You're listening to the Liberty News Radio Network, and this is the Political Cesspool.
All right, folks, welcome to tonight's live broadcast of TPC this Saturday evening, November the 3rd.
Yes, it's in November now.
Can you believe it?
And we're still here together.
We had a lot of fun last week.
What a fun show.
What a fun show.
The 14th anniversary show, we had the entire casting crew, the entire casting crew on for that show.
All three hours.
We looked back.
We celebrated.
We hugged each other.
We hugged you.
We looked forward to more good times and victories to come.
But that was a fun show.
So I wanted to start off tonight's show with a little Teenager in love because as somebody brought up last week, there was that one show in the mid-2000s after we got done at the radio station.
We headed over to the karaoke joint and did a little Dion.
And Deion, we forgive you for Abraham, Martin, and John.
Don't worry about it.
That sounded like the 80-year-old Deion rather than the Teenager in Love.
Well, that's right.
That was a live version more recently than the 1959 version when that song came out.
But first of all, let me just say welcome to the show again, everybody.
James Edwards and Keith Alexander here.
Keith, that song came out in 1959.
Was 1959 a good year for you?
What were you up to in 59?
Well, I was attending elementary school at Cherokee Elementary in Memphis.
Was Memphis in the United States better then or is it better now with all the diversity?
Much better.
Basically then in Memphis, it didn't matter what public school you attended, you could be assured that if you had the ability to do physics or calculus or trigonometry, even in the black schools, they had someone there that could teach it to you.
And if you made good grades in high school, you could handle college work.
Now they're graduating people that don't even know how to read.
That should be a barometer for you about how precipitously things have declined in American civilization since that song was on the charts.
And, you know, and of course, that song came out in 1959.
That was within the lifetime of many of our listeners this evening.
So it's just amazing to me as I look back.
Now, I wasn't born until 1980, but I can look back at the 50s Americana and I can look at the pictures and I can look at these videos and these old clips and read books and articles about it.
I can say, that's an America that I would be interested in living in, I think to say the least.
But yes, anyway, we bring that song up, but we have to get back to business as usual tonight.
And we've got a big show for you.
Paul Nalen's going to be back for the second time in three weeks.
He's going to be with us this evening to help us handicap and provide commentary on the coming midterm election.
So it's TPC's special midterm election preview with yours truly, Keith Alexander and Paul Nalen.
That's coming up in the second hour.
But there's one more thing I wanted to play.
I wanted to play this last week, but we were so busy.
It really tied into the whole anniversary thing and the Halloween theme that we were also double featuring last week, anniversary and Halloween, as it would fall on the calendar.
Pat Buchanan has been such an integral part of this show, really indirectly as much as anything.
But I got my start with Pat, and you all know the story, folks.
I followed that broken trail and looked for open doors.
And eventually, after a few twists and turns, it led me into radio.
I've been here for 14 years now.
But I don't know if you know this or if you remember this or not.
But have you ever seen Tales from the Crypt, Keith?
Yes.
You know Tales from the Crypt.
And you know the Crypt Keeker.
The Crypt Keeper.
Crypt Keeper is the host of Tales from the Crypt.
Well, Pat Buchanan was actually interviewed by the Crypt Keeper about his appearance on the political cesspool.
And we have that clip.
Here it is now.
Here's an email from Pat who says, you've recently received criticism for appearing on the political cesspool radio program, which describes its ideology as pro-white and has been criticized by the Anti-Defamation League as being anti-Semitic and white supremacist.
Do you regret appearing on the program?
And does MSNBC, where you're employed, approve of your appearance there?
Well, this is Abe Foxman runs the Anti-Defamation League.
And I think he's called me even worse names than he's calling this radio station.
So I really don't credit.
I think there's an awful lot of smearing being done by the Anti-Defamation League, frankly, over the years of individuals who simply disagree maybe with U.S. policy towards Israel and a lot of name-calling.
Now, on the radio shows, I've been on Diane 100 radio shows directly and probably thousands through Sean Hannity and Laura Ingram.
Am I supposed to go and vet all the people on these shows and get the list from Abe Foxman on what shows I can go on to?
Now, I remember that show, I think it was Saturday night, and I listened on that because I'd heard things about it.
And they had one of the best pro-life ads by Ron Paul I've ever seen on that radio station.
And they also had an advertisement for the Mormon church, which you have just been, in a way, defending, and rightly so.
It was a very in the Mormon church.
And I listened carefully to see, and the individual is very interested in the race issue.
But it was done, I thought it was not done, and I wouldn't be on a program if somebody started calling racial or ethnic names, or I rather might be on it, but I would say that's the last time we're going on that one.
Well, that was just one of the things you come across when you go back through our archives, and somebody reminded me of that last week, and I'd meant to play it, and we didn't have the time.
But Pat's good people, and that's the way, honestly, one of the reasons I want to bring that up, that's the way you answer questions like that.
Now, you can't just say, listen, I love James.
He's a good guy, because then they'd say, well, what about what James said in 2003?
Or what about what James said in August of 2010?
Do you agree with that?
They need to be accountable for everything I've ever said and done.
He answered it in the right way.
It was firm.
It was tough.
Pat's a good guy.
He's been on the show.
Every time I've ever asked him to come on the show, he's come on.
And you say, well, why hasn't he come on recently?
To be completely honest with you, ladies and gentlemen, I don't ask Pat to come on the show anymore because I'm afraid he'll say yes.
I love him too much to see what they do to him.
But anyway, that was just another fun thing.
That was actually on National Public Radio.
Next time he has a book coming out, I'm sure we'll have him on.
Well, he's had a few books come out recently, but they've all been about Nixon.
And that doesn't necessarily – I wasn't there for that.
Rainier John.
Yeah, I missed that one.
But that was a fun clip, and just another story.
Well, again, here's what we've got coming up.
Paul Nalen, I already told you that.
And that's coming up in the second hour.
Coming up this hour, Keith and I, there was a few stories in the news last week, obviously, that we didn't get a chance to talk about because we were heavy in anniversary celebration mode.
We're going to talk about this caravan, this caravan of aliens that is headed due north.
And I guess that to arrive on, what, Election Day?
They time it just right.
So we'll see what's going on there.
The piped bomber, we're going to talk about the election of Hare Balzonaro in Brazil.
So that's something we've been watching and talking about.
And we're actually going to have a caller from Brazil, the great caller, loyal listener, friend of TPC, who called in a few weeks ago.
We have emailed him and he's agreed to call in from Brazil at the end of this hour.
And he's going to give us a Brazilian's perspective on what exactly is going on down there, TPC, taking you to our assets and resources and friends around the world to bring you the news that would be, as we always say, hushed up or distorted anywhere else on the AM radio.
So we're just getting started.
We're past the anniversary show now.
A little bit of hangover there in that first segment.
Moving on full steam ahead with a great show tonight.
All current events and topics of interest coming your way from James and Keith.
you too.
Liberty is not free.
Its costs are innumerable.
Without monetary funding, the valiant efforts of freedom-loving Americans become diminished or outright defeated.
We present a solution: the Give Me Liberty Fund.
The plan is quite simple: invite individual Americans to contribute less than a dollar a day.
These monetary funds are used to promote liberty-minded media, organizations, events, candidates, movements, and speakers.
In the spirit of transparency, all expenditures are published.
Patriotic business owners provide discounted products and services to Give Me Liberty Fund members.

Ladies and gentlemen, may I ask you, what is the KQ?
You know, the kosher question.
Most Americans will spend their entire lifetime purchasing food from the supermarkets while having no idea that almost every packaged food product on the grocery shelves is certified kosher.
Indeed, the kosher question encompasses not only food and religion, but also affects our economics, politics, and our identity.
In an effort to promote awareness to the kosher question, developers have published an app for your smartphone that features a database of food products that have not been kosher certified.
The Kosher Certified app has prominent advertisement on TPC's homepage, or you can check out its website at thekosherQuestion.com.
With the cesspool of politics getting even deeper these days, why not leave the swamp and start eating in favor of your own interests?

Well, welcome back.
Let's get to work once and for all.
Back to work.
It's hard after a fun week like we had last week, but work must intrude.
And we were talking in the break, Keith and I and Sam, about that Buchanan clip.
That was actually on National Public Radio, no less, that that was Diane Ream interview.
I thought it really was the cripkeeper.
Diane Ream as the cripkeeper on national public radio.
Pat's a good man.
And wouldn't you know it?
Pat has an article that we're going to use to segue into our first discussion topic of the evening, Pat Buchanan's most recent article, The Mortal Threat to Red State America.
And he's talking about immigration generally, but the so-called caravan specifically.
Keith, tell us what's going on down there and what's heading our way.
Well, what's heading our way is a tsunami of indigent Central Americans from Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, and Point South coming through Mexico, not wanting to stay in Mexico, but simply transiting or transiting through there to get to America.
And who knows where they'll eventually wind up?
They're about a thousand miles away now, but they're closing all the time.
Somebody is paying for food for these people, for shelter, for restroom facilities, water to bathe with and also to drink, along with food.
I would imagine it's the usual suspects, but you know, like George Soros, for example.
But nonetheless, they are not coming here to enrich our lives.
And it's, you know, it's been suggested that maybe this was some type of October surprise cooked up to try to derail Trump by the left.
Well, if it was, it totally backfired.
It has given him, Trump is like a bulldog with a bloody bone on this particular issue, and it is really firing up his base.
Because if there is one thing that Trump's supporters listen to, it's immigration because they realize, as we've said on this show for years, you can't have a first world nation with a third world population.
And that's the left's plan for all European-derived nations.
In Europe, they get the nearest group of third worlders, which is Muslims, and try to flood European countries with them.
In the United States of America, that group would be Hispanics.
They're the nearest group, and that's who they try to flood us with.
But basically, they're not trying to help Muslims, and they're not trying to help Hispanics.
They're trying to harm white Gentiles like us.
And that's the whole purpose.
people know deep down in their guts that what the left is doing and what the left's program is is to harm us and particularly red state America.
You know, you were mentioning the title to Pat Buchanan's latest article, The Mortal Threat to Red State America.
Well, Red State America is that part of America in which white Gentiles still predominate and rule.
And they apparently have big changes in store for us.
along with, you know, according to this invasion from Central America, it is a godsend for the midterm elections for the Republicans and at least for the Trump-dominated party.
I'm sure that all of the conservatives, the rhino-type Republicans are wringing their hands and they're upset and they wish that Trump would just talk about tax cuts and the economy and stuff like this.
But thank goodness Trump has enough intelligence and enough political savvy to disregard their councils and go full speed ahead by speaking directly to his base.
Pat writes in this column, and Sam is quite right too.
He said you should mention that Donald Trump Jr. should listen to the way Pat handled the question.
He could have better himself quite substantially.
But with regard to Pat's answer on NPR about his appearance with us, Pat writes, for the European population of America, 90% of the country in 1965 will have fallen to about 60% by 2020 and whites for minority status about 20 years after that.
Politically, continued mass migration to the USA by people of color, Buchanan writes, who vote 70 to 90% Democratic is going to change our country.
Red state America will inevitably turn blue.
And that's what I say to all of these churches who pretend to be pro-life.
If you really are pro-life, the best way to ensure you have a fighting chance to ever overturn Roe versus Wade, if that's even remotely possible, is you had better secure the borders and stop these third worlders from coming in because when they come in, they're going to vote, as Pat wrote, 70 to 90% Democratic, and you're never going to have a chance to elect anybody that's pro-life, much less overturn Roe versus Wade.
So if these churches are serious about protecting the lives of the unborn, they better get serious about protecting the border, securing the border, sealing the border, mining the border, building a wall, whatever it takes, because I think there is a big disconnect mentally there, Keith, from them not being able to connect those two very close dots.
Well, and also, if they are serious about their primary rubric, which is to celebrate diversity, biological diversity is preserved by racial and ethnic groups remaining somewhat distinct from one another, not being homogenized into some type of new racist type of person, which is what the left has in mind for all of us.
So we need to know, people need to, and I think people instinctively grasp this, that the main thing about the left is they have, that they sail under false colors.
They pretend to be benevolent when they're actually the essence of malevolence.
They pretend to be pro-black, pro-Hispanic, pro-Muslim, pro-immigrant, and really all they are is anti-white Gentile.
And that's becoming clearer and clearer with every passing day.
Trump probably wouldn't even own those comments himself, but his instincts fall right in line with someone who is trying to preserve the character of America as it was back in the 1950s or 40s.
I think there's no doubt what you're going to get with the Democrats.
I don't know how serious the Republicans are about really securing the border.
I think that you could very easily believe that it's the proverbial carrot in front of the cart and we're the horse and we keep walking forward thinking we're going to eventually catch the carrot, but it always remains a step out of reach.
That may be the end game.
But as far as this election, because we're going to talk about this with Paul Namo in the next hour, I mean, I guess you do.
I don't like him.
And yes, I've seen all the statistics.
There's more immigration under Trump.
There's less deportations under Trump.
But I do think he has good instincts.
And if the Republicans want to survive to win elections, they're going to have to stop the border.
So I know, Keith, you voted the Republican ticket.
Yeah, here's what I think, okay?
Trump has, you know, Trump so far has been the perfect example of the old expression, when all is said and done, more will be said than done.
He hasn't built the wall.
He hasn't stopped immigration.
He hasn't pumped out the illegal immigrants that are already in this country.
We could maybe start winning some Supreme Court cases.
There's a chance of that.
Well, see, that's what the problem is.
That's where a lot of this is.
The problem is that in this first term, one, he has not had a conservative majority on the Supreme Court.
Two, he hasn't really had a Republican or a conservative majority in the Senate and the House of Representatives.
He's had rhinos like Jeff Flake and John McCain and all sorts of other people similar to that, Bob Corker, Lamar Alexander, that were nominally Republicans, but basically were never Trumpers.
We need to give him that majority of people that aren't never Trumpers on there and see what he does in his second, in this last half of his first term in presidency.
If we give him the majority he wants and he still does nothing, then we'll know we've been could win.
We'll be right back.
We're going to talk more about it.
In fact, we're going to be talking about it for the majority of the evening.
It's our midterm election primer.
We're just getting started.

Most Americans are painfully aware that the nation is on the wrong track and in dire straits.
Unfortunately, most political pundits only nibble around the edges when they claim to address the issues.
Even worse, many of the so-called solutions are simply rewarmed servings of what got us into the mess we currently face.
And the politicians think we're so gullible and naive that we'll buy their lies that they have reformed and now understand where they led us astray.
Unfortunately, the truth of the matter is that they simply wish to continue to hold power.
The solution to America's challenges is found in returning to the timeless principles found in the United States Constitution.
My book and lecture series will reawaken in Americans an understanding and love of the principles which made this nation the freest, most prosperous, happiest, and most respected nation on earth.

Okay, girls, about finished with your lesson on money?
Daddy, what is a buy-sell spread for gold coins?
Well, when you sell a gold coin to a coin shop that's worth, say, $1,200, you don't actually get $1,200.
But don't worry, we're members of UPMA now, so we don't have to worry about that.
Daddy, why is somebody seal that gold?
We don't have any gold at the house.
It's stored safely in the UPMA vault, securely and insured.
But the S ⁇ P 500 outperformed gold.
Daddy, gold is a bad investment.
Some people do think of it that way, but actually, gold is money.
And as members of the United Precious Metals Association, we can use our gold at any store, just like a credit card.
Or I can ask them to drop it right into Mommy and Daddy's bank account.
Because we're a UPMA member family.
Find out more at UPMA.org.
That's UPMA.org.
Getting the kids to school, cleaning the house, doing the laundry.
It seems that the work routine as a stay-at-home mom is never ending.
And even though I'm a prime grocery shopper in our family of four, I simply don't have time to scrutinize all the labels on the countless food products I buy.
Oh, sure.
I've noticed all the latest certification seals, organic, non-GMO, gluten-free.
It definitely seems to be the latest craze.
But it was only recently that kosher certification seals caught my attention.
You see, my husband had me download an app called Koch Certified, and it shed light on a century-old certification industry that slipped under the radar screen from the majority of our public.
I also noticed a question mark at the end of the app name.
And that makes great sense as there's far more questions regarding this industry than answers.
In fact, the developers refer to this as the kosher question.
Sure, I'm a busy mom and didn't pay attention to our food culture, but now I have transparency, a convenient grocery list feature, and the ability to eat in favor of my family's best interests.
You can discover it, too, at thekosherquestion.com.
Welcome back.
To get on the show, call us on James's Dine at 1-866-986-6397.
I want to move through this very quickly, Keith.
We really need to wrap up the talk on the caravan, and we may revisit it with Paul in the next hour, but just to be clear, because I'm going to ask this of everyone on the program tonight, you would advise, and this is an issue that if you ask five different leaders of our cause, of our movement, you know, identifiable public figures in our movement, you'd get five different answers.
Set out the election, vote straight Republican, vote for the Democrats because we want it as bad as possible, as quickly as possible, so the bottom can fall out, we can get our piece of it.
I mean, and they can make arguments across the board for each and every scenario and others.
But you are telling our people to do, you would advise our people, I should say, to our listeners, to do what you did, and that is go in and vote the Republican slave.
Yeah, I just.
Not because you love them so much.
Right.
That's not it.
Right now, I think that there is a legitimate chance that Trump's agenda as advertising.
Somebody said he runs as a white nationalist and he governs as a fiscal conservative.
As Jeb Bush.
Yeah, or as Jeb Bush or something like that.
But, you know, it could be that he just doesn't have a wide enough margin.
He has enough fifth columnists in the Republican Senate and the Republican House that it frustrates his ability to govern according to his will.
Well, let's give him more people in the House, more people in the Senate.
We're getting, you know, Lord Almighty is taking care of John McCain.
Now, I think the political system generally is taking care of people like Jeff Flake and Bob Corker.
Well, even Lindsey Graham has been a team player in the last couple of weeks.
Well, at least partially, partially.
But the thing is, let's get him enough people in there to see if that really makes a difference.
If it doesn't, for example, in local politics here in Memphis, we had seven Democrats and six Republicans on the city council.
All six Republicans voted along with the seven Democrats to take down the Confederate statues.
So I would not be recommending trying to vote Republican in the local election.
In fact, I've asked groups like the Sons of Confederate veterans to try to recruit a slate of people to run against every one of those Republicans, basically just on that Confederate park issue.
And then when they don't get elected, they will have learned a lesson, which is that you can't disregard the wishes of your base if you want a political future.
I don't think we're to those dire circumstances yet in Congress, in Senate or the House of Representatives.
But if we give the Republicans a resounding victory, if they increase their margin in the Senate and in the House of Representatives, and still, when all is said and done more said than done, then we'll know that someone's been peeing on our leg and telling us that's right.
And even if that happens, so what?
In two years, the Democrats take over anyway.
But you do what you do for your city councilman's position.
You know the area better than we do, people.
But Keith Alexander's advice for the House and for the Senate might as well vote GOP this time.
I still hope Springs Eternal, and I'm hoping that Trump really means what he says.
And if we give him a broad enough majority to enact, for example, building the border wall and he still doesn't do it, then we'll know all we need to know about Donald Trump.
There was one more thing about this caravan, and that is you and I were joking around about it at lunch earlier this week, and that is this thing is it stretches miles and miles and miles.
You're talking about thousands upon thousands of people.
When it's time for them to go to bed or take a bathroom break, does the guy at the head of the line stop everybody and they just shout it down the row when it's time to go to bed?
Where do they sleep?
I mean, they're walking up these Mexican roadways.
Do they just go to bed on the side of the road?
I mean, where do all of these people?
That's why I say this is not just like the children's crusade in the Middle Ages.
This is not just some spontaneous outbreak.
Somebody has put this together, some leftist organization.
And furthermore, some leftist knobs, you know, big shots like George Soros or somebody of his ilk is paying for the food and the water and the port-a-potting.
None of this stuff happens organically.
And they're not coming out of a war zone either.
I mean, to the extent that all third world nations are war zones in some shape, form, or fashion.
But it's always funny.
They'll find one of the 10 or 20 children that are in this procession.
And those are the faces you see.
But the vast majority, 90%, these all look like able-bodied men to me, you know, of fighting age and strength.
And it's just like these phonies that show up at the hot button political issue with the matching shirts and corrugated plastic signs that didn't spring up out of the ground either.
Just think about this, though, James.
A lot of these people are poor people that want a better life for themselves.
But you can't take all the poor people in the world and send them to first world nations.
It's the lifeboat analogy.
If the Titanic is sinking, you can't pick up everybody that is floating out there in the water to the few lifeboats they have, or else you will swamp the lifeboats.
And not only will the people in the sea drown, the people that were in the lifeboats will drown.
So we can't allow our nations to become a dumping ground, no matter how well-intentioned and how soft and cuddly that sounds like.
We just can't allow everybody in the world to come.
And furthermore, when these people come, they're coming from the third world.
In the third world, there is no appreciation whatsoever for the concept of small government.
We are not, according to John Jay's Federalist No. 2, people that have the same ethics as they do.
They think that a small government, a government that doesn't give you goodies and does stuff for you, is the very definition of a bad government.
Let's hope that Trump stops it.
Let's hope that he militarizes the border.
I know he sent a few folks down there already.
We'll see what happens.
There's going to be natural-born Democrats once they get here and get somewhat acclimated or acculturated to America.
And that's going to be Adios America, as Ann Coulter said.
Yes, she did.
Very quickly, with only a minute or two remaining, this pipe bomber, this alleged pipe popper, if it is as they presented it, this guy was the worst bomb maker in the history of the world.
He reminded me of Ahmed the Cockmaker.
You remember that guy, that kid a few years ago.
It really reminds me of the scene in Breaking Bad where Saul hires this Patsy to get arrested in place of Walt, if you're familiar with the Breaking Bad universe.
I don't know.
It could be real, but I tell you what, if it is real, they couldn't have scripted this any better.
Some kook, some crank in this van of all vehicles that you can't even see in the windows because it's got so many pro-Trump bumper stickers on all the windows.
And they say he's white.
I believe he's half Filipino, half Italian.
So everybody's white when they commit a crime, like George Zimmerman's white and Elliot Rogers is white, and everybody once they commit a crime is white.
He doesn't have Nordic features as far as I can tell.
Well, anyway, what do you make of this?
It just seemed patently absurd to me.
I mean, I guess the guy could have done it.
Maybe he was trying to scare them.
Maybe he never intended them to go off.
Maybe he didn't do it at all.
Maybe he's in on it.
What's to say?
But it's always interesting when something like this happens two weeks before an election.
Well, it's another October surprise.
They're going to throw everything up on the wall and see what sticks.
Nothing is sticking.
I think that they gave Trump a gift from heaven with the caravan and the bomb maker situation, the pipe bomber or whatnot.
I think that's just like comic relief.
Nobody really takes that seriously.
And the Kavanaugh thing, I mean, something like that a few years ago would have stuck all the way through the election, for better or worse.
Whatever side had energized, it would have kept them energized.
But now everybody's attention span is so ministering.
It's more than that, though, James.
It's what the news is what the mainstream media or the legacy media says it is.
And when they move off of something, if something is there that they don't like and it's not working out well for them, they just drop it like a bad habit.
And people don't remember it 48 hours later.
So Brett Kavanaugh was good.
It got everybody stirred up.
But now most of that angst from Kavanaugh is being transferred to the caravan, which, quite frankly, is an even greater problem because like Humpty Dumpty, all the King's horses and all the King's men will never fix America or putting America back together again if it is broken by permanent resident third world immigrants coming to America and swamping the population.
If that happens, it doesn't matter what is on the Supreme Court, anything else.
We're just fighting a losing battle.
We're going down for the count.
But it's a one-party government in five to ten more years because once they swamp, Georgia may go Democrat this year, but that creature that's running for governor.
There's going to blast of faces of the Confederate generals or the Confederate luminaries off of Stone Mountain, she said, if she gets in.
That'll be one of her big priorities.
We're getting Jacobins into office, and they're not even trying to hide their radicalism.
Well, and she was burning the state flag some years ago.
That's one of her claims to fame.
When she was thin, so that was a long time.
What I'm saying is, if Job of the Hut now, if Georgia can go blue, Georgia, or purple.
Well, purple as they call it, but if they vote for this Democratic governoress and goes blue there, Florida, we know how close Florida is, and Texas isn't that far behind.
I'm telling you, you've got a one-party system in about five to ten more years unless these things get serious on the border.
And also, endemic in every Republican-Democrat election, at least around here, is voter fraud on the part of the Democrats.
If you don't think there's life after death, come to Memphis on Election Day, folks.
Stay tuned.

Do we reflect about our future and where we as a culture are moving?
Do we keep our trust in our jobs, homes, money, life necessities, investments, stock markets?
Do we believe that our 401ks or other retirements will always be there and that the current economic order will recover?
Is the economy going to recover and life return to normal?
It ain't gonna happen by a friend of Medigoria.
Whether you are poor, middle class, or rich, it ain't gonna happen.
A book of astounding revelations about the present economic order and where we are heading.

They're criminals.
I'm going to open up our libel laws so when they write purposely negative and horrible and false articles, we can sue them and win lots of money.
We're going to open up those libel laws.
Welcome back.
To get on the show, call us on James's Dime at 1-866-986-6397.
Sam sometimes outdoes it with his creation of these commercial spots, and he patched that last one together from Donald Trump.
Only wish he'd loosened up those libel laws before mine had squirted out of the court system.
Anyway, folks, a couple of weeks ago, we were talking about Brazil and Bolsonaro, and we had this very special surprise call from a longtime listener in Brazil.
And it generated response from across the country, even listeners as far away as London, England said, hey, get this guy on more often.
We want to hear more about what's going on in Brazil from somebody who's actually down there.
And this guy has been, I mean, he's a magnificent family man.
I love this guy dearly.
Been a longtime supporter of the show.
And I thought, what better opportunity to have him back on than the very first show that we broadcast after the election of Bolsonaro to the presidency of Brazil.
So now we have our man from Rio de Janeiro.
That's right.
We're close enough.
Close enough.
He's closer to Rio than we are, that's for sure.
But he's back with us tonight live from Brazil.
He's calling in from Brazil.
How are you feeling, my friend?
Still basking in the glow of the big victory down there, I assume.
Yes, indeed, James.
Thank you so much for the kind words and thank you for having me.
Yes, we are thrilled.
We are very happy.
Brazil is getting better just with the election getting the way we want it.
And, you know, the economy is growing already.
He doesn't even, he's in office, but he's doing the transition period and a lot of great stuff are going on.
I have said that I hope that everything they've written about Bolsonaro is true.
I doubt that it is because we know how they lie.
But nevertheless, the more that they tried to write these scary articles to make people shy away from voting.
That's hard.
The more hope I had invested in him to the point now where I would say if half of this stuff is true, I think that you may have a better president than we do now.
And so I take it you voted for Bolsonaro.
Well, of course.
It should be.
Well, tell us.
Let us ask you this, if we could.
Was his demise being predicted?
Were there polls like there were in America for Trump on the eve of the election showing a great victory for the other side?
Or were these people more or less resigned to the law, to the whipping they took?
I think it was more lamentations, but we'll let our guy answer.
They tried to hold him up in the first term, but he almost won.
He got 47 percent.
And then in the second turn, they tried to, the official polls, the polls that are misguiding people, they tried to narrow the distance between him and the other candidate, which is from Workers' Party.
But that didn't work because we had some smart people around Bolsonaro, and they made private polls with private companies that showed that the distance of the margins were larger.
So they couldn't fake or fraud anything.
They had to go with it.
And now they're desperate because hell is going to break loose upon them and justice and all the bad things that they did, the theft, all the scandals that they made.
Things are going to get harder for them, and they're quite – Is the left over there, excuse me, going as nuts?
Are they breaking down and crying like they were in America?
Are they having nervous breakdowns like they did in America?
Or what's going on?
Yes, that meltdown is happening.
But I guess in a lower scale than the U.S., I guess the U.S. is harder, you know.
But we're having in a lot of universities here, we are having these movements.
We also had like the Antifa flag in some universities here.
They tried to make some sort of protesting and then the protests were before the election day.
And then the police went on to, because it's a crime, the election has some seriousness in the justice system.
So the police went on and then they tried to stop the police.
And they were trying to create a situation just before the election, but that didn't go.
And Bolsonaro was indeed elected.
Well, let me ask you this.
If he is able to implement some of his biggest issues, if he's able to realize his vision on some of these biggest issues that got him elected, what changes will we be seeing in Brazil?
What changes will you be seeing?
Biggest change is that he's making all his ministers not from political point.
He's not linked to any other party.
He has his party, but even that and his party has already announced that they don't make collusions or, you know, the old system.
We still don't know how it's going to get in Brasilia, the state capital, because it's a pretty tough place to live.
All the stories that we get is that the system is all rigged and the system is all complex.
He's making major changes to change the game, you know, trying to make...
You've got your own swamp down there that he needs to drain then, in other words, right?
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
That's it.
That's perfect.
Well, we hear over here in America, there's some nefarious link between him and the military.
What is that all about?
He's an ex-military, and the militaries in Brazil were, with all that history of the coup in 1964, there was a counter-revolution.
We were getting into communism, and then we had this counter-revolution.
It was tough, but not so tough as Chile, for example, or Argentina.
And, you know, the left lives upon the past.
They keep creating this situation that we're going to have dictatorship because he's a military guy.
He praised former militaries that worked during this dictatorship era.
But, you know, the story told by the left, it's all false.
They all create this situation.
They say that he's going to transform us again in a dictatorship.
Democracy is going to stop in Brazil.
These are false claims.
Let me ask you this.
Does he describe himself as a conservative, as a populist, as a man of the working man's friend?
Or how does he portray himself?
And is that an accurate portrayal?
I guess he used both the titles of conservative and a populist.
And he's been speaking about God and religion.
He speaks about being a Brazilian, being proud of being a Brazilian.
He's a nationalist.
Those names have also flourished about him.
Well, I saw what you sent, the picture, the picture of his studio where he was producing the last couple of ads that he put out immediately before the election.
This was after they attempted to murder him and he was stabbed and spent some time in the hospital, bounced back from that, got back on the trail, and he was just broadcasting these commercials for his campaign of this very modest little room with just a single lamp.
I mean, we've even got a better setup than that.
And he's now the president of Brazil.
And I've watched, he's really infectious.
He's got a charismatic personality, which I think a leader must have.
And he's got an infectious laugh, and he's got a good sense of humor, and he takes things in stride, at least based upon what I've seen.
But I want to get back to the issues very quickly because we only have a couple of minutes remaining.
What would you say would be his top two issues, the top two things he would like to change or do better for Brazilians?
He's talking a lot about reducing bureaucracies in Brazil so we can go economically better.
He's also talking about changing the judiciary and being hard on education.
Education is a major problem in Brazil.
We still have a lot of people that don't know how to write or read.
This kind of thing.
And, you know, this is like a good scenario for leftists.
They can change the mind of these ignorant people.
So this is a tough thing that he should address hard.
Education.
Tough on crime.
And I think one of his things is tough on crime as well.
Yeah.
Let me ask you this.
Let me just ask you this.
Is there a racial divide in Brazilian society?
And if so, what is the nature of it?
Does he address that in any way?
Yeah.
He was called a racist, of course.
But as you can see in the picture, James, he has that guy, that black guy by his side is elected official from the House of Representatives, and he's black.
So the left created this situation that we have racism in Brazil.
But we are here more mixed than the U.S. Blacks and whites here, we don't have so much that tension.
But after these 13 years of Workers' Party and they created this affirmative action, they created a situation of divide.
But Bolsonaro, they tried to say that he's going to be racist and he's hard on women, all the same stuff than Trump, but it doesn't work.
It's lighter in Brazil, not so much as the U.S.
And I know they've tried to bring up the homosexual issue, too.
I saw an interview he did with Ellen Page, who's a homosexual actress who came down there.
That was very funny.
But he takes, he just, it's really disarming when he's being under attack.
You can't pin him down, and he just takes it.
It lets it waters off a duck's back.
Everything I've seen from him, everything I've read about him, I like.
I don't know if he'll be as good as we hope or from their position as bad as we think.
But I am glad he got elected.
And I'm so glad that we had you calling in for a segment tonight to shed a little more light on it.
Congratulations on the win for you and your people.
Thank you.
Thank you so much, James.
We're really happy, and we think we're going to have a good future ahead of us.
Well, thank you, brother.
Thanks for all the support over the years.
You're part of our family.
We love you.
God bless you and keep us posted.
We'll be back with the second hour right after this.
