Time Text
You're listening to the Liberty News Radio Network, and this is the Political Cesspool.
The Political Cesspool, known across the South and worldwide, as the South's foremost populist conservative radio program.
And here to guide you through the murky waters of the Political Cesspool is your host, James Edwards.
The parade of notable guests continues to march through our studio tonight when Professor Andrew Fraser and Dr. Virginia Abernathy both returned to TPC this very evening.
Professor Fraser, of course, is an attorney and a theologian.
Now, how's that for an interesting resume?
He, of course, was a law professor in Australia for many, many years, and then after retiring, went to Divinity School and received his degree in theology, after which he wrote the book that he was last on to promote on TPC.
And that book, of course, was Dissident Dispatches, an alt-right guide to Christian Theology.
Interesting, fascinating man and a good friend.
And so Professor Fraser will be back with us tonight to discuss the contents of his classic article entitled Collateral Damage or Targets of Opportunity.
Children of Divorce in the War of the Sexes.
Collateral Damage or Targets of Opportunity.
Children of Divorce in the War of the Sexes.
Very important topic in the current year.
And so we'll be talking to him about that in tonight's second hour.
Later on in the show, during the third and final hour of tonight's live broadcast, Dr. Virginia Abernathy, our old friend, our dear friend, back on deck once again to discuss her analysis, to offer her analysis on the current immigration DACA amnesty debate that is taking place in Washington.
So don't miss these two incredible individuals, these talents, these leading lights.
What a January.
Correct me if I'm wrong, ladies and gentlemen, and feel free to do so, but let's just count them down one last time.
This is the last show of the first month of the new year.
We've had four Saturdays in January, this being our fourth.
And here's who you've heard from so far.
Richard Spencer, Kyle Bristow, Hendrik Palmgren, Jared Taylor, Dr. Michael Hill, Patrick Casey of Identity Europa, Sam Dixon, David Duke, Nick Griffin, Lona Loctiff, Dr. Kevin McDonald, Brother Nathaniel, and then, of course, tonight, Professor Andrew Fraser and Virginia Abernathy.
Now, this isn't counting Jack Ryan's now fan favorite weekly appearances or other contributions from our regular crew, Keith, Eddie, Scoop, and yours truly.
Tonight, we're even going to top it off with Sam Bushman.
He's going to be the last of the heavy hitters I've brought on during the month of January to give us a kickstart to this new year.
And have we not been jump-started or what?
Sam Bushman going to be offering us, going to be asking Sam the same question I asked so many of those other leading lights, your goals for the new year and where can the network be one year from now.
And that, who else but us?
Who else but TPC will bring you that particular lineup all in the span of just a single month for shows.
That also doesn't count the news items.
Remembering Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom last week.
Who else but us did that on AM radio?
Well, you know the answer.
Very special start to 2018 for a very special show.
This month really nailed what TPC is all about to me, the balance of it all.
The balance of those guests.
Certainly the overlapping consistencies, but also there are some differences like with Nick Griffin, for instance, talking about matters of faith.
And then, of course, Andrew Fraser tonight, having just graduated Divinity School, it's been a good contrast.
They've all been pulling in the same direction, but each offered something a little different.
I don't think we've ever had a month, 14 years now in radio.
I don't think we've ever had a month where we had that many notable guests.
Now, they may not be notable to the man on the street, but they're notable to us because these are exactly the people, the kinds of people, I should say.
I didn't know all of these people when I first started the show in 2004, but these were the kinds of people that I knew I wanted to bring on this particular show to give her voice on the mainstream AM radio airwaves.
And we've done that.
And we've done it our way.
You know, even in the alt-right, there is a little bit of the Me Tooism.
Not in the sense, as you've come to know it, these women who withdraw consent after having sex with someone that they later regretted, and then they pretend it's rape.
No, it's not me toism like that.
But you certainly have people out there who dress similarly or speak similarly because that's what other people are doing.
Well, we don't do that here.
This is a show where our racial and cultural identity fuses seamlessly with our spiritual identity.
We go our own way here.
We do our own things.
We're the originals.
Nobody was doing this 14 years ago on the internet, on the AM radio airwaves, or anywhere else.
We were the first broadcast, the first show to broadcast these ideas.
And it's because we were the first that we've made such a name for ourselves over the course of those long 14 years.
And that's another thing.
You really can't put a price on consistency and longevity.
There's so many people who have been fast burns in this movement.
And God knows it hasn't been easy.
It's never been easy.
And it's still not easy.
We're under attack every day in some shape, form, or fashion.
But we are committed to making hay while the sun shines.
So here is a little preview of what's coming up tonight.
Of course, I just mentioned to you our two guests and what they'll be talking about, Andrew Fraser and Virginia Abernathy, professor and doctor, respectively.
But during this first hour tonight, I'm going to talk to you about some opportunities for advancement while looking back on some of the remarkable forks in the road that have come up in my career.
I'm going to point to two of them specifically.
And there's a reason that I'm doing that.
I may have talked to you, who knows?
I'm so open and honest.
I probably have.
I don't remember if I have, but I'm going to really give you some details tonight about two distinct forks in the road that I was presented with back in 2005 and then around again in 2012.
And I'll tell you what those forks consisted of and, of course, the decisions that I made.
And it all ties into an opportunity that we have on the table right now.
And I hope I can tie it together in a way that makes sense.
And we'll do our very best to do that.
And also, of course, Sam Bushman tonight.
So what we have here, to that end, all that being said, we have an offer on the table to add new AM affiliate stations to our roster.
We can add even more cities that will be playing our show, our invited guests, and our message on current events and other stories of interest on bona fide establishment AM FCC licensed radio airwaves.
Now, we get opportunities like this more often than you think, but we can't always take advantage due to, of course, financial constraints.
But I can tell you that no other publicly identified figure in our movement has been able to or would have the opportunity to make this message presentable on the mainstream radio airwaves, but us.
We're the only ones that have done it.
That's why you listen, I guess.
I hope.
I guess that's one of the reasons why you support us.
Our balancing act, of course, is having to decide when is the right time to expand versus the promise that we always give our contributors of being very responsible stewards of your financial commitments to our work.
But the deal that we have on the table right now is a good deal.
It's really one of the best I've seen, if not the best deal that's been presented to us.
And again, what's happening here, ladies and gentlemen, you have station managers, station owners in different cities in the country that are coming to us asking if they can carry our show on their stations.
An incredible turn of events from where we were when we first went on the radio airwaves in 2004 when we were buying a lot of airtime to get a to get a foothold.
I'll tell you a little more about it and those forks in the road when we come back.
I think it's going to be an interesting first hour of radio before we get to our featured guests, so stay tuned.
It's all coming your way next.
Each week, the Political Cesspool, known worldwide as the South's foremost populist conservative radio program, hits the airwaves to bring you the other side of the news and to report on events which are vital to your welfare but are hushed up or distorted by the mainstream media.

We fought.
We learned.
We struggled.
We won.
Despite Obama's best efforts, the newspaper of the human resistance survives.
We have lived only to face a new nightmare, the war against the machines.
Read about our struggle in The Sovereign, newspaper of the resistance.
The Sovereign is a 24-page monthly tabloid newspaper about the war between man and machines.
We've tried reason.
We've tried legislation.
We've tried every peaceful means imaginable.
And all it's gotten us is shut out.
So now we fight the machines.
Order online today at thesovenews.com or find the sovereign at select newsstands.
Remember to read The Sovereign, newspaper of the resistance.
The human resistance's battle against the machines will be everlasting.
This is mercy.
It was never our destiny to stop the age of Obama.
It was merely to survive it.
Together.
Together.
Okay, let's try this.
Honey, I've got some surprising news.
No.
Okay, this will work.
Guess who's going to have a baby?
Oh, no.
That's not it.
I don't know.
Hi, honey.
Are you okay?
Jill's pregnant.
Our Jill?
She's just a kid.
I know.
But, you know, nothing really has to change when the baby comes.
I'll help her.
We'll just help her, right?
We never thought it would happen to our Jill or to us.
We didn't know how to best help her through the tough decisions she'd have to make.
Thankfully, we found that help.
And not just for her, but for us, too.
We're here to listen.
We're here to help.
LDS Family Services.
Where there's help, there's hope.
It's time to jump back into the political zest pool to be part of the show and have your voice heard around the world.
Call us at 1-866-986-6397.
Every now and then, ladies and gentlemen, we have to get down to brass tacks on this show.
And I don't mean just on the issues.
I mean on matters of business, business issues of importance to our audience.
And we're doing that here in the first half before we get to our featured guests of the evening.
So what did we cover in the first segment?
Great start to 2018 on the airwaves, if I do say so myself.
Unprecedented lineup of guests.
I mean, we've had most of those people on before, but never all in such close proximity to one another.
Great topics above and beyond that.
Great contributions from our correspondents.
It has been a magical month.
If we can do this throughout the course of the year, the remainder of the year, it's going to be yet another banner year.
And the last three years, 2015, 16, and 17, have all topped one another in different ways.
And we're off to a very good start this year.
So much so, in fact, it would appear that other people have taken notice.
And so we have this opportunity on the table.
And we're in a very unique position here as being the only traditional media voice for our movement.
Podcasts online are ubiquitous, but there is just something about being on the AM radio airwaves that lends to you a degree of credibility and legitimacy that does something special for us.
And that's why I think, of course, we've been so successful and have become so well known over the course of these many years.
And so from time to time, we get opportunities to expand to new stations and in new markets.
Of course, the internet anchors this always in a way that, yes, we're not in every city, God knows.
We are in a few cities, and we'd like to see more and more come on to that.
More and more cities add that list.
More markets add that list to be anchored in the local community.
That's an important thing.
And so we've got this deal on the table.
The situation is that we can add these stations that will carry not only the political cesspool, but also Liberty Roundtable and possibly, maybe Red 42 as well for ancillary costs totaling approximately $1,500.
$1,500.
Now, that would be a very small amount for our lavishly funded competition, but for us, it's considerable money.
Now, we've generated tens of millions of dollars worth of publicity for our cause over our career, but we've just never had much money to show for it ourselves.
We live quarter to quarter based on our quarterly fundraising drives, as regular listeners of this show know.
And I guess you could say the political cesspool has been renewed or picked up by our audience four times each year because we live quarter to quarter for now going on 14 years.
That's how we've made it all happen.
Quarter to quarter, the money comes in to help us sustain our budget, and we keep on trucking.
And we've trucked so long, we've trucked for the better part of 14 years.
Now, I did, of course, mention to you recently that the December fundraiser, the Christmas fundraiser, was the most successful one we've ever had.
And of course, that was much needed because we had difficulty taking online contributions in the month of November.
We really couldn't take in any money during the month of November online, which put us in a very precarious position.
So those problems were resolved, of course, by having such a successful Christmas fundraiser.
We were able to balance our budget, but not to the extent that we can crack a nut of this size without putting a strain on the expenditures required for our regular budget.
So bottom line is, ladies and gentlemen, and I'm about to make this maybe mundane business proposal to you a little more interesting in the next segment.
But that's not all.
So yes, on one hand, this is just all relatively new occurrences.
We have this opportunity to expand to new markets.
But I received an email, an email between last week's show and today from the biggest television network in Italy.
And here's what it reads.
How are you?
And the person gives their name.
I'll withhold that from public consumption.
I'm writing you on behalf of our public Italian television, the most important in Italy.
So this is their biggest network, basically, the most watched or most viewed television network in Italy.
I need your help because we would love to interview you.
We want to air a different opinion from the mainstream about the situation today in the United States.
It's also, as you know, the 50th anniversary of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s assassination.
The interview would be on camera.
Thank you so much for your consideration.
So this is just another week in the life of what we do here at TPC.
The opportunity to expand stateside, the opportunity to reach people overseas and elsewhere.
And that really goes back to our top 10 moments of 2017.
We had the amazing conference.
All in addition to our weekly programs, the amazing conference that we had here in Memphis, a sold-out event for our biggest contributors.
Wonderful first-class conference at a first-class facility.
Front row at the inauguration, speaking at Northwestern University, being on television in Sweden on their biggest network, fighting in court.
We lost, but by God, we fight.
2015, 2016, equally remarkable in different ways.
Here's the point.
The point is, I'm asking you to rise with us and enable us to get aggressive here.
Adding AM affiliates is a big deal, as is accepting other media opportunities that you only receive after having made a name for yourself on the biggest stages in the world.
Now, you know, I decline a lot of media.
I pick and choose which media to take.
We take some.
We leave some on the table.
And there's some we'd like to take, but we can't because of other considerations.
So straight up, straight up from me to you, ladies and gentlemen, we need to raise $1,500.
And I'll put in the first hundred, so let's call it $1,400.
I'll put in the first 100 right now before the end of the week, before this time next week, to pursue the opportunity currently on the table.
When opportunity knocks, you can take it or leave it, but it's not guaranteed to return again in the future.
And I wouldn't present this idea to you on the air publicly as I'm doing right now if it wasn't both urgent and if I also didn't feel as though it was a good idea.
I say let's do it.
$1,500 by this time next week.
If we can get there before I come back on the air with you next Saturday, the first show in February, we'll be ready to rock and roll.
But it's your call.
It's always been your call, ladies and gentlemen.
And I'll let you know what you decide, what the audience at large decides next week.
But if you want to help us raise $1,500 between now and next Saturday, here is how you do it.
Of course, online, online, thepoliticalcessible.org.
Click the donate button and do what you can.
Or you can send it in the mail, of course, and our information is on our website as well.
But the P.O. box is P.O. Box34336, P.O. Box 34336, Bartlett, Tennessee, 38184.
That's on the website.
You can give online.
You can give tonight.
You can send in a check, a money order, well-concealed cash, however you want to do it.
But I think this is an opportunity important enough and substantial enough to warrant the better part of two segments here in the first hour of tonight's broadcast.
That's why I'm bringing it to your attention.
You can let us know what you want to do with it.
I'll keep you posted on the media opportunities that we have, like this one in Italy now.
Who better talk about King than somebody from the political cesspool right here in Memphis?
I mean, that's what we want to talk about.
Believe me, I really want to talk about that in the 50th anniversary of his martyrdom.
So we may take that one.
I'll keep you posted.
And of course, as far as the audience's giving is concerned, some give every quarter, some give intermittently.
But if supporting our work was part of your financial giving plan in the near future, let's expedite that and let it happen now.
The deal that we have on the table has been sitting there for a couple of weeks now, and we have to let these station managers know our decision pretty quickly.
So that's why I'm giving it a one-week deadline.
And so with that being said, I'm going to get off of that right now.
I don't think we've ever spent that much time on a fundraising appeal, but because of the urgency and the delicateness of this situation, that is why I wanted to open the show with that.
And so it's done.
So you know what to do.
You know what the situation is.
You know what the proposal is.
And now it's your time to decide what you want to do.
But that's the money we need to raise.
We need to raise it in the next week.
We're going to put up an article on the website about that early next week, and we'll just see what happens.
And we'll see what happens.
But when we come back, before we get to our guests later on in the second and third hours, I'm going to tell you about two huge forks in the road that were presented to me after I started this radio program.
And there's a reason I'm doing this, of course, but not the least of which is being that we always just want to build a bond with you.
We always want to forge a connection and relate to you personally and let you know who we are deep down on the inside in public and private and elsewhere.
And I'll share a couple of these stories from the heart right after this.
Stay tuned, everybody.
The political cesspool rolls on here on the Liberty News Radio Network.
James Edwards and great guests coming up still to come tonight.
We're just getting started.
Informing citizens.
Pursuing liberty.
You're listening to Liberty News Radio.
Are you familiar with the term vigor?
Strength in body and mind?
He pursued his tennis game with vigor, for example.
Well, I hadn't, but I learned about it from Kurt Crosby.
All right, and he actually let me take a scientifically proven free vigor test.
And I got 13 out of 32, not very good.
But I worked on it with him, and believe it or not, now I have a 29 out of 32 and improving vigor score.
You say, Sam, what on earth is this scientific vigor score, huh?
My response is, you got to take the free test available now.
Get a hold of Kurt Crosby to learn about it.
The number's 801-669-2211.
That's 801-669-2211.

I'm Michael Hill, president of the League of the South.
I and my compatriots are Southern nationalists.
We seek the survival, well-being, and independence of the Southern people, our people.
The League wants a South that enjoys the sweet fruits of Christian liberty and prosperity, but our current situation won't allow it.
We must have our independence from Washington, D.C. and the globalists.
The present system cannot be reformed.
Without independence, we will continue down this path of destruction.
To us, this is not acceptable.
I'm asking you, Southern man and woman, to join us today to free the South.
Call us at 256-757-6789 or see our website at www.leagueofthesouth.com.
God save the South.
Welcome back.
To get on the show, call us on James's Dine at 1-866-986-6397.
All right, folks, I really appreciate you indulging me there and suffering through a little impromptu business session.
I think it was much needed and important, or else, of course, I wouldn't have spent valuable airtime bringing it to you.
But I want to go back now.
All of this thinking about expansion and, as I said, making hay while the sun shines and tempering aggressiveness versus being responsible financial stewards of your generosity.
There are a couple of instances that I want to share with you.
And these are pretty important, I think.
I may or may not have mentioned these to you before.
I think I might have, but I don't remember specifically.
So for whatever reason, I'll do it again.
And if you've heard it before, you might enjoy hearing it again.
If you've never heard it, it'll be, I guess, hopefully a point of interest.
2005.
Let's go back to 2005.
This is less than a year that I've been on the air with the political cesspool.
But we've already made a pretty big name in Memphis for ourselves.
And I'm out of gun range going through the process of getting my carry permit.
And a guy comes up to me who I know, or who I know of, I guess, from being in radio in Memphis.
They were big in radio in Memphis.
And more just your basic conservative Christian type people.
And he comes up and he says, hey, you know, we've heard about you.
We've heard about your show.
We like your show.
And we'd like for you to think about joining our network.
Now, at this time, I'm just on the single affiliate station here in Memphis, where we're still at, where we've always been, but that was before we joined Republic Broadcasting.
And that's, of course, before we ever met Sam Bushman and came over to Liberty News Radio.
But this was a big network.
I mean, this was a big money network.
He says, we love your positions on Christianity, and we love your position on other conservative issues.
And you'll remember in 2005, all the way up until 2007, even, I mean, even places like CNN were still introducing me as a conservative talk radio host, even though I was talking about some of these other things.
The hate groups out there hadn't really been able to sully my name to the extent that they have today.
And so he said, we love your positions on Christianity, the conservative issues you talk about, but you need to drop talking about racial issues.
And if you do that, we'd like to sign you on board, and you'll have access to all of these markets.
And so that was it.
All I had to do was agree to it, and I would have personally profited.
I would have actually made money, drawn a regular paycheck from doing this show, which, of course, has always been a dream.
I mean, who doesn't want to make money doing what they love?
I'm happy enough to make no money doing what I love, but it would always be nicer to make money doing what you love.
But I would have profited, but the cause wouldn't.
So it wouldn't have.
So I turned them down, and of course it's been a struggle ever since from the financial aspects of it, but it has been rewarding and very fulfilling.
But I turned that down.
We like your positions on conservative issues and Christianity.
Drop the talk on the racial issues, and you'll be minted.
And I said, you know, of course, I couldn't do that.
Now, let's fast forward a few years later.
Now, this is really a very interesting scenario.
A few years later, 2010, 2011, I mean, we're very well known nationally by then, at least relatively speaking, as far as this movement's concerned.
We're very well known.
And I receive an email.
And the subject header in the email is, I will give you thousands.
And then it had a few dollar signs after that.
I will give you thousands.
So anytime you see an email from a guy who says, I will give you thousands, of course, you just think, well, this is a kook.
This is a crank.
This is a put-on.
There's no, you know, this is probably a guy that's out to do you damage in some way.
But I read the email, and he introduced himself in the email and talked about how much he enjoyed the show.
And he invited me to give him a call.
So, you know, no harm in calling someone and hearing them out.
And we talked on the phone.
And it turned out that he was very much legitimate.
It turned out that this was a guy.
And he told me some of the people with whom he was acquainted.
And I followed up with those particular people.
And he checked out all the way around.
And he had given a lot of money to a lot of people in this movement.
And he would give to us $1,000 on occasion.
And it did add up to thousands, I guess you could say, over the course of a couple of years.
And it even got to the point where I took my family.
My son hadn't yet been born, but my wife and my daughter.
And we drove to Hot Springs where he lived.
And we met with him in person.
Good God, nice guy.
Sincere guy.
I liked him a lot, and he liked us, and he listened to the show all the time.
And so he called me up one day, and he tells me to be looking in the mailbox.
And he told me why, and he needed to call me because he needed my social security number and some other information because he was going to make me the beneficiary of one of his IRAs.
And I trusted him enough at that point to do that, and that trust was well placed because that happened.
And I knew him, and I was comfortable with him, and he was comfortable with us, and he did.
And we stayed in touch regularly.
And he had, the IRA was worth about $75,000 in cash, and it had some stocks.
And he gave me very specific instructions about what to do when he died.
He said, the Chesapeake Energy stock you want to keep.
You might want to sell these.
He said, when I pass away, you need to call this funeral home and get this death certificate.
And this is what you need to do with Charles Schwab.
I've got all of those papers still in the safe at my home.
But one day he called me.
He called me and he said, James, you know how much I love your show and I admire your work and I love how hard you hit on the racial matters, but you need to drop all the talk about Christianity.
So it was the exact opposite of what I'd heard in 2005.
And Christianity just doesn't really help us, in my opinion.
That was his opinion.
Now, what do you do when a guy who has put $100,000 of his money in your name makes a suggestion?
What do you do?
What would most people have done?
Well, I dealt with him as I have always dealt with people, which is upfront and honest and direct.
And I said, Paul, you know, that's a big part of who I am.
And since this show is basically an extension of me, it's a big part of what this show is about.
I respect you.
You've done so much for me, but I just wouldn't feel right about doing that.
And I can't just drop that because it's part of who I am.
And I hope you know that by me respectfully disagreeing with you, a very generous friend, that that will speak to just how committed and convicted I am.
And you'll never have to worry about me selling out or whatever.
And so I said, you know, I just can't do that.
And we talked a bit longer on the phone that conversation.
It was very cordial.
No big deal.
Well, a few days later, I received an email, not a phone call this time, but an email.
And he said that he had changed his mind and he was going to put those benefits in the name of another person.
And I emailed him back, of course, very politely.
And, you know, that was his money.
That wasn't my money.
That wasn't owed to me.
And, I mean, I wish, I guess, in hindsight, he would have ever told me that that was going to be forthcoming because, of course, you can't help but make plans when that comes, when someone promises you something.
But he died in 2013.
And the person that he gave that money to was Derek Black.
And he told me he was going to give it to Derek Black.
And I was happy for Derek.
How could I not be?
I'd known Derek for a long time.
Derek is the son of Don Black and basically the nephew of David Duke.
David and Don aren't brothers, but they basically are.
And I had known Derek for a long time.
I'm good friends with Don and David and, of course, Chloe, Don's wife, who was before that David's wife.
And they're all great people.
And I was happy for Derek, even though, of course, I was, you know, what would you do if you somebody, you know, you lost out on that.
But I was happy for Derek.
But, of course, what happened was after Paul died in 2013, Derek took that money, immediately left the movement, denounced the movement.
And in fact, there's a story.
If you Googled Paul Ratliff, that was his name, Paul Ratliff and Derek Black.
There was even stories about this in the New York Times, so it's not a secret.
The New York Times covered this.
It talked about Derek taking this, what turned out to be $125,000 from the Charles Schwab IRA account for Paul Ratliff, a retired banker, and within five weeks, completely disavowing and leaving the movement that he had championed.
You know, so that happens.
But the point is, no regrets.
The only way this show works for me is because I do things my way in a way that I truly believe it should be done.
If you don't do it the way you want to do it, it won't stand the test of time.
You can't power through the rigors of being a very well-known dissident, constantly attacked in today's degenerate society, without being fully invested and committed to the message you're presenting and fighting for.
Now, I don't share these stories with you because I want you to feel sorry for me, that I missed out on being on a salary with a network, or that I missed out on an IRA because I took a principled stand.
I've had a great life and a great career in radio.
The richness of knowing so many people who tune into this show is really worth its weight in gold.
And I don't just say that, but I do share these things with you because of the spirit of openness and honesty to show you just how much you can trust us here at the political cesspool to see things through.
We'll never betray you.
We will never sell you out.
We need $1,500 to expand our reach on the AM Radio Airwaves, and we need it by next week.
Can you do that for us, ladies and gentlemen?
I hope you can.
Let us know, and we'll have the decision by next week.
When we come back, Sam Bushman, he's going to tell us his thoughts and goals for the remainder of the year, and that's coming up in about three minutes.
Liberty is not free.
Its costs are innumerable.
Without monetary funding, the valiant efforts of freedom-loving Americans become diminished or outright defeated.
We present a solution, the Give Me Liberty Fund.
The plan is quite simple.
Invite individual Americans to contribute less than a dollar a day.
These monetary funds are used to promote liberty-minded media, organizations, events, candidates, movements, and speakers.
In the spirit of transparency, all expenditures are published.
Patriotic business owners provide discounted products and services to Give Me Liberty Fund members.
Our greatest strength is in numbers.
Go to GiveMeLibertyFund.com and become part of the solution today.
GiveMeLibertyFund.com.
Participate in the peaceful restoration of the greatest and freest country in the world.
Ladies and gentlemen, what is the KQ?
You know, the kosher question.
Most Americans purchase their groceries while having no idea that almost every essential food product on the shelves is certified kosher by one of over a thousand rabbinical agencies across the country.
Indeed, the kosher question encompasses not only food and religion, but also affects our economics and politics.
In an effort to promote awareness to this kosher question, developers have recently published an app for your smartphone that will not only educate users on this little-known phenomenon, but also features a database of food products that have not been kosher certified.
The CoCertified app has prominent advertisement on TPC's homepage, or you can check out its website at co-certified.com.
Wouldn't it be fruit to start eating in favor of your own interests?
The CoCertified app will be your start.
Download it now at cocertified.com.

To get on the show, call us on James's Dime at 1-866-986-6397.
Well, as you know, ladies and gentlemen, there have been a lot of mainstays, and by that I mean guests who appear regularly on this show that we have had on this month to talk about individual goals that they have for 2018 and then goals collectively for the movement.
But I have saved the one that is nearest and dearest to me for the very last week of January because I wanted him to be the last one to go.
Not because he's last in the pecking order, but because I wanted his say to be the final say on that question.
And he is, of course, Sam Bushman.
And he's really not a guest on this radio show.
How could he be?
He owns the network.
So basically, we're on his dime here.
But no, Sam Dixon, well, Sam Dixon's a great guy, too, and he's already been up.
But Sam Bushman is, of course, more like family.
And he's on very regularly as either filling in for me as a guest anchor if I'm out or just regular spots.
But he is the owner of the Liberty News Radio Network and the host of his own daily talk show, Monday through Friday.
We cover the Saturday night, and we give the Lord his day on Sunday, but you got six days of good radio otherwise.
Sam with the Liberty Roundtable, LibertyRoundtable.com Monday through Friday.
Sam, so the question.
Before you get to the question, I don't take offense, James.
Biblically speaking, don't they say the last shall be first and the first shall be last?
So there you go.
That's right.
I'll take that in stride, no problem at all.
They say save the best for last too, anyway, right?
That's what I was getting at.
I guess I tapped all around that.
That's what I meant to say.
I'm just having fun.
You know what?
All the guests have been a delight to listen to.
Thank you, Sam.
Well, you were talking during the break.
You were listening, of course, as you were waiting in the wings, as it were, to the stories that I was sharing to the audience in the previous segment.
And you, of course, have had stories like that as well, probably more than me.
Yeah, you know, two main stories I want to focus on.
One, I had an opportunity.
It was back then, the guy's name was Tom Starr.
He's passed away as well.
The radio network was huge at the time.
It was called A Talk America.
They had a couple of hundred stations.
I was at the National Association of Broadcasters Convention.
And Tom Starr said, Sam, I want to make your show one of the key shows we do.
You know what?
I'll put you on a couple of hundred radio stations.
It'll be good.
But you've got to quit talking so much about God.
You know what?
You're great, but you talk too much about God.
And I just told Tom flat out, you know what, Tom?
If God's out, I'm out.
Okay, I'm sorry, and I just won't do it.
I don't care.
It isn't about Sam Bushman being important.
I don't care if my name's ever remembered when I die.
What I hope is that the principles that we teach, the principles that we stand by, okay, we don't just love people or hate people.
We stand on principle.
It's God, family, country.
It's life, liberty, and property.
And we promote those who endorse principles.
And when they're right on the principles, we back them.
I don't care who it is.
And if they are against the principles, then we simply explain why we do not agree with them.
We point out why we differ.
And then we point out the solutions as we see them.
That's what we've done for 25 years in the media.
And it's not going to change.
And one of the principles is we stand together in solidarity with the people that we love, that we believe in, and that we work with.
One of them, by the way, ladies and gentlemen, is James Edwards.
And we took on James's show.
A couple of years later, we developed the Roku application.
So we got a Roku channel on the Roku players, anywhere on your TV.
All you got to do is listen to the radio on your TV.
And so there's a Roku channel with live and on-demand radio.
It's got the live streams.
Then it's got my show and James's show and many other shows on demand.
Well, when we submitted that channel, they said, yes, your channel's in.
We said, fantastic.
And we were super excited.
And then the gay and lesbians went berserk.
And they said, oh, oh, no, you've got James Edwards.
You've got this right-wing, racist, extremist.
We're going to take down your channel.
If you get rid of James, we'll keep your channel.
And I said two things.
One, you're not getting rid of my channel or I'll sue you.
Number two, you're not going to get me to leave James.
It isn't going to happen.
We are God-family country.
We are life, liberty, and property.
And what about that is not to like?
What about that can't you handle?
Can you handle free speech?
Can you handle that we stand up for our people, for our principles?
And I fought that good fight, and we almost lost our Roku channel over it, James.
But at the end of the day, we stood strong.
We won.
We stood together in solidarity.
We stood for our people.
We stood for our principles.
We stood for what was right.
We will not abandon those things.
I don't care what we lose or gain along the way, James.
I don't care what we lose or gain along the way.
We're going to stand on those principles, and we're going to do it every day.
And ladies and gentlemen, of course, I remember when Sam was going through this, of course, I would have made the exact same stand that Sam did.
And of course, I have many times in my life, but I never want anybody else to be faced with hardships because of me.
And so I even encouraged him.
I said, Sam, it won't affect our relationship.
Just do what they say and keep your show on that.
And he said, no.
He said, I'm not going to do it.
And I knew right then that Sam was a man after my own heart or vice versa, whatever the case.
But that goes to show the culture.
That was several years back now.
But that just goes to show the culture of this radio network and the principles associated with this radio network.
And that's why I'm here.
And that's why Sam's a brother.
And of course, the people who were at our conference in 2017 or the one in 2014, you've met Sam.
You know what he's about.
But let's be clear.
It's not about Sam.
It's not about James.
It is about our God.
It is about our family, which includes every listener we've got.
It is about our country, the freest, greatest country on the planet.
It is about our people.
It is about these principles.
Those things we will not abandon.
See, if I abandon James or if I do some of those things, what I'm doing is betraying principle, right?
Okay, this is not about people.
This is about principle.
And it's about rewarding and standing with those who are on the right side of principle and rejecting that which is on the wrong side of principle.
Okay, it's that simple.
I had the opportunity to sell a radio station that I owned.
The gay and lesbians offered me $250,000 for the station, and a Christian guy offered me $185,000.
Who do you think I sold it to, James?
Well, you know, it's a rhetorical question.
Of course it is.
I sold it to the Christians, though, just to make sure no one, okay, I lost $65,000 in the process, I guess, right?
I don't think so.
I think I gained $1,000 times $65,000 because I stood on principle and I sleep at night.
And now the station day in and day out does good, not evil, James.
And ladies and gentlemen, why did we bring Sam on?
Well, there's never a bad reason to bring Sam on.
But why are we sharing these stories with you?
We need you, and we want you to know.
I can guarantee you, there are a lot of people out there, even people in our movement, even people that we look up to, that would not be able to resist.
It's not good or bad.
It's human nature.
I mean, I guess it's bad, but it is human nature.
There are people out there that are good people, and it happens every day.
When you put $100,000 in front of them, or $60,000 in front of them, or an IRA with stop-by auctions and cash or the opportunity to be on this network and be a 200 city, you put that in the front of a lot of good people, and they will bend or they will break.
That will not happen here.
That's never happened here.
It's like that joke goes, hey, will you sleep with me for a million dollars?
Oh, of course.
Oh, wait, will you sleep with me for a dollar?
Are you questioning who I am?
What do you think?
What kind of a girl do you think I am?
Well, we've already established who you and what you are.
All we're talking about now is the price, right?
Okay, that's what we're talking about, James, when it comes to principle.
And I want you to know we jokingly call this radio network the Widow's Might Radio Network because we are biblical, because we are Christian, because we run on a thin dime.
It's a teeny bit of cash.
I mean, the whole network probably, it's less than an average family makes to run the whole thing, not counting our volunteer hours.
However, I'm going to do this.
Instead of asking people for money, because what people say is you guys just run around and beg for money.
And my response is, if we provide value to you, then we ask you to reciprocate.
Every penny you give us will be considered sacred funds to expand the network.
I promise you I will not feed my family on it.
I got a day job.
I promise you I will not go on vacations on your money.
I've got a day job.
I promise you we will use every penny you give us as sacred money to increase what we do to promote.
God, family, and country in principle.
And I make this personal promise to you this year.
You asked for my personal goals, what we're going to do.
I'm going to quintuple my personal efforts in dollars and time to what we're doing.
That's what I'm going to do for 18.
All right.
And Sam, because I know we only have a minute left, and this has been a perfect capstone to what I hope has been an hour that something of interest to the audience.
But the network a year from now, you think this is a good deal we've got on the table?
You know the deal we've got on the table, the one that I alluded to.
I get the great deal on the table, and I think there's going to be 10 times that many.
If we can find ways to fund it, I think we can leverage.
And remember, not only do we do good for us, but we help out radio station owners that need our support too, James.
Don't forget that.
And I think our guests may be calling in in the background as Sam both produces this show and guest stars here in this segment.
But no, another biblical story that Sam could have drawn upon in his analogy there is the feeding of the 5,000 with the fish and the loaves.
We have done so much with so little.
I mean, obviously, it's almost blasphemous to compare us to the miracles of Christ, but I mean, we have done a lot with a little, and it all gets baked into the cake.
And so that's what we need.
That's what we can do.
We can do more.
But one thing's for sure, you may agree with us on some things and not on the others, but one thing that you will know about us, whether it's me, Keith, Eddie, Sam, Kurt Crosby, who's his co-host, Scoop, Sean Bergen, Jim Lancia, Art Frith, Jack Ryan, everybody associated, Winston Smith, everybody associated with our two shows and the network at large, you can trust us to be true and to be straight arrow.
And when we come to you, we come to you.
But remember, if they ever tell you that I committed suicide, though, you know they're lying, ladies and gentlemen.
I'm telling you that right now, right up front.
If Sam commits suicide with a shotgun to the back of his head from about five feet away, you can't do that.
Yeah, you guys know that's absolutely bogus.
All I'm telling you is we are going to remain true.
We are going to quintuple our efforts financially and personally with our time and our efforts.
And you're going to see some shocking things happen on 18.
I cannot tell you all of them.
I'm just telling you, gear up, ladies and gentlemen, and we need your support for the Widow's Might Radio Network.
Hey, ladies and gentlemen, you want to help make that happen?
What benefits me benefits us all here on this network?
ThepoliticalSessible.org.
We need $1,500 by next Saturday to pursue this opportunity with the increased expansion of AM affiliates.
And we've got some offers on the table to be on international media and other markets across Europe.
Let's do it.
Let's do it.
Let's go.
