Time Text
You're listening to the Liberty News Radio Network, and this is the Political Cesspool.
The Political Cesspool, known across the South and worldwide as the South's foremost populist conservative radio program.
And here to guide you through the murky waters of the Political Cesspool is your host, James Edwards.
I have really, really been looking forward to presenting to you, ladies and gentlemen, this hour of radio.
It's always exciting to debut a new guest on this broadcast.
But this one, it's doubly true for.
When I was in junior high school at Briarcrest Christian School in Memphis, they had a special speaker come in, and it was a big event.
And his name was Peter Jenkins, and he wrote a book, A Walk Across America.
And it was an interesting story.
Anybody that would walk across America for anything.
But Peter Jenkins, it was the New York Times best-selling book for a long time.
He was just walking across America to find himself.
It wasn't nearly as noble of a mission, yes, and an undertaking as what our guest right now, Mr. Jason Bartlett, is doing.
This gentleman is walking across America to raise awareness about the farm murders in South Africa.
South African farmers, as you know, are brutally attacked every day.
I'm reading from the website borextinction.org.
The Afrikaner faces extinction in the growing insanity of envy and obsession with revenge.
Today he is blamed, demonized, attacked, and driven out.
Jason Bartlett is walking across America to raise awareness about this issue and to also bring an end to the discrimination and the hate.
Jason, welcome to the show.
Such an honor to have you.
James, thank you so much for having me.
It is an absolute honor, and thank you.
I'm humbled by your introduction of me.
I really do appreciate that.
Well, I didn't go nearly far enough because I wanted to give you the time.
So tell us, this is your first appearance on the show, hopefully the first of many.
Tell us, introduce yourself to the audience.
Tell us who you are, what you're doing, and how we can help.
Most certainly, my name is Jason Bartlett.
I'm of no organization.
I don't belong to anybody except the Lord Jesus Christ.
And I am walking from Austin, Texas, from the Texas State Capitol building on the 1st of January 2020.
I started walking at 8 a.m., six minutes past 8 in the morning, to be honest, and I've walked 882 miles and I am currently literally standing in Church Street and 1st Avenue in Nashville, Tennessee.
I've walked this far thus far.
Run for your life.
Well, you know, that's so interesting.
It's such a shame.
Keith's nothing but a wit.
But it's such a shame that I didn't become aware of your journey and your mission until last week.
You had just walked through our actual town here in West Tennessee.
And if I'd have known about you just a few days before, we could have hosted you.
We could have greeted you.
We could have had you in our home.
Jan James' home is Bartlett, Tennessee, of all places.
That's right.
Well, I will be back.
I will be back.
I've got a friend that lives in Bartlers, Tennessee now.
And when I drive back, I will not be walking back.
When I drive back, I think I will stop by and say hello.
Well, I'll tell you what, Jason, when you do, we would love to greet you, treat you to a meal and extend any courtesy we possibly can.
Later on, I want to talk to you about the logistics of your walk, where you stay, how many miles you cover, you know, the weather, how you endure it.
I mean, what it's like.
Just that whole thing is so fascinating to me, but not nearly as important, as hard as it is.
And as much as I admire and respect you for the undertaking, as to the cause you're raising awareness about.
So let's talk about that.
All righty.
So obviously, the walk I do is not for anything other than the persecution of the minorities in South Africa, which happens to be the white Christian farmers and people in the cities.
They are being brutally tortured and murdered.
In 2019, 557 farm attacks took place and 57 murders.
Now, these aren't just any murders.
These people are drilled through the bones.
They are drilled through the skulls.
They are raped for hours by more than five, six, seven, eight, ten men.
This is including one-month-old babies, two-year-olds, six-year-olds.
This is including the woman, the men.
And then they slip their throats.
They cut their penises off.
They do inhumane things to these people.
And the world just says nothing.
And the Marxist media here in the United States is actually our biggest enemy because they paint South Africa as this rainbow nation full of love, but it's a pagan nation full of hate, socialist, communist, cesspool of absolute debauchery and paganism.
Jason, this is Keith Alexander.
Let me ask you a question.
And I think I know the answer to it, but I want to get your take on it.
A lot of these farmers are armed to the teeth.
Why don't they just shoot these people when they break and enter into their homes?
Well, a lot of these farmers are unexpectedly attacked.
So they also not allowed to defend themselves because I've got a friend who is actually in our church.
He was involved in an attack where they bit him.
They almost bit two of his fingers off and they bit him all over the body.
And he shot one and killed one.
And the police got there about three, four hours later and they arrested him for manslaughter, even though they almost tried to rape his wife.
And you're not allowed to defend yourself.
You're not allowed to.
They will literally put you in prison and they give you what they call the slow puncher, is where they will literally put you in a cell with 20 of the other people and they will promote them to rape you so that they can give you AIDS.
It's a very barbaric country that we live in and it's at an all-time low.
Demography is destiny, Jason.
And what's happened, I think, is that the farmers know that if they do what they are entitled to do legally and defend themselves with deadly force, they're going to be arrested by a black constable or policeman.
They're going to be taken before a black judge for trial with a majority black jury.
And then they're going to be imprisoned in a system in which the jailers are black as well.
So basically, it's, I guess they try to talk their way out of it and they probably succeed occasionally, but eventually your luck will run out and you'll wind up to be one of these grim statistics that you mentioned to us.
Exactly.
And you must remember that these aren't just random murders.
These are meticulously planned murders.
These people are, they watch the farmers for three, four weeks.
They learn every move.
And each and every person in this world is a city of.
Uh, is a person of habit, so they attack them at the most unwieldingly hours, whether it's in the middle of the day or in the evening, but it's when you let your guard down, like a saturday after a barbecue.
While you're closing up the house your, your children, have gone inside, and then, as you go out, they will come by and they've been watching you for eight hours and then they attack and they brutally brutally, torture and murder these people.
And this is not just um, at a rate that's alarming.
It's a rate uh, that is extremely alarming because uh, if you take a look at, there was 473 attacks and 54 murders 2018, and then in 2019, it's even gone up higher, so it's got no signs of stopping.
And then you've got someone like Somoroma Posa, who is our pagan president, who stands up and not only denies it, clearly says that president Donald Trump is crazy for even believing it.
Well, I gotta tell you Jason, we're just getting started with you what a fantastic introductory segment.
We know for a fact you are not a liar, because you are in downtown Nashville.
We are here, the sirens out there.
I tell you what it sounds like you're on Mark Luther King Boulevard.
Yes, we've heard it.
We've heard an ambulance.
We've heard a police car.
We've heard an air raid siren.
He is buying certainly, an atomic drum bomb.
Finished with your lesson on money, daddy?
What is a buy sell spread for gold coins?
Well, when you sell a gold coin to a coin shop that's worth say, twelve hundred dollars.
You don't actually get twelve hundred dollars, but don't worry, we're members of UPMA now, so we don't have to worry about that.
Daddy, want somebody silver gold?
We don't have any gold at the house.
It's stored safely in the UPMA vault, securely and insured.
But the S P 500 outperformed gold daddy, gold is a bad investment.
Some people do think of it that way, but actually gold is money and as members of the United Precious Metals Association, we can use our gold at any store just like a credit card, or I can ask them to drop it right into Mommy and daddy's bank account because we're a UPMA member family.

As we continue with Jason Bartlett, we just want to remind you that we are not adding sound effects to this interview, Keith.
Yeah, we heard all of those sirens and whistles and bells and whatnot in the end of the last segment.
We have the feeling that you're going to be yearning for the relative peace, quiet, and solitude of rural South Africa after going through Tennessee.
Are you all right?
You know what?
I will be honest.
It's actually a peaceful, soothing sound to hear a police vehicle in America because you know that police vehicle is actually going to do something, not going to be part of the problem, not going to be the rapist itself, not going to be the murderer himself, because that's what South Africa has become.
It's become the police are actually the people who do the beating up of the minorities.
They do the raping of the woman.
A woman that I actually happen to know because someone I know very dear to me made the phone call.
She was busy being raped about three houses away where we were from, where we were staying.
And they called the police, and the police got there, and the two police officers decided to rape her as well.
So it just shows you that we live in an extremely barbaric country.
And God bless you, my friend, for raising awareness to the situation over there.
You know, I think a lot of our audience is well informed, relatively well-informed, I mean, obviously, to what's going on in South Africa due to the many appearances on this show by Simon Roche.
He spoke at our 15th anniversary conference in Mississippi last year.
He regularly reports onto the broadcast.
But what you're doing is really outside the box.
So I got to ask you, how did you conceive this idea and who have your primary supporters been?
And what is the end goal here?
So the, okay, so this was put onto my heart by God himself.
This is not something I came up with meticulously planned and thought about.
And it was put onto my heart and I said to the Lord, I'm going to, and don't worry, I'm not talking like I speak to God.
And it just, it was put onto my heart.
And I said, if this is your will, please open the doors and make sure that it is your will.
And the doors just flung open and everything has fallen into place.
And all I've had to do is the physical walking.
I've had so much support.
I've had people set up a website and a GoFundMe account.
They have just been overwhelmingly supportive.
I've had, because I'm carrying an American flag, a big three by five foot American flag, because it states that we trust.
Yeah, it makes me a nice big target.
In God, we trust.
And I'm also wearing a Keep America Great hat as we speak right now.
So it makes it for an interesting walk.
I've had some things thrown at me, but I've also had 99% of people stop and give me money, give me a warm cup of coffee, give me a high five, and just ask me what I'm doing.
And luckily, because of the beautiful Americans and people in South Africa, they have spread the awareness and people know who I am right now.
And I'm just giving all the glory to God because he is the one who has established this and made this happen.
And I'm just, I'm doing it with arms wide open and I'm looking forward to seeing it.
The end goal is, as soon as I get there, unless President Trump comes and picks me up, and the end goal is...
Be raptured by Trump.
Yeah.
An immediate protection plan for my people back home, as well as I do have a business proposal and business plan and bill that I will be presenting to the president when I meet with him.
Let me ask you this, if I could, Jason.
This is a question that people always ask about South African whites and the plight that they're in.
Are they trying to get out?
And if not, why not?
So first and foremost, the ones that want to stay fully and rightfully have the right to stay because they own the land, they own it rightfully.
They were there before any of those pagan people tried to take over the land.
They came in 1652.
Those other people that are there, like the Ramapausas and the Julius Malemas and all the ANC and the evil parties, the Communist Parties, they all came in the 1700s and they're trying to claim something that is not there.
So each and every South African that wants to stay in South Africa, I admire them and I understand them.
But also for the hundreds and hundreds of thousands, if not millions that want to leave, they have nowhere to go.
There is not a single country in this world that takes us with open arms.
Even though we are some of the most productive people in the world, some of the best dry land farmers in the entire world, we would feed and produce and inspire and build any nation that we actually go to.
So that's why I'm actually going to a bold Christian president like President Trump and saying, here we go.
We don't want free handouts.
We don't want anything for free.
We want you to give us something, just a gateway in here, and we will educate ourselves on American history, the real true American history, and incorporate ourselves into the country as well as keep this country great, keep it Christian.
And as we do that, we will feed this magnificent country as well.
Jason, we are going to have you repeat more than once the contact information, how people can support what you're doing.
You are walking from Austin, Texas to the White House to raise awareness of what's going on to the Afrikaner Boer population in South Africa, the farm murders.
And people can find you on Twitter at Buffalo Bartlett.
At Buffalo Bartlett.
We have that in our Twitter at James Edwards TPC.
So you can link over there.
And so many wonderful video snippets of Jason on his walk.
And I know that your walk has already received some media attention.
You've been on Infowars.
You've been on One American News.
Some other alternative media outlets, JF Gareppi, for instance, and now us tonight, as well as others.
What has been the reception that you've had on those outlets?
The reception has been, obviously, it's been a bit of a shock.
because people realize what's happening, but now they're hearing it not from a politician and not from anybody with anything to lose because all I've got to lose that I've already lost.
So I just come on and I just tell the blatant truth as you can see it from a ground level.
And the reception has been incredible because the Americans are starting to realize that the truth has been hidden from them so blatantly that they are just devouring the truth that I'm speaking and the honesty, the way that I'm saying it so honestly and openly.
And I'm not going to change.
I'm going to call a spade a spade.
A spade a dirty shovel, as granddad used to say.
That's right, Keith.
Well, Jason, you're 33 years old.
I'm 39.
Keith is 69.
Oh, my God.
I love my book.
I love this oxygen time congestion here.
That's right.
I love my boomer friends.
You know, I said, you know, all my friends are, you know, senior citizens.
That's the truth.
But anyway, we live in retro culture here.
And I surround myself with retro gentlemen.
But has the quality of your life deteriorated in South Africa in the time that you have been conscious of the surroundings?
Well, a multi-question here.
And we can carry this over into the next segment.
When did you start noticing those changes?
And do you think matters are coming to a boiling point in South Africa?
First and foremost, yes, they are at a boiling point.
The pot is boiling completely.
It has boiled and it is now frothing over and all the scum is coming to the top.
And yes, I noticed this at a young age when I was, I believe, nine or ten years old.
I moved from the Eastern Cape.
We moved up to the Northwest, which is a very more conservative area.
And I remember the roads being clean.
The law wasn't, nobody had fences around their houses.
And I'm 33 years old, and my reality is very different to my father's.
I saw the fall of a great country in my eyes, in front of my eyes, with my own eyes.
I saw a magnificent country dilapidate and fall where you can no longer get a job.
There's over 100 laws making sure that white people don't get work.
It is atrocious and it's disgusting.
There's literally not one single government entity that is not bankrupt, corrupt, as well as non-operative, from the sewage system to the train system to the electricity to absolutely everything.
Sounds like America.
Not quite, but getting there.
Parts anyway.
Hey, listen, folks.

Nevada Democrats are weighing in on their party's presidential nomination contest.
Four years ago in Nevada, Bernie Sanders lost a close race to Hillary Clinton.
Precincts are now reporting a big win for him with former Vice President Joe Biden coming in second and former Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigej coming in third.
Senator Elizabeth Warren is close behind and Senator Amy Klobuchar is trailing.
Bernie Sanders didn't stay in Nevada to celebrate the results.
He went straight to Texas for a campaign rally.
Let me tell you, on day one and henceforth, we are going to end the demonization of the undocumented in this country.
Sanders told reporters in El Paso, President Trump is a pathological liar running a corrupt administration.
This is USA Radio News.

South Korea saw its total number of new coronavirus infections nearly double for a second consecutive day, with 100 new cases reported on Friday.
Of the 100 new cases, 86 were from the southeast city of Daegu and its surrounding area.
Most of the new cases continue to be linked to a 61-year-old woman who is considered a super spreader of the virus.
A seven-day reduction of violence is underway in Afghanistan with hopes of ending the longest armed conflict in U.S. history.

You're listening to USA Radio News.
It's time to jump back into the political cesspool.
To be part of the show and have your voice heard around the world, call us at 1-866-986-6397.
You know, ladies and gentlemen, we are in our 16th year on the airwaves here at TPC, and it is, I mean this with the utmost sincerity.
It is interviews like this and guests like this that remind me why we started this show 16 years ago.
Jason Bartlett is our guest.
I am at the website right now, bore extinction.org.
That's B-O-E-R for Boer, BoerExtinction.org.
And it reads on the website, our immediate actions are working to raise awareness of the egregious human rights abuses happening right now to the Boer people and farmers in South Africa.
We're also working to have United States recognize asylum claims of these victims who are facing violent persecution from their countrymen.
Please support us, says Jason Bartlett, our founder, walks from Boston, Texas to Washington, D.C. to raise awareness and ignite policy changes.
Follow him on Twitter at Buffalo Bartlett.
And on his website, right here, BoreExtinction.org, he is walking for awareness from Texas to Washington, D.C. to help bring an end to the farm murders in South Africa.
And one thing that I love about your website, Jason, are the Bible verses on every page.
We root our identity here on this radio program.
In fact, the very first thing you'll read in our statement of principles is our allegiance to Jesus Christ.
And I appreciate you doing that as well.
And I want people to support you.
Tell them what they're supporting when they support you.
All right, perfect.
Well, first and foremost, what they're supporting is the immediate action is my physical walk.
I've already raised several thousands of dollars.
I've already spent over $11,000 on accommodation, as well as my rent for the month of January and the month of February.
And I've obviously got much I have to pay for coming up, and as well as the legal fees as we create the actual documentation so that we can present it to the Trump administration so that he can sign it and get preferential asylum cases promoted, as well as an immediate action plan.
And then as well, I've also got an actual business plan because I've studied Trump.
I understand how he works.
And you don't just go there entitled.
I'm not going walking around this country entitled.
I'm walking around very respectfully.
We don't look for any handouts.
Of course, we are asking for donations.
And as you can see, my limit is 72,000.
We will be upping it to 250,000 because it will be an actual plan because everybody's always spoken and done nothing.
And in the last 25 years, it feels like I've actually done more than any politician standing up for South Africa.
And if you want to see how much truth I am talking, you ask yourself, why is Afri Forum in America busy talking about the exact same things I'm talking about?
And they're the biggest civil rights organization in the entire continent of Africa.
They will back my stories up, everything like that, just due to the fact I don't stand with them, but they are literally here in the United States on Fox News with Tucker Carlson.
They are in Washington at the moment seeking help, but nobody is doing anything physically.
And I'm just trying to inspire to get my people, to get them motivated so that they can repent, the ones that need to repent and turn to Christ, because he's the only one who can save our country that's in such a dire state.
So when you are donating, you are donating into fruitful ground.
I have prepared my fields diligently and I have prepared big fields and I'm awaiting the blessings and the rain, including your donations, as well as many, many things that are on the horizon.
I want to toss it over to Keith Alexander, my co-host and right-hand man.
But first, let's be very specific.
How can people exactly support you?
Where do they need to go?
Okay, so you go onto the website.
You can actually test it yourself if it works.
You can go onto the website and you click the button donate now and you literally go in and it'll go to a GoFundMe account.
It says Luke Twombly.
He is the guy that organizes and collaborates with me for all my interviews.
He established this.
He's doing it at absolutely no charge.
The money, when you donate on that GoFundMe, it goes straight to my personal bank account to fund the walk.
It doesn't go through any organization or any other person.
It is solely me.
And I do have a support server, which happens to be my girlfriend.
She also needs to eat and have a place to stay, of course.
So that's also what the money is used for.
I see it right now, ladies and gentlemen.
All you need to do is go to borextinction.org, B-O-E-R, borextinction.org.
Click the donate now at the top right-hand corner.
It links you, just as Jason said, over to the donate page, which takes you to the GoFundMe page, straight to his bank account for his efforts.
As he is walking across America, Keith, Walk Across America, that's tough sledding.
Hard to get across Memphis.
You have to dodge a lot of bullets.
But let me just ask you this, Jason.
Yeah, right.
Yeah, Memphis is much like Soweto.
When Laws did you walk through Memphis with a Keep America Great hat on and an American flag?
I imagine you have seen a big difference between rural America and urban America as you've undertaken these travels.
Very true, but it's so good that you brought that up because I want to tell you, the narrative that the African Americans don't like Trump is a complete lie.
I've had a tremendous amount of support from the African Americans community in this country, as well as the other minorities.
A tremendous amount of support.
I will be honest.
I guess they're not voting for him, though, because it still seems about 95% for the Democrats when it comes to voting day.
But, you know, I will tell you this, Keith.
We live here.
I mean, we live in Memphis.
101.
You just have to avoid large crowds where you're the only white person or one of few white people in it.
That's just common sense.
Individually speaking, we deal with minorities.
Well, they're not minorities in Memphis, but we deal with the majority in Memphis, and they can be one-on-one quite a bit.
Well, you know, America is still about 60% white Gentile.
Now, South Africa has never been more, as I understand it, than 10% white.
It's below 10% now.
Is that correct, Jason?
Yes, it's probably the 8 to 7% at the moment.
They've had like a 600% increase of inquiries as well as immigration processes and documents filled in because people are running.
People are fleeing.
It's been in a massive brain drain as well because people are running as far as can be.
You can go look at Australia.
They've got special visas for farmers to come in.
New Zealand, my family members are running to New Zealand.
Look at me, you're talking to me.
I'm a real refugee.
I'm petrified to go live there, especially now.
I'm not welcome there, and I'm a real refugee.
My family has been attacked.
My cousin was shot through the back of the head.
He was strangled with fish nylon.
The bullet came out the front of his eye, and he actually survived.
They burnt him with the grill.
And then they said the white bastard is dead.
And they went to go beat up his eight-year-old and 10-year-old daughter with a crowbar.
I mean, it's bought that.
I hate to break it to you, Jason, but you were never loved over there by the majority of the population.
What he just said, though, Keith, we have to pause.
I mean, my God.
I'm going to suggest something to you, Jason, that you may not have considered before.
Are you familiar with the J-1 visa program?
I am.
It doesn't work for us.
We need something more important and more quick than that.
That's why we need the...
Well, that's something good.
Let me just describe it, you know, for the benefit of anybody who may be listening to this.
There are all sorts of young people from Eastern Europe, for example, and Scandinavia that come to America on J-1 visas to work in resorts as maids, as waiters, as bartenders, things like this.
And that would seem to be a, you know, if he could find some friendly employers, people that were sympathetic to the cause of the Boers and other whites in South Africa to try to get some of these people out of there.
You know, I'm an advocate for white people.
I want to see those genes preserved.
And it may sound mundane and somebody like David Crockett, but I've never thought that staying alive was a bad idea.
Well, we'd love to see some way to save that.
Talked about this with ourselves.
I mean, here we are still in in Memphis, in the south, because this is our homeland, and I know a lot of people feel that way in South Africa, and and and and.
For them, I I can sympathize.
But you know, but the question should be asked because this, this is uh, you know public, you know this is, this is radio but uh, you know what about Putin I?
Is it true that Putin has welcomed South Africans and has even offered farmland in Russia?
Jason, as far as I know, that's actually true yes, but I don't want to go live in Russia.
I want to live where my people serve uh Christ, and when they serve it with, when there's a winter and a summer and they speak English.
I want to.
That's the, that's the and and Afrikans, if they're as well, but I want to live with people that are like me.
I mean, I don't want to be forced to be flee to somewhere else um, under a socialist, um agenda.
I want to be free like I was born.
I was born under a flag that represented freedom for myself and I, I did not.
I was, I will not die under that South African flag.
I don't have to.
Nobody says I should be persecuted on the base of my color of my skin.
And these, with these people dance around in America saying we stand up for minorities.
Well then, why don't we stand up for the minority white people in South Africa who are being physically tortured?
Because all minorities are not created equal apparently, in the eyes of the left, that's yep, unfortunate.
Well no, it's inspiring, Jason.
I mean, I feel the same way.
I mean obviously, the idea of of of leaving, going to a place like Russia, thought you know, I don't know if i'm welcome there, but you know if I were about.
You know it, we're headed to the Ozarks.
Not to rush to the Ozarks, that's right.
But you know you don't want to leave where you were born, where your people are, where your people fought for, where your people died.
I, I get that.
We got one more segment with Jason Bartlett at Buffalo Bartlett on twitter, bore Extin.org.
Support this man as he walks across America for a cause greater than himself.
Why don't we say to the government, writ large, that they have to spend a little bit less?
Anybody ever had less money this year than you had last.
Anybody better have a one percent pay cut.
You deal with it.
That's what government needs, a one percent pay cut.
If you take a one percent pay cut across the board, you have more than enough money to actually pay for the disaster relief, but nobody's going to do that because they're fiscally irresponsible.
Who are they Republicans?
Who are they Democrats?
Who are they?
Virtually the whole body is careless and reckless with your money.
So the money will not be offset by cuts anywhere.
The money will be added to the debt and there will be a day of reckoning.
What's the day of reckoning?
The day of reckoning may well be the collapse of the stock market.
The day of reckoning may be the collapse of the dollar.
When it comes, I can't tell you exactly, but I can tell you it has happened repeatedly in history when countries ruin their currency.
Hey, listen up.
This is a deep state alert.
Former Texas congressman, Steve Stockman, who moved to arrest Lois Lerner for contempt of congress, has been imprisoned by the very office that Lerner led.
You heard right?
Stockman hit the Obama administration hard and they hit back with the full force of the federal government.
The guy who said he wanted Mark Levin as speaker of the House was the first to threaten Obama's impeachment, exposed Hillary selling steel to the Iranians and blocked both Obama's immigration and gun bills from even reaching the House.
But Obama holdovers came after him in federal court with trumped up charges and have locked our guy up.
Like many others, he was on Obama's hit list.
Steve fought for us in Congress.
Now we need to fight for him.
Don't abandon this wounded hero on the battlefield.
Let's help cover his massive legal costs.
To chip in five bucks or more text the word fight to 444-999.
That's fight f-i-g-h-t to 444-999.
Or go to defendapatriot.com.
That's defendapatriot.com.
You know where the solution can be found, Mr. President?
In churches, in wedding chapels, in maternity wards across the country and around the world.
More babies will mean forward-looking adults, the sort we need to tackle long-term large-scale problems.
American babies in particular are likely going to be wealthier, better educated, and more conservation-minded than children raised in still industrializing countries.
As economist Tyler Cowan recently wrote, quote, by having more children, you're making your nation more populous, thus boosting its capacity to solve climate change.
The planet does not need for us to think globally and act locally so much as it needs us to think family and act personally.
The solution to so many of our problems at all times and in all places is to fall in love, get married, and have some kids.
Welcome back.
Check it out on the show.
Call us on James's Dime at 1-866-986-6397.
It's astonishing that we only have one segment left with our featured guest this evening, Jason Bartlett.
Check him out on the web at boreextinction.org on Twitter at Buffalo Bartlett.
And if you are confused about that, just go to my Twitter if you follow us here at TPC, JamesEdwards TPC.
And we link over to him.
We put him in as our featured guest tonight, of course.
It's a cause worth supporting, folks.
I was joking with Keith during the commercial break and that I wasn't joking.
I was telling the truth.
I don't even like to walk to the mailbox.
Imagine walking from central Texas to Washington, D.C. That's a hell of a drive.
And I've made that drive and I didn't like it.
And that drive wore me out.
So I want to talk about that right now, Jason.
I mean, we know you are raising money for a most noble and worthy cause.
And I absolutely encourage our listening audience tonight to support your endeavor by going to BoreExtinction.org, clicking the donate button, $5, $10, whatever you can afford into the GoFundMe campaign.
And it's the least we can do, folks.
We are not suffering nearly as badly as those for whom Jason is raising awareness.
And that's the truth, and you know it's the truth.
And I'm not going to ever ask you to do something that I'm not willing to do myself.
And so when I get off the show tonight, before I go home, I'm going to make a donation at that website myself.
You can guarantee it, Jason, you'll see it tonight.
But I want to talk to you about the logistics of your walk itself.
I mean, because that's just such an incredible story.
I mean, how does that work?
How many miles can you cover in a day?
I mean, you're going through weather.
You're going through terrain.
What's it like?
Okay, so I've walked 882 miles so far.
And just the other day, I experienced my first snowstorm.
And I walked through the snow.
And people love that because what I do is this, okay?
So let's take it now.
It's the weekend.
I don't walk on Sundays.
It's the Sabbath.
My body needs rest.
I am tired after today.
So on Monday, I stopped at the end of National, that Broadway where all those bars and country music are played.
That's where I stayed because I go through the biggest, that's where I stopped, okay?
So Monday, we are actually in a hotel in Dixon now until Tuesday.
So we drive back to Dixon now.
My support vehicle's on their way right now.
They pick me up and then they take me all the way back to the hotel and we all sleep and have dinner because I eat so much.
And then on Monday, 8, 9, or maybe 10 o'clock, depending what time we get, Joshi will drop me off and I will start walking.
And I average, at the moment, I'm trying to average 33 miles a day, but I'm averaging 30.8 miles a day at the moment.
The reason why is I had a torn muscle in my right shin and my left shin.
And yeah, my legs are a little bit disfigured, but it's okay.
Yeah, so I'm doing about, I've walked through my, I'm on my fifth pair of shoes at the moment.
And I've got a lot of equipment that I do, so I take it like an anti-inflammatory before I leave.
Otherwise, I just, I can hardly walk.
But the last two days have been absolutely outstanding because I've been completely pain-free.
Well, completely pain-free means that there's not severe pain at every step.
But it's been difficult, but the support has been incredible.
I do a live feed on my Facebook because they've closed my Facebook page seven times.
I mean, because I'm standing up for murders for people that are being murdered and persecuted.
So they think that's...
But for a good cause, right?
Yeah, for a good cause.
And I'm stating the name of Christ.
And obviously they closed me for that.
Oh, that'll get you shut down faster than anything.
Exactly.
So what I do is I go live for an hour, and that just picks up my spirits so much.
And obviously, before I do anything in the morning, I spend at least an hour in the Word of God and as well as in the presence of God and asking for guidance and asking for a renewing spirit.
So I would like to end after explaining the logistics of the work that not a single piece of energy comes from me.
It comes from above.
It comes from the Lord God Almighty.
And all the glory be to God because there is no possible way.
This was put on my heart.
I'm not a professional athlete.
I'm relatively small and I'm thin.
But there's no way that my body could have carried me 882 miles this far without the grace of God.
Well, you know what, Jason?
I'll tell you the truth.
People write me all the time saying, you know, I can't believe you do this.
You withstand this.
You know, withstanding negative articles from liars in the establishment media is nothing compared to what you've done.
You inspire me.
And I know you inspire Keith too.
Keith, I bet you wouldn't walk down to Central Barbecue.
Not unarmed, I'll tell you that.
You're right, really.
I have sons and they live in the same area that I do.
And they don't even go out and walk their dogs without packing heat.
That's just the way it is.
Well, you know, and again, we're talking about where we live.
I mean, Jason, I'm sure, Jason, you have traveled through some beautiful country that is safe.
I mean, you get out of the urban centers and you're in God's country.
I mean, truly, I mean, America has some great places still, and there's some places worth fighting for here in this country.
And I know you've probably seen it much more up close and personal than even we have.
You know, I've got a, I've always had a close and warm heart for the United States of America.
But now that I've walked through this country, the physical countryside is unfathomable and uncomparable how big it is, how and magnificent it is.
And when I reach those Appalachian Mountains, I'm just going to be filled with joy that I will just climb over those mountains so easily that I just I'm actually looking forward to the trials and tribulations that come just so that I can overcome them with the word of God and we can stand up and unite as Christians because what the people in America need to start understanding is that it's not only that it's happening in South Africa,
it's that in 30 years time, if you don't stop it, it's going to happen in America as well.
Boy, don't we know it.
You're the canary in the coal mine in South Africa.
Well, and it's so true.
And I just want to tell you one thing from the heart.
You know, what you say about the United States is true.
But if you started your march in Austin, Texas, and you're now in Nashville, Tennessee, you've never left Dixie, and you're in the Confederacy, and that is a separate nation.
True story.
I do understand that.
But you know what?
I'm going to go and call out those people that are the good people of the United States because I know they're all over.
I've worked in places like they've just been tired of being silenced.
And if it takes a simple, normal, normal person like myself to stand up and start uniting them on one foundation, and that foundation is the word of God.
If they stand up, you can see this country will turn and it will repent and it will be magnificent and we will keep it great and we will keep it Christian.
So this walk is not only for South Africa.
It is for the glory of God as well as keeping America great.
Well, I agree with you on that.
You know, I look at the people who support this radio program.
They come from all 50 states and I'm so thankful for them.
I'm thankful for them as much as anyone.
I'm thankful for them.
All over the world, actually.
Well, all over the world.
That's for sure.
And we want those same people to support the work of Jason Bartlett tonight.
Walking across America, we've done some things that a lot of people wouldn't do.
He's doing things that we haven't done.
And it's inspirational.
Keith, your thoughts on the man we've talked to tonight, his cause, his mission, what he's undertaking.
The hour is late, and the circumstances are dire.
And Jason has come like a bellwether in the night to tell us not just what is facing South Africa, but what will ultimately face the United States of America if we don't act to preserve ourselves and our posterity.
And we all remember, of course, Jason, I know you're marching to Washington, to the gates of the White House, and we'll see what happens when you get there.
But, of course, Trump quite famously put out the tweet that we all remember about the African farm murders.
Not a lot has necessarily happened since then.
Do you anticipate any warm reception from anyone in the administration?
I do.
I'm a man of faith, and if it is the will of God, I do expect a warm invite.
In fact, I've actually been reached out.
People have reached out to me from some senators as well as some people from Congress.
And the response is already there.
I've got some great response.
And I'm looking forward to him because I believe that he's bold enough and determined enough and courageous enough.
And I believe that the Lord God will give him the wisdom to help South Africa because we are the people that will help keep this nation great.
We are the real allies, not the allies with oil, not the allies with hidden agendas.
We are the allies because we believe in the same God that you believe in.
Our country was established on Christian values, just like the country of the United States.
That's where our backbone is the same.
We are the same people.
Our morals are the same.
We were founded on the name of Christ, and that's what we are, and that's how we will keep this country great.
And that's how the Lord God will heal South Africa.
Well, ladies and gentlemen, an hour with Jason Bartlett.
We had so many wonderful questions.
We could have gone three hours with him, and it wouldn't have been enough.
We had so many great questions we couldn't get to, but the benefit is you've been introduced to him now.
Take it upon yourself to learn more by going to borestinction.org.
If you're on Twitter at Buffalo Bartlett, support his work, learn more about his mission, and you can do all that there.
Jason, good luck.
Godspeed.
Stay in touch with us as you continue to march through the South all the way up north to Washington, D.C., and what we can do to help you along your way.
Most certainly, I will stay in touch.
And thank you, and God bless you.
And thank you for spreading awareness.
Our people, I can promise you, respect it and they are very, very grateful because together we will stand together and we will defeat this.
And we will not defeat it in 10 years.
We will defeat it in 2020.
This is the year that this stops.
Well, I'll tell you what, if and when it happens, it happens because of men like you, men of action.
Thank you for spending an hour with us tonight.
As you walk, as you walk, you are doing it right now.
And we thank you for taking the time out.
Jason Bartlett, we salute you.
Thank you, sir.
I appreciate it, and God bless.
Ladies and gentlemen, there he goes at Buffalo Bartlett on Twitter, bore extinction.org.
When we come back, our old friend Dr. Virginia Aberdathy right there in Nashville as well.
What a coincidence at Vanderbilt University Medical School.
She's going to be on to talk about an article that she wrote that was just published.
Just published by the Washington Examiner.
Next.
