying, no, I don't think that property should have been valued at that.
You know, hey, Letitia, that's none of your business, really.
You don't have a victim in this alleged crime other than you just want to raise money for your campaign because you don't like Donald Trump.
That's what this is about, right?
And she's on record for this.
She is absolutely on record.
And this is dangerous.
It's setting a bad precedent.
It's important that the Court of Appeals, and it's going to happen any day now, reject this thing and that they go after her.
They need to go after her.
They should disbar her for this kind of activity.
He's called me venomous.
We will fight back to your attempt to bring Trumpism to New York City.
He's called me disgraceful.
He's called me radical.
Listen.
Yes.
We know he's crazy.
We know he doesn't have a sound mind.
He's called me a racist.
We've got to stand up to an administration which is too male, too pale, and too stale.
Adisha, I'll tell you, honey, you're done.
You're really done.
And the more you draw this out, the more egg you have on your face, the more embarrassing it is for you.
Already, the Court of Appeals was absolutely stunned.
The judges were like, What?
You got to be kidding us.
And don't we have anything to curb the power of these aggressive DAs?
These DAs?
And these AGs, an attorney general like Letitia James who proudly says, well, I have steel in my backbone.
I will not fear Donald Trump.
I have steel in my backbone.
And the reality is I will not allow this person, Donald Trump, who unfortunately is a broken man, to get in the way of progress and to separate.
Wow.
Who's separating who now?
Letitia James is a disgrace.
Letitia James is everything that is wrong with the system.
People politicizing things for their own gain, for their own career path.
By the way, just saying, I'm throwing this out there.
She's allegedly, reportedly worth some $15 million.
I'd like to know how.
I mean, do public defender jobs really pay that well?
Is it that hot being an AG?
How'd she get $15 million to her name?
Hasn't she worked in government services her entire career?
Now, there's some internet sleuthing we need to do.
All right.
I love seeing you guys.
Make sure you subscribe, share, like.
I just want to go out to some of your comments.
I appreciate you always being here.
Look at this.
We're coming up on 500,000.
This is insane, is it not?
Like, we've just exploded.
No, she's not qualified for the job.
I agree.
Thank you, Billie Lynn, always on my game.
Appreciate that.
Stealing her backbone, larceny in her heart.
Wow, David, that is well said.
Eric Tate, welcome.
I haven't seen you here before.
Welcome to the program.
It is great to see you guys.
Campaign.
Funds are fungible.
Really, really frightening.
John Z, I don't think it's Al Sharpton worth.
You know what?
Al Sharpton, speaking of MSNBC going down the tubes, right?
Al Sharpton, remember that he got $500,000?
$500,000 for his charity or organization or whatever it was from the Kamala Harris campaign just before, of course, doing that MSNBC interview with Kamala Harris.
Is that what you're paying for airtime?
Apparently, he's cheaper than Oprah anyway.
Oprah, per the New York Times, got $2.5 million.
And gosh, you know, what were they doing?
Like 300,000 on YouTube?
Heck, we do that in one show, right, guys?
Spread the word, share, like.
Oh, Don, it's good to see you again.
See, Don knows.
He's keeping track of you guys.
Sometimes it's hard for me to look at the camera and look at the comments all at the same time, but he's pointing out that Eric is a regular.
So, Eric, welcome back.
It is great to hear from you.
Great to see you.
Don, I see a lot there.
Of course, David Lorenzo, very much in the mix as well.
And Ian and Billy and Michael over at Facebook.
Great to have you there too.
It is so wonderful.
Yeah, I love to see the interaction.
I love to see that.
It's really, it's just great.
Shady's wondering if Oprah has left for Canada yet.
Does anybody have an update on that?
Hey, did you see that Joy Behar?
I talked about that the other day.
She's selling her house in New York.
She's got this little Victorian in Sag Harbor for like $10.5 million.
I mean, it's wild.
$10.5 million.
Where's Letitia when you need her?
Letitia should be investigating that one, right?
I'm kidding, of course.
You know what?
If she wants to sell it for $10.5 million and someone is stupid enough to buy it for $10.5 million, I still remain that the government has no business being in there poking around, okay?
That's why this Letitia James case is so inherently flawed.
It's really.
Messed up.
Wait a second.
Ian, we only have 14,000 to go.
14,000 to go to what?
I'm going to ask you here.
You're going to let me know because you're keeping an eye.
I actually can't see that.
I see how many people are here right now.
14,000 to go until we actually hit the 500,000 mark.
That would be amazing, right?
We can do that.
We can do that like this week, I think, or at least by Christmas.
We'll see.
It is good to see you all.
Please spread the word.
We've just been growing and growing and growing.
And you know what?
This is all thanks to you, it's all organic.
There's no extra marketing here.
I have a store, but I don't even have a website yet.
We're working on that.
We're working on that.
This is just right here on this live stream every single day.
And you guys have been here through the thick of it, sometimes even when the microphone doesn't work, right?
I hope so, Don.
500K by Christmas.
Well, that would be a wonderful Christmas present for sure.
It is good to see you guys.
One of you writing, it just flew by.
I just caught it.
That the view, you cannot wait for it to be canceled.
I can tell you, you know what?
It is going to be canceled.
Sooner or later, this is going to happen.
And I can tell you from a business perspective at least the CEO doesn't want it, just like the CEO of Comcast didn't want MSNBC anymore.
One, it's a dead business.
Two, it's a lot of baggage.
I mean you get a deal, say in the case of Comcast, with Joy Reid, with Rachel Maddow, with Joe and Mika.
I mean you get a whole circus festival going on plus Rachel Maddow.
They could have played 25 million dollars to every single Monday night for that one spectacular conspiratorial show she's got going on on Monday night.
That gets beaten by Adult SWIM, Bob's Workers, they got a problem there.
They certainly do.
All of these companies that have these big, big media assets have a massive problem.
So you're going to see a lot more change coming.
And it's very threatening for everyone that's in that system.
It's very threatening to the Leslie Stahls of the world, to the Joy Behars of the world, to the David Muirs over at ABC News, and to the Rachel Maddows and the Joe and Mika's, et cetera.
But you know what I would say?
Building Something Great00:00:45
If any of them are good, they can do exactly what I did, right?
This is exactly what we're doing building something here together.
from the ground up because it's authentic and it's real.
And if you have that, you got everything.
It's great to see you.
I'll be back here live.
As always, make sure you hit that bell.
Otherwise, you know, we've got kind of a floating schedule.
I know Don and some of you others, Alfonso said, can you stick to a time?
Can you stick to the time?
I wish I could, but you know what?
There's so much information coming in and it's just a few of us here.
I don't have 40 people like I used to.
So getting it all together, I want it to be just right for all of you.
I want to make sure that you get all the sound bites and get all the information that you need.
