You're listening to the Liberty News Radio Network, and this is the Political Cesspool.
The Political Cesspool, known across the South and worldwide, as the South's foremost populist conservative radio program.
And here to guide you through the murky waters of the political cesspool is your host, James Edwards.
Welcome back, everybody, to the third and final hour of tonight's live broadcast of the Political Cesspool.
It's Saturday, April 21st, Confederate History Month, 2018, and we're thankful that you are with us.
We had a caller in one of the breaks in between our interview with Michael Gaddy, which I hope you enjoyed.
We certainly enjoyed it.
And he said, I'm all for the history, but what about the fight that's going on now with regards to the Confederate monuments and all of these other things, the Confederate monuments that are being removed?
And that's a good question.
I got an answer, but I'll quickly chime in.
Caller, you have to know the history in order to be ardent in defending the statues.
The statues alone with no history are worthless.
It's just like a railroad tile out there.
No statues represent the history.
You're right there.
But you have to know the history.
The history is first and foremost.
Well, that's true.
But with regard to this question, we're assuming that he, like so many of our listeners, do know the history or learning more about the history, however you want to put it.
A couple of things.
Number one, as I mentioned, even with Michael Gaddy, I was down at Beauvoir last month.
I was down in Biloxi, Mississippi.
Beauvoir, the estate of Jefferson Davis is a sprawling estate of 100 acres, I believe.
It's huge.
And the statues that were recently desecrated last year in New Orleans are going to be delivered there.
And so they're going to rest in peace at Beauvoir now, the Jefferson Davis Home in Biloxi, Mississippi.
They have even put in, I don't know if you want to call it an application, to receive the Nathan Bedford Forrest Monument here in Memphis.
Now, the Nathan Bedford Forest Monument is currently in storage at a police or fire department training facility here in Memphis, and it's just sitting there until the lawless actions of the city government here in Memphis work their way through the legal system and through the courts.
And of course, that could go either way.
But there is one bit of good news here, at least a slap on the wrist bit of good news.
The Associated Press reports just earlier this week that Tennessee lawmakers have punished Memphis for removing the statues.
Now, this is not the end-all-be-all of the game, but this is at least a little bit of a reprimand and perhaps a precursor of things to come.
The AP story out of Nashville, Tennessee reads that the Republican-dominated House in Tennessee voted on Tuesday, that was Tuesday earlier this week, to punish the city of Memphis for removing the Confederate monuments by taking a quarter of a million dollars away from the city that would have been used for a bicentennial celebration next year.
The retaliation came in the form of the passage of an amendment attached to the House Appropriations Bill that triggered heated debate on the House floor and stinging rebukes from lawmakers in Memphis.
That would be black lawmakers in Memphis.
We should be clear.
Representative Antonio Parkinson began to call the amendments vile and racist.
I can't believe that he would call something racist before being cut off by booze from fellow lawmakers.
So there you go.
Let's chalk one up for the good guys in the Tennessee legislatures.
You can boo all you want, but let's call it what it is, the Memphis representative said.
Last year, the city of Memphis, which of course you know is majority black, and that's an understatement, was able to find a legal loophole.
You can call it a legal loophole if you want.
We can call it lawlessness to get rid of two, yeah, thuggery, two Confederate statues and a bust by selling city parks to a shell company, a nonprofit, which swiftly removed the monuments.
Taken away under the cover of darkness were the statues of Confederate Presidents Jefferson Davis and Nathan Bedford Forrest, General of the Confederacy.
Parkinson, who is African-American, said he was sick of how his fellow lawmakers revered Forrest as if he was a god.
Well, of course, it was just what a few days ago in Memphis that they worship their true God, Michael King, here in any untold number of lavish ceremonies.
You remove money from a city because we removed your God from our grounds.
Well, okay.
The good news is that there are quite a number, obviously, of healthy thinking, right-thinking members of the Tennessee House of Representatives, the state legislature, who have voted for this.
Obviously, it passed.
One said that the only regret is that the punishment wasn't into the tune of millions.
That was Representative Andy Holt of Dresden.
250,000.
I mean, that's nothing.
I mean, it's something.
It's symbolic.
It's symbolic.
And there's still more to come.
Now, keep in mind that there are still a lot of legal cases and a lot of actions that are going on around this.
This is jail time.
This is just an aside.
But anyway, this is definitely good news.
So to answer the caller's question, the Tennessee state legislature is taking action against the city of Memphis.
Above and beyond this, this is just sort of a little sprinkling of good news.
But they are taking action against the city of Memphis.
Beauvoir is for any city that is desecrating the monuments.
I was down at Beauvoir.
I talked to the people down there.
They are trying to get a hold of them so that they can be on display at the sprawling estate of Jefferson Davis, President Davis, his last home.
And so some of them will find a final resting place there.
And they are rock solid down there, let me tell you.
And that may be the final resting place of Nathan Bedford Forrest's monument.
Hopefully not.
Hopefully, it will be returned to his rightful place, which is on top of the burial pod of General Forrest and his wife, which is right here in downtown Memphis, Tennessee, where Eddie the Bobby Miller and I, as a two-man wrecking crew, went out and held the ones holding the colors.
Now, yes, this is a slap on the wrist.
This is a slap on the wrist, what the Tennessee legislature did.
But I guarantee you, it's more than most state legislatures would do.
And it is a step in the right direction.
It stirs the pot.
It rattles the cage.
Guess what else, James?
I don't know if you know this or not, but James knows I run downtown a lot.
I do a lot of training runs down there.
There's a new plaque up down there talking about General Forrest.
It talks about General Forrest and his slave trading days.
It's a new one.
They have to keep bringing that up.
But just thought you might like to know that.
Well, and of course, as we read last week, Nathan Bedford Forrest's slaves thought about him.
They loved him.
And his people love them.
And in fact, one of his slaves at Forrest's burial parade was seated in a carriage in a position of honor in a carriage.
And it's all that's history, but we don't want history to confuse what we're taught now.
Rich sent me a great article several weeks ago.
I wish I could remember all of it, but I'll just kind of pick up some of the juicy points.
Oh, Will, I heard the news.
Well, we can't do it now because we've got a guest coming up.
And Eddie DeBaudier Miller, my co-host, doesn't even know who this guest is, Trudeau.
But we'll find out together when we come back.

As the United States boldly stepped forward in the glorious light provided by its new constitution in 1787, the nations of the earth were in awe of the newfound strength and hope of this free land.
Today, the nation stands at a crossroads.
A divergence from the original intent put forth in the United States Constitution has brought grave threats to our beloved nation.
A miracle is needed if the United States is to survive.
That miracle is again the pure application of the United States Constitution.
I'm Scott Bradley.
In my To Preserve the Nation book and lecture series, I bring forth truths that will help raise up a new generation of statesmen like those noble Americans who founded this land.
Vigorous application of these principles will invigorate and restore the nation, and we may become again the freest, most prosperous, most respected, and happiest nation on earth.

Okay, girls, about finished with your lesson on money?
Daddy, what is a buy-sell spread for gold coins?
Well, when you sell a gold coin to a coin shop that's worth, say, $1,200, you don't actually get $1,200.
But don't worry, we're members of UPMA now, so we don't have to worry about that.
Daddy, why some of my silver gold?
We don't have any gold at the house.
It's stored safely in the UPMA vault, securely and insured.
But the SP 500 outperformed gold.
Daddy, gold is a bad investment.
Some people do think of it that way, but actually, gold is money.
And as members of the United Precious Metals Association, we can use our gold at any store, just like a credit card.
Or I can ask them to drop it right into Mommy and Daddy's bank account because we're a UPMA member family.

And now back to tonight's show.
Well, ladies and gentlemen, as Confederate History Month continues here on the Political Successful Radio Program, we're going to take a slight but still somewhat related departure to the coverage that we've been providing you this month.
And we're going to bring back a guest who hasn't been with us in almost a year.
And in fact, the last time this guest appeared with us was about a week before the Unite the Right rally.
This is a rally that, of course, Eddie Bombardier Miller, my co-host, was at.
Gene Andrews, who's been our guest the last two weeks, was at.
Rich in Nashville.
And so many Michael Hill, quite a few of our guests this month were there.
Good one.
And our guest this hour is the organizer of the Unite the Right Rally himself, Jason Kessler, is with us back for the second time and the first time since the rally.
Jason, last time we had you on, it was just days before that fateful day in Charlottesville.
I could ask you in what time we have left, 45 minutes of Commercial Talk Radio, what's happened?
It wouldn't even begin to scratch the surface what's happened since then.
But please tell us in any way that you can, what has happened since that day?
Yeah, I mean, it could fill a book, a novel, something, and perhaps one day it will.
A lot of these things you can see for yourself on my YouTube channel, on my website, jasonkessler.us.
But just, I mean, it has been, since I've been standing up for these monuments here in Charlottesville and trying to stand up against this anti-white agenda of the Charlottesville government, this pro-communist agenda of the Charlottesville government, I mean, it has been the most intense, I don't know, two years of my life, just constant attack.
I mean, first of all, we had the rally itself, and the government sabotaged it.
I mean, I think everybody in your audience is going to know that, but the depth of the conspiracy that was waged against us is something that I've been investigating in detail for a long time.
And I had no idea what was going to come down on me.
I had to live in a lot of fear for a while because the media narratives were so fake.
I mean, they tried to make it seem like we were terrorists for trying to hold a free speech rally.
And of course, we were all sucked into this very bad luck of that car incident with James Fields, the kid who's who we now know his car was attacked.
He was chased with an AR-15 by these armed redneck revolt people.
And he ended up driving into a crowd and a young woman died.
And it's become all about that because the left has tried to really take advantage of that young woman's death to push their political agenda, as they always do, ignoring deaths since then where Islamic militants have driven in clearly premeditated attacks into crowds and killed lots of people.
But yeah, once that started, I was looking at, well, this is not what I envisioned.
I wanted to keep doing big rallies and do them all over the place.
But I saw an opportunity immediately where we could start fighting these people in court and assert ourselves and our civil rights through lawsuits.
And it was difficult because there were a lot of people in the movement who were not prepared for this fight.
A lot of people didn't have lawyers.
A lot of people were frankly scared.
And I don't blame them by the media, the relentless media attacks, the harassment of people's families, the harassment of their employers.
And there were attorneys out there who were saying, yeah, we'll defend you against the Charlottesville government for what they did, but you need to have $150,000, $400,000 upfront.
And I've never probably seen that much money roll through my bank account in my entire life.
So that was not on the table.
But very thankfully, my friend Matt Parrott was able to introduce me to a good attorney out of Cincinnati, Ohio.
His name is Jim Kalinick.
And then there's a Virginia attorney named Elmer Woodard, who has been representing Christopher Cantwell in his trial where he is accused of pepper spraying a transsexual and some other folks, some anti-flaw who were attacking him, basically.
And this guy, Elmer, when all these media people were attacking me with these slanderous, fake news attacks, this guy sent me an email and he's like, I know you were set up.
You know, you guys walked into something.
And since then, I've been helping to confirm all of his suspicions about the antifaw and government collusion by researching as much as possible.
And so now we have a team, and we actually got sued first by the Charlottesville government.
They're trying to set a precedent for taking away people's First and Second Amendment rights at rallies.
And we're not giving in to that.
We're going to fight them on that, and they're going to lose.
We were also sued by these incredibly powerful people.
We were sued in a federal lawsuit by the Boise Schiller-Flexner law firm.
And this is an international law firm.
They have represented Harvey Weinstein in his rape cases.
They've represented Al Gore during the hanging Chad controversy.
Remember when the presidential election happened with George Bush?
They represented the NFL and other far-left people.
And one of the things is it's become a very ethnic conflict because, you know, part of the Unite the Right, you had some people who were very critical of Jewish power and influence within the media and so forth.
So some very powerful people took offense to that.
So we have this Jewish billionaire, Reid Hoffman, who founded LinkedIn, the very popular social media website for careers and, you know, putting your resumes online.
He gave $1 million to this nonprofit called Integrity First America.
And they're basically paying for these attorneys.
The lead attorney is a Jewish lesbian named Roberta Kaplan, who argued in front of the Supreme Court to have the gay marriage ban struck down.
So these are heavy hitters.
But essentially, their lawsuits are very fake.
They're trying to say that we came with an intentional plan to do violence, whereas we know that it was the government sabotage.
And It's not just our opinion that it was a government sabotage that led to this thing.
There was a former federal prosecutor named Tim Hefey who was hired by the Charlottesville government to do a report on what went wrong.
And he interviewed people from the police department.
And one of the captains of the police department and the assistant, the chief of police, heard him in the command center on the day of the rally saying, Let them fight.
It will be easier to declare an unlawful assembly.
And we have so much evidence that they were using these really communist, atheistic church groups to funnel and launder assistance between the Charlottesville government and the most violent antifa in the country.
And it really was an incredible conspiracy that we're uncovering.
Well, Jason, I appreciate you giving us that recounting.
And I'm sure, again, that only scratches the tip of the iceberg.
I know I've been in touch with you, of course, sparingly since Unite the Right, but there has been so much more than that.
And the lawsuits and the media and everything that you've gone through personally and the greater cause in general, we are only beginning to hear about some of that tonight, at least from a first-hand accounting.
Eddie, we have seconds remaining, just seconds before the music.
And then we'll come to you when we come back.
But you were there.
You were there representing this network as credentialed press.
The most proud day of my life.
Just one of the most proud days of my life.
And that's the, I will never forget that as long as I live.
How would you compare it to Vietnam?
I'll tell you what, Vietnam was unholy.
Charlottesville was a holy war.
All right.
We'll be right back right after this.
Constitution is our guide.

I'm Michael Hill, president of the League of the South.
I and my compatriots are Southern nationalists.
We seek the survival, well-being, and independence of the Southern people, our people.
The League wants a South that enjoys the sweet fruits of Christian liberty and prosperity, but our current situation won't allow it.
We must have our independence from Washington, D.C. and the globalists.
The present system cannot be reformed.
Without independence, we will continue down this path of destruction.
To us, this is not acceptable.
I'm asking you, Southern man and woman, to join us today to free the South.

God saved us out.
Welcome back.
To get on the show, call us on James's Dime at 1-866-986-6397.
Folks, we only have two segments left with Jason Kessler this hour.
And what we want to do is we want to learn a little bit more about some of the things that he has experienced and some of the things that have happened since Charlottesville.
And he did a good job on beginning to fill us in on that particular situation during the last segment.
And then, of course, we want to know what Jason's doing now and how we can help his efforts and what's to come in the future.
But before we get back to any of that, Eddie the Bombardier Miller, he was an officially press-credentialed member of our program and radio network there, and he was there, and he was there that day with some people who have appeared on this show this month.
And so, Jason, before we toss it back to you, Eddie is a man who represented our show.
We had a fantastic show that night.
I mean, frankly, I mean, it was a fantastic show.
We were able to come on the air just hours after the events in Charlottesville and give a truthful accounting of exactly what happened there, scooping the entire establishment press and scooping them still to this day, and in fact, that we told this truth.
But, Eddie, three things before we go back to Jason.
We got to get back to Jason quickly.
You were there.
What did you experience?
And what would you like to say to Jason?
I would like to say Jason is one of the most outstanding people I know in modern times.
I really like to salute you for putting that on, Jason.
Yes, like James said, I was there.
It was one of the proudest days of my life.
I was a credentialed newsman.
My credentials were just as rock-solid as Walter Cronkite's.
That's true.
Thanks to Sam and Liberty News and Political Suspicion.
What I saw there in my own eyes was a total breakdown, a total destruction of law.
The law was a mockery there.
The police stood down.
The police tried to put us and all of the alt-right people in harm's way.
And you saw this with your own eyes.
I saw it in my own eyes.
In fact, the left-wing people were in harm's way too, because if it really, really totally got out of hand, it almost did get totally out of hand.
I was scared there at a time or two.
The police, the government put us all in harm's way.
A total breakdown there.
And we were there.
We did it.
We were there for a righteous cause, a just cause, to come in there and try to defend our ancestors.
Like Jason does not know that.
But Jason, I would like to ask you a question, too.
And you made a statement that the Charlottesville government was pro-communist.
I would say, I would go further.
They're not pro-communist, young man.
They are communists, straight-up communists.
Do you have any what is your do you have any inside information on your chances of winning any of these lawsuits up there?
Yeah.
Can you go to another venue?
I think that we're going to win, and that's why I'm sticking around here.
You know, if these people had allowed me to do the rally in the first place, I would have moved on.
I would have done other things.
I probably would have done rallies in other communities.
But now I'm stuck here.
I've got to stay here because I'm going to beat these people in court.
And I'm going to do another rally on the anniversary of the original one, probably a smaller one, but it focused exclusively on making sure we actually get to do our speeches this time.
I think that in some ways, these people came so close to winning because the forces of evil really are so stacked against us.
The media, just this relentless assault of fake news, trying to pretend like it was one side that was doing all the violence, and it was us when any violence that was done on our side was almost exclusively self-defensive.
And I worked like the devil to make sure that there was no violence on any side.
I respect the Constitution.
I respect free speech.
And I may not like these anti-blobs, but I understand that they have rights, but they need to be behind a barricade across the street.
You know, they don't need to be like in our face with weapons.
They don't have a right to do that.
So, yeah, absolutely.
I do think that we're going to win.
And it's come down to dedication and studying this stuff.
I know exactly how the conspiracy against us worked.
The Tim Hefey report from the former federal prosecutor laid it out very clearly.
And it even said that the Charlottesville city government acted outside their legislative authority.
That's very key.
That means that we can see these people as individuals.
They don't have government immunity from lawsuits like they normally would.
And they didn't care about whether it was in the interest of public safety or not.
You know, their own people were telling them.
The city manager and the chief of police were originally telling them, don't do this.
You don't need to do this.
But they didn't care because their rabid communist base wanted them to do it.
So these people are, they're not just communists.
They're psychotic.
They don't care about public safety, even of their own side.
They just wanted to crush us because they hate what we have to say.
And that's so un-American.
Well, Jason, all right, one more quick.
We've got a lot of questions for the audience that have come up for January.
I'd like to add to the so-called alt-right.
I was there embedded with the League of the South.
And I can tell you, Jason, I swear on the Second Bibles, I saw the most controlled men I've ever seen, the most righteous men.
Now, I didn't see one of our men, as far as I could see.
It could have been maybe out of eyesight, but I didn't see one man throw an object, throw a brick, a bottle full of concrete, urine.
We stood the most disciplined force I've ever seen with every form of missile coming in that you can imagine.
Urine, bricks, people being hit with bottles, people being hit with golf clubs and baseball bass.
And our men maintain meticulous, absolute control and discipline like a Christian soldiers.
And I could like to say that if our enemies are listening, I would like them to know our people did not start any violence at all.
We absorbed all of that.
And of course, what Eddie is testifying to tonight as an eyewitness and as someone who is there is certainly contrary to what the establishment media has reported.
And so that's, of course, quite interesting.
So I want to.
One more thing.
Our broadcast at night, I'm telling you, Jason, we had guys that were still bleeding.
That's how soon we got on the radio.
Our eyewitnesses, and we told it rock solid truth.
I will go to any court in Atlanta and swear to any judge that what I'm saying is true.
Jason, we have questions from the audience.
I'd like for you to respond to that, and then we'll get to those in the next and final segment.
All right.
Yeah, but go ahead and respond to that.
And also, of course, give us any more information you'd like to relate to the audience when what time we have remaining this particular segment.
About what in particular?
I was just going to say, I think the lawsuits are going to come along very well.
And I've got additional lawsuits.
There's stuff that I can't get into here.
I would encourage people to check out my YouTube because I think I'm inventing a new way of pro-white advocacy where I'm being very patient.
These people here are stalkers.
They act like Scientologist cult members.
The way they follow me and violate my rights, the police attack me and crush my cameras on their behalf.
And these people think they can get away with it because the media calls me a bad guy.
I'm not the bad guy, and this isn't acceptable behavior in the United States.
These people are eventually going to have to answer for this in the court.
Well, again, ladies and gentlemen, you got to understand, the last time we had Jason on this show, he was at American Renaissance.
It was the American Renaissance Conference last year, and it was just days before Unite the Riot.
And so much has happened since then.
And this is our first time to have him back since the events of that fateful day in August.
And again, we are only beginning to relay to you through our guest this evening, Jason Kessler, what has happened and what he's experienced and what's going on now and what's to come in the future.
And we hope to shed a little more light on that in the next segment as we take questions from our audience.
But Jason, are you hopeful?
I mean, how do you think it'll turn out?
Are you going to be able to hold a second event this summer?
What's your mindset right now?
It's a very complicated thing about because people are obviously going to ask, how is it going to be different?
Are people going to be willing to come out and take the risk?
And yes, yes.
I mean, like I was saying, very complicated, but I don't think that we're going to have the same numbers before.
I think we're going to have the people who are the soldiers.
And I don't mean that in like they're going there looking for a fight or anything, but they're willing to put up with some stuff.
And I think that we got to, when you go into a place like Charlottesville, you have to have a good strategy because you've got to have a strategy that incorporates the fact that the police might be incompetent, that they might be looking for ways to screw you over.
And I think the main thing is that we're going to, I've already filed a lawsuit against these people for denying my permit for this year on August 12th.
And when we get this thing resolved, we're not going to have the permit issue decided the night before the rally like we did before.
And I'm going to have my attorney make these government officials commit to a safety plan.
They're not going to be able to keep it secret and pull the rug out from under us.
And I think one of the most crucial things is we can't have people just go to the park and say, hey, you know, show up and we'll do this thing.
We need people to show up two hours early to a rally point, which we'll decide with the authorities.
And we'll meet there two hours early and make sure the police have showed up.
So it's not a thing where we have to figure that out while we're in the danger zone where the Antifa are.
And we need everybody to stick together and be their brother and sister's keeper, look over one another's shoulders.
And it shouldn't be the responsibility of American citizens to have to fight through an armed group of communists to go to a public park and express their rights.
So the police need to declare an unlawful assembly on those people and escort us safely into the venue.
I will not send people into a situation where they have to fight their way through the crowd.
But ultimately, I do believe it is something that we have to do because not just for the sake of our attendees.
Hold on right there, Jason.
Jason, I apologize for interrupting you.
We got to take a hard break.
We'll be back.
One more segment with Jason right after this.
The first time I ever truly took a drink was the summer before my freshman year of high school.
When I was 12, I went to a party and everybody was drinking, and so I just grabbed me a beer and started drinking.
The first time I drank, you know, it was fun.
Find the game, see if we can do it without getting caught.
But I didn't know that I was going to wine up more.
I wasn't drinking beer.
It took too long to get drunk and I didn't like the taste very well.
You know, it got to the point where I was drinking so much, I was getting bored with the feeling of, I was getting bored with the prize.
That's all that goes through your hair.
When am I going to get wasted again?
You know, I started in slowly, you know, you go pot, then you just slowly move up the scale.
It's the typical story of a drug user.
Beer's the easiest thing for teenagers to get.
And so they take one beer, which is like your first step.
Don't even do it.
It's not worth a ticket from somebody who knows.
A public service message from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Are you familiar with the term vigor?
Strength in body and mind?
He pursued his tennis game with vigor, for example.
Well, I hadn't, but I learned about it from Kurt Crosby.
All right, and he actually let me take a scientifically proven free vigor test.
And I got 13 out of 32, not very good.
But I worked on it with him, and believe it or not, now I have a 29 out of 32 and improving vigor score.
You say, Sam, what on earth is this scientific vigor score, huh?
My response is, you got to take the free test available now.
Get a hold of Kurt Crosby to learn about it.
The number's 801-669-2211.

Ladies and gentlemen, we have just one segment remaining in tonight's show, which means, of course, that we have only one segment remaining with our guest this hour, Jason Kessler.
Jason, we have a lot of questions we want to ask you, a lot of questions that have come in from listeners.
So, what I would ask you to do this particular segment, answer each to the fullest extent of your ability, and certainly take your time to give a good answer, but also at the same time, as quickly as possible so that we can get to as many questions as we possibly can as well.
So, first of all, you made mention of the Unite the Right rally in August.
That was a question that had come in, the Unite the Right Part 2.
And we'll see how that manifests and unfolds.
But how about this one?
A general question.
The state of the movement as you see it.
Of course, going into Charlottesville, it looked as though everything was coalescing.
And certainly since then, it's been a different story.
What is the state of the movement as you see it this evening on April the 21st, 2018?
I think that there's a lot of chaos, to be honest.
I think that a lot of outside forces, perhaps government agencies, perhaps SPLC, perhaps just anti-flub people, have been using psychological warfare against movement.
Certainly, the media has been to try and destroy our morale, try and fight and conquer us.
But I do think that there is a core segment of people that are going to become like tempered steel through this thing and see it through because we've got to have a segment of people in the real world fighting for our rights.
And I think that once we destigmatize this thing and we show that we are going to fight back in court, they're not going to be able to get away with this really nasty behavior forever.
And I think that everything will pop back into place.
So I'm not worried long term.
All right.
Great answer.
We're going to have to assume for time's sake that people are aware of what we're talking about right now.
So with that being the case, the chain of events involving DeAndre Harris, as that has all played out now and reached its last full measure, what would be your response and reaction to all of that?
Well, obviously, it was a travesty of justice.
The judge, Judge Downer, is the worst judge in Charleston.
He's so liberal.
And his quote was that it was on tape for him to see that DeAndre didn't do anything wrong.
And yes, it was on tape.
And it clearly showed DeAndre bashing an elderly white man who was minding his own business, carrying a Confederate flag over the head and severely injuring him.
And he was found not guilty of that.
And so that's a travesty.
DeAndre still has some charges related to marijuana possession and a weapons charge, which were unrelated to the rally.
And some of the guys who were charged with fighting him off after he attacked this League of the South member are still facing trial.
And they're good men.
You know, I've talked to a lot of these guys, and I hope that they will have a successful conclusion to their trials because some of these guys are being charged with a felony just for punching him one time.
And that was in self-defense.
These guys were a gang.
They had flamethrowers.
They were using mag lights.
They were shouting racial epithets at these guys.
So that is still to be decided.
And I hope people will look into Dan Borden, Jacob Goodwin, Richard Preston, Christopher Cantwell, let's see, Alex Ramos, these guys who were involved with that thing.
Let's see, Tyler Davis Watkins, and write these guys a letter and show them some support.
All right, great.
Once again, I appreciate your answer.
And again, we got a lot of questions to go and only just minutes remaining.
The Hefe report, very quickly, we've talked about this.
Sam Dixon was on the show.
We talked about it at length immediately after it was released.
Did you feel any sort of vindication from the Hefey report?
And did it do any good at all?
Yeah, absolutely.
I think that some of the people who are the more high IQ, reasonable, more logical, less emotional people in Charlottesville, like Tim Beasy and also like UPA President Teresa Sullivan, are starting to realize that what we were doing was a protest.
It was not an attack or whatever other narrative the left-wing media is trying to portray.
And clearly, the Heathy report shows that me and the other organizer, Elliott Klein, were planning at most civil disobedience if the police tried to disband us.
There was nothing nefarious in our intentions.
And it also showed that the Charlottesville government sabotaged the rally.
But believe me, it's just the tip of the iceberg compared to all the information that I have been compiling.
And the Charlottesville government hasn't seen anything yet.
They're going to be deposed under office.
Wes Bellamy, the Confederate monument hater, is going to be deposed under office.
And we're going to see some justice in this business.
Wow.
Hey, that's it.
What an update.
You heard it here, ladies and gentlemen, from the key figure in this whole thing himself, Jason Kessler.
Jason, again, time is fleeting.
There's a man who I don't know of anybody who, personally, I don't know of anybody who knew of him before the event, but certainly we all know about him after the fact.
James Fields, what's the situation with James Fields?
Well, I've been working hard along with some other researchers that I have to expose what's happened about James Fields because I started out knowing nothing like everybody did.
And I'm trying to just get to the simple truth of the thing.
And here's the fact.
If you look, there are still photographs you see of people beating on his car with implements.
He's hit at least once from behind and once from the side, possibly twice from the side.
And then prior to that, we have found out that this UNC Durham professor, Dwayne Dixon, and a Redneck Revolt member, that's a communist group, they were carrying these AR-15s around that area the day of the rally.
And Dwayne Dixon admitted numerous times to pointing his rifle at James Fields' car prior to the car incident.
I wonder why we didn't hear about any of this on the news.
I read that.
Well, I published it on my website, and it went on InfoWars and it went on Gateway Pundit and some other people news sites.
It's totally legit.
I mean, I have all the evidence there, and you have it from the guy's own mouth.
He's speaking at Harvard, no less, on camera about this stuff.
Jason, my goodness, I wish we had another hour because there's so many questions and there's so much to cover on this because this has been something that has really changed the country over the course of the last year.
It's something that the president has weighed in on.
I mean, this was something that was a defining moment of 2017.
Folks, this was just not a random rally.
This was something that the ramifications are going to be long felt.
And it's so important that we have a hand and a say in how the future unfolds with regards to this event.
And so Jason is certainly doing that.
Jason, my co-host asked, are you in fear for your life?
And what motivates you to go on and soldier on in spite of all the incredible pressure, unimaginable pressure that you faced?
Yeah, I mean, certainly I have fear for my safety, and I'm looking into, you know, body armor and different things that I can do to defend myself.
But there's no question in my mind that I have to keep going.
I mean, I'm being followed by mobs.
I'm getting death threats.
I'm getting criminal prosecutions.
They have tried me in court three times on phony criminal charges that had no substance, just trying to waste my money.
They're filing lawsuit after lawsuit against me, but I'm still persevering because the entire reason I started this thing in the first place, I don't like injustice.
And these people are trying to perpetrate a massive injustice on us and on the American people with this fraud, this massive violation of the civil rights of thousands of people.
And it's really a duty to expose this.
It can't be allowed to stand.
Jason, last question.
And you've been magnificent with your answers.
And I appreciate your bravery.
I appreciate you sticking with this.
So many other men would have wilted.
I mean, we've been through a lot, but I don't think we've been through more than you have.
So I would ask you this.
I've had two people who are listening to the show tonight pledge that if you do another event, they will be there.
They have pledged that.
Three people.
There you have it.
So for the people that are interested in learning more about that, give us that information.
And for the people that would be interested in helping you as you continue to fight.
See, a lot of people went there, and once it was over, they were over as far as that event was concerned.
But you're still dealing with this in the courts.
So for the people who might want to return later this year, for the people who want to help you as you continue to fight in the courts, how can they get information about doing all of that?
How can they help you?
How can they learn more about it?
A few things that people can do to help is, number one, if you want to come to the rally, just make sure you're on the email list.
I'm basically keeping the information about this thing very streamlined.
I'm just mostly the one commenting on it so you don't have like crazy people on the internet saying dumb things about it.
Like you'll get very professional information about it.
And you just need to get on the email list.
So send me your email or other contact info.
You can email me at themaddimension at gmail.com.
I'm on Twitter at the Mad Dimension.
You can go to my website, jasonkessler.us and leave me a comment.
You can search Jason Kessler on Facebook and leave me a message there, whichever way you want.
And then the other thing is these lawsuits over time are very expensive.
We're going up against billionaires and so forth.
And that's the way that we're going to disclose these people and get the truth.
So if you want to donate a small monthly amount, you can also give me your email address for that.
Thank you for joining us tonight.
Okay, folks, you heard it right there.
That's all the time we've got.
Jason, thanks for coming on tonight.
And we'll follow up with you in the future.
Confederate History Month wraps up next week on the political assessment.
