Keith, it's always great to have you, brother.
How was your fourth?
It was good.
It was quiet, basically, just except living in Midtown Memphis where I am, you know, the fireworks.
I mean, there was a haze of smoke over the entire city, if you can believe that.
It's just, you know, when you live in a majority black city, they really go for fireworks on 4th of July and on New Year's Eve, and you get the full treatment.
And we did.
But other than that, everything was fine.
And in fact, to tell you the truth, I'm enough of a kid where I enjoy all that noise.
I do too.
It's all in good fun, and I talked about that.
It is a nice tradition.
But you're sure that smoke was coming from fireworks and not the Saturday night specials?
Well, no, I did.
It was from automatic rifle fire.
As a matter of fact, that's another one of their fireworks.
They just fire that up.
I told you about the time when I had a leak in my roof, and I had it checked out, and there was a bullet in there.
Apparently some bullet like, you know, from an AR-15 or something like that had been fired in the air and it had just come down and landed in my roof.

Yes, and as the mayor of London said, these are just things you have to get used to when you live in a big city.
So there you go.
Anyway, anyway, Keith, when we got together a couple of days ago for some show prep, you put me wise to a really good article that was written by a friend of ours, Professor Andrew Fraser.
Now, he's been on the show before.
He hasn't made regular appearances, but he has been on the show before, and we're very much supportive of his work.
And he wrote this article for Kevin McDonald's website, The Occidental Observer.
And if you're not familiar with Drew Fraser, he is a retired law professor who just completed a theology degree at Charles Stewart University in Australia.
So he was a lawyer throughout, or rather a law professor throughout his life.
And then in the winter of his days, he obtained a degree in theology.
So he comes at these issues from a race realist and a traditional Christian perspective.
And the article he wrote is entitled Collateral Damage or Targets of Opportunity, Children of Divorce in the War of the Sexes.
Again, Keith put me wise to this, and after reading it, I thought it was a very good piece.
So we reposted it to our website, thepoliticalcesspool.org, this week.
Keith, tell us why this article is so important.
It's a topic that we've covered before, but perhaps not giving the treatment or enough coverage as it should have been given.
Well, it's not only important in its own right, dealing with the effects of liberal changes in divorce laws, specifically no-fault divorce laws, on children and on white birthrights, but it falls into the broader template of it's almost amazing.
Like a Paul on the road to Damascus moment, when you realize that everything that the left does has the same ultimate effect and the same ultimate goal, which is to reduce white birth rates.
And this is a perfect example of that.
How you know, let's take another example first of all, before we get right into this.
That would be public school desegregation, starting with the Brown decision.
Now, how did that affect white birth rates?
Well, it affected white birth rates because faced with the alternative of sending your children to a public school that had a large number of blacks and knowing the dysfunction that that would cause in educating your children plus the safety issues involved,
many white people automatically and instinctively shifted to a what they call a case strategy.
Of course, whites had a case strategy anyway, but even an accentuated case strategy of reproduction where they have fewer children.
They limited the number of children that they had to the number they could afford to send to private school, and that typically is darn few when you consider the cost of private school education.
So why is the left interested in reducing white birth rates?
Well, they are globalists.
They want all nations and they want to have the same type of prosperity and they want all people to have, you know, equalized incomes throughout the world.
There's a problem with that goal for the left, and that's the existence of white nations.
White nations tend to do better.
So they do everything they can to eliminate the phenomenon of a white nation.
And one of those ways is by reducing white birth rates.
Now, there are several ways to do that.
You can make it so that whites don't want to have more children, or you can, because we have recessive genes, try to maneuver people into race mixing, having children, but with non-white partners.
And therefore, since we have recessive genes, the products will no longer be white children.
They'll look more like the other partner in the sexual union.
So when you see that, just keep that in mind, reducing white birth rates.
Then think about how divorce laws have fit right into this pattern.
No-fault divorce is something that I saw develop in my lifetime.
I remember divorce law before the advent of no-fault divorce.
It was a fault-based system.
And it appealed to the basic instincts of justice that everybody has internalized.
It's called natural law.
For example, if you were the person committing adultery, whether you were the man or the woman, you would be the one that paid the price in divorce court.
With no-fault divorce, they said, well, this woman may be a terrible wife, but she's a wonderful mother.
So she gets to keep custody of the child.
She wouldn't have in the old regime, the fault race-based regime, if she had been the one committing adultery.
And the husband will wind up having to pay child support to her and usually her live-in boyfriend.
And this is what causes so many men to go off the rails, the idea that not only are they not at fault, but they're having to subsidize their wives' infidelities and the results of it.
And meanwhile, the point that Fraser makes convincingly in his article is that no-fault divorce and easy divorce may work to the advantage of one spouse.
It might even work to the advantage of both spouses.
They may both be happy with this.
They may truly have the so-called loveless marriage.
But almost always, it is a silent nightmare for the children of the couple, particularly if they are white children, because whites follow this K strategy.
This is what geneticists and biologists refer to as the R strategy and the K strategy, and they apply it both to animals and human groups.
K strategy is basically high investment parenting with few children.
The R strategy is low investment parenting with many children and just hoping that some of them turn out all right and some of them survive to adulthood.

Everything Keith has been talking about is absolutely essential, but it's even deeper than what we've been able to cover so far.
I'll read just a couple of excerpts from this excellent piece, which was originally posted to Kevin McDonald's website, theocidentalobserver.net, now reposted at thepolitical cesspool.org, authored by Professor Andrew Fraser.
No-fault divorce is a cultural artifact.
In other words, this so-called progressive reform of family law is a product of human artifice.
Inevitably, any such cultural innovation will produce what economists soothingly describe as a quote-unquote negative externality.
The most toxic byproduct of divorce law reform has been the breakdown of families with children.
This epidemic of dysfunctional families is not the unintended consequence of legal changes introduced for the best of reasons.
Did not conservatives predict that no-fault divorce would undermine the foundations of family life?
Did not churches remind secular reformers that the road to hell is paved with good intentions?
The fact is that some, perhaps all, of those who promoted the putative democratization of divorce intended intended to subvert the traditional institutions of marriage and family, particularly as practiced among white Anglo-Saxon Protestants.
He goes on to say, Keith, that if he were charged with the task of destroying a civilization, he wouldn't do it through military onslaught.
He would do it by turning women against the men and breaking down the family structure.
That is what feminism is about.
That's what no-fault divorce is about.
That's why it's so important to our audience, not just for the people who have personally suffered from it.
And God bless those of you who have.
But this is about destroying a civilization, and this is one weapon in their arsenal.
Is that what it is, Keith?
It is, and it's basically the product of cultural Marxism.
Specifically, Theodore Adorno, Max Horkheimer, some of the original founders of the Frankfurt School, when they left Nazi Germany as refugees, they almost invariably came to America where they found a large and supportive Jewish population that took them in, gave them top teaching positions at top colleges and universities like Columbia University,
and there they set their baleful gaze on American society and how they could transform American society into a Marxist culture by transforming the culture rather than attacking the political superstructure through violent revolution,
which is the modus operandi of the other primary form of applied Marxism other than cultural Marxism, which is namely communism.
It's based on Adorno's famous pamphlet written in around 1950 called The Authoritarian Personality, where they identified the Christian family, the typical family with a strong patriarch that brings in the money, and the mother who doesn't work outside the home and devotes her time, efforts, and energies to raising the children as being the incubator for fascism and Nazism and things like this.
And that if they wanted to actually transform society, they would have to transform the family, which is what they've done.
And what they've done through no-fault divorce laws is make white family life more like black family life or Hispanic family life or other third world type situations, which are based on the R reproductive model, where you have lots of children.
They're raised haphazardly in a kind of fostering system where they're farmed out to aunties or cousins or grandmothers, people like this.
And that's the norm.
And they're trying to deny white children the advantages of their traditions and birthright, which is high investment parenting, which takes two parents with a division of labor, with the financial resources being focused on advancing the children.
This is what's necessary to not only sustain the family, James, but to sustain a first world economy.
You have to have a lot of smart people, and you don't get smart people by accident.
You've got to really work hard at raising children in order to do that.
And divorce throws a needless impediment in the path of that intended purpose.
And that's what you see.
If you'll notice, most of the children that have problems with opioid dependency or with holding a job or academic achievement, they don't finish college, they don't finish high school, almost invariably they come from broken homes.
And Fraser identifies this and says it's not just a coincidence.
It was the intended purpose of two groups that are in modern culture almost immune from criticism.
One is feminists and the other are Jews, particularly Jewish liberals who adhere to the thinking of the cultural Marxist theoreticians who have basically taken over our culture.
Yeah, I've actually got that pulled up right now, Keith.
I'm so glad you made mention of that because that was something I wanted to get into.
This is certainly a passage in this article that shouldn't be overlooked.
Andrew Fraser writes, the fact is that for much of the 20th century, two groups have worked to destroy stable, monogamous families headed by patriarchal father figures and mandated by Christian churches.
Significantly, these two groups that head the list are all but immune to criticism within contemporary mainline churches, namely feminists and Jews.
Despite the corner, excuse me, despite the cover provided by the rigorously enforced code of silence, it is ridiculously easy to demonstrate that feminists and Jews, the categories overlap to a remarkable degree, led by a multi-pronged campaign to subvert traditional white Anglo-Saxon Protestant marriages and families.
Feminists enlisted the power of churches, corporations, and the state in their campaign to create a sexual utopia in which female sexual desire was to be liberated from patriarchal oppression.
At the same time, many Jewish intellectuals looked to the polymorphous perversity of the sexual revolution as an avenue to escape from their worst nightmare, the authoritarian personality supposedly fostered by stable, monogamous Christian families.
And here we are in the current year, Keith.
Yeah, I'm glad you mentioned the phrase polymorphous perversity because that sounds fantastic.
But it's also incredible that a cultural Marxist popularizer, probably the most recognizable name to the average person among the theoreticians of cultural Marxism, Herbert Marcusa, wrote a pamphlet called Repressive Tolerance.
He wrote one, and then he wrote one called Polymorphous Perversity.
And in Polymorphous Perversity, he took the position that heterosexual sexual relations are a trap that was developed by patriarchal males, oppressors, to keep women and children in their place, subordinate to the males.
And if a woman was seriously intent upon being free and actualizing her own potential in life, she would reject heterosexual mating and marriage and instead live a sexual life of what he termed polymorphous perversity, which was any type of sex that is not going to result in the creation of a child.
Again, what is the template?
What's the final goal of all leftist change, reducing white birth rate?
Only white people are educated enough to take this type of dribble seriously.
So you had a whole generation in the 60s of incipient feminists come along, and that's what they did.
They started, you start seeing a rise in lesbianism, a rise in bisexuality.

Politicians in the Illinois House of Representatives have voted to increase the personal income tax rate by 32% and the corporate rate by nearly the same.
The tax hike had the support of 23 Republicans.
The GOP governor issued a statement saying he will support the tax hike if it is limited to a four-year period and there is a four-year freeze on property taxes.
If politicians don't submit the tax increase with the governor's qualifications, well, the governor says he'll veto it.

All right, everybody.
Incredibly important topic that even on this show doesn't get the coverage that it really should.
The war on the family.
Now, we know there's a culture war going out there, and we talk about many of its manifestations, but truly, what feminism and no-fault divorce has done to our families, to our birth rates, has been more catastrophic, really, than just about any war we've ever participated in.
I think if you look at the long-term effects, you can recover.
Your nations can recover from wars.
Your birth rates can come back from wars.
They cannot come back if you don't have families that are reproducing healthy children.
And that's why I say so many times in my public appearances and even on this show, if you want to be a hero, we can't all be Nathan Bedford Forrest.
We can't all ride to the sound of the guns and lead cavalry battalions, but we can all be a hero at home.
The family is the cornerstone of civilization.
Everything that we love and hold dear is built upon the basic family structure.
You destroy the family at its root and everything else crumbles.
Society crumbles.
Civilization crumbles.
And that's what we're talking about.
Andrew Fraser has written just an incredible piece that we're spending really a lot of time on, the majority of an hour, because we feel as though it's that important.
We've covered most of the highlights.
Keith, really a summation of this before we move to something else.
Well, the article itself by Fraser is basically a counterpoint, point, counterpoint juxtaposition of a book by an author named Nathaniel Root, who is more traditional in his thinking.
And Roots, look, I'm trying to find the name of it right here.
But anyway, let me see, Root's work.
Let me see, what does he say?
Well, anyway, he's got a book.
And he's apparently one of the leading thinkers in this area.
Root's book is called Children of Divorce.
And he juxtaposes this with F. Roger Devlin's Sexual Utopia and Power.
And he says that alongside Andrew Root's Children of Divorce, F. Roger Devlin's Sexual Utopian Power Should be required reading for Christian youth workers.
The latter book, that's Devlin's book, is about the decline of virtue in women produced by the feminist revolt against civilization.
Devlin, an independent scholar associated with the alt-right, demonstrates that the ideal of love-based union was always more likely to appeal to women than to men.
The feminist narrative of the lonely suburban housewife trapped in a loveless marriage helps to explain why three-quarters of divorces are initiated by the female spouse.
Often the husband acts once he realizes the wife wants out.
So even if he is the plaintiff in the lawsuit, it's actually instigated by the wife.
Root pays no attention to such statistics.
Instead, he apparently assumes that husbands fall out of love at roughly the same rate as wives.
This may be a dangerous assumption.
Devlin contends that monogamy was established to constrain female sexual desire.
He argues that, absent legally enforced matrimonial covenants, women are no more monogamous than men.
Indeed, women are more likely than men to confuse sexual attraction with love.
In agrarian societies, married women on farms or small towns have fewer opportunities to indulge such attractions.
In the modern urban environment, especially when married women work outside the home, such constraints no longer apply.
Women often say they want commitment from a man, but just as often they fall for emotionally inaccessible men who make them feel insecure.
Left to themselves, women will look for a handsome, socially dominant, or wealthy man.
In short, women are attracted to men whom other women find attractive.
This phenomenon is known as hypergamy, the well-known tendency of women to marry upwards.
Among northern European peoples, monogamy subjected the female sexual desire to other interests, allowing poor, less attractive men the opportunity to find a wife to bear and raise his children.
And because all of his wage-earning or providing talents were going to be focused on the wife and their children, better than being part of a harem for some or a serial adultery situation where a woman goes for Mr. Daddy-O, and Mr. Daddyo, of course, being an alpha male, is not going to limit himself to her.
He's going to have sex with numerous women, so the woman winds up getting impregnated by the daddyo and then skips out on his obligations to support.
That's what we have in the inner city right now.
That's what we have with all these child support problems that we have and all these baby mamas and whatnot in the ghetto is because they follow that hypergamy model.
The problem with women is that every woman wants an alpha male, but every woman isn't an alpha female.
And what we need to have a stable society is more women linking up with the beta males that are good earners, going to be loyal, faithful, not cheat, not jump the fence and chase after another Philly.
But instead, because it's now driven by female sexual desire, you're seeing more divorces coming up because, and, you know, you were on the radio with a woman that has some type of website about male-female relations, and her basic complaint was, why aren't more men alpha males?
Well, the real question she should be asking is why do so many women who are not alpha females insist on mating with alpha males and then saddling the rest of us with the financial burdens of helping to raise their offspring.
It's a disaster.
And of course, getting back to the main premise of the article, this is another thing that is fueling the failure of our society to raise children who are up to the task of maintaining a first world environment.
There was an article recently in V-DARE about the end of geniuses.
Why are we finding that there are fewer geniuses now?
Well, I would submit that one of the reasons is we're having less high investment parenting because of the epidemic of divorces brought about by changes in divorce law.
And of course, the feminists that drove this are almost all Jewish.
Betty Fredan, Gloria Steinem, Erica Jong, Letty Continpoverben, Susan Brownmiller, all of these people.
Again, it's like we said earlier that in the culture wars, the foot soldiers can be black, brown, red, yellow, or white, but the generals are all Jewish.
All right.
I like that, Keith.
That's another good one.
Well, that's what we've got.
And it's, you know, again, isn't it amazing how everything that the left does serves the same ultimate purpose, which is to reduce white birth rates?
We're talking about the rise in homosexuality, lesbianism in women, for example, and bisexuality in women.
And go to Walmart and see how many interracial couples you see, okay?
And it's typically a black man with a white woman.
You know, you're talking about being a hero in your own home.
You've got to be very, very careful if you're a white male as to who you marry because you have to be, you know, if you marry the wrong person, you're going to be carrying around a ball and chain for the rest of your life and the rest of your productive years.
And you're going to suffer the frustration of having to support a woman and her new daddy-o who has custody of your child and may be abusing or mistreating your child.
And the whole apparatus of the judicial system, what Fraser calls the divorce industry, is lined up against you and your interests and ultimately the best interests of your children.
That's a good closing remark.
I was just going to say that's a good closing remark on this because certainly you have a society and a media that has worked to emasculate the male to eradicate manliness while empowering so-called females.
And in addition to that, it's all anti-white and anti-Christian.
So you're breaking down not just the culture, but the faith that led to stable nuclear families.
And it all gets put into the blender and think of it.
All sex is promoted.
All sex is promoted, but the right kind.
Sam Bushman just came in my ear with that.
That's something that needs to be put.
With affirmative action and things like this.
Part of a man's attractiveness to a woman in modern society is his ability to make a good living.
White males are not wanted at top universities like Harvard and Yale.
They're not getting those positions.
They're not getting the career track jobs at IBM and Honeywell and Halliburton and places like this.
Basically, if a white male wants to be a high earner, he's got to be an entrepreneur.
And guess what?
Everybody isn't born with the entrepreneurial gene.
There are a lot of people who would make good middle managers or good managers or good scholars or good professionals that are not particularly talented at being entrepreneurs.
Well, all of those non-entrepreneurial jobs seem to be reserved for black, Hispanic, hold on, Keith.

So again, ladies and gentlemen, the majority of this hour has been dedicated to breaking down and relaying to you the importance of this article that Keith introduced to me by an old friend of mine, Professor Drew Fraser at the OccidentalObserver.net.

Keith, do you have anything else that we could use to take us on into the third hour tonight?
I just thought I would comment on the infamous video that apparently was reproduced and tweeted out by Donald Trump.
Okay, so we were asking Sean Bergen about that.
Give us your take, start to finish, on the media's reaction.
I'm glad you brought that up because Sam Bushman and I are going to talk a little bit about that.
We're going to get his take in the next hour.
So what, yes, go ahead, tell us.
Well, they make such a big deal about Trump being anti-establishment media and how he has crossed the line.
And this is so much a nothing burger, to use Hillary Clinton's phrase or term, compared to what the left has been broadcasting about him.
For example, a replica of Trump's severed head with blood dripping out of it and with his eyeballs popping out.
That's supposed to be great, subtle, witty humor by the left.
And then this, where it doesn't have any particular CNN news person portrayed in it, it just has a block on the head of Vince McMahon, who's being up as part of WrestleMania, back many years ago when he was doing that as part of his celebrity gig.
It's got CNN in a white block with red letters on it as the head of the party.
Vince McMahon's head, right, yeah.
So, you know, how in the world, you know, that just fails by comparison to what they've been doing to Trump.
Trump has found a secret sauce, which is tweeting.
I hope nobody ever talks him into limiting or reducing the number of tweets because that's how he always keeps the mainstream media back on its heels.
They can't deal with that.
They want him to do like all past presidents and filter everything through them so they can filter it and portray everything the way that they want it to be portrayed.
Instead, Trump goes over their head.
He's more or less like Ronald Reagan.
He's a success for the same reason Reagan was a success.
Reagan was a success because he was a media person.
He had been a sportscaster, then he became a movie star, then he became a television star and spokesman.
So he well understood how to use the media, and he used it to his advantage, much to the consternation and chagrin of the mainstream media of his day back in the late 70s throughout the 80s.
Now, Trump comes in, likewise.
He's a celebrity.
Is a person of the media.
He understands how to use media, and he's instinctive in his use of the media, and he understands that subtlety is lost when you're dealing with John and Jane Q public.
It's like H.L. Mencon said, nobody went broke underestimating the taste of the American public.
Well, I'm not putting down the public by saying that, but there's a kernel of truth in that, which is don't try to overthink or overdo stuff.
Shooting from the hip is the best way to connect with people, and that's what Trump is doing.
Trump, you know, for all of his faults, does have the secret template for emasculating and leaving impotent the mainstream media.
He just left them in their tracks.
He is, you know, the king of communication right now because of his tweeting and the fact that, you know, the louder they holler, the more you know he's hitting the target.
You know, when you hit the nail on the head, as I say, you drive it straight, and that's what he's doing.

But before we run out of time with you this evening, my brother, what else are you serving up tonight?
Well, more on the Memphis school system situation.
This is one of your go-tos.
This is something you, this is a safe.
It's something that is so indicative.
When you live in a majority black city like we do in Memphis, you get firsthand, you know, up-close experience with all the shenanigans, all the charades, all the strategies that the left has given to their black wards, and they all inevitably backfire on them.
And that's what's happened regarding the black school system versus white school systems in Shelby County, Tennessee, the county in which Memphis is located.
Basically, about 10 years ago, the black-dominated city council in Memphis decided to surrender their charter to a school system, leaving the education of the children by default to the county, which was slightly majority white at the point, or might have been 50-50, trying to lay their hands on money.
As we've said before, the perennial problem conundrum of black politicians is how do you get white people's money without getting their votes.
And when they have 50% or more, they don't worry about the votes, although they need to because they don't turn out to the polls with the same regularity that white voters do.
But that's what they did thinking that they would lay their hands on more money from the white taxpayers to run what is essentially a private school system for black kids, which is the public schools in Shelby County then.
But In response to this, the Tennessee legislature, which is vastly majority white, allowed a new law to go into effect that allowed the suburban municipalities of Shelby County,
Arlington, Bartlett, Germantown, Lakeland, Millington, and a few others, I believe, to have their own school systems.
municipal school systems.
And most of those are vastly majority white.
And they're going to draw students from within their corporate boundaries, which means that there is now a safe public school haven for conscientious white parents to send their kids to without bankrupting themselves, sending their kids to private schools or limiting the number of children they have.
This is the key to the continued prosperity of the Memphis area.
And now right on the queue, all of the left-wing media, particularly the Commercial Appeal, which we call the Communist Appeal here in Memphis, and the Memphis Flyer, which is the weekly liberal rag that just about all major metropolitan areas have now, have come out in unison decrying now the results of these suburban school districts.
And because the chickens have started to come home to roost, more and more of the schools that are run by the black Shelby County School Board are not able to come up to par.
They're being taken over by the state.
And when they're taken over by the state, their student populations no longer count in getting money from the state to run the school.
So they're running, their lack of success in educating these kids is having a financial impact as well.
And they're hollering and shouting about this, that they're not getting money, because basically the Shelby County School System, which we will call for simplification purposes, the Memphis School System, is a job trough for black adults.
So like I said, it's a private school system for blacks.
Almost all of the students are black.
The administrators are almost all black.
The teachers are almost all black.
And the Memphis School Board is a constant source of money for the and government jobs for the black community in Memphis.
And that's just the long and the short of it.
And it's the chickens have come home to roost and they have the cold comfort of knowing that they're the people that set this whole process in motion back 10 years ago.
They should have left well enough alone.
They didn't.
And it's worked out as a boon and it may be the salvation of Memphis and Shelby County change.

For people who don't know in our audience, Keith has been going out and getting a snow cone after he leaves the studio the last couple of weeks.
Well, I'm going to have to pull, get my tape measure out and measure my waist and see whether I dare do that again.
Interesting story about that snow cone place that you go to.
It's kind of steeped in history.
It is.
It's one of the last of the old snow cone places in Memphis.
It used to proliferate.
When I was a child, whenever you played Pee Week baseball or basketball or something like that, after the game, it was commonplace, in fact, almost required that you stop by one of these snow cone places.
It had like 100 plus flavors, had ice cream served with it.
They had good greasy hamburgers and things like this.
That's where everybody would flock to.
In fact, you can run into not only your teammates, but people on the other team there.
Now they're down to one in Memphis, but they're so popular they're going to expand.
I think they have two or three more in the offing to open here in the next year or so.

We need a snow-cone resurgence.
That's what Memphis needs more than anything.
