Time Text
U.S. You're listening to the Liberty News Radio Network, and this is the Political Cesspool.
The Political Cesspool, going across the South and worldwide as the South's foremost populist conservative radio program.
And here to guide you through the murky waters of the Political Cesspool is your host, James Edwards.
Okay, friends, welcome back to the second hour of tonight's live broadcast.
A busy June 3rd here in our studios.
It's James Edwards and Keith Alexander, the great political cesspool radio program.
13 years and going strong.
We'll talk about that a little more in the third hour tonight.
But isn't it nice?
Folks, I ask you this from time to time.
Let me know.
But isn't it nice to have something in this world, this sick, degenerate world, that you can count on like clockwork.
Every week we're here.
And we've been here every week for 13 years.
And if God wills and Jesus tarries, we'll be here for years to come.
And of course, some of that has to do with your support, ladies and gentlemen.
And we did just kick off our second quarter fundraising drive on June 1st, two days ago.
Talk a little more about that in the third hour as well.
But we're happy to have you with us, whether you're listening to us on the AM dial, via the internet, Roku player, via telephone.
So many ways to listen thanks to the Liberty News Radio Network.
And we're doing a rapid fire show tonight, as we mentioned at the top of the first hour, because so many people requested another one.
And we did one last week for the first time in a long time.
We won one again tonight, or at least we're trying to.
And I do want to make mention again very quickly that today is significant for a couple of reasons for those of you in the South, especially for our fellow Tennesseans.
The show is based in Memphis, after all.
It is Confederate Decoration Day in Tennessee today, June 3rd, which is, of course, the equivalent of Confederate Memorial Day in Tennessee.
Go to a cemetery and visit the Confederate graves, which any in your vicinity, put out flowers, put out a flag, put out that horrible Confederate flag if you can, and put that thing out there and wave it and be loud and proud about it.
We need to celebrate our heroes.
They want us to give up our heroes, but quite frankly, we're going to talk about this later.
Well, we'll do it right as long as the left is going to insist upon supporting and renaming streets after Martin Luther King and the hearts, you know, with all of the baggage that he has.
They're going to have to give us General Forrest and Lee, and we're going to fight tooth and nail with them.
We're not going to cave in.
We're not going to let their relentless drip, drip, drip of pressure win the day as it has so many times in the past.
We need to have the courage of our convictions.
And one way that you can show that you support your ancestors, if you're a southerner, and even if you're not a southerner, white people everywhere need to realize what the Civil War was about.
It was the defiance of this international juggernaut that the United States has become that wants to rule the world.
Well, we were the first people that stood up to it and took up arms to prevent it from happening.
So I think that freedom-loving white people throughout the world need to pay homage to the Confederacy.
Do it this coming weekend.
Okay, and of course, this has been a recurring topic on the show.
Not that we ever mind that.
It's a part of our DNA.
It's the very fabric of our being.
This is a show that talks about racial realities, the Jewish question from a Christian and Southern perspective.
And of course, being the proud sons of Confederate veterans, we do enjoy talking about Confederate history.
And when the occasion presents itself, if our people are under attack, which is increasing all the time.
Our motto is no apology, no retreat, no surrender.
And no mercy.
We're going to add that in there.
We're going to be as relentless with the left as the left is with us.
Okay, and the point is, because there's a constant drumbeat, as Keith put it just a moment ago, of articles in the Memphis newspaper recently.
Of course, in 2015, after Dylan Roof had his rampage, they used that as the excuse to declare war on all things southern or turn up the heat on that war.
It died down for a little bit here the last few months, but with New Orleans, it's got everybody stirred up again.
All of the radical black malcontents.
It was so agreeable for them to abuse us that they kept coming back and coming back and coming back.
And they're not going to rest until every last Confederate monument is destroyed.
And remember, it's Jefferson Davis' birthday today as well, June 3rd, President Davis' birthday.
But here's a finger in their eye and go out and support Jefferson Davis and the Confederate Memorial Day tomorrow.
And here's what we've got here.
You brought this in, Keith.
Article headline in one of the Memphis newspapers.
This is the giveaway rag that you use as fish wrap as birdcage liner.
Resisting apologists, despite threats and intimidation, we will work together to bring Memphis Confederate statues down.
Yeah, threats and intimidation coming from our people.
That's rich.
Memphis, my hometown, sits on a bluff overlooking the Memphis River.
In the center of the bluff sits a statue honoring Confederate President Jefferson Davis with an engraving that reveres him as a, quote, true American patriot, end quote.
This engraving is an error, the author wants you to know.
In actuality, Jefferson Davis was a condemned traitor, slave owner, and racist, far from an ideal of an American or a patriot.
Well, that's not true at all.
A racist is, of course, subjective.
Of course, all whites are racist now.
And he was not a condemned traitor.
He was not a condemned traitor either.
And not only, as you know, Keith, Confederate veterans are afforded the same status as veterans of any American war.
Confederate veterans are considered American veterans.
So technically on Memorial Day, there was a law passed or a resolution passed that made them so by the United States government.
They recognize Confederate veterans as the same as any American veterans.
Let me say this on behalf of President Andrew Johnson, Tennessee Johnson that I mentioned earlier in the show.
Were it not for his heroic efforts in resisting the radical Republicans, Jefferson Davis, Robert E. Lee may have been condemned.
That's right.
That's what they wanted to do.
And that's why I say that Andrew Johnson is just as heroic in his own way as Andrew Jackson was in his and James K. Polk was in his.
Well, a very quick response to that garbage that I just read.
That garbage shows you the implacable, irreconcilable attitude that these people have.
There's no need to try to play footsie with them.
There's no need to try to play fair or be nice.
These people are like Nikita Khrushchev in 1959 buying his shoe on the table saying, we will bury you.
They want to bury us and our culture.
And they are the enemies not just of Confederates, but of white people generally.
It's time for all good men to come to the aid of their race and to stand up and be counted.
This is the line in the sand now, folks.
We're going to fight this tooth and nail.
We've got the majority of the population in the state of Tennessee.
The state of Tennessee has passed laws that prevent them from doing this.
They think that somehow they're going to guilt trip people or find some Russell Moore clone in the Tennessee legislature that will virtue signal his way to fame and fortune.
That's the intention.
We need to squelch and we need to smack them down and rub their nose in the dirt, folks.
And we need to continue doing this.
And it's not going to be done by the conservative Confederate movement with the sons of Confederate veterans, the people that want to say that Democrats are the real racists and that blacks were in the Confederate Army too, and this and the other.
You're never going to impress these people.
They think you're the most pathetic weakling in the world.
This is nothing but a fight.
I like the way that the alt-right guys did in Berkeley when they came to them, the antifaw protesters, and said black lives matter.
They didn't say blue lives matter or all lives matter.
They turned at them and said, white lives matter.
That's right.
And that's what we're going to do.
That's what, of course, we've done for frankly, ladies and gentlemen, longer than just about anyone.
13 years is a long time at this business.
We've been fighting.
One of our first causes was fighting for Confederate power.
That's what got us our claim to fame in 05 and the rest is history.
We'll be back much more to come this hour.
Much, much more, in fact.
Stay tuned.

And now back to tonight's show.
All right, Keith, we really have to move quick or we're not going to hold up to our promise of this being a rapid-fire variety program.
But I do want to share with the audience something that I haven't made mention of before publicly.
But I was talking with Pat Buchanan about a year and a half ago, and I had gotten in touch with him again off the air.
He had written a column at the time defending the Confederacy, I believe even defending Nathan Bedford Forrest, if I remember correctly.
And he told me that he had an ancestor who, of course, fought for the South from Oklahoma, Mississippi.
Oklahoma, Mississippi is about 10 miles from where my grandparents were born, and of course from where my Confederate ancestors were from.
At the Battle of Oklahoma, one of Forrest's brothers was killed.
So I just thought it was just a small world that Buchanan had a Confederate ancestor from the same.
I think my ancestors were from Thaxton, Mississippi on my mom's side and from Corinth.
Well, I know they were.
I think Thaxton is about 20 miles from Oklahoma.
And my dad's Confederate ancestors were from Corinth, Mississippi, of course, the famous won the Battle of Oklahoma, by the way.
That's right.
And so, anyway, it's a small world, but I bring that up because Buchanan actually, in his most recent column entitled After the Confederates, Who's Next, he made mention publicly of his ancestor from Oklahoma.
This is what Buchanan writes.
On September 1st, 1864, Union forces under General William Tecumseh Sherman, victorious at Jonesboro, burned Atlanta and began the March to the sea, where Sherman's troops looted and pillaged farms and towns all along the 300-mile road to Savannah.
Captured in the Confederate defeat at Jonesboro was William Martin Buchanan of Oklahoma, Mississippi, who was transferred by rail to the Union POW stockade at Camp Douglas, Illinois.
By the standards of modernity, my great-grandfather, fighting to prevent the torching of Georgia's capital, was engaged in a criminal and immoral cause while Uncle Billy Sherman was a liberator.
Well, I think, what can you say in response to that, Keith, very, very quickly?
Okay, well, what happened in the Civil War is that it was the first time that warfare was made in modern times against the civilian population.
The South only burned one Union city, Southern troops, in the entire war.
That was Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, in protest of Sherman's march to the sea.
It was Jubal Early's Confederate troops that did it.
Otherwise, on the other hand, you had countless cases of southern towns being burned by Northern troops.
43 towns in the state of Mississippi alone were put to the torch and burned to the ground by Union troops during the Civil War.
Savages.
I mean, they were just savages, and of course, savage.
Butler, for example, Benjamin Butler of Massachusetts, the provisional commander of New Orleans, sent out a command to his troops that any white woman in New Orleans that did not give what they considered to be appropriate respect to the Union troops and the Union flag would be considered a common prostitute and to be treated accordingly.
In other words, he basically said it's open season.
You can rape Southern people.
Well, and that's where we're at.
So this gets back to all the static out there about the monuments.
The rapists, the murderers were the good guys.
The good guys were the villains.
Anyway, we got to the people trying to defend their homes and their farms were the bad guys.
We were talking this week, and you made mention of this a little bit in passing.
And there's certainly a lot of weight to this, but the alt-right seems to blame the current situation on the boomer generation.
And certainly the boomers let down the fell asleep at the wheel, as did every generation since then.
But you say it really started with the so-called greatest generation.
Or the silent generation, as they call them, the World War II generation.
See, let's break it down.
The boomer generation was children born from 1946 to 1964 in the United States of America.
18 years.
I was born in 1951.
That was in the first third of the boomer generation.
So I was an early boomer.
Now, when I was three years old, the Brown versus Board of Education decision was handed down on Black Monday, May the 17th, 1954.
I was just barely three years old.
Now, what could a three-year-old have done to have prevented that from occurring?
And I'm one of the early boomers, and the obvious answer is not a darn thing.
Then, in 1964 and 65, when the real, you know, traction was gained with the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Voting Rights Act or the pro-Black Gerrymandering Act of 1965 was passed.
I was 12 and 13 years old.
Again, what is a 12 or 13 year old supposed to do to change the course of human events?
I don't know.
I'm waiting for Brad Griffin and the others who are up here castigating the boomer generation to let me know.
By the time I graduated from high school in 1969, in place were the cherries on top that basically sealed the fate of white Americans.
One was affirmative action by that so-called great conservative of the silent generation, Richard Nixon, and busing was allowed by the U.S. Supreme Court, which basically brought to fruition all of the fears that people had about the Brown decision when it was handed out.
So basically, by the time I entered college, it was all over with, but the shouting.
Everything was in place, and it was done.
It was a fait accompli.
And of course, it should mention that the greatest generation, so-called, just really destroyed Europe.
But see, what did they do?
What did they do wrong?
Well, what they did wrong was they trusted their government.
As Pat Buchanan said, when the Brown decision was handed down, and he was at least a young adult at that time, he said that people said, well, if the Supreme Court says it, well, I guess there must be something wrong with segregation at schools.
Well, that's the respect people had.
They tried to give the government the benefit of the doubt.
Now, Southerners, we had the Southern Manifesto in which all of the Southern senators, basically, with the exception of a scarce few, said that they were vowing to undyingly resist the Brown decision and its implementation.
And most of them did until their generation passed.
But, see, this is what happened to America.
We had people that weren't used to traitors in their own midst.
And of course, the Brown decision was primarily the handiwork of the one Jewish justice on the Supreme Court at that time, Felix Frankfurter, who if you read legal periodicals and books now, they try to extol him as some type of conservative.
He was anything but he was a Jewish leftist revolutionary, and he saw the schools as one of the primary institutions that the cultural Marxists had to take over.
And they did.
And public education now has gone from being, in 1954, the best in the world to becoming a nightmare, the worst in the first world almost.
Well, because of the Brown decision.
There's no mistake about it.
Oh, that's true.
The so-called greatest generation was horrible.
Was horrible.
The boomers, even when the boomers came of age, they certainly didn't do anything to reverse it.
But again, we're talking about leadership in the institutions versus people like you, Keith, and even me and my generation.
My generation has done nothing.
But look, the thing is, people in the South certainly fought tooth and nail all throughout the horrible civil rights era to stop those horrible badges.
They basically developed like Stockholm syndrome.
That's what's happened.
That's what Brad Griffin is noticing in the generation that is populating the Sons of Confederate veterans, these kind of old boomers now.
Those people fought and fought and fought and got beaten back and beaten back and beaten back so many times that basically they, like people with Stockholm Syndrome, tried to identify somewhat with their oppressors.
A big mistake.
But on the other hand, compare them with millennials, Generation X's, Generation Yers, Generation Zers.
Those people have been converted to the left.
I was showing you an article by a young girl from Arlington High School, one of the white flight suburbs of Memphis.
It should have been written by Jane Fonda.
Okay.
Hey, when we come back, more rapid-fire stuff.
We've got other topics to talk about.
Believe me, we do.
We'll be back.
Corruption.
Informing citizens.
Pursuing liberty.

CNN issued a statement, if you missed it, on Twitter saying that that network has terminated its agreement with Kathy Griffin to appear on New Year's Eve.
Griffin appeared in photos holding up a fake severed head of the president.
It's reported that the president's youngest son briefly thought he was watching something that had actually happened.
Kathy Griffin should be ashamed of herself, he said.
My children, especially my 11-year-old Baron, having a hard time with this.
This is really sick.
The security company ADT announced it was pulling ads from CNN.
Did you notice in midweek the House Intelligence Committee issued seven subpoenas related to the investigation of possible Russian influence into the election?
Three of them were sent to the CIA, FBI, and NSA.
Investigators are trying to find out why National Security Advisor Rice, former CIA Director Brennan, and UN Ambassador Samantha Power sought to unmask the names of Trump associates.
Republicans suspect it was politically motivated.
The unmasked names were distributed through several intelligence agencies, and some of the names leaked to the press.

It is edited by Professor Kevin McDonald, who's no stranger to listeners at the political cesspool.
There are quite a few reasons for the precarious state of our civilization and our people, but one of the main ones is that we have lost the intellectual and moral high ground to a cultural elite that is hostile to our people and our culture.
Those of us who are politically aware must understand that the elites dominating culture and the political process in the West are intellectually and morally bankrupt.

Oh, yeah, oh, now it's finally time.
It's time to jump back into the political cesspool.
To be part of the show and have your voice heard around the world, call us at 1-866-986-6397.
Okay, here's a topic for you.
I was, and Sam had told us about this as well.
I was in the bank the other day, and they had a TV on, and it said, White House refuses to confirm whether or not Donald Trump believes in climate change.
And I was reading that tagline that they put at the bottom of on the ticker there.
Does Donald Trump believe in climate change almost as if it was like a religion?
You either believe in it or you don't.
Does he believe in climate change?
And if he doesn't, of course, there's going to be hell to pay.
It doesn't matter whether he believes in God, but it certainly matters if he believes in climate change, doesn't it?
Okay, well, what's going on with Donald Trump and climate change?
Well, he's apparently been listening to the political cesspool because as we have said time and again, climate change is a scheme, a strategy to transfer wealth from the first world or the white world to the third world or if you like, the non-white world.
And that's why they're not taking him up on his offer to renegotiate because basically what the climate change convention or conference is, it's a gang buying and the United States has been invited as a guest of honor.
And if the United States showed up and said, we're not going to be financing all of this baloney, we're not going to allow ourselves to be bent over and raped by the rest of the world.
Basically, the rest of Europe doesn't do much of anything except agree not to have emissions.
The United States is the one that is sending all the money to India and China while India and China get a 10-year moratorium on any enforcement of the standards.
It basically is going to drive manufacturing jobs, even more of them, out of the United States.
It's going to take our wealth.
It's going to prevent us from developing our petroleum and other energy resources, fossil fuel resources.
And he did the best thing that he possibly could have done.
He listened to his base rather than listening to his Jewish son-in-law, Jared, and a baby girl, Jared's wife, his daughter, Ivanka.
Don't listen to New York intellectuals, New York fashionistas and hipsters like his son-in-law and his daughter.
Unfortunately, they may be totally supportive of you in their way and have pulled the lever in the voting booth for you.
But in your home base of Manhattan, only 18% of Manhattan voters voted for Donald Trump.
He needs to realize that those people are his enemies now.
And it doesn't matter what he does.
He can prostrate himself.
He can crawl on his belly like a snake.
He can do anything he can.
He can kiss their posteriors until his lips chap.
Nothing is going to change their implacable hatred of him.
And as a result, you know, quite frankly, if he had voted to make us subject to that climate change convention or agreement, it would have been all over but the shouting.
Basically, that would have been an irreparable mistake on his part.
And we couldn't get out of it.
The thing is, a treaty, it was not ratified as a treaty.
And Trump is absolutely right to say, we don't owe you anything.
We don't have to slow walk our way out of this agreement.
We're cutting the ties right now.
More power to him.
We're getting back the Trump that we voted for based on what he said during the campaign.
Okay, that covers that.
Now, we talked in the first hour about the miserable plight of LeBron James.
He's very oppressed.
If you don't believe us, just ask him.
Blacks have a horrible time in America, especially him, apparently, because he's a very good idea.
Even multi-millionaire blacks that have all sorts of white groupies throwing themselves at him and hears nothing but positive press all the time from the from the sons of Israel at ESPN.
They think he's the best thing since floating soap.
No gratitude to whites for creating the game of basketball that made him a millionaire or for creating the television that makes him known to people around the world.
But no, just more briefly.
Provide his salary.
Now, you've got another basketball-related story here, Keith.
Well, there's a guy named Johnny Newman that a lot of you may not know about.
He was kind of a poor man's Pete Maravich back in the early 70s.
In 1971, playing for Ole Miss, he set the NCAA scoring record of over 40 points a game for that year.
And this was before they had three point shots.
He would probably have averaged over 60 points a game.
He quit and then went to first the ABA and the NBA, stayed there for about eight years.
Then he went on a barnstorming career in Europe, played in Greece, in Italy, in France, all over the place.
And then he started coaching foreign national teams like the Greek national team or the Israeli national team, plays it like this all over the world.
But now he's at the end of his rope.
He's come back to Ole Miss to get his degree.
And they had a special SEC network, which is a subsidiary of ESPN, show on him last Tuesday night called The Rebel.
And they did just what I would expect the Jews at ESPN to do.
They highlighted everything negative about him and his career and either ignored totally or glossed over all of the high points.
For example, they pointed out that his high school team, Overton High School in Memphis, played another Memphis team, majority black Melrose High School, back in the days, horrible old days of segregation, and that Melrose with Ronnie Robinson and Larry Finch, who later went on to star at Memphis State, playing for Melrose, they beat him by about 10 points.
What they neglected to say was the next year when Ronnie Robinson and Larry Finch were freshmen at the University of Memphis or Memphis State as it was called back then and Newman was a freshman at Ole Miss, Ole Miss and Memphis freshman teams played again in the Mid-South Coliseum, and this time Ole Miss thumped them soundly, beat them.
But, of course, they would never say that.
Now, if they had been, you know, reporting on a black athlete, like there was an article in the May 28th Sunday Commercial Appeal in Memphis about a black high scorer named Tarion Moy who scored.
around 50 points a game.
I think he had a 53 point average, was set to go to college, then he had typical trouble with the law, wound up in prison in Iowa or Nebraska or whatnot.
But they talk about how he was would have been the best thing.
He would have made Michael Jordan look like the Walter Rollins.
Well, hang on a minute.
Since when does a black athlete having a criminal record stop him from going to a college?
Yeah, right.
Yeah, that's a supposed to been in the old days for that to happen.
But anyway, they have nothing but nice things to say.
And of course, had he played, he would have been unbeatable.
On the other hand, with Johnny Newman, they want to continue that tired old narrative about the superiority of black athletes over white athletes.
When quite frankly, Johnny Newman was the first coming of Magic Johnson.
He was a 6'7 ⁇ player who could play every position from point guard to center, was a scoring machine, was a one-man team basically, and basically beat all the best that the black race had to offer back then, just like Pete Maravich did.
But again, they don't want you to get that message.
They want to get you the message of a white man failing.
They really did a hatchet job on Johnny Newman in that thing.
If you get a chance to watch it sometime, I'm sure they'll run it again through the summer.
Do it.
But keep in mind the comments I just told you about what the real backstory was that they refused to let you know.
And if any of this stuff interests you, there's a website that is superior to all the rest with regards to the discrepancy about the lionization, perpetuating the myth that black athletes are better than white athletes.
And that's, of course, Don Wassel's CastFootball.com, I believe it is.
Don Wassell, a good friend of ours and been on the show.
That does yeoman service in pointing all this out, pointing out the lies of the Jewish media.
Well, last week during the third hour, I had a pretty provocative take, I guess you could say, on Memorial Day and the American flag.
Stand by that.
And we got a lot of feedback from that as well.
Most of it was people agreeing with my take on it, although there were certainly some people, very good people, with very good intentions and coming from the right place that had some questions about it or perhaps wanted to take me to task a little bit on that.
And when we come back after this last break of the hour, we're going to read an email, or at least excerpts from it, that came in from New York from one of our listeners up in New York, a very polite email.
And we're going to have Keith his take on it right after this.
Stay tuned.
Let's hang on and come back to the political sesh pool right after these messages here on the Liberty News Radio Network.
Scott Bradley here.
Most Americans are painfully aware that the nation is on the wrong track and in dire straits.
Unfortunately, most political pundits only nibble around the edges when they claim to address the issues.
Even worse, many of the so-called solutions are simply rewarmed servings of what got us into the mess we currently face.
And the politicians think we're so gullible and naive that we'll buy their lies that they have reformed and now understand where they led us astray.
Unfortunately, the truth of the matter is that they simply wish to continue to hold power.
The solution to America's challenges is found in returning to the timeless principles found in the United States Constitution.
My book and lecture series will reawaken in Americans an understanding and love of the principles which made this nation the freest, most prosperous, happiest, and most respected nation on earth.
Visit topreservethenation.com and order my book and lectures to begin the restoration of this great nation.
Okay, girls, about finished with your lesson on money.
Daddy, what is a buy-sell spread for gold coins?
Well, when you sell a gold coin to a coin shop that's worth, say, $1,200, you don't actually get $1,200.
But don't worry, we're members of UPMA now, so we don't have to worry about that.
Daddy, why somebody seals our gold?
We don't have any gold at the house.
It's stored safely in the UPMA vault, securely and insured.
But the S ⁇ P 500 outperformed gold.
Daddy, gold is a bad investment.
Some people do think of it that way, but actually, gold is money.
And as members of the United Precious Metals Association, we can use our gold at any store, just like a credit card.
Or I can ask them to drop it right into Mommy and Daddy's bank account because we're a UPMA member family.
Find out more at UPMA.org.
That's UPMA.org.

Okay, we gave you a little teaser before the last break about what we would be covering during the last segment of the hour right here.
And remember, third and final hour is still coming up.
We've got a lot of surprises for you in that one as well.
But in the third hour of last week's show, it was the Memorial Day weekend show.
And I just said, honestly, Memorial Day doesn't do anything for me because it's a day in which we celebrate the tragic loss of life of brave men who, honestly, and I don't want to be harsh, but they wasted their lives in service to a traitor's government's illegal wars.
So that's Memorial Day.
And then with regard to the flag, I said, in many ways, the flag disgusts me.
The American flag disgusts me.
Yes, some of it is related to the subjugation that the Union forces under that flag did to my people, the raping, the murdering of my ancestors' kinsmen in the South.
Sure, that's part of it.
But it's much more than that.
I said that that is the flag that flies over a nation that sanctions the murdering of its unborn children.
That is the flag that flies over a godless nation that kicks Christ out of schools but welcomes any sort of sexual perversion such as homosexuality.
And even worse than that, it's just, and I said, the flag of Francis Scott Key, when he wrote the Star-Spangled Banner, the flag of the patriots who founded this nation, that American flag, that is a flag worth dying for.
But that flag hasn't existed as we've known it since 1861.
Now, sure, there are still patriots out there, good Christian people out there who revered the flag because it is a symbol of the nation that was lost or the nation that we seek to restore.
I get that.
I respect that.
But for me, I just don't have much use for it at all.
And it's interesting that the people, the left has no respect for the flag either, certainly for far different reasons than myself.
But you don't ever see any of these Marxists, any of these Black Lives Matter, the federal government, who does everything for these support groups of the regime, they absolutely hate the flag.
They hate the flag.
You'll never see any of these Marxists, these radical leftists waving an American flag.
And the government does everything for those people.
Now, the people who the government absolutely hates and oppresses, white people, middle-class whites, Christians, they're the ones who will wave the flag the hardest.
It really is.
Furthermore, we'll go to war and die under that flag.
They don't have a lot of recruiting stations in Scarsdale or Great Nick, New York, okay, where the Jewish cognitive live.
Listen, this is my point.
So the good, patriotic, Christian, American-loving people who are the ones that that flag oppresses the most, or I shouldn't say the flag necessarily, but the government oppresses the most.
They're the ones that wave the flag the hardest.
And the more they're oppressed, the harder they wave it.
Well, this gets into the letter that I received.
Now, before I read the letter, Keith, and it's a very heartfelt, sincere letter from one of our financial donors.
Very well put together.
We received a lot of feedback on this issue, but this is the only one I'm going to read.
But first of all, Keith, what's your take?
Now, I know we were talking about this earlier this week, and you said, you know what, I do basically respect the flag.
Tell us in your own words exactly how you respect it.
Well, I respect the flag because I think that the flag respects the white European-dominated country, not the traitorous government that we've had.
And we've had a government that basically dispensed with the government set up by our founding fathers.
That was dispensed with in the Civil War.
Unfortunately, what the South wanted to do was preserve the governmental compact between the people and the government that had been established by the Founding Fathers in 1791 at Independence Hall in Philadelphia.
It was, I think, Benjamin Franklin who was asked by a lady, what type of government do we have as he walked out of the convention, and he said, a republic, ma'am, if you can keep it.
Well, unfortunately, we were not able to keep it long.
We kept it for about 70 years, and then we lost it in the Civil War.
Every war fought since the Civil War has not been to preserve the principles of Washington, Jefferson, and Madison.
It has been to increase the size of the United States government and our footprint on world affairs.
For example, World War I was definitely a globalist enterprise.
We got involved, upset the balance of power in World War I.
And make no mistake, the First World War was basically a contest to see who was king of the hill in Europe.
And truth be known, Germany deserved to be the king of the hill in Europe because they had overtaken England in terms of gross national product.
They were militarily ahead.
And had it not been for America sending in 250,000 fresh troops every month during 1918 to turn the tide of battle in the West, they would have, at the very least, reached a favorable negotiated peace with France and England.
Now, World War II, as James said the other week, was basically World War I Part B. Because we had upset the balance of power in the normal events, there was a lot of, you know, disgruntlement among the Germans in particular, which led directly to World War II and the rise of Adolf Hitler.
By the time the Korean War came around, we didn't even call it a war anymore.
It's called police actions.
We fought nothing but police actions since then.
And just like the police aren't going to try to wipe out a black neighborhood like Harlem or Orange Mound, our troops aren't going to try to defeat the enemy as a real war army would try to do.
We try to keep a lid on things.
And as a result, we've got people like our so-called super soldiers, our Navy SEALs, our Army Rangers, our Green Berets and whatnot like this being sent into impossible situations where more often than not they succeed.
But when they don't, it's because they're asking our soldiers to be Marvel comic book characters and win stuff.
So see, this is what's being done.
We need to awaken people not to be bamboozled by this faux patriotism that the regime would like us to demonstrate.
Let them know we're on to you.
We know we're being bamboozled and scammed by the U.S. government and its military.
Very good commentary, Keith.
And with only a few minutes remaining this hour, I want to get to this email.
I can't read it all.
It's lengthy, but it comes from a great place from a listener who has an autographed copy of my book on his bookshelf for all of his guests to see.
He writes, he considers us to be heroes and very much wants to meet you and Eddie and yours truly one day, Keith.
And certainly I want to make this happen for this very fine listener of our audience.
But this is the meat of the matter.
He writes this.
James, you were discussing Memorial Day, the American flag.
This is not verbatim, but a basic overview of your thoughts was that you had contempt for the American flag and the government and policies it represents.
I was a bit torn by your comments.
On one hand, I agree with you about your mutual disdain, our mutual disdain, for an overreaching American government.
I agree wholeheartedly for you being such a young fella.
I'm 43.
I think you're in your mid-30s.
You still have quite a bit of a grudge against the federal government due to northern aggression during the Civil War.
He goes on to write, but I'm getting off point.
Although I agree with your animosity towards the federal government, disrespecting contempt and negative thoughts towards our flag, that I don't agree with.
You're basically in line with every left-wing flag-burning liberal, BLM, or other radical group I can think of.
How can this be, James?
Say it ain't so.
See, I look at the flag not as a representative of our government policies or the douchebags that run things there, but of the courageous soldiers who died or were wounded on the battlefield.
It's all about the veterans, alive or buried, and nothing else.
Well, that's fair.
I appreciate that.
I would take it one step further than he did.
It's not just about the veterans.
It's about the American people, the founding stock of America and the whites that joined us later to make what we have proven is the superiority of the white race, quite frankly.
We have gotten people from the bottom of the barrel, people from the top dresser drawer in European societies didn't emigrate to America or Australia.
In fact, Australia, they basically scraped out the bottom of the prisons and sent them there.
But we proved that when given an opportunity without a rigid class structure and in a nation that had abundant natural resources, we could turn that land into a garden spot, the most prosperous nation in the world.
So in that respect, I definitely salute the American people and salute their flag.
And let me say this for our listener.
One thing that James would never do is burn the American flag.
You can rely on Bill Ayres and Hannoi Jane and people like that to do that on the left.
But we don't hate America and we don't hate our own people.
They do.
That's the difference.
Well, and I want to thank everybody who took the time to write in.
Every week, we get so much email, so many letters, so much correspondence that it's impossible for us to, of course, read them all on air or even respond to them all.
But we do read them all personally.
And I knew when I made the commentary last week that it was pretty provocative and would elicit a response.
I think you did that on purpose.
Well, I didn't want to provoke anything, but it was on my mind.
I mean, I didn't do it to say, hey, how can I provoke the audience tonight?
It's just that it was on my mind because it was Memorial Day.
I'm seeing all these flags everywhere.
When I see the flag, that's how I see.
I don't retract anything I said last week.
I meant everything I say.
I stand by it.
But I do understand where other people are coming from.
But hopefully we've explained where we're coming from or where I'm coming from.
And Keith comes from a slightly different perspective, and that happens.
All right, folks, that's it for Keith tonight.
But you still got me for one more hour and a couple of surprises forthcoming.
Stay tuned for the third final right after this.
Another hour of the political cesspool is in the can, but don't go away.
