Time Text
You're listening to the Liberty News Radio Network, and this is the Political Cesspool.
The Political Cesspool, known across the South and worldwide as the South's foremost populist conservative radio program.
And here to guide you through the murky waters of the Political Cesspool is your host, James Edwards.
And I wish you all in the world.
But most of all, I wish it for myself.
And the songbirds keep singing, like being all the score.
And I love you, I love you, I love you like never before.
Well, ladies and gentlemen, in light of John McCain's passing, we want to dedicate the song Songbird to him tonight here on TPC.
We actually had our own running with John McCain, if people will remember some years ago when Eddie's good friend Sheriff Paul Babieu invited him for the ride-along.
And again, we don't know what exactly that meant after we found out his sexual proclivities, but nevertheless, it was found out that Paul Babu, Sheriff Babu, was a supporter of John McCain.
And since Babu had appeared on this program and J.D. Hayworth was running against McCain, it all became very muddied here in the political cesspool.
And that became actually a talking point in that senatorial race.
Nevertheless, let's get back on to important matters.
And important matters are indeed South Africa.
Now, this is a topic that was broken wide open at long last by Donald Trump's singular tweet a few days ago.
We talked about it last week.
We're going to revisit it tonight with one and only Jim Lancia.
He's been a longtime correspondent here on TPC, a retired police officer from Bridgeport, Connecticut.
He wrote the book Downtown White Police, which we've featured on this show several times.
You can still buy it on Amazon.
We'd encourage you to do so if you don't already have a copy.
But Jim has a special interest in South Africa as well, as is Eddie DeBobadier Miller, who is with me for the third and final hour.
But Jim, to you, Donald Trump's tweet and the media reaction to it and everything else you have on your mind, take it away.
Litas, we're ready to follow.
It's good to be with you, James.
Yes, it's about time the president said something about it.
But, you know, it really has to go beyond the tweet, to be honest with you.
But I am happy that the president did mention white South African farmers being targeted.
It goes a lot deeper than that.
But if you could see the response of the mainstream, they're calling him a white supremacist and a Nazi again, because he mentioned the word white when it's the government of South Africa that is focusing on the racial takeover of white-owned land.
But yes, I'm glad he finally said something.
But the problem is, is what's going to get done about it?
I mean, the president can't even get his own DOJ to investigate crime because, you know, the left is blocking it all the way.
So we're going to mess up time, but we'll get back to South Africa here.
Remember now, for people that don't fully understand, they are confiscating land from white citizens of South Africa based on race.
And it's not just the farmland.
I talk to people in South Africa frequently, and they're going after the urban land also.
And someone who lives in South Africa said they're actually going after vehicles, tractors, and they expect the mortgages and the leases to be still paid even after this land is confiscated and this property is confiscated.
That's right.
It goes even beyond the absurdity that even the mainstream has even leaked out.
People like Tucker Carlson have been speaking out about it.
He's probably the only guy on mainstream that I've ever heard really come out and bash this racial confiscation of land.
You know, Jim, Eddie Miller here, Eddie Bob Dear Miller, you're right.
Good to see you.
Good to talk to you.
I'm sure.
Good to talk to you, Bob.
I can't hear you very well.
Oh, how about James?
James is working on the box.
Hang on one second.
I'm sorry.
You're not coming in.
You're not coming in loud and clear.
It should be good to go.
Can you hear me now?
Okay.
Yeah, I can hear you.
I heard you better before.
Jim, I'm going to another microphone now.
As you probably are well aware.
The South African Parliament just passed a resolution where they're going to amend their constitution so they can confiscate that land legally as if they need a legal reason to do it.
But further than that, Jim, I'm sure you know the powers that be there in the South African parliament have said that the whites there, they're not going to genocide them right now.
They're going to give them perhaps maybe two years, and then they're going to eliminate every single white person in South Africa, especially the Afrikaners, the boar.
They've made songs, kill the boar, kill the racist.
And it's been approved by the, you know, the South African parliament has not done a thing about that, you know, Jim.
So things are getting really dire there.
They're really bad.
And I'm sure you're probably aware of Simon Roach.
He's very popular with all with their so-called alt-right all over the world right now, people like us.
And he said he came to, you know, he'd been to America, United States here, probably for about 18 months over the past two years.
And he said he sees every single parallel here in the United States that started in South Africa 25, 30 years ago to coin a phrase Michael Hill always says.
He says, first they come for the linen, then they come for the granite, and then they come for the flesh.
We see that here right here.
What do you think about that, Jim?
You have connections to South Africa.
Are your friends saying the same thing that we have the same apparatus in place right now to get to eliminate white people here in America?
Yes, and I'm going to give you the perfect example in Memphis.
But before I go on, yes, I've been in private contact with Simon Roach, and I've also been in contact with a member of parliament there, an active member of parliament, along with police and military.
And I get the, I get the nitty-gritty from these guys, okay, because they trust me and they know that I did apply for South African ambassador and I applied for that job without a salary and I wrote directly to Trump, President Trump, and I also exposed the former South African ambassador sent by Obama.
And believe it or not, after my letter, the ambassador from the U.S. was fired immediately.
I don't know if it was that he read my letter, but he fired him.
So now they do not have an America, U.S. does not have an ambassador there.
Okay.
You mentioned the president.
These people that said kill the boar, machine gun the farmer, this is the president of South Africa who said that.
That was Zuma.
And this guy, Milema, is a powerful member of the EFF.
It's one of their biggest political parties.
He has a land or death movement.
And he's the one who said, we're not calling for the killing of all whites yet.
I mean, this is the South African government should be sanctioned by the governments of the world.
This is the very least they should do, is have sanctions against them.
But of course, all we get right now is a tweet.
So you can see how upset I am.
Now, you had Theresa May in South Africa just a few days ago dancing.
Oh, God.
I saw, Jim, the music's starting, so it's a good part.
If there's ever a good time to interrupt Jim Lancia's now, I saw that dance.
My God, what a joke.
And I'm not just talking about her dancing skill.
The fact that she would go over there and, for all intents and purposes, prostrate herself, it's just disgusting.
It shows the complete dismantling of the West.
We'll be right back.
As a parent, is receiving a faith-based, character-focused education for your children difficult to find?
Do you believe that godly principles should be a central component in your child's education?
Imagine a school where faith and integrity are at its center, where heritage and responsibility instill character.
For over 40 years, American Heritage School has been educating both hearts and minds, bringing out academic excellence.
This is the school where character and embracing the providence of a living God are fundamental, where students' national test scores average near the 90th percentile.
With American Heritage School's advanced distance education program, distance is no longer an issue.
With an accredited LDS-oriented curriculum from kindergarten through 12th grade, your children can attend from anywhere in the world.

Ladies and gentlemen, may I ask you, what is the KQ?
You know, the kosher question.
Most Americans will spend their entire lifetime purchasing food from the supermarkets while having no idea that almost every packaged food product on the grocery shelves is certified kosher.
Indeed, the kosher question encompasses not only food and religion, but also affects our economics, politics, and our identity.
In an effort to promote awareness to the kosher question, developers have published an app for your smartphone that features a database of food products that have not been kosher certified.
The Koshertified app has prominent advertisement on TPC's homepage, or you can check out its website at thekosherQuestion.com.
With the cesspool of politics getting even deeper these days, why not leave the swamp and start eating in favor of your own interests?
Check out thekosherquestion.com today and download the app.

And now back to tonight's show.
So it's James Edwards, Edited Bombardier Miller, and retired police officer Jim Lancia this third hour.
We got Jim for one more segment.
And why not Jim as South African ambassador?
I guarantee you, there's been a lot more nepotism and a lot more unqualified people that have been put into positions of ambassadorships to different nations in the world than a guy with Jim Lance's track record as a beat cop who enforced law and order in some of the most terrific war zone neighborhoods that this country has to offer.
We salute Jim Lancia every time he's on this show.
What we were talking about before the break, though, was Teresa May dancing a jig over there in Kenya and completely embarrassing herself, embarrassing her nation, embarrassing whites worldwide by this display.
And I would liken that akin to what Bill Clinton did this weekend at Aretha Franklin's funeral.
Now, Aretha Franklin had two or three good songs.
She did.
But Bill Clinton claimed that she came from a perfect culture.
The black culture of Detroit, Michigan, from whence Aretha Franklin came, is a perfect culture, according to our former head of state, our former president.
Well, Bill Clinton and Teresa May are the past.
People like Jim Lancia are the future.
And we're talking about South Africa right now.
Jim, you have contacts there.
This is an issue near and dear to your heart.
You've got one more segment.
Fill it any way you'd like.
Okay, well, you wanted to, you said Simon Rhodes made correlations between South Africa and the U.S. I'm going to get to that.
But what Teresa May said was she was all for the land reform in South Africa.
As long as it was legal and democratic, they're going to make it legal by amending the Constitution, which of course you can make anything legal.
And how democratic could it be when the white South African is less than 10% of the population of South Africa?
So it's a minority being oppressed by a majority.
So she knows very well what's going on.
And there's a lot of South Africans who have English heritage and she should take a better, more of a concern for her own people than dancing like a fool when these farm murders are going on.
Okay, now, here's some of the correlations.
The South African government has also started another gun confiscation.
They're going after 300,000 legal gun owners before this land grab.
This is something new.
So this is what they do before they really do some atrocity.
Okay.
Now, they also, a long time ago, a while ago, they disbanded the commando units.
These were white farmers that got together and protected each other, just like our militia here.
And they disbanded them and made them illegal a long time ago.
Now they've got to use private security, even if they could even get that.
But what they've also found is these blacks that are going around killing and torturing these South African farmers have been seen on CCC cameras with military-grade phone jammers.
So when the people try to call for help, their phones are jammed.
Now, where are they getting these phone jammers?
It's more of a military operation than anything else.
And they're doing it purposely.
And the South African government's trying to paint it off as just crime.
When remember this, a South African farmer is, even in the dangerous South Africa, is four times more likely to be killed than anybody else in an already dangerous South Africa.
And being a South African white farmer is the most dangerous job in the world, period.
And they are targeted.
So here's one of the points I wanted to make when he said that South Africa has a lot of correlation to the U.S. Look at Memphis.
Memphis is a predominantly black city, right?
The population.
Correct.
Memphis has a black mayor, right?
And a black police chief.
Is the mayor still black or was he black?
We have a white city mayor, but I believe we just had a black county mayor.
But we have a black police chief and we have a black sheriff and a black police chief.
Okay.
Okay.
Can you hear me now, Jim?
What's that?
Jim, can you hear me now, Jim?
Yes.
Okay.
Yeah, Jim.
We have a black police chief and a black sheriff, and we have a newly elected black county mayor.
I believe that's right, you did, James.
We still have a white, if you want to call him white.
He's what they call a reverse Oreo.
He's white on the outside, but he's black on the inside.
Okay, but what I was trying to say is you have a black power structure in Memphis, right?
Correct.
They hold the power and they have a predominantly black city.
So it's not a matter of being a minority any longer.
The police department in Memphis is also predominantly black.
Correct.
They also have an African-American police union in the Memphis PD.
Why would you need an African-American police union as well as the regular police union when you are the majority?
You see what I'm saying?
This started off as being, okay, let's bring equality.
Then let's give them a leg up with affirmative action.
Now, with the power in their hands, they still have this extra protection and this extra level of protection.
They're not even a minority in Memphis.
So where does it end?
You see what I mean?
And that's what happened in South Africa.
Once the whites gave up power, okay, they were superseded with an ignorant black government.
And that's what they are.
If you ever watch any of the parliamentary proceedings, it looks like BET entertainment.
I'm serious.
I'm not just trying to be stupid here.
And so basically, you have the power structure transferred to them.
And it's not, okay, let's all get along and be happy now that we could live equally.
This is now let's make whitey pay for the past.
So now, whatever apartheid was, and it wasn't as bad as it's pointed out to be, whatever it was, do the children and grandchildren need to pay for the sins of the fathers and mothers?
No.
And if you look at the mainstream media, it's either ignore it.
If you bring it up, they'll call you racist or Nazi.
And then there's the other apologetics who say, oh, well, the whites were horrible at one time, so maybe they deserve it now.
So basically, that's what you get.
And all of those are the wrong answer.
So what would I say to you?
What would we say?
What if all the American Indians would say, okay, well, you took our land by warfare, whatever.
You know, I don't agree with that.
But what if they said all the land was owned by some Indian tribe at one time?
Would these liberals be willing to give up their million-dollar homes because some Indian hunted on it 200 years ago?
You see what I mean?
So that's where we're going.
I mean, but that's where it is.
And if you know, and South Africa is so deep, you can't even get into the ridiculousness of the claims that it was their land because it never was.
That land was inhabited when the Dutch first landed there.
I mean, that's history.
They all came in when the White South African government made that place prosper.
And of course, you got all the influx, just like we're getting influx because we made a beautiful country and everybody wants a peace of it.
And then once they get in it, they want to take it away.
from the people who made it.
And that's exactly what's happening to the U.S. Look at the Confederate statues.
They never bothered anybody before.
All of a sudden, now they can't stand them.
Now it's going to be George Washington and Jefferson.
Our whole history is going to be erased because we've allowed this multicultural New World Order to come in.
And it is the New World Order and the deep state.
They're all behind it because they know how much it disrupts everything.
And it is a takeover.
I mean, it's an absolute takeover.
You can see what's going on in our own government now with Trump.
I mean, it's blatant criminality on the left and even on the right, guys like McCain, too.
I mean, it's blatant criminals, and they're taking over and they're doing it everywhere.
But as far as South Africa, it's all based on race, and they're getting away with it.
You know, Jim, you mentioned that earlier that a tweet was good, but it wasn't enough.
You know, the story that I'm getting with Trump, that he's fighting for his life right now to keep him not only being impeached, but put him in prison.
I'm just wondering, you know, and people in the government that he's giving orders to are just disobeying him from what I've heard.
Well, I hear the music, Jim.
You've knocked it out of the park tonight, fella.
You did a great job.
Yeah, Jim, we got to get you back sooner rather than later.
It's always a privilege and a pleasure to have you on the show.
We'll let you run tonight, but stay in touch with us.
You know our phone numbers.
You know our email.
You got something hot on South Africa or anything else, let us know and we'll make the time available to you.
Jim Lancia, Amazon.com, downtown White Police, buy the book.
Thank you, Jim.
Thanks a lot, guys.

As the United States boldly stepped forward in the glorious light provided by its new constitution in 1787, the nations of the earth were in awe of the newfound strength and hope of this free land.
Today, the nation stands at a crossroads.
A divergence from the original intent put forth in the United States Constitution has brought grave threats to our beloved nation.
A miracle is needed if the United States is to survive.
That miracle is again the pure application of the United States Constitution.
I'm Scott Bradley.
In my To Preserve the Nation book and lecture series, I bring forth truths that will help raise up a new generation of statesmen like those noble Americans who founded this land.
Vigorous application of these principles will invigorate and restore the nation, and we may become again the freest, most prosperous, most respected, and happiest nation on earth.

Well, folks, as we said, last week was so busy.
It was so busy, we didn't even have a chance to follow up on an announcement that we made the week prior, and that is of Eddie Bobby Miller's new show, Blood River Radio.
Now, it's going to be coming online soon at Bloodriver.com.
And it's, of course, going to be coming soon as well to the Liberty News Radio Network.
With the censorship that we face, and this goes back to a topic that Keith and I addressed in the first hour, with the censorship that we face with the news that is being made as a result of Trump's tweet about South Africa and all the news that it's made on Fox News, and of course the news it's been making, been making here for years and years.
There needs to be more media that is tackling our issues.
And TPC is the eye of the storm, but from us comes other very prominent tropical depressions, I guess you could say.
If we're the hurricane, what would you call it?
Well, you know, of course, Scoop, Scoop Stanton has 7.5 Radio.
Now, that immediately follows TPC every Saturday night here on the Liberty News Radio Network.
But coming soon, and I mean, coming soon as of the first Saturday of October, will be Blood River Radio, and that's going to immediately precede TPC.
So you're going to have TPC in the middle.
If this was Fox News, we'd be Hannity, and then I guess Eddie and Scoop would be, I don't know, who would be Sean Hannity and who would be Megan Kelly?
Although Megan Kelly's not there, that'd be Tucker.
Well, even Bill Rowley Raleigh in there.
I don't watch Fox News.
I don't know.
But they used to have three pretty prominent shows, one after the other.
So you have TPC, you're going to have 7.5 Radio, you're going to have Blood River Radio in no particular order, except for the fact that it will be Blood River Radio, then TPC, then Radio 7.5 here on Liberty News Radio Network.
So from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. Central Time, 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Eastern Time, you're going to have solid content.
Not that you don't have that 24 hours a day, seven days a week here on Liberty News Radio.
Certainly you do.
But you're going to have TPC and its offshoots coming at you before, during, and after.
And we need more radio like that.
We need more content like that.
And especially in this day and age.
And so that's coming beginning here in just a couple of weeks here.
Eddie's going to have his own show.
I've been a part of a little bit of the behind the scenes part with you.
Well, just a little bit.
Not as much as you and Sam and your webmaster.
But I've put in a little helping hand.
And the website is getting put together right now.
And it's going to come online.
It's going to come together fast.
And it's just a few weeks away.
And if there's anything we needed, like I said, it's more content.
It's more outlets.
It's more venues.
And of course, we talked about this two weeks ago.
But Eddie, you're going to give us a little more information about it right now, or at least remind everybody what we talked about two weeks ago.
Oh, we're going to talk about the lies told about the Confederacy.
But listen, I'll have very little to do with it.
Most of my staff is going to come out and do all these reports because, as James can testify, it is one heck of a lot of work.
There's a lot more work.
It takes forever to get something going.
And I don't even do hardly yet.
Sam's doing most of the tech work.
We have, like James mentioned, we have a webmaster that's done all this.
James has been a huge help there.
And me and James and Sam, it's going to be a well-oiled machine, a team.
We're going to use each other.
We're going to cooperate with each other.
And we're just hoping we can have more of a presence to educate people, a more of a presence to kind of motivate people, inspire people.
And I'll tell you what, we are going to kick some tail on this media as long as they don't take us down.
And I'm really excited about it.
And I'm really, I'll tell you something else too.
I'm about to tear up now, but I'll tell you, so I wouldn't trade being a suspicion for all the money in the world.
How long have we been on the when do we start, James?
I can't even remember.
It'll be 14 years ago this October.
So this is our 14th year or 14th to the day, the 14th year on the radio will be October 26th.
We started October 26, 2004.
So October 26, 2018.
That's 14 years, and that's coming up in just a few weeks.
That's a long time.
An incredible epic 14 years.
Thanks to Sam Bushman.
Listen, folks, I'm not going to blow smoke, but Sam Bushman has better.
I don't know if he has better things to do, but he probably has more important things to do.
He could be with his family.
He could be doing any other thing on any given Saturday night, but he's here with us.
Well, speak for yourself, Pappy.
But no, listen, we're a family here, and it's from our staff and crew all the way down to the most casual listener, as we say.
We'll be right back.
Okay, girls, about finished with your lesson on money.
Daddy, what is a buy-sell spread for gold coins?
Well, when you sell a gold coin to a coin shop that's worth, say, $1,200, you don't actually get $1,200.
But don't worry, we're members of UPMA now.
So we don't have to worry about that.
Daddy, why is somebody silver gold?
We don't have any gold at the house.
It's stored safely in the UPMA vault, securely and insured.
But the S ⁇ P 500 outperformed gold.
Daddy, gold is a bad investment.
Some people do think of it that way.
But actually, gold is money.
And as members of the United Precious Metals Association, we can use our gold at any store, just like a credit card.
Or I can ask them to drop it right into Mommy and Daddy's bank account.
Because we're a UPMA member family.
Find out more at UPMA.org.
That's upma.org.
If Planned Parenthood were what they publicly declare themselves to be, they would welcome transparency.
We all know why they hide, because we know what they hide.
We can confirm federal judges who follow the Constitution rather than reverse engineer their preferred policy outcomes.
The truth about abortion is spreading because of advances in medical imaging, because of brave journalists, tireless activists, compassionate doctors, nurses, and other health care professionals.
The rising generation of young Americans is the most pro-life in decades because they know too.
And one day soon, we will reaffirm our nation's principles in their dignified fullness and avow once again that all men are created equal.
All are entitled to life.
Abby Johnson was once director of a Planned Parenthood clinic in Bryan, Texas.
After a moral crisis, she quit and now she campaigns against what she once endorsed.
They implement abortion quotas in all of their clinics.
What do you mean quotas?
have to perform a certain number of abortions every month.
One of the reasons that I left.
Are they explicit about that?
Yes.
Yes.
It's in your budget, right there on the line item.
One of the reasons I left Planned Parenthood was because in a budget meeting, I was told to double that abortion quota.
And for me, as someone who had spoken to the media and had said, you know, we're about reducing the number of abortions.
We're about, you know, prevention, all these other services, I was shocked.
So since you actually worked at a Planned Parenthood, give us some sense of the relative number of abortions.
Okay.
Abortions Planned Parenthood provides over 330,000 abortions a year.
They are the largest single abortion provider in our country.
Welcome back.
To get on the show, call us on James's Dime at 1-866-986-6397.
All right.
Well, last segment of the night.
Well, it's been a good night.
It always is when we're together with our extended family, our audience.
A lot of topics, a lot of current events, a lot of news stories we have to cover.
Bean.
Hang on, say it again.
Beans, band-aids, bullets.
What's the other one?
Bayonets.
Band-aids, bullets.
Yeah, watch it.
That's right.
Beans, band-aids.
That's right.
Boots, boots, band-aids, beans, and bullets.
And beer.
There you go, son.
But we don't drink that.
Okay, root beer we meant to say.
The favorite program.
See, the audience doesn't know when we're starting to talk to Sam when they can't hear Sam, but we can and we start having a conversation with him.
And we do that very often.
But it has been a great night tonight.
It's always a great night.
I've got to sing, y'all.
I've got to sing.
There was actually a song that I wanted to sing.
Moon Shine, Kentucky.
Wow.
That's dedicated to Sam.
Rolling around my head.
I wanted to sing a couple of weeks ago.
It was in my mind.
I came so close and I did it.
And it was Peter and Gordon.
Do you remember Peter and Gordon?
Vaguely.
I think they were before my time.
In the mid-60s.
I was going to sing.
Oh, what's the song?
I can't think of it now.
Oh, hey, I know.
I never go down a rabbit trail.
Hey, I did 22 miles today.
It feels better now than it did when it did the little 16.
Anyway, my wife's in the studio right now.
She just says, Are y'all at commercial?
Are y'all actually on the air?
Hang on, let's put Danny on the air.
Hang on, my mic is trying to get Danny running 10K.
Who wants to?
Are you really on air?
Are you just talking to Sam?
I don't know.
I forgot if we're on the air.
Are you on air?
No.
No, we're not on the air.
So tell them what happened to Henry today.
They're not on the air right now.
All right, Sam said he can't lie to you.
He will not lie.
We are on the air.
But hang on very quickly.
Explain to everyone why I got into the studio tonight about two minutes before airtime.
Explain to them what happened to our baby boy, Henry, three years old.
All right, so we went up to a rehab to visit a friend that had a stroke, and Henry decided to go to the bathroom.
And I told James, can you take the baby to the bathroom?
I got to tell you, like I tell Keith, you got to keep your mouth on the wind screen.
It feels you're spit all over it.
Okay, so James said that he let Henry go to the bathroom so he could be independent by himself.
So Henry locks himself in the bathroom and I'm on my knees coaxing him like how to unlock the bathroom door.
And James is, I've got to go.
I got to get to this.
I got to get to the studio.
I've got to get to the studio.
I'm going to be late.
I said, well, would you like me to leave our three-year-old here?
I mean, what do you want me to do?
So he was a little late, but he made it and he's having a good time.
So everything's good.
The fire department, you know, they got into the mix.
We were going to have to call the fire department.
But thankfully, we trained him so well.
He figured out how to unlock the.
It was about a 15 to 20 minute delay.
I really thought I was going to be late getting to the show tonight.
But before the fire department could get there, Henry figured out how to unlock the door.
Well, I think that his concern, he had gotten a sticker, a visitor sticker, and he was worried if he put his visitor sticker down that he it would fall on the dirty bathroom floor.
So he was too worried to set the sticker down to unlock the door.
So that was really the only problem.
He was fine, really.
Well, there you have it, Pappy.
You've been there, done that.
You've had, but I almost missed work tonight because he decided to fortify himself in the bathroom.
And the nurses were calling the fire department.
But he finally came.
He finally decided that the game was over and he was ready to come out.
I just had a count to three and he was out.
But 20 minutes later.
I have a grandson.
I went through things like that.
My grandson is now 23.
He'll be 20.
Yeah, me, me, my grandson.
Hold on, Eddie.
You turned off your microphone.
Okay, you're back on now.
Okay, so what is going on here?
But anyway, yeah, my grandson and I, we got thrown out on the street.
We joked to our wife, my wife, we said she threw us out like she was Richard Petty, but because we've been out shooting my Bowen Air and being in my grandson's park, my grandson had three parks, Danny.
I don't know if you know about this.
But three parks, he called the Bartlett Park.
These people don't know where Bartlett Park is, but he called Bartlett Park a Barklick Park.
Then we had the park over here at Shelby Farms, which is the largest park in the United States.
That's right.
It's even bigger than Central Park.
There is.
That's right.
He called it the big park.
And the little park over with the Christian School, he called that the Little Park.
Well, he always had preferences which park he wanted to go to.
Wow, he, why, you know, which one he picked, why?
I'll never know.
But what that boy wanted, that boy got, everybody says I spoiled him rotten, but you really can't believe that.
But yeah, he got locked in the bathroom one time.
That reminds me of what happened to Blake Eddie.
His name is Blake Eddie.
He's named after his old papa.
Yeah, you're right, James.
I've been down there and done that, man.
I can't believe that.
Did you ever almost miss the radio show because of that, though?
No.
I was seconds away.
I thought about this.
Once he came out of the bathroom, I thought to myself as we were on our way to the car, and I mean, hightailing it.
I was like, I was seconds away from having to call Sam and saying, Sam, the fire department's on his way.
Henry is locked in the bathroom.
You're going to have to go live the first hour.
I really think you would have left us there.
I really think that you almost left us there.
Would you have left me there?
I don't think you have.
The show must go on.
The show must go on.
Well, I'll tell you what, James has done.
It was a private bathroom stall.
It was one of these.
It was the staff bathroom.
It was the staff bathroom.
So I know he wasn't in there with weirdos.
Yeah, we could have gone live from the bathroom on the phone.
Well, I'll tell you what.
I had all my notes here.
I couldn't have read all those mailbag, all the mailbag correspondence that I did at the top of the show if I'd gone live from Henry's bathroom.
Well, I know one time we had a staff member to go live from the interstate.
One time we had to go one time, Sonny Landam, God rest his soul, went live from the operating table.
Hey, I went live one time.
I remember you and Danny came to see me when I was in the hospital.
Yeah.
Sam Bushman was live from the TSA going through the line of the TSA.
Whatever it takes, that's what we do.
The show must go on.
That's what I'm saying.
If you're dying, if your son's locked in the bathroom, the show must go on.
Danny, tell them about the time you and James came.
I was in the hospital.
Yeah.
I was in cardiac ICU.
And you tell them about the time you and James came to see me, man.
Y'all turned around on the interstate.
And they love me so much they turn around to come to see Pappy, man.
Yeah, we came in.
You were in your.
I'm close enough.
Can't y'all hear me?
So, yeah, we came up to the hospital and you were in your bed and you went on air from your hospital bed in your gut and all.
That's right.
I had a cardison drip, had a hip run drip.
And of course, me and Danny were both also at your baptism.
Now, that church has since been given away to the gracious Spaniards.
We've been around, haven't we?
You actually, you know, what's sad is that Eddie came in tonight and he had two or three very important topics that he wanted to cover in this particular segment.
And I guess that's been a shot to.
Well, you know what?
What never happened?
How did y'all get off tune where y'all are just sitting here chit-chatting?
That does happen.
That happens every night.
I was kind of shocked.
I was listening in the other room and I was like, well, we started Sam's fault.
Yeah, I somehow started talking about the Barbie.
You were going to sing, and then that made me think, you know, we used to, from time to time, we do sing on this show.
That's what made me come in here.
Is I was still about to sing, so I had to come up with the show.
I'm thinking about going pro.
It's right that I should care about you.
Goodness.
That's Dave Clark 5.
That's not even the song I was going to sing.
And I'm trying to encourage Danny to go run a 10K or 5K with the breakaway running.
And I've been thinking about volunteering to get a nursery going breakaway running so we can have those St. Jude Heroes people like Danny can come in there.
Why not?
He's got a treadmill in our garage.
I do.
I run in the garage a lot.
All right.
But I don't run as much as you do.
Well, it's funner when you're doing it outside with all the you got people your same age and sex and everything, same speed.
But it's great.
It saved my life.
I was doing really good running, but then I fell off.
Sometimes you fall off the wagon, don't you, Pappy?
Yes, you do.
We'll see, every single time I start to do really good, I'm eating good, I'm working out, I'm starting to feel good about myself.
James will bring in like a milkshake or some doughnuts or Dr. Peppers.
And it just really, it's really hard to stay committed when someone brings in all that garbage.
You know what?
My weakness is my weakness.
I can resist anything but peanut butter.
James loves it.
Chocolate and coffee.
I live off.
Ooh, I love coffee too.
I've been doing keto coffee with that collagen and MCT oil in it.
Danny and David Duke had a very introspective conversation at Copeland's Buffet in New Orleans.
And it was about bulletproof coffee.
I want some of that coffee.
I told you.
So good.
I'll make you some right now.
I'd love to have some.
I'll make you some.
You know what?
Danny spoiled me rotten, man.
I can't hear when he's talking so much.
Yeah, so Danny doesn't have a headset on.
I don't have a headset.
So if I'm interrupting you, Sam, I am not trying to be rude.
But Danny has no Danny hasn't heard anything you've said, but she listens to the show enough when she's at home to know that you talk to us a lot.
There's a lot that the general audience isn't getting.
Well, we're out of time now.
We had too much fun.
Well, you still have three minutes.
Well, no, we don't have three minutes.
We have one minute, and then the music starts, and then you got to have that little buffer.
Well, you know what?
Have a delightful Labor Day if you work.
And I know most of our audience does.
You know, something else.
We have our cesspool.
Our Cess Pooh audience is our family, and you've been in the family.
Happy Labor Day.
Happy Labor Day, everybody.
Y'all have a good weekend.
All right, well, that's it.
So the third quarter fundraising drive has kicked off.
Support us, thepolitical sesspool.org.
And we hope to be here in October if you do.
We'll be back next week.
