Time Text
You're listening to the Liberty News Radio Network, and this is the Political Cesspool.
The Political Cesspool, known across the South and worldwide as the South's foremost populist conservative radio program.
And here to guide you through the murky waters of the political cesspool is your host, James Edward.
What an elegant and stirring rendition of Auld Lang Syne to kick off the political cesspool's 2018 broadcasting year.
I'll tell you what, that rendition certainly tugs at the heartstrings of this Scotsman, this descendant from the Scots-Irish stock, the founding stock of the South.
As a Southern man, I love that version of that song.
And I love you.
I love our people.
I love my audience.
Welcome to another year in the Cesspool, as it were.
And I think over the course of the last couple of weeks, holiday shows, Christmas shows, celebratory shows.
We had the Christmas music on.
We really read a lot of fan mail the last couple of weeks as we celebrated our togetherness to end the year.
And it seems like Christmas was a year ago now, only a week later.
It just seems like that was just such a long time ago.
But we did that.
Last week, of course, the final show of 2017, we talked about the 2017 year in review.
We did the 2017 top 10 moments for TPC.
And now here we are getting ready to do it all over again.
But I must say, just to sum all of that up that we've been doing the last couple of weeks, the outpouring of love we received from our supporters around the world, the final two weeks of December was just beyond heartwarming.
I don't have the words to describe it other than to say, and I posted this message to our website, thepoliticalaccesspool.org.
I have never felt more honored to serve as your host.
We are now in our 14th year of broadcasting.
And after all of these 14 years, and there's so many of you out there in our audience that have been with us since the early years, if not the first year.
Some of you have, some of you are new listeners.
But nevertheless, over all of these years, I have run out of ways to say thank you.
So I do the best I can every time.
But more than that, I am thrilled, really thrilled to report that much more than just reaching our fundraising goal for the fourth quarter of 2017, we are healthy and strong as we head into 2018.
We just wrapped up the most successful quarterly fundraising drive in the history of the program.
Ladies and gentlemen, you made that happen.
I couldn't be more profuse in my sincere appreciation, which goes to each of you who continue to make quarter after quarter, year after year, the selfless decision to support our groundbreaking work.
We are a family.
We're going to fight together.
You're an inspiration to us in the studio.
What you give us will always be wisely allocated.
You know, I will always take the time to thank you for making possible our advancements and our victories.
We have a lot of work ahead of us.
It's going to be a great year, and it remains entirely my privilege to be able to share in the struggle with you.
So for all of you who contributed at the appropriate levels, you're going to get a nice gift from us.
They're going to go out early next week.
We got them all packaged and ready to go to the post office.
But if you would allow me just one final indulgence, and it's really not even an indulgence, but I would just look, since Christmas even, since our last broadcast even, we have received just another load of correspondence from a couple of people, one in Maryland on Christmas Day.
We've got a card here written from a listener in Lawrenceville, Georgia, James and Company.
It's still Christmas season to me.
Amen.
It's the 12 days of Christmas, that's for sure.
And that comes from a listener in Georgia.
We received another generous contribution from a listener in Pennsylvania.
You know, we're big in Philadelphia.
Lots of contributions from Philadelphia.
And how about this one that was written on December 25th and beautiful handwritten letter here, December 25th?
On Christmas Day, this listener sat down to write that it was great to meet us at the anniversary celebration, our connect a great time.
And you made me feel so welcome when I arrived with your warm recognition.
I hope we can get together again soon, along with Eddie and Keith.
Remember that I owe y'all dinner.
And we will certainly remember that from this very generous listener in Virginia who wrote to us, took the time on Christmas Day to sit down.
We actually had quite a bit of correspondence that was postmarked on Christmas, or rather, the letters were signed on Christmas Day, and that means so much.
Every year, European peoples are getting more comfortable and proud of who they are.
And you are one who are willing to stand up for their rights.
Thank you for all you do.
That comes from a listener in Greenbelt, Maryland.
How about this, this contribution?
I love this.
Dear James, please find, enclosed, a contribution for your show and a belated Christmas gift.
May God continue to bless you, your family, and the program.
And that comes from Forrest Mounted Cavalry Corps.
Nathan Bedford Forest Mounted Cavalry actually sent in a contribution.
Can you believe it?
And we actually got some pictures from that conference.
I still hear just about every day from people who are at our event in October.
And I got some pictures in the mail on December 29th.
Some beautiful pictures.
Thank you so much.
That comes from James and from Todd and from Mark.
And it is, in fact, a beautiful picture of, I see Eddie, I see Keith.
I see Michael Hill.
I see Jared.
And then some of our three of our biggest supporters here in the Memphis area.
Anyway, hey, thank you.
That wraps up.
Look, I know we spent quite a bit of time in the mailbag the last couple of weeks, so we're going to get off of that.
But I just had to say thank you to a few more people.
And I know I didn't come close to covering it all, but let me tell you what we've got coming up tonight.
I mean, we are going to hit the ground running with an incredible, I mean, it's a spectacular tonight.
It's an extravaganza for our first show of the new year.
This is TPC's opening night for 2018.
And I'm going to be asking eight different leaders who also happen to be TPC mainstays for the most part to set individual goals as well as collective goals that they would like to see reached before this time next year.
So here's who we have on tonight.
And this is in alphabetical order, not in the order of their appearance, but in alphabetical order.
Here's who's coming up tonight on the show.
Before this show is over this evening, you will have heard from Kyle Bristow, Patrick Casey, the new leader of Identity Europa, Sam Dixon, David Duke, Michael Hill, Henrik Palmgren, Richard Spencer, and Jared Taylor.
Now, that would be a busy month for us, but they're all coming up tonight.
And what we're going to do at the top of the second hour, it's going to begin, one guest per segment, every segment, during the second and third hours this evening.
But in fact, it doesn't stop there.
Our entire lineup for the month of January is equally impressive.
So we posted this to our website, again, thepoliticalspool.org, on Friday.
In addition to those eight leaders who are coming up tonight to talk about goals for 2018, listen who's coming up the rest of the month.
Nick Griffin, Lana Locteth, Kevin McDonald, Brother Nathaniel, one of our old favorites, Professor Andrew Fraser, and many more, including some of our own homegrown in-house talent.
And our staple of talent is also quite robust.
Phenomenal year last year, 2017 it was for us, but we're not going to rest upon those past accomplishments.
I hope you're ready for another unforgettable year in broadcasting for the Political Sessible because we're sure looking forward to bringing it to you.
We welcome with open arms the new years, the hopes, and the challenges that come with it.
Bring it on.
It's getting started right now, tonight, live on your radio.
I'm James Edwards.
We'll be right back after this first break.
The outlook wasn't brilliant for the Mudville 9 that day.
The score stood 4-2, one inning more to play.
Then all 5,000 throats recoiled upon the flat for Casey, mighty Casey, was advancing to the bat.
Close by the sturdy batsman, the ball unheeded, sped.
That ain't my style.
Said Casey.
Right what?
The umpire said.
She signaled to the pitcher.
Once more the spheroid flu.
I think I'll just ignore it.
And the umpire said, right too.
Now, something different than we read about in the poem.
Casey thought of mom and dad and time she spent at home.
She relaxed, she smiled, her confidence, it grew.
And above the roar of the crowd, she heard her dad shout, follow through!
Somewhere, men are laughing and children having fun.
And tonight, there's joy in Mudville, where mighty Casey hit a home run.
Family, isn't it about time from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints?
Many of you have heard me talk about my vigor score.
You say, Sam, what on earth is all this vigor stuff about?
Well, vigor is defined as zest for life.
Your strength in body and mind, your energy levels.
It's kind of all wrapped into a term called vigor.
Would you like to improve your vigor score?
Well, you got to first take the free test.
Get a hold of Kurt, C-U-R-T, at LibertyRoundtable.com or call Kurt Cosby at 801-669-2211.
I took the test, got a 13 out of 32.
Horrible, huh?
But I worked on it with Kurt with some natural help and healing.
And before you know it, now I've got an astounding 29 out of 32 on the vigor score.
Can you tell by the way I talk?
Oh, yes, my zest for life has never been better.
Get a hold of Kurt Cosby.
That's 801-669-2211 and take your free vigor test today.
And you can learn where you stand.
And then you can work on improving it to take the test again.
And oh, compare the results.
You will be delighted.

As a parent, is receiving a faith-based, character-focused education for your children difficult to find?
Do you believe that godly principles should be a central component in your child's education?
Imagine a school where faith and integrity are at its center, where heritage and responsibility instill character.
For over 40 years, American Heritage School has been educating both hearts and minds, bringing out academic excellence.
This is the school where character and embracing the providence of a living God are fundamental, where students' national test scores average near the 90th percentile.
With American Heritage School's advanced distance education program, distance is no longer an issue.
With an accredited LDS-oriented curriculum from kindergarten through 12th grade, your children can attend from anywhere in the world.
American Heritage School will prepare your child for more than a job.
It will prepare them for life.
To learn more, visit American-heritage.org.
That's American-Heritage.org.
It's time to jump back into the political cesspool to be part of the show and have your voice heard around the world.
Call us at 1-866-986-6397.
Okay, folks.
So again, Richard Spencer, David Duke, Jared Taylor, Henrik Palmgren, Patrick Casey, Kyle Bristow, Michael Hill, and Sam Dixon.
They're all coming up tonight.
You will hear.
Or are they?
Now, see, that's the thing.
Remember, this is live radio.
We don't tape these things in advance and just plug them into a spot.
So do you think we'll hit eight for eight?
I mean, this is a monumental effort.
Do you think all eight will remember?
Now, our team has not only confirmed all of these appearances and the very tight schedule we've got.
It's short micro interviews, snapshots with each of them to kick off our first show of the year in a grand fashion.
But they've all got to be ready to go at the appointed time.
Or it's going to be like dominoes.
Everybody's going to fall down.
Do you think we'll go eight for eight tonight?
Do you think everybody will be there with their phones ready to answer our producer's call at the appointed time?
We will find out together over the course of the next two and a half hours, but that's all going to start at the top of our second hour.
And if, of course, the last couple of weeks, being in the middle of the Christmas season, each night we have a robust listening audience.
But for any of you who may have been out the last couple of weeks and didn't catch the last couple of shows because you were traveling, you were with family for whatever reason, there's never really a reason to miss our show because we're just once a week.
And if you miss it live, you can always catch it in the broadcast archives.
But nevertheless, if you did miss it, we have gone out of studio for a couple of appearances in recent days.
I was on with, well, with Richard Spencer for an interview for alt-right.com that's on the alt-right.com YouTube channel talking about Nathan Bedford Forrest.
There was some more action in Memphis today on that front.
The removal of the statues, that is, which we've been covering for the last couple of weeks.
We're going to talk a little bit more about that this hour.
Also appeared on Red Ice TV.
Now they had 26 guests over the course of like eight hours.
They did eight.
Henrik and Lana did eight hours in a row, 26 guests.
I told him, I said, my God, I mean, it's the best it's ever been done.
26 and eight hours, eight hours of broadcasting consecutive.
I mean, how do they do that?
I mean, I guess it's not like running a marathon, but it ain't easy.
And so anyway, but we're having eight tonight in three hours.
So I guess, mathematically speaking, that's about on par.
But in talking with Red Eyes, I shared with him a little message, the do's and don'ts of 2018.
I was in a hurry that night as well.
I think that was a week ago.
That was a week ago tonight, I believe.
And I had to leave there.
I had to leave taping that video appearance and go straight to the studio to host this show last week.
And I shared with you at the very end of last week's show some of the do's and don'ts that I shared with Red Ice.
But if you don't mind, ladies and gentlemen, first show of the new year, I'd like to share it with you again.
So I was thinking about just playing the tape of what I said last week again because it was just a few minutes long, the particular segment that I'm talking about.
But I'd like to just do it again, and we'll just do it.
We'll just do it ad-lib.
So what I said was on Red Ice, looking ahead to 2018, this is how I would set the table for a productive year.
Operate with a sense of urgency.
Operate with a sense of urgency because we have to know that time is not on our side.
Our enemy can run out the clock.
They can just sit on the ball and squeeze us out, demographically speaking.
They are outbreeding us.
They are flooding into majority white countries at a way that we can't keep up with, reproductively speaking.
Time is not on our side with regard to the numbers of non-whites pouring into these European nations, and I include America in that coupled with our low birth rate.
However, we must also remember that only fools rush in.
Everything we do has to be done thoughtfully and tactically.
And we could keep up reproductively speaking if we just would.
That should be stated as well.
But we have to remember what we do in the court of public opinion, in the court of law, on the streets has to be done effectively.
We are not the civil rights movement.
The civil rights movement was a Jewish-led communist action, of course, that was completely aided and abetted by the national media, the federal government, and federal law enforcement, as well as the federal judiciary.
So we had some state governments that were trying to uphold the rule of law in the South, especially during those years, but they have the entire establishment, the entire regime working with them.
We have all of those entities working against us.
So we can't go out there.
Charlottesville proved that.
Charlottesville taught us that.
We can't go out and peacefully demonstrate and pull a permit and have a protest without running into a conspiracy and a setup, a setup to fail.
So it's not the same thing.
We can't mimic their playbook.
I think one thing that was productive in 2017 were the flash rallies.
I think those were key.
I think they were very effective, good optics, and got a lot of media attention without a lot of the liability.
One thing we do have to remember, though, we don't have the media, the law enforcement, and the government on our side, but we do have truth and common sense on our side.
That is our ace in the hole.
But just because we have a message that sells easily, it won't fly without a near-perfect presentation and packaging.
So that's another thing that I said on Red Ice, and I mentioned it to you last week at the end of the show, but I'm saying it again here as we kick off 2018 because I think it bears repeating.
Presentation and packaging is almost as important as the message itself.
And by that, I mean we must dress well, really all the time, but especially when we're representing our movement.
Dress well, stay fit mentally and physically.
Read a book and lift weights.
Stay fit.
Speak articulately and stay on point.
Now, if you can't do those things, if you can't dress well, stay fit, speak well, and stay on point, there's a lot of things you can do.
You can have a big role in this movement, but you might not need to be out front leading it.
Optics are extremely important.
Optics are extremely important.
What else?
Let's knock off the public infighting.
That cropped it set up again last year.
Don't punch to the right.
Now, that's a good rule of thumb, but the thing that I would say is even more important than the rule of thumb, general rule of thumb and not punching right is that the only thing that matters is winning.
Nothing else matters except that we win, that we survive, that we exist.
So, yes, we can have points of contention and points of constructive criticism with one another, but it shouldn't be done publicly.
We should, as a general rule, also cheer each other on and not be concerned with who's getting attention and who's not, et cetera, et cetera.
That's childish and it's counterproductive.
We're going to have ups and downs, wins and losses.
We have to channel our inner Robert E. Lee.
He was never rattled.
He was never shaken.
He was always steady.
So, again, one person can do a lot of things.
You know, we had last week, of course, our 2017 Union Review show was our last show of the year.
And we looked back on many unprecedented accomplishments that this radio program has been able to do with the support of, of course, our audience and God Almighty that has just been incredible.
And I could go through them, but we mentioned them all last week, and they're on our website, and people who tune into this show regularly know.
But we've had successful rallies where we've had 200 people, 500 people, 500 people.
We've been denounced by Congress.
We've been credentialed to the inauguration, to the Republican National Convention.
We're fixture in the media.
Big lawsuit last year.
I spoke at Northwestern.
Successful conference, front row at Trump swearing in, all of that.
So we're able to do some things.
How are we able to do some things?
Well, it certainly wasn't because of me.
Who am I?
I'm just a guy who has worked every day for 13 years, now in my 14th year of broadcasting on the AM radio airwaves, on the internet, and many other ways you can listen to this show.
I am just a guy who works every day to get a message out.
There are people more capable than me.
There are people smarter than me.
But one thing that separates me from most white men is that I am dedicated to the fight and dedicated to the struggle.
Heroes will rise when they do.
We need to support them.
And we have to remember, of course, that it is about our collective success as a race, as a unique people, and not as individuals.
Don't go in it for the individual praise and glory and adulation, what little of it there is when you're a dissident.
Go into it asking yourself what you can do to benefit your extended family, which is, of course, I consider to be our race.
2018 will be as good or as bad as we will it to be.
If we want it to be a good year, there's some steps we can take.
And I just outlined just a nutshell version of them there in the last few minutes.
There's some of the things you can do that will help us be more productive and everybody can pull their part.
And of course, many people pulling in the same direction can move mountains.
So that's my do's and don'ts for 2018.
When we come back, there are some more action here in Nensis today on the situation involving the removal, the desecration of Nathan Benford Forrest's grave.
I'll tell you what happened here and more when we return to the political session.

Ladies and gentlemen, what is the KQ?
You know, the kosher question.
Most Americans purchase their groceries while having no idea that almost every essential food product on the shelves is certified kosher by one of over a thousand rabbinical agencies across the country.
Indeed, the kosher question encompasses not only food and religion, but also affects our economics and politics.
In an effort to promote awareness to this kosher question, developers have recently published an app for your smartphone that will not only educate users on this little-known phenomenon, but also features a database of food products that have not been kosher certified.
The KoCertified app has prominent advertisement on TPC's homepage, or you can check out its website at co-certified.com.
Wouldn't it be proof to start eating in favor of your own interests?
The CoCertified app will be your start.
Download it now at co-certified.com.

To get on the show, call us on James's Dine at 1-866-986-6397.
All right, well, we have already had a busy night so far, and we're just two segments in, and we haven't even begun to hit our stride yet.
Our stride will begin to take form at the top of the next hour.
Remember, we're a three-hour show every week here, anchored in Memphis, Tennessee, on AM 1600, WMQM Radio, broadcasting to finer AM affiliate stations via the Liberty News Radio Network in select markets across the country.
And then, of course, online, Roku and the Listen Line on the telephone.
And there's just a lot of ways you can listen to the show.
And, of course, the broadcast archives, in addition to others.
And I wanted to come out of the gates this year with guns blazing and have a unique show.
And typically, when we have guests on, it's one, maybe two guests for an extended look, an extended take on a singular topic or a profile piece.
But tonight we're doing it a little different.
We're having eight different leaders on talking about goals, individual and collective, for 2018.
And they are all knock on wood standing by and waiting for the phone to ring.
And again, tonight, Kyle Bristow, Patrick Casey, Sam Dixon, David Duke, Michael Hill, Henrik Palmgren, Richard Spencer, and Jared Taylor.
Another thing we've been covering for the last two weeks, quite regrettably, was the illegal removal of the Nathan Bedford Forest Monument, which was for my money.
And I'm a forest man because he was a Tennessean just like me.
And it was, in my opinion, the desecration of his grave.
He was buried along with his wife.
They are buried or were buried directly underneath this monument.
Their graves are still there, just their headstone was taken away.
And so if you want to know all about that chain of events, I covered it here with Keith Alexander two weeks ago.
We covered it extensively, I think for nearly two hours on the show.
We revisited it briefly last week.
And then I also, for alt-right.com, did a video for Richard Spencer or with Richard in which we talked about it quite extensively as well for about an hour.
So if you want all of the details about what happened there, how the city circumvented state laws and broke apparently, at least in my layman's opinion, a myriad of other laws in removing this monument and the Jefferson Davis Monument in downtown Memphis as well, check out those archives at thepolitical SessPool.org or go to the alt-right.com YouTube channel and catch my discussion with Richard about that.
There was some action today here in Memphis.
Two separate protests, I guess you would say.
The first was led by Billy Roper of the Shield Wall.
I believe his organization is called Operation Shield Wall or the Shield Wall movement.
It's an Arkansas-based organization, Billy Roper.
I don't think I've ever met Billy.
But nevertheless, he was in town today, and I watched on the news his demonstration across the street from where Nathan Bedford Forest is buried.
Now, you can't even get into the park anymore because the city gave it away, gave away this public property for $1,000.
It's valued at millions of dollars on the open market.
They gave it away for $1,000 to this shell company.
Well, again, I'm not going to get into all the details because that's what we covered on those previous appearances that I told you about.
So Billy and his group couldn't get into the park, so they did a demonstration across the street.
And I was watching him on the news, and the news here is just, I mean, obviously it's so disgusting.
I mean, you can imagine.
You can imagine how bad the national news is.
Take how fake news and anti-white and how much they hate whites on a national level and pare it down.
That's what you get here in Memphis, but it's all of that, except it's just horribly produced and very amateurish in terms of the reporters and the production value.
It's basically just like the national news because these are the affiliate stations of ABC, CBS, Fox, NBC, et cetera.
It's basically just like that, except just horribly done.
I mean, even worse.
I mean, the lies are the same, but the production quality is like a high school level production.
And I'm watching Billy on this interview.
This is so typical of the media.
And they said, you know, do you consider yourself a neo-Nazi?
Do you consider yourself a white supremacist?
He said, no, I'm a white nationalist.
And then the tagline of the whole thing said Billy Roper.
And then underneath where it has the description of who he is, it said neo-Nazi.
And then as the reporter broke away for like a commentary, it said, white supremacist Billy Roper told me that, well, they just asked him on the raw footage, which I don't know if they aired live, but I could see it on the website for the local news affiliate.
They just asked him if he was a white supremacist.
He said no.
Then as soon as they're away from him, they call him a white supremacist under his tagline while he's speaking.
He says neo-Nazi.
Now, there's nothing new about that.
That happens to everybody.
That's nothing new under the sun about that.
They lie, they lie, they lie.
But what was incredible to me, as they were calling Billy Roper a neo-Nazi and a white supremacist, a self-avowed, no less, neo-Nazi and white supremacist.
You're not going to believe this, folks.
I don't even know what to say about this.
Do you remember in 2016, Black Lives Matter shut down traffic on the I-40 bridge, Interstate 40 at the Mississippi River, one of the biggest interstate arteries in the country.
They shut down the bridge.
You remember that?
We talked about it.
A lot of, you know, everybody saw that, I guess.
That was in the summer of 2016.
Countless felonies committed in doing that.
And what happened, of course, well, the police go out there and they march arm in arm with the felonious protesters.
Nobody gets arrested.
And then they get an audience with the mayor.
Well, the guy who led that march on the bridge, do you know what they called him?
Now, remember what they called Billy Roper, who was there to support Nathan Bedford Forrest?
They called him a white supremacist, a neo-Nazi.
What did they call the guy who led the shutdown on the bridge?
They called him a community activist.
Can you believe?
I mean, no!
He's a felon.
That's what he is.
I mean, that would be the honest way.
But no, so, you know, this guy who's here is a bad guy, and the guy that breaks the law that actually breaks laws, he is a community activist.
So there's that.
And then even worse was this Confederate 901 rally.
This is done by this group that nobody heard about.
I mean, nobody went to it that was among any groups that we know.
The SCV, I mean, they cucked as hard as they could.
SCV didn't go.
But even the good groups didn't go.
The League of the South wasn't in attendance and other groups weren't in attendance.
And this Confederate 901 rally, they said it's going to be thousands of people.
Now, Bill Roland told me a long time ago, he said, anytime you hear about busloads of people coming into an event, you know it's BS.
He said, it never happens.
Well, they said all of these people were going to come in.
It ended up being about 40 to 50 cars.
I watched the live video of this on the local news network.
So they were in the caravan, and all they did was they circled around the I-240 loop.
This is the interstate loop that circles the perimeter of the city of Memphis.
So they didn't actually even get into the city.
They just circled about 50 cars, circled the outer perimeter of the interstate loop that circles the city.
And it was about 40 or 50 cars.
And they were punching right the whole time.
Nobody who would actually have turned out came because they disinvited anybody that wanted to come because, don't you know, of course, anybody but them were racist.
Well, their messages were, we're not racist.
This was stuff that was on their cars in this caravan.
We're not racist.
Down with the Klan.
And I didn't even see, I think there were a couple of Confederate flags, but most of the flags that I saw while I was watching the news were federal flags.
Now, why in the hell would you come to support, presumably support the Nathan Bedford Forrest monument removal?
They know you're not racist or Klan supporters, for God's sake, and it's not going to stop you from them calling you that.
The local NAACP called this cucked out group racist and hate-filled mongers anyway, of course.
But why would you come to a Confederate rally flying the flag of occupation here in the Southland?
That's the flag of the occupying government.
That's the federal flag.
Other people call it the American flag.
But why would you fly that flag at a Confederate rally and dress your cars up and stuff that you would see at an antifa rally?
It's just the damnedest thing.
So anyway, needless to be said, they had a poor turnout.
It didn't do anything.
Well, it did do one thing.
It cost the city of Memphis, according to some people that we've heard from.
It cost the city of Memphis, I think, a quarter of a million dollars.
So I think we should do stuff like this every day and just bleed the city dry.
I mean, the city's a cesspool anyway.
Why are we the political cesspool?
Why do we name the show that?
We broadcast out of Memphis.
What do you expect?
I mean, this is it.
And even though we're a nationally renowned show, and we typically are a national news show, when national news is made in our city, I guess we got to cover it as well, especially when it involves the desecration of one of the South's greatest heroes.
But I'll tell you who did it right was Identity Europa.
Identity Europa, the Tennessee Chapter of Identity Europa.
If you haven't seen what they did, go to my Twitter account at James Edwards TPC.
You've got to check it out.
They did one of the most beautiful, and I'm going to tell Patrick Casey tonight when he comes on in the third hour.
He's the new head of Identity Europa.
Been there for a few weeks now.
And I'm going to tell him how much I appreciated that.
The local chapter of Identity Europa did this stirring.
I mean, it just was inspiring.
This tribute to Nathan Bedford Forrest.
It was in candlelights, and the candles spelled out.
Always remember that a beautiful picture of the monument, which is now, of course, gone through illegal actions.
And I'll tell you what, that is something that was just emotionally very intense to see.
It was just a beautifully well-done aesthetic by Identity Europa.
So all that's happened in Memphis just in the last 12 hours.
24 hours for sure.
So that's what's happened on the MB Forest front here in Memphis today.
We'll be right back.

Most Americans are painfully aware that the nation is on the wrong track and in dire straits.
Unfortunately, most political pundits only nibble around the edges when they claim to address the issues.
Even worse, many of the so-called solutions are simply rewarmed servings of what got us into the mess we currently face.
And the politicians think we're so gullible and naive that we'll buy their lies that they have reformed and now understand where they led us astray.
Unfortunately, the truth of the matter is that they simply wish to continue to hold power.
The solution to America's challenges is found in returning to the timeless principles found in the United States Constitution.
My book and lecture series will reawaken in Americans an understanding and love of the principles which made this nation the freest, most prosperous, happiest, and most respected nation on earth.
Visit topreservethenation.com and order my book and lectures to begin the restoration of this great nation.
Okay, girls, about finished with your lesson on money?
Daddy, what is a buy-sell spread for gold coins?
Well, when you sell a gold coin to a coin shop that's worth, say, $1,200, you don't actually get $1,200.
But don't worry, we're members of UPMA now, so we don't have to worry about that.
Daddy, why is somebody seal that gold?
We don't have any gold at the house.
It's stored safely in the UPMA vault, securely and insured.
But the S ⁇ P 500 outperformed gold.
Daddy, gold is a bad investment.
Some people do think of it that way, but actually, gold is money.
And as members of the United Precious Metals Association, we can use our gold at any store, just like a credit card.
Or I can ask them to drop it right into Mommy and Daddy's bank account because we're a UPMA member family.
Find out more at UPMA.org.
That's upma.org.
Welcome back.
To get on the show, call us on James' Dime at 1-866-986-6397.
keep it all.
Got to make the best of best of bad situation.
That's your way.
Welcome back then to the first show of the current year here at TPC.
James Edwards with you, bringing on the newest member of the Political Cessibles All-Stars Table of Talent, Jack Ryan, who's with us now every week.
And every week you'll get this out of Jack Ryan's segment.
You're going to get recommendations for his book of the week, movie of the week, and song of the week.
And you're also going to get a weekly theme.
And so we'll see what Jack has on deck for us tonight.
Jack, you may know him, of course, from Occidental Descent, where he's been a longtime writer and been with us now for about a month and a half.
Jack, are you staying warm up there in Chicago?
Warm greetings to you and our listeners down in the south.
And the good news is we're about to break our longest cold Arctic blast in Chicago.
The word is we're supposed to get above 15 degrees Fahrenheit tomorrow in Chicago.
So it's, I'm ecstatic about it.
And, you know, maybe these northern miseducated Yankee Harvard law school women might be a little bit warmer to us.
So I think that's looking good.
So I like the song, Gladys Night in the Pips.
Make the best of bad situations.
So that's what we're doing tonight in America and Chicago.
Let's all make the best of the bad situation.
Hey, you know, it went much warmer down here last week.
It got down to nine degrees in the south.
I was standing in the backyard with my children on top of the little pond we have in the backyard.
We got a little fishing pond in the backyard.
I was standing in the middle of that thing with my children.
The ice was about a foot thick.
That is a very peculiar day for the Mid-South, I can tell you that.
But we're all staying warm, and hopefully we're going to heat up the airwaves tonight with all of these great guests.
And you're kicking that off, Jack, with your weekly contribution.
So let's go ahead and quickly do the books before we get to your theme of the week.
A book, song, and movie recommendations.
What do you got, Jack?
Okay, well, my song was already Gladys Night in the Pips.
Gotta do the best of bad situations.
My book recommendation and my movie recommendation are the same.
Ian Foster's A Room with a View.
And this is Britain, England, and its glory days, late 1890s, 1910.
It's a very romantic one.
And this is just a story.
It's kind of like Agatha Christie, that there are these English women that are very strict and like, and they go on trip to Europe or Egypt and things like that.
And they're very strict.
They don't let women just go out and party and things like that.
But they go to Florence, Italy, where Florence, Italy is one of the most beautiful cities in the world.
I think that Chicago, Illinois now is most like beautiful modern city, but Florence, Italy is just great.
And there's romance and there's like, it's just a tremendous, it's a tremendous book, but they made a movie in 1985, Merchant Ivory, A Room with a View.
So I highly recommend this movie, A Room with View.
Okay, book and movie of the same name, A Room with a View.
That is Jack's joint recommendation along with the song, Making the Best of a Bad Situation, which happens to also be, of course, Jack, your theme for the week.
What bad situation, and there's no shortage of them, should we make the best of right now?
Okay, so it's a bad situation that these communist anti-foot Black Lives Matters are tearing down Confederate statues, desecrating Confederate graves.
It's bad.
I'm not going to try to put a sugar lining on it.
It's really bad.
So we have to decide whatever you're going to do towards it.
I'm going to make suggestions and observations, but I'm not going to try to tell people what they want to do.
I tried to do that in the 1990s when I came back from New York City to Tennessee.
I tried to stop every Tennessean and try to tell them what was going on with mass immigration, Islamic terrorism, cultural Marxism.
I'm not going to try to tell that.
But what I'm just going to try to say is that there's nothing new.
It's nothing new that our statues and our heritage are being insulted and they're being desecrated.
So I wanted to focus in on this Egyptian pharaoh Akhenaten.
Okay.
So the intelligence of an intelligent person is to know what he does not know.
I don't know great Egyptian history.
I don't know all the pharaohs or whatever.
I know King Tatin Khan and the Kurzan.
I know they're there.
But I know this one Egyptian pharaoh, Akhenaten, and he was an idealist.
He was the sun king.
He tried to set up a separate city and state where he worshiped the sun god.
And when he died, his enemies, these priests of the old ones, they tried to wipe out Akhenaten.
They tried to destroy his statues.
They destroyed his things.
And so that's what's going on right now.
And then when I was after college, after I graduated Bannerbat, I went to Greece, Italy, and they had terrible pollution.
And the Parthenon was coming down just like, and so the British took out the Elgin Martels and they put them back into the British Museum.
So it might be that our Confederate statues might not be there.
They might have to be in museums in Poland or Hungary or things like that.
So we have to do the best that we can.
But if things go down, we have to understand that our statues and our heroes are being desecrated and that's the way it is.
But let's make the best of a bad situation.
Well, and there will be an answer to what's happened here in Memphis.
I can guarantee you that.
And I appreciate any group trying to stand up.
I do believe that there will be more that's done here on the ground, and we'll see to that.
But it's these are our fathers.
I mean, this isn't.
There was a comment on Twitter that I think was quite prescient.
It's that individualistic whites cannot defend monuments to our collective heroes.
And I think that's true.
So many whites have, unlike any other member of any other racial group, are just in life to be consumers, to have status, to be patted on the head by the regime.
And they've lost their identity.
And we have to reclaim our identity.
Here for us, obviously, the Southern identity is very strong.
And I think Southerners have more of an identity.
That's why we're so hated.
We have more of a group identity, having suffered through the war and having suffered through Reconstruction.
You say, James, well, you didn't suffer through it.
You weren't even alive.
No, but my family was.
My family fought in that war.
And we've suffered since then.
And the South still suffers from the demonization and from the ridicule and from all of that.
And so I think that there is a unique cultural here, which is, of course, the foundation for a unique nation that we have in the South.
And that, of course, I'm very proud of.
And I know so many others are.
But this isn't just about us.
This is about our ancestors, and we have to give them our best efforts.
Of course, with the situation of Forrest, do you want your father buried at a place where he's going to be desecrated every day, or do you want him to be able to rest in peace?
That's a question.
I can see it both ways, but I think ultimately you have to fight to preserve it.
It's not just about one man.
It is about every and if it's if it's forrest today, it's anybody tomorrow, and it will continue to be.
They'll dig up everybody.
It's not just the renaming the Confederate schools, they're renaming all of the, you know, all of it, all of it, all of it.
We can't give them an inch.
We can't give them any quarter.
And it's just no retreat, no surrender, no apology.
We have to fight tooth and nail for everything.
You just can't do enough.
You can't do enough.
And you have to fight them everywhere.
But it has to be done.
It has to be done smartly.
Jack, what else you got?
I would just basically have to say, you know, try to live in the real world, but like, it's a war and stuff.
When they made the statue, they didn't think that Memphis, Tennessee, was going to fall down into this brutal, rough, like black underclass video or stuff like that.
If they had the statue and it was in a better part of Tennessee or something like that, or in North Dakota, if you've got regular good folks in Southern, if you go to North Dakota, you know, you're not going to have communist anti-fuck people blowing up your statues because it's really cold.
You know, you could like have to move North Dakota or Chicago or something like that.
So I got to tell our listeners like that, don't be depressed.
We got some losses.
Yeah, they're insulting us at University of Virginia and Charlotte and stuff.
But the country is a big country, okay?
And we're doing great in so many places.
We're doing great in Central Europe, Eastern Europe, and Russia.
So don't get depressed.
Don't think that we're losing everything and like that.
You know, we might have to concede some small territories and stuff, but we're doing great.
We're going to win.
Everything's going great.
Our people are going to be fantastic.
And 2018, we're going to win.
We're going to just like, it's going to be a best year that we've got.
Yeah, I think 2017 was certainly a setback in terms of expectations that we had riding the momentum of the Trump candidacy.
His presidency has been a far cry from his candidacy.
But 2017 was a step back, and we had some setbacks.
Of course, you know, some parts of the North are more, even though they're almost places like North Dakota, 100% white, they are more cucked out than even in some areas down here because, of course, they don't have diversity.
They don't know what it's like.
We know what diversity is.
It's a social ill.
It's something that destroys societies.
And places like Memphis, of course, where it's majority black, you're not any better off.
The real places where these monuments are safer in rural white areas in the South, where it's majority white, but still enough diversity for people to know what the problem is.
But yeah, I mean, those parts, look, we're eternal optimists here.
We're not naive.
We're not backdad Bob.
Yeah, right.
But we also, we're happy warriors, and we're happy to struggle, and we're happy to suffer.
And if you can make yourself happy to suffer, you will be very happy in this movement.
But that's not to say suffering is good for people.
It's not a joke.
Suffering forges bonds and ties people together.
Thank you, Jack.
We'll be back with our all-star lineup right after this.
Thanks.
Thanks, James.
God bless you.
God bless the stuff.
