You're listening to the Liberty News Radio Network, and this is the political cesspool.
The Political Cesspool, going across the South and worldwide as the South's foremost populist conservative radio program.
And here to guide you through the murky waters of the Political Cesspool is your host, James Edwards.
Well, it's been a hectic week, ladies and gentlemen.
What with Christmas and New Year's and all of that?
Not to mention the fact that we've got a three-month-old baby at home, and so we're still getting used to the new normal this Saturday evening, January 2nd.
In fact, most of the last half of, well, really all of 2020, if you think about it, was a flur, but particularly the last couple of months with the election and everything going on.
One thing I do vividly remember, though, was leaving the hospital to drive to the studio to tape to air a broadcast.
And Peter Brimelow called me while I was driving to the studio.
He was scheduled to appear on the show that night.
And he was telling me all about this Republican nominee for the United States Senate out of the state of Delaware.
He says, you've got to look into this to this woman.
She's incredible.
And I said, well, tell me a little bit more about her, Peter.
And he did.
And I was certainly interested, very fascinated.
And long overdue and long story short, we have her with us tonight, Lauren Witzke, the former, recently former Republican nominee out of the state of Delaware for the United States Senate.
Lauren, how are you?
Hi.
Thank you so much for having me on.
I'm excited and happy to be here.
I'm well.
Well, we are going to have a good time.
It's a fun first show of the year, especially with you being on.
And your background.
I mean, the story of your life before you entered into politics is just incredible.
You've been very candid and forthright about it, frankly.
I'd pay to see a movie about it.
Your story could be turned into a movie.
What can you tell us about it?
This being your first appearance on this program to better acquaint yourself with the audience and then with you?
Tell us your background.
Yeah, sure, for sure.
Yeah, so this was my first time actually ever running for office.
I don't exactly bring a normal background.
You know, all through my 20s, I struggled with addiction, very, very bad addiction.
I struggled with heroin and methamphetamine use.
I was in and out of rehabs.
I actually was recruited by cartels to work for them.
I was transporting drugs from like places like Detroit to Tennessee.
You know, I was just consumed by addiction.
And, you know, my story, like the Lord set me free, you know, and gave me a new path.
And I decided to run for office because I got sick and tired.
You know, everything I walked through became my platform.
Everything I saw that was wrong with our nation became my platform.
You know, our immigration policies, you know, a lot of those people that I work for that will sell drugs to your children and not think twice that they're late.
You know, they don't care.
They come into this country 100% legally.
So I really was able to see firsthand the problems with our immigration system and who we are allowing and giving government assistance to.
And they come into our country.
You know, and that became part of my platform.
You know, and I got sick and tired of my friends dying in McDonald's parking lots, overdosing in, you know, McDonald's or Big Lots.
And I just, it was, it became too much where I was frustrated that politicians were not talking about it.
You know, I went through a long-term residential rehab called Keene Challenge and, you know, it just changed my life.
God changed my life.
You know, my story is Jesus' story.
However, my testimony became my platform.
And I was able to bring my platform and my story on a national platform.
And we did not win.
However, we set a record in vote 50,000 more votes than any GOP Senate candidate in Delaware history.
We were going up against the Democrat machine.
However, the entire fact that I was even alive to run was just a miracle in itself.
And I will continue to work hard and I will continue to expose the things that are wrong with the United States of America.
Our government officials who are bought and sold by big globalist corporations who import cheap labor without even filtering.
Also addressing the opioid epidemic.
It's something that our political class has failed.
They've absolutely failed to even address.
They don't want to talk about it.
You know, the working class is dying and working class Americans are dying and they do not care.
So I went out there and I talked about things that mattered.
I went out there and I brought opioid addiction to the forefront of the political speech.
And we did really well.
And it's just, I don't know what's next, but I know that God is good and I know that he has good plans.
And I'm excited to see what is next.
Are you there?
Are you there?
Yeah, we're here.
Vesmerized is what it was.
I do want to appreciate it.
I want to toss it over to my co-host, Keith Alexander.
We are coming up on the first break of the hour, but I appreciate you giving the glory to God for that.
This is a Christian program.
Outspokenly so.
And that is one of the things that I think makes us a little bit different and unique.
Some people kind of put on the pro-Christian boilerplate, whereas we actually really do believe it here.
And that is another part of your story.
As you mentioned, I'm at your Twitter page right now.
Of course, you're well known for being the Republican nominee for the Senate out of Delaware, but also, as you mentioned, being a recovery advocate, immigration hawk, pro-life, pro-Jesus, pro-family.
And that is another thing that really attracted us to you.
Keith, Lauren, Keith, Alexander, I just wanted to give you this idea, and you can think about it over the break.
What is happening in our nation's capital?
What is happening about this election?
What's happening in the Republican Party about support for Trump on this?
We'd like your observations on this and your insights.
If you could, please.
Yeah, sure.
Absolutely.
Yeah, so what we have, you know, this is a planned coordinated attack by the darkest forces of evil that are attacking our nation.
You know, they hate President Trump because he fights for us.
They hate President Trump because he stands for restricting immigration.
You know, he stands for building a border around our nation.
You know, they have always hated him.
They have hated him because he represents ordinary people and he fights for ordinary people.
Working class citizens, you know, the working class unions came out to vote for President Trump.
He is somebody that they cannot control.
So they are doing, the left is using every force of evil that they possibly can to launch a full-scale attack against President Trump.
And I'm telling you what, they will not win.
They are not going to win.
You know, they have this mentality.
The left has this mentality, win at all costs.
You know, they stopped counting ballots at 10 p.m. at night because Trump was winning by such a landslide.
And they had to create ballots to stuff the ballot box with.
They have this mentality, win at all costs.
And the GOP needs to adopt the same mentality.
Instead, we have a GOP who is cowardly.
We have a GOP who backs down and panders to a mob, a raging, evil mob, who calls like for our historical monuments to be taken down.
You know, a lot of GOP congresspeople voted in favor of that.
And that is what we are dealing with, a spineless GOP.
And, you know, President Trump at the top of our ticket, you know, if this had been a Democrat, they would have rallied behind him and done everything they can to secure his rightful win.
However, RGOP is just turning on him because they are spineless and they are cowardly.
And they think that we aren't going to remember.
However, we certainly are going to remember every person who turned their back on President Trump, who didn't even offer a shred of support when he, oh, we're losing.
I'm going away to break.
Go ahead, finish your talk.
That's the music.
She hears the music coming up.
She's a savvy veteran in media now after her incredible run.
Lauren Witzke is our guest, and we will be back with her right after this little foreshadowing.
I want to go back to her campaign, and then we'll fast forward back to what she would have done had she won and what she hopes to see happen on January 6th.
All that and more coming up.
Lauren, stay tuned.
We'll be right back.

Most Americans are painfully aware that the nation is on the wrong track and in dire straits.
Unfortunately, most political pundits only nibble around the edges when they claim to address the issues.
Even worse, many of the so-called solutions are simply rewarmed servings of what got us into the mess we currently face.
And the politicians think we're so gullible and naive that we'll buy their lies that they have reformed and now understand where they led us astray.
Unfortunately, the truth of the matter is that they simply wish to continue to hold power.
The solution to America's challenges is found in returning to the timeless principles found in the United States Constitution.
My book and lecture series will reawaken in Americans an understanding and love of the principles which made this nation the freest, most prosperous, happiest, and most respected nation on earth.

Okay, girls, about finished with your lesson on money?
Daddy, what is a buy-sell spread for gold coins?
Well, when you sell a gold coin to a coin shop that's worth, say, $1,200, you don't actually get $1,200.
But don't worry, we're members of UPMA now, so we don't have to worry about that.
Daddy, why somebody seals that gold?
We don't have any gold at the house.
It's stored safely in the UPMA vault, securely and insured.
But the SP 500 outperformed gold.
Daddy, gold is a bad investment.
Some people do think of it that way, but actually, gold is money.
And as members of the United Precious Metals Association, we can use our gold at any store, just like a credit card.
Or I can ask them to drop it right into Mommy and Daddy's bank account because we're a UPMA member family.

And now back to tonight's show.
All right, everybody.
Well, welcome back.
Our featured guest this evening is Lauren Witzke, the recently former Republican nominee for the United States Senate.
Lauren, one of the things that actually got me in the radio was a candidacy that I fell short on myself.
I ran for the state House of Representatives, not the United States Senate, but just the local state house.
And we made enough of a stink back in 2002 to where they can't be a radio show.
Keith Alexander has run for judge as well.
And so it's fascinating to me what goes into running a campaign.
And when I say that, I don't mean just as so many people do, putting your name on a ballot and not campaigning and you just lose and you say you ran for office.
You won a contested primary and then you went up for one of the highest offices in the land, winning 40% of the vote in Joe Biden's adoptive state.
That is a big deal.
Obviously, you had a ton of media coverage, but take us back to the beginning.
I mean, you were talking about your colorful history.
How do you go from that to running for the United States Senate and winning the Republican nomination?
Right.
Okay.
So, you know, the first thing I did was I thought long and hard about this, too.
And I wanted people to know when I ran for office exactly what they were getting.
So I, and I didn't want the media or the left to be able to hold, like, you know, I didn't want them to be able to hold anything over my head or blackmail me.
So I was completely honest from the get-go.
A lot of people wouldn't have even known who I worked for or what I did exactly.
You know, they knew, you know, people would have known I struggled with addiction, but they would not have known the intricacies and the details had I not.
I put it first day on my bio on my campaign page because I wanted people to know exactly what they were voting for.
I went out there and I was honest.
And, you know, there is a desire for authenticity.
There is a desire for people who are going to electing politicians who are going to fight for you and be honest with you.
And, you know, we all have struggles.
A lot of people have their own addictions, you know, whether it's gambling or pornography or, you know, there are so many struggles and everybody has stuff.
And I was just an ordinary person running to represent ordinary people.
You know, and we actually, yes, we did defeat the GOP primary.
The actual Delaware GOP put a candidate up against me who was well known within the Republican Party, was a lawyer.
He was decorated Marine officer.
And we destroyed him in our primary.
Yes.
And he was, you know, he was very arrogant.
He thought he walked into it and was like, I'm going to crush her, you know, because she's just a nobody and I'm all these things.
However, we embarrassed him in the GOP primary and it was great and we worked really hard.
My first time running, I think that's huge.
And then we took it to Chris Coons, who is evil.
I mean, the man is pure evil.
He claims to be a Christian.
He is anything but.
He is vehemently opposes Christian values.
Today he was actually celebrating the legalization of abortion in Argentina today.
As a man who campaigned as chairman of the National Prayer Breakfast, you know, I find that very shocking.
You know, and I just called him out and I said things to him and about him that every other person wishes they could have said to him.
And he ended up running from me.
He would not debate me.
He defied Delaware tradition.
I mean, it's Delaware tradition that you always debate your opponent.
Never in the history has anybody ever dodged someone.
And it weren't for Joe Biden.
Yeah.
Yeah, it's true.
It's true.
You know, and Joe really was, you know, in his basement in Greenville, Delaware.
Everybody knows, and it's really funny because, you know, Delaware, like we, it's a small state.
Everybody knows everybody.
We all know, like, it's like common knowledge that Joe Biden has dementia.
Like, we knew this before he launched his campaign.
We didn't think he was going to make it past the primary.
And it's just unbelievable that the Democrat Party decided to choose a man with dementia as their presidential nominee.
And should, which I'm not saying this is going to happen because it is not, Joe Biden will never take office.
But if, you know, they had succeeded, Joe Biden would have never been in.
What is wrong?
Lauren, this is Keith again.
What is wrong with the Republican Party putting up people like your opponent and basically treating you like you're the red-headed chef's child at the family reunion?
Right.
You know, I don't know.
I don't know.
You know, I ran on a populist America first platform, putting Americans a Trump platform, a Trumpian platform.
Yeah, a Trumpian platform.
And it's just the GOP hates anything Trump.
And they don't realize that the GOP dies with President Trump.
You would be thinking they'd be doing everything they're true.
And you're going to see in 2022, every congressperson that opposed him, who was up for reelection, they're going to start being primaried out and they're going to be in unemployment.
And they're too stupid to realize it.
And I think they're just really dumb.
You know, they have no, they have lost cuts.
They have absolutely lost cuts with common people.
You know, the whole smaller government Tea Party thing, the, you know, it's just the lower taxes, smaller government, when our families are struggling and dying from opioid addiction, can't get jobs, crushed by student loan debt, but being replaced by cheap foreign labor.
These are issues that matter.
And the GOP doesn't want to talk about them because they're so afraid of being called racist.
You know, they're so called of being like afraid of being called a name that they, you know, they will dodge and put up a milk toast candidate and just rally around him instead.
And that's what happened.
And, you know, yeah, it's just, and we destroyed him.
You know, ordinary people want authenticity.
Ordinary people want somebody who is going to work for them and represent their interests and be their voice in Washington, D.C.
And they have not been fortunate enough to have that, you know, as we see now.
You know, people, Trump wanted a landslide.
You know, Ann Coulter, excuse me, you keep fading out on us.
It's not your fault.
It's on our end.
But Ann Coulter described Trump's campaign as this.
He said he saw a thousand dollar bill lying on the sidewalk and said to other Republicans, he said, do you want to pick that up?
Nobody wanted to pick it up except him.
He makes them talk about topics that there seems to be a conspiracy of silence about.
Why do the Republicans, why do they allow themselves to be part of that conspiracy of silence?
And what does the future hold?
Can you transform the Republican Party into a populist party that actually campaigns on the issues that the people are interested in, the vote Republican, or is we're going to have to have like a bull moose party back in 1920?
Well, and to your point, Keith, it's a winning platform, too.
Trump won the presidency out of nowhere.
Then you've got a candidate like Lauren who beat an entrenched establishment Republican in her primary.
So this is a, these are also, Lauren, issues that aren't just right and good for the country.
The people are in agreement with these issues to the chagrin of the Republican establishment who are still fighting tooth and nail to run from them.
Yeah, it's true.
It's true.
And, you know, it's like the GOP and the Democrat Party are the same party.
You know, for the last in the last 20 years, I think there was eight years where Democrat or Republicans had the House and the Senate, and they still did not move to defund Planned Parenthood.
So taxpayers are still paying for abortion.
Christian taxpayers are being forced to pay for government-funded abortions.
And, you know, like it's like they campaign on these things, like pro-life.
Oh, I'm pro-life.
I'm going to do this.
But they get there and they do nothing and they partner and they side with the Democrats.
So it's almost like the GOP doesn't even want to win.
They enjoy being controlled opposition.
So when you have a candidate who is actually, oh my gosh, she could win on this and go to D.C. and make a difference, we have to shut her down.
And that has been very evident, you know, especially since President Trump in 2016 when he won.
You know, he went to D.C. and he represented our interests and he talked to normal people and he talked about ordinary issues that are affecting Americans.
And, you know, the GOP hates that because the GOP is bought and sold by corporate globalist business just as much as the Democrats are.
Well, it's happened for a long time.
I remember when George Wallace said the difference between the Republican and the Democratic Party is the difference between Tweedledum and Tweedledee.
That was back in the 60s.
So, you know, yeah, there seems to be something about the power of money that seduces both parties, people in both parties.
Do you think that maybe finance campaign finance reform might be an answer?
Well, we'll let you chew on that over this break after we hear these words from our sponsors.
Stay tuned, everybody.
Lauren's traveling tonight.
She's going to be going through a tunnel.
We may lose her for a couple of minutes, but we're going to have her for at least one more segment.
And we certainly want to ask her the question: what would she do if she were in the Senate on January 6th?
What do we expect to happen between now and Inauguration Day?
Voter fraud, election fraud, and all of that.
Lauren Witzke will give you her thoughts on it right after these words.
Exposing Corruption Informing citizens.
Pursuing liberty.

Who's the most admired man in America?
Dan Naraki reports.
According to a new poll, President Trump is the most admired man in America.
The yearly Gallup poll shows Trump edging out former President Obama to take the top spot this year.
President-elect Joe Biden, Pope Francis, the Dalai Lama, and LeBron James also made the top 10.
The sitting president has been named most admired in 60 of the polls 74 years.
Michelle Obama took the top spot as the most admired woman, with Vice President-elect Kamala Harris in second and First Lady Melania Trump in third.
From the USA Radio News Ohio Bureau, I'm Dan Naraki.
How could we have not made that poll, huh?
This is USA Radio News.
Oh, yeah.

Oh yeah, now it's finally time.
It's time to jump back into the political cesspool to be part of the show and have your voice heard around the world.
Call us at 1-866-986-6397.
I want to thank again, Lauren Winske, for being with us tonight as we emerge from the holidays and get back into business as usual.
What a fantastic, what a fascinating story.
Her background, emerging from all of that, finding Christ running and winning the Republican nomination for United States Senate out of Delaware, putting up a heck of a race against the Democratic incumbent and winning 40% of the vote.
She took one of three counties in Delaware.
Ladies and gentlemen, Delaware has the fewest number of counties of any state in the Union, just three.
She won one of those three and was fighting tooth and nail the whole way.
Most, I think a lot of us know her for her stand on immigration, but she ran a multifaceted campaign.
And again, Lauren, we're thankful to have you with us tonight.
So January 6th, big day.
I know, I guess most people who are familiar with you will know that your views on the election fraud, your views mirror ours, so we don't have to get into all of that.
But what would you do if you were in the Senate on January 6th?
And what do you think will actually happen?
Oh, I would be objecting to the electors, absolutely.
You know, and the senators and the congresspeople who will be having a say, they would benefit from knowing if you certify a fraudulent election, that's a crime.
They are blatantly committing a crime.
You know, the people, the American people, we have seen overwhelming evidence.
You know, there's no way they haven't seen it.
There's no way they aren't aware.
So pay close attention to who does and who doesn't.
I think the list is going to grow.
I know Senator Hawley just yesterday said that he will be.
And I think that's great.
He was the first one and more to follow.
And those senators need to realize that if they certify a fraudulent election, that's a crime.
And, you know, I hope he starts arresting people right then and there.
But we'll see.
He said January 6th is going to be huge.
I was told specifically that I needed to make sure I was there.
So if you can make it, make sure you are there because I think it is going to be a historic day that America will never forget.
It will go down in the history book for sure.
Well, I know one thing's for sure.
Trump could certainly use more people with like you there.
And I am thankful you were actually the first to mention it.
We're an hour and a half in the show, and we've not yet mentioned what Senator Hawley is going to be doing.
So that Mo Brooks challenge is going to get a hearing.
And you're right.
You know, we've been saying this for weeks.
If President Trump, and I believe it to be true, that there was enough fraud to overturn the rightful winner of this election.
If he has that, Lauren, can he agree to leave under any circumstances and without violating his oath of law?
And what if this challenge fails?
What happens then?
You know, I don't know.
I just know that they have a plan.
Like, President Trump has been planning for this.
He has been saying that the fraud was going to be just extravagant for months.
You know, we all remember that he was saying this.
He was prepared for this.
He knew this was going to happen.
And I think it had to happen this way so the American people were informed of all the fraud and all the corruption, how deep the swamp goes, because we honestly wouldn't have had a clue had he not gone about it this way.
All the failed court cases, you know, but every single one, we became more aware of evidence of fraud.
The American people, the American populace became well aware and as they exposed the corruption.
So I know he has a plan.
I don't know what it is.
The man's a genius.
But I know that I have been told that they have it under control and that Joe Biden will never be president of the United States.
And I stay confident in that.
You know, I trust President Trump.
I think he's a smart man.
I think he knows what he's doing.
And he has an army behind him, too.
You know, the American people are not going to accept this ever.
And we aren't going to let this go.
So he's going to have an army of his supporters there.
And I don't know what his plan is, though.
I wish I knew.
Well, look, you tweeted it out.
You actually got retweeted by Chuck Woolry, who, you know, I was born in 1980.
I'm old enough to remember the love connection.
I actually watched it.
I couldn't have been more than like eight or nine years old.
But anyway, 133 million people are registered to vote in the United States.
Donald Trump received 74 million votes if every single registered voter voted.
That leaves only 59 million for Biden.
So again, you've got all of that.
I think he has a very compelling case in spite of how the media presents this.
And it makes me cringe and grip to see President-elect Biden and then the wild conspiracy theories and the baseless claims of election fraud.
I mean, all of that is ridiculous, but we know what's going to happen.
At least we know how it's going to begin.
We don't know how it's going to end.
What would you like to see, Lauren?
We're going to let you fly after this.
I know you're busy.
I know you're traveling tonight.
But what would you like to see happen at this rally?
I mean, so we've got all of these people going up on January the 6th.
What are they supposed to do?
And how can they help?
Oh, man.
You know what I would love to see?
I would love to see some really bad people get arrested.
I would love to see every Democrat arrested for certifying a fraudulent election and committing a crime against the American people.
You know, that's what I would love to see.
I would also love to see the traders and the GOP get exposed.
But, you know, I don't know what to expect, but I know that it is going to be historic.
And that is all I can say.
You know, I think there are a million people there.
I think that the support is going to be overwhelming.
Joe Biden can't get that many people together, and he knows it.
He's not even having an inauguration, really, an open one to the public saying, no, nobody's going to show up.
And, you know, they're worried about that, too.
I went to his, apparently, the speech he was supposed to give when his victory speech in Delaware, there wasn't anybody there.
You know, he can't even get support in his.
When George Soros will pay for anti-fun Black Lives Matter to be there, and if the law enforcement does not do their job, you know, this could devolve into another Charlottesville or something like that.
I would hate to see that.
But, you know, I hate to see the law enforcement in places like D.C. standing down to these left-wing anarchists.
Yeah, and it's crazy because the police, I mean, conservatives and Trump supporters are the only friends they have left.
And benefit them to, you know, kind of recognize that, that, hey, we were the ones that were fighting for you.
And if they don't fight for us and defend us and throw us to the mob, you know, we will ignore them when they call for their defunding.
You know, the left calls for their defunding.
They made their choice.
You know, they made their choice who they will side with.
I'll tell you, Lauren, I agree with you.
I would love to see some Democrats arrested.
Whatever's going to happen, we're going to find out very quickly.
This isn't going to be anything we're going to have to hypothesize about for very much longer.
But I would love to see those people get arrested, but only half as much as I'd like to see Ben Sass and Mitt Romney get arrested.
Oh, my gosh, that would be great, wouldn't it?
To be honest with you.
So, yes, I mean, there's one thing for people doing what they want to do, but then there's a total other thing for people like that.
Well, let me ask you this.
What's next for Lauren Whitzke?
I know you mentioned earlier you don't quite know.
I don't guess any of us know what God has in store for us and where the path may lead, but you've made a really big impact and given hope and encouragement to a lot of people.
I feel that way just having talked to you this evening.
So I know this isn't the last we're going to hear from you.
We need more Republicans like you, Lauren.
Don't give up.
You need to hang in like Gungaden.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
You know what?
My whole point also was to inspire others to run.
The average ordinary American is overqualified to run for office.
You know, Mitt Romney is a great example.
The guy's a moron.
He's a Bane capitalist who just couldn't.
Now watch it.
Now you're talking about the Republican candidate for president in 2008.
Can you believe he was it?
No, no, that's John McCain.
He was 2012.
They're interchangeable.
He was terrible too, you know.
But what I'm saying is ordinary people to get out and run for office.
And I would like to help others run for office.
Young people, I want to get real young Christian conservatives in office who are willing to fight for what they believe in.
And a lot of people don't realize.
Like, you don't have to be a lawyer.
You don't have to be a successful businessman.
You have to go out there and just talk about what you believe in and fight for people.
The only thing people want to know, voters want to know, is that you are going to go to D.C. and you are going to fight for them.
So I would like to empower other candidates to run.
You know, I'm a great example.
You know, I was just an ordinary person who made a run.
I tell you what I think you have to do, Lauren, is this.
It's just like Anne Colter said about Donald Trump.
We need people that see that $1,000 bill lying on the ground and are willing to pick it up.
And Lauren did it.
And she's right.
I mean, we've said that on this program.
Don't try to do what we do.
Do so much more than what we've done.
And if we can inspire the people to stand up and be bold and not fear the slurs, racist and all of this, you know, I wrote a book about that 10 years ago that has aged quite well.
We've got to get over that.
I mean, the future of the entire republic's at stake.
And I don't think our founding fathers, our ancestors would have been afraid of being slurred by these weaklings.
They sacrificed blood and bone.
We can do better.
Lauren, you've done better, and you have set an example.
And how can people get in touch with you and support you and follow you and do all that good stuff?
Right.
Yeah.
So just follow my Twitter page, Lauren Witz at Lauren Whitkey DE.
I also have a pretty big Facebook page running Lauren Whitski for Delaware.
You know, I put content on both.
So give me a follow and I will keep you guys posted on what is next and what is next for me and what the future of our party looks like.
America First is the future and you are going to see a ton of very disappointed rhinos in 2022.
I will make sure of it.
Well, we're counting on it.
And thanks so much for your time.
Thanks so much for standing up and having a lot of courage and enduring these attacks and never retweeting and never capitulating.
Lauren, thank you.
Have a great rest of your evening.
We'll talk to you again soon.
Godspeed.
We'll be back, everybody, right after this.
We'll come back to the political cesspool right after these messages here on the Liberty News Radio Network.
Why don't we say to the government writ large that they have to spend a little bit less?
Anybody ever had less money this year than you had last?
Anybody better have a 1% pay cut?
You deal with it.
That's what government needs, a 1% pay cut.
If you take a 1% pay cut across the board, you have more than enough money to actually pay for the disaster relief.
But nobody's going to do that because they're fiscally irresponsible.
Who are they?
Republicans.
Who are they?
Democrats.
Who are they?
Virtually the whole body is careless and reckless with your money.
So the money will not be offset by cuts anywhere.
The money will be added to the debt, and there will be a day of reckoning.
What's the day of reckoning?
The day of reckoning may well be the collapse of the stock market.
The day of reckoning may be the collapse of the dollar.
When it comes, I can't tell you exactly, but I can tell you it has happened repeatedly in history when countries ruin their currency.
You know where the solution can be found, Mr. President?
In churches, in wedding chapels, in maternity wards across the country and around the world.
More babies will mean forward-looking adults, the sort we need to tackle long-term, large-scale problems.
American babies in particular are likely going to be wealthier, better educated, and more conservation-minded than children raised in still industrializing countries.
As economist Tyler Cowan recently wrote, quote, by having more children, you're making your nation more populous, thus boosting its capacity to solve climate change.
The planet does not need for us to think globally and act locally so much as it needs us to think family and act personally.
The solution to so many of our problems at all times and in all places is to fall in love, get married, and have some kids.
Have we realized the assault against our lives, our liberties, our faith?
To defeat this assault, Christians and all people of goodwill should have strategies to prevail in our faith and principles, which are simple.
No need for a complex formula.
One goal, one aim.
A strategy like the heroic Christians of the past.
We win, they lose.
Nothing less.

Well, Keith, I mean, if you can think of a better way to kick off a new year in broadcasting, I'd sure like to know it.
Well, look, there's no shortage of issues.
You know, the left will always make it.
You know, I cannot have imagined them having the brass to actually pull off a rigged election like this last one blatantly and just wait.
And depending on the shortage of period of time, the window between November the 3rd and January the 20th to work to their advantage, and it's quite obvious.
I think this is wonderful.
It's showing the American people just, one, how deep the deep state is, and two, how evil it is.
We have a Supreme Court that is missing in action.
They're dead on arrival.
They're not going to get involved in this.
Now, they would strain on gnats.
They would try to calculate how many angels can fit on the head of a pin to help the left advance its agenda.
But when you have something as obvious as the election fraud that went on in the 2020 presidential election, and they just washed their hands like Pontius Pilate, it's incredible.
I mean, the American people now know what a dysfunctional judicial system looks like.
Well, it's been quintessential TPC to kick off, what year is this?
2021.
2021.
I'm not used to saying that yet.
Well, I guess we're only less than 48 hours into it, but wherever people are doing good work, wherever they are really doing good work, and I don't mean where they appear to be doing good work or where they're preening, as Lauren brought up, where they say that they're pro-life or Christian or whatever, and then they're everything.
But if we find the genuine article, we're going to reach out and try to get them on this show, whether it's here or abroad.
And increasingly, we have been reaching out to guests throughout Europe.
We're all in this together, ladies and gentlemen.
We are all in this together to be sure.
And this is not just interesting radio or interesting topics politically.
This is blood and bone, like you said.
This is the Chinese curse, may you live in interesting times.
We are certainly living in interesting times right now, right this very moment, right this very month, right this very day, this week.
And what happens here is going to depend.
It's going to really set the future.
Are we going to have a representative republic again or are we going to live in a Marxist autocracy?
That's basically what's at issue.
And again, what you're going to hear, I mean, certainly we want to present this entertaining, so you'll continue to listen.
I mean, I guess it has to be entertaining on some level, but most importantly, we want it to be informative and we want it to be something that you can use to do good work in your own area or emulate or at the very least bring you interesting people and you decide which ones you want to support.
Now, that's something everybody can do.
Everybody can support, no matter what your income is.
You're on a fixed income.
You've got some discretionary funds.
Everybody can do something, even if it's $5.
I mean, we've lasted 16 years on small contributions.
But here you have a guest, Lauren Witzke, who was, again, the Republican nominee for the United States Senate.
So that's somebody who ran for office quite effectively.
She won a primary against the Republicans' choice.
But she lost in, you know, what, the general election?
General election, sure.
See, this is the problem.
We can win battles, but we've got to start winning wars.
This is, you know, it's not fun in games.
This reminds me of that old Godzilla 1956 movie where they've got the Japanese reporter up here sweating bullets and, you know, totally covered with perspiration as Godzilla is closing in and then suddenly the target on goes down.
I kind of feel like that goes.
Well, winning the war is important, but you've got to fight the war first.
And sometimes the best candidate doesn't win, whether it be Lauren, whether it be me, whether it be you.
I mean, we've got to go to the bottom.
We've got to figure out why these ideas, these $1,000 bills lying on the sidewalk that Trump was willing to pick up that no other Republican candidate was.
Why aren't those winning issues winning at the ballot box?
What is happening?
What's the secret power behind the deep state?
What can we do?
Well, they're not winning.
Well, they won it for Trump.
They won it for Trump.
Trump won it on that platform.
And I guarantee you this, had Lauren been in Alabama or Georgia or Delaware instead of Delaware, had she been in Tennessee, she would have won.
Yeah, well, the thing is, look how things got screwed up in Alabama.
Alabama, one of the most conservative states in the Union, because of infighting in the Republican Party, wound up electing a guy named Doug Jones, who is a leftist Democrat, being elected in probably the most conservative state in America.
See, this is the problem with our political system.
Money talks and BS walks.
And that's what's going on.
And it's more than just money.
There's something else working here that is working against the clear interests of the historic American nation.
Well, you know what happened in the case of Lauren and in the case of Roy Moore against Doug Jones.
They're not only running against the Democratic Party, they're running against the Republican Party.
Now, that's a tough thing to do when your own party not only doesn't support you, but they're actively campaigning against you.
See, the thing is, I imagine what happened to Lauren is what happened to me.
When you win the primary, rather than the Republicans getting behind you and putting their effort and their money behind you, they're secretly working against you.
I guarantee you, there are a lot of Republican mainstream politico types that were working against Lauren in her campaign.
Well, she said as much.
And so that's a problem you've got is that you're fighting the media, which she had to do, as we did, in our erstwhile campaigns, going back a long time ago for me, more recently for you.
But she's fighting the media.
She's fighting the Democrats.
She's fighting the Republicans.
But they are winning issues.
The fact that she still got 40% of the vote, you got 40% of the vote.
But see, the thing is, it's not horseshoes.
Getting close doesn't count.
We've got to get in there.
Yeah, but they're winning issues.
Your own party has to support.
I mean, if the Republicans had supported the Republican nominee in these cases, you know, you can make up 10% of the country.
Well, who knows?
Lauren and me and you may have lost because of a rigged election.
Now people are beginning to question the integrity of elections generally in America.
And I think it's probably a good thing.
Well, no matter what happens, now she is a little more bullish on what's going to happen the rest of this month than perhaps I am.
I certainly want to see this.
I'm glad that she is.
I quite frankly think that it ain't over until it's over, as Yogi Barra said, and I don't want to give aid and comfort to the enemy.
So I'm 100% behind people that want to set aside this election for whatever reason.
And I hope they prevail.
And I'm not going to say anything negative about them until it does prevent.
How do we feel about Pence?
Now, Pence is a guy who actually happened.
Well, yeah, but he's a member of the deep state.
I knew he was from the beginning.
Quite frankly, I'm baffled at Trump's lack of judgment in some of the people he's chosen.
He's, like I said, a natural-born technocrat.
He believes that you have to be in government in order to be effective in government.
And if you don't want the deep state to change, keep putting swamp creatures back in positions of power and authority in your government.
It's like the who, here comes the new boss just like the old boss.
If Trump somehow gets a second term, now just bear with me now, folks.
I understand what the odds are and all of that.
But say, for instance, this is just a hypothetical.
Okay, so here's Lauren.
Lauren proved herself to be true and loyal and dependable.
She didn't cave when the media called her a racist.
She didn't do all of this.
She never betrayed Trump.
Now, that's somebody, you talk about being in government.
Now, I'm sure there's a spot in the government that she can fill somewhere.
These are the people that need to be sought out and put into a Republican administration by someone who does not think that you have to have been there in order to do it.
We're not a technocracy.
Trump would have been better off, for example, filling the FBI slot with a regular law enforcement person from Middle America.
Maybe they would return the FBI to its original mission.
But even if they didn't, if they did nothing at all, they'd be better than having Christopher Wray, the guy that he chose as head, or Rod Rosenstein or any of these other backstabbers.
And the problem with me, with you, and with Lauren is that when we win the Republican primary, the Republican party machinery goes to work hand in hand with the Democrats trying to defeat the Maverick Republicans.
And the media, but I repeat myself.
Well, in any event, it's still encouraging to see that people can run and put forth a competitive general election bid, unseat the Republicans pick in primaries.
And this wasn't.
That's why I brought up the Bull Moose Party.
You know, I think Teddy Roosevelt gave up on the Republicans and said, there are a lot of people that think like me, I'm going to run.
What that did was open the door for Woodrow Wilson to win the presidency, and he was a disaster.
Well, in his watch, we have the Federal Reserve, we have the income tax, and we got into World War I.
Yeah, there's no more bull moose running around, but I wish we had a parliamentary system where if we got a percentage of the vote, we'd have that much representation in a legislative body.
But of course, that's not the thing we're doing.
I look back now and I'm just amazed at the choices we've been given.
John McCain for president.
There is no choice.
Britt Romney for president.
My goodness, George H.W. Bush.
I mean, those people are, you know, for all intents and purposes, Democrats.
Well, and you would say, well, the people are the ones choosing these sellouts and traders to be their nominee.
Or are they?
I mean, you know, in light of the election fraud, or did they, in light of the election fraud we see here?
Who knows?
But I'll tell you this, one way or another, we'll be talking about what happened next week when we come back.
Now, we still got the third hour, so don't go anywhere, but I'm just saying next week on January 9th, whatever is going to happen on the 6th will have happened, and it'll no longer be an idea.
We'll be able to tell you exactly where we go from here.
And then, of course, I think, again, past his prologue, I mean, a week ago, we were talking about how great it was that Trump was going to veto this bill.
And then before we could even get the archive up, sometime on Sunday, of that show, he signed it.
He said he wasn't going to.
And then the next day he did.
What did he have to lose by vetoing that and saying, why are we sending money to foreign nations and stuff like this?
He would have gotten a big bump, groundswell of popular support that he could have used on January the 6th, but he squandered the opportunity.
He's doing a lot of good things since the election.
He should have been doing it the month before.
Anyway, we'll be back.
We'll be back one more hour, our first show of the year.
