And as I shared with you earlier in the show tonight, we have broken our all-time record for web traffic seven times this month, including five times within the last 10 days as the media continues to pile on.
But you know what?
It's not all bad.
In fact, we relish it all.
To be the enemy of those who hate our people is an honor indeed, and it has spawned the interest of the curious observer who perhaps even after all these years had not heard of our work before and are becoming to love it.
Those with an open mind and tolerant of entertaining new ideas are coming to the truth like never before.
I got this email from the listener, Nate in North Carolina, who writes, Good evening, James.
First off, I want to commend you for having the fortitude and moral courage to fight for the truth.
So many of us do not step up to the plate out of fear of losing our income or jobs because we are beholden to the interests that actively support cultural Marxism.
People are feeling empowered, though, by individuals such as yourself, Donald Trump, and Pat Buchanan who are unashamed of the truth.
There's actually a second part to that email that I'll share with you at the very bottom of this hour.
But it's true, Nate, that there are those of us who stand unapologetically on behalf of our kinsmen and on behalf of the things that we know and understand with full comprehension to be true.
And we have a person who you left off that list that certainly deserves to be on it along with Donald Trump and Pat Buchanan.
And that is my good friend Jared Taylor.
This is a guy, if there's two or three people in the country who have been subjected to more venom than yours truly, he's one of them.
This is Jared Taylor, the editor of American Renaissance, the author of many books, including his most recent White Identity, Racial Consciousness in the 21st Century.
He's back with us tonight, his home away from home.
We interview him often, and it's always very much our privilege in doing so.
Jared, welcome back to the program.
Well, thank you so much.
It's always a pleasure and an honor.
Well, my friend, you've done it again.
You have updated your epic, The Color of Crime, to include recent findings as a result of meticulous and scholarly research.
I want to get to those updated findings as quickly as we can.
But first, let's rewind the time for the benefit of those who are perhaps tuning in to this program for the first time this evening as a result of everything that's happened over the course of the past few weeks.
Tell us about the original Color of Crime and what you set out to accomplish with that report.
Well, the original Color of Crime was published 17 years ago.
It's hard to believe it's been that long, but we updated it in 2005, and we're finally updating it now in 2016.
But it's interesting to look back on what things were like 17 years ago.
It was a very, very different era.
In a way, well, it's something that Peter Brimerlow calls the interglacial period.
In other words, there was this terrible, deep freeze on any kind of sensible talk about race that set in, oh, about the 1950s or so.
And it broke very briefly, it seems to me, from maybe about 1993 to about 2000.
And during that period, all kinds of things happened.
That's when the bell curve was published.
That's when Peter Brimolow's book, Alien Nation, was published.
That was the time when American Renaissance conferences were broadcast by C-SPAN, for heaven's sake.
And it was at right about that time that we issued the first report, The Color of Crime.
And the whole purpose of this report was to try to nail down the facts about racial differences in crime rates.
And as you can imagine, the racial differences in crime rates are very pronounced.
But back at that time, in 1997, I guess, 1999, it was remarkable how well received this report was.
We called a press conference, the National Press Club, that was well attended, and that, too, was broadcast by C-SPAN.
Can you imagine today a C-SPAN broadcast, the central point of which was to explain why racial profiling is legitimate and rational?
That was the big buzzword at the time about crane, about crime, was racial profiling.
And the point I made was a very simple one.
We all know that men commit more crime than women.
We all know that young men commit more crime than old men.
And we all know, whether we admit it or not, that blacks commit more crimes than whites or Asians, for example.
And it would be insane if the police completely ignored those facts.
The police are constantly doing sex profiling or age profiling, and it makes sense to consider race as well.
And again, I made this argument as forcefully as I could with the statistics to back it up.
And C-SPAN broadcast it, newspapers wrote about it.
Chris Matthews had a hardball to talk about it.
I was on Queen Latifah's television program, all sorts of media to explain why young black men are the most dangerous people in America, and the police should treat them that way.
Can you imagine that today?
Well, I mean, it's a rhetorical question, obviously, and just as obvious as the Queen Latifah interview was inevitably the highlight of your career, Jared.
And it's one that I've watched.
I think everybody should watch.
It's archived for the ages on YouTube.
But, you know, and this is the thing now, as we continue to progress, to use the terms of our societal overlords, now to even suggest or even to quote government statistics with regards to disparity in crime, statistics by racial standards, is to perpetuate racist and Neo-Nazi and white supremacist myth.
To even admit to the facts now is beyond the pale, much less that they get covered objectively.
And this is the day and age in which we find ourselves in.
That's right.
That's right.
And these statistics have been available to the public all these years, and it's a question of bringing them up to date, finding little, you know, other little chinks in the liberal armor that I hadn't noticed before.
One of the calculations we've done this time is to track down, well, let me back up.
And let me point out that as a general rule, you can be absolutely confident whatever the crime is, blacks are more likely to be committing it than any other group on a per capita basis.
And this is not something that we are unobjectively pointing out there to solidify our point of view on the issues.
This is something that is fact-based and something that is an incontrovertible fact.
Am I right, Jared, or am I wrong?
Yes, it's absolutely incontrovertible.
Not only is it reflected in arrest statistics.
Now, the other side always says, oh, well, you can't equate arrest statistics to actual crime because, as we know, the police are those biased pigs.
And whenever they see a white guy committing a crime, they look the other way and they round up innocent black people who haven't committed crimes.
I mean, as if any police officer actually operates in that way.
It's absurd to think of those.
Well, we're going to continue this conversation.
The true hero for our people.

Our guest, our featured guest of the evening, as it has happened many evenings over the course of the last 11 years, Jared Taylor, probably a guest that has been interviewed on this show more than anyone else.
I can't think of anyone who has made more appearances on the show than Jared, and for good reason.
Jared is the editor of American Renaissance, Amrin.com.
The New Century Foundation, a 501c3 organization, which is the umbrella parent organization of Amrin.com, was founded in 1994 to study immigration and race relations so as to better understand the consequences of America's increasing diversity.
Perhaps the most important publication of New Century Foundation is The Color of Crime, which was the report on differences in crime by race, bias in the justice system, and interracial crime.
First published as a monograph in 1999 and updated and expanded in 2005, the 2016 edition of The Color of Crime is now available in print from the Amrin store or online as a PDF download.

Jared has a new video presentation on YouTube that we're going to repost to our website, thepoliticalspool.org, on Monday, which presents some of the report's key findings, which is, of course, what he's on the show to do tonight.
But the main thing I want to impress upon you, ladies and gentlemen in the audience, is that this 2016 revised edition of The Color of Crime was just published last night.
Jared, this is only hours old or only hours separate us from the release of this information from your appearance this evening.
Am I right?
That's correct.
This is brand new, hot off the press, and we're very proud of it.
Well, and I'm proud to have you tonight to talk about it.
It's truly an honor to, I guess, be your first interview since the release of this.
I know Edwin Rubinstein helped compile the information, and there were some major findings in this that, of course, are relevant and groundbreaking for the current year, as they call it, or present time.
But as it stands right now, this evening, there are some major findings that have been released by this updated edition, the revised edition of The Color of Crime 2016.
And I think we completely diminish the view that somehow the police are arresting blacks far out of proportion to the rate at which they commit crime.
Liberals cling to this as if it were the only thing that keeps them alive.
But it's totally false.
And there are two very important databases that prove it.
It's false.
Every year, the United States government conducts what's called the National Crime Victimation Survey.
They take this huge sample of over 100,000 people, and they add them, what crime were you a victim of during the last year?
And they say, where did it happen?
Who's the perp?
What happened to you?
One of the things they ask, of course, is race of the perp.
And what it turns out to be is that you had a very number of crimes that are picked up in this, some of which are never reported to the police, some of which are never involved.
But if you find that the American public says that 70% of the time, approximately, the people who mugged me say it was a black guy who mugged me.
And when you find that the police, about 70% of the people that they arrest for mugging are black, then you have a very, very good notion.
The police are simply going out and finding muggers.
They can't find them all, but they find them in almost exact proportion to the percentage reported to be the perpetrators when the victims talk to this national crime victimization.
There's another similar base, similar database.
It's called the National Incident-Based Reporting System known as CIBERS.
This is a database that imposed of 6,000 different police forces in the United States, covering about 29% of the U.S. population.
They do the same thing.
Whenever they get a crime report, they note the race of the suspect.
And once again, they can't arrest all the people who commit the crimes.
But they have a whole list of crimes.
Everything from assault, homicide, kidnapping, sex offenses, bribery, everything else.
And what they will find, what you find is the people who are arrested match in almost perfect, almost perfectly, the racial ratio of the suspects who the victims report committed the crimes.
And sometimes it's a little bit higher, sometimes it's a little bit lower, but on average, if you look at this national incident-based reporting system, blacks are about 14% less likely to be arrested by the police than you would guess from the reports of victims.
So this whole idea that somehow the police are going out hunting up innocent black people because they want to vent their racial prejudice against them is utterly and completely false.
It's very important.
Get that problem taken care of.
There's another aspect to this that I think will interest your listeners as well.
And that is when you have varying degrees of severity of a crime.
There are felony assaults.
That's violent rape.
Then there are misdemeanor sex assaults.
That's groping somebody.
That's the same crime, but they are more and less important.
The same for assault.
There's assault with a deadly weapon, that's aggravated assault, and there's simple assault.
If I spit on you, that's considered assault.
Well, the multiples at which blacks and Hispanics are arrested are considerably greater for the more serious offenses than for the less serious offenses.
Why is that important?
It's important because the less serious offenses are the ones which there is the greatest police discretion.
If a policeman sees me spit on you, I mean, he might arrest me, he might not.
He's got better things to do probably than arrest me for, say, pushing you.
That's assault, too.
But if he were a racist cop, he could look the other way every time a white guy committed a crime of that kind, but always arrest a black guy, whether it's shoplifting a donut or some sort of very minor crime.
The police can look the other way if they want to.
They have a huge amount of discretion.
Interestingly enough, where they have the most discretion, where it would be the easiest for the police to vent some kind of racial bias, they are least likely to arrest black Hispanics.
Did you see the point I'm making?
Where it would be easiest for the police to vent some kind of prejudice in a way that locked up blacks or Hispanics, Asians, or whoever it was, in disproportionate claim, they are least likely to be locked up.
Ladies and gentlemen, all of these facts, and I stress the word facts, can be found and can be used to arm your intellectual ammunition when in debate with people out there in your public square or wherever the winds may blow you, available at American Renaissance.
And when I talk about facts, Jared, I know we have you for one more segment, but I want to try to quickly work this question in before the break because I believe it's important.
These are not opinions.
These are facts that you pulled from where they are almost entirely government statistics.
The Bureau of Justice Statistics is the source for all federal statistics.
We also go to city government, state government, and some of them are much better at gathering statistics than others.
Later, I hope we can talk about New York City and Chicago, for example.
The racial disproportions on crime in these cities is absolutely staggering.
It's something that anyone who lives there knows, but when you see the numbers in black and white, straight from NYP or the Chicago PD's annual report, it's absolutely staggering.
Well, that's certainly something that we want to get into in the next segment.
You close that commentary off at the appropriate moment because the music is just now playing that will carry us into our next commercial break.

Ladies and gentlemen, we've been unveiling with you this evening some of the findings, just the tip of the iceberg of the 2016 revised edition of The Color of Crime, published by the New Century Foundation and American Renaissance.
Jared Taylor, the editor of American Renaissance, with us this evening.
Some of the major findings that are there for you in The Color of Crime are crime rates.
And I read now directly from Amran.com.
There are dramatic race differences in crime rates.
Asians have the lowest rates, followed by whites and then Hispanics.
Blacks have notably high crime rates.
The pattern holds true for virtually all crime categories and for virtually all age groups.
In 2013, a black was six times more likely than a non-black to commit murder and 12 times more likely to murder someone of another race than to be murdered by someone of another race.
Also in The Color of Crime, you'll find interracial crime statistics, such as in 2013, the approximately 660,000 crimes of interracial violence that involved blacks and whites, blacks were the perpetrators 85% of the time.
This meant a black person was 27 times more likely to attack a white person than vice versa.
A Hispanic was eight times more likely to attack a white person than vice versa.
And as Jared Taylor established in the previous segment, these are all statistics from government-sanctioned entities.
But yet, still, Jared, the establishment media and press, which are so hasty to denounce people like you and I as pariahs, refer to these statistics as so-called statistics with regard to black-on-white animosity.
Your response to that?
Liberals are so blinded by ideology that they simply refuse to accept the facts if they don't fit into that ideology.
It's really a pathetic state of affairs.
But the New York Times, the Washington Post, you could take them and rub their noses in these facts until their noses wore off.
They would never write these things.
Never.
They would never publish this because it just makes their minds go into eclectic shock.
They simply cannot accept the fact that there is a huge racial difference in crime rates.
And, you know, when it comes to New York City, again, these numbers, well, you have to calculate these numbers.
What the New York City reports is, okay, we arrested X number of people for murder who are black, X number who are white, X number who are Hispanic.
They don't then go and do the calculation to show you just how wildly disproportionate black arrest rates are.
But in New York City, in 2014, that's the latest year for which we have statistics, a black was 31 times more likely than a white to be arrested for murder.
And a Hispanic was 12 times more likely.
In human beings, you almost never get disparities of this kind.
These are enormous disparities.
And likewise, there is a crime known as a shooting in New York.
That's when you fire a bullet and it strikes someone.
It doesn't have to kill him, but if it strikes somebody, that's a shooting.
It's a pretty serious crime in a densely packed place like New York City.
Blacks were 98 times more likely than whites to be arrested for this.
And Hispanics were 24 times more likely.
I want to pause it.
Hold up, if you may, Jared, right there, because I just want to reiterate this fact.
According to government statistics, a black was 98.4 times more likely than a white to be involved in a shooting, quote-unquote, New York.
Is that right?
That's right.
That's right.
And what this shows you is that New York City does not have a gun problem.
New York City has a race problem.
This is what these numbers tell us.
But this is so horrifying, terrifying.
It is just such apostasy and heresy to our liberal rulers that these facts right there in the NYPD annual report have to be reported by us.
And the New York Times, even if presented this stuff on the silver platter, they would never, ever acknowledge this fact.
Never.
The fact is, though, that if, what this means, what this means, James, if New York City were all white and the white people in New York City that you added to make it all white were committing murder at exactly the same rate as the whites who live there now, the murder rate would decline by 90%.
The mugging rate would decline by 85%.
The shooting rate would decline by 97%.
It would practically disappear.
You could fire almost all of New York City's police if the city were all white.
I mean, these are staggering facts, but you won't find them anywhere but in the New Century Foundation's color of crime report.
But yet at the same time, Jared, what makes this so incredible is that these are government statistics that any media outlet could find for themselves and compile and release.
And yet you, and thank God for Edwin Rubenstein, are the only people who have taken the time to do so in a professional and scholarly manner.
That's right.
The numbers are there to be found.
They've been collecting them year after year, decade after decade.
These things have not changed.
And yet, our country, our leaders, our rulers, every one of our cultural institutions resolutely turns their backs on the obvious facts and the obvious truth.
And we build policy.
We build for the future on the basis of complete and total illusion about race.
Well, ladies and gentlemen, it's all there for your perusal.

It's there.
You can get all of these statistics, and you need these statistics to arm yourself with the ammunition you need to go out into the public forum and debate these issues.

Research it for yourself.

Read the document, and go forward armed with the truth.
And Jared, you know, a final word to you on that before we transition to the conference, if you would.
Yes, certainly.
Well, I would like to point out that a document of this kind, it is very carefully, soberly written.
All the sources are available by direct link to where they came from.
I think the contents are irrefutable.
There is nothing provocative or outrageous.
It is all this could be this could be out of the new.
This is the way the New York Times would cover it if it dared.
This is very seriously discussed, meticulously researched and documented.
This is the kind of thing that you can give to your liberal friends with complete confidence and then see how they handle it.
Just see how they handle it.
We all know liberals.
And when you give them something like this, usually they just refuse to read it.
They just refuse to read it.
But if they do, then watch their brains just go on tilt.
It's like you hit the wrong, you lifted a pinball machine up off the ground.
All the lights start blinking and going crazy.
They just short circuit when they run into facts like this.
I couldn't have, there's no way I could have put that better myself.
It's right there for you folks, and it's right there.
And it's not Jared's opinion.
It's not Jared's opinion or the opinion of somebody under his employee.
This is the facts compiled from the United States federal government, no more, no less.
And it's all there for you right now.
And we encourage you to take it.
And I ask you this, Jared.
I mean, of course, the press can't get enough of you.
How much media attention has this very factual work garnered for the New Century Foundation or American Renaissance since it's been made to public light yesterday?
Mainstream media, zero so far.
We're going to try.
We're going to see.
We're going to pitch the main author, Ed Rubenstein, to as much media as we possibly can.
But I'm not very optimistic.
But in a way, I think more people may very well see this 2016 edition than saw the very first edition 17 years ago.
Because despite the fact that the mainstream media did not neglect it, the mainstream media spoke about it with a considerable respect.
These days, we have an entire alternate media that didn't exist 17 years ago.
We have the James Edwards Political Cesspool program that didn't exist 17 years ago.
We have all kinds of podcasters, we have sympathetic web broadcasters, we have websites all around the world.
I think it's possible that more people will end up seeing this year's edition than the very first edition because we have this relatively huge system of alternate media that just didn't even, it wasn't even a gleam in anybody's eye 17 years ago.

I wanted to hold our good friend and guest, Jared Taylor, over for one more segment.

But Jared, you mentioned something in the last segment that struck a nerve with me.
As you know, the entire national media and a pretty healthy part of the international media has descended upon us over the course of the last few weeks.
And I just issued a simple statement to the press saying that I apologize for nothing, I retract nothing, and that our work stands on its own two legs with regards to the things that they were libeling us with.
But I did give a few interviews over the course of the last couple of weeks to the Liberty Roundtable show, Sam Bushman, and I got an email request from Radio 314, which is part of the Red Ice family of media and Lana.
And I taped an interview with her yesterday or two days ago that will air on Wednesday.
But what is striking about that is the fact that our movement now, you were talking about what didn't exist 10 years ago, 20 years ago.
Our movement now is so diverse, and there's so many different audiences within the pro-white spectrum that they don't overlap anymore.
We have an audience that is different than some of the others.
And it's encouraging and uplifting when we come into contact with one another.
Used to 10, 15, 20 years ago, all five of us knew each other.
It's not the case anymore.
And what you see happening with Twitter, you know, all of these different people with the green frog avatars, you know, I don't even know what that means, but they've got thousands of people following them and they've always got something thoughtful to say.
And it's snowballing to the effect and reaching a critical mass that I think would have been amongst at least part of my wildest dreams in 2004 when we first took to the airwaves.
Would you agree with some of that, Jared?
I agree 100%.
People are cropping up with really first-rate production, excellent content, people that I've never heard of, doing great work.
And we are putting out a message that is vital to our people more effectively and in more different places, coming from more reliable, believable people than ever before.
I find it hugely encouraging.
And you watch the comments.
You know, whether it's an article about me or you or somebody we know or perhaps nobody at all that just deals with some issue relative to a racial animus, you read the comment section of any of these articles, regardless of whatever atlet it is, no matter how negatively they are trying or biasly they are trying to frame the argument.
And in the comments, it seems as though we win with a 50% plus one majority at the very least.
And that's something that, of course, you and I have both noticed going back many years now.
There seems to be an awakening happening within the spirit of our people that was unprecedented or something that, again, was beyond our wildest dreams.
When I started in 2004, and of course, the work of American Renaissance outdates me by many, many years.
You are among the most venerable of all publications and certainly outlets with regards to racial realism.
And so this is something that is to be celebrated and welcomed by people who led the way, trailblazers such as yourself, Jared.
Well, I'm hugely encouraged.
I meet young people all the time who, by the time they're 20 years old, they've figured out stuff it took me to allow it to 40 to understand.
And they've grown up with it.
It's within reach.
And it's explained to them by credible sources.
No, I think we're seeing a real sea change.
And, of course, you've talked about this many times in your program already.
But the most visible manifestation of this is the support for Donald Trump.
Donald Trump is an opportunity for ordinary Americans to say they are fed up.
And one of the big things they're fed up about is the racial changes going on in the United States.
And they think Donald Trump might actually do something about it.
Even if he's dog whistling on some of our issues, he gives the people cover to come out and be more apparent in their beliefs.
And I think that's certainly a good thing.
Now, Jared, we only have minutes remaining, and certainly we've already kept you over time.
But I couldn't have you on and not make mention of the fact that the American Renaissance Conference is forthcoming, and it's rapidly approaching now at the end of May.
I think the talk that I was intending to give still stands, although I'm going to add a little bit to address the things that have happened over the course of the last month that I think will be of great interest to the audience.

Of course, you, the ringleader of it all, Sam Dixon, and others.

I think it reflects the kind of enthusiasm and readiness for change that we were talking about earlier.
We're going to have a great crowd, a young crowd, an enthusiastic crowd, and it's going to be a crowd.
So if you're going to get your space and you're going to stay on site the whole weekend, everybody always makes it sound as though their thing is going to be overbooked.
Get them while they last.
Well, in this case, it's really the case.
Get those rooms while they last.
Otherwise, you're going to have to be in a motel, you know, a 15-minute drive away.
And that's not unprecedented.
That's happened the last couple of years for American Renaissance Conference as you continue to bust at the seams.
But this year, particularly, Jared, in addition to the intellectual prowess of your speakers, you've booked very handsome speakers as well.
