Time Text
You're listening to the Liberty News Radio Network, and this is the political cesspool.
The Political Cesspool, going across the South and worldwide as the South's foremost populist conservative radio program.
And here to guide you through the murky waters of the Political Cesspool is your host, James Edwards.
Well, I'll tell you, one of the good things about hosting this particular broadcast is there is never a shortage of content.
The world always brings us something to talk about between one Saturday to the next.
Welcome to tonight's live broadcast of TPC, everybody.
I'm James Edwards this chilly January the 26th, and we're live with Keith Alexander.
Kevin McDonald back on the show tonight.
He's going to help us make sense of all the breaking news and current events, but there's two stories in particular that we're going to be spending the bulk of the program tonight talking about, analyzing, offering our commentary and opinion on.
And that is, of course, the situation with, I guess they're just known now as the Covington Boys.
And they're running with the local shaman up there in D.C. and Trump's latest actions with regards to the shutdown and the border.
That is going to be our dual focus tonight.
But before we get to that, and Kevin will be on with us in the second hour, and we're going to start the conversation on those two stories in just a minute.
But first, there were a couple of particularly good comments that came in this week in response to stories that we covered last week, Keith.
One being the firing of the meteorologist for that slip of the tongue.
Our listener writes, it doesn't matter how talented you are, how many advanced degrees you've been awarded, how valuable your input is to the success of the organization, nor does it matter the number of years of loyal service you have contributed, how much seniority you have, how much off-the-clock charity work you contribute on your own time, how many excellent outstanding performance reports you have on record.
If you're white, and especially if you're a white man, none of it matters at all if you have a slip of the tongue about race or say some trite phrase that could be interpreted as alluding to race, like telling another colleague in a private conversation that he or she is out of their cottonpitting mind over a disagreement.
And don't expect to get a good recommendation in your search for your next job either.
You are out the door in record time.
Human resources will cast you into the outer darkness of chaos for eternity.
You will be declared anathema, and your name will never be spoken again in the hollowed walls of civil service, academia, or corporate America.
But above all, do not apologize.
Do not apologize.
It is a useless and pathetic ploy to make amends.
Apologizing is now viewed as an admission of guilt.
And when that blood is smelled in the water for the self-righteous social justice warrior sharks, they will hone in on it.
Just don't do it.
Okay, James.
Let me just say this.
If people ever needed a perfect real-life analogy to equate chattel slavery with wage slavery, this is it.
This is what's happening.
If you are a wage slave, if you are not a freebooter, as I recommend we all strive to become, or if we can't be it, strive to raise your children so they can be freebooters.
You have no safe harbor.
There is nothing you can do.
Doesn't like the person that wrote into you, James.
Doesn't matter how stellar your career is, how impeccable your credentials.
The left is not only unwilling to save you, they are actually lusting for the opportunity that you give them by making a slip of the tongue to sacrifice you into the volcano, you know, the live volcano of political correctness in America today.
They want you to say this.
And quite frankly, the more highly placed you are and the more seemingly untouchable you are, the better they like it.
They want people just like Stalin did in his Stalinist show trials in the 30s to come to this conclusion.
Nobody bucks the revolution and I mean nobody and gets away with it.
And the only thing you can get away with is your integrity.
You can keep that intact unless you offer it to them.
And if you offer it to them, it will buy you no favor.
It will curry you no favor.
So we talked about this meteorologist getting fired.
He groveled, didn't do him any good.
He's still fired.
The SBC, the Southern Baptist Convention, they were cucking again.
A response from one of our listeners to our coverage of that story last week, they write, she writes, it's incredible how fast Christian religions have collapsed spiritually.
They now support what only a brief time ago would have been laughed at as ridiculous.
Modern white man is very sensitive to news media and being called names, groveling before our godless enemies.
And this is a good point she makes, is not only immoral, it is immoral to grovel to your enemies when you do nothing wrong.
It also does not work.
It only begets more demands and more groveling.
So we saw this with the Weatherman.
We saw this once again with the Southern Baptist Convention.
Steve King even all apologized.
No relief came.
Mark Weber had an excellent quote that he put in an article that we published to our website this week.
Our good friend Mark Weber with the Institute for Historical Review.
He wrote, and this is beautiful and it's so true.
If white America has a future, it won't be secured by conservatives.
It will only be secured by European Americans who embrace a worldview rooted in their heritage, history, and identity and act forthrightly to defend and promote own group interests.
That is so true.
And if you need the one trillionth example of that, you would call, I guess, Keith, the NRA a conservative entity.
They're not willing to fight for white people.
That's the key word in everything that Mark Weber said is identity.
If you're not willing to defend yourself as a white person on the basis of being a white person, if you try to hedge yourself and say, I don't see race, I'm a conservative.
I'm a Christian.
I'm, you know, a Second Amendment aficionado or whatever, that's not going to work.
You're going to have to fight the war on the terms that the enemy has set for us, and that is race.
Well, and here's the thing.
Well, interestingly, the NRA, I guess most people would see them as a conservative outfit.
The reason I brought them up is on the Holiest of Holy Days last week on King Day.
In fact, I heard now that they're going to start keeping time.
You know, we don't use AD anymore.
It is now 90 AK, the year 90 after King.
That's what we're going to now, I think.
But the NRA put this out on King Day last week.
Today, the men and women of the NRA honor the profound life and legacy of Dr. Reverend Martin Luther King Jr.
They had to put the doctor and the Reverend there.
They were sure of that.
Dr. King applied for a concealed carry permit.
No, no, don't tell.
No, no, no, please, please.
This is not a joke.
Go to the NRA at NRA Twitter, and you'll see it if you go back to last Monday.
Dr. King applied for a concealed carry permit and was denied.
We will never stop fighting for every law-abiding citizen's right to self-defense.
Well, that's a key word because, of course, he wasn't law-abiding, not in the least.
But so here's the NRA cucking out.
And then, of course, the Southern Baptist Convention put out their thing about how they were honoring King today by reflecting on all of his greatness.
And, you know, the SBC, they were just skewered again by saying, hey, well, you've done all this apologizing, but I don't see anything about Black Lives Matter in your platform.
And then when they come back this year and put Black Lives Matter in the platform, well, you put that in there, but I don't see anything about reparation.
That never is enough.
It's never enough.
That's why conservatives will never win.
Well, there's no difference now between the SPC and the SPLC.
That's true.
They're the same entity.
They worship at the same altar.
They burn incense to the same gods.
It's just unfortunate, but it hasn't really been a slow process, as your letter writer said.
It's been going on for over a century.
If you want to find out all the details about the transformation of Christianity from worshiping Christ to worshiping liberalism, there's a book I would recommend to you written probably about 30 years ago now called The Empty Church by Thomas Reeves.
It tells you exactly how all mainline Protestantism went down the tubes.
And of course, following them down the rabbit hole is now the Catholic Church and the Southern Baptist Church.
Heaven help us.
When we come back, folks, we're going to get down to the two topics of focus tonight.
The Covington Boys versus the Witch Doctor and then Trump and the border and the government shut down.
Kevin McDonald will be with us in the technical hour to continue that conversation when we return.
Hi, I'm Patty, wife of former Congressman Steve Stockman.
In Congress, Steve sought impeachment of Eric Holder for his corruption of the Justice Department and his fast and furious gun running that caused border agent Brian Talley's death.
Steve called for arrest of Lois Lerner for her contempt of Congress as it investigated her targeting of conservative nonprofit groups.
After four years, four grand juries and millions of tax dollars, Steve Stockman is in prison.
His case involved four checks to nonprofits.
DOJ has one standard for Hillary Clinton, but another for folks like President Trump and my husband.
We've spent all our savings, all Steve's retirement, and much of mine.
Steve Stockman has fought for you and America.
Won't you join me now to fight for Steve?

Isn't this great?
Just the two of us.
No work, no interruptions, no phone, no TV.
Finally, we have a chance to just talk.
I mean, how long has it been?
Well, first of all, we should talk about your schedule.
There are a few things that could use some adjusting, but overall, I think it's going all right.
Basically, I think we're doing a pretty good job of communicating, which is good.
You're doing a really good job of letting me know how you feel about things.
I just, I want to keep the lines open, if you know what I mean.
Jerry, it's 4 o'clock in the morning.
What are you doing?
Oh, I was just giving Emily a bottle.
Who are you talking to?
Emily.
She's only three weeks old, and she's asleep.
I know.
I was just practicing.
Family, isn't it about time?
Isn't this great?
Just the three of us.
No work, no interruptions, no phone.
From the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
If Planned Parenthood were what they publicly declare themselves to be, they would welcome transparency.
We all know why they hide, because we know what they hide.
We can confirm federal judges who follow the Constitution rather than reverse engineer their preferred policy outcomes.
The truth about abortion is spreading because of advances in medical imaging, because of brave journalists, tireless activists, compassionate doctors, nurses, and other health care professionals.
The rising generation of young Americans is the most pro-life in decades because they know too.
And one day soon, we will reaffirm our nation's principles in their dignified fullness and avow once again that all men are created equal.
All are entitled to life.
I told the witch doctor I was in love with you.
I told the witch doctor I was in love with you.
And then the witch doctor, he told me what to do.
He said that I don't know.
All right, folks, we normally keep that one in our back pocket until the Halloween show, the show nearest Halloween, and we put that in the lineup.
But we have a legitimate witch doctor in the news now.
That's right.
He was certainly closer to being a witch doctor than he was a Vietnam vet, or maybe he was a shaman.
I don't know what he was, but he wasn't a Vietnam vet.
We're going to get to that right now.
He's a fraud.
Well, he was certainly a fraud.
But with regard to what we're talking about in the last segment, very quickly, Keith, so we've got now why conservatives never win.
They adopt the talking points of the left.
It's just like Dabney said, they're always just a couple of – Well, they're trying to use mental jiu-jitsu or judo, trying to use the arguments of the other side against the other side.
And it's just laughable.
It doesn't work.
The idea, for example, that Martin Luther King was a real conservative.
He was a Republican, and Bull Connors was a Democrat and all this stuff.
And that's supposed to make people ooh and ah, and all of a sudden be converted to a conservative outlook.
You know, get real folks.
But that's what they think winning is, is by co-opting the left's icons and saying, well, no, they're actually our heroes.
Well, and Buchanan wrote about this this week.
It's not JFK's Democratic Party.
Today, the Democratic Party celebrates same-sex marriage, a social progress, and regards abortion as a cherished constitutional right.
A floor battle erupted in 2012 at their national convention over whether the name of God should even be mentioned in the party platform.
Yet, Nancy Pelosi did denounce last week as immoral the idea of building a security wall along America's border.
That's the last moral tenet she has in her makeup now.
So, I mean, as we know this week, Keith, now in New York, you can murder a child even minutes before it's delivered.
You can murder it all the way to the city.
And you have a group of people cheering, full-throated cheering about that development.
That shows you just exactly how far we've come and how late the hour is for people that want to preserve the old America.
It's a culture of death.
You can murder a kid now up until the minute he's born.
You can murder old people now in some states.
I mean, they're going to just start murdering everybody anytime.
Rather than, you know, having some shame about this, as they did in the past, the Democrats and the liberals now, they unabashedly cheer and go bonkers when a law like that is passed.
They think that is real progress.
Well, never let yourself be lectured on morality by a liberal.
They are the most immoral in the moral.
Their whole agenda is if it's moral, we want it repealed.
We want it overthrown.
What's morally sound is evil.
We're evil to them, but murdering a baby is good, and that's not bad.
But to say you want a border is evil.
And that gets me to this story about the witch doctor.
So in these Christian, these wife.
Having Catholic school and the Indian shaman, aka the witch doctor.
And so the same people who are saying these things, they're obviously in control of the media too.
And so this was the most, I tell you, there's not 100 people in this country that have more intimate experience than we do.
That continuously challenge them, not just a one-off thing, but have continuously, I don't know if there's 100 people in the country that know as much about how the media works as we do.
But even I was taken aback with this whole ordeal.
And I know you know about it, ladies and gentlemen.
So we're just going to give you our take on it.
But basically, three players.
And this once again proves that diversity is a source of conflict.
Multiculturalism and multiracialism will always lead to conflict.
But here you have on the National Mall in Washington three groups that converged in what you would have imagined to have happened didn't of course happen.
You have these white Christian kids from a small Catholic school in Kentucky.
You have a group of Indians banging war drums.
And then you have black Hebrews who are somehow in the mix.
Keith, what is a black Hebrew?
Well, their official name apparently is Black Hebrew Israelites.
And I told you before, I said, I don't know what it is, but it sounds like our worst nightmare.
But they got involved in this whole thing.
But basically, the media narrative was these kids were taunting Tonto, and they were screaming Bill the Wall.
They were mocking the Indian and screaming Build the Wall and all of this stuff.
And the media just ran with it, man.
They took a hook line and sinker.
They didn't verify anything.
They didn't fact check anything, which, again, to people like us, you know that that's how they work.
Why tell the truth when telling a lie is half as hard?
And they just ran with it.
And this whole narrative, this whole fake, I mean, everything about this story was fake.
And it'd be one thing if it was just a couple of outlets, but the entire global press picked up on this as if these white kids were in here lambasting this Indian and this poor Indian was just there beating his wardrum and this kid's eardrum, you know.
Well, it shows you what's happened to journalism.
The New York Times motto back around World War I and whatnot was all the news that's fit to print.
Now the new revised motto is all the news that fits.
And to be a journalist now, you don't have to be disciplined and check your facts and get two sources for everything that you report.
Basically, it's just like the Duke LaCrosse hoax.
When that was proven to be a hoax, the left and the leftist press were totally unapologetic.
They said it's still a story that needs to be told.
So in other words, you can just totally fabricate a fact situation, report on it as it's the truth, and we're all supposed to consider that worthwhile journalism.
We are living in an Alice in Wonderland world now, where, as the Queen of Hearts said, words mean what I say they mean, nothing more and nothing less.
Well, this whole thing, the media ran with the fact that these kids were abusing this Indian war veteran.
We'll get to that in a minute.
And then they focused on this kid.
His name is Nick Sandman.
And he has this sort of a smirk on his face, but I'm sure he was scared to death.
I mean, he's like, oh, my God, a non-white is in my faith.
Am I supposed to move?
Am I supposed to worship him?
Am I familiar?
He's supposed to have a smirk on his face because he knows he's in the right and this guy is in the wrong.
Well, they acted just by having that smirk on his face that he was about to lynch this Indian or it was the emblematic personification of white privilege.
That's what they ran with.
That's what they ran with.
And then this whole fake news about this guy was a Vietnam veteran.
He had served his country.
He called himself a reconnaissance ranger.
Now, that position doesn't even exist.
It didn't exist until 1984.
They have reconnaissance rangers from 1984 on, but at no time during the Vietnam conflict was there such an organization.
And at no time during the Vietnam conflict was Nathan Phillips.
That's the name of the Indian chief.
He was never there.
He was a refrigerator repair man stateside, and they said he only reported to that job when he was a J-Tag repairman back at the Army base, apparently.
That's it.
And so he didn't go to Vietnam.
He didn't come back home and have people shout at him.
And the role that he pretended to play in Vietnam, which he wasn't at, was basically the role Sonny Landam played in the movie Predator.
So our good friend Sonny Landam, God rest his soul, you know, he played the Indian tracker in Arnold Schwarzenegger's movie, The Predator.
Sonny Landam hanged what this guy said he was, and this guy actually did.
But just by playing the part in a movie.
I'm sure that Sonny Landam's role played some part in the fevered imagination of this guy as to what he was and what his, you know, the trouble with liberals is they deal so cavalierly with the truth that they're not even aware themselves of when they're lying and when they're telling the truth.
What's the old expression?
You can tell when a liberal is lying because his lips are moving.
Well, that's what this Indian shaman was.
But one thing that he does have, one instinct that never fails is he knows how to grab a headline and he knows how to get the focus of the leftist journalists right on what he's doing.
So he stepped right into the breach and started banging that drum right in the kid's face.
What's shocking is that even when the video came out, that everything that the media had been putting out there was fake, that that even made a dent because normally the facts be damned, video evidence, you name it, we're going to tell it the way we want it to be.
And that was the way it was with us, of course.
I mean, we saw this a couple of years ago.
James Edwards said slavery is the greatest thing.
No, it was the black guy that said it.
And I said, that's brave.
You know, we reported on it.
But so this is, we've been through that before.
I mean, not to this extent.
No, I don't think hardly anybody has.
But this kid, they all reported on this.
Well, they're so unabashed by the evidence of their own falsehood.
And they all reported that this guy was a war veteran.
He was doing the prime time weekend TV shows.
They didn't even do basic fact-checking to see, was this guy really?
I mean, you would think they would do that, right?
We'll talk more about it when we come back.
Hang on.
You're listening to Liberty News Radio.

Talks on border security will get underway now that the partial federal government shutdown is over.
The deal is just to end the shutdown and doesn't include funding for President Trump's border wall.
Negotiators will now have three weeks to craft a border security plan.
Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer was asked if the Democrats had a strategy that led them to this outcome.
We helped make it clear to the president, to the public, that the president was the one in charge of the shutdown.
President Trump insists he didn't cave to Democratic demands.
And he reminded everyone, he said, if he doesn't like the deal that the negotiators come up with after three weeks, another partial government shutdown could happen in mid-February.
He also said to Republicans to not worry because he could still build the wall by declaring a national emergency and use those funds instead.

A polar vortex will impact a large section of the country next week.
Meteorologist Brian Hurley says Chicago will feel the chill.
Colder air will come in on Tuesday.
Temperatures are going to hover around the zero degree mark.
And then really, we're going to really feel the effects.
Minus 17 Wednesday morning.
Wednesday's high only minus 10.
Another minus 17 Thursday morning.
Near negative 3 on Thursday.
Friday morning staying below zero in the negative single digits.
The Washington Post is reporting that even as President Trump was demanding a border wall, his company employed, but has now fired about a dozen undocumented immigrants.
They had been working for him at his golf club in Westchester County, New York.
The paper says workers were told the president's company had just audited their immigration documents, the ones they had originally submitted, and found them to be faked.
All of the fired employees were from Latin America.
This is USA Radio News.
Welcome back.
Get on the show.
Call us on James's Dyne at 1-866-986-6397.
All right, so we were talking about before the break.
The media didn't even pretend to want to fact-check this thing.
They just went with the whole narrative.
And as we were talking about here in the break, it happens all the time.
This time they just got caught by the video, and it had been such a big story.
Well, you know, we've been caught numerous times, and that just makes them more defiant.
You know, don't confuse them with the facts.
But they're saying your video evidence is fake news.
This story that we're telling you that he was a Vietnam veteran, even though he's never even been to Vietnam, and that he was the one being attacked, all that.
Well, here is, in fact, the story.
After it all started to crumble, days after Nathan Phillips' story of a confrontation with a group of students in Washington was thoroughly discredited, many in the media are still rallying behind him, pretending still that he's somehow a victim.
This was even after both the New York Times and the Washington Post had to publish not just clarifications about the incident itself, but even corrections of his claim to be a Vietnam veteran.
Turns out he was a stateside refrigerator technician and frequently AWOL.
It turns out that Phillips made, this is interesting, folks, if you haven't heard this.
It turns out that Phillips made a nearly identical allegation against college students four years ago.
Yet the instant a single video of this incident hit Twitter, again, new media taking center stage, journalists jumped to uncritically accept Phillips' own account of how a mob of MAGA hat wearing white teens surrounded and taunted him.
But the full video of the incident came out and it showed that he was lying.
He was the one who confronted the students, unprovoked, beating a drum just inches from their faces.
Yet, Phillips claims the kids were in the process of attacking these four black individuals.
Those are the black Hebrew Israelites who looked like they were going to lynch them, hence his move to do something.
And so he beat the drum in their ears.
But the video shows, contra Phillips, no sign that the kids were defiantly chanting Build the Wall, nor does it feature Phillips saying anything that sounds remotely like an effort to pacify the situation.
They're always going to be defiant when confronted with the truth.
You know, it's like that old song, Uncle Ben got angry when we caught him stealing chickens.
I'm within my right, said he, doing what comes naturally.
That's from Annie, get your gun.
Well, it's always been like that.
Look, the left started reporting fake news as early as the 30s.
Walter Duranty of the New York Times won a Pulitzer Prize for his coverage of the Bolshevik Stalinist regime in the Soviet Union at the time.
And he totally denied and said he had checked into it and that there was no substance to the charges that people were being starved to death in the Ukraine and the white Russians, Ruthenians, and that there were gulags in Siberia where people were being sent to die of exposure.
Well, when all of that was proven to have been true rather than false, as reported by Duranty, he wasn't asked to turn back in his Pulitzer Prize, and the New York Times never even admitted that it was false.
But it was false.
And see, so dishonesty on the part of leftist journalists is not a new thing.
It's something that's been going on now for about 90 years, you know, from the 1930s until the year 2019.
And it's just ramping up.
You know, there's no, first of all, journalism schools are just drying up and blowing away.
There are no paid positions, hardly, for the numerous graduates of them.
Basically, the faculty are a bunch of put-out-to-pasture former journalists like they are at the University of Memphis.
We have all these people that got summarily fired by the communist appeal, also known as a commercial appeal, our local newspaper.
And what do they do?
They show up as learned professors at the University of Memphis School of Journalism.
Well, it's all a big, what they used to call a circle jerk.
The whole thing is you've got people pretending to believe them, people paying them increasingly shrinking salaries to do these jobs, constantly being in danger of being fired and whatnot.
That's the one good thing about the new media.
It's basically driving the old media from the field.
And these people that want and think they can make a living by peddling this liberal snake oil to us, they're finding that they have no job security whatsoever.
And of course, they don't deserve it.
And it's wonderful to see people generally telling the emperor that he has no clothes.
That's what's happening.
Well, so Nick Sandman himself has been making the media round.
So this is this kid, and way over has said, I saw the first statement he put out, and I knew that his parents had lawyered up because the high school kid didn't write that statement.
I've been around long enough to know that.
So he has a PR firm.
It came to find out.
Well, he needs one.
Well, no, he does.
And by the way, he actually just hired a LIBOL lawyer.
Good luck, kid.
I've been there, done that.
I hope Aesop's Fables doesn't come back into play.
But he's hired a LIBA lawyer, so he's going to be suing the press.
But he said in an interview with Savannah Guthrie, a co-host of NBC's Today show, that I see my smile as saying this is the best you're going to get out of me.
You won't get any further reaction of aggression, and I'm willing to stand here as long as you want to hit this drum in my face.
Sandman told Guthrie when she asked him how he viewed his facial expression.
And that comes up to something that was said on Sam Bushman's radio show this week.
So now they've taken a hate crime and turned it into a hat crime or a face crime.
Well, see, Savannah Guthrie is a perfect example of what's become of journalism today.
She, you know, if her bosses at NBC, CBS, ABC, whatever asked her to jump off of the Golden Gate Bridge, her only question would be which side.
She'll do anything to keep her lousy little job.
And she thinks other people are impressed by her.
Nobody watches the Today Show.
Nobody gives a darn what the Alphabet Soup news media says about anything.
People are learning through experiences like this and the Duke La Crosse hoax and numerous other ones, too numerous to be recounted here, that the truth just isn't in modern journalists today.
If you want to listen to a liar, turn on the TV and you'll find one.
I get why the media would want to go after these white Christian kids.
They hate whites.
I get why a guy like Chief Phillips would want to go after white kids.
He hates whites.
I mean, that obviously has to be what's going on here.
But what Rubana Guthrie, who is white, has learned that if she wants to enhance her career and her paycheck, it pays to hate whites, even though she's white herself.
But one thing we haven't covered yet, Keith, is I think one of the biggest facets of this story.
Now, after the truth came out and after the truth came to light, these kids were completely exonerated.
They behaved themselves as you would hope young white Christian teenagers would do.
The suffering is not over.
No, their suffering is not over, but even their own people preemptively apologized for them.
The school apologized for them.
The bishops of this Catholic diocese apologized.
They were all apologizing before any of the facts came, before they could even talk to history.
They're apologizing.
Apologize.
Apologize.
Who is going to stand up for white children in this brave new world we live in?
The church is not, neither the Catholic Church nor the Southern Baptist Convention nor any other religious denomination, Christian denomination in between those two polar ends of the spectrum.
You're not going to find their school, which sent them up here to this life rally and whatnot, throw them under the bus, disavow them, basically cut them loose, cast them into the outer darkness.
What is this boy, for example, do you think he's going to be able to get into a select college or university regardless of what his grades may be?
He is destined to go to junior college somewhere because I guarantee you the left is going to remember his name and he's going to be punished for being on the wrong side of history, quote unquote, on this issue, regardless of the fact that all of the factual evidence shows that he was innocent and that the liars and the bad guys were on the left.
This kid is just another example of whites being attacked and demonized collectively at any moment.
And at any moment, your life could be ruined by mere accusation.
And when that time comes, as it came for Nick Sandman last week, not a single institution will have your back.
Yet, all these whites say they want to remain as individuals.
No, it is time for identity politics.
Well, the thing is, look, as I've mentioned to people before.
It's been time for identity politics.
Everybody else does it.
It's time for whites to have identity politics.
Yeah, we've got to have it.
If we don't, then we're bringing a knife to a gunfight, and you know how that ends up.
On the other hand, I'd like to revisit Mr. Sand probably in about 40 years and see how his life has been diminished by this.
Just like my life was diminished by affirmative action when I made a 170 out of a potential 180 on the LSAT, but couldn't get into a particularly select college where a black classmate of mine who made below a $150 on the LSAT and had over a full grade point average, lower average than I did, got in.
See, he will not, you know, just like, you know, people talk about the gift that keeps on giving, this is the punishment that keeps on punishing for the rest of his life.
He's going to have a diminished life because he was unfortunate enough to be unwittingly in the eye of a particular cultural hurricane.
In 40 years, I'll tell you what, if we don't turn things around, it's going to be all over but the shooting.
We either going to have one, but it becomes a good idea.
You gotta wait a couple of years.
It's gonna be one in 40 years or it's gonna be somewhere else.
But there was a great thing by Matt Parrott.
Matt Parrott put this out.
We like Matt.
He's got a great mind.
They're at this March for Life rally.
The March for Life stands by its position that children's lives and futures should only be sacrificed to leftist radicals after they're born.
So all these people will...
But not before.
Yeah, I mean, they'll fight for them in the womb, but when they come out, if they get into it with the chief, they're going to roll over and let them be sacrificed then.
So what's the difference?
The school that sent them into the battle disowns it.
We'll be right back.
As a parent, is receiving a faith-based, character-focused education for your children difficult to find?

Kosher, certified.
Put the two words together to get Koch certified, which is spelled with an SEH instead of just SH.
It's the right way to spell this, the German way.
And they made it easier to trademark.
Now, did I tell you that the letters SCH still make the shh sound?
As in all those American food producers saying, shh, let's keep it really quiet that our product is kosher certified.
Think about it.
Nearly one century of kosher certification, and hardly anyone outside Exclusive Observers knows that most packaged food and kitchen products are literally certified by religious intermediaries.
Well, because you, consumer, are indirectly paying for this, the Coach Certified app is here to make kosher certification awareness an inclusive matter for people of all faiths and identities.
And it even boasts a unique database of products not kosher certified.
We call that NKC.
Start naming it.
It's fun.
NKC, not kosher certified.
Now, to confuse our audience even more, we put a question mark at the end of our name.
And that really cinched our trademark approval.
It relates to the website where you can begin your new shopping behavior, thekosherquestion.com.
Welcome back.
To get on the show, call us on James's Dime at 1-866-986-6397.
All right, welcome back to the show, everybody.
And everybody waiting for Kevin McDonald.
You wait just a few more minutes and he'll be here.
Kevin will be on with us at the top of the second hour.
So in about 15 minutes time, we will go back to my good friend and yours, Dr. Kevin McDonald.
And so we've been talking for the bulk of this first hour about the Covenant Get situation.
We are also going to revisit that topic again with Kevin in the second hour.
The other topic we're talking about this evening is Donald Trump and the border and ending the shutdown.
And, man, I guess you can't necessarily say that it wasn't entirely predictable that this may have happened.
But I do want to say one thing, though.
There were some people lamenting the fact that the IRS, while the shutdown was still ongoing, the IRS may not be able to send out refund checks with their normal speed.
Well, I can tell you one thing that was not affected during the shutdown was the IRS's ability to cash a check.
I pay my taxes quarterly.
I do quarterly estimated taxes.
That's how we do it.
And I sent my check into the IRS, and believe me, they cashed that one lickety split.
Johnny on the spot.
I think it was withdrawn from my account the second it hit the mailbox.
But anyway, Keith, any way, is there any angle that we can look at this?
We're going to ask Kevin this question too in the next hour.
Is there any possible way we can look at this and see it as anything other than an unmitigated surrender and retreat on behalf of Donald Trump?
I believe so.
Tell us how.
Well, I believe it can be done by this.
He has to stay defiant, stay rebellious.
Of course, he wasn't going to get Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi or the Democrats in Congress to support him.
That was a foregone conclusion.
He's not Spengali.
He can't, you know, perform mind control miracles.
But he has made them come out and show just how unreasonable and just how intransigent and inflexible they are.
There's no need trying to negotiate with the Ayatollah Homeani.
And the Ayatollah Homeani had more give to his nature than the Congressional Democrats.
So what he does now is without hurting the precious people working in the federal government, most of whom are Democrats, by the way, he gives in for three weeks, lets Nancy and Chuck do their little kabuki dance and try to convince everybody that they're really flexible and they're really nice guys.
Of course, nothing will get done.
Then at the end of three weeks, he needs to press the red button, not the atomic option, not the nuclear button, but the equivalent in terms of this border dispute and the border wall dispute.
He needs to declare a national emergency under a 1976 act, which was passed, you know, in the tail end of the Nixon administration, and come in and build the wall with the military under the pretext that it's a national emergency.
He's been describing it as a national emergency now for a long time.
He must know that he's doing this for a purpose.
He is building up the idea of linking national emergency with the need for a border wall.
Just do it.
And of course, they'll get Judge Aloha in Hawaii or some other liberal federal judge to grant an injunction.
Well, he needs to then take it as a national emergency right to the U.S. Supreme Court.
And then if the Supreme Court won't do it for him, then he's got the next point that he can make, which is that we've got to stop selecting judges from the narrow pool of candidates from Harvard and Yale law school.
We need to get real legitimate conservatives from flyover country America on this Supreme Court.
So quite frankly, the more they try to stop him and the more success they have in stopping him, all that's going to do is bolster the ammunition he has for the 2020 election and say, this is why we've got to win everything.
We've got to get these rat finks out of our mind.
We've got to get the deep state and everything else out of there.
But, you know, on the other hand, the U.S. Supreme Court may back him up.
Well, maybe.
I mean, they had everything two years ago and he pissed around with tax cuts and bombing Syria and he just pretty much for the money.
Well, he bought into this idea that the Jews of Hollywood and D.C. and the Acela Corridor and the left coast feed into you, that they're the only people that know how to run this intricate machine called the federal government and you have to rely on them.
He should have stepped in from the very beginning, started rolling heads, kicking those people out, and picking loyalists from Red State America for his positions.
Instead, the only people that he seems to feel comfortable in giving the acts are loyalists from flyover country, like Jeff Sessions, for example.
Rod Rosenstein, meanwhile, is still with the Department of Justice.
Can you believe it?
And, you know, if Trump is that stupid, I mean, he can't be trusted to come in out of the rain.
Here's the thing, though.
I mean, declare an emergency, do what you have to do, militarize the border.
You have to declare an emergency to do what any banana republic country would do, and that is secure your own border.
Everybody does it but us.
And here's another thing.
They didn't have to have any sort of judge to rule.
They sent the National Guard in and invaded their own states in Mississippi and in Arkansas.
In violation of the Posse Comitatus Act, which was the first act that the Southerners, the legitimate, real Southerners, passed as a law once they got back into the U.S. Congress in 1877 with the end of Reconstruction.
No, we are the banana republic.
The United States today is the absolute embodiment, the dictionary, Webster's dictionary definition of what a banana republic is.
And he needs to just do what the left does and seize power and take this thing over on the pretext of a national emergency.
Well, this is another thing to consider.
I mean, all right, so a couple of things.
Number one, yeah, they didn't have any problem.
There wasn't any debate about sending in troops to essentially attack and force their own citizens to do their bidding.
But now you can't do that.
That's the thing.
Right.
Ole Miss in 1962.
And let's remember, we're talking about the $5.7 billion that he says will build this wall, that's 0% of the federal budget.
I know we've said that a couple of times on this show in recent weeks, but it's 0% of the total budget.
It is less than 1%.
They were going to give twice that much, $11 billion, and just give away welfare money to Mexico.
And I'll tell you one thing that I wouldn't have stated.
Central America.
Yeah, Central America, correct, Keith.
This whole thing about Pelosi locking me out of Congress and not allowing the president to give his take.
I mean, I know, I get it.
Well, Sam Bushman came up with the perfect rejoinder to that.
He should have his own State of the Union address right there on the border at one of the hot spots where all of the illegals are pouring across the border.
He needs to go there and have that as his backdrop as he gives his State of the Union message.
And then he needs to drop the bomb of the national emergency, send the army down there and start building that fence.
And when Judge Aloha or whoever it is that the left gets in the Ninth Circuit somewhere to issue an injunction, he needs to say, just like Andrew Jackson did to Chief Justice Marshall of the U.S. Supreme Court, who ruled the Indian Removal Act unconstitutional.
He needs to say, like Andrew Jackson, that great Tennessean, Mr. Marshall has made his decision.
Now let him enforce it.
Well, I'll tell you what, I can see, and I don't want to see it, but I see violence coming in this country, and it's not what any of us want.
But I'm looking at the landscape now, and we saw it even last year.
Okay, when you ran, Keith, you had won the Republican primary some years before.
And the Republican Party of Shelby County said, if you won your primary last year, they were going to sue to have you to make sure you were never seated.
Just like Steve King now.
So now Steve King has been a multi-term congressman, and they're trying to basically, they're basically cutting him out.
They're stripping him of all of his assignments.
They're trying to throw him out of Congress to censure him.
I can see them throwing the president.
I could see them actually.
Well, look, something's going to happen.
And if you can, if you don't, we've tried to play by the rules, but they keep changing the rules.
It's like Chinese baseball.
They move the bases when the ball is in the air.
So what we're going to need to do is understand that, you know, it's like Leon Trotsky said back in the 20s.
You may not be interested in the revolution, but the revolution is interested in the revolution.
Well, the revolution is coming.
The revolution is coming.
They are going, if you don't stand up and take action against a tyrannical government like the one that we have in America today, run by liberals, then you're going to be, you're going to wake up someday and find yourself in a ghoul.
You have got a criminally corrupt government.
This is why I say I think something bad is coming in this country, which ultimately may have a cleansing effect and will be good for us.
I still maintain that our people are going to be okay in the end.
But what comes between then and now, who knows?
But I do know we have a criminally corrupt media.
We have a criminally corrupt government.
So I'm looking at you, Keith.
The Republican Party of Shelby County said if the voters once again selected you to be their nominee, that they were not going to seat you, even if you won the general election.
Now, that's incredible.
And Derek Black, before he lost his mind, he actually won that small little town council seat.
He won it outright in a fair and open election.
The Republican Party of West Palm Beach, Florida, refused to seat him.
Steve King is in there.
They're trying to throw him out.
They're censoring him.
The strongest thing.
Just like the judge did to you on your libel case.
Basically, the law was all on your side, and they said, we're not going to follow.
But what have we always been told?
Run for office.
Run.
Put yourself out there, run for office.
Now, even if you win office, they'll just throw you out.
It doesn't matter.
And when you give the people, when you take away the people the right to be represented, when you take away the people the right to run for office and be elected and be seated, and that has been taken away.
I mean, we've seen it here even in a guy named James Hart, who ran for Congress in northwest Tennessee.
He's in the Republican primary.
And he was their nominee.
And they wouldn't let him.
They said he wouldn't bona fide a Republican.
He's out of it.
We've got more to say about this, folks, on the other side of this break.
With Kevin McDonald.
Stay tuned.
Another hour of the political cesspool is in the can, but don't go away.
